This time I visited on a personal visit and the servers did mention that they were short staffed so the wait was a bit long. I think from the time we ordered it took about 45 minutes before our food came out which isn’t a probably per se. I ordered the chicken and waffles and unfortunately they forgot to add the Nashville hot syrup. Additionally the chicken was a bit on the drier side with the waffles a bit flat. We also ordered a small plate of breakfast nachos which was delicious, the chips were so crisp and held the toppings well! We also ordered a dozen oysters and they were your typical round of oysters, no weird smell, very buttery and paired nicely with the bourbon horseradish bbq sauce which definitely ask for as they did not have straight horseradish. Price wise I would say expect to spend anywhere between 30-50 pp if not a bit more if you’re drinking a few more cocktails. The restaurant is also located on the corner of the street so it is street parking with some pay to park spots along the side right across the street. It is free on Sundays. Where the restaurant earned their stars for me was their service. Despite being short staffed, everyone was in great spirits and no one expressed any sort of frustration or annoyance with the customers. They also chatted with the customers and laughed which was such a nice touch to the visit!

This is my new favorite place in Baltimore! My friends took me here for my birthday, yesterday. Everything on the menu looked amazing, so we ordered nearly every appetizer and a couple of entrees to split. First, the drinks. Wonderful cocktail menu. This is a cocktail only bar, no food. You have to order at the bar and pick up the drink yourself if you are sitting by a table. They make craft cocktails with high quality ingredients. I really like the barware and glasses they used for the drinks. I got to try the pisco sour, traditional daiquiri, and amaretto sour. The amaretto sour wasn’t on the menu but the bartender gladly made me one. It was my favorite drink. I think this establishment’s real draw is it’s Amaro selection. I didn’t try it this time but they have a huge Amaro selection and Amaro flights so you can taste different ones. The price range for drinks was about $10-$20. The only thing I didn’t like is that even though I had to order the drinks at the bar and pick them up myself, they have a 20% automatic gratuity on all drinks. When in Baltimore it is imperative to get quality crab, and this sandwich truly delivered as it was full of large pieces of lump crab meat with a wonderful flavor. 10/10 evening full of fond memories and delicious food and drink, I can’t wait to return on my next trip!

Not to mention just the fact that it's extremely crowded, and pretty loud. Overall I got to see my favorite band wish I never thought would happen in my lifetime so I'm happy.

What really makes Old Line special is the staff. Wasn’t busy. But our server spent her time chatting with the same customer at the bar nearly that entire time while we waited to order. All the while, we’re nervous that we were going to get kicked from our table given the other bartender/server’s comments when he sat us. We didn’t place our food order until 8 and still no sign of our food at 8:30. The server, once again, never checked us on this entire 30 minute period. Not once. The few other patrons didn’t have food, either. We were wondering why the food was taking so long; these were the only times, and I mean the ONLY times, our server ever stopped by to our table was when she somehow overheard us mentioning how long things were taking and how frustrated we were that we were being ignored. There were no apologies, only excuses. “Our food is made from scratch and takes about 30-35 minutes.” Interesting when we overheard another server mention how the people (who got there before us) had their order put in at 8 and still didn’t have their food at 8:45. I don’t get it—if the kitchen is backed up, then just say that instead of making excuses and making us, the customer, feel like we’re crazy for being upset at the quality of service. Ordered a couple of beers - all local to the area..both were outstanding (a märzen & NEIPA) - clean, crisp and fresh. Pizza selection was the Pepe Martinez - loads of curled pepperonis cups, melted mozz, fresh strips of basil and a sprinkling of asiago. The moment it opened this year I knew I would love it but it quickly became my favorite bar in Baltimore.
