The Waldorf Astoria Spa Las Vegas, located within the CityCenter complex, is a luxurious and opulent spa designed to evoke 1930s Shanghai. Spread across two floors and covering 27,000 square feet, it offers the latest spa technologies such as experience showers and a stunning hammam for up to eight guests. The spa has gained attention for its CBD-enhanced massages and elaborate couples treatments that include scalp rubs and foot massages.
I have traveled around the world to experience spa services, and the Waldorf Astoria in Vegas did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in to the time I departed, I was warmly and sincerely welcomed. The facility is top-notch, featuring stylish, upscale, and state-of-the-art interior design and fixtures. It truly embodies luxury from the moment you step inside. I spent two days at the day spa and enjoyed a 90-minute seaweed wrap. It was my first time trying one, and it was an incredible experience—a therapeutic treatment that helped detoxify my body. I’ve already started planning my next visit!

Beat spa in Las Vegas! When you want an experience and full day of amenities come spa day at the WA spa. New upgrades in women’s locker room and all details are taken care of. Had a great massage.
Melissa P — Google review
I had such a wonderful experience inside the spa. All amenities were available. I very much enjoyed the vibe on a Tuesday. It was quiet and people were friendly. Staff was attentive and welcoming. One star removed because the “luxurious” manicure was not luxurious at all, the staff member neglected to provide the “rejuvenating exfoliation and reparative cuticle balm—— a hydrating hand massage with a luxurious blend of lotion and oil.. so pretty bummed about that. Miranda at the front made sure I was taken care of. Cheyenne in the spa area was most gracious. I will be back thanks to these ladies. The pedicure provided by Amy was phenomenal. The definition of luxurious & relaxing. I will be back only for the spa and pedicure.

Best Spa and fitness classes in Vegas! Worth every penny! The amenities are clean and fantastic. You can use them for free if you get a treatment or for $100. Even if you’re not a guest, you can buy a spa pass and use the amenities. The women’s and men’s amenities include a vitality pool, which is like a big hot tub but very clean and relaxing. There’s also a steam room, a sauna-like room that’s not as hot, different shower experiences, stone-heated loungers overlooking the city, and a few relaxation/Zen lounge rooms packed with waters, teas, and healthy snacks. The massage treatments are fantastic! You can do couples treatments, but the amenities are not co-ed. The men’s locker room has the same amenities, which is fine for me because I’m relaxing anyway. What makes this experience extraordinary is the spa attendant in the women’s locker room. She needs a promotion seriously! Without her, the spa has a different feel. I’ve been here several times, and she’s the glue that keeps this spa running and makes this experience what it is. She has that old-school work ethic and takes pride in her job.!

I was genuinely excited to visit this spa, having experienced nearly every spa on the Las Vegas Strip. The design immediately stood out and is unlike any other spa on the strip. This spa embraces natural light and showcases stunning views of the Strip, a notable departure from the typical dimly lit spa, which I truly appreciated. The amenities were exceptional, and one of the most pleasant surprises was the serene atmosphere. While many spas on the Strip can feel crowded, this one was blissfully quiet. However, while the spa itself exceeded my expectations, the massage experience left much to be desired. My therapist began the session by rather bluntly pointing out that I had booked a relaxation massage, explaining that it would include "no pressure" unless I wanted to pay more. This felt unnecessarily transactional. I knew what I booked. Additionally, for a service where the final price is over $400 for 80 minutes, I was disappointed that my session lasted only 70 minutes. For a spa of this standard, I would have expected both quality and the full duration of time promised. While I absolutely loved the spa’s design, amenities, and peacefulness, I’m not sure I would return, given the disappointing treatment from the therapist and the lack of attention to detail in delivering a full-length service.

Beautiful space filled with wonderful staff! Not a couples spa, you can get couple treatments but the suanas and hot tubs. It has all the amenities for each mens and womens separately. Really relaxing space to hide from the busy city while keeping it in your view

Great facility in the spa heated pool, steam room and sauna, 2 lounge areas. My service was great really enjoyed my experience.

I purchased a day pass, this spot is stunning and incredibly relaxing. I loved the lounge with snacks and beverages. My favorite was the experience shower, very unique experience. Amazing views from every space. I would highly recommend. I did think it was a little bit odd that they added a 20% gratuity to a spa pass, I know that's common practice with services, but this is the first time I've been charged it on a day pass.

Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness Las Vegas, located at The Venetian Resort, is a renowned wellness destination that originated in Tucson, Arizona in 1979. This expansive facility spans 134,000 square feet and offers an array of services including massages, meditation classes, and body treatments. Visitors can partake in various activities such as ascending a 40-foot indoor climbing wall and engaging in yoga sessions.
We had a great experience at this spa. Madison at the front desk was super helpful and our masseurs Geoffrey and Kevin did a fantastic job. There is some renovation going on, but they made it very clear it was taking place. The amenities were nice, and we really enjoyed the space. The couples retreat package was perfect for celebrating our marriage.
Marin M — Google review
I would definitely wait to have a service here when it is not under construction. When I go to a spa I want to be able to relax but there’s only a tiny co-ed area that is barely 10x10 pool that you have to share with everyone. That is the extent of the pools they have. All the pictures on the website of gorgeous experiences, pools, and lockers are not available. Also you spend your time walking the halls and wondering around in a robe with construction people and walking in the main area not like other spas when you change you are just in the spa. To go from locker room to sauna to a treatment you have to go to random areas and the massage rooms are tiny and look like makeshift office rooms. For the price they are charging you can visit many other spas in Vegas and get the regular high end experience. So sad about my purchase. As a Vegas local definitely will return to other spas on the strip or even green valley ranch had nicer amenities.
Taylor W — Google review
Not a luxury high end spa experience at all! We were given paper wrist bands upon arrival and then ushered down a series vacant hallways where we were left in a large cold “holding room” where 15 - 20 people were waiting to be called. Felt like a dentist office waiting room not a spa. My husband said his massage as great however the ambiance was terrifying. He had to step over someone else’s dirty sheets still on the floor from the previous treatment. We had better massages in chairs at the mall. Save your money. Do not book.
Wendy O — Google review
The spa and facilities are not nearly as bad as the reviews would allow you to believe; however, it's not worth the price with the facilities as they are (dated, a bit worn, and in deep renovation). The staff are skilled and helpful and the entire time I was there I saw staff cleaning the facilities. The womens locker room is clean, spacious and well equipped. Is it weird that you have to make a very long journey back and forth down long, emptyy corridors for the various services they offer while dressed only in a robe? Yes. Is it strange and uncomfortable to have co-ed bathing and lounge facilities? A bit (especially when you consider the (male) age range that The Venetian gets). None of this would bother me elsewhere, but the Canyon Ranch brand has a reputation for better facilities/experiences that are worth the price, so it's all a bit disappointing. Again, the staff is great - you'll be in good hands, but the facilities and experience is odd.
Devra F — Google review
Lovely treatment at the spa in the Venetian Hotel. While service itself was amazing, the place felt crowded and there were no enough places to sit or in some of the areas of the spa. Lastly, out of three showers available two did not have hot water and the the third one did not have cold water? Clearly in transition…. Hope to give it another chance once the remodeling is done or else where
Karen G — Google review
I will never go back to this spa. The place is freezing cold. The workers are freezing. Had stub message and facial. It was very gold in every area. Had hair done and could barely sit because freezing cold. I spent alot of many to freeze. Employees and guest should never be put thru horrible conditions.
Kathy H — Google review
I usually love this Spa! Unfortunately, it is under construction and not many amenities are offered. The women’s locker room is far away, and the signage is terrible. They said there would be attendants and there weren’t. It was as quite stressful experience. I’m all for the renovation but staff appropriately. I do not advise going until the renovation is done, or they discount services through the renovation. Service was great as always.
Claudia F — Google review
The spa is under construction so I had to walk a lot through the facility to put my stuff in the locker before heading to my appointments. I really had high expectations for the prenatal massage at this spa located in the Venetian hotel. Unfortunately the massage felt rushed, not a relaxing and blissful experience and having to be massaged while lying sideways was very uncomfortable (not sure why because in the second trimester supine position is still ok). I also had the organic facial with dermaplanning. The facial somehow didn’t include extractions, very basic treatment done, didn’t help soothe my reddened skin. The spa facilities are the worst among all spas I have visited and the showers were disgusting. I asked one of the ladies if the shower was ready to use, she told me yes, but upon entering I notice huge clumps of hair on the floor and walls (not clean at all).

Caesars Palace is a Roman-themed property that offers luxurious accommodations and a lively casino. It is home to an array of upscale dining options and entertainment venues. The renowned Spago restaurant by Wolfgang Puck kickstarted the trend of famous eateries in Las Vegas, with numerous other celebrity chef establishments following suit. The hotel features multiple sought-after restaurants, including classic steakhouses, gourmet Chinese eateries, and celebrity chef outlets.
First time staying at Caesar's Palace and it was incredible. Since this was my first time in Las Vegas I wanted to get the full experience. I was right in the middle of the strip and I got to take it all in. The hotel is massive and beautiful. There are restaurants everywhere as well as things to do, things to say, games to play and so much more. I went down to the lobby and casino at multiple times of day and night, as well as overnight and early morning and there were always people there having fun. It was an incredible site to see. The hotel is gorgeous, the decor amazing, it is exactly what you would think of when you think Las Vegas. Big, opulent, over the top, luxurious and exciting. I would definitely stay here again. I plan to hotel hop every time I go to Vegas and try it every one, but this was definitely the standard and the best way to start it out, the bar has definitely been set high.

I love ceasars as a hot spot. Haven't stayed here (rooms). But they have a great club! Know to get there at 9am. Lineup goes out the door. Once doors open though security is pretty good at letting ppl in-in a timely manner. There is a dress code but its a loose one. NOTE!!!! Pay attention to the drinks offered at the bar. A rum and coke in a regular glass is 21$ but the bartenders DO NOT OFFER IT- instead they immediately offer this massive sippy cup thats 68$ usd.

Family of Four Traveling the USA. We checked into Caesars Palace after checking out from The Palazzo, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The service at the front desk was unfriendly with no smiles or warmth. The man who checked us in seemed dismissive and somewhat rude, and he was also training another staff member at the time. We politely asked for an early check-in since we arrived at 2 p.m., but were told it would cost $35 plus tax with no flexibility. During our travels across Los Angeles and San Francisco, we stayed at Hilton, InterContinental, and Fairmont, and all of them were accommodating and welcoming, allowing early check-ins at no extra charge and some offering an upgrade. The interaction left a sour taste in our mouths from the start. There were no complimentary bottles of water provided upon check-in and no assistance with our luggage to the room, which we expected from a hotel of this calibre. The hotel itself feels outdated and tired, with a noticeable smell of smoke and weed throughout. The room lacks basic amenities like a shower cap or kettle, and they do not allow a fold-out bed for my son, which other hotels had no issue providing. There is also no concierge service available. We chose Caesars Palace expecting a luxurious experience, especially since the rate was higher than The Palazzo and The Venetian, but it fell far short of that. The service is poor, the hotel feels run down, and overall it does not live up to its reputation. We regret choosing this hotel and wish we had kept our stay at The Palazzo instead. Maybe our expectations were high, but I’d have to say by far I don’t rate this hotel.
Linda — Google review
It was my first time staying at Caesars Palace and it was a great choice. It's very central to all the main things we wanted to see on the strip. We were there to see a concert at the Colosseum and were pleasantly surprised to find the entrance to it directly opposite the elevators to our tower (Colosseum tower). The staff were very friendly and our whole experience there was fantastic. I will happily stay there again.
Emily D — Google review
Parking can be tricky if you’re not staying there, you have to pay but once you go inside you’ll be amazed. It felt as if you were in another world. The ceiling is painted as if it’s sunset time and the interior is wonderful. If you think the outside looks good, wait until you go inside. It’s free to roam and walk around but definitely reserve at least an hour because this hotel is huge and you can easily get lost. Check out the pool too, it’s free if you wanna spend some time there during the day, it’s also really pretty to see even if you don’t want to sunbathe.
Odeta — Google review
We checked in around noon and were charged a $35 early check-in fee since the standard check-in time is 4 p.m. Normally, I wouldn’t mind paying if the hotel was busy or if they had to rush to get the room ready, but that wasn’t the case here. It was obvious our room hadn’t been used or freshly cleaned in quite some time. There was a light layer of dust on everything, and a letter on the desk about a pool closure that had already ended a week before our stay. It felt frustrating to be charged extra for early access to a room that was clearly just sitting there waiting. The room itself was very comfortable. It was far from the casino and didn’t face the Strip, which made it super quiet and nice and dark for sleeping. The downside was that it was about a 15-minute walk to the rideshare pickup area. Wheeling a suitcase that far through carpeted casino floors was not fun. One more note: nothing in the minibar is complimentary, not even bottled water or coffee. Everything is on sensors, so you’ll be charged if you move an item, even if you put it back unopened. The fridge is completely stocked with items for purchase, so there’s no space for leftovers unless you request (and pay for) a separate personal fridge.
Emily F — Google review
We stayed here for 6 days and were really disappointed that housekeeping never came by once during our entire stay. For a hotel of this standard and price, we expected at least basic service like fresh towels and the room being tidied. The location and amenities are great, but the lack of housekeeping really brought down the experience.
Alana D — Google review
Caesars Palace is not just a hotel — it’s a hotel-casino with a spa, more like a full resort. It’s a huge place that feels like an old, legendary city that everyone already knows. I think the price is totally worth it for the quality you get. The room I stayed in was very clean, quiet, and free of any cigarette smell. Even the casino doesn’t have that strong smoke odor like many others in Vegas. The hotel is always very busy, especially at the front desk. The check-in line looks huge and a bit intimidating at first, but it actually moves fast and the process is well organized. Check-out, on the other hand, is super easy and quick. Keep in mind that you’re paying resort prices here, so it’s good to know what you’re looking for before booking. If you prefer something more affordable, there are other hotels in Las Vegas without casinos or spas. But overall, Caesars Palace is in a perfect location, close to everything, and it’s definitely a great experience. Highly recommended!

My husband and I both had pedicures here last week during our Vegas weekend. Very professional and clean. They are in the middle of renovating, so the pedicure tubs are kind of in the middle of the salon right now. Not a problem for me, but if you are looking for a certain environment, this wouldn't be it. My technician did a great job with getting my feet super smooth. No "dryers," though, so I had to walk to lunch with not quite dry polish and wait for them to finish setting while eating. All in all a good experience, but not sure if it was overall worth the price we paid.
Jackie A — Google review
I recently visited the Bellagio Spa for a prenatal massage and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I had spent about 20 minutes waiting in line to confirm the details of my scheduled prenatal massage, specifically asking whether they would use the special prenatal pillow with a hollow for the tummy, which I had been assured twice would be provided. The pillow was a deal-breaker for me because I don’t find side-lying massages effective in relieving tension, especially in my neck and shoulders. I made it clear that I rely on proper pressure release through simultaneous massage from both sides of the back to ease the tension. When massage is done only on one side, the other side gets squeezed, which is not only uncomfortable but counterproductive. So, I was extremely disappointed when I arrived for my massage and discovered there was no special pillow after all. To make matters worse, I was promised that the manager would come to speak with me about the issue, but no one ever arrived. It’s frustrating when you’re promised a certain experience and it doesn’t meet expectations, especially when you’ve communicated your needs clearly. I left feeling dissatisfied and let down by the lack of follow-through on their part. I was hoping for a relaxing and effective experience, but sadly, it fell short. For the price and the reputation of Bellagio, I expected much better communication and service.

Amazing. Could not recommend enough. We had the couples massage with added services and it did not disappoint. Mandy was an excellent masseuse!! Would 100% return. The only thing is that they kept one door propped open to the women’s room upon return from the massage which made me feel uncomfortable because people were in and out consistently and women were also changing in the locker room. I think the door should remain closed.

As a native local, several years after this place debut. regardless of how old it is it still one of the most prominent casinos on the strip if not the most known. starting from the botanical gardens from checking in, they're standing rooms having above high end qualities. the staff being very friendly, honestly it makes me feel like into a lifestyle I can never afford but at least it'll be a good trial.

This spa is more about experience. If you’re used to getting massages, maybe try a different place. The massage therapist seemed to be rushing through the massage. We booked the customized but it seems they have plenty of options. I had to ask a lot of questions since it was my first time.

Beautiful hotel. Loved our room location. The downside to our visit was housekeeping not tending to our room consistently, and when it was finally serviced (on our last full day there), it wasn't done thoroughly. Otherwise, I can see us returning here - ideally located on the strip, spacious room and bathroom.

I stopped by for a quick haircut and had a very pleasurable experience. The staff is warm and friendly and met my needs as requested regarding the type of cut I wanted. There was no wait and they had me booked for an appointment in an hour. For the gentleman wanting a haircut the salon is less expensive as the "barber" was like $10 more which included hair waxing of your ears and an eyebrow trim. I recommend the Belaggio Spa and Salon for your hair needs.

Guests can unwind in The Space Between, a serene lounge with cascading water sounds.
Treat yourself to a massage with Bianca, you won’t regret it! Hands down, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Her pressure was perfect, and you can immediately tell she’s not only highly skilled but also deeply in tune with your body’s needs. She creates such a calming and welcoming environment that it’s easy to relax the moment you walk in. Bianca’s attention to detail, intuitive touch, and genuine care make the entire experience feel both restorative and luxurious. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely recharged.

I've been to many spas in Vegas, and this was my 1st spa that i was quite surprised by how small it really was. I wish it offered more amenities. I used all the options given within an hour. I then had an amazing facial done by Alisa. It's a pretty simple and calm little spa. I would come back just for Alisa!

I very much enjoyed my time at the Sahra Spa. I booked side-by-side Balance & Harmony massages with my best friend for her birthday for the maximum time allowed. We arrived early, the woman who checked us into the spa and showed us around was friendly and lovely, and then we stripped down and got into the amazing, hot vitality pool. There are signs as you enter the clothing-optional area of the spa that tell guests no cell phone use is allowed, but as we were lounging in the vitality pool, there were several women on the lounge chairs with their phones out. It's not a great feeling to have strangers with their phones out when you're as bare as the day you were born, so I'd have appreciated it if the staff had gently reminded people of the rules. That's the biggest reason my review is a 4-star review (the other being that the actual facilities, like the cool mist room, are a little small). After soaking in the pool, we were called for our massages, and those were otherworldly. My masseuse paid attention to tiny muscles I didn't even know I had, the hot stones felt wonderful, and being wrapped in warm blankets on the table made me feel like the most pampered newborn baby on Earth, lol. After our massages, we lounged in the chairs near the vitality pool and were so relaxed that we fell asleep for an hour! I love that if you book a service, you can use the facilities all day. It was so worth it to be able to spend 5 hours in a peaceful place, without a care in the world. I definitely recommend the Sahra Spa, but maybe bring along a bathing suit, in case people are ignoring the rule about no cell phone use. It's pricey (our 2 massages were around $900), but you deserve to relax! ♥

I had a prenatal massage and Bianca was phenomenal! The best massage I've ever had hands down. She has a very calming and healing aura and made sure I was comfortable and tolerating everything throughout. Her hands are miracle workers and I would choose her again. The spa amenities were superb and all of the staff were helpful and kind. I will say the eucalyptus steam room didn't really smell like eucalyptus but I forgot to mention it on my way out, could have been just my opinion.

Everything was wonderful! I believe the lady who did my massage was named Angel and she truly was one. Such a sweet, gentle soul! I absolutely loved her. On the first day, the ladies at the front desk didn’t acknowledge us right away no “we’ll be right with you” or anything so we were a bit confused at first while waiting. But overall, they were pleasant once we eventually got checked in. My favorite person was Bryan. Incredibly fast, helpful, kind, and polite. He really stood out! Overall, a 5-star experience because of him. 🌟

I booked an 80 minute massage with Bianca and she performed such a relaxing massage. The pressure was just right, her technique was experienced and everything that you look for in a therapist. After my massage, I had a wonderful gel manicure with Lisa. Lisa was a true expert in cosmetology and the fact that she does not use a drill is heavenly! The over all spa experience was exactly what you seek out when you visit a spa, perfection. The entire staff were attentive and very kind. Will book again my next time at the Cosmo. thank you everyone for a peaceful experience.

I have had way better experiences here in the past. My massage was not 'Mana Lomi' or didn't feel like it for the 80 min. I wouldn't pay the extra for it as I barely got a full body massage. They have gone down in quality and service overall. The dry fruit seemed stale. The ladies were extremely nice that service the sauna steam room and lockers. I would give them 5 stars.

Went for my birthday, was hoping to spoil myself with a nice relaxing massage. There was no male attendant, I didn't even see anyone till it was time for my massage. Luckily I remembered how the lockers worked from the first time I went here. I did not get any sandals, and had to wear my own the whole time I was there. When it came to the massage, they asked what area I wanted to be focused on. I said my neck, he maybe spent 10 minutes on my neck. Almost the whole massage was spent working on the arms and legs. I paid for an 80 minute massage, so there should have been plenty of time to focus on my neck like I requested. For somewhere that claims to be a high end spa, they miss the mark on every aspect. I would have been better off going to massage envy. Would have spent way less money, and received the same service.

Situated in the heart of Las Vegas, ARIA Resort & Casino is a luxurious destination offering an array of amenities for discerning travelers. The resort boasts stunning architecture and sustainable design, providing guests with high-end service and state-of-the-art technology. From personalized accommodations to lavish pool areas, every aspect exudes luxury. Guests can indulge in fine dining at multiple restaurants or explore the upscale shopping experience at the nearby Crystals retail complex.
I absolutely loved my stay here while visiting Vegas. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and huge. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was nice, spacious, and clean. There were so many things to do within the hotel itself. Multiple restaurants, bars, a bakery, spa, the pool was still open, a night club, etc. Its located next to a mall which provides easy access to shopping and also a short cut to the strip. It was a great location for me since I was going to a concert at Planet Hollywood and I was gonna be walking. I also loved that although they were to capacity and super busy they did give me a later check out to help with my late flight and they had an area to hold my bags so I could attend the Wizard of Oz before my departure. 10/10 I'd definitely recommend
HersheeKyss — Google review
I would rate this hotel about 3.5 stars. It’s conveniently located right off the strip. The property is clean, but it does feel a little dated. The fresh flowers throughout the hotel are beautiful, and the overall service is good. One thing I didn’t like: if you leave money out in your room, housekeeping will take it right away. Unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at, they don’t wait until the end of your stay. I usually leave a larger tip at the end, but since they take it immediately, it makes me wonder what else could be taken. On a positive note, the suite pool is excellent. It’s reserved only for suite guests, and the service there is amazing. They guide you to your seat, set up towels, and even bring aloe every hour. That part of the experience really stood out. Overall: I might stay here again if they improve housekeeping practices. The service in some areas is outstanding, but trust and consistency are just as important when choosing a hotel.

We just stayed here during our wedding anniversary trip and I was just so disappointed. I used to love this hotel but unfortunately the service has really gone down since Covid. When we checked in we mentioned it was our anniversary and they gave us a drink credit which was nice and thankfully it did cover the drinks we got because they were extremely expensive. I don't recommended ordering anything at the bar. Later in the night we asked guest services if we could have some water an they were really rude and directed us to the bar or the waitresses. We saw a waitress who had 3 water bottles on her tray. Instead of acknowledging us she chatted with her friend and then finally told us if we wanted water we had to gamble and she'd return to take our order. Like whatever happened to treating people as humans? We had gambled there all night and hadn't been approached for a drink and we just wanted some water but got treated like an animal. And then when leaving about 30 cars got stuck in the parking garage because the attendant wouldn't open the gate for them. I just wouldn't recommend staying here. Parking is so much, they got rid of the buffet we loved, the drinks are about $30 a piece. I recommend Palazzo, they treat you much better there.

I received an offer to stay at Aria for a reduced rate from MGM. The first thing I would mention about the hotel is that it is very upscale. I'm used to staying at Excalibur and Luxor and their aging rooms. It was nice to see a place that looked more modern. For my room, I stayed in a Stay Well King Deluxe. I liked the view I had of the city as well as the shower and soaking tub options. Service of the room was good too. Staff made sure to replace towels and even organized items so they weren't forgotten. One nice I also forgot to close door all the way and front desk was able to call me and let me know that it was a jar. Thanks for keeping me safe 🙏🏾 I had a good time at this hotel and would stay there again next time I'm in town.

I got a room at the aria because my brother told me it was really nice and i wanted to treat my girl to something nice for our anniversary. I got a room over looking the strip so we could take pictures with the view but the window was so dirty you could barely see the strip through it. The phone barely worked, when trying to call customer service it would just keep replaying a message telling you to press “8” wverytime you pressed the number. No one ever answered when we tried calling the concierge. There wasnt a refridgator persinal items only one with overpriced water that we were forced to drink since they cost the same as the ones in the store in the hotel. The television remote barely worked, they had no premium channels like hbo, only movie channels where none of the free titles worked, only over priced rental movies that we begrudgingly paid for. I dont understand why they dont have premium channels, we could have stayed at a budget hotel and had those. Also, i definitely paid for late check out through booking.com but we had to rush out at noon because they claimed i didnt and i ended up leaving expensive dress shirts in the closet hanging up. I was told to call lost and found but the number doesnt appear to work. I filled out a form but based on my experience so far i imagine that will be ignored. The casino was nice, we had a good time over all but the room was lacking and so was our customer service experience.

I don't know why Google shows this as a 5-star hotel. This has not been anything close to a 5 star experience for us but, probably because its Las Vegas. First off, we booked 3 rooms for 8 guests. The 1st guest was checked in 1-hr late and she arrived early. With 3 rooms booked 2-months in advance and she couldn't even get check into one of the rooms early let alone on-time. That was the first red flag. 2nd guest was checked in and their first set of keys didnt work so, they had to go back down to get new keys. When 3rd guest arrived front desk also provided keys that didnt work once not twice but by the 3rd set of keys its now 11pm and we are all exhausted and still dealing with all that! What a nightmare. Dont even get me started on their booking system. Seems outdated too. The front desk agents were apologetic but, I think they should have given some sort of credit but no, none given. As for our room it was just OK, the room wasnt 5-star clean and if you want a fridge for your own food/drinks you bave to request these items. Not even a coffee maker in the room?! We didn't have shampoo too, just body wash and hair conditioner so, I had to go buy shampoo at their shop downstairs for a very high price for a tiny travel size. They dont provide water bottles either. Every 4 & 5 star hotel "resort" I have stayed at has always provided unlimited water bottles and at least had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee maker, mini fridge. What is the resort fee per day even for??? All we got was a ton of grief. The rest of the stay has been ok so far. We will see how check out goes. Very very disappointed.

For me it's the luxurious smell as soon as you walk in! The place is very well kept up with. I liked the atmosphere, staff, the location and how it's connected to the other casino. My favorite part was the 24 hr bakery with the most delicious treats! So many beautiful displays of art to admire. WE had a blast at the casino and plan on returning to stay for a romantic get away!

There's no way this room is 520 square feet. We've stayed in many upscale hotels with rooms that are over 500 square feet and they are a lot bigger. Service is nonexistent here. You can't move bottle water and dried snacks from their tray even if you moved them by accident because there's a sensor and you will automatically be charged outrageous amount. Just put them in a locked cabinet! Forget about the refrigerator. We've heard about it so we didn't even bother to open it. Security latch in our door is broken, our toilet tank is leaking, one of the sinks drained super slowly, no handheld shower. Paper thin wall..... I can hear my next door neighbor. Insane! Of course! Just like typical Vegas casino hotel, there's no coffee machine in the room. Resort fees apparently only cover unsecured Wi-Fi, outdoor pool that nobody uses especially in Winter time. What a joke! I don't understand why this lousy hotel gets 4.5 reviews??? These people don't know what a true 4.5 star hotel is??? This hotel is not even close. Do not stay here. The Waldorf Astoria which is next door is way much better if you really want to experience a luxury hotel stay.

The day spa Qua Baths And Spa features unique treatments inspired by cultures around the world. From the Arctic Room, which features artificial snowflakes falling from a domed ceiling, to Thai Massage, which uses techniques borrowed from that country's ancient culture, Qua Baths And Spa has something for everyone.
What a great way to spend the day relaxing. I had a wonderful time here, the Roman baths were probably my favorite and also my massage w Shanna. She was perfect! She listened to my desires and accommodated my level of pressure perfectly. If I lived in Vegas, I would be there monthly. Thank yall!

My experience could have been much better had the spa not been under construction. I tried calling to book an appointment two days in advance, but no one answered. I attempted again the day of, even before arriving at the hotel, and still couldn’t get through. It wasn’t until I reached my room that I was finally able to speak with someone. They did let me know about the construction, but I wasn’t expecting my massage to take place in a random hotel room. While I was still grateful to receive both a massage and facial, I had booked the 100-minute package, and I did not think I received the full time—unless that included walking to the room and getting dressed, which felt rushed. The entire experience felt hurried. The massage therapist was kind and professional, but considering the price point, it didn’t feel like a good value. I would recommend waiting until the spa renovations are complete or considering another location. A major part of what you're paying for is the full spa experience—access to amenities and a relaxing atmosphere—which simply wasn’t available. I didn’t even have access to basic essentials like a hairbrush after the treatment.

I was able to pay for a spa pass for the amenities for myself and my husband with points, which was great. The baths are nice. Not as nice as a Korean Spa like King Spa in New Jersey, and three times as expensive for only three hours, but nice. I think the thing that was the most interesting to me is how you can see how things are (literally) fraying around the edges. The carpet is fraying in some spots. Wires hanging from the ceiling in the cold room. Wires and dust hanging from the ceiling in the main bathing area if you look up while you are on a heated bed. That being said, I had a cold plunge and then hung out in the warm water for a bit. Took a nap on one of the heated beds. Wished they had a truly hot hot tub. But had a nice time and it was very relaxing.

Wanted to spend an entire spa day for two as locals. We normally go towards the luxury hotels and their spas but decided to give Qua a try since we love water therapy. We called on Friday night at 5:45pm and was on hold for 10min before they cut the line and said sorry we are not open…(5min before they close at 6pm apparently.. couldn’t even transfer us to concierge reservation line). Called the encore and they answered immediately and were super accommodating. Prices were nearly identical between the two and I rather go to a place where my business is appreciated. Looking forward to my day at encore spa! Best customer service in town.

Very relaxing. A perfect place to have a relaxing day. We enjoyed their ice room and steam room very much. There's refreshments available by the lounge. Less stars for the lady in the front. She wasn't very friendly nor welcoming. And also for the price, I think it's pricey for what you get. I'd still recommend it for maybe like for a special gift or occasion.

I loved this place! I'm not a big spa person but wanted to relax after a long week of work and touring so decided to splurge on just the Roman rituals day pass. I went around 8:30 am on a Friday and had the place to myself most of the time. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, an assortment of healthy snacks, drinks, teas and coffee. Loved the cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam room (can be a lot at it's peak), and my favourite was the artic snow room which was very refreshing (maybe it's because I'm Canadian). The lanconium beds were so relaxing beside the hot tubs and skylight. Even the showers were awesome. I easily spent two hours and could have stayed much longer but had to catch a flight.

Fantastic spa! My friend and I came here to relax the day before a wedding. The girls at the desk were amazing they gave us a detailed tour and helped us both pick out massages. This spa experience was on if the best I’ve ever had. We both got the Nobu Zen massage which comes with aromatherapy, a foot mask/ massage and hot stones, but they will customize it any way you’d like. The spa amenities were great. It was the most relaxing day we’ve ever had and we will definitely be back.

Caesar’s is on a major slide and it’s touching every corner of the property. Spa is closed and even if it was open the day pass and amenity access is now a “3 hour water journey” last thing at the spa anyone wants is a time limit. Apparently management doesn’t understand the consumer anymore not only here especially, but Vegas in general. The pay more get less movement needs to end in Vegas and Ceasars. When people come to relax at the spa and pay a premium day pass of 100 dollars plus give them the day not a 3 hour water journey. Major changes are needed not only at the spa but elsewhere in the resort. Pivot NEEDED

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a sophisticated casino property located in the heart of the action on the strip. Every room features a balcony, offering a perfect way to experience Vegas for first-timers. The hotel's three-story chandelier-shaped bar is a standout feature, known for its unique photo opportunities and secret drink menu.
Fantastic hotel! Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. The terrace room with the view of the Bellagio fountain and the sphere was awesome, especially for Vegas first timers. Secret pizza was much better than expected and the ski lodge had a great atmosphere. The art work scattered around the property was fun to look at. 10/10 would stay there again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent, with easy access to many attractions via the skywalk. The hotel itself is impressive, featuring multiple restaurants, shops, a casino, and entertainment options. My room was beautiful and clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Check-in was an absolute nightmare thanks to Maya in VIP check-in. She should never be allowed to be face to face with anyone ever. She was rude and dismissive and completely unprofessional. She interrupted us constantly and was combative about everything we asked. Completely unacceptable. If I was looking for a reason not to return, Naya would be the only reason. Erica by contrast was the absolute sweetest, loveliest person. She made check-in a breeze and made me feel welcome. She is a top team member and should be commended for her excellent service! My only minor issue with the room was receiving a city view instead of the fountain view I had booked, but as I spent little time in the room, it didn't detract significantly from the experience. The hotel's lobby and elevators are stunning, featuring beautiful digital art displays. I will certainly stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, in a great central location on the Strip, and has several very good restaurants. But the service definitely needs improvement. Checking in was good, but only because I have Marriott Bonvoy status so we didn't have to wait in the exceedingly long lines. We tried to reach a concierge person using the house phone, but our phone didn't work. We reported it - never fixed. Then I used the mobile concierge but it took me about 10 minutes to actually get an answer to a simple question (& I'm a techie, so not user problem). Then I wanted a copy of our bill. The email from them had a link which I went to & filled in the info requested. Looked ok, said I'd get my copy within the hour. 8 days & 3 requests later I'm still waiting. And don't even try to call & talk to a human - i just lost 30 minutes of my life! Still no bill!!! 😡

I have stayed in alot of the strip casinos, honestly this was my first stay at the cosmo and we loved it. I can totally say they have the best services on casino floor, gambled for hours never wanted for a drink. I went to gamble in 8 casinos on this trip and only 1 other did I even get offered a drink. Rooms and clean and in great shape. They have awesome restaurants, really nice VIP lounges if you can get in and lots of easy to locate bathrooms. This will definitely be a top choice for us!

I recently stayed there (From Oct 25-28). Was upgraded since my original room was not ready at check-in. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and professional. The hotel is located in the middle of the strip so easy access to most of the other hotels if you wanted to walk to them. Will definitely consider this hotel again whenever the next time is that I come back.

I’ve been staying at the cosmo annually since 2017. The standard of service has fallen off a cliff over the years. It’s “ok” but no longer a 5 star place. Things I’ve recognized - so many of the staff are completely checked out. On their phones, gazing off into the distance, giving checked out energy. Not dialed in at all. The staff energy is not there and it has to be at a 5 star hotel. - general maintenance and cleanliness is not there. Back to back years now my room has had random issues - this year the faucets leaking, last year the floor was wet and they literally had a dehumidifier in the room on arrival. Again this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel? - check in process is insane - this is a hotel, the main job is to check in guests. For the last two years it’s like the staff has no idea how to use the system, like they are using it for the first time - check in takes 30+ minutes, it’s just unbelievable really. That’s it for me.
John W — Google review
The Cosmo bills itself as a luxury hotel, but lacks luxury amenities and service. Check-in during normal hours involves standing in a massive queue for 30+ minutes, to be greeting by a staff member who would clearly rather be anywhere else. Even the VIP check in area massive groups of people waiting. Left your key in your room? Another 30 minute wait to get it resolved. Standard room service? For a $10 service charge plus automatic gratuity, it comes in a takeaway bag, unless you want to pay an additional upcharge for basic table service. Tips on top of the automatic gratuity are expected, regardless. The rooms were fine, but lacked basic amenities, like robes and slippers, and good toiletries. I assume these could be provided on request, but these things should be standard at a higher end property. I definitely won’t be staying at the Cosmo the next time I find myself in Vegas.

The Venetian Las Vegas is a luxurious Italian-themed resort and casino that offers a wide range of experiences. It features exquisite dining options, including renowned restaurants by celebrity chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, Emeril Lagasse, and Gordon Ramsay. The resort also boasts gondola rides, a spa, and outdoor pools for guests to enjoy.
This is the place to stay on the strip in Vegas! Every room is a suite, and it has biggest casino floor. The basic room here is better than some premium rooms at other resorts. We've stayed 5 times in the last few years and it gets better everytime. I recommend upgrading to prestige for a better experience. Sign up for the rewards program, game with your player card and you're likely to get offers for free stays. I've been invited to 2 slots tournaments this year and even got 20th place last time (out of almost 1,000 people). Pricing is competitive with other strip casinos, but the value for the money is so much better here. The Ventian side just renovated their rooms so everything is fresh and new. Now, if I could just win a grand jackpot. We've already booked our next trip for January. My only complaint is that I wish there were more mid range dining options to choose from. Seems like its either super fancy or super cheap with not much in between except Grand Lux.

This is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. The hotel is beautiful and has a great shopping area. There is no hassle to check in/out. Rooms are clean and so comfortable. Great food in their restaurants. Room service was easy to order, great tasting food and the server was so polite. We stay nowhere else.

The Venetian Quarter in Las Vegas is pure magic — a little piece of Italy in the middle of the desert! 🇮🇹✨ Walking through this place feels surreal: blue skies painted on the ceiling, romantic gondolas gliding along turquoise canals, and charming bridges that look straight out of Venice. The attention to detail is incredible — from the architecture to the music echoing through the corridors, everything is designed to make you forget you’re in Nevada. You can take a gondola ride, enjoy gelato by the canal, explore beautiful boutiques, or dine at one of the amazing Italian restaurants inside. The atmosphere is romantic, elegant, and surprisingly peaceful compared to the busy Strip just outside. It’s perfect for couples, photographers, and anyone who loves art, architecture, and that magical “La Dolce Vita” feeling. ❤️ If you’re visiting Las Vegas, the Venetian Quarter is an absolute must-see — it’s like taking a mini vacation to Italy without ever leaving the city!

Highly recommended! Exceptional service! Started with Amy at check in. Then Kiela the floor host made me feel special and welcome. Then Jine at the Grand Luxe cafe provided great service. Ignacio at Sugarcanecwas great too. The hotel is beautiful and clean. But the service is what stood out. I would return just on service alone. Can’t wait to come back.

We didn't stay here, just walked in to see the place and experience the gondola ride. This place is truly amazing. It really is like walking in Venice. The ceiling is painted and backlit. The canals, shops, miniature version of St Mark's Square are all inspiring and a really close replica of the real thing. If you can't make it to Venice, this is a wonderful substitute. We paid extra for the private ride. It fits two people on two sides with seats facing each other. Our "driver" was actually from Italy and his accent was beautiful. He sang at the half way point and at the end. He sounded wonderful. This is a must see. Don't go to Vegas without popping into the Venetian.

Best time!!! Worth the upgrade for breakfast and cocktail hour! Concierge was so helpful in booking dinner and shows. Large rooms and fun to walk around the resort. So many good restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Absolutely stunning views from the room with all the amenities you could ask for. Despite being located on the strip in a high traffic area the hotel floors are so quiet you can here a pin drop. Hotel keeping, front desk, casino and restaurant. staff all extremely pleasant. Plenty of eateries and high-end shops to choose from highly recommend.

I only stayed for a single night because of a concert at the Venetian Theater. Booked through Expedia because I like booking lodging and flights in a one stop shop. Upon check-in I was offered a suite upgrade at a great price. Loved their retail area and restaurants. Staff were great and they are close to several attractions.

Wynn Plaza is a luxurious store situated in the Wynn Las Vegas resort, offering high-end interior decor and home goods. Adjacent to the Wynn Las Vegas, Encore at Wynn is one of the most lavish hotels in Vegas, boasting over 2,000 rooms and access to amenities at the main Wynn hotel. The combined resort has received numerous five-star awards and features an expansive gaming space.
By far the best hotel I had stayed in a long time, maybe ever. The only "con" I would point out is that the gym closes at 8 PM, and I was asked by the lady at the reception to leave 10 mi uses before. Otherwise great amenities!

Wynn could have a better gift shop. But otherwise, it's extremely iconic and beautiful. Makes Bellagio look more boring than watching paint dry.

Beautiful, opulent, loud, smoky. I'm sorry but only 3 stars. Smoking indoors is DISGUSTING and ruined our expensive dinner for me. The rooms are well appointed, the staff is efficient and friendly, and the place is always very clean but there's no getting past cigarettes and cigars.

The Wynn is a world class establishment. There customer service skills are amazing. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The restaurant's are awesome. The pool was nice to spend time at. I have stayed at 12 different hotels on the vegas strip, Wynn is the best by far. Nice bonus having the fashion show mall across the street. The casino hosts and dealers are all very pleasant. I had the privilege of being looked after by Joel Vera from the Wynn a true professional! He is amazing! Keep up the great work guys! THE WYNN FOR THE WIN!!!

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a stunning new property that offers top-notch 5-star service, making it a standout among the hotels on the strip. The lobby is breathtaking, and the check-in process is efficient with attentive staff. The resort boasts an array of dining options and amenities, including a luxurious in-room dining experience.
I stayed here for When We Were Young 2025, I wanted to be as close to the festival as possible and the entrance is literally across the street from the hotel. I had an extremely luxurious stay. Our room was spotless and had so many thoughtful amenities. I appreciated the steamer in the room, large mirror, and multiple storage areas. The room was spacious and quiet, I never heard another guest while in my room. They have 24 hour housekeeping, so you can turn the service light on whenever you are leaving and come back to a perfectly cleaned room. After a long day at a festival, having a massive bathtub was a godsend. I used that tub every single day and absolutely loved it. It is absolutely massive and very deep, plenty of room for 2 with nice edges around the side to put your things on. The lobby and common areas smell heavenely, and all of the staff is pleasant and professional. I appreciated the extra security before the guest elevators. We had brunch at La Fontaine after absoutely loving our meal last time we were there. We brought 2 friends with us this time and they were also blown away by the service and fantastic food. We ordered room service for breakfast and everything was high quality and delicious. I throughly enjoyed our stay and felt like I got my moneys worth. If you want to do Las Vegas luxuriously, this is the place.

Absolutely stunning resort! From the moment we checked in, the service was top-notch and the atmosphere was pure luxury. The rooms are beautifully designed with amazing views, and every detail feels first-class. The restaurants and bars are outstanding , great food, great drinks, and an unbeatable vibe. The pool area is incredible, perfect for relaxing during the day and enjoying the energy at night. Fontainebleau Las Vegas truly sets a new standard on the Strip. Can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous, modern hotel/casino. We saw Adam Sandler in the beautiful Bleaulive Theatre. Had an amazing sushi dinner at Komodo. And enjoyed a killer band at Club Nowhere. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. And we were upgraded to a wonderful room with a fabulous view. Only complaint was the off season hours on the pool. Paying full resort fee to scrounge for chairs at one small pool with no hot tub only open until 4 pm wasn’t great, but the staff were lovely and we enjoyed the time we did get at the pool. Overall, 5 stars.

I had a fantastic stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas! The staff was extremely friendly and professional — they really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and spotless. Everything feels fresh and high-end, from the decor to the amenities. The hotel is super clean throughout, and you can tell they take maintenance seriously. Definitely one of the best new properties on the Strip — I’ll be coming back for sure!

I have been visiting and enjoying Las Vegas since 1985. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many of the finest hotels and dining at some of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants. However, none of those experiences compare to my recent stay at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel’s elegance, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Every aspect—from the design and ambiance to the service and dining—reflects a new level of sophistication and luxury that truly sets the Fontainebleau apart. After nearly four decades of visiting Las Vegas, I can confidently say that the Fontainebleau far surpasses any of my past experiences. It represents the future of luxury hospitality in Las Vegas, and I look forward to returning many times in the years ahead. Kamau Jackson is a great thoughtful host.

Very pretty, will not be staying here again. 3 problems in descending order. 1st. I had a coat dropped off to me here I had left in a cab. Cab driver was amazing and came back. He took a picture handing the coat to the front desk and texted it to me which I thought was odd. He said, trust me, you'll need that photo. I went to the front desk for the coat 3 times over 2 days and they said they didn't have it. The third time I waited for a manager and magically found it. 2nd problem. The food. It took 30 minutes to just order then 45 minutes later found out they lost the order. Fine, can I get it to go? 40 minutes later got my simple breakfast burrito. Not to go. They said "you can take the plate with you" really? Meanwhile I watched other people get to go orders that were packed up. Last. They don't have coffee here. I asked for a coffee maker as I always do, they don't have them. Went down for coffee every morning. Every morning it was over 45 minutes to get a simple black coffee. I get why they prices are so low. They need to be cheap to get people to say here.

My husband and I are not fans of Vegas. However, when we saw that TEARS FOR FEARS would be playing in Vegas, we bought tickets and planned a quick getaway to see the show. Since the concert was at the BleauLive Theater, we decided to stay at the Fontainebleau Hotel for the sake of convenience. We were both surprised and delighted! From the ease of check-in with the friendly and professional staff and complimentary bottled water, to the tranquil shades of blue in the decor throughout the lobby and hotel, it was clear we made the right choice. The room was spacious, well-appointed (including cozy bathrobes) and felt luxurious and relaxing. The view of the Stratosphere and mountain range was an unexpected bonus. The BleauLive Theater was an intimate and acoustically impressive live performance space. The sound was crystal clear and not at all overwhelming. After the show, we hit the food court to use our $50 food credit and grabbed some delicious bites from Roadside Taco to take back to the room. The next morning, we used our 2nd $50 food credit to get breakfast at El Bagel. All the food was exactly what we wanted and perfect for our stay. And then free overnight self-parking, too?! As much as we've avoided Las Vegas in the past, the Fontainebleau Hotel has changed our minds about making another trip...we've found OUR place to stay!

Came here for when we were young festival and so glad we did. Location right across the street from the entrance for it made it a easy pick for the event. For starters inside as a whole is just absolutely beautiful. Very easily laid out as well so getting around was not confusing at all as some other hotels can be in Vegas. The casino portion is a lot of fun we played a ton of slots and it wasn’t all loss so I’d say it’s a pretty sweet spot to gamble. The room itself was awesome, very comfortable and user friendly. Almost everything has an electronic switch for it next to the bed and front door so makes it very nice waking up or coming in to the room after a long day. The room service is even more nice, right to the room and set up your food and everything at the table, woke up from a nap very surprised to my food waiting for me after my wife let them in. The shops are super cool, the restaurants and fast food spots in the food court all were very good too. Will absolutely be making this our place to stay when we visit Vegas, treated us amazingly.

Resort hotel
Delano Las Vegas is an upscale hotel with high-rise suites, featuring an outdoor pool, dining options, and a spa. The hotel offers exclusive experiences such as the SkyFall Lounge with attentive staff, live DJs, and stunning views of the southern Strip. Additionally, it provides luxury treatment for four-legged guests at an extra cost. This 43-story luxury suite hotel is part of the Mandalay Bay complex on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada.
We upgraded for $50 a night from a 2 queen in Mandalay Bay to a 2 queen suite with a living room & extra toilet. I think it was worth it but a pullout couch would’ve been nice for the kids. The MB pools were great, didn’t go to the W pool. I do wish they provided floats though, there are so many left every day & I think they just resell them (for $35!). We went to CVS & got some for $6. They do have an inflation station, which was nice. Probably the only free thing, even coffee in the room was not included, which felt super cheap to me! I have never been to a hotel from a roadside motel to a luxury hotel that did not have free coffee. The best thing was the service though, I dropped part of an earring down the sink & called the “whatever, whenever” line. They sent maintenance right away. Nick was the nicest guy, got it out very quickly & even gave us a comped dinner! That was a very nice surprise. I would definitely stay there again. I do think the hotel should revisit their coffee situation though.

We just stayed at the W, Las Vegas (Formerly The Delano) on Wed-Sat (Sept 10-13), for a 3 day getaway. I previously stayed here when it was the Delano, and liked the room very much. But to be honest nothing has changed, nothing was upgraded, nothing added, other than then the name. If you are going to brand your hotel as a W, then it should live up to that reputation. The beds are comfortable, and it is nice, as they are suites, and they offer the extra half bath, which is very convenient, but I think that's where it ends. No fridge, no coffee maker, no microwave, nothing. These are all items, that even many of the most basic hotels offer, but not here. Sadly. The staff were all courteous and professional, but no one went above or beyond. As far as the overall amenities, the location is farthest from the strip, but within the hotel at Mandalay, it has everything you might need, restaurants, the casino, shows, sports book, etc. The Beach at Mandalay is sublime, we went on Thursday and spent the entire day, it was glorious! The weather was perfect (91 degrees!) and it was not crowded, being mid-week, so we really had a great day, the service was good, and the price for our own lounge chairs w/ umbrella worth every penny ($120)! But everything here is on the higher end of the price range. So overall, I give it a 3.5 stars, out of 5.
Joe G — Google review
The beds were very comfortable and the room itself was nice, but it could have been a little more modern and up to par with other W Hotels. Some of the furniture looked rough — the office chair looked like it had been through a bar fight, and the mini fridge they brought us (which they mentioned they usually charge for) looked like it was beaten with a baseball bat. The Bathhouse spa was completely booked up during our stay, so we didn’t get to experience that part. Also worth noting that there’s no separate pool for W guests — everyone shares the Mandalay Bay pool, which was absolutely packed with kids. It felt more like a crowded water park than a relaxing hotel pool. The lounge chairs were practically touching, and the whole area could’ve been much more spacious. I get that it’s Vegas, but it really feels like you’re being nickel-and-dimed for everything. There’s no microwave, and the in-room fridge can’t be used because it’s full of drinks you’ll be charged for if you move anything. We bought a bottle of wine downstairs and asked for a wine key — turns out it would be $14 for the key and $9 to bring it to the room, and they couldn’t even open it for us at the bar. The constant nickel-and-diming cheapened the experience and made it feel a lot less luxurious than it should have been. Service was also below average — staff didn’t seem to have much of a sense for hospitality or friendly service, which is disappointing for a W Hotel. Comfortable stay overall, but definitely not the best value or experience compared to other W properties. Pretty ironic for a hotel whose room phone says “Whatever, Whenever.”

We stayed in a Premier Suite, King at the W for just under 24 hours and really enjoyed it. The room had a little wear and tear but was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Having two bathrooms and the biggest tub I’ve ever seen was such a treat! My 6ft partner could fully stretch out! We even grabbed bath bombs from the nearby Lush store to make the most of it. One bummer is that nothing in the minibar is complimentary, not even water or coffee. And everything has sensors, so if you move something you’re charged, even if you put it back unopened. The fridge is packed with items for sale, so there's no room for leftovers unless you pay extra for a personal fridge. It’s not a resort like other properties on the Strip; there’s no casino or on-site restaurants, but it’s connected to Mandalay Bay, so you can easily use their amenities, including the pool. Loved how easy it was to get around too. The elevators to the rooms are right by the rideshare pickup, so no long walks through smokey casinos.
Emily F — Google review
Overall a good stay and hotel is perfectly located for my needs (and short drive to airport). Only complaint is that I don’t think the cleaning staff turn over the rooms very well. I’m guessing if they perceive an item like a towel or sheet was lightly used they will not change it between guests and some of the towels, pillow cases and sheets had make up and other stains on them that clearly show they weren’t washed. Luckily they give multiple and I could use the more clean ones.
HS — Google review
Just okay. Only stayed for one night here, but I felt the rooms lacked the level of luxury and sophistication I would expect from W Hotels. I don't think they have been remodeled in 10 years. I think W might be planning an overhaul within the next few years, but I am not entirely sure about the scale and timeline. The bathrooms felt particularly dated/aging. I am not personally a fan of the location of the hotel. While it does connect to Mandalay Bay, Excalibur, and Luxor, you are very far from the rest of the strip and will need to taxi or uber everywhere if you are without a car. Plus, if you want to stop by Fremont on your trip, it'll be $30+ one way due to the longer drive. I do like how close the elevators are to registration and the uber pickup. I appreciate how quiet the room was, and the bed was comfortable.
Nick B — Google review
The hotel itself is fine! The pool is fun and seems clean, and I appreciated that the lobby area isn’t as hectic as most hotels on the Strip. That said, I was extremely disappointed with their lost and found process. I contacted the hotel the day after I checked out to report a white dress I accidentally left hanging behind the bathroom door — a brand new dress I’d worn once for the Backstreet Boys concert. They told me nothing had been turned in. I know exactly where I left it, so it’s really disheartening to think someone may have kept it instead of reporting it. I just wish there was a bit more honesty and accountability.
Goretti B — Google review
Comfortable 1 bedroom unit with very clean and quiet rooms. Spend the extra 17$ and get the city view. Modern rooms and expansive bathrooms. Now for the bad: the ice machine was broken on the sixth floor but the elevator uses your key card to access your floor. It will not allow you to go to a different floor. So I called a service called whatever whenever over 2 hours later no ice ( went to a show but left a note on the door to leave the ice inside)no luck. I called back with a firmer tone they hung up on me! Twice .So much drama just to get ice! Eventually I took my ice bucket down to the bar on the first floor near check in to get my ice filled. I did report that the ice machine was broken on our floor but 2 days later it was still out of service. This should be called the ice bucket challenge! Line are long at check in also. $65.00 CHARGE if you store something in their room fridge on the empty shelf. Also the location is at the very beginning of the strip near the Luxor quit a distance from the main action. No microwave or fridge in the room also

Little Caesars Pizza is a popular carry-out chain known for its chicken wings, signature breadsticks, and freshly made pizza. The restaurant is located in The Forum Shops at Caesars, an upscale shopping destination with a variety of high-end retailers and dining options. Additionally, visitors can explore the Color Salon by Michael Boychuck at Caesars Palace, where they may encounter professional poker players' spouses getting pampered.
My order was supposed to be delivered at 1:05pm but arrived at 12:52pm. The pizza is uncut and not cooked thoroughly. The so-called manager claims, over the phone, claims that I have to bring the pizza back in order to receive a refund. I told him they need to come get it but he says they can’t! Then, when asked, he says they don’t have a district manager nor does he have the number for corporate. After I tell him that isn’t true and that he does have a number for one or both he gives me the corporate complaint number. They try to tell me that they will only give me 15%of my money back or I have to wait 1-3 days for someone to call me back to determine IF they will give me a full refund for an uncooked pizza I’m not eating. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! You got paid today and gave me bad food, I want my money back today! I ask for a manager or supervisor and learned that he gave me the number for Four Dash and not Lil Caesar’s! I knew I should have order Pizza Hut!

Ordered online sent my son in to pickup the order the man at the register gave him issues about picking it up without showing him the order on the app even though he had the confirmation email. Then had to wait on extra 25 minutes after the app said out order was ready for pickup. Nothing complicated just a regular sausage pizza a thin crust pepperoni pizza some wings and some crazy bread. The thin crust was ok the sausage pizza most of the toppings were off to one side and the whole pizza was lopsided one side was overly thick and the other was borderline thin crust. Then as we get to the wings I've had them before and they were never this tiny each wing was smaller than my finger it's laughable they charge $8 for that. I tried contacting the store multiple times but never get to speak to an actually worker.... After this I will definitely never be coming back to this location this is ridiculous.

Only way I could leave a review was to put at least one Star. I don’t know where to start I’ve never waited 3 HOURS for hot and ready pizza!!! On top of that I didn’t check the pizza and it was so burnt you couldn’t even eat it. I ordered my food online at 9:12 arrived at 9:42 for pick up time. I received half of my order at 11:03 because they forgot to make one specialty pizza. So I decided to go drop off the pizza that was ready I live about 5 minutes away so my kids wouldn’t be as hungry. Once I did I made it back and I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. That’s when my kids FaceTimed me to show me our order was not editable. I would like someone to reach out to me please. If the cashier was a little bit sympathetic I would never write this Review but he didn’t care and kept lying to everyone about their food order and the wait time. I do have videos and pictures with time stamps as well. This was horrible and a waste of $40

Horrible location. Workers don’t care just get your pizza and leave even if it’s wrong. They get busy and some how run out of proofed pizzas. Cooking frozen or unproofed doesn’t allow the yeast to activate and you get a flat crappy crust. I would be amazed if I seen one that looks like the commercial but cheap pizza cheap careless employees

Horrible, customer service 0 stars, quality of food stars. I only come to this location when im visiting someone near by, but this will be the last time. 1 of the pizzas cold, the other one was burnt, and the 3rd one was acceptable but wont be back. The people that work in there need more experience. Need to update your online ordering, it said it would be ready by a certain time an hour later and they still haven't even started to make it. They ignore some of the customers in the lobby waiting. Smh maybe some retraining or a new crew.

Placed the order at 7:10 and was told it would be ready in 15min at 7:30, I come back at 8pm and it hasn't even been made let alone put in the oven. Awful service and needs new management. Update pizza was ready after more than an hour.

It's the last refuge from extremely high prices for feeding a family lunch on a small budget. I can typically feed 5 to 6 for less than $15 for lunch try doing that with any other take out or fast food restaurant. And at work I can get my personal lunch for a couple of days for around $8 with a coupon. All said and done I got 3 days of lunch for less than $3.50 a day.
Michael G — Google review
This was the order I picked up. They were already super behind and telling people who arrived, it would be over an hour wait, and they might run out of dough, so orders weren't guaranteed. I was glad i placed my order online an hour before. When I did get my order home. Both pizzas were not cut all the way. No big deal... BUT I ordered a pretzel Crust cheese pizza. That is a regular crust with some salt drizzled on it, and it has pepperoni. The person it was for doesn't eat meat. I ended up giving the pizza to a neighbor, and they ate the bread sticks. I was super disappointed, and I'm sure the staff was just over it as they all looked exhausted. I'm not sure who is running this location, but it was a sad night back there in that kitchen.

The Venetian Theatre is a captivating hotel and casino entertainment venue located in Las Vegas. It offers a picturesque and romantic experience with its ornate Italian architecture, manmade waterways, Venice-style gondolas, and singing gondolier tour guides. The resort also features a casino floor, luxury suites, Grand Canal Shoppes, and world-class entertainment options at the intimate Summit Showroom, spacious Venetian Theatre, or luxurious Palazzo Theatre.
We saw Limitless at The Venetian Theatre a couple of months ago and were absolutely blown away! The show was incredible — high-energy, inspiring, and filled with talent from start to finish. One of the highlights was the appearance of Spidey as a special guest — his mentalism performance was jaw-dropping and had the entire audience in awe. It added such a fun and mind-blowing twist to an already amazing show. The theatre itself is beautiful — elegant with comfortable seating and great views from every seat. The sound and lighting were perfectly done, and the staff helped make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Limitless was definitely one of the top highlights of our Vegas trip. We left feeling entertained, inspired, and already talking about coming back for another show. Highly recommend!

Saw Collective Soul here last night. Theater was only a five minute walk from the taxi drop off. Beautiful theater. Comfy seats and decent room in the aisles. Though we sat in the second to last row at the top, still had a great view of the band. Sound system was good without it being deafening. Staff was very polite and helpful. Glad they had an elevator to get to the top. Beware, the bathrooms are below the first floor and a long flight of stairs. Not sure if you can take the elevator to that level. There are bathrooms right before the entrance of the theater. We would definitely see another concert here.

Saw Styx in concert during our trip and it was a delight! The theatre staff were helpful, the venue was big enough to feel spacious, but felt like it would be intimate from all seats. The architecture is great, and for being a smaller theatre it had great sound and effects! Overall it was a delightful night!

Each gender has their own section. There’s a dining area where you can order food delivered which is mixed gender.

I’ve been fortunate enough to visit several MGM and Caesar property Spas - and Spa Mandalay is top-notch! Always clean, with welcoming kind and professional staff. The technicians I’ve had are highly skilled, and up to date in their practices. Nick, in the hair salon is excellent and Stacy is terrific too! And all of massage and facial professionals have been excellent! Highly recommend this spa!

I really liked the spa, everything was clean and beautiful, the massage therapist did a wonderful massage, the massage bed was heated, the room was cool but the therapist always covered me with a blanket, a very cool combination, I liked the pool with a jacuzzi, hot water, everything you need for pleasure, the only thing was that the sauna didn't work, maybe because I came at closing time,

Came in on Tuesday. The massage itself was really nice. I had planned on spending the day at the spa, but the relaxing areas, especially the pool areas, were so cold I had to leave. Also, as I was waiting for my massage in the waiting room, a masseuse came in and was very irritable talking about her scheduled appointment changes, which had me anxious that she was going to be my masseuse while I was waiting. Luckily, she wasn't, but the amount we paid, this behavior isn't something that should have been infront of the guests.

The Spa at Mandalay Bay is great. It's not the fanciest or most updated (they still give out locker room keys, which hardly any place does). However, for the price it cannot be beat on the strip. Most services are under 200 dollars and the place is large. They recently put in a 3-nozzle steamer in the steam room. It was a little temperamental with the sensor, but when the steam room got going, it was glorious. Extreme heat with moisture-laden humidity that will detoxify even the most extreme degenerate Vegas evenings from the night before. The Spa is large, and I mean spacious. It's a tad outdated but the island waterfall hot tub still holds a little class. My only complaint is that the jets were not strong enough, but that's a common complaint in the Spa hot tub world. The staff was courteous and attentive throughout the entire time. If you have the pass for the day, the Spa is located right next to the pool entrance in case you want to get that sunshine on for a bit in-between the experience. This is the most resort style casino that MGM has. If you are looking for that relaxing day in Vegas, I would recommend checking it out.

Nick is amazing! I came in for a blowout before a few concerts and he was so wonderful. I immediately felt comfortable and my hair looked amazing (and still does). I had such an enjoyable experience that I tried to talk him into moving back to PA (luckily for anyone reading this review I was unsuccessful)

The LINQ Promenade is a vibrant destination in Las Vegas, offering a diverse array of shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences. It features unique retail stores, dining options ranging from In-N-Out Burger to Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, and exciting nightlife venues. Visitors can also enjoy thrilling activities such as ziplining over the promenade at speeds of up to 35 mph.
I visited the LINQ Promenade for the first timeast year and I really loved it. Now that I am back for a second year in a row, I decided to walk over and spend some time to see if it was just "first time butterflies" and let me tell you, it's not!! The space is right off the strip so it's easy to get to and it's designed in a way that makes you feel like you're somewhere else, but still has the Vegas feel. Lots of shops and restaurants, some featuring much more affordable pricing than anything on the strip and it's beautifully designed and decorated. Walk it at night to feel a bustling nightlife with photo opps and more people. Grab a burger at In & Out or just a drink at one of the multiple bars. You can find sit down restaurants (shout out to Off the Strip) or quick fare like pizza or just desserts. Walk it during the day to enjoy all the greenery and a more quiet space that allows for outdoor shopping. You'll find unique stores and boutiques, a Harley Davidson store that doesn't sell overpriced merchandise (other than the regular HD mark-up) and many other things to do. It is also home to the zip line and the High Roller ferry wheel. Definitely a place to see for a stroll, I've been here for 2 days and already went there twice.

There is some really neat shops on the Linq Promenade, and there are some really great food places!!! I ate at Chayo and had the best Mexican Street Corn I've ever eaten in my life!! I also had a raspberry mojito that was our of this world! One of the best places there is the I Love Sugar store, featuring the Candy Martini Bar upstairs. The drinks were SOOOO good, and they were the prettiest, coolest, fun drinks I've ever had!!! I was going to ride the High Roller, but because of some lightning, it was closed. There also bowling, a Ghirardelli Shop, Chippendale's, an Ice Bar, and many other stores. The Flamingo is also connected to it. So next time I go to Vegas, going to Linq Promenade is definitely on my "to do" list!!

A lovely space off the strip and worth taking some time to wander through. There’s loads of bars and restaurants lining each side and a great atmosphere. Plenty of opportunities to rest tired feet and other activities for families to partake in make it suitable for everyone - a great area that’s a pleasant change to the Strip immediately next door.

The LINQ Promenade is one of the best-kept secrets in all of Vegas. This nice walkway is always busy but not overwhelmed. During the holidays, they decorate the location, and it is super beautiful. I always enjoy sitting and watching the fountain while people-watching and developing ideas for my next thriller novel. The sleeper hit is that it has In-N-Out Burger. Why is this important? Because the food is totally reasonable here. It’s one of the only places where you can actually get a meal for around $10. Everything else in Vegas—well, you’ll find out. The promenade strolls behind the Flamingo Casino, and it has a zip line running along the entire length. It’s actually a super cool experience. Also, at the end of the promenade is The LINQ. It’s Las Vegas’s version of the London Eye. It can be seen from all over Vegas. There are several fun shops, including the all-critical Starbucks. I’ve also eaten at Gordon Ramsay’s place and had some good fish and chips there.

While this hotel is older, its central location is a significant advantage. It offers a satisfactory experience, aligning with its price point, though it may not be considered a top-tier establishment. The presence of a small casino provides limited gaming options.
B. F — Google review
I would give it only three stars for a lot of reasons that I will name, but will give it 5 stars because of the location and as we know everything is about location location location location location location. The view was the roof of the casino I assume. That was a downer. Was hoping for the Las Vegas Strip view. But FYI I probably caused that myself because to avoid the wait, I checked in at the kiosk. Took only 3 mins or less but I'll bet the computer doesn't know that you're hoping for a good view. Advice, check-in at the front desk. The computer also probably didn't know that it gave us the room missing the fridge. That was an inconvenience but I didn't want to make waves so we filled the trash bucket with ice for the beer. The location can't be beat. The food inside is dynamite, and the good at the promenade is phenomenal. Across the street is Ceasars buffet, and down the block is the Venetian. The ferris wheel and zip lines are just outside the door. Even White Castle is a short walk away! $5 domestic beers in the lobby bar. Two Dunkin Donuts for quick breakfast also. The hotel charges a $52 per day resort fee and $20 per day parking. We received a $402 bill upon checkout. Rough ending. But Vegas is Vegas You can see the Hard Rock guitar hotel under construction across the street.

The MGM Grand is a vast casino resort known for its renowned restaurants, vibrant nightclubs, and a sprawling 6-acre pool area. The property features two side-by-side restaurants created by the late Chef of the Century Joel Robuchon, offering both formal and casual dining experiences. Additionally, the Wet Republic at MGM Grand provides an exclusive daylife experience with poolside amenities and VIP options for guests to enjoy cocktails or immerse themselves in the party scene.
First time staying at the MGM Casino resort. We will now stay only here yearly when we come to Las Vegas, the service was Exceptional. Room in North Tower was clean with beautiful view of the strip & sphere. Cleaning staff was nice and cleaned our room spotless. Pools were heated. Everyone was very helpful. Mia at check-in and our check-out was so friendly we love her.
Susan J — Google review
I was pretty disappointed. So excited for this specific trip. The hotel itself is very pretty. We did have a great view of the sphere. I think there are better locations of other hotels with things directly outside their door than the MGM. Back to the room... We checked in late at night. Put our stuff down. How in the dresser the way most people would. Put our stuff down on the dresser the way most people would. The entire dresser was sticky. It had thick condensation rings. and it was completely gross. It was also hair stuck to the walls in the shower. And the alarm was set for 6:30 a.m. So I used my hand sanitizer and cleaned the dresser and the shower and turned off the alarm. And there were crumbs left on the carpet Following day called housekeeping and asked them to have the room completely cleaned as there was a new guest. Came back to the room later that day. Beds were made fresh towels.... And then... What I didn't notice previously was the nightstand was also incredibly sticky with condensation circles Long story short, I ended up cleaning the entire room, short of changing sheets and vacuuming. The staff insisted they did the cleaning even when management came to the room and I showed what wasn't cleaned. Not only did I do their job, but I also cleaned up after a previous guest. This was thoroughly disgusting. The end of the results is the front desk took off the resort fee for our 3 days and comped us a meal. Personally, I would have rather had a room that I knew was cleaned properly

We had a wonderful stay at the MGM Grand and would definitely return! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent—everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. We arrived before the 3 PM check-in time, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer complimentary luggage storage, which made it easy to explore the area while waiting for our room. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. It came with amenities including an iron and ironing board, a safe, and a large screen TV. One thing to note: there isn’t a standard fridge in the room—only a sensored mini bar that incurs a $50 fee if opened. However, the hotel does offer the option to rent a fridge for an additional charge if you need one. The property has an impressive selection of restaurants and bars—there’s truly something for every taste. While the food and convenience items on-site are on the pricier side, there are a Target, CVS, and Walgreens within a reasonable walking distance, along with several nearby restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab affordable meals or last-minute essentials. We also appreciated how easy it was to get around. The MGM Grand has direct access to the monorail and is right on the Strip, making it simple to explore Las Vegas without needing a car. Checking in through the MGM mobile app was super convenient too. It gave we the option to use a digital key, though physical keys are also available. We really liked the added security measure in the elevators—you have to scan your key to access your floor, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, the MGM Grand offers excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a prime location with great amenities. It’s a fantastic place to stay in Las Vegas!

It was such an amazing experience staying at MGM grand for our recent trip to Vegas! Checking in was easy and you can actually scan a code and do it yourself. It’s conveniently located and has lots of food choices. The resort is clean and well maintained and the smell going to the studio tower is just amazing! Our hotel room was nice and cozy and while we forgot to leave a tip for housekeeping, I hope this review will make up for it! Thank you so much for your housekeeping staff who went above and beyond! We’ve never experienced staff that took such gentle care in cleaning our room and arranging our little things back in a loving manner! Also..we spotted a housekeeping manager down the hallway and we asked for extra towels to save them a trip and he was beyond friendly and helpful and accommodating! We appreciate it so much and we can’t wait to go back again. If you want the 5star service come and check in here at MGM!

Better than the average large casino. Plenty of good restaurant choices but they are more expensive than you expect. As usual for an MGM property the bedding is spectacular. Service is not to impressive. I think they're just so darn busy they can't keep up.

We’ve stayed at the MGM Grand multiple times and did a hotel block there for our wedding. Honestly, it’s a pretty solid hotel for the price. The hotel bars are nice and every person that helped us with our stay was top tier. (Service there is A+++). I especially loved the lazy river (you need to buy the inner tubes which I think were about 30 bucks each.

Haven't stayed at the Grand since the 90's and boy let me tell you I was thoroughly impressed with it. My positive outlook may be helped by the recently refreshed king room which was clean and modern. Dealers were friendly and the overall place well kept. Contrast that with the Excal across the street where everywhere you look something is old and broken. Best thing is I didn't have club music blaring in from outside which has happened in another resort down the road.

Situated on the famous Las Vegas Strip, Flamingo Las Vegas is a vibrant hotel known for its rich history and modern amenities. Originally owned by mobster Bugsy Siegel, it has been in operation since 1946 and has undergone several renovations. The hotel is home to a variety of attractions including a wildlife habitat with flamingos and other exotic animals, as well as lagoon-style pools.
Amazing stay at Flamingo Las Vegas! Beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere. Perfect central location, close to everything. The parking lot is spacious, and it’s just a short walk to the lobby - super convenient. Check-in was quick and efficient, even though there was a line. The room was clean, nicely renovated, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and there was an iron in the room, which was a big plus for me. The only thing missing was bottled water, so I’d recommend bringing your own. I loved that there are plenty of places to eat right in the hotel, and everything you need is within reach. One more thing I appreciated the parking and check-out process were very well organized. I paid for parking during the check-in, then after kiosk check-out just scanned my room card at the exit gate and dropped it into a special box. Everything was clear and easy. Also, I was able to check in early for an additional $40, which was totally worth it. I was happy I could settle in and start enjoying my stay right away. The hotel feels fun, lively, and full of energy. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose Flamingo again next time I visit Las Vegas.
Hanna T — Google review
My family stayed at the Flamingo this week, and honestly, for being the oldest hotel on the Strip, our rooms were surprisingly decent. I also booked the so-called VIP experience but never got any notification that it was approved, just the lovely surprise of being charged for it anyway. The whole reason I even tried the VIP package was to skip the long checkout line, but since I had no idea it went through, I ended up using the self check-in kiosk instead. The self check-in kiosk was very easy to use; I’m honestly surprised more people don’t use those. On the bright side, I got to check in two rooms two hours early for $20 per room, which was probably the best $40 I spent here (plus tax). The rooms themselves were fine, and they do have daily room service, which is a plus. But the showers… who designed these things? Half glass, half curtain, and 100% guaranteed to flood your bathroom floor. Also, shoutout to my floor neighbors who treated door-slamming like an Olympic sport well past midnight. Truly a display of dominance. All jokes aside, it wasn’t a bad stay. A few quirks here and there, but I’d stay again, just maybe without the “VIP” mystery charge next time.

We stayed here for our wedding and it was perfect. We got an amazing room upgrade and had a beautiful view. The hotel staff were all sweet and helpful. The burlesque show was AMAZING everyone should go. I loved Pinkys they have great drinks. The whole stay was amazing and the live birds seemed very happy and well cared for.

Find a better hotel. No microwave in the room and just a small mini fridge that barely works. No shower door so water just gets on the ground and weak water pressure. WiFi only allows two devices and you have to pay an extra $14.99 PER DEVICE if you want to connect more. Only one connection worked throughout our stay even after calling customer service to help us. Most of the outlets are loose so might have to mess with it or find a different one in the room. The room is clean and there were no lingering smells which is nice. There’s a safe in the room and the locks on the doors work. Staff seemed nice however the amenities- or straight up lack thereof- make it a rough stay. Also if you’re a light sleeper, don’t stay here as the music from the club nearby is constant lol
Kay — Google review
The beds and pillows are surprisingly comfortable so that’s ultimately why I gave the room itself a 5 star. However the room could use some better cleaning and definitely the rooms could use bathroom upgrades. The casino itself is on the busiest park of the strip and everything is so easily accessible. There is always security at the elevators and their newest restaurant Havana 1957 is delightful! Pool sucks though I must be honest… waist high, requires you to purchase decent seating and closes at 5!

I am staying in the Hilton Grant Vacation Flamingo. The location is perfect! The room and bed are super clean! The front desk staff are very friendly, especially Leo! He could remember my name! The shower supplies the shampoo, conditioner and body wash! There is a washer and dryer. There is a full kitchen with full size fridge plus a dishwasher! What a great place to stay!

I visited this location during my trip to Las Vegas, I cannot speak on the quality of the rooms as I stayed elsewhere however there is so much to see and do at this location that I spent several hours there and it did not include the casino experience. The live Flamingo outdoor area with waterfalls, fish, turtles and of course flamingos, was a great break from the hustle of the strip. The restaurant and bar staff was excellent and very personable. I would definitely include visiting this location if you are able.
K W — Google review
The hotel is basic. It's nothing fantastic, but it's not dirty or bad. Just stay away from the pool. The rooms are fine. I had a 2 queen with high roller view. It was well kept and did its job. The showers, they're horrible. Water pressure was great but the bathroom got so wet because of the half glass half curtain thing they have going on that you need 3 extra towels just to soak up the water it will spit onto the floor. Food and entertainment within the hotel was ok. Nothing to write home about, but nothing was bad. The biggest thing I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THE POOL!!!! We got a bed in the water for the day. Sounded great. Ran $150 to reserve it for the day, not bad. You have to spend $150 while there, also not bad. But they will price gouge you like it's their only responsibility in the world. A bucket of beers (6) was $75. Would cost you $12 at CVS. We had a pregnant woman with us so she wanted waters, $60 for a bucket of small bottles. Nothing on the menu was great, but it was all well overpriced. They won't let you bring in anything. The sun was out for about 2 hours on a clear day before the building covered it up and it was just cold. The atmosphere was desperate and just not fun. All in all, it's worth the stay, but only if your plan is to sleep there and do stuff elsewhere. I cannot stress how bad the pool was. Spent about $700 for 2 hours of sun and a bad experience. And to be fair, it wasn't the staff. They don't make the prices, and they were kind. Location is decent, and pricing wasn't bad. Just stay away from the pool and enjoy the rest of the town.

The Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World offers a range of luxurious accommodations, including the opulent Crockfords Las Vegas with its glittering chandelier and Conrad Las Vegas featuring swanky design elements. Guests can enjoy access to dining and entertainment options across all three properties.
This is one of my favorite places to stay in Las Vegas. You get the best of all worlds. A nice hotel that you can get into and out of quickly, and…. A casino with dining street if you walk into it. It’s great for conferences. You can walk to the Tesla connector thing to go straight to the convention centers…that alone is worth staying here. And, the food choices are great. Really good Mexican and steak places along with a bunch of other stuff.

I’ve stayed at Hilton Resorts World Las Vegas multiple times, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked my stay through Booking.com and had a confirmed reservation. When I arrived, the front desk staff was completely unprofessional and couldn’t locate my booking—even after I showed them my confirmation number. Eventually, they "found" it, but then asked for my card for a security deposit. Without my consent, they created a new reservation under my name and charged me again, despite me already having a confirmed booking. They never provided any explanation, bill, or receipt for this extra charge. To make things worse, they also charged me a resort fee, even though it was supposed to be waived due to a promotion. I only found this out after contacting Hilton customer service, who had to escalate the issue and connect me with the front desk after two days of trying. As if that wasn’t enough, I had to change rooms because the first one had a dirty bathroom and a strong sewer smell. This whole experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After being a loyal guest for years, this stay has completely changed my opinion. Never again.

The Hilton hotel located inside of Resort World. The room is clean, spacious and relatively new. Pity that there’s no coffee makers. It could be there’s Starbucks and other restaurants inside Resort World. Indirectly, the guests have to buy from those restaurants. There’s casino and food courts inside. Surprised with south East Asian foods, especially like clay port rice! Feel like home. Service average from the front office. Location vise, not too far from Strip by car. Walking distance about 20 mins. Btw, the fitness Center is one of things shouldn’t missed. Well equipped and many machines and still it can be full in the morning!

Stayed here for Olympia weekend & it was the biggest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, rooms were great and the digital key on the phone and online check in is a nice touch. Lots of restaurants (pricey of course) and a nice pool, workout room & perfect location right by McDonald’s and dennys for breakfast, Starbucks downstairs open 24/7 The rooms don’t have microwaves, the only thing that the hotel is missing. Overall great stay!

Absolutely Miserable Stay – Avoid at All Costs! If I could I would have given a zero star! I honestly don’t know where to begin with how pathetic this hotel is. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least the bare minimum — but no, not even a microwave or a simple coffee machine in the room. Apparently, basic comfort is “optional” here. And let’s talk about their so-called “beverage credit” — what an absolute scam. They sell it like it’s some great perk, but when you try to use it for a cup of morning coffee, every single staff member gives you a different answer. One minute they say it’s covered, the next minute you’re being charged full price. I’ve never seen a place so disorganized and misleading. It’s basically a con designed to nickel-and-dime guests who don’t find out until it’s too late. The staff? Completely clueless. It’s like no one’s been trained beyond how to swipe a keycard. Ask a basic question, and you get blank stares or wrong information. The lack of customer service skills is astonishing — zero professionalism, zero initiative, zero care. And to top it off, their system is a complete disaster. If you’re traveling with a large family or multiple rooms, good luck. We had asked front desk 48 hours ahead to keep 5 rooms on the same floor or atleast 2 floors, since it was a group of 11 guests. This was not taken into consideration by the hotel. The guest cannot get access to different floor levels, so you’re stuck running around trying to sort have out yourself, having to call your family members to the reception lobby everytime you have to go to their room that’s on a different floor. It’s an operational nightmare.. Every person in this family trip felt they were stuck in their own room since we couldn’t visit others without having to call them and meet in the lobby. During the check in process, it was not mentioned even once, that floors cannot be accessed with your key card. So we had to learn it the hard way. So the staff has a long way to go in terms of customer service. From my whole family, this is a caution warning, if you are planning to come in a large group- do not consider this hotel. It will be a nightmare. This place is a textbook example of incompetence wrapped in false advertising. Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the sheer frustration — go anywhere else. Room number: :37-325 (From Oct 24th to Oct 28th)

Overpriced and Disappointing – Wouldn’t Stay Here Again The front desk ladies were really nice — probably the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, after check-in, you’re pretty much on your own. The biggest issue with this hotel is the pricing. Everything is extremely expensive, and on top of that, there’s a resort tax added to almost everything. I decided to grab a couple of snacks thinking it wouldn’t be too bad, but it cost $13 for a handful of nuts and another $13 for a bag of chips, plus tax! Completely ridiculous. Room service is another letdown — you have to order through Grubhub, and even if you order from a restaurant inside the hotel, you still get charged a delivery and driver fee. It felt like being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. I ordered from a place called Junior’s, which was supposedly a casual restaurant. I got a burger and fries — it came out to $45 total. The burger had no seasoning, absolutely no flavor, and the bun seemed stale or like it had just been thrown in the oven to toast. The fries were the only decent part, and even those were subpar at best. Just awful. If you’re spending $45 on a burger, it should at least taste good — this one definitely didn’t. To make things worse, I had been drinking the tap water and started feeling sick. My flight was delayed until the evening, and checkout was at 11 a.m. I accidentally fell asleep and realized I had missed checkout time. Instead of offering to extend my stay for a few hours, they made me check out and rebook another room for an entire night — just for the remaining six hours. It was my first time in Vegas, and I had a limited budget. This experience left a really bad impression. The room was decent but basic, and honestly, you couldn’t pay me to stay here again. I’d recommend a Holiday Inn over this place any day.

The lobby is also small and they do not have a casino here so it’s low key and not crowded. The pool is incredible and service is fantastic. Cabanas and daybeds at the pool are reasonably priced ($75-$150) and includes water bottles and a large fruit tray. Drinks are between $14-$19. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced for a Las Vegas hotel. Rooms have a fridge but no microwave. Beds are comfy. It’s a 15-20 min walk to the sphere or a quick uber ride if it’s too hot. I will stay here again if I have a concert to see!

Great check-in. Vouchers for drink and dessert at the bar. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was good. I don't like it when hotels short sheet beds! Come on, put a king sized fitted sheet on the bed! We were told the pool is heated. I don't think it was. Everyone in the pool area thought it was cold. But the pool area was nice and the staff were great. It was nice to come back to a quiet hotel after being on the strip. Very walkable. We found the"shortcut" through Flamingo the last night. The"destination fee" is a bit ridiculous.

I stayed at the Westin for a company event and the entire team was so helpful. The rooms were clean and large. The location was superb. I really liked that there wasn't a casino in the lobby and that it was walking distance away from the strip. Chadi from the sales team took great care of our group and was reachable throughout our entire stay. He also helped coordinate a surprise birthday cake for our boss and made sure our meeting room was all set up for us. Thank you to the entire Westin team for the fantastic stay!

My favorite hotel chain is Marriott so I’m a little biased however The Westin Las Vegas is my absolute favorite hotel in Las Vegas bc of the convenience and comfortability!! The rooms have ample space and being located next to the f1 track gives it a beautiful view. The bed and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud!! The pool is nice and chill so you’re away from the hype of a typical resort pool but still able to enjoy some sunshine and have good drinks and food. The gym lacks state of the art equipment and not very spacious for multiple people lifting but it’s a hotel gym and it’s well maintained. Overall my stay here was incredible and I will definitely be back here any time I’m in Vegas!

I expected better. The room was very nice, as usual for a Westin Hotel, but a bit noisy. The location is good, near the strip, but in a quieter area which we appreciated. However, it was hard/expensive to get taxis/ubers because of road closures due to the F1. The check-in process was messy. I checked in on the app but hadn't received a room number by the time we got to the hotel so had to go to the desk. She checked us in and gave us a key that worked for our room but not for parking, so I had to go back to the desk and check in again and get new keys. They gave us extra drink vouchers for the inconvenience, but we never got a chance to use them. We also never got a chance to use the dessert vouchers or casino credit - the casino is in a completely different place. Went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast and was served an egg omelette after talking to the server about being vegan and ordering a vegan omelette. Went to the pool but couldn't book a bed/cabana. Went to the spa but no one was there to let us use the sauna/steam room. Overall it was fine, but I left unimpressed.

My wife and I were getting ready in our room to go to lunch. My wife showers and straightens her hair. We both put on perfume & cologne. Then we head down to the lobby to wait for our Lyft to arrive. We get in the Lyft and about 5 minutes down the road, I get an alert from the Westin that a smoking event has been detected. So we were not even in the room when we received the alert. I countered that there must be some mistake because we never smoke or vape. I immediately offered that they can check the room if they like. I suggested that it could potentially be from hair products, the heat and wet hair from the straightener, or cologne/perfume. They were adamant that this is not possible and that odorless vapes have some unique residue that are somehow different than cologne or perfume residue and therefore they have to deep clean the room. They also refused to go into the room to check for themselves. When I arrived back at the property, I spoke with a manager who told me that their sensors are “100% accurate” and have never failed a single test ever. When I pressed her to provide evidence to this fact, she claimed it was confidential and she was unable to share. When I explained that we were not in the room, she said she would check with security but she never provided the result of that investigation. When asked if a technician could come out to make sure the sensor is working properly, she told me that was impossible and that some print out on a report told her that the sensor quality check was a “Pass” and that means it’s fine. She said she would follow up with the manufacturer of the device, but she never provided the result of that investigation either. It is clear to me that the Westin either has faulty equipment that the staff trust blindly, or they are attempting to defraud us of $500. I don’t even have any evidence that they deep cleaned the room. They could have just pocketed that $500. They didn’t even come into the room to do a standard daily cleaning during our stay. After extensive research, I have found countless instances where false positives occur. Discussions on platforms like Reddit and in travel blogs indicate that guests have been charged hefty smoking fees, sometimes up to $500, after hotels claimed their REST sensors (the sensor manufacturer for the Westin) detected smoking, even when the guests insisted they had not smoked or vaped. In these discussions, the consensus among many users is that these specialized sensors can be overly sensitive and potentially triggered by a variety of non-smoking aerosols and vapors. A particularly detailed account can be found in a Reddit discussion regarding the Westin Las Vegas in particular. A user who was part of a large corporate room block reported that multiple non-smoking members of their party were hit with $400 smoking fees. In the same discussion, another user shared a crucial piece of information about their own experience fighting a similar charge at the same hotel: "The front desk person literally said other things can trigger it ‘hair dryers, aerosols/perfume sprays, humidity from the shower' so they are straight up scamming people and making it so hard to get reversed on purpose." This direct claim from a guest recounting a conversation with a hotel employee suggests that the issue of false positives from these common activities is known at this specific Westin location. Even as an elite member of Marriott Bonvoy I was not treated well during my time at this location. I will never be coming back and I highly recommend everyone else avoid as well

Great property. Enough off the strip to not be overly crazy but a short walk to the strip. Rooms are spacious. Property is clean. Gym was remodeled yesterday. Great gym. 2 pelotons, treadmills, trx, free weights, cable machines. Yoga mats.

Had an amazing experience staying at Westin. Was able to get free breakfast and desserts and drinks and got the best sphere view possible!!! Really loved it and great hospitality. Will come back again if the chance comes! Beautiful trip to Vegas. I don’t know why reviews are negative. Don’t forget to keep asking for a sphere view room!!! Enjoy

Niki was a great person to do my massage. It was my first time ever going to one and made the experience very warm and welcoming. I will be recommending this to family & friends. Although, I would suggest calling the front desk to make an appointment, instead of online! Overall great!!!

The message was amazing. My brother and I went here and we are Philadelphia. We wanted to get a message, before going back to the airport to go home. The ladies were so nice and patient. The message was the best. My body fault so good after the message. They took us at the last minute it was not to costly. You will enjoy the service and the message.

Absolutely amazing. They honored our Groupon price and were so professional. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage and facial with hot stones and sugar scrub and it was fantastic. I left feeling like a new woman and for my birthday too! We had Kim and Nicki as our masseuses and we will definitely come back to them next time we are in Vegas!

Massage therapists Coco and Kim was amazing. Very nice and pleasant and kind. Coco took care of my elderly mom and both always asked if pressure and massage was okay, making sure that we were taken care of at all times. They accommodated us in a shared room so I could answer for my mom her needs since she is hearing impaired. Kim was very strong and knew where to massage the spots that needed it the most. Will definitely recommend and will visit again. Thank you very much, Aloha from Hawaii.

It was honestly one of the nicest experiences I’ve had. I got a full back scrub, hot stones, and cupping done — the whole treatment left me completely relaxed and tension-free. By the time my hour massage was over, I felt lighter and refreshed. It was a great deal I found on Groupon, and I highly recommend this package to anyone looking to unwind. You won’t be disappointed.

This is my second time coming here. I’ve had both Linda and Quinn work on my body. Today’s session felt restorative, and took care of deep muscular tension and imbalances. Staff here are professional and kind. They pay attention to details, and are clearly talented. Thank you, I will be back for another massage soon!

Came here earlier today for the first time with my friend. Had a deep tissue massage with Quin for an hr. My friend and i were able to be in the same room. He was amazing and attentive. He knew exactly where all my knots and pain points were. I am definitely coming back again and asking for him. Checkout process online was same day and simple. The lady upfront was very nice. Highly recommend.

Imperial Spa in Las Vegas is a large spa and treatment center that offers various health-based therapies. The spa features a Roman-style paradise with 32,000 square feet of space, including circular frescoes on the ceilings. Guests can enjoy therapeutic rooms such as a Himalayan salt cave, red-clay infrared sauna, and jade sauna for natural therapy. The facility also provides an affordable general admission price of just $25 for those seeking a spa day without extravagant expenses.
At $35 for spa access, it’s such a great deal, especially for Vegas. I’ve visited some bigger nice ones in my travels and this one, being the only Korean spa in Vegas, was not bad at all. Even some of the spas in Korea is not as nice as this one. I came here on a Tuesday night around 6pm. The staff at the counter were friendly. They do take credit cards with no extra fees. There is definitely room for improvements but at $35, it’s a steal. But they could easily fix some things and raise the rates. I noticed that a lot of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were not refilled, the vents in the pool area could be wiped cleaned, I didn’t see any hooks to hang your towel, the lounge chaise sunked in, the hair dryer has seen better days, the comb sanitizer machine was really dirty and they could install a temperature gauge for some of the therapy rooms. What I liked, was the jacuzzi, cold plunge tub, the “Flash Dance” movie rain shower, 2 steam rooms and sauna. I would definitely return.

Today I went to the spa to relax after a long day at work and when I got to the counter to pay to get in, this guy looks at me and tells me he can't let me in... shocked with what I just heard I asked the guy why is that?? And he is like.... remember last time? At this point I'm lost and confused and don't know what's happening, I told the guy that he was confusing me with someone else and that I've never been kicked out of the spa before if that's what he meant?? Because I've witness guys getting kicked out of the spa before for sexuals activities but it was not my case, at the end I was not allowed in the spa and got embarrassed if front of other customers and the front desk girl! This is so messed up! I also know that the guys doing massages there are playing with customers so I don't know why they want to pretend to be the family spa everybody wants!!

Vivian was superb! She took care of every nook and cranny of my plus size body! She was unrelenting at relaxing my body and my mind! She was talented and focused on making this experience the best! It was my first time and I was a bit apprehensive due to being a larger woman. None of that mattered to Vivian she maneuvered me and massaged me like I was like as a feather! Now there were a few communication concerns, but once we worked that out, we got along Wonderfully! I will be back, Kate!

Place has gone downhill big time. Do not waste your time. They no longer have a working hot tub or kitchen in spite of what they advertise online. I paid $45 to enter only to find there is zero food here to eat and no hot tub. I would have NEVER come had I known that. I must eat every three hours and now must leave because they don’t offer what they advertise and won’t allow food to be brought in. This place used to be great. Now they have raised the price from $25 to $45 and offer half the amenities. Rip off!
K K — Google review
I thought the spa experience here was fantastic. For 45$ you have access to beautiful saunas, steam rooms, cold plunge, ice room, clay room and such a nice area to lounge, read, and nap. I also got the body scrub and it was amazing. It was a massage, a body treatment, a hair treatment, and a facial all in one for a good price. I loved the quiet atmosphere and everything was very clean. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to spend a nice day doing something good for their body while in Vegas. It isn’t super fancy feeling, but it’s clean, professionally managed, and feels like you can get amazing benefits for your body and mind by being there.

It use to be a nice place but it’s going down every day more and more ! Restaurant is most of time close and there is always issues with rooms it’s not hot .Probably they don’t want electric bill! So, after almost a decade, I thought NOW is the time to recognize not only an one-of-a-kind Stylist/Colorist, but an amazing, caring human being... Jade. She's been with me for so long, through all my personal and HAIR trials and tribulations. In both respects, Jade has saved me over and over. She listens. She gets it. She shares... and I'm not just talking about my hair. I had a period of time when I lived away, so Jade was not my Go To. Then, crap happened, and who did I drive to see??? My Savior Jade. She truly is the BEST COLORIST out there, and I've challenged her to correct my current Hair of Affairs but she's also such a lovely, caring, kind person with a heart that embraces me each time I go. My daughter and granddaughter have been repeat clients as well. Jade is an amazing Hair/Color Artist but she's even more... She nourishes me in so many ways by just being real. I'm so grateful for Jade. She's really very special.

Overall my experience was lovey. I loved the purifying facial I received. The spa wasn’t packed really set up nicely. It was relaxing and has also decided to have a pedicure. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The sauna, steam room, and hot tub room was not big but it was kept very clean. Overall I would return. I only think the manicure and pedicure were very over priced.

I enjoyed the amenities, though other casino spas are much bigger and you have space, this area was tight with 5 - 6 people, I cannot imagine how many people would fit if that is their capacity for steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. Hats off to the staff tho, they were on top of everything! Towels, trash, and drinks were refilled every hour, I know because I stayed almost three hours there! I am glad they have literally anything you need, razor, hairbrush, toothpaste, etc. I did have to dock off a star because wet area had some mold, since cameras were not allowed, I could not post a picture of it in the jacuzzi. Overall, if health inspection comes and cleans up the mold, this spa would be excellent. No complaints on the facial I booked, will definitely try again on another day!

I booked a Signature massage at Spa Mio and it was the most disappointing massage I’ve ever had. I told the masseuse before hand my trouble areas to focus on (neck, shoulders, and back - which are pretty standard areas to focus on during massages) and that I liked harder pressure. Masseuse spent most of the time covering me in more oil that I thought was possible and barely massaged me. When she did “massage”, it was the lightest touch and barely felt it. Not once did she ask if the pressure was good and had to tell her halfway through to go harder but it didn’t help. I left feeling extremely disappointed and still in a whole bunch of discomfort (which was the reason I went in the first place). I’d give the massage experience a zero. The spa redeemed a few stars with the great facilities and the front staff in the ladies locker room were absolutely wonderful.

I scheduled an 80-minute couples massage three weeks in advance to celebrate our anniversary. I had heard wonderful things about this spa. This was our first couples massage, so we were both really looking forward to it. We arrived about 35-40 minutes early to enjoy the amenities, which were clean and well-maintained—no complaints there. After enjoying the amenities, we were brought to a waiting area. The therapists arrived about 2–3 minutes late—not a big deal, though it did set a slightly off tone. Once in the room, I noticed there was no floor mats provided, that’s okay maybe all spas don’t do that? I thought to myself. Once we selected an aroma I proactively let my therapist, Wendy, know which areas I wanted to focus on, although she didn’t ask. Right away, I didn’t hear the water run as if they didn’t wash their hands which is supposed to be the first thing you do? Maybe they did it outside the room? I thought again. Before our session, she reassured me we had 80 minutes and would get to everything, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Early on, I felt something sharp—possibly a nail—scrape my back, which was both uncomfortable and surprising at a spa of this caliber. Throughout the massage, Wendy didn’t focus on any of the areas I had mentioned, and the pressure was very light. I didn’t understand why my fiancé was asked what pressure he preferred and I wasn’t. My fiancé, on the other hand, had a great experience with Tony, who gave an excellent deep tissue massage—so at least his side of the experience was positive. To top it off, someone opened and then slammed the door during our session. As a therapist myself, I understand that interruptions can happen, but it’s basic courtesy to close the door quietly—especially in a spa setting. Overall, I left feeling exactly the same as I did when I walked in. I had to book a proper deep tissue massage the next day else where . Sadly, I left Spa Mio very disappointed and will not be returning
Rubi R — Google review
The experience was just okay. The spa was clean and well-stocked with towels, which was nice. However, they introduced a new policy on May 1st requiring men to wear shorts at all times in the spa area. If I wanted to wear shorts, I’d just go to LVAC. I spent half a day there and didn’t see a single other guest on the men's side, which felt a bit strange. It was also odd that male staff members were sitting just outside the hot tub area, and no one ever checked in to see if I needed anything. They did have cold water and soda available, which was nice, and snacks were provided in a large glass container. Previously, the snacks were individually packaged, which felt more sanitary. Due to the new shorts policy, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

While amenities were super nice, in great condition, fully stocked and staff was friendly I will never return. Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring myself to stop my esthetician during the service (I just sat and barred it) she wore gloves during my entire treatment. Never have I ever experienced this. All those great products being rubbed in my face (with steam) with plastic particles all in my pores… did I mention the sound I heard as she massaged my face and neck. No good! Can’t believe this is allowed. Never again. Feedback on their response- Clearly being a nice spa and being fully equipped isn’t major. Us that go to these types of spas expect that for the price we pay. Your candid response made matters even worse. You didn’t even acknowledge what happened. So it seems wearing plastic gloves is standard practice, so horrible. And absolutely I will not go back and throw away another $200 on a horrible facial and I urge others to reconsider. You’ve been warned, in a city like Vegas you have so many options don’t waste your time when you plan on being pampered or your money at Spa Mío !

The least handicap accessible facility I've encountered (apparently only on the men's side). To get to the "social area" where the women's locker room let's out (common area with hot tub etc) there is no choice but to go up one and down another full flight of stairs. The private tub to soak in that I paid for had no rails for disabled people to utilize. I couldn't get in or out of the tub, so I just sat there for 25 minutes. Disabled people tend to like spas to ease out chronic pain. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was looking forward to relaxing and trying to ease my pain. The place also had really loud string orchestra music playing popular songs. It was hard to relax to that. It's very spendy considering the difficulty I encountered and for not being able to enjoy the services I paid for. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff were all very friendly and nice. If you're able-bodied, you might enjoy it, but if not, I'd go someplace else or just wait till you get home for a massage. Also, I asked for a deep tissue massage when I made the appointment and received Swedish.

My experience went from good to overall poor. My masseuse was amazing, but the issue is the facility and management.... Its saturday afternoon and they are completely understaffed. I could not find an employee, esp. a male one anywhere inside and had to walk back out to the front desk in my robe to get help in regards to the male locker room issues. No call attendant button within. Low supplies, no clean up of robes and towels, floors all wet, and no initial tour. I could not figure out how the showers worked due to poor instructions (knob being stuck did not help. Make sure to literally pull out first not just turn). Bring a bag for your wet swimming trunks too.

I always had issues with this place , even it was under Delano. From the transparent glass, no towel hooks or anywhere to put your items in showers. But it’s now under “W” it has become co-ed. They do by making the entire spa co-ed, but to enjoy the spa you have to go up the stairs and then down another set of stairs. ( I don’t know why they just don’t bridge the path between the two sides). Also , this means you need a bathing suit, I’ve never brought a bathing suit to a spa! If a spa wanted a co-ed area, it should have been added in the building phrase. Finally, the steams rooms are both co-ed, which is just baffling, they are part of the locker rooms, which means they had to install partitions. It looks bad. Finally, the constant slamming of doors cause the locker room is so small. Also many of the spa patrons had trouble with the locks. I will say the staff and masseur/ masseuse are very kind and professional and always helpful

A cute small spa! It's great if you want a more quieter place to just chill with friends~ I had a chance to try out the Seasonal summer berry massage and I LOVED the experience!! It ends up smelling so good and my masseuse Melissa did a wonderful job💖 a few years ago I also had the fall seasonal pumpkin spice and I smelled so good for a week! Full recommend the seasonal massages 💖 The only thing is they don't really have hot tubs, they're more of a Warm tub 🤔

Bathhouse Spa at Delano is a great relaxation from the craziness of the strip. When you call to book request the concierge to specifically connect you to this one because they usually try to get you into the other Spa at Mandalay Bay. The Bathhouse Spa is very modern and smaller but has all the amenities. My husband is a regular here and gets a massage done every time he visits Vegas. It was my first time at this Spa. My daughter and I got our nails done this time. The nail technicians were very professional, friendly and did an awesome job. Ask for Janet or Marie when you call in to do your nails and you wouldn’t regret it.

This is one of my favorite spas in the country. Its not super fancy but it gives old Vegas 70s vibes without being run-down. Number 1: Clean! Even the wet sauna is very clean! Clothing optional in wet room!! I love Korean spas but unfortunately the Vegas ones aren't great. Bring your own green scrubby. Wet sauna is great! 2 waterfall jets are strong enough to relax your shoulders before you massage! Hotub and cold-ish pool. Dry sauna is nice but not my vibe in general. Shower room has several stalls/rooms with different scented products, I like the CocoMango best. Lounge can be a little lacking. Right now some canned juices, hot teas, banana chips and apples. Lounge does have nice chairs and nice relaxing but adequate lighting. I love doing sauna/tubs, getting a massage and then chilling with my notebook and planner with a clear head.

Nice experience. Loved the showers. Each shower had a different aroma scent. I.e. body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Scents were: -citrus & nectar -kiwi cucumber -eucalyptus -lemongrass & green tea Nice hot sauna with water bowl to increase heat & humidity. Stream room was nice too. We paid $75 for “couples fee”. This allowed us to use the co-ed spa room with its own sauna & steam room and waterfall hot tub. $30 for single use of spa. Overall great experience. My only note to management was to add a timer (simple sand timer) to the sauna. I know I’m not alone when it comes to wanting to know how long you’ve been in there for. Also the ventilation in the couples spa room felt poor. It smelt pretty chemically and stuffy. No pictures are allowed in the spa so I got lobby photos.

Beautiful Spa, I was treated like a princess from the min I walked in the door. Relax in the steam room or hot tub, rinse off in one of the many aroma therapy showers. This place has it all.

Ive been to a lot of spa's and done as lot of couples packages. I can def say this ranks as one of the top 3. I did the couples package with the message, facial, manicure, and pedicure. They were all fantastic. The employees were very charismatic, and knew very much so what they were doing. The facility is phenomenal. There is a seperate area for men and women and and a couples area for couples only. The mens side (I assume the womens side is the same) had free water and juices. There was a changing and locker room with free lockers. A mens only spa area with plenty of hydrotherapy. The mens spa had special showers, a hot tub, cool tub, a dry spa, and a wet spa. There was a mens lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating, refreashments, and large flat screens. The mens restroom was clean and the side with sinks had free hygenic products, free disposable combs, and everything you need to clean up. There was a shower area with different scented soaps, shampoo, and conditioners. The couples spa area had showers, a large luxurious hot tub with fountains, a dry spa, and a wet spa. There is a seperate area if you need the restroom. The couples message areas was pristine and classy. The beauty salon area were we had our manicure/pedicure was in great shape. The employees made great conversation. I def had a great time and reccomend anyone who is considering trying this spa out to try it! I posted photos, but its only of the lobby cause photos inside the spa are obviously prohibited.

I come here about 5times a year and every time I stay at south point I book the spa and well normally its great I had some issues this time. My massage therapist was great and did a wonderful job. But as I used the spa amenities I was a bit disgusted by all the black algae growing in the couples spa and the clarity of the spa water. I had left for a bit and came back later to grab my belongings out of the locker only to find that the staff had opened my locker on gone through it luckily I didn’t leave anything of real value in there but was extremely disappointed about this when I asked them about this they told me it’s normal for them to do that. I’m not really sure if I will be back I’m highly disappointed in all of this

We booked 8 people different treatments for a fun family day. I booked maternity massage, facial, and manicure for my 7 month pregnant wife. They called last minute and moved her nails first with no alternative time. So she couldn’t get nails painted like planned before massage. Then even though she was booked for a female massage therapist, for obvious reasons, she was then surprised with a male therapist. After complaining to the “supervisor” Romaina she offered a 20% discount on only massage. Very disappointed in how the supervisor handled the situation. You would think since we just spent a couple thousand dollars you could do more than a $37 discount. Won’t be back, wouldn’t recommend.

Great spa mens site it's fully nude so it's a plus to be fully nude with the rest of the men . Amazing place this place is not for shy men just get fully naked I'll be back in January to enjoy a day of relaxing

I visited with a friend and enjoyed a package. Between us we added on a few things and had an amazing experience. We enjoyed facials and massages, pedicures. We left rejuvenated, relaxed and happy. Best massages we ever had, and we've had plenty between us. The staff were all experienced and exceptional in professionalism and service. Highly recommend.

Planet Hollywood is a hotel casino located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, offering a membership card for discounts on rooms and comp points. The attached Miracle Mile Shops feature 200 retail favorites and various dining options, including popular brands like H&M, Sephora, GUESS, and more. Take a fountain view room for good view. Hotel rooms are clean, good room service and well maintained. The checkin/checkout is super easy and quick.

Intersting when we arrived in room, wires coming out of the wall. When they say you have to pay US$55 for resort fees daily which include wifi and gym access they are only talking about 2 devices, every add on is $15. Funny enough we have 4 people. Oh but free at the pool, or miracle mile, crazy thinking. Our two queen room only came with 2 towels, I guess they want people to share? 😉 . Fridge cabinet can't close because of tge rotten wood in cabinet. How is this stuff missed. We paid more for this, even the cheap motels on our trip around LA/NEVADA had better tv, WIFI and services. Crazy that the pool closes at 5. Wow.. what a joke. We stayed at cheap places before but this takes the cake. But location was great to be fair and consistent. Oh the last photo is of the men's restroom, just wow. .. so dissatisfied, my travel agent tried to warn me, now I know..

Wonderful pricing! This hotel usually gives you the best deal when it comes to high end hotels. $79 a night! Beautiful casino floor, great entry, and you can pick up an Uber right out the front door unlike other hotels where you have to go elsewhere to grab a share ride. Great beds and bedding plus wonderful bathroom. Stay here, play wherever you want. Enjoy!

So I only gave 4 stars because my reservation was canceled 2 days before I arrived so I had to stay at Paris for a night then I got locked out of my room and had to wait 2 hours for the maintenance guy to come let me in. Other than that the room was immaculate with a great view or the strip. Everything is in the hotel including a mall and lots of places to eat.
Deanna H — Google review
The location of the hotel is really good! Our room was really nice, the bad is comfortable and the bathroom is really pretty and big!! You have a closet and a safe too. The only thing that was annoying is that it was really hard to go out of the hotel because you need to go out through the mall, especially if you use the mall parking. You get free parking.

Rooms were decent but I had to have 3 things in the room repaired. As with most Vegas hotels, too much tobacco smoke all over the casino part of the hotel. Their restaurants are slightly vegetarian friendly.
