Western restaurant
Rick's Café is a charming and romantic eatery that draws inspiration from the iconic café in the 1942 film "Casablanca." Located in an old courtyard-style mansion against the walls of the Old Medina of Casablanca, this restaurant and piano bar exudes nostalgia with its architectural and decorative details reminiscent of the classic movie.
If you are a fan of the movie Casablanca, then this is the place for you! Cool interior with a great vibe. The food was very good. Decent wine selection. They do have a piano player but he was no Sam.
Melinda W — Google review
Rick’s Café absolutely lives up to its legend. The service was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and relaxed. We arrived late and got lucky with the room nearly to ourselves, which made it feel extra special. The staff let us go upstairs to take photos, and every corner feels like a scene from Casablanca. From the arches and piano to the décor and lighting, they really got the movie details right. The live music tied it all together with soft piano and classic tunes that set the mood. Whether you go for dinner, cocktails, or just the atmosphere, it is a must-visit in Casablanca.
Seth I — Google review
We are a romantic pair who love to travel, and although I wouldn’t have flown to Casablanca solely to visit this nostalgic icon, the moment we found a cruise stopping here, I booked lunch without hesitation. I’m so glad we did and thank you to Sara who stepped up at the office to make this happen. We began with the local oysters, they are size one, beautifully fresh, but certainly not for the faint-hearted or first-time tasters. We then shared the lamb special, and I say this without exaggeration: it was the finest lamb we’ve ever eaten. For dessert, we enjoyed Rick’s cheesecake and their take on an apple tart, both absolutely delicious. Everything was accompanied by Champagne cocktails, an excellent Moroccan red, and a touch of French Champagne to finish. It all came together perfectly. A final word of thanks to our waiter,Sifedeene, who looked after us with grace, warmth and genuine care. His quiet professionalism added so much to the experience, and we’re grateful for it. We leave with full hearts and wonderful memories. Rick’s Café truly lived up to its legend.

Here’s your English translation: ⸻ Highly Not Recommended The doorman at the entrance was extremely discriminatory toward Asians. Even though we clearly had a reservation, they refused to let us in to confirm and made us wait outside in the wind. The staff’s attitude was arrogant and dismissive once they saw we were Asian, but they warmly welcomed Western-looking guests. Absolutely terrible service. We ordered the three-course set, but honestly, everything tasted bad. The steak was large, but the doneness was poorly controlled—they didn’t even ask how we wanted it cooked, and it came out almost well-done and very dry. The cheese on the side of the salad was also unpleasant—what a pity. The waiters inside the restaurant were enthusiastic, and the interior decor was decent, but the doorman was awful, and the food was nothing special. Definitely will not return.
陳衍德 — Google review
Wonderful experience. Was so busy. Reservation recommended or you might not get in if too busy. Service was fantastic. Food was amazing. Prices reasonable. Would return if back in Casablanca. Highly recommend even just for photos and the experience.
Margaret M — Google review
We absolutely loved our dinner here and highly recommend. I thought it would be a little touristy but the food was excellent and interesting and the service was too notch. If you’re looking for a fun, elegant night out I highly recommend.
Alexandra W — Google review
Rick’s Café in Casablanca is a charming spot with beautiful decor, vintage lamps, and a nostalgic atmosphere inspired by the movie Casablanca. The ambiance and service were great, and the food — especially the burrata salad and filet steak — was well-prepared and nicely presented. You’ll need to book online in advance, as it’s a popular restaurant. While it’s definitely worth visiting for the experience and ambiance, I found it a bit overrated compared to the hype.
Dema — Google review
I was beyond disappointed with Rick’s cafe. On telling the server I was vegetarian and requesting the linguini be made vegetarian, he informed me that the only had a vegetarian pasta pomodoro which I reluctantly ordered. The pasta had almost no sauce and was served with unseasoned boiled vegetables. I expressed disappointment to the host at the end of the meal who informed me they had a vegetarian menu and possibly didn’t show it to me if the chefs didn’t have ingredients etc. The service- in not giving me the vegetarian menu- was disappointing. The service seemed rushed overall, like they wanted us out of there. The quality of food was terrible and not inclusive. The live music they advertised lasted only a quarter of the meal. I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

Spanish restaurant
Restaurant
La Bodega de Casablanca is a vibrant Spanish-inspired restaurant that offers a departure from the traditional Moroccan experience. The venue features a lively atmosphere with a DJ and dance floor, hosting Latino and Salsa nights throughout the week. The bar's decor exudes Spanish charm with colorful chairs, decorative grapes hanging from the bar, and a bull's head adorning the wall.
The ambiance and concept of the place is nice. The staff is attentive and you feel safe. The kitchen was also very good. Everything is great.

Great variety Good good Service poor Keep taking things away and running with them. Have needed to wave down wait staff and have seen many others have to do the same thing Great entertainment and the club downstairs has great music No air conditioning
D C — Google review
The food was ok but I wouldn’t say it’s traditional. The service was amazing and I’m sure if it was any other day apart from Sunday that this place would have more of a vibe.
H — Google review
I took the mix-grill thinking it was going to be all kind of meat with reasonable pieces. But it was only 2 strewers with sausages. Was not worth the price but it was good and the sauces that came with it too. The restaurant was empty maybe because we were there too early or because the high price of the food for the area.
Jose B — Google review
Wanting a break from Moroccan food, I tried this restaurant. I guess I had to be punished for the sin. The food was just bad. I had octopus and it was the chewiest and most rubbery octopus I’ve ever had in my life, to the point that after chewing for one minute I had to spit it out and return the dish - they still left it on the bill. Patatas bravas were meh, chicken skewers were very average. All the bullfighting imagery makes you feel like you are in those faux Italian restaurants with red chequered table cloths and ‘o sole mio’ playing on the radio. Smoking seems to be actually encouraged with a bright white and red Marlboro ashtray prominent on every table. Just avoid this place.

Excellent Spanish food in Casablanca🇲🇦Recommended by our hotel🏨We ordered a handful of tapas for our table. Very tasty and filling. Quick service. Fußball themed atmosphere for people who love the sport⚽️ They also had a nightclub in the basement if you want to take your turn-up to the next level😍
Sana B — Google review
We came here for alternative choice of dinner except Moroccan food, but came out by surprise the food is nice. The baguette is tasty than usual one, because have been added special ingredients I guess. We ordered seafood mixed salad and enchiladas, both are delicious. The local Moroccan beer tastes really good, new comers must try it out!

Loud and uncomfortable atmosphere. Probably the slowest service I've ever experienced. Had to order the same drink three times before I gave up and just left.

When in Casablanca, a visit to Sky 28 on the 28th floor of Kenzi Tower Hotel is a must. The bar offers stunning panoramic views of the city through its floor-to-ceiling windows, providing an excellent opportunity to take in the city's hustle and bustle from above. Indulge in their excellent selection of beverages, such as the French martini made with pineapple juice.
The restaurant offers a wonderful view of Casablanca, which does not indicate that it is a restaurant. Very professional and friendly service, in particular MERYLEM deserves special mention, who on 29.04.2025 at about 21:30 worked and very nicely and politely led a conversation in the field of the menu recommended in the premises and events in the restaurant. The proposed dishes, desserts and drinks were in fact very tasty and deserve a recommendation for all visitors to this place. Once again, I highly recommend visiting this special place in Casablanca - I also recommend the service by Mrs. Merylem. Tourist from Poland

Skies 28 rooftop bar at the Kenzi Tower is hands down one of the best spots in Casablanca for the view alone—absolutely iconic. It’s the perfect place to sip a cocktail while soaking in the city skyline, especially at sunset. Service is top notch: friendly, quick, and professional. They serve alcohol, and the cocktails are surprisingly well-made. I also tried the local Casablanca beer, which was great, though a bit overpriced for a local brew. One downside: the food isn’t anything special. It’s just okay and not on par with the drinks or ambiance. Still, worth it for the vibe.
Frank G — Google review
What a view! We had lunch at the restaurant located on the 27th floor, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant opens at 12:00 PM, while the bar opens a bit later at 3:00 PM — good to know if you're planning your visit. The food itself was decent — nothing extravagant, but it did the job. What truly made the experience stand out was everything else: the staff were incredibly kind and professional, the service was smooth and attentive, and the interior design was modern, elegant, and spotless. Even the restrooms were impressively stylish and clean — clearly, no detail is overlooked here. But the real showstopper is the view. Panoramic, stunning, unforgettable — it’s honestly one of the most beautiful views we’ve ever seen. Just for that alone, this place is worth a visit. Whether you're stopping by for a drink, a meal, or just to take in the scenery, it's money well spent and a memory worth making. Highly recommended! Love from Norway 🇳🇴

The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor – every dish was perfectly prepared. I truly wanted to meet the chef in person just to thank him for his amazing skill and experience in the kitchen. The entire team deserves recognition as well – the waiters were so kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the whole meal. A wonderful dining experience that I would definitely recommend and come back for! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

Welcome to the highest rooftop in Casablanca and eventually the whole country The view is just incredible a 360 * view of the whole city of Casablanca or the White House if you prefer. The food is good it’s just that they don’t offer a lot of options and lots of it it’s bites which good for a healthy dinner after having 3 tajines since I landed here lol They have entertainment and Dj sometimes too. I will recommend this rooftop a 💯 to all curious and elegant fans Enjoy it 😉

Stunning views, beautiful wine and service. We enjoyed the ceviche and coconut curry ravioli. Our sommelier recommended us some fantastic Moroccan wines both whites and reds which were divine. There was a beautiful singer and DJ that made it such a classy night out.

I recently dined at a fantastic restaurant that offered both spectacular food and breathtaking views. Each dish was a culinary delight, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied and can't wait to return. Perched on La Corniche, Le Cabestan has been a go-to spot since 1927, offering unparalleled Atlantic views and a chic atmosphere. Following a 2011 renovation, the restaurant remains popular with its stylish crowd. The modern Mediterranean dishes and exclusive club draw guests in, but it's the exceptional ocean views that truly captivate visitors.
Make sure to go before sunset so you can have the place less crowded and enjoy it. The view is speechless, no words to explain. Service and food were spectacular. Every item we ordered was delicious. Hummus had fried peas on them and it was so crunchy. Guacamole and nacho chips is a must order! Very fresh and server comes and does the guacamole in front of you. Very nice presentation
Mehmet Y — Google review
The entrance was beautifully designed, but my friend found the atmosphere too dark. I didn't mind, as it made the meal more cozy and intimate. BUT we noticed that older people had a lot of trouble reading the menu. The food was delicious, but you pay for that. The younger staff definitely provided better service than the older ones. All in all, it's a good place to visit—plus you can admire the sunset. And as the name suggests, there's a beautiful view of the sea.
Melissa H — Google review
A must visit as part of any stay or trip to Casablanca. The menu is extensive with the main focus on fish and big steaks! Service is excellent with quick service and staff always checking on everything. Make sure you try the toilet as it has a view. Ask for a table by the window to take in the scenery, and ensure that you get there before sunset and go for a walk afterwards as the Cornish becomes alive.
J N — Google review
The guacamole was really good! Everything else was … okay. Nothing to rave about. Restaurant is beautiful - 2 floors. Worth it if you can get a table against the window for ocean views!
Na T — Google review
We ordered from the bar menu Potato Bravas and the chicken sliders (small burgers). Food was sub par. The bread tasted stale and chewy the sauce was tasteless and the chicken in the sliders were small and dry. The potatoes Bravas were nice and crispy and had a decent sauce but needs seasoning. The drinks were disappointing. Attaching photos we ordered 2 signature cocktails The Essence of Time and the Smoky Gold Sky. While they both tasted nice it was so far from what was advertised on the menu, it felt like I was getting scammed. The staff were attentive sat us promptly moved us to a preferred table and were great at their job. That's why the 3 stars plus the view. Given the let down of the food and drinks though I must question if the owner is cutting corners and using the location and view to their advantage to serve up substandard fare. Or has the bartender and chef checked out while the servers do their best to keep patrons happy. Either way disappointing.
Freakwavers — Google review
Very bad experience. The hostess was not friendly, she has a very demeaning attitude. The waiter didn't know the menu, they then served both the entrée and the main course leaving my steak to get cold. The burrata (entrée) was okay, saved by the Chimichurri. The steak was bad, hard to eat and overcooked. The desert was okay but was melting by the time it was on the table. Not recommended for the price or the service.
Hamza S — Google review
If you are visiting Casablanca, this is an essential dining experience and not to be missed. From the very intriguing jungle trail entrance to the sublime interior mixing a calm but sophisticated Japanese and Scandinavian influenced design, culminating in the breathtaking ocean views, this all just sets the stage for an exceptional gastronomic experience. The warm, attentive and professional service is only surpassed by the delicious appetizers and mains, each mouthwatering in their own right. Our only regret was not ordering dessert as our appetites had been satisfied completely and a long road trip to Rabat necessitated an end to this outstanding 90 minute, 5 star experience.
J F — Google review
I went to Cabestan Restaurant, and while the place itself is beautiful and classy, the service was extremely disappointing. Even the security guards at the entrance, especially the Moroccan guy, treat locals with disrespect while being very nice to foreigners. This isn’t the first time it happens even though I had a confirmed reservation, he still spoke to me in a very rude way. In short, Cabestan is an elegant and lovely restaurant, but you really need to improve the service. The staff there make the experience worse than the place deserves

Pub
The Irish Pub Casablanca is a classic and lively bar located in the heart of Casablanca. It offers a pleasant atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing evening with friends. The pub features live music and shows various sports such as football, rugby, tennis, and golf. With its authentic Irish ambiance including wooden floors and furniture, it provides a genuine experience reminiscent of a small town in Ireland.
I’m in Casablanca, ordering Irish whiskey, eating the best loaded baked potato, listening to American rock and roll. This place is everything you need and everything you want! Service is phenomenal, Abdo(who’s now waited on me 3 times), is the absolute greatest example of hospitality! Please please please get the smoked wings and I cannot explain but their hand cut fries just simply taste better than any around! Good food, greater people, and amazing ambience!
Bradley M — Google review
Unique decor and great music here. No Guinness unfortunately but they have local beer and a fair amount of spirits. I was not expecting to be in an Irish pub in Morocco so that was an experience.
Larry W — Google review
It is a very inviting Irish pub with a cozy interior and very attentive staff. It is a relaxed atmosphere and you can enjoy alcoholic beverages and very tasty pub food (it is actually the bar/restaurant of the East West Hotel where a door is connecting to). It is gathering place an international crowd and as single traveller it is easy to meet new people. It was a lot of fun, great food and drinks, and most of all great people here. Highly recommendable!

Title: Good Food, Great Service, and Cozy Ambiance! Review: I recently visited The Irish Pub in Casablanca and had a pleasant experience overall. While the food was undeniably delicious, I must admit it didn't quite match the traditional Irish cuisine I was expecting. On the bright side, the service at The Irish Pub was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. They were quick to accommodate any requests and provided helpful recommendations when needed. As for the ambiance, it was cozy and inviting, with a charming Irish-inspired decor that added to the overall atmosphere. Whether you're looking to unwind with a pint of beer or enjoy a meal with friends, The Irish Pub provides a comfortable setting for a relaxing time. In conclusion, while the food may not be strictly Irish, The Irish Pub in Casablanca still offers a delightful dining experience with good food, great service, and a cozy ambiance. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Great to find alcohol in Morocco! Unfortunately they do not sell Guinness as the sign out the front suggests. They kept bringing out random dishes of food whilst we were drinking which was a nice touch. Everyone smokes inside which makes the smell not very nice 🚬

Could not find fault. Service is attentive without being intrusive. Food is excellent and the tapas portions are huge. We had to take a doggy bag away! Chiperones are better than any i have eaten in Spain! Food price for the portion size is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars

A lovely dining experience with a calm, elegant atmosphere. The grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, served with crisp fries and fresh vegetables. The creamy mushroom dish was rich and full of flavour comfort food done beautifully. Service was attentive yet relaxed, and the setting with natural light and greenery made it ideal for a long, easy lunch. Definitely worth returning for both the quality of food and the peaceful vibe.

Food is really good The music is usually loud, and it's hard to have a conversation with the music on. I went on a game day, and I felt like I was at a café and not a restaurant. I understand the game was important but the table were brought very close to each other, the cheering was loud which llmade it impossible to have a nice dinner especially when the person is not a fan of foot. It's still one of my fav places, and I would recommend it for sure. The service is always on point.

MUSIC AND DJ WAS PHENOMENAL! This place was popin! We had a party of 16 folks. Manager quickly set up a large area for us. Amazing service! Espresso based drinks were amazing. And drinks weren’t watered down.

An afternoon in a hot box with bad food! The waiter said the chef wasn’t available to make sushi at 3pm in the afternoon, which is fair. What they didn’t tell us was the person they had cooking was probably the dish washer! The food they brought out was passable at best, but I was hungry. What I couldn’t eat was the Potato Bravos as they were cooked around 4 times before! My wife couldn’t eat her pasta, it was that bad! One of the best clubs in casa ... they have some hard core djs playing everynight even on week days. The sound is clean and pounds strong. I love that club

We had a great time! There are multiple menus or a la carte options. During our visit 2 menus were not available that night. Nevertheless had a great evening, food was very good, service was attentive. Cocktails were proper not watered down. Shisha smooth. Entertainment was great for the evening. All in all nice evening experience.

Hi guys, It's a really good place for fun after midnight, I would like to suggest about sitting arrangement in bar is like restaurant. They must do modification and create dance floor. Rest things are good. Music system is wonderful but there songs selection is poor. They must choose letest songs and treditional at all. People was innocent. Overall it was average night. Hope Maison B will care and correct. Good luck

Disappointing Experience Despite Good Music We had a very disappointing experience at Maison B. Upon arrival, no one greeted us or guided us to our reserved table. The place seemed completely unattended, with no staff around except for the DJ. We initially sat at one table, but a waiter came and asked us to move—without even checking whether we had a reservation. We agreed politely and switched tables. However, halfway through the night, the same waiter returned and asked us to move again, this time to a table in the corner. He claimed our current table was reserved and said he wanted to join it with another for a group of young people. When we refused to move, he called security to force us out. This was extremely disrespectful. I explained that we also had a reservation, yet no one showed us our spot from the beginning. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the waiter started raising his voice and told my husband that if we didn’t want to move, we needed to order a bottle. This was after he had already consumed several drinks and was clearly not sober. He did end up ordering a bottle but barely touched it. Another issue was the constant interruptions to take payment after each order. Why not keep the tab open and settle the bill at the end? I also noticed that this seemed to happen only with us, which felt discriminatory. The only positive thing about the night was the DJ and the music—the vibe was great and the ambience was very enjoyable. But the service and treatment were unacceptable. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. I give 3 stars only for the DJ.
Souad Y — Google review
I can confirm that the sound system is quite good for electronic / house music lovers. Quite a good DJ platform as well with beautiful visuals. I went there on a Tuesday night and it was not crowded, I havent faced any difficulty in entering. But please notice, this is a high end club and they may be picky on a busy night. The drinks are also overpriced, you probably will pay more than 100 Dirhams for a drink, be prepared. Overall, for those who only look for good music may consider the place.

I’m a regular customer and there big hok with people who work at the front door they ask for money and tips to let you in I never had this experience in my life
Sam E — Google review
The recent changes to the club layout have resulted in a cramped and congested space. It's difficult to enjoy dancing peacefully since the dance floor is now situated in a high-traffic area near the restrooms and service counters. With numerous tables occupying most of the limited space, it feels more like a restaurant than a nightclub. It's disappointing that the club was better in the past, and I won't be returning.

Seafood restaurant
Restaurant
Taverne du Dauphin is a well-established seafood restaurant located in the heart of Casablanca, near the port and the old medina. It offers a convivial atmosphere and a menu featuring fresh grilled or fried fish, platters of shellfish, and giant seafood skewers. The restaurant also has a popular bar for business clientele and serves fruit cocktails at Cafe Maure. Guests can enjoy their meals while listening to the sound of waves in the beach district of Ain Diab.
Mouthwatering dishes cooked to perfection. Aromatic and tasty. All food should be prepared with this level of excellence. Outstanding service from a knowledgeable waiter who helped us understand the French menu and made excellent suggestions. Highly recommend.
Petra R — Google review
This was the ok-est meal ever. We ended up here when our destination ended up being closed and we had to find something. The restaurant was nice, going for a finer dining look and feel on the outskirts of the Old Town. They did have a nice, air conditioned, non-smoking area upstairs - so that was awesome. My 7 year old was delighted to see Wimbledon on TV and was thoroughly enjoying the match, before the waiter decided to change the channel (to Fútbol of course) despite the room being mostly empty - my kiddo was pretty upset the rest of the meal. The rest of the service was similar, ok albeit slightly impatient. Something we learned is that this restaurant does things French style (which maybe we should’ve guessed by the name). That’s fine and good, but given we were in Morocco, we kinda wanted Moroccan style. After finally settling in on our dishes, pictured below the food started to trickle out. Most of it lacked much flavor. We did enjoy the salad which was fresh and generous. My kiddo enjoyed the tartar. However the fruit de mare and sardines were both meh. Sardines are supposed to be a local specialty, but here they were very underwhelming. While the fruit de mare was not overly fried (this is a positive) it also didn’t have much taste or flavor. That said, prices were reasonable, maybe the ultimate you get what you pay for? Our meal ended up being about 360 local (including tip), roughly €36. Look, if you’re looking for a bit of a buttoned up experience and trying to avoid any stomach bugs, this might be your jam. But honestly, you can probably do much better than okay. I know we plan on trying to.

Taverne is such a great place to dine! The seafood is incredibly fresh, cooked to perfection, and full of flavor. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure you feel comfortable throughout your meal. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, which makes it perfect whether you’re enjoying a casual dinner or a special night out. Everything from the food to the service shows great care and professionalism. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back again!

It was an average restaurant, nothing fancy. 1st time being served bread with mayonaise, as usually its either butter or olive oil. Waiting time is long, but understanable as its all cooked fresh. But taste wise, its so-so. Price is on the higher side tho.

What a lovely seafood restaurant! Recommended by our Airbnb host. Fresh seafood, we had oysters, grilled calamari, octopus, John Dory, Moroccan red wine, homemade creme brûlée. Food was excellent! Service was great, the waiter was attentive, moved us to a bigger table when one come available soon after we sat down. Enjoyable evening before our departure tomorrow!

This was our first night eating with our tour group... We had a set menu, so I cannot comment on anything other than what I ate. So our appetizer was shrimp and avocado. The avocado 🥑 needed pepper and lemon juice added to it, to excentuate the flavour. The bed of shrimp (crevette size) smelt fishy. Number one reason how you know that seafood is starting to turn, the smell. I had one mall bite and spit it out discreetly. The Swordfish was absolutely 💯 amazing. So flavourful and not overcooked. The ice-cream was fantastic. Service, excellent. A little bit too hot in the restaurant, but that is coming from a beautiful Canadian who LOVES ❤️ the cold!

I went there specifically to get Oysters. I was encouraged by the excellent reviews, and definitely the restaurant did not miss. Restaurant
Le Kimmy'z is a vibrant French bistro and bar located in the Gauthier neighborhood of Casablanca. The multilevel space offers a variety of experiences, from a lively bar serving wine and tapas to an upscale restaurant with a French-inspired menu featuring market-fresh produce and excellent steaks. As the evening progresses, the atmosphere transforms into that of an upscale sports bar with loud pop music, live performers, and a friendly crowd.
Really enjoyed this restaurant, it’s French food, and they have a nice selection of wines, I went for a Chablis. Wide selection of beef dishes, and the desert was ok. Should be on the try list definitely. Opens after 6pm so take note, and there’s smoking at the bar fyi.
Akinbo A — Google review
Extremely disappointing experience. It was my first time at this restaurant, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with rudeness by the receptionist even though the place was completely empty. I mentioned that I had called three times to make a reservation (with no answer), and she was very unaccommodating. I arrived early and she pressured me into choosing between upstairs or downstairs seating, even though I told her I was waiting for my friends. She insisted I call them on the spot to decide, which felt very unnecessary and uncomfortable. When my friends arrived and wanted to sit downstairs, she suddenly claimed it was “fully reserved” which was clearly not true, as the restaurant was still mostly empty. Only after insisting did she “magically” find a table for us. Once seated, she made a strange comment like, “I don’t need to check IDs, right?”—we're 25 and clearly adults—but we smiled and took it as a compliment. Yet just minutes later, she sent over a security guard to check our IDs in a very unprofessional and abrupt manner. Three of us planned to eat and two just wanted drinks (which we told her upfront and were told was okay). While we waited for our fifth friend to arrive, we were repeatedly pressured by the waiters to place our order. As soon as our friend arrived, we were suddenly told that if everyone didn’t order food, we’d have to move upstairs. At that point, we chose to leave. The staff made no effort to apologize and even spoke rudely in front of us. We felt completely unwelcome and disrespected. This is not how you treat paying customers. I will not be coming back, and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. RUN RUN RUN

Very cool atmosphere and decor. The service was pretty good and the staff very friendly. It was the perfect place to watch the works cup. Drinks are pretty expensive, but within the norms for the area. We were not that hungry, so we just ordered a cheese board, and it was actually really good. I definitely recommend it.
Tariq L — Google review
Really disappointing experience I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been treated this badly at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was off. The manager was cold, snobby, and clearly made no effort to be welcoming. On the contrary — it felt like she went out of her way to make us uncomfortable. Her tone, her attitude, everything about the interaction was passive-aggressive and dismissive. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty around 9 PM, she insisted we sit upstairs — no explanation, just pressure. We had let them know beforehand that some of us would be ordering food and others just drinks, and were told that was fine. But once seated, that agreement seemed to disappear. The pressure to order was nonstop, and we were told that if everyone didn’t get food, we’d have to move. The staff, unfortunately, had the same energy — cold, standoffish, and clearly not interested in giving us a good experience. At one point, the manager even made a weird remark about checking our IDs — which, in the context, felt unnecessary and just added to the overall condescending vibe. We ended up leaving and finishing our night elsewhere — and honestly, that was the best decision we could’ve made. The space might look nice, but when the people working there treat guests like they’re a burden, it completely kills the experience. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.
Rania L — Google review
Tried to go in but my friends were denied due to dress code. I went in but I was treated as if they did me a favour. I sat down where they told me to, then my table was given to someone less. I sat somewhere else as per their instruction, ordered and waited only to be told to move again. I left after that after realising my food or drinks weren't even processed.
Moe A — Google review
One of the rudest and most unwelcoming managers I’ve ever encountered, which is such a shame, because the place itself is cozy and inviting. Unfortunately, that all goes out the window when the manager doesn’t smile, gives you the impression you’re not welcome, and claims the place is fully booked (despite it being nearly empty at 9 PM). To make matters worse, she essentially asked other customers to take our seats while we were still finishing our drinks. Even the waiters looked embarrassed and apologised, unlike the manager, whose job it is to ensure guests feel comfortable. Disappointing experience overall.
Yasmine D — Google review
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and when I had a payment issue due to the poor network connection upstairs, there was no accountability at all. No manager was available to resolve the situation, and their phone line was unreachable for days. After six days, the only response I got was through Instagram, where they claimed their line had been “busy” the entire time , which is simply unacceptable for any business. The service is practically nonexistent, the prices are unjustifiably high, and the staff is unwelcoming. Save your money and energy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Really nice place for a drink. The food was very fresh and the drinks were cold and fresh too. Service was fast and the server was very professional and respectful. We had a wonderful date night ❤️ Ps: small little perk, I didn't know that people were allowed to smoke inside which was disgusting, but the space is really well ventilated so the odor was not an issue.

A bar with good music but a bit overpriced for what you got. The food is not fresh and there was almost no alcohol in my caperinha. The chips they gave at the beginning tasted like it was standing there already for a few days, weak, soft and no taste. Dissapointing experience.

Great location and atmosphere, but the service needs serious improvement. I faced long wait times for both seating and drinks, and the staff’s unprofessional attitude made the experience frustrating. Very tasty food great atmosphere and good music, The place is very crowded on Fridays and Saturdays, and they'll ask you to leave at midnight because they need the tables for other clients, that wasn't acceptable we wanted to order more but they said that you'll only be able to stay if you order a bottle of strong alcohol. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and the waiter gave us a piece of cake and left without cheering with us unlike other tables where they did that. I had a very disappointing and discriminatory experience at this restaurant. My friend made a reservation a week in advance, but when we arrived, the security guard refused to let us in simply because we were three men. I wouldn’t know how the food or atmosphere was, because my husband was denied entry due to his skin color. He had on a custom-made silk suit and tried to enter, but was stopped by security saying he needed a reservation. Some drunk white or European boys hopped out of a taxi, walked past him, and were waved in. When he asked whether they had a reservation, the security scrambled and just said it was full now. Organic Kitchen is a popular spot known for its inventive menu and healthy concept centered around locally sourced ingredients. The cafe offers a variety of globally inspired dishes, including gourmet homemade toasts, super bowls, vegan and gluten-free options, as well as an array of juices and smoothies.
An excellent place with fresh food made from fresh organic farm ingredients. All the dishes were good and portion sizes were huge. The staff was super friendly. The service was commendable and they are a prime example of professionalism. One of the cauliflower dishes had a green very tiny worm in it and I brought it to the attention of the staff and they not only took that dish out of the bill but the owner ended up giving the entire meal for free to us. Though this was something we were not expecting and we were not even upset with the worm situation it’s just that we wanted them to be a little careful. We enjoyed the dishes and also are thankful for their hospitality.

A Perfect Blend of Flavor, Comfort & Top Notch Service As a full time world traveler I love exploring different restaurants, but every time I’m in Casablanca I end up eating at Organic Kitchen every day. The food is divine and it has the perfect balance of vibrant energy and cozy comfort. What keeps me coming back: 🌟 Service: Special shoutout to Karim, who is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my order, since I’m picky and always ask for modifications. The entire staff radiates genuine kindness and 🥗 Ingredients so fresh you can taste the quality in every bite. The presentation is on point and it tastes even better than it looks. The dishes are prepared with obvious care and attention to detail. The menu satisfies both comfort food cravings and healthy choices. The type of food that makes you smile inside. 💻 Digital Nomad Paradise: Ample power outlets, spacious table, comfortable seating. The ambient music is also on point. I can even take meetings without distraction. Why settle for a limited coffee shop if you can have the “Teppanyaki Salmon” grilled to perfection or the “pain perdu” to make the experience even sweeter. P.S. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place is just too good to keep to myself.

This was the cafe I liked the most in this area. I went to many cafes during my one week stay in Casablanca, and this one is my top one! Sadly The ambience is amazing, almacen like (for Spanish people), it’s a bit hot but tolerable. I had salmon tartare with lemonade for lunch, and stay all the afternoon working, later I had an iced coffee with banana bread. Everything was amazing! Don’t miss the chance to visit this cafe!

Had the best brunch here. Served by Karim, there is absolutely nothing not to love here. Food: exqusitely presented, taste is magnificient. Major love for the warm bread served prior to mains. Portion is more than enough for 1 person. Ohh, the ice cream? Top of the world! Service: 1st class, right from start to end, Karim took every care of us Atmosphere: great cozy ambience Price is on the higher side but, but we left extremely happy.

This might be the best restaurant in Casablanca!! I visited few times during my time in the city and every meal impressed me. The ingredients were fresh, the combinations worked perfectly, amazing food creations. The weakest meal was the curry, but still it was tasty - it was the chefs interpretation of chicken tikka masala. Service was excellent. Decor was modern. Prices good. Really healthy. I’d recommend

They were small cockroaches on the wall, and even when we warned the staff about it, they didn't seem to care. They told us they are our small pets, which highly questions the hygiene of the restaurant!!!! The service was not good, the tapas didn't taste good. Adding to this, the manager had no respect towards the usual clients. I would not recommend this place.

With stunning views of the azure bay, this exclusive club offers a range of amenities including three dining establishments, two hotels, a meeting room, three fitness centers and spas, as well as various activities to enhance your stay.
A solid spot if you want to relax near the water and chill with some friends. Be aware that if you might have mobility issues, the seating is extremely low to the ground and might be difficult for some people to get up from. The drinks, while expensive, were pretty good and on the fairly strong side, so it does feel like you’re getting your moneys worth. They had a decent selection of food and drink drinks, but if you wanted food that wasn’t at the buffet on the weekend then you had to wait until, we were told three, but that ended up being something like 6 PM so we did end up leaving. It was still a lovely spot and had fairly good service though the staff didn’t speak really any English so be aware that you will have to use some French or Arabic.

I cannot support a business that discriminates against women for wearing the hijab. Excluding people based on their choice of clothing or religious beliefs is unacceptable and goes against the values of respect, equality, and inclusion that every public space should uphold. Worst door service on earth!!!! I visit this club since years and years, always loved the old band and still came after they changed it… but the worst part is how rude the bodyguards became specially tonight the 27th may of 2025 at 1 am, This used to be an authentic place in casablanca, now the service is the worst, the entrance is the worst with bodyguards asking for money bribe to enter or else they dont recognise you as the client coming here every week for 5 years!! My visit to this pub was a nightmare, thanks to the bouncer's excessive arrogance. His demeanor was beyond unacceptable, and it ruined our night out. VERY UNPLEASANT, RUINED OUR MOOD very bad service from a guy working there named JAMAL, was very disrespectful towards me and every one of my friends... very very poor customer service. and that waiter doesn't belong there.. the way he talks to customers.. his face expressions and everything was very very bad... ruined our whole mood by the way that waiter (JAMAL) has treated us.. hopefully you take this review very seriously because i don't want any other customer to feel the way i felt.. Thanks.

Atmosphere is great, drinks are great as well. However the guy working in reception accused me of doing cocaine after i cleaned my face in the bathroom downstairs. Haha I asked him to check my pockets for anything but he couldn’t. What a horrible way to treat any client.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I invited couple of my friends to the rooftop bar, to enjoy a cool refreshing beverage in hot day, the vibe and view was great but the experience was completely ruined by JAMAL the waiter, he had a horrible attitude arguing with us as the customers and demanding us to order something we can't just sit and enjoy our time over there. The service was forced, I would not recommend this place if you are wanting to have a good time at your own pace. AVOID!!!

DO NO GO THERE! Heard of this rooftop, and went there with couple of friends. Security man outside didn’t even let us in saying “we do not let minors in” (after he saw couple of black friends with us) knowing well that we are not and we’re there to have couple drinks and have fun. He continued to argue with us and literally insulted me and my friends.

I must have been lucky after looking at some of these other reviews! Very nice atmosphere, pleasant music just the right volume - not loud - nice view from the top, with stars out (and Jupiter), very kind and helpful waiters - he lit a fire for us and offered a better table when some other guests left. We had Caesar salad and a trio of hummus and baba ghanoush and felafel, all was very nice. Price was ok with cocktails, 300 dirhams. Very nice place!

During my recent visit to Brasserie Nicole, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The restaurant boasts a diverse menu filled with delectable dishes that cater to various tastes, and every item I sampled was delightful. The service stood out as exceptional; the staff were not only attentive but also knowledgeable, enhancing our dining adventure with thoughtful recommendations tailored to our preferences. The ambiance of Brasserie Nicole is inviting and perfect for a relaxed evening out.
Love this brasserie in Gauthier. Food is delicious. Large selection of wine in a glass with spécial advise in the menu. Good service. Thank you to the whole team

Good service, decent menu, pleasant atmosphere. The bruschetta formage (the table set appetizer) was the best thing there. Our server spoke no English, but he was smart and attentive. Oddly, alcohol drinkers are required to provide their passport numbers. Maybe that's normal in Casablanca, but it felt weird.

Im quite sad that the food is not that good. Ordered Entrecote asked for medium rare but it was well done.. ordered lobster roll as well but that did not went well too, doesn’t seem fresh. Maybe I went there at the wrong timing. But who knows, you can try?

I recently dined at Braserie Nicole, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The food and service were nothing short of amazing. The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes, and each one we tried was good. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. They were more than willing to provide recommendations and cater to our preferences. The restaurant's atmosphere and vibes were perfect for either a romantic date night or a friendly dinner. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with just the right amount of lighting to set the mood. The background music added to the overall charm. Additionally, I was pleased to discover that they offer a fantastic lunch formula. It's an excellent option for a midday meal that won't disappoint. Overall, I highly recommend Braserie Nicole for anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience in a warm and welcoming setting.

Completely Overpriced menu given the quality offered, tough meat, fruit flies landing on dishes while we eat.. very loud, very rude kitchen staff with obviously no experience in fine dining.. will let you do the math... The only positive point was the -one and only- waiter working hard to make the experience more pleasant. An utter disappointment

Le Calypso Brasserie Casablanca pleasantly exceeded expectations with its delightful offerings. The delectable surprise included scrumptious pizza, mouthwatering nems (eggrolls), and delicious spaghetti Stromboli. The exceptional service provided an extraordinary dining experience. This establishment is simply flawless - from the impeccable cuisine to the refreshing beverages served. It is an ideal destination for those seeking a good place to indulge in a variety of delectable dishes.
We were in a rush to catch a train but wanted to eat something. They swiftly served us. The food was great, we ordered frutti di mare and arrabiata pasta. The waiter Najad Muhammad was amazing!

We were told to come here to have a good time. We arrived close to midnight on a Saturday night and was able to have dinner first. However, The place smelled like cat urine. The utensils were dirty. Our server was nice though until it was time to pay. My bill came out to 380 dirhams but he charged my credit card 480 dirhams. Luckily I am the type of person to take pictures of my receipt so when i pointed it out to him that the numbers didn’t match, he said it was an “accident”. I guess they were closing and we gesture to one guy if we can take our beer into the club area. He nodded but then when we were escorted back to the restaurant because apparently we couldn’t. By this time it was close to 2am and the place was not crowded at all so we decided to just leave.
Denise L — Google review
the beer is very expensive. In the bar, a small bottle costs almost $6. In the club or dance area, the small beer costs $12. It's far too much for there to be nothing going on.

La Ola Rooftop offers a delightful dining experience with its perfectly cooked salmon and fantastic shrimp and avocado salad. The service, although a bit slow, is accompanied by friendly staff. The surprise drink menu featuring cocktails adds to the overall appeal of the place. Visitors can enjoy a wonderful view, excellent service, and a charming manager who enhances the experience. Additionally, the pleasant ambiance and tasty dishes make it a recommended spot for both lunch and dinner in Casablanca.
So far, this is one of the best rooftops I’ve visited in Casablanca. It’s located near the beach, right along the coast. The place stands out for its creativity and unique weekly events and parties. You’ll find all kinds of people enjoying themselves, though the overall vibe feels quite niche and stylish. I also really liked the food, especially the seafood—whether fried or prepared in a more traditional style.
Meriem E — Google review
Treated themselves to a tip. We had eaten beforehand, so luckily we only had drinks, the place didn’t look clean at all. After reading a comment here about food poisoning, I’m glad we didn’t eat there. Unfortunately not good service, not what you would expect from Morocco. A star for the view that is difficult to enjoy through dirty windows. Visually, the decor isn't bad either. With better service and more cleanliness I think more people would come. When we were there it was pretty empty. Don't go here!!

Bad experience – Not recommended I’ve been bringing my Couchsurfing groups to La Ola Rooftop for over two years, supporting the place and introducing it to many travelers. Yesterday, I was shocked by the disrespect I received. I came with my American girlfriend, and a man sitting with Ghita (the manager) followed her when she went to the bathroom. When I confronted him, things escalated, and suddenly I wasn’t allowed in—simply because Ghita didn't like that I stood up to her friend. This is no way to treat people, especially loyal clients. There’s also an older man who works there—extremely rude, with no sense of hospitality. This place clearly doesn’t value respect or professionalism. I’ll make sure to recommend my international friends and Couchsurfing community to avoid this spot. Casablanca has plenty of better rooftops where you’ll be welcomed, not disrespected.
Kamal A — Google review
I used to come here often for dinner and drinks, but today was disappointing. The rooftop was full, so I stepped out, and a security guard rudely accused me of only coming to drink completely untrue, as I’ve eaten here many times. His disrespectful attitude ruined the experience. No matter how great the view is, poor treatment like this makes it hard to return. Management should replace him immediately someone that rude has no place welcoming guests.
Мирослав В — Google review
Sunset looks nice from there and also at night with lights and all it looks so calm especially with the music and fun people there. Caesar salad was soooooo good, but not seafood salad :( but overall food is pass. Service is a bit messy but acceptable, all the waiters and all staff were friendly. Drinks are a bit overpriced tbh but overall its a good experience i will come back again for sure.
Safaa O — Google review
I used to be a regular at this rooftop — always coming here for dinner and drinks, spending both time and money because I genuinely enjoyed the place. But today’s experience left me disappointed and angry. The place was full, so I stepped out, and unexpectedly, a security guard decided to argue with me, claiming that I only come to drink and not eat — which is completely false. I've had plenty of meals here over time. What upset me most was the guard’s rude and disrespectful attitude. As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with at least basic courtesy. Instead, I was judged and spoken to in a condescending manner. Sadly, this experience changed how I feel about this place. No matter how nice the view is, if customers are treated this way, it’s not worth returning. Management should seriously reconsider who they trust to represent them at the door.

Lunch at La Ola was great. The salmon was perfectly cooked and tasted very fresh. The shrimp and avocado salad was absolutely fantastic, definitely recommend. The service was a little slow but they were nice. I asked for the drink menu thinking I’d get a hot/cold drink menu, but received a menu for alcohol! Didn’t expect that. If you want a cocktail I found the place. Overall would recommend and would come back for dinner.

La Paillote is a charming beach club that offers a delightful escape with its lush garden adorned with olive trees, beautifully lit by soft lights and candles as night falls. The inviting indoor dining area complements the outdoor ambiance perfectly. Guests can indulge in a variety of dishes, from refreshing octopus salad to hearty duck magret and flavorful monkfish in tomato sauce. Located by a small sandy cove, La Paillote boasts separate swimming pools for adults and children, ensuring fun for everyone.
I really don't understand the negative reviews here, we were walking on the Corniche after visiting Hassan II Mosque and saw, this beach club from the road. Its 100 drh entrance fee per person to two outdoor swimming pools kids and adults seperately. Lifeguard on duty and a view overlooking the sea. Loads of pleasant staff, beer is cold and cocktails are great, drinks prices are about the same as we have been paying in the city centre. The whole place was spotless with numerous staff cleaning throughout the day. We had a great day sitting at the bar drinking and chilling. The chicken shawarma Lebanese style was excellent. A great day, the best of our short stay, great tunes from the DJ. Time of stay 1pm until 6pm. Highly recommended.
Mick F — Google review
My experience was quite deceiving. The entrance fee is quite expensive for the service, whose by the way is inexistant. We waited 30 minutes to order after the waiter gave us the menu. Then another 1h30 just to get the food. The ambiance is really not it. There are so many other beach clubs worth the fee. I know that the pool is right next to the beach so waves really hit the pool and the water is very salty but really im not sur its being cleaned daily. The food is really expensive for the taste (its not disgusting but disapointing) and the mistakes on the food orders are so frequent. So you return the food, just to wait another 30 minutes to get it back. And the issue was not just for my party but for the ones next to mine as well. You're not allowed to bring water inside which is so disapointing even with small children. Im not coming back and you should not, spend your money elsewhere.

Extremely disappointing service. I waited at the bar for 30 minutes even though there were no other customers. The waiter wasn’t serving anyone, just walking around. When I was finally served, he disappeared again and never came back to give me the bill. I had to wait another 10 minutes just to be able to pay. In total, I wasted 40 minutes for a simple drink. Absolutely unacceptable service – I won't be returning.

I think it's worth paying a bit more to go to the higher-end version of Plage Tahiti. This "La paillote" option wasn't the best. Chairs were dirty. Service wasn't that good. I would recommend going to the higher-end of Tahiti Beach.

Wow 😮 my partner and I had dinner there last week. This time of year it seemed like we were destined to not find any good food, wine or fun in Casablanca but we were wrong. You have to book to get a good table which we did the night before… it was so worth while! The staff were floorless, the food dreamy and the cocktails and wine 🍷 spot on. This place comes highly recommended. What a wonderful restaurant in a not so wonderful town!!!! 10 out of 10 for price, atmosphere and food quality 👌🏾

Found this awesome Portuguese restaurant while combing the streets of Casa for some good chicken. Great vibe, attentive waitrons, really decent and ample servings and my first time to try the delicious Casablanca beer - I will definitely go again when I'm back here.
Shawn K — Google review
I was really hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst. The only highlights were the valet—who was polite, smiling, and respectful—and the decor, which was nicely done. That’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. The waitstaff didn’t smile or offer a warm welcome. We were served complimentary chips, but they were overly oily and unappetizing. We ordered two tapas dishes, which were just okay—nothing memorable. Then came the main course: a fried fish dish that was noticeably greasy. Since I can’t eat oily food, I asked for an alternative. The server’s attitude was less than pleasant, but they eventually brought out grilled octopus instead, which was just average. To top it all off, we later discovered that the fried fish we didn’t eat was still included in the final bill. That was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. This was our first visit—and definitely our last.
Faisal — Google review
I’ve been coming to this restaurant regularly because I genuinely enjoy the food and atmosphere. But my recent experience left me disappointed enough to walk out before even receiving my order was fully placed. I came in during the middle of the day when the restaurant was completely empty. I ordered a margarita and picanha at the bar, then politely asked the bartender if I could sit at a more comfortable booth in the back due to some back strain. He agreed without hesitation. A few minutes later, another employee came over and abruptly told me I had to move because the booth seats six people. I pointed out that the restaurant was completely empty and I had been told I could sit there. I also added that I’d be happy to move if a large party came in. Instead of defusing the situation or treating me like a valued guest, the manager intervened and doubled down, essentially telling me I shouldn’t have sat there in the first place. No understanding, no flexibility, no courtesy. At that point, I felt insulted enough to cancel my order and leave. It’s unfortunate, because I’ve supported this place many times and always looked forward to returning. But hospitality is about more than just food—it’s about how you treat people. Today, I didn’t feel welcome.

A hidden gem in the heart of Casablanca, this restaurant brings the best of Portuguese cuisine to the table. The tapas are exquisite, a perfect blend of authentic flavors and culinary innovation. The selection of wines is not to be missed, carefully chosen to complement each dish. The staff and the owner are incredibly accommodating, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. A culinary experience not to be missed for lovers of good food and fine wine.

The food was good although the chicken was a bit dry. The waiters have a bit of trouble communicating in English but are charming! We really enjoyed the ambiance and the building (which is also a hotel) was a nice surprise in the neighbourhood.

An amazing piece of portuguese cuisine in Casablanca. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I was surprised that the chef was not portuguese, because the food tasted of home! Really really good find! Would be a nice touch to have a portuguese playlist, instead of spanish/south american music though 😁

Horrible place. Felt like if a scam was a building. From the start to the end the staff was rude. Ordering one drink and being forced to order 6 cause they don't sell singles is top notch theft. If I could give 0 stars, I would have done it. Worst service I have ever seen. Waiters and the manager don't care at all about the customers, they only care about money. If you don't consume alcohol you will be kicked out.
