Though taste was good, they are very poor in designer cakes. My cake design is wasted by them. Also service is poor. For delivery time of 5, even cake was not ready properly by 6. Don't go for designer cakes for birthday.

Hello guys , I have heard a lot about this place and decided to visit them, it's a small basic bakery nothing fancy simple ambiance and limited place to stand, as it's famous so it was full which made the service very slow. I think they have seating arrangement in 1st floor. We tried baked samosa , paneer paties , chocolate pastry, chocolate cream roll, normal cream roll, jam roll and garlic bread. We didn't like jam roll, paties and samosa were good , garlic bread felt rubbery but taste was okay (not instantly made pre-made easily 8-9 hour ago and just heated before served ). Pastry was good, normal & chocolate cream roll are good. Chocolate cream roll has chocolate syrup spread over it, it's not like chocolate cream inside. Overall service is slow and unmanaged, price is high, compared to Indore almost double in everything, one time visit place for me.

I have been relishing the Ujjain sev for the past 40 odd years Earlier whenever we visited Ujjain it was a ritual visiting their store at-least once. We took back packets of Sev and other namkeen s for our friends and family back home. Poha, Usad , Bhel is incomplete without the sev. The most amazing part is that the taste has been the same ever since i remember. Now, for the past 10 years or so our trips to Ujjain have reduced, but Sev keeps coming home. . Earlier i used to book through whatapp but now i order online . They are prompt to respond, always willing to answer your queries and service is fast. The sev comes home well packed in cartons. Keep the good service going

Have been a fan of Jain namkeen since mid 70s. Jeewan lal ji "Bappa" used to ga e a cart counter in freeganj. Same quality taste n purity. Family want namkeen from India but from jain namkeen only. Best wishes.

They are selling namkeen without batch number, manufacturing date and best before use date printed. On query about this, the response of cashier was very rude.

The owner is extremely arrogant and have some attitude issue. Boast too much about his legacy while the taste is too mid. If you planning to buy anything, it’s better to go Maheshwari or Bafna.

Owner of the shop is very arrogant. No smile, throw money on counter for u to pick ur change back. It feels like you standing in que to get free food. Many mentioned to me their own experiences but well now I experienced too.. not worth going to feel disrespected. Lot of people I know dont go to this shop anymore. I am added to the list.

I ordered a cake for my mom 50th bday but the delivery guy was in so hurry to deliver the cake that he continuously was calling to deliver the cake when it was instructed that i ll take the delivery in late evening. But as per their convenience...they delivered it before time and due to continous call from the shop , they spoiled my entire surprise. This was not expected from any professional service provider. Atleast have some patience.. If i have placed an order and paid the entire amount in advance Then why you guys are hurrying so much for delivery when i wanted it to have it later on.

Went there for a birthday cake and found a good variety of cakes. Ordered a Chocolate truffle cake for my brother's birthday. Everyone in my family really liked the taste, quality and flavours of the cake. Will definitely go next time. Worth the money spent.

I found a rusted iron decoration piece used in cake I bought from Baker's Lounge. This cake was served to kids too, does this store's staff and owner even understand what could such things cause to people. Serious quality and service issues.

The ambience was poor. The food quality was good and quantity was generous. They should work more on interiors to make a good atmosphere here. It is on the first floor over Baker's lounge backery.

A cheesiest mouth watering dish which comes with the best white sauce the perfect blend of butter, milk, cheese and veggies also topped with oregano and chill flakes and extra chesse was bonus on it. The pasta was soft and tasted so well with the sauce. Also the pizza was mouthwatering

DO NOT GO Sharing experience of the FIRST FLOOR The people making food were not chefs, they were labor and while making the food they were chewing tobacco, the whole place was smelling like a toll booth toilet. Whatever you do not go, stay hungry instead... Look at the photo, the cheese was not even in the sandwich and it tasted like I had eaten some rotten thing.. even the thought of it makes me vomit the intestines out of my mouth.

Had good experience with sizzling brownie and black current shake. Other savoury dish like white pasta, manchurian are also nice.

Their cakes are good but blue berry cheese cake is quite the exquisite one, though it's sweetness needs to mellow out a bit. That cafe is perfect for people who appreciate a soft sweet taste instead of aggressively sweet one.still I would like it to be a little less sweet it's the best cake in that shop in my opinion.

Big Cheaters Worst place They can't even make a cake in 2 days . Can't they even make a cake by customer's choice. If they cannot make a cake why have they opened a bakery. The party was ruined bcz of them . The bday cake is the most important thing in a bday party . The party was delayed also we had to a new cake from a different shop that to at last moment. . Why do they make false promises if they can't fulfill it ?? And we also gave them 2000 rupees , the full payment still they didn't make it.. When we went there to ask about it , they said they can make it in 20 mins only if we want to .. or just take a refund ... Their language was also not good.. 20 mins ???!! A cake doesn't even bake in 20 mins and there was fondant and decoration too.. . They just simply excused that they forgot to make a cake and it was not just us but other people were there asking about their cake .. They even told to remove our review.!! Review is honest experience of someone and that is what reviews are all about.. It was not the manager 's fault but the person who took our order , Ajay ..

The service was very bad. We ordered a cake for a little girl 's bday . We ordered the cake 3 to 4 days before her bday . They said that they can make the cake and we can pick it up on the scheduled date . But then they cancelled it at the last moment and didn't even informed us before hand . No message, no information about it , nothing ... We had organized a bday party .. That bday completely got ruined bcz of their mistake.. When we went there to pickup the cake other customers were also very disappointed bcz of their service .. They couldn't make it in 4 days and then they are saying that they can make in just 15 minutes , including the full decoration of it and fondant too.. I don't recommend u buying things from there Apart from this they also sell things at a much higher cost..
