Nestled at the base of the stunning San Jacinto Mountains, Spencer's Restaurant is a culinary gem that beautifully marries elegance with comfort. This fine-dining establishment specializes in classic American cuisine, enhanced by French and Pacific Rim influences. Guests can enjoy their meals on a climate-controlled patio or within the stylish interior, all while being serenaded by occasional piano music.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spencer’s Palm Springs Spencer’s Palm Springs is chic, modern, and undeniably stylish. With stunning mountain views, palm trees swaying in the desert breeze, and a vibrant atmosphere, it captures the essence of Palm Springs perfectly. Evening receptions under the desert sky are always full of energy and romance. It’s the perfect blend of elegance and relaxed desert vibes. ✨ If you’re planning a wedding at Spencer’s, I’d love to create images that capture the modern magic of Palm Springs.

I was there with a very large group for a business dinner. We had a preselected menu from which to select an appetizer, main course, and dessert so I did not see the entire menu. However, everyone's food was outstanding no matter what they ordered. I was with someone with a food allergy who had trouble picking from the preselected list. The waiter went to the chef three times to check on ingredients. He finally gave her a full dining menu so she could select something. My dining partner was very grateful for the extraordinary attention to her needs. Great food, very attentive staff. I am a big water drinker and my class never got less than an inch from the top. Unfortunately, as are so many restaurants these days, it was very loud. However, it was also because every table was occupied. We had some "plus-ones" dining separately from the business group and their experience was just as outstanding as ours. I tried to go back on another night on my own, but I couldn't get a reservation.
Barbara S — Google review
The restaurant had a classy vibe with perfect lighting...warm and soft, not too bright, which made it just right for a romantic night out. The bartender was super friendly and mixed some amazing cocktails, and the service overall was spot on. The lamb chops were tender and full of flavor, and the gazpacho was really refreshing. The only letdown was the carbonara. I had a feeling it wouldn’t be authentic when I saw peas in it ... pasta was cooked nicely, but the sauce tasted like it had heavy cream, which I wouldn’t expect from a place like this. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.

Atmosphere: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 First time at Spencer’s and it was a great experience overall. The place is absolutely beautiful and the service was excellent! The food came out hot and fast and was really delicious, however, everything needed salt! That’s the only complaint. Definitely recommend for a date, anniversary, or birthday.

Spencer's is my go-to restaurant when I'm visiting Palm Springs. Great food, service and atmosphere on the patio under the trees. The Double Breast of Chicken is a favorite and the Liver and Bacon is great too. The Basil Faulty cocktail is a winner. I usually make a reservation, but they will usually fit you in without one. Valet parking is $3 and there is usually street parking too. Spencer's is an upscale restaurant that attracts an older crowd. Children under 12 are not allowed, but dogs of all ages are welcome and are frequent visitors. Service is friendly and unrushed. If you go back the next day, they usually remember you. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Five Stars all the way. I recommend.
Geoffrey R — Google review
Very clean friendly establishment with options to eatvin or our plenty of shaded area outside too. Service was great it was The most amazing food and drinks I experienced in a very long time and for a reasonable prices.
T'Marie D — Google review
Very disappointed with the food. I have no idea why people hype this restaurant. The food was bland and in need of something so simple as salt. No flavor at all! If you’re paying over $300 for a dinner for two you would at least expect the food to be decent. Service was not up to standards either.

Spencer’s is a must if you’re visiting Palm springs we did the 3 courses meal specials still great more on the safe side, next try I’d like to dive in the actual menu instead drinks are great The Servicing is a 10 out of 10

Copley's on Palm Canyon, located in Uptown Palm Springs and part of the former Cary Grant estate, is a romantic restaurant known for its elevated American dishes. The celebrity chef Andrew Manion Copley brings his expertise to the sublime cuisine, which includes options like Muscovy duck breast, seared Scottish salmon, lobster pot pie, and tandoori chicken breast. The restaurant boasts a star-studded history as a hangout for Cary Grant and attracts personalities like Anderson Cooper.
Our first visit to Copley’s was a pleasant surprise. We sat outside in January surrounded by heaters, plants and people. I did wish I had dressed a little warmer. Our server was efficient, helpful and even a little fun. The food was fantastic. Imagine my gluten-free delight when the Caesar Salad came with croutons made out of pineapple (« traces of tropical »). As the former home of Cary Grant, the inside is filled with different nooks and crannies. Overall a very special evening.
Tammy B — Google review
We are regular visitors to Palm Springs and look forward to new dining experiences each time. Copley’s has been one of those places we’ve look forward to. We visited last night, New Year’s Eve, and the experience fell flat, especially at $99 USD each … Our reservation was for 9:30 pm and we were finally seated at about 10:00 pm. Not a big deal really, as long as the hostess is somewhat apologetic. My wife checked in at 9:25 pm and then when she went to inquire about our table to the same hostess, the hostess asked if my wife again if she was checking in. It made us feel overlooked. The table was nice and everything folks say about the ambience at Copley’s is accurate - it’s magical! I had the salmon, which was very good. My wife had the pork chop, half of which was fat. There was no choice in dessert, which seemed to be an afterthought. Overall, the food was average. Mostly we noticed inconsistency in which servers treated guests. Some had smiles and conversation, others simply had dishes dumped in their table or dirty dishes whisked away. For us, there didn’t seem to be a genuine concern for how we felt about our meals and experience. For those reasons, I wouldn’t consider returning since there are so many other fantastic options on the Palm Springs strip.
Antonio V — Google review
Wonderful place. The food is really really good. No matter what you choose it will be great. It's a great spot for a date night. And they got a good no-alcohol beer. I don't drink, but if you do they have other really good mixed drinks, my wife got one.
Doug N — Google review
Lovely experience. There is a charming entrance which nicely sets the tone for the dining experience. We choose to eat inside as we were there off-season and it was still a bit warm out. The wait staff was attentive and the manager stopped at the table to say "hello". The picture doesn't do the salmon meal justice as my companion had already taken a bite. We split the meal and it was delicious. Although the bread was $10 for three pieces, I ordered it anyway. It was fine but not anything special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Barbara S — Google review
I was really hoping to love this place but it was a little off. There was a large wedding party seated in the courtyard and the staff had trouble keeping up with the rest of the guests. Our server was very apologetic, but the lapses were hard to ignore. For example my wife and I ordered glasses of wine with our entrees, which were slow to arrive, but the wine didn’t show up until we were almost finished eating. We noticed neighboring tables having the same experience. We ordered a ceviche appetizer and it was delightful and right sized for two to share. My entree was the daily special short ribs. The meat was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. My wife had scallops with shrimp timbale. She thought the scallops were lacking a good sear and the shrimp was underwhelming. We had a cremé brûlée desert with after dinner drinks. The appetizer and desert were the highlight of the meal.
Tom L — Google review
My wife and I hosted our rehearsal dinner at Copley’s in late September, and we cannot recommend them enough! The staff was absolutely wonderful and took amazing care of our group of 32. Shannon, the General Manager, was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was on top of everything from timing and menu coordination to last-minute changes with our group. The food and drinks were incredible, and the atmosphere made the evening even more special. We couldn’t have had a better experience and can’t wait to go back!
Paul B — Google review
My main plate (the branzino) was pretty good. But my cucumber side salad was a different story. The cucumbers and tomatoes were not fresh. They were a bit rubbery. Sure sign of being in cold refrigeration for way too long. Normally that wouldn’t a big deal for a $75 meal (entree + 1 cocktail) for 1, it was very disappointing.
Esteban G — Google review
We had a great experience at copleys. We each had the corn chowder soup to start and my wife had the Lamb and I had the short rib special which came with lobster mashed potatoes. The Lamb was flavored perfectly and was amazing. The short rib was great and you didn't even need a knife it just melted apart with a fork. The lobster mashed potatoes were very good and something different then I've had before. Their cocktail's were great as well as their crembrule. It was a little cooler outside so we sat inside and it was a very neat place to be inside or out. Our server DK was great and very attentive.

Kaiser Grille Palm Springs is a vibrant bistro founded by renowned restaurateur Kaiser Morcus in 1991. It has become a beloved dining spot for locals and visitors, known for its welcoming atmosphere and diverse menu. The restaurant's commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients is reflected in signature dishes like the Kansas City Strip Bone-In New York and Wild Alaskan Halibut.
Happened to walk by and checked out the menu. Decided to stop in. Front desk host told us we needed a reservation and they are not taking any at this time. Stepped outside and made a reservation via OpenTable for 3 minutes later! What the heck is that! That was a huge turn-off. The host could have just told us that was an option. We decided to try it out anyway. I am so glad we did! Our server, Cameron, was great! The food was amazing. Porterhouse and filet were made to perfection. The porter house may be the best we have eaten. The mac and cheese side was also flavorful and delicious. We had French onion soup, calamari and the Kaiser Grille salad as our apps. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo on the kids menu was delicious. Lastly, the chicken breast dish was juicy and flavorful. Highly recommend Kaiser Grille!

Wanted a salad for lunch and just happened to be by Kaiser Grill. Gave it a try and was very satisfied. The Asian Chicken salad was very tasty, loaded with chicken and lots of veggies. It was very hearty for a salad. Companion had the chicken Cesar that they liked also. Bit pricy for salads though. Service was exceptional! Nice patio in the middle of downtown with good views and people watching.
Owlshadows — Google review
The calamari and bacon wrapped date appetizers were excellent. For my main course the spinach risotto was also outstanding however my scallops were alight undercooked. Scallops are tricky but for the prices you certainly expect near perfection and while they were edible the middle simply needed more time, perhaps 15 to 30 seconds per side. My wife loved the braised short ribs. Falling apart tender and tasty. Cocktails were delicious. Worth a visit but also tons of options close to Kaiser so for me, the issue with the scallops makes a second visit here improbable but not impossible. Service was stellar and the atmosphere, cozy AND open, very nice.
Kevin W — Google review
We stopped in at Kaiser Grille with high hopes, and while the presentation was fantastic, the food overall was just OK. The filet mignon, while nicely plated, felt overpriced for the quality, and the ribs were unfortunately dry and overcooked. Again, beautiful plating — but flavor and texture didn’t match the price tag. The charcuterie board was definitely the highlight. It’s generous on meats and beautifully arranged — definitely the move if you’re coming here. That said, it came with only three small chips/pieces of bread, which didn’t feel like enough to balance the board. More bread or crackers would’ve made it perfect. The ambiance leans toward upscale, but I wouldn’t call this fine dining — it’s more like Earls at twice the price. Still, touches like the manager or owner coming by the table to check in gave it a warm, old-school hospitality feel that I really appreciated. Overall: great location, strong presentation, and some standout elements (like the charcuterie), but not quite worth the price for the food quality. I’d return for a drink and charcuterie on the patio, but not for a full dinner.
Graham — Google review
This is a great spot. The food was really good I would recommend getting the porterhouse. The service was great. She really took care of us. I tried the old fashioned it was really good. Highly recommend trying the tiramisu that also was very good. People around us seemed really happy to be there also.
Joseph D — Google review
Okay, seriously, Kaiser Grille in Palm Springs? You have to go. The food was just incredible – like, every single bite. So relaxed and welcoming, a really great place to just chill and enjoy your meal and people watch .Honestly, the service was top-notch too. We even had the pleasure of meeting Michael, the manager, who was just fantastic. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. Seriously, if you're in Palm Springs you gotta try this place out . You’ll thank me later . Kaiser Grille gets a huge thumbs up from me – definitely check it out!"
JUNIOR B — Google review
Our group ordered off their sunset menu this time. Entree price includes soup and salad choices. The pasta choices were excellent but I was disappointed in the pork ribs. They were dry and not what I expected. Meanwhile, the service was excellent. This is a place that fell off our radar for several years. We recently went back to try their wood fired pizzas. They are awesome. They have several options to choose from or you can select your own toppings if you want to customize yours. They are large enough for two people to share unless you are starving, then you might also want to split the beet salad. Today was our second time back and we tried the sandwiches. I had the Ruben and hubby had the tuna melt. Both were excellent. The Ruben had a ton of corned beef. If I ordered it again, I would ask for a side of the Russian or Thousand Island dressing. ( I like lots of dressing). This is also a fun restaurant to sit outside and watch the people pass by.
Tim M — Google review
First of all, a HUGE thank you to our host. He was incredible. They were so busy, I never had a chance to ask his name, but he was a legend. We had 12 people on a Thursday night, no reservation, and he got us in right away with 3 tables of 4 right by each other. Our waiter wasn't that attentive, He was busy, but we could tell he just wasn't into working that night. Food was very good. By the looks of it, the pizza is the best bang for your buck. We were pretty high maintenance because we were at a conference and we all needed separate checks and I get that that can be a pain, but when you so close to a convention center, that's what's going to happen. Everyone was happy with their meals and we left very satisfied. They have food that is high and really expensive to midrange less expensive with a variety of styles of food. I would recommend coming here.

Shanghai Reds Bar & Grill is a casual spot located in downtown Palm Springs, offering a beach town vibe in the California desert. The restaurant features an exhibition kitchen where fresh seafood is cooked and serves potent cocktails. On weekends, live music can be enjoyed on their open-air stage and dance floor. The menu includes delectable options such as oysters on the half shell, bacon-wrapped shrimp, clams casino, and oysters Rockefeller.
Great Happy Hour. There's a parking lot, but only 10 spots are reserved for the restaurant. Parking on Thursday night is a bit tricky as Palm Canyon Drive is closed for VillageFest. Fish & Chips were excellent. World-famous fish tacos were ok; fish was overcooked and a bit dry. But they give you a lot of fish in the tacos. 2 tacos make a complete meal; they are not street-taco style, just regular taco style.

I was meeting up with friends, family here & this was an excellent spot! A great vibe as you step in and an awesome spot for an adult beverage. This place had excellent customer service and a nice out door atmosphere for a restaurant. The food was delicious overall. We had the calamari, the chowder, shrimp skewers and fish/chips. All were excellent and solid quality. The beer washing all these foods down made it all phenomenal. I highly recommend the fish & chips with lots of tartar sauce. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

This is a favorite destination in Palm Springs for dining. The lobster bisque and shrimp dishes are a reason to come here. Location is a little off the main drag, this is a very popular dining venue with locals. It’s a wonderful date night option in Palm Springs.

We just love Shanghai Reds...it is always our priority stop for dinner whenever we visit Palm Springs. The manager Stefano is wonderful and makes the culinary experience even better!

My wife and I had eaten here years ago and always remembered how good it was. We finally made it back to Palm Springs, and Shanghai Reds is just as awesome as we remember it being! The food and drinks are incredible, the service is amazing too. Super friendly staff that takes care of your whole party. I strongly recommend it and can't wait to dine here again as soon as possible!

Wow! Food was fresh and fantastic! We got to see Chewy in action as he prepared several amazing looking dishes we were given exceptional service and a dining experience we won’t forget! We had fresh oysters that were perfection, and hands down the best fish taco I have ever had! This will be a regular stop for us when we pass through Palm Springs from now on.

Excellent seafood! We shared the mixed grill with shrimp, scallops, and mahi along with red, yellow and green peppers on a skewer. We also had bacon wrapped shrimp and and a baha fish taco; everything was excellent. The atmosphere inside is a "hole in the wall" kind of place, which we love. Outside is a large area with tables and live music. The manager was our server and he was excellent!

Nice vibe. Good food. Great happy hour coconut cloud martinis! Could feel those. Nice big patio with live two piece band playing guitar and singing beautiful music. Only thing that could be better would be not having to go up to a counter to order food and first round of drinks. After that you get table service. Friendly staff. Centrally located Would recommend.

I had a day to myself in Palm Springs before meeting up with friends. I ate here twice and had a great experience both times. I like that you order the counter and then pick your seat. When you’re seated, you can order more from the server. They also have live music. Great food, drinks, and atmosphere.

Great experience sitting outside. The waiter walked by every 2 minutes helping and serving other customers so I was able to easily flag him down when I needed something. He was kind and very attentive. I tipped him $20 for a $60 check. Was glad to do it. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely delightful restaurant and staff! The food is outstanding, the cocktails delightful, but the staff is what makes the visit the best. Sit outside and people watch, enjoy the music, and don't miss the blackened mahi tacos! Connor and Scott were amazing servers! ❤️

Fun place right in the heart of Palm Springs. Food and drinks were good. Really enjoyed the corn appetizer and the house salad. I think they were a little short staffed on the day of the visit. The table/bar ordering system is a bit tricky. Be sure you understand so you aren't sitting unattended between the drink order at the check in and wanting food at the table.

Had a lovely brunch at Elmer’s with my sisters! The service was excellent—very attentive and warm. Our food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. An old fashioned place with a solid 60-year history. The Baby Dutch Pancake alone worth the price of admission ($2 extra gets you two eggs any way you like them and ham or bacon or sausage. The family-founded company prides itself rightfully on using phenomenal vendors in the northwest. A rustic atmosphere, conveniently located. The service is spotty but the prices are practical.

Elmer’s in Palm Springs is a hidden gem that feels like a warm hug and a hearty meal rolled into one. I came in for a quick bite and ended up discovering one of the best comfort dishes I’ve had in a long time — the Chicken Fried Steak Bowl. Perfectly crispy, tender steak, smothered in rich country gravy, laid over a bed of fluffy mashed potatoes and veggies — it’s the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes after the first bite. Pure comfort food bliss. Portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere has that classic diner charm that just makes you want to stay a while. If you’re in Palm Springs and want something satisfying and soulful, don’t miss the Chicken Fried Steak Bowl at Elmer’s. Trust me, it hits the spot!

A Classic Gem! Elmer’s is such a great spot for breakfast and lunch! The place gives off that cozy, vintage diner vibe that instantly feels welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious – hearty, flavorful, and the portion sizes are generous. You definitely won’t leave hungry! The service also stands out – the waiters are incredibly patient, friendly, and make sure you’re well taken care of. Their customer service is top-notch, which really adds to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a place with great food, nostalgic charm, and outstanding service, Elmer’s is a must-try!😋

Stopped by this place on Labor Day looking for breakfast on the drive home from the weekend. Absolutely loved it! Stuffed hash browns were great, and it's unique to find a place with German pancakes which is a favorite of my wife's. Also family friendly and kids loved the chocolate chip pancakes.

The food was amazing, I had the triple berry crepe and it was sooo good!! The condensed milk tasted like cheesecake and the fruit was perfect!! The whipped cream tasted very fresh and in general super good! I thought I was going to fall asleep mid way through my meal lol! Our waitress was super nice and gave my family extra fries!! The atmosphere is super beautiful it reminded a lot of the Tuscan style from the 2000s and our seats were super comfortable. 10/10 restaurant definitely recommend especially if you are visiting from the Bay Area because it’s very good and the menu had lots of options!

Want to have breakfast any time of the day? Had to Elmer's. An iconic place in PS for a long time. Nice people. Service was good and can get busy. There are other dishes besides breakfast and I am sure there is something for everyone. Wanted to try the famous German pancake. There are three to choose from. Not your traditional pancake batter either. Can only describe as a Yorkshire pudding of sorts. It is good. Give them a shot.

We loved our breakfast at Elmer’s in Palm Springs! The German pancake was light and delicious, and the breakfast was hearty with perfectly cooked eggs, tasty chicken sausage, and a homemade biscuit. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere made it a great start to our day. Highly recommend!

The Tropicale in Palm Springs is a vibrant and lively eatery with a retro tropical interior and a neon-lit exterior. It has an eclectic menu and a festive patio, making it a favorite spot for locals looking for a fun night out. Originally popular among celebrities like Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, The Tropicale now offers live jazz, pop, and cabaret performances while you dine.
The Tropicale in Palm Springs is an absolute gem with a calming, yet upbeat, and romantic atmosphere. The warm pink accent lighting and lush decor set the perfect mood for a fun date night. The fun Cuban music playing in the background adds a vibrant and playful energy to the experience. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxed yet lively night out. The food was on point. We started with the Korean BBQ skewers. They were full of flavor and unbelievably tender. For our entrees, I got the steak and arugula salad, and my husband ordered a flat iron steak with a wonderful southwestern blend of vegetables. Both wonderful. Then, we ended with their carrot cake. Oh my goodness. One of the best carrot cakes that we have tried since being stationed here! It was so good, there wasn’t even time to snap a quick picture. 😂 10/10 recommend this place. We plan on bringing a group of friends with us next time to try their pitchers of speciality drinks. 🍹

A fabulous spot with delicious food and a laid-back vibe that won’t quit. I heard that this was the most popular restaurant in Palm Springs and now I understand why. The atmosphere is intoxicating. Our server was wonderful. And the food was everything you want it to be. Even something as simple as the spaghetti and meatballs was a dish that everyone wanted to eat more of. It felt like being invited into a cool secret club, but not pretentious at all. An unforgettable experience for the large group we were with that exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend.

The outside of the restaurant and its surrounding area did not come across as an attention seeking place. The street was quiet, there were some parking on the street and more parking was available in the back. Although smaller spaces than expected, my friend's SUV fit right in with minimal wiggle room. The lit torches out in the front of the restaurant were a nice addition to its exterior decor and then we walked inside.... My girlfriends and I were celebrating our milestone birthday. We had a 7pm reservation on a week night. The hostess greeted us. She was friendly and welcoming. We were then lead to the patio area outside. Not to say that the dining area was not inviting but we preferred fresh air. The weather was perfect in late August. Our server, Andrea was exceptional, from beginning til end. She didn't miss a beat. Like the hostess, she was welcoming and friendly. More importantly, she always checked in with us, asking if there was anything else we needed. And, when we did, she was prompt in fulfilling our request each time. Even when it got busy, she made sure we ended our dining experience with smiles on our face. Nice calming ambience both in the dining area and outdoor patios. From its decor, low lighting, music, and friendly staff, it was perfect. Our mocktails and food were good. Not exactly 5 star but presentation was on point. It was definitely a great night to celebrate our birthdays at The Tropicale in Palm Springs! Perfect A must-see👍🏼

Good service. For a first time group visit, the pupu platter is a must-order to sample a bunch of different appetizers. There were no misses. Would highly recommend the food—Miso Salmon, Thai Lime & Chile skirt steak salad Wish my cocktail was more balanced in flavour. Chocolate cake was HUGE, but didn’t want to have more than a few bites of it. Was skeptical from photos online, but the night restaurant lighting doesn’t do the food justice.
Rachel T — Google review
The atmosphere was nice but the brunch food was meh, 2.5/5. I’d recommend coming here for just the drinks. Service was good to start but real slow once the food was on the table. And they didn’t have any spicy salsa, or hot sauce, aside from sriracha, that was the nail in the coffin for me personally, because i couldn’t even fix the bland food with something spicy. Oh well.
E T — Google review
The Tropicale came highly recommended by a few friends and even my sister in law, so my wife and I made it our first dinner stop for our one year anniversary weekend. We were excited to try it but honestly the whole experience just was not what we hoped for. From the moment we walked in it felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant. It was loud, packed, and people were constantly moving around. Conversation was tough and instead of a relaxed dinner vibe it felt like everyone was there mainly for the bar scene. The staff, to their credit, were great. There were servers everywhere making sure drinks stayed full and checking on tables, and every person we interacted with was kind and on top of things. Food wise it started off promising. We shared the Thai pork lettuce cups with papaya slaw and those were actually really good with nice flavor, a little sweet and savory, and probably the highlight of the night. After that it went downhill. We ordered the Creekstone ranch prime flat iron steak which is twelve ounces and fifty four dollars and it came out bland and a little dry. We even asked for extra salt because it was just missing seasoning completely. The baked potato that came with it was literally just a plain potato with some toppings on the side and nothing special at all. My wife barely touched it. For my entrée I tried the miso glazed steelhead salmon with black rice. It was fine and tasted like a normal salmon bowl with a light teriyaki glaze but nothing memorable or worth coming back for. Considering the price point I expected something that felt a bit more special or unique. Everyone around us was ordering cocktails and big fun drinks which honestly looked like the main draw here. We do not drink so maybe that is the real hook of the place and why people rave about it. If you are looking for a lively bar and cocktail scene maybe it is great. But for a nice sit-down dinner it just was not it for us. The staff was wonderful but overall it is not a spot we would return to for food.

Surprisingly good boneless fried chicken. Chill romantic environment. Great service staff. Sarah our server was wonderful. Would recommend based on quality, perfect seasoning and flavors, ambiance and location vibes. Want to try the tomahawk pork chop next time. Cheers Tropicale and Palm Springs!

Our hotel manager said, “I know it sounds weird, but trust me and order the lamb meatballs”. He was soooo right. But even before we ordered we were greeted so well by Blanca, who seated us and periodically checked on us. Our server Daman, gave us above and beyond great service!!! He made drink and dinner suggestions that truly led to us having an exceptional experience. We had the spicy mango mojito, lamb meatballs and chicken parmigiana. If we have time left on this trip, we will definitely be back.

Fisherman's Market & Grill is a beloved local restaurant and fish-market chain that brings the best of the catch to the desert. Established by Louis Pagano and Bill Mortz in 1995, this eatery offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can savor fresh seafood prepared just like it was on fishing boats. Despite being far from the ocean, they bring fish straight from the docks every day.
There isn't a chance I come to Palm Springs without this being my first stop. My wife and I have been coming here since 2015 and it's always the same. Best sea food in town hands down. Best fish and chips dinner. 3 piece halibut. Very consistent. Can't wait to come again

I flew in yesterday from South Carolina and wanted some good seafood for dinner. I had the king crab. It was AMAZING. Food was excellent and so was the service. They score the crab for you so it's easy to open and you get the meat out in ONE piece. Look at that chunk. I'll definitely be back! It was 75$ for my meal. Definitely worth it!

If you're in Palm Springs and craving seafood, Fisherman's Market & Grill is a "solid" choice. Reminiscent of the seafood joints you'd find in San Francisco, this place offers fresh Alaskan seafood in a laid-back, market-style setting. It's not fancy, but it's a local favorite and more affordable than many other seafood spots in the area 💸. With a variety of options on the menu, first-timers should definitely ask for recommendations to navigate the offerings. During our visit, we tried several dishes with mixed results. The shrimp tacos were decent, but we felt they could use more shrimp and less salad 🌮. The campechana, unfortunately, was a letdown, with too much ketchup and not enough seafood. The oysters, however, were the standout dish—fresh and delicious, they were definitely the highlight of our meal 🦪. The service was friendly and the prices were fair, making for an overall pleasant dining experience. For those looking to try their specialty, we recommend the fish n' chips. They seemed to be a crowd favorite and looked fantastic 🍟🐟. Overall, Fisherman's Market & Grill is a great spot for locals and visitors alike who are looking for a casual seafood meal without breaking the bank. It may not be fancy, but it delivers on quality and value, making it worth a visit if you're in the area 🍤😊.

A very busy restaurant that I would recommend you book. I booked a table outside. I was given a very nice welcome and all the staff were lovely throughout the meal. I ordered the rack of lamb which was cooked perfectly. It could have been a bit hotter but having mint jelly made up for this. I also had a bottle of beer and a glass of wine and the bill came to $59 which i thought was quite reasonable. (July 25)

Went there last night for my birthday dinner per recommendation from a friend. We sat in the back patio, but be prepared to be warm lol regardless it was very pretty, we had a great and attentive waiter, and the food and drinks were great as well. I had a seafood risotto and it was very good! At the end of our dinner we all got a complimentary amaretto with some biscotti, which I thought was a very nice touch! All in all, our experience was great, I would definitely recommend it and will definitely go back!

For our final lunch before heading home from our anniversary weekend we stopped at The Farm in Palm Springs. The restaurant had plenty of great reviews and a relaxed garden style setting that drew us in right away. I ordered the Andouille omelet but asked to swap the sausage for bacon and the server was happy to make that change. The omelet came out perfectly cooked, moist but not runny, with plenty of bacon and creamy avocado on top. I paired it with their roasted potatoes which were excellent. Big crispy chunks with just the right bite and a touch of salt. My wife ordered the chicken BLT and enjoyed every bite. Her only note was that she might try it on sourdough next time instead of the wheat or rye but she still loved the flavors and the crisp bacon. The simple side salad was fresh and the Cholula hot sauce worked perfectly with my omelet. Service was friendly and very attentive, even making sure our dog had water on a hot day which we really appreciated. Overall The Farm delivered a solid brunch or lunch experience with great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful service. We left completely satisfied and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable breakfast or lunch spot in Palm Springs.

Lovely atmosphere. I’ve sat both inside and outside and both are great, outside is a series of little patios and courtyards. Food is good but not great. Service was great and our food came very quickly after ordering. Expect a 30-60 min wait - they’re always mobbed.

Wonderful brunch food and always a wait on the weekends. They don’t take reservations so best bet is to get here early to put your name down. The ambiance is in quaint, old-fashioned comfort vibes like your at a French grandma’s home. The food is French focused with crepes and various omelette. Food is presented nicely and made well. Overall, good spot and best of luck getting in on the weekends!

I Came in around 11:00 am on a Tuesday for breakfast. It was about 10 min wait. There's misters for the outdoor seating which help on hotter days. Once we oredered, The service was very quick to receive our food, which was surprising since it was pretty busy. The food was very good and tasted fresh. The bananea was more on the sweet side and felt like a dessert but was still good. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for a really good breakfast spot.

Ruben and Ozzy's Oyster Bar & Grill is a lively seafood restaurant located in downtown Palm Springs. The open-view kitchen adds to the relaxed atmosphere, where visitors can enjoy an eclectic menu of seafood bites while seated outdoors. Renowned for their fish tacos and charismatic service, brothers Ruben and Ozzy have been cooking together for years before opening their first restaurant in 2012.
We really like this little restaurant in downtown Palm Springs. They have a great menu, indoor and outdoor seating, fair prices, and fairly good service. It is always a busy place, and that speaks to the quality of the food. Our meal was excellent! I can highly recommend the calamari and the crab enchiladas. Both were amazing! It is best to have a reservation here for dinner, but we have walked up several times and were able to get a table after a short wait. You can also sit at the bar if you don’t have reservations and seats are available. I would hesitate to recommend this restaurant if you are vegetarian or vegan, as menu options are limited. We will definitely keep returning here and will recommend it to our friends.

If you do not come to this place while in Palm Springs, California, you are missing out! Not only is the food amazing and served hot and fresh in front of you, the owner Ozzy makes it even more special. Definitely sit at the bar and watch his Masterpiece’s come to life! We had the New Orleans oysters, Ozzie, and Reuben specials. Everything was absolutely amazing! We even bought T-shirts because we loved it that much 😁

This is a hidden gem in Palm Springs. Fresh seafood & splashy tropical drinks. Food- halibut ceviche: firm, fresh & prefectly cooked in lime and citrus. New Orleans oysters: hint of mustard, cream & melted mozzarella cheese. Halibut steak: portions are outrageously huge. Pent of prefectly steamed broccoli and a size of Alfredo angel hair. Staff-all well trained, efficient and happy polite. The man in charge of this melange is the charming Ruben Lopez, co-owner with his brother Ozzy and chef de cuisine. Overly fair pricing for quality and quantity for seafood. Spectacular evening.

I've always wanted to visit this oyster bar when visiting PS and this time I finally did. I specifically went to try their oysters and wasn't disappointed. They were fresh, meaty, and a perfect snack to have on their patio. They were well chucked with no shell fragments in the meat. Lemons were fresh. Oyster shooters looked delicious too. Service at the table was basic. Would love to come again for oysters and to try other menu items. For a person or two, the bar may be more comfortable.

We had dinner just an hour before closing, but we were greeted warmly and seated quickly, which made a great first impression. We ordered the crab enchiladas and Ozzy’s Special—huge shrimp in a sweet and spicy sauce—and both dishes were absolutely delicious. I don’t usually return to the same restaurant, but this is definitely a place I’d come back to!
T Y — Google review
My wife and I had dinner at Ruben’s Oyster Bar last night and were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm, attentive service. We ordered the swordfish and, on a tip, asked for the halibut—a secret menu item that isn’t listed but is absolutely worth asking for. Perfectly cooked and finished with lemon, the halibut was the standout of the night—light, flaky, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elevated, and the plating was clean and professional—definitely a place that takes pride in presentation. The only miss of the evening was the cheesecake. It didn’t seem to be homemade and lacked the same quality and care as the rest of the meal. It felt store-bought and didn’t live up to the otherwise outstanding experience. That said, if you’re in the area, Ruben’s is 100% worth the visit. Skip dessert and focus on the seafood—especially that off-menu halibut.

Today we had dinner at Ruben & Ozzy’s, and it was absolutely outstanding! Every dish was incredibly delicious. We ordered oysters, cioppino, and flat iron steak — everything was cooked to perfection. We visited this restaurant a year ago and loved it so much that we decided to come back, and it did not disappoint. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake, which was so amazing that we ordered another one to go. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!
Myroslava S — Google review
Great date night suggestion - eat at the counter bar inside Ruben and Ozzy’s. Absolutely love watching the chefs at their craft! The food is excellent. Every time we’ve dined here we’ve gone with the chef’s suggestion and have not been disappointed. Their seafood is so fresh. Portions are generous. Last night, we had the poke appetizer which was hands down some of the freshest tuna ever. For an entree we shared a halibut dish with shrimp and scallops in a wine caper sauce with a slight Cajun flair. Sooo good. And we still have some leftovers (I think we’ll have a lunch fight over those today). For dessert we had their home made mud pie. Such an under rated dessert. It was really yummy. Sorry - no photos. We were too busy enjoying our food and the atmosphere to take pics. I recommend this place anytime, but especially love it on a week night when it’s a bit slower and chefs can chat and make recommendations. The counter is great for couples or solo dining. The patio is wonderful on a nice night too.

Disappointed by service and food quality We came as a family — two adults and three children — dressed respectfully and excited to enjoy dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. We were greeted with strange looks by the hosts, which made us feel unwelcome. After ordering, we were surprisingly asked to pay the full bill before our food arrived — something we’ve never experienced at any other restaurant, especially after dining at places like Gordon Ramsay’s in Las Vegas, where the bill was double the price and the hospitality was outstanding. The total was about $350, and while we paid it without issue, the service felt judgmental and cold. The children’s burger was particularly bad — the patty was completely dry, something I wouldn’t even serve at home. We had hoped for a pleasant, family-friendly evening, but sadly this place fell far short of expectations. We will not return and would not recommend it to families.

We came here last night to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday. It’s a super cute little place with a classy but unpretentious vibe. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the employees and seated immediately. Service here was above and beyond — I forgot to take a coloring book for my 3 year old, and our server brought out some plain paper and highlighters before coming out with some cute printed coloring sheets for her. This was super kind! To start, we ordered Caesar salads, minestrone soup and oysters. The oysters served were blue points — nice and fresh. For entree, I ordered the filet mignon with truffle butter. The steak came with a side of rosemary potatoes and vegetables — my steak was perfectly cooked medium and so delicious. The meat was tender and the truffle butter was a great addition and brought everything together. My partner loved their chicken Marsala and my daughter enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs. For dessert, cannolis were brought out for my dad and we sang happy birthday. We also ordered the chocolate cake and cheesecake — both were great although I really loved the cheesecake. The cheesecake was so good — well balanced and soft. Thank you to Riccio’s for a wonderful birthday dinner for my dad!

I tried Riccio's — a restaurant new to me — last week with some friends. My first impression on entering was positive...loved the ambiance. I had the lobster ravioli, one friend ordered the filet mignon, and another had the chicken Riccio. For dessert, we shared the cassata cake. Everything was delightful. I’m not usually a red-meat fan, but I tried a bite of the filet mignon and was impressed. We found the prices reasonable, and our server (Hector) was both engaging and helpful. We all enjoyed the ambiance, our meals and the service, and we’ll definitely be back.

Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey is a chic and intimate restaurant that offers a fusion of Japanese seafood dishes, sushi, and whiskey-based cocktails in an upscale setting. The chef, Engin Onural, brings a unique twist to traditional sushi by incorporating unconventional ingredients such as black truffle zest, coconut flakes, and fried potato threads into his original creations.
I did the chef’s tasting menu at Sandfish and honestly… I’m still dreaming about it. From the moment I sat down, I knew I was in for something special. I started with an off-menu cold sake that set the tone beautifully, and by the third course, I was gifted a complimentary pour of Japanese whisky. A lovely table next to me even offered me a taste of their cab which is proof that the vibe here is all about connection and generosity. Now let’s talk about the food. I’m actually speechless. Every dish was curated to perfection, thoughtful, delicious, and gorgeously plated. My favorites? The tostada and the octopus. Unreal. The chef is truly a genius. The ambiance? Impeccable. Music was a vibe. I dined solo and never once felt out of place or uncomfortable. The staff made me feel right at home, encouraged me to take my time, and created an atmosphere that was warm, relaxed, and memorable. I wish I remembered my server’s name (he mentioned his girlfriend Lexie, who happened to be dining next to me!), but I hope he sees this—thank you for everything. If you’re thinking of going, don’t hesitate. Trust them. Let go and let the chef take you on the ride. You won’t regret it. 💫

Sandfish sushi and whiskey had great reviews so we were able to get a table a handful of days ahead of time but not until 8:15. We were sat in the patio which was fine because it was a nice night despite the crazy wind. There was a fun DJ playing and he kept the vibes up for sure! We saw our server once in the beginning when she took our order, and then we didn't see her again for an hour until it was time to pay. We probably would have ordered another roll and another bottle of sake had we had anyone approach us at any time but after being there for about an hour, we were ready to leave. NOW..... Fair warning, the food is good... But this is not Nobu despite what the prices show. The rolls were good but for $27-40 PER roll, I would have expected something a little bit more. The ahi tuna sashimi was absolutely phenomenal some of the best I've had, but still overpriced. You know the TINY little pink bottles of sake you can get at any sushi restaurant for $12? Here it was $32!! So for $10 basic edamame, $34 for five pieces of tuna sashimi, 2- $29 rolls And a $32 small bottle of sake we're looking at $150... There is much better sushi in San Diego for half the price. The best part of this place was the DJ and the sashimi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Best Sushi in Palm Springs Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey is a stylish Palm Springs gem with creative rolls, fresh fish, and a sleek, modern vibe. The cocktails and whiskey list pair perfectly with the inventive menu, and the service is friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it’s a top spot for sushi lovers looking for something upscale and unique. ***They have the pickled wasabi which is my absolute favorite and you need to ask for it on the side. They also own the Tailor Shop right down the street for after dinner cocktails!

The food was absolutely delicious. A bit pricey, but I suppose it’s fair since they’re bringing the fish out to the desert? Our server was excellent, the ambiance was very nice, and I’d highly recommend.

My friends and I are doing a girls trip and decided to try this spot! We were skeptical at first as the reviews were iffy and were in the desert, but we are so glad we came! This place is DELICIOUS!!! It’s pretty small and reservations are recommended. There is seating indoor, at the bar, and some outdoor seating ad well. We went for HH right at 1700 and just walked in. There was only bar seating was available at that time. The service was great, the food was fantastic, and it was a nice cozy vibe. I’d definitely come back again!! Food/drink review: Passion fruit margarita (5/5) Super delicious! It was on the stronger side, but great balance of flavors. Edamame: (5/5) Simple, but delicious! It wasn’t too soggy or too hard. Brussel sprouts: (5/5) These were roasted and had great flavor. I love Brussel sprouts and these were yummy! Crispy salmon balls: (3/5) These were just OK. Ratios were off. There was way too much rice and not enough fish for my taste. Tuna tataki tacos: (5/5) Honestly surprised how much I enjoyed these. The crunch was perfect, sauce and fish paired very well together. If they weren’t on HH menu I wouldn’t order as they are very expensive. Hosomaki rolls: Overall, they were pretty good! Our favorites were the salmon one, ended up ordering two of them. So tasty! The venue and sand fish rolls: (5/5) During HH, you can pick two rolls and get 4 pieces of each. Honestly a great deal for how delicious these rolls were. Again, we got them on HH, regular price is crazy. Salmon/tuna nigiri: (5/5) OMG. The nigiri was melt in your mouth delicious. It was like butter! I could have eaten an entire plate of these.

For our main anniversary dinner my wife and I chose Sandfish and it could not have been a better decision. We had seen the photos and reviews beforehand and the vibe looked perfect. The restaurant feels stylish and inviting and the service from start to finish was outstanding. We started with the tuna tataki tacos and they were incredible. The tuna had amazing flavor with a little hint of citrus and a satisfying garlic crunch. My wife and I were almost fighting over the last taco because it was that good. We also ordered spicy edamame and miso soup which were both excellent. The miso broth tasted fresh and full of depth and set the tone for the rest of the meal. For rolls we followed the recommendations of our server, an older gentleman whose name I wish I remembered because he was fantastic. We ordered the Sandfish, the Experiment, and the Lollipop. My wife devoured the Lollipop which combined crab, tuna, and mango in the best way possible. I had the Sandfish roll which came with spicy tuna, fried potato, teriyaki sauce, green onion, and a touch of black truffle. Every bite was loaded with flavor and I honestly considered ordering a second one even though the rolls are generously sized. The Experiment roll was also delicious and made for a fun mix of flavors. We added a cucumber salad to share and it was light, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Everything about this dinner hit the mark. The fish quality was excellent, the flavors were creative yet balanced, and the service was warm and attentive. Sandfish delivered exactly the anniversary dinner we were hoping for and more. We will absolutely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional sushi in Palm Springs.

Amazing happy hour and just amazing in general. We took our servers advice on several items and couldn’t have been happier. Who knew something as common as miso soup could be elevated to that level? My husband’s order of Hamachi Kama stole the show! And just take a look at the brownie in the photo! Our new favorite spot in PS

For how much we paid we were very disappointed with the food. It was mediocre and did not reflect the recent reviews/Tiktoks. The presentation of the food was amazing but the flavors did not reciprocate.

Boozehounds Palm Springs is a trendy restaurant that welcomes dogs, offering a unique dining experience for both humans and their furry companions. The establishment features an enclosed patio where dogs can join their owners at the table, complete with a doggy door for easy access. The menu offers a variety of cocktails and Southern California plates with Asian/Filipino influences, including options like garlic noodles with galbi and chicken adobo.
First time visiting Boozehounds and it was a great experience! The vibe was awesome—everyone was so friendly, especially all the dog lovers. The service was excellent, and they even gave us a free snack for our furry babies—just one simple ingredient: chicken breast. Our pups loved it! The food came out quickly and the portions were perfect for brunch. Plus, they have a dog menu as well. We'll definitely be back!

We came in on a Monday for lunch and were seated right away. For lunch, they do bar ordering with limited table service but our food came out quickly and was exceptional. They have a full water and treat station for the dogs as well as a fun dog menu. We tried the watermelon gazpacho for our two dachshunds and they loved it! There’s plenty of space for tables to keep dogs separated from other groups and the outdoor patio was shaded and cool. It was quiet during the lunch hour but they advertised fun events like drag shows that I’m sure make the restaurant a blast. We will absolutely be back

Very nice happy hour spot. Super cute art deco design and furniture. Good happy hour special and fantastic waiter. They also have an outdoor spot if you want to bring your dog. Food was good except for mini egg rolls which were beyond small and over priced for 3 little roles

Wow. The best “Benny” I’ve had in a long time. I ordered with a side of bacon because this is a meatless Benny. I should’ve trusted the chef and let the roasted chickpeas be the star of the show. Glad I asked for protein on the side so I could try the dish on its own! First time here. I’d suggest calling ahead if you’re with a dog and by yourself. The front signage asking to go through the “doggy” door appeared to be misleading when I arrived. Lovely staff. Amazing food. Cozy and comfortable for dogs. Turns out chefs in Palm Springs can actually cook. This is my new favorite place, after condemning Palm Springs as a culinary desert. PLEASE visit. This place is delicious and made for fun.

Nice spot for cocktails and small bites in Palm Springs. If you’re looking to get out of the heat and enjoy a cocktail hour then this is a great option. The vegan food options on the menu were diverse in selection which I appreciated. Everything came out quickly and tasted good. I enjoyed the cocktail as well. It was well balanced, refreshing, and hit the spot! The overall aesthetic of the place is very mid century chic and somewhat moody. It’s the type of place where you want to dress up a little for cocktail hour, which makes me happy. I’d happily go back next time I’m in Palm Springs!

Great vibes, super friendly and sweet staff, and great food options. Loved that they have a dog menu. She had to be carried out because she didnt want to leave and come back home. Safe to say she approves of this place too.

Boozehounds…Heard great things and was super excited to try it. Unfortunately, it did not meet the mark or come even close. Super cool restaurant when you walk in. Interestingly/unexpectedly, there were no less than four bachelor/bachelorette parties when we walked in. Maybe that was my fault but not the vibe we were looking for. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful explaining the menu. For drinks, unfortunately, they had no available draft beers, and of the cans, they were out of the amber, had two IPAs, and the “plain” beer they did have was mango flavored. I got the Siren’s Call cocktail which looked great on paper but was extremely unbalanced and not my favorite. For food, we had everything come out at once, which again maybe was our fault, but it took FAR longer than it should have…and came out cold. Something to flag- the portion sizes were super confusing. The Brussel sprouts were an appetizer and a HUGE portion, whereas the lumpia (chicken spring rolls) were also an appetizer but were five small pieces and came out cold. On the bizarre side, the sweet chili dipping sauce came out in a plastic condiment cup instead of a normal cup or ramekin which seemed out of place for everything else that was presented on the nicer side. We ordered the garlic noodles which were good, but not super garlicky and adobo chicken protein we added was dry and not broken up well (some was shredded and some was in clumps). Lastly, we got the tteokbokki (very thick, chewy, mozzarella stick-sized noodles) which was in a fantastic sauce but odd general texture. Uncommon to have an Asian dish with cheese, but overall good flavor. We asked to see the dessert menu and instead we’re brought the check which was an odd way to end the meal. Overall, really disappointed with the drinks and food. Staff was friendly enough, but that’s not going to make up for cold food and lack of flavor.

We held our full, 100 person wedding reception at Boozehounds back in April. We could not have envisioned a better venue! Cameron, Chef Aric, and DJ Chris absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were all incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond. The space works exceptionally well for a reception, as you can flow from the cocktail hour on the patio, to a sit down dinner in the dining room, to dancing in the atrium. Received a ton of comments that it was the best “wedding food” anyone has ever had!

Billy Reed's Palm Springs is a classic American restaurant that offers generous portions of comfort food in a charming setting. The decor features warm woods, stained glass accents, and a koi pond at the entrance, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of old Palm Springs glamour. Whether you choose to dine in the elegant dining area or cozy up at the saloon-style bar, you can expect attentive service and traditional American classics served with soup or salad and the vegetable du jour.
My wife and I recently dined at Billy Reed's in Palm Springs, and we had a fantastic experience that deserves a 5-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. We ordered the pork chops and jerky chicken, both of which were delicious. The portion sizes were quite generous, which is great if you have a big appetite or want to share. For dessert, we tried the crack cake, and it was a nice treat to finish off our meal. The environment of the restaurant was clean and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dinner. The service was attentive and efficient, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We also appreciated the non-alcoholic drink options available, making it an inclusive choice for everyone. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our time at Billy Reed's and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Palm Springs. Sources

Had great time here while visiting Palm Springs during memorial weekend. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and how vintage it looks. Food was delicious and really hot (temperature wise). We stared with clam chowder which was so creamy thick and tasty. Then we were served our warm corn toast and date toast. Our main dish was the country fried stake which was one of the best if ever had. We got mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes as sides, really liked them. Highly recommend giving them a try and absolutely going back.

I have been coming to Palm Springs dozens and dozens of times since the 1970's and this was the first time visiting Billy Reed's. Can't believe I've been missing out all these years. 6 of us ate Sunday brunch here for the first time. This is truly a place where all can gather, from the biker gang in town to families with babies in strollers. We got a round table, and the noise level allowed for easy conversation. Everyone was happy with their meals from the omelettes to steak and eggs to pancakes. One of the servers even surprised us with a huge slice of strawberry cake left over from a grandma's birthday celebration. Bonus! The server was exceptionally kind and attentive. The busboys slipped in and out caring for the cleanliness of our table. We even got a few to go boxes for the generous portions. We will definitely be coming back.

This is an experience. There are better options for dining in the city, but the atmosphere is pretty cool. It is still worth going. It is a glimpse into what was cool probably before you were born. If you eat here, it's a Prime Rib place. The breakfast is about as good as a Denny's. However, this is a time capsule. I promise you should still check it out, but don't expect the best meal you will have in Palm Springs.

Billy Reed's is a home style American fare restaurant. It doesn't try to pretend to be something it isn't. The menu is full of comfort food options. The clam chowder was thick and tasty... though I found myself adding a good bit of pepper... which is a personal taste preference. The meatloaf was tasty, had a nice texture and was a generous portion. The gravy also had a great flavour that paired well with the meatloaf and the large portion of mashed potatoes which were really nice. The corn bread is on the sweet side and is moist and served with soft butter. The French dip has a nice portion of beef in a French loaf and a nice au jus. Their garlic bread must be good as a friend went through two portions of it. Onto dessert... Their carrot cake tastes like my mother's and is moist. The Boston Cream Pie was seriously large and well flavoured. The chocolate cake is among the best I have tried. The German chocolate cake is full of coconut and really nicely made. If you are in Palm Springs, make the decision to eat here at least once. I'll be back on my next visit for sure.

Such a cool vintage-style restaurant! Every detail — the lamps, paintings, little decorations — feels so thoughtful. The warm red lighting makes the whole place feel cozy, like you’re sipping hot tea for your soul. Heard it’s been around for 50 years, and you can totally feel that old-school charm. The staff were super friendly, and my salmon was cooked perfectly — the sauce in the rice was so good and made it extra tasty.

This family-owned restaurant, opened in 1994 by the Terzic family, brings together authentic recipes from Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, and Yugoslavia.
This is how traveling to a nice place should look feel and taste like. Fantastic food very well prepared. You can tell they used premium ingredients, very traditional, the first time I have tasted a traditional Pulpo a la Gallega (Spanish Octopus) within the US and the service feels like home. This is truly a hidden gem, this is what I was hoping for on a road trip to Palm Springs, something that is not average, these dishes do not taste like chicken.

Came here for my anniversary due to the high ratings. The best feature of this place is the service. Top notch. The food was decent but not memorable. I had the duck which was very good but the accompaniments were uninspiring. The celery soup was enjoyable. My wife had the Spanish octopus. She said it was mid and there wasn’t much octopus. The atmosphere was dreadful. It was mostly full but it felt empty.

Just found this place and walked up. The host was very nice and immediately got me a quiet seat in the back. The Chilean Seabass was very well done, maybe a bit undercooked in the center, but still buttery flakey and moist throughout. The burek was the absolute sleeper of the meal. I could have just ordered 6 servings of that and been very pleased. I ordered two desserts because I can, and the olive oil cake proved superior to the crepes. This would be a very nice date spot, but was also nice for an impromptu dinner on my way home. I'll be back.

Pomme Frite is a charming restaurant located in downtown Palm Springs, offering a cozy setting and a diverse menu of French and Belgian cuisine. The restaurant serves traditional specialties such as moules marinieres, escargot, cre brulee, as well as meat and fish dishes, pasta, flammekueche, salads, and appetizers. In addition to its culinary offerings, Pomme Frite features a full bar with an array of French and California wines along with Belgian beers.
Pomme Frite brought us right back to drinking wine from a carafe and eating mussels and a baguette in France. From the « madame et monsieur » greeting to our server from France, we loved the authenticity of Pomme Frite. We loved the beet and goat cheese salad, as well as the drunken Mediterranean mussels. We ordered an extra baguette to soak up all of the delicious sauce. We got to practice our terrible French with our gracious waitress. We sat outside and enjoyed a beautiful night in Palm Springs.

I love liver and onions, so if I go to a restaurant and it's on the menu, I order it. This was by far the BEST I have ever had. The liver was cooked to perfection and served with very tender onions and cooked apple slices. My husband had the boneless short ribs which were so tender that he didn't need a knife. The beer and wine lists are quite extensive and it's very impressive that they serve the correct glassware with each type of beer. Server, Candice, was very pleasant and attentive. We have been in Palm Springs for a week and this was our favorite meal of the entire trip.

a MUST TRY : This is hands down the best French restaurant we have discovered in California (as a French couple) where authenticity meets with greatly cooked food for affordable prices. You can savor true French and Belgian cuisine (rack of lambs with gratin dauphinois, duck confit, carbonade, navarin etc.) perfectly matched with a selection of up to 36 Belgian beers. A beloved favorite of locals! This is my go to for date night and cherished guests who really appreciate excellent food. The menu is extensive and I’ve only scratched the surface of what I’ve tried because I keep going back for my favorites. One of the many stand outs is the stuffed (with dates?) pork chop that must of been available as a special one night because I’m not seeing it in the menu now. A friend ordered it and it was comically massive. We had it as leftovers the next day and it was still incredible. The beer selection is huge and I’ve been working my way through all the ones I’ve never seen anywhere else before. Just go and go often!

Restaurant
Johnny Costa's Ristorante is a renowned Neapolitan-Italian eatery that has been a fixture since 1976 in Palm Springs. The restaurant exudes a nostalgic ambiance with classic Italian music and candlelit tables, reminiscent of midcentury charm. It was frequented by the legendary Frank Sinatra, as Johnny Costa, the late chef and owner, was not only friends with Sinatra but also served as his personal chef at one point.
Excellent Italian food; terrific desserts and the waiters were very kind and served us royally. A very enjoyable evening and experience. I’ll be going back really soon. Ample parking and handicapped spaces in the restaurant parking lot. They serve delicious cocktails. It had great pictures of Frank Sinatra in the dining room, as well. A must visit for an ultimate Italiano to die for dinner.

Johnny Costa's. What a great name for a restaurant. Sounds like the name of a main character in a mid-20th century Italian mobster movie, and that's exactly what the vibe in here was. Classic Italian Music, white table cloths, candlelit tables, etc. I walked in here post heat stroke due to the 105 degree Palm Springs heat and 1 too many vodka lemonades by the pool, so I was in DESPERATE need of some ice water like Spongebob in Sandy's crib. The server refilled my water so quick, and ended up just putting the pitcher by us. CLUTCH. I got the Veal Parmigiana ($39) that came with a side of the "pasta of the day," which just turned out to be spaghetti and red sauce. I suspect the "pasta of the day" is always spaghetti and red sauce, which I think is kind of a cop out since there are no substitutions. Just say it comes with "spaghetti" rather than "pasta of the day." I don't know, maybe I’m trippin. After I settled down from pasta-of-the-day-gate, I dug into this veal parm. It was phenomenal. Sensational. It had a crispy exterior and a tender interior with a healthy portion of cheese and marinara sauce on top. Smackin. I felt like Johnny Costa himself eating this. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

Wonderful !! The staff were so hospitable and the food and service were just 10/10 !! The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 is when I was asking about allergens I didn’t feel completely listened to. I was fine and my food did not contain my allergen however I did feel slightly nervous that it may have done. I’m sure they did take it on board but it would have been nice to have some reassurance and know that I was being listened to for peace of mind. Overall fantastic though! Very reasonably priced for the quality and service! Nice atmosphere and great drinks!!

My wife and I were looking for a classic restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, made reservations just 30 minutes before arriving and they accommodated us with a booth. We started out with an antipasto plate, a martini for my wife and Negroni for me, perfect! I ordered the veal chop and my wife had the halibut which both came with salads and the bread kept coming as well. The veal chop was grill just as I asked but the halibut, however very good, my wife seemed think it needed a little more of a punch up in flavor. Finished off the night with an apple caramel desert and coffee, service was professional and informed, atmosphere was great with the exception of a screaming kid every now and then but overall a great experience, worth a visit.

The hospitality was wonderful, and the music made the whole experience even better. It’s easy to see why they’ve been a Michelin restaurant for three years in a row! It may be on the pricier side, but it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Fun dinner with the highlight being the margaritas. We got one passion fruit and one watermelon. Food was tasty and a little pricey for what it is. Location is very central and overall is a spot worth exploring in Palm Springs. Also, plenty of vegetation and vegan options for those who seek this.

One of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to so far. The wait was too long so we sat at the bar but even then we had an amazing experience. The service, food and drinks were all above expectations. We had the tempura avocado bites, sea bass, short rib enchiladas, and Mexican corn. Would definitely come back if I visit Palm Springs again.
Grace H — Google review
Delicious elevated food. We had great service and enjoyed every moment of our evening once seated. They do not take reservations for smaller parties and do not allow you to enjoy their bar while you’re waiting. Your only choice is to walk around the neighborhood, stand on the sidewalk or wait in your car.

We came in based off of the open table reviews and this place did not disappoint. Our server Jose was great and made some really great recommendations, being this was our first experience. From the hostess all the way through our dining experience was amazing. 5 stars across the board!

Where to begin. Located in downtown Palm Springs, this Mexican restaurant is incredible. It is, by far the best Mexican place I have had the pleasure in which to eat. The service was prompt and helpful. The food was spot on. The short rib enchilada was tender and the sauce was very complimentary. The quesabirria has a nice crisp to it and a delicious broth. On to dessert. I was talked into the churro ice cream sandwich and my wife had the fruit tart. The churro was definitely worth it though I was very tempted by the tres leches and aroz con leche. The churro had a nice crisp and a really sweet and cinnamon flavour profile. The tart has a coconut custard, plenty of fruit and a really nice almond peanut butter cup which has the texture of a brittle or maybe a tweel. Everything was executed very well. Can't wait to eat here again.

Food ordered: taco chips, grilled lobster taco, stuffed poblano pepper Drinks ordered: jalapeño and watermelon margaritas Overall, the food was really good, the service was impeccable, and the back patio was such a vibe! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious (even for vegetarians, so many options!) and our water glasses were never empty. Can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in the desert! 🏜️

A true Palm Springs gem! Along with their other restaurants—The Farm, Front Door, and Clandestino—this is a well-run eatery with exceptional attention to detail. The menu is a delightful surprise. If you're expecting typical Mexican-American fare, you'll be pleasantly surprised instead—this is an elevated menu with a more authentic Mexican sensibility. While traditional offerings are available, they rise well above the usual fajita/burrito/taco combos you'd find elsewhere. Be sure to try the tempura-fried avocados! The combination of spicy sauce, thyme-pickled onions, and cabbage slaw creates an absolute flavor bomb. The cocktail program is equally impressive, offering creative original drinks with something for everyone, not just tequila enthusiasts. The indoor-outdoor atmosphere is a joy, with stylish décor and art throughout. This is a place you shouldn't miss if you're in town for the weekend.

If you're in the mood for some healthy, cravable fast food, look no further than Haus of Poké PS. This spot offers up a variety of customizable poke bowls based around rice or lettuce with seafood protein and lots of delicious veggies, sauces and toppings mixed in.
The best Poke Bowl I've had since Hawaii. Very fresh, lite, subtle flavors. Clean establishment, including bathrooms. Cold beer, and great service. A wonderful meal!

We had dinner here with friends one evening while walking around downtown Palm Springs, and it was really good! The location is perfect and they have both indoor and outdoor patio seating. We liked the menu, which included lots of sushi and even some good vegetarian options. Prices are moderate. We spent $115 for dinner for 4 people (only including one beer) I would definitely recommend their poke bowls, which have ample portions. We also enjoyed the cucumber salad and the veggie sushi. Service was fairly good and friendly. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to others who are looking for decent sushi or a good poke bowl.
Mark P — Google review
Delicious bowls and sushi in downtown Palm Springs. Order at the counter. The order is then prepared quickly. The food was delicious and the portions were reasonably large. The prices are reasonable. You can easily pay by credit card.
Oskar V — Google review
This was a quick and easy spot to grab some sushi, and poke. Parking in downtown Palm springs can sometimes be challenging, but this restaurant was easy to get in and get seated, the food was served quickly and was delicious, and the service was delightful. The location is very close to the art museum, and close to all of the activities for the Thursday night festivals downtown. We enjoyed the jalapeno stuffed bites to start, and then ordered a variety of rolls and sushi bowls to enjoy and share amongst group. It was the perfect amount of food and everybody was very good. The staff and service were delightful, there when we needed them and left us to dine when we were busy with our food. There are dozens of restaurants in this area. If you are in the mood for poke, or just need a quick place to sit down and feel comfortable and unrushed this would be a terrific choice.

I got a poke bowl. I never saw any poki place with masago and seaweed salad extra $1. not the mention bowl is $18 LOL. I get avocado $1 which makes sense. Also getting spicy tuna and crab meat in option 2 as protein and then those are free at option 5. does make no sense… It was too late to change my order when I see option 5… It should be simple and free god dam seaweed salad. pls come on
Dilara ( — Google review
Food was great. I liked the poke bowl. Though my wife felt it lacked spice... we ordered the siracha. It was all good... food, ambiance and the staff getting our order... but we also ordered spam fries... it took forever. Only complaints we had. But the staff was kind enough to reimburse us when we canceled our order. They even said sorry... and we appreciate that. They also explained the cook was doing something else.... we understood.

It was so good that I forgot to take pictures before I started eating! The vegetarian section had some good hand rolls that we tried and they were very good. Our waitress was so cool. The food was fresh. I also ordered a Thai tea and it was ample and delish. It was also very clean. My son and I approve this spot. Definitely worth checking out. They have a large selection of menu options in sushi and poke bowls as well as other delights. We had a mango mochi for desert and it was so good.

A great tasting mainland poke. Everything tasted super fresh and the prices are reasonable. They also had craft sodas on tap which were great. Service was very prompt. We will definitely be back next time we come through. Highly recommend for a fresh lunch

Hands down the absolute best place in Palm Springs. The fish, unbelievably fresh. The specials, seriously delicious. The flavors, truly authentic. Dont waste your time or money- you will not regret it
Brooke E — Google review
When we entered, the place was filled with a strong smell of chlorine. The tables were positioned very close to the bathrooms as it's a small establishment. The sushi bar's refrigerator had fewer pieces of fish. The portions were smaller than the usual serving size. I ordered a seaweed salad and a shrimp tempura appetizer, both of which were incredibly small and thin, almost the size of my finger. We also ordered a rainbow roll and a California roll, but they were not well-made. As soon as you picked up a piece, it would break apart because they used half the normal paper. You can see it in the picture, and it made it difficult to enjoy each bite. On the positive side, the fish and crab were fresh and of good quality. Another issue was in the kitchen; one of the employees wasn't wearing a hairnet and had all his hair exposed, while another had a cap on backward. Additionally, I witnessed one of the waiters touch the placemats, and I didn't see him wash his hands afterward. My overall experience was not the best, and the waiter kept explaining that the sushi chef was facing delays with his orders.

Excellent food and great attentive service! They follow all safety protocols here so you can be sure to have a good experience! I loved the Spicy Tuna Roll and the King Salmon Roll. The Ootoro was delicious and melted in my mouth. I love how peaceful the setting and music are. Very soothing colors and atmosphere! Thanks for the enjoyable experience!

Calm ambiance, dishes came out in a timely fashion. Sushi, rolls, and tempura were prepared with care and precision! High quality fish! Recommend the vegetable tempura, rainbow roll, and assorted sushi. No imitation crab here! They use REAL crab.

The two of us had a delightful experience here. Different sushi rolls, we had, they were delicious. The place itself is nothing to write home about but altogether this is worth coming back to and I will!

Excellent service and almost everything is really delicious. Our favorites were the Green Mussels w/dynamite sauce and the Chilean Sea Bass Miso Yaki. The only disappointing dish is the chicken breast (Taking) in the Bento Box (it's dry), but other than that this is a really yummy experience :)

Dead or Alive Bar + Shop is a cozy spot that offers a rotating selection of craft beer, wine, and small snacks in a dimly lit setting. The owner, Christine Soto, aims to challenge the notion that higher-priced wines equate to better quality and advocates for natural wines while avoiding mass-produced bottles. This design-forward wine bar features sustainably farmed and organic options from small-production wineries. The relaxed ambiance makes it feel like a hidden gem rather than just another typical bar.
This quaint little wine bar was a great stop for us while walking around south Palm Springs. The outdoor sidewalk patio seating had great views of the mountains to the west. (It’s best to go here later in the afternoon when the sun has dipped behind the mountains) The wine and beer menu was pretty great, including sparkling wines by the glass. The service was excellent. Our server allowed us to taste a few different wines to be sure that we picked the one that would be most enjoyable. You can order food from the adjacent restaurants (El Mirasol and Gabino’s) and they will deliver it to you to enjoy with your favorite wine. We bought a few bottles from their store to take home from their unique and international wine collection. Again, our server was a great help in choosing the best possible wines for us! They have chilled wines and beer by the bottle, also. We will definitely return here with friends sometime soon!
Mark P — Google review
Super neat low key atmosphere. They give you a little key light to read the menu. Tried an ipa and a sparkling rose. Both were tasty but perhaps a little on the pricy side for what they were. But the feel of this place makes up for it so it was a nice stop for a quick drink.
Chris M — Google review
If you want to try new, adventurous wines in Palm Springs, this is the place to do it. Dimly lit, groovy tunes, and potato chips to pair with the Champagne. (Seriously, try it.) I always bring my business card because I know I’ll trade with at least two other young professionals. If you’re a local, join the monthly wine club — which is a steal for the sampling of vino from places like Jura, France and the Canary Islands. Plus, you can order Mexican food from the restaurant next door and get it delivered. 5 out of 5 stars because there’s no other place like it in Palm Springs.
Kristin S — Google review
One of our all-time faves, PS or anywhere. Dark and moody and always something new and delish to try. Can't wait to get back in there!! Until we can, picking up ample bottles to go!

Kirk C — Google review
Perfect place for a bottle of wine (or some beers) and conversation with friends or family in a welcoming space. The owner Christine feels like she's been a friend forever and knows both Palm Springs and wine like the back of her hand. The patio has a gorgeous view of the mountains and just two doors down is an amazing crepe place, Gabino's, for a bite to eat with your drink!
Joel F — Google review
Great local’s favorite wine and beer bar. Intimate setting and great staff including the owner, Christine- who is not only an expert on wine, she’s a local celebrity! She did an amazing job catering our bar at one of our open house events. Love their special Lobster Roll nights too. Add to your must-do list when visiting Palm Springs!!

Such a fun, intimate little spot. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. They give great recommendations as well if you’re not familiar with wine and beer, no need to be intimidated. Friendly staff. Variety of options on the menu. Super trendy bar seating with a few booths on the sides. Great music, aesthetic, and wine.

Casa Blanca Restaurant is a vibrant Mexican eatery that offers spacious and relaxed surroundings with colorful traditional decor. The restaurant's sampler appetizer is a standout, featuring an exquisite assortment of mouthwatering delights. While some patrons noted room for improvement in service responsiveness and chip portions, others praised the tasty food and great drink specials, particularly highlighting the delicious albondigas soup and well-seasoned crunchy taco.
We eat at Casa Blanca two or three times each month. We went on Sunday and I had the fish tacos shown in the photos. Delicious although I noticed that the grilled veggies had more oil than usual so they weren't browned. A generous amount of fish and veggies. After my fajitas came, my husband had to wait 10 minutes for his fish tacos which was odd. But they were hot and fresh when they arrived. I had the Riviera Maya MaracuyaRita for $14. It was fruity and delicious but there was a lot of ice so not much cocktail to drink. We normally come during Happy Hour when margaritas are under $5. We will be back! P.s. Chili Verde plate is another favorite here.
Janet D — Google review
Horrible. Just plain horrible. Please, if you want to avoid stomach poisoning, do NOT go here. We came here for a classic Mexican and seafood experience, and they did not have fish. The only reason we came here was for the fish, and they ran out. We also got the oysters, which were horrible. They were very gooey and just overall terrible. Pictures are attached. The staff were also awful. They gave us attitude when we asked to cancel the order because they didn't have the only thing we came for. I'm glad we left because I got stomach poisoning from the oysters alone. If we had stayed, I'm pretty confident my family and I would have ended up in the hospital. In short, if you don't read the rest, read this: slimy oysters, no fish (the only reason we came to the restaurant), and horrible staff attitude when you ask to cancel your order because they don't have the fish.

Great Mexican restaurant with happy hour Mon-Fri 3-6pm. Their ceviche was so good! The carne asada tacos were just okay, but the margaritas were awesome! The shrimp totasda was HUGE and very good. I reccomend. I'd come back from happy hour again, next time I visit the area. - Insta @ SpicyAivy
Aivy L — Google review
Very nice dining experience for our family. Lots of menu choices. Everyone was happy with their meal. The fajitas came with lots of meat which was impressive compared to other places we've been to recently. The servers were normal and did a fine job but didn't really go out of the way to be friendly or energetic. The one negative is that they didn't tell us they'd added a 20% tip already and we didn't think to look until afterwards when we thought, "Why was the bill so high?" It was a bit deceitful because when they scanned the card, they handed the machine for us to select a box to add a tip. We didn't say anything, but just a warning to check the receipts and not make the mistake we did!
Andrea Z — Google review
I visited this place about 3 weeks ago. Said I would definitely post about the great veggie meal I had. Have been WFPB for over 1 year now and eating out can be quite tricky. Asked for veggie fajitas and was BLOWN AWAY by all of the veggies that were included on my dish, and it was very tasty too. Filled me to the rim. This meal was good. I was ready to receive nothing but bell peppers and onions. They DID NO disappointment. THANK YOU CASA BLANCA!!! 😘😘😘😋😋😋

First visit. Tasty, great drink specials. Albóndigas soup was yummy and flavorful. Crunchy taco was fresh. The meat was very well seasoned. The only real opportunity to improve might be the salsa they serve with their chips, it could have been better. We'll be back!

Oh, what an absolute treat it was to discover this Mexican gem! From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, we knew we were in for something truly special. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with vibrant colors and traditional Mexican decor that transported us to a different world. To kick off our dining experience, we decided to indulge in their sampler appetizer, and boy, were we blown away! The platter was a work of art, featuring an exquisite assortment of mouthwatering delights. We were treated to crispy taquitos filled with tender shredded beef, flavorful mini quesadillas bursting with gooey cheese, and a heavenly guacamole that was the epitome of freshness. Each bite was a flavor explosion that left us craving for more. For our main course, we couldn't resist ordering the al pastor plate, and we were not disappointed. The marinated pork was perfectly cooked and infused with authentic Mexican spices. The meat was succulent and tender, with a delightful char that added a smoky touch. Accompanied by warm tortillas, fresh cilantro, diced onions, and a side of tangy salsa, every bite was an absolute delight

If you're on the hunt for a delightful seafood experience, look no further than Snow & Crab. This charming eatery offers an array of mouthwatering dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. Diners rave about the fried calamari and snow crab, complemented by clams, crawfish, and corn all drenched in a flavorful mild Cajun sauce. The addition of lime juice elevates the dish to perfection!
I was not expecting this place to be as good as it was and the whole family loved it. The price was what I expected for seafood and it was totally worth the price. It is definitely a place on my list from here on out. The service was excellent and the food was amazing!
