I was pretty disappointed. So excited for this specific trip. The hotel itself is very pretty. We did have a great view of the sphere. I think there are better locations of other hotels with things directly outside their door than the MGM. Back to the room... We checked in late at night. Put our stuff down. How in the dresser the way most people would. Put our stuff down on the dresser the way most people would. The entire dresser was sticky. It had thick condensation rings. and it was completely gross. It was also hair stuck to the walls in the shower. And the alarm was set for 6:30 a.m. So I used my hand sanitizer and cleaned the dresser and the shower and turned off the alarm. And there were crumbs left on the carpet Following day called housekeeping and asked them to have the room completely cleaned as there was a new guest. Came back to the room later that day. Beds were made fresh towels.... And then... What I didn't notice previously was the nightstand was also incredibly sticky with condensation circles Long story short, I ended up cleaning the entire room, short of changing sheets and vacuuming. The staff insisted they did the cleaning even when management came to the room and I showed what wasn't cleaned. Not only did I do their job, but I also cleaned up after a previous guest. This was thoroughly disgusting. The end of the results is the front desk took off the resort fee for our 3 days and comped us a meal. Personally, I would have rather had a room that I knew was cleaned properly

We had a wonderful stay at the MGM Grand and would definitely return! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent—everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. We arrived before the 3 PM check-in time, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer complimentary luggage storage, which made it easy to explore the area while waiting for our room. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. It came with amenities including an iron and ironing board, a safe, and a large screen TV. One thing to note: there isn’t a standard fridge in the room—only a sensored mini bar that incurs a $50 fee if opened. However, the hotel does offer the option to rent a fridge for an additional charge if you need one. The property has an impressive selection of restaurants and bars—there’s truly something for every taste. While the food and convenience items on-site are on the pricier side, there are a Target, CVS, and Walgreens within a reasonable walking distance, along with several nearby restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab affordable meals or last-minute essentials. We also appreciated how easy it was to get around. The MGM Grand has direct access to the monorail and is right on the Strip, making it simple to explore Las Vegas without needing a car. Checking in through the MGM mobile app was super convenient too. It gave we the option to use a digital key, though physical keys are also available. We really liked the added security measure in the elevators—you have to scan your key to access your floor, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, the MGM Grand offers excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a prime location with great amenities. It’s a fantastic place to stay in Las Vegas!

It was such an amazing experience staying at MGM grand for our recent trip to Vegas! Checking in was easy and you can actually scan a code and do it yourself. It’s conveniently located and has lots of food choices. The resort is clean and well maintained and the smell going to the studio tower is just amazing! Our hotel room was nice and cozy and while we forgot to leave a tip for housekeeping, I hope this review will make up for it! Thank you so much for your housekeeping staff who went above and beyond! We’ve never experienced staff that took such gentle care in cleaning our room and arranging our little things back in a loving manner! Also..we spotted a housekeeping manager down the hallway and we asked for extra towels to save them a trip and he was beyond friendly and helpful and accommodating! We appreciate it so much and we can’t wait to go back again. If you want the 5star service come and check in here at MGM!

Fantastic. Great food great people I loved every minute of it. I chose this ace because of Dean Martin! The Roasts of the greatest comedians ever took place here and every re-run now bring me closer to my all time idol. The crooner from stubeneville Dino Crocetti...whoever manages this hotel and casino, I take my hat off to you! Fantastic is all I can say. Amazing job everybody ❤️

Better than the average large casino. Plenty of good restaurant choices but they are more expensive than you expect. As usual for an MGM property the bedding is spectacular. Service is not to impressive. I think they're just so darn busy they can't keep up.

We’ve stayed at the MGM Grand multiple times and did a hotel block there for our wedding. Honestly, it’s a pretty solid hotel for the price. The hotel bars are nice and every person that helped us with our stay was top tier. (Service there is A+++). I especially loved the lazy river (you need to buy the inner tubes which I think were about 30 bucks each.

Haven't stayed at the Grand since the 90's and boy let me tell you I was thoroughly impressed with it. My positive outlook may be helped by the recently refreshed king room which was clean and modern. Dealers were friendly and the overall place well kept. Contrast that with the Excal across the street where everywhere you look something is old and broken. Best thing is I didn't have club music blaring in from outside which has happened in another resort down the road.

Stayed 2 nights in November 2025 at Golden Nugget, Carson Tower. Cons: Peeling paint in the tub, wallpaper and doors. Stains or not clean sheets (see pictures). No fridge or coffee maker or ice bucket. Window unit just makes hotels feel cheap. Carpet was also not clean anywhere in the hotel or room. Room was incredibly dusty. I’m not even sure the room door shut all the way either. Everywhere in the hotel was smoky and dingy and dusty. I was surprised this was associated with Laundrys. Hotel was incredibly packed compared to other hotels we visited. No one at check-in. There were Hilton reps in the lobby trying to get you /stop you to sell shows, etc. almost borderline harassment. Pros: Location to downtown and Fremont, comfortable bed, quiet hotel room, good shower water pressure. Plenty of towels. I did sleep very well both nights. Chick-fil-A open till 2am. Great breakfast spots walking distance.

First time staying there with my friend and I was impressed. Very clean and neat. Felt safe having to use a key card to get into the elevator and to our room. It was quiet and barley heard any noise from Freemont. Super close to Freemont which was great. The pool was amazing. I would say that they need more servers at the pool. Overall this is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the Las Vegas strip and to be on the old strip and to save a little money.

This is my second time staying at the golden nugget in 7 years and would recommend anyone looking to stay in Fremont street to do the same. The location is central to everything you need with a fantastic selection of food and drink options available inside and by far the most amazing pool experience I have had through the shark tank. Great steak places available and tasty cocktails available.

1. The first receptionist promised us an upgrade to end suite for free. We tipped her and left because the room was not ready yet. 2. The second receptionist checked us in but said there was no upgrade. Apparently the upgrade was removed after we left!!! We eventually paid extra for a higher upgrade because nothing else was available anymore. She kindly gave us a lower upgrade price and gave us food credits for both of our rooms. We tipped and left. 3. The third receptionist told us we only had food credits in one room instead of both rooms. Had to explain a lot to get that promised credits back. The receptionist suggested us to REMEMBER the NAME of the receptionist next time so they can check who promised it to us. SURE!!! I’ll remember all your receptionists’ names next time and have them write down what they promised and sign it!

I was in town for an event and had reservations here. Check-in was busy, but the kiosk system went pretty well and there were staff members assisting. My king room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was quick to respond to a request for more water. My only room complaint was that the shower soaps were missing, with the exception of the conditioner. We had a bit of a snag at the bell hop desk due to an unpleasant employee not wanting to help us. Although, management took care of it and we were all good. Love the Starbucks, store and restaurants in and around the hotel. Overall, great experience.

Our king room was very nice. It had a leather sectional in it. My view was of the parking facility but it didn't bother us at all. The only negative was that the safe wasn't locking after 1 day and we use the safe. Be prepared for high resort fees. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The location in the middle of the Fremont Experience was great! Good restaurants here too.

This luxurious hotel, conveniently located near Fremont Street, offers great views of the street from our room. The hotel’s direct exit on Fremont Street is convenient. The staff is kindness and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the affordable and amazing laundry service. The pool and Shark Tank are fantastic amenities for families, and the smooth elevators and room service add to the overall comfort.

We stayed at the Mandalay for 2 nights on the front end of a trip to Zion and Bryce. We chose it specifically for the pool and kid friendly reviews so please bear that in mind - we were traveling with two kids under 8. Parking is very easy (paid lot with elevators) and you can go in and out with your room key. Overall, the check-in experience was a bit rough (we paid for early check in between 11-2 which wasn't able to happen and we did not check in until after 4 pm) though others in our group had their early check in work out promptly at 11. The rooms were nice enough (not luxurious but again, the focus here was more on the pools) - we had a suite with a pull-out bed for kids which worked great. The view of the strip was also an unexpected blast for the kids as was the large jet tub. The hotel is busy with lots going on so keep that in mind when you're doing anything here (lots of restaurants, a full casino that you have to walk through to get to parking, multiple pools, etc.) that you'll be contending with many people. The pool was great. We bought an inner tube and the kids loved the lazy river and the wave pool's shallow end. That was a highlight for them on the trip. The drawbacks here are mostly: busy casino that you have to walk through, farther walk to the strip to eat out or see sights. The pros? Definitely the pool(s) and a fairly high number of families at the Mandalay so you don't feel too weird dragging kids around. It's also a great value.

Dear Management, I am currently a guest at the Mandalay Hotel and am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. I recently became ill and had to be rushed to the hospital, where I was informed that my blood sugar was low. Upon returning to the hotel, I attempted to eat something and called room service to ask if there was a break room or area where I could warm my food. I was told there was not. I also had to repeatedly request a refrigerator to properly store my migraine medication and injections, a basic accommodation that should have been provided without hesitation. Meanwhile, the in-room refrigerator is fully stocked with overpriced items, marked up nearly tenfold beyond reasonable cost. This feels like blatant price gouging, especially toward guests in vulnerable situations. As someone who has recently returned from overseas deployment, I expected far better care and empathy from an establishment of this reputation. The lack of compassion and unwillingness to assist a guest with medical needs is deeply troubling. Based on this experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this hotel, particularly to my fellow military brothers and sisters. It's all about the money. Do not stay here!

So nice to be back at Mandalay! Love the classic Vegas vibes.. Room was super comfy with an awesome view! Service was excellent. Our kiddo loved the lazy river :) special shoutout to Justus in the concierge and Jib at the bell desk. Bonus: music was great throughout our stay & highly recommend checking out Hope Road well it’s here on location.

Yea, don’t stay here. I’m here right now. Booked a room weeks in advance. Knew I would be traveling in from the east coast late at night… so did mobile check in so I could go straight to my room…you can imagine my surprise when I get there THE NEXT DAY AFTER MY RESERVATION DATE to see my room status as still being prepared… so had to go down to the front desk and wait in line for them to tell me they don’t have the room I reserved weeks ago available so gave me a bit of credit and a worse room. Sweet. As mentioned I get there after midnight and just want some water and to go to bed. Have fun, the waters in the room are $18 a pop and if you go get your own water elsewhere, you can’t even use the fridge in the room. Decal on it saying it’s sensor activated and if you use it you will be charged $50. You can’t even make the cheap coffee in your room without being extorted for $16. On top of that the decor is aged out, all the amenities and electronics look from the 80s and I tried to call ahead to see what was up with my room, and guess what, they don’t answer the phone. You get better quality at a dollar motel on the side of a Kansas dirt road.

Great place, lot of fun. Pool water and lazy river were cold though. Brrr. Food unbelievably expensive. Security is tight to get into pool area so safety is a priority which is good. We had a great time and will come back again. Get your souvenirs on the strip. Not a lot to choose from in hotel. Great restaurants

We stayed here for a couple nights. Im actually really glad it was only a couple. At first I walked in and was delighted with our queen suite. It was very spacious and everyone was very kind at check in. But shortly after noticed the cleanliness of the room was downright bad. I took pictures because I was actually shocked how there was black mold in the shower, every time I took a shower I wanted to rush out because it felt gross. The baseboards were very dirty as well as the floor next to it and the walls were very dirty as well. It seems like the room hasn’t had a proper wipe down in a good while. The sheets were clean but they never changed them. They only remake the bed after you sleep in it. I thought it would be a nice change from staying at Caesar's Palace normally, but truly regret that decision. Check out was supposed to be a breeze as you can click a QR code and check out, but kept saying check out failed. So we had to go wait in a long line just to check out. Im sorry but this was a complete steer clear for us again. I really wished we had a better experience.

Definitely a sign of changing times not used to this new electronic AI era we're living in, being 60+ I've always been used to standing in a line to checking in at a counter then receive my card or keys. On this journey, we had to check-in at one of many little kiosks then go to the other side of the room to a tablet to get and activate our room card/key, which got even more complicated. Once we got in the correct elevator I pushed our floor number and it wouldn't go anywhere ( yes it's a safty feature geared to protect the guests) we did discover we had to use our key card to activate the elevator wow 🤣 Yes, it's been 10 years since I last went to Las Vegas, but I still domestically travel a lot and always have a microwave, coffee maker and sometimes a refrigerator in my room. I was disappointed that there wasn't even a coffee maker in our room ☕️ 🙁. Furthermore, many casinos offered a coffee /soda buffet complementary. I discovered not only has Excalibur not got one, but apparently many hotels have removed them 😲 This is very sad added expense, because with that during our weekend stay here at Excalibur Hotel and Casino sadly we saw only one cocktail server over by the game tables, not anywhere near slot machines. You're forced to go to their bars and spend $18 to $32 for 1 Cocktail or $10 for a soda grant you, on upward note they do offer a decent $3 Margarita drink. HALLS & ROOMS: The hotel is showing signs of age. It could do some updating throughout their halls and walkways and corridors, they are signs of better times gone by. Our room was very clean. The bathroom is slightly updated. We we're supposed to have a room with two king beds in the royal towers, but I'm sorry those were 2 Queen beds, not king beds that we paid for. We were on the south side towers of the hotel and yes, it is loud at night. Despite having blackout curtains, it was still quite noisy however the beds were very comfortable 🛌 😊 Overall our stay was quite pleasant.

We stayed in the older section of the hotel, which was cheaper, so our room was a little dank, but fine overall. By dank I mean there were some pieces of food on the floor and a cigarette on the windowsill (despite being a non-smoking room) when we arrived. However the room was still safe and comfortable for the trip. The location is truly the best part about this place, and for that reason I would stay again; you are right on the strip and can walk to just about anywhere, including T-Mobile arena. The buffet was well stocked and staffed, but the food quality was not reflective of what we paid ($50 each) so I recommend you visit a more recognized buffet if that is part of your Las Vegas itinerary.

Our third time here and ok convenient hotel. We had five room but sadly they could not accommodate us same tower or floor. As we all got different times but anyhow, we only met Rocio housekeeping from the resort tower 2nd floor she was incredible friendly and keep our room neat. We also interacted with Danielle in the pool area she was great as she cover both pools and everyone there she did amazing kudos to bartenders great flavor drinks.

Haven't stayed here in close to 15 years. Everything is, pretty much, how I remember it. Well kept, with good rooms and beds. The downsides are no microwave or coffee maker and their TV service is pretty bad. At least with the coffee, they sell a good cup at the base of the tower I was in (but I still had to get out of bed). This hotel is a good hub to explore Vegas from, at a reasonable price.

We love the excalibur and have stayed one other time. We got the newer remodeled room this time. The room was good and clean, the bathroom definitely could have used some remodeling but wasn't dirty, there was very little ventilation tho so the room smelled musty the entire time after showering. The arcade area is great for kids and the casino was hitting sunday night! We always use valet when we come to Vegas so it was frustrating to drive around for 20 minutes trying to find the valet and come to find out they got rid of valet and the bell hops that will load your luggage and store it. The website still saysbthey offer those services so just know they dont anymore. We had to unload all our own luggage, go find the bell hop desk to ask from a cart and then was told they couldn't store our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready so we were just standing around a ith 2 kids and a cart full of luggage for about an hour. And you have to take the cart back down when finished or be charged extra. But thats how they keep the prices where they are right now. All in all it was a great trip with a decent room for the price. We

This is not an accessibility friendly hotel so if you have any disability do not come here. You will not be treated properly. There's no in room ordering for food. It may see it every online but it isn't true. They comped our room credit for the food because they simply don't actually have in room dining. The buffet it worth maybe 13.99 a person but they charge 45.99 even though it says 30 online. There's no microwave in the rooms so they can get you to go spend more money downstairs. The rooms are old but usable. The setup is unbelievably confusing if it's your first time here. There's 3 people at the front desk to service 4k rooms. Parking is cheaper than average do that's nice.

We stayed in the Royal Towet which is somewhat dated. The beds and bathroom were clean though, which is the most important thing. If you are spending your whole trip in the room you're doing Vegas wrong anyway. The location is great because it's an easy walk to Luxor, New York New York and The MGM Park so there's lots of dining and entertainment options nearby. The staff was great. The pool was very nice. For only $25 we were able to reserve chairs with an umbrella in the Adults Only section and had a great time. For the price, this was a great value.

If you get the VIP experience, make sure you utilize the hotel vehicle service. We missed that detail and wasted money on Ubers. As of 10/25, Uber to the airport will run you around $50/ea. Other than that, this hotel is EXTREMELY clean. The food, whether at the hotel restaurants or the room service, is absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The casino was fun and had plenty of options for a fun experience. We attended a high-profile wedding held in the pool area, and it was the best wedding we've ever attended. Overall, the minimum rate room was around $500 per night and it was a luxurious experience. If you can afford it, give this resort a shot. They won't let you down.

We were really happy with our stay at Red Rock. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and well appointed, the bed comfortable. Our view of the mountains was beautiful. Loved the pool and facilities. Many restaurants at all price points. You can find bargains, like the Lucky Penny $5.99 cheeseburger and fries, or the "happy hours" 1/2 price pizza and appetizers at the Yard House. The entire resort was spotless. This is our go-to for a stay in Las Vegas from now on.

I absolutely love this place! It’s my favorite casino in Vegas. The décor and atmosphere are warm, inviting, and sophisticated. The bars and restaurants are exceptional, offering plenty of variety to satisfy even the pickiest foodies. The rooms are spotless, pleasantly scented, and feature a chic, classy design. If you’re looking to avoid the Strip, this is the spot I highly recommend.

Every year we attend the gmc training, our hotel defaults to this hotel. The staff failed to follow compliance. We used a business card for all 3 rooms and due to a late arrival we attempted to pay the same way for the 4th. After already taking the card for all 3 rooms, they did not allow us to pay for the 4th because the owner was not present which he was also not present for the prior 3 purchases. The gal at the seat 8pm was very interrogative questioning our credibility on how we paid for the 3 rooms. We provided the same information showing proof just for her to not accept the 4th room purchase. This is a complaint that will be going up to GM themselves. Future business is inconvenient and unprofessional as they failed to follow a process which could have prevented this issued. Instead of being proactive and trying to find a solution we were forced to pay with other means. Hotel management could have easily asked us to fill out a 3rd party authorization form like we did at resort world. You get what you pay for and the service most definitely reflected that.

I had my very first visit to the Red Rock Casino and Spa, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel completely at ease the moment I arrived. The spa offers a wide range of services, so there’s truly something for everyone — from massages and facials to relaxing amenities that make you want to stay all day. I booked a massage with Lena, and it was easily one of the top three best massages I’ve ever had. She has an incredible touch, perfect pressure, and an intuitive sense of what your body needs. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely renewed. For a first-time experience, I was impressed by how spotless and serene the facilities were from the plush robes to the calming lounge areas. I can already say with certainty that this won’t be my last visit. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious escape in Las Vegas.

The resort was amazing! I went there for a conference, and they did a wonderful job. Staff is amazing and so are the gentlemen that do the valet parking, they were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and it is a beautiful resort. I would like to come back for pleasure one day.

We stayed here with our family for 4 nights in the summer. I think they need to do a lot of updates on this building. I was surprised that so many things were broken. Our rooms washing machine, sink, dishwasher and microwave were all broken. I’m not kidding. The crazy part is I asked to switch to a room that wasn’t broken. Instead they had maintenance try & fix the appliances. It took a couple days for them to fix it. Still the sink would fill up with water & the microwave didn’t work. I went out to enjoy the pool with my kids as I couldn’t waste time on all this. I think for people that do the timeshare talk they give them the broken rooms? My husband & I were like, so you want us to invest in this? The day before checkout they had a leak in the ceiling & had a big section blocked off. When it rains it pours, LOL! Hopefully they did a full renovation on this place as they need a lot of help. But other than that it’s fun to swim in the pool. I’ll give this place 1 star because the lazy river was fun. If you want a camping style trip & don’t care about the appliances working in your room then this is the place for you! Also, I get it’s your job to respond to these reviews but it’s better when you respond to people the first night they stay with you so they have a good experience. Hope you can get some help with your hotel so others don’t have to experience this kind of stay. I don’t normally leave reviews but today I saw this ad come up on google & wanted to give some insight so if people book & are disappointed, they know what they signed up for.

Pool area and lazy river are awesome! Food options are great, especially Booze & Bites. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, well equipped. Location is nice to be away from the busy part of the Strip. Wish the shuttle went somewhere other then Excalibur, but better than having to Uber everywhere.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Poor Communication and Broken Promises at Tahiti Village I’ve been a timeshare owner for years, and I recently stayed at Tahiti Village in Las Vegas for what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, this trip turned into a series of miscommunications and disappointments. About a week before my trip, I tried to move my reservation from Saturday–Tuesday to Sunday–Wednesday. I had a hard time reaching anyone who could help. After finally speaking with a woman named Leanna, she assured me the date change would be “no problem.” However, when I called again to confirm, I was told the change hadn’t been made and that the staff responsible weren’t working that day. Because of that, I had to rearrange my other plans and still arrive late — something I had already informed them about. When I finally checked in, they didn’t have the large room I had originally booked and only had a medium one available. We had to move rooms the next day, losing even more time from our vacation. The front desk extended our stay one day to make up for it, which I appreciated, but the inconvenience was significant. During our timeshare “update” presentation, I shared all of this with the staff. They agreed it was unacceptable and promised us a free week stay so we could redo our vacation the right way. That sounded fair — but it’s now been three weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups and texts, I still haven’t received anything. Every time I reach out, I’m told, “I’ll check on it,” and nothing happens. As a loyal owner, I expected much better communication and accountability. I’m disappointed that the resort and sales team made promises they didn’t keep. I hope management sees this and reaches out to resolve the issue — I’d love to be able to update this review with a positive outcome. I called the number given and they did not resolve me issue. I once again was told that someone would call me back. Please stay away from this property!

The pool area is a highlight the lazy river with its sandy beach-style entry is a favorite among guests, and there’s also a quieter adult pool for those looking to unwind. Plus, the resort provides a free shuttle to the Strip, so you can enjoy the action without being surrounded by it.

Loved this place! We didn't bring our kids our first time coming here. But we plan on coming back and bringing them. Our room was very clean, modern and spacious, the lazy river was so relaxing. We didn't get a chance to try any of the pools yet. The location is not super close to the strip, if you want that, but we were fine ubering to and from when we needed to.

I had high hopes from Tahiti Village. The main attraction is the tiki themed environment. It’s not even winter yet, pretty hot outside and their main pool closes at 4 pm and lazy river is closed for the season. It’s still fall (not winter) so least mention the dates on your website so that people can book accordingly. How can people check in at 4 pm and then the pool closes at 4 pm as well? What rubbish policy! At least keep the pool open until 5 or 6 pm to allow the guests to check it out. After all, this is a resort, right? Not a regular casino hotel. The only reason I booked this hotel is because of the pool amenities and I wasted my money! I booked a balcony room and that is also on the second floor with a lackluster view. Even after requesting and booking. Now I have nothing to do and it’s a pretty boring place anyway! That being said, the apartment style rooms are spacious and they have kitchen and laundry amenities which are nice if you’re staying for a few days. And there are a few kitties on the property that melted my heart and convinced me to add an extra star to my review. If you’re staying for one night or staying for the pool amenities, this is not worth it! I wish I did an early check in. Overall, my first impression was bad and I was truly disappointed so I DO NOT recommend this place!

This is predominantly timeshares, but they also rent rooms out. It's a good distance to anything and their bar closes at 11. They have a shuttle, but that ends at 8pm, so you can't see a show and shuttle back. It's a 25-40 dollar uber/lyft/taxi anytime you go anywhere. Pool is lovely and has a lazy river. Good for families, but wouldn't stay there again.

I love ceasars as a hot spot. Haven't stayed here (rooms). But they have a great club! Know to get there at 9am. Lineup goes out the door. Once doors open though security is pretty good at letting ppl in-in a timely manner. There is a dress code but its a loose one. NOTE!!!! Pay attention to the drinks offered at the bar. A rum and coke in a regular glass is 21$ but the bartenders DO NOT OFFER IT- instead they immediately offer this massive sippy cup thats 68$ usd.

Family of Four Traveling the USA. We checked into Caesars Palace after checking out from The Palazzo, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The service at the front desk was unfriendly with no smiles or warmth. The man who checked us in seemed dismissive and somewhat rude, and he was also training another staff member at the time. We politely asked for an early check-in since we arrived at 2 p.m., but were told it would cost $35 plus tax with no flexibility. During our travels across Los Angeles and San Francisco, we stayed at Hilton, InterContinental, and Fairmont, and all of them were accommodating and welcoming, allowing early check-ins at no extra charge and some offering an upgrade. The interaction left a sour taste in our mouths from the start. There were no complimentary bottles of water provided upon check-in and no assistance with our luggage to the room, which we expected from a hotel of this calibre. The hotel itself feels outdated and tired, with a noticeable smell of smoke and weed throughout. The room lacks basic amenities like a shower cap or kettle, and they do not allow a fold-out bed for my son, which other hotels had no issue providing. There is also no concierge service available. We chose Caesars Palace expecting a luxurious experience, especially since the rate was higher than The Palazzo and The Venetian, but it fell far short of that. The service is poor, the hotel feels run down, and overall it does not live up to its reputation. We regret choosing this hotel and wish we had kept our stay at The Palazzo instead. Maybe our expectations were high, but I’d have to say by far I don’t rate this hotel.

It was my first time staying at Caesars Palace and it was a great choice. It's very central to all the main things we wanted to see on the strip. We were there to see a concert at the Colosseum and were pleasantly surprised to find the entrance to it directly opposite the elevators to our tower (Colosseum tower). The staff were very friendly and our whole experience there was fantastic. I will happily stay there again.

Parking can be tricky if you’re not staying there, you have to pay but once you go inside you’ll be amazed. It felt as if you were in another world. The ceiling is painted as if it’s sunset time and the interior is wonderful. If you think the outside looks good, wait until you go inside. It’s free to roam and walk around but definitely reserve at least an hour because this hotel is huge and you can easily get lost. Check out the pool too, it’s free if you wanna spend some time there during the day, it’s also really pretty to see even if you don’t want to sunbathe.

We checked in around noon and were charged a $35 early check-in fee since the standard check-in time is 4 p.m. Normally, I wouldn’t mind paying if the hotel was busy or if they had to rush to get the room ready, but that wasn’t the case here. It was obvious our room hadn’t been used or freshly cleaned in quite some time. There was a light layer of dust on everything, and a letter on the desk about a pool closure that had already ended a week before our stay. It felt frustrating to be charged extra for early access to a room that was clearly just sitting there waiting. The room itself was very comfortable. It was far from the casino and didn’t face the Strip, which made it super quiet and nice and dark for sleeping. The downside was that it was about a 15-minute walk to the rideshare pickup area. Wheeling a suitcase that far through carpeted casino floors was not fun. One more note: nothing in the minibar is complimentary, not even bottled water or coffee. Everything is on sensors, so you’ll be charged if you move an item, even if you put it back unopened. The fridge is completely stocked with items for purchase, so there’s no space for leftovers unless you request (and pay for) a separate personal fridge.

We stayed here for 6 days and were really disappointed that housekeeping never came by once during our entire stay. For a hotel of this standard and price, we expected at least basic service like fresh towels and the room being tidied. The location and amenities are great, but the lack of housekeeping really brought down the experience.

Caesars Palace is not just a hotel — it’s a hotel-casino with a spa, more like a full resort. It’s a huge place that feels like an old, legendary city that everyone already knows. I think the price is totally worth it for the quality you get. The room I stayed in was very clean, quiet, and free of any cigarette smell. Even the casino doesn’t have that strong smoke odor like many others in Vegas. The hotel is always very busy, especially at the front desk. The check-in line looks huge and a bit intimidating at first, but it actually moves fast and the process is well organized. Check-out, on the other hand, is super easy and quick. Keep in mind that you’re paying resort prices here, so it’s good to know what you’re looking for before booking. If you prefer something more affordable, there are other hotels in Las Vegas without casinos or spas. But overall, Caesars Palace is in a perfect location, close to everything, and it’s definitely a great experience. Highly recommended!

My family stayed at the Flamingo this week, and honestly, for being the oldest hotel on the Strip, our rooms were surprisingly decent. I also booked the so-called VIP experience but never got any notification that it was approved, just the lovely surprise of being charged for it anyway. The whole reason I even tried the VIP package was to skip the long checkout line, but since I had no idea it went through, I ended up using the self check-in kiosk instead. The self check-in kiosk was very easy to use; I’m honestly surprised more people don’t use those. On the bright side, I got to check in two rooms two hours early for $20 per room, which was probably the best $40 I spent here (plus tax). The rooms themselves were fine, and they do have daily room service, which is a plus. But the showers… who designed these things? Half glass, half curtain, and 100% guaranteed to flood your bathroom floor. Also, shoutout to my floor neighbors who treated door-slamming like an Olympic sport well past midnight. Truly a display of dominance. All jokes aside, it wasn’t a bad stay. A few quirks here and there, but I’d stay again, just maybe without the “VIP” mystery charge next time.

We stayed here for our wedding and it was perfect. We got an amazing room upgrade and had a beautiful view. The hotel staff were all sweet and helpful. The burlesque show was AMAZING everyone should go. I loved Pinkys they have great drinks. The whole stay was amazing and the live birds seemed very happy and well cared for.

Find a better hotel. No microwave in the room and just a small mini fridge that barely works. No shower door so water just gets on the ground and weak water pressure. WiFi only allows two devices and you have to pay an extra $14.99 PER DEVICE if you want to connect more. Only one connection worked throughout our stay even after calling customer service to help us. Most of the outlets are loose so might have to mess with it or find a different one in the room. The room is clean and there were no lingering smells which is nice. There’s a safe in the room and the locks on the doors work. Staff seemed nice however the amenities- or straight up lack thereof- make it a rough stay. Also if you’re a light sleeper, don’t stay here as the music from the club nearby is constant lol

The beds and pillows are surprisingly comfortable so that’s ultimately why I gave the room itself a 5 star. However the room could use some better cleaning and definitely the rooms could use bathroom upgrades. The casino itself is on the busiest park of the strip and everything is so easily accessible. There is always security at the elevators and their newest restaurant Havana 1957 is delightful! Pool sucks though I must be honest… waist high, requires you to purchase decent seating and closes at 5!

I am staying in the Hilton Grant Vacation Flamingo. The location is perfect! The room and bed are super clean! The front desk staff are very friendly, especially Leo! He could remember my name! The shower supplies the shampoo, conditioner and body wash! There is a washer and dryer. There is a full kitchen with full size fridge plus a dishwasher! What a great place to stay!

I visited this location during my trip to Las Vegas, I cannot speak on the quality of the rooms as I stayed elsewhere however there is so much to see and do at this location that I spent several hours there and it did not include the casino experience. The live Flamingo outdoor area with waterfalls, fish, turtles and of course flamingos, was a great break from the hustle of the strip. The restaurant and bar staff was excellent and very personable. I would definitely include visiting this location if you are able.

The hotel is basic. It's nothing fantastic, but it's not dirty or bad. Just stay away from the pool. The rooms are fine. I had a 2 queen with high roller view. It was well kept and did its job. The showers, they're horrible. Water pressure was great but the bathroom got so wet because of the half glass half curtain thing they have going on that you need 3 extra towels just to soak up the water it will spit onto the floor. Food and entertainment within the hotel was ok. Nothing to write home about, but nothing was bad. The biggest thing I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THE POOL!!!! We got a bed in the water for the day. Sounded great. Ran $150 to reserve it for the day, not bad. You have to spend $150 while there, also not bad. But they will price gouge you like it's their only responsibility in the world. A bucket of beers (6) was $75. Would cost you $12 at CVS. We had a pregnant woman with us so she wanted waters, $60 for a bucket of small bottles. Nothing on the menu was great, but it was all well overpriced. They won't let you bring in anything. The sun was out for about 2 hours on a clear day before the building covered it up and it was just cold. The atmosphere was desperate and just not fun. All in all, it's worth the stay, but only if your plan is to sleep there and do stuff elsewhere. I cannot stress how bad the pool was. Spent about $700 for 2 hours of sun and a bad experience. And to be fair, it wasn't the staff. They don't make the prices, and they were kind. Location is decent, and pricing wasn't bad. Just stay away from the pool and enjoy the rest of the town.

The ventilation in my room looked like fur was coming out of it. I have dust allergies and asthma. We were moved to a different room with a less dusty vent. I ended up wearing a face mask in the room to lessen my sneezing. Worst hotel stay I ever had in 10 years of visits to Las Vegas.. I was sick the whole time. They have no machines to check points earned, comps, gifts or anything. You have to go to the desk and ask someone. The rooms have conduit wiring for a ceiling light, there are no refrigerators in the room and no ice machines or vending machines on the floor. This place is a throwback in time. The food was so expensive, 1 slice of pizza was $20. Just one slice no drink. Only 2 places to eat that had dining rooms. All other eateries had shared seating which was often full. My husband was charged $15.95 for a regular size bag of doritos, bottles of water and soda ranged from $4.95 to $6.95. We went to the desk to print out our return airline tickets and were told they could not help us with that. All other hotel do it with no problem. There was some good stuff (Starbucks) but being sick due to air quality negated that. Never ever will I stay at MGM Park. I am so dissapointed. I think I have ptsd from my stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Park MGM. The smoke-free environment made a noticeable difference and gave the entire hotel a fresh and relaxed atmosphere. The location was ideal for exploring other hotels and walking along the Strip. Taking the tram to the Bellagio was easy and made it convenient to catch a show there. The pool area was spacious during the weekdays, with plenty of shade and comfortable seating. We especially appreciated the loungers placed directly in the water. There were many great food options throughout the hotel. Prices were a bit high, but that is to be expected in Las Vegas. Our green room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a large shower and a clean, well-kept feel. We slept very well using earplugs. Even though there were concerts nearby, we did not hear any noise from outside. The only sound came from our neighbor through the connecting door, but it did not bother us. We also visited the fitness center, which was well equipped and offered fresh towels along with a water station. Each floor had a vending machine for drinks and an ice machine, which was very convenient. The only thing we missed was a complimentary mini fridge in the room, especially with the warm weather outside.

Only saw the casino and food court, but I was impressed. Tucked back from the strip a bit is a smoke free paradise. Just past NYNY towards the back. You can cut thru the Eataly. Property is new and fresh. Similar vibe to other MGM properties. Friendly dealers. Good spot, I'll be back to explore on my next trip.

Great location, very clean property and being a no smoking property is a plus. One of our favorites to stay in, comfortable beds and rooms. Best Friends and Bavette’s are our favorite restaurants to eat at here. NYNY, Aria and Cosmo are accessible easily, and the tram is also nearby to go to bellagio.

I recently stayed at the Park MGM for a conference at the ARIA. My company booked our rooms here due to its smoke-free policy and convenient connection to the ARIA. While I appreciated the idea of a smoke-free hotel and Casino on the Strip, that’s about the only real positive I can mention. My room was extremely outdated, with horrible red accent walls, dingy stained carpet, and an overall feeling that it just wasn’t very clean. The decor felt old-school and uninspired which included a weird chain light fixture hanging over the table. Everything about the room made it feel neglected and in need of some serious updating and attention to cleanliness. The room was also lacking some of the more standard amenities. No mini fridge. No coffee maker. The location is fairly convenient to other spots on the Strip, but honestly, that’s not enough to make up for how tired and uninviting the rooms are. If I ever came back to Vegas, I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again.

I gave this water park a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The bag-check in the front was easy with no real wait and they let us take our 16 quart cooler of water. We showed our digital tickets and then went to Guest Services so they could check us in and show us to the Cabana. We booked Cabana number 23, which was super convenient since it was close to the wave pool and the lazy river entrance. The cabana service was fantastic, though we did lose our shade in the afternoon. The floor got pretty hot, so definitely bring some shoes! The slides were a blast, but the line for the yellow tube slide was over an hour long, though the lifeguards did keep us cool by splashing water on us. The mat racing slide was a hidden gem with a shorter line and tons of fun. Food and beverages were on the pricier side. Our bill for four adults and two kids came out to over $400, and the souvenir cup and refills were more expensive than advertised. There was a sunscreen station, but I could not find the showers. You can't take beverages into the lazy river. Parking is $10, and handicap spots fill up quickly. Overall, we had a good time and would recommend it, just keep these tips in mind for the best experience and be prepared to spend some money!

May 2025 : We enjoyed our visit to Cowabunga Bay Water Park. My kids were able to go in for free because of the 3As grades promotion. Thank you, Cowabunga. We enjoyed the Surf a Rama wave pool and the Breaker 1-9. So far, all the staff I interacted with are helpful and friendly. June 2025 Update: Went back again today to use our Pogo Passes... My family and I had a wonderful time. All the employees were great!

Our girls and I had a lot of fun like we always do every year but a few differences with this year. The pools were not as clean as usual, and so much construction around. The lines for the food places to order were not too bad, but waiting for our food took longer and it was not good, especially it was really hot. The shower waters were very hot for some reason.

Located in the heart of Henderson, first time visit, wife wanted to check it out, way cheaper if you buy the tickets ahead if time, if you are planning on visiting more than once go ahead and purchase the season pass you’ll get 15% off on everything you purchase in the park. Let’s just say that the park has a lot of young adults staffing this site and some maybe a little immature. Loss one start of this action, and the Lazy river isn’t so lazy, jammed packed fun, list of activities start with Marco Polo and endless splashing and running around. Plus the water was a little less than expected with the cleanliness. Will I return again? I may visit their second location although this one had the higher rating.

We love going to Cowabunga in the summer! We always use our Pogo Pass to go once and then make sure to go a few more times too. So fun for all ages and we always have to get Dip N Dots while we are there too! One of our favorite places to make summer memories and keep cool!

#cowabunga was a fun event I'll cherish for many years. Along with my pina colada drink (cheers!). I didn't go on the slides. However, the lazy river was very relaxing. The staff were very kind with directions. I was a bit sad that outside food isn't allowed, but I'm sure there were reasons.

This water park is family-friendly with a great wave pool and plenty of rides. However, the staff needs improvement. The slide line workers were disorganized, causing long wait times. Overall, a fun place, but better staff management would enhance the experience.

Already miss sitting in the pool each day with a drink in hand. And amazing pool experience. Only thing id change is that the tubes aren't $35 even for hotel guests.

This was the longest god damn lazy river I have ever floated. That hot tub was nice, and since it was like 100° and sunny in the desert no one else wanted to be in it so it felt quite private. Got some snacks at the snack shack, very well priced considering the location and the convenience.

Loved this pool! Limited hours open, and a line at opening each day, but there is plenty of space to find a spot. Love that they have loungers, showers, plenty of restrooms, bars, and you can order food. A suggestion would be to add misters, heat up the hot tubs, and provide tubes for use with the lazy river.

Great pool complex with a great lazy river. But bring your own tube. Because they don't rent tubes, they do sell them but they are $35 a wack. And that's a ridiculous price IMO

The pool can get crowded even on weekdays. They do not provide inter tubes so you have to buy them. 3 pools one hot tub and a lazy river

Our family, including two kids (ages 5 & 7) had a great time at the pool in mid-March. Renting a day bed or cabana is worth it! Very clean property and polite staff. The only downside was the lazy river had only been open one day so there wasn't enough time for the heater to make the water warm. The heated pools were great for a 70° spring day.

We rented a daybed with lounge water chairs. It’s near the waterfall which is amazing for ambience and getting cool on a hot day. Tip, buy large size alcohol drinks..it’s a better deal! We had Joey as our host and he was amazing. He has been there forever and he knows menu, drinks and the best places to be depending on what you’re looking for. He smothered us, in a great way, with his service and will totally take care of you. Can bring a reasonable floaty or purchase one. Book early or show early for a free chair. Ps, if it says reserved on a chair or bed, don’t just feel entitled to sit and kick back wherever, it’s not cool and makes the conversation uncomfortable. Yes, lady sipping a modelo with a straw and her “old man” with a bad mullet. Peace and love ☮️❤️

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent, with easy access to many attractions via the skywalk. The hotel itself is impressive, featuring multiple restaurants, shops, a casino, and entertainment options. My room was beautiful and clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Check-in was an absolute nightmare thanks to Maya in VIP check-in. She should never be allowed to be face to face with anyone ever. She was rude and dismissive and completely unprofessional. She interrupted us constantly and was combative about everything we asked. Completely unacceptable. If I was looking for a reason not to return, Naya would be the only reason. Erica by contrast was the absolute sweetest, loveliest person. She made check-in a breeze and made me feel welcome. She is a top team member and should be commended for her excellent service! My only minor issue with the room was receiving a city view instead of the fountain view I had booked, but as I spent little time in the room, it didn't detract significantly from the experience. The hotel's lobby and elevators are stunning, featuring beautiful digital art displays. I will certainly stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, in a great central location on the Strip, and has several very good restaurants. But the service definitely needs improvement. Checking in was good, but only because I have Marriott Bonvoy status so we didn't have to wait in the exceedingly long lines. We tried to reach a concierge person using the house phone, but our phone didn't work. We reported it - never fixed. Then I used the mobile concierge but it took me about 10 minutes to actually get an answer to a simple question (& I'm a techie, so not user problem). Then I wanted a copy of our bill. The email from them had a link which I went to & filled in the info requested. Looked ok, said I'd get my copy within the hour. 8 days & 3 requests later I'm still waiting. And don't even try to call & talk to a human - i just lost 30 minutes of my life! Still no bill!!! 😡

I have stayed in alot of the strip casinos, honestly this was my first stay at the cosmo and we loved it. I can totally say they have the best services on casino floor, gambled for hours never wanted for a drink. I went to gamble in 8 casinos on this trip and only 1 other did I even get offered a drink. Rooms and clean and in great shape. They have awesome restaurants, really nice VIP lounges if you can get in and lots of easy to locate bathrooms. This will definitely be a top choice for us!

I recently stayed there (From Oct 25-28). Was upgraded since my original room was not ready at check-in. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and professional. The hotel is located in the middle of the strip so easy access to most of the other hotels if you wanted to walk to them. Will definitely consider this hotel again whenever the next time is that I come back.

I had an amazing stay at The Cosmopolitan! The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable — everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view was stunning. I had an absolute blast staying here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel

I’ve been staying at the cosmo annually since 2017. The standard of service has fallen off a cliff over the years. It’s “ok” but no longer a 5 star place. Things I’ve recognized - so many of the staff are completely checked out. On their phones, gazing off into the distance, giving checked out energy. Not dialed in at all. The staff energy is not there and it has to be at a 5 star hotel. - general maintenance and cleanliness is not there. Back to back years now my room has had random issues - this year the faucets leaking, last year the floor was wet and they literally had a dehumidifier in the room on arrival. Again this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel? - check in process is insane - this is a hotel, the main job is to check in guests. For the last two years it’s like the staff has no idea how to use the system, like they are using it for the first time - check in takes 30+ minutes, it’s just unbelievable really. That’s it for me.

The Cosmo bills itself as a luxury hotel, but lacks luxury amenities and service. Check-in during normal hours involves standing in a massive queue for 30+ minutes, to be greeting by a staff member who would clearly rather be anywhere else. Even the VIP check in area massive groups of people waiting. Left your key in your room? Another 30 minute wait to get it resolved. Standard room service? For a $10 service charge plus automatic gratuity, it comes in a takeaway bag, unless you want to pay an additional upcharge for basic table service. Tips on top of the automatic gratuity are expected, regardless. The rooms were fine, but lacked basic amenities, like robes and slippers, and good toiletries. I assume these could be provided on request, but these things should be standard at a higher end property. I definitely won’t be staying at the Cosmo the next time I find myself in Vegas.

Stayed at the Luxor and loved the experience! The room was spacious, spotless, and bed/pillows super comfy. No fridge or microwave unless you pay extra, but honestly, I didn’t miss them much. The iron came in clutch for a quick outfit refresh after unpacking! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Allegiant Stadium, and the hotel connects to two others, so you can easily hop between shows, restaurants, and casinos without ever stepping outside. Every staff interaction was top-notch — friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel extra special. Definitely a fun and convenient spot for a Vegas getaway!

I recently stayed at [luxor hotel & casino] and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to major attractions, making travel very convenient. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and tasted delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were not cleaned. Sheets were changed next day with dried blood on it. You have to pay for the fridge. It was delivered with a short in the cord. Several strands of hair in bathroom sink from housekeeper after room was cleaned. Towels was clearly used . Felt like a days Inn. Was given a choice to change rooms to the newer rooms. Told to come back in the afternoon , when i did was told all rooms were booked. Service was better. Jay at front desk was accommodating as much as possible. Overall stay was good but for all the issues was a rip off. Money that was paid good have been spent in a holiday Inn. I hope they get it together especially after making millions in a day. Service and accommodations has to match what there charging

People make an difference and across the board the Luxor staff was wonderful. From the pool, gym, cafe, security, reservations to reception. Staying in North Tower was convenient. Se enjoyed access to Bodies. The pool was nice and I wished I could have enjoyed a lounge for my short fresh air breaks but would have to pay a rental fee. The room and view was nice but really needed coffee in the room.

We just returned from our first time in Vegas and stayed at the Luxor. We really like our Priemium King room which was spacious and clean. Daily towels and general cleaning were done. Diablo's Cantina was our go to supper place. Prices were reasonable and service was excellent, very quick and friendly staff. Pyramid Cafe was also reasonable and staff friendly. Portion sizes at both were fairly large. We also enjoyed interacting with Joe out front while getting taxis. He was funny and very personable. The only draw back was the people asking you constantly about the timeshare they were promoting. Other than that our stay was excellent!

The hotel is maybe a touch dated now, but the sheer architectural marvel of the pyramid is something to behold. It's somewhat reminiscent of Dr Who's TARDIS, in that it looks smaller from the outside than when you are within the huge structure. The pyramid rooms are very well sound-proofed, and the check-in experience is very good for those with MGM or Marriott Bonvoy status. One slight issue is that the standard time to not have a refrigerator, making storage of medicine or drinks difficult.

We had an amazing stay at Wynn Las Vegas! The property is absolutely stunning — elegant décor, gorgeous floral displays, and everything feels so luxurious. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and super comfortable with beautiful views. Their service is top-notch too — staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. My colleagues and I were in town this week for a business seminar (CEMA), and after a few days in Vegas at another hotel, we decided to make a big upgrade and get a really nice room at the Wynn on Wednesday night, expecting an improvement in both experience and service. Unfortunately, my first impression of the casino itself was far from what I anticipated from a resort with such a strong reputation. The hotel rooms were, without question, beautiful — modern, spacious, and comfortable. It’s the one aspect of the stay I’ve been genuinely impressed with. However, that’s where the positives end. After dinner in the food court, my friends and I stopped by the casino floor to play some roulette. All the tables were empty, so we figured it would be a good chance to relax and have some fun. The plan was to only play a few spins before heading back to the room.. It was my first time gambling at the Wynn, and after waiting nearly 20 minutes for the dealer and pit boss to verify my identity and return the money I had handed over to buy in, I was completely disappointed. I was backed off from all drinks and removed from the table before even placing a single bet. In the end, the pit boss admitted that they were wrong and that the whole situation had been a mistake — but by then, it was more about how I was treated than the mistake itself. If you’re planning on playing at this casino, I recommend getting a players card to avoid going through the same headache. I also suggest double-checking that you’re being paid correctly, as I witnessed one of my colleagues almost be significantly underpaid after winning a big bet. This is the first time something like this has ever happened to me at any casino, and it’s unfortunate that it happened at the Wynn on my first stay.

This is the most luxurious hotel on the strip. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The floor to ceiling windows make any view spectacular. The bathrooms provide any possible need, an abundance of towels, two makeup mirrors, lots of space and even a scale (keeps you in check to avoid over indulging—haha). Robes and slippers are provided during your stay. Alexa is there to cater to your basic room needs: temperature, drapes/sheers, lights, and TV controls. Minor details matter and the Wynn has anticipated them. Security is solid. Not only do you have to scan your key to go to your room, but there is actually a security guard enforcing it. No tailgating allowed. The restaurants at the resort are all top notch, from casual to 5-star dining options. My favorite is the buffet, which is comparable to all other high end buffets in Vegas.

Beautiful property with lush and mature landscaping. Quick ride share drop-off at the South Gate entrance, which took me immediately to the meeting rooms entrance. Check the map to find the closest drop-offs for parking/valet if you’re going to a meeting room/convention. My friend didn’t and ended up parking at the Encore, which was a long walk. We had a banquet luncheon and the meeting rooms are at the opposite end of the property, closer to Sands ave. Inside, there were comfy chairs in the hallways; I sat there while I was waiting on the event to start. Once inside, the dining tables were perfectly set up to see the stage and the speakers. Food was served buffet style, yet staff was there to help every step of the way. A server even opened my can of soda so I wouldn’t break my nails. The food was perfectly placed and looked so pretty, like a picture! We had a Mexican style lunch and the fajitas and salad were yummy! Sound quality was excellent and there was even a staff member there to assist, as needed. Overall, a very luxurious experience!!

Beautiful hotel on the north end of the strip. Rooms were modern with an iPad controlling everything. Staff was wonderful and the place was constantly being clean. No tables under $25 that I saw fyi but the clientele I imagine is on with that. Right near the Sphere so you could walk there if you wanted to see a show- which I highly recommend.

One of the top resorts in the Vegas Strip by far. They have the best setup for all - be it business or pleasure. Rooms do have amazing views, especially from 40+ floors. You can be lucky if you’re getting the Sphere view. Ground floor is full of casino slots. The pool area is also amazing to spend some time with a nice drink. Very lively atmosphere, even after midnight. The flower garden and the Maclarens will catch your eye for sure. Even if you are not staying, make sure to visit the lobby. Must watch place if you’re visiting Vegas.

We visit Las Vegas quite often—at least twice a year—and have stayed at many of the major hotels on the Strip. Without a doubt, Wynn is our favorite. During our last trip, we stayed in the Wynn Tower Parlor Suite, and everything was exceptional from start to finish. The service is truly top-notch: responsive, professional, and it’s clear the staff genuinely care about their guests. The attention to detail, comfort, and overall experience really sets Wynn apart from the rest. One of the highlights of staying on the Tower side is access to the private pool area—much quieter and more relaxing than the main pools at other hotels. If you’re the kind of traveler who enjoys unwinding at the hotel rather than battling crowds, the Tower rooms or Tower Suites are well worth it. The entire atmosphere feels more serene and elevated compared to other properties we've tried. Even though Wynn is located a bit further down the Strip, we honestly prefer it that way. It’s less chaotic, and the overall vibe is just on a different level—luxurious, calm, and well-managed. We’ve reached the point where staying anywhere else in Vegas doesn’t really compare. Highly recommended if you're looking for a refined, relaxing Vegas experience.

Spent an entire day here. Valet parked and didn't know where to start so found the Bartender in the casino because they have the answers!!! Order breakfast (Bloody Marys) and got the scoop while playing the odds. After sometime, we were off with our suggestions for lunch. Found the Conservatory - Beautiful and our lunch destination Sadelle's. We took our servers suggestion and had the Smoked Salmon. I have say: The Best!!! Yum! Then we went and just had fun in the casino and beyond. There's just so much to take in. Dinner was at the Mayfair. The dinner and show was wonderful! Those dancers know how to bring it to the stage. The headliner singers were fantastic! A great way to end our night.

Had a fantastic experience here in a fountain view room on the 26th floor. With views onto the strip, we could see Ceasars, the Sphere, High Roller, Paris, Eiffel Tower and beautiful sunrises. The rooms are ample and well equipped, restaurants in abundance, with a favourite Spago for that special occasion (see my review). Fantastic 55m main pool plus two others, and hundreds of sunbeds so always available. The conservatory display is fabulous. Ample and very inexpensive self parking in their own multi storey car park. Oh and there is a casino somewhere around also !! A very special experience. Lots of energy in the hotel with masses of people which we didn't mind. For balance, room service was poor...sinks not cleaned, carpets not vacuumed, seems as Brits, by not leaving a 10 dollar bill on the side each day, we could not expect the basics to be done. But didn't spoil our overall enjoyment of this great hotel.

The Bellagio is a nice hotel conveniently located mid Las Vegas strip. It features many different amenities and sites like the beautiful lobby ceiling, the seasonal garden, a beautiful and extensive pool area, the worlds second largest chocolate fountain, and of course the iconic fountain show. There are many great restaurants to choose from and an assortment of great shops (though a lot of the same shops can also be found in many other resorts). It is also pretty easy to access the rest of the strip from here as it connects the Caesar’s Palace via bridge going north and there is a free monorail that will take you south as far as Park MGM which also connects Aria and Cosmopolitan. While the common hotel areas are beautifully up-kept the rooms leave something to be desired. They are dated and tired and the in room amenities are not as extensive as some of the other higher end hotels on the strip. Overall it was a bit disappointing considering the price you pay to stay here. The staff were nice and helpful and the service was always great. While I think it is worth staying in if you are just wanting to try the experience once or are just trying out different hotels on the strip, there are much better choices that offer a lot more in this price point and in some cases for even less than you would pay here. My favorite hotel to stay in. The location is the best, the rooms are clean and include nice amenities, and turndown service adds a special touch. Though the casino is not smoke free, they do a great job of cleaning the air. It never smells like stale smoke like some other hotels. Finally, the heated, year-round pool and hot tub is a major perk.

For the amount you pay I would expect the rooms to be extremely clean and no issues. There was some sort of spill that must've happened on the table next to the bed and it was obvious the side had never been wiped down. The bathroom ceiling had mold and the door didn't have a closing or locking mechanism. There is no sound proofing and you could hear every sound in the hallway. The were a million people in the lobby and had we not checked in online and got our key at the kiosk thing by the checkout we wold have waited for ages. The lines were blocks long in the lobby at the reception. The carpets were not very clean and the elevators were gross. For a t star hotel and the price you pay I would expect better. The buffet was the only highlight. My kid and I enjoyed that very much. I would never stay here again and would not recommend. No one helped us with our bags nor said a word to us that worked there.

This is still one of the great hotels on the Vegas strip. It has been for a long time. It seems they have not lost any of they're quality control over the years. The place is still really beautiful. There's a ton of stuff. to see here and the rooms are great. Located on a great part of the strip, all good. Lots of great restaurants also.

This place is definitely really fun for the kids. It's large ...so there's a lot of room for them to run around and the rides can definitely be exhilarating as well. A bonus to the place being so big and there being so much for the little ones to do is that they can tire themselves out. I have witnessed some arguments there, but have yet to see anyone get physical. The food is pricey, so make sure everyone eats beforehand and/or pack food. There are usually some places with shade available if you get the at a good time.

Bought the season passes for my kids and I while we stayed in Vegas for 3 weeks. It was totally worth the money. The rides are fun for both adults and kids. Chicken strips and fries were really good. Churros need some improvement though. I would definitely recommend it. Even with 118 heat, it was quite cool with the water plays.

Yaaaaaayy!!!! Had a great time! If you are a local, buy the season pass, if you can. It's double the price of the single day pass; for an additional price, you can add an endless drink cup that you bring with you every time. So you can definitely make the most of it. And you can use it at both parks!!!! Good eats and fun time for all!

Great water park. Clean, we’ll staffed, organized. We got a cabana which was fantastic. My only caveat is that I wish the slides would have more tubes available and that the staff would move the riders along faster.

Wet n Wild Christmas Town. Wet n Wild puts together a little Christmas Town while they are shutdown for the winter. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The lights were beautiful and they had other nice things to do. They had a an inner tube slide, a train, a light show, climbing wall, ice skating rink, and a paint ball shooting gallery. Everything was included in the price of admission except the paint ball. We had a great family time and enjoyed the lights!!!

We had a great time today! The staff was super friendly, it wasn't too crowded, lines were short and our cabana was amazing. There was lightning for a little bit, so we had to get out of the water, so the lifeguards set up and played a bunch of games in the grass with all of the kids. So fun and great customer service!! We will definitely be back!

Great place to take the kids while in Vegas! Clean, reasonably priced, and so much fun! Rides are appropriate for older youth and teens! Wave pool, slides, loops, and lots of water!!!!

We had a great time at the green valley, we found the staff to be very welcoming and attentive. We spent a day at the pool and our server at the pool was awesome I wish I had caught her name. She gave us some dinner recommendations and kept checking on us, she was fantastic. Also both meals we had at lucky penny were great and the servers were wonderful. Valets were great and quick with our cars. We knew the room were dated so not an issue for us. We enjoyed the restaurants and Whole Foods close by. We would rec’d.

We come at least once a week to chill eat and game.... plenty to report but it is leeks a small getaway. We shall hold up and stay at some point-i hear they got tubs so yeah a definite necessity. The environment is great so there's no question is worth it and only a20 min. Stretch from the strip, mind you no fold cause am accident. Certainly pre track your maps to see if there are any incidents- there are other routes to tour. The food seen is from Borracha Mexican cantina and if you enjoy Mexican go ahead and call in a resv. The barria tacos-sweetheart goes after often the pre salsa and chips are great and I enjoy the light freshness of the shrimp ceviche.

Beautiful hotel away from the crowds of the strip and only 20 minutes ride from airport/strip/Sphere. Hotel is next doors to the District shopping area with great selection of shops and restaurants. We stayed 4 days and attended 3 shows and enjoyed the awesome pool. Professional staff throughout the hotel, caaino and facilities. Recommend this hotel to enjoy the best of Las Vegas without the crowds.

For the price, it isn't worth it. The spa was mediocre. I've had better massages and the spa facilities were clean but the sauna was pitiful and barely hot. Everything is way too expensive, except for the couple of things in the food court. The Italian place gave us what tasted like a 12 dollar bottle of Chardonnay at 50 bucks. I know a lot of places do this but I find it hard to forgive the headache I got from it. I don't know firsthand, but my partner thought the sushi place was overpriced for what it was The saving grace of this place is that the service is superb. All the employees seem happy and well compensated. If this place was cheaper and if they had a car service to the strip/Fremont, it could easily be 5 stars.

Green Valley Ranch Casino is beautiful inside and out! Super clean and spacious with tons of dining choices as well! We are locals and we love coming here. The staff is polite and friendly and the drink service is quick. Highly recommend green Valley Ranch Casino to anyone

On this particular visit, I had a disappointing experience that cost the resort both my time and my business. I first stopped by the sportsbook and waited in line for about seven minutes. When I finally reached the counter, I told the employee that I wanted to deposit money. She told me she couldn’t handle that there and directed me toward a “blonde lady at the end of the desk” who supposedly could help. I walked over, but there was no one fitting that description, and no one else offered to assist. I ended up getting back in line but eventually gave up altogether. Figuring I’d at least grab a bite to eat, I went to one of the restaurants. I stood there for several minutes, clearly waiting to be seated, but no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. At that point, I decided to leave. Between the lack of communication, inattentive service, and overall indifference from staff, Green Valley Ranch lost not only my time but also the money I was prepared to spend there that day Update *** Due to the fact that they have read my review and are addressing the issues I have updated from 3 to 4 stars . This was probably our 4 or 5 time staying at Green Valley and they never fail to impress! The customer service is above standard! ALL the employees seem to love their jobs! The rooms are clean the beds are comfy and I love the soaking tubs! Most everything you want is on the property,beach like swimming pools,spa,salon and massage area with sauna,steam room and jacuzzi.You can eat at the food court or a 5 star restaurant,try your luck in the casino,play in the arcade or even go to a movie without even leaving the property! And for you diehard Starbucks customers there are 2 on the property. And it's reasonably priced!! Try it! 🙏🏾♥️

Such an amazing resort, one of the best stays at Las Vegas, amazing pools, lots of restaurants and amazing staff Pros: Rooms at the Conrad were super clean with an amazing view floor to ceiling windows, spacious and the beds were very comfortable, housekeeping daily our room was always clean, rooms are well isolated. No elevator wait time, with 6 super fast elevators you hardly wait. Pools are super modern and the music and atmosphere is really good. The restaurant area is cool and has many varieties of cuisines. The casino is super fun and the staff are very friendly, fast service always asking if you need anything to drink. The gym is super clean and has all the needed machines. Just go to Alle 66 roof bar and check out the view at night and enjoy some drinks. Cons No coffee maker in the room and 2 large coffees will run you about 13USD + tips. The mini fridge is just a cooler it won't keep drinks cold enough to my liking. Shower water pressure was very weak I don't know if this was a temporary thing or just my room. Will be going back there for sure we had a great time and amazing service.

Everything you could want is pretty much here. Luxurious place. Nice layout. Great casino area. Great selection of food services including Juniors of NY. Conveniently across the street from the Peppermill, Dennys, Walgreens, and a couple of wonderful taco places. Not in the heart of the current strip, but is in the heart of the old strip which is being redeveloped.

Great location and easy to navigate hotel, late night restaurants readily available right next to casino. Didn't love that the entire property is cashless although I understand why they do that. Fashion show mall, convention center and street level strip and off strip restaurants walkable.

Worst experience. Don’t recommend anyone to stay at Conrad. These people charge you for full amount for king beds and strip view room but give Queen bed and city view instead with a simple excuse no other rooms are available. When complained to the manager, she said take It or leave it. She can give refund on the booking. How the hell someone can book another hotel on the spot at the busiest tourist destination on the weekend? Reception staff was not courteous and they were dealing differently with people of different skins. Full on racism display at the front desk.The staff at reception has zero skills as to how to greet guest, no smiles and swollen faces, doesn’t bother to explain why different room was given and attitude was up the roof.Brought that to the manager but she still didn’t bothered to address this major complain of racism as she knew what her staff was doing. To compensate, the manager on duty at time of check in told me that she will waive off resort fees for the duration of my visit and if they find any room that was originally booked, then i will be moved to that room with luggage assistance and resort fees will be discounted only for the night I stay in city view room. They took my number and advised that they will contact me if room is available. No calls from the hotel for the duration of my stay and at checkout they flipped and said that only one day resort fees will be waived and it was my fault that I did not go to reception to request for room change. They change their stories in a blink and have no courtesy or feel bad about their guest. They want guest to waste their time, stand in lines again and again to get answers or room change ( even when they said they will call me if room is available) and try to put it back on me as it is my fault. If you want to waste your money and spoil your mood along with your vacation do choose Conrad.

We stay in the Conrad section. Beautiful room, well insulated, heavy door. Decor is contemporary with great views. We like location as it is also close to Fountainbleu and Encore/Wynn. Less busy, less crowds on streets but still plenty of dining options in our hotel including Juniors. Great NYC based restaurant/deli and famous for their many cheesecake varieties. Peppermills is also across the street. All the modern slot machines including machine to reissue players card using your license.

The hotel is beautiful and clean with great service. They have a ton of food options, a great casino floor and bar. The crystal bar in the casino is my favorite. All of the bartenders are great but Beatrice and Aaron add a special touch of hospitality. Also an honorable mention to the cocktail waitress Michelin who always has a huge smile on her face and is so attentive. I highly recommend Resort World Hilton to anyone.

I'm sorry that I didn't take pictures of the room. The room was nice and clean. Draw backs were- small refrigerator I mean tiny, that barely kept cool even with the temperature on max. No microwave in the room. Updated new shower 🚿 head with poor waterflow. I will book again. Parking is $22 every time you leave.

We just stayed at the W, Las Vegas (Formerly The Delano) on Wed-Sat (Sept 10-13), for a 3 day getaway. I previously stayed here when it was the Delano, and liked the room very much. But to be honest nothing has changed, nothing was upgraded, nothing added, other than then the name. If you are going to brand your hotel as a W, then it should live up to that reputation. The beds are comfortable, and it is nice, as they are suites, and they offer the extra half bath, which is very convenient, but I think that's where it ends. No fridge, no coffee maker, no microwave, nothing. These are all items, that even many of the most basic hotels offer, but not here. Sadly. The staff were all courteous and professional, but no one went above or beyond. As far as the overall amenities, the location is farthest from the strip, but within the hotel at Mandalay, it has everything you might need, restaurants, the casino, shows, sports book, etc. The Beach at Mandalay is sublime, we went on Thursday and spent the entire day, it was glorious! The weather was perfect (91 degrees!) and it was not crowded, being mid-week, so we really had a great day, the service was good, and the price for our own lounge chairs w/ umbrella worth every penny ($120)! But everything here is on the higher end of the price range. So overall, I give it a 3.5 stars, out of 5.

The beds were very comfortable and the room itself was nice, but it could have been a little more modern and up to par with other W Hotels. Some of the furniture looked rough — the office chair looked like it had been through a bar fight, and the mini fridge they brought us (which they mentioned they usually charge for) looked like it was beaten with a baseball bat. The Bathhouse spa was completely booked up during our stay, so we didn’t get to experience that part. Also worth noting that there’s no separate pool for W guests — everyone shares the Mandalay Bay pool, which was absolutely packed with kids. It felt more like a crowded water park than a relaxing hotel pool. The lounge chairs were practically touching, and the whole area could’ve been much more spacious. I get that it’s Vegas, but it really feels like you’re being nickel-and-dimed for everything. There’s no microwave, and the in-room fridge can’t be used because it’s full of drinks you’ll be charged for if you move anything. We bought a bottle of wine downstairs and asked for a wine key — turns out it would be $14 for the key and $9 to bring it to the room, and they couldn’t even open it for us at the bar. The constant nickel-and-diming cheapened the experience and made it feel a lot less luxurious than it should have been. Service was also below average — staff didn’t seem to have much of a sense for hospitality or friendly service, which is disappointing for a W Hotel. Comfortable stay overall, but definitely not the best value or experience compared to other W properties. Pretty ironic for a hotel whose room phone says “Whatever, Whenever.”

We stayed in a Premier Suite, King at the W for just under 24 hours and really enjoyed it. The room had a little wear and tear but was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Having two bathrooms and the biggest tub I’ve ever seen was such a treat! My 6ft partner could fully stretch out! We even grabbed bath bombs from the nearby Lush store to make the most of it. One bummer is that nothing in the minibar is complimentary, not even water or coffee. And everything has sensors, so if you move something you’re charged, even if you put it back unopened. The fridge is packed with items for sale, so there's no room for leftovers unless you pay extra for a personal fridge. It’s not a resort like other properties on the Strip; there’s no casino or on-site restaurants, but it’s connected to Mandalay Bay, so you can easily use their amenities, including the pool. Loved how easy it was to get around too. The elevators to the rooms are right by the rideshare pickup, so no long walks through smokey casinos.

Overall a good stay and hotel is perfectly located for my needs (and short drive to airport). Only complaint is that I don’t think the cleaning staff turn over the rooms very well. I’m guessing if they perceive an item like a towel or sheet was lightly used they will not change it between guests and some of the towels, pillow cases and sheets had make up and other stains on them that clearly show they weren’t washed. Luckily they give multiple and I could use the more clean ones.

Just okay. Only stayed for one night here, but I felt the rooms lacked the level of luxury and sophistication I would expect from W Hotels. I don't think they have been remodeled in 10 years. I think W might be planning an overhaul within the next few years, but I am not entirely sure about the scale and timeline. The bathrooms felt particularly dated/aging. I am not personally a fan of the location of the hotel. While it does connect to Mandalay Bay, Excalibur, and Luxor, you are very far from the rest of the strip and will need to taxi or uber everywhere if you are without a car. Plus, if you want to stop by Fremont on your trip, it'll be $30+ one way due to the longer drive. I do like how close the elevators are to registration and the uber pickup. I appreciate how quiet the room was, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel itself is fine! The pool is fun and seems clean, and I appreciated that the lobby area isn’t as hectic as most hotels on the Strip. That said, I was extremely disappointed with their lost and found process. I contacted the hotel the day after I checked out to report a white dress I accidentally left hanging behind the bathroom door — a brand new dress I’d worn once for the Backstreet Boys concert. They told me nothing had been turned in. I know exactly where I left it, so it’s really disheartening to think someone may have kept it instead of reporting it. I just wish there was a bit more honesty and accountability.

Comfortable 1 bedroom unit with very clean and quiet rooms. Spend the extra 17$ and get the city view. Modern rooms and expansive bathrooms. Now for the bad: the ice machine was broken on the sixth floor but the elevator uses your key card to access your floor. It will not allow you to go to a different floor. So I called a service called whatever whenever over 2 hours later no ice ( went to a show but left a note on the door to leave the ice inside)no luck. I called back with a firmer tone they hung up on me! Twice .So much drama just to get ice! Eventually I took my ice bucket down to the bar on the first floor near check in to get my ice filled. I did report that the ice machine was broken on our floor but 2 days later it was still out of service. This should be called the ice bucket challenge! Line are long at check in also. $65.00 CHARGE if you store something in their room fridge on the empty shelf. Also the location is at the very beginning of the strip near the Luxor quit a distance from the main action. No microwave or fridge in the room also

I would rate this hotel about 3.5 stars. It’s conveniently located right off the strip. The property is clean, but it does feel a little dated. The fresh flowers throughout the hotel are beautiful, and the overall service is good. One thing I didn’t like: if you leave money out in your room, housekeeping will take it right away. Unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at, they don’t wait until the end of your stay. I usually leave a larger tip at the end, but since they take it immediately, it makes me wonder what else could be taken. On a positive note, the suite pool is excellent. It’s reserved only for suite guests, and the service there is amazing. They guide you to your seat, set up towels, and even bring aloe every hour. That part of the experience really stood out. Overall: I might stay here again if they improve housekeeping practices. The service in some areas is outstanding, but trust and consistency are just as important when choosing a hotel.

We just stayed here during our wedding anniversary trip and I was just so disappointed. I used to love this hotel but unfortunately the service has really gone down since Covid. When we checked in we mentioned it was our anniversary and they gave us a drink credit which was nice and thankfully it did cover the drinks we got because they were extremely expensive. I don't recommended ordering anything at the bar. Later in the night we asked guest services if we could have some water an they were really rude and directed us to the bar or the waitresses. We saw a waitress who had 3 water bottles on her tray. Instead of acknowledging us she chatted with her friend and then finally told us if we wanted water we had to gamble and she'd return to take our order. Like whatever happened to treating people as humans? We had gambled there all night and hadn't been approached for a drink and we just wanted some water but got treated like an animal. And then when leaving about 30 cars got stuck in the parking garage because the attendant wouldn't open the gate for them. I just wouldn't recommend staying here. Parking is so much, they got rid of the buffet we loved, the drinks are about $30 a piece. I recommend Palazzo, they treat you much better there.

I received an offer to stay at Aria for a reduced rate from MGM. The first thing I would mention about the hotel is that it is very upscale. I'm used to staying at Excalibur and Luxor and their aging rooms. It was nice to see a place that looked more modern. For my room, I stayed in a Stay Well King Deluxe. I liked the view I had of the city as well as the shower and soaking tub options. Service of the room was good too. Staff made sure to replace towels and even organized items so they weren't forgotten. One nice I also forgot to close door all the way and front desk was able to call me and let me know that it was a jar. Thanks for keeping me safe 🙏🏾 I had a good time at this hotel and would stay there again next time I'm in town.

I got a room at the aria because my brother told me it was really nice and i wanted to treat my girl to something nice for our anniversary. I got a room over looking the strip so we could take pictures with the view but the window was so dirty you could barely see the strip through it. The phone barely worked, when trying to call customer service it would just keep replaying a message telling you to press “8” wverytime you pressed the number. No one ever answered when we tried calling the concierge. There wasnt a refridgator persinal items only one with overpriced water that we were forced to drink since they cost the same as the ones in the store in the hotel. The television remote barely worked, they had no premium channels like hbo, only movie channels where none of the free titles worked, only over priced rental movies that we begrudgingly paid for. I dont understand why they dont have premium channels, we could have stayed at a budget hotel and had those. Also, i definitely paid for late check out through booking.com but we had to rush out at noon because they claimed i didnt and i ended up leaving expensive dress shirts in the closet hanging up. I was told to call lost and found but the number doesnt appear to work. I filled out a form but based on my experience so far i imagine that will be ignored. The casino was nice, we had a good time over all but the room was lacking and so was our customer service experience.

I don't know why Google shows this as a 5-star hotel. This has not been anything close to a 5 star experience for us but, probably because its Las Vegas. First off, we booked 3 rooms for 8 guests. The 1st guest was checked in 1-hr late and she arrived early. With 3 rooms booked 2-months in advance and she couldn't even get check into one of the rooms early let alone on-time. That was the first red flag. 2nd guest was checked in and their first set of keys didnt work so, they had to go back down to get new keys. When 3rd guest arrived front desk also provided keys that didnt work once not twice but by the 3rd set of keys its now 11pm and we are all exhausted and still dealing with all that! What a nightmare. Dont even get me started on their booking system. Seems outdated too. The front desk agents were apologetic but, I think they should have given some sort of credit but no, none given. As for our room it was just OK, the room wasnt 5-star clean and if you want a fridge for your own food/drinks you bave to request these items. Not even a coffee maker in the room?! We didn't have shampoo too, just body wash and hair conditioner so, I had to go buy shampoo at their shop downstairs for a very high price for a tiny travel size. They dont provide water bottles either. Every 4 & 5 star hotel "resort" I have stayed at has always provided unlimited water bottles and at least had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee maker, mini fridge. What is the resort fee per day even for??? All we got was a ton of grief. The rest of the stay has been ok so far. We will see how check out goes. Very very disappointed.

For me it's the luxurious smell as soon as you walk in! The place is very well kept up with. I liked the atmosphere, staff, the location and how it's connected to the other casino. My favorite part was the 24 hr bakery with the most delicious treats! So many beautiful displays of art to admire. WE had a blast at the casino and plan on returning to stay for a romantic get away!

There's no way this room is 520 square feet. We've stayed in many upscale hotels with rooms that are over 500 square feet and they are a lot bigger. Service is nonexistent here. You can't move bottle water and dried snacks from their tray even if you moved them by accident because there's a sensor and you will automatically be charged outrageous amount. Just put them in a locked cabinet! Forget about the refrigerator. We've heard about it so we didn't even bother to open it. Security latch in our door is broken, our toilet tank is leaking, one of the sinks drained super slowly, no handheld shower. Paper thin wall..... I can hear my next door neighbor. Insane! Of course! Just like typical Vegas casino hotel, there's no coffee machine in the room. Resort fees apparently only cover unsecured Wi-Fi, outdoor pool that nobody uses especially in Winter time. What a joke! I don't understand why this lousy hotel gets 4.5 reviews??? These people don't know what a true 4.5 star hotel is??? This hotel is not even close. Do not stay here. The Waldorf Astoria which is next door is way much better if you really want to experience a luxury hotel stay.

We will definitely be coming back here! It was a perfect location for a quiet getaway with easy access to the noisier life of Vegas if we wanted it. Definitely the best coffee on the strip and Elly Park went above and beyond with making our stay special! She was such a sweetheart along with every staff member we came across. They truly make you feel like a valued guests! Thank you to all the staff that made our trip even more special!

We just got back from an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Las Vegas, and it was everything we were hoping for. Calm, upscale escape from the usual Vegas chaos. The hotel is tucked away inside the Mandalay Bay tower, but it feels like a completely different world: no casino, no crowds, no smoke—just peace, quiet, and incredible service. The pool area was great. It was quiet, relaxing, and never crowded. The restaurant was just as awesome with amazing food, drinks and service. Everyone went out of the way to make us feel right at home. Six stars!

Pros: room service, clean, location, no smoking. Cleaning crew was the best part of the hotel. Ok: Spa was not bad, not as good as it could be. Many small details missing. Power didn't work on my nightstand. Repairs were swift. Negative: Waiting 40 minutes for breakfast while a guest at the hotel devalues the breakfast credit of Amex. Then they made us wait another 5+ minutes to get a table inside, which we wanted to begin with. The bourbon steak restaurant bearnaise was like mayo with taragon. If you charge $140+ for a 8oz filet, you better learn how to make bearnaise. Overall, good hotel, but I'm not blown away by what the 4 seasons brand is supposed be offer. Infinitely better than a Luxor, but my next visit Ill try other hotels.

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was absolutely beautiful, with lots of room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Staff was friendly and the place was overall very inviting. They were also quite accommodating for my cat, and they even brought her a bed, litter box and bowls to the room.

Beautiful hotel nestled in the Mandalay Bay (which means you have easy access to the busier and more typical Vegas things like casinos, many restaurants, pools, etc.). It is quiet, smoke-free, casino-free and luxurious. Wonderful level of service, beautiful rooms and fantastic linens. We loved our short stay here.

Stayed here for the second half of my Vegas trip. This hotel is located all the way at the bottom end of the strip by the airport. It was super chill and quiet in the lobby compared to everywhere else I visited. We were graciously checked in well before our check in time and received a cute welcome amenity consisting of chocolates atop a cute vegas card. The room was perfect for my girl friend and me and all our belongings and the water pressure was amazing. The pool is a nice and welcoming area with good food, drinks, and the servers are very attentive. Only drawbacks were the unavailability of house cars, they only had one available it seems. We also had a hiccup with a room service order of ours that slipped through the cracks. 20 minutes after the promised delivery time, I inquired to ask about it and they hadn’t even started making it due to a glitch in their system and lack of communication from switching shifts. We ended up receiving the food almost 2 hours after placing the order. They did comp it and the food was delicious but it was unfortunate having to wait so long for a food order after being so hangry. I probably wouldn’t stay here again while in Vegas, but I did enjoy the experience.

I call it “two worlds in one,” and it’s perfect for any traveler. The service, rooms, views, and pool area were all impeccable. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Iyad, who was always present and ensuring every guest received the highest level of service. You truly feel cared for from the moment you arrive. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Las Vegas with unmatched service and serenity (without sacrificing access to the excitement of the Strip), this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely stunning resort! From the moment we checked in, the service was top-notch and the atmosphere was pure luxury. The rooms are beautifully designed with amazing views, and every detail feels first-class. The restaurants and bars are outstanding , great food, great drinks, and an unbeatable vibe. The pool area is incredible, perfect for relaxing during the day and enjoying the energy at night. Fontainebleau Las Vegas truly sets a new standard on the Strip. Can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous, modern hotel/casino. We saw Adam Sandler in the beautiful Bleaulive Theatre. Had an amazing sushi dinner at Komodo. And enjoyed a killer band at Club Nowhere. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. And we were upgraded to a wonderful room with a fabulous view. Only complaint was the off season hours on the pool. Paying full resort fee to scrounge for chairs at one small pool with no hot tub only open until 4 pm wasn’t great, but the staff were lovely and we enjoyed the time we did get at the pool. Overall, 5 stars.

I had a fantastic stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas! The staff was extremely friendly and professional — they really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and spotless. Everything feels fresh and high-end, from the decor to the amenities. The hotel is super clean throughout, and you can tell they take maintenance seriously. Definitely one of the best new properties on the Strip — I’ll be coming back for sure!

I have been visiting and enjoying Las Vegas since 1985. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many of the finest hotels and dining at some of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants. However, none of those experiences compare to my recent stay at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel’s elegance, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Every aspect—from the design and ambiance to the service and dining—reflects a new level of sophistication and luxury that truly sets the Fontainebleau apart. After nearly four decades of visiting Las Vegas, I can confidently say that the Fontainebleau far surpasses any of my past experiences. It represents the future of luxury hospitality in Las Vegas, and I look forward to returning many times in the years ahead. Kamau Jackson is a great thoughtful host.

Very pretty, will not be staying here again. 3 problems in descending order. 1st. I had a coat dropped off to me here I had left in a cab. Cab driver was amazing and came back. He took a picture handing the coat to the front desk and texted it to me which I thought was odd. He said, trust me, you'll need that photo. I went to the front desk for the coat 3 times over 2 days and they said they didn't have it. The third time I waited for a manager and magically found it. 2nd problem. The food. It took 30 minutes to just order then 45 minutes later found out they lost the order. Fine, can I get it to go? 40 minutes later got my simple breakfast burrito. Not to go. They said "you can take the plate with you" really? Meanwhile I watched other people get to go orders that were packed up. Last. They don't have coffee here. I asked for a coffee maker as I always do, they don't have them. Went down for coffee every morning. Every morning it was over 45 minutes to get a simple black coffee. I get why they prices are so low. They need to be cheap to get people to say here.

My husband and I are not fans of Vegas. However, when we saw that TEARS FOR FEARS would be playing in Vegas, we bought tickets and planned a quick getaway to see the show. Since the concert was at the BleauLive Theater, we decided to stay at the Fontainebleau Hotel for the sake of convenience. We were both surprised and delighted! From the ease of check-in with the friendly and professional staff and complimentary bottled water, to the tranquil shades of blue in the decor throughout the lobby and hotel, it was clear we made the right choice. The room was spacious, well-appointed (including cozy bathrobes) and felt luxurious and relaxing. The view of the Stratosphere and mountain range was an unexpected bonus. The BleauLive Theater was an intimate and acoustically impressive live performance space. The sound was crystal clear and not at all overwhelming. After the show, we hit the food court to use our $50 food credit and grabbed some delicious bites from Roadside Taco to take back to the room. The next morning, we used our 2nd $50 food credit to get breakfast at El Bagel. All the food was exactly what we wanted and perfect for our stay. And then free overnight self-parking, too?! As much as we've avoided Las Vegas in the past, the Fontainebleau Hotel has changed our minds about making another trip...we've found OUR place to stay!

Came here for when we were young festival and so glad we did. Location right across the street from the entrance for it made it a easy pick for the event. For starters inside as a whole is just absolutely beautiful. Very easily laid out as well so getting around was not confusing at all as some other hotels can be in Vegas. The casino portion is a lot of fun we played a ton of slots and it wasn’t all loss so I’d say it’s a pretty sweet spot to gamble. The room itself was awesome, very comfortable and user friendly. Almost everything has an electronic switch for it next to the bed and front door so makes it very nice waking up or coming in to the room after a long day. The room service is even more nice, right to the room and set up your food and everything at the table, woke up from a nap very surprised to my food waiting for me after my wife let them in. The shops are super cool, the restaurants and fast food spots in the food court all were very good too. Will absolutely be making this our place to stay when we visit Vegas, treated us amazingly.

As a hgvc timeshare owner at Flamingo. We just wanted to check out another location. This end of the strip offers Fontainebleau and Resorts world within walking distance. The pool was very nice and enjoyable. Staff was friendly but not a single bell person offered assistance when we were checking in, neither did the hgv concierge. He was only concerned with getting us to sign up for a review (sales pitch). Didn't get our discount information or dvd rental that is standard. The room was very nice and we were supposedly upgraded but what they didn't tell us was that there was construction on the floor about ours, and work started at 9 am. I would have appreciated being told or even asked if we wanted to be located elsewhere to avoid the noise. We found this location not as convenient as Flamingo, and busier. Parking was free. If you want more pool time, this location can be great. We will go back to Flamingo next time though.

Resort was nice for a typical timeshare resort. Room was beautiful. They dont have much of a selection for food so you have to either uber eats/door dash or walk to the strip. I am an owner and wasnt really impressed with the location or discounts offered for being an owner. All the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. I probably won't stay at this location again. It was nice for a short 3 day visit.

Everything about the stay was amazing! I should have took more pictures of the room but 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and kitchen! The best were so comfortable and the service was great! Check in was easy and the person at check in was really nice! Loved the pool and the property is conveniently located! If you have a larger family, the suite is ideal! Love hotels with separate living spaces! The 3 head shower made ending the night and starting the day elite lol

We stayed at the Hilton Grand vacation club -Las Vegas on the strip. Tower 2. Floor 22. After we checked in, we got a letter from the front desk informing us on construction taking place in the hotel and that they apologize for the inconvenience. They weren’t kidding! On Day 2 or Day 3, the jack hammering started on the floor above at about 9:00 am and we did not complain as we just decided to leave for the day. However, the next few days we could not leave for the day and the jack hammering continued and it was non stop and it was a constant drilling. The effect was literally like getting a concussion. The nausea, the headaches the tinnitus. It was excruciating! Here is what they did right! When we complained, they gave us a day off the total cost. However, I would pay an extra day to avoid the misery of living through it. The next day when things got unbearable, we requested a manager come up to the room to experience what we are experiencing and they refused. However they did offer to switch our room and we took it as there was enough nausea and anxiety at this stage. Here is what they did wrong! They rented out an entire floor to people to bear through this excruciating experience and that led to several hours of vacation time on the phone texting complaining going up and down from room to lobby, and the inconvenience of packing up everything relocating. Hilton should have simply blocked off the rooms that would be affected with this noise which they did not, as it was still an opportunity to make money. Needless to say, with heart palpitations, nausea and a migraine this was a terrible experience! I do not have a word of advice for future travelers booking with the Hilton except that choose your hotel company wisely. Customer experience are not just words. “Welcome Home” is what Hilton wrote on their pamphlets. This was a “welcome to hell” experience for us!

Bell Hoppers and Housekeeping are so friendly and inviting! Rooms were clean and very accommodating, however my Aunt was on the 24th floor and said there was loud construction going on at 8am. The front desk should have mentioned this on their Expedia ad. The front desk didn’t have a room to move her and the construction was Mon-Fri, but still a rude awakening after a long drive. The breakfast vouchers are terrible. It’s a wrapped up Jimmy Dean sandwich with your choice of ham or sausage, a pastry, one orange juice and a coffee/tea. My son doesn’t eat cheese and they didn’t have one without cheese, he was bummed out he couldn’t eat a sandwich. Save your money for a better breakfast and pass up the breakfast option. Also, the marketplace has ridiculous prices and the ice machine on our floor was not working. I love the room, the pools, the hot tubs, the scenery, but the little things do add up for a family on vacation. I will probably choose another hotel next time. I recommend families to look elsewhere too.

I stayed here for a conference across the street and I would not recommend. There are no decent food options in the hotel. They keep gas station level food in fridges downstairs. There fresh fruit cups had frozen over because they did not calibrate their fridges correctly. The breakfast sandwich was simply something from Costco that they rewrapped and up charged. When it came time to asking for a receipt of my stay to reimburse with my company, good luck. The customer service numbers are all mislabeled online. No one from one Hilton division knows anything about whats going on at another. One lady was kind enough to transfer me directly, but kept me on hold 10 minutes while she searched for the correct phone number. The onsite staff service feels like a scam. Its also a timeshare, so they asked me to wait to talk to someone about a "welcome package" and didn't dilvuldge I was walking into a salespitch and a complete waste of time. The "welcome package" is simply discounts on their affiliates where they probably receive kickbacks. Would never recommend anyone stay here on their own free will.

Off the strip with free parking which is nice. However, not near public transit if you don't want to drive. No Casino on site. Pool is nice and there is an activity room. No restaurant on site. Full kitchen, but no grocery store within walking distance. Their market closed early. Nice for families and people traveling with pets.

Club Wyndham Grand desert is a great place to stay. It was our first time coming here and we thought it was such a great place. They have whatever you need for the kitchen so you can cook if you want to. They have mimosas Friday, Saturday Sunday mornings and they have a happy hour at night from 5:00 to 7:00. The two bedroom we had was pretty big for the-four of us. Plus it has a pull-out couch in the living room. A check-in was easy and the concierge service of finding us tickets was absolutely great. I would recommend staying here

Fabulous stay!! The service was second-to-none. I enjoyed my room, the pools, and even the DVD rental! Brayden, Alexandra, and Linda in the lobby and Brandon (bell hop), really went above and beyond in helping me to have an easy, fun, and effortless stay. I usually stay on the strip hotels, and I was SO glad to be here instead. $9-10 uber to the strip as well as their shuttle program. Loved this place!!

⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 We stayed at Club Wyndham Grand Desert in Las Vegas. The property is about 25 years old but very well maintained and in great shape. The check-in process was smooth, and our 3-bedroom suite, booked through Airbnb, was spacious, comfortable, and reasonably priced for our group of five. However, we had an unpleasant experience with the timeshare sales team. On our first day, we were approached by staff offering discounted show tickets if we attended a presentation. Being first-time guests at a timeshare property, we agreed and paid $40 each for KA tickets. The next morning, we received three phone calls reminding us to attend. Once there, the “90-minute” session turned into over 2 hours of high-pressure sales tactics that made us feel uncomfortable. In the end, we still paid $69 each for two tickets, and some staff were noticeably rude when we declined their offers. Warning: Be cautious when they offer cheap tickets — you can buy KA tickets for around $69 directly from MGM, without dealing with the stress of aggressive sales. It’s unfortunate because the resort itself is lovely — but the timeshare pitch left a bad impression.

Probably fine for some people, though I wouldn't stay here again. The room itself was fine. Spacious, clean, esp the bathrooms. Pools were nice but the water chilly. But the wifi was barely functional, and we were told there was no alternative. The thermostat was glitchy, running the AC past our set temp and then switching to heat automatically rather than turning off. 0 stars for the timeshare presentation. Do NOT go. Austin Galbraith told me I would likely be weeded out within 30/40 mins. It took me the full 90 mins to get out and had to speak with 5+ sales reps. Not worth anything they promise you. For me - a 7 night stay certificate that is very difficult to redeem.

We are Wyndham as well as RCI owners and we visited the Vegas Grand Desert at the end of September. In July I had major surgery on my foot and knew I would have problems walking far or standing for long periods of time. So I called in July and asked for a room close to the front, so it wasn't as far to walk. I also asked for a room with a view because the last time we stayed there we were given a back facing room that was nothing to brag about. So the CSR put in that my request was noted. So at check in, we arrived about 4:30pm and we were told, "Sorry no view room and you are in Tower 2." I looked at her and said, "What?! I called 3 months to be assured this would not happen. I'm going to have to walk to the farthest tower with view of rubble?" "Yeah, sorry, not much I can do about that she said." I even asked if we could get a lower tier room and be credited. "No, sorry." So at that point my husband and I decided to never book there again. We are "owners" funny, it sure didn't feel like it. Because I had to walk so far to Tower 2, I could barely do anything. Thanks Wyndham Grand Desert, your staff was for the most part rude, dismissive and frankly could care less about the "owners." This is the first time we have run into quite so contrary to proper customer service protocols, are they trained at all? You may want to work with the registration staff to at least appear caring and kind...

This was a really nice resort. I stayed here to do some remote work and treat myself a little bit. The pools were nice, the gym was surprisingly good. The rate I got for the room was reasonable. The room was also very nice. It was convenient having access to my own washer, dryer and kitchen. Parking was free. Food in the cafe and items in the convenience store were on the expensive side. Tbh, all the food and drinks in Vegas are expensive right now. The lady that checked me in was very helpful. I would stay here again.

Beware – This Place Feels Like a Trap! I booked my stay at Club Wyndham Grand Desert through Monster Reservations because it offered a cheaper rate in exchange for attending a 2-hour presentation. I was fine with that and agreed to it. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me I didn’t qualify for the presentation because my wife has an Indian passport (even though I hold a Canadian passport and she is a Canadian permanent resident). I had all our identification documents—passports and PR card—ready to verify everything. There was no section on the Monster Reservations website asking for my wife’s nationality during booking, so there was no way to indicate this in advance. The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful, and they refused to let us attend the presentation. I even called Monster Reservations immediately, explained the situation, and thought everything had been resolved. Fast forward to today — I was shocked to find a $790 charge on my credit card because we supposedly “didn’t attend the presentation.” That’s completely unfair! We showed up on time, with all the required documents, and were turned away due to their own unclear policies. This entire experience feels like a scam or a trap between the hotel and Monster Reservations. Do not trust these offers! I’m now trying to reach someone who can actually help me get this issue resolved.

After staying a both Aria and Cosmopolitan we wanted to try the 3rd resort at City Center. All rooms are suites and are equipped with a microwave, a two burner stove and most important a mini fridge. We had a 2 queen studio on the 41st floor. We actually wanted a quieter place to stay and Vdara was perfect. The room was very clean, the bathroom was large and had a soaking tub and shower and plenty of...towels. The view was south overlooking the freeway, Aria and all the way past Allegiant Stadium. Service was excellent, it's easy to get to Cosmopolitan, Aria and Bellagio by the indoor bridge if you want better food options and a casino. Market Cafe Vdara and Vice Versa are the two food options and both are convenient if you wish to stay on property. Vdara is the place to stay if you want a quieter and slower pace while in Vegas. The beds are very comfortable. Because it's not quite on the strip the crowds are minimal and the elevators are not crowded at all. We booked this thinking that the microwave would come in handy. However we ended up not using it.

The room had fantastic views of the Bellagio fountains, the Sphere, the High Roller, and the Paris Eiffel Tower. We chose a studio Suite on the 45th floor with Fountain view. The staff were exceptional and we greatly appreciated how attentive they were. We did have issues with Vdara charging $40 for valet and $20 for self-parking. The self parking is extremely inconvenient and you have to park on the other side of Aria or in the Cosmopolitan parking lot. We appreciated that there was an indoor walkway to The Cosmopolitan and also to Bellagio, as well as to the rail station that was complimentary to other MGM properties. The food is a little limited and we did order room service. We were very disappointed it arrived in paper and plastic unless you spent $125. We spent $56 for 1 omelette and 1 order of pancakes no beverages...way too expensive to arrive in a paper bag 😔. It's sad to see this type of service to your customers. 😔 We were there 4 days and did not eat there again. We went other places where we felt we got a better value. Other than a few disappointments, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially when you were able to tune in the music to watch the Bellagio fountains.

I stayed at Vdara 10/16-20 when traveling to Vegas for a music festival. I typically stay at Fontainebleau (which is phenomenal), but it was booked up with the exception of top-floor, super-expensive suites that were way out of my price range. Vdara was much better deal for the price, so I took it. The service at this hotel was very friendly. Everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely invested in making sure guests had a good experience. My first impression of the room was that it was absolutely huge! Super spacious with a kitchenette (complete with stovetop), living room area, and bedroom. Overall, this felt more like a studio apartment and less like a hotel room! The room was a bit dated, but it was well-maintained. The breakfast was surprisingly reasonable for Vegas. A (very tasty) blueberry muffin and coffee were about $10, which is a good bit less than Fontainebleau. I also got a $100 food credit, which I used at Lemongrass (super good Thai restaurant at Aria) and Nine Fine Irishmen. The hotel is connected to the Cosmopolitan and Aria, but it’s a haul to get from Cosmopolitan (a bit less so from Aria). Then again, it’s Las Vegas, so you need to mentally prepare yourself for a ton of walking. That said, once you’re on the Strip, you’re in a great location near Bellagio. Would recommend!

After extensive research, I selected the Vdara because it wasn't located directly on the strip and the fact that there is no Casino in the building. I've stayed in other hotels on the strip and I wanted something quieter and less smoky. Access to the strip was still convenient and easy through a connected passage with the Bellagio, and Cosmopolitan. The rooms were more than adequately appointed including a fridge. The room felt modern and welcoming. Checking in was super easy using the MGM app. I highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

I will stay here again. If you want a 5-star hotel without the casino crowds, this place is great. And, it has very easy access to Bellagio, Aria and the strip. There is also a fine cafe downstairs that serves reasonably priced food and without long lines. There was also a Starbucks, if you prefer that. And no loud disco nearby. A few minor complaints: It's not possible to turn off the lights from the bed. They have a tiny reading light that is inadequate so you need to leave the main lights on and the switch is near the entrance. (I did say minor complaints.) They could also spring for better toilet paper and tissue. They need to offer lighter blankets (I asked and they didn't have them so I bought one from CVS). The blanket they have is way to heavy/hot for me even when I turn the AC way down. On this last point, I would think hotels would save $ on AC if they provided lighter blankets. Lastly, the bathroom sink is not well designed because someone thought a flat sink looked cool not realizing it wouldn't drain. Again, all minor issues and I'll definitely stay at the Vdara again.

The hotel service was fantastic Elliot at the front desk took great care of us and made us feel welcomed. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and made sure anything we needed was taken care of. The room we requested was an ADA room to help with a knee injury from a fall last week. So little different from some of the other rooms. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, stovetop and microwave. It is more like a studio apartment and less like a hotel room! The hotel is connected to the Bellagio, Cosmopolitan by tunnel and Aria is a small walk across from the hotel. This is our first time staying here and will most likely stay here again.

The Vdara could easily be a 5 star hotel but it has setbacks. The rooms are generous and laid out perfectly just not clean. My stay was met with unnecessary debris left in the room that just gives you an ick. You can see through to other rooms through your windows if the shades aren't drawn. The in suite dining comes from the Vice Versa and is quite good. If you have a food credit, you must dine in or pick up, you cannot use the in suite dining ordering option even though it comes from the same place and has an upcharge. The burger was great, the pancakes and eggs benedict delicious. Skip on the steak nachos. The pool has ordering service which was nice. The pool area gets incredibly warm due to reflection from the building and it closes at 6. It is difficult to walk anywhere from here and the hotel is pet friendly which I also find to be an ick. The hotel doesn't offer complimentary in room coffee or water so be prepared to purchase those. Love that it is non smoking. Hotel needs improvements to grout and a good carpet cleaning.

Reception: Very friendly, but not all ladies are on the same level of professionalism. My German AMEX didn’t work on their system (which occasionally happens) and she didn’t know how to handle it and had to be told that you can enter the details manually etc. However, as said, very friendly Room / Suite: My suite was good. Not as opulent as suites in other hotels in Vegas but very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Location: Very good. I found the location to be one of the main arguments for this hotel. Very central but quiet. Room Service: Avocado toast was very small but apart from that everything fine Gym: Spacious but I was missing some things (a large, proper cable pull station instead of multiple Kinesis cable pulls) Conclusion: Good hotel

I totally see why this hotel was voted the best in Las Vegas for 2025. Everything about my stay was perfection. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was spotless and I was upgraded to a very large room with a soaking tub. The automatic drapes were a really nice touch. The service was exceptional from the door people, concierge, the front desk, the restaurant staff, and poolside. I took a yoga class while I was here and it was intimate and personalized. I’m a little sore today because it was such a good workout led by a real professional. The food is priced commensurate to Las Vegas, and does not disappoint. I liked everything I’ve ordered. They are really good about gluten-free too. The location next to aria is great because you walk a few feet to a shopping mall, restaurants, and casino without really feeling like you’re leaving the hotel. It’s not a massive property like Caesar’s Palace or other others. It’s easy to walk around. The aesthetic is very calming and beautiful. I would totally stay here again.

We initially weren’t sure if we wanted to stay at the Waldorf because it didn’t have an attached casino and we didn’t know much about the new restaurants there, but after doing so, absolutely recommend. The new Peacock Alley had great drinks and ambience. The Aria is next door if you have the need to gamble, but the views and the service we received were top notch. Starting with our reception, Aulani and her customer service were second to none. From getting our bags brought up immediately and a complementary bottle of champagne for our celebration, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was so easy to get to the Strip, and getting dropped off and picked up there was super easy. The concierge would check in on us throughout the day if we needed anything. Great stay!

The second impression was even better than the first one. Beautiful and spacious room with style. Whatever was served in different settings was delicious. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Exceptionally nice hotel in LV, most notably because of the absence of any gambling hall and hence absence of loud and drunk primitives. Everything had style, from appearance, staff, rooms and room service. And our breakfast and lunch buffet during our course were delicious. What an exquisite hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish, the staff, service and amenities were incredible. As others have said, the hotel is a sanctuary of peace in the middle of the Vegas chaos. The pool was amazing, as were the cocktails! We also had cocktails at the Hard Shakes bar and goodness, what a view!! The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean and had a great view of the strip. We will definitely stay here when we return to Vegas.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas was nothing short of spectacular. The room itself was stunning… It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I spent a lot of time at the pool where the attendants took excellent care of me and made the experience feel effortless. A real highlight was the Hard Shake bar: the cocktails there rank among the very best I’ve ever had, crafted with such precision and creativity. Every detail of my visit felt elevated and thoughtful. Five stars well deserved.

Beautiful system of five pools. Well kept grounds, and pretty good service. Get here early to get a chair if you’re not paying extra for your own area. There’s a ridiculously excessive amount of lifeguards and it’s all over the top as you would expect from Vegas. The gray man operations pack makes the perfect pillow because the chairs are not very comfortable.

Outstanding Pool Experience at Bellagio The Bellagio pool is pure luxury—beautiful setting, relaxing vibe, and top-notch service. Huge shoutout to Dylan, the pool manager, whose professionalism and hospitality truly stood out. He made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to take care of us. Rich, our cabana assistant was amazing. Our cabana was spotless and comfortable, and the pool area was immaculate and perfectly maintained. This is exactly what you want from a Vegas pool day—can’t wait to come back!

It’s an amazing place to spend your time and relax. There are several different types of pools and locations you can choose to swim, relax, suntan, eat, or even drink. The first you enter the area, they check your room number. Towels are available.

Very disappointed with the pool area at the Bellagio. It’s filthy—there are cups, tissues, straws, and wrappers scattered everywhere, even mixed in with piles of leaves around the loungers. The small tables next to the sunbeds are also dirty and clearly not cleaned. Even worse, there are plastic cups floating in the pool and lying at the bottom, along with tons of leaves. That’s really not okay. In the main pool, people are throwing balls across from one end to the other, making it impossible to swim in the middle without getting hit in the head. You’re forced to stay on the sides if you want to swim safely. The lifeguards don’t say anything or step in at all. For a hotel of this standing, it’s completely unacceptable. It’s only a part of it in my photos.

This particular pool location is eye pleasing, calm collected and very chill spot just a very relaxed atmosphere! Their are a handful more pools within the same area as well. The music was trendy and for all age levels to enjoy! The sun hits all spots you sit but lots of umbrellas to shade your spot or you can easily rent a cabana.. very friendly staff. front desk towel service plus if you happen to have a Gold platinum or noir playing card you can get priority seating front pool side, drink/food menu was tasty they do serve breakfast poolside too!! We just loved everything about it here can’t wait to go back ! #bellagio

After speaking to a "manager" about the pool area being littered with used towels at 5 p.m. and old/used/empty cocktail ware, there had been no action taken. Unkempt, no cocktail service. People arriving at the pool can not locate availability chairs because no one working here seems to care, including the alleged manager.

Absolutely wonderful! We were in the adult only area. Never made it to the main pool area. We rented 2 seats, umbrella and table for $220. We wanted a cabana but they were all booked and turns out I was glad as they are not poolside. All the adult pool area is reserved seating. For me it was nice and met my needs and wants perfectly. They landscaped beautifully and you can almost imagine your in the tropics/carribean. Poolside drinks and food brought by a server. Can get a bit expensive so be prepared. Had a 30 min poolside massage which I highly recommend! I will definitely be doing it again. Word of warning: if it is windy they don't allow the umbrellas to expand. And if it gets too windy the palm tree debris will start falling and they will shut the pool down early. Very upsetting if you plan your day around the pool like we did, but they made it better.

Pros : beautiful magic place like in the picture. Cons : we found a lot of beer, cans, bottle of water in the pool at 9am. So the place wasn't cleaned before the opening. In the hot tub we stepped on napkins inside the water and around it, there was again cans everywhere and other trash... Sad for such a fantastic place, sadly they don't clean it often...

Very clean and well kept. Especially great place to take a break from casino and enjoy the amazing scenery and fresh air. Unfortunately, the dolphin bar was not open due to it being a bit brisk when I visited, however it looked to be very awesome and look to visit again to experience it in the warmer months.

Pool area is clean and not crowded - mind you this is mid-week and covid times. There is a lot of open seating as well as rental areas (umbrellas and fancy chairs or cabanas) with towels provided on the pool deck and music playing throughout. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the drinks were tasty! Masks are required to be worn when not in the pool or not eating/drinking (understandable, but hot) so make sure you wear a lighter mask if you have one. They will enforce this policy, so it's best to just be prepared.

We were here winter time (1st week of February) so the main pool was closed. Only the small pool was open. On their website it says that the pool is heated, but when we got in the water, it didn't feel like it was heated. It just happened that Mr. Sun came out so it helped and it wasn't as bad. When we came in there wasn't a lot of people so that was good, it was easy to find lounge chairs. There were also 2 hot tubs which helped because you get cold when you get out of the pool. Their bar was also closed so no way to order drinks. Overall the kids had so much fun so that's the most important thing and we had a relaxing day as a family ❤️.

I made poolside reservations for 3 days at the private Royal Pool. The check-in process was swift. Hosts Edith and Kaylah went above and beyond and demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. Keep in mind that these hosts have multiple people to attend to throughout the entire pool(s) area. So these 'entitled' guests who did NOT pay the extra fee for the Royal Pool benefits, and decide to walk right into the area and take up seating, without the assigned Royal Pool wristband, should be informed and removed by the lifeguard. If not, refund ALL of the guests who paid for the Royal Pool benefits. I come here 4X a year. I always point out those 'entitled' guests to lifeguards, and they do nothing . . . except for lifeguard Ryon, who knows how to perform his job with perfection. Kudos to Edith, Kaylah, and Ryon for making this recent trip enjoyable ♥️!

Excalibur worst pool staff talk rude expect One person that come at the last. Date on July 2.2025 time around 2:15pm talk rude I only know the 2 name Veronica and Cielo Fernandez . Worst talk height around 6ft tall wear blue t shirt skin black .

Wife said 2 is too low 4 is to high. Myself 4☆ room good size pool at 3 feet needs to be deeper but also kid friendly resort. Parking is not free good luck .. recommend get a credit card from mgm,which makes you a Pearl tier, then it's free. Hotel itself is nice I recommend it myself to anyone check it out!

My wife and I had rented a cabana at the Adult pool today. I must say it was an amazing time and last day here at Vegas. What made it great was our waitress Jose. She was an absolute sweetheart and we couldn't have asked for better service. Her personality, and friendliness just made everything great. She was attentive to our needs and always around when we needed something. We look forward to coming back and hope to see her next time!

Surprisingly fun and functional pool! Reasonably priced food and drink and excellent service. Newer furniture and cabanas, well worth the visit if staying at the hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

I was with my 9 year old so this review is for the general pool, not the Adults only pool. It's not a large pool by any resort standard. Seating is very hard to come by. We were there in early May so it wasn't terribly crowded but I can imagine this place wouldn't be able to handle much of a crowd enjoyably. Cabanas and chairs can be rented of course but on the day we visited the attendant told us the poolside chairs were sold out even though there was a sign on several empty chairs telling guests to inquire about renting them. Hmmmmm? So like half the guests we took up a space on the faux grass behind the chairs against the wall....really??? Water slide is fun but there's only one and the line to go down gets long. The verdict......you'll get wet but that's about it.

I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood and had a great experience overall. I used the $25 trick at check-in and got upgraded to a huge room with a king bed and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view of the Strip. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice—spacious, with a large shower, soaker tub, and double sinks with plenty of counter space. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge, which is always a bonus in Vegas. I visited the spa during my stay and it was lovely. The massage was very good, the spa area itself was clean and relaxing, and they even offered wine with services on Wednesdays, which was a nice touch. The attached Miracle Mile Shops are super convenient and perfect for some shopping, quick eats, and especially the ABC Store, where you can grab affordable snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. Dining options in the hotel range from fancy sit-down restaurants to fast food, so there’s something for every mood and budget. All interactions with staff were pleasant and positive. The casino isn’t the most luxurious on the Strip, but it’s a good size with a nice variety of slots and table games. The location is excellent being right in the heart of the Strip, easy to walk to nearby attractions. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or fitness center, but overall, this is a great budget-friendly option for a Vegas stay with solid amenities and a fun atmosphere.

The view was amazing. We were on floor 22 and upgraded our room. We were able to see the fountain from our hotel. It was nice and roomy, but noisy, we heard every siren and every song that was played by the DJ. Around mid-night everything had slowed down. The gym could use a little upgrade. We ate at Cafe Hollywood twice it was great each time.

The front desk staff I rude. I learned from cab drivers this is a common complaint at the PH. I tried to ask the desk clerk a question and scolded like I was a child for being on the wrong line. SCOLDED!!! When I got to the front of the line I inquired about a tour to Hoover dam. The clerk told me to Google it. No help there. So I'm in my room sitting on the hospital waiting room furniture that PH uses and needed to write something down. I looked around for a pad but couldn't find one. I asked housekeeping for a pad and was told I couldn't have one. Yes refused to give me paper. She didn't say she had none, she told me I couldn't have it. I've never been in a room that didn't have paper in it. Called housekeeping because there was no conditioner in the shower. Was told that it would be refilled. We spend the day out to discover upon our the room had not been made up and you guessed it.......no conditioner in the shower. Finally the water was turned off in the hotel to repair a leak. Of course the guests have no way to know this. So when I call to report the drought in my room the response I expect would be an apology and we're making a repair. The response I don't expect is "no kidding". PH can do better, gone are the Vegas days of great service. Hello to the days of charging guests a fee to check in early. If the room is already ready why is there a fee to check in early. Next time I come to Vegas I'll go back across the street to the Bellagio where they appreciates your business and understands how guests should be treated. And for the love of God, put a scratch pad near the phone.

Booked Planet Hollywood due to the central location on the strip, affordable prices and good reviews online. We stayed in the Ultra Resort Vista Room with 1 king bed. The room was nice but that was about it. The hotel smelt pretty bad, cigarette smoke mixed with cheap perfume. The parking is not the most convenient and was a decent walk through miracle mile shops. The casino was a bit grungy compared to the other properties. The girls serving drinks didn’t go out of their way to offer you a drink while playing at the casino. Food choices sub-par, we always went to another hotel to eat. Only 3 out of the 6 elevators are operating which made wait times long! Nearly impossible to get through the front desk when using the phone in the room. I won’t stay at PH again. Too many other options on the strip. I recommend spending a few extra $$ to stay at a nicer hotel!

I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and had a great time. The location on the Strip is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and I really liked the movie-themed décor throughout the hotel. The casino floor had a lively atmosphere, and the variety of dining options made it easy to grab a quick bite or enjoy a nice dinner. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night, but that’s part of the Vegas experience. Overall, a fun and convenient place to stay!

Loved the decor, rooms, and service! They really made me feel like a VIP! Nelson was a wonderful host and I really enjoyed the rewards perks. All of the Dining was FABULOUS, the suite had incredible views with floor to ceiling full room and corner windows, can't wait to come back! Access to the monorail is literally right at the hotel so access to the rest of the strip was easy!

Nice place , changed our room once due to being close to elevator , horrible cable noise from elevator machinery cables , sounded like a train clank. No coffee maker in room they want you to go downstairs to lobby Starbucks and pay crazy prices, everything expensive. So go to a CVS buy water beer sodas snacks and keep in your room. Wherever you stay on the strip. Don't go now they are setting up for fpmula one F1 race in November, construction everywhere stre we t closures, some users refuse to go certain places , we were almost late to show at the sphere. Hotel is in a great location , you could see bellaggio fountain from our room 2049 , clean good bathroom with soak tub and king bed small fridge and safe included. The strip is gonna die if these prices keep up , empty tables in casino. Great deals outside of the strip. But hotel fees and hidden tax and fees charges in bills , be aware ask for receipt not those hand held charge readers. I wont be going back. Its not what it use to be, were you could get $5 steak now iss $60 and up . Beer's $18 ridiculous.

If your looking for a place close to Vegas strip/Freemont, this casino and resort is fantastic. It's going to cost up to $50 in Uber fees one way to the strip. But the resort has everything you need right there. Several restaurants including a coffee bar with sandwiches, treats, coffees etc open 24 hours. Casino was good to us. The pool area is heavenly and the rooms were fantastic. Highly recommend going down to the spa to grab a package of Bathorium bath milk salts or a bath bomb to enjoy in their gigantic soaking tubs!

Nice place to stay out of town away from the Vegas craziness. Overall vibe is very relaxed and surprisingly quiet. We didn't gamble so I can't comment on the casino. Easy to get in/out and plenty of close parking. The room was large with a nice mountain view. Room was clean, bed was comfy, though the room did look a bit worn/well-used, and there was some mold in the shower. There wasn't a microwave - we missed that - there was a small fridge. All the staff was very pleasant. Lots of amenities around - cafes, restaurants, spa, pool, etc. Food was just OK, not great, reasonably priced, so was worth it for the convenience a few times, but if you're looking for great dining, I'd look elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again for any off-the-strip activities.

We have stayed at the M Resort for the last 16 years. Needless to say we are very happy here. Number 1 on our list is Cathleen Regalado, our host. She is over the top in helping us out. I wish we could come more often to see her. Next is Roxanne R, our on floor cocktail waitress. Even though we only see her once or twice a year, she is jolly on the spot and always remembers us by name. She always puts our name with a smiley face on our coffee cup. She is very delightful and energetic. If we don't see her first, she'll find us. Next is Eduardo at Anthony's steak house and his assistant who fills our water glasses and helps out. Very delightful to chat with and they remember us too. There are others who are very nice. The check-in staff are pleasant too. Everyone working there is nice. Only downfall are the customers who pound on the slot machine thinking it will help. Annoying but gives us a chuckle watching them. Thanks again and see you next year. Hope to stay in new addition. Need new mattresses in original hotel. Dennis and Mary C

Vashth was great upon checkin. Very friendly & professional. Room was clean & well stocked w/towels, water. Each time we visit, we always go to babycakes to partake of the wonderful pastries-always a hit! The staff was friendly & accomodating! We actually ate at the Raiders tavern & grill- food as well as service was great! No complaints. We always enjoy staying at the M! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

One of the best hotels my husband and I have stayed in. The entire hotel & casino was clean. The staff were all customer friendly. Provided with excellent service. The food prices are reasonable and love they have late night food availability. Most definitely look forward to the next stay.

I'm not really sure how this place gets away with charging a $40 resort fee, specifically on comp room offers and to locals but overall in general. It's incredibly far from the strip and I have absolutely zero motivation to pay $120 on a "comp". I would love to stay there on a staycation but that's just a slap in the face considering my resort fees are waved everywhere else on comps. It's a nice hotel but just sticks it to patrons with greed and it's almost never busy. I will visit much more sparingly in the future. Do better.

I personally like that the M is a little outside the main part of Lad Vegas Blvd (Strip). Its clean, beautiful and bright. The rooms were very nicely done. Good pool, spa and casino. My only thought to change is the gym didn't open until after 7:00 AM. It would be great if they opened earlier.

We had a great time at the pool. Great laid back pool party vibe with amazing views. Poolside service was top notch. Only negative is that there really is very little shade. We sprung for a daybed, and managed to use almost all of the $625 minimum spend as the poolside dining was better than expected. I wish the umbrellas provided more coverage, through most of the day there was only enough shade on the daybed for one of us. They kept updating us and close to closing we still had about $150 so we ordered buckets of beer, hard seltzer, and Fiji water that we took back to the room for the rest of our stay. After taxes/fees and 18% gratuity it came to $815.

It's a nice pool with a vibrant atmosphere. However, the large pool was empty when I visited. And I would love to have some space for swimming. Instead, I enjoyed my cocktail chilling the small pool, which was good as well. It gets pretty crowded by the mid-day, so I would recommend coming around 11 a.m. to reserve a chair. I liked the pool bar with good quality cocktails and quick service.

Pool is good. They have two separate pools. One is more kids friendly. However, this is more suitable for young adults not for families with kids. Cool views all around

May 2025: We stayed at The Cosmopolitan, so access was free, and they provide towels. The pool is refreshing and well-maintained, with fun plastic water chairs and a nice vibe. They have snacks and drinks, and our margaritas were delicious, plus the nachos were a hit! Shade is limited unless you rent a daybed or cabana, which can get pricey. There’s a wooden gazebo near one of the pools, but for fair-skinned visitors like me, it’s still a bit intense in the sun. Overall, a fun, relaxing pool day if you’re staying at the hotel.

$850 minimum spend on food and beverage for a day bed, yes that’s what I agreed to. We were only allowed to spend about $150 because the waitress only came by twice the entire day and she tipped herself 30% on the $850. We went to the desk to cancel the next day and got laughed at because we pre paid and were told we would be charged the full amount plus tip even if we didn’t show up. When we book cabana’s at the MGM pool the server is in there every 10 minutes making sure we are having a good time. Never again Cosmopolitan pool. Everything else is fantastic including the room, dining, and service (other than the pool.)

I went to the Boulevard pool and for the price which was astronomical, the overhead umbrella should’ve worked, but it was broken so we were literally cooking. It took forever and a half to get a server to greet us and when we finally got a server to greet us, they didn’t seem very happy. I don’t remember them smiling. We eventually ordered food and drinks and it took another century to receive them. Save your money, go to the Mandalay Bay beach or even better the Moorea Beach club. The service is impeccable fast and you’ll save thousands. Unfortunately, the Cosmo pools are overrated very expensive and the quality in service is just not there. If you have endless amounts of money and want to experience this pool that is understandable but if you value your time, money, the service you receive, and the quality of that service, skip the Cosmo pools.

Decent pool. My complaint is the option for shade is pretty much nonexistant unless you’re some kind of titanium status for Marriott. Umbrellas or something would be nice for the non reserved areas. The pool is shaded but if you want to sit outside of the water you’d better be good with full sun. Not super ideal

Stayed at Circa on Fremont Street and absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and super clean. Everything feels new and well designed. The sports screens are unbelievable — both the sportsbook and the Stadium Swim pool area have massive screens showing multiple games all day long. Great vibe if you’re into sports! The casino has two levels with modern machines and plenty of table games, and there are plenty of dining options on-site ranging from casual to higher-end spots. The location on Fremont is perfect for exploring downtown, and being a 21+ only hotel keeps the atmosphere lively but more adult — you do need to show ID at the door since kids aren’t allowed anywhere inside. Our room was large and comfortable, with a mini fridge (nice bonus in Vegas). The bathroom was great — two sinks, a makeup area, and a big shower with a bench and strong water pressure. There’s even an ABC Store right outside the hotel entrance for quick, inexpensive snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Overall, highly recommend Circa if you want a fun, upscale, adult-only experience right in the middle of Fremont Street!

Nice resort off strip, newer and well appointed. The rooftop lounge is nice, midweek was the best time to be there. Casino is pretty big, smoking allowed so if you are sensitive to smoke it will be encountered. The room is a little small for the price, helping my friend dress for her wedding was a bit of a challenge with shared space. Everything is modern, new, and clean. It opens right onto Freemont, is adults only, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We hosted our company offsite at Circa Hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The venue is stunning — modern, energetic, and perfectly set up for both work and fun. A huge shoutout to Monica, our hotel coordinator, who went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our team had a great experience. Every detail — from the meeting space setup to group dining and activities — was handled flawlessly. Our team had an amazing time and we’d absolutely come back for another event. I just wanted to take the time to write a review about a wonderful porter at Circa. We spoke to TJ on Freemont St as there was something stuck on the floor and on my husband's boot. TJ couldn't do enough for us, he was so apologetic and lovely. We had a good chat to him, told him we was doing a great job and he mentioned no one ever stops to talk to him. He was so humble. These are the people that deserve our tips, the unsung hero's who keep the place clean and tidy for us all to enjoy. It's a hard job so please remember to take time to say thanks. TJ also told us about the bar at the top of Circa. We didn't know about it and went up there....the views were amazing and the bar staff were fabulous too. We had just got married and they gave us our first drink on the house!! We never would have knew about this place (Legacy) if it wasn't for TJ. THANK YOU for a great evening 😊

You definitely don't get what you pay for here. I booked the Circa because my girlfriend and I have never stayed there and I wanted to surprise her. Checking in was okay but the front desk person forgot to give me my parking card so I had to go back down only to have him say, "I gave you the card". I told him that I wouldn't be in front of you "again" if you did. The room was okay, definitely not like the pictures you see, but not many hotel rooms are like their pictures. No turndown service every day which again, for the price? On the days that the room was done, little things were not taken care of and on one day when we got back to our room, the door was not fully closed and I just pushed it open without using my key. I can go on and on but that would be overload. The best part about the stay was the shower and the security at the doors checking ID as they were friendly and engaging.

If you like loud, this is your place. Vegas is loud and bright but this was extreme. Windows rattled due to music from stadium pool after 11. Rules are very strict for pool entry, good, but be sure to take your ID, this wasn't clear at entry to pool. Hours changed the day we went, by front desk said 8. Pool staff couldn't answer basic questions like how to turn on hot tub or stadium pool capacity. Struggled to have conversation with hotel staff, no English. It is a nice hotel, clean and easy layout just not for me.

Perfect hotel that is just off the strip away from the noise. However, that does not mean it's not a great hotel. The service was great, upgraded my room for free. Opal tower, though I hear Ruby is the best. The casino was very quiet, but big enough to get a table and play any slot you want. Watched a game at the sportsbook as well, which was nice. The food was great, nobu, and the breakfast. They also have a 24.7 pizzeria that was actually really good. Honestly, overall an underrated spot for the price. High end but somehow not breaking the bank. If you want all the flashiness of vegas, not the best hotel for you, but if you want something inbetween, definitely book here. Strip is super close too. The pool was awesome, and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms i've ever used.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with fresh bedding changed daily. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and we also loved the steakhouse (great live music!) and the pizza shop. The pool area was huge and super chill, the bartenders made great drinks and were always up for a good conversation. We even had some good luck at the casino! The location was convenient too, we could walk to several nearby spots, and taxis were always easy to find when needed. A special thank you to Craig for taking such great care of us!

Great hotel off strip. Lovely rooms and the breakfast although chargeable is fantastic. Good casino and pools. We also ate there one night and it was fantastic. The only thing that's a negative is we booked about nine months before the trip and when we arrived they made a big thing about finding us a room and then that they have us an upgrade to a room with a pool view. We were 8 floors up and I'm not really interested in seeing the pool so that's not an upgrade. Other than that. Fantastic place.

The room is a good size and decorated well. The bathroom is extremely small but there is a vanity outside the bathroom that's helpful. Service upon check-in was mediocre. Rep showed no emotion or personality, just got the job done and sent us on our way. If I hadn't gotten such a great deal (resort fees waived & 40% off) it wouldn't be worth full price. I recommend if you're looking off strip and can get an awesome discount.

Second year staying and it keeps getting better! So far in our trip Nancy, Lala, and Melijah have been AMAZING! Nancy is MVP/GOAT! Room is amazing and the beds are probably some of the most comfortable around or ever. We will be here next year! Also, go check out Kassi and have yourself a great time! We had brunch, and were helped by Jeffrey another MVP/KING! Also Denise at card services, sweetheart! So nice. Everyone around is great, with one slight exception, while Lucia restaurant is a great time and food, you need to make it past a snippy/rude hostess. If you can endure then try it but don’t try to bring a cup of coffee in or you’re turned away… Thank you all!!

We booked through Expedia and had some trouble using the meal coupons at first, but the manager helped us and everything was resolved smoothly. The hotel room was very comfortable — great water pressure in the shower, and the bathtub was large and relaxing. All of the hotel’s restaurants were wonderful and the food was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! 🌈🌴

DIRTY NEEDLES….?!!? cant believe i have to write this review … I stayed at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas For Halloweekend for a friend’s birthday staycation, and unfortunately had a very disturbing experience. While outside on the cabanas, I nearly sat on a dirty needle that had been left behind. It was clearly not something that should ever be missed during cleaning or inspection, and it raised serious concerns about the hotel’s safety and sanitation standards. I reported it to a security guard [ Jett ] who was the kindest and helpful and definitely deserves a pay raise. But then reported it to the front desk right away, the supervisor SCOTT had a response of “unfortunately the best i can do is waive your resort fee” apologetic but not reassuring……not compliant AT ALL. Being in the hospitality/hotel business in NYC for 7 years as i stated to SCOTT hoping he’d understand that this kind of oversight is completely unacceptable in any hotel. I was one poke away from a lawsuit and im offered a waived resort fee of $200….. No real effort was made to make things right — not even an offer of a full refund or a complimentary stay at another location, which I would have expected given the severity of what happened and especially spending well over 1k for two rooms. I’m sharing this so others are aware and so management takes this issue seriously. Guests deserve to feel safe and know that the cabana’s and lounging areas are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in.

The room was highly clean, spacious, and smelled fresh. The view from the room was quite picturesque, looking out over a small lake. One nice touch was that the hotel had turned the lights and a/c on in the room, so I walked into a very pleasingly pleasant room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I fell asleep within minutes of lying down. Lots of American cuisine restaurant choices on the property. Room service was also available till 11:30 PM. Steak is recommended for meat lovers. The staff were friendly enough: polite and courteous, though they didn't do anything to blow my mind. I highly recommend this hotel: it represents the Hilton brand well.

The hotel is huge and the landscaping is really pretty. The staff were all super nice and friendly. The food was surprisingly good, too. Every meal I had was excellent and the service was solid. The room was clean and comfortable… kind of. Here’s where we get to the issue and it’s big enough to take this from 5/5 to 3/5 just on its own: the noise. The door and walls separating my room from the neighbors was paper thin. I mean so little sound insulation that I could clearly hear every one of their conversations. They weren’t even yelling, either, just talking. I had to sleep with my AirPods in. I have never been in a hotel with so little sound insulation between the rooms. It’s kind of crazy. It’s a shame too, because everything else was great.

We had our women's retreat there this past weekend and everyone had a fantastic time. They loved the hotel and said it was elegant and peaceful. The catering was top notch. With over 200 women we did not receive any complaints. Just a pretty property. You should go, it is a getaway and peaceful off the strip

I will say that if you’re having a wedding here… run. The team was the worst except the tall gentleman and the outside people of Pinnacle, Logan and Roswell were great. From the start we were enthusiastic and were helped. Our wedding coordinator in the beginning seemed great but 4 months later got fired. The rest of team should be fired too. The coordinators “Mo” and Maria weren’t helpful, they said things about us that were untrue, they gave my wife a run around every time. They said they would take notes and then literally get the same thing wrong. My wife literally had to plan our wedding and set up plans for the venue as if she was the wedding coordinator adding an incredible amount of stress to her. In the day of the wedding there were things wrong. They set out the wrong chairs, the wrong amount of chairs, the wrong table set up, and a dance floor which we had no clue if we would be charged for or not. Plus 2 minutes before I am to walk down the aisle one of coordinators told my mother that my family members very close to me looked hideous… while I was standing 2 feet away. I could write you a novel of our experience there and how bad it was for the wedding which is sad because we picked it based off the location and scenery. The hotel is really falling under and it’s starting to show. I don’t want your automated reply of contact customer service because they didn’t care. As someone who works for big names hotel/casino properties it’s completely unacceptable and the fact no one from higher has contacted us is insane. I will continue to not recommend this place to anyone or any of their friends or family. The only good part was the bell hops, especially Aristotle. They were amazing and kind people so shoutout to you all.

Nice property, but lacking in service. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are also quite large with double sinks, bath tub and shower. Property's condition is well kept & clean. However, management seems to be checked out as the service did not match the property quality. Overall, a disappointing stay. 1) Large bottle of lotion in the bathroom was completely empty 2) Housekeeping did not service the room all day 3) Swimming pool was shut down. It's a 'resort' so would think mgmt. would provide alternatives to guest instead of saying "it's closed". 4) Elevator in parking garage was broken down. Had to carry my luggage down the stairs and back up when checking out. 5) When checking out, I conveyed this experience to the front desk who was in a rush to get back to the office to finish his work. I kept getting auto text messages from the property inquiring about my stay. When I conveyed my experience, I received an auto text response. Yeah, what a personal touch. Told me all I needed to know about management not caring about the guest experience. Don't ask the guest about their experience unless you mean it. It is quite an empty gesture. Hope others have a better experience, however, for me there are plenty of options in the area for next time as I visit once a month.

The rooms are a little run down but the village area including restaurants and bars are a lot of fun. Great place for events; weddings, etc as all your guests can stay on property with enough to entertain them. Beautiful chapel and reception areas.

The room beside us had septic issues. The smell crept into our room. The whole family got headaches during the stay. The only consolation we were given was a $15 discount from the stay. On top of that, the towels were stained (and we only got 3 towels despite a reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids). And the pool was closed ("off season"). The stay was not correctly added to our Hilton Honors account. And no microwave in the room. For the hefty price tag, we were hoping for more than just a stinky sewage-smelling room with dirty towels. The nice thing about the large room was a toilet stall that was separate from sinks and the shower... But having both a shower and a separate bathtub was overkill.

I loved this place. All staff here were helpful and excellent. Got an upgraded bigger room for free due to availability. Everything was clean and in working condition. Our room was like a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with full kitchen and a balcony. Very nice I loved the decent size pool in the middle of the courtyard. There is also a small bar and pool table inside the lobby. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. I'd for sure stay here again.

This location is not far off the strip on Tropicana. So if you're going to the MGM or New York New York, it's not a bad walk to get there. Anywhere else, you're looking at a pretty long trip, just like anything on the strip. Once the baseball stadium is built, if you're into baseball, this is an excellent location. It's fairly secure and well kept. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The rooms by and large are really decent. Just a few maintenance cleanup issues as most places have, but the worst thing is the toilet is like sitting on the floor. Floor. It is so teeny you are almost squatting to get on that thing. Getting back up is not any easier if you are an older person for sure. The room we were in had a double bedroom with a front room. I'm sure the couch pulled out into another bed so it could sleep more people, though I did not check. There is a large TV in the front room and then each of the bedrooms have a smaller television. The master bedroom has a bathroom attached to it, which is a shower. The second bedroom has a detached bathroom, so that anyone who sleeps in the pull-out would have access to the bathroom as well.

Stayed for 3 days with the kids, the room was lovely and spacious! Little but dated but didn’t matter, honestly we probably could have slept on a floor each night we were that exhausted. The beds were very comfy. ALL the staff we encountered were so very genuine and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. There’s a lovely Denny’s at the end of the street for breakfasts. A walking distance to the MGM and the strip. The pool is great. Laundry facilities. Everything you could want. Thanks for a great trip. We will hopefully be back!!

Good location. Very clean spacious suite with full kitchen facilities. On check in given choice of floor level to stay. Also opposite main reception is a visitors desk. Chantelle and colleagues were exceptionally helpful with our missed tour due to the late arrival of our flight. Being from the UK we appreciated their assistance and kindness. Hotel is a relaxing place to stay and would book again. It is within walking distance of the Strip, Monorail/places to eat and really good value for money.

Overall good experience. The room was clean, but a little dated. I was very happy with the size. I got a 2 bedroom. 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 queen pull out sofa. 2 baths, and a full kitchen and living room. For the price, it was awesome. The strip was about a 15 min walk. The food was ok. Nothing too crazy. Room was nice and quiet. Couldn't hear the neighbors. Close enough to the strip to walk, but a good distance away so you're not dealing with loads of people. However, the location is sketchy. With homeless people and people doing drugs in the street. But if you're going with a group and wand a cheap decent place to stay, this is the spot.

Upon checking in they offered us a complimentary glass of champagne. They also added our guest to our room and made her feel like a person instead of an ATM. The resort manager Derek was one of the brightest spots that we had. His energy and love for people radiated throughout the rest of his staff. The pool area and BBQ area were very well maintained. They had all the items you would need for the BBQ at the main desk. The coolest part though was the little touches that they offered i.e. 1PM ice cream socials daily, free pool table, ping-pong, corn hole, board games, and even afternoon events. They even replaced all the soaps/conditioners/lotions in the rooms without hesitation. All the staff loved to interact with everyone. They truly made you feel like you were at home or at a family gathering. Elizabeth the bar tender is just as engaging as Derek is. Getting to know where each of the staff members were from and to hear about it was also very exciting. Best place to stay again. 100%

Good amenities but the hot tub was not hot at all and the noise above our room and the leaf blower and lawnmower woke us up at 6am every morning. The bartender was also the cook so you had to wait for her to come out of the kitchen to get a drink. Also buyer beware! This is a timeshare property so be prepared to deal with pushy sales people that will ruin your whole vacation for some discounted entertainment. No means no but they will keep it up until you go to the presentation and then even when you tell them that you don’t want to waste their time so they can chase a different mark they keep trying and then accuse you of wasting their time when you still won’t buy a timeshare after their promised 90 minute time suck turns into 2+hours.

Fabulous place to stay off-strip. Staff were AMAZING - SO helpful, friendly, and responsive. Cleanliness was pristine, compared to other high-end timeshare rentals. The rooms are large and comfy, huge kitchen, washer/dryer in suite, huge deep couples’ soaking tub. Easy to get to, off of Sahara, Adjacent to Westgate and its monorail station. Quiet (14th floor). Nice pool, free parking that is close to the elevator. May not be as chi-chi as some hotels and a little bit of an artificial smell in the hallway, but with the superb staff service, large suite sizes, HUGE extra-deep couples tub, superb cleanliness - we would stay here over any other place in Vegas (unless you want to be right on the strip, or would rather stay somewhere loud and obnoxious 😂).

My friend and I, both females, felt very safe and secure in this hotel. There was a convenience store on the first floor which came in handy several times during our stay. Staff at the desk were excellent, asked us security questions, and made sure we were both on the reservation. Only a 10 minute Lyft/Uber ride to most parts of the strip but there also was a pretty big day pool party with a big name performer just a few minute walk away.

If what you’re looking for is quiet, clean, and slightly off strip, this is the spot. Ideal for work travel. Keep in mind this place has no bar, no restaurant, no casino. Some people might see that as a minus, but there has to be quieter places like this to balance all the noise of the strip. It’s not far from the monorail, but no conveniently close. Very short walk to the Westgate if you’re itching for the casino or food options. The uber rides into the strip were pretty affordable. Usually $10-20. The cafe/shop is fine. Expect microwaved food quality and Basic Starbucks. The little gift section has decent selection. Clean and housekeeping refreshed things nicely daily.

We loved this place. The pool is not fancy, but certainly less crowded and crazy than the options on the strip. The coffee shop onsite is perfect for a morning nosh and the folks are wonderfully helpful and acxomodating accommodating. I had an awful experience with customer service at Fontainebleau on the strip and this is a lovely contrast.

The room is great! We loved having the separate rooms to be able to sit and relax in one area separate from the bedroom. Loved that we had a little kitchen area so we could make some meals. Rooms were quite, did not hear other people. Pool is really nice.

After a major disappointing one night stay at the westgate, this place was amazing, clean,quiet, if you ever needed anything the staff took care of it immediately. Worth every penny, I wish I could give 10 stars. This was our view for 4 days.

We had a very pleasant stay for 2 nights with the family in a 2-bedroom suite. The room is spacious, clean and very well equipped. Check-in time is strictly followed, so we had to wait 45 minutes since we came a bit early. The location is a bit off the Strip but no problem if you have a car or use a taxi or rideshare.

I’ll start with the positives The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable! Also the location was great! Sadly on to the negatives.. I had multiple members of staff lie to me about the payments that would be taken. This left me with no money for food or drinks and made me have to go to the check in desk twice a day for my whole trip. I was out there for business so this made my trip far more stressful than it needed to be. Then on my day of checkout I was told I would have the payments I questioned refunded within 3-5 business days and if I wanted to speed it up I would have to contact my bank. So I tried to get hold of my bank who said it was the hotel that has to release it and they couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t have cared less if they made a mistake and fixed it but they didn’t, they lied to me about it and I had to do the running around to attempt to resolve the issue that had left me with no food or beverages. These are the reasons my review is only 2 stars. I would recommend if you want a comfortable bed and a nice room. I wouldn’t recommend if you want an easy stress free time. Unfortunately I would not visit again after this experience.

TL:DR Version--A very nice, non-smoking, semi-boutique hotel on the Strip, at a reasonable (but not inexpensive price). Longer version: The NoMad is a semi-boutique hotel situated in the top floors of the Park MGM Hotel towards the southern end of the Strip (across from NYNY, near the Aria and not too far from the Bellagio). The rooms and very, very nice, and sizable. Beds are quiet and comfortable, and the claw-foot tub in the main bedroom was a nice addition. The hotel (and the Park MGM) are both non-smoking, which is a huge plus compared to when we went to shows at the Bellagio and Venetian, which reeked of smoke. Check-in is easy (and, if you are driving up, separate from the check-in for the Park MGM). The decor of both the reception area, the hallways, and the rooms is very dark; I get the impression they're trying to create an ambience. Food options are somewhat limited; unless you leave the property you're limited to a small number of extremely expensive restaurants or places huddled around what they call "Eately", an Italian-themed semi-food-court. Food there is actually quite good, but it's also not cheap. There's also not much in terms of happenings at the resort; no shows, no large shopping areas, so it doesn't have the "wow" factor of the more expensive places like Venetian or Bellagio, nor is there much to do if you don't gamble and aren't into vastly overpriced drinks in the bars. Would I stay there again if I came back to Vegas? Absolutely, but with the understanding that I'd need to walk or Uber to find things to do beyond the casino.

Love staying at the nomad!! Service is always amazing at check in and departure. And love the non smoking aspect of the hotel! I also love the casino host Domick for helping me with all my Vegas needs! I have stayed here for the last 5 years! And can't wait to come back in December I would highly recommend to everyone!

Nice hotel at a very convenient location in Las Vegas. This is one of the very few non-smoking resorts in Las Vegas and the reason why I picked this resort. The room and hotel are very clean and well-maintained, WiFi is great, service is good, the AC is nice and strong. The negative is that for the price, I got very little (I booked the King room): no bathtub in the bathroom (walk-in shower only), no bidet in the toilet, parking was at least $25 a night (!!!). The gym was okay, spa was very expensive, swimming pool is fairly small with mostly large lounge area -- good for sunbathing but not good if you actually want to swim or float around. I would have given it five stars if it called itself a four-star hotel and charged less. But for the price paid and for the "five star hotel" label, it sure didn't feel like I got what I paid for.

Really 4.5. Boutique hotel. Really is noticeably quiet and peaceful compared to anywhere else. Service is also better because there are fewer people. Rooms very nice. Decent side but had upscale feel. If you want to be away from the crowds stay here Only issue I had an even numbered room overcooking t mobile. There was a hockey game and a parade. They BlAST music before and during game. Room literally was shaking cikkd hear the music in bathroom with shower i On. Not fault of hotel at al but maybe try and shy away over looking t mobile Good place though. Staying again in December

Oh, NoMad at Park MGM Las Vegas! I had such an amazing time celebrating a significant milestone birthday. Special thanks to Candace (Guest Relations Manager) for welcoming me. Many thanks to the entire staff (front desk, housekeeping, NoMad pool) for taking care of me during my stay. I really enjoyed bathing each night in that glorious tub and lounging by the pool, where they serve Dole Whip. I hope the rebrand goes well!

So, it can be a bit confusing because Park MGM is the more prominent name of the location, but, to my knowledge, Nomad is the name of the actual hotel. There can be some better marketing/brand awareness here but I digress. I spent about a week in Vegas, with five of those days staying at the Aria, which is right next-door. So, I had a pretty great comparison after spending one night in the Nomad/Park MGM. The Nomad certainly gives more accessible luxury. The realms remind me of what an elevated Marriott property would give, which makes sense, since the Property is owned by Marriott. Also, it is awesome that this is a non-smoking property. And! There are tons of food options here! Like, everywhere you turn there is a range of high to low-end cuisine. I would certainly recommend if you want a more affordable and attainable Vegas experience.

Overall, Cowabunga Canyon is a great water park and definitely worth a visit. The rides are fun, the park is clean, and there’s plenty for both kids and adults to enjoy. Unfortunately, our day was cut short because the park had to shut down due to rain, which was a big disappointment since we were excited to try more attractions. However, I really appreciate how the staff handled the situation. They were organized, polite, and quickly provided everyone with rainy day vouchers, which you can redeem at either Cowabunga Canyon or Cowabunga Bay. It’s nice to know they care about their guests having a good experience. We’re looking forward to using our vouchers and coming back for a full day of fun!

The park is decent, but not as nice as Cowabunga Bay. The lazy river and little kids play areas are our favorite areas, although the water in the kids area is very cold for babies. My 4 year old doesn't seem to mind the temperature at all though. On a negative note, the restrooms are maintained like how I would imagine the restrooms are maintained in a post-apocolyptic 7-11, or possibly Guantanamo Bay.

Really cool water park to take the kids and have fun. Lots of slides but the lines are long and you have to wait for a while. Friendly staff. Food is great and delicious. We went but it started to rain and the park closed down but they gave us tickets to go back another day.

Cowabunga Canyon is a total blast—just be ready for some hella hot pavement if you don’t plan ahead. Get there early so you can snag a shady spot (trust me, your feet and your sanity will thank you). The water rides are fun for all ages, the staff is friendly, and honestly, the whole place is impressively clean for a waterpark. Whether you're floating the lazy river or screaming down a slide, it's a solid way to beat the Vegas heat—as long as you’re not battling for shade at noon!

Waterslides, lazy river, wave pool what more could you ask for! Such a great way to spend a hot summer day in Vegas!! Haven’t been to Cowabunga Canyon in years…this place is so much fun. Got there right when they opened. The water is clear, the park is kept clean and plenty of friendly staff to ask questions if needed. The were a couple of downsides… waited in line for 45 minutes to get to the counter to order food. Definitely not ideal especially since you can’t bring your own. Also, it seems like they are in need of additional tubes for the park. They had maybe 10 total at the wave pool and I barely saw people with them in the lazy river. Maybe they’ve popped or deteriorated over the summer but they definitely are in need of more. Overall, still had a great time and plan on returning.

Had a blast! Even for the 6-year-old. He was nervous at first, but he got over it quickly after we had gone down the first set of slides by the entrance. All he wants to do now is go to ride the slides every weekend! Even for adults, this place is pretty fun!

I have to give a 3 star rating. The prices for food are just absolutley ridiculous. If your going to make the food and drink prices so high. Then maybe its time to let people bring some pre made sandwiches to the park so that they can enjoy the park for longer without being absolutley drained on uncharted food, that is sub par. The rides are great though and the kids always have fun when we take them. They do have easy access lockers to keep your materials as well.

I think they just remodeled the pool and opened it late this summer 2025. I went on a Monday morning so it wasn’t very busy and the crowd was older. But it's pretty damn good versus last year. They added a swim up bar and stretched the main pool to include water loungers. Added a couple small wading pools in two corners. And a big round one near the entrance. Music is pumping now and it's clear the kids/family pool is upstairs now. Downstairs is more day club style.

It newly renovated. It a party pool with a DJ. It can be rather noisy due to it a party pool. Nice new bar. It now has alot less free lounger and many more pay to rent umbrella/beds.

Hands down the BEST pool and hotel in Las Vegas! We have been coming to Las Vegas for years and we absolutely love the 21+ Go Pool at Flamingo. Although the hotel itself isn’t the most modern and spectacular with enhanced engineering and decor. We refuse to stay anywhere else because of the central strip location, great pricing, and the BEST pool! Plus this hotel just gives all the nostalgic feels of classic Las Vegas. The rooms are still cute like any other place and exceptional view of pool yard, sphere, and the Hi Roller Ferris wheel. If you’re looking for a good time, the Flamingo Go Pool is the place! Music, DJ, atmosphere, and amazing bartenders! We do miss the fun identifying colors and natural look of the old Go Pool, but the newly renovated Go Pool is modern, efficient for a high volume of people, and getting a drink is quick and easy! Shoutout to Thrash and bar back Shawn behind the swim up bar. They took care of us all week and made us feel so welcomed. Went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of during our visit. 10/10 superb service! We just celebrated my fiancés 50th birthday and they made it extra special. Safe to say, we made friends and look forward to our next visit. Let’s go!

Hotel Key or Cesar Rewards Card (of a certain tier) needed for free admission. 21+ Over. Its not a full pool party like Encore and such but not bad if you want in between pool party and chillness. There is a DJ and people dancing at some point. The pool bar is large and fun to chill around. We got a cabana lily pad and it was fun. I'd come back. They don't allow metal water containers. They do check bags and such. SPF was allowed in for us when we visited. There are water cups and water fountains around. Drinks are pricey!!

My friends and I visited the new and improved Flamingo GO Pool on Saturday 7/12/25 and it was a BLAST. If you’re looking for a pool party with down to earth music and a very good vibe, I would recommend this pool party if you’re in Vegas. Music: the DJ was on point the entire time while mixing 2000 hip-hop, with EDM, with country, and so much more. He really knew how to get the crowd hyped. Pool Temp: the pool temperature was on the cooler side, but it was not an issue at all. With blazing desert heat reaching the 100’s, it was very, very refreshing, especially during the middle of the day. There is plenty of shade by the pool bar area to get a break from the sunrise as well as the grotto. Prices: for being a Vegas pool party I thought the prices were about average. Not as high as those ultra luxury pool parties, but definitely elevated prices for food and drinks. Cover: one of the best aspects of this pool party was that there was NO COVER charges or entrance fees. This is a rare site for a Vegas pool party and frankly, I hope they continue to do this. Having no cover allows you to check out the pool party risk free, if it’s not to your liking, you can simply just leave and not risk any money. Daybeds/Chairs/Cabanas: the lounge chairs are very hard to come by if you’re not there early. I would personally recommend a day bed or a cabana for a better value. If you’re going to get a daybed or cabana, do not pre-book it online, I would recommend negotiating one at the door. You could probably walk away with a a better rate and lower minimum, which is what we did and it was perfect. TIP: DO NOT BUY WATER. There is a water refill station next to the main bar on your way to the women’s restroom. Just ask the bartender for a cup of ice and refill your water as needed. Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate. Overall, this is probably one of the best pool parties I’ve been to in a while. It was great to see everybody dancing and getting hyped in the middle of the Vegas heat. It was a very down-to-earth crowd who just wanted to be there and have a good time. No frills and no boujee-ness which I loved. This pool party has something for everyone whether you want be in the pool, turning up, or you want to be chilling in the grotto relaxing.

Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. People are lame. The service is great. The French fries and croissant breakfast sandwich is delicious. Rent one of the wet deck loungers in the party pool. Expect to spend money…expect the music to be loud…it’s Vegas. The drinks are pricey but strong. Choose to have a good time and you will. 10/10

My husband and I spent the weekend of the 4th of July enjoying the Go Pool and love the remodel!! Brian took our experience to the next level and made us feel like celebrities. He gave us one of the best day beds by the bar and Chrystle our waitress and Dragon were phenomenal!
