We had copious amounts of jasmine tea with our meal, with multiple free refills of our large teapot, and were given some complementary pieces of delicious sweet tangy oranges together with a complimentary bowl of a slightly sweet sago desert, after our main courses. In addition to going for traditional Cantonese food at the Glamorous we also go for their fantastic dim sum dishes, which are very popular with the large Chinese population in and around Manchester on weekends. The aesthetic of the place is very true to the vibes in China, some might not like it as it’s just plastic chairs and metal tables but it felt very nice and nostalgic. The food was incredible, so much flavor, good portion sizes! Not the cheapest ever but for the quality of food I’ll come back any day. My favorite is the runner bean bean noodles and the stir fried pig intestines.
