Brookefields Mall is one of the best shopping spots in Coimbatore. It has a wide variety of shops, good food courts, and a clean, spacious interior with a modern look. The mall is well-maintained and comfortable for spending time with family or friends. Parking space is decent, though it can get crowded during peak hours. Overall, a great place for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Fazir S — Google review
Brookfields Mall in Coimbatore is one of the city's most popular shopping and entertainment destinations. I've got a detailed rating of this place below going throught all possible areas of approaches. Visited shops, checked peak hours, audience, parking space, aminities etc. 1. Ambience and Architecture Brookfields Mall has a modern and spacious design with a clean, well-organized layout. The mall is bright, with wide corridors and ample seating areas. It has an upscale yet comfortable vibe, which makes shopping and spending time there enjoyable. The mall has an elegant combination of both traditional and contemporary architectural styles, making it feel classy yet inviting. 2. Shopping Experience Variety of Stores: The mall is home to a wide range of stores that cater to various tastes and budgets. From global brands like Zara, H&M, Lifestyle, Levi's, and Hamleys, to local stores offering Indian fashion and accessories, you’ll find something for every shopper. It also has a mix of premium, mid-range, and budget-friendly outlets. Electronics and Accessories: For tech lovers, there are stores like Croma and Apple that cater to all your electronic needs. 3. Food Court and Dining Brookfields Mall boasts an extensive food court with an impressive variety of cuisines. You can find everything from fast food chains to more refined dining options. Popular names like KFC, McDonald's, Chai Wala (for tea lovers), and Gongura (for regional delicacies) are available. It also offers some nice sit-down restaurants like Barista, Tandoor, and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, if you prefer a more relaxed experience. There's also a good mix of South Indian, North Indian, and international flavors to keep your taste buds satisfied. 4. Entertainment The mall features a multiplex cinema (PVR Cinemas), which makes it a great spot for moviegoers. The movie hall is equipped with comfortable seating, decent sound quality, and good screen clarity. This adds an entertainment factor to your visit beyond just shopping and eating. The mall regularly hosts events, promotions, and sales, making it a fun place to visit with family or friends. It's also a good spot to spend time with kids, as the Hamleys store and a few play zones can keep younger visitors entertained. 5. Customer Service The staff in the mall is generally friendly and helpful, though, as with any place, it can vary depending on the store. However, the security team and the mall management make efforts to maintain a safe and clean environment. There are ample parking facilities, and the valet service is a bonus if you prefer a hassle-free experience. 6. Location Brookfields Mall is situated on the busy Dr. Nanjappa Road, making it easy to access from most parts of Coimbatore. It's centrally located and close to important landmarks in the city. The mall itself is well-connected, making it a convenient stop whether you're driving or taking a cab. 7. Cleanliness and Maintenance One of the standout features of Brookfields Mall is its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The restrooms are kept clean, and the common areas are regularly sanitized. It’s definitely one of the better-maintained malls in Coimbatore. 8. Crowd and Timing Weekends can get crowded, especially during the evening. However, if you go during weekdays or early mornings, the mall tends to be quieter and more relaxing. Pros: Wide selection of stores, good for shopping, fashion, and electronics. Great variety in the food court and dining options. Clean and well-maintained with good security. Movie and entertainment options are an added perk. Central location with convenient access to parking. Cons: It can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends or during sales seasons. Some people might find the parking area a bit limited during peak hours. Overall Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) Brookfields Mall is an excellent option for shopping, dining, and entertainment in Coimbatore. Whether you're looking to shop for fashion, catch a movie, or have a nice meal, this mall has something for everyone

Brookefields Mall is one of the best places to hang out and shop in Coimbatore. The mall is less crowded, which makes it a comfortable and relaxing place to spend time without the usual rush. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a nice mix of stores for shopping, dining, and entertainment. We had a really nice time shopping here — there are plenty of good brand outlets and options for all kinds of shoppers. After shopping, we tried some fried chicken, which was delicious, and then headed to play VR games, which was super fun! The entertainment section has a few interesting activities that make the visit even more enjoyable. The food court also has a great variety of options, so you can grab anything from quick snacks to full meals depending on your mood. The overall ambiance of the mall is modern, spacious, and well-organized. If you’re looking for a peaceful shopping and leisure experience in Coimbatore, Brookefields Mall is definitely worth visiting. Perfect for families, couples, and friends alike!

Such a spacious place . Purified water they are offering. But the Toilets are not maintained properly. It makes people upset. At the same time there is no shade to sit on the gallery .

I had an Opportunity to visit here at my kid's School sports day event... Parking Space insufficient Toilet maintenance fairly good Seating area - Viewing angle is great, but only cement beds Still a lot can be improved regarding Viewing Gallery upgradation with Chairs, Refreshment Counters, Neat toilets etc
Veeraraghavan V — Google review
This is one of my favorite places to visit, but I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. There's currently very limited shade available for sitting, which can be challenging during sunny hours. Additionally, the single toilet facility was unfortunately unhygienic. Addressing these two points would significantly enhance the visitor experience at an otherwise wonderful spot.

Zoo
VOC Park and Zoo, also known as V.O.Chidambaranar Park, is a popular recreational destination in Coimbatore. It is frequented by locals for picnics and family outings. The park features a zoo with a variety of animals, including mammals, reptiles, and birds. Families can enjoy the children's play area, aquarium, and Jurassic Park section.
V O Chidambaranar Park and Zoo, popularly called VOC Park, is a compact zoological garden and amusement park in central Coimbatore, spanning about 4.5 acres . Established in 1965, it was managed by the municipal corporation and once housed roughly 500–890 animals, including birds, mammals, and reptiles . The park featured a children’s play area, aquarium, toy‑train, and a “Jurassic” dinosaur-themed section set within landscaped gardens . It also hosted fairs, cultural events and public celebrations on Republic and Independence Day, and contained over 200 tree species, including sandalwood . However, the zoo’s licence was cancelled by the Central Zoo Authority in January 2022, leading to its permanent closure and relocation of most animals to other state facilities. Plans are in progress to convert the premises into an aviary or bird‑park under municipal redevelopment efforts .

There are few statues and monument present but they are maintained. Nothing to do in the park.. Would not recommend to bring kids here as there are no playing area.
Sumithra J — Google review
The VOC park has been a top spot for kids earlier. The zoo is no more available but the parks are now well maintained than earlier. Also there are a few spots to take some good pics.. you can able to see many bats in the trees inside the park. Also the best thing now is ,the double decker bus is available for free for the next 2 weeks which starts in this VOC park.
Sasi K — Google review
It's Good to have parks in the Center part of the city , But when we visited its not maintained well, The place is really big and Temple and mosque inside it are unique things , but when come to cleanliness it's not upto the standards. Under the Smart City project, it can be rejuvenated with some unique features similar to Chennai smart city parks it becomes a happening place even more people will use it wisely
Gobi C — Google review
The zoo is closed...the park is renovated with some fountains, dinosaur statues,chRminar type building..crowded..not neat..people should not throw waste like this and spoil. Not much entertainment. U can see the play area on the other side which is paid I guess.many shops are there
Mohanapriya M — Google review
It's a small zoo but good to visit. Saw one of the most beautiful peacocks and pelicans from very close distance. They are the main attractions as not many wild animals, apart from crocodiles, snakes & jackal. Place is full of bats hanging from trees above.
Smita — Google review
Nice. But not maintained properly. It became so dull with some statue. But park was very big and good for walking. If they maintain well definitely it becomes popular.
Swetha — Google review
I am visiting this zoo every year since 2012. I see that the no of animals in the zoo are gradually reduced except crocodile and snakes. Very poor maintenance. It is surprisingly seen that the entry fee is still Rs.3/- only. There was a proposal to shift this zoo out of city limit for space problem of animals/birds maintained here as well as GoI's new instructions for Zoo. Half an hour to one hr u can spend there. Children will enjoy the animals and birds over there. And also it is a fact that animals and birds have to be there in its own habitats.

Sree Devi Textile is located in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. The owner of the shop is well known for his kind heartedness and generosity They are running the business for the four decades. The sarees section is really nice. Quality of the sarees is high and also the price is very reasonable. A variety of items are available. The staff members are very polite and render courtesy service. Though the restroom is maintained neatly, elders find it difficult to enter. The path leading to the restroom (near the genset) to be improved. .

Thanks the owner and staff for availing a wonderful shopping experience to us.

Not a baby friendly shop. Inspite of mentioning I had to carry the bag with baby products for my infant they locked the bag at the entrance and allowed us in for shopping. It's not practically possible to get the tag cut everytime in-order to feed the baby. I hope these kind of things change in the future 🙏 and the shops treat their customers with more courtesy and respect. The customer service at the clothing section was good and the collection was also good.
Vaishnavi — Google review
The saree collections are really impressive, with a wide variety and excellent designs. However, the store was quite crowded, and there was very limited space to move around comfortably. Apart from that, everything else was good, including the display and customer service.

Sri Devi Textiles in Gandhipuram is a long-standing clothing store in Coimbatore with a huge variety for all ages — kids, men, women. The store is especially well known for its silk sarees (Kanjeevaram, soft silk etc.), ethnic wear, casual collections, and festive-ready outfits. Customers praise the friendly, helpful staff, large choices, and good value for money, though at peak times the crowds can make the experience a bit overwhelming. If you’re looking for tradition, quality, and wide selection under one roof, it’s a solid destination.

Ungal Periyasamy in Chettinadu Idli Kadai is a popular street food stall known for its top-notch dosa and sevai varieties, especially those with butter. The beetroot dosa stands out for its vibrant color, while the mushroom dosa is praised for its flavorful stuffing. However, some customers found the garlic dosa lacking in garlic flavor and the tomato dosa to be primarily red in color.
Dosa and Sevai varities were top notch ! If you are ordering, order a variety which has butter. Even a plain butter dosa taste so good. Beetroot dosa was just the color I felt. Mushroom dosa had some good stuffings Garlic dosa didn't have much of garlic inside Tomato dosa was just the red color

Many Dosa varieties.., good taste. Sambar, coconut chutney, tomato chutney are very average. Sambar is not thick. Only pudhina chutney is good. I had paneer dosa, mushroom dosa, garlic dosa, channa and plain kalakki. Reasonable price...

Street food keeping it real !This stall is unmissable when you are walking in the area. There's always a noticeable crowd that waits for their egg based dishes. i had a very basic half cooked scrambled egg kind of a dish.

A really busy and crowded spot serving amazingly delicious dishes having multiple varieties of dosas, idlis, seva and omlettes to choose from. Butter paneer dosa, ada dosa, mutta seva, idli, omlette and poondu kalakki are few recommendable dishes. The road side vendor attracts both the common and elite crowds from the area. Sree Annapoorna Multicusine Resturant

Indian restaurant
Sree Annapoorna Multicusine Restaurant in Coimbatore is a century-old establishment serving up authentic South Indian cuisine. The restaurant offers crispy vadas and fluffy idlis from original family recipes, creating a delicious experience for visitors. Guests can enjoy traditional South Indian thali on banana leaves while being serenaded by classical music, immersing themselves in the heritage of tiffin places and comfort cuisine.
A good vegetarian restaurant with great vegetarian food. The options for food are good, quantity is adequate, and prices are affordable. There are multiple options such as North Indian, South Indian, fried rice, etc. There was a good selection of sweets, savouries and bakery products too. The seating and washroom were hygienic. There is sufficient parking space available near the restaurant. During peak hours, booking is recommended beforehand. The staff were courteous and quick in service. Overall, it is a good eatery for vegetarian options for groups of all sizes.
Mukesh N — Google review
This veg restaurant is definitely worth a try! I stopped by for breakfast and sampled their idly, vada, and tea. While the Sambar had an unusual sweetness that didn't quite work for me, the overall experience was solidly above average. The food was good, and the ample parking space was a bonus. It's not a standout, but it's a reliable option for a satisfying meal.
Linto J — Google review
Had breakfast from Annapoorna yesterday. Tried 1 ghee roast and 2 set poori masala, the food was good and tasty. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, which made it slightly disturbing. Service could also be improved a little. Overall, a good place for breakfast.Price is also reasonable.
Leo S — Google review
I visited this place with high expectations based on the reviews, but was quite disappointed. The place was overcrowded, and finding a seat was very difficult. I finally managed to get one and ordered Sambar Vada, but the vada was rubbery while the sambar was just average. The coffee was served without the right proportion of decoction, and when I asked for extra, it was brought after a long delay. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. 😞
Ramesh M — Google review
The food is average, it's just the hype. We ordered Rava dosa, Pongal and South Indian Parotha, all these food are average in taste. The restaurant doesn't have Parking space, you have to park the vehicle on street parking which is very difficult to get. Ambience is good.
Makarand S — Google review
Arrogant service, spoiled our special occassion dinner. All the excitement we had while entering the restaurant was gone, once the service guy showed his attitude and arrogance. We were two and after finding the seat, just casually explored how the other seat is. But the guy came for taking order, started dictating on where to sit. He was in no mood to listen what we were saying. You may have done a very good rebranding and marketing, but if you don't train your guys on how to behave, you will soon loose the excitement among your customers. FYI, the food you serve is not sooo special when compared to similar veg hotels in the town. The overhyped coffee and the pricey tea, served cold are no justification for the price you charge. It's just the hype that made the people to explore the restaurant. But that doesn't mean you can take us for granted.
Suresh C — Google review
Annapoorna is the pride of Coimbatore. No doubt in it. But it is pathetic that you are not serving the plates with banana leaf. Fresh Banana leaf provides a good aroma and healthy feel. I don't know how you are missing out on it. For morning breakfast, kesari or any other sweet is a must. But you are serving idly, pongal, dosa without a sweet. There is no onion, coriander, curry leaves in Medhu vada. Kindly make these small changes. Now a days Shree Anandaas and RHR are growing rapidly. I hope you do the changes, Thank you

City Fried Chicken, located in Hotel City Tower, is a popular spot for fried chicken enthusiasts. It offers a variety of options including burgers, wraps, and fries at affordable prices. Many visitors praise the consistent quality and taste of the food over the years. It's a favorite hangout for students and families alike, with some patrons preferring it over well-known fast-food chains. The fried chicken with garlic sauce is particularly beloved by long-time customers.
The best fried chicken you can ever eat. Me and my family forgot kfc long while ago maybe 10 years of relationship with cfc chicken.😋🤌

We had fired chicken combo from here, price wise the combo was very budget friendly and quantity wise also it is satisfying but taste wise it is not up to the level(below average) mainly there is no salt in the fired chicken masala. Even if they add at least a bit of salt, I think the taste of fried chicken will up, I wish related peoples/workers will try to sort out this issue.

Awesome place for the fried chicken lovers. Affordable price and tastie food while compared to other fried chicken giants like kfc , mc donalds. Most of the mallu students in coimbatore used to come this place. This place is always a hangout place whenever I am in Coimbatore. After ages I am visiting this place yesterday ( 13.03.2021), still the taste and quality of dish is consistent. I would say this place is must try place for Fried chicken or broasted chicken lovers in the coimbatore city. They have open air dinning space also in the city towers. Due to pandemic situation it is closed Their dinning space is limited and not ideal for a big family meals that is the only drawback i noticed in this place. After all this place is a gem for chicken lovers

I've eaten in Anjappar in Bangalore and i've gotta say this was the best food I've had and the way we were treated was fantastic. Dishes I had was Tandoori Chicken, Meals (specially the Rasam, it was the best i've had so far), Chicken Fried Rice (no complaints here as well) Mutton Biriyani (trust me when a muslim guy tells that the biriyani was awesome) & Parota. They had given ample gravy for everything.

Not worth at all.... Really poor quality... The butter chicken was like water and the quantity is the worst. I would never come to this place again. And I would highly recommend to not come in for food. The service was kinda okay comparatively although they brought another item instead of the ordered item. Had a really bad experience. But the place has got a good ambiance. So it's definitely a 1STAR for sure!

Once upon a time the food was very good and now the standard of service, hygiene, house keeping is very very poor. Even a dirty mask was on the sofa we sat. Very expensive food not worth the taste. Really filthy stinking bathrooms. During COVID it's a no no. Please avoid this joint. Seem to have international branches but I wonder how they run it

Good space to handle big crowds. Neat and clean. Highly priced. Not much options of vegetarians. Food Suggestions from staff really poor. Attitude of staff more like looting customer than giving tasty food suggestion. If staffs are trained to behave with more courtesy and love this branch of anjappar could service better!

Visiting the Adiyogi Shiva statue was a profound and breathtaking experience. The sight of the 112-foot Adiyogi standing tall against the Velliangiri hills fills you with awe and silence. The energy of the place is very calming — even amidst the crowd, there’s a deep stillness that naturally draws you inward. The area around the statue is clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by scenic greenery. The volunteers manage everything smoothly and guide visitors with genuine warmth. As the sun sets, the light and sound show transforms the space into something extraordinary — a mesmerizing blend of devotion, art, and technology that narrates the story of Adiyogi and the origins of yoga. We visited in the evening, and watching the lights play over the massive face of Shiva under the night sky was truly divine. It’s a place where spirituality meets serenity. Whether you go for meditation, reflection, or simply to admire the grandeur of the sculpture, Adiyogi leaves you with peace, inspiration, and a memorable sense of connection.

It is a profoundly a world-class spiritual center. The sheer presence of the statue and Dhyanalinga is awe-inspiring. I must commend the facilities management team—the entire campus is kept spotlessly clean, remarkably well-organized, and visitor flow is managed very efficiently. Five stars for the upkeep! My only suggestion is at improving visitor convenience: please prioritize online/UPI payment options for local transport services, specifically the battery or bullock cartsused in campus. Implementing cashless payments for these services would greatly enhance the modern visitor experience. Highly recommended!

The Adiyogi Shiva Statue in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is a towering spiritual landmark located at the Isha Yoga Center, nestled against the scenic backdrop of the Velliangiri Mountains. Recognized by the Guinness World Records as the world's "Largest Bust Sculpture," this magnificent structure stands at a height of 112 feet. Designed by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, the founder of the Isha Foundation, the statue is a powerful tribute to Shiva as the Adiyogi, or the first yogi, who is credited with giving the science of yoga to humanity. The height of 112 feet is deeply symbolic, representing the 112 ways Adiyogi expounded for human beings to attain moksha (liberation), which also corresponds to the 112 chakras, or energy centers, in the human system. Crafted from 500 tonnes of steel, the statue's serene yet commanding presence is meant to inspire people towards inner well-being and the transformative potential of yoga. It is not worshipped as a deity but serves as an iconic inspiration for self-transformation. The base of the statue houses the consecrated Yogeshwar Linga, adding to the spiritual energy of the space. Visitors can participate in meditation sessions and witness the spectacular "Adiyogi Divya Darshanam" 3D laser light and sound show, which narrates the story of Adiyogi. The entire complex is a globally popular destination that seamlessly blends architectural marvel with profound spiritual philosophy.

The Adiyogi area of Isha Yoga centre is about a km from parking area. This is a very impressive giant sized statue on a large platform. There is a Shiv Linga in the forecourt area of this statue where visitors can offer Jal abhishek amidst continuous chanting. A good arrangement ! But the walk from parking to the adi Yogi arena can be a challenging one for senior citizens & children during mornings & summer times as it's a wide open area without any trees/shade. So beware of this aspect & go prepared with sunglasses, Caps etc.

The statue is situated at the Isha Yoga Center, which offers a serene and peaceful environment for meditation and self-reflection. The best time to visit the Adiyogi statue is from October to February. One will feel a sense of peace and tranquility while visiting the statue. Especially the light show, do not miss it. The statue is an important spiritual center, attracting devotees from around the world, especially during the Mahashivratri festival. The entry to the Adiyogi statue is free of charge, and visitors can explore the premises without any restrictions.

Marudhamalai Murugan temple is a Hindu temple located on a hilltop at an elevation of 500 ft in the Western Ghats, about 15 km northwest of Coimbatore city. The temple offers an invigorating atmosphere and allows vehicles to pass through, with buses available for transportation to the top. Dedicated to Lord Muruga, it provides delightful facilities for visitors. Legend has it that the hill is a manifestation of Muruga and is surrounded by lush greenery.
A Peaceful and Stunning Experience at Marudhamalai Temple Visited Marudhamalai Temple and found it to be an incredibly peaceful and divine place, perfect for both devotees and tourists. The entire premises were well maintained, clean, and neatly arranged—credit goes to the temple authorities and the support of local people. We chose to walk up the steps to reach the temple, and although it was a long climb, the journey was worth every step. It became a beautiful experience, especially with my family. The sightseeing and the artistic wall paintings inside the temple were truly stunning—absolutely captivating. The vibrant colors and cultural richness made our visit feel very special. It was a colorful and spiritually uplifting day that we'll always remember.

A must visit temple that perfectly blends spirituality with the beauty of nature. You can either climb the 600+ steps or take the bus service available, but I highly recommend walking, it’s an excellent experience. Once you reach the top, you can truly witness the divine presence of Lord Murugan and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surroundings. If you are visiting Coimbatore, this temple is definitely not to be missed!

Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a spiritual break.

We will visit here atleast once in a month. You will find peace here. Situated in the hills, if you plan to visit the temple , and if you plan use the steps , you need to reach there before 5pm. Steps are closed after 5pm on all days due to elephants and chetah movement. Two wheelers or four wheelers are not allowed after 7 pm during weekdays and after 5 pm during weekends as well as festival seasons. Four wheelers are not allowed after 5 pm on any day. They have there own small buses carrying from hill bottom to top. But they too stop after 7 pm. Temple closes around 8 to 8.30 pm after Pooja's.

This temple is around 25 kilometres from Coimbatore, the entry fee to hill for car is 30 Rs. This place having limited car parking near the temple, so sometimes becomes difficult to get car parking here. There is a toilet facility there, the cleanliness is average. You have to climb few steps around 100 to reach the temple, there are two line for darshana one general darshana line and second one is special darshana line, the charges for special Darshana is 50 Rs. Per person. The temple situated at the foothills and surrounded by hills, it's a very spiritual experience to visit this temple. From the temple you can see bird view of Coimbatore city.
Makarand S — Google review
We visited the temple on a Friday. On that day, cars were not allowed to go up the hill due to the Krithigai festival, but vehicles with political flags were still permitted. If you are a common devotee, you’ll have to wait longer and face some struggle to get a darshan. Temple buses are available to take devotees up the hill near the temple, but you still need to climb a few steps to reach the main shrine. Senior citizens, patients, and differently-abled people find it difficult to manage this climb. Otherwise, the temple is clean and well-maintained, and some development work is in progress. It would be good if the Government or HR&CE department could improve facilities to help senior citizens and differently-abled devotees reach the temple more easily.

Went to this temple during my first visit to Coimbatore. This temple is located 15km from the main city of Coimbatore. The temple is at the base of the hills of western ghats. It is said to be over a 1000yrs old temple with visitors coming from all over India. I went on Friday evening, the experience of going to the temple was not pleasant as we had to wait at the foothills for more than 1 hrs just to go to the top of the hill. There are people manning the entrance of foothill with security. The stop vehicle movement and charge 20rs for parking. The foothills to the entrance closes at 7pm, even local bus service to the top closes at 7pm. Once you go to the hilltop, Darshan is available until 8:30pm. The place has not developed much. Lots of inconvenience for visitors. No proper parking, lack of basic amenities like public toilet, drinking water etc. Very limited shops near the temple. The only good thing is having darshan of Lord Murugan. We were lucky to see Abhishekam of Muruga as well at 8pm. Apart from that the place doesn't give a good temple atmosphere or a serene experience. Govt must take up the task of developing the place at foothills with hotels and shops for visitors. May be due to forest area and western ghats they might have restricted the development activities also. There are elephant movement at stairways when going towards the hilltop. Please be careful and do not litter the place. Try visiting during morning hours on weekdays for a better experience. Om Muruga. Vetrivel Muruganukku Arogara.

Sree Ayyappan Temple, located in the heart of Coimbatore, is a popular attraction for both tourists and locals. Its magnificent architecture and historical significance make it a must-visit destination. Often referred to as the Second Sabarimala Temple, it bears resemblance to the famous temple in Kerala. The temple does not require entry tickets for regular darshan, with special darshan tickets available at a nominal cost.
Had a wonderful darshan here. This temple is so good managing to do all pooja as similar to Kerala Ayyappan temple. This is being owned by them. We could have a good feel while being here. This is walkable in distance from Gandhipuram bus stand. Must visit.

The restaurant stands out for its authentic and original taste, with generous portions of food. It provides a unique dining experience focusing on traditional cooking methods. The menu includes a variety of non-vegetarian dishes such as butter chicken, mutton masala, and different gravies served with sides like veg poriyals and thovaial.
Beautiful Big breakfast spread in coimbatore. We did mutton head, mutton kaima (mince), mutton rakta (blood) poriyal, mutton Brain Fry, mutton chest bone, chicken pallipalayam, muttai kalakki with Paniyaram. Cannot get more of mutton here haha. I had three idly(₹18 each) ith kudal kulambu(₹240) and egg dosa with nenjuelumbu kulambu. The idly and kudal kulambu was good. With good kudal pieces the gravy was pretty flavorful. The egg dosa was also good to eat. Overall a pretty good experience. The price however for the quantity they offer is exorbitantly high. It very expensive in my opinion!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the flavors were rich and authentic. The porotta was soft and fluffy, and the idly was perfectly steamed and soft . The country chicken kulambu and chest born kolambu were flavorful and spicy, just the way I like it. The quantity of food was generous, and the prices were little bit expensive. The service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they made sure that our needs were met throughout the meal.

I arrived around 4 p.m., so as I suspected, the full meal options were no longer available. For main courses, the only choices were Mutton Biryani and Country Chicken Biryani. It was already late in the afternoon, so I decided to go with the Country Chicken Biryani. The biryani itself lacked flavor and didn't taste like the typical seeraga samba variety. However, there were a generous number of chicken pieces, including a leg piece. The chicken was fresh and tender. The biryani was served with two gravies and raita. I confirmed with the management that they cook broiler chicken biryani on random days." Biryani restaurant
Hotel Junior Kuppanna is a renowned family-run restaurant known for its fiery Chettinad curries and coconutty seafood biryanis. The bright interiors and extensive menu offer homestyle culinary treasures from Tamil kitchens, with skewers of prawns and chicken grilled to perfection. The place is always packed with foodies seeking the authentic taste of South Indian curries and Biryani in a warm and comfortable ambiance.
A Flavourful Experience Worth Repeating – Junior Kuppanna at its Best! Visited Junior Kuppanna, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore yesterday for both lunch and dinner, and I must say—it was an unforgettable culinary journey! The Mutton Biriyani was absolutely mouthwatering, cooked to perfection with tender pieces and rich, aromatic spices that left a lasting impression. The Chicken Special Curry was another highlight—perfectly spiced, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with the rice and parotta. Awesome mutton Nalli curry. A must tasted item. To top it off, I had their mind-blowing lime juice, which was just the right refreshment to balance the bold South Indian flavors. What made the experience even more special was the warm hospitality of the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and ensured that every moment spent at the restaurant was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Coimbatore, Junior Kuppanna at Ram Nagar is a must-try for any food lover. Superb food, great ambiance, and service that makes you feel at home—definitely coming back again!

I recently dined at Junior Kuppanna and the food was genuinely good, especially flavorful non‑vegetarian specialties that felt authentic and satisfying. The staff were really helpful, offering warm, attentive service and even bringing replacements when needed. The cost is bit high.

Ambiance is just ok. Nattu kozhi rasam 4.5/5 must try ₹40 Naadu chicken fry 3.5/5 ok ₹295 Plain briyani 4/5 is provided with egg ₹199 good food Veg fried rice 4/5 good ₹210 this for one person Mushroom 65 4/5 good ₹209 Omlet 3.5/5 ₹35 Major problem in here is they don’t provide everything when they serve. We have to ask for each and everything like, spoon for fried rice, spoon to serve item, raitha was not served, we have to wait for long to get it served and even pepper for omlet, before it comes the main item becomes cool down. Service should improve and they should know what all things to be served with the required food. Otherwise taste is good.

I am a vegetarian and asked by someone to join for dinner. Was making sure I was served with only VEG curry. Garlic gravy and butter gravy are veg curry offered here. While eating, found a chicken piece in the gravy. When asked they said the sometimes it gets mixed. Someone in kitchen might do that. Not satisfied with the answer. Its my fault choosing it. Stopped eating and writting the review. Veg eaters please beware.

If you're looking for a great dining experience in Coimbatore, Junior Kuppanna is a fantastic choice. The restaurant is well-known for its delicious and authentic Kongu Nadu and South Indian cuisine, making it a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Food: The food is the highlight of a visit to Junior Kuppanna. Their menu is extensive, but the biryanis are a must-try, especially the Mutton Biryani made with tender meat and aromatic seeraga samba rice. Other highly recommended dishes include the flavorful Chicken Pallipalayam, Mutton Nalli Fry, and the Aatukal Paya (goat leg stew), which pairs perfectly with their soft parottas. Every dish is prepared with rich, authentic spices that showcase the best of the region's culinary traditions. Service: The service at Junior Kuppanna is consistently excellent. The staff is known for being friendly, courteous, and attentive. They are quick to take orders and ensure that your food is served promptly, making for a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you can expect to be well taken care of. Location: Junior Kuppanna has several branches across Coimbatore, including popular areas like Peelamedu, Ram Nagar, and Singanallur. This makes it a convenient option no matter where you are in the city. The restaurants typically have a cozy and inviting ambiance, with comfortable seating that's perfect for a meal with family or friends. Many of the locations also have parking available, adding to the convenience. Overall Recommendation: I highly recommend Junior Kuppanna for anyone in Coimbatore looking for a memorable and authentic non-vegetarian meal. The combination of good food, great service, and convenient locations makes it a top choice. It's an ideal spot for a casual lunch, a family dinner, or a gathering with friends. You won't be disappointed!

Visitors often enjoy Kalan and dahi puri, but the Katchori chat has been stealing the show lately. It's a favorite spot for those looking to satisfy their evening cravings with delicious and flavorful chaat options.

Nice place to have chat. The taste and quality were both good and the food was authentic north Indian. Owner is very friendly guy and offers advice like if you take Bombay bhel as parcel it becomes soggy. I liked the honesty. Taste was similar to eating in Delhi or Bombay. The shop has been in coimbatore from 1987. Visited recently only and quite impressed. The shop is clean and tidy.you can park two wheelers but not 4 wheelers as it is a very busy road. Hindu temple
The Arulmigu Dhandayuthapani Swamy Temple, located in Palani, is a significant Hindu temple dating back to around 300 A.D. It is situated atop the Palani Hills and is considered one of the six sacred abodes of Lord Murugan. The temple attracts both locals and tourists due to its serene location at the foothills of the Western Ghats. Visitors can experience a peaceful atmosphere and witness Raja alangaram rituals in the evening.
I loved this temple just because of the Vibe it had within, Cleanliness of so many health workers, Accessibility within your proximities of Rope Car, Winch, Steps etc., Battery car operated arena to wherever you want to go and you pay nothing, Police / Temple Personnels who are always ready to guide you, Free Parking areas for vehicles, Zero pollution and you see only Battery vehicles once you enter the gates, Lots n lots of Shops only at designated places, Steps to reach to top with proper Toilet, Water, Resting facilities. I would keep on writing a lot more and was spellbound in the way the govt/officials maintaining this temple. Truly Hats-off worthy. Darshan you can choose with either Paid or Free with its own crowd. I would recommend to take the 'Steps' to reach the top instead of waiting for Rope car or Winch. You will be wasting time of easily 1-2 hrs just to reach Top / bottom if you use this due to the crowd. You have a total of some 600+ Steps and can be easily covered in 20-30 mins max. Sometimes they close the screen for darshan and you will end up waiting an additional 10-15 mins in the queue. Though it is acceptable we are left with no other option as all the pain will be gone once you see the Beautiful Murugar. I also went on an early morning walk along the Adivaram and the Kandha Sashti kavacham/Murugan songs made the time the Blissest of Bliss. Please do not miss if you have time in the morning for this refreshing walk and you will thank me later. A lot of Thanks to the Health workers who keep the premises as clean as possible. Please do not miss this temple visit and try to feel the freshness in the pollution free air. Absolute Divine it is !

This is my second visit to the Palani Murugan Temple, roughly ten years apart. A lot has changed since my last visit. Starting from the base, the temple is undergoing a beautification process. The compound has been neatly landscaped, and tiles have been laid along the road. The sides of the road have also been landscaping, and the trees now feature circular bases that enhance their appearance. We climbed the hill using the traditional path via the steps, where not much has changed. Significant changes are underway within the temple premises. The buildings surrounding the temple were originally constructed without much planning, but they are now being renovating to resemble traditional stone structures - a commendable move. With careful planning and a thoughtful redesign of the existing infrastructure to harmonize with traditional architecture, the transformation could be even more remarkable. They’ve added several drinking water facilities across the campus, which is a thoughtful addition. Some of our elderly relatives used the cable car, but it took them longer to reach the top compared to those who climbed the steps, likely due to long waiting times at the cable car station. Overall, the experience was fulfilling - I had ample time to see the Lord and offer my prayers, something I missed out on during my previous visit. I’m eager to return again in the future to see how the temple continues to evolve.

Palani Murugan Temple is one of the most revered pilgrimage sites dedicated to Lord Murugan. Situated atop a hill, the temple offers a spiritually uplifting experience along with stunning panoramic views. Devotees from across the country visit to seek blessings and take part in the sacred rituals. The temple’s architecture is magnificent, showcasing intricate carvings and traditional South Indian design. The atmosphere is filled with devotion, chants, and the fragrance of incense, creating a deeply peaceful and divine ambiance. Palani Murugan Temple stands as a symbol of faith, devotion, and timeless heritage. Kindly note that mobile phones are not allowed inside the temple premises and you can either keep it in your vehicle or keep that in the temple locker room.

A truly divine place and one of the most famous Arupadai Veedu temples — also my personal favourite Murugan temple. These days it’s quite crowded, especially for the rope car, winch train, and darshan. There are ₹10 and ₹100 counters, so plan in advance before you go. At the top of the hill, you can get free meals (Annadhanam) throughout the day — the food is simple and satisfying. Milk is also available for children, and drinking water facilities are provided. Accommodation: Devasthanam rooms are available but not bookable online. In my recommendation, try to prebook rooms through someone local in Palani to avoid last-minute issues. Travel Tips: The queue for rope car and winch train can take more than 2 hours, so if possible, go by walk — it takes less than an hour and is a peaceful experience. If you plan for darshan, the ₹100 counter is the best balance between time and convenience. Carry your own water bottles, as there are no shops on the hill path, but you can refill bottles at the top. Overall, a must-visit divine destination where devotion meets beautiful hill views. 🙏✨

Before going to Temple please be advised that many scams are there. We have separate footwear locker, mobile phone locker and cloak room in front of temple itself. If you wanna buy any offerings buy in front of temple itself. Many will try to get money from by saying things, please don’t listen and keep going forward. And there are many new rules, no retail shops inside temple, no mobile phone allowed it must be kept in locker, 5rupees per mobile. Apart from that all were Good, think I have covered most of the part.

Palani Murugan Temple is a very powerful and peaceful place. The hill view is beautiful, and the atmosphere is full of devotion. The rope car and winch make it easy to reach the top, and the temple is well organized. You can really feel Lord Murugan’s presence here. A must-visit spiritual place in Tamil Nadu!

The Arulmigu Dhandayudhapani Swamy Temple, perched atop the Sivagiri hill in Palani, Tamil Nadu, is one of the six revered abodes (Arupadai Veedu) of Lord Murugan (Kartikeya). This temple offers an experience that is as much a test of physical devotion (the climb) as it is a journey of spiritual introspection. The austere appearance of the presiding deity, who stands as a renunciate, encapsulates the powerful theme of sacrifice and wisdom that defines the site. The legend behind the Palani temple is one of divine frustration and ultimate realization, which gives the town its name. The celestial sage Narada once presented a unique fruit—the jnana Pazham (Fruit of Knowledge) to Lord Shiva at Mount Kailash. the fruit would be awarded to whichever of Lord Shiva’s two sons, Ganesha or Murugan, first circled the world three times. Lord Murugan, swift and eager, immediately set off on his mount, the peacock, to circumnavigate the universe. His elder brother, Lord Ganesha, however, used his wisdom. He simply walked around his divine parents, Shiva and Parvati, asserting that for him, his parents were the entire universe. Impressed by his insight, Shiva awarded Ganesha the fruit. When Murugan returned, exhausted from his global journey, he was furious to find the prize already given. Feeling betrayed, he renounced all his regal attire and riches, choosing to stand alone as a hermit, clad only in a loincloth and holding a staff (dandam). When his parents came to pacify him, Lord Shiva affectionately declared, "Pazham Nee!" meaning "You are the fruit of wisdom!". This phrase, changed over time, is believed to have given the place its name Palani. The main deity of the Palani temple is the central marvel. The idol of Lord Dhandayudhapani is believed to have been consecrated by the revered Siddhar Bhogar, who crafted it from Navapashanam—a unique amalgam of nine poisonous substances. When mixed in the correct, mystical ratio, these substances neutralize each other and form a potent, medicinal compound.

Temple management is worst, we waited for 2 hours in queue for rope car and winch, especially modern winch which cost 60rs has only 1 car operating making us wait for more than 3 hours. We finally decided to go by walk. Surprisingly it took us only 20 minutes to reach top. Someone should guide people to go by walk. After taking 30 steps from entrance take left it is wasy to walk. If you go straight there are steps, to avoid steps take left it is easy pathway and only takes 20 mins to top. Best way during weekdays or weekend anytime. Donot go for Rope car or winch, Totally waste of time for that. In the top take 10rs ticket in 10mins you will get darshana of lord muruga.

Waterfalls
Nestled in the Annaimalai Hills range, Kaviyaruvi Waterfalls (Monkey Falls) is a popular natural attraction near Aliyar Dam in Tamil Nadu. The picturesque multi-step waterfall offers visitors a refreshing escape amidst lush greenery, with pools for swimming and rocks for sunbathing. Accessible via a short trek from the parking area, it's an ideal spot for picnics, nature walks, and family outings.
It was a refreshing experience. Surrounded by the beautiful Anaimalai Hills, the place is full of greenery and peace. This waterfall is part of the Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary and has been a popular local spot for years. The water flows from around 60 feet and forms a nice natural pool at the bottom where people can enjoy a quick dip. The water was cool and clean, and the sound of the falls was so relaxing. The place is also home to many monkeys – fun to watch, but you have to be careful with your bags and snacks! There's a small parking area, and they have basic changing rooms, though it could be maintained better. One thing to note is that during weekends or holidays, it gets a bit crowded. I heard that in the older days, this was just a hidden local gem, but now it’s a known weekend escape for nearby towns. The entry fee is ₹30 per person, and the best time to visit is just after the monsoon, when the water is flowing beautifully. Overall, it’s a lovely nature spot to relax and unwind with friends or family. A peaceful and natural experience close to Coimbatore.

14 aug 25 - Monkey Falls is a refreshing gem nestled on the Pollachi–Valparai road, just a short drive from Aliyar Dam. The cascading water is crystal clear and cool — perfect for a quick dip or just dipping your feet in after a long ride. The sound of the falls surrounded by lush greenery makes it a calming and scenic spot for nature lovers. There’s a nominal entry fee(50) but if ur tnpl employee then you got free pass , their family gets offer (30), and the area is generally well-maintained, got dressing room for both genders. Just be cautious with your belongings — as the name suggests, curious monkeys might try to "borrow" your snacks! 🐒 Best time to visit is during or just after the monsoon, when the water flow is at its most beautiful. Ideal for a quick stopover on your way to Valparai or as a picnic spot with friends and family. But be careful as rocks are so slippery, it may cause accident. Even today one slipped and made her lips bleed. So be more cautious. Other than that enjoy 😁😁

Had an awesome experience this time! My last visit was disappointing since the falls were closed due to heavy rain, but this time I planned properly and made it. The place is absolutely refreshing, the flow is just perfect, and the whole vibe is soothing. 💧 It’s 100% worth both the money and the time. A must-visit spot if you’re looking for a natural, relaxing break surrounded by greenery. 🌳✨

Water flow was good. Still maintainance needs to improved. Forest Departmet is telling each tourist that don't use soap, shampoo oil in the falls, but still many of them using and spoiling the environment, Rest rooms are well maintained. Better go with cash for paying entry fee though they have UPI option, mobile network is not available.

Must visit falls and also easy reach here. They have constructed plain groud here just infront of falls so everyone can easily go till falls. There is also plenty of sitting place here. They also maintain changing rooms for both boys and girls. We have entry fee which is 50. It is better to visit this while returning from Valparai so that we don't get tired. They also provided supporting rods in few places for support.

Nestled near Pollachi, about 60 km from Coimbatore, Aliyar Dam Park is a stunning destination that offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and recreational activities. This expansive park features lush gardens, playgrounds for children, and picnic areas that overlook the serene waters of the dam. Surrounded by the majestic Anaimalai Hills, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views while engaging in boating or simply relaxing by the water's edge.
I visited this dam, and let's just say it's a real showstopper! The view was stunning, despite the water level being lower than my expectations. The mountains surrounding it were majestic, and we even spotted some elephants swimming on the other side – talk about a trunk-load of fun! But the real highlight was my friend's "historical" account of the dam's construction. Apparently, a bunch of people were buried under it to make it more powerful... or should I say, "dam" powerful? I think my friend was just trying to dam well scare me off! Despite the questionable history, the dam's got a cool play park underneath, making it a great spot for locals. Overall, a solid experience – just don't ask my friend about the "sacrifices" made for its construction!

The parking area is quite average, and on the way to the temple, there are many street vendors who can be a bit bothersome — it’s better to avoid them if possible. The temple is usually very crowded, and there’s often a long queue that can take at least 30 minutes for darshan. However, with a ₹100 special entry ticket, devotees can have a calmer and closer darshan of the deity. Masani Amman Temple is a famous and sacred Amman (Goddess) temple located near Pollachi in the Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu, India. The goddess is also known as Masani Devi among North Indians. The temple is situated at Anaimalai, about 24 km southwest of Pollachi. Nestled at the foothills of the majestic Anaimalai Hills, where the Aliyar River flows nearby, the temple offers a serene and spiritual atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery. The presiding deity, Masani Amman, is unique in her reclining posture — the idol stretches 15 feet from head to toe. Devotees believe that worshipping the goddess and circumambulating her sanctum can help cure long-standing ailments and bring justice and relief from troubles. Other notable shrines within the temple include Neethi Kal (Stone of Justice) and Maha Muniyappan. The temple attracts thousands of devotees seeking blessings, peace, and protection.

Feel truly blessed here, and don’t forget to visit the Aathu Vinayagar Temple behind Maasani Amman Temple. A peaceful and spiritual place, perfect for a family visit.

Arulmigu Masani Amman Temple, located in Anaimalai near Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, is a powerful and unique spiritual site where the deity Masani Amman is worshipped in a rare reclining posture, symbolizing justice and protection. Spanning about 15 feet, the fierce yet compassionate goddess is believed to grant swift justice, especially to those wronged, and devotees often perform rituals like grinding red chilies on the 'Neethi Kal' (Stone of Justice) to seek divine intervention. Steeped in legend and set against the picturesque backdrop of the Anaimalai Hills and Aliyar River, the temple attracts thousands seeking relief from ailments, legal issues, and personal struggles. With its peaceful surroundings and rich mythological ties, including connections to Lord Rama, this temple offers both spiritual solace and a deep cultural experience.

14 aug 25 - The temple’s atmosphere is peaceful yet vibrant, with devotees from all over coming to seek blessings. The highlight here is the famous for ritual, where people grind red chilli into paste with their hand and rubs on god — many believe their problems are resolved soon after. This got ok toilets facility and full day free anadhanam.

Nestled in the vibrant city of Coimbatore, Arulmigu Eachanari Vinayagar Temple stands as a testament to the rich spiritual heritage of Tamil Nadu. This stunning temple, dedicated to Lord Ganesha, boasts an intricately carved tower that showcases remarkable architectural craftsmanship dating back to the 16th century. As you wander through its serene surroundings, you'll be enveloped by a peaceful atmosphere that invites reflection and devotion.
Echanaari Vinayagar Temple in Coimbatore is a blessing. We visited during our trip to Valparai and were fortunate to attend the 6:30 pm pooja. The idol of Vinayagar is impressive, and the aarthi was a treat to witness. However, there was a bit of a rush, so if you're short on time or prefer less crowd, you might want to plan your visit accordingly. The pooja items outside the temple were overpriced; a coconut, two bananas, and no flowers cost ₹120, which seemed steep. Trustees to have temple own shop and provide reasonable price to devotees The temple atmosphere was serene, and the prashadam, Sakarai Pongal, was delicious. Parking was challenging due to the temple's location on the main road. Despite the pricing concerns, we'd recommend visiting with family and friends. Coimbatore residents are indeed lucky to have this temple nearby. Vinayagar Thunai! 🙏

Visited this temple during our coimbatore visit, this temple was suggested by Anandas hotel manager. The temple is located 12-15kms from coimbatore city. The Vinayagar idol is about 6ft tall and looks magnificent. The entire temple gives you a Devine feeling. There is a small garden and a marriage area inside the temple. Parking is available for 3 to 4 cars, there are shops to buy pooja items as well. this temple is located under the flyover and has continuous vehicle movement. This temple is special because many new bike or car buyers get their pooja done here. Many devotees also perform dristi removal ritual with coconut here. Nice place to add to your coimbatore list.

Located about half an hour’s drive from Coimbatore, Eachanari Vinayagar Temple is one of the oldest temples in the area, dedicated to Lord Ganesha. The temple is known for its large, 6-foot idol of Lord Vinayagar. The Dravidian-style architecture, with its intricate carvings, adds to the temple’s charm. The temple is open daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM (straight - no break), and there are regular poojas throughout the day. According to legend, the idol was originally being taken to the Pateeswarar Temple in Perur from Madhurai, but the cart broke down near Eachanari. The idol became embedded in the soil, which devotees interpret as a divine sign, leading to the construction of the temple around it. The temple has undergone several significant updates over the years, with the first Kumbabhishekam held in 1977, and photographs from the ceremony are displayed at the temple. How to reach: • By car/taxi: It is about 12 km from Coimbatore city and takes roughly 30 minutes. (I was driving from Kerala via NH544 and NH968 to reach the temple) Note that the temple is located right by the roadside under a flyover, so parking can be challenging. • Public transport: Buses and taxis are available from Coimbatore, which is often more convenient due to traffic and limited parking.

Eachanari Vinayagar Temple is a well-known and highly revered temple located right on the main Coimbatore–Pollachi road. It's easily noticeable and accessible due to the presence of the huge and beautiful Ganesha statue that stands as the main attraction. The temple is peaceful and attracts devotees from all over, especially those traveling along this route. One of the highlights is the daily abhishegam (ritual bathing of the idol), which is done with devotion and draws a good number of visitors. While the temple experience is spiritual and calming, one thing to note is that the flower shops outside tend to overcharge for coconuts, flowers, and pooja items. It’s a good idea to be aware of the prices or bring your offerings from elsewhere if possible. Overall, it’s a divine and spiritually uplifting place worth visiting, especially for those who seek blessings from Lord Ganesha during travel or important beginnings.

Arulmigu Eachanari Vinayagar Temple is a peaceful and divine place with a majestic idol of Lord Ganesha, offering a spiritually uplifting experience in a clean and well-maintained environment.

Eachanari Vinayagar Temple is one of the most divine and powerful temples in Coimbatore. Known as the first god to pray before any new beginning, Lord Vinayagar here is believed to fulfill sincere wishes. The temple offers a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere with darshan available throughout the day, as it doesn’t close at noon — a rare and thoughtful blessing for devotees. Whether morning or evening, you can visit anytime until 10 PM and receive the Lord’s blessings. A must-visit temple for all seeking peace, success, and divine guidance.

This is the biggest Ganesha temple in Kongu region and a very old one as well. Located in a village some 5/6 kms from Ukkadam, this has both inner/outer prakarams, a function hall & parking area etc. Like the temple, the moolasthan moorthi is also large sized prominent deity. Nitya Pooja's, deeparadhana & prasams are integral part of daily activities here. A must visit temple in Coimbatore

Bakery
Merrie Berrie is a bakery that offers a variety of delectable cake options, including mango, kiwifruit, plum, and black currant birthday cakes. They also have puffs and tea cakes to satisfy different tastes. Although the cakes are described as nice and delicious, they received a lower rating due to issues with their packaging. The birthday cake was reportedly packed in such a way that its side edges were cut off by the paper box.
For your cake purchase, they have mango, kiwifruit, plum, black currant birthday cakes, puffs, Tea cakes. Nice and delicious cake, I reduced 1 rating because they need to improve in their packing. The birthday cake was packed with its side edges cut off by the paper box. Recently visited their restaurant. Good ambience, neat and hygienic, tasty food, polite staffs. I had tomato soup, babycorn65, vegetable Noodles, whitespace pasta. All are tasty , quick service. Will come again

Merrie Berries Restaurant serves up delicious food, with their cakes and cookies being particularly impressive. The flavors are delightful, making it a go-to spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. While the food quality is excellent, there is room for improvement in customer service and the overall atmosphere. With some enhancements in these areas, the dining experience could be even better. Overall, it's a solid choice for a tasty meal and satisfying desserts!

We bought black forest 3 pieces and Death By Chocolate 2 pieces along with one piece of White Forest cakes. Rest all are fine yet THE WHITE FOREST PIECE FELT ROTTEN AND VERY SOUR IN TASTE. THE SHOP SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE EDIBLE ITEMS WHICH COULD BE FEED TO KIDS. MONEY GOT WASTED WITH WHITE FOREST CAKE AND THE TRANSPORTATION EXPENSE ALSO GONE FOR A TOSS. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT IF MY KID (WHO GOT FED A PIECE OF WHITE FOREST CAKE) FACE FOOD POISON.

Hi, 1. Am getting cake here for many years. 2. But there is one disappointment. The cake was not the kg we asked they cheated us with low kg. But full amt they got. Keeping shop in local and creating people’s. Each year birthday for my kid will get cake for 2k ,3k or above. 3. In cake bee we are getting spoon, plates as compliments but here we need to pay it extra for the birthday cake we brought. 4. We will get cake for more than 3k but there is no compliments for spoon and plates which we paid. Which is disappointing. Where we are getting this in cake bee and they are giving the exact kg they asked not as this shop.

Yesterday 6-4-2025 I ordered 1.5 Kg of Black Forest cake. Nearly it took 3 hrs for me to receive the cake before which they dealt with almost 15 customers who came and ordered after me. Such a worst customer service I came across. Ok let’s keep this aside … after receiving I asked them to check the weight of the cake which I ordered … where 1.5 kg Black Forest cake measured 1.3 kg (including bottom board weight)… immediately after me another customer asked to check his cake where 1/2 kg cake measured just 370 gms (including board weight)… none of them answered there and I raised this concern to the owner. He was also not responded properly. So i believe this is a regular practice there in Merrie Berrie .. I would request every customer to check the weight of the cake before you buy from this shop. #worstcustomerservice #badquality #cheatinginquantity fool of???
