The route isn’t the most well sign posted, luckily I had downloaded a map from Komoot beforehand so we did okay, however a few other people weren’t sure where to go either. I’d say take walking shoes or wellies if doing this as plenty of muddy and rough path areas not suitable for shoes with no grips etc. If toilets required there is a couple in the heritage centre adjacent to the tea rooms, didn’t find any others around the area so plan if need to go or come back to if needed. I’d recommend if the work units near car park is open to go look and visit the items on sale, purchased a 3D printed octopus and a fridge magnet, great value and craftsmanship and the lady who first met us was very helpful as was the gent who came a little later. Near the woods/waterfall and a lovely walk. Staff were good. Clearly all very young and inexperienced, but were very polite and friendly.
