Tao Beach had an amazing vibe, great music, and a beautiful crowd definitely one of the hotter spots in Vegas (literally and figuratively). However, I was shocked to pay $75 for a single cocktail (mule). I know dayclub prices are steep, but that felt excessive. Also, there was almost no shade, which made the 110° heat pretty brutal, and the pools were so packed it was hard to even cool off. Great energy overall, but be ready to spend big and sweat it out.

The bartenders service was OK. I got kind of mad at them at first cause they were ignoring me and taking their sweet time talking to each other and give each other hugs when they’re on the clock and there’s people waiting to place orders but I got over it once I finally got my drinks and they made them OK very very overpriced crazy overpriced For the slushy when you go make sure you’re ready to spend some money. Make sure you go early so you can get the right spot with the sheet they do have promoters to help with getting and the wristbands they give you give you free drinks for like an hour. I had a good time in the end. The wind was nice. The water was great. The view was OK. I felt comfortable and unbothered. I would go again but with different expectations.

TAO Beach absolutely delivers on every level. The service was top-tier — attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The crowd perfectly matches the upscale vibe of the venue, creating an atmosphere that’s both lively and classy. The cocktails were fantastic — well-crafted, flavorful, and worth every penny. Everything from the music to the energy made it feel like a true luxury beach experience. After visiting other beach clubs, TAO Beach clearly stands out as the place that gets it right — quality, service, and vibe all in one.

Got in to see Tiesto for free by arriving at 10:30am and waiting until 3pm chilling in the pool. Drinks are insanely expensive ($15 Red Bulls), but I consider it the ticket price. It was quite crowded but what do you expect for free entry. Great way to see amazing artists in a more chill environment than a club or festival. Would go again!

Extremely expensive place but a great time for a pool party! We went to see Zedd and got a cabana, which was suuuper expensive and we weren’t even in the VIP side. If you’re not American and forget that tip culture is a big thing: remember there will always be an automatic 20% charge on top of what you already paid to reserve, so you might just end up paying another 600$ on top of your booking (of around 5k). Europeans be ware 😅 I guess if you like the music and wanna spend money in Vegas for one particular day party, it’s a good one! If you don’t end up getting a cabana and enter with the 50$ ticket per person, be aware there is almost no shade around the pool and booth for the whole day and the pool gets suuuuper full very early!

We had a fun time. The pool wasn't overly crowded, and ladies drank for free for an hour on Sunday. Make sure you DON'T pay to get in. Hit up one of the promoters you see walking through the halls at The Venetian. They try to get you to go to all these pool parties at different hotels and will put your name on the list. It's free, not a scam. The promoters get paid based on the amount of people they're able to bring in, and these places want you to come to their pools in hopes of you paying outlandish prices for their drinks, and you will, because they don't even bother to let you bring in your own WATER. Overall, fun time.

Obviously, your experience here will completely depend on the day you visit, and what your willing to spend. Spend the extra money, and get a day bed. It was $360 with tax, fees and gratuity, but you get $250 to spend on drinks and food. Really that ends up being $110 to lay around like a king all day, and enjoy the incredible atmosphere. Honestly, 250 was hard to spend. We were just giving away food and drinks at the end to new friends we had met. Also, we where here on a Thursday, which is more of a enjoy the atmosphere, and relax day. If you go on a day with a big DJ than it's gonna be sholder to sholder, and more of a party type atmosphere. Just make sure you go on a day that best suits you. Also, the food was fantastic. The fortune cookie was perfect. Filled with chocolate moose and boston cream, it's not overpoweringly sweet. It was wonderful. The tacos, and quesadilla were ridiculous! Also, the cocktail servers are incredible. Definitely a place where I had to pinch myself a few times to make sure that I wasn't dreaming. DJ Party day= BLAST. Chill weekday = Blast!!

I want to begin by saying that the pool was good. The bigger one is colder and the shallow one is warmer. The only thing is there were lots of empty cups floating around The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. We had to wait 1.5 hrs for the food and when they finally brought food it wasn’t ours. We ordered the water special which was 6 bottles for $20 but instead brought us 4 and charged $52. When asked to correct the charge, they only gave us 2 extra waters but would not correct the overcharge of $30. The servers were nice but they did not check up on us even though it wasn’t busy They do not accept Capital One cards, which is disappointing and wild because it’s one of the most popular credit cards out there It was scorching hot and a windy day so they were not able to open umbrellas because of the wind. They may want to invest in some other form of providing shade because it was miserable to sit on the pleather couches. Overall would not recommend

Wooow, what an amazing experience. Went there because it heard music coming from the rooftop of the hotel, decided to go and had a blast. It was raining but I stayed and danced in the rain. The staffs are all super friendly, as well.

Marquee Day Club Review We have stayed at the Cosmopolitan Hotel several times every year since 2013. Surprisingly, during all our stays, we have never stepped foot in Marquee Dayclub . The feeling was mutual with my husband, we felt the venue was not for us , and for younger crowds We were planning a bachelor/bachelorette party in August for our daughter and future son in law , and felt Marquee would be something they would both enjoy . During a visit in June I met Jake Talley , a senior host at Marquee. He assisted with bookings for my daughter’s group on one day(Friday ) , and my son in laws on another (Monday ). He was extremely helpful during the planning . I felt kind of bad contacting him so much due to the many questions/concerns I had . Jake answered everything in a timely manner, and gave me all the information needed to make our visit memorable Needless to say our visit was a massive success . Both parties had an amazing time . Our guests thanked us multiple times with how much they enjoyed the food , music , and overall atmosphere . Visiting Marquee on 2 different days , Friday and Monday, I got a look at how the venue runs during extremely busy and very chill settings. The staff worked just as hard on both days and were very pleasant to my guests. The food was phenomenal and not what I expected for “pool food”. Be warned the food can be on pricier side but at the same time the portions are massive and plentiful! Especially the taco platter and some of the other foods that we tried and worth the mention. The chicken satay, nachos and wings! We would like to specifically acknowledge our server Zelmara on the guys visit on Monday . She gave many recommendations, visited our party often , and was very sweet . She was from Chicago like us , and had some nice conversations about it . I also would like to compliment the server assigned to my daughter’s party on Friday . I was there on Friday for a short time . I chose to leave to let my daughter and her guests have their space . Our daughter said the server was very kind and hustled to make sure they had what they needed. The buss/support staff was also hustling and we appreciated that. They would make they were constantly changing out our ice buckets so our drinks wouldn’t get warm in that hot Vegas summer weather! Most of all a big thanks to Jake Talley . It wouldn’t have been as seamless without him . A few tips if you never been to Marquee. Look up the dress code before you attend. The pricing and crowd level can be significantly different on weekends and when there is a guest DJ. If you want a more relaxed atmosphere with less crowd , give a weekday a try . We understand the venue is being remodeled and updated, we can not wait to see the updates and looking forward to returning! We were overall very pleased with our decision to choose Marquee day club as part of our trip!

We went early, around noon, and received a great tour by one of security. Eric C. took us through each area and explained safety procedures and what was offered in the Day Club. There were already a few people enjoying the pools. Everyone was really nice and it felt like a safe place for single women to go to. They have great security measures in place. The bathroom attendant was so nice to talk to. The night club area was really great to see. Definitely a place to go to if you are looking for a club to attend during the day. They have lockers for you to use and some of the cabanas have private safes to keep your belongings. There wasn't a DJ when we were there, but they do have them later.

Nice place but, like everywhere else in Vegas they want to bleed your wallet dry! When we arrived they asked what type of card I’d be using and I told them all I have is Capital One debit and credit cards. The host informed me that they don’t take any form of Capital One payments so I figured we may have to leave. Thankfully they were able to change our fees to our hotel room. Once inside we noticed that bottled water is $13, bottles of beer are $14, pitchers of cocktails were $120, and they tacked on a 14% admin fee (whatever that is). Also this place closes at 6 but they’ll turn the music down and basically tell you to leave at 5. Wet Republic has a much better and cleaner pool, better drinks, better djs, and provides a much better atmosphere. Our server Maquel, was very friendly and attentive to our needs so that is a plus for them.

Main pool water was pretty dirty/hazy! Can’t see the pool floor clearly; hence didn’t dare getting into the pool even when the temperature was 97F! Overall decent music and the bar prices are same as other similar clubs on the strip.

This day club was such a vibe, pool is setup in the sun most of the day and the perfect temperature. Went on a Thursday so wasn’t crowded, got the unlimited drink package and it was totally worth it to get there a little earlier since it was super hot.

This business is a total SCAM! Was coming to Vegas for my coed engagement fun weekend and booked a Cabana for Sunday 9/14/2025 for 10 people on Tuesday evening 9/9/2025. By the next morning on 9/10/2025 I was informed of a death in the family and had to cancel. I immediately followed ALL steps to begin a refund of the $325 deposit I had put down on my credit card. I understood I was going to lose $25 of the $325 for the processing fee but nonetheless initiated the refund. Evidently Daylight uses a "third-party" to administer refunds. It gave me a notification that it could potentially take 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to refund. I gave them the full 7 business days before I reached out inquiring about my refund. The third party administrator confirmed it saw my refund request but could do nothing because the establishment had NOT approved my refund request yet. I was told to reach out to Daylight Beach Club directly to find out why. Here is where it got interesting...I was able to finally get a hold of someone after calling repeatedly. She claimed to manage these issues; her name was Dawn Fields. She said "they" would be in for meetings later in the week and she would follow up and get right back to me. SHE NEVER DID. Each time was a new excuse and a reason why she would call me back at a later time. Weeks went by and as the frustration grew I finally demanded to know who the hell "they" were and why this simple refund was taking this long. Glad it wasn't thousands of dollars here in limbo. Dawn giggled as if something was funny about me still missing my money the last time I spoke with her claiming she was on top of it and would have the issue resolved for me right away. She never did of course. Ultimately I had to dispute the charge on my credit card (wish I would have just done that from the start) and the credit card company attempted to reach out to the establishment who, surprise surprise, NEVER acknowledged a major credit card company and the money was refunded back to me. Before doing this it had become a second job to follow up as to where my damn refund was at. Complete and utter aggravation is an understatement. I should have read the reviews in advance because this place is a damn SHAM. I never even got to step foot in this place but this experience alone has ensured that I will never spend a dime here EVER. Daylight Beach Club DO BETTER! The fish rots from the head and it can't be all the people writing reviews of piss poor service who are the issue here.

The Daylight Beach Club is really the very last thing I have ever experienced. We were there with a total of eight people. We were given an unfriendly welcome and treated like a piece of dirt. After one of us went outside the door to make a phone call, the arrogant and very aggressive doorman threw him out without giving a reason. We called the police, who understood us but unfortunately couldn't do anything. Drinks are mixed with a mixture of powder and nothing branded. The music is so loud and the staff are just too unfriendly. I can only advise anyone not to choose this club and instead choose one or many other clubs in this city. We have never experienced such bad service and a derogatory manner and will definitely never come back to this club. The bouncer or manager is the most horrible thing you can find in the service area.

Came for the day party. Staff was very rude from start to finish. Only two staff members were kind. I had to wait three times, to get my order taken while staff members were chatting. After I waited the third time while I was paying a staff member walked up and told me to move. He was incredibly rude. Then the staff member taking my payment didn’t know how to do Apple Pay, so i gave him a card instead. After this interaction I waited 30+ mins for a Caesar salad, just for the staff to motion me to come over instead of bringing it to me. Poor customer service all around. As someone staying at the Mandalay Bay and who has stayed multiple times, this is the worst any of their employees as ever behaved. To make matters worse, the pool party was completely dead, I stayed there from 12-3:30pm and it did not pick up. Huge waste of time and money, I do not recommend.

Club promoter got us here with free admission and “free drinks” (one drink). No public seating, $150 bar/food spend minimum to get any place to sit. Music was alright enough. Light pours. Security was actually just entirely annoying in a personal sense when I was trying to make work calls while standing outside of the club (Honestly just one guy, wildly immature, telling for who’s hired for security). Most of them were fine but standoffish, to be expected. Overall about 2.5 stars experience, but that’s Vegas lol felt like a low budget cruise or spirit airlines flight. Spend your money at Encore or Mandalays club.

Had a travel gift card bartender swiped to see limit and charged me 1 beer the amount it was $29 i knew it was an expensive place so i just decided to not buy any more drinks at that point come to find out a friend of mine got charged less when he bought a beer. Great atmosphere but id never go again because of stealing and dishonesty besides that i did have a good time. Id recommend but NEVER buy any drinks

This is a first for me. I have completed nearly 50 reviews. This is the first time I am scoring an establishment a 1. Though it saddens me to do it, unfortunately, it is richly deserved and represents my desire to send a clear message… BUYER BEWARE Let's start with the good. The Daylight Beach Club is located at the end of the Las Vegas strip across from the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and offers very easy access. The check-in process was efficient, and the security pat-down provided a sense of safety. The pool area is large and spacious, and the DJ had the music blaring and the bass booming. It was a very nice vibe. Unfortunately, the number of positives can't make up for the level of customer unfriendly policies, pure deception, and direct lying we experienced. The day of our event, winds were extremely high, and pools across the city closed due to hazardous conditions. We asked to cancel our reservation. However, they let us know that cancellation was not possible based on their policies, despite the conditions. FIRST NOTE TO SELF: Be weary of an organization that does NOT permit canceling due to inclement weather. They did say they would allow us to change to another day. We were on vacation, had a scheduled itinerary, but opted to rearrange our schedule so as not to lose the money and the experience. We had purchased a daybed that was relatively inexpensive ($50) but included a $250 minimum spend. This, of course, is a standard practice, so no problem with that. But here is where the wheels really started coming off the party bus. When we arrived, we got a menu that included $90 pitchers of drinks, $595 for a bottle of Grey Goose, $78 for a bucket of 6 bottled waters ... oh my. Serious sticker shock. SECOND NOTE TO SELF: In the future, be sure to review menu prices before booking an event with a minimum spend. So, instead of pitchers and buckets, we asked to order individual drinks and were told we CAN'T order single drinks or single bottles of water. As we learned later, THIS WAS NOT TRUE. Instead, they had a policy that individual drinks or single bottles don’t count toward the minimum spend. We were not told this, and we learned it later. BUT WHO MAKES SUCH CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY POLICIES? We were told that the pool was heated. (NOT TRUE) There was indeed a DJ, but he was just that: a disc jockey. He simply played the music. No working up the crowd, no encouragement to get out and boogey, nada. Though the crowd was small, nothing was done to get us pumped up. I EXPECTED SO MUCH MORE FROM A SO-CALLED BEACH CLUB. When we closed out our bill, we were told that the check included about a 15% gratuity and an 8% service charge. Our server told us that neither of these go to the servers (NOT TRUE). The pool assistant then came over and the server placed two circles on our bill and indicated that the first circle is for a tip for the pool assistant and the second is for a tip for the server, and then they stood there waiting for me to fill in the two circles. UNBELIEVABLE, YES? Oh, but the worst was yet to come. At the time of booking, we were told that the event ended at 6:00 PM. At 5:30, the attendants announced that the venue was closed (not that it was closing), that it was closed, and we had to leave, NOW. I asked about the 6:00 PM closing, and they professed no knowledge of it. We shrugged and began to pack up to leave. I walked toward the bathroom, and the security guard stopped me and said, “THE BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED.” I explained to the guard that I had just spent over $500 with this establishment, and he was telling me I couldn’t go the bathroom before leaving? He explained that he was just doing his job and that if he allowed me to go to the bathroom, then he would have to let others… blah, blah, blah. UNBELIEVABLE. BUYER BEWARE: Daylight Beach Club appears to be FIRST about taking your money, and LAST about delivering a quality customer experience. It is most unfortunate.

As someone who has worked in the industry for 13+ years, I have never had a worse experience. Our time here only lasted about 20 minutes. We stepped into the pool and then were promptly told we could not be there because we did not have a table. Okay, that's fine. We moved to the other end of the pool where we were asked to move our sandals that were basically underneath a bench, out of the way. Once again, out of the pool to move our sandals where security said was a better place. As we made our way back in, we were told no drinks in the pool. As I looked around, there were half a dozen other people in the pool with their drinks, yet no one was saying anything to any of them. Finally, we were told we were not allowed to stand BY the steps.. no, we were not on the steps but IN the pool near the steps. However, other people were sitting ON the steps. Do not waste your time or money here.

Ayu Dayclub is conveniently located within Resorts World, which made it an easy choice since I was already staying at the hotel. I came to see Kaskade, and for a headliner DJ, the ticket prices were actually pretty reasonable. That said, the drink prices were wild — $30 for a standard drink and $70 for a specialty drink that came with a reusable cup felt excessive. The venue itself isn’t massive, but that actually added to the experience. It’s more intimate, which made the vibe really fun and energetic. Despite the steep drink prices, I had an amazing time! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Had to leave a review because the male bartender at Ayu Dayclub around 2pm on June 27 was straight-up rude. When we first got to the bar, the female bartender was super sweet and welcoming. No complaints there. But when we came back for a second drink and she was busy, we got stuck with the guy working next to her. He acted like we were bothering him just for ordering. Didn't make eye contact, didn't say a word, and only made half our order. When we asked for the rest, he gave us attitude. Then he literally threw the card reader at me to pay, and when I asked how much it was (since it didn't show on the screen), he got frustrated and stamped a big red "GRATUITY INCLUDED" on the receipt instead of just answering. I found out later he's apparently the lead bartender. Wild, because the same girl from earlier actually wanted to help us when we spilled the drink, but he stepped in and said no. Bro's on a power trip.

Main DJ Set never showed up, not the gretest prepared house set for a zamna ticket… almost none shade

The day club itself is pretty nice. What is not okay is only having TWO bartenders and taking 90 minutes to get a drink. Oh and that drink will cost you $75. Spent more time in line than actually enjoying the dj and music. Will not be back

Absolutely horrible, left after less than 30 minutes, I would not recommend to anyone. I do not leave reviews but this experience was aweful. My girl friend and I were visiting Las Vegas for my birthday and went to the pool party on the night of July 4th. After we entered we made our way to the bathroom which was full, after a stall opened we both entered, peed, and exited within 4 minutes, the attendants at the bathroom yelled through the door to hurry up and when we exited we where warned that we where no longer allowed in that washroom because we entered a stall together, we explained that we both had to pee and where just going where was open and they told us that is not allowed, they told us that if 2 females go into a washroom together that it is assumed that it is for coke and that we got off easy because we should be kicked out, meanwhile the other washroom in the club was closed. The area was packed back to back and it was almost impossible to get the the bar. After we left the bathroom we decided we wanted to leave. On the way out we talked to another security guard and they told us they have never heard of that rule and directed us to the supervisor who could not care less, all we asked was that signs where posted of what is not allowed and he told us “obviously that was not allowed” and that if we aren’t happy we can leave which we did, unfortunately after paying to get there and waisting an hour to get in we had to go through the same thing to go back… on what was supposed to be a fun night. The staff is so rude and the club is overcrowded. I do not recommend to anyone.

Went a couple weeks back to check out Zedd during the day. WOW what an amazing time! One of the coolest experiences of my life. Drinks pretty outrageously priced but I expected that. Other than that, amazing stage and sound. Was packed but not too uncomfortable. Water the perfect temperature for a 110 degree day! Sucks it looks like they don’t allow night time swimming. Definitely check a day time show here if you can! Epic pool party with lots of chill folks from all over the globe.

Attended a private evening event put on by a sponsor to a convention I was attending. They have this yearly and it is very popular. Not really my thing, but it's a large place with both indoor and outdoor areas, DJ, dance floor with pools. It was quite cold in January to be outside comfortably even with the heaters. Music gets pretty loud and while they had appetizers there seemed to be only 2 hosts bringing them around to 300+guests. Of course it was free to attendees, but I am sure it cost a lot for the sponsor. Location is very convenient with view of the strip, however they have very high glass all around the outside that spoiled the view.

Day party was extremely fun. Dj did his thang kept the music flowing with hit after hit. Pool was clean, staff was nice, drinks expensive but, that is common these days. They had food options which was a reasonable price and the fries, chicken tenders, and cheese burger bites were enjoyable. We has a blast. I definitely will be back.

I have came here since I moved to vegas and I will miss it. It has been my "personal" party spot for the last 3 years! After hours is great just not the same vibe. Went to the last show on the last night. Watched Dustin give his speech. I heard there is one on Miami, I'll have to visit!

Great club. Best experience. Great service. Lines go very fast. Bottle service is on point. And the free concerts are amazing. Drinks are mixed well and staff is always helpful.

🌴 Unforgettable VIP Experience at Drai’s Beach Club! 🌴 We checked out the space Thursday and John (the Batista look-alike bouncer!) was super helpful, even connecting us with Hector to book our spot. Booking was smooth, and Hector made everything easy—he even personally escorted us to our bungalow on Friday. We had Bungalow 1 and our server Hannah and busser Fredo were absolute rockstars! They hustled nonstop, stayed attentive, and went above and beyond for our group. Their energy and professionalism made the day unforgettable. Top-notch service all around—huge thanks to the team at Drai’s for an amazing experience!

Saw young jeezy in concert. Hip hop vibes all night. Which is refreshing on the strip. Drink prices were a tad under what other clubs were charging also. Still expensive but less expensive. The club is also dated and is in need of a refresh. Outside of that great vibe and experience.

Come here to have a chill pool party vibe. Don't expect a rager like at Encore Beach Club. Liquid Pool lounge is relatively small. They have one bar, a few canopy tables and also have private pools if you're willing to spend more. Overall we had a good experience but not worth getting a table here. Just pay the entrance fee and enjoy yourself.

I would honestly rate it a one star if I could. At first, the staff assigned us the wrong cabanna and charged us extra to 'upgrade' to the one we initially paid for. Secondly, we were continuously pushed and pressured to buy bottles of alcohol during our stay, despite our refusal. We were pressured to buy alcohol constantly throughout the stay. At the end, the female bouncer discriminated against my friend and I and pressured us to leave, without any explanation or consideration to any situation that had happened. I think the staff were greedy, inconsiderate and arrogant. I also believe they added drinks to our bill that we didnt spend. Therefore, I would not visit ever again. Save your money !!!

We would have stayed if they had more free, shaded seating. Understandable to have rentable spaces, but the ratio was wayyyy off. There was no where to even set a towel but on the ground. Too bad because the music was good.

Went on Saturday 8/2 for the special where ladies drink for free from 1-2 PM. Decided to stay and paid $60 for the worst vodka lemonade I’ve ever had! I even provided the Aria cup since I had it. Can’t understand their outrageous pricing! Won’t be returning.

was told by like three different staff before I entered that there was open seating. Guess what lol there’s not any open seating. After they made me toss my water to get in I paid $17 for a high noon and asked the bar tender where to sit “anywhere! :)” idk what’s going on here maybe they get off on embarrassing people lmao but I sat down on an empty bench for maybe two mins before a security guard said I needed to leave. Really strange to be treated this way as a guest just trying to use the hotel pool. I’ve stayed at way nicer hotels than the aria and have never been treated so strangely. At no point did anyone even ask if I wanted to pay for seating, they just assumed I couldn’t. whatever, the dj sucks anyways, the vibes were rancid, don’t bother.

So this us our second time to come back to this pool. I recall having a great time the first time (renting a day bed). So after reviewing the reviews again this year and seeing so many bad reviews recently we were hesitant. Let us tell you. We came back and received top notch service. Not just the service but the food and drink were amazing. We asked for changes outside the normal menu (lettuce wrap bun instead of regular burger buns etc). Never a question and our servers gave us exactly what we wanted. Our servers (Jill and Davey) met every expectation and the drinks and food met every expectation as well. Five stars.

Okay so just like Vegas the food and drinks are overpriced but it’s an experience. We watched the soccer game and then the NBA playoffs. It’s a vibe! Great place to tan and hang out. The pools were all open and operational except one. The turf and walkways leading up to the pool will burn the skin off your feet. I was here on an 80 degree day. No way will this be safe when it’s 100. Pool water was warm and it’s only April. By 5:30 ish the area is shaded from the Plaza building. So if you plan on staying all day and want full sun, sit on left side. The bar and grill are easy to get to and the food is typical bar and grill food. Overall great experience.

We watched WrestleMania Saturday here. The experience itself and the big screen was amazing, as was the server. Where I think they could do better is being more honest with what to expect. I bought General Admission tickets for $40. We arrived about 90 minutes early, but the number of GA seats were limited. We opted for a day bed, which he said was $500. The $500 is your allowance towards food and drinks, but it's a minimum. I was okay with that; we don't drink much, so I knew we wouldn't hit the minimum, but WrestleMania is fun to me and this was a first for me, a watch pool party. However, there was a $100 service fee that wasn't disclosed to us until the end! It was too late to argue, but this is a blatant hidden fee. I don't know if I would do it again, mostly because of the lack of upfront transparency. Especially in Las Vegas, where there are hundreds of others options. The only other negative is you are on the roof and there are no umbrellas. I think it's because of the TV and I get that, but the lack of any shade you should consider before committing to thother

We came here last month for the first Monday night football game of the season and we had a great experience. During our October trip we returned to watch a Thursday night football game. It was a very different experience. Both times we rented a daybed with a minimum $200 spend. It’s easy to reach when cocktails are $40 and beers can only be purchased in 6 packs for $70. I really wish you could just purchase one beer at a time. The crowd was thinner this visit. The atmosphere was more lowkey on Thursday night. The biggest difference was the staff. Our waitress repeatedly reminded us of how much we had left to spend. She cashed us out around 9:00 as soon as we spent our minimum amount. The daybed reservation is from 5-11pm and we wanted to drink more and enjoy our evening at the pool. However, the waitress seemed to want to go home. The place cleared out around 9 due to everyone being cashed out. It wasn’t the experience we were hoping for and we won’t return.

Stadium Swim keeps getting better every time I go! Derek Stevens runs a tight ship over there! It was great to actually meet him. Great experience. Highly recommend for a full sports experience. I will definitely be back!

Really cool pool(s). Surpising how much everything costs and you cant sneak anything in haha 72$ for s 6 pack... pregame is your best choice, chilled here because we had a room, id never pay the entry fee though of like 25$ but whatever, the screen was massive, I wish they would play movies on the side because when we came it was the WNBA and I mean who cares about watching that. Irs basically a bunch of small pools and jacuzzi and no real spa, gaming tables were closed also while here I guess because no one was playing even though we tried to and no one came for the few minutes we were at the tables. Jacuzzis were crowded and annoying small for what it all was, we came in the evening on a low foot traffic time and even then the jacuzzis were awkward with people. Circa was decent though. I wish they had a normal pool and jacuzzi area that wasnt so crowded though.

Amazing Day Club. 6 pools, 3 levels, many options for seating. Daybeds and cabanas available to rent. Giant led screen showing all the sports. Music is vibes for sure. The DJ was great. Get there early to get a seat.

EDIT: Just lowered to 2 stars after a subsequent visit had security not allow us to enter with hand sanitizer. Very cool pool in the Circa hotel. Water is comfortable, music and music is great. I have been a few times during my stay and and while I generally enjoyed my visit, a few things keep it from 5 stars for me: 1 - an incredible lack of shade. Maybe it’s because of the TVs or the desire to monetize shaded areas but like 99% of the area is in direct sunlight most of the day. It makes it hard to stay for long in the summer. 2 - drinks are very weak despite premium paid for them 3 - ID check, metal detectors, and bag searches feel a little extreme 4 - only wait service for those that paid for the upgraded seating 5 - no way to get there from our rooms without walking across the casino in swimsuits

This is the place to be if you are in Vegas and want to find day fun! Step into the ultimate Las Vegas daylife experience at the exclusive and luxurious Palm Tree Beach Club at the MGM Grand, where there are exhilarating Top 40 beats, top-tier DJs (Alesso DJ is on today), and a stage for guest artists. This dayclub redefines luxury with private cabanas, and an exciting poolside atmosphere with hot men and women looking to meet others. There is a bar where you can get all the drinks and food that you want. The service is good, friendly and pretty quick considering the number of guests in the pool. It is a cool place and you will definitely have a good time.

Palm Tree Beach Club is the old Wet Republic at MGM. If you’re getting dropped off or picked up from rideshare best to just put Top Golf so you don’t have to walk through the casino. We always really enjoy our time at this day club. The service is great, the DJs are usually really good, they have a pretty big pool and stage and if you have a table or cabana you have access to your own pools which feels so much cleaner. Drinks at all day clubs are expensive. There are lockers here and when we get a table we also order food. It’s fairly safe here, security can be tight and they will kick out people clearly drunk. I’ve gotten my flip flops stolen from here so try to bring a not common pair or get a locker or table. We’ve seen Zedd, Kaskade, Steve Aoki, Chris Lake, DJ Oro over the last couple of years.

I really liked the set up, I like the cabana we were in. It was really comfortable. However, we honestly spent most of our time in the cabana because we went for Chris Lake and it was only his music that was good like the music leading up to Chris Lake was so boring and it honestly felt like it was meant for old people who were trying to have fun Which is OK, but it definitely is not for a younger crowd. I don’t like also that even when you have a cabana, you have to pay for a tiny little water bottle and it’s so expensive for no reason it’s just water. There is a water fountain in the back, but it took a little bit for them to tell us that which is OK I guess. Overall the staff was really nice, the venue itself was really nice, the food was really good too. I would come back, but they need to find a better DJ that plays before the main set.

I found it difficult to find information about this place online as it recently reopened under the new name. I was trying to research beforehand to see the best way to “do it”. I bought general admission tickets for a girls trip to see the kygo set on July 5th. I was disappointed when I got there to see they were also handing out free GA tickets to anyone in the casino that was just walking around. So wasted a little bit of money there but it wasn’t much. Entering at noon was easy and the pool wasn’t busy. We were easily able to get a drink at the bar and get a towel from security. You have to get there early if you are GA to get a spot at the poolside as there is NOWHERE for ga to sit. So you’re either in the pool or sitting on the edge (if you’re lucky). If I were to do it again I would have paid the $500 for a beach chair. The music quality was good, there is a very small dancing space in front of the dj booth which could be bigger. I think they need more personal item storage options as the whole edge of the pool is people’s purses, clothing, shoes, phones etc. it looks sloppy and nothing is secure. They do have lockers but they’re first come first serve. If you go, bring your phone, credit card in a waterproof bag and leave the rest behind. Mixed drinks were $68 and beers were $16, bartenders were not friendly and were in no rush to serve you. At 2pm the line to get a drink took over 20 minutes to get a single beer. They need a better, more mobile checkout option. The credit card readers are stationary and seemed to be slowing down the already slow bar tenders. We ended the afternoon in a cabana which was nice. If you have the disposable income, def go that route just so you have a better view and smaller shared pool. I would return for another concert but do it differently.

If you go here, you'd better have plenty of sunscreen! There's little too NO shade, unless you drop big money and rent a seating area. Starting at $700, and even these places have the smallest umbrellas that give you minimal shade.

0/5 !!!! Our group of 7 was kicked out of Palm Tree Beach Club just because one person was a little drunk ( it was her bachelorette). The security team was aggressive and unprofessional — they pushed us out, forced their way into the ladies’ restroom, and didn’t let us collect our belongings. We lost expensive clothes, goggles, and footwear, and despite visiting multiple times, nothing showed up in lost and found. Staff just kept redirecting us to each other with no help at all. Completely unacceptable — Tao Group needs to fix their security and guest-handling standards immediately. Shamelessly the guards posed for the picture … I have raised a complaint and I hope management takes strong action and they stop harassing women

We stayed at the Mandalay for 2 nights on the front end of a trip to Zion and Bryce. We chose it specifically for the pool and kid friendly reviews so please bear that in mind - we were traveling with two kids under 8. Parking is very easy (paid lot with elevators) and you can go in and out with your room key. Overall, the check-in experience was a bit rough (we paid for early check in between 11-2 which wasn't able to happen and we did not check in until after 4 pm) though others in our group had their early check in work out promptly at 11. The rooms were nice enough (not luxurious but again, the focus here was more on the pools) - we had a suite with a pull-out bed for kids which worked great. The view of the strip was also an unexpected blast for the kids as was the large jet tub. The hotel is busy with lots going on so keep that in mind when you're doing anything here (lots of restaurants, a full casino that you have to walk through to get to parking, multiple pools, etc.) that you'll be contending with many people. The pool was great. We bought an inner tube and the kids loved the lazy river and the wave pool's shallow end. That was a highlight for them on the trip. The drawbacks here are mostly: busy casino that you have to walk through, farther walk to the strip to eat out or see sights. The pros? Definitely the pool(s) and a fairly high number of families at the Mandalay so you don't feel too weird dragging kids around. It's also a great value.

Dear Management, I am currently a guest at the Mandalay Hotel and am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. I recently became ill and had to be rushed to the hospital, where I was informed that my blood sugar was low. Upon returning to the hotel, I attempted to eat something and called room service to ask if there was a break room or area where I could warm my food. I was told there was not. I also had to repeatedly request a refrigerator to properly store my migraine medication and injections, a basic accommodation that should have been provided without hesitation. Meanwhile, the in-room refrigerator is fully stocked with overpriced items, marked up nearly tenfold beyond reasonable cost. This feels like blatant price gouging, especially toward guests in vulnerable situations. As someone who has recently returned from overseas deployment, I expected far better care and empathy from an establishment of this reputation. The lack of compassion and unwillingness to assist a guest with medical needs is deeply troubling. Based on this experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this hotel, particularly to my fellow military brothers and sisters. It's all about the money. Do not stay here!

So nice to be back at Mandalay! Love the classic Vegas vibes.. Room was super comfy with an awesome view! Service was excellent. Our kiddo loved the lazy river :) special shoutout to Justus in the concierge and Jib at the bell desk. Bonus: music was great throughout our stay & highly recommend checking out Hope Road well it’s here on location.

Yea, don’t stay here. I’m here right now. Booked a room weeks in advance. Knew I would be traveling in from the east coast late at night… so did mobile check in so I could go straight to my room…you can imagine my surprise when I get there THE NEXT DAY AFTER MY RESERVATION DATE to see my room status as still being prepared… so had to go down to the front desk and wait in line for them to tell me they don’t have the room I reserved weeks ago available so gave me a bit of credit and a worse room. Sweet. As mentioned I get there after midnight and just want some water and to go to bed. Have fun, the waters in the room are $18 a pop and if you go get your own water elsewhere, you can’t even use the fridge in the room. Decal on it saying it’s sensor activated and if you use it you will be charged $50. You can’t even make the cheap coffee in your room without being extorted for $16. On top of that the decor is aged out, all the amenities and electronics look from the 80s and I tried to call ahead to see what was up with my room, and guess what, they don’t answer the phone. You get better quality at a dollar motel on the side of a Kansas dirt road.

Great place, lot of fun. Pool water and lazy river were cold though. Brrr. Food unbelievably expensive. Security is tight to get into pool area so safety is a priority which is good. We had a great time and will come back again. Get your souvenirs on the strip. Not a lot to choose from in hotel. Great restaurants

We stayed here for a couple nights. Im actually really glad it was only a couple. At first I walked in and was delighted with our queen suite. It was very spacious and everyone was very kind at check in. But shortly after noticed the cleanliness of the room was downright bad. I took pictures because I was actually shocked how there was black mold in the shower, every time I took a shower I wanted to rush out because it felt gross. The baseboards were very dirty as well as the floor next to it and the walls were very dirty as well. It seems like the room hasn’t had a proper wipe down in a good while. The sheets were clean but they never changed them. They only remake the bed after you sleep in it. I thought it would be a nice change from staying at Caesar's Palace normally, but truly regret that decision. Check out was supposed to be a breeze as you can click a QR code and check out, but kept saying check out failed. So we had to go wait in a long line just to check out. Im sorry but this was a complete steer clear for us again. I really wished we had a better experience.

LIV Beach Las Vegas — Great Vibes, Disappointing Alcohol Integrity Four of us visited LIV Beach on a hot Friday in Vegas. With no major DJ playing, the lineups were minimal, and since we had a table, we skipped right through. The $500 minimum spend for the table felt fair for Vegas standards. Service was excellent — our server, Maddison, was pleasant, attentive, and professional. This is clearly a well-run establishment from a business standpoint. The staff — especially the women promoting the party atmosphere — are well-trained and know how to keep the energy up while encouraging guests to spend. Security presence was solid, which adds to the sense of safety. This doesn’t feel like the kind of place where anyone would get away with starting trouble. The crowd was overall well-behaved and the vibe was energetic but classy. Music? 5 stars. Atmosphere? 5 stars. Cleanliness of the bathrooms? Also 5 stars. The venue itself is fantastic. However, where LIV Beach loses stars — and ultimately my trust — is with the alcohol. It’s obvious the hard liquor is watered down. One will notice immediately when you taste the liquor clean. The bottles aren’t brought out in original sealed bottles are immediately poured into plastic jugs for serving. That’s a big red flag. For a place that charges what seems like an 800% markup on alcohol, there’s absolutely no justification for compromising integrity just to stretch profits further. I've attended at world-class beach clubs like Nikki Beach, Shimmy Beach Club, the Grand and the W in Thailand, and none of them cut corners like this. When you're paying top dollar, you expect quality and transparency — not shortcuts. Because of this, I believe the 3-star average rating LIV currently holds is accurate, and I’m giving it 3 stars as well. Great venue, great vibe — but a fundamental breach of trust when it comes to what’s in your glass.

I’ve never experienced anything as ridiculous as LIV Beach Club. They charge thousands of dollars for a daybed and umbrella, yet when you actually try to use the umbrella, they tell you you can’t open it — supposedly due to “weather conditions.” Meanwhile, the weather was sunny, calm, and absolutely perfect. No wind, no storms, nothing. What makes it worse is that other larger tables were allowed to have their umbrellas open, which made me feel completely discriminated against. It’s beyond unfair to force guests to sit under the scorching sun with no shade, especially when you’re literally charging them for the umbrella they’re not allowed to use. It’s such a shame for a place with potential to treat paying guests this way. Policies like this — and the way they selectively enforce them — will absolutely cause LIV Beach Club to lose loyal customers. If you value comfort, fairness, or basic hospitality, avoid this place at all costs

Great day club, great music, good DJs! The sun is crazy out there and drinks aren’t cheap haha but such a fun experience. I purchased tickets, thankfully. I showed up around 2:30 and got in with no problem but the guest list line was insane, no one was being let in. Definitely get there early if you’re there without a ticket or table. Hopefully, I’ll be back soon!

Spent billions and no one checked to make sure the reflections from the building were not going to be a problem (hello Aria), lol. This is some serious design flaws that were missed all throughout the building process. The pool area is 20°+ difference from the surrounding areas which is quite frankly ridiculous. + $60 drinks, and I'm sure corporate is wondering why the pool can't bring in more $$$. + Rude attitude from security at the door leaves a bad taste and you can tell it affects the vibe as soon as you walk in. here are 3 points to work on, but I'm sure nothing will change. Save your time, money, and have a better time elsewhere.

I attended liv beach club on Saturday June 28th to see Dom dolla. We arrived at 11:20 thinking dom would start at 11:30 from the drop off area we walked into the fountain Blau and walked until we found and escalator and took it to the 3rd floor. We followed some signs which brought us to a waiting area for the guest list which had a $75 cover and an express lane for people who bought tickets for $90. I would highly recommend buying a ticket rather than doing the guest list. We then went through security which consisted of pat downs and wallet checks. We then went inside and quickly realized we had no place to put our stuff and Dom wasn’t actually going to be coming on till 3. This actually worked out in our favor seeing that drinks were $60 for a 24 oz and $100 for a pitcher we decided to get a day bed for a $1000 tab. So the deal was spend $1000 on drinks and food and you also get the day bed. We bought a bottle of tequila and got some waters. There were 2 openers before Dom dolla and they were both great. The second opener was the highlight of the day though. We had finished our bottle about halfway through the second set and figured we would eat too. So we upgraded our day bed to a couch and it put us on the ground level facing the stage a great upgrade compared to our last spot. The staff was excellent during this process helping us move our stuff and getting our tabs switched over. We also got a safe with this new setup and the people next to us were also awesome. So having the safe and the people next to us we were able to leave our area unattended if we wanted and go to the pool or the pit. Also to be stated is how perfectly spaced everything is to where if you want to be in a crowd you can but also there are places to get space. With about 30 minutes left we closed out the tab everything was reasonable based on where we were and how do the staff is there’s a 15% gratuity and a service charge. These were acceptable because they aren’t just wait staff they are the best in the city they also mix drinks as well. One charge to watch out for is waters we bought 31 waters and it came out to $434. You can walk up to the bar and ask for a cup of water and they will give it to you free. This is an expensive but well worth experience and I have already started planning my return in October.

My friend and I are guests of the Fontainebleau October 17-20 and decided to go to Liv Beach Club to see Disco Lines on Saturday, October 18th. He had requested that we be added to the invited guest list for free entry through the app DiscoTech. He was additionally told by the concierge at the hotel that we should receive free priority entry. We joined the invited guest line and were given no instruction. We stood there for several minutes before someone came around to check our IDs and give us stamps. Several more minutes passed, and we were moved over to a different part of the line closer to the security check point. Someone came around and checked IDs against the guest list, and my friend presented his ID. We were given a ticket and told that we would need to pay $50 for male entry. My friend inquired why this was the case, as this was contrary to the communication he had received through DiscoTech when he made the reservation and the information provided by the hotel concierge. We were simply told that things were subject to change. Again, no additional instructions were given, and we were led to believe that we should receive entry to the club. We stood in the line for nearly two hours, corralled like cattle. At this point, we were both experiencing dehydration and desperately needed to use a bathroom. I understand that the pre-purchased tickets were given priority, but at this point there was no one in the pre-purchased ticket line, and the security attendants were just standing around twiddling their thumbs. I finally went to one of the staff members to ask about an update on when we might be allowed entry, and I expressed that this was a long time for people to be expected to wait without access to water or a bathroom. She said that she didn’t know, and that if we wanted to avoid the line we would have to pay $100 per person for the cover. I finally relented just to escape what felt like psychological torture. We’ve been to other pool clubs on the strip using the guest list and have never experienced this kind of treatment. When we finally got in, the pool was so crowded, I can only imagine it was oversold. I was crawling over people all day in the heat. Disco Lines was great but not worth being extorted for $200.

Great vibes, nice place, great service, good DJ, all the servers are beautiful girls in swim wear. The food could be a lot better, and if you are chilling out here with friends, you're getting a booth and need to hit a certain amount for your bill through food and drinks.

Me and my man enjoyed each other so much here although we got to fussing towards the end of the night. I love the way it looked inside and out where you can see the city view! We ordered drinks and it was so packed we couldn’t really move around but we still had fun. My experience was great

My cousin and i were there on Saturday September 20 for their night swim party. Neither of us had been and so we did the table share option. MayG and Jessica were the 2 employees helping our table and they were AMAZING. I have done table share and it was fine, but these 2 were so attentive in ensuring the table was always stocked and clean, never mind they were so so nice. Huge thank you to them. Definitely felt like we were wanted there and will definitely be back based on that experience alone.

We paid thousands for VIP at a concert. The head entertainer didn't start till 1am and only one hour into the show my friends were kicked out of the VIP area and moved. Me and another friend made the mistake of walking downstairs to talk to people we had met. I had walked downstairs to general population more than once already. When we returned a security guard wouldn't let us back upstairs. He told us our friends were outside waiting for us (which was a lie). I asked other employees what to do and they told me to go up the stairs this dope was still guarding. I explained and he power tripped and called further security who escorted us out. I additionally found out they scammed my friend who paid for the whole thing, almost doubling the price with additional fees and charges that were not presented in the initial agreement. So not only were we scammed, we wasted tons of liquor that was still upstairs, were lied to, further intimidated and power tripped on by security to leave, lost my friends for the remainder of the night, and didn't get to finish watching the show we had paid thousands for. There are many things to do in Vegas, do not give these people your money. If this is how they treat a group of Veterans, I have no doubt they will screw you too. (reading the reviews, it seems a lot of others shared in this experience)

This venue is small but it's vibes are what makes it one of my favorite clubs to go to!

We expected a high-end experience after paying over $3,700 for a section and $1,387 for one extra bottle of Tito’s, but it was extremely disappointing. The area lacked proper security, with random guests entering our section throughout the night, and moving through the club was chaotic and overcrowded. For the amount spent, the service and organization fell far below expectations. Definitely not the VIP experience they promote. Management attempted to make up for it by sending a bottle of champagne and offering to move us with 1hour left in the night. We reached out the following day thinking they would want to make it right with customers who are willing to pay that kind of money and we were just offered a night of table reservation again for the following night which we had no plans of returning and had a weekend scheduled out. Never once did they offer to adjust or reduce the amount we paid. Very disappointing. May be an okay place to pay 30-50 pp entry fee but not a VIP establishment.

​Marquee is already a world-class venue that consistently draws major headliners, proving they are serious about their talent lineup (we're talking about massive names like Steve Aoki who demand the best). However, to truly cement its place as the top nightlife destination on the Strip, the Marquee management must commit to a comprehensive upgrade of their sound system, installing the most advanced audio technology available. While the current system is good, transforming it into the undisputed most powerful and technologically advanced system in Las Vegas would elevate the club's already impressive atmosphere, giving every beat and drop from their roster of world-renowned DJs the explosive clarity and depth it deserves. That final investment in unmatched acoustics would make Marquee unbeatable

The Grand Canal Shoppes & the Restaurants on this floor & floor below was some of our favorite parts of our stay at the Venetian. Everything was clean & well manned. Crowd concerns were nill despite being here on a 3 day weekend. If it were for the casino alone, I'm not sure I'd come back. I can do casino many places back home. But they do not have a food, shopping & entertainment distraction like this.

We stopped by the Grand Canal Shoppes on a Sunday afternoon with our kids and were pleasantly surprised at how family-friendly it was. Las Vegas isn’t always the easiest place to navigate with kids in tow, but this spot felt like a fun and safe escape from the chaos of the Strip. The whole setup is visually stunning—from the cobblestone walkways to the gondolas cruising along the indoor canal, it really does feel like you’ve stepped into a mini Venice. Our kids were wide-eyed the whole time, and honestly, we were too. There was a very cool art installation in the lobby area that immediately grabbed our attention. It was creative, colorful, and just one of those things that makes you stop and go, “Okay, Vegas—you win this one.” The shops themselves were a good mix, with plenty of kid-friendly stops like candy stores, toy shops, and snack spots to keep everyone happy. It’s not just high-end boutiques; there’s something for all ages and interests, which made it a great way to spend a couple of hours as a family. All in all, this was one of our favorite low-key surprises in Vegas. It’s clean, cool (literally—great A/C), and surprisingly wholesome for the setting. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you're exploring Vegas with kids.

When you are tired of the heat, the strip’s crowds and the bright lights of Vegas, take a trip back in time to Italy, where it’s cool, the sky is always blue and gondoliers sing up and down the canals. It’s a magical place! The Backstreet Boys Experience was located here for those going to the concert, also check out the Wizard of Oz display one floor down with a waterfall and life size characters from the movie, there’s a bubble in front of it for photos. If you walk towards the Sphere bridge and exit out of one of the side doors there’s a perfect view of the Sphere, which would be even better at night.

The Grand Canal Shoppes is such a beautiful and unique shopping experience! The Venetian-inspired design, complete with gondolas gliding through the canals, makes you feel like you’re walking through Venice. The atmosphere is lively, with a mix of high-end boutiques, specialty shops, and great dining options. It’s not just a place to shop—it’s a place to explore, take pictures, and enjoy the scenery. I took a lot of pictures here and videos. Definitely worth a visit when in Vegas!

The shops? Superb! The feeling of literal Venetian atmosphere? Awesome! The canal and the gondolas? Wish we could have rode on them but they’re majestic! WAS IN AWE THE WHOLE VISIT!

I just got back from a trip there, and wow, what a place. The gondola rides were seriously romantic, and the ceilings inside are just stunning; it feels like you're in Italy. There are so many amazing restaurants and shops to explore, and it's all super convenient to get around.

We had a fun pool day here. Wish they’d had a DJ but the music was pretty good (I just prefer a dj). Service was really good. Day bed was comfy. Lots of water and ice. Towels are abundant. Bathroom is ‘ok’ it’s clean just not fancy/swanky. Definitely a different vibe.

Moorea is such a fun place to relax and meet new friends. We rented a daybed and everything went very smooth. Colton was great to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. The pool is smaller than I thought but it was a lot of fun and people are easy going. My wife got a massage pool side and she said it was fantastic. All and all, we enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day and walked away super happy. This will be a staple each time we are in Vegas.

Topless beach club. Two main pools. Will need to pay to rent a day bed (11-6). Staff are happy and attentive. Food is pretty basic but tasty! Love the 5 cans of wine!!Draws a curious crowd. I’ve enjoyed a fun time around the pool and also had occasions when people (read: the ladies) just be wasted. I prefer when people are there for a good time. Enjoy the diverse crowd and young/older mix, singles and couples. Atmosphere is pretty club ish… myself I always prefer a DJ and notice things like the same music mix tap being played two days consecutively.

Fabulous!! We had a wonderful time!! The pool was the perfect way to relax and cool down. Maurice was great!! The whole staff made sure our group of ladies were comfortable. And the skinny Pina Coladas are yummy! Great time! Will definitely be going back!

We always have a great time here. Jason really hooked us up with seating and made the day better for us. This Memorial Day weekend it was the busiest we've seen it, not much room on the pool, but lots of people to talk to! Never take away the toptional, we love it here!

The experience we had today was not fully satisfied because we couldn't find Juice at the store, only at the Bar and it was way too overpriced! Our kids was a little below the 48 inches and they didn't allow me to take them to the wave pool and made me go to another pool so they can swim ! It wasn't too bad of an experience the place just needs a little more work !

We decided to come today to check out the pool even though we had a reservation and chairs the next day. They had two check in points: The first check in point looked in my bag and told us we can't have liquids which we proceeded to pour out, and told us we can get in as general admission even though we didn't have a reservation or a cabana/chairs booked. The second check in person said we couldn't get in because of my wife's purse. He said it was too big and if we did have a "chair or a cabana" we would then be able to enter. Little did he know he pushed us to cancel and get refunds of our next days adventure instead of selling us anything. He was extremely rude and condescending. Especially when we explained someone just looked and checked my wife's bag at the last point. We will not spend money at a place that is treating us poorly and trying to upsell us by holding us hostage when we already got the go ahead from the last check point. We won't be spending money an Mandalay ever again with such hostile staff.

Nikki gave us the best Vegas experience! We’d never been to Vegas before and we will be back again to visit Sapphire Pool , just because of Nikki😜 If you’re thinking about going to a pool party, go to Sapphire. You will not regret it!

A day to remember! Staff was super nice and friendly. The music was awesome! I went for my bachelor party and had a great time. The drink beverage credit came in clutch! I had a party of 7 and we didn't go over the drink credit and still got our buzz throughout the day. Beer pong was cool as well

Outstanding pool party! We pre booked the pool beds however we were offered a very reasonable upgrade (cabana) when we arrived which was great! Our host Virginia was amazing. She looked after us from the moment we arrived right until we left and went above and beyond to ensure our group had a great time throughout the whole day. She's credit to your team! 👏 Overall there was a great atmosphere, the pool and layout was excellent and the drinks and food were reasonably priced given in Vegas. This was our first time in Vegas and thanks to you guys for delivering a great experience at the pool party!

We have been here multiple times and always have the best time! But today was especially awesome because of our cocktail server Virginia (I think we call her V though). The rain came and went making things a little hectic but she handled it like a champ and really took care of us! Love this place and can’t wait to go back and see V again :)

This was place was absolutely amazing. Came here for a buddy's 30th birthday party. We were taken care of and treated extremely good from the first point of coming through the door. When we got there we actually upgraded to a VIP Cabana which was the right move to do. We had VIP chairs but unfortunately your view is blocked by the clam shell beds in front of you. Our waitress was Shantell I believe was her name. Such good vibes from her the whole day as she took incredibly great care of our crew. The DJ played great music and kept the place hype all day. People were coming around with free shots of all kinds of different drinks and we were given even a couple complimentary buckets of free Red Bull. Honestly, not one complaint as everyone we met and interacted made it a great time. My wife and I personally will be back when we come to Vegas as we found our new favorite place.

Greeted by a great driver at my hotel for pickup promptly at 2pm as i requested. 3 day beds for my friends and I as I reserved. Wait staff prompt, friendly and efficient!. Great music! Diverse menu of food and drinks! Nothing but great things to say! Best pool party in Las Vegas! Way to go guys!

It is a pool for the late thirties and above crowd. The music is good, and it is awesome they had a lift to get someone with disabilities in the pool. The downside is the weak drinks. Even with adding the extra shot at $37 a piece they are not worth it.

Smaller then expected and they closed earlier then what we were told when we booked so it was slightly annoying. But overall the staff were fantastic and the atmosphere was nice, again pool was on the smaller side.

Had a blast at this pool. Super nice atmosphere, no kids, and great music. Purchased a cabana and it was well worth it. The service is fantastic. Food was good.

Definitely not the party vibe that is advertised but that was just fine by us. What was not is the minute you lay down on a lounger security is over you poking around to make sure “people aren’t just passing out everywhere”. Which I understand but there was literally about 10 people total in the whole place and no one was partying hard. When I pay this kind of money and have a cabana for 8 hrs i expect to be able to relax without talking to security about it. Also followed us out talking about us loudly to make sure we heard as we left. Will NOT be going back here

A bare pool that's not bare.... when you reach the pool you realize that it's not bare anymore. Such a con, why dont they specify this detail in the website? The vibe is just not how it used to be, before hard rock took over. It's just a pool now and clearly not worth any reservations. The staff here are pretty great and very caring to the guests. But the idea of paying for a no bare pool... makes no sense at all. Hard rock management please take a note to get back this pool to its old glory!

The pool is tiny, the water was dirty to the point where you can see foreign substances floating around. The drinks are expensive and watered down and service was slow to the point I had to go to the bar several times to get a drink cause the staff did not come around for a while. Security is overbearing and it felt like they were just being creepy. 100% Would not recommend. Never going back. Someone else deserves $900+ bill we paid.

I wasn't impressed at all. I bought my tickets online, but when I got there they couldn't find me in the system which was an ordeal. I had to show her my cc statement that I was charged, finally she let me in. When I walked in I was surprised at how small it was and how overcrowded it was. There were no lounge chairs available or spots to put your items. When I went to get a drink at the bar I waited about 30 minutes to get a $20 watered down drink with minimal alcohol, then proceeded to the pool. There must have been over 100 people in that teeny tiny pool and like 5 had their tops off. I was in the pool a whole 10 minutes before we were all asked to get out of the pool cause of a lightning storm. I stood around for another 20 minutes before just leaving.

When you’re staying at the Aria, this spot is a must. The patisserie is super convenient, right in the hotel, and everything is beautifully presented. The pastries, sandwiches, and desserts are fresh and taste just as good as they look. It’s perfect whether you want a quick coffee and croissant in the morning or a sweet treat later in the day. It gets pretty busy here, and while the food is good, the service is just okay. They’re not the most user-friendly, so don’t expect much in terms of warm hospitality.

This dessert/breakfast restaurant is located within the Aria Casino Hotel. It is one of the only places that is open 24 hours. We were able to try the pastry area and the gelato. It seems that they were short staffed because of the long line and only 2-3 cashiers able to assist. The gelato tasted pretty good.

A beautiful little pasterie shop along side the Aria Casino. They carry a variety of delights to indulge in. They specialize in deserts and their coffee is top shelf good. I tried the Raspberry Cheesecake. I rated this a (5). Probably one of the best I have ever tried, it did include a slight lemony flavor that took that dish over the top for me, paired with a Cappuccino, it was one of favorite snacks in Las Vegas. It is a bit expensive and sandwiches are small , but this is a French Bakery specializing on baked goods.

There are numerous wonderful aspects to highlight about this charming, high-end patisserie. The astonishing variety they offer encompasses homemade desserts, ranging from cheesecakes to tarts amongst many others. They frequently rotate their selection, ensuring that each visit allows me to indulge in something new. My absolute favorite is the cheesecake topped with glazed raspberries. Some of the desserts tend to taste monotonous/blend together which is my only critique. I've ventured to sample nearly all their gelato flavors, and I can attest that each one tastes incredible. Their fresh sorbets are equally delightful, with Rocky Road and Raspberry sorbet as my all time personal favorites. The hot sandwiches they serve are also quite impressive. The generous amount/high quality ingredients received aligns well with the price paid. I highly recommend their hot ham and cheese sandwich! They also have fresh smoothies with actual fresh ingredients which surprised me too, a unique one I noticed was the espresso and avocado smoothie but my favorite being the original strawberry/banana combo.

Everybody raves about his sweet spot, truly you can't go wrong with anything at this Aria Patisserie; to be honest, we are sweets lovers, but as God is my witness the Carrot cake is something from a dream world. Sweet, but not overly, a crunchy surprise in the middle, a white chocolate topper and gold flakes. One bite of this moist heaven and you will temporarily forget chocolate and vanilla. Top down the best carrot cake we've ever had, if you think you tasted better (after you have this one) please let me know.

This is not French pastry — it’s a cold, soggy insult to it. The flan was inedible: undercooked puff pastry, served cold, and soaked through with custard. Why bake puff, then ruin it by refrigerating it into mush? It’s a complete misunderstanding of technique — or worse, laziness. The Nutella babka was just as bad. Soggy, dense, and served cold, with no texture or warmth. It tasted like it had been sitting in a display case for days. And the arrogance? Next-level. When I pointed out the raw dough to the manager, she literally said: “That’s how we do it. If you don’t like it, that’s your problem.” No apology, no concern — just pure indifference. At a luxury resort, this kind of execution (and attitude) is embarrassing. Skip it. You're paying premium prices for fridge-cold pastry and zero accountability. If the Aria PR team is looking at the review -- tell your fake French chef -- “Servir cette bouillie détrempée comme pâtisserie française, c’est comme servir des croissants froid -- un crime digne de la déchéance pâtissière.”

Located on the casino floor of the Aria, ARIA Patisserie is open 24/7, which is super convenient for Sin City. The line can get SUPER LONG at times so best to order ahead if you happen to be staying here like we did. There's lots of desserts, fresh baked pastries and other breakfast and food items too. They also specialize in custom cakes!

If you sit outside just know that the mist overhead is so powerful it’s crazy, plus they can’t manually turn it off based on where you’re sitting. We almost went to sit inside but luckily they turned them all off. The mist would be great during the day when you’re in a bikini while it’s hot outside but in the evening, it’s a no. The food here is absolutely incredible. That whipped ricotta with honey was so great I could live off of that alone. I was surprised about the octopus dish, expected it to come out warm but it was more of a salad and it wasn’t bad. The brussels sprouts were also so good, probably one of the tastiest I’ve ever had. Enjoyed the branzino and the pasta too. However the service here isn’t all that great, the food makes up for it though. Our server went missing for so long we had to ask another server where she was, if she was more attentive it would’ve been fine.

This restaurant may be perceived a little pricey at first glance but when I tell you that the food quality, food taste, service and ambience make the prices absolutely worth it, please believe me. The place is beyond beautiful - whether you choose to sit inside or outside, the seating is comfortable, the ambiance is phenomenal, the service is on point, the servers are kind and knowledgeable and, lastly, the food is fantastic. I got the Chicken Alfredo and that may seem like a basic dish but this restaurant really made it so fantastic. What I found so impressive was that after taking half of my dish back to my hotel room and reheating it in the microwave, the dish came back to life. This proves to me what a superior dish this is and what amazing ingredients they use because in my experience, I’ve never been able to revive a white pasta dish at home because the chicken gets dry and the sauce separates. Sorry for the diatribe but I think when a restaurant is doing amazing, they deserve their flowers!

I visited Kassi Beach House for brunch with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the hype. While the decor is beautiful, the loud music made it difficult to enjoy a conversation or relax. The food and pricing were the biggest letdowns. The Avocado Toast, a dish that's hard to mess up, was done poorly here. The ratio of ingredients was completely off, with a minuscule amount of avocado overshadowed by a mountain of pickled vegetables on thick, heavy toast. For a $23 plate, the quality simply wasn't there. Drinks were also shockingly expensive. At about $17 for a single mimosa, it's hard to justify when so many other Las Vegas spots offer bottomless options at a lower price (literally next door). Service felt impersonal, with our waitress's main goal seeming to be upselling us on more drinks and pushing dessert far too early. Overall, Kassi Beach House has a great concept, but the execution of its food, pricing, and service for brunch needs significant improvement to match the positive reviews. PS ask for a steak knife with the toast, they only give you a butter knife which is next to impossible to cut with

If you’re familiar with Elephante this restaurant decor and menu is super similar. All the food was phenomenal, the only qualm we had was they made us wait 30 mins after our booked reservation time to be seated. They also did not have anywhere on the reservation site (or give me a call) letting you know that larger groups will have to commit to a family style menu / hit a table minimum or you can be seated split apart which we opted for since I have dietary restrictions and didn’t want the entire party to have to eat gluten free. Other than that the food was worth the price and the ambiance was great

First meal we had in Vegas and it did not disappoint. Our server Tevin was helpful, efficient and friendly. The food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. Hands down some of the best Italian I've had. Tevin's suggestions were great and he was just an awesome person and server.

This was on of my favorite places I ate on my recent trip to Vegas. Our server, Tevin, was super knowledgeable and helpful as we decided what to get. The drinks and food here are top notch! We split the Soppressata pizza and calamari, both were phenomenal. The atmosphere was great, too! All around great vibes.

We cane here for brunch and I was truly surprised at the food quality! Very tasty and fresh. Highly recommend. Their prices are reasonable and the plates are large enough to share.

Best cocktails I have for a long time. The Grapefruit Negroni Mezcal is amazing. So was the Pinapple Crème brûlée. Attention to details from our bartender was perfect.

Cat H of Bar Ginza, my previous stop, upon hearing that I was intending to hit Liquid Diet next, kindly gave me directions. Something I actually needed as it turned out, as Google Maps allowed me to walk right past the open gate in the alley to cross into Silent Hill before I realized my mistake. Atmosphere: Cheerfully chaotic backyard bar. Menu was black marker on pieces of cardboard tacked above the bar, along with the skull of what looked like a giant buzzard. The skull's eye sockets were handy (literally) loops for the crossbar from which dangled another skull. Bunches of bananas swung beside pots and pans, while brass animals, mismatched glasses and tea cups, and succulents were scattered over the various counters. It was as if grandma's storage unit had exploded over her grandson's man cave. Horseradish Shot w/tomato water chaser ($10): Had that strong sinus-clearing taste but so clean I barely needed the chaser to soothe my tongue. Pungent and lingering; I swear I caught whiffs of the horseradish seeping from my pores long afterwards. Value: A bit steep but not bad for an unusual drink. Service: Very friendly and pretty prompt even in the busy environment.

Great drinks, cool atmosphere, reminded me of Chicago. Guess the bar chef is from there. I had the michelada which tasted like pico de gallo, good beer. Some sort of daquiri thatcwas on the menu also good and two strawberry shots also from their menu.i

This place is the best cocktail bar my husband and I have ever been to (we get around). It is super unassuming. Cool laid back vibe. Full kitchen supporting their wild concoctions. The bell pepper martini haunts my dreams. The tika masala shot was the most creative delicious drink I’ve ever had. It’s WILD that this place isn’t consistently on best bar lists. Cannot wait to go back.

Drinks tasted fantastic. It's not too crazy priced but also not too big. You can tell that every drink was handmade from scratch. Some of the best drinks I've had in the city. It is down a dodgy looking ally, with very little signage. We came on a hot Saturday night, and there seemed to be very little air conditioning and pretty loud, which would be my only complaint.

If you find yourself in the Las Vegas Arts District, you should definitely try this spot. Its focus is on craft cocktails, and they do some really good stuff. A mixologists approach to the cocktail is taken, as fresh juices, syrups, garnishes, and ice are prepared in-house. This spot is like being in a craft cocktail open kitchen concept, as everything is being prepared while you're there. All the cocktails are precisely batched, so if you want to experience batching done properly, here it is. The drinks are complex and would normally take time to prepare, thus the batching. They have a set menu, and the items on the menu are delicious. The menu does change periodically. Currently offered is a Pico De Gallo Michelada, which is something I wouldn't normally order, and it's out of this world! You have to try it, you won't be disappointed. This spot is walk-in only and cocktails only, so you should plan solid nourishment accordingly. This is probably one of the better craft cocktail lounges in the Vegas area. It's definitely worth a look. Cheers, and we'll see you there!

This is one of the most unique spots I’ve ever been to for drinks. Everything is made in house so they have a unique rotate menu of flavors that just scream at you the prices are not bad for the amount of details that goes into each ingredient. My favorite drink was the mezcal grapefruit and Negroni this drink was amazing and I hate mezcal also what was really good was the Apple martini? There’s so many different drinks to try here with the unique atmosphere great music. You have a wonderful time in here drinking in a group. I would leave this for everybody. The menu that is online pay no attention because they rotate so much the pictures that you see that may no longer be available, but I’m sure they will have something in there that you will absolutely love.

We had a great experience at Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas! Our dinner for three, including tip came to about $83 (with just water, no paid drinks), and the highlight of the night was definitely the grilled chicken fajitas – flavorful and fresh. The server and staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The atmosphere is a big part of the experience – each booth had music videos playing, and the restaurant is filled with amazing music history and memorabilia that really set the vibe. There’s also an awesome Hard Rock store attached, so plan on spending a little extra if you want to take home some cool merchandise. Overall, great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Vegas!

I’m not sure I’ve ever been let down by a Hard Rock Cafe and this was no different. I had the chicken platter (which is essentially chicken and chips) and the chicken was really nice! Sometimes it can be a bit dry but I was really impressed. Our server was attentive and service was fast. As always, the memorabilia on the wall is an attraction of its own and I really enjoyed looking at them!

Hard Rock Cafe – 4 Stars Breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe was a very enjoyable experience. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, which was well-prepared with perfectly poached eggs and a flavorful hollandaise sauce. The portions were generous, and the quality of the dish exceeded my expectations for the price. The atmosphere carried the signature Hard Rock vibe—casual yet lively, with music memorabilia adding character to the space. Service was attentive, and overall, the meal was quite economical compared to other breakfast options on the Strip. A solid choice for a satisfying and affordable breakfast, earning 4 out of 5 stars.

We had lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas and tried their classic burger. The taste? Delicious. Juicy, flavorful, and satisfying — definitely a great experience in terms of quality. The place itself is cozy and clean, with that iconic Hard Rock vibe. BUT… the price felt a bit steep for just a burger. Yes, it’s the Strip and the location is central, but for that price, I expected either a combo or something more. Still, if you’re in Vegas and want the full Hard Rock experience — loud music, cool atmosphere, and a solid burger — it’s worth a visit. Would I come again? Maybe, but not just for the burger. 😊

We stopped here on our way to the airport and it definitely was a highlight to our trip. Our server was Amanda and she truly made the experience what it was. We ordered the wrong food, which was still amazing (I believe it was the Legendary Burger). After a few bites we questioned her about it and she realized we were looking for something different. She wanted to correct it, but the burger was delicious and we said it was OK. She came back a few minutes later and offered a little something for the inconvenience. She honestly didn't have to, but she's a true gem. The foods great the views were right on the strip and we will definitely be returning. Check this place out.... you won't be disappointed.

Really good Hard Rock Cafe! Staff were super friendly. (Patrick makes a really good whiskey sour 🍹) Breakfast mimosas are great and nicely priced. Sit out on the balcony area and you'll get a great view to. Will definitely be back on our next visit!

You might want to skip this one. Unfortunately, the food was pretty underwhelming. A lot of the dishes looked visually unappealing, and most tasted just as bad as they looked. The flavors were mediocre at best and nothing stood out or felt fresh, and I found myself skipping over most of the options after just one bite. On top of that, the hostess we encountered was rude and made the experience feel rushed and unwelcoming right from the start. It definitely set the wrong tone for the meal. While there were a few items that were decent, they weren’t enough to make up for the overall lackluster quality. For the price of $35 per person, I expected much better presentation and flavor. If you’re looking for a buffet in Vegas, there are definitely better options out there.

Dont waste your money here. I went today for the first time. It's not worth $72 at all. Don't even waste your time going here. First when they took us to our table, the table was dirty, the seats were dirty and there was food all over the floor under the table. Second they ask you to " tip your server " but I never even saw the server so who am I supposed to tip? Myself? Nobody took the plates of food ( everything was inedible ) and nobody checked up on us. The drinks are self serve so not even that. The staff was rude. The food was cold and gross. Either it didnt have salt or had wayy to much. The sweets were hard, so you can tell they arent fresh. The ice-cream from the soft serve machine was melting so you couldn't even put it on the cone correctly. There arent that many options of food and the ones they have are terrible. I went to order an omelet and the lines were all over the place, the chef is no help and someone even cut in line the chef saw and helped him first anyways instead of keeping order. The entire experience sucked and it was not worth it, disappointed completely of MGM.

Ok so I went to the all you can eat and drink mimosa. My wife complained about having to get up and walk 300 feet to go get another mimosas. I wish the servers were more active about getting refills. The food was lack luster at best. However, customer service was awesome. I will never go back. Brisket was the best item on the buffet.

This was everything I hate about buffets. Went at noon on a Saturday because I felt I should try the Vegas buffet experience. The steak filets were super fatty. Anything with a sauce (pesto pasta, etc) was congealed and stick together. Sushi had obviously been sitting for awhile even at peak lunchtime-dry and a little crusty. Pizza was sitting in grease. The breakfast was far better. The chicken fried steak was crisp and salty and delicious. The bacon was greasy and flavorless. The blintzes were dried out. Dessert bar was nothing spectacular, tasted like Sysco desserts. I never saw my server. The bartender didn't even talk to me when I ordered. Overall, not worth the 40 some dollars per person.

Paid $100 for two people (that included the 20% tip cause we didn't have cash.) It's self serve drinks and self serve refills. I don't recommend leaving your tip before you come in like we did. Our plates just piled up on our table and our server was slow to collecting them. Very small buffet half breakfast and half lunch. Definitely over priced. Food is mediocre at best. Golden Corral treats you better a better price. Just saying.

Arrived at lunch time (12:00 pm) didn’t know much about the buffet prior to arrival. The place is definitely overpriced for what you get. Not a lot of options compared to other major buffets on the strip. Hot food was over cooked and dry/hard. The seafood items that are available were soggy and just sitting in bowls of water. The few items of fresh fruit and salad area were probably the only decent items on the buffet. For one of the bigger well known hotels, I definitely do not recommend the buffet here, there are way better options out there.

Saturday brunch with mimosas is 48.99 a person. Would've been nice if there was a non alcoholic option. Food was okay. The highlight was the omelette station. May choose to go to nice breakfast place instead next time as we only had one plate and spent $120 with tip.

Absolutely stunning resort! From the moment we checked in, the service was top-notch and the atmosphere was pure luxury. The rooms are beautifully designed with amazing views, and every detail feels first-class. The restaurants and bars are outstanding , great food, great drinks, and an unbeatable vibe. The pool area is incredible, perfect for relaxing during the day and enjoying the energy at night. Fontainebleau Las Vegas truly sets a new standard on the Strip. Can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous, modern hotel/casino. We saw Adam Sandler in the beautiful Bleaulive Theatre. Had an amazing sushi dinner at Komodo. And enjoyed a killer band at Club Nowhere. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. And we were upgraded to a wonderful room with a fabulous view. Only complaint was the off season hours on the pool. Paying full resort fee to scrounge for chairs at one small pool with no hot tub only open until 4 pm wasn’t great, but the staff were lovely and we enjoyed the time we did get at the pool. Overall, 5 stars.

I had a fantastic stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas! The staff was extremely friendly and professional — they really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and spotless. Everything feels fresh and high-end, from the decor to the amenities. The hotel is super clean throughout, and you can tell they take maintenance seriously. Definitely one of the best new properties on the Strip — I’ll be coming back for sure!

I have been visiting and enjoying Las Vegas since 1985. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many of the finest hotels and dining at some of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants. However, none of those experiences compare to my recent stay at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel’s elegance, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Every aspect—from the design and ambiance to the service and dining—reflects a new level of sophistication and luxury that truly sets the Fontainebleau apart. After nearly four decades of visiting Las Vegas, I can confidently say that the Fontainebleau far surpasses any of my past experiences. It represents the future of luxury hospitality in Las Vegas, and I look forward to returning many times in the years ahead. Kamau Jackson is a great thoughtful host.

Very pretty, will not be staying here again. 3 problems in descending order. 1st. I had a coat dropped off to me here I had left in a cab. Cab driver was amazing and came back. He took a picture handing the coat to the front desk and texted it to me which I thought was odd. He said, trust me, you'll need that photo. I went to the front desk for the coat 3 times over 2 days and they said they didn't have it. The third time I waited for a manager and magically found it. 2nd problem. The food. It took 30 minutes to just order then 45 minutes later found out they lost the order. Fine, can I get it to go? 40 minutes later got my simple breakfast burrito. Not to go. They said "you can take the plate with you" really? Meanwhile I watched other people get to go orders that were packed up. Last. They don't have coffee here. I asked for a coffee maker as I always do, they don't have them. Went down for coffee every morning. Every morning it was over 45 minutes to get a simple black coffee. I get why they prices are so low. They need to be cheap to get people to say here.

My husband and I are not fans of Vegas. However, when we saw that TEARS FOR FEARS would be playing in Vegas, we bought tickets and planned a quick getaway to see the show. Since the concert was at the BleauLive Theater, we decided to stay at the Fontainebleau Hotel for the sake of convenience. We were both surprised and delighted! From the ease of check-in with the friendly and professional staff and complimentary bottled water, to the tranquil shades of blue in the decor throughout the lobby and hotel, it was clear we made the right choice. The room was spacious, well-appointed (including cozy bathrobes) and felt luxurious and relaxing. The view of the Stratosphere and mountain range was an unexpected bonus. The BleauLive Theater was an intimate and acoustically impressive live performance space. The sound was crystal clear and not at all overwhelming. After the show, we hit the food court to use our $50 food credit and grabbed some delicious bites from Roadside Taco to take back to the room. The next morning, we used our 2nd $50 food credit to get breakfast at El Bagel. All the food was exactly what we wanted and perfect for our stay. And then free overnight self-parking, too?! As much as we've avoided Las Vegas in the past, the Fontainebleau Hotel has changed our minds about making another trip...we've found OUR place to stay!

Came here for when we were young festival and so glad we did. Location right across the street from the entrance for it made it a easy pick for the event. For starters inside as a whole is just absolutely beautiful. Very easily laid out as well so getting around was not confusing at all as some other hotels can be in Vegas. The casino portion is a lot of fun we played a ton of slots and it wasn’t all loss so I’d say it’s a pretty sweet spot to gamble. The room itself was awesome, very comfortable and user friendly. Almost everything has an electronic switch for it next to the bed and front door so makes it very nice waking up or coming in to the room after a long day. The room service is even more nice, right to the room and set up your food and everything at the table, woke up from a nap very surprised to my food waiting for me after my wife let them in. The shops are super cool, the restaurants and fast food spots in the food court all were very good too. Will absolutely be making this our place to stay when we visit Vegas, treated us amazingly.

Perfect hotel that is just off the strip away from the noise. However, that does not mean it's not a great hotel. The service was great, upgraded my room for free. Opal tower, though I hear Ruby is the best. The casino was very quiet, but big enough to get a table and play any slot you want. Watched a game at the sportsbook as well, which was nice. The food was great, nobu, and the breakfast. They also have a 24.7 pizzeria that was actually really good. Honestly, overall an underrated spot for the price. High end but somehow not breaking the bank. If you want all the flashiness of vegas, not the best hotel for you, but if you want something inbetween, definitely book here. Strip is super close too. The pool was awesome, and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms i've ever used.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with fresh bedding changed daily. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and we also loved the steakhouse (great live music!) and the pizza shop. The pool area was huge and super chill, the bartenders made great drinks and were always up for a good conversation. We even had some good luck at the casino! The location was convenient too, we could walk to several nearby spots, and taxis were always easy to find when needed. A special thank you to Craig for taking such great care of us!

Great hotel off strip. Lovely rooms and the breakfast although chargeable is fantastic. Good casino and pools. We also ate there one night and it was fantastic. The only thing that's a negative is we booked about nine months before the trip and when we arrived they made a big thing about finding us a room and then that they have us an upgrade to a room with a pool view. We were 8 floors up and I'm not really interested in seeing the pool so that's not an upgrade. Other than that. Fantastic place.

The room is a good size and decorated well. The bathroom is extremely small but there is a vanity outside the bathroom that's helpful. Service upon check-in was mediocre. Rep showed no emotion or personality, just got the job done and sent us on our way. If I hadn't gotten such a great deal (resort fees waived & 40% off) it wouldn't be worth full price. I recommend if you're looking off strip and can get an awesome discount.

Second year staying and it keeps getting better! So far in our trip Nancy, Lala, and Melijah have been AMAZING! Nancy is MVP/GOAT! Room is amazing and the beds are probably some of the most comfortable around or ever. We will be here next year! Also, go check out Kassi and have yourself a great time! We had brunch, and were helped by Jeffrey another MVP/KING! Also Denise at card services, sweetheart! So nice. Everyone around is great, with one slight exception, while Lucia restaurant is a great time and food, you need to make it past a snippy/rude hostess. If you can endure then try it but don’t try to bring a cup of coffee in or you’re turned away… Thank you all!!

We booked through Expedia and had some trouble using the meal coupons at first, but the manager helped us and everything was resolved smoothly. The hotel room was very comfortable — great water pressure in the shower, and the bathtub was large and relaxing. All of the hotel’s restaurants were wonderful and the food was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! 🌈🌴

DIRTY NEEDLES….?!!? cant believe i have to write this review … I stayed at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas For Halloweekend for a friend’s birthday staycation, and unfortunately had a very disturbing experience. While outside on the cabanas, I nearly sat on a dirty needle that had been left behind. It was clearly not something that should ever be missed during cleaning or inspection, and it raised serious concerns about the hotel’s safety and sanitation standards. I reported it to a security guard [ Jett ] who was the kindest and helpful and definitely deserves a pay raise. But then reported it to the front desk right away, the supervisor SCOTT had a response of “unfortunately the best i can do is waive your resort fee” apologetic but not reassuring……not compliant AT ALL. Being in the hospitality/hotel business in NYC for 7 years as i stated to SCOTT hoping he’d understand that this kind of oversight is completely unacceptable in any hotel. I was one poke away from a lawsuit and im offered a waived resort fee of $200….. No real effort was made to make things right — not even an offer of a full refund or a complimentary stay at another location, which I would have expected given the severity of what happened and especially spending well over 1k for two rooms. I’m sharing this so others are aware and so management takes this issue seriously. Guests deserve to feel safe and know that the cabana’s and lounging areas are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in.

The Theater is great in regard to viewing. The lobby is beautiful and there is ample space. I attended a Janet Jackson concert. I I loved the show, but the speakers were so loud that it made hearing her sing……

Going in was a breeze, theater was big and Carrie Underwood was amazing! Until we were disturbed by a group who came in an hour after the concert started, and the usher TOLD us, NOT ASKED, to move from our assigned seats to accommodate the bigger group. I thought that was rude. What is the purpose of assigned seats? It would've been okay if the concert has not started and if we were asked politely and not hand gestured to move.

The Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas is truly great venue that elevates the concert experience. This is an amazing venue. This was my first time here. We saw Carrie Underwood in concert at this theater. The chairs were comfortable and not crowded. Each chair has a cup holder. The staff working the aisles were so kind and helpful. The bathrooms were huge and very clean. Makes a difference when you don't have to stand in line for the bathroom and miss the show. This venue thought about everything needed to make it a good experience.

Fantastic place to see a great show. This was the easiest venue that I've been to to get in and out and the seating was great. I would recommend the terrace seating unless you want to stand for the whole show down on the bottom floor. This is a beautiful facility. The restrooms are very handy, easy to get around.

Saw Janet Jackson and it was an amazing show!! The theatre was very easy to find and not far from the entrance. I arrived about 15mins before the show and was able to get in and get my drink and get to my seat by show time. Will return for more shows.

Facilities were great! Don’t waste your time with reserving a daybed in advanced - the weather was poor on and off throughout the day so we were unable to use the daybed. I understand the weather is outside of anyone’s control. When it was sunny, we caught someone else using the bed we had reserved and left it soaking wet. I have reached out to the company for a refund multiple times, but have not received any update after over a month.

Kind of a scam honestly - don’t reserve a day bed. You have to tip your waitress (no problem!) but also your daybed attendant?? Who basically just walks you to the bed and checks in with you once or twice lol. So it’s already expensive + double tips. When we got there, the pool we had reserved a bed at was closed - they took us to a different (smaller) pool and told us this bed was more expensive and it was an upgrade, but their website said otherwise. AND we had that bed reserved for 4 hours, but they kicked us out an hour early & closed the pools. But didn’t offer any sort of refund - partial or otherwise - for either of the above things happening. Expensive day for a downgraded bed & a shorter time slot than we had booked. When we tried to contest with our credit card, they fought us. The pools themselves are beautiful, but don’t pay for anything if you can avoid it.

Pools are very nice. Beautiful. Arrive early to get a seat. Not much shaded area. When it’s warm, gets crowded fast. Big sign stating no outside drinks, food allowed… seems like every third person brought coffee or drinks in. The drinks they sell are ok, nothing special. Overpriced.

Highly recommend renting a cabana. We received excellent service from the two ladies helping us, Cody and Seidy. The food was not great, it was pre-packaged. They let us know that they were working on getting their kitchen up and running again after the floods. They offer complimentary water bottles and a water refill station if you bring your own bottle. But the drinks were AMAZING! You must get a frozen cocktail (or mocktail) in a fresh pineapple. They have massage therapist working in the pool area for reasonable prices, it was one of the best massages I ever had. The bathrooms are very nice and have showers and areas to change as well as air conditioning! The time we spent here was some of the best parts of our trip.

Rude Staff & Zero Hospitality at Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis The Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace was absolutely disappointing. The staff came across as if they had grudges toward the guests — rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish. At one point, I even said, “We should have better customer service than this.” The staff member’s response? “This is Las Vegas.” That kind of attitude is shocking for a place that claims to be luxury. For the high prices Caesars Palace charges, you’d expect world-class hospitality. Instead, you get arrogance and disrespect. One star — avoid this pool.

Las Vegas trip for 4 nights, staying in this hotel, very bad experience: First, we arrived hotel at 9 am, not allowed to early checkin, and we come back and forth for 3 times, still not allowed, even we are willing to pay additional early check-in in fee. Didn’t get a checking until 4 pm No phone service in the room, very difficult to communicate with hotel Everything in the room have higher charges, even no free coffee and water No entertaining facilities in hotel, besides gambling. No gym. Swimming pool charge $360 for reserving a sofa bed. Won’t come back again

Beautiful pool. Great bed cabana with plenty of shade ($360). Expensive poolside drinks and food. Regular soda / water $9.99.

Not a lot of free chairs and the pool was quite small. The Vegas sun is nice and hot and the pool was refreshing but fairly crowded. No outside food or drink allowed inside (water is allowed) and you need your ID to get in.

The entire staff here was incredible. Service was great and the manager was so nice. We had a creepy guy come up to us and they handled it extremely well and made sure we were comfortable after having him leave. Our waitress Stefanie, the manager Laurant and another staff member named Matthew were amazing. The daybed was a great choice for us and the pool was really nice with lots of games.

A small yet fun pool. This is a less chaotic pool with a smaller crowd. A DJ spins throughout the day to provide a good vibe and lively energy but its annoying if you're trying to catch some sleep. Limited lounge chairs and not much sun the way the pool is situation between the buildings. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Smaller size pool. Lots of seating. Plenty of towels available. Music was good but very loud. You wouldn't be able to carry a conversation without yelling.

The hotel is nasty. The carpet on the floor which the hotel room was on was filthy my room was nasty the shower did not come out good I don't recommend staying here they need several updates we did go and complain they put us in another room that was not up to par I was so sick of complaining because we were exhausted we just took it. The hotel room should be clean comfortable that should be the least thing a traveler should have to worry about I would not recommend anyone staying here until they do updates

I would compare this place to a motel. No dresser to put clothes in, broken refrigerator, no microwave, pool closes at 6p. They charged me $253.00 for resort fees, which only includes fitness center and phone calls. If you're going vegas, DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

2 drinks were $90. Closed at 6pm every day (regardless if you're a hotel guest. I know it's a "Vegas thing", but it doesn't mean you have to follow the stupid crowd.) 👎

I am writing this while I am still at the pool. The place is really nice and very well decorated. The pool design is pretty good and invites guests to interact. The reason for the 3 stars is because the service is not great at all. I have been here for 2 hrs and not a single person have asked me if I want something to eat or drink. This is my first time here and I was hoping to get good service. I am not big on party pools so I usually seek pools that a little more on the relaxing side. Too bad that the service in this place is not equally amazing as the place it self. Next time I come. I will get a chaor/lounge close to the bar so I can order myself or just eat before coming to the pool (outside the resort)

Quaint pool with lots of areas to find a chair with shade. Prices of amenities were surprisingly reasonable for a new hotel and holiday weekend. Server, food runner, lifeguard, and host were all cordial and friendly. Drinks and food, no complaints. Bathroom and pool area were clean throughout my time there. Only two complaints were: 1) The music volume was variable once it became the afternoon and the transitions were not smooth, both of which became distracting, and 2) it took 10 minutes to get a band-aid from the lifeguard team. Nevertheless, I would return for another pool day.

Valet 10/10, front desk 10/10, towel hut 10/10, poolside food 10/10, (exceptionally delicious and Fresh! Came out VERY Fast!) Only reason not 5 stars, our server could not offer a single smile or kind word (2/10). Was helpful for allergy warnings.

I have been here a few times now and each time has been better and better. The hosts when you check in are always kind and happy to see you. The a security who checks my bag/ID always professional. Waitresses are super attentive and always walking around. Its HOT in the summer and they keep the pool temperature perfect to cool off. The food here is not your average pool food. The ahi tuna poke bowl has been my favorite so far, I've also had the loaded tots and the turkey avocado club and both were delicious. The drinks are well made and refreshing. I LOVE coming here, and I'll keep coming back. Thank you!

If you’re Asian, prepare to be treated like a trespasser. The website and front desk said the pool closes at 10PM. We got there around 9:20, no signs, no warning — just a rude staff named Tiki storming out and interrogating us like we were criminals. No apology, just attitude. He was sarcastic, aggressive, and made us feel unwelcome and racially profiled. Disgusting behavior. We expected hospitality, not hostility.

We went to the Bel Air pool on the 28th of May. We all had a wonderful time. The food was great the staff was great the very attentive. Manager came by and introduced himself ask us if there was anything we needed. So in all it was a great day. Would definitely go back.

The simple fact that they have policies in place but will bend the rules for their pool employees is absurd to me. I was told the policy is no backpacks are allowed. I went to my car to drop it off, and as I was back to the cashier stand the person in front of me is walking in with a backpack. I asked why is the person in front allowed a backpack when I was just told no backpacks are allowed in the venue. The response was "she is ok she works here" from security. So, although the person in front of me is here as a patron and not working, she is allowed to have the rules bent for her while everyone else has to adhere to the "rules"? If you are going to implement a policy, it should be across the board and no exceptions should be made for anybody. Not even employees.

Three beautiful ladies on the main floor and maybe one was training? Not the fastest service but lively atmosphere on a Sunday night! $20 for locals. Womp

Great atmosphere and vibe, but drinks weren’t strong enough for how much they were charging. DJ sucked too, couldn’t keep in time, too many annoying sound effects that just didn’t make sense, and too many sudden changes in mood. This place has potential.

This place was dead on a Saturday night, 2 beers costed $21 USD, and the place smelled so bad it was unbearable. Like farts. Sulphur. Hard boiled eggs. It was disgusting. Lasted about 45 mins there and then left. No one was dancing, DJ was mediocre. He was trying but the club was just dead and boring. The smell was just awful.

First time in Vegas our Uber recommended this place. The dj on the rooftop last night, Saturday night, was everything and super funny. Probably the best dj in Vegas so far played all the good music. We got there towards the end but the music was good and vibe was nice!

Had a blast at the comedy show!Highly recommend checking it out!

I can't think of a better place to enjoy the Las Vegas nightlife than at Zoo Nightclub. The best part about this club? You're sure to meet some new friends while you dance all weekend long!

Visiting from Seattle and was looking for a place to dance on my last night. I called and hit option 2. Some guy BARELY answered the phone and was obviously passed out. I said hello 3 times and he hung up on me without saying anything. I called RIGHT back thinking there was a bad connection. The same guy MUMBLED hello again. I said, "Did I wake you?" He MUMBLED, "No." I said, "are you guys opened tonight?" He MUMBLED, "No." And hung up on me. TACKY and UNPROFESSIONAL!

The highlights of the old Mirage Resort was the Seigfried and Roy tigers and of course, the volcanic waterfalls out front. The hotel is closed now, but at this but stop, you can still enjoy the waterfalls (without the volcanic effects)

You can walk from to ceaser palace I doors UT there is one mini walk out side through an outdoor shopping area that will appeal to kids and parents family and grandparents I always walk from hotel to hotel they are all connected follow the signs they are everywhere

This place will nickle and dime you to death, you cant use the mini bar fridge without being charged $50 or if you want a seperate fridge to say keep your insulin cold you have to pay $35 a day for it. They even charge you to park in their lot $15 a day. This is insulting considering they charge so much a day parking should be free for guests. The room was nice but I will never stay there again.

Whoever was the DJ at daydream 6/5/22 on Sunday was horrible. She obviously couldn't read her crowd, nobody was dancing. People around us were upset with how terrible the music was. It's a dayclub, She played zero music to hype the audience at all. Was nothing but soft boring music the whole time, Came the weekened before & had a great time. The fact the music was so bad made the whole experience suck. Random groups next to us even agreed that the music was a major buzz kill. You can't have a dayclub & then have zero relation to your guests with music. It was horrid & that's a major understatement. Coming back for my b day July 3rd. Hope the music is much better or thats a major downfall. Play better music, Simple as that! Pool was boring when yall have a wack DJ playing radio mainstream music the whole time..

Its actually really nice amd cheaper than i expected it to be. Red rock is wayyyy more expensive. We went on reggae night and had fun the band was great people dancing and swimming. I got a pina coloada that tasted amazing and the bartender hooked it up no skimping on the alcohol !

Internet said this is topless. It’s not. Also said it is $10 for locals. It’s not. Paid $20 to come in. Will not be back. No local discount for a pool advertised as topless but isn’t.

Worst food ever! Don't wast 13.00 on the classic chessebuger. Took 20min to get 1/2 of our meal. The other 1/2 was sitting 3 chairs down rotting in the sun. I tip before the food comes. Never again. Worst 35.00 I have ever spent. Has anyone ever asked for a tip back? I will also edit review if standards change.

Very nice area to get the feeling of old Vegas. Need to go after dark, you mostly come here for the cool neon signs. There are a lot of outdoors concerts, and you can also do a zip line (though I would have preferred if they just left the street the way it was in the 60s). Definitely worth a few hours of walking around in the evening. You can park in a garage right at the end of the Fremont experience, $5/hour as of 2025.

We enjoyed spending our wedding night here with all of our guests. Always a great time on Fremont Street. Many stages with free talented entertainment & music. The whole area has a certain energy you cant see anywhere else. Different from the Strip. Dare I say more enjoyable than thr Strip. Many food & drink options of all budgets. Pop into a store and grab drinks to walk around with (no glass) Street performers inside their circles very worthy of tips.

✨ Vibrant lights, lively streets, and great music at Fremont Street! Had an amazing illusion experience — truly a must-visit spot in Vegas for a joyful night out! 🎶 Tried some jello shots (highly recommend 😋) and found cute little souvenirs to take home. By night, the crowd gets wild — people buzzing with energy 🍻 but no worries, police are around to keep things safe!

The ambiance here is fantastic, feeling more accessible and less pretentious than some areas of the Strip. You'll find live bands playing on multiple stages, often featuring high-energy cover artists that keep the crowd dancing. The street is also famous for its incredibly diverse and often bizarre street performers (be aware that tipping is expected if you take photos). It's a non-stop carnival atmosphere.

We went during the day, not at night, and still enjoyed it. You can even try the zipline across the street—it’s a fun experience! Plus, if you’re looking for Vegas souvenirs, prices here are much cheaper than on the Strip.

One of the must do experiences in Vegas if you’re visiting. The OG Vegas experience you can imagine. There are two separate stages in both end. Shows are every 15-20 mins which are very crowd pleasing performances. The food prices are bit on the pricey end - as usual for Vegas. Heavily crowded even after 9pm. Beware of scammers roaming around there. Best if you arrive by car, even though you can travel here by Vegas Strip bus.

We had an amazing stay at Wynn Las Vegas! The property is absolutely stunning — elegant décor, gorgeous floral displays, and everything feels so luxurious. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and super comfortable with beautiful views. Their service is top-notch too — staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Loved the casino vibe, the restaurants, and the overall peaceful yet glamorous atmosphere. It truly feels like a premium experience in Vegas. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a classy and memorable trip!

My colleagues and I were in town this week for a business seminar (CEMA), and after a few days in Vegas at another hotel, we decided to make a big upgrade and get a really nice room at the Wynn on Wednesday night, expecting an improvement in both experience and service. Unfortunately, my first impression of the casino itself was far from what I anticipated from a resort with such a strong reputation. The hotel rooms were, without question, beautiful — modern, spacious, and comfortable. It’s the one aspect of the stay I’ve been genuinely impressed with. However, that’s where the positives end. After dinner in the food court, my friends and I stopped by the casino floor to play some roulette. All the tables were empty, so we figured it would be a good chance to relax and have some fun. The plan was to only play a few spins before heading back to the room.. It was my first time gambling at the Wynn, and after waiting nearly 20 minutes for the dealer and pit boss to verify my identity and return the money I had handed over to buy in, I was completely disappointed. I was backed off from all drinks and removed from the table before even placing a single bet. In the end, the pit boss admitted that they were wrong and that the whole situation had been a mistake — but by then, it was more about how I was treated than the mistake itself. If you’re planning on playing at this casino, I recommend getting a players card to avoid going through the same headache. I also suggest double-checking that you’re being paid correctly, as I witnessed one of my colleagues almost be significantly underpaid after winning a big bet. This is the first time something like this has ever happened to me at any casino, and it’s unfortunate that it happened at the Wynn on my first stay.

This is the most luxurious hotel on the strip. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The floor to ceiling windows make any view spectacular. The bathrooms provide any possible need, an abundance of towels, two makeup mirrors, lots of space and even a scale (keeps you in check to avoid over indulging—haha). Robes and slippers are provided during your stay. Alexa is there to cater to your basic room needs: temperature, drapes/sheers, lights, and TV controls. Minor details matter and the Wynn has anticipated them. Security is solid. Not only do you have to scan your key to go to your room, but there is actually a security guard enforcing it. No tailgating allowed. The restaurants at the resort are all top notch, from casual to 5-star dining options. My favorite is the buffet, which is comparable to all other high end buffets in Vegas.

Beautiful property with lush and mature landscaping. Quick ride share drop-off at the South Gate entrance, which took me immediately to the meeting rooms entrance. Check the map to find the closest drop-offs for parking/valet if you’re going to a meeting room/convention. My friend didn’t and ended up parking at the Encore, which was a long walk. We had a banquet luncheon and the meeting rooms are at the opposite end of the property, closer to Sands ave. Inside, there were comfy chairs in the hallways; I sat there while I was waiting on the event to start. Once inside, the dining tables were perfectly set up to see the stage and the speakers. Food was served buffet style, yet staff was there to help every step of the way. A server even opened my can of soda so I wouldn’t break my nails. The food was perfectly placed and looked so pretty, like a picture! We had a Mexican style lunch and the fajitas and salad were yummy! Sound quality was excellent and there was even a staff member there to assist, as needed. Overall, a very luxurious experience!!

Beautiful hotel on the north end of the strip. Rooms were modern with an iPad controlling everything. Staff was wonderful and the place was constantly being clean. No tables under $25 that I saw fyi but the clientele I imagine is on with that. Right near the Sphere so you could walk there if you wanted to see a show- which I highly recommend.

One of the top resorts in the Vegas Strip by far. They have the best setup for all - be it business or pleasure. Rooms do have amazing views, especially from 40+ floors. You can be lucky if you’re getting the Sphere view. Ground floor is full of casino slots. The pool area is also amazing to spend some time with a nice drink. Very lively atmosphere, even after midnight. The flower garden and the Maclarens will catch your eye for sure. Even if you are not staying, make sure to visit the lobby. Must watch place if you’re visiting Vegas.

We visit Las Vegas quite often—at least twice a year—and have stayed at many of the major hotels on the Strip. Without a doubt, Wynn is our favorite. During our last trip, we stayed in the Wynn Tower Parlor Suite, and everything was exceptional from start to finish. The service is truly top-notch: responsive, professional, and it’s clear the staff genuinely care about their guests. The attention to detail, comfort, and overall experience really sets Wynn apart from the rest. One of the highlights of staying on the Tower side is access to the private pool area—much quieter and more relaxing than the main pools at other hotels. If you’re the kind of traveler who enjoys unwinding at the hotel rather than battling crowds, the Tower rooms or Tower Suites are well worth it. The entire atmosphere feels more serene and elevated compared to other properties we've tried. Even though Wynn is located a bit further down the Strip, we honestly prefer it that way. It’s less chaotic, and the overall vibe is just on a different level—luxurious, calm, and well-managed. We’ve reached the point where staying anywhere else in Vegas doesn’t really compare. Highly recommended if you're looking for a refined, relaxing Vegas experience.

I would rate this hotel about 3.5 stars. It’s conveniently located right off the strip. The property is clean, but it does feel a little dated. The fresh flowers throughout the hotel are beautiful, and the overall service is good. One thing I didn’t like: if you leave money out in your room, housekeeping will take it right away. Unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at, they don’t wait until the end of your stay. I usually leave a larger tip at the end, but since they take it immediately, it makes me wonder what else could be taken. On a positive note, the suite pool is excellent. It’s reserved only for suite guests, and the service there is amazing. They guide you to your seat, set up towels, and even bring aloe every hour. That part of the experience really stood out. Overall: I might stay here again if they improve housekeeping practices. The service in some areas is outstanding, but trust and consistency are just as important when choosing a hotel.

We just stayed here during our wedding anniversary trip and I was just so disappointed. I used to love this hotel but unfortunately the service has really gone down since Covid. When we checked in we mentioned it was our anniversary and they gave us a drink credit which was nice and thankfully it did cover the drinks we got because they were extremely expensive. I don't recommended ordering anything at the bar. Later in the night we asked guest services if we could have some water an they were really rude and directed us to the bar or the waitresses. We saw a waitress who had 3 water bottles on her tray. Instead of acknowledging us she chatted with her friend and then finally told us if we wanted water we had to gamble and she'd return to take our order. Like whatever happened to treating people as humans? We had gambled there all night and hadn't been approached for a drink and we just wanted some water but got treated like an animal. And then when leaving about 30 cars got stuck in the parking garage because the attendant wouldn't open the gate for them. I just wouldn't recommend staying here. Parking is so much, they got rid of the buffet we loved, the drinks are about $30 a piece. I recommend Palazzo, they treat you much better there.

I received an offer to stay at Aria for a reduced rate from MGM. The first thing I would mention about the hotel is that it is very upscale. I'm used to staying at Excalibur and Luxor and their aging rooms. It was nice to see a place that looked more modern. For my room, I stayed in a Stay Well King Deluxe. I liked the view I had of the city as well as the shower and soaking tub options. Service of the room was good too. Staff made sure to replace towels and even organized items so they weren't forgotten. One nice I also forgot to close door all the way and front desk was able to call me and let me know that it was a jar. Thanks for keeping me safe 🙏🏾 I had a good time at this hotel and would stay there again next time I'm in town.

I got a room at the aria because my brother told me it was really nice and i wanted to treat my girl to something nice for our anniversary. I got a room over looking the strip so we could take pictures with the view but the window was so dirty you could barely see the strip through it. The phone barely worked, when trying to call customer service it would just keep replaying a message telling you to press “8” wverytime you pressed the number. No one ever answered when we tried calling the concierge. There wasnt a refridgator persinal items only one with overpriced water that we were forced to drink since they cost the same as the ones in the store in the hotel. The television remote barely worked, they had no premium channels like hbo, only movie channels where none of the free titles worked, only over priced rental movies that we begrudgingly paid for. I dont understand why they dont have premium channels, we could have stayed at a budget hotel and had those. Also, i definitely paid for late check out through booking.com but we had to rush out at noon because they claimed i didnt and i ended up leaving expensive dress shirts in the closet hanging up. I was told to call lost and found but the number doesnt appear to work. I filled out a form but based on my experience so far i imagine that will be ignored. The casino was nice, we had a good time over all but the room was lacking and so was our customer service experience.

I don't know why Google shows this as a 5-star hotel. This has not been anything close to a 5 star experience for us but, probably because its Las Vegas. First off, we booked 3 rooms for 8 guests. The 1st guest was checked in 1-hr late and she arrived early. With 3 rooms booked 2-months in advance and she couldn't even get check into one of the rooms early let alone on-time. That was the first red flag. 2nd guest was checked in and their first set of keys didnt work so, they had to go back down to get new keys. When 3rd guest arrived front desk also provided keys that didnt work once not twice but by the 3rd set of keys its now 11pm and we are all exhausted and still dealing with all that! What a nightmare. Dont even get me started on their booking system. Seems outdated too. The front desk agents were apologetic but, I think they should have given some sort of credit but no, none given. As for our room it was just OK, the room wasnt 5-star clean and if you want a fridge for your own food/drinks you bave to request these items. Not even a coffee maker in the room?! We didn't have shampoo too, just body wash and hair conditioner so, I had to go buy shampoo at their shop downstairs for a very high price for a tiny travel size. They dont provide water bottles either. Every 4 & 5 star hotel "resort" I have stayed at has always provided unlimited water bottles and at least had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee maker, mini fridge. What is the resort fee per day even for??? All we got was a ton of grief. The rest of the stay has been ok so far. We will see how check out goes. Very very disappointed.

For me it's the luxurious smell as soon as you walk in! The place is very well kept up with. I liked the atmosphere, staff, the location and how it's connected to the other casino. My favorite part was the 24 hr bakery with the most delicious treats! So many beautiful displays of art to admire. WE had a blast at the casino and plan on returning to stay for a romantic get away!

There's no way this room is 520 square feet. We've stayed in many upscale hotels with rooms that are over 500 square feet and they are a lot bigger. Service is nonexistent here. You can't move bottle water and dried snacks from their tray even if you moved them by accident because there's a sensor and you will automatically be charged outrageous amount. Just put them in a locked cabinet! Forget about the refrigerator. We've heard about it so we didn't even bother to open it. Security latch in our door is broken, our toilet tank is leaking, one of the sinks drained super slowly, no handheld shower. Paper thin wall..... I can hear my next door neighbor. Insane! Of course! Just like typical Vegas casino hotel, there's no coffee machine in the room. Resort fees apparently only cover unsecured Wi-Fi, outdoor pool that nobody uses especially in Winter time. What a joke! I don't understand why this lousy hotel gets 4.5 reviews??? These people don't know what a true 4.5 star hotel is??? This hotel is not even close. Do not stay here. The Waldorf Astoria which is next door is way much better if you really want to experience a luxury hotel stay.

There is some really neat shops on the Linq Promenade, and there are some really great food places!!! I ate at Chayo and had the best Mexican Street Corn I've ever eaten in my life!! I also had a raspberry mojito that was our of this world! One of the best places there is the I Love Sugar store, featuring the Candy Martini Bar upstairs. The drinks were SOOOO good, and they were the prettiest, coolest, fun drinks I've ever had!!! I was going to ride the High Roller, but because of some lightning, it was closed. There also bowling, a Ghirardelli Shop, Chippendale's, an Ice Bar, and many other stores. The Flamingo is also connected to it. So next time I go to Vegas, going to Linq Promenade is definitely on my "to do" list!!

A lovely space off the strip and worth taking some time to wander through. There’s loads of bars and restaurants lining each side and a great atmosphere. Plenty of opportunities to rest tired feet and other activities for families to partake in make it suitable for everyone - a great area that’s a pleasant change to the Strip immediately next door.

The LINQ Promenade is one of the best-kept secrets in all of Vegas. This nice walkway is always busy but not overwhelmed. During the holidays, they decorate the location, and it is super beautiful. I always enjoy sitting and watching the fountain while people-watching and developing ideas for my next thriller novel. The sleeper hit is that it has In-N-Out Burger. Why is this important? Because the food is totally reasonable here. It’s one of the only places where you can actually get a meal for around $10. Everything else in Vegas—well, you’ll find out. The promenade strolls behind the Flamingo Casino, and it has a zip line running along the entire length. It’s actually a super cool experience. Also, at the end of the promenade is The LINQ. It’s Las Vegas’s version of the London Eye. It can be seen from all over Vegas. There are several fun shops, including the all-critical Starbucks. I’ve also eaten at Gordon Ramsay’s place and had some good fish and chips there.

While this hotel is older, its central location is a significant advantage. It offers a satisfactory experience, aligning with its price point, though it may not be considered a top-tier establishment. The presence of a small casino provides limited gaming options.

I would give it only three stars for a lot of reasons that I will name, but will give it 5 stars because of the location and as we know everything is about location location location location location location. The view was the roof of the casino I assume. That was a downer. Was hoping for the Las Vegas Strip view. But FYI I probably caused that myself because to avoid the wait, I checked in at the kiosk. Took only 3 mins or less but I'll bet the computer doesn't know that you're hoping for a good view. Advice, check-in at the front desk. The computer also probably didn't know that it gave us the room missing the fridge. That was an inconvenience but I didn't want to make waves so we filled the trash bucket with ice for the beer. The location can't be beat. The food inside is dynamite, and the good at the promenade is phenomenal. Across the street is Ceasars buffet, and down the block is the Venetian. The ferris wheel and zip lines are just outside the door. Even White Castle is a short walk away! $5 domestic beers in the lobby bar. Two Dunkin Donuts for quick breakfast also. The hotel charges a $52 per day resort fee and $20 per day parking. We received a $402 bill upon checkout. Rough ending. But Vegas is Vegas You can see the Hard Rock guitar hotel under construction across the street.

This was my first time hanging out during the day on the promenade and I’ve got to say they’ve got a little bit of everything such good food and it’s really clean lots of options and so centrally located

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent, with easy access to many attractions via the skywalk. The hotel itself is impressive, featuring multiple restaurants, shops, a casino, and entertainment options. My room was beautiful and clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Check-in was an absolute nightmare thanks to Maya in VIP check-in. She should never be allowed to be face to face with anyone ever. She was rude and dismissive and completely unprofessional. She interrupted us constantly and was combative about everything we asked. Completely unacceptable. If I was looking for a reason not to return, Naya would be the only reason. Erica by contrast was the absolute sweetest, loveliest person. She made check-in a breeze and made me feel welcome. She is a top team member and should be commended for her excellent service! My only minor issue with the room was receiving a city view instead of the fountain view I had booked, but as I spent little time in the room, it didn't detract significantly from the experience. The hotel's lobby and elevators are stunning, featuring beautiful digital art displays. I will certainly stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, in a great central location on the Strip, and has several very good restaurants. But the service definitely needs improvement. Checking in was good, but only because I have Marriott Bonvoy status so we didn't have to wait in the exceedingly long lines. We tried to reach a concierge person using the house phone, but our phone didn't work. We reported it - never fixed. Then I used the mobile concierge but it took me about 10 minutes to actually get an answer to a simple question (& I'm a techie, so not user problem). Then I wanted a copy of our bill. The email from them had a link which I went to & filled in the info requested. Looked ok, said I'd get my copy within the hour. 8 days & 3 requests later I'm still waiting. And don't even try to call & talk to a human - i just lost 30 minutes of my life! Still no bill!!! 😡

I have stayed in alot of the strip casinos, honestly this was my first stay at the cosmo and we loved it. I can totally say they have the best services on casino floor, gambled for hours never wanted for a drink. I went to gamble in 8 casinos on this trip and only 1 other did I even get offered a drink. Rooms and clean and in great shape. They have awesome restaurants, really nice VIP lounges if you can get in and lots of easy to locate bathrooms. This will definitely be a top choice for us!

I recently stayed there (From Oct 25-28). Was upgraded since my original room was not ready at check-in. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and professional. The hotel is located in the middle of the strip so easy access to most of the other hotels if you wanted to walk to them. Will definitely consider this hotel again whenever the next time is that I come back.

I had an amazing stay at The Cosmopolitan! The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable — everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view was stunning. I had an absolute blast staying here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel

I’ve been staying at the cosmo annually since 2017. The standard of service has fallen off a cliff over the years. It’s “ok” but no longer a 5 star place. Things I’ve recognized - so many of the staff are completely checked out. On their phones, gazing off into the distance, giving checked out energy. Not dialed in at all. The staff energy is not there and it has to be at a 5 star hotel. - general maintenance and cleanliness is not there. Back to back years now my room has had random issues - this year the faucets leaking, last year the floor was wet and they literally had a dehumidifier in the room on arrival. Again this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel? - check in process is insane - this is a hotel, the main job is to check in guests. For the last two years it’s like the staff has no idea how to use the system, like they are using it for the first time - check in takes 30+ minutes, it’s just unbelievable really. That’s it for me.

The Cosmo bills itself as a luxury hotel, but lacks luxury amenities and service. Check-in during normal hours involves standing in a massive queue for 30+ minutes, to be greeting by a staff member who would clearly rather be anywhere else. Even the VIP check in area massive groups of people waiting. Left your key in your room? Another 30 minute wait to get it resolved. Standard room service? For a $10 service charge plus automatic gratuity, it comes in a takeaway bag, unless you want to pay an additional upcharge for basic table service. Tips on top of the automatic gratuity are expected, regardless. The rooms were fine, but lacked basic amenities, like robes and slippers, and good toiletries. I assume these could be provided on request, but these things should be standard at a higher end property. I definitely won’t be staying at the Cosmo the next time I find myself in Vegas.

LAVO offers a stylish Italian dining experience with a lively atmosphere both indoors and on the outdoor terrace. We had the Unlimited Brunch; The blueberry pancake is superb easily a standout dish worth coming back for. However, service on the outdoor patio can be slow, with long waits for food and instances where you might even have to pour your own water. Despite the pacing issues, the staff is friendly and accommodating, helping to keep the mood relaxed. Keep in mind that LAVO gets very busy on weekends, so a reservation is highly recommended to avoid long waits or being turned away. If you’re looking for great Italian comfort food with a vibrant Strip setting, LAVO is a solid pick, just come with a bit of patience if you’re sitting outside.

I really appreciated the great service I received from our server Alex. She was very attentive and kind. The hostess was a sweetheart too I just can’t remember her name. Lavo is a such good endless brunch spot that gives you many options to choose from. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because they ran out of oysters, now why would that happen when I show up. Also the truffle pizza doesn’t even have any truffle just sliced mushrooms. I was pretty perplexed by that. Otherwise I enjoyed the food and service, would definitely come back.

This is more like a 3.5 stars but I rounded up. The food was good and the atmosphere is nice (view of the fountains), but any sort of value just wasn't there. I know you're going to pay a premium in vegas and a premium for the nicer spots, but this was a premium without the payoff. Again, tasty, but $41+ for 9 tortellini on my dish was a little silly.

The food and service definitely was above and beyond what we expected. We did an early dinner and had reservations. There was no wait. The waitress was absolutely phenomenal. The food was so delicious. Every bite better than the next. She was attentive and knowledgeable of their menu. Our waters were never empty or low. The Waygu Ribeye melted in my mouth. So tender, so flavorful! The dessert that blew us out of the water was the affogato. The presentation ... 10/10. The atmosphere was beyond compare. Our waitress was amazing and I am bummed I cannot remember her name. She needs a raise. We were in on 10/19/25.

Hands down the best Italian food in Nevada. We had garlic bread and burrata wood fired pizza. They both were delicious. They have complimentary bread and some veggies. Ambiance is very romantic, soothing. Servers are very welcoming. Best part is the chef came out to serve and explain the dish. Don't miss this place if you like italian food. I am vegetarian and they customized my dish accordingly. Also, I asked to take away my left overs and they packed it up for us. I was amazed how they packed lol..lot of places don't even pack their take out orders as such.

This restaurant is stunning! The ambiance is a blend of modern and, clean. We opted for the bottomless brunch, and while the food was good, a few dishes stood out such as the Tuna Tare tartare and pappardelle pasta. The Tuna Tartare was a definite highlight, which perfectly paired with the crispy thin cracker. The truffle and salmon pizzas were decent, and the pancakes were fluffy. Unfortunately, the chicken and waffles were subpar. Thee stars of the meal were the desserts! Both the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake and the Peanut Butter Fudge Chocolate Cake were absolutely phenomenal. The main issue we encountered was the slow service. While our server, Cody, was excellent and handled our table wonderfully, it was clear the restaurant was short-staffed, leading to delayed food serving and difficulty getting attention. We hope this operational issue gets resolved soon.

Great server Marina! But food was not so great. The raviolis were ok but the pasta Fra diavolo was terrible. Wayyyyyy too spicy and I love spice. We added a lobster tail and it was very overcooked as you can see in the picture.

I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood and had a great experience overall. I used the $25 trick at check-in and got upgraded to a huge room with a king bed and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view of the Strip. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice—spacious, with a large shower, soaker tub, and double sinks with plenty of counter space. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge, which is always a bonus in Vegas. I visited the spa during my stay and it was lovely. The massage was very good, the spa area itself was clean and relaxing, and they even offered wine with services on Wednesdays, which was a nice touch. The attached Miracle Mile Shops are super convenient and perfect for some shopping, quick eats, and especially the ABC Store, where you can grab affordable snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. Dining options in the hotel range from fancy sit-down restaurants to fast food, so there’s something for every mood and budget. All interactions with staff were pleasant and positive. The casino isn’t the most luxurious on the Strip, but it’s a good size with a nice variety of slots and table games. The location is excellent being right in the heart of the Strip, easy to walk to nearby attractions. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or fitness center, but overall, this is a great budget-friendly option for a Vegas stay with solid amenities and a fun atmosphere.

The view was amazing. We were on floor 22 and upgraded our room. We were able to see the fountain from our hotel. It was nice and roomy, but noisy, we heard every siren and every song that was played by the DJ. Around mid-night everything had slowed down. The gym could use a little upgrade. We ate at Cafe Hollywood twice it was great each time.

The front desk staff I rude. I learned from cab drivers this is a common complaint at the PH. I tried to ask the desk clerk a question and scolded like I was a child for being on the wrong line. SCOLDED!!! When I got to the front of the line I inquired about a tour to Hoover dam. The clerk told me to Google it. No help there. So I'm in my room sitting on the hospital waiting room furniture that PH uses and needed to write something down. I looked around for a pad but couldn't find one. I asked housekeeping for a pad and was told I couldn't have one. Yes refused to give me paper. She didn't say she had none, she told me I couldn't have it. I've never been in a room that didn't have paper in it. Called housekeeping because there was no conditioner in the shower. Was told that it would be refilled. We spend the day out to discover upon our the room had not been made up and you guessed it.......no conditioner in the shower. Finally the water was turned off in the hotel to repair a leak. Of course the guests have no way to know this. So when I call to report the drought in my room the response I expect would be an apology and we're making a repair. The response I don't expect is "no kidding". PH can do better, gone are the Vegas days of great service. Hello to the days of charging guests a fee to check in early. If the room is already ready why is there a fee to check in early. Next time I come to Vegas I'll go back across the street to the Bellagio where they appreciates your business and understands how guests should be treated. And for the love of God, put a scratch pad near the phone.

Booked Planet Hollywood due to the central location on the strip, affordable prices and good reviews online. We stayed in the Ultra Resort Vista Room with 1 king bed. The room was nice but that was about it. The hotel smelt pretty bad, cigarette smoke mixed with cheap perfume. The parking is not the most convenient and was a decent walk through miracle mile shops. The casino was a bit grungy compared to the other properties. The girls serving drinks didn’t go out of their way to offer you a drink while playing at the casino. Food choices sub-par, we always went to another hotel to eat. Only 3 out of the 6 elevators are operating which made wait times long! Nearly impossible to get through the front desk when using the phone in the room. I won’t stay at PH again. Too many other options on the strip. I recommend spending a few extra $$ to stay at a nicer hotel!

I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and had a great time. The location on the Strip is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and I really liked the movie-themed décor throughout the hotel. The casino floor had a lively atmosphere, and the variety of dining options made it easy to grab a quick bite or enjoy a nice dinner. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night, but that’s part of the Vegas experience. Overall, a fun and convenient place to stay!

Loved the decor, rooms, and service! They really made me feel like a VIP! Nelson was a wonderful host and I really enjoyed the rewards perks. All of the Dining was FABULOUS, the suite had incredible views with floor to ceiling full room and corner windows, can't wait to come back! Access to the monorail is literally right at the hotel so access to the rest of the strip was easy!

Nice place , changed our room once due to being close to elevator , horrible cable noise from elevator machinery cables , sounded like a train clank. No coffee maker in room they want you to go downstairs to lobby Starbucks and pay crazy prices, everything expensive. So go to a CVS buy water beer sodas snacks and keep in your room. Wherever you stay on the strip. Don't go now they are setting up for fpmula one F1 race in November, construction everywhere stre we t closures, some users refuse to go certain places , we were almost late to show at the sphere. Hotel is in a great location , you could see bellaggio fountain from our room 2049 , clean good bathroom with soak tub and king bed small fridge and safe included. The strip is gonna die if these prices keep up , empty tables in casino. Great deals outside of the strip. But hotel fees and hidden tax and fees charges in bills , be aware ask for receipt not those hand held charge readers. I wont be going back. Its not what it use to be, were you could get $5 steak now iss $60 and up . Beer's $18 ridiculous.

I was pretty disappointed. So excited for this specific trip. The hotel itself is very pretty. We did have a great view of the sphere. I think there are better locations of other hotels with things directly outside their door than the MGM. Back to the room... We checked in late at night. Put our stuff down. How in the dresser the way most people would. Put our stuff down on the dresser the way most people would. The entire dresser was sticky. It had thick condensation rings. and it was completely gross. It was also hair stuck to the walls in the shower. And the alarm was set for 6:30 a.m. So I used my hand sanitizer and cleaned the dresser and the shower and turned off the alarm. And there were crumbs left on the carpet Following day called housekeeping and asked them to have the room completely cleaned as there was a new guest. Came back to the room later that day. Beds were made fresh towels.... And then... What I didn't notice previously was the nightstand was also incredibly sticky with condensation circles Long story short, I ended up cleaning the entire room, short of changing sheets and vacuuming. The staff insisted they did the cleaning even when management came to the room and I showed what wasn't cleaned. Not only did I do their job, but I also cleaned up after a previous guest. This was thoroughly disgusting. The end of the results is the front desk took off the resort fee for our 3 days and comped us a meal. Personally, I would have rather had a room that I knew was cleaned properly

We had a wonderful stay at the MGM Grand and would definitely return! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent—everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. We arrived before the 3 PM check-in time, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer complimentary luggage storage, which made it easy to explore the area while waiting for our room. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. It came with amenities including an iron and ironing board, a safe, and a large screen TV. One thing to note: there isn’t a standard fridge in the room—only a sensored mini bar that incurs a $50 fee if opened. However, the hotel does offer the option to rent a fridge for an additional charge if you need one. The property has an impressive selection of restaurants and bars—there’s truly something for every taste. While the food and convenience items on-site are on the pricier side, there are a Target, CVS, and Walgreens within a reasonable walking distance, along with several nearby restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab affordable meals or last-minute essentials. We also appreciated how easy it was to get around. The MGM Grand has direct access to the monorail and is right on the Strip, making it simple to explore Las Vegas without needing a car. Checking in through the MGM mobile app was super convenient too. It gave we the option to use a digital key, though physical keys are also available. We really liked the added security measure in the elevators—you have to scan your key to access your floor, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, the MGM Grand offers excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a prime location with great amenities. It’s a fantastic place to stay in Las Vegas!

It was such an amazing experience staying at MGM grand for our recent trip to Vegas! Checking in was easy and you can actually scan a code and do it yourself. It’s conveniently located and has lots of food choices. The resort is clean and well maintained and the smell going to the studio tower is just amazing! Our hotel room was nice and cozy and while we forgot to leave a tip for housekeeping, I hope this review will make up for it! Thank you so much for your housekeeping staff who went above and beyond! We’ve never experienced staff that took such gentle care in cleaning our room and arranging our little things back in a loving manner! Also..we spotted a housekeeping manager down the hallway and we asked for extra towels to save them a trip and he was beyond friendly and helpful and accommodating! We appreciate it so much and we can’t wait to go back again. If you want the 5star service come and check in here at MGM!

Fantastic. Great food great people I loved every minute of it. I chose this ace because of Dean Martin! The Roasts of the greatest comedians ever took place here and every re-run now bring me closer to my all time idol. The crooner from stubeneville Dino Crocetti...whoever manages this hotel and casino, I take my hat off to you! Fantastic is all I can say. Amazing job everybody ❤️

Better than the average large casino. Plenty of good restaurant choices but they are more expensive than you expect. As usual for an MGM property the bedding is spectacular. Service is not to impressive. I think they're just so darn busy they can't keep up.

We’ve stayed at the MGM Grand multiple times and did a hotel block there for our wedding. Honestly, it’s a pretty solid hotel for the price. The hotel bars are nice and every person that helped us with our stay was top tier. (Service there is A+++). I especially loved the lazy river (you need to buy the inner tubes which I think were about 30 bucks each.

Haven't stayed at the Grand since the 90's and boy let me tell you I was thoroughly impressed with it. My positive outlook may be helped by the recently refreshed king room which was clean and modern. Dealers were friendly and the overall place well kept. Contrast that with the Excal across the street where everywhere you look something is old and broken. Best thing is I didn't have club music blaring in from outside which has happened in another resort down the road.

Food was really good on the set menu of the night. The dumplings were amazing and the beef was great and tender. The noodles didn't have much flavor though so that was disappointing. The service wasn't great especially for how quiet it was. Water glasses frequently went empty and was hard to find someone when you needed to.

We didn't try the food so I can't give a review. Hakkasan is amazing, the layout is great, you can see the DJ booth from almost every spot in the club. The bartenders were friendly. The security guard went out of his way to help bring someone back to the main floor.

I absolutely loved Hakkasan! The atmosphere is dark and romantic, perfect for a date night or a special evening. I arrived early for dinner, so it wasn’t very busy, which was nice. As the restaurant filled up, it did get a little louder, but it was still easy to have a conversation. The food was divine—I especially loved the oysters and scallops. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back again!

Hakkasan Nightclub in Las Vegas delivers an electrifying nightlife experience with world-class DJs, stunning light shows, and an upscale atmosphere. The Asian food here is expensive but I walked away feeling like I got everything I paid for and more! The quality, imagination and execution of the meal was fantastic.

5 Stars – Highly Recommended We recently visited Hakkasan Nightclub (the restaurant) in Las Vegas for a business dinner and it absolutely exceeded expectations. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect going in, but the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. If you enjoy seafood, bold flavours, and trying new dishes, this spot should definitely be on your list when in Vegas. Even though it was a packed evening with every table full, the service remained prompt, friendly, and very professional. You could tell the team was busy, but any questions we had were answered quickly and with helpful recommendations. Our wine glasses were never empty, and the pacing of the meal was perfect. We sampled a variety of dishes—beef ribs, steak, dumplings, sea bass, lobster, shrimp—and every single one was prepared and presented in a unique and memorable way. The flavours were layered, thoughtful, and beautifully balanced. Dessert was another experience in itself: we tried three different desserts, each one a creative twist on familiar classics. The sweet caviar dessert in particular was truly one of the most unique and delicious desserts I’ve ever had. Cost-wise, this isn’t a budget dining spot—expect to spend some money—but the experience, flavours, and service make it well worth it. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Our group received VIP straight from the moment we hit the line. We were well taken care of upon our entrance and escorted to our table. Our bottle service staff were attentive and fun to have around in our booth. The club is very spacious and an incredible vibe that is both polished and lively. We arranged for this night as a surprise bachelorette party and the bride-to-be was on the dance floor the whole time, dancing the night away, she even missed her vibrant presentation that we arranged for her (despite the staff being gracious enough to delay doing in hopes she would be back at the table). It was the most lively night and best club experience any of us had ever had, we closed the place down!!!

Came here for the lobster buffet, ended up staying and gambling because of the great vibes - better than any other casino on the strip. It's a younger crowd here, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I had some great fun at the craps and blackjack tables. Blackjack is 3/2 and 10 dollar minimum. Great music being played, there was a bit of a party/discotheque going on and just all around a great environment. I'll definitely be staying here on my next trip to Vegas.

Went to the buffet and it was amazing so so good we loved it service could use an Upgrade. We were there for 3hrs and she only came to th e table once, second was because we had to call her or flag her down for more drinks so just mi or tweaking and retraining needed. Other than that it is a great place to eat at. The fresh grilled steak is so good I was able to cut it with a butter knife. Delicious 😋

Very Disappointing Experience – Not What I Expected Unfortunately, my stay at Palms Casino Resort was far below expectations. When I arrived, the room was dirty — both the bathroom and the carpeted floor were clearly not cleaned properly. The overall condition of the hotel feels very old and poorly maintained. The location is also inconvenient; you need to take an Uber or taxi every time you want to go anywhere, since it’s not close to the main Las Vegas Strip area. The casino area doesn’t offer quality dining options — there’s only a small food court serving mostly fast food and junk food. The service at the front desk was mediocre at best, and the housekeeping and other hotel services were quite poor as well. One of the most surprising and disappointing things was that the hotel charges $25 just to use the minibar refrigerator for personal items. For example, if you buy your own water or drinks and want to keep them cold, there’s a sign saying you’ll be charged $25 for doing so. I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels around the world, and this is one of the very few places that does this — it’s honestly unacceptable. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel urgently needs improvements in cleanliness, service quality, and transparency with guests. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Casino - table games are pretty much to lure in young novice players and older crowd. Every blackjack table uses an automatic shuffler (ofc, it’s $5-$15 tables). Their shuffler for Pai Gow also has been messed with, I haven’t seen anyone won Pai Gow here. Not sure about their roulette and craps tables. When it comes to slots, it seems like this is one of the least paying jackpot casinos in Vegas, not sure why the gaming commission says it differently. I walked through the floor for hours and maybe seen 3 or 4 people with hand pay throughout my four days here. Service (gaming) - let’s start with gaming. You could spend and lose thousands here and there casino won’t give you any kind of food comp. Only way that you “might” (the word they used) get food comp is if you used up all your comp points, on a losing streak per calendar month, or if you have a host—the host also will not give you comp btw, they can only do it if you’re staying at the hotel and they’ll have you charge it to the room…”and we’ll figure it out at checkout.” Also, if you play high limit, your betting doesn’t count towards this “ranking” system they have. Dealers don’t know how to count correctly. Dealers will (not beg) ask for tips. If they mess up, the pit boss will ask the players to pay them back; if you don’t, then I guess you’ll get escorted out. Service - front desk is horrible. They don’t greet. They don’t explain. I asked for late checkout during out when I checked in, the woman asked if “noon is okay”, I said yes. Found out the day I checked out that the late check out was never inputted because I had housekeeping knocking twice. I had a meeting to attend and kept on getting disturbed. Called to front desk and they told me they don’t do late check out and, if anything, it needs to be requested the day of checking out, not checking in. Room - clean, but a musky smell. Bed is way too damn soft for a 4-star hotel. Carpets dirty. Towels are rough. Housekeeping never answer calls. They don’t bring water to the room. You’d have to come down and get it from the front desk, who’d only give you two small bottles. For someone who is a frequent to their Yaamava Casino and Resort in California and have stayed there and play there 4-5 days a week, I can promise you that Yaamava is 25x better than Palms when it comes to front desk, dealers, rewards team, rooms, housekeeping,…actually in every category. Comparing to other hotels I’ve stayed at, I’d take Harrah’s or Golden Nugget over Palms. When it comes to gaming, the only place that Palms is beating is probably gas station slots.

I keep getting promotional spammy offers for Palms (even though I unsubscribed), but I will never set foot inside there again. I was the victim of a theft in the pool area at the Palms in the summer of 2023, where my Chanel handbag was stolen. I had to file a police report with the LVPD on my own because the casino refused to call the police. Their stated “protocol” apparently prevents them from intervening in criminal activity on their own property-a completely absurd policy, especially considering many guests are traveling internationally with important documents. The situation made it very clear that the property is unsafe, and their security protocols offer no real protection for guests. I spent over an hour on the phone with management, and they showed zero concern for the crime that occurred on their premises. Thankfully, the LVPD caught the thief at another casino, thanks to their diligent surveillance and investigative skills (something Palms’ own management clearly cannot provide). Additionally, the area around the Palms feels extremely crime-ridden. The pool is apparently open to the public, attracting people from surrounding neighborhoods, which results in rowdy behavior and a generally unsafe environment. The hotel itself feels subpar compared to other properties in the LV area, with incompetent management, a chaotic crowd, and no charge for parking (which seems fitting given the overall experience). Overall, I would not recommend coming here, especially if you value security, professionalism, and a safe environment for your belongings.

I’m so sad to be writing this, but the Palms is unclean and horrific. I stayed here back in March and brought MANY guests with me for me for my wedding. I had very special memories with this hotel. I booked with the Palms again for Halloween weekend and had the worst experience at any hotel. Our 1st room had AC that did not work, as well as bodily fluids stained all over the floor and furniture (see photo). We kindly asked for the AC to be checked, hours later it was not fixed, and we were moved rooms. The 2nd room seemed okay until we discovered sewage overflowing into our sink. Yes, that is other people’s vomit in our sink. We had to throw out toothbrushes and wash items near it as the whole room smelled disgusting. Very frustrated we asked for help and were placed in a new room. We had brought friends with us who also had blood stains, no AC, and also had to move rooms 3 times. It was incredibly embarrassing but most embarrassing of all was how the assistant manager Bita treated us. She did not apologize for any of the problems we encountered, told us we were not deserving of our room being comped and only offered to cover resort fees (pools are closed & half the restaurants are closed) and a single $50 food credit for our entire 4-day stay. There was no empathy, and most concerningly, there was no shock or even interest in looking into what is happening with these rooms. This whole thing is SO sad because our amazing memories are tainted by this. We ourselves work in customer service and couldn’t imagine treating customers this way. Especially returning and loyal customers. Please stay elsewhere if you do not want to be at risk of bodily fluids including blood, vomit, and private fluids.

First time vistor and OMG Im staying on the 33rd floor which is unreachable without the right room key 😁🤩😋 so havin comped slot playing frieds is the way..Im a bingo gal and No The Plams does not have BINGO 🤭 I'm sure there's a high rolling BINGO playing being?! Anywho staff was great! The AYCE buffet didn't fail! I know i ate my $46 worth crab and for you mimosa peepees IT'S a BOTTOMLESS ONE..it come with the brunch buffet! Not a lobster lady however they have a $79 AYCE lobster buffet! By the by no free play until you reach the point limit from your play 🙄 And the have ONE $5 Blackjack table daily!

Stayed 2 nights in November 2025 at Golden Nugget, Carson Tower. Cons: Peeling paint in the tub, wallpaper and doors. Stains or not clean sheets (see pictures). No fridge or coffee maker or ice bucket. Window unit just makes hotels feel cheap. Carpet was also not clean anywhere in the hotel or room. Room was incredibly dusty. I’m not even sure the room door shut all the way either. Everywhere in the hotel was smoky and dingy and dusty. I was surprised this was associated with Laundrys. Hotel was incredibly packed compared to other hotels we visited. No one at check-in. There were Hilton reps in the lobby trying to get you /stop you to sell shows, etc. almost borderline harassment. Pros: Location to downtown and Fremont, comfortable bed, quiet hotel room, good shower water pressure. Plenty of towels. I did sleep very well both nights. Chick-fil-A open till 2am. Great breakfast spots walking distance.

First time staying there with my friend and I was impressed. Very clean and neat. Felt safe having to use a key card to get into the elevator and to our room. It was quiet and barley heard any noise from Freemont. Super close to Freemont which was great. The pool was amazing. I would say that they need more servers at the pool. Overall this is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the Las Vegas strip and to be on the old strip and to save a little money.

This is my second time staying at the golden nugget in 7 years and would recommend anyone looking to stay in Fremont street to do the same. The location is central to everything you need with a fantastic selection of food and drink options available inside and by far the most amazing pool experience I have had through the shark tank. Great steak places available and tasty cocktails available.

1. The first receptionist promised us an upgrade to end suite for free. We tipped her and left because the room was not ready yet. 2. The second receptionist checked us in but said there was no upgrade. Apparently the upgrade was removed after we left!!! We eventually paid extra for a higher upgrade because nothing else was available anymore. She kindly gave us a lower upgrade price and gave us food credits for both of our rooms. We tipped and left. 3. The third receptionist told us we only had food credits in one room instead of both rooms. Had to explain a lot to get that promised credits back. The receptionist suggested us to REMEMBER the NAME of the receptionist next time so they can check who promised it to us. SURE!!! I’ll remember all your receptionists’ names next time and have them write down what they promised and sign it!

I was in town for an event and had reservations here. Check-in was busy, but the kiosk system went pretty well and there were staff members assisting. My king room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was quick to respond to a request for more water. My only room complaint was that the shower soaps were missing, with the exception of the conditioner. We had a bit of a snag at the bell hop desk due to an unpleasant employee not wanting to help us. Although, management took care of it and we were all good. Love the Starbucks, store and restaurants in and around the hotel. Overall, great experience.

Our king room was very nice. It had a leather sectional in it. My view was of the parking facility but it didn't bother us at all. The only negative was that the safe wasn't locking after 1 day and we use the safe. Be prepared for high resort fees. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The location in the middle of the Fremont Experience was great! Good restaurants here too.

This luxurious hotel, conveniently located near Fremont Street, offers great views of the street from our room. The hotel’s direct exit on Fremont Street is convenient. The staff is kindness and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the affordable and amazing laundry service. The pool and Shark Tank are fantastic amenities for families, and the smooth elevators and room service add to the overall comfort.
