People visits this place due to its popularity, history and scenic view of Mayon with the Bell tower Ruins. There is not much going on here but the cleanliness can improved. There is another entrance fee at back for which seems to be a private place with flower gardens and fish ponds. To me it is killing the historical scenic view of the place. But it is what it is. Best to see early morning when it is not crowded and the sun is not up.

I can’t believe I finally witnessed the beauty of these ruins. If you’re lucky, you can see the stunning Mt. Mayon as a backdrop. Sadly, during our visit, Mt. Mayon was hidden from view but the place is still worth visiting if you want to relax and enjoy. There are also plenty of food stalls where you can grab something to eat.

Great visit to Cagsawa Ruins! The historic bell tower with Mayon Volcano in the background is stunning. Loved the variety of shops inside selling local souvenirs and crafts. The tour guides and management were very polite and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

It’s a peaceful park best for a quiet stroll, with a view of Mount Mayon, if you’re lucky. When we visited in October 2021, Mayon was covered in clouds. Outside the gate, there are plenty of souvenir shops (cash only). No major activities here, just a relaxing place to take photos, reflect on the history of the ruins, and appreciate the surroundings. Parking was easy but I think you have to pay a very cheap price (I forgot).

been here several tomes and it never failed to remind me how blessed i am to see this place in person when i could only get a glimpse of this attraction in textbooks and magazines. the majestic volcano is truly a sight to behold. but it's also a natural equalizer once it wreaks havoc during an eruption. the cagsawa ruins js a stark evidence of how this volcano could claim lives and bury properties. tourists are aplenty, as expected. there are lots of stalls selling souvenir items including food, shirts, key chains, bags, coin purses among many others. there are also nearby restaurants to satisfy your hunger. visit this place if you're in albay. it's really picturesque. the natives here truly knew the right angles and poses that you could upload in your socmed account.

September 28, 2025 It’s so beautiful here! There are so many places to visit, and they even have chili ice cream — we really had a great time. If you’re a student or a senior citizen, make sure to bring your ID because you’ll get a big discount on the entrance fee.

The Cagsawa Ruins are a must-see stop in Albay. The iconic view of the Church belltower remnant perfectly framed by Mayon Volcano...A great historical landmark and a fantastic photo opportunity. One of a historical places you can visit near Legazpi, as you get to see how they design a baroque church in the past. Nice place to visit and on the side of the church you get to also see the view of Mayon Volcano.

The ancient church in the town is very antique and unique. People still come and do activity here. If you have lucky day, you can see the church with Mayon Volcano.

This church is an absolute wonderful. I went here with my colleagues in the university and with my classmates in masters for the second time around. I have more photos of them but I seemed to delete them already hahah. I’ll be adding them once I find those. There are a lot of people going in this church and if you are lucky with the weather condition? The Mayon volcano can be seen as mesmerizing as it should💥🌋

Whenever I am in Albay, I see to it to visit Daraga Church. When I was in college, I am attending the mass here. The Mass Celebration here is solemn. Choirs give pleasant music that makes the celebration lively. Great view for Mayon too.

Nice hike uphill. The pathway is brushed and clean, plants and blooming flowers by the sides. Beautiful viewing point at the top. 👍 Would be nice to have a drinking water station (little fountain) at top pavilion.

We were unlucky. We spent four days in Legazpi in January, and it was constantly cloudy and rainy. Because of this, we only caught brief glimpses of the Mayon Volcano. The view from the viewpoint was poor. Otherwise, it must be a great view. The infrastructure is outdated, and the platforms are rusty. During our visit, there was construction, and we had to walk up the asphalt road for 13 minutes because the road was closed to taxis

It is so fun to walk from the foot of the hill to the top, especially when you're with your friends and loved ones. The view from the top is so good. There are a lot of souvenirs and food items. The place is so accessible. Loop 1 and 2 jeepneys are available at the foot. The place is so nice. The view of Mt. Mayon and Albay Gulf is so good. You can also watch airplane landing and take-off because the airport is also visible from the top.

We visited the park after the rain, late in the afternoon, so it was a bit cool at the top. There were a few good spots for picture-taking. There were also some souvenir shops that were open at the time. Unfortunately, activities like the zipline was not available during our visit so I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to ride it.

Idk what or when it happened but this place had been shut down. I'm a backpacker and my friend took me here. I was blown away that a place that looked like it had strong business and a nice place to relax has now been lost to nature. Still a good visit and it's a steep hike to the top fyi. 💡someone needs to put one of those giant hands there🤙

Red Labuyo locates on right hand side of the famous Daraga Church, just follow entrance to the church and keep right. Hard to spot as the restaurant is slightly below the church pavement. For lunch, we ordered crispy spicy chicken, p325, and local laing p210. For refreshment, blue lemonade p65. The crispy spicy chicken is crunchy outside and juicy inside. Slightly sweet and spicy bite sized pieces are flavorful. The laing with taro leaves and coconut milk flavored are local favorite. This restaurant made our favorite stop after visiting Daraga Church.

I love the ambiance, we were the only pair dining at that time. Food didn't take too long, my sister loved the creamy carbonara low salt, just how we want it. The fresh cut fries was so good, love the seasoning. Friendly and polite staffs and clean place. It was overall a good experience. Feels like we rented the entire place all to ourselves. For peaceful dining experience, timing is everything.😅

This is a very great dining place when in Daraga. It is quite small restaurant and the location is not obvious. Though it is located near Daraga Church and has a very unique overlooking view of Mayon Volcano. The restaurant needs a good marketing to keep the place close to full. It was empty when we came and left. The food is great, and the ambience is wonderful. Will definitely visit this again.

One of the historic church is also located near the Red Labuyo restaurant . The place is one of tourist spot in Albay, Bicol. Feel the breeze of fresh air and enjoy the scenic view of the Mt. Mayon while eating. The price is quote expensive for some and maybe they could adjust the price a little lower especially this time of pandemic so that more people can try their food and visit their place.

I’ve been dining here for 9 or so years. For some reason food quality is so bad now! I was given a chicken leg which could pass as pagpag from how it looked. This honestly ruined the whole meaning of this place to me since I’ve been coming here every time there was an emergency at the hospital across or just whenever I wanted a halo halo and something to eat. How come the staff thought the food they served was ok. Totally unacceptable. The dogs liked it though, gave the dogs most of it so there went 155 pesos.

My fiancé went here to buy food for me as I'm stuck in the hospital across the street. The pictures online look fantastic, but the food in person is pathetic. The food portions looked like it was from a kids' menu so tiny compared to the photos online. The kangkong was nice but the bicol express was terrible and like I said so tiny in portion size. I also had food from there last night the crispy chicken was very over cooked and the lechon kawali was nearly all fat and no meat both of those meals were tiny also. Only good thing was my fiancé said the staff were super friendly and helpful.

They have plenty of parking space, up to their roofdeck, and they also have valet parking and services. Most of their stalls are already occupied, and there are paintings for sale on the 3rd floor near their roofdeck parking. Cyberzone staff here don't bother passersby.

During my time in Legazpi, I frequently visited SM Mall Legazpi as my only refuge during frequent power outages in the area. I often brought my 1-year-old son to Kidzoona to keep him occupied. However, our visits were often limited to the mall's operating hours, usually from opening until 5 or 6 PM, due to these power interruptions. As an OFW living abroad, I am accustomed to certain levels of compassion and service extended to us parents carrying young children. When bathrooms are crowded, maintenance personnel in other places sometimes offer us the PWD restroom to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately, this was not the case at SM Mall Legazpi. In this particular instance, I needed to use the women's toilet near Kidzoona to change my baby's diaper. The queue was long, and no one offered to let us go ahead. When I approached the PWD restroom nearby, I was surprised to find it LOCKED!. I then sought out a maintenance or janitorial staff member and politely asked if I could use the PWD toilet for my baby. His response was a firm "no," and I vividly remember the janitor—a short man with one blind eye—looking at me dismissively. This experience was deeply disappointing and disheartening. As a mother and an OFW, I believe that basic compassion and understanding should be extended to all visitors, especially mothers with young children. It is truly heartbreaking to be met with such indifference and inflexibility. I hope the management will consider training staff to be more humane and accommodating to the needs of all guests, regardless of circumstances.

Always traffic but has plenty of parking space, great deals, approachable guards and cashiers and a very cold place. Great restroom, always clean. It has different varieties of foods and drinks to choose from.

This is an older shopping mall that's found quite near to a number of hotels and commercial establishments. While it may have been overshadowed by the newer malls, there are enough places here for short stays. There is a Bigg's, a 1st Colonial, a Graceland, a DJC, and an adjacent Four Seasons. The mall itself is clean enough, and cool enough but definitely showing its age. Unfortunately, lots of vacant retail spaces which affects the general atmosphere.

Used to be the place to go by Bicolandias aside from Metro Gaisano when I was a kid way back 2001. By year 2006, there was an expansion of the building and at the same time, there were lots of tenants. When I came here last June 30, 2023, most of the tenants have already left and moved to a strategic place or decided to have a cost cutting. The theater is currently closed upon visiting 3rd floor. Not sure if it is temporary or closed for good. I notice that this mall is now quiet and not crowded compared to the past decades. Also, there are some businesses at Landco Business Park which have already vacated or closed (possibly due to the pandemic). 😔 I guess it is time for the management to make a plan or strategy on how to recover just like what other businesses or malls did when they were hit by the pandemic. But overall, I would like to say that it is still a great place to go despite of being less crowded. 😃👍

Supermarket Department - Only two cashier lanes were open—one regular and one for seniors/PWDs. I was carrying just one item (a 6L container of water) and initially lined up at the SC lane by mistake. When I realized, I moved to the regular lane even though it had two full baskets ahead of me. The regular cashier ran into an issue, and a manager had to step in. Meanwhile, the SC lane was completely empty, and the cashier wasn’t attending to anyone. I politely asked if she could assist me, but she refused, saying the lane was strictly for seniors—even though no one else was there and the other lane was clearly delayed. I understand following rules, but some flexibility and common sense would’ve made a big difference. I left without buying anything.

The mall is pretty much old now and most shops are closed, this mall used to be a place i always wanted to go to as a kid because of the toy store right beside mcdonalds, now that store is gone and it has never been the same. Not to mention the fact that there are fewer people coming here these days. It's sad

Some of the escalators aren't working well and there's not much cold drinks in metro. Parking space is available. There are tons of customers for mcdo compared to other restaurants. Expected restaurants compared to internet searches weren't exactly matched. People are just probably here for dfa. It's just okay for me, alright for a bit strolling but wasn't that much entertained.

Very rude security guard and unprofessional, no consideration on people that are for DFA appointment. No collaboration with DFA on matters to handle especially for those who are coming from a far place.

This place is quite busy and most likely have what you’re looking for. I found cold cuts and salami in the LCC store in this mall. Has great views of the majestic Mayon Volcano.

They have free basement parking, but large vehicles should be wary since it has very low head clearance. Most of the comfort rooms are closed for renovation, and those that are open don't have bidets and smells a bit musty. Most of the stalls are boring ones. Fourth floor doesn't contain anything of interest.

I'm rating it this high because this is the one mall where doing groceries is actually fast. Cashiers and baggers are receptive and efficient with their jobs.

LCC is anchor with department store and supermarket. There’s a variety of other shops and eating places. But not enough choices. Well situated in the center of things.

This is a good shopping center. It gets crowded when there are events in Legazpi City like Magayon festival or Ibalong festival or when there are visitors like actors and actresses. This is at the city center, walking distance from UST-Legazpi Peñaranda campus or Tanchauling College, or from St. Jude Parish and St. Raphael parish. There are good choices of restaurants from the 1st to 3rd floor. The movie house is really good compared to SM City Legazpi's. The LCC department store and supermarket are attached to it, so it is very convenient to do the shopping here. At the 4th floor or rooftop, you can enjoy the majestic view of Mayon Volcano (when the whether permits 😅).

I bought bulk school supplies for charity, the sales representatives were all very nice they assist us on everything, cashier is so thorough, she make sure everything is complete together with the bagger and 2 individuals was sent to help us carry the purchased items in to our car.. thank you for your service

I dropped by the mall earlier today to purchase some computer accessories and went to the counter on the ground level where iPhone cases were displayed. While waiting, the salesperson at the counter seemed more focused on chatting with her coworker than attending to customers. I had to call their attention, and instead of assisting me right away, they were pointing at each other to decide who should help. When I asked about the price of a laptop sleeve, the salesperson turned her back and went back to gossiping with her coworker, leaving me unattended. Because of this, I wasn’t able to make a purchase and had to go to a different mall instead. This kind of treatment feels very unprofessional and reflects poorly on how your employees value customers.

It’s got all kinds of household goods, home decor, clothes, shoes, hardware items, school & office supplies and a wide variety of merchandise at very inexpensive prices. Quality varies but good value for what you pay!

This mall opened way back 2015 three years prior to the SM City Legazpi. During those years, there was no carpark building until it was build around 2021 or 2022 plus there is an expansion of the building. They do have a fast food, resto, food kiosks, and cellphone accessories. Some of them are from Metro Manila which they opened as 1st branch in the Bicol. They sell affordable all types of items base on your needs. It is very convenient because it is located beside SM City Legazpi. ☺️🤗👍

The mall has a lot to offer. i loved the spa experience. they have 2 spas and i loved it. The mall itself is a one-stop-shoppe... They also have a play area forkids inside their department store which is very helpful for a mother of a 2+ year old boy like me. Also, they have restaurants and food carts everywhere. kudos!

Great place for shopping cheap items. A lot of stalls that serve food. Checkout daniebakes best seller cookie tart for souvenir! Great for snacks specially if you pair it woth coffee.

A very pleasant mall. The main store is Hong department store which is surprisingly big. The mall itself is quite small but it is air conditioned and clean.

Casual dining. With very good service, thou took some time (30 mins) to serve our meal and several of our intended orders were not available. Still, i got good customer service. Hindi kami pinabayaan ng dining staff. We'll return to try the best selling angels pizza ung garden daw?

We ordered the Chicken Ahloa Pizza (without pineapple), but the pizza is still really too sweet. The dough is really soft, like a doughnut and not crispy. Is really far from a real italian pizza. Attention, discounts only available if you dine-in, not by take out.

Many times we nicely ask the staffs to clear the table, they don't like to do it, we can see that they are not so busy so no reason to ignore the request. The pizza are lovely though.

Loved the grilled chicken and pork ribs. But the nachos has a lot of improvement needed. The dips are very sour. I will stick to the cheeze nachos if I were to choose. The shrimp bisque pasta is also a revelation. It's good but I am not a fan of the twisty pasta. Maybe I will go back.

I did not like their food and service. The food are too sweets for me. For the service they are so slow and the staffs are not approachable. We asked for hot water 3 times cause they only kept saying “okay po” pero wala naman binibigay. Tagal din ma-serve yung food. The only food i love was the potato chips.

I would say the ambiance is appealing for me it looks simple yet elegant. The part that didn’t satisfy me was the food. I expect more because it’s liitle bit pricy and the presentation is good. The food was awful. I ordered coleslaw, macaroni salad and Buffalo chicken taquitos. The coleslaw and macaroni salad were full of sugar. Just way to sweet. The taquitos were inedible. Lemonade and Iced tea were so sweet I couldn’t drink them. Unless you love sugar don’t come here.

Awful! I was so hungry going into this restaurant. I ordered the 2 starters. 1) Spicy chicken tacos and 2) Buffalo Chicken Taquitos. and was told it would be 15-20 minutes,,, for starters. I can deal with that minor inconvenience. The 1st starter, Spicy Chicken Tacos, showed up. Taste was not good, was not it spicy, and it was just tiny little pieces like they were scraped from the bottom of a warm serving pan. Tasted old, overly tangy, not good, and like it was scraped from the bottom of a warm serving pan. I ate as much as I could cause I was so hungry. OK, i accepted that I ordered something I don't like. It's not what they said it was but I accepted it's their dish and just not to my taste. I was of course just looking forward to the next starter which would be the Buffalo Chicken Taquitos and that will make up for it right? Wrong. It was the EXACT same meat! The exact same taste, style, awful flavor, old, and pieces like it was scraped from the bottom of a luke-warm serving pan. Nothing different at all about it! Same awful taste! I complained to the waiter who said he'd ask in the kitchen. Then to either play dumb or insult my intelligence, he then said, "sir, one item is tacos and the other is taquito". When pointing out what the menu says vs what I was showing him and telling him I was scammed, he just kept staring at me. He did eventually say sorry then walked away. Got the bill, which was full charge of course. Even then it still wasn't worth eating any more. You can see I barely touched the taquitos.

It was a nice Bicolandia chain of restaurants. Filled with your favorite Bicol region food. Such as pangat, Laing and many more. The feel for me is like a local Red Ribbon/ Goldilocks from Manila. As they also serve cakes and breads as well.

If you are in the area and you haven't tried Graceland yet, you are missing a lot! Come and enjoy their food! It's everything Bicol has to offer when it comes to food! Don't forget to buy their pastries too! One of the best bread to try is their Papaya Bread! It would make you wonder... ...it's just so good! Yum! The food is so good and you can even take it home with you! We bough 'pinangat' and it was so delicious! Their stores are very spacious and clean plus they clean everything as customers go.

The food choices are affordable and there are various categories, so, you have a number of options when you dine in/take out. Their fried lumpia was delicious. I would've loved it even more if their "sawsawan" was spicy. And oh, their fries? Consistently good!

It's not fine dining. It's not that classy but compared to other places in Legazpi and other locations of the store too, I prefer this one whatever time of the day - coffee, brunches and late night snacks, you name it. It nit as crowded. I like working outside so I have tried working at several places but this is one of my go-to locations (unless you really get distracted by vehicles , then don't go here Xd) Aaand I like the service. They make sure you've got what you need. 😊

Their pancit is a must try. There are also lots of food to choose, from light meals, desserts, and rice meals they are all affordable.

We ordered our take out lunch there last Saturday to eat at our hotel. It was already past 1 pm already, so there was not much food to choose from. We ordered the pinangat, lechon kawali, pork adobo, coated dilis, and rice. They also gave sinigang soup. The food taste was ok. The pork adobo was a bit tough, though. Can order big bottled drinks there as well. Staff were nice to talk to. Budget friendly food place.

A resto that locals love so we definitely took time to visit! It’s a non-assuming eatery where you can get authentic Bicolano dishes. The price point is average so be prepared to shell out above P70-80 for each dish. They have an airconditioned room upstairs and the servers were attentive and quick to help out. Few cons would be lack of parking space and a decent toilet.

Expensive than expected for the tiny portion, poor state of the place and facilities. Good tasting food, but we are charged over the top because my husband is foreign. Never again.

The price is so expensive! Eighty pesos for a squash vegetable dish with only four pieces of squash. What a rip off! 100 pesos for hotdog with egg and rice. Na schock nalang ako sa counter pag bayad. Tapos ang lasa, wala namang something special! Please don’t go here. There are many other places that are cheaper with better food. 😱😱🤬🤬🤬😤😤😤 Sana nag jollibee nalang ako!

Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Price was a bit high compared to other local canteens. But the food is definitely worth it. If you're visiting and looking for local food, this should be on top of the list.

We tried here after watching a YouTube video and reading the reviews. Whilst the food was good, the portions are small and over-priced. 120php each. Plus, the food was stone cold. I think you get better value at SM food court where a bigger (warm) portion is 155php.
