We were made to feel welcome from the start and quickly ordered ham, eggs & chips each. This was superb, with plenty of ham and two freshly cooked eggs, nice chips and side salad. But I suppose today has been an enlightening experience- learning that our favourite local pub has truly no support or respect for the sport that we try so hard to gain representation for. When we called to report the mistake, the lady who took our order checked with the chef and then insisted we return everything we ordered (which included Vegetable Spring Rolls x2, Chicken Curry x1, Egg Fried Rice (Large) x1, and Szechuan Chicken x1). The food arrived late, despite providing the correct address, and when we finally got it, the spring rolls were cold, and the sauces of different dishes had leaked and mixed in the bag. After returning everything as requested, the driver only brought back one replacement dish, despite the restaurant promising to replace the entire order. We ended up waiting nearly 3 hours just to get a refund, without having dinner on a Sunday night. Worst of all, there was no apology—just a cold “you got your refund.” Unacceptable service and attitude. Would not recommend!

Very convenient placement 2 minutes from Hatfield train station. Had a chat with the bar, both very nice people, polite and welcoming.
