I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes this area of food, and I will be visiting again.

We order on average twice a month, our normal order is £45 but on this occasion a little less than £30 as my wife was away. The food was good I was a little disappointed in the Longsilog as I expected it to be sweet but it was just beef mince rolled into a sausage, however the other food that we ordered was really good. The Ube Latte was delicious, the palabok was tasty and we really enjoyed the Talongsilog which was an egg omelette with egg plant. The pancit was good just a little salty but that could have just been my taste bud. The Bangus with garlic fried rice, you couldn't go wrong with especially if you enjoy white fish, if they added a nice vinegar sauce on the side with some chilli I think would have made the dish perfect but that's just my preference. All in all the place is a very nice place to go to with family and friends. The Halo-Halo is a great dessert to have at the end. I highly recommend others to try this place out. The place is Halal. As for parking you can park at Lidl which is opposite for an hour and then there are some side roads which you could park at but you would need to check the signs.

The service from both members of staff who served us was fantastic. The food was delicious however I did complain about mine. I ordered the chicken curry. This place has been on my radar for a while so I was looking forward to trying their Indian food. The Konkani Chicken had a subtle heat to it and the Karachi Karahi had quite a kick. The meat in the Karahi was lamb which just melted in your mouth. The sauce with both curries was rich & thick, perfect for mopping up with the Bombay Bread. The rice was absolutely packed full of flavour and the Gunpowder Potatoes were cooked perfectly. Used to be a good Chinese but must be under new management. Ordered a plain chow main no beat sprouts, no onions or veg this was said many times on the phone, just the noodles! We was reassured it was just noodle. Turns up and there’s onions in the chowmain along with bean sprouts, the bean sprouts not a problem we will eat them but my dad is allergic to onions we phoned and ask for a new one to be send out as he Physically couldn’t eat it, he could ended up in hospital the man on the phone was so rude, told my dad we are not getting a new one sent out. We wasn’t asking for our money back we was simply asking for a new chowmain! After arguing for 10 minutes and my dad explaining that if he didn’t check his food he would of ended up in hospital, we asked for a refund only for the noodle, he also refused the refund. I have never know anyone to be soo rude!! We wasn’t scamming them it was a mistake on there side for not listening properly and could have been easily sorted by just sending out a new one/ refund on the noodles. Don’t understand why this man felt the need to argue and be so rude, will never use again also the rest of the food was disgusting! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pleased to say it was a great choice. They boast of no MSG or GM which is a plus, and upon arrival the takeaway looked clean, and the girl om reception very polite and friendly!! Can't fault the food, which was crisp, plentiful and flavoursome ( had house special Chow mein, mixed balls, Pancake roll, sweet'n' sour) A takeaway especially Chinese is never going to match a restaurant where it's literally wok to plate, so I do tether my opinions accordingly Give it a go!

Food was awful. Inedible, so sweet. My chilli chicken just tasted of sugar. The sweet and sour chicken balls were also so sweet. Then it came to a couple hours later and my wife has stomach ache and spends the rest of the night on the toilet. Uber eats customer service was awful fixing the issue aswell. Delivery turned up later than planned. It turned out to be the wrong order, but I had opened some of the packages. Driver later turned up after speaking with the restaurant to collect the delivery. One Saturday I call the business line to make my regular order to the owners which I had a little twist rather than me coming to pick up or they delivering to my address I told them I’ll send an Uber to pick up for which I they then said that they will need more time to prepare as they were very busy that Saturday evening. It was picked up and delivered to my address of work as I requested, on arrival of my order i realized it was the same as to what I normally gets I then dive in and realize even more that the tastes was a bit off as i order spare ribs on Barbara sauce and chicken chow-min…. I immediately rang them back an expressed my dissatisfaction and was told sorry but it was due to a change of the type of Barbara sauce as they tried a new one also i informed them that the chow-min was under cooked and I can’t eat hay was sent. The guy who perhaps cooked the meal then agreed to refund me and apologized. About a few days later I requested I rang them and tried to place my order again then only to be told that they aren’t doing anymore business with me as i called in and told them how I was dissatisfied with the food they sent so they aren’t doing anymore business with me. Now people tell me is this right? Anyways I found a better Chinese takeaway that offer better food and better customer service not to far from theres in Northend.

On our second to last order we were told an hour for delivery and it was 90 minutes when i decided to drive to collect and was told it was already out for delivery. The last time we ordered i specified collection as we had decided to avoid delivery. I waited 20 minutes after my collection time and had to return as they had forgotten an item. Its hard enough getting through on the phone and when you do it takes longer than promised for food and it's not always rights so we are going to stay away and give it time to improve. The best burger I’ve had in years. We popped out of Victorious festival to grab some decent food and this place was incredible. They were hugely busy (the whole street was busy with festival goers) and there was a wait but our expectations were managed upfront. We were happy to wait. Highly recommend the dim sum menu which is not so common in Portsmouth. Food was fresh, authentic and flavourful - we will definitely be returning! Special recommendation for the turnip cake.

Secondly.. we ordered on a Thursday evening giving this place the benefit of the doubt and we this time waited 2 hours 35 minutes from the time of order for our food.. it was also stone cold… the promised me the driver would return with a refund which sure enough didn’t arrive, I’ve called a few times since asking for my refund on the food and this evening got told I will not be receiving the refund for the food I threw in the bin as it was inedible and the manager is still to busy to talk to me even though I can hear him giving the poor girl on the phone instructions. Outrageous customer service and very very average food… AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would like the recommend giving a knife with this dish as it was difficult to get the meat from the prawns. I also noticed there was tofu, and fewer prawn I the noodles than expected. Overall, a strong dish though. For drinks, I was happy to see Singha was on the menu. The drinks menu is very good, and not too badly priced. You could enjoy drinks for hours in there. Overall the restaurant and food look very good. I believe I had an unfortunate experience, and may go back and revise this review; however, as it stands, I paid £42, and did not enjoy my meal, and a big part of that was where I was sat.

The prawns weren't even raw and we're in a seaside town. Although I don't think I'd personally trust any raw prawns served to me in Portsmouth. The waiter even forgot to prepare a mocktail. After scrapping off whatever meat was on the ribs and bitter taste of pork I was still abit peckish. I requested the waiter to make Thai drunken noodles which he didn't know how to make... I'm not sure if we had an off day or the chef was actually drunk. The bao buns tasted so chewy and fel like it's just come out of microwave. There was hardly any sauce or salad in them. We ended up ordering the standard pad Thai noodles after this experience thinking least the noodles might be authentic, but as disappointed we were on the other dishes we regretted getting the noodles, they were tasteless, there was no flavor just simply tasted sweet and chewy.

The starters of grilled meat like chicken satay and teriyaki pork were tender and flavourful and the som tam and ribs get an honourable mention however, the Tom yum soup, larb and mains were really quite salty. The service was friendly but inefficient, our waiter took all starter plates and cutlery away but we had to wait for more cutlery to be washed as they'd run out so our salty mains got cold. Just ordered a couple of curries and 3 different nans late last night at 11pm but really impressed with the quality. The chicken was not overcooked in the chicken tikka masala which I often find in Indian restaurants they can easily overcook it and it goes dry.
