Gorgeous hotel with lovely spacious rooms and amazing interior decor. Public spaces very chic. Pool and sauna in the basement. Bathrobes and slippers provided, plus free luggage storage the day we left which allowed us to explore Brest. Would definitely stay again!

Impeccable. Room with sea view on top floor very comfortable. The bed a joy to sleep in. The pool and sauna excellent especially appreciated the early opening hours

This is a great option for staying in Brest. It’s a 5 minute walk from the trainstation, and a similar walk to the main shopping street. The hotel rooms are lovely, obviously recently renovated and very spacious. The bathrooms have a really nice rain shower and lots of room. The superior rooms have French doors overlooking a little square outside. Staff were helpful, I would strongly recommend staying here
Geoffrey M — Google review
A beautiful hotel, with impeccable service. It had a lovely spa and pool area, and a good breakfast.
Annie K — Google review
Fabulous hotel, loved the Art Deco decor and very good service. However, our bedroom needed repainting and we were disappointed not to have coffee and tea facility in it. I think a four star hotel should always have this on offer.
Brigitte S — Google review
We were very pleased with Le Continental in Brest. Beautiful and well maintained lobby area. Room a pleasant surprise, very clean with all we required. Continental breakfast had a lot of variety and quality was excellent. We would have given the hotel 5 stars except they are not perfect,we were never able to get the internet working.
Stanley W — Google review
Too much mold in bathroom and no ventilation. Mold on the balcony and walls. Inner wall of the balcony. Perfect stuff at reception. Perfect maid. Perfect bath accessories such as soap and shampoo and body lotion. All is clean. But mold((( Breakfast without fish is not good idea for 4* hotel. As for me i don’t eat meat. Not because i’m vegan, just because i eat only kosher meat))
D. B — Google review
The staff at this hotel were professional and extremely helpful, warning us about parking in the square for Sunday (you will be towed to make room for the Sunday market). Our room was spacious, great free wifi, and I loved the balcony overlooking the square. This is an older building and the lobby and our room were beautifully decorated. Great location on the square, easy walking distance to Rue de Siam (shopping and tram access), the city hall area, and the chateau and port. Parking directly outside the hotel on the square is 2-hr, but one street over is cheap all-day parking (free on sundays and after 6pm)

Nestled on the outskirts of Brest, the Best Western Plus Europe Hotel offers a modern retreat just a short drive from the city center and Guipavas Airport. This stylish property boasts 79 well-appointed rooms designed for comfort, featuring soundproofing, air conditioning, satellite TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests can unwind in chic surroundings that include a delightful restaurant/bar and a fitness room to keep up with their workout routines.
Great location to be close to the airport, not far to travel to everything else. We came for a short stay and had a lovely time, the room was beautiful, though be aware we had no fridge, not a huge issue as the staff were more than happy to provide ice when asked. The staff were lovely, but one staff member in particular made our visit so wonderful, and that was Mylene (sorry if we misspelt) She seemed to be everywhere at once, all of the time, and always with a smile on her face. We genuinely questioned if she ever slept as she was always around when we needed something. Maybe there was staff shortage during our visit also but it looked like she was doing multiple jobs at the same time, and never seemed to be stressed by this. Anything we needed, she was more than happy to help us and she truly made our stay at the hotel so enjoyable and relaxed. We would come back again purely for the service she provided. An absolute gem of a human being, and apparently new to the job, which was a surprise given how professional and accommodating she was. Thank you Best Western, and thank you Mylene. With Brest going through major construction of a new tram line, it is a difficult city to visit . We tried twice to get down to the port and were unable to get there because of "deviations" that led nowhere and then nowhere. Also though the restaurant is excellent it was closed for 2 out 3 of our stay because of a special event for a sports team. There are relatively few good restaurants near the hotel. Room was nice but had cleanliness issues and one day the room had not been cleaned.
Bill C — Google review
Very nice hotel but poor access to drinks and food. The restaurant is called 247 but it's rarely open and definitely doesn't provide food around the clock. Asked for some food for lunch but not able to provide anything. Rooms are very nice and comfortable.
Alan B — Google review
Close to the airport. Not convenient if the goal is to visit Brest downtown but good if you go to the Route des Phares. Good restaurant. Competent personnel. Thanks to Mme Alice at the checkout
C. S — Google review
Took a trip to see my husband & the stay went well. My first room had issues w the water not draining properly in the shower so they changed my room almost immediately. I didn't read that there wasn't any air conditioning but a member of the staff stated it was an upgrade. I didn't spend much of the day in my room and even when I did cracking the window allowed for plenty of cool air. The drinks at the bar were nice! & the aesthetics were great, too bad the airport lost my luggage or else I would've taken 1000 pictures downstairs!
Zeda M — Google review
The room was spacious, but... who in their right mind design a hotel room with glass door/walls in the bathroom? One person CAN'T sleep if the other is using the bathroom/shower. The room will be lighted like an stadium when someone use the bathroom.
Diana A — Google review
What I'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Good experience for the value of the stay. Highly recommended this hotel! Rooms: Super comfortable beds. Clean bedding, clean room clean and modern bathroom. Shower only, did not have a bath. I asume others rooms may have. Room lacked a fridge which honestly was the only let down. You enter and it was smelling nice and had a modern usual 4 star feel. Service: Extremely friendly, polite and helpful staff. If you were ever standing in the reception you were quickly greated by a staff member to check everything was okay. You were allways greated when you entered the hotel. Did feel at times they were a little low on staff especially at dinner but the staff had a high professional attitude at dealing with it. The rooms where not quite ready but we were offered free pastries (that were hot and fresh) and complimentary drinks while we waited for our room. We had to wait about 45 mins but with the efforts made to make us feel welcome it didn't bother us. We were fed and comfortable. Dinner had a lot of customers with what looked to be 1 kitchen staff and 1 waiter 1 bar/manger. But they supplied us with meats and cheese along with our drinks so we were happily distracted while we waited for food. We were a party of 12 so to be expected that the food would take some time but they did well with providing us with something while we waited or while they could service the other guests their mains. Loby: The loby was very welcomeing with fun decorations and Extremely comfortable sofas you could fall asleep in. Fun, modern, welcoming. Location: Close to air port. Close to the town. Restaurant/breakfast: Food was high quality. Staff were lovely. Drinks were delightful and food was pretty decent. Spa, pool & gym: Can not comment on these facilities. The gym was not large but looked decent.

The restaurant was open with 2 tables occupied, and the waiter simply says “we don’t have space” because of some vague reason is not acceptable, I will not book this hotel again. Furthermore, the rooms aren’t cleaned every day, there is no fridge in the room, and there’s dust on the floor. Two stars because it’s quiet and the parking is free.

Hôtel Oceania Brest Centre is a modern hotel located in the heart of Brest, offering polished rooms and a range of amenities. The hotel features a seafood restaurant and bar, with free Wi-Fi available throughout the property. It provides room service, laundry services, and pet-friendly rooms at an affordable starting price. Additionally, guests can enjoy family rooms, multilingual staff, air-conditioning, and breakfast in the room.
Best place in brest. Located in the center of brest (that's why it's called brest centre...), but amazing quiet. The service is superb. No matter what time, you will get an answer. Fitness club included, 300m from the hotel. Better than any "hotel gyms" with one ergo only... Perfect English speaking crew, excellent bar and restaurant attached. The only small shadow is the breakfast, but hey, really: the bread (not the Baguette) is worth dying for.! (The bacon and the sausages died two times...) Perfect room service, very high products in the bath. Highly recommend 👌
Sven S — Google review
Overall the hotel is Okay, unfortunately the key was never working (they changed it 10 times over the weekend!) and they never cleaned up my room. On the other side, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good.
Felipe M — Google review
Tired facilities (not even close to the photos showed) and annoying reception service. I needed to eat something before taking a medicine for strong back pain and the guy told me the kitchen was closed and couldn't be opened (apparently it is a bank caveau even if there is no safe in the room). No different options proposed to help me out. I have to wait until dinner to take my painkiller when finally the kitchen caveau will reopen. Pretty much you're on your own.
Cristiano R — Google review
Overall a good stay with a very friendly and helpful staff. Room size was good, breakfast was versatile. Good location and even though the busy streets are just outside, there is no notice of that once the windows are closed.
DRA 8 — Google review
This hotels location was extremely convenient. Right in the middle of Brest, close to all amenities. It was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast every morning was good. We stayed for four nights. Customer service however was questionable. The lock on our hotel room was faulty, our keys would work once allowing us in to our room, but when we left it wouldn’t allow us to access back in. We were on the 5th floor so this was inconvenient as we’d have to go back down to get another key. The man at reception accepted that it was the fault of the door, but unfortunately after a while we started to feel like a nuisance. Nobody addressed the matter or in anyway tried to compensate us for our inconvenience. Also when I informed him that the cleaning staff left our hotel room door open, he said he would tell them to be more careful, but otherwise showed indifference to the error, and to the care of our possessions Such a pity

Oceania hotels never let me down. i love the rooms, the space and the staff are really nice people. they have a small bar/lounge where you can sit and a very good restaurant in the place. it's a very well managed place
Henry J — Google review
My review is based on my 4 stays at this Hotel. Overall expensive (upto 130 Eur+, although this time it was 107 Eur), Average rooms & average breakfast (no warm vegetarian option). Ordered taxi at reception, many times during my 4 stays, 95% of times its arriving 20-25min late! Although booking made 3 weeks in advance, still during the last 2 stays I was offered the same set of small rooms (208-209) on the street side, noisy during the night because of the Tram & loud people on the street making night-outs. Request made at the reception but no support provided, instead I was told that 'I might be too unlucky'. I hope now you understand why I gave 2 stars only. Instead of making post explanations, can you compensate this bad experience?

I have stayed in hotel 15 days due to Covid 19. There is no enough words to thank Mr. Benoit and his team for the help and care during that time. Absolutley best service that has ever been provided to me. Food, service, cleanliness, everything was 10/10. That was buisness trip but for sure i will go again in that hotel for a vacation. Thanks one more time to Mr. Benoit and his team.

Nestled in the heart of Brest, Hôtel Mercure Brest Centre Les Voyageurs offers contemporary accommodations with a touch of naval decor and stunning views of the Bay of Brest. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and cultural center, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. With soundproofed rooms featuring satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay while taking in the sea views.
Downtown hotel view on see very limited. Very nice staff and warm welcome. Good buffet breakfast with good selection of good quality products. Only negative point: the safe to samml for a small computer.
Olivier C — Google review
We stayed one night when attending a football match in Brest. We thought the hotel had it's own parking but it doesn't, though we luckily found a space close by in the street and only had to pay for a few hours. We found the room to be very, very small but it was clean and the bed comfortable and the shower was very good although the bathroom smelt a tiny bit damp. Breakfast was good and the staff very efficient and helpful. There was Canal+ sport on the TV, so we watched the match again when we got back! Didn't think see a bar, so kept a small bottle in the mini-bar.
Martin B — Google review
Was quite delighted when they gave me a room upgrade but was really disappointed when I found out that the hotel do not have air-conditioning. The disappointment is largely due to the fact that I am traveling alone and so personal comfort take precedent over room size. Would have been nice if they straight up indicated no air-conditioning, rather than leaving it out and letting you infer if they have it or not. Nevertheless, staff was great at service recovery by providing an extra fan but I visited at the worst possible period where the weather is very warm. Would really recommend the hotel in the winter or during cooler periods but not in the summer.
RyanSimba — Google review
Great staff and service! Location close to many of the Brest attractions. No problems with the room, although the room was a bit smaller than expected.
Mark K — Google review
My choir, Talgarth Male Choir, stayed at the hotel from 22nd - 25th September, 2023. There were 48 of us, so not a small party, but they coped with us admirably. It is a well equipped, beautifully decorated hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast was outstanding!
Peter R — Google review
The hotel is recently renovated, the beds are large and quite comfortable (we were in the 4th floor suite). There's a great view on the fourth floor toward the bay. We especially loved the service. The staff went out of their way to help us with directions and made a couple of dinner reservations for us. They also had great tips on local restaurants, how the busses work, etc. We're definitely going back!
Leon S — Google review
Great Hotel in the center of Brest. Easy walk to the harbor, great restaurants in the vicinity. We had a lovely room with a view of the bay.

Excellent place with great staff ready to help you no matter what. Very large bed and confortable. Minimalist room with great luxury amenities. Lovely stay I had there.

To avoid. Small and noisy rooms, no place for suitcase unless under the bed, located along noisy road, bad smell in bathroom, no place to sit unless on the bed, micro table renders it impossible to work on your computer, no coffee machine like nespresso (or similar), non flexible staff, not even a bottle of water in the room. Much better hotels in Brest at similar prices available. Not suitable for business travellers and corporate clients.
Xavier R — Google review
I recently stayed at Mercure Brest, and while the location and amenities were decent, the management's attitude toward payment terms left a lot to be desired. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that flexibility and customer service are not priorities here. We had a minor issue with our payment method, and instead of offering understanding or alternative solutions, the management was rigid and dismissive. Despite our attempts to explain and resolve the situation, they seemed more focused on enforcing rules than accommodating guests. This lack of flexibility added unnecessary stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. It's a shame because the hotel itself has potential, but the management's inflexibility overshadowed the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re absolutely certain you can meet their rigid policies.
Hendrik L — Google review
I spent 4 nights in the Mercure Brest Centre Port and liked this hotel pretty much. It looked like new and was well maintained. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Rooms were fitted with everything that is required except the coffee machine. Water was replenished every day. Wireless internet was speedy enough. Breakfast had a good variety of meals and good coffee. There was no gym at the hotel. Would definitely recommend it.
Ivan K — Google review
I have been in many Mercure and this one has the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen. Staying in the mercure in the center is more convenient for my affairs, but I'm definitely staying in centre port next time I'm in Brest due to the staff, especially Islim and Melissa.

We have stayed at about half a dozen Best Western Hotels in the UK and France and this one is certainly the best. Particularly impressed by the pleasant and helpful staff. A nice touch was to have our time of arrival recorded and the room prepared accordingly. Only slight criticism - not much hot water!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at L'amirauté Brest! Amandine greeted us when we first arrived and was incredibly helpful in getting us and the seven students accompanying us settled. All of the staff were amazing, and we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. I only ranked the rooms four stars because the Air Conditioning would not remain on. After 30 minutes, it would simply shut off, so I had to get up to prevent the room from getting too stuffy.

Did a review on hotels.com and they commented on it that I was lying, even tho I had the emails from them where they admitted to everything. One of their employees went in to my room in the middle of the night, I screamed and then he ran, went down to the reception to find anyone to talk to and no one was there or answering the phone or bell. Worst experience I’ve had in my entire life, I got terrified and left right away. They promised to pay me back for that one night (out of four) that someone got into my room but haven’t got anything back or even an answer on my emails. I’m so disappointed!! Here’s the conversation with them in pictures from their mail and how that lied straight to me after I did a review since they’ve not answered me or payed me back!!
Felicia A — Google review
I had a very nice stay here. Provided it's not very centrally located it was the best value for money option in Brest for me. I really didn't notice any problem with the cleanliness some people on here have mentioned. I felt very comfortable in my room watching my BBC news on the big screen. I also appreciated the water cooler in the corridor. The hotel should however enforce stricter rules once they have refurbished the sauna. People pour water on the stones carelessly and that has consequences. There needs to be a metal sheet between the wall and the heater to prevent any water getting on the wood. The ladle you have now is too big for a sauna of this size. You don't need anything larger than a wooden pasta sauce spoon. Encourage people to leave the sauna door open for a few minutes after they've used it. There's no such problem in the steam room and of course there are no wooden parts in there.
Marcel M — Google review
Decent rooms for 4 people stay. Rooms look bigger due to 2 beds on the mezzanine floor. Car parking can be challenging on weekends and you might be asked to park outside on the street as room booking does not guarantee a parking spot.
Himanshu T — Google review
Ok room but obviously I can smell sth unpleasant like animal smell when we first check in. But in general suitable for family more than 3; ONE THING TO KEEP IN MIND, there won’t be much PARKING left after 10pm, Impossible to Park after midnight (might be vacation reason) be careful
MONSEUR Y — Google review
Overpriced. Cold breakfast for the price of 14.50€ and you get yogurt, coffee, white bread that breaks your teeth and sometimes juice. That's it! Restaurant is closed most nights. Maybe open for 3 days a week. Laundry service is way too expensive and takes 3-4 days to get your laundry back. No coffee or tea in room, have to pay 2 € for a cup at the reception. Housekeeping doesn't always empty the trash or make the bed. In the room you have bed, TV and a closet. The shower has basically no water pressure and still the water doesn't drain normally. A minute in the shower and it's like your standing in a puddle of water. If the room is street side, you can forget about a good night sleep. The noise from the cars is unbearable. And no kind of HVAC in the room. Open the window and it's like you're in traffic, close the window and it's hot. Wouldn't recommend. Would be better off at some random B&B.
Kristjan K — Google review
Nice clean rooms. Great service that speaks fluent English, for you on holiday. The breakfast and meals in house are fantastic. They do offer room service but did not partake. There is also no ac though the weather is fairly moderate in Brest, at least while we were there. If it does heat up you can easily open up the windows.

Le Barracuda & Spa is a recently renovated 4-star hotel located just 500 meters from the National Maritime Museum in Brest. The waterfront setting offers stunning views of the sea and port, making it an ideal spot for those who enjoy port life. The hotel features a fitness center, bar, and on-site dining options. Guests can also enjoy spa facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet provides sweet and savory options, while the hotel strives to reduce its environmental impact.
The best hotel in Brest, I recommend it! Understanding, pleasant staff who will always make concessions. Nice, neat rooms, a very cool SPA area, we will 100% come back, and each of our stays in Brest will be accompanied by check-in at this hotel!

A very nice quiet hotel. It’s a peaceful place, cleaned, closed to the Center (of Brest), restaurants, and the train station. All from walking distance. It’s worth the stay for the friendly staff, well decorated rooms and location. Parking is limited.

NL friend's experience: ''I had the unpleasant honor to stay at your hotel and restaurant this week. I moved my friend and client, Sylvain Castel from Amsterdam back to Brest. On november 5th at 16.15 your reception offered me a room for €260,- for 2 nights. €20,- more as online, but I was tired from my long drive so I agreed. After 10 minutes; ‘’This room I offered you is in between time gone, but I can offer you another room which is bigger.’’ I told him that that is ok if it is the same price as what he just offered me. He said; ‘’No, this cost €40,- more in totall.’’ I said; ‘’please give me the room for the price you just offered to me.’’ The man looked at me as if I was stupid and told me that this is the price. No excuses, nothing. I was still tired and needed a room badly. So I agreed again. He finally checked me in and charged me €320,90. So stolen from me again €20,90. The restaurant opened at 19.00. We had to wait 2 hours, so we hit the bar. The barkeeper because he spoke zero English. At around 18.30 we got the menu. A older waiter recommended the lobster. I asked him where it is caught and how long it has been in the aquarium. The man said that we’ll both get 2 small lobsters which are caught local, directly from the harbour and still alive. That seemed a good deal. At 19.00 we went to the empty restaurant. ‘’Have you reserved?’’ asked the waiter. We ordered the lobster. Than the older waiter came with a plate with 2 medium sized raw lobsters to show us what we were going to eat. After about 30 minutes the dinner finally came. 1 lobster cut in 2 half lobsters in totall. So we both got 1 half lobster. Not 4 small lobsters as offered first at the bar and not 2 medium sized lobsters as showed before. Being super hungry, we started eating. The older waiter came and we asked what happened to the other lobster he showed us. First he acted as if he did not understand. Than he started stameling that he would ask for it in the kitchen. At that time our plates were empty and we only wanted an Irish coffee. So I asked for 2 Irish coffee with double whiskey inside as compensation. The older waiter went to the bar and came back with the message; ‘’2 Irish coffee with double whiskey inside cost €48,-.’’ Ofcourse we did not agree with this, but we still stayed polite and decent. Than the poor old waiter finally broke; ‘’This is my first day here. The cook told me to bring the 2 lobsters on the plate because that will look good. You are right, this is not fair. You will get 2 drinks of your choice for free from me.’’ At night there was a party and a fight outside which kept me awake for a few hours. The next morning at 6.30 I went to the breakfast and the egg, bacon and sausage were cold. I came back tired tot he hotel at around 2.00 in the night. The front door from the hotel was locked. There was no place to put my roomcard to open the door. There was no one at the front desk. I saw some kind of bell and I pussed it many times. I knocked the door as well many times. There was a phonenumber on the window which I called many times. After at least 45 minutes my last hope was the alarm number 112. I explained the situation and this alarm woman told me that she could not help me. I told here that I will break the door if it will not open soon and that she than has to act anyway. 5 minutes later the night porter finally showed up and opened the door for me. My room was cleaned but I did not get fresh drinking water. I went back to the night porter and asked for water. ‘’You have to drink from the tap.’’ I told him that I expect a bottle of drinking water from this 4-star hotel. After 10 minutes insisting he got me 2 bottles of drinking water. The next morning I did my check out. The lady at the desk asked me how my stay was. I told her my story above. No excuses, only 1 breakfast for free. I left angry and disappointed. My friend Sylvain is very ashamed that this all happened to me in his hometown. Therefor he will post this story as a review on google.

Such a pity, very badly managed hotel. Good structure but left to incompetent staff (except reception), dirty balcony with pigeon…. Breakfast with no croissants or pain-au-chocolat at 9.05 am on Sunday. SPA not in order completely. 1 person at breakfast for 20 tables….

Lovely hotel, room was big with a balcony beautiful views overlooking the harbour. Fab spa facilities and friendly staff! Great location!

We arrived and booked a room on the spot. It was raining so it was good that we were settling in a place after cruising in some other parts of the town that didn't look as nice and we're industrial looking. Room was clean and spacious with a view of the bay. Shower was rainwater style but the stall was designed in a way that a lot of water moved over to the sink area so we ended up using many towels to keep the area outside of the stall dry. Overall convenient and clean, the city was tempting enough to bring us back, but the stay was decent.

The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Recommended for short friends stay.

First time, I have ever used any B&B group’s hotel. The room was very modern and very meticulously designed for good comfort for the guests. The room lights were very nicely designed to avoid eye-strain. The Bed, Toilet were spacious and comfortable. So, I would highly recommend it and would like to look and book one during my next trip.

This was the worst hotel of my whole long trip around Normandie and Brittany. I always book if possible a sea view room. Mine looked out onto a car park . Reception did nothing to help except open the door when the code did not work. The whole room shook and the noise frightened myself and the dogs. It sounded like an air lock and someone was trying to get in. Happened many times. The secure parking is not secure. There is a public pathway with no gates passes right through the hotel parking lot for which the guest pays. The area is horrible. On a main thoroughfare with heavy traffic. No view at all. Restaurants are a good 10 minute walk away along the thoroughfare. Nothing close by except offices . No outside seating are and no grass for dogs. The receptionists need to get up from behind their window and help with the very heavy doors. I have injured my toe when trying to open it and it slammed back on me, watched by the receptionist . Far more clear instructions about things work eg I could not find how to get out at 10pm for the dogs. Never again

Family bedroom, spacious and very clean. Breakfast has lots of options and is great for children. Staff were helpful. Great location for the waterfront and a visit to the castle.. Avoid the pay parking across from the hotel, which is nothing to do with the hotel... very expensive.

We actually stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of October and this is the first opportunity I have had to vent my complaints about this hotel...totally spoilt holiday!! Glad to leave our pokey room behind!! Only good things were location and breakfast! Rooms like a prison cell,no plug in the wash basin,no kettle ,no bathroom,no pictures on the walls,no chair by the tiny desk(plastic hard stool only)TV misplaced..too low on the wall,no hanging space for our 3 nite stay clothes ( wished we had only 1 nite in this HELL!!!)

The hotel and it's facilities are fine but a short distance away is a nightclub that is open from 2345 to 0700 hours, the deep base from the sound systems and the drunks on the street will stop you having a nights sleep although the choice of room location will impact this also.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Brest, Hôtel Kyriad Brest Centre is a modern retreat that promises a refreshing stay. Recently renovated, this hotel combines comfort with contemporary style, offering guests well-appointed rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi and essential amenities like satellite TV and tea/coffee facilities. The atmosphere is surprisingly tranquil, making it an ideal spot for relaxation after exploring the city.
Clean modern room with comfy bed and a higher-end memory-foam pillow. The choice of the materials and indirect lighting gave the room a cosy feeling. Staff was friendly and helpful. When it comes to its location, this Kyriad is very central - there's the "Octroi" tram stop almost in front of it. Modern bathroom with surprisingly large shower. Although there was no fridge, the kettle near the bed with an assortment of teas and instant coffees was a thoughtful addition. The curtain was thick enough to block light during the night, and the windows fortunately didn't let much street noise through. There was also a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, including several international ones. If there was one thing I didn't like about this hotel, it was that the WiFi reception was a bit weak in my room.
Pierre B — Google review
Town center location , at the top end of the main shopping strip in Brest. Handy for getting around as there is a tram stop near by, and a small supermarket. I enjoyed my short stay there and found the room in excellent condition with excellent bathroom and comfy bed.... moreover the staff were nothing but helpful and there is free coffee, always a win in my books ...
Giles F — Google review
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Unfortunately it's in a very bad part of town and it's not safe. A large young male punched my wife as we walked down the sidewalk at about 5 in the afternoon. Fortunately someone eventually stepped in to help but most of the people just kept walking and did not want to get involved. I will not be back. But if someone must stay in this part of town there is a nice Japanese restaurant a few blocks away.

We booked this hotel last minute as we had a very early flight out of the Brest Airport to Paris. We were pleasantly surprised! Although we were only in the room for a quick night's rest, it was very clean, the customer service was great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. You get a lot for the price! I would definitely recommend this hotel and already have to family that are flying out of Brest soon!

The stay was comfortable, room clean. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke though. The night staff were so friendly and accommodating really helpful and kind
Jasmin J — Google review
Nice and reasonably priced hotel near the airport. The rooms and the interior do desperately need refurbishing though, but in general it is good value for money when you look for a hotel close to the airport. Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean rooms (rather small though compared to other Ibis hotels). The only downside was the price of the taxi from the airport. We arrived after 23:30 and taxi was the only option, there were no more buses and neither Bolt or Uber were available. So we paid € 22 for a 4 minute taxi ride, but this is not a problem of the hotel of course. When we went back to the airport by bus the next day to collect a rental car, the cost of a bus ticket was € 1.7...:-).

The staff was courteous and friendly. Katie was excellent; she spoke the most English of all, and she is from the UK :) But even the other staff were fantastic and always accessible. The bed was comfortable, the internet and other amenities worked fine. The food was good, and the breakfast selections could be improved, but there was plenty to choose from; the only thing missing was getting a cappuccino or specialty coffee during breakfast, though I didn't ask for it either. Merci Beaucoup!

Terrible place.. rooms are very small and tiny, no desk to work. During booking the room it was mentioned that the parking available - in fact there is no parking u have to be lucky to find the spot on the streets.. if u want to stay for 1 night city break - okay, if u have to stay longer, better choose another hotel. 1 extra star because the crew is really nice and location is good. Definitely I will not visit this place again.

This is a dirty, smelly apartment block that is not as described on their website, with an uncommunicative senior management. I booked a non-smoking double studio room for 6 nights, paid in advance. We arrived and found the room (403) was not remotely as described. It had twin beds not a double, kitchen equipment was missing, all the surfaces were dirty, and the room smelled badly of smoke. We told reception, where the staff were friendly and tried to help but they could not make the room good. They changed the bed, replaced the missing equipment and tried to clean the surfaces. However, everyone agreed that it was not possible to remove the smell of smoke. The walls and floors were still heavily marked and greasy. It would require industrial heavy cleaning or renovation to make the room acceptable. We could not sleep in a room with this bad smell so we advised reception and left the same day. I immediately wrote (in French and English) asking for a refund, but despite numerous further requests for a response have had no answer. I am now escalating the complaint with various authorities (tourist office, hotel organisations, company CEO etc.). Other factors to consider with this accommodation include – long walk to city centre (about 30-40 mins); few facilities in the vicinity (2 restaurants, 1 pizza takeaway and 1 shop); very poor security (we walked straight into their breakfast room where guests’ bags were stored, when the reception was closed and no staff were around); no lift (3 floors); no response to emailed request for early (1pm) check-in; and the room we were in suffered traffic noise. On the plus side, it does have wifi and a laundry, and the office staff were friendly. If it gets a renovation then it may be worth considering as low grade accommodation, but until then I suggest keep well clear of it.

(Translated by Google) Disappointing T2 accommodation due to the lack of cleanliness on our arrival: greasy hob, mold on the fridge, on the shower glass, on the bathroom ceiling, stained sheets... The cleaning team had to intervene twice because the cleaning was not done correctly the first time. We had a view of the car bumpers. There was therefore a real lack of brightness. We had to systematically turn on the lamps and close the curtains because of the view. The staff understood our situation. As compensation, two breakfasts (very decent) and tourist tax were offered to us. The establishment did not have the possibility of making a commercial discount on the price of the room because we had booked via Booking. We therefore lodged a complaint with Booking customer service and the establishment's head office. Unfortunately Booking cannot do anything and the establishment cannot issue a refund. Their proposal would be a 40% discount + breakfast coverage on a future rental. However, this proposal does not interest us because we will find ourselves incurring additional costs on a rental that we do not need. This situation is unacceptable. To conclude, this aparthotel deserves to be renovated. We strongly advise against this accommodation. It's a shame because the staff are very welcoming.

(Translated by Google) We had a pleasant stay in Brittany. The hotel manager is very welcoming and friendly as are the staff. The room was clean with good bedding. As for breakfast, each morning 1 or 2 homemade cakes are offered in addition to the rest. I recommend this hotel if you want to travel cheaply and enjoy the surroundings :) (Original) Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Bretagne. Oceanopolis is a massive aquarium featuring three distinct zones representing polar, tropical, and temperate marine environments. It offers an opportunity for visitors to discover the wonders of the world's oceans with over a thousand species of marine animals on display. The aquarium boasts one of Europe's largest penguin pools and provides an immersive experience for all ages.
Océanopolis in Brest is the most beautiful aquarium I’ve visited! The tropical and polar pavilions are stunning and full of fascinating marine life. A fun, immersive, and educational experience. I loved it and highly recommend it to anyone interested in the ocean world!
Malak C — Google review
It is ok, but there are far better aquariums around. Admittedly, the place is currently undergoing a major renovation, so a large part of it is closed. But what we did see was mostly digital or interactive displays plus some tanks of mostly small creatures such as shrimps and seahorses. The only big animals visible were a few very bored seals in a tiny tank, swimming round repetitively. There were quite a few English translations and the staff were friendly. We stayed about an hour in total. Definitely don't travel specifically to visit, but it passes the time if you are in the area and the weather is bad. Hopefully, it will be improved when the big renovations are unveiled.
Livia F — Google review
Overall loved the aquarium, just bad timing with the renovations so didn't get to see the sharks and the penguins but really nice and educational. The restaurant has really good food.
Phoebe — Google review
OMG worst aquarium ever ! Huge property seems abandoned. Rusted property. This place is definitely going out of business. Seals were nice. Two or three other fish tanks good. No otters in otter tank. Not one. All food places closed. Nobody here. On a Sunday. There’s no way this survives as a business. Penguins coming in October ! This whole place likely to be torn down in two years. Sad. The young women at the front were cute and funny though !
Robert — Google review
At the time we visited this place, most of the attractions were closed for renovation. It was expensive and we just saw one part of the aquarium. A bit underwhelming. I enjoyed the little thetre experience, though, it could be interesting for children especially.
Subas A — Google review
My slightly low rating is due to a number of the major attractions being closed, which we knew about before our visit but it's definitely something to consider before making your way out. To be fair to the venue the ticket price is currently reduced to reflect the reduced offering but just something to be aware off. I would also score them lowly on the food offering. The restaurant looks cool but on the day we visited, there was a limited offering and the fish and chips was not good. Coffee from the smaller kiosk was also disappointing. The main attractions open we're the Brittany exhibition which is a series of smaller tanks and can opportunity to see the seals swimming under water. You can also view the 4 seals above ground. There is also an otter exhibition with 2-3 otters. They're cute but it's a small exhibition. There are some interactive\educational areas and an outdoor play area. We visited as a family with a 6 and 9 year old and they enjoyed it and we did spend over 3 hours there. It's also easy to get to Oceanopolis by bus from Brest. If you're driving there is plenty of parking including an area for camper vans.
Lisa G — Google review
Every nice aquarium for the whole family. Lots of variety in the exhibits and when small children get restless, there are a few outdoor play areas for them to get the wiggles out. Bring your lunch - the restaurant is mediocre.
John C — Google review
Brilliant way to spend a damp Bretagne day! Took our 8, 7 and 4 year old, spent 6 hours exploring (including lunch...positively gourmet compared with the offerings at an English attraction!) Loads to see, with a nice spacious layout, not crowded on an August bank holiday. No stressful one-way system as we have at many aquariums in the UK - we could see the three main areas in whichever order we wished, and could return to bits we wanted to revisit. Most written info was in both French and English so the children could follow what we were looking at. Special thanks to David and Emanuelle from the first aid team who were extremely attentive and kind when the 4 year old bumped his head and bled a bit. We've never been so well looked after. Highly recommend.

Sunday night. 200,000 square feet. Nothing. One guy doing tai chi or something. Dead. This is the big thing in Brest ? Yikes. This after the soul deadening experience of Oceanopolis. What’s with this “city” ? Thankfully driving back to the charming towns tomorrow. Ciao Brest. It’s funny, looking at the other reviews they say how great it is then post pictures of a totally empty dead environment. Party on !

Excellent place! Loved the street art exhibition and the little shops, like the second hand vintage shop close to the entrance. A big downside for me, thus the 3 stars, is that it's not pet friendly. Regarding the hateful ignorant comments, guys it's a C U L T U R A L C E N T E R, which means that they host exhibition and events, beside the permanent coffee, food and beer shops. That's why they have a site, so you can check what they're hosting every day and go see the exhibition or event that you're interested into.

Really nice place with cool old structures inside. I love that there is a lot to do and the place gets used to skate inside by children and adults. There is a library, a climbing place, fun spot to get a drink and place some games. Really nice atmosphere

It's a cool multifunctional space, refurbished from a naval factory but that's pretty much. There's an ice cream shop, some co-working spaces, a cinema and the ocean museum but apart from the last one there's not much to do. There're only a few posters concerning the history of the building so if you don't have something specific to do there it won't keep you busy for long.

(Translated by Google) I gave 1 star because you can't give less!!! Completely dilapidated hotel, in a non-existent state of cleanliness. The common areas are in a pitiful state from floor to ceiling and give off a very unpleasant smell. The rooms are not better, the bathroom is dilapidated and dirty, the toilet leaks on the floor and the switches are bad or not fixed. The carpet in the room is very dirty which doesn't even make you want to walk on it with your shoes, the walls and furniture are stained, we don't really know what. The bed is very bad, not to mention the stained sheets which do not inspire confidence at all. The rooms are absolutely not soundproofed, a murmur in the next room gives you the impression that the neighbors are in your room. Men squat in the common areas which is not reassuring, especially if you are a single woman or a family with children. We didn't even stay to sleep after spending the day in Brest, we preferred to go home and travel 550 km at night despite the fatigue of the day rather than stay in this shabby hotel. In conclusion, if you are looking for a nice hotel in Brest, avoid this one unless you want to have a bad stay and you want to catch diseases and you will avoid being cheated out of 57 euros like us or more!!!!! (Translated by Google) The particularly dirty and worn entrance carpets (dog hair and cigarette butts litter the floor) immediately make you regret your choice. Breakfast is very sad, a hard-boiled egg, a laughing cow and two mini pastries are automatically placed in a basket, for the rest hot bread, some yogurts and compotes, 20 minutes to refill the orange juice machine which makes you give up drinking it. In the evening I found the hotel closed at 9:30 p.m. although I was told 10 p.m. fortunately I had kept the code... well, I had taken care to ask for a hair dryer three days before my arrival and well, no one was able to give me one, neither in the evening nor the next day, the staff not being informed of the presence of such a device in the establishment. So I leave the hotel without having been able to wash my hair even though I have an important meeting, no one at reception at 8:30 in the morning to greet departing customers, it's simply shameful.

Situated near Oceanopolis, the city's port, and shipyards, it is an ideal location for exploring Brest. The 2-star hotel provides comfortable accommodations and a pleasant stay.
Everything is fine: location, breakfast, spacious room, balcony with furniture. Small things should be improved. I did not like to pass lengthy registration every time you are going to connect to WiFi. A small refrigerator in the room would be a large improvement. Cleaning the balcony also will make the stay nicer. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I contracted COVID on my flight from the USA and had to isolate to recover. Two of the staff (Christine and a younger woman) were extra kind and helpful, another seemed anxious and confused/could not complete my extended stay registration properly and imputed my credit card expiration date incorrectly, so apparently assumed I did not have funds to pay and made me wait in the lobby with other guests (waiting to check in), causing a long delay and texts from my bank in the USA about her error while she stumbled through the process--as I said I was terribly ill and the last thing I needed at that time was to be held waiting until she finally completed the transaction...she was and not as helpful or caring, at least not until the end of my stay. She also declined my request for juice, I'd have been happy to pay--just to ill to leave. I had no choice but to stay at B&B, was far too ill to access food and water to sustain me to aid in my recovery. Sick as I was, I still had to get dressed everyday to walk my dog while avoiding other people and at one point, had to leave for food and water, needed to recover. The two mentioned above initially checked on me and brought gloves, masks, trash bags, breakfast on some days, at one point brought water and even walked my small dog once for me when I was most ill on the first day. I did my best to stay as far away from everyone and was extremely concerned about contagion. I very much appreciated the kindness of Christine (and the other woman) when they were on site.

Unfortunately, I feel this hotel was not a goof experience. The overall stay was terrible due to the fact the room was so so so bad smelly and looked very unfriendly welcome. The overall cleaning of the hotel looks very bad and not up to a minimum standard even for a very affordable price. The only good part of the night stay experience was the lady at the check-in desk. She was polite, helpful to organize a taxi for me and explained professionally how to find a restaurant for dinner. I was surprised to see her working at the desk late at night and again back in the morning cleaning room etc. I felt it was only her working in the hotel. I felt sad for this lady working here to be honest. I will never comeback ...

big clean rooms, toilet seat is in a different room than the shower and sink, big windows to allow daylight to go in (which was from 6 am to 9:50 pm in May 2017) very comfortable beds, the staff are very friendly and able to speak English, the hotel is close to the airport, close to the industrial area, and close to the tram station (you can get tickets from the reception as the machine on the station will accept coins and cards only) and from the station you can go downtown, breakfast have good variety of options, and dinner was OK, however restaurant is not open on Sunday so you better go out for dinner. I loved my stay in Brest more because i stayed in this hotel.

The ibis Styles Brest Centre Port is a contemporary budget hotel located by the harbor, offering modern and relaxed rooms with free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast, 24-hour reception, and pet-friendly accommodations. The hotel also features a bar and game room for entertainment. With its convenient location near the city center and various restaurants, it provides great value for money.
We had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Centre Port. Staff were welcoming, our family room was spacious, breakfast was great. Located next to several decent restaurants in the port and city centre is a 15 min walk. Lobby is ideal for a remote working - plenty of quiet corners with sockets and fast wifi.

It is a real good place to spend a short break in Brest. We were welcomed and all the staff were freindly. Nice and fresh designed. Good atmosphere all the time. The room with balcony is a good option! The sitting outside in the clear salty air is calm and just thinking/talking about good task... Breakfast is ok too.

I loved the feeling of this hotel, specially the "lounge", I loved to sit there at the end of the day reading books (they have a nice selections) and sipping on a tea. Many guests sit there too and the feeling of community appears very quickly.

Room was clean and modern looking. Not as large as we might have expected. No secure parking - free on-street parking nearby. There's a good selection of bars and resturants by the port very close by. Good to have a bar and breakfast was pretty good as well.

The hotel was super clean. The staff very helpful. The downside is one side of the hotel is next to a very busy road. It was quite warm when I was there, and wanted to open the window, but due to the noise had to leave it closed. Sadly I had very little sleep. It is in a good situation, close to bars, restaurants, and the sea.

This is one hotel which provides you 24*7 check-in via automated machine. So if you are arriving odd hours, don't look anywhere else just head straight to it especially if you have your own car. Great budget hotel with best value for money compared to other hotels in the prime area of Brest. English breakfast as usual. Lots of parking area free for guest.

Hotel
Hôtel Première Classe Brest Gouesnou is a budget-friendly gem located at the northern entrance of Brest, making it an excellent base for both leisure and business travelers. Easily accessible from major roads like the N12 and D788, this hotel offers complimentary parking and Wi-Fi, ensuring convenience during your stay. While some may find the decor a bit dated, guests appreciate the clean rooms equipped with private bathrooms and essential amenities such as strong Wi-Fi and hot showers.
This place deserves no less than 5stars. No amount of superlatives can describe the value you'll extract from the price you'll pay per night. Clean beds, strong WIFI, hot showers and room heaters - what more can you ask for? There's ashtrays embedded in the sink as an added bonus. The tram station is conveniently located just a few steps away to get to the city within 20mins. Grocery stores (Aldi, Carrefour) are along the way on the tram to get your wine and baguettes. If you're in Brest, skip the fancy hotels and try the best 1-star hotel in Brittany

Used this chain of hotels many times with no problems, on this occasion the room was dirty and disappointing. We had to move a bed as we dropped something, to find used toothpicks and a large amount of dust. The shower rail was thick with mould and only enough loo roll for 2 visits, the shower strainer in the base was loose with sharp edges. Just a total lack of maintenance. Disappointed. Room 31. 4th Aug 19

Nice small hotel, good couples, I arrived in July 10th 2016, with the same timing of the final match Euro 2016, check in was easy and fast, the staff are friendly and helpful, I put my luggage in the room and returned immediately to watch the match in the lobby, I was able to watch it through the TV room but I preferred to watch it in the lobby because it more exciting. Rooms are clean and tidy I reserve two rooms 101 with king bed and 104 with 2 single bed, the hotel is safety. Great little hotel. Staff very helpful & charming. Quiet room despite the hotel being on a busy road & next to train station. Very plentiful continental breakfast till 11am. Would certainly go back. Didn't give it a 5th star cos there was a blanket on the bed instead of a nice thick fluffy duvet HOWEVER the bed was very comfortable.

(Translated by Google) If you are passing through Brest and don't know what to eat on a Sunday, take a quick trip to the Saint Louis market in Brest city center, near the St Louis halls and the church. A market for all tastes and almost all origins. A little advice: forget the diet! Very lively, lively, warm, beautiful stands. Good products and above all it smells very good. Easy to access but little space to park because it is very popular. While walking you can find local produce, but also flavors from Africa, Morocco, Asia, the islands (Reunion, Mauritius), something to satisfy all palates. A very nice market, which I recommend. And above all, don't forget to stop by Jenny's stand who makes delicious Breton crepes, for me the salted butter caramel one is my favorite. Jenny makes her own caramel, and other products that I invite you to taste. Enough to want to settle in Brittany. I stayed at this hotel in June, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the rooms were okay, the staff lacked professionalism. Given that the hotel hosts international visitors, it's surprising that many staff members don't speak basic English, making communication difficult. Awful experience. We payed for a familiar room initially (4 people), but they asked us to switch rooms as a favour to a smaller one, same price. We found ourselves on a two people room with two extra beds, no space, our heads touching the corner. As beds were placed anywhere carelessly, they left the table stands (that were supposed to be next to the initial bed) on the top of our heads, which was dangerous and i almost got my head hit. Attention was no better. Regardless of the language (they spoke no word in English), we got in contact with the patron to tell him about our disconformity with the dangerous table stands, and all we got in response is that booking was to blame for that. The staff of this hotel didn't seem to care about new clients, and in giving our room to a veteran client as a favour we were left with a lack of caring and communication... I don't recommend it.
Nt — Google review
No parking for my car, the room is small. But the personnel is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. Because of the fans (compressor for cooling) outside, I cannot open the window at night and the kitchen is a bit loud in the morning. It is located a bit outside but close to the marina and port. And a bar and a restaurant are directly next door. The mix remains positively to me...
Pe-Bg — Google review
Good location (beach literally across the road), beautiful view of the port and lovely sunrises. The hotel and room however, another story. NO PARKING. We had to circle the area a few times around the hotel and port to find a place to safely park our car every time we left. What a hassle. Tiny room! bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom. Scared to step into the bathtub because I felt like it was going to fall in at any moment with the sound it made. No aircon, no safe for valuables, no fridge. I know it’s a 3 star hotel, but still there are standards. Room was BOILING HOT. No air even with the window open. Thanks for the fan but not much help. Breakfast was meh. Viennoiserie was fresh but the other breakfast items tasted like they were made 3 days ago (crumbly and dry). For the price we paid I expected so much more. I feel like I am on vacation now that I am back home. Really do not recommend.
Shandy S — Google review
The room was small and smelled of damp, the bath plug was broken so it was impossible to fill the bath. The hairdryer was broken and my son could feel the springs in his bed. This hotel made us feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay again. 📍Room- so small we barley had space to open our two carryon luggage’s. The back door didn’t lock. And it turns out the room is over the main bars in the city so if your light sleeper this won’t work. We were there on a weekday it was very loud. 📍stairs - at the front desk they acted weird about where our room was. Only to find out we could only take the elevator half way and then had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. 📍wifi - terrible, barely working 📍parking - street parking only, behind the the hotel. 📍overall: hotel had a strange vibe and people were also clearly living there which changes the environment giving it motel vibes.

Historical landmark
Brest Castle, a medieval fortress once owned by King Richard II of England, stands as the city's most significant landmark. Despite surviving heavy bombing in World War II, it offers stunning views of the city from its ramparts. Inside, visitors can explore Brest's naval history at the Naval Museum of Paris branch housed within the fortress. The castle is also home to the popular Navy Museum and serves as an essential part of Brest's maritime history.

Time your visit to avoid the cruise ships or you will be in for a long wait. 30 mins for us in the rain. What bits of the castle you get to visit are interesting but in reality you only get to see a fraction of the whole. The ticket desk is painfully slow. Great views of the town.

Ann P — Google review
Enormous disappointment Totally overrated. They advertise it as the big Oceanopolis of Brest, but in reality? Four seals. That’s it. Unless you have small children (under 10), don’t bother — it’s a huge letdown. The place feels empty, outdated, and absolutely not worth the high ticket price. For what you pay, you expect something impressive. Instead, you get a handful of basic tanks, repetitive displays, and barely any real excitement. I came expecting a world-class marine experience. I left feeling like I’d just thrown my money away. Save your time and budget — there are way better things to do in Brittany.

Superb castle and museum. The buildings are beautifully restored and maintained, and the exhibitions, particularly the Musée de la Marine, are fascinating and very well presented. Excellent value for money, too. The fact that the chateau is still the HQ of the naval préfet adds a strong sense of continuity - this is still a living, working structure.

(Translated by Google) A good moment that could have ended better... We had a gift voucher for 1 hour of spa then 30 minutes of duo massage When we arrived we let ourselves be carried by the team. During the massage I realize that it lasts more than 30 minutes but I wasn't going to ask to interrupt the moment, I tell myself that perhaps the masseuses didn't have an appointment behind and are extending our moment? At the end, once we were ready to leave, the boss was waiting for us to charge us for the extra 30 minutes of massage that we had had... On the phone I specified that we had a 30-minute massage, upon arrival, I gave our gift voucher, at no time were we told about the 1-hour delay or the supplement. Although the massage was pleasant, we had not planned to pay 50€ more, for something that we had not chosen. And of course, no commercial gesture to compensate for this “misunderstanding” according to the boss.

Hotel
Hôtel Saint Louis is a charming and eco-friendly accommodation located in the heart of Brest. The hotel offers simple yet colorful rooms, some with shared bathrooms, providing a comfortable stay for guests. Its convenient location allows easy access to the SNCF train station, shops, and restaurants. Despite being centrally situated, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere without the disturbances of noise and traffic. Guests can enjoy pleasant surroundings and warm hospitality from the friendly staff.
Market was on Sunday...lots of stalls with food, clothing and books. Our room was above a Cafe, with electro-tech music with hundred of revellers until 2am. This is apparently an annual event. Breakfast ok, staff helpful.

The location is good. The room is big and clean. We have a great view too. We arrived at 8pm and there was no one here but we got the message from hotel how to put the code to open the door and how to get the key. It was easy. Reasonable price. Recommend!

At the Saint-Louis, you're well received, you get a smile when you arrive, you're given all the services you ask for, you're in the best place to go out. Forget the big groups and the overdose of standards, your stay in Brest "like in a novel" begins here. All for a low price. There are surely bigger bathrooms, elevators full of buttons, and 18k TVs with super-series-flix elsewhere, but I don't want anywhere else.

(Translated by Google) We arrived around 3 p.m. and found the door closed, which was already very surprising. We had to wait at least 20 minutes before the receptionist finally decided to come down to greet us. Then, throughout the evening, children were playing with each other, and due to the thickness of the walls, we had the impression that they were next to us. And finally, during the night it was impossible for us to sleep a wink because of the children but also because of other customers who spoke until 5:30 a.m. with whom we could follow their entire conversation due to the isolation. A stay intended to relax which turns into an exhausting and unpleasant stay. This hotel is to be avoided and if a zero rating could be given I would have given it without hesitation!! (Translated by Google) We didn't find it good ... so much so that after the first night we changed hotels (even though our stay was supposed to be 5 nights). First of all, when we arrived at 4 pm we were not received. On the door we found written that the reception hours were 7-11 17-23 (even though the website said otherwise). Our room was on the 2nd floor without a lift with a narrow staircase ... which was a big exercise to get our large suitcase through. The room was very clean to be honest, as was the bathroom, however not very welcoming, with 2 single beds (instead of the requested double bed) with mismatched bedspreads and additional blankets with holes. Last but not least, the area was very peripheral ... it reminded me of an area of my city that is not very recommendable in the evening. The hotel is very far from the station and the area is not very well served by public transport especially after a certain hour.
