Wellness hotel
Valamar Diamant Hotel & Residence is a vibrant resort with colorful apartments, offering a range of amenities for families, couples, and business travelers. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the old town and the beach. It features indoor and outdoor pools, sports facilities including tennis courts and a well-equipped gym. The Maro Smart Play area provides innovative attractions for children's creativity. Surrounded by pine forests, the hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with panoramic views of the sea or forest.
Thank you for a wonderful holiday. All the staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. We were delighted with the level of service, cleanliness and amenities of the hotel as well as the beautifully maintained surroundings. Special thanks to the team of cooks:) We will definitely recommend it and we will be happy to come back. Jana, Eva, Martina

Overall, my time at the Valamar was pleasant! The breakfast & dinner spreads were amazing. So many options. In my entire one-month trip in Croatia, no hotel's food offerings ever surpassed this. The hotel rooms were average, and looked how I expected them to. The balconies with drying racks are a nice touch. The only odd thing about the room was the bathroom, where it looked the most dated. The showers looked like a time machine from a movie. It still functioned, just made the place seem older when everything outside of the room looks more updated. The location is not in the city center; however, that did not bother me at all. The walk takes about 20-minutes and can be all along the coast. Absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Hayley H — Google review
I visited the fitness area in this hotel because all other places to work out on Sundays were closed. A great alternative to a big fitness club. Yes, fewer machines and less space, but there’s a big plus — air conditioning! And the gym is open on Sundays! All things considered, the price and parking make it an excellent choice. And as a bonus — the beach is within walking distance! Wishing everyone enjoyable workouts with no injuries!
Den D — Google review
We had a nice time in Diamant Hotel in Oktober. Sea is a 5-10min walk away, but still pretty ok. Path is good for kids with scooters etc
Jjaritsch — Google review
We always have a unique experience at this hotel. The people are so friendly and make guests feel better than at home, which is of great value to me. Above all, the experience at the hotel restaurant: good, varied food, and the most remarkable thing of all is the service from its staff, especially that of our favorite waiter, Matko. We will definitely return in the coming years.
Claudio F — Google review
Upon arrival, there was a minor issue with the accommodation we had originally booked. In the end, the shift manager, Mr. Ivan Gostić, kindly offered us a different type of accommodation, which exceeded our expectations. We are truly grateful to him for this approach. The hotel is well-equipped, clean, and in a great location. There are plenty of activities for children. Breakfast was truly excellent.
Jan D — Google review
Amazing hotel services, great location, a bit old rooms and amazing staff. I have to highlight Almir - our waiter - he was simply amazing, he made our time here really amazing and made us feel special. Always reserved table for us with the kids and always helped us be comfortable. The location is great, beach is ~5 min walk from the hotel, you can find shades easily. The hotel services are great as well, there are a tons of kinds program. the rooms are old, but functioning. Overall we had a great time!
Balázs O — Google review
Having completed 2 weeks at the hotel the experience has been varied. As there was a wrestling tournament on all the time we were there, there were dozens of wrestling sportsmen walking around and in the dining areas. This changes the holiday atmosphere to a sports camp feel particularly in the inside dining area which is noisy and busy. The saving grace were the outside table clothed tables in the undercover area served by 2 brilliant waiters. The smoking area in the outside left terrace by the dining tables is such that one smoker can pollute the whole terrace with the tobacco smell which totally takes away the enjoyable dining experience. The food is very good particularly the salad and vegetables. People piling there plates high with food slows down the service and if children are around getting bumped can be a problem. Evening entertainment was available with very good quality duos singing songs mainly from British bands Beatles, Police Dire Straits. However the performance area is in the foyer at the side of the staircase with a constant flow of guests, wrestlers poeoplevin bath robes walking past . Only 12 close seats able to view properly and hear properly. So very poor. Childrens entertainment and rooms very good.

Hotel
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Porec, Hotel Delfin Plava Laguna is a charming and family-friendly destination that perfectly balances comfort and affordability. Just a stone's throw from the beach, this hotel boasts stunning sea views and is surrounded by lush greenery. Guests can enjoy delicious meals at on-site restaurants, relax by the outdoor pool or sip refreshing drinks at the poolside bar.
We were at Hotel Delfin in September and it was a great experience. The hotel wasn’t overcrowded, the staff was friendly, it was fairly clean and the food was good. The beaches were beautiful, there were stones (not sand) but the water was crystal clear. The hotel has only 2 stars so we didn’t expect much, but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!🙏
Magdaléna P — Google review
The hotel is wonderful. In front of it, there is a spacious beach, and the territory is large and green, with a children’s playground and a big parking lot. The staff are friendly and welcoming. For a 2-star hotel, the buffet was of a very good standard — all the dishes were tasty. The hotel is clean, and housekeeping was done regularly. Special thanks to the reception staff member Krešimir, who was very attentive, explained everything in detail, and did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. As other guests have mentioned, the main drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the room, which unfortunately affects the overall rating of the hotel.
Viktorya G — Google review
There is nothing to criticize about the hotel or the service. Since it is a 2* hotel, the price and service correspond. Sufficient size of the rooms, a beach to jump on. Children's playgrounds by the beach in the shade of trees. The area with a children's water world for children's activities is enough. We are still satisfied.
Roman B — Google review
Hotel has very nice forest and recreation areas near it. Rooms are also good, especially considering the fact that most of the time I spent outside. Good pools in the hotel and about 200 meters from sea. Also it had some of the best food I tried in hotels. Very nice experience
Yaroslav B — Google review
We have been disguised how hotel guests "reserve" sunbeds with towels early in the morning and not appear all day long! People with families, who come to enjoy the pool has therefore no place to lie down, because everywhere are empty towels for hours, unoccupied! Hotel manager is not competent and alibistic, hiding for the resort management. Perhaps the management shall look on the other resorts, how they manage such situations and pick some useful ideas to improve the service.
Jarmila S — Google review
Dirty toilet seats at all rooms.lucky 4us with Adnan, the reception man from Bosnia who did he's Best 4us 2have a pleasant stay, switching 3rooms.pay attention that the complex hotel is very very economy class, tourists are coming here only 4free food ,breakfast & dinner. Due to lack of space in bathrooms, the cabin shower is fitted only for max 60kg tourists. We'll never ever come back again. Not recommended
Maryo M — Google review
The rooms are okay; there's no air conditioning, so they're very warm during the day. It's bearable in the evenings. The doors are very thin; in the mornings, there are lots of noisy people. Breakfast is delicious, though the same every day, but it's good and fresh. Dinner is also the same every night; sometimes a little different, but usually the same. Drinks aren't included; they walk around with a cart with drinks; you can only pay in cash. A bottle of water costs around 3 euros, which is okay. The pool is saltwater. The lobby is nice and cold, and you can enjoy a drink. The Wi-Fi is excellent, though.
Milan H — Google review
I arrived at your hotel with little expectations, as i saw the earlier reviews, some were right and some were wrong. When it comes to the rooms, they are small and yes, without air conditioning and not very renovated, but the view was just stunning. When it comes to the food, i was very pleased and very impressed, not just by the taste, but also by the quantity. P.s. i really want to address the management about two cooks that were working on the lines for the buffet table, they were very friendly and very helpful, the young lady that was working explained everything about the food and made my choice easier (i’m not entirely certain but i think her name is Dorotea). And the gentleman that was working with her was highly professional and fast with filling up the food trays so i had a chance to try everything that was recommended. All in all for a food lover, this was a really pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone and i will be coming back to stay with you in the near future.

The Plava Laguna resort Village Galijot Plava Laguna offers a variety of rooms and cottages with balconies overlooking the sea. The property also includes an outdoor pool and sports facilities. Free WiFi is available in the area.
We had a wonderful week in here. The animation team truly made our holiday special. Ada and the rest of animation team were amazing. They entertained our kids every day in mini club with crafting and games in pool and in the evening on mini disco with funny mascot Pepi. Our children couldn’t wait to see him every day. The restaurant was also amazing with lot of choices of food for kids and adults. The rooms are a little bit older but very clean and cozy so it was very comfortable to stay there. We will be happy to come back!
Martina P — Google review
The location is perfect – you are never more than 50 meters away from one of the small shady beaches that stretch along the entire peninsula. The entire resort is set within a pine forest. The food is excellent, and the rooms are spotlessly clean.
Aleksandar A — Google review
We have enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the apartments. Great location, surrounded by the sea and beautiful trees. Place is not too busy or loud in comparison with other locations we went to which was great. We have also enjoyed time at the pool and joined aqua sessions (olympics was great fun) with the animation team 👌. Aďa and Šimon did good job. Adding ❤️ from our son who really enjoyed every moment here. & Thank you very much for a lovely Birthday present which we have enjoyed with my wife :) Very nice of you.
Michal M — Google review
We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The grounds are well kept, with ample space for picnic and games, the beaches are not crowded and all services are at hand. We especially enjoyed the animation team from Slovakia. Our son spent the whole day waiting for the evening with Pepi and his minidisco. This was a very welcome and unexpected addition to our already lovely stay.
Barbora G — Google review
Everything was just perfect: the location great, the beach beautiful and well maintained, the environment super nice, the food was fantastic, especially the dinner with a lot of tasty things and delicious prepared plates, the staff with special thanks to the Family Kid Club girls, who were taking care of our children with love (special surprise was that one of them was speaking Hungarian). The only little disturbing thing was that our family room 029 was just next to the toilets and the cleaning storage and in the mornings it was a bit noisy, but we were not to many time in the room :)
Peter B — Google review
It's good for a few nights. It really depends if you have kids or not. For kids I think its very nice and you should visit. Great Location and Beaches as well as activities. The restaurant is delicious and good pricing. But the rooms (Bungalow) are very outdated (furniture and bathroom) and some parts are even leaking (boiler in the bathroom and dishwasher ). The windows are very hard to close and defective. The aircon is very old and dusty. Dishwasher tabs are only two provided for a whole week. Overall I recommend coming with kids.
Asuna — Google review
I enjoyed my stay at Galijot hotel after a long travel from Belgium with car. My kids and I enjoyed very much, but my kids especially. The best part for my kids was 'mini disco' led by lovely young lady Clara. I recommend this place
De B — Google review
Wonderful place, old, but very well maintained, situated on a little peninsula, covered with tall trees, you're never more than one minute from the sea. The pool area is excellent, with heated salt water. Food is nice enough, a lot to choose from. Overall, would come back definitely.

Hotel
The Valamar Riviera Hotel & Residence is a relaxed and comfortable accommodation option located in the heart of Porec's old town. It offers modern rooms and apartments, some with sea views, making it suitable for couples as well as large families. The hotel features two private beaches, including one on the beautiful island of Sveti Nikola accessible by free boats for guests. Additionally, it provides easy access to major attractions such as Decumanus Street and Euphrasian Basilica.
We had a lovely weekend stay. Breakfast had a great selection and was tasty. Service from the breakfast staff was a little odd and distant at times but not rude or anything. Just odd. Once we had been down a few times coffees where offered promptly! Brunch was also included which was great for us. Room was great size - bed super comfy pillows very small! But more in the wardrobe! Bathroom clean and shower over bath. All worked well and clean. Lovely split balcony onto the harbour. Staff were super helpful and being able to use another hotels pool was a great idea and relaxing. Super place recommend a stay here.
Drain D — Google review
We stayed in Villa Ulixes which is a new annex of the hotel about 200 m away from the hotel and opened just some time ago. Hotel Riviera is a bit older,so I can recommend to choose Villa Ulixes. Rooms are nice, new, fresh, spacious. Our windows faced main crowdy street, but due to the good isolation it was ok. Breakfast are good, nice choice and brunch aswell. Very tasty. Coffee for breakfast is prepared by barista,no machines👍 transport from and to parking by hotel's taxi for free. Boat to island also for free. Hotel has also a small gym on the highest floor, not very good equiped, but ok. Staff nice, especially ladies preparing food in the restaurant. This Valamar hotel has the best pancakes we ever had in Valamar hotels around Croatia ( soft, tasty. The chef should share the recipe with other Valamar hotels). The only thing which could work better is table service during breakfast, the waiters are going around, but not taking dirty dishes from table, you must ask them sometimes.
Tomáš R — Google review
Valamar offers excellent service all around – from the food to the rooms and the front desk. We had a boat included that took us to the island just across the water, along with both breakfast and brunch. We also had an issue with our room key cards, and the staff solved it quickly and without any hassle. A truly great experience!
Andrea C — Google review
Super friendly stuff. Great location! Breakfast is great. I’m hard to please when it comes to espresso…they make a great one. When you stay in this hotel, you can go to the island to swim/beach day…fantastic setup. I prefer to stay in the city…and during the day to go at the beach. Location is perfect. Hotel is right on the waterfront…we loved it. We’ll be back.
Bk K — Google review
Restaurant staff, food quality and variety all excellent. Location of hotel is good with restaurants nearby. We had a room with a balcony and sea view which was good. We had paid for a superior room with seaview. The room (106) was very small and certainly smaller than most standard rooms I have stayed in UK and Europe.
Ron — Google review
We spent a night at this waterfront hotel in Poreč’s old town and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of things. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly generous—borderline impressive for a 4-star hotel. The rooms and overall condition of the hotel were well maintained. A solid choice for a short stay.
G W — Google review
Great check in experience, location, and service! The breakfast and brunch buffets are plentiful and delicious. The view from the waterfront room in the new Villa Ulixes is amazing, although the room is a little smaller than expected. If you stay in the Ulixes you do have to walk to the other hotel for breakfast, but it’s not too far and they shuttle you and your luggage upon checkin.
Kelsey R — Google review
Stayed at Villa Ulixes. Absolutely loved it!! Clean, modern, and AC worked well. No elevator and you have to bring luggage down cobble stone streets do keep that in mind. I would 100% stay again. Also stay on street side and not the water view unless you want to hear very loud music at night while trying to sleep

Very good and beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Food was great and there was good selection of food. Rooms were clean and big. In the room you had everything you wanted (iron, washing machine…) and that is big plus! Parking was big enough and you could charge your car for free on the parking. There was also pool which was refreshing on that hot days. Thanks for good experience!
Richard V — Google review
Very nice Hotel, with even better stuff. But the prices at the MiniBar are are at same level as in Geneva at a 5 Star Hotel. Our room 7 was fully packed, hard to come around the bed. But if you need a wash Maschine there is one in the bath.
Peter L — Google review
1. Location (for those who come with bikes). You can easily ride along seaside to Poreč or wherever you want. 2. Friendly hotel staff. 3. Delicious breakfast. Wide choice. 4. New and comfy. 5. Aquapark is in walking distance. Be careful if you have a long rack with bikes (3-4) behind your car as if there is no space at the hotel's downhill parking you have to go to the upper parking with a strong gradient upslope.
Alexey G — Google review
Just outside Porec but we'll worth staying here instead of the centre. The parking is free and excellent. The hotel is beautiful with a lovely pool Everything is spotless and the house keeping work very hard and are so lovely. The rest of the staff are amazing and very friendly. Our waitress Nadia was an absolute ray of sunshine that really brightened our day. The owner was a lovely gentleman that thanked us and shook our hands when we left. This hotel is a must if you're in the area.
Kim R — Google review
Adeo is a hidden gem; it exceeded our expectations. Milica and Valentina went above and beyond; they were kind but professional, as well as the rest of the team we had met. The room is so neat, pleasant, and amazingly arranged, with such well-used space, which benefits those who travel with more than one luggage. A good bathroom, a comfy bed, nice view. Great parking. The unique challenge was the restaurant: the food was terrific. I do not recommend it to anyone struggling with weight. Congrats, and keep up the excellent work.
Goran T — Google review
The staff was friendly. The food was praised so we had high expectations. Turns out the food was okay, nothing special, tasted cheap. Coffee was good. The pool area was overfilled. It was our mistake that we didn’t book a hotel next to the beach. The rooms were clean and nice. We expected more from a 4 star hotel since it was also quite expensive. Next time we will visit Rovinj. Poreč was overcrowded and not a nice scene of people… To summarize: the hotel was okay but not to our expectations. The area and crowd wasn’t nice.
Marie E — Google review
Very nice and clean hotel. Everyone is smiling and you feel good about your stay. Great food, great Mrs. Zrinka and her team in the restaurant, but also a young team at the Pool Bar very handy. Everything is tidy beautifully. I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet and great food. Lots of hotel successes. 👍
Annt D — Google review
Family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) stayed in a ground floor spacious one bedroom apartment. There are shutters so it's nice and dark in the morning! Beds are spacious and comfortable. They've got a travel cot for baby too! Hotel is really clean, staff are extremely friendly, breakfast had a large selection of cereals, breads, pastries, fruits, yogurts, meats, cheeses, eggs, vegetables etc.. Dinner was OK lots of meat (mainly pork or beef options). There was chicken and a mussels option. They make different dinner buffet options each day so some days will probably be tastier than others. Swimming pool outside was nice. Quite deep (2.2meters I believe) but an amazing view of the sea in the distance. Only downfall was location. Quite far away from restaurants, shops etc...and not much to do in hotel except sit by the pool. I would still definitely return for a short stay!

Garden Suites Park Plava Laguna is a contemporary hotel located in the Park Resort complex, just 100 meters from the beach. The completely renovated family resort offers air-conditioned accommodations set in a Mediterranean park with free WiFi access. Guests can enjoy outdoor swimming pools, restaurants, bars serving Mediterranean and international cuisine, as well as various sports and entertainment facilities within the complex. The modernly furnished suites feature equipped terraces, flat-screen TVs, minibars, and safes.
This is an outstanding beach resort in Istria, always a pleasure to return. Their focus is on quality, kids, cleanliness and sports. The staff is always at guests' service. They put a lot of effort in the environment (e.g. garden maintainance and constant cleaning). Food variety is there, staff is kind and helpful. Very nice quality-price ratio. More than recommended. PS: hint: in low season it is also nice and Porec is then less crowded.
Reka S — Google review
Guys, it could be more clean out of the high season for sure! Otherwise it's close to the town, and it's nice amongst usual hotels, but we had half board (bf and dinner), and I can tell you, quality of food could be a way better...so please!

Very nice territory. Clean, nice, spacious room (451) with big balcony. Funny outdoor pool for kids, not heated in September. Kids club just till Septemb 14. Playground. Closed to the beach. Not so many places for parking. Drinks included with dinner, tea possible in the evening! Wifi ok. You can use the territory after check out! Very much people, so very noisy on dinner. Food could be a little bit better. Early check out at 10am. For our family for 1 night it was really good.

Gargamelo Pension is a charming 3-star hotel located in a peaceful area with convenient access to Aquario di Parenzo Aquarium. The property offers an outdoor pool, a lovely terrace, and a cozy restaurant. Guests appreciate the clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds, and efficient air conditioning. The friendly staff and adorable dog create a welcoming atmosphere for travelers looking to unwind.
We had a last minute reservation here which was arranged just with a few emails - very guest-friendly and flexible. Our room was simple, but with A/C and you do not need much when you are at the sea. Also, there is a very cool pool and garden, which absolutely adds to the experience. The breakfast had many options. Everybody was very welcoming and kind. Although we only stayed 1night, we would love to return and recommend it for others.

Nice and quiet pension where you can just relax. Friendly and welcoming staff and the sweetest dog ❤️ Clean and tidy rooms with good size bed and good air conditioning. Housekeeper coming by every day. Clean and good size pool, where the kids spend most of the vacation. Plenty of deck chairs. Nice terrace by the pool with plenty of tables and chairs. We had a great vacation in Croatia and a really nice stay at Gargamelo 😃

During one of my business travels in October ( my company velocerental.com provide quality bike rental in occasion of the IronMan race) I had the needs to find a place where to sleep in Porec. I found this accommodation on google and reached directly. At the desk I agreed the price for the night. Good standard. The bed was good, the bathroom too. Hot water very fast. Good breakfast, provided at the table by the lady. Suggested if you are looking for a good standard place where to stay in Porec

One of the best restaurants in and around Porec. The menu consists of vegetarian dishes, fish and meat. However, I can mostly recommend the fish dishes (above all the soup and the ragout). Or you just ask the waiter what he can recommend today. You will not be disappointed.

The Valamar Parentino Hotel is a refined property located near the beautiful pebbly Val Parentino Family Beach and just a short walk from the old town of Porec. It's an ideal choice for families seeking an active and enjoyable holiday. The hotel offers superbly equipped children's playrooms, activity pools, and water toys for kids, while adults can relax at the Sun & Spa Wellness center or on sun loungers by the sea.
Our family had a great time at Valamar Parentino. It was very clean and updated. A/C in rooms and common spaces worked perfectly! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Spa staff went above and beyond with finding us a dentist on a holiday when all dentists seemed to be closed. Gaming room was modern and fun with very friendly and helpful staff. Rudolf was very friendly in the gaming room and made sure my daughter had a great time gaming.

Fantastic hotel. Cannot fault it. Staff are brilliant, the location is great and there is loads for kids to do. There is lots of variety in terms of food and it is of a great quality. The rooms are very spacious and have everything we needed. Never previously been on a family holiday to Croatia but we will definitely be back and will be coming back to this hotel.

A sumptuous experience. Immaculately clean and low key stylish, the staff are all polite and efficient, the food is truly excellent. And of course the beach front location minutes from Poreč town is ideal. We are loving our stay in this very excellent resort.

We stayed at this beautiful 4-star hotel and were delighted in every way. The food was outstanding – breakfast and dinner were rich, varied, and so delicious that we couldn’t wait for the next meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling and ready to help in any situation, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was spotlessly clean, both the rooms and the pools, and the excellent maintenance was visible at every step. We were especially impressed by the facilities for children – programs and activities suited for all ages, diverse and very entertaining, so even our little ones had a fantastic time. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back again next summer!

We had an absolutely magical time with my family there. The food was second to none (I ate amounts that are… not reasonable 🙂), the staff were all super nice, and they put on an amazing show every night for the Maro Disco events. It was really nice to see that the dancers really enjoyed being on stage. Give them a raise! I honestly can’t say a single bad thing about it - perhaps the pools were a bit colder than I’d like, but still perfectly fine. There was also show from a band called Passionarte, which was...stunning would be an understatement. They also danced with my daughter - thank you so much, hugely appreciated! This was an unforgettable vacation.

Amazing place to stay, especially if you have kids (indoor & Outdoor playgrounds, swimming pools etc..). The staff were very friendly, there is a wide variety of food for breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location. Will definitely come back :)

The hotel is very good. Though the rooms are not very comfortable. We had 2 different styled family suits and they both were strange and not very spacious/comfortable. The food is amazing, swimming pools clean, big, super nice. Animation was ok.

Beautiful Hotel in a great location, immaculate rooms and excellent food. Entertainmentstarts really good too. Pool areas clean and well maintained. Would be five stars apart from the ridiculous sun bed hogging and reservations which meant every day was a trial. Also this is a very kid focused hotel, we brought kids but parental supervision was just non existent. It was chaos sometimes.

Amazing Stay at Plidor Camping We had an unforgettable experience at Plidor Camping! The location is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. But what truly made our stay exceptional was Romana. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Her hospitality, friendliness, and attention to detail were unmatched. Whether it was helping us settle in, recommending local spots, or just sharing a warm smile, Romana made all the difference. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and everything we needed was right there. We can’t recommend Plidor Camping enough—and if you're lucky enough to be hosted by Romana, you're in for an outstanding experience!

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommended! We stayed here with our children in a mobile home that featured both a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. Despite it being October and raining, we had the most pleasant memories! The house was perfectly heated, and the pool was incredibly warm. Thanks to the roof enclosure, you don't even notice the weather outside. The pool also has lovely night lighting. Inside the cabin, everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. All the showers worked perfectly; we had zero complaints. As a lovely little bonus for the kids, a friendly outdoor cat visited us for two days! The staff was very polite and responsive. Overall, our experience was nothing but positive. Just a note for off-season visitors: Please be aware that outside of the main season, you unfortunately won't find any cafés or restaurants open on the campsite grounds.
Cristina C — Google review
As regular guests visiting the campsite outside of the season since 2021, we have always been pleased with the services, especially the warm pool water at 36°C, which was the main reason we kept returning. However, we have been disappointed for the third time in a row due to the reduced water temperature in the pool and, even more concerning, the poor cleanliness of both the pool and the jacuzzi. The pool water was dirty and did not meet the standards we were accustomed to in previous years. We hope that the campsite will focus more on these issues in the future, as we have always appreciated the comfort and relaxation we found at your facility. However, maintaining cleanliness and appropriate water temperature is crucial for our decision to return.

Unfortunately our experience at Camping Polidor did not meet our expectations. We checked in at 12:00 and had booked a pitch with a jacuzzi. After connecting our camper the electricity kept tripping. From 1 pm until now (4.5 hours later) the jacuzzi temperature only went from 25 °C to 30 °C (outside it’s 10 °C), so we have been waiting for hours without being able to enjoy it. Reception staff came three times but the issue was not solved. We even had to disconnect our camper so the jacuzzi could run, and it’s still only at 31 °C. The pitches are very close to each other with no privacy at all, the jacuzzi is right next to the road – again, zero privacy. The wooden hammock is dirty and full of stains, and the Wi-Fi signal is only at half strength. We expected much better considering the price and advertising. We believe the place has potential if these issues are addressed. —- Answer to Polidor; Thank you for your reply. We would like to clarify a few facts about our stay. During a 24-hour stay we were visited by staff five times, which meant we had no privacy at all. The “10% discount” offered in the end amounted to €1.70 – nowhere near 10% – and only later you decided to give the night for free so as not to have a “bad day”. Our personal documents were kept until departure. The jacuzzi reached only 35 °C at 22:00, so we could not really use it. We did not appreciate the checkout, but these were the real conditions of our stay.

Spent a few nights in Luxury Villa with pool and jacuzzi in December. Staff was very friendly, really trying that you feel as comfortable as possible in the campsite. House was nice and cosy, small private pool was warm and covered which is really nice for colder months. They also have a small inside playground for children. Location is a bit far from the sea, also the restaurant is closed in the winter months. Overall we were really satisfied with our stay and we will be happy to come back. Thank you team Polidor for a nice stay 😊.

APARTMENTS BELLEVUE Plava Laguna offers simple yet comfortable accommodations with fully equipped kitchens and terraces. The property features an outdoor pool, a TV lounge, and sports courts for guests to enjoy. Situated within 1.4 km of Byblos Club Porec, the apartment complex also boasts amenities such as a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool, and a restaurant.
A big compliment to Pepi Club and the children's animators. My kids enjoyed every single day in the playroom and at the mini disco. Every evening they danced, played games, and took part in competitions. My daughter memorized all the songs and choreography. DJ Superman and Pepi (Šimon) was always on the job, Peter Pan (Lukas) was constantly smiling and ready to lead the program, and Snow White (Domi) was caring and attentive to the kids. My daughter especially grew fond of her and asked to take a photo with her as a keepsake. As soon as the kids wake up in the morning, they ask when it will be 8 p.m. so they can go to the mini disco — they look forward to it all day long. We plan all our activities around it. One day there was a lavender sachet workshop, and my kids made gifts for their grandmothers. This will definitely remain a beautiful memory for them, and I’m sure we’ll return to Plava Laguna because of such a wonderfully organized program for children.

We love this place. Its a perfect location. Very close to the see and very nice swimming pool for both kids and adults. We have visited with 2 children (6 and 1 years) and animation program was suitable for both of them. Animators were perfect and our kids loved them. We love to return to places where our kids have fun and enjoy nice program.

Hostile and Unprofessional Staff – Dog Mistreated Despite Paid Pet Fee ⸻ We had a shocking and distressing experience on July 23rd around 15:00 while checking in at Plava Laguna Resort in Poreč. We had reserved a studio for 2 persons with a terrace (park side) and were traveling with our small dog. We paid €51 in pet fees (approx. €17/day) as shown in the booking confirmation — a clear indication that dogs are allowed and welcomed. However, upon arrival, we couldn’t locate the correct reception for the villas and went to the hotel reception (same complex) to ask for directions. I was holding our dog in my arms when a security guard aggressively harassed me, shouting “no dogs allowed” and physically pushing me out of the building before I could speak. Even worse, I was told to leave our dog outside in the full sun, in extreme heat, before returning to speak to the receptionist. This behavior is not only unprofessional — it borders on animal neglect and abuse. It is completely unacceptable, especially given the temperatures and the fact that we paid the pet surcharge. Meanwhile, my wife approached the reception desk, where the staff were rude, dismissive, and refused to help. When we asked for their names to file a complaint, they hid their badges and suddenly stopped speaking English. We strongly urge management and relevant animal protection authorities to review the behavior of the staff and security. This treatment is inhumane, discriminatory, and dangerous. Pet-friendly accommodation should not treat animals like a nuisance or guests like intruders. We are deeply disappointed and warn other pet owners to think twice before booking here. ⸻

The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived, crisp bed linen and fluffy white towels, of which there were plenty! These were changed frequently and by very friendly staff. We were in a garden apartment with a cool & shady balcony amongst pine trees and our entertainment was the red and black squirrels plus the very pleasant seagulls! None stealing food or even flying anywhere near our balcony, surprisingly. The development is spread over a large area with access to platforms with steps into the sea and some stone platforms for sunbathing built into the rocks. There are a few pebbly beaches but they are very small, however they seem OK for children. The walk to Porec and the old town is beautiful, along a path through the pine forest on one side and the sea with platforms on the other. Takes about 35/40 mins at a steady pace and if you time it right you can see the glorious sunset by the island just off the coast. Stunning! My partner and I loved staying at Bellevue and would go back, my only comment (not a criticism) is that the apartment could have done with some more kitchen essentials, like small veg knife, spatulas for example, and 4 of everything in crockery. Otherwise it was perfect and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys walking and nature. I would add that the grounds are beautifully maintained and a pleasure to stroll around in the evening to the local restaurants.

We went for an international dance contest with our entire academy. Location is nice, but quite far from the dance hall. There were a lot of ants in most of the rooms, it is very nature friendly. Overall nice experience, maybe consider changing the towels & bed linen, we received the clean ones in a bag and needed to change ourselves. Otherwise, nice staff, good place to stay with kids, nature friendly, nice walking areas.

A lovely place for families with children, with a fantastic animation team! Lukas, Simon, and Domi did a wonderful job organizing fun and engaging activities, from Olympic-style games and kids’ discos to arts and crafts, all designed to keep the children happy and entertained. A genuinely kind and enthusiastic team that made a real difference to our stay.

Newly renovated Hotel 10min away from the old town of Porec. Our room was on a new standard with new furniture and a new bathroom. Everything was in order! WLAN available and quick. Parking situation very comfortable; round about 50 parking places exist behind the Hotel. Breakfast sufficient and of high quality (!). Price for a 3-bed room for one night in the high Season (july 24) rather high (250 EUR), but we booked short-term and in General everything was ok!

For a 3 star hotel i give them 5 stars. I haven't tested all services, but here are the ones I did. my room had 2 beds, nice bathroom with walk-in shower. TV, safe for money and jewelry, balcony with coffee table and 2 chairs for the smokers. View was sideways towards the sea and marina. Free parking for guests accessable via key (from the reception) that opens the ramp. A bar in the loby with reasonable prices and a large tv. And now, breakfast. I could easily spend over an hour there. Eggs in 3 ways, sausages, various salamas, breads, bred spreads, buns, milk, yogurts, vegetables, fruit salad, fruit, muestli, juice, coffee machines, various tea, several types of mayo, mustard ketchup.. mmmmm.... very clean and spacious. extra space for smokers to eat..

I had a lovely time during my stay at this hotel. All rooms were renovated and my standard isn’t an exception. Except for obvious things such as the TV, it was equipped with AC, a hairdryer, and a safe (you should ask for the key for it). The receptionists were extremely helpful with all my requests. Breakfasts include many options to choose from and were tasty. The only thing that wasn’t okay is the lack of glass partition in the bathroom. Every time after taking a shower the floor in the whole bathroom was wet. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to explore Porec and doesn’t need a swimming pool to chill.

The Euphrasian Basilica, a 6th-century Byzantine-style Episcopal basilica complex, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its well-preserved early Christian architecture and art. Named after the sponsoring bishop Euphrasius, this masterpiece of Byzantine art and architecture features stunning mosaics, frescoes, and intricate carvings. Its historical significance has put Porec on the tourist map as one of Croatia's most visited destinations.
Visited during the morning and it was really beautiful with no one around. This 6th-century UNESCO World Heritage site is a stunning example of early Byzantine architecture. The basilica's intricate mosaics, particularly in the apse, are among the finest in the world, depicting biblical scenes with extraordinary detail and vibrant colors. The basilica has been a place of Christian worship for over 1,500 years, making it not only an artistic marvel but also a site of deep historical and religious significance. Half price for students. Nice view of the sea from the walls too.

This was an amazing experience as you step through time from the Romans to the Byzantine period and all the way through the 16th century to today. It is an experience not to be missed. You feel directly in touch with history and the sense of the centuries in the church is palatable, making it a unique experience in today’s modern fast-paced life. I cannot recommend a visit to Porec anf the Basilica enough. I would go again.

Magnificent Hotel Mauro. This delightful Boutique Hotel was exceptional from the moment we stepped through the door. We received such a warm and inviting welcome from the receptionist AnnaMaria. What an asset she is to this hotel. With its prime position on the waterfront this gorgeous hotel was perfect in every way. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt at home. The rooms are exceptional, the beds and bedding and towels were absolutely 5 Star. The breakfast was incredibly sumptuous and abundant, the quality was outstanding. We have already been telling our friends and family, this is the perfect place to stay in beautiful Porec.

We stayed for 1 night at Hotel Mauro as part of a longer visit to Croatia & Slovenia. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mauro and felt the breakfast was excellent and rooms very modern and clean. Sadly our room had no hot water, we were moved rooms after asking reception if they had other rooms available. We found the parking to be quite confusing as it was a park and ride with another hotel into the town centre. Whilst the rooms were in good condition, the bathrooms needed better privacy glass, as you could easily see in / out of the windows whilst using the bathroom which wasn’t ideal.

If you are a lover of boutique hotels, this one's an absolute treat. The decor, furnishings and finishings are perfect. The building is beautifully maintained and cared for on a daily basis. The location simply could not be better, with direct views onto the harbour and across to the Isabella Island Resort: From room to the island ferry is about 5 minutes. Three things that set this hotel apart from the crowd: 1) The breakfasts. The buffet is excellent, and if you don't see what you want, just ask and the team will probably conjure it up for you if they possibly can. 2) The terrace. It's the focal point of the hotel, and brilliant for people-watching in a town that makes people-watching so worthwhile, at any time of day or night. 3) The staff. They were/are unfailing helpful: The epitome of the difference between 'Can I help you?' versus 'How can I help you?' So, overall, an unreserved recommendation. The best room? Ours - 107.

Very nice and tidy campsite. We rented a mobile home in advance. Lots of updates to the site in 2025 including play area for kids. Nice location in Istria with own beach and two different pool areas. Would recommended for vacation. Travelled from Denmark with three kids age 2-7

Perfect campsite if you don't want to sleep well. Loud music can be heard here almost every day from 8:30 PM to 1:00 - 2:00 AM. And when I say loud, I mean really loud. It's like you're at a concert. Trash playlist of Dutch songs. It not only ruins your sleep but also your pleasant evening. I'm willing to tolerate it on Friday or Saturday, but on Monday? It's a shame, because the campsite is nice and well-equipped. Good access to the water and an island with a beach nearby. It's one of the more expensive ones, but we've always stayed right by the water. “Free camping” zone is good idea. It's definitely not a family campsite due to the noise. Maybe during the day. We won't come again.

We had an amazing stay at Camp Bijela Uvala! The location is perfect — close to the beach, clean sea, and surrounded by nature. Sanitary facilities were always clean, and everything was well-maintained. There are plenty of activities for both kids and adults, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean camping. Sanitary was very clean and we had a quite place after 22.00h. Animation team with Ahmed and Hamza was top notch, such a fun experience whit them in aquagym. Always smiling, always friendly, really nice vibes! Hope to see them next year!

Camping Bijela Uvala is huge – almost like a small town – offering something for everyone! Your experience may vary depending on the area you choose. The Luxury Mare and Luxury pitches are beautiful, with its own water and electricity supply. They were quiet, spacious, and perfect for families with children. The entire campsite is spotless – from the beaches and the crystal-clear sea to the showers and restrooms. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, and it really makes a difference! There’s no shortage of dining and entertainment: several restaurants, bakeries, and cafés with live music. Our favorite was Bungy Café – great atmosphere and great service! Activities are available for all ages, so you’ll never get bored. Tip for tent campers: the ground is quite hard and rocky, so hammering in pegs can be quite challenging, we'll bring a small drill next time. If you’re traveling with pets, you’ll be happy to know this campsite is extremely dog-friendly. There’s a designated doggy beach and even a dog shower! Pets are welcome almost everywhere, and free waste bag stations are conveniently placed throughout the site. Staff across the campsite were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming – a real highlight of our stay. And yes, occasionally you might hear Dutch parties (not inside the campsite, but close enough) and some lively teenagers. It’s all part of the summer vibe, you know where you are, but if you’re a light sleeper, pack earplugs. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and lively camping experience by the sea!

Very big and crowded campsite.clean, quiet and very new and good services , showers, toilets etc. Not exactly my style of campsite as it is a long walk to the pools or beaches, however I can't fault the campsite for this. Lots to do fotmr children and teens. Over priced activities-at least 15% more than outside the campsite.
Katy — Google review
Very nice campsite with one major problem: it does not respect its own rules. There is no control on people's behavior at the pool (smoking and eating at the water) or at night. At 4AM still people making a lot of noise and at 6:30AM already a petrol leaf blower cleaning. The smaller but annoying problem is that you have to carry and hide cash everywhere because everything you want to do, eat or drink has to be paid cash only! Why? Because every time you take cash at the ATM the campsite earns 4,95 euro. Lucrative for them, not nice for all of us 😓 The third star is for the overall good experience kids have here thanks to many activities possible on the campsite, the shop and also the good showers.
Robin T — Google review
A nice but expensive campground. Thousands of pitches. There are several swimming pools, shops, bakeries and everything you need to spend your time without leaving the campsite. However, sometimes you can hear very loud music from the other side of the bay until 1 a.m.

Hotel Park Plava Laguna is a casual beach hotel located in Porec, offering understated accommodations and multiple outdoor pools. The hotel features two restaurants and recreational amenities including outdoor tennis courts and a seasonal outdoor pool.
Amazing hotel for families with children - almost everyone there was a family or group with children so I probably wouldn’t recommend if you were an adult only group looking for some relaxation! Pool areas amazing, kids splash pool lots of fun. Staff so friendly. Food at breakfast and dinner seemed really fresh, lots of options which is just perfect with young children. Room was clean and spacious. Location was excellent, close to a family sandy beach and around a 30 min walk to Porec which was a beautiful town. This was our first visit to Croatia and we fell in love with it! This hotel was certainly a big part of that, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to families.

Was a lovely short break. We were pretty much the only English people there but wasn't an issue for us. Food was always pretty good in general. Lots of small restaurants close by. Seemed to be quite a lot of younger children there but again wasn't an issue

This hotel is simply perfect. Very clean rooms - everyday were cleaned. Amazing food for Breakfast and Dinner with a lot of choices. Pools clean, hot and nice for everyone. I only could recommend for families this Hotel.

This was our 5th time in Porec area, but our first visit to this hotel. We visited 13th September, just at the turn of the season and found the hotel lovely and quiet. Finding a sunbed was never an issue. Towels handed out whenever requested of pool attendant. No sunbed standoffs at dawn. The wellness spa is a must. A lovely relaxing area and some amazing treatments to be had. Rooms:- we were room 136 (family room) looking straight over relaxing pool. It was a perfect size for two, space and facilities. Lovely bathroom. Room safe at no extra charge. I reckon that our cleaner was trained by ninjas…..our room was left “lived in”…..then it was sparkling….Magic! Food:- Breakfast was good, if not just a bit samey. Evening meal was good, a vast variety. My only issue was the layout/organisation, and other guests. Nobody understands patience and queuing. That said, there are a number of bars and restaurants very close by, with very reasonably price and quality food. Area:- Porec town centre is only a gentle 20min stroll along the coastal walk or a 5min land train ride for €2.50ea with loads of shops, cafes and my favourite pastime…..people watching. As I said…..this was our 1st visit…..it won’t be our last.

We had a very great time. Room was very clean, very big and have great view. The whole complex is really nice. Here you have heated pool, pool with slides, pool for kids, many playgrounds, walking area, great bars near sea,.. food is really delicious. You have many many choices to eat. Overall we will go again definitly.
Blaz — Google review
We booked a Superior Room with a balcony and sea view directly through the hotel’s website. Instead, we were given a disabled-access room on the ground floor with a view of the tennis courts, with the sea barely visible from the far corner of the terrace. The hotel was clearly not at full capacity. The room was completely unsuitable — the sink was far too low and the toilet far too high, clearly designed for disabled guests, which we are not. It made us feel uncomfortable and out of place. On the positive side, the room was clean and tidy, and the outdoor pool was heated. The hotel was mostly occupied by groups and families with children. The buffet food was average. Unfortunately, I would not return.
Tame — Google review
I had a very bad experience at this hotel. My friend left his phone in the lobby for just a few minutes, and when we returned, we found out it had been stolen by another guest. The reception staff did not cooperate at all and refused to let us see the security footage—first saying that only the police could view it. After the police arrived, they suddenly claimed that the indoor cameras were not working. After several trips to the police station, the hotel falsely stated that they had sent the footage to the police. As a result, we lost valuable time, the thief was able to check out, and we only discovered the truth on our last day. Unfortunately, the police also provided little support.
Sina S — Google review
I stayed at this hotel in August 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to a theft incident. My iPhone 16 Pro Max (256GB) was stolen from the hotel lobby while I briefly left it unattended on a sofa. Despite reporting the theft immediately to the reception, I was told they had no access to the security cameras. When the police arrived, the hotel claimed the cameras were either not working or just decorative. However, I later found out the cameras were actually functioning, but the hotel delayed providing footage to the authorities and gave conflicting information throughout. Due to this negligence and poor cooperation, the thieves were able to leave the hotel and escape without being caught. The hotel’s security was very poor. Outsiders were allowed to use the pool and would leave the hotel wrapped only in towels without any supervision. Also, during breakfast and dinner times, anyone from outside could enter the hotel through doors near the park and the children’s play area. This whole situation was stressful and disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel if you care about the safety of your belongings.

Someone very close to me went here on vacation alone, and tragicaly passed away. When I arrived 2 days later to collect their belongings they have already given their room that was booked for 5 more days to someone else, threw all of their belongings In trashbags and brought them too me. And to top it all off their wallet and phone were "not found" despite me overhearing staff telling the director that they had the wallet but didn't open it. After getting in contact with the local police the phone and the wallet magicaly re-apered in their room after the director assured us that the entire room was thoroughly searched and they've found nothing. (I saw it right as I walked in the room). I can't begin to describe the discusst and anger I've felt at the time when I should have been morning for such a loss. Meanwhile they took their room, threw their belongings in trashbags, lied to me and tried to steal the wallet and phone. Just....... Unbelievable

Apartments Astra Plava Laguna offer a down-to-earth stay with beach access, an outdoor pool, tennis, and water sports. The 38 m apartments provide a relaxing terrace within 3 km of Zatika Sport Centre Arena. They are in a great location near the beach and offer good Wi-Fi signal. While small, the fully equipped kitchen makes them suitable for up to 4 people.
great apartments for the price offered before the season. The apartments are in a great location near the beach. Wifi signal is good and can be used in most apartment complexes. The rooms are solid where you have everything you need to stay.

Location is good. Unfortunately that's the only good point that I could write. It's a very huge property with lots of rentable units. That means, lacks basic quality standards of an apartment. No privacy, very small rooms,in fact more walls than space, fragile doors, very less ventilation ...etc. Manageable for one night as a transit stay.
Arun A — Google review
Looks like an apartmen from the 8othies, strong retro feeling, poor interior & furniture, small fridge, etc. We were schocked after arriving. It was a time travel. But not a good one. The neighbours are extremely close, the small terraces are literally next to eachother, no private sphere. No aircondition. Thousands of people in a small area. Pros: the beach is close by walk, and OK, and the prices in the shops are fair. In the city Porec there is a nice market with local handmade food product (handcrafted olive oil, sausage, fruit & vegetables) and nice small caffeshops.
András B — Google review
The location deserves under one star, but unfortunately I can't offer less. The conditions in the bathroom are unsanitary, everything is old and you feel bad staying there. I will write a letter to the Ministry of Tourism in Croatia and send pictures of this location, which in my opinion deserves to be closed. In 4 days no one came to change a single sheet or towel, the location is a disaster.
Marius C — Google review
The location of the complexes is overall nice. Yes the app was clean, but apart from that.. 130eur/nigh for and app, that has many elements, interior design and feel from former ex yu, is in my opinion quite too much. The prices are getting out of hand. I mean, the touch and feel could be renovated at best if taken down and be built anew. Some may like it, but I don't.

I loved the apartment it is very close to the gorgeous beach. You will need a vent the apartment is very hot at night there is no air conditioner. I didnt like the the loud noise at night which came from the local party stage.

Анастасія Б — Google review
The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, and the large terrace is a great place to relax in the evenings. It offers a swimming pool and a green area, as well as convenient parking spaces. The location is comfortable and quiet. On the downside, the water heater is too small, so hot water runs out quickly. We also would have appreciated being informed in advance that bicycles were available. The apartment is a bit far from the sea, but the fact that bikes were provided made this much less of an issue. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and I definitely recommend it.
Horia S — Google review
The apartments are big but a bit bare bones: no coffee machine, although we got one after we asked for one; no washing machine, even though it said on airbnb that there would be one; the door was broken, also fixed after request; the matrasses feel very very very cheap, you can feel the springs; and the rain shower didn't work because there wasn't enough pressure. The shower head also only had a mount very low to the ground and the hot water also didn't last forever due to the use of a tank (although after we turned on the tank we never really emptied it, but you have to constantly adjust the shower valve to stay at the same temperature). On a positive note: the apartment was big; they provided coal and other equipment to use their grills; the air-conditioning worked great; and the patios were really nice to sit outside in the evening

(Translated by Google) Super good apartment in Porec. Very kind hosts, excellent facilities. It is a quiet area, yet the beach is a few minutes' walk away and the old town can be reached in a quarter of an hour's walk. Shops and restaurants nearby, supermarket at the end of the street. Everything is within walking distance, we were here for five days and never had to use the car. The apartment has 26" bicycles for guests. Since the famous Parenzana route starts nearby, we also rode the beginning of it. We will definitely come back, if Porec, we will only come here, we liked it so much! We had it as a family, the children loved it too.

Jadranka S — Google review
Our stay in Vila Oliva was not a good one unfortunately. We talked to the owner before the booking and enquired to make sure the house was suitable for a dog, he explained the garden was secure etc. Never once was there any mention of additional charges to bring our dog, not even when he was discussing the rates or when we arrived with our dog and he gave us the keys. Halfway through our 10 day stay he came down unannounced and stated there is a €12 a day charge to have a dog. We tried to reason with him but there was no compromise. His argument was it said it on small print on the listing and we were meant to tell them, well we did when we called or how about when we arrived with our dog and you gave us the keys! It just came across as greedy. In regards to the house itself - the wifi is not proper broadband, only a 4G router and doesn’t reach most places in the house. The TV only gets German channels, not even local channels are available. Location wise - it’s a good 25 minute walk to the centre. Something closer would have been preferable but you get what you pay for in this regard. What was annoying was the neighbours parking in the car spots supposedly for the house. Lastly, the water was really iffy, tasted like chemicals/chlorine. I’m not sure if it’s the area, but I was only drank bottled water towards the end. It’s not all negative though! The house was a decent size, bigger than I expected. In summary, I think there’s better value out there with more reasonable hosts!
