First off, the guy at the front desk wasn't necessarily the nicest but he gave us all the info we needed on where to go and such and we had to carry out clubs to the cart even though they are supposed to greet and carry your clubs for you. And second we didn't have any ice or water in our cart and there was no one there who I could bring this up to. These issues are small and very minor inconveniences, and because of that once I revisit the resort in the coming month or so and I don't run into these issues again I will gladly change my review to 5 stars! Great course and views. Update: Ever since my first review I have played this course a few more times and it hasn't been amazing. The second time was ok, however with having each tee time split by only 10 minutes and no sight of a marshal the play was very slow and took 3 hours just to play 9 holes. The third time playing here was even worse because the grounds crew was watering the fairways throughout the entire day and by watering I mean flooding. You would hit your drive and watch it splash and immediately die in the fairway. And not to mention that you would be driving right at the grounds crew which makes it hard to focus. I get it these places need constant maintenance for good grass but it seems that every time I play here I get let down in one way or another. Nothing critical happened during my visits so I will move my review up to a 3 star but I would recommend checking out other courses around the abq area until you find what you enjoy.

I traveled across the country to work the fiesta in town and ofc like any big city Albuquerque has nice and not so nice areas so you need to be aware of that when choosing somewhere to stay. The garden you stay in is in the back and fully fenced in and very well kept and honestly its gorgeous you can tell they put in alot of work in it which was cool to see. Its a very hippy experience and i definitely think this place is worth checking out if you're looking for somewhere to stay and dont wanna pay 100+ dollars a night at a not as nice hotel. Prices are also pretty great compared to anywhere else. you can also pay on venmo or cashapp which at first I was weary about cuz paranoia I know lol but these folks were reliable. The place is huge and can fit so many people! The price is very reasonable for everything they do (and I mean everything! Setting up, taking down, food, alcohol).
