I’m not sure how many Cheesecake Factory reviews I’ll do but no matter where I’m at, I’d this dining establishment is an option I’m there. We popped in here to grab lunch and I got my most favorite item on the menu, the Chicken Parmesan “Pizza Style” and it was still great. Our appetizer was the Hot Spinach and Cheese Dip, added a Caesar salad and life was grand. Everything was good per usual.

Came in on our way home from a trip outta town for lunch. Food was delicious. The orange chicken over white rice was fantastic. Chicken was just rite moist, flavor, home run! My girlfriend ordered the lettuce wraps, a tried and true go to for her. She too thoroughly enjoyed her meal. Staff was friendly and we were seated quickly on a busy Friday afternoon. Overall, pleasant experience and would recommend

This place was packed and we waited almost 2 hours to be seated. After being seated service was amazing and so was the food. The mozzarella sticks and street corn was highlights of my night. 10 out 10. Took rhe whole family and we enjoyed. Just a little too much people for my liking.

Easter lunch. Went here cause this was the only one that had available reservation for Easter. As a starter, we arrived 20 mins early cause they will only hold your reservation for 10 mins and checked in as soon as we got there. They told us to wait which was ok so we just stood by the hostess podium. 10 mins after reservation time and have seen people who were just walk-ins get seated, asked the hostess when will we be seated. They asked for my name again and told me, we already got seated! Obviously not! We were standing by their table for 30 mins, and they didnt realize, they sat the wrong family??? Good thing we like some of their items on their menu thats why we go back once in a while. But we always hope for the best when we go at this location. This time too, they got one of our orders wrong and got served when almost all of us got done eating. Come at your own risk at this location and be patient if you like this chain.

We’ve dined at this Cheesecake Factory many times. Food, staffs & service have always been pretty good here. This is one of the restaurants that our kids requested to go for dinner, so that’s good! They all love the fried Mac & Cheese Balls! Our first time trying the Korean Fried Cauliflower appetizer was also very good! Their menu has so many selections that it caters to all types of diners! Overall, we had a wonderful experience here. 🥰👍🍽️🍴🍔🍟🥗🥙🌮🍕🍝🍰🍨😍

Me and a friend came on Thursday night, I forgot the servers name started with an M and I think ended with an O but, great service. It was our first time, so we let him surprise us with his pick of cheesecake. The food was good. The atmosphere was good. Server kept water filled, dirty dishes were taken away, not to hovering. Overall great experience and will be back (even though it’s a 2hr drive)

The food was ok, but not great. The food was just dry. The appetizer rolls were horrible. I asked for extra shrimp and chicken for my entrée, and the server said it was 19 dollars extra. It's just horrible. The bathroom was cleaner than the silverware. This is exactly why I ask for wrapped plastic utensils. The alcohol and non alcohol drinks were horrible. The only thing I'll ever get from there again is cheesecake.

Came here with my girlfriend for ice cream and we were seriously impressed. I got the Fairy Floss and she had the U-Be-Be Baby — both were absolutely delicious. The flavors tasted fresh and authentic, not overly sweet or artificial. You can tell they use real ingredients. The service was great too — friendly and fast. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re into quality ice cream!

I was delighted to see so many choices for dairy free options for my daughter. It is challenging to find an ice cream place that offers dairy free choices, so while my kids were growing up, our family of 6 often didn't go to ice cream shops because I wouldn't go somewhere that she couldn't have a treat like her siblings. She really enjoyed the dairy free strawberry ice cream on a sugar cone. I had the peach ice cream, which was good but nothing special. My husband had one scoop of the all nighter on a sugar cone. Their helpings were generous and the staff was friendly despite how crowded it was. There is no indoor seating other than a few stools, and on a high temp day in the summer, it was too hot to sit outside, so we ate in our car.

Good quality ice cream combined with a good mix of flavors. Tried butter pecan, banana and scotch, peach- all of them were tasty! Prices seemed very reasonable for the quality. Will be visiting again especially for their seasonal flavors.

Delicious ice cream. Made fresh on campus. Many flavors including seasonal ones. I love so many of them. But some are weird like purple sweet potato and sweet corn. Oh well. There are enough that you don’t have to get those. I got a flight which is four small scoops of ice cream in a boat, kind of like a sampler. It was good. And there is a cutout of a cow eating an ice cream. So cute.

Great place for ice cream if you're in the area. Plenty of flavors to choose from all at a great price. I got the botanic berry which was very refreshing. Plenty of parking. Only downside is there's very minimal inside seating but luckily it wasn't too hot outside on the day that we went.

This is the best ice cream on the east coast. Fresh, creamy and incredible flavors. Portions are generous and the staff is nice. I even bought a t-shirt and got to pet a cow.

The pictures dont do this place justice. It is well kept. Clean. Beautiful display of the pastries. Nothing in plastic. Cakes well made and wonderful flavor options. I was searching for lobster tails. They have them, and they are good. Wonderful customer service. Pictures are only half of the store I got focused on my order and stopped taking pictures. I got two lobster tails and a cupcake.

We’re a military family stationed in Dover, DE. From the time of our arrival, Bing’s has been a constant from us. They created an amazing cake for our baby’s first smash cake and we’ve been retuning customers ever since. Not only do we enjoy their custom cakes and cupcakes for our family but we also enjoy their daily items out of the window every time we’re in the area. The first cake Bing’s made for us was our son’s first birthday cake, a monster cake from his favorite book: The Very Hungry Worry Monsters. Yesterday, we picked up our son’s 4th birthday cake: a duck cake from Bluey’s “Duck Cake” episode. One of our guests said “Whoa. A cake that tastes as great as it looks…Nice!” We are so appreciative of the time and efforts the owner, baker, and the team puts into making our family’s occasions so special. Our memory books are full of their hard work and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you all so much for what you do every day!

Always a fan of bings! Their cakes never disappoint! I recently ordered 2 different cakes from them online providing just the color and design and they knocked the decorating out of the park. They were both so beautiful and delicious!

Our family is always pleased with everything we get from Bings, but they continually outdo themselves on our birthday and celebration cakes! Today's cake was another example of how they excel at getting everything just perfect! Thank you, we will never go anywhere else!

I called Bing’s when I needed to order a cake for my baptism. I needed to have the best cake that I could possibly get in New Castle County so I immediately called the company that is notorious for a legacy of wonderful creations. Bing’’s once again, hit the ball out of the park… Actually, they hit the ball out of the stratosphere! The cake was beautiful. I ordered the pound cake, which was both wonderfully heavy and light at the same time. It wasn’t too sweet or not sweet enough. It was just perfect! A work of Art! Every time I think of my baptism, I’ll think of my Bing’s cake! Thank you. ❤️🍰

I really wanted to like this place. I am from out of town so I searched up a couple of bakeries in the area and saw this place had amazing reviews. The lady was so helpful when I placed my order over 5 weeks in advance for my engagement party. I told her I wanted a chocolate ganache and raspberry filling for my cake which she recommended me to get chocolate fudge instead. Fast forward to the day it needed to be picked up, there was no writing on the cake which we called two weeks in advance to add on. Kindly, they did it for us on the spot. We had the cake 3-4 hours upon picking it up, super dry and no raspberry filling. I then called the bakery Monday bc they were closed the previous day and night to voice my complaint. They had a worker going back and forth between the manager and him. The worker told me that they wouldn’t have been able to do the 2 fillings on the cake I had ordered! Jeez, wish that was told to me advance while ordering. They told me I had to bring a piece of the cake in to test for accuracy. $225 on a cake for it not to be the way I asked is absurd. It’s been 3 days since we called and the manager is “supposed” to call us back. So unprofessional, if my messages don’t get your attention through the phone it sure will here!

I ordered and paid for a cake for today on February 6. Not only was it not ready and had to wait an extra hour and 15 minutes to receive it, the staff was incredibly rude and acted like it was my fault that the cake wasn't ready. On top of that, the place was filthy and run down. From what I can tell from other reviews, the owner doesn't take accountability and blames everyone else for poor reviews. I will not be back and will go to Bing's next time. *update* I also ordered a strawberry mousse filling but of course that wasn't right either. What a trashy place. *Second update* Thanks so much for your response. I see it's another response matching a long list of the-customer-is-always-wrong responses by you. My favorite part is when you say my order was placed after the cakes were already cooling. The day I ordered was February 6, I picked it up on Feb 11. Are all of your cakes cooked almost a week in advance? Take some of the accountability you claim to have to make things right instead of suggesting I meet you after hours. You have an excuse for everything, and make everything out to be the customer's fault when the orders aren't ready. However, none of your snarky response and rudeness explains why the cake I did receive, wasn't even made what I pre-ordered (and pre-paid for), when I did finally receive it. It was ordered as a layered cake with strawberry mousse inside, yet when someone finally handed over a cake well after the pickup time I was given, it had absolutely nothing inside when we sliced it open later that day. We ordered a special, layered cake with filling, were given a pickup time, and received a plain vanilla cake hurriedly passed off well beyond the deadline. My visit that day was only 1 hour after you opened, so if you're so diligently cleaning after closing, when you wanted me to visit, I'd think it wouldn't look like a rodeo in there. I have no personal vendetta against you, or any need to visit you after hours (or visit your awful shop ever again at all) You're threatening implication is noted though. What a professional stance by you to imply that I show up to your store after hours because I gave you a bad review. Frankly, grow up, that only fits with how I already view you and your store as trashy and ghetto. My only intention with this review is to warn off other potential buyers not to EVER use this place for cakes. I hope your bad attitude works out for you.

Cannon’s is hands down my family’s favorite bakery for birthday cakes and pastries. Not only do their cakes look great, they taste great, and we all know that’s the most important thing about a cake. Even with staffing shortages, Cannon’s was able to make us a delicious cake on fairly short notice. We got many compliments on the cake and I was happy to recommend the bakery for all our family and friends future cake needs.

Im not gonna lie- some of these reviews made me a little nervous, but reading through them it seemed like mostly user error or people not being understanding or having common sense. However, I just picked up a small custom cake from cannons and WOW is all i have to say. I am getting married next year and had a flavor in mind- kind of odd so i wasn’t sure if it would mesh right, so I ordered a small birthday cake for myself in the same flavors. Not only was it ready at our agreed upon pick up time, it was extremely reasonably priced and honestly the best cake I have ever had. Not to mention, I only placed the order two days ago and it was exactly what I asked for. The woman who took my order over the phone (and i think checked me out) was very nice and even offered to write something on it but i said don’t worry about it since it’s just for me. Do not use this bakery if you have any other option. They are rude and do not standby their product! We ordered a small two tier wedding cake with frosted flowers. The frosted flowers on the lower tier were to heavy and fell off taking a big part of the cake with it (see photo). The bakery claims the damage was caused during transportation and was therefore our fault and would not do anything to help out or make this right for the wedding or afterwards. However, an hour before the wedding reception, while we were trying to repair the cake we found three cellophane wedges in the cake that had been clearly used to try and prop up the flower decorations (see photo). Clearly the bakery knew there was a problem with the flower decorations and had used the wedges to try and keep them on the side of the cake (obviously unsuccessfully). The stress that was involved on the day of the wedding cannot even be described. An hour before the wedding we found ourselves trying to repair a wedding cake we paid good money for. We feel this bakery had trouble while they were decorating and had to come up with something to try and keep it from falling which obviously did not work. They should have never tried to do such a large decoration in the first place, we believe they knew that this was going to be a problem. They refused to repair, replace or reimburse the newlyweds for the cost of the cake. They were rude on the phone and could obviously care less what impact this had on such an important occasion.

I purchased a birthday cake for my sister's 50th party and the cake was amazing, just like all the other cakes I purchased throughout the years. I also purchased an apple pie that looked delicious in the display window. I picked mine up that cost$15 dollars around 5ish and went to the party without looking at it first. Later that night, the picture below is what I got. It looked nothing like the apple pie that the young gentleman stated were baked fresh everyday. It was not filled with apples and the crust was burned and smashed in. If I knew the apple pie was going to appear like this and less the filling, like the other freshly baked pies on display, i wouldn't purchased it for $15 dollars....

Made a special order of a Canoli Cake for my husbands birthday two month ago and it was delicious! They were so helpful and nice. It was great to have a cake made out of my husband's favorite dessert. It was perfect for our lil quaretine bday celebration!

The last time I was in the store I had been sent on the errand to pickup a birthday cake. While waiting I saw an apple cake that looked tempting but did not want two of these cakes tempting me. Solved that problem today and picked up the apple cake. Was most and flavorful and worth the wait. They make both a small and large size.

Desserts by Dana came through for us with a last minute request for our gender reveal cake, and it was everything we envisioned! Not only did it look perfect, but the flavor was absolutely delicious. We’re so grateful for your help in making our special day even more memorable and can’t wait to work with you again in the future!

I ordered two cakes for different occasions from Desserts by Dana, and both were absolutely stunning and delicious! My husband and I went through Desserts by Dana for our wedding and holy hell could we not be more impressed. Our cake was by far the best cake that we have ever eaten, and many of our guests said the same. & it was absolutely beautiful! If you have the opportunity to have Desserts by Dana for your wedding cake, do not hesitate!

We ordered sheet cake for my nephew's graduation. All of the guests were raving about how good the cake was. From start to finish, Dana's crew did a fantastic job. They gave great choices and suggestions for the type of cake, filling and icing. They also offered help to carry it to the car and had the cake ready on time. Best cake ever! I come from a big family of bakers that are very honest and opinionated. Dana and his team exceeded our expectations. His Italian buttercream is like a taste of heaven on earth, along with the white chocolate mousse and marble cake is phenomenal. I had to hide the top of my wedding cake from family and we had a 4 layer cake. The cake decorating , flavors and service were all amazing!

It was my first time at this location. The cookies at this location were made too thick. If you're a cookie lover, there's a big difference between thick and thin cookies. I prefer mine to be on the thin side so I was disappointed when I sat down to eat them. The taste was off. I will try this location one more time.

Came in with my friends visiting from another state. Just had some fun so I’m over here thinking we can get some ice cream and cookies before it closes. The minute we get in there, the guy in there already has a crazy attitude. Has the worst customer service. Doesn’t know how to talk to any of us nicely. Rushing us because it’s about to close when it doesn’t close in another 25-30 minutes telling us to hurry up and choose what we want. Heavily sighing after everything we order. When we only got 3 cookies and 3 scoops of ice cream. And instead of telling me to kindly move from the door he says to “get out of the way”. He’s a black heavy weighted man in his I think late 20’s or early 30’s. I hope yall replace him with a better employee.

came to the main street location and the customer service was abominable. we walked in and no employees were in the front. we spoke multiple times, and it took two minutes for someone to come up and take our order — no apology or anything. the employees were shockingly cold and unfriendly. they just stared at me and acted as though simply doing their job was an inconvenience. this is not the first time i’ve experienced this, and i’m surprised corporate hasn’t gotten involved given all of the negative reviews i’ve seen. that really speaks to the kind of company Insomnia is and what they value. i’d happily spend the extra money to get cookies (that are actually fresh) from a place like Crumbl that actually cares about their customers. i will not be back.

I love insomnia cookies better than almost every national chain. They're reminiscent of the original Mrs. Fields cookies we all consumed at the mall during the 90s!

Associate working the register saturday august 9th at 855pm was workimg at an extraordinarily slow pace. Seemed to be intoxicated on some type of substance. After taking ten minutes to help 3 customers walking back and forth at the speed of a turtle he said my order wpuld take 16 minutes.

Great place for a late night snack. They have hot and fresh cookies at all times. Cookies are made and heated up when you order. My favorite is the s'mores cookie!!! The macadamia nut cookie is also good. Lots of cookies from regular to deluxe. They also have icecream cookie sandwiches!!! They do deliver and are open very late at night. This place is conviently located on Newark main street and is easy to access.

I asked for two cookies. This is absolutely ridiculous, ignore the part that one is broken, the two cookies are close to half the size of a normal cookie that they sell.

l ordered a chocolate peanut butter milkshake for another person and it came out perfect. I ordered a large butterfinger blizzard substituting with chocolate soft serve and peanut butter added in for myself. My fiancé got the same thing but size small and with vanilla ice cream, but they made my large blizzard with vanilla too when I asked to sub chocolate so that really sucks! I think they were being lazy and just wanted to make it all together, but I like chocolate better and we pay to get what we want. I hate realizing that it’s wrong when I’m already home and don’t feel like going back out right now so I have to deal with vanilla. Also, when I went in to pick it up I asked for extra whipped cream and they put a tiny bit I so had to put on my one at home. This sucks!

Really fast service... The salad was really good... Except it had a lot of wilted lettuce on the bottom... Onion rings were ok.... They tasted like the frozen ones.... The tenders were beyond dry.. but edible.... Fries were cold and a little soggy not fresh and hot.... The burger was actually good... And the ice cream was amazing..... I would definitely go again... It was a very slow night so the food that was given probably set out for a while... But I would give them another try maybe during lunch hours

Crossing this location off our lost, melted ice cream. We ordered three blizzards and were told to sit, and they would bring them out to the table. Sadly, our prepared blizzards sat on the counter melting, until someone realized they needed to bring them over. Disappointing to receive a half melted blizzard.

Five stars because I usually love Dairy Queen and this location. But my last experience was not good. Please train your employees not to put bread into the microwave when melting cheese. The bottom bun was so overcooked that it was like tearing through beef jerky.

All very friendly and nice people!! Gave me extra tenders for having to wait (wait wasn’t very long!). This location always remembers my sauce and special requests which I very much appreciate!!!!

I went here to get choclate ice cream with chocolate syrup I asked them to make sure it’s syrup and not hot fudge, though please because people sometimes put hot fudge on it instead of syrup. then she said to me “ well you asked for syrup so why would it be hot fudge?” and I told her that sometimes people put hot fudge on it instead of the syrup. i kept it respectful & she was very rude when i pulled up to the window & i didn’t say anything & after she gave me all my stuff she slammed the window in my face. Shes white with glasses & pink hair, i believe her name is Ruth. I’ve never had a bad experience here until now. She was beyond negative for no reason.

Came and got a meal food was real good but couldn’t get past the staff member being disrespectful to an elderly man with a hearing problem. He was just asking for help to pour his drink and it was just very rude manager(looked like it anyway) was there and just laughed and shook her head at him too

The Christiana Mall location does not exist. However, Real Fruit Bubble Tea is in its OLD location at the Target lobby. Not to brag, but Real Fruit Bubble Tea has the best smoothies in the mall!!

Asked for a black and white milkshake I got a chocolate shake with no vanilla on top. the guy at the register kept telling me the gift card was no good I knew it was because I never used it at least the girl got it to work don't think I will be back

It feels like no one wanted to help me out. I have food allergies so I wanted to make sure I got something I could eat but the person there made me feel as if I was an inconvenience.

Had no brownies. I watched one woman throw away a few blizzards and just in general couldn't do anything. However the blizzards that were finally made were very good

I recently had the pleasure of visiting cold stone creamery for the first time. The ice cream is absolutely delicious – creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. I could instantly tell they use high-quality ingredients. What really impressed me, though, was the texture. It was perfectly smooth and scoopable, not icy or grainy at all. A true sign of well-made ice cream! The service was fantastic as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at cold stone creamery. The delicious ice cream and friendly service make it a clear winner in my book. I can't wait to go back and try some more flavors! Shortly, Divine ice cream + great service = must return!

The ice cream is good, but the guy behind the counter made my waffle cone was like half a scoop of ice cream. Not really worth the eight dollars I spent. Also, his customer service wasn’t that good. He messed up on my order and didn’t acknowledge it. He walked to the back room when I was trying to let him know. And then when he fixed it, he didn’t cross the cookies in. He just put a chunk in the ice cream. Overall, not the experience that I would expect however, I’ll give it a try one more time.

Ordered online, the flavor was out of stock so the my replaced the shake. Asked for no whipped cream and didn’t follow the instructions. Roasted almonds were missing on the other shake. Milkshakes were not that great and probably not going back here Overall not good experience!!

Not a great experience. I placed an order online for pick up so I can just grab it and go. I get there a few minutes after it said it should be ready. The place is packed so I asked the person at the register about my order. She said it wasn’t ready yet if I could give her a few minutes. Absolutely - as I mentioned it was packed so I wanted to be patient as I assumed she wanted to finish helping her current customers. Well she continues to take more people from the line (to the point where customers who entered the store after me - and well after I placed my online order - are being helped before me). Essentially, she had no intention of making my order until every customer was gone, which wasn’t going to happen because people keep coming in. I would have been served faster had I just gotten in line, which defeats the purpose of an online ordering system. It wasn’t until I waited a bit and asked her again how long it would be for my order, because I needed to go and cancel my order if it wasn’t soon, that my order was made. No apology, nothing. Not great service, and they need a better system for completing online orders timely if they are going to offer it as a service. Separately, the waffle bowl I received also tasted very stale.

Cake batter ice cream!!! With my praising declaration, this time I requested peanut butter and chocolate chips in a chocolate waffle bowl. Pictured is yesterday's small 'like it' size but way more than a dieter's portion. Yeah, they had healthier options, but cannot say no to this. Friendly staff were pro, fast service, great value for the price. Dine-in area isn't exactly a lounge but probably intentional. If you haven't had Cold Stone's cake batter ice cream, the treat is a 'must try'. A plus to the community.

My family couldn't believe that this was my first time visiting Cold Stone Creamery. Well I was so wowed by this flavor packed ice cream shop! It was a delightful flavor picking experience having such a variety of different ice cream flavors to pick from. I think I stared at the menu for about 20 minutes and still didn't know what I wanted. I ended up choosing the Birthday Cake Remix and Strawberry Blonde for my starters. I then drifted off to the ice cream cake section and decided to purchase a cookies dough ice cream cake which was also delicious! The associate behind the counter was very helpful as I made my choice. On a hot summer day I will return to enjoy more of what Stone Cold creamery has to offer.

Stopped in for the usually fun experience of a cold stone mash up after a movie. Unfortunately the manager completely ruined the experience with her toxic attitude towards the customers and her employees. From the moment we stepped into the door (30 minutes before closing) she rolled her eyes like she was disgusted we were even there. Then apparently the younger employee didn’t charge us correctly and the manager proceeded to berate her about it rather than use it as an opportunity to train her properly. She was carrying on about it so much she was ignoring other customers. I gave the younger employee a tip just for working in such a horrid environment but we will not be back again.

Depending on the cashier you get is why I rate 4 stars one lady with dark hair is evil not nice or helpful at all, but the other time I was there the ladies (different ones) were so nice. Candy is good, but a lil prices drinks are amazing and decent price.

Nice assortment of chocolates and they have a rewards program. The employees at this location were absolutely delightful and made sure to answer any bvb questions I had. They also offer military discount!

Omg I looooooove Godiva chocolate!!!!!!! I must stay away from here. Don't let me loose in this store with any money, I would buy so much eat it all and then my face would break out like crazy!! This chocolate is dangerous lol. Excellent choice for gifts or if you just wanna treat yourself :)

Very limited frozen yogurt selection and it's not self serve. I think they only had like 3 flavors of frozen yogurt and they were the basic ones like vanilla. Topping selection was also limited. They also have ice cream which was really good

I HAD BEEN a regular customer (about 3 times a week. ) BUT, that is NOT permission to start suggesting how big asize serving of yogurt I need, after grilling me about my age, or current health status, nor do I need, or APPRECIATE the staff trying make a connection to THEIR health or age. I consider that VERY RUDE, and, even though I have been a customer for several months, and, MAYBE they consider us 'pals'at this point, which we, in fact, AREN'T, and, unlesss they learn that, in FACT, I'm an ADULT, and,unless my actions are ILLEGAL, I'll conduct MY LIFE the way I WANT, that STILL does not give them permission to imply how THEY would conduct their eating habits if they were ME. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW RUDE I THINK THAT IS, but, I hope you UNDERSTAND how rude I think that is, and, will SOUNDLY scold your staff for their behavior yesterday afternoon, at about 2P.M., EST.

Owner is rude won't take gift cards that came from corporate. Also on Veterans Day had an attitude giving ice cream to vets. Won't ever visit again.

Best frozen yoghurt and best customer service with a smile

I went to tcby at this mall. Unbelievable ! It's one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The employees are very disrespectful, I wanna mention one guy that really should be out of the working industry. His name is abduel, I specifically asked for his name because he TRUELY is the worst worker alive, he treated me like no customer. More like an animal, it's crazy ! There was another worker along with him, and he didn't even bother to state anything along with the help. Any of the workers were rude and disrespectful, and they shouldn't be apart of this. He is the most awful person I've ever worked with for a simple ice cream shop. I actually had a coupon that I have used many, many times at this specific location, and they did not let me use it and gave me very idequate behavior. They were rude and dishonest. I want you guys and do me a favor . Do not buy any of there ice cream and if you try to use a coupon they will be very rude, as always. I just can't believe how rude and ignorant some people can be, especially their business and the rude guys involved with it. It's unbelieveable. I want them to shut down, and they gave me a terrible time, and I give 0 stars, and absolutely no positivity. I really hope you guys see what I'm talking about, it was a big deal and I can't tolerate it . Thank you. This was the worst encounter I had for icecream and the people working there.

The smoothie I got from here was just disgusting. it says it has fruit and frozen yogurt, but tastes like just syrup, ice and chemicals. I couldn't drink it so I gave it to my husband asked him to help, he said it was terrible too. We had to throw it away.

This was not Tcby experience that I'm accustomed to. They didn't have many topping at all and the icecream looked freezer burned. I didn't make a purchase.

I've visited multiple Rita's in the area- this location is the one in which the mobile application has been the most reliable. What's more is that the staff are very efficient at troubleshooting. They did not have a working scanner, for instance, and getting my loyalty info/redeeming a coupon was still no issue. Friendly & courteous staff as well.

Every time I come here, seems to have problems. First time, they ran out of custard, after I waited 30 mins in line. And now I get super runny custard. This was taken literally 10 secs after I got it and only a bite taken.

do NOT order delivery from this place … they just throw the items in a bag. The “lids” are wide open on the top so everything spills out. Kind of defeats the purpose of even putting a “lid” on it… just be aware, this place sucks at packing up delivery order.. just order from Dairy Queen or ColdStone because at least they know how to package delivery orders properly.. DO BETTER RITAS !!

In the Rita Italian water ice located in the Newark Shopping Plaza, Newark Delaware. I was treated very nice by this young man name Jason on Friday afternoon at 5:13 pm. Great service, listened to my instructions. Served with a smile. We need more young folks like him to know what customers service is all about. I will be back again. As always this iced was very good.

The two stars is for the girl who helped us and no one else. DO BETTER RITAS!!! Not only did you have only one worker at the window serving the whole line all by herself, we witnessed the old black man working with her yell and berate her infront of all the customers for absolutely NO REASON. The poor girl looked like she was about to cry right there at the window, but she held it together and made all of our orders and was very polite and apologetic. YELLING AT YOUR WORKERS INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Every single customer in line was very uncomfortable and felt bad for the girl at the window. Not acceptable.
