Apparently property seems to be premium as a 5 star hotel is supposed to but their staff be it front desk staff, restaurant staff or other vertical staff , are very unskilled and not adequately groomed for working in 5 star property. We had taken our trolley on our own effort and surprisingly, no staff were there to take care of our check in and took us into the rooms at 4th floor . Front desk number staff don't know telephone etiquettes. Every time, phone receiver sound was observed while putting it down. Requests were completed by making several calls. Front desk staff sometime even did not lift the calls. Food was average, starter served in the dinner buffet was good for nothing and even not comparable to a street side. In restaurant, nobody was bothered to offer you a seat , asking for help . I have booked for king size bed 2 rooms but one room was twin bed (410). Not recommended for leisure purpose. It may be considered for corporates.

But this was mostly the booking partners fault, not the hotels. Now the best bit - restaurant. Great selection of food, snacks, drinks. Great staff and superb manager. Our son is autistic and has a very selective food intake. They didn't have a problem to provide fries for him. My favourite were smoothies, sausages, mushrooms, pastries.

When we told that we dont want new bottle only change the warm one to a cold one then it got changed. 4. The outside of hotel was recently painted and each room has pungent smell of paint need room fresherners everyday 5. I was first allotted room 316 however AC was throwing hot air and creating a lound noise like a blender so was changed and upgraded to room 112 the room was silent however still the ac issue persisted. Pros- Only food which was good and freshly prepared. And the serving staff is very polite and good great breakfast option but thats it Final opinion If you can find any other hotel in this range chose that and avoid this hotel.
