We came for a work night out and sadly was a bit disappointed. The food was pretty poor. The nachos were nice but that's pretty much where it ended. The prawn starter was ridiculous. 4 teeny tiny little prawns!! The mains weren't great either. The burgers were super dry and tasteless. Not very good at all. 6x visitors. The good bits... food was plentiful, the place has character, some dishes are quite nice. The bad bits.... the service was underwhelming, and the burger was overcooked but also cold. The breadcrumb on the chicken and the jalapeño poppers was overdone and almost blackened. Constants clatter of washing up, etc, as it's walked through the restaurant.

Can’t rate highly enough! We had a party of 30 people for my daughter’s 18th. They were well organised, decorated and made the birthday girl feel special. We booked meals in advance and everything ran like a dream (despite adding a few extra guests last minute!). I would happily recommend it to anyone! Great Mexican/Latin American restaurant. Easy to get to from centre of Norwich. Went on the lunch menu which was very good value. 2 courses for £12 or 3 for £14. The portion sizes here are very generous, so you won't even need the third course. Food was very tasty. Would recommend the BBQ brisket which melts in the mouth. Great spot for lunch and a big feed.

I visited Tortilla Norwich today (quiet Sunday afternoon) I opted for the chicken with Mexican rice, but unfortunately, the chicken had just run out and was scraped from the bottom of the tray. As a result, I had to pick out a few overcooked, burnt pieces (hard black bits) which was disappointing.

I came in with two of my friends, absolutely famished, and was served by Sarah. Brilliant service by Sarah today, very professional and remained patient with me despite my indecisiveness while picking my burrito toppings.

They make massive burritos for a decent sum of money and I'll be dreaming of their tender, flavourful, pulled beef for months.
Food - The food is awesome! I had a medium pulled beef burrito meal. It was massive and delicious. It works by; you pick your meat, the server runs through all the additional bits like rice, beans, cheese etc, then you pick salsa and salad. The meal comes with nachos and a drink, they offer a good range of soft drinks and a small range of beer.
Service - The server was lovely, slightly run ragged but it was late in the day but she took her time explaining how the system works, it felt friendly and warm. She didn't ask about allergies which is unfortunate so I had to play it safe. (I should have asked but I did get ill as a result - I'm allergic to onion)
Atmosphere - Downstairs is warm, inviting and has a good atmosphere, the music was too loud, unfortunately we sat upstairs which was barren and harshly lite. Don't sit upstairs and you'll be fine.
- The toilet is not wheelchair accessible and you would struggle to access the restaurant properly in a chair.

It was a dine-in experience for us. I find the food delicious at a sensible price. I especially like the variety of ingridents for burittos which you can choose from to customise the order. Portion was sensible. Between burittos, tacos and others you choose what you need from mild to very exciting options of meat and ingridents and sauces. I love Taco Bell! I’m so pleased it’s now open in Norwich! Fast, clean and overall amazing! I got the beefy melt burrito it is definitely my new favourite thing off the menu! Taco Bell meat is always tender and full of flavour. The chicken tenders are also fantastic, they remind me of Greggs chicken tenders. The Cheesy gordita crunch use to be my favourite taco with a soft and crunchy taco shell. However since trying the burritos, the burritos are my favourite! I always recommend getting loaded fries instead of plain. There’s many condiments/ sauces to try from. The lava dip is the best! Lastly the refill drinks you can’t beat! Perfection! 100% recommend Taco Bell always! It’s filling, quick and cheap!

Update 2: I got a full refund and the person was very helpful and apologetic. I think the staff need a bit longer training and certain staff need some customer service training! Either way I'll avoid going here for a while until they get the hang of things, and as a vegetarian, id definitely avoid the crunch taco!
Update: ordered some black bean soft shell tacos to take away and once I got home they have put them through as normal soft shell tacos, but they gave us hardshell tacos that also had meat in them after asking multiple times if things were vegetarian! Definitely check your food and receipts in the store before leaving! Absolute shambles!

I had such a fantastic time at The Blue Joanna! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I was especially impressed by the vegan options on the menu. Food was delicious and fresh, portions were definitely big enough (and a half size / half price option for my little boy was very handy, too) and we all loved it. A lovely place with friendly staff. I’m not a vegan, went with two friends who are and loved all the food. We ordered small plates to share: tostadas, lentil pancakes, Arancini, bao buns and quesadilla. Arancinis were a bit on the heavy side but other than that everything was super tasty. We had lemonades to drink: strawberry and basil and blackberry and mint. Both delicious and so rich that we kept adding water to them and they lasted till the end of the meal. We finished off with a strawberry tart, which my friends liked and I wasn’t too impressed but this might be because I’m not even a vegetarian. Really incredible place, and this review coming from a meat eater. I do like to eat vegan food from time to time, and the food selection here is great. Price of items very reasonable too, and the coffees were delicious. The spices and flavours were on point, and you do it like a tapas selection. Tipsy is always our go-to on a Friday night when we treat ourselves to a meal out. One of my favourite cuisines is Mexican food, I’ve tried all the new franchises in Norwich now but I’ve been meaning to try Jive Kitchen. I went with my family a couple of weeks ago and it is fantastic. I couldn’t believe the portion sizes. It a great little spot with a beautiful view overlooking the gentleman’s walk. We got the chopped cheese burritos, Og fried chicken burritos, Chicken thigh tacos, Loaded fries and the Pork nachos. I would definitely recommend sharing one burrito between two! An amazing combination of flavours. Everything is so fresh! My favourite thing we got were the pork nachos and of course the burritos! I 100% recommend! I can’t wait to go again to try some other things on the menu.

We stopped here for lunch whilst visiting Norwich. The design of this place is quite quirky but the space is limited. The food was absolutely delicious, we had spicy wings to start and burritos for main. We didn't manage to finish everything as the portions were very generous. The only let down was the service. Everything was so slow, we had to ask the waiter to take our order, to bring the cutlery and napkins, to take our empty glasses...it wasn't just happening naturally. Not sure why, the place did not look full of customers. They don't have a kids menu but it wasn't a problem for us, our little one just had fries and a home made lemonade. I went for a pre theatee dinner with my niece. We had time to kill so pondered over each menu in detail. Ordered 2 soft drinks which took over half an hour to come...but we were having a great time and in no rush.
We did a circuit before we sat down to look at the menus in person and peruse the kitchens. We then treated ourselves to a s'more from On The Bone. Which we shared as super full from dinner. Tbh it was huge and also delicious - so glad we were sensible.
I will 100% be back. I literally could have eaten things from every menu. I also had a good look around and everyone's plates looked lovely..so looking forward to coming back.

Went with Nachos and loaded hash browns from Baha, chicken wings from On The Bone and a Nutella pizza from Eric’s. Finished off with baby pancakes from Christophe’s. I had a Burger and fries from "On The Bone" , at £19.50 I think it was expensive.

We used the taco Thursday voucher, at £1 each. Could mix them up and even under the offer, had lots of fillings to choose. Some of the chicken was hard and I love sour cream however, there did seem a lot on top. Drinks are pricey, £2.99 for a glass of coke and £3.99 for a small milkshake . Spent £50 on food and now I wish I just went to Aldi and bought a tortilla kit.
I had 1/4 rack of ribs and grilled chicken with skin on fries, onion rings, corn on Cobb and coleslaw . The ribs had no sause to them and hardly any meat. The chicken was dry. Only got 3 small onion rings which was shoved into one box.
Very small portion of nachos with hardly any sauses and jalapenos on.
Burrito was mostly filled with pulled pork and only little of rice and beans.
Was suppose to be a nice takeaway night to celebrate my partner and I moving in together. Waste of my money.

Stumbled upon this gem. It is absolutely delicious! So so filling and I only had the baby big ass burrito. My 11yr old had the kids meal which she couldn't even finish but she's now rating this her number one favourite place to eat.
