It's not a big mall, but all the international companies is in there in this mall. like Louis Philip, sketchers, some fast food chain's taco bell, and kfc. Also not ower crowded it's well maintained, all the floors have escalator available.

LuLu Hypermarket Coimbatore – A Shopper's Paradise! From the moment I stepped in, the spacious layout and vibrant atmosphere made shopping a delight. And the groceries are damn fresh especially the vegetables and fruits are in so good quality, i was to notice some of them were farm fresh. So they manage those fruits in a daily basis, that's awesome. There's ample parking available and toilets are provided at the parking. There are no seating facilities for the elderly people inside.

When we finally approached an employee to see some saris, he showed them in a very uninterested manner and didn’t even bother to fold and present them properly for my daughter. The staff, mostly elderly men, appeared disengaged and lacked enthusiasm. Despite this, I still purchased a saree worth more than ₹10,000. However, the experience was extremely disappointing. This is not how Coimbatore shops usually treat their customers—the city is known for its warmth, welcoming nature, and respect, all of which were missing here. Not a baby friendly shop. Inspite of mentioning I had to carry the bag with baby products for my infant they locked the bag at the entrance and allowed us in for shopping. It's not practically possible to get the tag cut everytime in-order to feed the baby. I hope these kind of things change in the future 🙏 and the shops treat their customers with more courtesy and respect. The customer service at the clothing section was good and the collection was also good.

Be aware with the sales staff who assist you. I visited Pothys with my family for Diwali 2025 shopping. We selected a saree for my mom and checked its quality with the salesperson. We noticed it was damaged in mundhi, so I picked another saree with the same design. This time, we carefully verified it — no damages. Next, we went to buy blouse inner cloth with the same salesperson. While cutting the cloth, she suddenly left for a moment and returned shortly after. We then completed the payment and went home. To our shock, when we opened the package at home, it was the same damaged saree we had initially rejected. It seems she may have swapped the saree while cutting the blouse material. We honestly didn’t expect this kind of experience from Pothys. On a positive note, they did gift a sapling to every customer who purchased clothes.

Best staff service but quality of clothes is a big question. Two grand chudithar sets purchased for 6000 rupees. Generally we wear new clothes only after plain water rinse by hand due to trail of clthes. Here on first plain water rinse the colour was drain, drain, drain and goes on. Colour spreads on clothes. Its like cheap cloth sales by few street vendors. We definitely rethink to visit pothys hereafter.

It's a very big shop in Coimbatore and the service is good. Very high price, too much expensive. Collections are good and wide range dresses available. Excellent and spacious five floor building. Aadi offer mentioned but there are not many price offers for this aadi sale. You can go and enjoy with your family for a higher purchase. We bought pants and t-shirts and shirts. Located in the main area and good landmark for crosscut road.

One of the oldest shopping complex in Coimbatore city housing commercial shops, restaurant, coffee shops, ice cream parlours and office spaces. This complex was once popular among college students for hang out. And this complex remains the same as seen 15 years ago. No changes or massive alternations made. It gives a nostalgic memory of good old days. The feel of 96 movie..

Not the same old charm. The big positive. Huge paid parking, Annapoorna and a few shops like Bhawana. Otherwise a rundown depleted olden days shipping complex with a grand old Lakshmi skills and hotel Lakshmi (Lodge house). Wonder if these places still do any business at all to keep them floating .

My review is purely for the stay at Lakshmi Complex. I understand that this is one off the oldest place and it has been the main land mark for coimbatore. However I feel the hotel can really provide a better facilities for the amount they are charging people. Per day these people charge nothing less than 2500 for a AC double room, but none of the facility is good. Their rooms look dinghy, the bedspread is not washed properly, their bathroom ooohhh my god it has so many stains and it really looks very unhygienic. Their coffee flasks are not washed properly and they bring coffee and tea in the same flask. Still people come to this place only for the name. The owner of this place should plan to reform this place and for the amount of money he is charging he should try to provide some good hygienic rooms. One more point i forgot to mention here. Their managers sitting at the desk are always very rude and are never courteous with the customers that come in. They speak as though we are staying for free.... please try to change or very soon there will be a down fall.

Probably our go to place when visiting Coimbatore. Sri Annapoorna Hotel here is very recommended for some great vegetarian South Indian option!

Main area in Gandhipuram.. One stop for all our shopping needs. There are lots of north Indians who sit outside shops to put Mehandi at affordable. Some branded shops are available. But it's in costlier side. Good parking facilities are also available in Sri lakshmi complex. If you are a cosmetic lover there are lots of shops inside the complex who sells branded cosmetic items.

The complex is an array of small and medium shops. A nice place to explore and spend some time and check out the shops. You may find lots of things and may pick up few items. You also have this pay and park facility if you plan to come by car or bike. And of course, if you get hungry and want to snack, there's always Annapoorna on the ground floor.

Food is average not too great. Prices are high. Serving size decent. Had bhel puri, gol gappa and jalebi. Out of which bhel puri was fine and jalebi was just bad. It had weird oil smell and taste.

Very worst and bad experience. Veg cutlet has got a big iron nail. Careless preparation of food and it's a very serious issue. If got swallowed it will be a big health issue. I didn't expect this from Agarwal's as it is a very famous eatery in RS Puram. Is this how carelessly the food is prepared? Please don't buy food from this shop as it is a big threat to food safety.

3rd August 2025: Had aloo paranthas and jelabis for brunch. Jelabis were good. Parathas were ok. After taking orders took about twenty minutes to get paranthas. Various other chat items were available too.

Best place for North Indian chat & sweets. In the ground floor they have sweet & savouries section. Third floor they have a dining space 'Food Theory" where you can enjoy all their chat and other items. Ambience was really cool. It was very neat and nicely maintained. Overall a very good place!! They have all kinds of bags here . They not only have bags but also suit case , water bottle and many more items. The collections are also more , with different colours and models . And coming to prices of Roshan brand bags the prices are lower than other brands they have other brand bags also. The quality of the products are also good . If you are looking for a quality product with lower price I would recommend this shop to buy products.

The warranty will not be claimed. They will get the bags and warranty card and tell like it will be ready with in a week.. but they blame product owner and will not replace the damaged part.. very worst behaviour..

I went to this shop looking at the reviews. Basically i m from Mumbai, had gone to Coimbatore for few days. The experience was not that great. First of all they don't have price tags on the sarees. I asked for lowest range for cotton silk sarees and fellow said it starts from 3500 Rs& above. Later on when I finished the selection, I saw saree at 2000 Rs which was shared by different person. If you think about buying anything on SILVER in Coimbatore then this is the place for it. They have authentic Silver and we are their customers for last 30 years. The staff are so polite and they show any number of items for our satisfaction. But the Car parking is the worst one as when I went for the parking they said, I was simply chased by the Security. Being in the main area it's not easy to locate another place for parking. Instead they can simply say No parking so that we can plan it before reaching.

It was a very nice experience for us. They definitely earn 5 Star rating for Customer Service. Though our purchase was for a small value, the customer service executive Ms.Devi was keen on getting us our exact choice of the product and helped us to find it very quickly. The way they explained about how the pricing system is and gave a small discount too which we were not expecting. They have good collections of silver ornaments and other silverwares which you could get for personal use and for gifting to friends and families.

I would like to give 5 stars for their unique pieces but am really disappointed with their service so I would like to give 1. They dont treat their customers in a good manner. Let me share my experience with you.. That was the first time we entered thier store and the lady (not sure whether she is the owner or sales women ) was with us explaining about the items there. We were checking out the perfume oils and athar. I purchased two bottles and was about to move out, that's why she started questioning me like 'where is the other bottle?'. It was quiet ridiculous... She confronted me so badly for two minutes. I was cent percent sure that I replaced all that I tested. But she went on confronting me. She was behaving like a devil in an angel form. I have never had such experience. The pieces that where exhibited were cool and marvellous but am really terrified to enter the showroom. I loved everything out there but I'll never step in anymore. U lost a customer because of this rude attitude.ull lose more if u continue this behaviour. Thank you..
