Arrival: Airport is small, but neat. Baggage handling was smooth. Lots of staff offering to help with luggage. Trolleys were available in abundance. Restroom is an area of improvement, for the number of toilets and equal number of staff. Departure: Yay. DigiYatra worked at the entry gate, but face recognition wasn't working( at least today), only QR code scanning worked. Bag scanning, check-in, security were a breeze through. Total number of gates are only 10. But neatly maintained. Number of shops are more than the number of gates😊 Drinking water fountains are available. Unlike the arrival, the toilets are clean, staff is very courteous in the departure side.

Coimbatore Airport is small but very clean and well-maintained. Security and check-in staff are polite and helpful. The airport is easy to navigate and not too crowded. Basic facilities like restrooms and seating are good. Food options are limited, but okay for short waits. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience every time I travel.

This is a compact airport situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach by any modes of transport. Although the exterior and drop-off area could benefit from more regular upkeep, the terminal itself is clean, organized, and air-conditioned. Thanks to its compact size, domestic travelers can move from the entrance to the gate in about ten minutes completing all procedures, a major plus when you’re short on time. A bit more attention to the grounds outside would elevate the overall experience, but for efficient regional travel, this airport gets the job done.

Comparatively very small airport. Some boarding gates are on ground floor and some on first. Lesser walking distance to go to boarding gates. Small but clean airport. Security check line is small and quick. Dedicated 6 gates for Digiyatra travelers. Coimbatore’s famous Desi Ghee sweet shop counters are available and quality of sweets is very good. Must try.

The only airport in this kongu mandalam. This is a small airport hence most of the planes from other countries don't come here , we've to get connecting flights. Overall neat and clean. Only one restaurant is available inside to eat. Should expand it to accommodate more planes and hotels.

We recently hosted our Mehendi cum Sangeet function at Dwarka Inn, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Spacious bungalow with spacious rooms. Good garden space. They have a pool as well although we didn’t use it.

From rooms to hall one has to take a circular route on either side as the hall meant for function is blocked by backdrops and decorations. Fit for small functions. Common Rest rooms to be periodically maintained. Only one Common rest room is made available.

Rooms are neat and clean, service is decent and friendly. Food comes from a restaurant which is right next to this hotel and is of a good quality. Very well maintained and a nice ambience. Worth the price. The only issue i faced was with the central air conditioner which was making a rattling noise all the time.

The hotel is in great location - very close to airport, KMCH and the Passport Seva office. The travelled from another city by bus and the hotel was easily accessible because it was just a minute walk from the KMCH bus stop. The hotel checkin was very quick. I reached the hotel after midnight and the front desk staff was waiting there and I didn't have to search or wake him up. The room was very clean with comfortable bed. The wifi and TV channels were good and all the essential items like bottles water, coffee materials, soap, shampoo, comb, etc were available as complimentary. I had a need to have my dress ironed the next day morning. I called the reception and they got my dress ironed very quickly at a very minimal price. The breakfast is not complimentary, but they do offer room service from the nearest vegetarian restaurant Anandaas at a reasonable price. I walked to the Anandaas restaurant (just 1 minute) instead of room service and the food in that restaurant was also very good. The hotel staff were also very friendly. While I was waiting for my cab after checking out, they offered me tea. The only complaint (if I have to write anything) is that my key card to the room was not working. But as soon as I informed the reception they had someone immediately open the door with an alternate key. The got the issue fixed with a replacement key card the next morning. I will recommend The Castello Residency to anyone who wants to have a hassle free stay near Airport, KMCH or Passport Seva Kendra.

I have stayed here so many times(before 2025). It was good before. But now a days I get this smoke(cigarette) smell in my room. And the room service asked me to adjust and dint even change the room. So I checked out at night 11pm and booked other Hotel .I won't recommend this to anyone especially to the one travelling with children and patients.

Worst experience ever had , rude customer service. After knowing that we are malayalees, and out of town , they started scaming us. They didn't acknowledge our online reservation through priceline instead we had to book another reservation which 600 rs more than online price. Also they asked 1500 rs extra for 2 hours late check out

In my overall travel experience and being in many hotel guest room, Castello will stay on top of the list as my favourite. The reason is simple as all the front desk executives & room service has been on their toe when I seek their service. Today was so impressive when I said I wanna pedestal sweep fan instead of the chilling Aircon they brought it in less than 5mins. The room is so spacious and tidy with wide window which I keep open through the night as this may not be possible in most of my other accommodations

Rooms were clean compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Since it's a newly built hotel. They don't have much room service. But there are many restaurants right outside the hotel.

"They didn't provide parking as claimed. During our last stay, we were told parking was shared with Sugam Hotels which is located in a nearby building,but parking located in ground floor of the comfort hotel Despite empty parking spaces, all customer cars were parked unsafely on the roadside. After contacting the booking media's customer care and arguing extensively, parking was finally arranged. I had a very bad experience from this hotel when I stay here. The management or receptionist didn’t know how to manage or deal with a customer. Very poor customer service. Not even satisfied with their attitude. The rooms and interiors are not maintained well. The rooms are still average. It is not worth with the amount given. The room service is also very poor. I called them 3-4 times and didn’t respond to the call. Also the wifi facility is not working. Overall I had a very bad and worst experience in this hotel.

Stayed here for a night, electricity went at 1am and never came back. We had requested for one hour room check out extension even though the hotel was completely empty they didn’t allow to extend. So we had to check out at 8am. Uncle at reception was good. But I will not be going back to this place. Place is under renovation so things may change. Location is good located at RS puram.

We didn't stay there, but had the unfortunate experience of eating food from their restaurant which left our family with food poisoning! The plates and spoons were unclean though they changed it when we complained, so the experience started on a bad note and to add to that, the food was bad. Earlier it used to be good and that's why we went there, but I think the management has changed now. Please stay away from eating there

Visited here for the candle light concert Likes 1. The property is beautiful and spacious. Very old charm to it. 2. Decent parking area to accommodate at least 40 cars . 3. The auditorium was well lit and ventilated. Even though it was a full house the temperature was comfortable. 4. The entire space was very clean and had a fresh scent, despite having a show earlier and was scheduled to have one after the 7 pm one. Dislikes 1. The sinage to the place needs to be placed strategically for people to notice it. If missed, one will need to take a U turn at KMCH head all the way to Jennys for another U turn and the reach here.

They had various collections of art, and all the paintings were so beautiful, especially the ground-floor paintings, I was accompanied by one of their employees and he explained most of the paintings and the stories behind them and it was very helpful to understand them better. They also had textile-related evolution scenes. Photography was not allowed. It was all clean and well-maintained.

This is a less known treasure with an eclectic collection of art and industrial exhibits. The exhibits could do with some explanatory depth and perhaps some of the prints of well known paintings could make way for original works. Closed for lunch between 1 and 2 pm.

This museum has many valuable art works , but most of them have no enough explanation which make stranger towards feels like boring. The museum also lack proper guide to explain history of everything. The textile history is explained over it's machineries. Don't expect any sort of variety of textile to be exhibited there. I went to this hotel for having my dinner where I was shocked upon checking the bill amount. I have charged extra amount for the juices and Water bottle that I got. For coconata orange juice which is 40 as per MRP, Kinley water bottle which 20 as per MRP and Fanta Tin can which is 40 as per MRP but they have charged 45, 28, 47 for all these items. When I checked they said it is tax but tax is mentioned separately.

I checked restaurant today and ordered for chicken 65 and three porotta. I never eat such a worst food in my life. Street foods are better than chicken 65 there.

There are few statues and monument present but they are maintained. Nothing to do in the park.. Would not recommend to bring kids here as there are no playing area.

The VOC park has been a top spot for kids earlier. The zoo is no more available but the parks are now well maintained than earlier. Also there are a few spots to take some good pics.. you can able to see many bats in the trees inside the park. Also the best thing now is ,the double decker bus is available for free for the next 2 weeks which starts in this VOC park.

It's Good to have parks in the Center part of the city , But when we visited its not maintained well, The place is really big and Temple and mosque inside it are unique things , but when come to cleanliness it's not upto the standards. Under the Smart City project, it can be rejuvenated with some unique features similar to Chennai smart city parks it becomes a happening place even more people will use it wisely

The zoo is closed...the park is renovated with some fountains,dinosaur statues,chRminar type building..crowded..not neat..people should not throw waste like this and spoil. Not much entertainment. U can see the play area on the other side which is paid I guess.many shops are there

It's a small zoo but good to visit. Saw one of the most beautiful peacocks and pelicans from very close distance. They are the main attractions as not many wild animals, apart from crocodiles, snakes & jackal. Place is full of bats hanging from trees above.

I am visiting this zoo every year since 2012. I see that the no of animals in the zoo are gradually reduced except crocodile and snakes. Very poor maintenance. It is surprisingly seen that the entry fee is still Rs.3/- only. There was a proposal to shift this zoo out of city limit for space problem of animals/birds maintained here as well as GoI's new instructions for Zoo. Half an hour to one hr u can spend there. Children will enjoy the animals and birds over there. And also it is a fact that animals and birds have to be there in its own habitats.

The traditional South Indian fare like idli, pongal, dosa, and idiappam with coconut milk, alongside three types of chutney, two types of puri, and parathas, were all delicious and testament to the quality of the food. Great service and everyone was very nice. The chef even made separate Jain food for my friend. The rooms were clean. The only thing i will say is that the pillow was not comfortable and the mattress is little bouncy so if you can sleep on the mattress then amazing.

We had a delightful team lunch here. The ambience was very pleasant and the food was super good. Mutton satti soru, karupatti gulab jamun, egg kothu parotta are must try. They had a great service and food arrived on time. Overall worth visiting again.

Food at the restaurant is great. But the service at the reception is not. It needs lot of improvement. I booked my hotel on 22nd August. Reached at 7pm. Made to wait for 40 mins to allocate a room. They were just mentioning that previous guest has checked out late. I fail to understand how come a guest over stays for 7 hours. The hotel is just bothered about business. Customer service is their last priority.

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay at when your away from home. Neat clean and good service. Location is great and the lavish parking lot makes you want to come again here without a second thought. Breakfast area and food is also good. I would definitely recommend this place. I stayed at Crystal Lake Suites from July 31 to August 4 and had a pleasant experience overall. The room service was prompt and courteous throughout the stay. The cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas was well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The food quality was also quite good, with a decent variety and taste. The staff were polite and helpful whenever needed. Overall, a comfortable and neat place to stay. Would recommend for those looking for a peaceful and well-managed hotel experience.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The lake beside with migratory birds is a beauty to behold from the dining hall! Breakfast is premium! Their platter is awesome and the taste is delicious. Many varieties of dosai and eggs made your way! Highly recommend this place!

Value for money. Staffs are courteous and good service. Room is clean. Toiletries are complementary. They will provide dental kit on request. Hot water is available in the bathroom tap. Complementary breakfast has South Indian food mostly. The number of options are good enough for the money they charge. The breakfast is served at the roof top where we have a nice view of the nearby lake.

This property is a apartment building converted into a hotel.It does not match parameters of a suites.Toilets were dirty & had to call them for clean up.we booked for 3 days but had to vacate after a single night.Singanallur lake which can be seen from the property is dirty & not scenic. Service is apathetic.Asked for coffee in the morning it took so much time but it never arrived. Don't go by the reviews & pictures posted in make my trip or on google. Not a luxury. Rooms doesn't have basic amenities of a hotel-a hot water kettle,no tea coffee Overall a sleazy property.

Worst service, phone not working inspite of repeated requests and have to order the food from outside since you cannot go won stair at the reception everything to get even small things. No room cleaning done, during the stay and they dint even provided the drinking water and supplies which should have been done during cleaning. Washroom has no exhaust fan and it gets smelly and suffocating while using it. Pillows were having stains on them. Hotel and location are good but the service staff is worst especially the manager at the front desk who appears to evasive and not seem interested in his job and he even dint bothered to get the room cleaned while i went outside and gave the key card to fix the phone and get the room cleaned. Overall stay was bad and won't recommend the hotel due to its service which Management should take care.

I would not recommend this hotel. Literally a cockroach welcomed me when I opened the room door and it was also on the toilets which was disgusting. Disappointing Experience My recent stay at SBS Grand Hotel was a letdown. Several issues marred my experience, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed. 1. Overcooked Dosa: The breakfast dosa was severely overcooked and completely unappetizing. Given the importance of breakfast in setting a positive tone for the day, this was a significant disappointment. 2. Unhygienic Beds: The beds were itchy and didn't appear clean, which was not only uncomfortable but also concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any hotel, and SBS Grand fell short. 3. Restaurant Closure: The restaurant closed at 10 am, which seemed early for a hotel establishment. Despite requesting a complimentary breakfast, the staff couldn't accommodate my late wake-up time. This lack of flexibility was disappointing, especially considering the premium rates charged by the hotel. 4. Unprofessional Check-in: During check-in, the security guard asked me to get my car washed. When I declined, they inquired about my guest and then proceeded to wash the car anyway. However, the car wash service was subpar, leaving streaks on the windshield that obstructed my view. This unnecessary and poorly executed service added to my growing list of grievances. Given the high rates, I expected exceptional service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Unfortunately, SBS Grand Hotel failed to meet these basic expectations. The cumulative effect of these issues significantly impacted my overall experience, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return. I would never recommend SBS Grand Hotel to anyone due to its subpar service, cleanliness issues, and unprofessional staff. Potential guests deserve better options that prioritize their comfort and satisfaction.

Present in a prime shopping location and has car parking facility. Rooms were neat and clean. Windows had mosquito net fittings. Rooms were equipped with TV, kettle, fridge and centralised AC. Bathroom was also well maintained and hot water was available for bathing. We needed fever medicine in middle of night and room service provided us without any delay. Complimentary breakfast was decent and everyone working there showed good attitude. We had a pleasant stay and we had no complaints.

My recent stay at Hotel Le Grand was extremely disappointing. From the outset, the receptionist’s behavior was unprofessional and discourteous, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the guest experience.

Stayed at SK Residency, Coimbatore for a day during my visit. The hotel offers car parking, which was the main reason I chose this property. Although the parking space is limited, I managed to find a good spot. Overall, the hotel appears decent, clean, and well-maintained. Positives: • The bedsheets and bed were clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. • The room, though not very spacious, is adequate for two people. • Basic amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and hot water were functional. • The room was quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Negatives: • I spotted two cockroaches in the room, indicating hygiene could be improved. • There’s no in-house restaurant, so you’ll need to step out to order food. • Even basic provisions like a water bottle weren’t provided. Guests are expected to fetch RO water from the ground floor. At least one complimentary water bottle should be included. • No dental kit, and the toiletries provided were very basic (just a small shampoo sachet and one soap). No shower gel or kettle was available. • The telephone in the room wasn’t working, though this wasn’t a major issue. • The closet’s position was uncomfortable due to poor plumbing work. Pricing Concern: The primary reason for my 2-star rating is the price. At ₹1,800 per night, the room feels overpriced. Based on the amenities and overall experience, it’s more on par with budget stays like OYO, where ₹1,000–₹1,100 would have been a reasonable price point. Conclusion: While the hotel is decent for a short stay, the value for money isn’t justified at the current pricing. Its a normal hotel, rooms were clean. Location great. Don't expect much. They just provide water 1 litre. After that u have to buy from reception. No tea kit. No brush and toothpaste. No breakfast facility. Just room. So i think cost is little high just for room and ac.

Purely budget hotel for traveller's to Coimbatore and accessible to all the places around. The room is adequate as well as clean. The Service is very good. They don't have restaurant facility but will get food from outside. Either you have to rely on inhouse water for drinking or they will buy you bottled water.Ample car parking available. Sandwiched between Gandhipuram Bus stop and Ram Nagar. Approach road will always be full of traffic. Ample parking space. Cross cut road is just few mts away. They provide complimentary stay for drivers.

It's my 2nd stay here, 1st stay I have a good support from the front desk people's 5star for everything so I choosed again my stay, now it's not? I don't know it's management decisions or their own an example for the 2days business trip receptionist advice the nearest iron shop for ironing the shirt after continue follow up. don't expect the room service, This is my last stay in this hotel no proper response from the staffs, feeling worst and this is the bad experience in any of my stay at any hotels even they don't have the laundry bag to carry my dress to the iron shop. not expected.

I stayed at this lodge last week with family for two days. Clean toilets and spacious room enough for a family of four with good restaurant within the campus. Convenient check-in time and proximity to the Railway Station, very reasonable tariff, are the highlights of this budget lodge. I recommend families to venture into this lodge.

This is an amazing place to stay if you are in coimbatore near railway station. Rooms are super clean and the person who sits in reception is very good and humble. The best part of this place is,it has a hotel within the campus serving finger licking authentic south indian dish. It has also a small temple in the premise which is said to be from 1938. Most people come here offering bhog to God. Meal price can be from 80 rs to 140 rs per meal depending upon items you choose.Meals are unlimited and served in banana leaf. I being from north india, having to eat in banana leaf was very humble and unique experience. Would love to visit again.

Worst Experience in my life. I'm Regular Customer of Sibi Lodge (Booked room 4 times for my business purpose). Due to that old receptionist in this Lodge, I will never book this Lodge again & Really worried. Receptionist is not friendly and polite. He (Old Receptionist) show all his anger to the customers. He (Old Receptionist) treated me like an accused person. But, Manager & Stalin (Receptionist) are friendly & Really impressed the way Manager solved the problem.

Hot water didnot come inspite of draining a huge quantity, but they provided heater coil. For 2 occupsnts, they provided just 1 towel only. The lift landing is designed very badly. Even if you go by lift you have either climb up or down atleast 6 steps as lift stops in the middle of 2 floors. Not stopping st the floor level. Phone did not work. Towel was greyish not looking very hygenic

Terrible experience with FabHotels and ESS Paradise. Worst management and zero coordination between the booking officer and the hotel. I paid for early check-in, but the property manager refused to provide the room. Calls and messages to the booking team went unanswered, leaving me stranded. Had to book another hotel at my own expense.

Just opposite to railway station. Restaurant outside is open from morning 3;30am to 1am. Rooms are awesome, with central AC. Prices are reasonably good compared to online booking. I had a little bit of an issue in service, the way Mr Mohnis the reception guy handled it I loved it, he gave proper attention to the queries. If you get room available, then highly recommended to stay.

Best part is the location. It is just opposite the station. Polite staff and good restaurant. The puttu and kadala curry in the evenings is excellent Building is a bit old and has wear and tear but it's proximity to the station and restaurants makes it a big plus

I had ghee roast.while ordering I overheard them telling another customer it was last one left.i guess the ghee roast that gave me was not fresh.I had to go toilet immediately. Later when I reached home situation got bad I was admitted in hospital for 6 days and got discharged only today.Im not sure if it's that food there but since I had immediate reaction I assume it is and I'm giving a negative review.Pls don't do this to your customers.This was my first time ever in coimbatore.

The rooms were good. The location is exactly opposite the railway station. It has a Grand restaurant and snacks are available easily.

Don't waste your money. We stayed in skylite hotel for couple of days as we dint get any hotels nearby .first of all I am not satisfied with their price they charged it's too high for that place compared to other good rated hotels or home stays in Coimbatore. They placed spring bed and that too not comfortable to sleep . Drinking Water not provided inside the room. Hard Water in bathroom and salt water in washbasin. And mainly the floor was untidy and sticky so we were wearing slippers all the time inside the room and there is no proper ventilation. Please don't stay with kids. Please keep this place as last option.

It’s walkable from the airport. So fr red eye flights it’s the best place location wise else there is Marriott if one wants to splurge. Basic amenities are available. Staff is cooperative. However there’s no kitchen so no tea or kettle in the room. There are places nearby outside. Cannot stay here with kids , room does not hv space to move. Hope that helps!

Absolutely not worth the price! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive is its proximity to Coimbatore airport. Everything else is bad, especially the cleanliness of the rooms! Absolutely not worth the INR 2.5K we paid to stay here for 1 night. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at about 9.30PM at night. Apart from asking for my ID proof, I was also asked to share on whatsapp, a soft-copy of our marriage certificate! Not sure what would have happened if I hadn't carried it with me (apparently it is hotel policy to ask for marriage proof if you are travelling with a partner). The first 2 rooms we were sent to had multiple cockroaches running around the mattress and on the bed. When we pointed this out, we were told with a straight face that we would be given another room. No apology was thought necessary. Thankfully the 3rd room didn't have any pests running around and we took it. The room was small, congested and had an overall icky feel to it. AC worked fine. Cheap, small soaps in the bathroom. The kettle in the room was dirty and unusable. When we asked if dinner could be arranged, we were told it had to be ordered from this place called Star Biryani. Having seen the state of the hotel, we decided against it and just ordered from a McDonald's close by. The free breakfast the next morning was also atrocious with cheap quality food and plastic plates/ spoons, etc. Overall a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

This hotel was very bad. The service was also bad. When I tried to book the hotel multiple people contacted me from different numbers. The price offered differed and were not transparent. The rooms were dirty, AC's not working. They got us 1000rs in advance but refused to refund the amount because we refused to stay at the hotel. The reason we refused to stay at the hotel was because it was dirty, stinking and acs not working. I am not sure how they have 4.3 stars rating. Not sure if the reviews are genuine. If you look at the 5 star reviewers, most of them have reviewed only this property with no other reviews. This place is bullshit and a scam

Rooms are good. Did not enjoy their services. Was charged a bit higher than usual. Had to inform several times that the payment was made in advance, had to ask for room essential more than once and documents had to be shared more than once. Overall, I would not go there again due their poor service after charging a hefty sum.

Had very bad experience. They collect full amount before a month and they dont bother our request.Booked for my son's wedding. Room , bed and bath room were very dirty and had a foul smell. My relatives were allocated rooms due to the very bad room condition they checked out with out informing us. We felt very bad.

Don't go by the reviews here. The hotel is in absolute tatters. Bedsheets torn, rusty pipes, broken doors etc. For the price they charge you expect it to be a lot more but they failed even in the basic. The location is also a little away from the main road into a secluded area with nothing much around other than stray dogs.

We recently stayed at athithi inn for two nights, booking three rooms and requesting early check-in since we traveled overnight. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we were informed that only one room was available despite our early check-in request. We were told the remaining two rooms would be ready by noon. This resulted in all of us waiting in a single room, with some colleagues having to sleep on the sofa due to exhaustion. When we followed up after 1 PM, only then were we provided the additional rooms. The delay and lack of communication were disappointing, and the overall service fell short of our expectations. While the hotel itself has potential, the handling of our check-in was poor and added unnecessary stress to our stay.

Although others have rated this high, our experience wasn't that great. This is a standalone building away from the city, location is not that great, but rated high on makemytrip and Google. Lobby is very small and can't host many guests at the same time, parking is also small one. For our stay, we didn't have hot water until afternoon, after complaining multiple times. We booked and paid for 3 per room, but the extra bed was charged extra. Bathroom didn't have soap/shampoo and we had to ask for a refill. No food options unless you order online Positives are good spacious bathroom and cost effective stay. The caretaker is a good man, very helpful and we found him feeding stray animals like dogs/cows regularly Overall this is a nice hotel for short 1-2 or 3 days of stay

I checked in 23rd late night, wanted to provide feedback so that other bookers of this place will think twice before booking. 1. No hot water available in the morning, despite talking to them and they confirming that they put on the heater switch in the morning 6.30am. At 8,00 am also no running hot water available. 2. wi-fi signal gets connected, but speed so bad that it cannot be used and you have to rely on your own data connectivity. 3. will provide more review as will be staying for few days more.. This is the level of service for a group booking done for 15 rooms of their 30 rooms. 4. will update in the coming days before changing to another hotel.

Wrost experience in this hotel room not maintained well

Had horrible experience..After repeated requests and advance intimation they gave rooms full of cockroaches.. The wardrobes were dirty and smelling..Hot water was not available next morning..Service is horrible...I called many times to speak to the Manager/ Owner..but the receptionist refused to share Mangers number or connect to him. I left many messages for owner, and he didn't respond..very bad maintenance and service which probably owner is not aware of. Had to cut a sorry figure in front of my guests. Think twice before booking..!!

Hopeless service. Inadequate car parking capacity ( max 5 cars ). Else we need to park our cars outside. As soon as you enter the reception, you will be welcomed with horrible cigarate smell coming out of the bar which is in between the restaurant and reception. Complimentary breakfast is useless. Almost all the items were ice cold and inedible. Food options were limited but i certainly don't recommend them. Rooms were not properly maintained. Rest room doors doesn't have proper lock. 50%of the lights were non-functional. Cleanliness is certainly out of syllabus. Don't expect hot water for bath. Water gets stagnant in the rest rooms. They are not getting drained. We need to push them manually. Overall, this place is not recommended for family, it's terrible. May be ideal for business travellers if they don't mind any of the above points.

Employees weren't interested in serving. At 10PM they informed me about the kitchen was closed. By 10:30 PM no more order. By 10:50, they asked us to leave. They said this was imposed by the manager. Dear owner, please validate and if it's not your hotel policy, please change your unmotivated employee.

Recently stayed at this hotel with my family. It is located in a prime location at the heart of the city. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant (Anandhaas) next to the hotel and food is excellent. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Coimbatore and looking for a safe and clean place to stay.

Three times stayed in this hotel. Compare to earlier now process is very hight and according to price enhancement there is not additional services. Check in time very bad after 12 noon and before 11am, just like online booking they made a policy. Service is very poor, out of three times not a single time, I get bill while check out. Every time one message server is down and we will share bill through WhatsApp or email but no result. Breakfast is complementary after taking coupon, when we go to hotel for breakfast we consider as a last compare to all other people who come for regular breakfast. Because of complementary priority not given i believe. If we stay for more than one day for room service we have to request and toiletries not providing also not providing tea and milk powder. Cleaning of restroom and use of disinfect is not in practice. Few staffs are having a habit to ask advance payment everyday. Never ever seen such practices. This time I went with my family and for business trip I went out of station for two days, one gentleman in reception everyday was asking advance payment to my family and also was asking how many days will you start where as my booking was for 4 nights. Like last time this time also bill not received coz server is busy. Inside the room one refrigerator is available but it is our of order. Overal experience is not attractive bery bad.

We stayed here for a wedding in the family for a night. It's a good place. The room was clean. The location was good. Basic coffee/ tea and kettle with drinking water were available. But they must provide a carpet outside the washrooms and a bucket and mug in the washroom for convenience.

Its okay for a quick stay. Clean rooms. Utilities were a little out of order. Good staff at the front end. No restaurant. Food is served around 830am. Its location is super convenient for train travellers and bang in the middle of RS Puram shopping zone. Good veg hotels nearby.

Me and my cousins stayed there for one day .. 2 rooms.. we asked for inter connecting rooms.. they promised that at the time of booking but failed to keep the promise.. room was worth for the rate... bcos ..rate for 2 rooms was reasonable.. but horrible service... one of the room boy where behaving very rude and unprofessional.. so giving only 2 star..bcos serving a customer nicely is the most important thing..

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. Despite not having breakfast included, the nearby eateries and cafes offered plenty of delicious options. Overall, Hotel Krish Inn provided excellent service and a very comfortable stay. One of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The room looked nothing like the photos online—walls were stained, the bed linen felt unwashed, and there was a musty smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was worse—leaky faucets, poor drainage, and no hot water. Towels provided were old and rough. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, housekeeping never showed up. The AC barely worked, making the stay even more uncomfortable. The only positive was the location, but that doesn’t make up for such poor service and cleanliness. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend unless they seriously upgrade their standards.

The room was okay. They charge 1600 for 2 adults. The rest room was neat and clean. The bed and pillow are neat and clean. They gave a two bedsheet which was torn. Ac is working average. The water heater is not working properly. I think the room was worth it for money. It located near gandhipuram bus stand.

The location is fine but the service is not up to mark. The rooms were average, the room service was very bad. Have to call multiple times for complementary water and towels. The TV was not working, was asked to cast out the phone with the TV to watch only YouTube. But the wifi was very very slow.. The front desk was not welcoming. 1900 for a single night is not worth spending here..

Located on the Thadagam road very close to the milk company signal. Has ample car parking. The rooms and washrooms are clean. Best part is they have 24 hours checkin and checkout too. I called and enquired before booking however it was only available for bookings directly done with them which wasn't informed during the call and I had already booked on MMT. Finally they offered early checkin around 11 against standard 12 checkin. Value for money and suited for families too if you are looking for a stay around RS Puram and surrounding areas Why not 5 rating - towels were sort of dirty and had to be changed even then they were washed but brown in color - AC doesn't work at all. Tried setting it at 24 for a couple of hours and brought it down till 16 but nope. Nothing worked. They offered to change room but then almost same in all the rooms. So ended up paying for AC room but stayed in non AC only so be prepared for this incase you wish to stay

Nice spacious rooms. Friendly staff. The vegetarian restaurant at the top (Bell Pepper) is good. They serve freshly cooked food and the service is great. P.S: Some construction is going on in front of the hotel, so the parking is unavailable currently. But they do have cameras and 24*7 security.

It is a neat and spacious room. Room services were good with complimentary breakfast. My kids enjoyed the stay, and had a problem with the hot water flow, other than that stay was very calm.

We booked hall for function and took all the 14 rooms available in the complex. 3 months before we booked on that time they mentioned 1 amount after our function time they increased all the room amounts, lot of hidden charges no adjustments in management very very rude in talking not even single adjustment we fed up with very bad for decoration they are only giving 1.5 hrs time, for every gas stoves only for space they are charging 850 rs rent not gas , cleaning charges also they bought but they are asking to clean the premises over cost compartive to all other manadapams in and around ram nagar area . We paid for only morning 5 to 2pm function hall and rooms and gas stove place rent 76000 rs not worth for money Mr. Mani and Mr.Lakshmanan before 2 itself starting to switch off the lights and fans not even asking with us worst behaviour. Felt very very very extreme level of bad .

Since I was looking for a budget place, thought this will be average, however to my surprise the rooms are well maintained, super clean with dust free..super neat and accessible to the main bus stand Love to stay here again and i strongly recommend

If you are looking for budget friendly and not expecting premium services, then it will suit your needs for one day stay as it is located in Gandipuram, where you can travel to different parts of Coimbatore from here.. For family, I wouldn't recommend it as it is not children friendly..

Disappointing Stay I was really disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The customer service was subpar, especially the receptionist, who had a poor attitude and didn’t seem interested in assisting guests. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and didn’t work properly, which was frustrating. The room, despite being an AC room, had a non-functioning TV. Additionally, the water quality was poor—it was hard and unpleasant. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on these issues.

I had the unfortunate experience of attempting to stay at KV Residency, and I must say, it was a complete disaster from the very beginning. I booked a room online, thinking it would streamline the process and ensure a smooth check-in. Little did I know, I was in for a nightmarish encounter with the hotel staff. Upon arriving at KV Residency, I confidently presented my online booking confirmation, expecting a quick check-in. However, the receptionist shockingly denied having any record of my reservation. I showed them my confirmation email, but they insisted that their system showed no trace of my booking. The incompetence and lack of professionalism were staggering. Instead of offering a solution or investigating the issue, the staff simply shrugged their shoulders and said, "Sorry, we can't find your reservation. Maybe try another hotel." I was left dumbfounded and stranded, wondering how a hotel of such supposed stature could mishandle a basic online booking. The staff's dismissive attitude was not only infuriating but also disrespectful to a paying customer. Attempting to salvage the situation, I asked if there were any available rooms, even if not the one I had booked. To my surprise, they claimed the hotel was fully booked, leaving me skeptical given the numerous empty seats in the lobby. The blatant disregard for customer service at KV Residency was appalling. I was essentially turned away without any effort to rectify the situation or accommodate my needs. The lack of empathy and accountability displayed by the staff tarnished the reputation of what could have been a decent hotel. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking a room at KV Residency, as their staff seems more interested in turning away guests than providing the service they promise. Save yourself the frustration and opt for a hotel that values its customers and honors online reservations.

Lovable stay. Neat and cleaned rooms, staffs are very good charactors and good helping mentality people and good advices for our tour programs. Locations are very good and very neat and safe for stay with family. If we booked room in advance, staffs cordinate with us and monitoring to reach there in safe. It is a nice place for a business travel not suitable for vacation. They don’t have a in-house restaurant and there is no one available to deliver food too. Front desk executives are super helpful. It would be nice if you can atleast serve coffee or tea for the guests during arrival. Room are compact and perfect for business travel.

For the budget I paid this room is ok and this is a Non AC room. Clean & neat room. Pretty hot in the night. Better to take AC room. Limited car parking. Room service may or may not be there. Nearby restaurants are walkable. Complimentary breakfast is not available. Overall, good for quick or short visit stay and the charges are comparably low.

#CONS# They'll take atleast one day rent in advance even without showing the rooms. They'll term the folding mattress a folding single bed. (Specially if you are 3 adults & need 1 more single bed in addition to a double bed.) They'll say they are providing it free of cost. And sadly you'll get to know all these creepy things after the hefty payment. There is a bar on one side of the hotel & if you get stucked in non AC rooms on weekends, then God save you. Don't ever try to take room on near side of the bar. Specially the non-AC rooms. Prefer that on far side. I would have given more stars if they had cleaned the room properly and prepared a clean bed with stain free bedsheets. But they provided washed bedsheets after 12 hrs of check-in.(after complaining 3rd time) Windows don't have wire mesh even for non-AC rooms. Only glass windows. Open : You'll die off mosquito. Close : You'll die off suffocation. Also they didn't have all room lights Serviceable. The faucet of toilet 🚽 was unserviceable (Since ages, i think). The bathroom mirror light was also removed. #PROS# Nearest to Gandhipuram bus stand. They allow anytime flexible check-in for 24 hrs cycle. They can allow 30-50 min extra time without any extra payments.

We booked a deluxe room for an hourly stay through make my trip... My views about the stay in Vinayaga by Poppys Coimbatore.. Pros: Walkable distance from Railway station. Location is very much accessible. Cons: Quality of the room is very worst. Bathroom was not cleaned. Bedspreads were dirty with lots of hair used by others.. Fused lights above the dressing mirror. Below average hotel to stay. Quality should be improved for the money they charge..

Very poor maintainance, toilet was so bad. This is not like earlier maintained by vaidurya. Towels are bad, overall housekeeping was bad. Totally upset

Towels are not clean. Average bedsheets Foot mat very poor, toilets are not clean. No service person. Intercom not working. Only AC was working . It wasn't like two years before. Very disappointing.

This is a very old hotel building and the room shows its age. Also poor housekeeping is evident with torn bedsheets, discolored toilet and floor. Only positive thing is that the hotel is at a walking distance to the railway station.

It used to be a good lodging house prior to 2019, pre covid. I checked in based on my previous experience. Now ownership changed. Rooms are shabby, sheets,towels were unclean and service unavailable. Had to leave for Marudhamalai at 6 am and informed the front desk about requirement of warm water by 5am. Never supplied. Had to take bath in cold water. Worst hotel, charged me Rs2200 plus tax but no receipt given as the computer was not working. Stayed there on Feb 23, 2024.

Room in general is nice and spacious. AC was cold enough TV has some tamil channels Bathroom is pathetic, looks like 20 years old! Need an upgrade. They charge a premium of Rs.2000 per night for AC rooms, if bathroom is in such a unclean and old state, then the price is not justifiable! Beware!!!... Can find better and new hotels in that same area with upgraded interiors!

Nice AC vegetarian hotel near railway station kumbakonam. Cost is little high. Taste was good. No Toilet facilities for people who come for dining alone. Suppose if we book a room there, no free breakfast provided. Packing charge is separate if we pack leftover food.

Firstly, Mr. Bala is a very pleasant individual when it comes to dealing with his customers; however, others exhibit rude behavior. I am completely dissatisfied with their services. Building a home for the middle class is a dream, yet they extract as much money from us as possible. Exercise caution when entering into agreements, and before signing any documents, ensure you read them thoroughly multiple times; do not place your trust in anyone.

Hasle free service provided by them,once you finalise the site,they will take care of everything for registration to patta change,easy approach people on my perspective.

Great location and the construction is top notch. The construction was completed in quick time in spite of unavailability of sand for some months. Deepak can be approached any time for any concerns and he was quick to respond.We have the option to customize our house plan according to our needs/budget and this is something that is different from others. I am lucky to have got a house in JRD Hill County.

House work was completed in less than a year and the team of JRD Realtorss did an excellent job with respect to timely updates and follow ups. The quality of construction is also very good. Deepak and Rajendran uncle had been very helpful in customizing our plan which also included some last minute changes. Overall very satisfied with their whole team, including the ever helpful supervisors and the workers!

This is a great place located in a peaceful residential area. Travelling to and from anywhere in ciimbatore is a breeze from this address. This is a cute little, comfortable house for families or group of friends to stay and explore👍

Our 2 week stay at Zuriel Suite was really good. The owner was very responsive to messages and calls. The housekeeping staff were always available and goes beyond their call of duty when it came to helping us.

Not very well maintained. Caretaker not very helpful. Not easy to locate ( inspite of Google map) and roads leading to this property is in a sad condition.

Simple place located in between villages. Clean stay with a nice family who runs it. They provide a gas stove and basic utensils so that you can cook stuff. Do not expect luxuries, it's not designed that way. There is no AC either. There are a handful of restaurants which deliver here through Zomato or swiggy. Very calm place. Suggested if you're looking for a stay away from city noise.

20 Km away from Isha yoga center. Nice place to stay with family. They have provided gas stove and some utensils too. Only one toilet in double bedroom house. Need to repair water taps.

Very poorly done! We got the possession in 2019 and it was half done and the painting is so poor that even now its dull interiors. The worse part it everyone were very slow and never responded to our calls. They do promises but never fulfilled any. Its very difficult to get the house completed!

We almost signed the dotted line with another builder but we knew something did not feel right. We decided to have one last visit to the impression display homes of JRD Lush villas and we met Dr.Rajendran . What impressed us the most was the fact that he was willing to listen to what we wanted in our home and tailor a plan to suit our needs. JRD and team provided some of the best customer service we have ever received and was very patient throughout the whole process. We couldn't have asked for a better start with impressions and Mr.Deepak rajendran is truly passionate in his role and outstanding in what he does.The very important about why we chose this project is the villa is completely solar powered and rain water harvesting system . Which makes sense of environmental benefits . Aye what else could impress us !! After we signed the contracts the pre-start was a breeze but once again impressions took it to the next level by providing us with constant correspondence on the build and updates on each stage. We did not have to chase them at any stage Mr.deepak rajendran responding to our emails and phone calls whenever needed. We moved into our property in September . The build quality has exceeded our expectations and the workman ship is outstanding. We have had no complaints whatsoever and we cant thank impressions enough. High way approach is at 200 meters and city within 10 mnts drive. I personally like it. Suitable for retired people and business men. Others need two/ four wheeler. Palakad( Kerala) is about 20 kms away.

The property is super nice and host is polite and helpful. Check in and check out was smoth and it's filled with all comforts one can expect in their own home and some more. It's very close to railway station too and the locality is amazing with greenery all around and nice cafes and eateries all around. The balcony gives a nice breeze which I loved. To sum up, this is my go to place in coimbatore as it is affordable and comfortable. I would recommend this property to all traveller's solo, family or friends

Let me first start with host. Arvind is a superb host. He never gets tired of helping every way possible. Sorry Arvind if i bothered you too much. The location of the house is not difficult to locate. The house is very much comfortable for a family to stay. The house needs a thorough dusting, when I shared this feedback, Arvind was very prompt to take note for corrective action, appreciated. There are not many food joints closeby but swiggy and Zomato were prompt in service. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.

Very safe and great place to stay, specially for girls/family. Spacious rooms and hall. Very good hospitality from the host. The area was calm and very decent. And yea, the house was clean and felt like home away from home. We enjoyed cooking over there as I was scared to give outside food for my kid. Arvind helped us with every information we wanted about things around. I should say he gave us a free consultation about coimbatore and around! Overall, worth for the money!

My biggest disappointment is this: PPH Railotel is not the real name! The hotel's name is Vinayak (Thendral Bar). I don't know why it is being sold as PPH Railotel. Rooms are compact and barely fits 2. It is budget friendly though and the location is super perfect. If you are going by own car from railway station, take the longer route: Government Hospital ->Arts College Road-> Geetha Hall Road.
