Seemed a little disorganized. The bun on my fish sandwich was freezer burnt or something. Lots of people running around, and only one taking orders. The spicy chicken sandwich was really good. A fish sandwich was okay. But the bun made it taste old.

Worst visit yet. Ordered for curbside (Kids meal, and Deluxe butter burger meal.) at 615 pm for a 630 pick up. Got there and waited watched cars go thru drive thru. At 645 I went inside to ask how much longer. Was told it's ready when it's ready! I get it your slammed, but I thought it would go in order of orders. Guess not at Culvers. All dining room orders where filled and at 657 I got my food. Went outside and drive thru was clear. Worst Culvers experience ever. Don't order curbside better yet avoid the place and go somewhere you can get food in a reasonable amount of time. Burger was Dry and over cooked as well. There goes 20 bucks on dry meat.Must have been on the flat top since I got there.

Ordered food online to pick up. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived there and no one came out. I had to call and ask where my food was. They said issues in kitchen. Waited over 1hrr to get food that wasn't that great. I wouldn't recommend.

Very disappointed with my meal tonight. Culver’s do better. Banana split with a rotten banana and a Butterburger with half a patty. How sad

Young staff but properly trained. Courteous and attentive. Good food. Fresh tasting. Adequate amount. A step above your typical sit down fast food experience. More attention to food and service detail.

Culver’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants! This may just be one of my favorite spots as well. The opening and design of this restaurant is phenomenal. You are first walked into being instantly greeted by the staff. The order took some time to prepare, but as soon as it was ready, one of the staff members would kindly take it to your table with effective delivery and communication. You are welcomed to many tables and cushions along with beautiful pictures, television and a nice fireplace! There was also an instant bonus access room that even included glass doors. I really do love the outline of Culver’s and the accommodation that this place has to offer. Would recommend.

They stayed very busy the whole time we were there, and they were on top of it. Great service and delicious ice cream flavors. I chose a soft serve vanilla cake cone with sprinkles. So nostalgic.

A fun place for a sweet treat. They have a good blend of familiar flavors and some new ones too. You can always customize your cup with a bunch of different toppings.

Walk up ordering for a variety of hand scoop and soft serve ice cream. Lots of outdoor seating. Prices are decent for a beach area.

This is a “I hope the owner is paying attention review”. We came here twice this week. The first time was great. Tonight, not so much. We ordered 3 mediums and 1 small soft serve cones. When I asked nicely why we essentially got 2 smalls and 2 mediums and the smalls were much smaller than the night before, I was told “Some of our new people aren’t very good at making cones” and she immediately closed the window. No solution offered. So we just paid for more ice cream than we got at already premium rates. It sounds like the entire staff needs some customer service training.

The ice cream here is the BEST I’ve ever had. There is such a wide variety of flavors and the employees are always so nice!

Paid over $17 for two banana sundaes. I am not even joking when I say that the banana slices were CRUNCHY. Not even sure how an employee makes a conscious decision to serve something like that, but clearly quality is of no concern here.

After church today, my family and I decided to stop by Tropical Smoothie. My daughter and I placed our order at the drive-thru: two Bahama Mama smoothies—no strawberries and extra pineapple—along with a turkey bacon sandwich and a side of salt and vinegar chips. The total came to just over $20, and my daughter generously tipped around $3. However, she chose to decline the receipt, which turned out to be a mistake. To our dismay, we later discovered that an unauthorized tip of $10 was added to our debit card charge. If you plan to visit this location in Navarre and pay with a debit or credit card, I strongly advise that you always request your receipt. Unfortunately, it seems there are those who aren't honest in their dealings, which is disheartening, especially since I frequent this establishment as a Dasher. To the individual responsible for this unethical act, may you face the consequences you deserve. Please consider this a warning to future customers—you’ve been forewarned!

6/22/25- came in at about 11 - 11:30 and got a smoothie and bowl, my smoothie wasn't blended all the way, nothing crazy but kept getting chunks of ice. Asked the purple haired girl if i could get it blended up more or remake it and she was extremely rude to me and the other people working. Yelling at them throwing around bags and food. That's my only complaint, the food was good and the extra blended smoothie was delicious. Other workers were nice and quick with remaking the smoothie, very clean. Think the girls name was Bella but not too sure.

Honestly, I have never had a great meal here. I come because it is a lesser of evils when trying to eat a cleaner diet. But this review is about tipping. The tipping culture has gotten completely out of hand, and having no option to not tip is insane. Now, when in the drive through and paying via card, there is not even an option to not tip. Your options are 3 different percentages and a custom tip amount. Why am I tipping a server that doesn't even give me a total when I am ordering? It is always just "will have your total at the window" and then no total told to you, just a card reader out the window when you pull up. The drive through is bare minimum service, as most of us are choosing this because we either don't want to sit down and have to tip a server or we are in a hurry to get back to work. If I wanted to tip, I would be at the Mexican restaurant next door, not the drive through. Requiring me to tip on a service I am not receiving is enough to make me never go back.

So I ordered a peanut butter smoothie and pomegranate smoothie. Received the correct pomegranate smoothie but received a peanut butter with chocolate smoothie, when I go to let them know that is incorrect, I get told by an employee named Pela: “That’s not what you told me but okay whatever, I’ll get a new one made” Horrible customer service. Food is great- PELA or PELLA or however her name is spelt is horrible with customer service. Everyone else was respectful and nice when correcting the situation.

BEWARE! Contaminants in a childs smoothie!!!!!!! You dont even deserve 1 star! We bought smoothies just as we were hitting the road back home. My daughter said her smoothie was weird and she thought something was in it. We opened the lid and found Styrofoam pieces ALL OVER. These werent big pieces, they were small pieces ALL throughout her ENTIRE smoothie. It was impossible to have just been a little debris from another broken cup, this was mixed into the whole smoothie and way too much to just scoop it out. This was definitely intentional. We had the throw the entire, full-sized smoothie away.

I’d give a 0 if I could always mess up the orders terrible customer service. stop hiring young lazy workers. It gets worse each time I go!

If you're looking for the perfect snow cone, look no further than Tommy’s SnoBalls! The ice is incredibly fine and melts in your mouth, making for the smoothest, most refreshing treat. Their flavor selection is top-notch, with so many creative and delicious options to choose from. Honestly, this is the best snow cone I’ve ever had! The only tip—try to stop by when the line is shorter. We went when it wrapped around the building, and the wait was about 30 minutes. But trust me, it was totally worth it!

My wife is from Louisiana and grew up with SnoBalls, and said Tommy's is great! She rated her Pink Lady a 10 out of 10. The young man behind the counter was extremely friendly, polite, and customer service oriented. One word of advise, be careful getting to the stand; you must cross over a merging lane of on-coming traffic to pull into the parking lot.

Have been coming here for years with Our children and have always had a great experience. These past couple visits have not been great. We always buy snocones and boiled peanuts. Peanuts are great. The last couple of times the sno balls had no flavor at all. All ice and barely any syrup. Hoping it was just a bad week. Please Add more syrup!!!!!

We love this place! When you leave Navarre Beach after a long day in the sun, nothing quite hits like a Tommy's Snoball! We have enjoyed this place nearly my entire life. From the snowballs to the boiled peanuts- you will absolutely be pleased with your experience here. Pricing is also beyond fair in todays market!

Let's just get to the point, if you are hot or you need some refreshment, this is definitely the place to be. The flavors in combination are endless and the prices are great The staff is spectacular, and it's a very cool place to hang out.

The best snowcones!!! We are local and come way too often. The yearly cups are a great deal with $2 refills. Tons of flavors to choose from and they can even make something up to surprise you. I highly recommend getting it's "stuffed" and adding sweetened condensed milk. Our favorite worker is London! She is the sweetest and so helpful.

We are from Wisconsin. We LIVE on ice cream. We came down here for summer vacation and one night we saw Turtle Roll and right away we wanted to try it. I got the… I know it sounds weird or not to you and it wasn’t for me but I got the strawberry cookies and cream. I recommend strawberry cookies and cream or ALLLLLLL of the like 20 flavors which look really good too, or the cherry Italian ice. It tastes like a bomb pop in an Italian ice form. Even though it depends on what you get, the ice cream was $20 but it is DEFINITELY worth it! Also, staff is very very nice… RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!😋

Beautiful truck and a huge variety of flavors. We got the peanut butter and strawberry brownie parfaits and there is no rival. Worth the money and the atmosphere is quaint.

The best ice-cream I’ve ever had! I am highly impressed and satisfied. The best customer service I’ve ever seen. My ice cream was served within a few minutes by friendly and nice workers. This ice-cream was unlike any ice cream I’ve ever had, I usually hate the consistency of ice cream but this icecream was smooth and creamy with the perfect amount of sweetness. I’m loving the various menu options (and so are my kids)! My kids got shaved ice and were beyond happy. Safe to say I will be coming back!

This place is so good! So adorable too! We got the seat turtle, cookie dough and Oreo. All extremely good!! Highly recommend! Awesome customer service as well! We got a brochure in the Navarre Grocery Concierge, that is how we found out about this place and so happy we did!

Bubble Waffle is hands down our favorite place in Navarre for a Sweet Treat! We are local and make sure to bring our friends and family here anytime they visit. The owners are amazing and so sweet and remember us every-time we come by. We are a Starfish sub cookie dough family with a vanilla waffle 🥰 They have a great area with corn-hole and great picnic tables. Thanks for being great! Somehow I don’t have any good photos, but I’ll add some next time!

The ice cream is served on top of a hot, rolled up waffle that looks like giant bubble wrap. The ice cream is very rich and the add-ins(peanut butter cups, caramel, etc.) are very generous. The mini is sufficient and plentiful. We had the strawberry 🍓, and sea turtle 🐢.

We found this gem on while vacationing in Navarre last summer. For my son’s bday this week, he chose Beachside Bubble Waffle as his bday treat, and it was just as amazing as we remembered! The unique bubble waffle adds deliciousness to their already incredible ice cream! We love their unique creations. They also have fun games outside for you to play while they make your dessert. The owners made my son’s day extra special with a candle in his ice cream! We would highly recommend this food-truck and its amazing owners. Beachside Bubble was is now on our list of must-visit places when in Navarre!

Our family of four each tried different flavors and portion sizes of ice cream. I personally loved the turtle with the warm bubble waffle which I'd never had before. Warning it does melt the ice cream a little and makes it extra messy, but it was delicious. We also tried the sting ray and a couple of other flavors---all of them were a nice size and we struggled to finish our portions. The outdoor area is also cute and nice for hanging out.

We got the cookie jar for 16$. The cookie didn't hold on top and we were lucky we caught it mid air. It mainly was whipped cream and milk and didn't even taste like anything other than milk. The cookie was just average. Very disappointing. Our daughter only ate and drank it because she felt it was too expensive to waste.

Jessica, Ashley, Emily, and Kyla were amazing! We had no idea ice cream could be so fun until we met those three young ladies. Super friendly and full of smiles and the beautiful shakes they made for us were almost too gorgeous to eat. In light of that, we ate them all and they were just as delicious as they looked. A young man named Josh even helped with some cleanup that was needed and he was very friendly and helpful as well. We will be back!

Horrible advertising and horrible service communication. Their direct website displays incorrect information, or lack thereof. Me and two family members arrived at this location at 8:34pm, leaving 26 minutes before closing (9pm); as stated by their direct website. In front of us was another group with about 8 people. All 11 of us were turned away by the employees because they decided to close early. I can understand that they may have closed early because of an “off season”. However, I find it unacceptable to operate a business with such disinterest in customer service if not properly disclosed. Their website does not include any information regarding warning of early closure. If all 11 of the people in line had spent $10, the company could have gained $110 in profit in a matter of minutes…only 4 extra minutes (of time they were scheduled to be open anyways) mind you!! I did not have the chance to speak any further with the group ahead of mine, but as for my group, we will never return to this establishment…as there is no telling that they’ll even be open at the times they have listed on their site. What a waste of time. And to others who think we “should have called”…Customers cannot and should not be expected to call prior to arrival and ask about hours if the hours are directly stated on their website. No other establishment expects that of customers.

My experience at Whitecaps Ice Cream was extremely disappointing. The workers on staff were unmotivated, inattentive, and clearly lacked proper training. They appeared very young and inexperienced, which showed in both their attitude and their service. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the staff came across as lazy and uninterested in serving customers. For a business that charges premium prices on its menu, the level of service should be far more professional. Whitecaps needs to seriously reconsider its hiring and training practices if it wants to justify its reputation and prices.

Don’t Bother Coming Late in the Day Showed up with a group of 3, along with another group of 8, and we all got turned away — 30 minutes before closing. Staff told us “it’s the slow season, so we can close early.” Seriously? No apology, no explanation beyond that. Just super dismissive like we were bothering them by walking in. If you’re gonna close early, change your hours. Otherwise, don’t be surprised when people leave annoyed. Won’t be back.

We stopped by Whitecaps Ice Cream with a small group and arrived at the same time as another party. Despite being listed as open, the staff chose to close 30 minutes early and were very unprofessional in how they handled the situation. Their explanation was that it's "off season," even though it is the middle of August. Closing early without notice and dismissing customers in that way shows a lack of professionalism and respect for patrons' time.

We visited this location today, 8/23 @ 8:34 pm for some ice cream. We were met by 3 ladies who were packing up their stuff and said that they we closed because it is off season and they can close 30 minutes early if they are slow. We (8 people) along with another group of people were turned away. High disappointed in the treatment we received after arrive nearly 30 minutes before closing time that was just confirmed by the business 2 weeks ago according to Google.

Love the atmosphere! Came for ice cream but can't wait to work my way through the menu. We were given samples of multiple items to try. Can't wait to come back and try more. The staff were very friendly. We will be back. The food looks yummy! The Hershey's ice cream hit the spot for my dessert craving. Two thumbs up!

If you're looking for a place that's both family-friendly and stylish, The Wave ice cream and boba is definitely a spot to check out. When we visited, the kids absolutely loved it! The elegant, oversized chairs made them feel like royalty, and the lush green backdrop added such a fun and relaxing vibe to the whole experience.

Fast service and super friendly staff. This place is so cool looking and the huge chairs r so comfortable! Acai bowls are on point. So delicious!!! Don’t sleep on this!!!!!

Chicken croissant was fresh and delicious. The store has a definite European vibe! Love the focus on atmosphere. Looking forward to going back to have the fruit bowls.
