This is one of my favorite places to visit, but I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. There's currently very limited shade available for sitting, which can be challenging during sunny hours. Additionally, the single toilet facility was unfortunately unhygienic. Addressing these two points would significantly enhance the visitor experience at an otherwise wonderful spot.

There are few statues and monument present but they are maintained. Nothing to do in the park.. Would not recommend to bring kids here as there are no playing area.

The VOC park has been a top spot for kids earlier. The zoo is no more available but the parks are now well maintained than earlier. Also there are a few spots to take some good pics.. you can able to see many bats in the trees inside the park. Also the best thing now is ,the double decker bus is available for free for the next 2 weeks which starts in this VOC park.

It's Good to have parks in the Center part of the city , But when we visited its not maintained well, The place is really big and Temple and mosque inside it are unique things , but when come to cleanliness it's not upto the standards. Under the Smart City project, it can be rejuvenated with some unique features similar to Chennai smart city parks it becomes a happening place even more people will use it wisely

The zoo is closed...the park is renovated with some fountains,dinosaur statues,chRminar type building..crowded..not neat..people should not throw waste like this and spoil. Not much entertainment. U can see the play area on the other side which is paid I guess.many shops are there

It's a small zoo but good to visit. Saw one of the most beautiful peacocks and pelicans from very close distance. They are the main attractions as not many wild animals, apart from crocodiles, snakes & jackal. Place is full of bats hanging from trees above.

I am visiting this zoo every year since 2012. I see that the no of animals in the zoo are gradually reduced except crocodile and snakes. Very poor maintenance. It is surprisingly seen that the entry fee is still Rs.3/- only. There was a proposal to shift this zoo out of city limit for space problem of animals/birds maintained here as well as GoI's new instructions for Zoo. Half an hour to one hr u can spend there. Children will enjoy the animals and birds over there. And also it is a fact that animals and birds have to be there in its own habitats.

Sree Devi Textile is located in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. The owner of the shop is well known for his kind heartedness and generosity They are running the business for the four decades. The sarees section is really nice. Quality of the sarees is high and also the price is very reasonable. A variety of items are available. The staff members are very polite and render courtesy service. Though the restroom is maintained neatly, elders find it difficult to enter. The path leading to the restroom (near the genset) to be improved. .

Wonderful collection especially sarees with reasonable rate.Humble behaviour of the staff to be admired.Every staff will ready to assist you even they are in buisy . perfect place for marriage shopping .Situated at Gandhipuram, coimbatore .Easy to reach from railway station by bus.We spend two days for a marriage purchase.Both the days get free lunch from there which is tasty and healthy and helped us to spend more time to concentrate in shopping.Drinking water available in the store.Only thing required is to get all things under one roof (only a recommendation,I know it is not easy). 2 days before me and my fiance purchased a couple of sarees, in one of the saree colour was faded that too founded by her mom the next day while showing it to them, we called them and informed While visiting today They immediately told not possible after sometime they agreed and i’ve chosen another saree and they showed me only the pallu and they didnt show more than that eventhough Now after reaching home i given it to fiance and they checked it then they given a damaged saree again and i got the scoldings and all They lost a customer today Check full saree before purchasing otherwise they’ll give you damaged ones Ps I’ve purchased around 12-15 sarees more than about 3 lakhs in a last 40 days for my engagement and wedding

Not a baby friendly shop. Inspite of mentioning I had to carry the bag with baby products for my infant they locked the bag at the entrance and allowed us in for shopping. It's not practically possible to get the tag cut everytime in-order to feed the baby. I hope these kind of things change in the future 🙏 and the shops treat their customers with more courtesy and respect. The customer service at the clothing section was good and the collection was also good.

The saree collections are really impressive, with a wide variety and excellent designs. However, the store was quite crowded, and there was very limited space to move around comfortably. Apart from that, everything else was good, including the display and customer service.

Butter paneer dosa, ada dosa, mutta seva, idli, omlette and poondu kalakki are few recommendable dishes. The road side vendor attracts both the common and elite crowds from the area. Don't miss this spot if you enjoy local dishes.

Had breakfast from Annapoorna yesterday. Tried 1 ghee roast and 2 set poori masala, the food was good and tasty. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, which made it slightly disturbing. Service could also be improved a little. Overall, a good place for breakfast.Price is also reasonable.

I visited this place with high expectations based on the reviews, but was quite disappointed. The place was overcrowded, and finding a seat was very difficult. I finally managed to get one and ordered Sambar Vada, but the vada was rubbery while the sambar was just average. The coffee was served without the right proportion of decoction, and when I asked for extra, it was brought after a long delay. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. 😞

The food is average, it's just the hype. We ordered Rava dosa, Pongal and South Indian Parotha, all these food are average in taste. The restaurant doesn't have Parking space, you have to park the vehicle on street parking which is very difficult to get. Ambience is good.

Arrogant service, spoiled our special occassion dinner. All the excitement we had while entering the restaurant was gone, once the service guy showed his attitude and arrogance. We were two and after finding the seat, just casually explored how the other seat is. But the guy came for taking order, started dictating on where to sit. He was in no mood to listen what we were saying. You may have done a very good rebranding and marketing, but if you don't train your guys on how to behave, you will soon loose the excitement among your customers. FYI, the food you serve is not sooo special when compared to similar veg hotels in the town. The overhyped coffee and the pricey tea, served cold are no justification for the price you charge. It's just the hype that made the people to explore the restaurant. But that doesn't mean you can take us for granted.

Annapoorna is the pride of Coimbatore. No doubt in it. But it is pathetic that you are not serving the plates with banana leaf. Fresh Banana leaf provides a good aroma and healthy feel. I don't know how you are missing out on it. For morning breakfast, kesari or any other sweet is a must. But you are serving idly, pongal, dosa without a sweet. There is no onion, coriander, curry leaves in Medhu vada. Kindly make these small changes. Now a days Shree Anandaas and RHR are growing rapidly. I hope you do the changes, Thank you

I am a customer of CFC for nearly 10 years 29/10/24 I Got hotshots and chicken pieces was so hard to chew that we left without eating and I reported to the cashier he was least bothered to find out the reason instead he says some other reasons that is not relevant ....nowadays it happens offer and the mayonnaise quality is also not as before .... disappointed missing the old good CFC......

We had fired chicken combo from here, price wise the combo was very budget friendly and quantity wise also it is satisfying but taste wise it is not up to the level(below average) mainly there is no salt in the fired chicken masala. Even if they add at least a bit of salt, I think the taste of fried chicken will up, I wish related peoples/workers will try to sort out this issue.

I would say this place is must try place for Fried chicken or broasted chicken lovers in the coimbatore city. They have open air dinning space also in the city towers. I am a customer of cfc for about 10 years, yesterday I was served with a spoiled chicken in hotshots. The moment I chewed it smelled too bad and then i saw it was black in color. Kindly avoid this. Next time if i encounter this I will take this to Food Safety Dept.

I paid ₹90 and extra ₹20 for peri peri seasoning and I didn't feel it's worthy of the money I paid. The chicken was not tender and it wasn't properly cooked when getting into the piece.

There is a Shiv Linga in the forecourt area of this statue where visitors can offer Jal abhishek amidst continuous chanting. A good arrangement ! But the walk from parking to the adi Yogi arena can be a challenging one for senior citizens & children during mornings & summer times as it's a wide open area without any trees/shade. So beware of this aspect & go prepared with sunglasses, Caps etc.

You can either climb the 600+ steps or take the bus service available, but I highly recommend walking, it’s an excellent experience. Once you reach the top, you can truly witness the divine presence of Lord Murugan and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surroundings. If you are visiting Coimbatore, this temple is definitely not to be missed!

Peaceful and well-maintained temple Visited the Murugan Temple in Coimbatore and had a really calming experience. The temple is clean, well-organized, and has a serene atmosphere. The architecture is beautiful and the surroundings are quiet, making it a nice place to sit and reflect. The darshan was smooth and the staff were helpful. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a spiritual break.

We will visit here atleast once in a month. You will find peace here. Situated in the hills, if you plan to visit the temple , and if you plan use the steps , you need to reach there before 5pm. Steps are closed after 5pm on all days due to elephants and chetah movement. Two wheelers or four wheelers are not allowed after 7 pm during weekdays and after 5 pm during weekends as well as festival seasons. Four wheelers are not allowed after 5 pm on any day. They have there own small buses carrying from hill bottom to top. But they too stop after 7 pm. Temple closes around 8 to 8.30 pm after Pooja's.

This temple is around 25 kilometres from Coimbatore, the entry fee to hill for car is 30 Rs. This place having limited car parking near the temple, so sometimes becomes difficult to get car parking here. There is a toilet facility there, the cleanliness is average. You have to climb few steps around 100 to reach the temple, there are two line for darshana one general darshana line and second one is special darshana line, the charges for special Darshana is 50 Rs. Per person. The temple situated at the foothills and surrounded by hills, it's a very spiritual experience to visit this temple. From the temple you can see bird view of Coimbatore city.

We visited the temple on a Friday. On that day, cars were not allowed to go up the hill due to the Krithigai festival, but vehicles with political flags were still permitted. If you are a common devotee, you’ll have to wait longer and face some struggle to get a darshan. Temple buses are available to take devotees up the hill near the temple, but you still need to climb a few steps to reach the main shrine. Senior citizens, patients, and differently-abled people find it difficult to manage this climb. Otherwise, the temple is clean and well-maintained, and some development work is in progress. It would be good if the Government or HR&CE department could improve facilities to help senior citizens and differently-abled devotees reach the temple more easily.

Went to this temple during my first visit to Coimbatore. This temple is located 15km from the main city of Coimbatore. The temple is at the base of the hills of western ghats. It is said to be over a 1000yrs old temple with visitors coming from all over India. I went on Friday evening, the experience of going to the temple was not pleasant as we had to wait at the foothills for more than 1 hrs just to go to the top of the hill. There are people manning the entrance of foothill with security. The stop vehicle movement and charge 20rs for parking. The foothills to the entrance closes at 7pm, even local bus service to the top closes at 7pm. Once you go to the hilltop, Darshan is available until 8:30pm. The place has not developed much. Lots of inconvenience for visitors. No proper parking, lack of basic amenities like public toilet, drinking water etc. Very limited shops near the temple. The only good thing is having darshan of Lord Murugan. We were lucky to see Abhishekam of Muruga as well at 8pm. Apart from that the place doesn't give a good temple atmosphere or a serene experience. Govt must take up the task of developing the place at foothills with hotels and shops for visitors. May be due to forest area and western ghats they might have restricted the development activities also. There are elephant movement at stairways when going towards the hilltop. Please be careful and do not litter the place. Try visiting during morning hours on weekdays for a better experience. Om Muruga. Vetrivel Muruganukku Arogara.

A beautiful temple at coimbatore. There are buses which take you to hill top. The ticket costs 10₹ per person. The mornings is crowded and also the evenings.one can take special ticket. There is Panchmuga Ganapati seated under a peepul tree. The main God is lord muruga

It's a mix of Guruvayoor and Sabarimala i felt .. Whats a vibe place you feel the positivity all over and they tried all possible ways to make the place clean .. the outside as usual messy . Coming from the entrance they have enough taps to clean the feet. Kettunira they have a separate place with good number for guru swamys guidance and its overall it's best thing . Overall it's the best place for peace of mind

I have been regularly visiting this temple right from the early days of its establishment. One will feel the divine vibe when one visits especially during the morning Seeveli. The rituals and the routine temple related celebrations make this place all the more vibrant, attracting both malayalis of the city as well as the tamils who revere it. In fact it has become a destination for Choroon and Wedding. A must visit, when you are in Coimbatore.

Wonderful ambience. Great temple with good space. Similar to temples in Kerala, at least for the Sasta (Ayyappan) shrine. It has opportunities to park on the road side at rare times. It is better to walk if possible.

I had three idly(₹18 each) ith kudal kulambu(₹240) and egg dosa with nenjuelumbu kulambu. The idly and kudal kulambu was good. With good kudal pieces the gravy was pretty flavorful. The egg dosa was also good to eat. Overall a pretty good experience. The price however for the quantity they offer is exorbitantly high. It very expensive in my opinion!

We had lunch but little late so the briyani was not warm. We tried pot briyani, kothu kari and chilly chicken. The taste was just normal and I could sense the taste of elachi more. The side dishes were good. The quality could be little more for the price they charge. The ambiance was simple and the staffs were good are service. Overall experience was satisfactory.

I recently visited Ammayi Veedu Pot Cook and had an amazing experience! I ordered a variety of dishes, including porotta, country chicken kulambu, chest born kolambu, and idly. The food was absolutely delicious, and the flavors were rich and authentic. The porotta was soft and fluffy, and the idly was perfectly steamed and soft . The country chicken kulambu and chest born kolambu were flavorful and spicy, just the way I like it. The quantity of food was generous, and the prices were little bit expensive. The service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they made sure that our needs were met throughout the meal.

It was already late in the afternoon, so I decided to go with the Country Chicken Biryani. The biryani itself lacked flavor and didn't taste like the typical seeraga samba variety. However, there were a generous number of chicken pieces, including a leg piece. The chicken was fresh and tender. The biryani was served with two gravies and raita. I confirmed with the management that they cook broiler chicken biryani on random days." I recently dined at Junior Kuppanna and the food was genuinely good, especially flavorful non‑vegetarian specialties that felt authentic and satisfying. The staff were really helpful, offering warm, attentive service and even bringing replacements when needed. The cost is bit high.

Nattu kozhi rasam 4.5/5 must try ₹40 Naadu chicken fry 3.5/5 ok ₹295 Plain briyani 4/5 is provided with egg ₹199 good food Veg fried rice 4/5 good ₹210 this for one person Mushroom 65 4/5 good ₹209 Omlet 3.5/5 ₹35 Major problem in here is they don’t provide everything when they serve. We have to ask for each and everything like, spoon for fried rice, spoon to serve item, raitha was not served, we have to wait for long to get it served and even pepper for omlet, before it comes the main item becomes cool down. Service should improve and they should know what all things to be served with the required food. Otherwise taste is good.

I am a vegetarian and asked by someone to join for dinner. Was making sure I was served with only VEG curry. Garlic gravy and butter gravy are veg curry offered here. While eating, found a chicken piece in the gravy. When asked they said the sometimes it gets mixed. Someone in kitchen might do that. Not satisfied with the answer. Its my fault choosing it. Stopped eating and writting the review. Veg eaters please beware.

One of my Favorite Kalaam spot since my childhood.... The delicious pepper mushroom was awesome tasty and melting in mouth. It's not like the other kalaan made on maidha flour mixed cabbage. Purely original mushroom fry so healthier too. A must try Kalaan spot in Coimbatore.

The shop has been in coimbatore from 1987. Visited recently only and quite impressed. The shop is clean and tidy.you can park two wheelers but not 4 wheelers as it is a very busy road. Best place to have Kaalaan aka Mushroom. Uses fresh mushroom and could feel the difference in taste. Rest of the chats are good and could be spicy.

This is my second visit to the Palani Murugan Temple, roughly ten years apart. A lot has changed since my last visit. Starting from the base, the temple is undergoing a beautification process. The compound has been neatly landscaped, and tiles have been laid along the road. The sides of the road have also been landscaping, and the trees now feature circular bases that enhance their appearance. We climbed the hill using the traditional path via the steps, where not much has changed. Significant changes are underway within the temple premises. The buildings surrounding the temple were originally constructed without much planning, but they are now being renovating to resemble traditional stone structures - a commendable move. With careful planning and a thoughtful redesign of the existing infrastructure to harmonize with traditional architecture, the transformation could be even more remarkable. They’ve added several drinking water facilities across the campus, which is a thoughtful addition. Some of our elderly relatives used the cable car, but it took them longer to reach the top compared to those who climbed the steps, likely due to long waiting times at the cable car station. Overall, the experience was fulfilling - I had ample time to see the Lord and offer my prayers, something I missed out on during my previous visit. I’m eager to return again in the future to see how the temple continues to evolve.

A truly divine place and one of the most famous Arupadai Veedu temples — also my personal favourite Murugan temple. These days it’s quite crowded, especially for the rope car, winch train, and darshan. There are ₹10 and ₹100 counters, so plan in advance before you go. At the top of the hill, you can get free meals (Annadhanam) throughout the day — the food is simple and satisfying. Milk is also available for children, and drinking water facilities are provided. Accommodation: Devasthanam rooms are available but not bookable online. In my recommendation, try to prebook rooms through someone local in Palani to avoid last-minute issues. Travel Tips: The queue for rope car and winch train can take more than 2 hours, so if possible, go by walk — it takes less than an hour and is a peaceful experience. If you plan for darshan, the ₹100 counter is the best balance between time and convenience. Carry your own water bottles, as there are no shops on the hill path, but you can refill bottles at the top. Overall, a must-visit divine destination where devotion meets beautiful hill views. 🙏✨

Before going to Temple please be advised that many scams are there. We have separate footwear locker,mobile phone locker and cloak room in front of temple itself. If you wanna buy any offerings buy in front of temple itself. Many will try to get money from by saying things, please don’t listen and keep going forward. And there are many new rules, no retail shops inside temple, no mobile phone allowed it must be kept in locker, 5rupees per mobile. Apart from that all were Good, think I have covered most of the part.

The Arulmigu Dhandayudhapani Swamy Temple, perched atop the Sivagiri hill in Palani, Tamil Nadu, is one of the six revered abodes (Arupadai Veedu) of Lord Murugan (Kartikeya). This temple offers an experience that is as much a test of physical devotion (the climb) as it is a journey of spiritual introspection. The austere appearance of the presiding deity, who stands as a renunciate, encapsulates the powerful theme of sacrifice and wisdom that defines the site. The legend behind the Palani temple is one of divine frustration and ultimate realization, which gives the town its name. The celestial sage Narada once presented a unique fruit—the jnana Pazham (Fruit of Knowledge) to Lord Shiva at Mount Kailash. the fruit would be awarded to whichever of Lord Shiva’s two sons, Ganesha or Murugan, first circled the world three times. Lord Murugan, swift and eager, immediately set off on his mount, the peacock, to circumnavigate the universe. His elder brother, Lord Ganesha, however, used his wisdom. He simply walked around his divine parents, Shiva and Parvati, asserting that for him, his parents were the entire universe. Impressed by his insight, Shiva awarded Ganesha the fruit. When Murugan returned, exhausted from his global journey, he was furious to find the prize already given. Feeling betrayed, he renounced all his regal attire and riches, choosing to stand alone as a hermit, clad only in a loincloth and holding a staff (dandam). When his parents came to pacify him, Lord Shiva affectionately declared, "Pazham Nee!" meaning "You are the fruit of wisdom!". This phrase, changed over time, is believed to have given the place its name Palani. The main deity of the Palani temple is the central marvel. The idol of Lord Dhandayudhapani is believed to have been consecrated by the revered Siddhar Bhogar, who crafted it from Navapashanam—a unique amalgam of nine poisonous substances. When mixed in the correct, mystical ratio, these substances neutralize each other and form a potent, medicinal compound.

Temple management is worst, we waited for 2 hours in queue for rope car and winch, especially modern winch which cost 60rs has only 1 car operating making us wait for more than 3 hours. We finally decided to go by walk. Surprisingly it took us only 20 minutes to reach top. Someone should guide people to go by walk. After taking 30 steps from entrance take left it is wasy to walk. If you go straight there are steps, to avoid steps take left it is easy pathway and only takes 20 mins to top. Best way during weekdays or weekend anytime. Donot go for Rope car or winch, Totally waste of time for that. In the top take 10rs ticket in 10mins you will get darshana of lord muruga.

14 aug 25 - Monkey Falls is a refreshing gem nestled on the Pollachi–Valparai road, just a short drive from Aliyar Dam. The cascading water is crystal clear and cool — perfect for a quick dip or just dipping your feet in after a long ride. The sound of the falls surrounded by lush greenery makes it a calming and scenic spot for nature lovers. There’s a nominal entry fee(50) but if ur tnpl employee then you got free pass , their family gets offer (30), and the area is generally well-maintained, got dressing room for both genders. Just be cautious with your belongings — as the name suggests, curious monkeys might try to "borrow" your snacks! 🐒 Best time to visit is during or just after the monsoon, when the water flow is at its most beautiful. Ideal for a quick stopover on your way to Valparai or as a picnic spot with friends and family. But be careful as rocks are so slippery, it may cause accident. Even today one slipped and made her lips bleed. So be more cautious. Other than that enjoy 😁😁

Had an awesome experience this time! My last visit was disappointing since the falls were closed due to heavy rain, but this time I planned properly and made it. The place is absolutely refreshing, the flow is just perfect, and the whole vibe is soothing. 💧 It’s 100% worth both the money and the time. A must-visit spot if you’re looking for a natural, relaxing break surrounded by greenery. 🌳✨

Water flow was good. Still maintainance needs to improved. Forest Departmet is telling each tourist that don't use soap, shampoo oil in the falls, but still many of them using and spoiling the environment, Rest rooms are well maintained. Better go with cash for paying entry fee though they have UPI option, mobile network is not available.

Nice place to have fun with friends and family. Dress changing facility is available. You will get a refreshing feeling. Try to go during week days.

On the foot hills of the hills town Valparai is the Monkey falls which is a beautiful natural waterfall. Good place for family and friends to visit and immerse in the nature and relax. Entrance ticket 50 rs There are lot of monkeys in the place so should be careful of your belongings

Must visit falls and also easy reach here. They have constructed plain groud here just infront of falls so everyone can easily go till falls. There is also plenty of sitting place here. They also maintain changing rooms for both boys and girls. We have entry fee which is 50. It is better to visit this while returning from Valparai so that we don't get tired. They also provided supporting rods in few places for support.

The greenery around the dam and the peaceful environment gave us the perfect break from our busy work schedule. As a group, we explored the viewpoints, enjoyed sightseeing, and captured plenty of photos to treasure the moments. The trip was not just about visiting a destination – it was about bonding, laughter, and celebrating our unity as a team of friends and colleagues. The atmosphere is calm, and the cool breeze from the water makes it even more enjoyable. A perfect weekend getaway for nature lovers! Beautiful scenic spot!” Aliyar Dam is such a peaceful and refreshing place surrounded by hills and greenery. The view of the dam water with mountains in the backdrop is absolutely breathtaking. Perfect place for a family outing and picnic.

While the Aliyar Dam itself is an exciting and photogenic place, the park is not too well maintained. The climb to the top of the dam is exhilarating and at the top you come across some very beautiful sights.

Visited this temple during our coimbatore visit, this temple was suggested by Anandas hotel manager. The temple is located 12-15kms from coimbatore city. The Vinayagar idol is about 6ft tall and looks magnificent. The entire temple gives you a Devine feeling. There is a small garden and a marriage area inside the temple. Parking is available for 3 to 4 cars, there are shops to buy pooja items as well. this temple is located under the flyover and has continuous vehicle movement. This temple is special because many new bike or car buyers get their pooja done here. Many devotees also perform dristi removal ritual with coconut here. Nice place to add to your coimbatore list.

Hi, 1. Am getting cake here for many years. 2. But there is one disappointment. The cake was not the kg we asked they cheated us with low kg. But full amt they got. Keeping shop in local and creating people’s. Each year birthday for my kid will get cake for 2k ,3k or above. 3. In cake bee we are getting spoon, plates as compliments but here we need to pay it extra for the birthday cake we brought. 4. We will get cake for more than 3k but there is no compliments for spoon and plates which we paid. Which is disappointing. Where we are getting this in cake bee and they are giving the exact kg they asked not as this shop.

Yesterday 6-4-2025 I ordered 1.5 Kg of Black Forest cake. Nearly it took 3 hrs for me to receive the cake before which they dealt with almost 15 customers who came and ordered after me. Ok let’s keep this aside … after receiving I asked them to check the weight of the cake which I ordered … where 1.5 kg Black Forest cake measured 1.3 kg (including bottom board weight)… immediately after me another customer asked to check his cake where 1/2 kg cake measured just 370 gms (including board weight)… none of them answered there and I raised this concern to the owner. He was also not responded properly. So i believe this is a regular practice there in Merrie Berrie .. To my surprise, they casually informed me that my order had been missed (not sure how that could even happen). I had to repeat my order, and it was delivered only after another 15 minutes. In total, I waited about 45 minutes just for 2 burgers and some chicken wings. Now, what do you expect me to do—give a 5-star rating for this experience? I was there for an hour approx on the first floor on a sunny day and they did not turn the air conditioning on for me even after my request. There were other customers as well. The staff should turn AC on for customer without being asked but here even after requesting, we were ignored.

It's very good place to have breakfast. There are more crowd in the morning and food was very tasty to me personally. After ordered the food, we have to wait for ten minutes to get the food. The service is also nice and we can pay money after the food. No need to get any tokens to get the food.

It does not look like a good atmosphere hotel, starting from table service, quality of food, washroom, payment options, cashier at the desk. One of the hotels, would say to avoid or visit if you do not have any other options nearby. Table service was just below par. Food quality & quantity were not good. The washroom is just fine. No payment options other than cash?! Common on, are we in the stone age? Not even UPI or Card payment options. The cashier attitude is also not friendly. I would certainly avoid such hotels next time.

A good place near RS Puram to have some delicious food. They have North Indian, Chinese and Italian cuisine. The food is by far awesome and there is no match. The staff are also friendly. However, the service is poor. It took them 45 minutes to bring the main course which is quite slow. There also seemed to be some confusion between the manager and the waiter who took the order.

This is R.S. Puram very close to the Mettupalayam road. Ambiance is good. They have some special dishes like Founde which is very tasty. We have tried a variety of their dishes and found what all we had was tasty and good. Finally after you finish your food they will serve you a pint of betel leaf juice which is good. Recently we find that they were not serving their continental dishes when we visited them twice so was disappointed we could not have their founde for which we went there.

The ambience and the food is very great...tasty and the presentation is very nice..serving is very quick and polite lovely this place...this is a only vegetarian place with unique choices..tried jalpaan fries,garden fresh biryani sizzler,fried ice cream and Mexican pizza very tasty and the complementary jalpaan shots are refreshing

A very special and a bigger restaurant, which is situated in Peelamedu. They do offer a lot of varieties of vegetarian items both in South Indian and North Indian. As the hotel is very big enough, even though it’s very crowded, you will not feel that. Then not only provide rice and white items, but also they provide other healthy food items to especially ragi food items in Dosa & Puttu. They also provide chat items as well as deserts and juices. The food seems to be very fresh when you are having and also they are providing varieties of chutneys for the food items. They are also having counter for sweets as well as juices. Another Ad is there very big parking lot, which is one of the most difficult thing that you can see in Coimbatore.

Best place and best food at good price range. Nicely clean and hygienic place with good food quality. Service is also fast. With Sadguru temple at the entrance, the place has good devotional vibe. Loved their way of maintaining the place with temple like cleanliness by making a temple at the entrance. They also have good parking space besides. A good Pure Veg famous upscale restaurant having many branches in Tamil Nadu and in other countries. The ambiance is good for fine dining and the customers are welcomed by a Temple is the front. There is a sweets and snacks corner on both the sides in the front of the restaurant. From the other reviews, could see there restaurant gets crowded at times, but it was not so busy when we had gone (at around 5pm at evening). We had ordered two Ghee Roasts and two Cups of tea and both were good. The Ghee roasts were accompanied by 3 varieties of chutneys, Dosa powder with oil and Sambar. They provide ample waiting space with chairs(when the inside seating gets filled at peak times) and a free parking space is available for two wheelers and four wheelers beside the restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Forgot to mention, A big dhoop was burned which really created a sacred atmosphere and a positive vibe!!! Overall a good restaurant to try. (Aug 2025)

The food and ambience were good, but the staff really spoiled the experience. They seemed very careless and in a rush for everything. I was still having my breakfast when they handed me the bill before I could even finish. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Service definitely needs improvement.

Best place to have food. Very clean and hygiene. Atmosphere was good. But I went for breakfast. So seats were available. Normally it's crowded in day time especially mid-noon and evening. We have idiyappam and idlis. The cost was nominal. Ample car parking. Easy to identify. It's on road near suguna kalyana Mandapam. Update: repeat visit. Happily got seat here. For breakfast. Idli is soft and fluffy. Appreciate the chef.

The best amusement park for relaxation. I visited on 01/10/25. We had a pre booking done 4 days back. We missed the 10% discount offer (booking before 5 days of visit to the park). All rides and water games awesome. I've visited similar theme parks in Chennai. But found this is far far better than all those. I suggest one full day needed for water games only. Very good maintenance. Adventure activities combo offer we booked ₹ 1350 I think. Out of 7 adventure 4 were good. Remaining we dint find time. So those who opt it think and do. Snacks costly as expected. Dress changing room closing time can be extended to 15 minutes more.

Had an amazing time at Black Thunder. Since we stayed at their resort, we got special entry through a private gate with zero crowd or waiting time. They even arranged a drop to the entrance, which made everything super easy. The rides were amazing, the park was well maintained, and overall, it was a super chill and enjoyable day.

This is a fantastic place to enjoy with friends and family – you can easily spend a whole day here and have a great time! When I visited, a few rides were not operational and some had weight restrictions, but apart from that, everything else was excellent.

Then tirupati is a Hindu, Perumal temple is nearly maintained by a private organization. Located in sirumugai road at a distance of 36 km from Gandhipuram and takes 55 minutes depending on traffic. On the leftside of the road a board is kept by highways tamil nadu in front of the temple. Please, refer the board for entry (there's an error in showing the entrance by Google map). At the entrance itself they collect the cell, camera to maintain the silence at the temple venue. Taking photos on the premises is not allowed. A peaceful, silent and devotional scenario for pleasant prayers. Some factory outlets and small sales counters and tea stall are available. Toilets, urinals and closets are maintained neatly. Good parking space is available. They charge Rs.50 for "laddu", nice. Suggestion to the sales counter : laddu is dry on the outer, please, check it. There's a cow shelter and sells "panjakavyam" @ Rs 100 per liter.

Lord is always divine. But priest class is always cheating and create misery for common man. At 9am they make people walk all the way and tell that temple will open at 11am . When will this atrocities change only God knows

This Temple is wonderful place especially Ekanthasevai @ 7.30Pm on everyday . Very pleasant/ calm - Holyplace . Temple is maintained very clean & organised in better manner . Prasadham will be given after dharsan. Special abhisekam on special days . It is KG Denim Private owned temple . Only one suggestion - Passage way to parking area may be maintained little better

A very calm and cozy private temple with a view of serene nature with a view of pure positivity. Mobile 📱 phones are not allowed inside the temple and there is a safe deposit for the mobile phones. Delicious Laddus for the cost of ₹50 each is available here. Apart from the temple there are lot of dress shops at cheaper price rate. Ample parking space for four wheelers, even to accommodate vans and buses are available. A small eatery, bakery and provision store is located with the temple premises, for the convenience of the devotees.

This place is maintained by KG denim company. Good big temple. Every day perumal marriage is being performed. Trigger had factory price shop inside the temple premises. The premises has good parking facility.

Nice and calm place to visit with family. This is a private owned temple by KG mills, that's the reason you can see Trigger outlets in and around the temple. I would suggest to visit this temple on Saturdays. Parking available for both cars and bikes. No fees for parking or to enter the temple. Mobile or any camera devices are not allowed inside the temple.

The temple is located in the western ghats, we need to climb above 250steps to see the Muruga, Shivan is on the top above 30 steps. It gives peace of mind while visiting the temples. This place's maintenance was good. They have pure drinking water, daily Ananadnam free tokens is given after 12 PM. The crowd was less at 08 - 10AM & crowded on an auspicious day. Prasadham for devotee's is available. It is one of the famous temple of Lord Murugan . Mostly LESS crowded all the time. The temple is very pleasing at hill top vibes. The car parking is available at Ground. There are one shop nearby outside the temple entrance. It is a must visit one for everyone and you will get blessings. Public transport is not much available. Patience plays the vital role of worshiping any temple unless you're blessed .There is no ticket. Some more amenities can be arranged.

Beautiful tiny temple at a hill top. You would need to climb close to 200 steps to reach top. From there climb another 30 steps to reach Sivan sannathi which is the top most point. The views from atop is gorgeous and splendid. There's also a huge carpark area.

The place which lifts up your mindset. So far it's clean because of less crowd. Treat your trash right. Be responsible and just co-exist with the birds and animals without creating disturbances.

Iam their RS Puram branch customer from their old building for the last 10 years. Went here today to have brakefast and the hotel area is so big whrn comparing to Rs puram branch and seating capacity also very high, but felt less crowded than Rs puram, food taste is same as Rs Puram branch and washbasin area also very neat. If anybody looking for pure vegetarian food then of course you can go here,bike parking is easily available but car parking is tough i think

Excellent lunch—reasonably priced at ₹100 with unlimited servings. The staff were smiling and welcoming. Fried rice and Panner fried rice and Curd Vadai. The thick sambar, made with freshly ground sambar powder, was delicious. Podi with ghee and hot rice tasted awesome. A hidden gem—I’m glad I found it. I’ll definitely come back again. The hotel is so much recommended. They provided different kind of foods. Especially the meals, porota and masala dosai is so much good in taste. The staff are really good. They treated in a very good manner. There is also no longer waiting time. The service is the best thing I had feel with food quality and taste. Also very hygienic.

Poor service. No proper response from servers. We were waiting for 30 mins in table, but there was no response. We left the restaurant without having food. Servers are very Lathergic. When we asked them, they told there is shortage of people and you can leave the restaurant. Irresponsible people totally 😐😐

The North Indian dishes were decent. The chicken tikka stood out as the best dish—well-marinated and cooked to perfection. The biryani was also flavorful and enjoyable. However, the desserts felt a bit overpriced for the quantity served, which was a slight letdown. The service was warm and efficient, adding to the overall experience.

Coming back to this place after 8 years, this place still oozes lots of it's fine dining style and characteristics. While everything seems to have improved on an increasing scale, even the price which is now really high, the taste of food left me wanting for more. The sweet corn soup wasn't thick enough to my liking, the honey and chili potato starter like great in the menu but in reality lacked the sesame seeds and didn't have a hint of chili. We loved it still though. The other mains and dessert was spot on and we really digged into them. The service was okay. Overall, this time around, I came with really high expectations and while most of it was delivered to satisfaction, a gap was definitely there for improvement.

The place and the ambience was awesome. The price were expensive which would be fine if the quality and taste is higher. I literally have to come home and eat again. We paid a bill of 4500 for 6ppl. The chicken tandoori and the milk shake was good but the starters were served at last. Rest of the items didn't have any flavor but green peas in every curry. I personally wouldn't recommend.

An unexpectedly long wait time awaited us with a not up to the mark Malai Kofta, inspite of us reconfirming at the time of order.. even the naan was dry and hard. I feel there is a strong deterioration in the taste and service in a span of a year..

The experience gained in this restaurant is unique. Chosen varieties of dishes , an unique ingredient in each of them is its highlight. You would feel like you are in a house , not at a restaurant. Presentation of food is good. Complementary snack was a surprise element and adds value. Wait time is bit long . I tried crispy Lotus stem which was really good. Briyani is different but not so good. Utensils were really nice and gave premium feel. Service was better. Smoothies are really great in here. Parking is available nearby.
