1Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

Resort hotel
Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas offers refined rooms and suites, providing a sophisticated experience without the presence of a casino in the lobby. Guests can enjoy immediate valet service, access to upscale shopping at Crystals, and a sleek French restaurant on-site. The hotel's eighth-floor pool deck and award-winning spa provide a relaxing retreat with amenities such as dry-heat rooms, vitality pools, and intimate relaxation rooms overlooking the city below.
We are in Vegas 6+ times a year for upwards of a week. I have hilton honors gold status and similar Marriott bonvoy status. That being said, this is some of the best service we have ever recieved. Check in to check out and everything in between very smooth. Concierge and Bell hops all exceptional. The complaints about the rooms needing a refresh/remodel are valid. The age of this property is starting to show. I dont think they can get away with the Waldorf price and reputation without a remodel for much longer... BUT we would consider coming back because the amenities and service were so good if the price was right. Was pretty annoyed our late check out got declined (first time that's ever happened), but my fault for planning my departure around that.

Reception: Very friendly, but not all ladies are on the same level of professionalism. My German AMEX didn’t work on their system (which occasionally happens) and she didn’t know how to handle it and had to be told that you can enter the details manually etc. However, as said, very friendly Room / Suite: My suite was good. Not as opulent as suites in other hotels in Vegas but very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Location: Very good. I found the location to be one of the main arguments for this hotel. Very central but quiet. Room Service: Avocado toast was very small but apart from that everything fine Gym: Spacious but I was missing some things (a large, proper cable pull station instead of multiple Kinesis cable pulls) Conclusion: Good hotel

I totally see why this hotel was voted the best in Las Vegas for 2025. Everything about my stay was perfection. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was spotless and I was upgraded to a very large room with a soaking tub. The automatic drapes were a really nice touch. The service was exceptional from the door people, concierge, the front desk, the restaurant staff, and poolside. I took a yoga class while I was here and it was intimate and personalized. I’m a little sore today because it was such a good workout led by a real professional. The food is priced commensurate to Las Vegas, and does not disappoint. I liked everything I’ve ordered. They are really good about gluten-free too. The location next to aria is great because you walk a few feet to a shopping mall, restaurants, and casino without really feeling like you’re leaving the hotel. It’s not a massive property like Caesar’s Palace or other others. It’s easy to walk around. The aesthetic is very calming and beautiful. I would totally stay here again.

We initially weren’t sure if we wanted to stay at the Waldorf because it didn’t have an attached casino and we didn’t know much about the new restaurants there, but after doing so, absolutely recommend. The new Peacock Alley had great drinks and ambience. The Aria is next door if you have the need to gamble, but the views and the service we received were top notch. Starting with our reception, Aulani and her customer service were second to none. From getting our bags brought up immediately and a complementary bottle of champagne for our celebration, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was so easy to get to the Strip, and getting dropped off and picked up there was super easy. The concierge would check in on us throughout the day if we needed anything. Great stay!

The second impression was even better than the first one. Beautiful and spacious room with style. Whatever was served in different settings was delicious. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Exceptionally nice hotel in LV, most notably because of the absence of any gambling hall and hence absence of loud and drunk primitives. Everything had style, from appearance, staff, rooms and room service. And our breakfast and lunch buffet during our course were delicious. The gym and the pool deck were wonderful and amazingly again quiet places. (Originally posted by me on yelp)

Gratitude and appreciation celebration! My mother and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas for her birthday weekend, and it was one of the warmest, most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From check-in to departure, every team member — at the front desk, restaurant, spa, housekeeping, and concierge — was gracious, professional, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Celise, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She remembered the details from our emails, greeted us with warmth that made us feel like family, and orchestrated beautiful surprises for my mom. The suite itself was spacious and elegant, beautifully designed with thoughtful touches — even a real orchid in the bathroom. The property is spotless, bright, and tastefully decorated in a calm, modern style that feels truly Waldorf. The gym has a ton of natural light, sweeping views, and a good range of equipment (including free weights up to 80 lbs). The spa, dining, and overall service reflect the classic Waldorf brand — refined, consistent, and centered around genuine hospitality. Thank you, Celise and the entire Waldorf Astoria team, for making our stay so personal and heartfelt. You turned a weekend getaway into something my mom and I will remember forever

What an exquisite hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish, the staff, service and amenities were incredible. As others have said, the hotel is a sanctuary of peace in the middle of the Vegas chaos. The pool was amazing, as were the cocktails! We also had cocktails at the Hard Shakes bar and goodness, what a view!! The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean and had a great view of the strip. We will definitely stay here when we return to Vegas.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas was nothing short of spectacular. The room itself was stunning… It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I spent a lot of time at the pool where the attendants took excellent care of me and made the experience feel effortless. A real highlight was the Hard Shake bar: the cocktails there rank among the very best I’ve ever had, crafted with such precision and creativity. Every detail of my visit felt elevated and thoughtful. Five stars well deserved.

The Bellagio Hotel & Casino is a luxurious resort in Las Vegas, known for its upscale accommodations, outdoor pools, and spa facilities. The hotel is home to renowned dining options such as the relocated Spago restaurant, offering European-influenced California cuisine and iconic dishes like smoked salmon pizza. With 3,900 rooms and suites, guests can enjoy views of the famous Bellagio fountains and access to amenities including a casino, fitness center, and chauffeur services.
I had a great visit from the moment I stepped on the property. Our room wasn’t quite ready but no worries our luggage was held safely by bell man. I visited all the pools and had a great time service was great around the pool. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and cool. Shower was great. Restaurants on site are all amazing with top notch service. Close walking distance to other fun things. Thanks 🩷✌️I’ll definitely recommend staying at the Bellagio

Spent an entire day here. Valet parked and didn't know where to start so found the Bartender in the casino because they have the answers!!! Order breakfast (Bloody Marys) and got the scoop while playing the odds. After sometime, we were off with our suggestions for lunch. Found the Conservatory - Beautiful and our lunch destination Sadelle's. We took our servers suggestion and had the Smoked Salmon. I have say: The Best!!! Yum! Then we went and just had fun in the casino and beyond. There's just so much to take in. Dinner was at the Mayfair. The dinner and show was wonderful! Those dancers know how to bring it to the stage. The headliner singers were fantastic! A great way to end our night.

Had a fantastic experience here in a fountain view room on the 26th floor. With views onto the strip, we could see Ceasars, the Sphere, High Roller, Paris, Eiffel Tower and beautiful sunrises. The rooms are ample and well equipped, restaurants in abundance, with a favourite Spago for that special occasion (see my review). Fantastic 55m main pool plus two others, and hundreds of sunbeds so always available. The conservatory display is fabulous. Ample and very inexpensive self parking in their own multi storey car park. Oh and there is a casino somewhere around also !! A very special experience. Lots of energy in the hotel with masses of people which we didn't mind. For balance, room service was poor...sinks not cleaned, carpets not vacuumed, seems as Brits, by not leaving a 10 dollar bill on the side each day, we could not expect the basics to be done. But didn't spoil our overall enjoyment of this great hotel.
John K — Google review
The Bellagio is a nice hotel conveniently located mid Las Vegas strip. It features many different amenities and sites like the beautiful lobby ceiling, the seasonal garden, a beautiful and extensive pool area, the worlds second largest chocolate fountain, and of course the iconic fountain show. There are many great restaurants to choose from and an assortment of great shops (though a lot of the same shops can also be found in many other resorts). It is also pretty easy to access the rest of the strip from here as it connects the Caesar’s Palace via bridge going north and there is a free monorail that will take you south as far as Park MGM which also connects Aria and Cosmopolitan. While the common hotel areas are beautifully up-kept the rooms leave something to be desired. They are dated and tired and the in room amenities are not as extensive as some of the other higher end hotels on the strip. Overall it was a bit disappointing considering the price you pay to stay here. The staff were nice and helpful and the service was always great. While I think it is worth staying in if you are just wanting to try the experience once or are just trying out different hotels on the strip, there are much better choices that offer a lot more in this price point and in some cases for even less than you would pay here. Wynn/Encore is still one of our favorites. Customer service: 5/5 Amenities: 5/5 Rooms: 4/5 In-room extras: 3/5 Property: 5/5 Overall: 4.4/5
M I — Google review
My favorite hotel to stay in. The location is the best, the rooms are clean and include nice amenities, and turndown service adds a special touch. Though the casino is not smoke free, they do a great job of cleaning the air. It never smells like stale smoke like some other hotels. Finally, the heated, year-round pool and hot tub is a major perk.
Samantha H — Google review
For the amount you pay I would expect the rooms to be extremely clean and no issues. There was some sort of spill that must've happened on the table next to the bed and it was obvious the side had never been wiped down. The bathroom ceiling had mold and the door didn't have a closing or locking mechanism. There is no sound proofing and you could hear every sound in the hallway. The were a million people in the lobby and had we not checked in online and got our key at the kiosk thing by the checkout we wold have waited for ages. The lines were blocks long in the lobby at the reception. The carpets were not very clean and the elevators were gross. For a t star hotel and the price you pay I would expect better. The buffet was the only highlight. My kid and I enjoyed that very much. I would never stay here again and would not recommend. No one helped us with our bags nor said a word to us that worked there.

This is still one of the great hotels on the Vegas strip. It has been for a long time. It seems they have not lost any of they're quality control over the years. The place is still really beautiful. There's a ton of stuff. to see here and the rooms are great. Located on a great part of the strip, all good. Lots of great restaurants also.

Pub
Restaurant
Rí Rá Irish Pub is a welcoming and lively destination that offers an extensive selection of draft beers, ciders, and traditional Irish cuisine. The pub boasts an impressive collection of nearly 50 unique whiskey selections from various distilleries in Ireland, as well as Scotch whisky, American whiskey, and international whiskies.
I had a fantastic experience at Ri Ra Irish Pub! The food was absolutely spectacular — from the crispy and flavorful Fish & Chips to the perfectly grilled Steak & Chips, everything was cooked to perfection. The hand-cut fries were a great touch thought they could be a little more crispy, and the portions were perfect. The ambiance is classic and cozy, with beautiful wooden decor and a well-stocked bar that adds to the Irish charm. However, I do think the atmosphere could be even better with a bit more music to liven up the vibe and enhance the overall and classic Irish experience. Still, I highly recommend it for anyone craving authentic Irish comfort food with quality ingredients. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing pub and restaurant and will certainly be returning. It’s absolutely huge inside with loads of options available for large groups too. From the greeting staff through to the waiting staff throughout the meal, the service was exceptional. Recommendations were given which were perfect and even proactive comments on the happy hour deals were greatly appreciated. The decor throughout is traditional and the tables clean and spacious. There’s screens showing sport but they don’t take over from the atmosphere already present. There’s a good choice on the menu for both food and drinks. The scotch egg appetiser was really delicious and a huge portion. I opted for a shrimp dish from the specials menu which was equally as tasty, with good vegetables, sauce which wasn’t over powering and decent sized shrimp. The previous positive reviews are well justified and I’d recommend.

Strolled by here and originally planned to pop in for a quick Guinness, and we ended up staying all afternoon. The staff was an absolute pleasure and made our afternoon. We learned a bit about Ireland! They have an large whiskey selection and we tried one I had never seen or tasted before, Guinness was on special during the Sunday NFL games, and we got half off appetizers after 3pm. We tried the potato cakes, Scotch deviled eggs, brussel sprouts with bacon, and the potato leek soup. Everything was delicious! Would definitely visit again.

I've seen a lot about this place for some time, and I can say we enjoyed our breakfast here. The place itself is nicely decorated with all sorts of Irish themed stuff on the walls. Our server was very friendly and explained things well. I am/was a little skeptical about the Irish cuisine, and picked a normalish breakfast scramble with ingredients I was familiar with. As is, this is a nice place for an affordable breakfast nearby Mandalay Bay. For me a drawback of The W, which we stayed at on this trip, and Mandalay Bay, is a lack of quality breakfast spots. This one was good and will likely be our go to in the future for breakfast.
Matthew R — Google review
We were surprisingly pleased with the fabulous fish and chips. They even baked my fish, rather than deep fry it, and happily allowed me to substitute a garden salad for the French fries. On another occasion, I ordered salmon and was impressed by the style of preparation and the flavor. When in Vegas, visit Rí Rá Irish Pub.
John Q — Google review
Food quality: Excellent. Ordered the fish and chips with tartar sauce and a Guinness. The fish was top-notch, and the tartar sauce paired perfectly with it. Everything tasted homemade, including the hand-cut fries. Highlights: Well-organized, great quality, and a solid, classic pub experience.
MOE S — Google review
Ri Ra is as good as any Pub I've found in actual Ireland or Scotland. Sure, they have a nice bar, but what really sets this establishment apart is their food. They have a 1st class kitchen brigade that obviously takes pride in the level of food that they serve. And they have an excellent table staff too. This is really uncommon. We ordered a Chicken Wings starter (sweet honey glaze), and I ordered the Fish & Chips main course while my sister ordered the Salmon (see pics). The presentation was much like you would find at upper scale restaurants. My Fish was so LARGE, that I could only eat half of it (sharing a bunch with my sister). The Chips were seasoned, large and UK style (semi-soft). The Salmon had a nice Bourbon & Brown Sugar glaze and sear to it; Tasty! The wings were large and succulent!. There is no way that I could knock the food, it was great. Our server was excellent, always coming by to see if we needed anything more. The atmosphere was Loud, and fun. This is not a quiet little corner, but rather a large public house. The place (on a Friday night) was packed by 8:30p. This is a large pub which might be able to seat 200 or so. They have a small stage; typical of what you would see in the U.K., in the middle and the live music is really nice ambience. There was one large bar also.

Solid food and a great discount for locals on Friday! The scotch eggs and Corned beef and cabbage is very good and the fish n chips was good and a large portion. Additional photos located on my profile page and videos on my YouTube page ( VivaLasVegasX )

Tea house
Petrossian Bar at The Bellagio hotel is an upscale lounge that features champagne, caviar, and English tea service. It also has live music from a lineup of talented pianists.
Being loyal to Mgm Just had the most incredible experience everything from start to finish was absolutely top-tier. The service was flawless friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overbearing. You could tell the staff really cared about creating a great atmosphere. The drinks? Perfect. Thoughtfully crafted, balanced, and served with just the right flair. Whether you’re a cocktail lover or just enjoying a classic, you’re in good hands here. But what truly set the night apart was the live piano performance. The woman playing was beyond amazing not just talented, but soulful and deeply connected to every note she played. It wasn’t just background music it was a performance that made the whole evening feel magical. The atmosphere itself was nothing short of astonishing. Cozy yet elegant, vibrant but relaxed the kind of place where time slows down and you find yourself truly present, just soaking it all in. Can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re out for a romantic evening, catching up with friends, or just treating yourself to something special this spot delivers on every level

My best friend and I had reservations here for an afternoon tea. We normally do the afternoon tea service at the Waldorf Astoria's tea lounge but thought we'd branch out, especially since I love caviar. The hostess was friendly, but our server, a middle-aged woman with dark hair, seemed pretty uninterested in us. I thought for sure she'd come around and offer us drinks during our tea, like a cocktail, since bars want to sell alcohol, but she only checked on us once the whole time. She didn't seem particularly friendly or happy to be there. The atmosphere is definitely better at the Waldorf Astoria. Over there, you have beautiful views and a light, airy room with huge windows. At the Petrossian Bar, we were seated inside, and our view was just tourists wandering through the casino lobby. It wasn't bad and was good for people-watching, but it definitely doesn't have an elevated vibe or anything. The teas were tasty, as was the caviar, but the scones and snacks were better at the Waldorf Astoria. The condiments for the scones were set down without explanation, and our server walked away. While I enjoyed the food and tea, I expect a lot more from tea at a high-end hotel like the Bellagio. I'll be sticking to the Waldorf Astoria's afternoon tea from now on. ♥
Frida K — Google review
There’s a quiet confidence to Petrossian—like it knows it’s better than most lobby bars, but doesn’t need to brag about it. The caviar bites? A study in restrained luxury. Salty, smooth, rich—like they were designed for people who collect watches instead of followers. And the martinis? Flawless. Not fussy. Just crisp, cold, and consistently right. Service hits that rare sweet spot between formal and friendly. They see you, they get you, and they let the experience speak for itself. It’s not flashy. It’s not trendy. It’s timeless. One star off only because the vibe can feel too subdued depending on the hour. But if you know, you know—Petrossian’s a gem for those who don’t need a spotlight to shine.

Best hotel bar in Vegas. Hands down. Great location in the Bellagio lobby, good music from the live piano and some of the best people watching in the whole town. The drinks are boozy and Vegas expensive. This is not a budget venue. The bar snacks and limited bar menu are great. Both the cheese and charcuterie boards are very good. Definitely stop by if you like a good lobby bar.

Cute place inside the Bellagio! Marissa was our waitress! I love the casual atmosphere of this place. Excellent place to wind down with a drink or even for a quick pick me up! I loved the piano out front, which anyone can play! Reservations are highly recommended!

The friendly hostess led us to bar seats swiftly, as we requested. We were tad disappointed to learn that the beautiful plate of deserts pictured here needed to be ordered in advance, available only on weekends. The cheese plate was nice with four different cheeses. The light cocktails we ordered were delicious.

Afternoon Tea We came here on a Saturday around 3pm for afternoon tea. Price is $55 per person for regular afternoon tea which includes Scone, sandwiches and desserts. You get a choice of tea so we had the camomile and vanilla tea. The tea was good, the sandwiches were okay and dessert was average. No wow factor to the food. The ambience was nice since you are able to watch people however you are seated in the back and can’t listen to piano. For the experience of an afternoon tea should be okay however you won’t be returning for a second time.
Andy V — Google review
Cool spot for drinks while people watching and listening to live piano music! Got “The Bellagio Martini” which is vodka martini served on a huge block of ice with a caviar cigar—saw this on social media and had to try it! Was it worth $75? Definitely not hahaha but oh well. The place is small with lots of people coming and going, I suggest making reservations for a table! There’s a dress code but a lot of people were dressed down and still allowed in.

Located on the 23rd floor of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, the Tea Lounge offers a posh and intimate setting with stunning city views. Guests can enjoy a variety of loose-leaf teas, gourmet desserts, and mini treats in an elegant atmosphere. The menu is updated seasonally, providing an ever-changing selection of delectable options. With friendly service and a serene ambiance, it's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city below.
Excellent views from the 23rd floor at the slick Waldorf Astoria hotel. From the valet to the doorman to the hostess and waitstaff at the Tea Lounge, all were superb: friendly, polite, happy to see us, and charming. The teas were flavorful, the savory sandwiches were perfection, especially the curry chicken, the scones were wonderfully crumbly and paired well with the clotted cream and lemon butter. The desserts were divine: exquisitely detailed and flavorful. We had tea service at the 2 pm seating, on a Sunday. We made reservations far in advance, on their website. It was my wife's birthday, and they brought her a beautifully decorated and delicious chocolate cupcake.

Heads up—this place is inside the **Waldorf Astoria**, so there’s **no self-parking**. Just pull up to the valet, tell them you’re there for the **Tea Lounge**, and they’ll give you a ticket (costs **$20**). Don’t forget to hand that ticket to the tea lounge staff when you check in! The lounge is on the **23rd floor**, and the **views are stunning**—definitely adds to the whole vibe. They sat us down right away and let us pick our tea—I went for **chamomile** (so relaxing), and my wife tried the **"Showgirl" blend**, which was fun and flavorful. Then came the good stuff: **warm scones, cute little sandwiches, and fancy pastries**, all served on those classic tiered trays. Everything was delicious, and the service was super friendly without being stuffy. Perfect spot for a **special date or a fancy treat**. We had a great time

Afternoon Tea at the Waldorf Astoria. Jingle was our server, she warm and friendly. Price per person was $64.00 We got one finger sandwiches each from 4 varieties the smoked salmon with cucumber was my favorite. One scone each of the plain and Blueberry. The Scones were delicious slight crunch outside and soft on the inside. One dessert each per 4 variations. One tea choice per person. We chose Earl Grey and Berry Mountain Tea both were delicious but wish the tea was hotter temperature because the pots of tea cool down quickly. For the price I wish they served a bit more in quantity.

May 2025: This may have been my favorite part of our Vegas trip! Be sure to book in advance. From the moment a doorman welcomed us, the experience was seamless and elegant. The hostess was lovely, and the view of the Strip was fantastic. The staff explained the entire tea experience, and each of us received our own pot of tea with a great selection. The set menu did not disappoint—tiny sandwiches, macarons, scones, and other treats were all delightful and beautifully presented. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the experience relaxing and indulgent. A perfect way to unwind and enjoy Vegas. We would absolutely go again and stay longer next time!

My daughters and I enjoyed our afternoon tea at Peacock Alley. The staff were courteous of our time and space. The food accompaniment was delicious and beautifully presented. Although meager, the teas that my daughters and I had were aromatic and matched their flavor. All in all, we enjoyed our experience and look forward to enjoy another relaxing visit.

They’re doing construction so we were seated in a side restaurant on the 23rd floor I think. The view was nice. This is the perfect stop after a long flight because it’s quiet and you get hot tea which is so relaxing. The food was good too. The only think I didn’t like was a dessert that had five spice in it. I don’t like that smell or taste. Otherwise, great experience!! I highly recommend

Come here. You will not be disappointed! Relax with your choice of tea and a three course serving of seasonally select sandwiches, scones and desserts. Add more options if you’d like, including wine and champagne. To top it off the service is some of the best, friendly, attentive and informative. Will recommend and come back in the future when they reopen in their new space!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the tea service at the Tea Lounge inside the Waldorf Astoria Hotel last week, and it was truly delightful. Firstly, the hotel itself is exquisite, boasting a stunning design and a gracious entrance. Located on the 23rd floor, the Tea Lounge has lovely location and we had a table by the window with an impressive view of the Vegas Strip. The lounge features a chic and modern aesthetic, characterized by deep colors and ample natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. The service was great; our server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, enhancing our overall experience. We were treated to a selection of finger sandwiches, which included a vegan option, along with scones accompanied by a heavenly jam and an array of beautifully presented desserts. Each guest receives a generous pot of tea, easily serving five to six cups. The tea itself was robust and rich, perfectly complementing the delightful fare. The pricing for the tea service is reasonable, especially considering the breathtaking view, the overall experience, and the quality of the food—definitely worth it. A few tips for your visit: reservations are essential, as they do not accommodate walk-ins. If you desire a window seat, I recommend arriving early, as tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, which means that a window seat is not guaranteed. Overall, the Tea Lounge at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a refined afternoon tea experience in Las Vegas.

The Tea Terrace is a charming tea room with carefully curated decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for tea enthusiasts. The owners have put thought into the ambiance, offering a delightful experience with soft music and aromatic teas. The service is exceptional, with friendly and understanding staff. They offer an array of pastries and light bites to complement the tea experience.
I absolutely love The Tea Terrace! The place has such a cozy and welcoming vibe, and it’s perfect for catching up with friends or just relaxing on your own. The tea menu is amazing, so many unique flavors to try, and everything I’ve had has been delicious. The desserts are just as good, and the presentation makes it feel extra special. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help with recommendations. Definitely one of my favorite spots! highly recommend checking it out!

I always lament the lack of real teapots and tea cups in restaurants in Utah, so wanting to treat me, my husband booked this for us. The tea (we chose Peach Bellini and Rooibos) were excellent and abundant. The sandwiches were tasty, and the couple of sweets were nice too although tasted store bought and the chocolate mousse was not good. The staff were very friendly. The scones while nicely flavored were not very British, very hard and dry. IMO one needs to serve butter, then preserves (preferably raspberry) then cream, but debates arise on this subject. I did appreciate about this place that they didn’t make a big fuss about having to reserve so far in advance. That said, considering the rapidity at which the tower was served, why exactly they charge $38 for what costs so much less to make remains a mystery to me. Having hosted a bridal shower high tea with 15 guests and purchasing the sweets but making sandwiches, I spent about the same as I did for two people here. The main downside of this Tea terrace is a matter of entirely personal aesthetic and musical preference. Plenty people seem to like the decor. The old crooners were playing at a volume making conversation a bit more difficult. The decor was just overwhelmingly kitsch. Everywhere you look there are tea cups and tea pots dangling from the ceiling, chandeliers, displayed on shelves, hung from the walls. Not even the toilet was spared. IMO this actually detracts from the elegance of a high tea. I much prefer a simple, clean, cozy decor with an elegant but coordinated tea set over a mismatched set and the neon bright “WE LOVE ALL THINGS TEA” filling up every inch of my vision.

SPOOK-TACULAR!! First time here and my gal pals and I loved it! The decor and presentation was amazing! The ladies were warm welcoming and fun! They even dressed up! My favorite tea was the Almond~ We had the Halloween theme tea and they let us keep our pumpkin that was served with out soup (very delish). We even ordered little halloween theme cocktails! My favorite was the 'WitchElixr'! Thank you all so much for a fun experience! We'll definitely stop by again!!

We love this restaurant and are frequent visitors. Great location for afternoon tea. Excellent food, very fresh and always of high-quality. They are very flexible in adapting to dietary restrictions. Upon entering, the atmosphere and ambiance are both highly creative and delightful, reminiscent of Alice in the Mad Hatter's tea party. This venue is perfect for groups as well as couples. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they graciously accommodated my reservation. I enjoyed a pleasant conversation and a delightful tea time. The establishment offers a wide variety of teas and options. I particularly loved the scones and tea sandwiches. The decorations are imaginative, with great attention to detail. I will definitely return.

Love this place! This is not my first time here and they never miss. One of their desserts was so good, it made my girlfriend tear up. I love that they have hats available for you to wear for your ultimate tea party. The mango mimosa is also really good. Their unique, limited time teas are always so good, I have never gotten their regular teas. This place is truly a must go if you like tea.

Situated in the heart of Las Vegas, ARIA Resort & Casino is a luxurious destination offering an array of amenities for discerning travelers. The resort boasts stunning architecture and sustainable design, providing guests with high-end service and state-of-the-art technology. From personalized accommodations to lavish pool areas, every aspect exudes luxury. Guests can indulge in fine dining at multiple restaurants or explore the upscale shopping experience at the nearby Crystals retail complex.
I absolutely loved my stay here while visiting Vegas. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and huge. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was nice, spacious, and clean. There were so many things to do within the hotel itself. Multiple restaurants, bars, a bakery, spa, the pool was still open, a night club, etc. Its located next to a mall which provides easy access to shopping and also a short cut to the strip. It was a great location for me since I was going to a concert at Planet Hollywood and I was gonna be walking. I also loved that although they were to capacity and super busy they did give me a later check out to help with my late flight and they had an area to hold my bags so I could attend the Wizard of Oz before my departure. 10/10 I'd definitely recommend
HersheeKyss — Google review
I would rate this hotel about 3.5 stars. It’s conveniently located right off the strip. The property is clean, but it does feel a little dated. The fresh flowers throughout the hotel are beautiful, and the overall service is good. One thing I didn’t like: if you leave money out in your room, housekeeping will take it right away. Unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at, they don’t wait until the end of your stay. I usually leave a larger tip at the end, but since they take it immediately, it makes me wonder what else could be taken. On a positive note, the suite pool is excellent. It’s reserved only for suite guests, and the service there is amazing. They guide you to your seat, set up towels, and even bring aloe every hour. That part of the experience really stood out. Overall: I might stay here again if they improve housekeeping practices. The service in some areas is outstanding, but trust and consistency are just as important when choosing a hotel.

We just stayed here during our wedding anniversary trip and I was just so disappointed. I used to love this hotel but unfortunately the service has really gone down since Covid. When we checked in we mentioned it was our anniversary and they gave us a drink credit which was nice and thankfully it did cover the drinks we got because they were extremely expensive. I don't recommended ordering anything at the bar. Later in the night we asked guest services if we could have some water an they were really rude and directed us to the bar or the waitresses. We saw a waitress who had 3 water bottles on her tray. Instead of acknowledging us she chatted with her friend and then finally told us if we wanted water we had to gamble and she'd return to take our order. Like whatever happened to treating people as humans? We had gambled there all night and hadn't been approached for a drink and we just wanted some water but got treated like an animal. And then when leaving about 30 cars got stuck in the parking garage because the attendant wouldn't open the gate for them. I just wouldn't recommend staying here. Parking is so much, they got rid of the buffet we loved, the drinks are about $30 a piece. I recommend Palazzo, they treat you much better there.

I received an offer to stay at Aria for a reduced rate from MGM. The first thing I would mention about the hotel is that it is very upscale. I'm used to staying at Excalibur and Luxor and their aging rooms. It was nice to see a place that looked more modern. For my room, I stayed in a Stay Well King Deluxe. I liked the view I had of the city as well as the shower and soaking tub options. Service of the room was good too. Staff made sure to replace towels and even organized items so they weren't forgotten. One nice I also forgot to close door all the way and front desk was able to call me and let me know that it was a jar. Thanks for keeping me safe 🙏🏾 I had a good time at this hotel and would stay there again next time I'm in town.
Albert T — Google review
I got a room at the aria because my brother told me it was really nice and i wanted to treat my girl to something nice for our anniversary. I got a room over looking the strip so we could take pictures with the view but the window was so dirty you could barely see the strip through it. The phone barely worked, when trying to call customer service it would just keep replaying a message telling you to press “8” wverytime you pressed the number. No one ever answered when we tried calling the concierge. There wasnt a refridgator persinal items only one with overpriced water that we were forced to drink since they cost the same as the ones in the store in the hotel. The television remote barely worked, they had no premium channels like hbo, only movie channels where none of the free titles worked, only over priced rental movies that we begrudgingly paid for. I dont understand why they dont have premium channels, we could have stayed at a budget hotel and had those. Also, i definitely paid for late check out through booking.com but we had to rush out at noon because they claimed i didnt and i ended up leaving expensive dress shirts in the closet hanging up. I was told to call lost and found but the number doesnt appear to work. I filled out a form but based on my experience so far i imagine that will be ignored. The casino was nice, we had a good time over all but the room was lacking and so was our customer service experience.

I don't know why Google shows this as a 5-star hotel. This has not been anything close to a 5 star experience for us but, probably because its Las Vegas. First off, we booked 3 rooms for 8 guests. The 1st guest was checked in 1-hr late and she arrived early. With 3 rooms booked 2-months in advance and she couldn't even get check into one of the rooms early let alone on-time. That was the first red flag. 2nd guest was checked in and their first set of keys didnt work so, they had to go back down to get new keys. When 3rd guest arrived front desk also provided keys that didnt work once not twice but by the 3rd set of keys its now 11pm and we are all exhausted and still dealing with all that! What a nightmare. Dont even get me started on their booking system. Seems outdated too. The front desk agents were apologetic but, I think they should have given some sort of credit but no, none given. As for our room it was just OK, the room wasnt 5-star clean and if you want a fridge for your own food/drinks you bave to request these items. Not even a coffee maker in the room?! We didn't have shampoo too, just body wash and hair conditioner so, I had to go buy shampoo at their shop downstairs for a very high price for a tiny travel size. They dont provide water bottles either. Every 4 & 5 star hotel "resort" I have stayed at has always provided unlimited water bottles and at least had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee maker, mini fridge. What is the resort fee per day even for??? All we got was a ton of grief. The rest of the stay has been ok so far. We will see how check out goes. Very very disappointed.

For me it's the luxurious smell as soon as you walk in! The place is very well kept up with. I liked the atmosphere, staff, the location and how it's connected to the other casino. My favorite part was the 24 hr bakery with the most delicious treats! So many beautiful displays of art to admire. WE had a blast at the casino and plan on returning to stay for a romantic get away!
Paniz K — Google review
There's no way this room is 520 square feet. We've stayed in many upscale hotels with rooms that are over 500 square feet and they are a lot bigger. Service is nonexistent here. You can't move bottle water and dried snacks from their tray even if you moved them by accident because there's a sensor and you will automatically be charged outrageous amount. Just put them in a locked cabinet! Forget about the refrigerator. We've heard about it so we didn't even bother to open it. Security latch in our door is broken, our toilet tank is leaking, one of the sinks drained super slowly, no handheld shower. Paper thin wall..... I can hear my next door neighbor. Insane! Of course! Just like typical Vegas casino hotel, there's no coffee machine in the room. Resort fees apparently only cover unsecured Wi-Fi, outdoor pool that nobody uses especially in Winter time. What a joke! I don't understand why this lousy hotel gets 4.5 reviews??? These people don't know what a true 4.5 star hotel is??? This hotel is not even close. Do not stay here. The Waldorf Astoria which is next door is way much better if you really want to experience a luxury hotel stay.

The MGM Grand is a vast casino resort known for its renowned restaurants, vibrant nightclubs, and a sprawling 6-acre pool area. The property features two side-by-side restaurants created by the late Chef of the Century Joel Robuchon, offering both formal and casual dining experiences. Additionally, the Wet Republic at MGM Grand provides an exclusive daylife experience with poolside amenities and VIP options for guests to enjoy cocktails or immerse themselves in the party scene.
First time staying at the MGM Casino resort. We will now stay only here yearly when we come to Las Vegas, the service was Exceptional. Room in North Tower was clean with beautiful view of the strip & sphere. Cleaning staff was nice and cleaned our room spotless. Pools were heated. Everyone was very helpful. Mia at check-in and our check-out was so friendly we love her.
Susan J — Google review
I was pretty disappointed. So excited for this specific trip. The hotel itself is very pretty. We did have a great view of the sphere. I think there are better locations of other hotels with things directly outside their door than the MGM. Back to the room... We checked in late at night. Put our stuff down. How in the dresser the way most people would. Put our stuff down on the dresser the way most people would. The entire dresser was sticky. It had thick condensation rings. and it was completely gross. It was also hair stuck to the walls in the shower. And the alarm was set for 6:30 a.m. So I used my hand sanitizer and cleaned the dresser and the shower and turned off the alarm. And there were crumbs left on the carpet Following day called housekeeping and asked them to have the room completely cleaned as there was a new guest. Came back to the room later that day. Beds were made fresh towels.... And then... What I didn't notice previously was the nightstand was also incredibly sticky with condensation circles Long story short, I ended up cleaning the entire room, short of changing sheets and vacuuming. The staff insisted they did the cleaning even when management came to the room and I showed what wasn't cleaned. Not only did I do their job, but I also cleaned up after a previous guest. This was thoroughly disgusting. The end of the results is the front desk took off the resort fee for our 3 days and comped us a meal. Personally, I would have rather had a room that I knew was cleaned properly

We had a wonderful stay at the MGM Grand and would definitely return! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent—everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. We arrived before the 3 PM check-in time, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer complimentary luggage storage, which made it easy to explore the area while waiting for our room. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. It came with amenities including an iron and ironing board, a safe, and a large screen TV. One thing to note: there isn’t a standard fridge in the room—only a sensored mini bar that incurs a $50 fee if opened. However, the hotel does offer the option to rent a fridge for an additional charge if you need one. The property has an impressive selection of restaurants and bars—there’s truly something for every taste. While the food and convenience items on-site are on the pricier side, there are a Target, CVS, and Walgreens within a reasonable walking distance, along with several nearby restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab affordable meals or last-minute essentials. We also appreciated how easy it was to get around. The MGM Grand has direct access to the monorail and is right on the Strip, making it simple to explore Las Vegas without needing a car. Checking in through the MGM mobile app was super convenient too. It gave we the option to use a digital key, though physical keys are also available. We really liked the added security measure in the elevators—you have to scan your key to access your floor, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, the MGM Grand offers excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a prime location with great amenities. It’s a fantastic place to stay in Las Vegas!

It was such an amazing experience staying at MGM grand for our recent trip to Vegas! Checking in was easy and you can actually scan a code and do it yourself. It’s conveniently located and has lots of food choices. The resort is clean and well maintained and the smell going to the studio tower is just amazing! Our hotel room was nice and cozy and while we forgot to leave a tip for housekeeping, I hope this review will make up for it! Thank you so much for your housekeeping staff who went above and beyond! We’ve never experienced staff that took such gentle care in cleaning our room and arranging our little things back in a loving manner! Also..we spotted a housekeeping manager down the hallway and we asked for extra towels to save them a trip and he was beyond friendly and helpful and accommodating! We appreciate it so much and we can’t wait to go back again. If you want the 5star service come and check in here at MGM!

Better than the average large casino. Plenty of good restaurant choices but they are more expensive than you expect. As usual for an MGM property the bedding is spectacular. Service is not to impressive. I think they're just so darn busy they can't keep up.

We’ve stayed at the MGM Grand multiple times and did a hotel block there for our wedding. Honestly, it’s a pretty solid hotel for the price. The hotel bars are nice and every person that helped us with our stay was top tier. (Service there is A+++). I especially loved the lazy river (you need to buy the inner tubes which I think were about 30 bucks each.

Haven't stayed at the Grand since the 90's and boy let me tell you I was thoroughly impressed with it. My positive outlook may be helped by the recently refreshed king room which was clean and modern. Dealers were friendly and the overall place well kept. Contrast that with the Excal across the street where everywhere you look something is old and broken. Best thing is I didn't have club music blaring in from outside which has happened in another resort down the road.

Veranda, located at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, is a serene and intimate Italian restaurant that offers a delightful menu of traditional and authentic Italian fare. The restaurant features indoor dining rooms for gatherings and private parties, as well as an expansive garden terrace overlooking the resort's lushly landscaped private swimming pool.
Four Seasons Hotel is well known for its breakfast buffets. No disappointments for this time either. It was a great dining experience at breakfast time. From the food selection, I don't think I would say I was amazed with the total quantity of selections, but the quality was great. And I think it is the right choice the restaurant made. Rather than making a huge selection of food choices with less focus on quality, ensuring each food selection is good and well made to me is provides better experience for its customers. If you can, try to seat outside, enjoy the sun in the terrace area while having a nice brunch. It brings you so much peace in Vegas.
Jong W — Google review
The worst dining experience I have ever had. The staff exhibited a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Upon our arrival, the front desk removed us from our reserved seats near the pool and relocated us to a secluded and frigid location, significantly distant from the other guests, and she gave our seats to some other guests who came behind us. What a humiliation! This action deeply offended us. The manager’s only redeeming quality was her apology to us. She was kind enough to calm us down, and offer us a table near the pool. But our brunch had already been ruined. However, I was once again offended by another front desk lady when I left, who exhibited a highly unprofessional and rude demeanor. Despite my previous unpleasant experiences, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. While I appreciate the Four Seasons Hotel, I must express my dissatisfaction with the restaurant’s offerings.

You cannot skip having breakfast at Veranda, inside the Four Seasons Las Vegas. The pancakes with white chocolate were amazing. The avocado toast with poached eggs was great. We also tried the Benedict eggs—though not my favorite, they were fine.

We came to eat twice. I was glad that the menu has a pizza that is suitable for gluten-sensitive people. The plates are hot, which is rare for America. When we came first time, the coffee was brought, it was warm and I asked to replace it with hot. That day was everything almost perfect, except that lady server did not smile. We came second day. It was again amazing food, I enjoyed my gluten free pizza. This time our server was a male who was kind and smiling. My husband enjoyed his coffee and asked to take out as well.

We stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast all three mornings at the Veranda. The service was amazing, but the food was sad. Portions were not that big, flavors muted, and prices crazy. I definitely got hot sauce to help some of the meals and my husband and I are thankful we didn't pay full price. Almost $30 for croissant French toast that was literally a croissant?!?! Maybe they have better dinner and lunch options, but if you have to pay full price I'd walk away from this place for breakfast.

Tldr: Food is expensive but tastes rather regular. Nothing special to note. We got the manila clam pasta, rigatoni, and the Buddha bowl. They were fine I'm regard to taste, but nothing special that would justify their high cost. The rigatoni was just ground meat in tomato sauce with pasta, nothing to note. Will not be returning for lunch.

The Veranda Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas is a nice little spot. When we arrived we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sophisticated atmosphere. The menu is small yet offers a diverse selection of dishes that cater to a variety of palates. The ingredients used are fresh and thoughtfully arranged resulting in dishes that are both visually appealing and delicious. During our visit, we had the salmon salad and flatbread pizza, and my niece a child’s cheeseburger. Every plate was delicious. We also enjoyed some fresh summer cocktails that were delightful. The attentive and knowledgeable staff also provided us with great service, they were friendly, and well-versed on the menu. The service was prompt, yet never rushed, allowing us to savor each course and enjoy a leisurely meal. This lovely little place is great for a casual chic outing, and to enjoy a calm and delightful day time meal.

Gäbi Coffee & Bakery is a charming spot in Las Vegas's Chinatown, offering a unique blend of modern industrial flair and the charm of the Joseon Dynasty. The coffee shop's eclectic interior features a mix of modern, ornate, and mismatched decor, including an indoor greenhouse, book-lined walls, vintage decor, and antique furniture. Gäbi offers a variety of beverages, including single-origin options and signature drinks like The Gabi and the Butterfly Latte.
These pictures are spread across a couple of days but the place is gorgeous, atmosphere is perfect for working on your own little project or to sit down with a book with one of their very delicious drinks. But if you have a desire for something a little sweet, their crepe cakes are absolutely delicious. Light enough as a snack but just scrumptious enough to whet your appetite. Only downside is that it's a bit on the pricey side so keep that in mind. But, I'll definitely keep coming back because I think it's worth it; everything is a banger of a hit in flavor!
Niko B — Google review
Gäbi Café is more often a miss than a hit for me, and after my most recent visit, I don't plan on returning anytime soon. Let's start with what I do like: The entrance has a cool vibe-just a plain wooden door that gives off exclusive, speakeasy energy. If you're lucky enough to find a seat, the interior is cozy and relaxing. I also have to say, the coffee I usually get (pictured) is consistently delicious. But now, the downsides-unfortunately, there are a lot. First, seating is a major issue. No matter the day or time, the place is either packed or totally quiet-it's wildly inconsistent. However, the majority of the time, it's impossible to find seating, especially with a group of three or more. You're often stuck awkwardly pacing, hoping someone leaves so you can swoop in. And because everyone is rushing to grab tables, they often don't get cleaned between guests. You end up sitting at a dirty table unless you flag someone down-which is awkward and honestly shouldn't be necessary. Now let's talk prices. $9 for a coffee, $20 for a breakfast sandwich, $8 for a tiny macaron? That's just not within my budget, and I really don't think the portion sizes or quality justify those prices-especially in this economy. Service is another mixed bag. The friendliness of the staff is inconsistent. I've often felt uncomfortable at the counter, like I'm bothering the barista just by ordering. That cold energy makes the whole experience less enjoyable. Even the staff delivering food and drinks were unfriendly. They seemed uninterested in their job-just dropping items off without a word (other than what items they’re delivering) or smile. There wasn't a single positive interaction. And finally, the last straw for me: During my most recent visit, something in the air made my eyes burn-and not just mine. About 20 minutes in, all three friends I was with started complaining too. Our eyes were watering and stinging so badly that we had to leave. If someone was cleaning, they were clearly using something way too harsh. It honestly felt unsafe and made for a bad experience. I only ever came here when friends wanted to go-but after this last visit, I think I'm going to take a break for a while. And just to be clear, this isn't based on a one-off bad experience. This has been the case during each of my visits over the past year.

I had as much trouble finding this place as I did finding Waldo. There’s no big storefront sign. The entrance is through a wooden door next to a small sign. The interior is pretty and has many details. The service was timely but I was disappointed that they didn’t have the bread they had for my sandwich. Speaking of which, it was one of the cheapest things on the menu. Everything else was over $15. The food is good, but it was a surprise to have a salad for breakfast. Overall, I’d recommend finding another place.
Landon B — Google review
The space itself is beautiful and the coffee was good, but the overall experience didn’t match the price point. I paid nearly $60 for two bagel sandwiches and a cappuccino, which is surprising for what was essentially counter service. At that price I would expect table service, a greeting upon entering, someone to check in during the meal, and at least some acknowledgment when leaving. None of that happened. While the decor is unique and nicely done, I’ve seen much better value elsewhere in town.

Really cute environment with a space in the back to sit on pillows. They give you fancy looking tea cups and the desserts are all beautifully designed. On a fall day, I also love their butternut squash soup. I’ve been here too many times to remember.

We had a great breakfast here. Selfservice for ordering food. Nice quiet atmosfere. Away from the noise at the strip. Parking spaces in front. Highly recommended. (2 people from Holland)

The place is surreal and incredible to just experience. It mimics a Korean style cafe with a wide selection of drinks, sweets, and food items. The macaroons are a must try. It is relatively a little pricey, but a fun place to splurge a tittle and experience the cool vibes. The different seating arrangements throughour the place are very fun and cute.

I saw a video on TikTok about a coffee shop in Vegas that has a speakeasy vibe. This is everything I love about local coffee houses. It's welcoming and gorgeous inside, with comfortable places to sit and chat with friends, curl up with a book, or get some work done. We sat there for well over 2 hours. It's a spot that is worth checking out! They have great food and drink options. 10/10 for sure!

The Stove NV is a popular brunch spot in Henderson, offering stunning views of the Las Vegas Valley. During the week, it has a more traditional and family-friendly atmosphere, but on weekends, it transforms into a lively 'party brunch' destination with free-flowing champagne and sake-based cocktails. The restaurant takes pride in supporting local farmers and vendors from the Henderson and wider Las Vegas area.
This is my inaugural review assessing the décor and ambiance of an establishment. I am currently at The Stove with artist Michael Stark, collaborating on content for the "Wall of $100s" exhibit. The venue offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The thoughtfully curated, hidden memorabilia throughout the space warrants significant exploration. The establishment is sufficiently spacious to accommodate parties, corporate events, and celebrations. The owners are approachable and friendly. Please visit and view the "Wall of $100s." A future visit will focus on the culinary offerings. -Coyal

This place is so good, I haven’t been for their brunch yet but I heard it’s great and definitely intend to. I’ve been here over 10 times and the food is so great. Good vibes all around.

So I went to the stove a year ago and everything was great. The vibes were good, the music was good, and staff were very fun and interactive. Fast forward to 7/2025- things have drastically changed. Myself and some friends went recently and the staff was very mellow and the music was super low. It wasn't a fun brunch like it used to be. The food was still decent, but they had an item on the menu that was named something questionable (make steak and eggs great again??) which kind of made sense on why the vibes and ambiance have changed drastically. The stove used to be a place where ppl would go on the weekends for a fun brunch and have a grand time, now it's not a spot I would recommend for a fun brunch. So sad.
Jessica E — Google review
The food was enjoyable, and overall, I had a good experience. However, the service was a bit slow, likely due to the high volume of customers and only one or two servers on duty. It took some time for us to be greeted at the entrance, and refilling coffee took longer than expected. I appreciate the efforts of the staff, but I believe that having additional hands during busy periods could enhance the service. Despite the challenges, the coffee was decent, and I look forward to returning.

10 out of 10, this place is such a vibe! Went on Monday for my birthday brunch with about 6 other ladies and we had a blast. Food is great, service is great, and the drinks are even greater. I had the bottomless mimosas for $30 and let me say I was lit. Our server was very nice and even thrown in a few extra shots because it was my birthday. Will definitely be going back again!

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!! It’s just up the steps and entirely worth it! Very fair prices, a stellar atmosphere, and the manager, Tyra, is the best! The food was absolutely spectacular and presented beautifully! There is a good selfie room with a ring light and nice backdrop. I kid you not, the lighting was perfect!! There’s also a sick bathtub filled with pink and purple balls like a ballpit. Tyra let me go in there with a big empty bottle of Belair for a great photo op. My entire group loved every dish and Tyra even brought us some terrific free meals and champagne she wanted us to try. She was so fun to talk to and made the experience so terrific! She is very impressive! I hope to go back soon! The Stove may be the best brunch spot in all of Nevada!!!!

Really great experience! I arrived just before the Sunday rush and it’s a great time! Excellent food and excellent service. Huge shoutout to Gloria the bartender who explained the drinks she was making and ran that bar like a ROCKSTAR ⭐️ I had the hangover tots with Birria and I highly recommend it! Great portions and the price is well worth it!

Really cute spot. Filled with instagram opportunities. Sadly a bit disappointed in the food. Ordered the Lobstah Benny ($42) and it came with the lobster tail cooked and served in its shell. This is impossible to eat without picking it up and pulling the lobster out with your hands, but it’s all covered in hollandaise sauce, so this means a trip to the restroom to wash up before you can even start eating. Upon cutting into the poached eggs, they were completely solid inside, disappointing for a place that is centered around brunch. The taste was okay, but we had higher hopes.

Absolutely loved my visit to Kung Fu Tea! Went in hoping to find a stellar bubble tea recommendation and the cashier nailed it with the Cocoa Cataclysm. This delightful drink combines freshly cooked WOW Bubbles and fresh milk, all topped with a hint of cocoa powder. The boba was cooked to perfection, making every sip a dream. The rich flavors, complemented by the subtle sweetness of brown sugar, truly made this a delicious experience. Plus, it's caffeine-free, perfect for any time of day. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Went to try this boba place I saw on IG. Small little boba shop cool art in there. Not much seating maybe like 3-4 tables and a bench. The boba sizes are decent the flavors are really good. Tried their classic brown sugar boba delicious!

I had a fantastic experience at Kung Fu Tea in Chinatown Las Vegas! I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon with my daughter, and we both enjoyed a delicious Boba. The drinks were perfectly made—just the right balance of sweetness and flavor. The tapioca pearls were fresh and chewy, and the menu had a great variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and efficient. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend! 🍵✨

The drink was always great but the staffs were too busy chatting, I was standing for awhile until I had to approach the counter myself and they still having their back facing me, I tapped no tip! The girl handed out my drink without eyes contact and turned her back to continue chatting right away… Imagine this branch is not that big at all for just saying hi or tell the customer to wait just a sec…

Super weird vibes in there... could definitely work on some customer service. For millennial looking women, I wasn't expecting gen z stares. Update: threw my drink away. It might as well have been shitty tasting water 😒 I'll be driving half a mile away to Afterlife Tea & Boba. WAY better vibes AND drinks!

If I could give 0.5 stars, I totally would. We ordered 2 Oreo Wow and 4 KF milk teas. The Oreo drinks were honestly terrible—just bland milk with Oreo bits. No sweetness, no flavor, just… sad. I ordered for crystal boba in one of the KF milk teas, but they gave me herbal jelly instead. When I brought it up, the staff was super rude and said they didn’t even charge for crystal boba. We showed them the receipt—yep, they charged us $0.95 for it. Still no apology, no offer to fix it, nothing.

The young lady at the counter was friendly. There's a large menu, and it's fully customizable. There are a few tables inside and a bench outside if you don't want to take your drink to go.

Customer service is really bad here. We came in with our nephews and niece they are all kid. They did not know anything so they were asking some questions. The cashier guy answer very rude. When they get their drink they were figuring out which one is which he then proceeds to scream out loud :” JUST READ THE LABEL”. THEY ARE KIDS there’s no need to be that aggressive. If you don’t want to be nice then maybe do not work in a field that requires customer service.

Café Lola is a charming and picturesque café in Las Vegas, known for its photogenic garden-like ambiance and delectable menu. The café offers an extensive selection of unique coffee and drink treats, as well as freshly made desserts such as the signature Rose Cookie, Oreo Donut, and Basque Cheesecake. Founded by Alexandra Lourdes and Lin Jerome, Café Lola is part of a restaurant empire that includes other popular establishments in the city.
Where do I start… we traveled all the way from Wisconsin to try this place along with Saint Honore. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed by friendly faces and the atmosphere and adorable pink vibe was everything! Sarah was such a sweetheart! She took the time to go through the new menu items and gave us some recommendations. We ended up ordering half the items on the menu and everything was amazing! As for the drinks, Alex’s latte was absolutely amazing! The blue moon spirulina drink was sooo unique and flavorful! The salted caramel cloud latte was delish! We ordered a bunch of items to go as well! It was THAT good! Great job! I highly recommend trying this place and will definitely be back for another trip! 5 stars is simply not enough here!!! Keep up the great work running Cafe Lola to all staff and thank you for a great experience!

I would not recommend. Perfect for influencers, not regular people looking for a new coffee spot. Banana bread latte, cinnamon roll and 15% tip was $22. Would have asked for a refund but wasn’t in the mood for confrontation. The only things good about Cafe Lola is the aesthetic interior. Otherwise product is horrible and overpriced. Not to mention they can’t even pay a livable wage to their employees. ($13/hr)

Interior is super cute and spacious. Staff was very friendly. I tried the banana bread latte and it was really yummy. Only negative I would say is the price of the latte was steep and more than I'm used to paying for a coffee.

Cafe Lola is the vibe! The pastries are all so yummy and cute! I appreciate how they display the pastries right by the cashier and provide you with those same ones. Came here for my birthday brunch with my girls. I heard the line is usually long, so I made a reservation. We got there early, and it was nice that it wasn’t crowded yet. The place is super cute and girly—although a bit small for me. It started getting crowded around lunchtime, but that’s expected. The food and coffee were decent. Don’t come here expecting high-quality food—the main draw is definitely the decor and the Instagram-worthy vibe.

Hello I just went to your establishment and I had The worst experience I had went before with my kids and I even met Ms Coco . This time our server acted like she didn’t like her job she was not friendly. We were there for the full experience and celebrating a bday. I felt like the server didn’t deserve the 46$ that was added to our check. My child had the microwave chicken nuggets which took over 30 minutes to arrive. I have a picture and it really doesn’t meet the standards of your establishment. I figured it be something better. I had a coffee and my child also had the lemonade with cotton candy. All the girls in our group had the lemonade and one glass had a hole on the cup and it was spilling all over the table. The bill came and it was 300$ dollars . I honestly felt like I could have taken them to canes and at least they would have gotten real chicken breast. I will not be recommending this place to anyone, Don’t to spend there money there. It was a shame honestly. May I add I messaged Mrs Coco page in which they posted daily and she didn’t even care to reply.

I love the decor with the pink walls, flowers and pictures. The waitress was so helpful and gave great recommendations. We had the ham croissant with macaroni salad and the tuna croissant. Located at 20 Via Bel Canto, in The Village at Lake Las Vegas. Parking Tip: Park in the public parking garage next to the Montelago Casino (currently closed building) and take a short walk through The Village to reach the café. If you’re looking for a place that feels straight out of a dream, Mrs Coco Café is it. This charming spot is as Instagrammable as it is delicious. The moment you step inside, you’re welcomed into a whimsical, ultra-feminine space filled with sugary sweet treats, refined brunch dishes, artfully crafted coffee, sparkling champagne, luxurious milkshakes, and delightful surprises that go far beyond your expectations. Though the café itself is cozy, it’s thoughtfully and beautifully designed with plush French-inspired décor. Think soft pink walls, fresh floral arrangements, and whimsical upside-down black-and-white striped umbrellas hanging from the ceiling and shading the patio. Every detail — from the elegant table settings to the chic and playful art — creates a glam, Paris-meets-fantasy vibe that’s as delightful as it is unique. We ordered a mocha and a gold latte — both arrived with presentation so stunning it felt like a moment worth savoring before even taking a sip. Rich in flavor and visually captivating, each drink reflected the care and creativity Mrs Coco is known for. Everything on the menu looked just as thoughtfully curated — from the cakes to the savory brunch options. The chocolate cake was amazing too! The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely charming. Our server made us feel welcomed and taken care of without ever being intrusive. The service only added to the already magical experience. Hours: • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mrs Coco Café is more than just a place to eat, it’s an experience. Whether you’re there for a girls’ brunch, a romantic date, or just a treat yourself moment, this café offers an elegant escape that feels both luxurious and comforting. The place is very busy so I would suggest either pre-ordering online or if you are heading there, expect a little bit of a line at certain times of day. Staff is very efficient and friendly as they try to get your order as quickly as possible. It is not a place for you to sit down. It’s more just a grab and go type of place. Ordered the super fruit drink which I failed to realize had all the fruits mentioned in the description versus being a drink with all those flavors. The green tea based beverage was nice but I couldn’t get over the whole fruits in the drink. Also tasted the Mango pomelo sago which was really good once you mix it well. The taro slush as well as the strawberry green teas were decent too. Service here was good and orders came out fairly quickly.

I ordered them off of uber eats and I've never tried anything from them before so I wrote on the write a note part to please make it taste good and they wrote "it tastes good!<3" on my cup. Coffee Religion, located on W. Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas, is a popular spot known for its unique 11-foot-tall sculpture of Padmasambhava, the Second Buddha. This impressive sculpture has been in the owner's family for generations and now presides over the coffee shop.
I really liked my experience. I made high tea reservations for my mother in law and I. We loved the food and teas. It's a great place to bring friends to eat and chat. I'm going to bring more friends to high tea. I'm curious about what the menu will be in different seasons.

Stopped by after during some errands. Service was absolutely great. He was friendly, asked how I heard about them and offered suggestions. 5 Stars. Nice cute coffee shop that offers breakfast/brunch dishes. I ordered an americano and a Truffle Grilled Cheese Toast with Potato Chips. The grilled cheese was good. I personally didn't taste too much truffle flavor and I love truffle (oil, black & white shaved.) The decor is beautiful and nice spot to just enjoy a cup of coffee.

I love the chill atmosphere of this little coffee shop. It truly is a hidden gem as I had trouble finding it. Once you enter you forget you’re in Charleston between the pet supply and insurance office, this place feels like a hip trendy Brooklyn coffee shop. Their menu is great, had a really great Latte and Cappuccino, the Breakfast at Tiffany’s sandwich was really tasty! The location also offers complimentary flavored water which was really tasty. Decor is a 10/10 super chill in here. Strongly recommend if you want an actually good cup of coffee (which I’ve been struggling to find in all of Las Vegas)

Really great afternoon tea service! I have been to a few before and I can say with confidence that Coffee Religion offers unique bites (compared to the typical tea services). Instead of plain scones, they do ube chocolate chip scones. Instead of plain egg salad sandwiches, they do Japanese style egg salad sandwiches. My favorite bite was the cream cheese and pear tart. Wow, simple to look at but full of flavor. My kids loved their hot chocolates. Pricing was definitely reasonable too. The location isn’t the greatest but just go during the daytime. I highly recommend!

Wonderful little place! I’m always on the hunt for good places to get an oat milk latte in Vegas, and this didn’t disappoint. The flavor of the espresso is earthy, light, and a bit green, and the oat milk is sweet and velvety without covering the flavor. It’s difficult to gauge strength when it’s this hot out since I exclusively get iced lattes in over 90 degree weather, but it did dull and water down quite fast. It’s not the strongest or most flavorful espresso I’ve had in the area, but it’s lovely for summer! The service was lovely and kind, and the atmosphere itself was a blend of folks working, catching up, but then also sweet little afternoon tea set ups! I’d love to come back and try one of their tea times.

What a beautiful cafe! I loved the decor! My hubs and I came here for lunch and our daily dose of caffeine and it definitely hit the spot. I would recommend any of their lattes and their avocado toasts. It hits different here. They’re losing a star as we waited 20-25 minutes for both lattes and lunch. Would have been nice to at least get our drinks first so we didn’t have to sit there and stare at each other this whole time. Also, it wasn’t busy, there was no line or orders coming in so I wasn’t sure why our orders took so long.

Had a vanilla latte and a chocolate muffin. The latte was good, but the muffin was super dry, small, and crusty, not worth the $4.95.

Tiger Sugar is a Taiwanese bubble tea shop that has locations in the Las Vegas Strip. They specialize in cold black tea drinks with syrups poured over the top. The drink menu also includes variations of milk teas, such as black sugar boba milk and pudding milk.
Just got back from Vietnam and was craving some authentic tic Vietnamese food. Absolutely love this place and the staff is so sweet and nice. Their prices are super affordable as well and fresh quality food.

Store was empty around 7:45pm on Saturday. I should have taken it as a sign but ordered #5 anyway because I was craving boba. Got my order and the boba were gross because they're stale. Any reputable boba shop would've toss them out hours ago and cook a new batch. Very disappointed.

Glad they now have a Tiger Sugar here in Las Vegas. They have multiple locations. The other one on the strip and this one in Chinatown. This location seems to be a couple bucks cheaper. My 'go to' drink is the Mango Sago. Service was good. They don't have any tables inside so it's all take-out orders. This one is located in a plaza and parking seems to be busy. We got lucky with a parking spot.

This place used to be great!! Worth the drive. But since this arrogant kid started working there, they dont even have tapioca balls for their BOBA. How does that make sense. The kid doesn't want to work, why is he there? Please management fix this. He wont take orders, makes you use the kiosk while he stares or plays on his phone. I understand the kiosk is helpful when there is a line so the employee can make the drinks. But its not busy. And he wont help answer questions when certain drinks like the chocolate milk are are not in the system. Hands you drinks on the counter, not even to your hand. And you have to reach over to grab your own straws, bag AND tray.. I come to order 8 drinks at a time and he cant even give me a bag? Him not making tapioca this morning is the last straw for me. The girls are amazing they make the drinks great and are super helpful. If the dude is working, you might as well save your breath and walk away.

This was where I tried my first Tiger Sugar. I came here awhile back but decided to leave a review. My drink was very good at the time. No complaints.

UPDATE: This restaurant has their store listed as a grocery store on credit card platforms! This means any credit cards used for dining should NOT be used here! They are scamming you. Don’t give me wrong, I really like Tiger Sugar as a chain and they make really solid boba, but there’s just a few reasons I can’t give it a 5 star. I’ll start with all the good. First of all, the quality is unreal. Their Tiger Sugar boba such an amazing flavor, and the fact that they not only put these fun creams in the drink but also give you varying sizes of boba makes it such a fun experience. The quality of the boba itself is incredible. They are super fresh, chewy, springy and sweet. They also don’t hold back on how much they put in the drink! The only reason I can’t get it has five stars major limitations on customization. They have only two or three different flavor choices in total compared to other tea shops that have dozens. Additionally, you are unable to adjust the amount of ice or sugar in your drink. I’m a big fan of going less ice, 50% sugar, but you can’t ask for adjustments here. Overall, this is a really tea shop, If they could improve there customization process, they would be an easy 5 out of 5.

I was craving boba tea and this location was highly rated and super close to me! Usually when I go to boba tea I like fruit smoothies fruit teas green juices all with Boba in it. I did not really pay attention to the menu prior to heading to this location when I got here most of the drinks are more coffee latte and tea oriented so I order the most popular drink! The wait was not very long and the drink came out tasting really good I am not disappointed that I went here however if you like a more fruity drink this is not your spot! Also I was never asked what size I want it which kind of threw me off but I think all of their drinks only comes in one size.

Best boba tea house in LV. The boba is super fresh and chewy. Always busy but staff is super fast and friendly. They cannot adjust the boba/ sugar/ or ice level here but trust me all the drinks they made here are just simply perfect! I love this place

The charming decor adorned with postcards creates a special ambiance that is both jazzy and relaxing. I absolutely love this place! The drinks are flavorful and refreshing, and the pastries are always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax. What truly sets this place apart is the staff – they are so friendly and attentive, always greeting customers with a smile. Definitely a must visit if you’re in the area! 🫶🏻

Beautiful and cozy coffee shop. Very nicely decorated, rustic style with cute decorations . Nice vibe, relaxing atmosphere. Manly young crowd was hanging out with their laptops and books. We had hazelnut latte, brûlée milk tea and they were delicious, very smooth taste ,not too bitter but not too sweet either, perfect balance. They have a huge selection of drinks and desserts 🧁. We have tried their Salted Caramel Tiramisu - a MUST TRY and Lime Coco Tiramisu and they were THE BEST TIRAMISU EVER! Great customer service experience. Very attentive and friendly. Welcoming vibes! We highly recommend it!
Zeek P — Google review
My nephew decided this morning she wanted to go to tea. Most places only offer tea on the weekend, limited time slots, or require 24 hours notice for reservations. La Luna is perfect because the high tea menu is $42 but can easily feed two adults (and a child). Plus if it isn't enough food you can order additional items off the menu. For the price the good was excellent. And at 1pm there was no wait and plenty of space. The music got progressively louder the liner we stayed, which was annoying and made it less pleasant, even though they were playing jazz standards. The eclectic mix of tables and chairs was fun and comfortable. There was a new? girl at the register. While she was very friendly she wasn't very knowledgeable and made placing our order tedious.

This place completely blew me away. I ordered 4 of their stunning fruit-shaped desserts, and it was pure magic. I ordered two lemon, one coconut, one that looks like a slice of cheese and the dog mousse. The exterior is a beautifully crafted work of art, but the real surprise is the incredible creamy filling inside. Chocolate mousse, white chocolate and so many other delicious flavors inside of each one. The texture and flavor balance was perfection. The peach drink that comes with the sliced cheese dessert was so refreshing! Beyond the amazing desserts, the atmosphere inside is so calm and welcoming—a perfect place to unwind. A special shout-out to the two team members at the front; they were so friendly, patient, and helpful in helping me choose. A truly five-star experience in every sense. I can't wait to come back!
Jessica C — Google review
So let me explain. I was looking for a late night treat for my family and we were so excited to order!! The desserts look just gorgeous online and even through travel, they were equally beautiful upon presentation when they arrived. they were packaged, presented and served well even going the distance. Let’s talk visuals , experience and taste ! The coconut mousse is much smaller than it portrays on their website. Flecked with gold none the less. One of the reasons for a 3 instead of a 5. The salted tiramisu though cut perfectly, it was slightly frozen in the middle which was an “imagination of absolute freshness “kill. And the dried fruit on top of the tiramisu was so hard and over dried and flavorless that it was almost inedible and indistinguishable. It tasted like plastic. Recommendation: send a cute note to thaw for 1 hour. Will deplete that issue and probably enhance flavor a bit. I’ve gotten frozen desserts with instructions to thaw before consuming if this is intended, however, I don’t think it was. Leave the dried fruit off if you don’t stand to improve it. It’s off putting. The cake with whip and cut mangos…technically a win…cake so light and fluffy…very joyful in appearance although missing the purple flower adornment as advertised..,(relevant I promise) still cute. Could’ve been beautiful but cute. Finally, while the hand for technique is clearly present , sadly, flavor is not present almost at all. Between 3 very different desserts, I barely tasted any difference in their base profiles. It just didn’t meet the mark for flavor and each very one dimensional.

The Puppy Mousse is cute, not sure it is worth $8. Calm, quiet, atmosphere, but chairs are not comfortable. Drinks were good, alternatives for milk available. Not impressed by the service, quite slow for this type of establishment.

"The Cobblestone Cottage" is a charming tea room that offers an exquisite high tea experience. The ambiance is reminiscent of a cozy cottage adorned with antiques and delightful decor, creating a perfect setting for special occasions like baby showers or Mother's Day celebrations. The owner and staff are praised for their exceptional customer service, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to make the experience memorable. Guests rave about the delicious food, especially the scones, and the wide variety of flavored teas available.
We celebrated my future sister in laws bridal shower yesterday at The Cobblestone Cottage. I cannot say enough positive words about the entire experience! First, the whole package was exactly what I was looking for-local, affordable, intimate. The owner, Arsine, was so easy to work with! You can tell her passion for what she does in the way she communicates and sets every detail perfectly. She was flexible with some last minute changes that were less than ideal for the venue and she ensure A+ service the entire time. The food was delicious and the presentation was just gorgeous! Every tea cup and plate were adorable, and I can’t say enough about the table setting! As the host, I just prepared place cards and a favor! I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a perfect place for high tea!

My besties booked a tea service for me for my bday and I absolutely loved it. The owner and her family are amazing, they ensured everything was perfect for us including two separate menu’s because two of us are gluten free. The gluten free options were delicious, you’d never know it was gluten free! I was very impressed with the gluten free options and the yum factor. My friends said the other treats were just as lovely. This is a perfect spot for family or friend gatherings, parties and children parties. The gift shop is a lot of fun as well with options to take home your favorite tea. Adding this spot to my Vegas list to visit again! Thank you all for the loveliest bday party, foods and decor!

We LOVED our experience at The Cobblestone. The vibe was soooo right. The owner of the place was soooo welcoming and their hospitality was beyond descriptions. This is for two in 90 minutes. And i have to say that the amount of food is perfect for two to enjoy with tea We had organic English breakfast black tea and rose green+ black tea At the bottom plate, English tea sandwiches: cucumber, egg salad, sausage and cheese pastries On the second plate: black currant scones with glaze. I thought they were sweet but not at all, which went perfectly with their housemade sweet butter and jam. On top, mini raspberry cream pastries, pumpkin bread with cinnamon whipped cream (looks thick but very creamy and fluffy), pear pastries. Their space will make you feel like in a fairy tale. They also have a large room for a tea party. Highly recommend when you are in Vegas

Whoa! I don't even know where to begin?! I had my daughter's bridal shower there this weekend and what a bridal delight it was! The owner Arsine is enthusiastic, accommodating and professional. Upon planning, she tended to my every need, responded timely and worked with me on the little details I wanted for this party, even adding her own touch to make sure she matched what we were bringing. The day of, her staff was prepared and helpful, a lovely bunch of ladies! The food was so pretty and also delicious! If I was stuck on an island and I could pick one food to survive on, it would be the scones, a must try! We had a last minute mention of a gluten allergy with one of our guests and they were able to accommodate us for that as well. The ambiance of the place is warm, has natural lighting and feminine, lots of floral softness going on - perfect for a bridal or baby shower, or a place to bring mom. I loved all the teacups and teapots too! I got a romantic feeling which is exactly what we wanted for our daughter. This party was the first time any of our party guests had been there and we were all pleased! I definitely want to go back and have a nice cup of tea and tear into those scones!

We recently enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea at Cobblestone Cottage, and it was such a charming experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a touch of old-world charm that made it feel like stepping into a storybook. The food was absolutely delightful. The scones were warm, buttery, and perfectly flaky, served with just the right amount of jam and cream. The selection of sandwiches was fresh and flavorful, with classic fillings prepared beautifully. To top it off, the desserts were both elegant and indulgent—the kind of sweet bites that make you linger a little longer over your tea just to savor them. Worth the travel time from the strip! Next time we're in town, we will be back!! Thank you so much.

Being British and living in Las Vegas, finding this “little bit of home comfort” is a true treasure and a real gem. The food was first class, every mouthful left you wanting more, more, MORE! Service and staff were welcoming, passionate about what they were doing and made you feel like part of the family. The surroundings and ambiance give 100% a British feel and a true reflection of hard work, dedication and attention to every last detail, will go back time and time again and will highly recommend to friends. 🙂

Fantastic and relaxing afternoon tea experience! We made a reservation for 2:15 pm on Friday and there were a few other parties during the same seating time. We mistakenly went to the market instead of the dining area. Go to the south side of the building, all the way at the end. Service was warm and attentive. The overall experience of decor, service and good food came together really well. We start by picking a packaged tea flavor with a pot of hot warm at the table to keep refilling our tea. I'm used to stronger teas so this was not the best part of my experience. We got a salad and soup before the tower of goodies. The soup was so comforting and yummy. I loved all the savory bites. The cucumber sandwich and egg salad sandwich were melt in your mouth and refreshing. The scone was not as warm or moist as I prefer but still good. The sweets were great too and not overwhelming. My challenge with other afternoon tea places is an unbalanced tower of sweet over savory bites or only okay food. I felt I had a great balance of savory to sweet items here and they all tasted at least good if not amazing. I see they have themed events from time to time. I am looking forward to coming back, highly recommend!

The Cobblestone Cottage offers the perfect Afternoon Tea experience. I went with two friends (August 2025) and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The decor is light and attractive. The staff are faultless: attentive and efficient without being overly fussy. They offer a wide selection of teas offering something for everyone. The food (a five course set menu) is all high quality, tasty and satisfying. The owner/manager is a wonderful woman with a warm, caring presence who makes everyone feel at home. Highly recommended!

Guests can indulge in fine dining options ranging from casual eateries to Michelin-starred restaurants, perfect for celebrating special occasions. The Mansion is renowned for its exceptional white-glove service, ensuring that every moment feels regal.
It’s always a pleasure to be there, as they keep repeating it haha. The service is PERFECT we feel like royalty. This last time we got the villa 2 with the pool and a yard, I didn’t wanna leave 🥲 They would have some constructions done and sent us a nice letter with a silk kimono robe and a sweater for the inconvenience, but the rooms are so huge that we couldn’t hear anything. I asked if I could buy one for my mom and they gave me another one! They always go above and beyond to get us WHATEVER we need, I mean it! One time they bought some different lollipops to send as a gift to my nephews. Best place EVER, it doesn’t compare to any hotel in Las Vegas

My wife and I stayed at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for our anniversary, and we had an amazing time! The staff treated us exceptionally well — the service was top-notch, and everything felt first class. This was before COVID, back when they would open the doors for you and help bring all your bags up to the room. Recently, I visited Las Vegas again and stayed at the Luxor, but next time I plan to return to the MGM to see if the service has gone back to how it used to be. Either way, I’ve always had great experiences at the MGM — comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a great overall atmosphere. Even though we didn’t spend too much time in the room (because, well, it’s Vegas!), it was nice to come back to a comfortable and relaxing space at the end of the night. Highly recommend staying here — it’s one of those classic Las Vegas experiences that never disappoints!

First, room was not ready. Waited 2hours for the room. Then pillow is stained. Not acceptable even for standard chain hotel but happening at this hotel. No wonder less stars compare to other top hotel selections at this price point. Then service is line an economy flight, the hotel wants $10 delivery fee for room service in doggie bag box and $20 if you require real plates and silver ware like decent human being paying over $1000 per night. This hotel fell off so low or this town is falling off entirely? That’s why casino sales are down and it will be dead soon.

This place is nice , the boba is DELICIOUS , I love it , my favorite place for boba BUT , the service in this specific location somehow always manages to be bad , every single time . We ordered online , waited 20 minutes for it , got there and waited extra because I didn’t see my drinks , went up and asked , waited an extra 20 once again but this time IN store , the baristas all just kept looking staring at us , when we asked for our order she didn’t even look at anything we provided , didn’t ask for a name or anything just said okay and turned around as she proceeded to take the extra 20 minutes . Everyone that got there way after us got out way before us even after we asked for our drinks , everyone still got their drinks way before us even as they were ordering after we did . Boba is supposed to be fast , it’s not really what I cared much for , what I cared for is the pink drink I got , I got a blended strawberry drink , there was huge chunks of ice that I couldn’t even get through the straw . The first couple of sips from this were pure boba so in the photo there’s wayyyy less boba than what they originally put , there’s been already multiple occasions where HALF of the whole drink is just boba , even when you ask for light boba . They weren’t always like this , I recommend this place but a different location .

Tried many bubble teas around Vegas and this place IS THE BEST!!! You gotta come and get this, you won't regret it! The guys who work there were extremely helpful, especially if you're not sure what to get they'll assist you AND will make sure you like the drink otherwise they'll fix it. Amazing experience and drinks. The place is nice inside, lots of room and working restrooms. We had mixed fruit green tea, hokanawa milk tea (brown sugar milk tea) and the sunrise on the beach. All 3 of them were amazing!!!

Hong Kong milk tea is a mixture of 3 black teas. It is really good if you like strong black tea flavor. I highly recommend it with no sweetener added.. And with boba. The sweetness from the boba balances well with the strong tea flavor. Parking structure in the back is good for 72 min. Yes... 72 min precisely. You can enter the business from the back, too.

There’s a couple dedicated spots in the parking garage towards the beginning. This location has seating and tables that has a chill and lounge vibe. Bright and spacious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. No joke, best customer service I’ve ever had at a boba shop. My fav is the cheese foam Jasmine green tea because it’s nice and creamy with a hint of salt.
Molee H — Google review
Quality & service in perfect proportions is my takeaway from this place so I can see why they have such good ratings. & Maybe it's just because I'm coming from the LA area but the prices seem very fair which makes this place even more of a win. ITEM'S ORDERED: At first I thought they got rid of all the coffee drinks but luckily I found the one, Cold Brew Coffee Sea Salt Latte. The gf went with the Jasmine Pearl (iced, 25% sweet). TASTE: This is definitely one of the better mixed cold brew drinks I've had. & When I say mixed I just mean it's not just a straight cold brew coffee. For someone who likes strong coffees, this drink was actually a win for me. I'm always a little hesitant getting cold brews because I feel like I've had many that come off "watery" even at very popular places. Very happy to report this one did not come off that way, even when I mixed it up to incorporate the sea salt cream. The coffee had a good deeper flavor which I really enjoyed. & While it looked like maybe it had too much of the cream component, it actually all worked out well to make it creamy enough with subtle sweetness that was balanced well with the salt aspect. If I had to critique it I suppose I'd want maybe a little less cream just so the coffee strength doesn't dilute as much. The Jasmine Pearl (iced, 25% sweet) is listed as a Traditional Tea & it's noted that it takes 5 min to brew which the cashier also informed me of. So if you are in a hella rush you may wanna skip this one. But if you've got a little time, it's worth it for a well crafted, fresh brewed tea. It really was a well flavored jasmine tea with a nice, pleasant sweetness (25% sweet). I believe the "pearl" aspect is just that the leaves are in little balls as opposed to loose leaves. In general no different overall flavor compared to other jasmine teas. SERVICE, LOCATION & PARKING: Service just as I remember here from years ago is very exceptional. All the staff comes across very genuine & friendly. On top of that it was actually in their last hour of opening, it was a little busy & the service still didn't waiver. I very much appreciated how the guy who brought the drinks to our table as we waited informed us to try the drinks before we left to be sure we liked them & to let them know if we didn't. The location is a little interesting, since they are located adjacent a few other food businesses on the ground level of University Gateway (on Maryland Pkwy). You'll turn into Dorothy Ave to get into the parking structure. Interior is very simple, clean & bright which I like. There's only a few tables inside as well as a couple of tables outside. They have some handy outlets inside with USB ports for easy charging. The parking structure is located right in back of the business & you can enter from that side as well so you don't have to walk to the front. The very close spot I parked in said it was just 30 min for retail but I'm guessing deeper in the structure there's spots you can stay in longer. I definitely plan to return back here. For both their well crafted drinks & wonderful service.

With nearly two decades of experience in the culinary world, Chef Sweetser's journey from competitions to teaching and finally opening her own business for culinary indulgence encapsulates a remarkable story. The venue offers an Alice in Wonderland theme that provides a charming backdrop for various events such as birthday celebrations and high-tea experiences.
This was such a sweet, cute place for afternoon tea! I did extensive research for the perfect tea place for my Vegas trip, and Queen of Hearts was the perfect place!! They have a tea selection, and the ones we chose were phenomenal! I bought some to take home! I highly recommend Vanilla Apple Hibiscus herbal tea and Cranberry Blood Orange black tea! And the food was so tasty! I didn’t get a picture of the scones, they were practically inhaled, but they were my absolute favorite dish! The staff was so friendly and happy to take any pictures we wanted, and the place had so many great photo opportunities! Such a cute Alice in Wonderland theme, and cigarette smoke free (which we didn’t get a lot of in Vegas). Absolutely going back next time I’m in Vegas!!

What an amazing experience we had from start to finish with Queen of Hearts! My daughter has recently become obsessed with the Descendants 3 movie, starring the beautiful Queen of Hearts. When we found this tea room, it couldn’t be more perfect for her Queen of Hearts themed birthday party. Angela was quick to respond to my inquiry and willing to host my group of little girls. It was a dream party - literally! The food was delicious, the tea was great (and they had alternatives for our little girls who wanted to drink from the cups but didn’t want tea!), the decor is unreal (even better in person than it is in photos if you can believe it!), the photo space and the prop room were a huge hit with the girls, and the staff was great. Angela even took my phone and did a little mini photo shoot! I knew that there was the possibility that there would be other groups at our party, but if I could have changed anyyyything it would have been to have the room to ourselves. Mainly because I didn’t want to disturb the other guests and was a little worried about that the whole time. Other than that, 10 out of 10 would recommend. Everyone raved about how amazing the venue and party were! Thank you Angela!

A Hidden Gem in Las Vegas! I stumbled upon this sweet little tea shop while exploring Las Vegas, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip. The high tea experience was simply delightful—freshly baked scones, decadent clotted cream, and a wonderful selection of teas that made it feel like a cozy afternoon in the English countryside. The atmosphere is warm and whimsical, with charming decor that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a storybook. The staff are absolutely adorable—so friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about making each guest feel special. They added such a fun, personal touch to the whole experience! And let’s talk about the photo op—there’s an Instagram-worthy setup that’s as cute as it is memorable. It’s the perfect way to capture a sweet moment to take home with you. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, don’t miss this magical little spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Queen of Hearts was such a fun experience! Chef Angela had such an amazing vision for this place and the theming was on point! When we first sat down we were greeted quickly by the staff and given a tour of the restaurant. We picked out our favorite props and sat down to start our adventure. First we picked out tea and then the treats started to come out. The scones were delicious! We tried both a sweet and savory scone accompanied by jams and creams. Then we were served the traditional 3 tiered trays filled with finder sandwiches, cookies, eclairs, and other delicious items. Each were made to order and very well put together. Overall, such a fun experience! You can tell that Chef Angela has a lot of passion for what she does and she’s very proud of it. A huge bonus - she’s AMAZING at taking pictures and good with helping you pose for the cutest photo ops! You could go anywhere for afternoon tea, but why not try afternoon tea catered by an award winning chef?? Highly recommended for anyone in the Henderson area!

Chef Angela Sweetser has created an experience that lives up to her name and experiences! She provides personalized attention and detail to all her creations, from the sweet and savory scones with their accompanying cream and jams to the sandwiches, desserts, and presentation of tea choices. The food, decor, table settings, rooms with their varieties of teapots and tea cups, colorful and fun hats and props, and even the bathroom is whimsical and fun Alice in Wonderland themed. All the food is freshly prepared, with the scones served right out of the oven! You get 2 choices of teas, as well! Everything was delicious (we chose the traditional menu, but there is also a vegan menu). Angela gives a tour of her shop, spends time explaining everything, takes the time to chat with her guests and make sure everything is to their liking, and even plays photographer for the fun photoshoot at the end of tea! My friends and I highly recommend visiting her place for afternoon tea if you are ever in the Las Vegas area!

Magical & Delicious. This is such a fun experience. The service is excellent, tea and food is well portioned and tasty. The theme is fun and you walk away with memories. Will visit again. 10/10

My mother and I went her for Mother’s Day and we had a ball. From the costumes to the tasty treats to the unique atmosphere, this place is a hidden treasure, especially the food!

I attended the Black Butler Tea Party and had a wonderful time. They had a wide array of tea that you could smell before ordering in a lovely tea tray. And when the tea was served it came in a little tea sifter that was absolutely adorable. The tea I had was Jasmine Pearl and Earl Grey. Highly recommend! Also along with hot water, came these adorable LITTLE SUGAR CUBES, and your delicates which we were also very filling. The cucumber sandwiches were my personal favorite. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and their kind staff made it even better with their funny bad jokes. I do recommend coming here for a lovely time of tea

The place is simple yet beautiful. The tea and milkshake are flavorful especially my favorite winter melon tea! It reminded me of my first kiss. Sweet and short but i love every second of it.

Located right in the heart of China Town is this great boba tea spot. Came here today to get some drinks for our co-workers. I was referred here by a good friend and I now see why. Great prices, great service and tasty drinks!
Jesse L — Google review
Lots of parking. Looked closed from the outside. Good boba. Lots of drink choices. Didn’t even wait 2 minutes for the drinks.
Christina N — Google review
So Ding Tea pretty much checks all the boxes when it comes to bubble tea. Really good milk tea, really good boba, lots of interesting menu choices, and you can specify the amount of sugar and ice. Combine that with a cool interior and some of the nicest staff, and you have a perfect bubble tea shop.

Best milk and boba tea I have had in a while. The best service and staff. Highly recommend this place.

This is a hidden gem for sure!! They have the cutest INSTAGRAMMABLE set up!! Its wall to wall decor! The girl at the counter seemed very timid, but she got all our orders correct! I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and the flavor was very spot on! Not watered down at all! Definitely will return for more pictures & milk tea!
Deborah I — Google review
This is my new favorite tea place. It's the only milk tea I've had in Vegas that even comes close to Taiwan. Probably because they have a chain there! I highly suggest if you like milk tea with boba - try their 75% sweet its just right.

Tea house
Feng Cha Teahouse is a popular spot known for its vibrant fruit teas, classic milk teas with boba, and unique creations like the creme brulee dirty boba. The place often hosts BTS cup sleeve events, making it a hit among families. Visitors praise the delicious boba drinks and appreciate the friendly staff who work efficiently to serve customers. The Tiramisu Paradise is highlighted as a must-try for its light and fluffy texture.
This place is nice, quick, and fast! The vibe here is chill, not too busy. They play anime on the tv, people come to drink and study. My favorite drink is dirty taro with reg boba! I come here when is my day off and down for boba lol
Theeranart B — Google review
I definitely don't come to this place based on my interest; however, my family loves coming here mainly because of the stinkin' BTS cup sleeve events, so I accompany them once in a while. I will say that my daughter and I have ordered boba drinks at this place and it was amazing. I think my daughter loves it more than I but I did enjoy the boba and lychee jelly in my tea. I can't remember what exactly I ordered since it was months ago, but I remembered it was great. I have never tried any of the food items at this place so my rating/review does not reflect that. The employees are very nice and work at a fast pace, which I can definitely appreciate especially how busy it gets in this store during those special events. I'm pretty sure I'll visit this place again as long as I have "Armies" under my roof, and as long as this place keeps hosting those dang events. 😒 The plaza this is located in is great, although parking can be challenging once in a while depending on the time of day. I am still waiting for the time that someone walks in and that giant, stuffed bear comes alive and chases after a customer. Overall, this is a cute little boba shop and will recommend it to all customers, whether you're Army or Blink, or have no affiliation to any famous artist/members.

Chill boba spot here in the spring mountain area of Las Vegas. The place is clean, the staff attentive and helpful with helping us decide what to try. I like the decor and the openness of the place. I got the dirty boba with a non dairy option. It was sweet and delicious!

This is in Las Vegas! :) I like this place. A giant teddy bear welcomes you as you enter the store. A clean and cute interior and I love their dirty boba! I think their boba tea is more creamy(?)!! My kids didn’t finish theirs though 🤨.

This place is located in newly developed strip mall just below Jones on Spring Mtn. Plenty of parking. Very cute and clean place with nice decor. Plenty of inside seating too. We had: 1.) Ginger Milk tea 2.) Jasmine Milk tea with Crystal Boba. The tea tasted great and the boba was very fresh. Will come again!
J S — Google review
The place has a cute little atmosphere, the service was good and the bathrooms were clean. My Vietnamese coffee was well caffeinated. That's really as happy as one can be.
Brian N — Google review
The 3 kids who worked the counter last night 09/01/2023, were super friendly, very helpful and super nice. Ordered the dirty through and it came out quick and very tasty. Will definitely be back
DIXIE N — Google review
Great place for boba and a variety of tea drinks. The best part is the selection of specialty teas brewed on the spot, and they will gladly create milk teas and refreshing drinks with them. Top that all off with friendly service and you got a great spot to visit. They also carry Earl grey.
