The valet parking is $50 a night with no limits on how many times you take the car out. The hospitality and the friendliness from the staff are on another level. I have been to many hotels, but this Four Seasons in Baltimore was definitely a stand out. My family and I were visiting during 4th of July, so there were a lot of people at the hotel. Regardless of how many people were there, it seemed to me the hotel was capable of handling large volume of people. The only downside was, the elevators took forever to arrive since there were so many people (10-15 minutes), but it is understandable. The view from the hotel was spectacular. We had the premium harbor room overlooking the 'Domino Sugar', and it was the perfect view to watch the fireworks from our hotel room. The hotel even had a fireworks viewing party near the infinity pool overlooking the water. We had the opportunity to use their hot tub and the pool the next day, and it was truly magnificent. The view from the hotel was fantastic and it felt as if we were in a different country. Overall, fantastic hotel and I recommend staying here if you are visiting Baltimore. I would definitely return next year with my family.

She's amazing. They have their own pastry chef and her croissants are amazing. She services local restaurants nearby I was told. Great location as we were in from out of town and were invited to several events, all within proximity of the hotel. The roof top bar was amazing and stsys open very late on Fridays and Saturdays. I will say the only thing I had that was bad was their crab artichoke dip. It was way too thick, the crab meat was rightfully under the mozzarella which was cold, and I like pita versus chips ( they makes theirs homemade btw). We ate at Nick's crab house our first night and took some food to go. I called front desk about a refrigerator and they said someone would bring up a mini fridge. It's a nice size but all my food turned ice, that's only reason I ordered room service and it wasn't good. My boyfriend did enjoy his pancakes and oatmeal this morning.

It is a tall glass building which has really great windows for each of the room with the harbor view. The view is absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool is also facing the harbor and has a beautiful view during sunset. Rooms are comfortable with great mattress and comforter. All amenities are great. The treatment while being there for bmw was top tier and we felt like kings !! Room service / daily cleaning was a bonus and amazing !! We would for sure be back on a normal leisure trip ! A few things I would note, these did not damper our trip but would be been good info. 1. Pool hours were unclear, and we missed out. 2. BMW had the hotel blocked ( we were here with bmw, not a big deal) but closed the courtyard early as well. 3. BMW had the bar covered sat and Sunday, no one knew unless they walked in. 4. Joseph in the bar ( if memory serves me right on the name mildy taller, white hair ) was a bit off putting. Two separate times pass right by while either just sat down, or glass ( twice ) was empty and pushed forward, no acknowledgement. 5. We ordered the italian cold cuts and fruit plate. I've gotten a better sub for 1/3 the price at speedway. They took one meat, four raw veggies, and tossed it on the plate All else was wonderful !!

I kept my reservation based on this decision and arrived at the property the day that was booked. My stay with my family was remarkable, thanks to Brittany at the front desk. She is truly a gem with a positive attitude and demonstrates wonderful customer service. When I received my final bill at check out there were additional charges on the bill that I did not apply to my bill because the room was paid for prior to arrival. Brittany got the manager involved, Nichola, and instead of seeing the error and correcting it, Nichola went back and forth with me and blamed Expedia. There was clearly an error within the billing due to Expedia and the Pendry, but as a customer that has nothing to do with me. Fantastic! Hotel staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The walls were a little thin and the phone in my room didn’t work. My schedule was packed and I was barely in my room so I didn’t care to report the issue. Even without the phone, communication with the staff was excellent. The bar/restaurant has great breakfast! There’s a cafe on the first floor that’s perfect for something quick as well. I was surprised when I checked out there was a resort fee that wasn’t included in my initial payment. I booked 5 months in advance and wasn’t notified my payment then didn’t include the resort fee. It wasn’t an excessive fee. Not a deal breaker at all but wouldn’t been nice to know when booking.

They anticipated needs & were always at the door to open it for you & greet you with a warm smile coming & going. Unfortunately the hot tub & sauna were under construction. This information was important to us when we booked the hotel. We would have gone with another hotel. BEWARE of EXCESSIVE FEES after your stay!! We didn’t have any charges/damages etc associated with our stay. After our stay 4 separate Amenity fees were charged to our account PER DAY. Resulting in 12 additional charges after a 3 night stay. We had paid our hotel in full. When our card was ran with ann excessive amount of amenity fees after the fact we were baffled. The fees wouldn’t sting so bad if the amenities we came for were actually available to us!! This is bad business all around. We will never book with this hotel chain or Expedia again!! Horrible. Luckily, we pushed back and this was resolved. When we arrived, our room had a plumbing leak, which was only made worse by the maintenance team. We had to dump a bucket—which we happened to bring ourselves—of dirty water into the tub at 5:45am. This was the morning of our wedding. Front desk staff was very friendly so they get 5 stars, but we felt the price was a little high for what you get. Most Choice hotels have a mini fridge in the room, this didn’t. The floors were the snap together laminate planks that were very worn and damaged with spaces between the pieces and clearly damaged from improper cleaning. This was an anniversary get away and we chose the historic building and paid a higher price but felt like for what we paid it should be better kept. AC worked very well but there’s only a very thin sheet and cover on the bed. We didn’t have much of an issue with noise except for hearing a few doors. Breakfast was very limited compared to what we are used to at the cheaper Choice brand hotels. We wouldn’t recommend for any kind of romantic getaway.

I called ahead asking if they did early check in. The woman on the phone said they couldn't promise it but said she would put a note to housekeeping to clean it early if possible. Upon arrival I asked if they could check us in any earlier than the typical 4pm and attempted to mention my phone call with another staff member, but before I could even finish my sentence, the man interrupted me and just said "No." I totally understand if they couldn't accommodate an early check in, that was not a problem. I was just trying to ask as the woman over the phone had instructed, but the male staff member was rude and short with me. All of the female staff were absolutely wonderful, thankfully. We were there for four nights, and consistently when we left our room for breakfast or tea or dinner, staff notified one another so that when we got back, any necessary housekeeping had been taken care of while we were out. It was amazing. The event planning staff was equally amazing. We felt as if we'd hired a wedding planner who was operating silently and efficiently in the background. The food, which was catered in-house by Magdalena, was excellent. We can't recommend it more highly. For a microwedding, with maybe 30 guests who all want to stay on property, this couldn't be a better choice.

I'm rating this hotel 4 stars rather than 5 due to the cost creating a higher expectation that was not quite met. Firstly, this is a beautiful, historic space. Our room was beautiful, and I thought it was fantastic that cheese and olives were set out for us. However, the bread had tumbled off the plate and no one fixed it (photo uploaded). The rate we paid was more than fair, and the location was very good. The hospital offers a free shuttle back and forth, which worked well to go to the hospital; however, they never showed up after my procedure to return us to the hotel, so we walked. The walk was easy. The hotel is historic, and as such some will consider it “dated” but their priorities are different to mine. A word about the shower-the grout is black. I love the history of the building and the haunted theme as it makes the stay feel unique. That said, I think they sometimes play off certain issues as part of the “haunted” vibe. What an amazing historical hotel. I was really impressed with the beautiful lobby and my room was great. They gave me a corner unit on the 18th floor with different views. The room was very clean and comfortable with lots of great cable channels . Amazing views! The first day I stayed I was surprised that they did not have anyone tending the pool , no pool cushions were placed out. It’s located right on the water which is ideal for a first visit to the city and perfect for a night out in the historic neighborhood. The staff is wonderful and very understanding which was very appreciative. Unfortunately our experience was not worth the $350+ for one night. Part of the cost included a $19.90 hotel service fee which according to the website and our reservation confirmation email—was supposed to include welcome drinks, a pastry from a local bakery, chips, and chocolates in the room upon arrival, robes and slippers as well as a deluxe continental breakfast. We did not receive any of the arrival food or beverages and we checked in at 5:30 pm. Upon arrival, we actually waited 20 minutes for the front desk receptionist to address a pest situation before addressing us. In which they openly shared with us and another couple at check in, “It’s normal unfortunately here, sorry for the delay.” We received 1 robe and no slippers in our room, on arrival. After our request, the front desk receptionist did provide another robe and one pair of slippers which was appreciated. Our room (single king size bed) was rundown. Ceiling water stains, a sticky bathroom floor, cracked and stained shower drain and peeling wall paper in the bathroom. The bathroom also had poor ventilation with the fan. Additionally, a lamp was also broken in the room. In all honesty, we have stayed at Super 8’s and Red Roof Inn’s that were better than this room. It’s unfortunate but it’s the truth. We acknowledge the historical building this hotel is located/built in, but the experience we had (we feel) was not unique. Rather, it felt the overall hotel cost was mostly for the location. After reading more reviews, the hotel needs maintenance updates outside of painting over stains and cracks which was prevalent in our room. The deluxe continental breakfast that was supposed to be included was pastries, juices, coffee and yogurt parfaits. The hotel’s website pictures include eggs, waffles and bacon etc. and the definition of a deluxe continental breakfast is this. This hotel however offers a traditional hotel continental breakfast, not a deluxe one. It also sites on the website, free coffee is in the rooms. In our room there were 3 tea bags and no coffee with the coffee maker. Overall, the exterior and grounds of the hotel are well kept and nice. The lobby and hallways are clean and so was our room. The hotel itself is nice. What mattered most to us, was the convenience like parking which is great but when we left shortly after our check-in to grab dinner out, we came back and had to wait 15 minutes for the same front desk receptionist to let us into the gate. I would not stay here again even if given another opportunity. It was not worth the experience with between the hotel room cost and the multiple misinformation and descriptions on the reservation webpage regarding some of the things the hotel offers. Hence, our experience unfortunately as it was not what we anticipated. I would however recommend this hotel for a traveler who is passing through but would not recommend it for vacationers, long term stay travelers etc. In the end, at check-out we asked the front receptionists to take off the hotel service fee and they did. They actually took off $50 altogether after our reports on our experience there and they apologized for the missing experiences like welcome drinks on arrival. We didn’t need these missed experiences or favors, but it was the principle of advertising them and not have any follow through. Altogether, this hotel prioritizes customer service which shows and is very appreciative. It is well kept externally and outside of the guest rooms (from our experience). I had no idea a hotel could look like this, with an instant vibe of early 1900’s nostalgia. The lighting is fantastic too, dim lit and cozy. Just look at the pictures and tell me this place doesn’t look amazing. They didn’t cheap out on little touches either. My comforter looked like it was custom made. The incredible bar felt like it was really made in the past too, with custom bar stools and couches. The real candle on the table had a dimmer! They had another speakeasy bar outside on the side of the building, with equal vibe ridiculousness. Normally gift shops are steep, but this one is not that way. Everything is priced really fairly and has been curated over many decades. I spent about 2hrs at the museum. The museum two buildings, the round mosaic building has 4 floors of art. When I was there it was mixed media. The second building (which you get to by walking through the outdoor sculpture garden) has kinetic art, which means it moves! It has three floors, the third one lets you go into this cool birds nest balcony. There is a lot of attention to detail and cohesion, jam packing art even into the bathrooms or elevators. The stair railings incorporate the cast metal look tree branches and organically bent metal tubing that cohesively can be found if you look closely in the benches, outdoor sculptures, and door handles across the multiple buildings.
