I would like to say I went to the place as recommended by Michael the Luton Chaplain and I met someone called Thersea who showed real kindness to me.
I am not one for groups and so I found it hard being ina group when they meet in the day Wed and Mon so didnt stay lomg.

A beautiful Church that has been standing sine 1897. Very well maintained and looked after and looks very big with lots of history. The roads around it are very busy which is a shame as it's hard to get a nice photo pf it , i had to go on a not so busy day. Lots of stones laid here to read. Really enjoyed visiting here.

The old man who manages the park was very very rude and had an attitude problem. He said its a Sunday Service however the car park was empty. Not sure how many people attend the church these days. Wasn't helpful at all.

I remember the day I walked into the church auditorium in October last year. I felt at peace and was immediately received by the Pastor’s wife. She made arrangements for my family and I to be brought to church and taken back every Sunday until we were able to buy our own car. The church in general has been like a second family to us all, we now have a sense of community. We do not feel so lonely anymore coming into a new country with no one but ourselves. Now I begin my day with the 6:30am prayers and try to end it with the 9.00pm prayers. God has been faithful to us all, my family and I will choose this ministry and parish over and over again.
The building is right beside sainsbury and Lidl so you do not have to worry about where to park your car. Neither is it far from the bus stops or the interchange so getting a bus is not a hassle at all

You are able to walk all around this church and view it's many lovely features and big windows. I walked into a Welcome Wednesday on a rainy morning while waiting for a bus outside, and despite being a tourist short on time, I couldn't but feel so welcome by an elderly lady. Yasmin was also very friendly and gave me a brief insight into the church history, as well as some leaflets which were welcome reading material for my bus journey. Beautiful unspoilt historical church. Beautifully kept and unspoilt. The vicar and local congregation were very friendly and welcoming. It's been our family church for many years for Christings,weddings and funerals. And the services have always been 1st class. A nice and tidy litter free Church in stopsley. Nice grounds to walk around with some nice seating area. The church glass windows have plastic over them for protection i think which is a shame but if it needs to be protected then it has to be. When i was there a few people used this church pathway as a short cut to get to the alley way running down the side of the Church so it did get slightly busy in this part. This was a nice visit .

It also has a very nice entrance to the church but sadly for me on my visit it was locked up so unable to go inside. The brick work is nice to see, very old .
