Californian restaurant
Lulu California Bistro is a popular dining spot in Palm Springs, known for its vast and diverse menu of American cuisine served all day. The restaurant has received accolades such as being voted Best of in various categories by Desert Magazine readers and recognized as one of the Top 100 Dining Hot Spots by OpenTable. With a modern setting and outdoor seating, Lulu offers a lively atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch, or dinner, along with a 12-hour Happy Hour.
Fun, bright, and full of positive vibes! Gilbert was our server and he did such a great job! He made us feel right at home and gave great suggestions. Food was also very good and was a good amount. My friend who used to live in the South got the fried chicken and LOVED it. I got the prime rib and thought it was so good, also way larger of a piece than I thought I was getting. Drinks were smooth and dangerous (in the best way) ended the night with the cotton candy and it was an experience!! Loved every second of it! Also highly recommend if you're gluten free, hostess asked up front if there were dietary restrictions, helped me feel more comfortable with my options.

Lulu’s California Bistro in Palm Springs is a fun, lively spot with a cool, modern atmosphere — perfect for brunch or dinner, especially on a hot day. We went on a Sunday when it was over 100°F, and the outdoor patio had misting sprinklers going, which made it surprisingly comfortable. The food was very good — fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. The service was friendly but a bit on the slower side, though that’s understandable given how busy it was. It’s a popular place, so I’d definitely recommend making reservations in advance to avoid a long wait. Overall, a great spot to enjoy good food and people-watch in downtown Palm Springs. Will definitely be back!
Cindy A — Google review
Really fun place to grab a meal. The food was good, but nothing amazing. The drinks went down easy, and I would have had another if the server would make a stop at our table. There was a good 15-20 minutes where we didn't see any staff in the restaurant. They did seem short staffed so that may have been the issue. Worth a try and the food was good enough to return. If the service stays at that level, they'll have a hard time getting repeat customers.
Mike W — Google review
What a fun experience. We were there off-season but it was still busy with only two waiters for quite a few tables there for lunch. Alfonso improved the overall experience because of his liveliness and great personality. He really made it fun. The food was ok and the french fries were good with a nice presentation. The salad was huge. Overall, a lovely and fun lunch.

We stopped by this cute restaurant in Palm Springs. The place is pretty spacious with lots of seating and lovely décor. The staff at the counter didn’t seem too interested, but our server was really nice — super attentive and cheerful! The food was just okay, maybe because we didn’t go for their recommended dishes. Still, it was a cozy spot to take a break and enjoy the vibe.
Porlu — Google review
Just to start, I am a self proclaimed culinary legend. Food was good. Just good. Not surprising. The pasta portion was dismal, and the appetizer was just ok. The fish and chips and salmon on the other hand were excellent with satisfying portions. I love their decor, and the service was outstanding. I really enjoyed it, I just felt bad for my dad who finished his wartime ration of pasta 10 minutes before the rest of us.
Tc1243 — Google review
We have been coming here once a week consistently over the last couple of months and love the lunch special. Soup, Salad & Martini! Kenny at the bar always has fantastic service and makes our day!
Shawna N — Google review
Despite being touristy, everything about this place soars. From quality of food, to service, to ambience. Whether you're inside (preference to the high top booths) or on the patio for people and car watching, it's a great place to be. The food is prepared fresh and tasty with the highest quality. Values on weekend brunch and other prix fair meals are great. Highly recommended for the whole family, regardless of what makes up your family.

Bakery
Sherman's Deli & Bakery is a NYC-style deli that offers kosher fare from morning to night. The old-school, spacious dining room features retro decor and pictures of celebrities who have dined there, while the airy patio provides a view of the mountains and tall palm trees. The place is known for its delicious sandwiches and breakfast options, as well as its tempting pastries and cakes on display.
Sherman’s is a true Palm Springs gem. I came for the famous pastrami sandwich and wow—absolutely incredible. Juicy, smoky, stacked sky-high, and perfectly balanced with fresh toppings. Easily one of the best deli sandwiches I’ve ever had. The vibe is classic old-school deli, full of character and warmth. The service was friendly and efficient—even with a packed house, the staff were attentive and kind. And don’t even get me started on the dessert display… a full-on paradise for sweet tooths. From chocolate eclairs to fruit tarts to giant layered cakes, everything looked like it came from a vintage New York bakery window. I had to stop myself from buying a dozen pastries to go. Whether you're here for lunch or just dropping by for a slice of cake and coffee, this place hits all the right notes. A must-visit in Palm Springs!
Mohammad A — Google review
My wife and I made Sherman's Deli and Bakery our first stop in Palm Springs after seeing it recommended everywhere and it absolutely lived up to the hype. When you walk in you are greeted with a huge display of bakery treats, pies, cakes and pastries that all look incredible. My wife grabbed a slice of banana cream pie and a slice of custard pie and loved both so much she finished them before I could even get a picture. She said the flavor was phenomenal and I trust her review completely. For lunch I ordered the hot pastrami New York style sandwich and it was a showstopper. The sandwich was piled so high with pastrami I could barely fit a bite but the flavor was spot on, juicy and rich without being overwhelming. The pickle on the side gave the perfect crunch and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. I used their Beaver’s deli mustard on both the fries and the sandwich and it tied everything together perfectly. The only tweak I would make is to have the bread toasted for a little extra crunch but even without that it was an easy eight or nine out of ten. My wife ordered the Sherman's traditional Cobb salad with chicken and enjoyed it as well. It was a big portion with fresh ingredients and plenty of flavor, nothing over the top but a solid and satisfying salad. Service was excellent. Our waitress was genuinely kind and attentive which made the whole experience even better. Sherman's is a great spot for lunch or a hearty brunch and an ideal way to start a day in Palm Springs.
Mitchell N — Google review
Phenomenal! I went 2 days in a row. Breakfast once, then lunch. I almost went 3 times, but wanted to try other spots. Roast beef, corned beef, pickles, latkes, pretty much everything! This place is next level. The photos around Sherman's are so cool. It's preserved for the "Palm Springs" era, but still modern and nicely kept. Mitch the waiter is a boss! Very cool guy! It's worth going just to see Mitch! The only downside is the coffee is miserable. The Bloody Mary is ok, but not much flavor. Also they have gluten free bread. Top of the line! I love this place. Way to go Sherman's!
James F — Google review
Always a busy spot but service moves pretty fast. A staple diner in Downtown Palm Springs that serves sandwiches and specializes in cakes. This place has that classic diner vibe with service to match — friendly and quick. I ended up getting the French Dip and it was exactly what I needed. Warm broth to dip in and filled with meat! Overall, great local spot and popular for a reason.

Historic Palm Springs Restaurant . Since 1958 Great Customer Service and Incredible tasty selection s . The Fried Chicken Special is Amazing ! Half a Chicken with soup or salad and mashed potatoes with gravy . Soo Very Good. The Sandwiches are also Amazing ! Love this restaurant . High Quality Ingredients make for some very satisfying meals .

There’s a reason this place has thousands of positive reviews! Classic NY/Jewish deli! So many nostalgic foods on the menu - matzo ball soup, latkes, blintzes, lox, gefilte fish! Massive deli sandwiches. Food was great. Service was good even though they were super busy, and there wasn’t much of a wait (maybe 5-10 minutes). The cake and pastry case is massive. Good cakes and pastries, plus Jewish classics like B&W cookies, hamentashen, rugelach.
Olivia H — Google review
My first time going to Sherman's and it will not be my last. The meat in the sandwiches were amazing and so fresh. The portions are huge so you could definitely share.
Joy W — Google review
In Palm Springs looking for good grub, look no further. Sherman's is one of my favorite spots. It's an old school New York style deli that opened in 1963. Everything is delicious, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a bakery on the premises serving more deliciousness. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. This location gets busy on the weekends, but the service is always friendly. It's definitely worth the wait and definitely worth a visit. Try the pastrami sandwich, one of my favorites. I'll see you there, bon appetite!

Workshop Kitchen & Bar is a stylish restaurant housed in a former movie house, located within the beautifully renovated 1920s colonial El Paseo building. The dining room features an elegant and minimalist design with high ceilings, concrete walls, and a long communal table surrounded by cozy booths.
Workshop offers a fantastic dining experience with a relaxed, breezy outdoor setting and attentive service. Jacob, our server, was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and even surprised us with a birthday dessert. The food was impressive across the board, from the flavorful lamb and pepperoni pizza to the shaved Brussels salad. The duck fried rice and scallops were delicious, and the burger was perfectly cooked. However, the true star of the night was the 18oz dry-aged ribeye—absolutely incredible. The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were also well crafted. A great spot for a memorable meal, and I highly recommend it!
C E — Google review
Have been meaning to try the Workshop Kitchen for some time now and finally did brunch there on Sunday. The atmosphere and ambiance is wonderful. I can only imagine how nice it must be to eat here in cooler months and sit outside but the inside was very cool. The service was great and very friendly although a little slow. I think they were a little short staffed so totally understandable. The food was incredible. We shared a bunch of small plates and then shared some entrees. The brunch cocktail selection was amazing too. Overall very impressed with the experience and will happily come back and try dinner next.
Steve R — Google review
It’s funny when we first walked into the restaurant we were a little intimidated as we walked in through the courtyard with people staring at us, but as soon as we made our way into the entrance, we were greeted kindly and sat down for one of the best meals we’ve had in Palm Springs, let alone Los Angeles, in a while. The food was absolutely delicious. There were so many layers to the taste that were going on with all the food we consumed. The atmosphere was quiet, but lively, and the ambience was just right, you could say a tad romantic. Thank you Jeff for INCREDIBLE service, not just with your knowledge of the menu, but your hospitality and the way you interacted with us. Top notch. You put the evening over the edge in the best way.
Justin K — Google review
There’s something truly special at Workshop. The ambiance, the space… housed in a beautiful repurposed 1926 building, with mountain-views and a modernist concrete interior sets it apart instantly. The staff were warm, attentive…our server provided knowledgeable suggestions (their pizza is one of the best with wood fire). One of my favorite things was learning that the chef/owner Michael Beckmann draws on his experience from France and California as well. Why You should go? If you are searching for an upscale yet authentic dining destination in Palm Springs, this is the spot! The ambiance, the cuisine, the staff: all top-notch! A truly five star experience
Daniella C — Google review
Amazing and wonderful. Plenty of people on a Friday night, with the bridal parties in full swing. Upscale food and prices, its a place to see and be seen. We only stopped in for a late night bite, would love to come back for dinner. Service was impeccable and helpful. Nice job!

Note: I am Level 7 Google Local Guide with 15M+ views and ranked top 10% of Google Restaurant Reviewers. I do not receive compensation for these reviews. My wife and I ate at Workshop Kitchen a year ago and while I liked it I did not write a review. It was unfortunately NOT memorable. I couldn’t tell you why. Have you experienced that before? If so, you know what I mean. However, tonight we were in Palm Springs for a good friends’ wedding vows renewal and tried Workshop Kitchen again. We were thrilled and pleasantly surprised! I would go so far as saying it might have been the best meal have had in Palm Springs. Yes, I said it. Everything we had was amazing. From the Crudo to the Lamb, from the Carrots to the Fried Rice, it all was fantastic. For dessert we had the Tart and the Pistachio Tres Leches. We were not impressed by the Tres Leches, it was more like an Indian dessert than a tres leches and the pistachio didn’t sing to me. The tart was a pleasant surprise and delicious. The cocktails were solid. I had the M-80 (tequila, mezcal, ginger, lime and grapefruit). It was spicy from the ginger and refreshing. During our meal the Lamb was so good we ordered a second. That’s a good restaurant experience. Service was also good - attentive, prompt, customer-oriented, and seamless. We will be back!

We came here for dinner as a party of two without a reservation. Since no table was available right away, we first had a drink at the bar with only a short wait – the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. Our table in the courtyard was very cozy, and Dave was the best server we’ve ever had. The food was excellent… An absolutely wonderful evening!
Laura S — Google review
I’ve been eating here for 8+ years. One of the first true “food forward” restaurants in PS. The decor is dial then, staff is great, and the food is always on point. Martinis are exceptionally small for the money (only complaint) So now they have the yellow towel, Crudo, lemon twist, vodka, martini, and the Iberian pork steak

Nestled in a charming countryside setting, Farm is a beloved French-inspired eatery offering farm-to-table dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. The cozy patio, adorned with lush greenery and floral arrangements, creates an idyllic oasis in the desert. The menu features traditional Provencal cuisine with popular items like savory crepes, duck confit, and wagyu top sirloin steak. For breakfast enthusiasts, the restaurant offers a delightful selection of Provençal fare.
Such a quaint but lovely little breakfast nook the servers were fantastic and the food was amazing. We ordered three different dishes and each was unique and Delicious. The servings are large. Highly recommended

For our final lunch before heading home from our anniversary weekend we stopped at The Farm in Palm Springs. The restaurant had plenty of great reviews and a relaxed garden style setting that drew us in right away. I ordered the Andouille omelet but asked to swap the sausage for bacon and the server was happy to make that change. The omelet came out perfectly cooked, moist but not runny, with plenty of bacon and creamy avocado on top. I paired it with their roasted potatoes which were excellent. Big crispy chunks with just the right bite and a touch of salt. My wife ordered the chicken BLT and enjoyed every bite. Her only note was that she might try it on sourdough next time instead of the wheat or rye but she still loved the flavors and the crisp bacon. The simple side salad was fresh and the Cholula hot sauce worked perfectly with my omelet. Service was friendly and very attentive, even making sure our dog had water on a hot day which we really appreciated. Overall The Farm delivered a solid brunch or lunch experience with great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful service. We left completely satisfied and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable breakfast or lunch spot in Palm Springs.
Mitchell N — Google review
Lovely atmosphere. I’ve sat both inside and outside and both are great, outside is a series of little patios and courtyards. Food is good but not great. Service was great and our food came very quickly after ordering. Expect a 30-60 min wait - they’re always mobbed.
Olivia H — Google review
Wonderful brunch food and always a wait on the weekends. They don’t take reservations so best bet is to get here early to put your name down. The ambiance is in quaint, old-fashioned comfort vibes like your at a French grandma’s home. The food is French focused with crepes and various omelette. Food is presented nicely and made well. Overall, good spot and best of luck getting in on the weekends!
Sky T — Google review
I Came in around 11:00 am on a Tuesday for breakfast. It was about 10 min wait. There's misters for the outdoor seating which help on hotter days. Once we oredered, The service was very quick to receive our food, which was surprising since it was pretty busy. The food was very good and tasted fresh. The bananea was more on the sweet side and felt like a dessert but was still good. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for a really good breakfast spot.
Vincent T — Google review
Incredibly fast service, wonderful high quality food with excellent customer service! Right on a busy street but when you’re inside it feels like a quaint little patio! All outdoors but feels cozy and comfortable even in the heat! Make sure to go and give your name ahead of time as wait times can be around an hour.
Megan B — Google review
The place had a really cool vibe and the service was excellent. We ordered the chicken sandwich, which was super tasty, and the crepes were delicious too. One of the nice things about this spot is that it has another bar area next door where you can hang out and grab a drink while waiting for your table at the restaurant.

Wonderful cozy eclectic place with delicious french staples and more. The smoked salmon omelette was delicious as well as the salad and roasted potatoes. Our server even offered gluten free toast which was delicious. My friend also enjoyed her smoked salmon crepe and ice tea.

Birba is a modern Italian restaurant located in Uptown, Palm Springs. It is part of a female-founded hospitality empire and offers a changing menu featuring global cuisine. The restaurant boasts a chic, tree-filled patio where patrons can enjoy craft cocktails. Birba is known for its great pizzas served in a nice outdoor courtyard, as well as other delectable dishes such as Nonna's meatballs, charcuterie, and butterscotch budino.
Beautiful setting, lovely staff!! Everything was pretty solid. I might have ordered my pizza wrong, I got the braised greens one which is right up my alley but the middle was soggy and the flavors just didn’t meld. We also had the mushroom truffle pasta special and it was quite bland with no flavor. The salads were meh (tricolore, rainbow beets). The meatballs were tasty. I didn’t did the squash blossoms but the others at the table did. Best part was the desserts they brought out for my birthday. So nice! It was like a butterscotch pudding magic thing! Have had better food but service and atmosphere made it lovely.
Heather A — Google review
A perfect evening on the patio at Birba Palm Springs. It's like dining under the stars at your best friends home. If your friend is a great chef. The food is just wonderful. Not pretentious, balanced, with some surprises. Like who knew lemon slices on pizza was so delicious? I'm in food bliss.
Carlton W — Google review
Surprisingly good food. We liked the black pepper tagliatelle the most with the birba pizza second. The tagliatelle had a really nice flavor and wasn’t too heavy. The pizza was sweet with a little bit of kick and deliciously meaty. We also ordered the Tutto carne pizza which was like a yummy meat lovers pizza. We had a lemon olive oil cake and tiramisu for dessert. The tiramisu was a little too mushy and not enough mascarpone but the lemon olive oil cake was nicely balanced, and tasty.
Janet A — Google review
We absolutely love this place! We tried the Fried Squashed blossoms stuffed with Ricotta, cauliflower, and the spicy Birba pizza. I didn’t like the cauliflower that much by the rest of the two dishes were delicious.m especially the pizza! Service was pretty good as well. Also, their washroom is pretty interesting. Go check it out.
Akash B — Google review
Stopped here with my wife while shopping the restaurant was super clean inside and out they have a nice patio spot where you can have your food. Prices were ok for the portions of food we received. Pizza was probably the best thing on the menu the vodka pasta didn’t have much flavor it was additional to add lobster “which I don’t recommend” overall I would be back if I was in the area or maybe doing some shopping
Mario B — Google review
Went here for dinner one night at my bachelorette and it was fantastic! The server was wonderful and gave us a lot of great feedback on the menu. I got the tortellini con ricotta spinaci and added prosciutto to it per the server. It was delicious! The sauce was so light and lemony and perfect! My friends shared a birba pizza and the pizza parlor chopper salad. Also we got the beet salad. We also got meatballs and the roasted cauliflower as well. My only complaint is there was only 1 gender neutral bathroom.
Rebecca C — Google review
Birba was such a pleasant surprise! Best sage gnocchi so fresh and delicious. The Margherita pizza was fantastic too and loved the Al fresco dining very cozy ambiance with fire and lighting outdoor . Could be more attentive as far as service but it was really packed …
Linda T — Google review
Birba: Good Ingredients, Lackluster Flavors Birba in Palm Springs offers a pleasant patio dining experience, but the food falls short of expectations. The meatballs were tender and well-textured, but the accompanying sauce was disappointingly bland. Similarly, the hot honey and prosciutto pizza featured quality ingredients, but the overall flavor was underwhelming, and the center was soggy. The all-patio dining setup is lovely, but be prepared for warm temperatures, especially during peak hours. Service, however, was excellent throughout our visit. Overall, Birba is a decent option if you prioritize ambiance and service over exceptional flavors.

Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey is a chic and intimate restaurant that offers a fusion of Japanese seafood dishes, sushi, and whiskey-based cocktails in an upscale setting. The chef, Engin Onural, brings a unique twist to traditional sushi by incorporating unconventional ingredients such as black truffle zest, coconut flakes, and fried potato threads into his original creations.
I did the chef’s tasting menu at Sandfish and honestly… I’m still dreaming about it. From the moment I sat down, I knew I was in for something special. I started with an off-menu cold sake that set the tone beautifully, and by the third course, I was gifted a complimentary pour of Japanese whisky. A lovely table next to me even offered me a taste of their cab which is proof that the vibe here is all about connection and generosity. Now let’s talk about the food. I’m actually speechless. Every dish was curated to perfection, thoughtful, delicious, and gorgeously plated. My favorites? The tostada and the octopus. Unreal. The chef is truly a genius. The ambiance? Impeccable. Music was a vibe. I dined solo and never once felt out of place or uncomfortable. The staff made me feel right at home, encouraged me to take my time, and created an atmosphere that was warm, relaxed, and memorable. I wish I remembered my server’s name (he mentioned his girlfriend Lexie, who happened to be dining next to me!), but I hope he sees this—thank you for everything. If you’re thinking of going, don’t hesitate. Trust them. Let go and let the chef take you on the ride. You won’t regret it. 💫

Sandfish sushi and whiskey had great reviews so we were able to get a table a handful of days ahead of time but not until 8:15. We were sat in the patio which was fine because it was a nice night despite the crazy wind. There was a fun DJ playing and he kept the vibes up for sure! We saw our server once in the beginning when she took our order, and then we didn't see her again for an hour until it was time to pay. We probably would have ordered another roll and another bottle of sake had we had anyone approach us at any time but after being there for about an hour, we were ready to leave. NOW..... Fair warning, the food is good... But this is not Nobu despite what the prices show. The rolls were good but for $27-40 PER roll, I would have expected something a little bit more. The ahi tuna sashimi was absolutely phenomenal some of the best I've had, but still overpriced. You know the TINY little pink bottles of sake you can get at any sushi restaurant for $12? Here it was $32!! So for $10 basic edamame, $34 for five pieces of tuna sashimi, 2- $29 rolls And a $32 small bottle of sake we're looking at $150... There is much better sushi in San Diego for half the price. The best part of this place was the DJ and the sashimi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Best Sushi in Palm Springs Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey is a stylish Palm Springs gem with creative rolls, fresh fish, and a sleek, modern vibe. The cocktails and whiskey list pair perfectly with the inventive menu, and the service is friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it’s a top spot for sushi lovers looking for something upscale and unique. ***They have the pickled wasabi which is my absolute favorite and you need to ask for it on the side. They also own the Tailor Shop right down the street for after dinner cocktails!

The food was absolutely delicious. A bit pricey, but I suppose it’s fair since they’re bringing the fish out to the desert? Our server was excellent, the ambiance was very nice, and I’d highly recommend.

My friends and I are doing a girls trip and decided to try this spot! We were skeptical at first as the reviews were iffy and were in the desert, but we are so glad we came! This place is DELICIOUS!!! It’s pretty small and reservations are recommended. There is seating indoor, at the bar, and some outdoor seating ad well. We went for HH right at 1700 and just walked in. There was only bar seating was available at that time. The service was great, the food was fantastic, and it was a nice cozy vibe. I’d definitely come back again!! Food/drink review: Passion fruit margarita (5/5) Super delicious! It was on the stronger side, but great balance of flavors. Edamame: (5/5) Simple, but delicious! It wasn’t too soggy or too hard. Brussel sprouts: (5/5) These were roasted and had great flavor. I love Brussel sprouts and these were yummy! Crispy salmon balls: (3/5) These were just OK. Ratios were off. There was way too much rice and not enough fish for my taste. Tuna tataki tacos: (5/5) Honestly surprised how much I enjoyed these. The crunch was perfect, sauce and fish paired very well together. If they weren’t on HH menu I wouldn’t order as they are very expensive. Hosomaki rolls: Overall, they were pretty good! Our favorites were the salmon one, ended up ordering two of them. So tasty! The venue and sand fish rolls: (5/5) During HH, you can pick two rolls and get 4 pieces of each. Honestly a great deal for how delicious these rolls were. Again, we got them on HH, regular price is crazy. Salmon/tuna nigiri: (5/5) OMG. The nigiri was melt in your mouth delicious. It was like butter! I could have eaten an entire plate of these.

For our main anniversary dinner my wife and I chose Sandfish and it could not have been a better decision. We had seen the photos and reviews beforehand and the vibe looked perfect. The restaurant feels stylish and inviting and the service from start to finish was outstanding. We started with the tuna tataki tacos and they were incredible. The tuna had amazing flavor with a little hint of citrus and a satisfying garlic crunch. My wife and I were almost fighting over the last taco because it was that good. We also ordered spicy edamame and miso soup which were both excellent. The miso broth tasted fresh and full of depth and set the tone for the rest of the meal. For rolls we followed the recommendations of our server, an older gentleman whose name I wish I remembered because he was fantastic. We ordered the Sandfish, the Experiment, and the Lollipop. My wife devoured the Lollipop which combined crab, tuna, and mango in the best way possible. I had the Sandfish roll which came with spicy tuna, fried potato, teriyaki sauce, green onion, and a touch of black truffle. Every bite was loaded with flavor and I honestly considered ordering a second one even though the rolls are generously sized. The Experiment roll was also delicious and made for a fun mix of flavors. We added a cucumber salad to share and it was light, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Everything about this dinner hit the mark. The fish quality was excellent, the flavors were creative yet balanced, and the service was warm and attentive. Sandfish delivered exactly the anniversary dinner we were hoping for and more. We will absolutely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional sushi in Palm Springs.

Amazing happy hour and just amazing in general. We took our servers advice on several items and couldn’t have been happier. Who knew something as common as miso soup could be elevated to that level? My husband’s order of Hamachi Kama stole the show! And just take a look at the brownie in the photo! Our new favorite spot in PS

For how much we paid we were very disappointed with the food. It was mediocre and did not reflect the recent reviews/Tiktoks. The presentation of the food was amazing but the flavors did not reciprocate.

Trio Restaurant, located in the vibrant Uptown Design District of Palm Springs, is a local favorite known for its solid American cuisine and specialty cocktails. The restaurant offers a lively modern space with a patio, where guests can enjoy a diverse menu that includes steak, shepherds pie, burgers, Iceberg Wedge Salad, Lamb Shanks, Yankee Pot Roast and their signature Mac n 5 Cheese.
I was very surprised, for some reason I was not expecting it to be real good but this place is amazing. The food here is extremely good. The service was very good also. We are definitely going to go back and try it a couple more times because there was so many dishes on there that we wanted to try now. Definitely try the short ribs. The deserts look amazing but unfortunately way too full to try them. The biscuits with the truffle butter also extremely good.

We went there and tried the tasting menu. We were very satisfied with the appetizers. The entrees were good. The dessert was not that great. The brownie was just standard. It was my birthday occasion so they got me another brownie with a candle. That was a nice gesture.

We had a lovely meal here before our flight, what a surprise! The prices were reasonable for an airport restaurant and the service was impeccable. The inside is air conditioned, almost too much lol. There’s also an outside patio. Small bites and lunch options aren’t available until 11 AM but the breakfast we had was great with lovely portions and well made food. Will definitely come back here on a return trip to the airport.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the summer menu at Trio in Palm Springs as part of a Dining with The Davids event—and it was phenomenal! 🙌 If you’re not familiar, Dining with The Davids is a local food experience where a group of invited food lovers (aka “Taste Buds”) gathers to sample a curated menu, usually around 9–10 dishes. Everyone tastes one to two bites of each course, then votes for their favorites. The top picks are featured in a video series in partnership with NBC Palm Springs. At Trio, we were treated to everything from melt-in-your-mouth A5 Wagyu Carpaccio to an unforgettable Wild Mushroom Ravioli. The Beet Tartare absolutely stole the show for appetizers, and dessert was a tough call—but the Chocolate Pot Au Crème, topped with toasted marshmallow and served with graham crackers, was a nostalgic favorite. Chef Gladis and the entire team at Trio delivered outstanding flavors, presentation, and hospitality from start to finish. If you haven’t been recently, this summer menu is worth the trip—and if you ever get the chance to attend a Dining with The Davids experience, jump on it. It’s a total celebration of great food and local talent. Highly recommended! 👏

I've traveled all over this country, 20 plus years of truck driving and a lot of burger meals. First time eating at this restaurant at the Palm Springs Airport. I ordered a Smashburger and we'll have to say that is top 10 of all Burgers I have eaten in the last 40 years. Chef Roberts is a true Master of the burger. The Smashburger Is a must have for all the meat eaters. The wait staff was great And prices are as expected at any Airport. Truly worth the money.

Cheeky's Palm Springs is a modern eatery known for its creative breakfast and lunch sandwiches, bacon flights, and specialty cinnamon rolls. The restaurant is part of the vibrant dining scene in Palm Springs, offering a variety of culinary experiences. From swanky steakhouses to casual spots with comfortable patios, there's something for every palate.
Nice place. Mostly outdoor seating with some indoor seating. Place gets pretty crowded, which means it’s really popular. So you must get there early so you don’t have to wait online to get in. A bit on the pricey side for breakfast. Party of three with one meal each, copy your tea, each and one cinnamon roll and a side of turkey bacon, $100 bucks including tip. The food was tasty, but nothing to really write home about. Service was very good, atmosphere, open air outdoor seating was great for an early morning meal. Although, seating can get very crowded with minimal spacing between chairs. All in all, it’s worth a try at least once, so that you can make up your own mind about the place.

Amazing place to get breakfast. We were expecting a wait but alas, we were seated right away. That was a good sign of things to come. I had the breakfast quesadilla and my friend had the buttermilk and corn pancakes. Both excellent choices but I suspect the whole menu is delicious. They have flight of bacon! I feel obliged to get them and had not regrets. The fresh orange juice was also a great choice. Service was friendly, the atmosphere jovial and the music at a volume that did not hinder our conversation. I'm ready to go back on my next visit.

What a painfully average experience! I came today, sat, waited about 10 minutes for water, another 10 for a menu, and another 20 to get an order in. It wasn’t busy. There were empty tables the entire time. When I did get service, it was an extremely underwhelming experience, even an awkward exchange one could argue. No smiles on the servers faces. The flies are bad outside, same with the leaf drop, the heat doesn’t help either, there were no indoor seats but we wanted to try cheeky’s cuisine nonetheless and unfortunately the service did not make up for these minor environmental outdoor dining factors. The food, was not bad, was just nothing special whatsoever. Nothing struck me, nothing had crazy flavors, nothing was truly appropriately priced based on portion, nothing was plated pretty. Our server mentioned that one component of the dish we had ordered, was out of stock after we had ordered it..however he didn’t offer any substitutions, and when we did ask for a substitution, his suggestion was totally outlandish and strange. Feta on a Mexican dish suggestion..hmm. Good luck Cheeky’s.

Had breakfast here with a large group and it was good but nothing profoundly great. I ordered the bacon flight and it was okay. It was just bacon covered or dipped in different seasonings / toppings. The fruit plate was nice though ! I would highly recommend that the restaurant consider investing in fly fans for their tables. We noticed another table over had a fly fan for their table and we asked if they had more, but ends up they had brought their own … the flies were a bit annoying if you’re sitting outside.

My favorite restaurant in Palm Springs! We went with a big group and the service was excellent. Fast, friendly and super attentive. The food was amazing, I honestly can't wait to go back to try more dishes. We had a few people with gluten allergies and our server was quick to accommodate everyone. The cocktails were by far the best we had all weekend. Overall, such a great experience from start to finish!

Upon walking in, we were told to see ourselves. I told would be brought my ears. The waitress eventually got back to us, realizing that there was no menus and we had not had our order taken for beverages or food or anything. This is after approximately 15 minutes. The restaurant was not busy. We very awkwardly switched service because she forgot about us and that was kind of the vibe the rest of the time. The food was pretty good. Wasn’t the best. My girlfriend says it was average and nothing to write home about so we’re gonna add that. My Son Kept having leaves fall in his food. And there was a lot of flies. Low energy energy

Ordered the Huevos Rancheros with the eggs cooked medium over and they stuffed up the order and made them severely runny and under cooked. Asked them to fix it and they brought a plate back freshly made but with the eggs STILL UNDERCOOKED AND RUNNY! Amazing servers but I think the kitchen was either ignoring the request or just didn’t care. The drinks were good and great staff service, but the kitchen on the other hand…
Ryan S — Google review
Seated quickly, but only to be met with a constant fight with flies. I was accosted by flies the entire meal. And what a shame because the outdoor sesting is so inviting. Ordered a mimosa and it was so disappointing. Super tiny and it was just barely ok. Food was meh. I had to send the bacon back to be cooked more and the buttermilk and corn pancakes couldn't be more icky. They do mean corn. Like actual corn kernels. The server was so blase throughout our entire visit...not friendly at all. Not sure how this restaurant could be considered as having a jovial and friendly staff. I wouldn't ever visit again.

Got there at 5:20 on Thursday night and there were a few spots left at the bar/counter! By 6pm there was a line. The food was very fresh with lots of veggies and delicious tastes. Crispy Beef Egg Noodle was yummy and filling. The Cod dish was also very good but very light. Service was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was fun.

Got here at 4:45pm on a Thursday and were 5th in line. It seems like people who arrived a little after 5pm were still able to get a seat. They have 2 seating areas and I couldn’t discern who got seated where and why? We got seated in what seemed like a more dim and intimate area. They had couches which were comfy. The other area seemed brighter and more upbeat…but I loved where we sat, as it was nice and cozy! Service was very friendly! I loved that they asked about allergies and made sure my son was safe. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary congee. It was a small bowl packed with a lot of flavor…what a great way to start a meal! We got the fried rolls and cold noodles to start. The rolls were good…they were maybe slightly overdone, just a touch hard and dry, but the sweet sauce made them better. The cold noodles were tossed in a sesame paste, which was actually refreshing! For bigger plates, we got the pork belly fried rice and crispy beef egg noodle. Both amazing flavors and huge portions!! We had leftovers that tasted amazing the next day. Overall, such an amazing experience…We would definitely come back again when visiting Palm Springs!!

Absolutely fabulous. From the starter to the entree, each item was perfectly cooked and seasoned, mouthwatering and flavorful. Excellent plates with lots of flavor. Fast and attentive table service. Beautiful indoor space and a handful of tables outside. I really enjoyed the vermicelli pork dish. Gets very busy after 5:30/6 so either come early or be prepared to wait bit
Damon T — Google review
We got here 20mins after they opened, and the restaurant was fully sat down. We waited for about 30mins before we got seated ourselves, so I would recommend being here the moment they opened. Service was fast. The only issue we encountered was that our two main dishes got served to a different table, so we had to wait for those longer, hence one less star. The menu is limited, but every dish looked great, coming out of the kitchen to your table.
Kat R — Google review
I have been to over 20 countries in my life, and this meal easily ranks within the top 10 I’ve ever had. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were divine, and the staff was friendly enough to make us want to return even if the food HAD sucked. The worst part of this restaurant is that we don’t live closer to it, and Daniel was so friendly I regret not having met him years ago so that I could’ve asked him to be my best man at our wedding. If you’re considering getting dinner in Palm Springs, you’d be stupid to go anywhere but here.
Hunter J — Google review
Got there at opening on a Thursday evening and were seated right away but the restaurant filled up quickly. The food was so good! I wish I could have a vat of the congee appetizer, and the pickled fennel and dill rolls were so unique and so delicious! We tried several things and loved it all. Our server Justin was friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks came out quickly. The vibe was casual and mellow. I'll be back next time we're in town!
Kiley M — Google review
Visited this restaurant for dinner on a Saturday and experienced a short wait to be seated, but the food took an unusually long time to arrive. I ordered the sweet potato noodles and pan-fried tofu, but unfortunately, both dishes tasted almost identical—overly sweet and reminiscent of basil fried rice from a standard Thai takeout place. While the aromas in the restaurant were inviting, the actual flavors of our meal didn’t live up to the promise.

Steak house
American restaurant
Mr. Lyons Steakhouse is an upscale, retro-style restaurant that has been a prominent fixture since the 1940s and underwent a major renovation in 2015. The steakhouse offers multiple dining rooms, a lounge/bar area, a wrap-around patio, and private dining space. It's known for its swanky ambiance, great service, and high-quality ingredients.
We went very early for happy hour so that we insured we had a table for our group. The happy hour is fun, it’s pricey and there’s not much selection but what they do have there is delicious and the setting is so luxurious and fun. Our friends who arrived later had trouble getting in and getting a table and we’re put on a pretty long waitlist. There is a side bar called Seymour’s behind a curtain that was available to be seated in. That’s an equally beautiful space within this restaurant. It looks like there are multiple spaces to get your Palm Springs luxury on.
Heather A — Google review
You never want to leave a steakhouse feeling underwhelmed. Here’s a quick recap: We arrived 15 minutes early and found valet parking available. The atmosphere was swanky, but the ongoing wedding created a loud vibe that didn’t suit the steakhouse atmosphere and created a lot of in and out foot traffic. Although we had a reservation, they prioritized a couple for immediate seating, which was frustrating. None the less we were finally seated at, exactly 9 PM. Once at our corner booth, a thoughtful gesture was the staff pulling the table out for easy access. After that, we waited too long for our waiter to take our order, but eventually, we got to discuss the menu and ordered drinks and appetizers. Our appetizers—creamed corn and whipped potatoes—disappointed, corn undercooked and potatoes not whipped and cold. However, the caviar and bone marrow were exceptional. For dinner, we ordered the steak special, a veggie wellington, and a beef wellington. Here’s where it got messy: the kitchen delivered our meals without clearing the starters first, creating chaos with dirty plates and no new silverware. Despite this, the food was fantastic. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the Wellington was delicious, though on the veggie wellington we'd prefer beet greens over chard for a sweeter flavor inside that devine crust. Afterward, they boxed our leftovers quickly, but it would have been better to receive them with the check, due to the table size and still ordering dinner. For dessert, we had date pudding and a frozen Meyer lemon dessert, both outstanding and a perfect end to the meal, especially with the desert wines. The elegant experience we had upon arrival was lost as we had to move our own table to leave, complete oversight by the management team. Overall, I’d rate this a solid 4 stars. While there were a few issues, the experience often hit the mark, leaving me curious to try another Palm Springs location or just maybe Mr. Lyons can nail it?
Jeremy C — Google review
A classic Steakhouse, excellent and menu educated servers set up a wonderful dinner. The food was served quickly, properly seasoned and hot. Tables are spaced apart enough where sounds are there but quiet conversation can be had. The prices are high but the quality of food and service make the sting not so bad. Indulge yourself.
Christopher A — Google review
I had a great dinner here with friends in a Saturday night. I absolutely loved the atmosphere in here. Think classic Palm Springs steakhouse that’s been renovated and updated. They have a wine and cocktail list but you can also BYOB. We each got a salad and an entree and split three sides, which was more than enough. Steak is the thing to get here - I got the Beef Wellington and Potato Chip Salad. Both recommended. Prices were high but not crazy for the setting. Would repeat
David L — Google review
We called for a last-minute reservation and they got back to us quick. Luckily, they had a table available for Sunday night for two humans and two dogs. It was our first time trying the Beef Wellington, and they absolutely killed it! The service was excellent, and the patio was quiet enough to keep our dogs calm and comfortable. Valet parking made everything even easier. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the experience.

Absolutely delightful evening at Mr. Lyons steakhouse! We came for the prime rib and were not disappointed. Definitely on the level of a traditional English Sunday roast. The French onion soup is exquisite. The staff is exceptionally accommodating!

Not bad but not mind-blowingly great either. We had the bone marrow, brussel sprouts, shrimp cocktail, beef Wellington. No complaints. Service was excellent. Stopped by their “speakeasy” after dinner. Sad to say that was underwhelming.

The establishment features an enclosed patio where dogs can join their owners at the table, complete with a doggy door for easy access. The menu offers a variety of cocktails and Southern California plates with Asian/Filipino influences, including options like garlic noodles with galbi and chicken adobo.
First time visiting Boozehounds and it was a great experience! The vibe was awesome—everyone was so friendly, especially all the dog lovers. The service was excellent, and they even gave us a free snack for our furry babies—just one simple ingredient: chicken breast. Our pups loved it! The food came out quickly and the portions were perfect for brunch. Plus, they have a dog menu as well. We'll definitely be back!

We came in on a Monday for lunch and were seated right away. For lunch, they do bar ordering with limited table service but our food came out quickly and was exceptional. They have a full water and treat station for the dogs as well as a fun dog menu. We tried the watermelon gazpacho for our two dachshunds and they loved it! There’s plenty of space for tables to keep dogs separated from other groups and the outdoor patio was shaded and cool. It was quiet during the lunch hour but they advertised fun events like drag shows that I’m sure make the restaurant a blast. We will absolutely be back

Wow. The best “Benny” I’ve had in a long time. I ordered with a side of bacon because this is a meatless Benny. I should’ve trusted the chef and let the roasted chickpeas be the star of the show. Glad I asked for protein on the side so I could try the dish on its own! First time here. I’d suggest calling ahead if you’re with a dog and by yourself. The front signage asking to go through the “doggy” door appeared to be misleading when I arrived. Lovely staff. Amazing food. Cozy and comfortable for dogs. Turns out chefs in Palm Springs can actually cook. This is my new favorite place, after condemning Palm Springs as a culinary desert. PLEASE visit. This place is delicious and made for fun.

Nice spot for cocktails and small bites in Palm Springs. If you’re looking to get out of the heat and enjoy a cocktail hour then this is a great option. The vegan food options on the menu were diverse in selection which I appreciated. Everything came out quickly and tasted good. I enjoyed the cocktail as well. It was well balanced, refreshing, and hit the spot! The overall aesthetic of the place is very mid century chic and somewhat moody. It’s the type of place where you want to dress up a little for cocktail hour, which makes me happy. I’d happily go back next time I’m in Palm Springs!

Boozehounds…Heard great things and was super excited to try it. Unfortunately, it did not meet the mark or come even close. Super cool restaurant when you walk in. Interestingly/unexpectedly, there were no less than four bachelor/bachelorette parties when we walked in. Maybe that was my fault but not the vibe we were looking for. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful explaining the menu. For drinks, unfortunately, they had no available draft beers, and of the cans, they were out of the amber, had two IPAs, and the “plain” beer they did have was mango flavored. I got the Siren’s Call cocktail which looked great on paper but was extremely unbalanced and not my favorite. For food, we had everything come out at once, which again maybe was our fault, but it took FAR longer than it should have…and came out cold. Something to flag- the portion sizes were super confusing. The Brussel sprouts were an appetizer and a HUGE portion, whereas the lumpia (chicken spring rolls) were also an appetizer but were five small pieces and came out cold. On the bizarre side, the sweet chili dipping sauce came out in a plastic condiment cup instead of a normal cup or ramekin which seemed out of place for everything else that was presented on the nicer side. We ordered the garlic noodles which were good, but not super garlicky and adobo chicken protein we added was dry and not broken up well (some was shredded and some was in clumps). Lastly, we got the tteokbokki (very thick, chewy, mozzarella stick-sized noodles) which was in a fantastic sauce but odd general texture. Uncommon to have an Asian dish with cheese, but overall good flavor. We asked to see the dessert menu and instead we’re brought the check which was an odd way to end the meal. Overall, really disappointed with the drinks and food. Staff was friendly enough, but that’s not going to make up for cold food and lack of flavor.

We held our full, 100 person wedding reception at Boozehounds back in April. We could not have envisioned a better venue! Cameron, Chef Aric, and DJ Chris absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were all incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond. The space works exceptionally well for a reception, as you can flow from the cocktail hour on the patio, to a sit down dinner in the dining room, to dancing in the atrium. Received a ton of comments that it was the best “wedding food” anyone has ever had!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spencer’s Palm Springs Spencer’s Palm Springs is chic, modern, and undeniably stylish. With stunning mountain views, palm trees swaying in the desert breeze, and a vibrant atmosphere, it captures the essence of Palm Springs perfectly. I was there with a very large group for a business dinner. We had a preselected menu from which to select an appetizer, main course, and dessert so I did not see the entire menu. However, everyone's food was outstanding no matter what they ordered. I was with someone with a food allergy who had trouble picking from the preselected list. The waiter went to the chef three times to check on ingredients. He finally gave her a full dining menu so she could select something. My dining partner was very grateful for the extraordinary attention to her needs. Great food, very attentive staff. I am a big water drinker and my class never got less than an inch from the top. Unfortunately, as are so many restaurants these days, it was very loud. However, it was also because every table was occupied. We had some "plus-ones" dining separately from the business group and their experience was just as outstanding as ours. I tried to go back on another night on my own, but I couldn't get a reservation.

The restaurant had a classy vibe with perfect lighting...warm and soft, not too bright, which made it just right for a romantic night out. The bartender was super friendly and mixed some amazing cocktails, and the service overall was spot on. The lamb chops were tender and full of flavor, and the gazpacho was really refreshing. The only letdown was the carbonara. I had a feeling it wouldn’t be authentic when I saw peas in it ... pasta was cooked nicely, but the sauce tasted like it had heavy cream, which I wouldn’t expect from a place like this. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.

Atmosphere: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 First time at Spencer’s and it was a great experience overall. The place is absolutely beautiful and the service was excellent! The food came out hot and fast and was really delicious, however, everything needed salt! That’s the only complaint. Definitely recommend for a date, anniversary, or birthday.

Spencer's is my go-to restaurant when I'm visiting Palm Springs. Great food, service and atmosphere on the patio under the trees. The Double Breast of Chicken is a favorite and the Liver and Bacon is great too. The Basil Faulty cocktail is a winner. I usually make a reservation, but they will usually fit you in without one. Valet parking is $3 and there is usually street parking too. Spencer's is an upscale restaurant that attracts an older crowd. Children under 12 are not allowed, but dogs of all ages are welcome and are frequent visitors. Service is friendly and unrushed. If you go back the next day, they usually remember you. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Five Stars all the way. I recommend.

Very clean friendly establishment with options to eatvin or our plenty of shaded area outside too. Service was great it was The most amazing food and drinks I experienced in a very long time and for a reasonable prices.

Very disappointed with the food. I have no idea why people hype this restaurant. The food was bland and in need of something so simple as salt. No flavor at all! If you’re paying over $300 for a dinner for two you would at least expect the food to be decent. Service was not up to standards either.

Johannes Restaurant, situated on South Indian Canyon, offers a modern and bright dining space where guests can savor an eclectic mix of Austrian-Asian cuisine paired with a thoughtfully curated wine selection. The restaurant is the brainchild of award-winning chef Johannes Bacher, who infuses his Austrian heritage into the menu while drawing inspiration from his global travels.
This is a great example of a well managed restaurant. I wish there were more like this! It starts immediately when you walk in and notice the pleasantly elegant yet understated decor. The tables, the glass and silverware are all beautiful. The service is prompt and exceptionally professional. There is an interesting original cocktail menu and a decent wine selection. The menu is concise and creative, balancing traditional offerings with new ideas. Our table tried a variety of the offerings from the salmon to the schnitzel. It was all good! The smaller size menu still has enough variety for everyone to find something they like. The desert options are also quite tasty. If you're looking for elegant European food in a lovely setting you must attend! Reservations recommended.
Todd S — Google review
Johannes has the trendy Palm Springs atmosphere one would expect when visiting the downtown area. We were seated near the kitchen, not in the dining room, and that may have skewed my review a bit. I felt that the service was on point, the food was okay, but it was very noisy where we were seated. All in all, I felt it was overpriced. I had the caper lemon schnitzel which was fair, but because of the price point, it wasn’t wonderful. There is no way it should be a $44 dinner plate. Probably not a restaurant I would choose to return to with all the other options in town.

I enjoy the majority of the restaurants in Palm Springs but have been looking forward to visiting Johannes for some time. I finally had some friends from out of town and we were able to get reservations. Johannes is by far a step above the other restaurants and worth every penny! The service is spot on. The server explained in detail a delightful variety of specials for the day along with information about any dish we asked about. She memorized everything we ordered and came back with everything perfect! The food was incredibly pleasing to the eye, stunningly full portions, that were equally incredibly delicious! We shared escargot for an appetizer and tiramisu for dessert. Both excellent! I will be frequenting Johannes much more often, even if it's just me eating at the bar. All the food is impeccable. There is an extensive schnitzel menu that has only compared to my favorite restaurants in Munich. You won't be disappointed with this place!!

Stunning! I have walked by, always saying "I'm going to go in there one day" whenever we are out on arenas and in the area. This week I finally made it, around 7:40, in time before I closed at 9:00. We didn't have a reservation, luckily it was a not too busy night. The host was humorous and professional, suggesting he may be able to find us a table without reservation, (there were plenty. The restaurant is surprisingly large inside. Very well decorated, purse hooks, gourmet style plates, utensil service change in between courses, wine glasses and water goblets. Very European, very upscale, very traditional, but not pretentious. Try the green stuff! It's delicious! I believe they called it a moose, but it was an herb blend: basil sprouts, mint etc... like an updated and delicious pesto. It went wonderful with the bread, and butter. Totally worth the cost of adding bread for the table. We also got the tuna avocado tartar. Good sized appetizer, great texture and taste. Loved the crispy chip that comes with it, the plate is dressed with sushi style sauces that work wonderfully. My friend had the salmon entre, large portion, looked amazing. He devoured it, so I'm sure it was tasty. I had the curry tiger shrimp plate. Omg, The spice of the curry, the sweet of the coconut milk, the fresh snap of the baby corn and green beans 🤌 generous, delicious and large shrimp. Will definitely be back for friends dinner, special group event, or a upscale but chill romantic location.

Our first time here. The place was well decorated with all the right touches. It was a small place but felt big because of character and ambience. The waitress was not nice and ignored us to the point even the bus boy noticed and started to help by asking her to go to the table. When our food arrived it was overcooked most likely sitting under heat lamps too long. The price was overpriced and we would not go back again.

My wife & I made a reservation at Johannes for our 5th Wedding Anniversary, during our trip to Palm Springs. EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDING FOR US! The atmosphere and service was above & beyond, and the food top-notch, delicious & delectable. We ordered the Escargot and Cheese Spätzeln for apps, the Halibut special & Lamb Rack for entrees, and Crème Brûlée for desert. As far as fine dining goes, the price was very reasonable, as well. I cannot speak higher of our experience. A perfect Anniversary dinner!

Norma's is a stylish and comfortable patio eatery located at the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs. The restaurant offers American breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Some local favorites include Mr. Lyons Steakhouse, Workshop, Melvyns, Birba, mister parkers, Copleys on Palm Canyon, Jakes, Cheekys, Le Vallauris, and Shermans. Norma's features a brightly colored open-air terrace where breakfast is served all day.
Norma’s has been on my radar for years, and I finally made it there the week before Christmas for breakfast. The outdoor space is colorful and charming (aside from the occasional fly), the food was pretty good, and the service was excellent. We had the irresistible flapjacks, huevos rancheros, and the doughnuts. The huevos rancheros looked impressive but lacked flavor, the flapjacks were tasty and huge, and the doughnuts were absolutely wonderful. The prices may seem a bit high, but the portions are large, so order conservatively. Plus, the outdoor setting and service make up for any shortfalls of the food. We also appreciated that the restaurant was dog-friendly and the staff was so nice to our pups. I would definitely go back next time I’m in Palm Springs!

Absolutely top-notch fabulous brunch that is worth every penny. The portions are massive so if you’re with a group, you can do it family style and enjoy a bunch of different things. We had the lemon pancakes and they were divine, I normally don’t order pancakes, but here I definitely would again. We also had the crabcake which was full of crab just the way it should be. The service was off the charts, really some of the best I’ve had and the atmosphere? Well it can’t be beat. It’s the Parker Palm Springs baby and it’s the best!

We had this placed saved for the Palm Springs trip! It was a great idea to come here - We sat outside (it was earlier in the day - so it was still not crazy hot) it was a very calm and relaxing vibes Server: Vanessa - she was incredible 😘🤌🏼 very polite and great demeanor. Drinks off the menu: • the joy at the parker - raspberry infused vodka with grapefruit flavor. That was so good! Worth the try • weekend at the parker - it’s as if an aperol spritz and a margarita had a baby (my friend ordered it and loved it) Based on the recommendation of one of the employees- we decided to try the burgers 🍔 and that an excellent choice! I think i was full for the rest of that day! I added grilled onions and avocado on mine with fries. The burgers are supposedly made in house and the quality is amazing! Cooked medium for a perfect slight redness in the center and the everything else loaded on top with a fresh and soft bun. Super Yum! 😋 Definitely on my top 5 burgers ever… - Everything was incredible. Thank you for great service and even better food! Job well done 😘👌🏼

Located in the Parker Palm Springs hotel, Norma’s is a Palm Springs establishment everyone should visit. If the weather permits, definitely sit outside in their colorful, covered patio. The staff are attentive, friendly, and welcoming who can help decipher the menu. I say decipher in the best way possible because Normas menu is one of the BEST menus I’ve ever seen. The names are clever, the preparations thoughtful, and the presentation’s exceptional. They start you off with the smoothie “shot” of the day, which was strawberry banana and orange juice. We then ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the crab cake “pancakes”. The sandwich was large and the fries FANTASTIC (super crispy yet meaty). The two crab cakes were flattened but large and delicious. They come with an aggressively dressed mixed green salad with white balsamic and a single beer battered onion ring that is filled with a dill tartar sauce/aioli. Highly recommend eating the onion ring first otherwise it gets soggy and if you’re not a heavy-dressed salad person, then ask for lighter dressing or on the side. Otherwise, fantastic and flavorful dish. Order a glass of their rosé and you’ll have it poured out of a double magnum bottle. Or a Diet Coke and you’ll have a personal carafe on the side. Awesome spot. Bring a group so you can try a bunch of different awesome dishes and just have a good time. Can’t wait to come back.

A vibrant gem in Palm Springs I absolutely loved Norma's—what a charming spot to soak in the Spring sun. The vibrant atmosphere, from the colorful décor to the carefully chosen glassware, reflects a real attention to detail that sets it apart. As a Londoner, I especially appreciated the laid-back yet stylish setting—such a refreshing change of pace. The Bloody Maria was spot on, perfectly balanced and exactly what I needed. A joyful and memorable experience all around. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I treated my daughters to brunch on the last day of our vacation, and we absolutely loved our experience at Norma’s! The Parker is such a fun, quirky place - my young adult daughters loved it! They brought us smoothie shots (a nice touch) and the food was amazing! We had a smoked salmon Benny, an artichoke Benny and lobster & asparagus omelet. So many other things on the menu we want to try if we find ourselves back in Palm Springs!

Tac/Quila is a vibrant Mexican restaurant with a unique and eclectic atmosphere. The eatery offers a fusion of traditional Jalisco-style flavors and modern culinary creativity, making it a popular spot in downtown. With an extensive menu featuring street fare, seafood, meat dishes, and craft cocktails, Tac/Quila provides an inviting space for both tourists and locals to savor deliciously memorable experiences.
Tac/Quila has officially become my new go-to spot whenever I’m in Palm Springs! The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. We started with the tacos chips & grilled avocado salad. Then had the vegan jackfruit enchiladas. Every bite was an explosion of flavors! The hospitality was wonderful, and the music made the whole experience even better. It’s easy to see why they’ve been a Michelin restaurant for three years in a row! It may be on the pricier side, but it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Fun dinner with the highlight being the margaritas. We got one passion fruit and one watermelon. Food was tasty and a little pricey for what it is. Location is very central and overall is a spot worth exploring in Palm Springs. Also, plenty of vegetation and vegan options for those who seek this.

One of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to so far. The wait was too long so we sat at the bar but even then we had an amazing experience. The service, food and drinks were all above expectations. We had the tempura avocado bites, sea bass, short rib enchiladas, and Mexican corn. Would definitely come back if I visit Palm Springs again.

Delicious elevated food. We had great service and enjoyed every moment of our evening once seated. They do not take reservations for smaller parties and do not allow you to enjoy their bar while you’re waiting. Your only choice is to walk around the neighborhood, stand on the sidewalk or wait in your car.

We came in based off of the open table reviews and this place did not disappoint. Our server Jose was great and made some really great recommendations, being this was our first experience. From the hostess all the way through our dining experience was amazing. 5 stars across the board!

Where to begin. Located in downtown Palm Springs, this Mexican restaurant is incredible. It is, by far the best Mexican place I have had the pleasure in which to eat. The service was prompt and helpful. The food was spot on. The short rib enchilada was tender and the sauce was very complimentary. The quesabirria has a nice crisp to it and a delicious broth. On to dessert. I was talked into the churro ice cream sandwich and my wife had the fruit tart. The churro was definitely worth it though I was very tempted by the tres leches and aroz con leche. The churro had a nice crisp and a really sweet and cinnamon flavour profile. The tart has a coconut custard, plenty of fruit and a really nice almond peanut butter cup which has the texture of a brittle or maybe a tweel. Everything was executed very well. Can't wait to eat here again.

Food ordered: taco chips, grilled lobster taco, stuffed poblano pepper Drinks ordered: jalapeño and watermelon margaritas Overall, the food was really good, the service was impeccable, and the back patio was such a vibe! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious (even for vegetarians, so many options!) and our water glasses were never empty. Can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in the desert! 🏜️
Willow M — Google review
A true Palm Springs gem! Along with their other restaurants—The Farm, Front Door, and Clandestino—this is a well-run eatery with exceptional attention to detail. The menu is a delightful surprise. If you're expecting typical Mexican-American fare, you'll be pleasantly surprised instead—this is an elevated menu with a more authentic Mexican sensibility. While traditional offerings are available, they rise well above the usual fajita/burrito/taco combos you'd find elsewhere. Be sure to try the tempura-fried avocados! The combination of spicy sauce, thyme-pickled onions, and cabbage slaw creates an absolute flavor bomb. The cocktail program is equally impressive, offering creative original drinks with something for everyone, not just tequila enthusiasts. The indoor-outdoor atmosphere is a joy, with stylish décor and art throughout. This is a place you shouldn't miss if you're in town for the weekend.

Wilma & Frieda's in Palm Desert is a breakfast and lunch spot that puts a gourmet twist on classic comfort food. The menu features deconstructed versions of beloved dishes like meatloaf and mac and cheese, along with locally roasted coffee and an array of pastries. The restaurant offers a comfortable atmosphere with a historical charm, making it a popular choice for locals and visitors alike.
An opinion that consistently clocks to me and that I stand on business with is that I love American breakfast. We're BOOMING European breakfasts. It's not even close. Call us fat or whatever excuse you want to make up for your sorry breakfasts. However, if I were to critique the Lionel Messi of breakfasts, I want bacon AND sausage with my two eggs any style. Not Bacon OR sausage. I'm a grown man and I need to meet my protein goals for the day. All this to say, I dropped to my knees in Wilma & Frieda's when I saw the "Sky's the Limit" breakfast in the top right corner of the menu. It consists of 3 eggs any style, bacon AND sausage, hashbrowns, toast, and 1 of their specialty French toasts. The European mind could NEVER comprehend this. Yeah, I already hear the chirps. "Yeah, have fun unclogging those arteries Porky Pig." "No wonder 42% of you are obese." "That much sugar might actually kill me." All fair to be honest, but there are sacrifices in every decision. Just like not wearing deodorant makes you smell HORRENDOUS. The hardest choices require the strongest wills. Shoutout to Wilma & Frieda's for improving on the best breakfast in the world. It's inspirational really. Even if you're the best, you can always get better. The sky is truly the limit. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

My family and I have loved W&F for years and the palm springs location is the best breakfast you can find downtown for sure! ( My sister introduced me to their coffee's ☕️ back in 2013 or so) I order alot of eggs Benedict 👌 go with the one that has ham! not the short rib! Lil bit pricey but you really taste it in the food quality.., and presentation. Had a drink with a lil ducky in it that was one of the best rum cocktails ever. 🍸 👍 "smooth sailing i think it was called" anyway here i got some 4k photos for ya! No filter

What a lovely place for Sunday brunch! My party of 6 arrived after 12PM during the heart of brunch and we were still able to be seated quickly and was able to score a table in the inside away from the hot sun. Our waiter was so kind and attentive! He deserved that generous tip! I wish I remembered his name but he was great! The atmosphere was classy and the type of place you can bring family or for cute girls day or bachelorette. I got the Short Rib Egg Benedict and it was a 10/10!!!!!! Probably the best egg benny I’ve ever had! No bottomless options for mimosas but the mimosa were nice and strong. Overall, this place was perfect! Can’t wait to come back to Palm Springs again!!

Wow, was I unimpressed after reading all the great reviews here. Their blackberry french toast was very egg-y and dense. The syrup was tart and not sweet. The biscuits and gravy was good, but the house potatoes were undercooked. The atmosphere was the only thing that made the trip there somewhat worth it.

Bar Cecil, a trendy bistro that opened in 2021, has quickly become a sought-after dining spot. The restaurant draws inspiration from the eclectic style of British photographer and artist Cecil Beaton. The menu features indulgent dishes like caviar-topped deviled eggs and Wagyu tomahawk steaks, as well as classic options such as roast chicken and steak frites. Chef Gabe Woo adds his own twist with unexpected touches like seasonal chutney on smoked pork chop.
Superb dining experience top to bottom. The attention to detail even makes it to restrooms. The cuisine, wine and cocktails all hit the mark. Curry mussels were so good I asked for a spoon to finish off the sauce. The icing on the cake was the guidance and service of Josh and co. Rarely can a server make the experience feel so natural. We arrived a little earlier than our reservation, and as soon as the doors opened, the staff was ready to welcome us—we were the very first ones called in, which I loved. The space is beautiful, with amazing artwork and a great vibe. We started with a bottle of bubbles and some mussels, which were absolutely delicious. At that point, we honestly wanted to stay for dinner (we didn’t even realize they serve dinner since we’re from out of town), but unfortunately, we already had reservations next door. We really loved this bar—it truly feels like the place to be in Palm Springs. Our server, Lorraine, was so kind and attentive, which made the experience even better.

We stopped in here for drinks at the bar, and we were lucky to get seats. This restaurant is very difficult to get reservations because it is hugely popular with locals and tourists alike, but the bar always has open seating, if you are willing to show up to wait before opening at 5 PM, or if you come later in the evening, waiting a while for a seat. They are happy to serve the full menu at the bar for you, as well as their really great drinks. Service is always excellent. Prices are a bit higher than average, of course.

I was able to get a reservation on a day on the dates of my trip. I have had this bookmarked for a couple of years. Leading up to this I had heard lots of talk about the deviled eggs with caviar. I don’t think they were the best thing on the menu because the eggs overpowered the caviar. The cocktails were very good, not a bad drink wine or liquor based drink. I don’t drink manhattan-like drinks but even I was satisfied with the “rob roy.” The escargot was good, very garlicky and tasty. The cacio e Pepe was delicious. The halibut was outstanding and the most memorable item. The restaurant is beautiful. Overall I think the experience gives you that Palm Springs “good livin” experience if you have the chance to check it out I would recommend.

Bar Cecil, Palm Springs – Stunning. The oysters (with frozen mignonette!!) set the tone — cold, briny perfection. The red curry mussels were silky with a spicy kick, and the deviled eggs hit that perfect comfort note. The duck liver pâté… yum. Then came my “surf & turf”: pork chops and halibut. The halibut was the standout — flaky, buttery, and beautifully balanced. Finished with the pavlova — not for the faint of heart, but absolutely worth it.

Beautiful restaurant with interesting black, pink and white decor. Food quality is superb. The hollandaise sauce is so rich and creamy. Pork belly hash is so flavorful with their dark sauce. The vibe of the restaurant was good and the food was great, but the service left a terrible taste in my mouth. I had made a special request ahead of time for a dessert to celebrate my husband’s actual birthday. We drove all the way from Los Angeles to Palm Springs for this dinner, and the night should have ended on a high note. Instead, as we were walking out, I reminded the server that he had forgotten. His response? A smirk, followed by, “Would you like it now?” I told him no, that would be silly at that point. He just shrugged, muttered “ok sorry,” and couldn’t even bother to make eye contact. That ruined the entire experience for me. Up until then I was enjoying myself, but that dismissive, careless attitude completely soured the night. We still left a 20% tip, but the truth is, I regret it—I walked out furious. A restaurant can have good food and a nice atmosphere, but when the service is this unprofessional and disrespectful, it overshadows everything else. This is why customers get angry when we are forced to tip high, regardless of the service provided they get compensated either way.

The restaurant looks like a trendy art museum and our food was delicious! They were very accommodating to my girlfriend’s garlic intolerance. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have non-alcoholic wine on the menu, and to upgrade the mocktail list

Extensive menu, delicious gourmet food, huge homemade desserts by in-house pastry chef. Gorgeous decor with multiple rooms and many photos and memorabilia to look at.

Always go here when in Palm Springs! Staff are always great and never disappointed with the dishes. You don't need a reservation all the time but it is recommended if you want to guarantee a table.

Le Vallauris Restaurant is a refined dining destination in Palm Springs, offering a prix-fixe French-focused menu and a romantic patio setting. Housed in a 1927 Mediterranean revival home, this classic restaurant has been a local favorite for over four decades. It has garnered praise from notable figures and artists, including glass sculptor Dale Chihuly and fashion designer James Galanos.
We came here to celebrate our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The ambiance was romantic and charming, with beautiful outdoor seating that felt like a secret garden. Every bite was perfection — the lobster ravioli was rich and flavorful, and the duck confit was cooked to absolute perfection. The service was warm and attentive, making the evening feel truly special. A must-visit in Palm Springs for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!
Sara K — Google review
We're always eager to dine at Vallauris when in Palm Springs, as it's a gem for authentic French cuisine with a menu offering unique French dishes that are hard to come by elsewhere. The ambiance is pleasant, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating – the patio comes highly recommended as a delightful spot to savor gourmet meals. However, I'm giving it 4 stars this time around due to a recent experience that didn't match the high service standards we've come to expect from such a reputable establishment. During our last visit, service was noticeably lacking. We found ourselves having to request our drinks multiple times before they were finally served. Another example - was the service with the complimentary bread that felt rushed and impersonal, with no explanation of what was being offered. Additionally, while they serve Evian water, the bottles weren't opened in front of us, leaving me to wonder about its authenticity. Lastly, the attitude of our waiter at payment was disappointing; my card was almost tossed back at me, likely in response to a 15% tip instead of the 18-20% I typically leave. Despite this experience, the quality of the food and the allure of the venue will bring me back. Yet, I hope for an improvement in service that aligns with the establishment's high standards and the prices we pay.

Very good food, attentive but not intrusive service in a great garden setting. We came for a mid week dinner, and walked away pleased. The portions are generous.amd the food is well executed. A small menu with a few specials offers something for everyone. We enjoyed the Caesar salad, crispy scallops, Scandinavian platter, the branzino and finished with a mango-coconut panna cotta - all recommended. If in Palm Springs, get a reservation and enjoy some French fine dining.

I had the pleasure of dining at Le Vallauris, and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. We began our meal with the Scandinavian appetizers plate, which was a delightful introduction to the meal—every bite was an explosion of flavors, beautifully balanced and artfully presented. For the main course, we chose the duck and the veal, and both were absolute perfection. The duck was tender with a crispy exterior, and the veal was cooked to perfection, melting in your mouth with every bite. The chef’s mastery was evident in every dish. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great time. Every detail, from the timing of the courses to the wine recommendations, was handled impeccably. If you’re looking for an extraordinary dining experience with incredible flavors and outstanding service, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning!

A cozy spot for classic French cuisine! We had a wonderful meal and the service was superb. I highly recommend the lamb and the duck. Both of these dishes were amazing. The mushroom bisque was also to die for, as well as the Chocolate Soufflé!

We had a great dinner here. We are locals and come every so often. It’s been consistently great. The food and atmosphere are nice. Yes, it is very expensive- but there are other places in the valley with the same price point and the food and service is mediocre at best

Nice place. Diverse menu. Helpful friendly staff. I had the New Zealand Rack of Lamb. It was very good. However I felt they were probably the smallest I've ever ordered from a restaurant.. about 2 bites per chop. See picture. I would go back and try other items. Returned...had the lobster...it was delicious!

Restaurant
Copley's on Palm Canyon, located in Uptown Palm Springs and part of the former Cary Grant estate, is a romantic restaurant known for its elevated American dishes. The celebrity chef Andrew Manion Copley brings his expertise to the sublime cuisine, which includes options like Muscovy duck breast, seared Scottish salmon, lobster pot pie, and tandoori chicken breast. The restaurant boasts a star-studded history as a hangout for Cary Grant and attracts personalities like Anderson Cooper.
Our first visit to Copley’s was a pleasant surprise. We sat outside in January surrounded by heaters, plants and people. I did wish I had dressed a little warmer. Our server was efficient, helpful and even a little fun. The food was fantastic. Imagine my gluten-free delight when the Caesar Salad came with croutons made out of pineapple (« traces of tropical »). As the former home of Cary Grant, the inside is filled with different nooks and crannies. Overall a very special evening.

We are regular visitors to Palm Springs and look forward to new dining experiences each time. Copley’s has been one of those places we’ve look forward to. We visited last night, New Year’s Eve, and the experience fell flat, especially at $99 USD each … Our reservation was for 9:30 pm and we were finally seated at about 10:00 pm. Not a big deal really, as long as the hostess is somewhat apologetic. My wife checked in at 9:25 pm and then when she went to inquire about our table to the same hostess, the hostess asked if my wife again if she was checking in. It made us feel overlooked. The table was nice and everything folks say about the ambience at Copley’s is accurate - it’s magical! I had the salmon, which was very good. My wife had the pork chop, half of which was fat. There was no choice in dessert, which seemed to be an afterthought. Overall, the food was average. Mostly we noticed inconsistency in which servers treated guests. Some had smiles and conversation, others simply had dishes dumped in their table or dirty dishes whisked away. For us, there didn’t seem to be a genuine concern for how we felt about our meals and experience. For those reasons, I wouldn’t consider returning since there are so many other fantastic options on the Palm Springs strip.

Wonderful place. The food is really really good. No matter what you choose it will be great. It's a great spot for a date night. And they got a good no-alcohol beer. I don't drink, but if you do they have other really good mixed drinks, my wife got one.

Lovely experience. There is a charming entrance which nicely sets the tone for the dining experience. We choose to eat inside as we were there off-season and it was still a bit warm out. The wait staff was attentive and the manager stopped at the table to say "hello". The picture doesn't do the salmon meal justice as my companion had already taken a bite. We split the meal and it was delicious. Although the bread was $10 for three pieces, I ordered it anyway. It was fine but not anything special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Barbara S — Google review
I was really hoping to love this place but it was a little off. There was a large wedding party seated in the courtyard and the staff had trouble keeping up with the rest of the guests. Our server was very apologetic, but the lapses were hard to ignore. For example my wife and I ordered glasses of wine with our entrees, which were slow to arrive, but the wine didn’t show up until we were almost finished eating. We noticed neighboring tables having the same experience. We ordered a ceviche appetizer and it was delightful and right sized for two to share. My entree was the daily special short ribs. The meat was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. My wife had scallops with shrimp timbale. She thought the scallops were lacking a good sear and the shrimp was underwhelming. We had a cremé brûlée desert with after dinner drinks. The appetizer and desert were the highlight of the meal.

My wife and I hosted our rehearsal dinner at Copley’s in late September, and we cannot recommend them enough! The staff was absolutely wonderful and took amazing care of our group of 32. Shannon, the General Manager, was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was on top of everything from timing and menu coordination to last-minute changes with our group. The food and drinks were incredible, and the atmosphere made the evening even more special. We couldn’t have had a better experience and can’t wait to go back!

My main plate (the branzino) was pretty good. But my cucumber side salad was a different story. The cucumbers and tomatoes were not fresh. They were a bit rubbery. Sure sign of being in cold refrigeration for way too long. Normally that wouldn’t a big deal for a $75 meal (entree + 1 cocktail) for 1, it was very disappointing.
Esteban G — Google review
We had a great experience at copleys. We each had the corn chowder soup to start and my wife had the Lamb and I had the short rib special which came with lobster mashed potatoes. The Lamb was flavored perfectly and was amazing. The short rib was great and you didn't even need a knife it just melted apart with a fork. The lobster mashed potatoes were very good and something different then I've had before. Their cocktail's were great as well as their crembrule. It was a little cooler outside so we sat inside and it was a very neat place to be inside or out. Our server DK was great and very attentive.

4 Saints is a chic and lively rooftop restaurant located at the Kimpton Rowan Hotel in downtown Palm Springs. The restaurant offers a modern American cuisine experience with globally-inspired small plates, cocktails, and stunning desert views. The sleek dining room and show-stopping patio provide an exquisite open-air dining experience, complemented by incredible mountain views. The menu features a mix of small plates, entrees, and grilled meats that highlight California ingredients.
An excellent choice for an upscale dining experience in Palm Springs. The rooftop view is breathtaking, and the contemporary vibe and design are absolutely delightful. As a vegetarian, I'm always impressed with the chef's effort to include a variety of options on the menu, both for starters and main courses. A must-visit for anyone looking for quality dining. The bar is also a fancier alternative to most bars in Main Street.

4 Saints is a great upscale dining experience in the Rowan Hotel with incredible views. We went there for my wife’s birthday during a getaway to Palm Springs and enjoyed the drinks, sharables and wonderful service. Although it can be a little bit of a “scene” depending on when you go - it’s worth the visit and experience. Try a bit of an everything if you can and take in the view. Or you can go lighter fare with drinks outside on the patio overlooking the mountains. Loved our experience here!

Beautiful restaurant and view. Service was not very hospitable Server wasn’t really willing to handle requests. Ended up having beet salad - they left chunks of cheese which felt cheap otherwise was ok And had the short rib ravioli which was pretty but relatively average Left because waitress wouldn’t ask if some accommodations could be made on main course Bread also was blander than bland and why 4 pieces for 2 people ?

My husband and I came to Palm Springs for a relaxing trip and decided to visit this place. Everything seemed fine at first, but I had an unfortunate experience. Ladies who wear high-end designer shoes — this is not the place for you. There are large holes in the field, and I got stuck multiple times in my heels, damaging my Alaïa shoes worth over $1,000. After the incident, I reached out to customer support to try to resolve the issue — no one responded. I also tried calling, but again, no answer. What left the worst impression wasn’t even the incident itself, but the complete disregard and lack of response from the team. Sadly, that’s what I’ll remember most about this place.

Went to 4 Saints for dinner recently. I ordered the Chilean Seabass. The service was excellent and everything at the table was good. I would definitely come back.

Peninsula Pastries in Palm Springs has become a must-visit spot for food enthusiasts, drawing people from all over the Coachella Valley and beyond. Despite some caveats like odd hours and a minimum credit card charge, this bakery is known for its world-class pastries and breads made with imported French flour and butter. The tiny bakery, located in a strip mall off Palm Canyon, offers an array of delectable treats that sell out quickly each day.
Get here early because the line can get long. However, the wait is worth it. I travel a lot and this place is one of the best I’ve had. I recommend the Butterscotch Pecan Twist! Authentic ingredients and very well made.

We don’t have many in the desert but, it’s the best French Bakery in the desert. Bam! That sticky bun is worth getting a few dozen but you’ll also be out a whole paycheck. Keep in mind they aren’t open much, I think they’re close M-W, but it is a bit pricey but well worth it. I wouldn’t go here for a coffee even though they have an espresso machine. Just go for the pastries, a loaf of bread, and maybe a slice of cake for dessert.

Such a great place to get delicious pastries. Per the wonderful lady working the counter, the pastries are made in the French way-with french butter and generally lighter than American pastries. I found all the flavors to be phenomenal, not too sweet, and great light textures. The raspberry cheesecake was my fave ❤️. Def go and get a COUPLE of things to share....or not.

Cute little shop with authentic French pastries. You can taste the quality of the ingredients used. Price is reasonable, and the owner is friendly. We purchased a chocolate croissant and baguette to go. Those treats didn't even make it out of the parking lot; we devoured them in the car, and had to return for more!
Elizabeth R — Google review
Excellent pastries. We tried the almond croissant and the butterscotch pecan roll/twist, which apparently is their best seller. Both were good and the twist was especially good. Prices are perhaps on the high end and yet the pastries are fairly large. You can easily split a pastry. We found the person working (not sure if it was the owner) there very friendly. She greeted each customer with "bon jour" as they entered. It got fairly busy, but the service was fast. There is a minimum $12 purchase for using a credit card. They prefer cash which is what we did.

An old fashioned place with a solid 60-year history. The Baby Dutch Pancake alone worth the price of admission ($2 extra gets you two eggs any way you like them and ham or bacon or sausage. The family-founded company prides itself rightfully on using phenomenal vendors in the northwest. A rustic atmosphere, conveniently located. The service is spotty but the prices are practical.

Elmer’s in Palm Springs is a hidden gem that feels like a warm hug and a hearty meal rolled into one. I came in for a quick bite and ended up discovering one of the best comfort dishes I’ve had in a long time — the Chicken Fried Steak Bowl. Perfectly crispy, tender steak, smothered in rich country gravy, laid over a bed of fluffy mashed potatoes and veggies — it’s the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes after the first bite. Pure comfort food bliss. Portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere has that classic diner charm that just makes you want to stay a while. If you’re in Palm Springs and want something satisfying and soulful, don’t miss the Chicken Fried Steak Bowl at Elmer’s. Trust me, it hits the spot!

The atmosphere is super beautiful it reminded a lot of the Tuscan style from the 2000s and our seats were super comfortable. 10/10 restaurant definitely recommend especially if you are visiting from the Bay Area because it’s very good and the menu had lots of options!

Want to have breakfast any time of the day? Had to Elmer's. An iconic place in PS for a long time. Nice people. Service was good and can get busy. Bill's Pizza is a casual spot known for its make-your-own pizzas and specialty pies, along with a selection of beer and wine. The owner, Bill, embarked on a quest to create the best pizza by exploring various styles and techniques in Italy and across the United States. The pizzeria prides itself on using high-quality ingredients such as imported pizza flour from Italy, extra virgin olive oil, sourdough pizza crust, custom-made sausage, and fresh oven-roasted vegetables.
We stopped in here for lunch during our visit to Palm Springs. It was very busy but we found a table very quickly. We ordered a large Meat Lovers Pizza. The large pizza was very large and was ready very quickly. We were not able to finish it all so we took the rest home with us on our flight. The sauce was full of flavor and the crust was perfectly cooked. The pizza was very delicious. Our waitresses was very nice and friendly. We had a great dinning experience.

This is just a small pizza joint but their quality of pizza delivers! We visited Palm Springs and needed a lil hang over snack and the pepperoni slices here were just what the doctor ordered. Slices were big, crust was thin and very crispy at the bottom, I liked that they didn't slouch, and they had a good amount of toppings with the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Garlic oil was good! Service was consistent and they checked in at our table at a good rate. Great value for quality. Will visit again!

HUGE pizza and tons of toppings! I wish we ate it fresh on location but we wanted to have it on our green space at the hotel, so the pizza was maybe a touch colder than I would prefer. I need pipping hot. So many toppings and the salad (antipasto) was a great size for the cost. I would come back to Bill’s next time I’m in Palm Springs and craving American style pizza!!!
Jeff D — Google review
The pizza is fine as always, no complaints about that. But this time I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager, Robert, that honestly left me in shock. I went in, ordered a pizza, and after I paid, they told me the box was for takeout only. I explained that I didn’t know that and that I actually wanted to eat there. I told the person who helped me if it was possible to change the order so I could dine in. The employee was kind and said it was fine, that I could take a seat while they fixed it. Not even two minutes later, the manager Robert came over — rude, arrogant, and practically yelling — saying that wasn’t allowed, and that either I took the pizza to go or they would cancel my order and refund my money. At that moment, I didn’t even know what to say. I was completely shocked by how he talked to me, so I just agreed to take the refund and left. As I was leaving, someone who saw what happened told me: “You shouldn’t leave, you should go back, sit down, and order something — you didn’t do anything wrong.” And honestly, they were right. I thought about it for a minute in my car and decided to go back. I sat down right in front of where the manager was standing, and I saw him tell someone to remove the menus from the table, as if trying to make a point that I wouldn’t be served. A few minutes went by and no one came over, so I asked one of the employees if someone could help me. That gentleman was very kind, said he would let the waiter know, and within a couple of minutes, the waiter came, took my order, and I was finally able to eat. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the food at all. The whole situation affected me so much that even my body didn’t handle the food well afterward — all because of the unpleasant moment caused by the manager. I want to point out that the two servers who helped me were very kind and attentive, as they always are. I actually come to this place at least once a month when I want pizza and don’t have much time, and I’ve never had a problem before. Some people who spoke to me said that this manager, Robert, always acts with that same superiority and arrogance, even toward the staff. I can’t confirm it because this was my first bad experience, but if that’s true, it’s really unfortunate that a place with good food and great employees has someone like that representing management. The food is still fine, and the staff do a great job, but the way the manager treated a customer was unacceptable and completely out of line. I would go back, but with the caution that something like this could happen again.

Busy Wednesday night. Googled best pizza near me. Bill’s came up first and glad it was a quick 5 minute walk from the Hyatt. Awesome salad, BIG bottle of wine and a great pizza. Service was great. Bathroom is around corner and needs a code to get in. That was the only ding on a 5 star rating Pizza was great!!!
Chris T — Google review
Busy establishment, popular among tourists and casual pizza enthusiasts who may not truly appreciate a good pizza. However, we’re not entirely convinced about the accuracy of the glowing reviews. The dough tastes somewhat artificial—perhaps it comes frozen from a factory and is simply topped with garnishes.

Went here 2 nights in a row when I was in Palm Springs from out of town. Had 2 combo slices and a side salad the first night. Pizza was great. Crisp crust, cooked perfectly. A little light on the sauce for me…was still really good. Italian dressing on salad was great. Second night had the feta, almond, and cranberry salad with chicken and the balsamic dressing. It was fantastic. A true dinner sized salad. Definitely recommend.

Loved the weeknight entertainment, but not so much the menu. We were told we had to order an entree (I wasn't interested in their karge entree offerings, but preferred to order two appetizers). Also, I thought it strange there was no wine on the beverage menu.

This was our third time at the Purple Room and first time catching the Judy Show. Feels like stepping back in time to the supper club era. We really enjoyed the show, but full disclosure it’s geared towards an older crowd. Michael Holmes, the creator and star of the show, is great. There’s audience engagement and lots of humor. The cocktails are fantastic and keeping with the overall ambiance. Service staff is top notch. Our group of four felt that the food wasn’t quite up to par tho. Could be because it’s early season and the kitchen may be getting its stride. Portions are generous. We shared a carrot cake slice for dessert and polished it off! We are lucky to live near the Purple room and look forward to visiting again to check out other entertainers. It’s a special venue that’s unique to Palm Springs.

Overall: Food 3, drinks 3, entertainment 5, service 3. Rose Mallet was definitely the highlight of the night- wonderful choice of jazz entertainment for the evening. As a seasoned Supper Club guest across several states, it was a fair experience. Our waitress didn’t seem very happy to be there- I even gave her a compliment to try and lift her spirits; She may have just been ready to go home. Long day maybe? The drinks were potent- two of us did not finish and opted for a lighter option. The escargot was well executed. My salmon entree was fair. It seemed to lack creativity & depth (photo below: salmon topped with corn and bell peppers, quite literally). We were in town visiting and I decided to bring friends for their 1st Supper Club experience. The menu could use a revamp. If there is good food and good entertainment, the service can be more easily be forgiven. For the price point, we expected more from food & drink.

I felt like we time traveled this weekend! This is such a fun lounge preserved from a bygone era. They are booking really talented performers. We saw Debby Holiday’s Tina turner tribute show. It was fantastic. Debby had an amazing voice, you would swear it was Tina. She was super high energy and hilarious.

Billy Reed's Palm Springs is a classic American restaurant that offers generous portions of comfort food in a charming setting. The decor features warm woods, stained glass accents, and a koi pond at the entrance, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of old Palm Springs glamour. Whether you choose to dine in the elegant dining area or cozy up at the saloon-style bar, you can expect attentive service and traditional American classics served with soup or salad and the vegetable du jour.
My wife and I recently dined at Billy Reed's in Palm Springs, and we had a fantastic experience that deserves a 5-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. We ordered the pork chops and jerky chicken, both of which were delicious. The portion sizes were quite generous, which is great if you have a big appetite or want to share. For dessert, we tried the crack cake, and it was a nice treat to finish off our meal. The environment of the restaurant was clean and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dinner. The service was attentive and efficient, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We also appreciated the non-alcoholic drink options available, making it an inclusive choice for everyone. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our time at Billy Reed's and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Palm Springs. Sources

Had great time here while visiting Palm Springs during memorial weekend. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and how vintage it looks. Food was delicious and really hot (temperature wise). We stared with clam chowder which was so creamy thick and tasty. Then we were served our warm corn toast and date toast. Our main dish was the country fried stake which was one of the best if ever had. We got mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes as sides, really liked them. Highly recommend giving them a try and absolutely going back.

I have been coming to Palm Springs dozens and dozens of times since the 1970's and this was the first time visiting Billy Reed's. Can't believe I've been missing out all these years. 6 of us ate Sunday brunch here for the first time. This is truly a place where all can gather, from the biker gang in town to families with babies in strollers. We got a round table, and the noise level allowed for easy conversation. Everyone was happy with their meals from the omelettes to steak and eggs to pancakes. One of the servers even surprised us with a huge slice of strawberry cake left over from a grandma's birthday celebration. Bonus! The server was exceptionally kind and attentive. The busboys slipped in and out caring for the cleanliness of our table. We even got a few to go boxes for the generous portions. We will definitely be coming back.

If they have peach pie, you have to get it. It was delicious!! Also, all the rest of the food was so good. Generous portions and great service!

This is an experience. There are better options for dining in the city, but the atmosphere is pretty cool. It is still worth going. It is a glimpse into what was cool probably before you were born. If you eat here, it's a Prime Rib place. The breakfast is about as good as a Denny's. However, this is a time capsule. I promise you should still check it out, but don't expect the best meal you will have in Palm Springs.
James F — Google review
Billy Reed's is a home style American fare restaurant. It doesn't try to pretend to be something it isn't. The menu is full of comfort food options. The clam chowder was thick and tasty... though I found myself adding a good bit of pepper... which is a personal taste preference. The meatloaf was tasty, had a nice texture and was a generous portion. The gravy also had a great flavour that paired well with the meatloaf and the large portion of mashed potatoes which were really nice. The corn bread is on the sweet side and is moist and served with soft butter. The French dip has a nice portion of beef in a French loaf and a nice au jus. Their garlic bread must be good as a friend went through two portions of it. Onto dessert... Their carrot cake tastes like my mother's and is moist. The Boston Cream Pie was seriously large and well flavoured. The chocolate cake is among the best I have tried. The German chocolate cake is full of coconut and really nicely made. If you are in Palm Springs, make the decision to eat here at least once. I'll be back on my next visit for sure.

Such a cool vintage-style restaurant! Every detail — the lamps, paintings, little decorations — feels so thoughtful. The warm red lighting makes the whole place feel cozy, like you’re sipping hot tea for your soul. Heard it’s been around for 50 years, and you can totally feel that old-school charm. The staff were super friendly, and my salmon was cooked perfectly — the sauce in the rice was so good and made it extra tasty.

Nestled within the historic Ingleside Inn, Melvyn's is a renowned eatery with a rich Hollywood legacy. The restaurant offers classic American cuisine and hosts a lively lounge featuring live music, often accompanied by a pianist. This establishment exudes an old-school charm that attracts a diverse crowd, from seniors to younger patrons and even bachelorette parties. The piano players are known for their extensive repertoire, catering to various musical tastes and prompting guests to hit the small dance floor.
5/5 only because I couldn't give it 6! A place full of history and grace. The best meal we've had in years, perfectly cooked scallops and sea bass, sides of carrots and garlic mashed potatoes were also flawless. Dessert put it over the top, creme brule and cheesecake! Our waiter Gabriel was the best, very knowledgeable, friendly, & an excellent communicator. The whole experience made our anniversary dinner one of the best! It's an expensive night out but they make it worth the trip. Starting with valet parking, a regal host, and a beautiful dining room. Could not recommend it more highly!

Great atmosphere, drinks, food, service. What a pleasure. The squash steak is unlike any other vegetarian dish I have had before. Delicious. There was live music while we dined. After our meal, we walked around the beautiful courtyard. This would be a great destination for a milestone anniversary date. The rooms at the Ingleside Estate were classy and intimate - some even had fireplaces. Very romantic all around.
Abby R — Google review
I grew up coming to Melvyn’s on annual family vacations in the 70s + 80s. Last night I decided it was time for a reunion and walk down memory lane. You immediately feel old time Hollywood vibes as you turn onto the gravel road. Recognizing Mel’s signature M on the entrance followed by being seated in a cozy booth, my inner child was tempted to order a Shirley Temple with extra cherries. Leading up to the 50th anniversary next month, this steakhouse offers different additions each week to reflect each of the past 5 decades. The Chicken Pot menu staple is a delicious savory dish cooked to golden perfection with a generous portion. The 1985-95 throwback Chicken Kiev did not disappoint; flavorful crispy thin crust with moist chicken bursting with flavor in each bite. Cherries Jubilee was prepared tableside to perfection. We received impeccable warm and friendly service by our server, Holly. Refreshing to be assigned a female server in a role typical of males for an old time steakhouse. Thank you Melvyn’s for another great evening. Happy 50th!

Absolutely amazing dining experience, food was fantastic and the service was even better! Had cocktails in the lounge after dinner, which was a great way to end our experience. Can’t wait to come back!
Maracela T — Google review
This restaurant is a wanna-be high-end restaurant, but it leaves much to be desired. Although we made reservations in advance, there was no record of it, so we were given seats and ordered in the bar area. There was no complementary bread or anything offered. I ordered the Chicken Kiev which was way overpriced for what I got. After spending over $200 for our group of four, we ended up snacking when we got back to our hotel room because we were still hungry. The flavor of the food was just ok. The menu offered no explanation of each entree, and the waitress couldn't answer my questions about a dish in which I was interested. I was very much underwhelmed. I won't be going back.

We have lived in Palm Springs for over 20 years and have be to Melvyn's a number of time. We went on October 21st to celebrate my 93rd birthday and it was not a pleasant experience. First, we were seated at the worst table in the restaurant, next to the door where the food is brought in. Our waiter was under pressure and asked us to wait a few minutes. When he took our order my husband mentioned it was my birthday. He brought back ONE glass of champagne which we shared. The lobster bisque was excellent. The steak Dianne was not good at all, and the meat we get from Stater Brothers was better than that served. And, for this with a cocktail and a glass of wine each the bill came to just under $300. Melvyn's let us down big time and it was not a pleasant dinner. It may be a while before we return.
Dean M — Google review
We were very excited to have dinner for our friends 40th birthday party at Melvins! We were even more excited to find out that they were celebrating 50 years in business and a different decade each year, which perfectly coincide with our friends 40th birthday and that they were celebrating 1985 to 1995. Highly recommend the loaded baked potato, steak and Mac & cheese. My mocktail was not what I expected. Thank you, Orlando, for the excellent service!
Whitney M — Google review
My daughter and I went for dinner and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Caesar salad was soggy, our entree arrived cold (sole for me) and our waiter could have cared less. Ambiance was great and Alexis who helped with our table was amazing. Celebrating 50 Years should be a milestone not an understone. Go to Dennys or Taco Bell.

Thai Smile Palm Springs is a family-owned restaurant that offers a cozy and comfortable setting with both booth and table seating. The simple decor, adorned with original Thai artwork and a saltwater fish tank, creates an authentic atmosphere for diners to enjoy their meal. The menu features a variety of authentic Thai dishes such as red curry, gai kua, and mango with sticky rice. Despite being unassuming in ambiance, the restaurant is known for its delicious offerings like pad thai and tom yum soup.
We ordered delivery and it was tasty! Great consistency in the noodles, beautiful flavor in the curry. The proteins were dry in each dish but flavor was good l. Underfilled fresh rolls but good portions otherwise.

Conveniently located Thai restaurant that is open later than many other dinner places in the city. Decor is beautiful but feels dated and appears to be needing some TLC. Staff was friendly and the service here was fast. We ordered a few things and no complaints about taste or the quantity. My husband liked the Lemongrass Chicken. I liked vegetarian dumplings. Pad Kee Mao was good too with plenty of veggies.
Tejaswini L — Google review
Pad Thai (lunch special) was served with white rice. I have never seen a noodle dish served with rice before, but the lady explained, it is because of the lunch menu. Everything from that menu is served with rice. Tastewise the Pad Thai was good. Not excellent but OK. The temperature is pretty cool inside, bring a jumper if you are sensitive.

Horrible horrible! I ordered all vegetarian plates. My tofu curry came with shrimp pieces and the shrimp peel. As i was taking a bite I tasted something strange and spit it out. 🤮🤮 when i complained they asked me if I wanted to cancel it. But I felt bad because my brother was hungry. So they brought us a new one. And nothing was free lol no discount nothing. But I will never go eat to this place again! Horrible! Im glad I didn’t get sick. My point is that vegetarians or Vegans shouldn't eat here due to cross contamination at this place. Why would there be shrimp peel on a vegetarian curry lol? In response to the owner!!!!! I never asked for anything for free. I could've easily refused service and gone somewhere else.

Thai Smile has Palms Springs best fresh and delicious Thai food. The druken noodles were top shelf, and the chicken pad thai was hot and made to perfection. A perfect blend of spices and fresh vegetables. These dishes were served piping hot from the wok. I highly suggest this restaurant when visiting Palm Springs. 🌴

Great lunch specials that are served fast, so perfect for being at conference at the convention center and wanting to eat away from the conferences incredible service. Nice atmosphere with indoor outdoor seating
Damon T — Google review
I read multiple reviews, particularly the negative ones, before choosing this Thai restaurant. The only comments that was valid was that there wasn’t that much protein in some of the dishes and there wasn’t a bit of a lag in taking our order, but after that, everything happened in a timely manner. The menu was the most diverse of the Thai restaurants I looked at and offered much more than the most common dishes. Everything we had was delicious. The portions were all large. My dining partner couldn’t finish the basil duck. I’m from NYC and given that a lot of people come to Palm Springs from LA, I expected NY prices and that’s what I found. I would definitely come back. We had already started the appetizers when I took the photos. There were 4 chicken egg rolls and 5 shrimp blankets that were served.

Hamburger restaurant
Tyler's Burgers is a local favorite in Palm Springs, serving up delicious burgers, hot dogs, and malts in a laid-back setting with a patio. The homemade burger sliders are a standout, featuring fresh bacon, cheese, and chili sandwiched between fluffy buns baked fresh every morning. The restaurant exudes nostalgia with vintage photos adorning the indoor dining area.
When you see a crowd standing outside a restaurant, you pretty much know “hmm bet it’s good”. Tyler’s is that kind of place. Been here several times now in the past year, and although there’s always a wait, it’s usually under 20 minutes or so. Even though it’s covered up with tourists. Lunch only at this all outdoor seating, sidewalk cafe vibe. Serving the usual suspects of burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads. Haven’t had anything on the menu I didn’t like, it’s all been good. I find the fries exceptional, having a crispy crunch and cut a bit bigger than Micky Ds fries. Had a cauliflower and carrot soup one time that was very good. Portions aren’t huge but plenty, and typically priced high. As is all of downtown Palm Springs. Service has always been fast and friendly. Although the greeter person where you sign the list is a small man with a very loud yell. Calling out patrons names at the top of his lungs is annoying, over and over while you’re trying to dine al fresco in peace. Because of that I only cut one star for “atmosphere”. Typically closed in the hot summer months. Tyler’s is a great little spot for a very tasty lunch. Maybe break out your ear plugs if you’re seated next to the check in podium.
Owlshadows — Google review
Tyler’s is my favorite place to eat in the desert. The tuna sandwich is fantastic and the fries are addictive. You can’t go wrong with anything here. It is great for families and groups too but they do not take reservations. The service is always prompt and kind. They have a diverse menu so everyone can find something they like. I also love their iced tea. 10/10 no complaints ever.

Been passing this place for years and finally had an opportunity to check it out. This spot is adorable! Located in an old Greyhound Bus Depot. Option to sit inside or outside, we chose the small counter bar. Wonderful service, reasonably priced. The burgers were juicy, fresh, like homemade . Also ordered the Coleslaw…, SO GOOD! Fries also a great choice. We grabbed a couple of fresh squeezed lemonade and it was perfect. Nothing fancy. This is a total Mom and Pop place and we’re coming back.

Classic burgers and fries, and good potato salad! The service is fantastic, and when the weather is nice the patio or the little streetside bistro tables are the place to be to enjoy a nice lunch and people watch.

Super friendly staff. Food is quick and delicious. They are known for amazing potato salad .....it does sell out. lol
Jennifer P — Google review
This is one of the best downtown Palm Springs burger stops! They have amazing burgers, sandwiches, salads , soups, potato salad, slaw, fries, and milkshakes. It is pretty much always busy, as it is hugely popular with both locals and visitors, so expect to wait a bit during the popular lunch and dinner times for a table. Service can also be a little slower during the really busy rush times. Prices are very reasonable, too.
Mark P — Google review
We had high hopes for Tyler’s Burgers after hearing it was the “best burger in town,” but our group of six left underwhelmed. The food was decent but definitely overrated for the hype. On the bright side, the location was great and the service was excellent friendly, fast, and attentive. Overall, a nice spot to visit, but the burgers didn’t quite live up to their reputation. It’s a low 2 if you’re looking for a great burger !

Always drove by and today decided to stop in. They have a couple of big outdoor patios and fountain. We brought out dog so it was perfect sitting outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The jalapeno poppers were amazing. The ribs were a generous portion with smokey taste and the chipotle mashed potatoes were heavenly. The chicken burrito did not disappoint with the green chili salsa. Nice size especially with the black beans and rice. Ordered a side of the spicy red salsa that had a wonderful kick of heat. Also love that chips were warm and served with a delicious salsa. The salsa is mild but lots of flavor. Our friendly waitress, Alma, was very helpful with recommendations and the hostess was friendly and thoughtful bringing our pup some water. Excellent service, good, outdoor ambiance.

Highly recommended. We were disappointed. Ordered a grilled seafood salad and fajitas. The seafood on the salad was beautiful, but all of the seafood was cold! Fajitas were average. Our server was sullen, sad and less than personable. We routinely tip in the 25% plus range, but the service was so disagreeable that we left a very small tip. We feel a bit bad about that, as we know the tips are for the entire crew. It was probably a bad night for our server, but on a special dinner for us, it was really a letdown!

Pretty darn good food here. Had the chili verde plate with black beans and flour tortillas. The cumbia music and ambiance were great 👍🏼. Took a star off customer service as I stood at the front check in for 8-9 minutes while employees passed and didn’t assist. Again at the end of the meal, the waitress disappeared for ten minutes and couldn’t be found to pay.

Everything about this gem is just as good (if not better) as it was the first time we discovered it way back in ‘95. Best margaritas hands down in the desert (thank you Ilda!), and we’ve never in all these years that wasn’t thoughtfully presented and absolutely delicious. There’s a warmth to the service here you don’t find at every restaurant in Palm Springs. Norma took the best care of us with her welcoming hospitality, kindness, and attentive service. We were so impressed, we felt compelled to compliment the manager and was introduced to the owner, Shaynee (sp). One chat with her and it’s instantly clear the welcoming warmth starts at the top. Thank you for so many years of wonderful food and memories! (Another special thank you to Joanna - her smile lit up the dining room!)

Restaurant
Johnny Costa's Ristorante is a renowned Neapolitan-Italian eatery that has been a fixture since 1976 in Palm Springs. The restaurant exudes a nostalgic ambiance with classic Italian music and candlelit tables, reminiscent of midcentury charm. It was frequented by the legendary Frank Sinatra, as Johnny Costa, the late chef and owner, was not only friends with Sinatra but also served as his personal chef at one point.
Excellent Italian food; terrific desserts and the waiters were very kind and served us royally. A very enjoyable evening and experience. I’ll be going back really soon. Ample parking and handicapped spaces in the restaurant parking lot. They serve delicious cocktails. It had great pictures of Frank Sinatra in the dining room, as well. A must visit for an ultimate Italiano to die for dinner.

Johnny Costa's. What a great name for a restaurant. Sounds like the name of a main character in a mid-20th century Italian mobster movie, and that's exactly what the vibe in here was. Classic Italian Music, white table cloths, candlelit tables, etc. I walked in here post heat stroke due to the 105 degree Palm Springs heat and 1 too many vodka lemonades by the pool, so I was in DESPERATE need of some ice water like Spongebob in Sandy's crib. The server refilled my water so quick, and ended up just putting the pitcher by us. CLUTCH. I got the Veal Parmigiana ($39) that came with a side of the "pasta of the day," which just turned out to be spaghetti and red sauce. I suspect the "pasta of the day" is always spaghetti and red sauce, which I think is kind of a cop out since there are no substitutions. Just say it comes with "spaghetti" rather than "pasta of the day." I don't know, maybe I’m trippin. After I settled down from pasta-of-the-day-gate, I dug into this veal parm. It was phenomenal. Sensational. It had a crispy exterior and a tender interior with a healthy portion of cheese and marinara sauce on top. Smackin. I felt like Johnny Costa himself eating this. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

Wonderful !! The staff were so hospitable and the food and service were just 10/10 !! The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 is when I was asking about allergens I didn’t feel completely listened to. I was fine and my food did not contain my allergen however I did feel slightly nervous that it may have done. I’m sure they did take it on board but it would have been nice to have some reassurance and know that I was being listened to for peace of mind. Overall fantastic though! Very reasonably priced for the quality and service! Nice atmosphere and great drinks!!

My wife and I were looking for a classic restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, made reservations just 30 minutes before arriving and they accommodated us with a booth. We started out with an antipasto plate, a martini for my wife and Negroni for me, perfect! I ordered the veal chop and my wife had the halibut which both came with salads and the bread kept coming as well. The veal chop was grill just as I asked but the halibut, however very good, my wife seemed think it needed a little more of a punch up in flavor. Finished off the night with an apple caramel desert and coffee, service was professional and informed, atmosphere was great with the exception of a screaming kid every now and then but overall a great experience, worth a visit.

My husband and I are from New Jersey and both Italian, we’ve lived in California for 5+ years and this is hands down the BEST Italian food we’ve had in the state. Every single dish was piping hot, flavorful, and completely authentic. We live in Orange County and we will definitely be planning more trips to Palm Springs solely to come to this restaurant. This was a spot that my friend found highly reviewed online and wanted to try. The line can get long, but I felt that even despite the line the food didn't come too slow. But of course, I was on vacation time! I had The Serve and Volley, which I thought was fantastic. If you like melty cream cheese, this is a great choice for you. I could only eat half a sandwich at a time. You can definitely share if you have someone with similar tastes or save the other half for later! I thought the cashier was friendly, which is awesome given the constant line of customers. This was definitely a great first stop on our trip!

The Sandwich Spot in downtown Palm Springs is tucked away in a small shopping alley. It’s a simple shop with misters for outdoor seating, and a few indoor tables. They have free water available as well. The sandwiches are pretty tasty overall. I ordered “The Djokovic,” which was essentially a turkey-bacon-avocado, and got it on rye. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The cashier was extremely friendly and personable, even going so far as to say it was “nice to meet” me. Although perhaps not the greatest sandwich I’ve ever had, it was in the upper echelons, was flavorful, and used high-quality ingredients. I recommend this spot for quick lunches or road meals when heading out of Palm Desert.
Christopher G — Google review
I had my 1st (of many to come) sandwiches there today. The #16, "Serve and Volley". I substituted chicken as I'm personally not a fan of turkey. The warm cream cheese and chicken paired beautifully with the avocado, banana peppers, and veggies. The oil and vinegarette was not overpowering, and their signature onion crunch bread was perfection!! Everything tasted fresh, and homemade and this was definitely the sandwich I didn't know that I needed in my life. Price point is VERY FAIR for what you get. I'll definitely be back. This sandwich KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!! Thank you for an amazing lunch, and another restaurant to add to my YUM list

Flight attendant here on an overnight searching for a good sandwich spot. WOW! Just WOW! Everyone in the area recommended this place, so I walked over. Not only was the sandwich delicious and beautiful beyond my wildest dreams, but the staff was sooooo friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever seen customer service this fantastic in a long time (and I am in the customer service industry!!). Above 5 stars. 🌟 ps - This was the Chairman of the Board sub.

1200 reviews and 5 stars — go see why. You’d never guessed they were busy by the way the six ladies working there rapidly made awesome sandwiches and went out of their way to chat with and delight each customer. I got the number 15 (Dilf) — awesome. What a gem.

Amazing sandwiches, and the absolute friendliest staff. Every single employee is so kind and attentive. Will definitely be making this place our new “Go To” for lunch when visiting.

Damn that was good! The best sandwich I've had in years! And pricey at $14 but it was loaded up and definitely worth it. If I lived closer I'd gain weight daily. The Dutch Crunch bread really set it off, with just a little bit of sweetness but dense enough to keep the sandwich together. Great customer service too. I'm glad I got in right before the lunch rush because they got swamped with orders.

King's Highway is a trendy diner located at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club, housed in a restored Denny's with a touch of quirky California cool. The menu features an eclectic Cal-Mexican selection made from locally sourced ingredients, including original vegetarian-friendly dishes and classic favorites like burgers. The ambiance is enhanced by unique decor elements such as stained glass windows and flagstone walls. The attached bar, Amigo Room, offers frozen cocktails and hosts Monday night bingo.
We were at this clean beautifully appointed restaurant about noon on a Sunday and were offered breakfast and lunch menu choices. Fresh well prepared food delivered in a reasonable amount of time by Sara, a lovely and personable server. Sara is friendly and engaged and efficient. The hostess also conveyed a hospitable vibe. We had the breakfast burrito served with tater tots and yogurt parfait, a lovely bowl of plain yogurt with berries, granola, tiny mint leaves and maple syrup. We enjoy sitting at the car and comfortably did so. We will definitely return!

What a Vibe!! Someone suggested us this place for brunch in Palm Springs. The interior is lovely with beautiful details. We had pets with our group so we couldn't sit indoors, however the patio too was perfect to spend a nice time having lunch with live music at the pool and total vacation vibes. We had a trio mezze platter, Fried cauliflower in appetizers. We loved both. Pasta in the main course was okay. It was the only vegetarian option available in main course. I hope they add more vegetarian options. Service was quick.

I've driven by this place repeatedly without ever knowing it was a restaurant! Turns out, I've been missing a hidden gem, literally for decades. I had an early dinner at 4 pm and everything that my companion and I got was very good. Chicken wings appetizer, fish tacos, steak and fries, mac and cheese side, all excellent. Spoke with three different staff members and they were all super friendly, too. It's a little on the pricey side, but these days everything is, right? However, be sure to ask about what discounts are available to you, because they have several very generous ones.

I can't brag enough how fantastic of a server Daniel was the day my friends and I visited in August. He's what one would call top tier server. He was friendly, welcoming, informative, and extra attentive. Serving just came natural to him, it seems. We weren't the only table he was serving. There were several others. We liked him. It was my first time at Kings Highway. I liked the restaurant. It was interesting and unique place. The macramé giant elephant hanging on the wall was a show stopper. Food was good. Will have to come back again to try out other bites 👍🏼

We came for Monday Bingo with Bella da Ball - and if I were rating the bingo alone, it’d be a solid 5 stars. Bella is welcoming, high-energy, and keeps the crowd engaged from start to finish. Definitely bring some cash to tip her if you can (though she does accept PayPal and Venmo). Also, don’t worry about arriving right at 7, people joined in throughout the evening. We also tried the Craft Beer Mystery Bucket, which is great value. Just a heads-up: it’s not strictly beer - you might find a vodka soda or two mixed in. As for the food, it was underwhelming. We had the Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Roast Chicken, and neither stood out. Bottom line: come for Bella and the entertainment. If you’re going mainly for the food and drinks, it’s probably not worth it.

Best neighborhood gem for comfort food. I ordered the meatloaf; my companion, the Ruben. Both portions were substantial so, a leftover box was needed even though we really wanted to eat it all. Also, great service from our server, JP. Thanks.

Palm Greens Cafe is a breezy eatery offering a thoughtfully curated menu of health-conscious global dishes and breakfast options. While not entirely vegetarian or vegan, it's a popular spot known for its extensive menu and great food, frequented by celebrities like Suzanne Somers. The restaurant excels in the morning with comfort food choices such as French toast, breakfast tacos, and biscuits and gravy.
So happy to find another great lunch spot in Palm Springs! Plenty of plant-based/vegan options here! Food was fresh and delicious. I had a vegan gluten-free Caesar Salad and a Mushroom Patty Melt. So satisfying! Service was excellent and the vibe is casual and relaxing.

Good food and nice vegan selection. Service was quick as well and the portion size was decent. Glad that they have a vegan date shake. That’s said, the staff can be a bit polite, humble, and attentive. When we asked for the table, we were asked several times if everyone was here. It’s fine to ask, but an interrogative style is not needed. They messed up with our order (eventually fixed), but there was no acknowledgment of the miss. The food is pricey, like $ 7 USD for a tofu ads-on. And the 20% tip was self-applied (we would have tipped the same or more, but nowhere did we read that for a party of 5, there is a 20% service charge).
N N — Google review
We needed an early lunch for the road, so got take out here. I ordered the lasagna and it was not good at all in my opinion. First, it looked gray and flat. I promise I took that picture in the sun and tried to make it look as good as possible. Second, it was small, especially for $20: there were only two layers of pasta, so it wasn't thick, and it wasn't that large a slice. Third, it tasted about as good as it looked. (I didn't realize it was gluten free, but that's probably why the pasta was especially disappointing.) I will say the biscuits and gravy were redeeming (despite being not a great take-out food). The root vegetable hash tofu scramble was bland: I suspect the tofu was flavored only with a bit of turmeric and salt, perhaps. We added two packets of cholula and then added salsa to give it some flavor.
Jacob P — Google review
Tried this restaurant a few weeks back because they have some vegan options. My husband got the açaí bowl. He enjoyed it. We really went because I saw they had vegan biscuits and gravy. When the server bought it to the table I was hesitant because of how it looked. I was pleasantly surprised on how good it was. It wasn’t really hot though. It was like warm, almost cold. I didn’t finish it because of that and really didn’t want to send it back. Had it been hot I would have really enjoyed it.

highly recommend for my veg friends! lots of vegan/vegetarian options. tried the vegan french toast, tofu scramble, tempeh bacon, vegan sausage patties, and a matcha smoothie and it was all excellent! and the outdoor seating area is adorable.
Stacey R — Google review
Being that my husband is a vegan, we rather enjoyed dining at this funky little eatery. It offers healthy, unprocessed options for both of us, and I enjoyed a truly delicious grass-fed burger with a scrumptious broccoli coleslaw. The decor is a somewhat drab interpretation of a vintage Palm Springs mid-century cafe, and the air conditioning is on the swampy side. But the food more than makes up for the decor and dank air! We got the impression that there were more locals than tourists at this spot. I returned another time to order take away and waited and waited and waited some more at the counter to order, with no one in front of me. There was only one waiter serving many tables, so I appreciate that they were probably short staffed that day. I ended up leaving since no one came to take my order. Still, 4 stars for a terrific menu and great food.

Nice vibe. Good food. Great happy hour coconut cloud martinis! Could feel those. Nice big patio with live two piece band playing guitar and singing beautiful music. Only thing that could be better would be not having to go up to a counter to order food and first round of drinks. After that you get table service. Friendly staff. Centrally located Would recommend.

I had a day to myself in Palm Springs before meeting up with friends. I ate here twice and had a great experience both times. I like that you order the counter and then pick your seat. When you’re seated, you can order more from the server. They also have live music. Great food, drinks, and atmosphere.

Great experience sitting outside. The waiter walked by every 2 minutes helping and serving other customers so I was able to easily flag him down when I needed something. He was kind and very attentive. I tipped him $20 for a $60 check. Was glad to do it. We'll definitely be back.

Fun place right in the heart of Palm Springs. Food and drinks were good. Really enjoyed the corn appetizer and the house salad. I think they were a little short staffed on the day of the visit. The table/bar ordering system is a bit tricky. Be sure you understand so you aren't sitting unattended between the drink order at the check in and wanting food at the table.

Great sandwiches and baked goods. I've lived here > 20 years and never knew about this place, but they have delicious breads and I'll be visiting often from now on!

Super cute neighborhood, bakery, and coffee shop...... and the BEST home baked good around! I absolutely love this place… Have been coming here for about 15 years since I've been out in the desert. They literally have the most amazing carrot muffins that I've ever tasted. I don't live close by and these are worth the drive

The only negative I have was that the soda machine was not working, however the owner gave us a can in compensation. BUT sandwiches are absolutely delicious I also bought a pumpkin and chocolate chip loaf bread freshly baked. Only $8 in house made! Patio is a plus PET FRIENDLY!

The only thing I could possibly complain about here is that I didn’t see any gluten free options but I also didn’t ask. My partner and her family love this place, and compared the croissants to their favorite places in Paris. The inside is beautiful and comfortable. Many options!

Aspen Mills Bakery, a family-owned gem, offers an array of delicious cookies, muffins, sandwiches, and more. We visited during our Palm Springs vacation, specifically searching for swirled rye bread after scouring Central California. They had it, and it was fantastic! We even grabbed an extra loaf to freeze. The customer service was outstanding— the owner's son was especially kind, listening attentively to our grandson Aspen share the sweet story behind his name. This bakery is now our go-to spot in town. Thank you, Aspen Mills, for your delectable treats and exceptional service!

Family owned bakery with fresh bread and delicious sandwiches. They open early and you can get sandwiches at anytime of the day which is amazing coming off a night shift. I got the Tuscany sandwich with extra protein which was very fresh and flavorful. Their potato salad is more on the sweet side and was also good. Staff was very welcoming and I got a free sample of their chocolate pumpkin muffin which was dense, moist and delicious. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

Nestled in the Warm Sands neighborhood of Palm Springs, Townie Bagels is a cozy bakery and cafe that fulfills the bagel dreams of its founders. Using traditional techniques like boiling in malted water, they craft a variety of 22 flavors daily, from classic poppy and cinnamon raisin to unique options like black Russian.

A Palm Springs Favorite Townie Bagels Townie Bagels is hands-down one of the best stops in Palm Springs for a real-deal breakfast. Their olive & fennel bagel (weekend special!) is incredible chewy, savory, and packed with flavor. It’s the kind of bagel that feels like a treat and a ritual. I paired it with a smooth cup of Joshua Tree Coffee rich, roasted just right, and totally worth lingering over. And don’t even get me started on the black and white cookie buttery, soft, with just the right balance of chocolate and vanilla glaze. It’s hands down the best black and white cookie I’ve ever had. Classic New York vibes in the California desert. Friendly staff, great vibe, and seriously good bagels. Worth the line every time

Unique hotspot to grab breakfast and coffee! •Cold Brew Coffee 5/5: best cold brew I’ve ever had! I think they brew Joshua Tree Coffee, which had an incredibly deep and bold flavor, yet it wasn’t bitter. Absolutely delicious, highly recommend! •BLT, and Egg + Bacon Bagels, 3/5: I had a BLT, friends had Egg & Bacon. It was packed, we waited 30mins for our order. The waiting wasn’t the issue, it’s clearly popular, we were just a bit underwhelmed with the bagels. •Lemonade 5/5: “refreshing”, according to friends. Excellent homemade lemonade with just the right amount of lemony tartness and sweetness! •Service 1/5: my encounter could’ve been a one-off, I’ll preface by saying it’s very busy, so I’m sure staff are under a lot of pressure! The person who took my order was, um, I’ll say brisk… I asked if he could please add a light splash of cream and one sugar to the cold brew coffee I ordered, he got surprisingly irritated and quipped that I could go to the condiment station. I hadn’t seen the station since people were blocking it waiting for their orders, so had I seen it, I wouldn’t have asked him to add anything.

We stopped by Townie Bagels and absolutely loved it! Delicious, freshly made bagels with the perfect texture. The service was fast, friendly, and full of good vibes — special thanks to Eric, Hope, and the rest of the kind staff who made our morning even better. Definitely a must-visit in Palm Springs.

Get in line early! They will sell out! I was worried where I was going to find my usual post walk/exercise vegan bagel sandwich while I was in Palm Springs for a work thing. FOUND IT! (don't tell my usual place that I cheated on them!)
Jamie L — Google review
The bagel was amazing and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience was completely soured by the person who took our order — Eric. He was incredibly rude, sighed loudly, and made us feel like a burden. It was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. It’s a shame because everyone else was great, but his attitude alone makes me not want to come back.
Remi B — Google review
This isn’t an overly complicated conceptual bagel shop. You’re gonna get a good breakfast no matter what you order. The sandwiches aren’t over-made just to be on Instagram and spilling onto the floor. The menu is straight forward, the service is fast, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the food is very good. The owner is really nice and chats with customers, the bagels are fresh, and there’s plenty of seasoning on the bagels that have it.
Andrew S — Google review
This shop has some of the best bagels in Palm Springs! This place is busy almost every day with both locals and tourists. They always have an amazing selection of fresh bagels and all of the fixings, as well as pastries and other baked goods. We like getting their breakfast bagel sandwiches, too. We love their large selection of options for both vegetarians and vegans on their menu, including vegan bagels, vegan cheese, vegan eggs, vegan cream cheese, and vegan sausage and bacon. They have gluten free options, also. They also have carry out items available like chicken pot pie, shepherd’s pie, and cheesecake, as well as fresh pizza dough. Service is usually pretty fast, but on busy days there is often a line out the door, so expect a little wait. Prices are very reasonable. Indoor and outdoor seating are available.

The Real Italian Deli of Palm Springs is a delightful little deli offering top-notch Italian groceries and fresh meats and cheeses. The standout feature is their freshly baked bread, which is made right in the store. Their sandwiches are particularly exceptional for a quick and delectable lunch option. I highly recommend trying their Parma sandwich on Focaccia, as it delivers a solid taste experience. However, it's worth noting that the prices at this deli can be on the higher side.
We just had a spicy Italian sandwich. It's great! Ingredients are fresh and the bread is amazing. It was big enough for my husband and I to share. We bought four rolls to take home. Highly recommend.

Mixed experience, I’ll have to try this place again. The muffaletta sandwich was awesome on the delicious focaccia bread, but the eggplant Parmesan tasted like old oil, it was stale and tasted a few days old. We ended up having to throw it out. My husband had tried to order it as a sandwich, but there must’ve been a miscommunication. Either way, even on a sandwich it wouldn’t have been great. Excited to try the other sandwiches on the takeout menu!
Heather A — Google review
I used to like this place, it had a great atmosphere, great food. My friend used to bring me sandwiches home. After new management took over it’s just not been the same. The employees seem miserable and they fired a bunch of my favorite employees. It feels more corporate now instead of the welcoming and less like a small business. They charge for avocado now, and the new owners just don’t seem to really care about customers.
Melanie H — Google review
We found this place because our usual was closed for renovations. Sherman’s deli is where we usually eat. The Real Italian really was! We had a huge roast beef on ciabatta, delicious 😋 also they have benches inside to sit. Also you can buy any of your pasta, sauces and cheeses there. Great desserts.
Diane G — Google review
Anyone can cook pasta, but if you want to make an authentic Italian meal you’re gonna have to shop here. I’ve been cooking authentic pasta amatriciana for years now and this Real Italian Deli has guanciale which is very uncommon. Yall, they have guanciale! Cant get more “Real Italian” than that unless you’re in Italy. Aside from the surprisingly authentic and high quality products, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. If you’re staying in Palm Springs you need to shop here.

Being that I am Italian, I'm picky about Italian restaurants/Deli's. Love the sandwiches! This particular deli is under new ownership, yet they are making improvements and seem knowledgeable. They are still ordering new item's in the food area. I go here every single time I'm visiting Palm Springs. (Every 3 months.) Deliziosa!
Tammy A — Google review
Today was the first time at this deli. Super cute, great service (greeted with smiles), delicious sandwiches. My husband had the meatball sandwich, which he loved! I got the pesto turkey, and ordered a second for our coworker. I should have just got the one sandwich and shared with her, it was so big! And also very delicious! Actually all three of us had half a sandwich left. Which was great because dinner was taken care of. Haha! I must admit I was a little leary because it's a little pricey. But if you can get 2 meals out of it and delicious, as well....It's definitely worth the price. We already plan on making it a weekly stop.

Chef Tanya's Kitchen is a low-key eatery that offers an all-vegetarian menu featuring deli sandwiches, salads, and healthy bowls. Founded by chef Tanya Petrovna, who previously established the first national vegan chain, Native Foods, the restaurant specializes in plant-based dishes made with house-made ingredients like kale giardiniera, tofu "facon," and chickpea "tuNO."
The BLTA is the best vegan sandwich I've ever had - so tasty - came back 3 days in a row and ordered it again and again. The Tasty Thai Tofu salad is excellent as is the Cubano sandwich. There was not a lot of talking in the indoor eating space because everyone was so focused on enjoying their meals - see menu below - so many choices. All Vegan. And the restaurant had a mini vegan grocery store that some really cool unique items. Couldn't recommend this place high enough, especially as a lunch destination. You order in one building and there is a small room next store to eat in - not the greatest atmosphere, but the food more than makes up for it.

Tanya’s was a highlight of Palm Springs. We shared the Chupacabra Chick’n sandwich, Coachella Forever salad, and a twist cone. Everything was excellent, and I loved the gift shop! Bonus that we went on a Saturday and got to see kittens up for adoption.

This place is easy to find, access, and exit. We went into the store, as many people do, instead of the dining room two doors down. It's my understanding that ALL of the food is vegan. Service was quick and friendly. The order was brought to our table in the dining room. You should bus your own table. Our lunch was very tasty and satisfying. We recommend it without reservation. It didn't appear to be wheelchair, but maybe handicapped accessible. I didn't notice, but didn't look for a restroom. If you found this review to be helpful please consider adding a thumbs up 👍 or a heart ❤️. Thanks.

This lovely vegan restaurant gives true Cali Desert vibes in the best way and is a must visit! The service was great and the menu is varied with a host of prepared and made to order food options! There are several whole food based healthier vegan options also which is wonderful! There are two separate buildings - one where you order and can purchase local and unique items and the other has indoor seating and restrooms. The food is served to you directly in the indoor seating area if dining in. Of note, I appreciated the eco-friendly approach as it appeared the restaurant used recyclable, reusable and/or compostable containers!

Del Rey at Villa Royale exudes a cozy and inviting atmosphere, attracting tastemakers from all over Southern California. The restaurant is adorned with warm and muted decor, offering an exciting and innovative menu. To reach the restaurant, guests are advised to pass the Villa Royale sign and enter through a stylishly quirky lobby featuring a large painting of Montgomery Clift. The Spanish-style pool area leads to the indoor bar or outdoor back patio seating.
Years ago we dined here at "Del Rey" & loved the vibe & at that time thought the food was good but fast forward - now the food is excellent! Apparently they got a new chef about three years ago. Carefully curated, Spanish tapas style offerings, attentive waiters, speak easy vibe topped off with a pitcher of Sangria! What more could you ask for?! Be open to being adventurous! While I enjoyed the Sangria, my husband said it was the best Old Fashioned he's ever tasted. The place is dark so be prepared to take off your sunglasses. That's part of the charm. It feels very old school rat pack. The restaurant is located within the darling boutique hotel "Villa Royale" Ask for the waiter Enrique as he really cares about your dining experience & it's hard to find that these days. Strongly suggest reservations as it's a small place intimate place. Thank me later. ☺️Enjoy!

With great anticipation and feeling nostalgic about the foods I grew up we started with the marinated olives and Pan con Tomate, the popular Catalan tapa made with simple ingredients including fresh tomatoes, hearty bread, garlic, and olive oil, unfortunately Del Rey version was a large, soggy piece of bread topped with a spicy pasta tomatoe sauce and fried Spanish ham, a complete insult to our humble yet delicious dish. The empanadas with mushrooms were nicely paired with Mojo Verde, the Manchego Bombas crunchy and delicate in flavour. The start were the the Gambas al Ajillo or Shrimp in Roasted Garlic Sauce..except for a gigantic piece of soggy, greasy bread they arrive hiding underneath meant for dipping in the delightful sauce. The Tarta de Queso Vasca or Basque Cheesecake..asked to be served as its done back in the Basque Country, without Dulce de Leche, without berries, without caramelized citrus peel was as close as it could be to the original Basque burnt cheesecake. A pricey tag for tapas, with some that are a complete misses.

We celebrated our friend’s 40th birthday here and we enjoyed several delicious tapas. I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy the canned tuna but it was exquisite, I wish all canned tuna tasted this fresh and delicious! They had a great variety of food on the menu and everyone left satisfied. My mocktail was light & refreshing, would order again! Service was friendly and attentive, from beginning to end. Beautiful hotel we walked through and it has a very nice bathroom in the lobby.

Flickering firelight, sultry shadows, and a patio where everyone looks like a noir film extra. It’s Palm Springs, fully in character. The tinned tuna belly in yuzu kosho is delicately brined, dressed with capers, pickles, onions, and lemon. An interplay of flavors that’s deeply satisfying. But then things waver. The patatas bravas fumble—potatoes too plain, sauce too tempered, seasoning too hesitant. The short rib empanadas arrive dressed to impress, but the beef is somewhat tough and chewy. Grilled artichokes fare better—generous, charred, and brightened by aioli and lemon. Desserts echo the inconsistency. The churros a la mode, while warm, are more sponge than crunch. The spanish cheesecake, envisioning a rich interior and caramelized crust, presents more like an airy soufflé. The false alarm cocktail hits the right note—smoky slow-burn. It jolts you back into the romance of the moment. Del Rey nails the scene. Now, if the kitchen could match the mood, it wouldn’t just feel good—it would be great.

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything we ordered was so good. Service was exceptional. The place is a VIBE! If nothing else get a drink at the bar, soak in the vibes and admire the Gucci wallpaper

This was my second visit to Del Rey, this time accompanied by two friends for an early dinner around 6pm on a Monday. We were not surprised to see only a handful of people. The drinks and food were just as spectacular as the first time, but after we received our tapas, the service fell off in a HUGE way. We sat for 30 minutes post dinner without being asked if we wanted another drink or desert. No one came to clear the table. We finally had to go to the bar to ask for someone to come to the table. When our waiter returned, there was no apology or attempted explanation. He left again and didn't immediately return to clear the lingering dishes. After enjoying our delicious churros and ice cream, we waited and waited and waited more than 25 minutes... but the waiter again never returned. We had to again go to the bar to ask for the check. It's fortunate that the food and atmosphere is so amazing. But with this experience, as a local retail business guy who recommends restaurants to tourists, I'm not sure I can recommend Del Rey given the poor quality of service.

A perfect spot for a light lunch by the pool. We aren't staying at the hotel, but stopped in and really enjoyed our salads, the ambiance, and the sunshine. Sammy provided friendly, excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

We went to the Colony Club yesterday for Brunch with a few friends & we had a horrible experience. Our server Kat P was really stuck up. Just because we don’t live in the area, doesn’t mean that you need to treat us the way you did. The same goes for your manager & other staff. If you have any food allergies, do not come here as they will still put it in your food anyway. We asked for the fries to be cooked not in truffle oil and with no seasoning as my wife is severely allergic. She had one of them and was having a panic attack about getting sick from them as she could taste it. We all had one and could taste it. They brought the manager out and the chef and they kept telling us it was cooked separately. They lied. Apart from that I said no dairy or cheese on my food and they still put it in. I was violently sick for the rest of the day and we had to leave Palm Springs early. Apart from that the food prices are not worth what is brought out to you. If you don’t have money they do not respect you. Not even worth going here.

Excellent! Great breakfast and lunch. Couldn’t experience dinner but we will next time. PSA - the service was great. Amazing crew who remembered the guests and took care of us. Yes - it wasn’t the fastest service I’ve experienced but it was some of the most catered and cordial service I have. This is a boutique hotel with a boutique staff. Slow down and savor.

Great quaintly aesthetic place to relax, enjoy the views, and people watch while dining on the patio by the pool. I took myself on a solo date and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It’s a fun yet laid back atmosphere with good vibes all around. Can’t forget to mention the food and date shake was super delicious. I would definitely come back!

Been wanting to come here for brunch and pool day for a while now! So happy we did because it was amazing!! WOW - what can I say! The Colony Club was such a beautiful little treat. We were met with a card & champagne to celebrate our recent engagement and it just set the night off on the right foot. Walking in, you feel like a 1950s movie star and the staff sure treat you like it. There was not a single thing we didn't love - the ambiance was something special, our server was phenomenal, and the food was just spectacular. 10/10 enjoyed our experience and highly recommend if you're looking for a real special dining experience in Palm Springs!

We came here for their guest chef event featuring Chef Vanda Asapahu of Ayara Thai in Los Angeles. It is a beautiful setting. The facility changed hands during Covid and has been remodeled. It is lovely and we always enjoy the environment and dining poolside. There were four of us and we wanted to participate in the 5 course chef special meal they were offing that night for $98 per person. One of the gentlemen in our group had an allergy to shrimp and crab and they flawlessly accommodated him and substituted other items. Overall the food was sublime and the service was excellent. This is a story about how the little things can spoil the whole evening. Everything was wonderful until the server brought the check and informed us that she had added the 'large table gratuity' to the check. She commented that we could add more if we chose but it was not necessary. At first blush I didn't think much about it. Although I didn't think a table of four should qualify as a 'large table'. Then I noticed that she had added a 25 percent gratuity. Now, I might have chosen to add a 25 percent gratuity anyway, but the idea that it had been thrust upon me for our table of four really irritated me. Friends of ours had dined here a few weeks earlier and said they were charged $3 extra for the blue cheese stuffed olives they requested with their martinis that little incident ruined their experience to the point that they said they would never come back. This type of greed/gouging might be fine with the tourists who may never come here again, but for locals, it is a real turn off and spoils what would have otherwise been a perfect experience.

I really wanted to like this place. I have been here three times. The first time everything was perfect, but every time since then the food has not been good. Their starters are delicious — the deviled eggs, the delta asparagus, the scallop tower -- but at $50-$60+ for entrees, they almost all do not impress. Risotto is watery and under seasoned, not creamy. The duo pork is dry and presented in a boring way. The chicken and swordfish dishes were also under seasoned. The cod poache fish dish was way too salty. They put yucky foam on everything. The atmosphere and service are excellent but be forewarned they will try to upsell you on everything from drinks to water and add ons. I once was told I could have an entree portion of a pasta appetizer. They charged me $68 for pasta with mushrooms and five shavings of truffle. $68 for pasta!

Located inside the Hilton Palm Springs, The Heyday has gained a loyal following for its signature smashburger made with an ultra-thin Harris Ranch beef patty on a potato bun, topped with shredded iceberg, caramelized onions, housemade Thousand Island-style sauce, and melty American cheese.
This place Always hits the spot after landing in Palm Springs! It’s such a delicious smash burger…patty is seasoned well and grilled perfectly; yummy sauce and just everything right! They even made my son a kids version. Or for $9, make it an adult meal with a martini…because, why not?! The cook on the crinkle fries are just perfect too. Crisped and seasoned just right! Cool and casual, old school diner vibe. Quick and friendly service. Always a nice little stop for us here!!

What a delightful burger and cocktails joint! The service was excellent and everyone incredibly friendly and welcoming! We ordered a bunch of smash burgers, fries and onion rings. All of the food was great. I am a huge fan of any burger with thousand island, grilled onions and lettuce! They are also dog friendly which gets a huge thumbs up from me!

This is a cute little spot with only about 11 tables. The funky decor and casual atmosphere are a great place to stop for lunch. We couldn’t pass up the $20 burger and martini special… one of the best smash burgers we’ve ever had. It comes with caramelized onion and 1000 island, and we completed the meal with crinkle cut fries. Everything was served fresh, hot, and under ten minutes. Highly recommend! My husband said why can’t we give it 6 stars?! 🍸 🍔

A+ Recommended by the Fleur Noire as an amazing smash burger. True enough. I had the lemondrop Martini special and it was amazing. There are only 5 entrees on the menu and 3 of them are smash burgers, but that’s enough when you do one thing very well. Highly recommend.

Don’t understand what’s the hype about this place because the food is Medicare, basic smash burger and the veggie burger was extremely oily served on white toast bread, basic fries and salad. The price came down close to 70$ which I think is very high for what this is an over priced shake shack!
Behnia — Google review
Don’t waste your money. The burgers are the size of a hockey puck on the cheapest tiny bun you can buy and are served on a tea saucer of a plate. The $10 salad was lettuce with very little dressing. And when you have $30 of fries and onion rings on the table and ask for condiments they bring you a tablespoon amount and never return to the table. They play the video of Guy Fieri on the big screen the whole time you are there showing all these wonderful dishes not even made at this location. Sooooo misleading. It cost my family $200 to eat here for burgers fries and drinks :(. Picture of my $20 happy meal burger attached. Please have a look.

The best veggie burger I’ve ever had. Menu is super simple, but what they do, they do well. Mushroom patty is perfect. Bun is soft but doesn’t fall apart. Toppings are messy and abundant but not impossible to eat. Also ordered full order of late night fries to split - was massive and memorable. Tasted great; love the queso. Wish I had appetite to also get onion rings. Short wait around 8pm on a Saturday night. In town for Indian Wells tennis tournament. If I had time to come back for another meal during my trip, I would. Both the table server and host were friendly, quick, and happy to chat and went out of their way to give other vacation recommendations. A great experience.

Koffi has truly become a beloved local staple, so much so that one might think of renaming it! With several locations buzzing with life, it's the perfect hangout for friends to enjoy delightful cappuccinos, lattes, and an array of tasty teas. The menu is a treat in itself, featuring scrumptious pastries like quiches and muffins alongside hearty options such as omelets and burgers.
I’m back here for the second time, and I absolutely adore everything! I popped in later in the evening, and Manny, the friendly barrista, was super helpful in picking out the perfect drink. He even gave me some great suggestions, which I really appreciate. Their drinks, sandwiches, and pastries are just DELICIOUS!!! Seriously, you have to try them. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone. And anyone who says anything negative about Koffi clearly hasn’t tasted it yet!

We love their coffee and tea products, 100 times better than those bigger coffee companies (I won't mention any names). We go to the one in Ramon. Beautiful new business building and the staff there are so welcoming and friendly. The guys working there really impressed us they were all full of pride as they would keep themselves busy cleaning the dining area on their down time. They always verbally welcome us in and always say a goodbye when we leave! Either they've been trained well or they are just awesome people/employees!!! Their prices to me are worth it considering the level of their product and friendly service. I'll go at least once a day!!!

Las Casuelas Terraza is a family-owned Mexican restaurant with an American twist, offering delicious food and amazing margaritas. The restaurant has two terraces - one for a romantic dining experience and the other for dancing to live music at the outdoor bar. Established in 1979, this location is housed in a historic casita dating back to the 1920s.
Amazing, food is so good. Nachos the best I have ever had, highly recommend. Sitting next to the warm fireplace, so comfortable and relaxing. Large portions, can take some home to enjoy. The ambience of high ceilings and artwork very entertaining to look at. Thank You Team Las Casuelas Terraza :)

We have been wanting to try this place for years! We’ve been wanting to try Cazuelas Terraza in Palm Springs for years—every time we’d pass by, there were crowds and live music, so we figured the food must be good. We finally went on Sunday night, and honestly, it was one of the worst dining mistakes we’ve made. I’ll give credit where it’s due: the restaurant has a nice aesthetic. If you’re looking for atmosphere and maybe an overpriced drink, it might be worth it. But food-wise? Absolutely not. Out of the 8 people in our group, not one of us finished our meal—the food was that bad. The flavors were either bland or just off, and to make matters worse, our waitress even admitted, “we really aren’t that Mexican of a restaurant.” The service wasn’t great either, which added to the disappointment. At best, this is a place to sit outside, listen to the live music, and maybe snack on chips and salsa. But if you’re actually looking for a good meal, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We left super disappointed.
Nancy Z — Google review
It was a stunning day to sit outside having lunch we ordered fajitas and the basic combo plate. Prices were fairly reasonable for this Day and age. The waitress was less than attentive had to ask for a refill and then again for water. I figured maybe they were just conserving g it or something? ONE never knows right? So the plates arrived piping hot, the food was beautiful and presented rather nicely. There was plenty of food for leftovers the next day. My disappointment began with the waitress getting attitude when I told her I had been given a ground beef taco instead of shredded. She brought a new shresdded beef taco but when i put some of their wonderful salsa on it i noticed it hadnt chamged it still had some kind of fibrous meat. It xoulfmt be real meat so i thought maybe vegetarian? No i was corrected its supposed to be some kind of beef? Petri dish or lab grown im not sure. Ive been around a long time and ive cooked a lot of mexican food, my fave! So she retreated inside im not sure what happened to her , other staff said she wasn't on any break. We couldn't get one last refill she was talking kicked back with the cook? The meal looked fabulous melted cheese all around looked so yummy. But these tacos ill never order again, the cheese enchilada left much to be desired as good as it looked the thick tortilla was hardly cooked and it was hard, and tough to eat too. The Chile relleno is what I had hoped would save the meal. But it sadly didn't do the trick I couldn't find the chile inside of it? Wth? Guacamole we ordered the chunky style, it was fresh and it was real avocado. I could tell that much lol It was great along with their salsa maybe the best around but we waited so long for the waitress but it was too late for them by the time we found her inside chatting. Nevertheless the food has great potential, but just like our govt needed a new president to get things right, this Casuelas in downtown Palm Springs, could use a new more mindful cook. Just a few tweaks and our $70.00 lunch no drinks would have been amazing. I guess anymore they expect us to eat just any old thing. I'm really sorry to say that! I really had my hopes up for finding some if not the best authentic and real meat, Mexican food in this Coachella valley. I'll stay home and make a sandwich next at-home. Save my money, hopes, and disappointments for some other time..

We had the Su Seleciones with the combination of 2 dishes for 20 USD and the portion was huge! Too big for 1 person to finish. I recommend to take 1 plate with 3 different dishes for 2 people to finish. Tortilla chips were free and unlimited with salsa which was nice. Our service guy (Hugo) made sure we always had tortilla chips with salsa and water. Perfect service from him. The restaurant is huge. Many seating areas. At first we were seated next to the service station where they refill water and clean the dishes. This was outside but not quiet and relaxing. Then we were seated outside in the area where the band played. It was nicer but too loud if you want to relax.

Pomme Frite is a charming restaurant located in downtown Palm Springs, offering a cozy setting and a diverse menu of French and Belgian cuisine. The restaurant serves traditional specialties such as moules marinieres, escargot, cre brulee, as well as meat and fish dishes, pasta, flammekueche, salads, and appetizers. In addition to its culinary offerings, Pomme Frite features a full bar with an array of French and California wines along with Belgian beers.
Pomme Frite brought us right back to drinking wine from a carafe and eating mussels and a baguette in France. From the « madame et monsieur » greeting to our server from France, we loved the authenticity of Pomme Frite. We loved the beet and goat cheese salad, as well as the drunken Mediterranean mussels. We ordered an extra baguette to soak up all of the delicious sauce. We got to practice our terrible French with our gracious waitress. We sat outside and enjoyed a beautiful night in Palm Springs.

I love liver and onions, so if I go to a restaurant and it's on the menu, I order it. This was by far the BEST I have ever had. The liver was cooked to perfection and served with very tender onions and cooked apple slices. My husband had the boneless short ribs which were so tender that he didn't need a knife. The beer and wine lists are quite extensive and it's very impressive that they serve the correct glassware with each type of beer. Server, Candice, was very pleasant and attentive. We have been in Palm Springs for a week and this was our favorite meal of the entire trip.

a MUST TRY : This is hands down the best French restaurant we have discovered in California (as a French couple) where authenticity meets with greatly cooked food for affordable prices. You can savor true French and Belgian cuisine (rack of lambs with gratin dauphinois, duck confit, carbonade, navarin etc.) perfectly matched with a selection of up to 36 Belgian beers. No other so-called French restaurants in the area even come close.

A beloved favorite of locals! This is my go to for date night and cherished guests who really appreciate excellent food. The menu is extensive and I’ve only scratched the surface of what I’ve tried because I keep going back for my favorites. One of the many stand outs is the stuffed (with dates?) pork chop that must of been available as a special one night because I’m not seeing it in the menu now. A friend ordered it and it was comically massive. We had it as leftovers the next day and it was still incredible. The beer selection is huge and I’ve been working my way through all the ones I’ve never seen anywhere else before. Just go and go often!

El Jefe Desert Cantina is a vibrant and stylish cocktail bar located at The Saguaro Palm Springs, offering a lively atmosphere and serving up Mexican street food such as cochinita pork and chicken tinga tacos. The cantina also features regional desserts like date bread pudding. With a diverse menu that includes vegan, meat, and seafood options for their tortilla fillings, El Jefe provides an authentic Mexican dining experience.
My boyfriend and I visited Palm Springs for our anniversary and had a fantastic experience at El Jefe, largely thanks to our incredible waiter, Ricardo (aka Ricky). Out of the three times we came for breakfast twice, Ricky comped our beverages twice, which was a wonderful surprise. (The 1 other time we came for dinner and had a waitress.) Ricky also hand-wrote a list of must-see, must-go places in Palm Springs, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to our visit. Ricky’s exceptional service and kindness made our trip extra special. If there were an Employee of the Month award, he would definitely be the deserving recipient!

The person who took our order was not pleasant, but I didn't blame him much because the drag brunch next door was so loud it was impossible to think, much less talk. I would also hate working there while barraged with so much noise. He offered to make our orders to go without prompting. We should have just left. The most popular item on the menu was marred by thoughtless proportions- the pickled onions overwhelmed the pork in the ridiculously piled high but tiny tacos made to fit an odd plate of little aluminum circles. Not a pleasant experience. It might be better at other times, but DO NOT go there on Sunday for lunch.

Alright, I've been to a lot of breakfast and brunch spots. This by far takes the cake. The food was magnificent, and the service was great. These guys know what they are doing and are very kind. Would recomend if you want breakfast to feel like your home dining room. Worth every dollar and minute spent.

Service is quick, friendly and attentive. Food was okay, the hash browns were mushy and undercooked. The biscuits are really good. Eggs were loaded with excess salt. The prices are a bit high for this level of facility, which desperately needs some refresh. They seem like a great group of people.

1st time we stopped here, they had the Hawaiian Omelet on their Specials of the Day board and had to inquire. It was a Ham & Pineapple Omelette. Sorry for those who don't care for pineapple but I love it and of course had to try it. I've been on a Holistic Restrictive Diet for the past few months, so being able to request a few tweaks in ingredients, with no hesitation from the server, is a BIG plus for me 🙏🏽. As for the omelette... Loved it 🤪❤️👍🏼 Happy & friendly service. Quaint lil diner type establishment, with plenty of food options for everyone. Would definitely refer to anyone, to give them a try 😎

Every time I’m in town, my first stop is Bit of Country for my fave omelette — Denver Omelette with gooey melty American cheese on top. It can’t be beat!

I recommend this place. You won't find kinder service. My family loved the pancakes and biscuits and gravy the most. Grateful for the experience. Service was amazing, they go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of.

We had breakfast here yesterday and it was a positive experience because of the outdoor seating and for the speed and great service . Unfortunately the holllondaise sauce , eggs, tomato and spinach with mambo breakfast were so bland the whole dish tasted washed out . Would return but order something different .
Paul P — Google review
The friendliest server (David?) - could not have done more for us and loved to chat to us about premier league football. Great vibe to the diner, good location with free easy parking. We only had a simple breakfast of waffle, toast & eggs but all was good solid diner fare.
Jayne S — Google review
Classic rock plays, a little hole in the wall kind of diner vibe. They have a few options at $14 a plate, and that’s the cheapest options, but the food is good. I got the number 1, which said it come with two eggs, when the dish came out it had to be at least 6 eggs and 1/4 pound of ham in em. I ain’t complaining. I credit the prices more to the general Palm Springs area. Taste of Country holds true to its name, the biscuits and gravy were good by tennessee standards.

Grand Central Palm Springs is a funky-chic cafe located in the former Desmonds Department store, offering Californian fare and a variety of beverages. The venue features an open concept with vintage touches like original stamped concrete floors, combined with modern renovations. It's a friendly gathering spot with a gallery showcasing local artists and various seating options including a classic dining room, bar and lounge area, outdoor patio, and courtyard.
The Grand Central Café is a fantastic spot right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. The food is amazing, and the staff is super friendly. There’s plenty of space, so it never feels too crowded, but you might want to get there early on weekends. The Eggs Benedict was a standout for me!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of dining at Grand Central in Palm Springs yesterday, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The atmosphere is absolutely stunning, adorned with beautiful murals and captivating artwork that create a vibrant and inviting environment. The food was incredible—each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The drinks complemented the meal perfectly, adding to the overall delightful experience. I also want to give a special shoutout to our server, Douglas, who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. His attentiveness and knowledge of the history of the restaurant murals, art and menu truly elevated our dining experience. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my visit. Grand Central deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars, and I can’t wait to return!

We stopped by this place for lunch. It offers a variety of breakfast and lunch options. We ordered Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast, Chicken Sandwich, Egg and Bacon Sandwich, and Short Rib Sliders, and all of them tasted delicious. I'd say Eggs Benedict and Chicken Sandwich are the best. The owner and staff were also all friendly and attentive. There were plenty of seats when we came in despite lunch time, but food took a while to come out.

I stopped in for brunch on a mid-morning Saturday and outdoor seating was full but we were seated inside very quickly. The restaurant is spacious and airy. I had an iced coffee which was very tasty although a bit on the small side serving wise. I had the goat cheese salad which was absolutely delicious! I loved the panko fried goat cheese. It was so unique and went well with the beets and little dried figs. Parking can be a little difficult especially on a busy weekend but we were able to park in a lot about a block away and walked over. The servers and other staff were friendly and the price point was in line with most other Palm Springs brunch spots.

This is a must go. We stopped in for a quick wine, which turned into two. Enjoyed a talk with the wait staff, and he brought us a complimentary appetizer. Despite not being hungry, we finished it. It was awesome! I highly recommend this as a stop, if not only for a cocktail.

Very hospitable service. Sat quickly, and food selection was great. Food was delicious and also came out timely. We would absolutely come back.

We had dinner last night with a friend. We hadn’t been there before but our friend had. Arrived to find out they are under new ownership. Food was great, all three of us enjoyed our choices. The potpie was great (huge too)! Service was great too even with a party of 30 or 40 we didn’t experience any issue with wait time for service or food. Pay them a visit and help support new owners.

We really enjoyed this downtown restaurant for brunch. They have a huge menu of options, which includes many vegetarian options. They will also adapt many dishes in the menu to remove the meat and substitute something else (like avocado), if you like. Service was good and prompt. The place gets busy every day around noon, so try to arrive a little earlier to get a good table. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor covered seating, and a good sized bar, too. The food was very good, with large portions and fair prices. Get a flight of mimosas, if you are in the mood for that!

Gay bar
American restaurant
Bar
Hunters Palm Springs is a long-standing gay club located on Arenas Road, known for its lively atmosphere and diverse events. The multi-room bar and dance club has been entertaining visitors for over 20 years and offers a nine-hour happy hour along with various themed nights such as underwear contests, karaoke, lip-sync battles, drag shows, and retro-themed T-Dances every Saturday afternoon. The club also features go-go dancers and ample space to dance the night away.
The quintessential gay bar/club in Palm Springs. Come for the drinks and the dancing cuz there's plenty to go around! Front and rear patio give a little break from the pounding beats but you're not here to rest are you?!?!
Zen V — Google review
Visited this bar on a weekday and appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. It wasn’t too crowded, and the staff gave great recommendations. I tried a new cocktail and loved it so much I ordered a second one. The music was low enough to talk comfortably. Definitely a solid spot to add to your rotation.
Karin G — Google review
It’s ok. If the bouncer lets you in. You cannot wear any headgear… crowns or anything on your head if you’re female presenting. It will let male patrons wear cowboy hats…. So we won’t go anymore. I cannot be expected to ruin my hair just to enter an empty bar. I used to love Hunters. Hopefully, they will post a dress code so ppl don’t waste time coming to this establishment.
Veronica S — Google review
This a perfect bar to hang around with the best music. They have rotating DJ’s and dancers that are so amicable and kind! Food is nice but bartenders and staff are nicer and happier :) way different than West Hollywood with such a magic and enjoyable vibe!
Eduardo T — Google review
This is the place to go if you want to dance. They have a big dance floor with plenty of people on it. The drinks are relatively priced and come with a decent pour. The only downside is they consistently close the bar and ask patrons to leave before 2 am, a big vibe kill.
Deitrick F — Google review
This place was pretty cool. A lot of other bars had like lines around the corner and I definitely don't want to be at a bar or you can't get a drink or move around. Hunter's bartenders were super nice and friendly and it was a great atmosphere. This is the spot.
Jonathan R — Google review
I have had this weekend planned since April of this year. I had heard hunters was one of the best places to be in Palm Springs and I will say I am so disappointed…. Apparently I did not get the memo that bachelors and bachelorettes were unwelcome at this establishment. My cousin had to surrender her tiara and bachelorette sash to the door man because celebrating love and marriage is not allowed? No one could give me a reason as to why my cousin could not wear her sash … I think it’s silly to not allow people to celebrate their future . Reading some of the reviews I guess Bach parties are an inconvenience… however I feel like I want to spend my money somewhere that accepts everyone and it’s unfortunate they could not accommodate us. Didn’t help that a man walked in with a birthday crown backwards on his head and no one said anything about it…….
Jackie V — Google review
My friends and I always have fun here. The staff are friendly, and the drinks are good. No cover either!
