Cocktail bar
Bar
Monsieur Moutarde is a unique and cozy cocktail bar located in a 13th-century mansion. The terrace area, accessible through the bar, offers a stunning ambiance, especially in the early evening. The interior has vintage charm with little enclaves to enjoy your drinks. They offer an extensive list of cocktails and have a seasonal menu that's worth trying out. Additionally, Monsieur Moutarde serves a copious and varied brunch in a spacious setting.
I had the loveliest time at Monsieur Moutarde in Dijon! I sat out in their gorgeous garden – such a beautiful and relaxing setting, the perfect spot to unwind. I was so impressed with their creative mocktail menu; it’s fantastic to see such interesting non-alcoholic options. I tried two and both were absolutely delicious and refreshing. The snacks were equally wonderful – I especially enjoyed the gyoza (Raviolis Japonais aux légumes et au poulet, Duo de sauces Soja, Oignons frits, Coriandre) which were bursting with flavour and perfectly paired with the dipping sauces. The staff were warm, attentive, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. Monsieur Moutarde is truly a gem in Dijon – I can’t wait to return! 🌿🍹🥟

Really nice atmosphere, amazing house and super friendly staff! The cocktail menu is amazing with different and unexpected flavors. The foot menu could be a little bit more variable

A great place to grab a drink in Dijon. If you’re visiting, this should be a definite stop on your list. The atmosphere is really amazing from chic indoor seating areas to the outdoor patio that makes you feel relaxed just sitting there. The cocktails are great too - definitely try one of their signature drinks, it just adds to the experience.
H D — Google review
The focaccia was great, the nachos poor. G&T came with the tonic already added, so unable to taste the gin, at all. The Psycho Killer was good, and the Tequila very good, but served in a surprisingly small glass. Nice ambiance, good music, mixed opinions on the service. The guys serving were very friendly. Bartender knows his trade. Overall a positive experience. It gets very busy so the online reservation is worth using.
Traveling D — Google review
Great atmosphere and cocktail menu. We discovered this place while walking the streets. When you enter the space there is a great room with an artsy and whimsical décore, the terrace was full so we opted to get drinks inside. The service was fast and helpful, we ordered some margaritas and Calibré Rose, both were delicious.
Ben N — Google review
This is one of the coolest cocktail bars ever, easily rates along anything in NYC or Montreal. The building and interior alone are worth a visit, but the bar and service really make it stand out. Don't miss if you're in Dijon!
Mark R — Google review
A place with a great vibe. Excellent original cocktails, and small plates of tasty food, not expensive
Ken H — Google review
This was a really cool place to find for cocktails - the service was very good and the cocktails were as well. They were able to make me a decent Old Fashioned, although it wasn't on the menu which classified this as a good bar. One thing we didn't like was the seating - it was very uncomfortable, unfortunately, which is why we only stayed for one drink.

Pizza restaurant
Cafe
Italian restaurant
The Little Italy Shop in Dijon is a charming pizzeria located in the antique district, offering a trendy Brooklyn-like ambiance with its stone walls and leather seats. Despite some youthful staff, the personnel is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant's vibrant atmosphere and delicious Napoli-style pizza make it a popular spot, so making a reservation is recommended. In addition to its delectable pizzas, the attached store allows patrons to purchase authentic Italian items.
This is the kind of place where you go if you can take your time and enjoy the ambiance, watch the cars negotiate a tight turn outside the windows and people watch. The food is quite good, prices normal and the service is excellent - but they are small and busy so you just have to be patient. France has really good Italian food!
Frank P — Google review
Great find on our first day in Dijon. Really enjoyed the Tuna pizza, the friendliness of the staff and the decoration/ ambience. But went back two days later and was told very loudly by a member of staff that were not welcome if we were not ordering food! What a poor way to treat returning customers!
Rob S — Google review
Trying to write an objective review. The ‘vibe’ was pretty okay. There were multiple tables talking and just having fun together. The staff however, wasn’t laughing at all, and weren’t contributing to the vibe in any positive way. We started with cocktails, which were okay. After which we ordered de deluxe delicacy platter. That was the highlight of the evening. It was very abundend and all different types of cuts and cheese were amazing. We were really looking forward to the main after this great appetizer. However, the pizza was terrible, it was more oil than cheese and/or dough (please see picture attached for proof). There wasn’t any taste besides fat and olive oil. Another person in our company orderd the mac & cheese (Yes, influencee by Tiktok), but it was horrible. It was extremely dry and the only thing we could taste was flour! After spending nearly 180,- (4 persons) I would recommend coming here.
Stan K — Google review
The place is vibrant and offers great food in a nice and original set up. Pizzas are really good too! The personnel is friendly and willing to help, despite some lack of expertise due to their youth. But it’s part of the experience. 4 stars only cause the main room was so warm, they had to open the back door to let some fresh air get in. No so nice for us as we were next to it... one last advice: check the bill at the end cause the crew is rushing so much that they add things twice on it!
Julien H — Google review
Italian restaurant with authentic Napoli-style pizza. Friendly staff. Eclectic furniture. Popular restaurant with an attached store, where items from Italy can be purchased.
Beat S — Google review
Absolutely amazing food. The Italian Burger is to die for and the salad super delicious. 100% recommend.
Natasa K — Google review
It's a-me with a little ooh-la-la meets molto bene! Sting selection of Italian dishes from pizza to pasta to fresh-cut Parma ham straight from the haunch. The stone baked pizzas are definitely worth a try as is mostly anything. Quite reasonably priced by international standards. Dinner for two should cost around 60 euro.

Creperie
French restaurant
La Crêpitante is a charming restaurant located in Dijon, France, offering a delightful selection of savory galettes and sweet crepes. The menu features a variety of fillings including beef, salmon, and vegetables to cater to different tastes. The cozy and welcoming ambiance makes it an ideal spot for couples and families. Additionally, the accommodating service extends to those with dietary restrictions such as gluten intolerance.
A homey little place serving fantastic crepes. We were lucky we called ahead and reserved a table as they filled up shortly after we arrived. My galette was nice and crispy on the outside and loaded with fresh egg, ham and cheese. A side salad and some cider made up the perfect lunch. One guy took care of the entire front of house and he was welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend!
Kit T — Google review
Such a good find. Very glad we booked earlier in the day as this small restaurant is very popular. The galettes were perfect and the salad so delicious. The dessert crepes were decadent and scrumptious.
Anna — Google review
Really nice crepes and set meal. Great service with the server giving us an opportunity to try our French with the safety net of English when needed. Quite a small place so reservations are a must.
Ian N — Google review
This place was excellent. The server was very nice. The food arrived quickly and was well priced. I enjoyed my meal. I had the Apple Juice, Complete Gallette, and the Caramel Crepe. This was part of the 13EU Menu.
Asad J — Google review
Delicious crêpes, salad and sweet! You can choose the ingredients for your salad crêpe.
Virginia — Google review
It‘s a very small, local crêperie in the centre of Dijon. If you want to eat there, you have to make a reservation since the restaurant is so small but it will all be worth it! The food was very delicious, the service very competent, sympathetic and nice. The selection of food and drinks was also diverse - you could either order a la carte or create your own crêpe with ingredients of your choice with only very little difference in the price. All in all we had the best crêpes we ever ate at that restaurant! A 10/10 experience and we can only recommend going there if you’re ever in Dijon and/or crave delicious crêpes.
Valentina S — Google review
We liked eating here at La Crêpitante. The menu has interesting choices in both galettes and crepes. The caramel with raspbery crepe was surprising and had an amazing taste. Nice that they have a lot of vegetarian options as well. Also very nice staff.
Nikita G — Google review
The restaurant has no terrace and inside is rather small. The windows were closed and it felt stuffy. It was not too busy but the owner only offered us a table next to a group of 4 who were coughing and sneezing as he did not want to use his big table of four for two people. As my wife is pregnant we decided it was safest to leave.

William F — Google review
The service was excellent, the food was just right. The restaurant provides both traditional and creative dishes with high quality products. The 'plateau de desserts' contained tons of choices and most of them were marvelous, same things for the plateau de fromage. We were there on Saturday night, despite the booking, we felt the restaurant was a bit too crowded.
Judie J — Google review
Awful service from staff, because I didn't speak French. I was a lone traveller staying at the hotel which the restaurant is attached to. I don't speak a word of French but with the help of Google translate I managed to ask the waitress if she spoke English or Italian. She said no so I pointed to what I wanted which was the Veal steak. 10 minutes later a burger turned up! I obviously didn't have the words to express what I wanted to say, so I just accepted the burger. (The burger was nowhere near the Veal stake on the menu btw). After I finished (it was actually pretty good) I managed to order some cheese (formaggio sounds like fromais!) and asked if I could get another glass of wine by pointing at the empty wine glass. The cheese turned up but the wine didn't, yet she kept walking past me knowing fully that she had no intention to fill up the glass. I noticed there were other English people being served by a younger waitress who did speak a little English and they seemed to have a perfectly good time. Just because I don't speak French doesn't mean I deserve poor service!!!
Leon B — Google review
The Sunday brunch buffet is overtly expensive (40€) for a mediocre choice of food. In fact, the few food options available are barely satisfactory. Only the cheese plate and the fresh orange juice stand up. The staff cleaned up the buffet in great haste by 14:10 and its body language was obviously inviting the clients to leave ASAP. Tea, coffee & orange juice are included in the 40€, however this Sunday brunch is anything but a deal. A shame for the capital of Burgundy.
R., F — Google review
The Filet de boeuf for €39,- was a complete disaster. I ordered a medium filet de boeuf, but it was well done. I sent it back to the chef and he gave me after 5 minutes the same piece of meat. A total disrespect. So, I sent it back, waited 15 minutes and I got a new filet de boeuf, which was.... well done. So I lost my temper and sent it back to the kitchen. So finaly, half an hour after the other main courses were served, I got a good filet de boeuf. In the meanwhile, the service staf did nothing to make the waiting time more convenient. No drinks or anything was offered. No small bites to compensate or pass the waiting time. Most of all, the chef has never apologized for such a bad job. I had a good and friendly conversation with the head of service and made him clear that the serving staf could have done more. He agreed, accepted my learning points and took my filet de boeuf off the bill.

(Translated by Google) Dinner last night with colleagues. Pleasant restaurant with space and privacy. Staff available and helpful. Regarding the food, I found the dishes interesting but overpriced for the quality. The vegetables were very well cooked and original, but the meat wasn't tender and difficult to cut. My colleague, who had the fish, was very satisfied. The coffee prepared at the breakfast machine was a bit cheap.

The restaurant Les Fils à Maman is a great place to visit with friends or family. The food is mediocre, but the theme is brilliant.
This a nice spot near the market in Dijon. A cool concept, great food and service!

The food came out cold even the fries. When we asked for hotter fries it's almost like they warmed up cold fries- wasn't crispy at all. The service was slow- wr had to ask for water few times until one of us went to grab the water at the bar. The atmosphere was nice though(inside) even though we sat outside.

Very nice atmosphere and concept. Friendly service. However, the main dishes are quite overpriced. The fries were hard to chew and almost burnt. Also the orange juice could have been fresh.

We just wanted to take a quick break here (because of our baby) and have a drink. But we were turned away because we didn't want to eat. The nearly the home restaurant was empty. It's a shame, I guess some of the humanity is lost there. ☹️

Fun but the food was underwhelming, which was disappointing as there’s a lot of effort in the decor. Undercooked and bland beignets. Cordon Bleu des Fistons was okay but not great - a bit dry. Thankfully there was a great little sauce that came with it. Potatoes weren’t good. Nice service.

Latin American restaurant
Boludo Empanadas is a delightful culinary gem nestled right across from the Dijon train station, where Argentine flavors meet French charm. This unique eatery was inspired by a local who fell in love with Argentina's vibrant cuisine during his travels. The restaurant boasts a modern decor adorned with memorabilia that pays homage to its South American roots, creating an inviting atmosphere for diners.
Delicious homemade empanadas at very good prices. They have big assortment of empanadas from tuna or prawns to meat or cheese. The service is very friendly and they have combo prices for 4 empanadas and 1 drink. Empanadas are not big not small which let you try many different. 4 is good for 1 person. We loved the place, the decoration, the service and the food. Will repeat.
Santiago T — Google review
I came here after searching on trip advisor what I could try upon arrival in Dijon as I was travelling for a conference. I walked around town doing some sight-seeing as it was closed just after lunch and so I waited for the dinner service. Very funky decor and great vibes. The empanadas are homemade fried/baked(I’m not sure what kind these were) Argentinian sandwiches.... imagine a giant ravioli with different flavours. I was starving so I had 5 (4 savoury and 1 dessert) with a little cabbage salad. They were delicious and very filling. The service was great and they brought it upstairs to their dining area. The only reason I put 4 stars is because it is a bit expensive for what it is... you would never pay this price in Argentina. I will definitely return whenever I am back in Dijon!
Samantha D — Google review

Interesting decor and friendly staff. I liked the spinach flavor empanada! However they weren't served piping hot and my party of 6 were not provided any plates, so we all ate on napkins. Would still go again!
Amanda M — Google review
I love the concept, and the design. I am little bit concerned about the filling they put. It was little dry not saucy or cheesy. Just a suggestion, use cheese slice in the potato filling, it will taste better. However no doute in authenticity of unique Argentinian receipe.
Jaimin S — Google review
Interesting place in Dijon center town. Very casual and unique this french restaurant serving argentinian food is a worth to try. The restaurant is decorated nicely with Argentina related posters and newspapers pieces from the country. Bear in mind these empanadas might be smaller than what you may find elsewhere, so be prepared to order more than 3. A few vegetarian options are available, onion & cheese recommended. Price is around 3 euro each so, including soft drink think of 15 euro per person.

A very cozy and aesthetically pleasing café. Tea is not cheap at 4€, but you do get a small pot. The Christmas rooibos I got was quite good, so I can't complain there. Other drinks are mostly around the 4-5€ range. The fresh-pressed juices looked good and I would definitely love to try those next time. A great spot to catch up with a friend or do some reading.

Typical tourist trap with unfriendly staff and terrible quality. The high prices should probably easen the mood of the lady at the coffee machine, but she seems to hate her job properly. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of nice places in Dijon.

(It forced me to give a 4 star… if you don’t give a 4 and above, the app says this place cannot be reviewed. :( not nice ..) We ran into their rush hour I guess. Waited for more than 40min to finally have our breakfast by then we were super hungry after travelling and waited and waited. Place is Bert lovely. Food is ok. Paul au chocolate is fine. Good location. But will not re-visit…if you are not too hungry or have nothing to do in the morning then take your time to enjoy the moment could also be nice.

Warm and friendly coffee shop with good prices for the city, recommend the latte châtaigne! Pastries very good as well :)

Where can I find the "six stars" button? Spent one week in different cities across France and this was by far the best breakfast location we have had. Lovely street to sit in, delicious food, juices and coffee. Even the toilet was exceptionally clean and cozy which we found seldomly elsewhere, unfortunately. Also, the cafe is located in an old Dijon townhouse, which is great to watch. Hope, the team can keep up with its current level. In that case: Warmest recommendation!

Cozy café with a nice terrace. This place really makes you feel at home. Loved the decorations. This was our favorite little coffee shop from our visit to Dijon. The tartine bread was amazing, not the usual baguette, and my mocha was delicious. I asked for whipped cream on top, and oh my, my, was it delicious! Hubby and I shared a pain au chocolat, which was divine. They make their baked goods in-house. They also do their own roasting, and sell the beans. The staff was delightful, welcoming and helpful. This little shop has it all for a perfect French breakfast. We'll definitely go again when we return to Dijon.

A great place to grab a bite and have a drink! The menu features croque monsieur in four different ways (this is what they mainly do and they do it well) along with a good selection of coffee, tea and juices/smoothies. The vibes are chilled, the service is quick and a terrace is on offer - would recommend it.

Unexpected Offer: A Family with a Child Suggested to Dine in the Restroom? Review: We visited this café, anticipating a pleasant breakfast, but encountered a situation that seemed more like a bad joke. Despite clearly seeing several free tables, we were informed the café was fully booked. When we explained that we had come specifically for a quick bite, perhaps just some pastries and coffee, and would only need about 15-20 minutes, we were shocked by their alternative offer – to sit in the restroom. Yes, you heard right. With our child, who was visibly hungry, they suggested we dine in the restroom. To make matters worse, the staff found humor in our predicament, laughing amongst themselves at our expense. This was not just a lack of hospitality but a complete disregard for us as customers, especially considering we were with a child. We were asking for little, merely the opportunity to have a quick meal. We hope sharing our experience will help others make informed choices and prompt the café management to reconsider their approach to service. Understanding and empathy towards families, particularly those with children, were sorely missing from our experience.

We had an overall nice breakfast. With the 10 eur deal for a breakfast option, orange juice, and a hot drink.

Ok so I’ve said this a few times…..but…..THiS is easily the best coffee we have ever had! No joke, 4€ for a coffee that could have as easily come with tasting notes mentioning apricot and hazelnut with a long smooth finish! The barista would be happy to accommodate any of your coffee/milk preferences, super polite and friendly.

Great Value Stay in Dijon We stayed at this B&B during our trip and were pleasantly surprised. The place is simple but comfortable, with clean and practical rooms. Breakfast was tasty and varied — a perfect start to the day. For the price, the value for money is excellent. A great option for a convenient stopover in Dijon.

We stayed at b&b hotel dijon marsannay on our way to Spain from the UK. The hotel is in a great position not long from the motorway with very large supermarket near by and places to eat. All though the rooms are small having the upper level with 2 extra beds is an excellent use of space. We had a very good night's sleep with very comfy beds. Bonus was the hotel has ev chargers which is excellent as we was able to charge for the next days travel. The man at reception was lovely and spoke excellent English. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Fit! You get what you pay for? Sure thing, and THIS one is spot on! Smooth check-in, very, very friendly, savvy, helpful staff. Room meets exactly requirements for a stop-over. Stone’s throw away from the main route with even kind of infrastructure around. Thx for hosting me!

we ordered breakfast by checking in, also the hotelier knew we had a dog. the next day we are declined at breakfast because the dog was not allowed at the breakfast, if the hotelier told us that the day we checked in, we din't had ordered breakfast. they told us to send a mail for a refund, we send a mail, but had never had a refund or even a mail. this is the worst hotel of B&B till now, this hotel doesn't should be part of the B&B group!!

Incredibly comfortable hotel in the center. The family room is very cozy, stylish and comfortable. As always, we had a great time. Parking across the street, 1 minute walk and costs ~ 10 euros per day. Breakfast is modest and there is very little space to have breakfast, it is better to do it in the city center. We will stay again with pleasure! Thank you for the comfort and hospitality!

First review I have ever left on a web site. There was a massive water leak pouring into the canteen area in the morning and debris falling in and around the food. Very dangerous. However, good size room. Although was put next to what appeared to be a air conditioning unit outside the room which made noise all night. Breakfast was extremely poor, no food really to speak off. had to wait for pastries to be cooked. couldn't get to the egg which had falling debris in it from work repairs being completed whiulst everyone trying to eat. No bacon (bear in mind there is only bacon and egg in a B&B). Breakfast area to small for the amount of guests, and we had to wait until 0930 to fit in. I realise this is a budget hotel, and we have stayed with B&B many times over the years as my father live in Spain and we often travel through France. Sorry but this was the last time we will use B&B. Family of 5 from UK.

Good location but dirty hotel Especially bathroom looks like never clean at all

Good things: kind staff, perfect location, quiet even though it's in the middle of the city, comfortable bed. Bad things: really little storage room. The bathroom was very uncomfortable. You kind of have to sit sideways on the toilet because it's right next to and almost under the sink. You can brush your teeth at the same time .. everytime you flush or shower this noisy windy system goes on which is super loud and the smell of the sewer comes up. Really not relaxing and smells awful. Also no space to hang up the toiletpaper or put your toiletries/makeup. However, for the price and the location it's a fine stay. Can't review the breakfast since we didn't have any Also, please check the vending machine on expiry dates! We took out some chocolate bars that expired 6months ago...

Grand Hôtel La Cloche Dijon - MGallery is an elegant hotel housed in a historic Haussmann building. The hotel boasts a high-end restaurant, terrace, bar, and spa for guests to enjoy. Its prime location near Darcy Square makes it ideal for sightseeing and shopping in old Dijon. The contemporary design and comfort of the hotel's rooms and suites offer a luxurious stay with modern amenities.
From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. We had an outstanding authentic French dinner there. The breakfast spread was extensive and fresh. Even though our room faced the town Square, it was quiet. The location was convenient to walk to many attractions. My only negative was no TV stations with English.
Andy B — Google review
Beautiful interiors. Close to train station and to historic area on Dijon which is lovely to walk around. Room is small but comfortable. Bathroom floor gets wet when taking a shower due to lack of curtain. Checkout was slow due to only one person working.
Chin-Chai L — Google review
Wonderful location and elegant resort like amenities in historic building. Garden patio bar/lounge as well as elegant indoor bar area with excellent service. Michelin star restaurant in hotel. Rooms nicely updated but very little drawer space. One piece of advice would be for those with even the most minor mobility or balance conerns. The baths in our rooms had only a steep sided tub with hand held shower wand, no door or curtain. This made climbing in/out somewhat precarious and showering often created wet floor. We had no issues but had to be extra cautious.
Sue P — Google review
First time in Dijon and loved this upscale hotel with great location. Easy walk from the train station and makes for a great entrance to the lovely Dijon. Staff was great and loved the bar with very good ambience. Our room overlooked the Darcy and was well appointed with king bed--would choose this again

Another lovely stay at La Cloche. The location is perfect for exploring Dijon, and we appreciate the very attentive staff. Our only negative is that the breakfast seems very expensive. However, highly recommended as a great place to stay.

This is one of our favorites Mc Gallery Hotels we have visited in France...it is a 5 stars Hotel that used to be a real 5 Stars Hotel...now it is a very good 4 stars Hotel. Service is still good but used to be amazing...they did not recognize at the beginning that we are Platinum All customers...and made us wait for 3 hours to get a room and gave us a regular room without any upgrade...if we did not complaint about it ....we could stay in the same small room they initially gave us ...This should not happen in a Hotel of this category...other than that, we found that things can be improved in the room and hallways maintenance...We hope we can come back soon and wish we can find this place as wonderful as it used to be

Our first trip to Dijon. Hotel is in a great location. Staff are very good, especially Isaac at the front desk manager! It’s a historic property so some of the rooms are quirky, and the hotel could benefit from new flooring. The bar is great. The garden is lovely. Fitness room is odd layout. Spa (€15 per person for an hour - book ahead because they limit to 6 ppl at a time) was pleasant tho small. Only 7 min walk from train station and steps from the historic center and park.

A super convenient location for travel between Calais and the Alps. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was busy and in a small area for an early departure. Good to see so many EV charging bays.

Be aware of the arrival after 10pm. We arrived tired and had to be dealing with a machine to obtain a check in... And of course it did not work. After having driven 700km it was not what I expected. The gentleman on the help line was very helpful but it took over 20 minutes to get the check in done ... 20 minutes too much after having been driving for hours and with exhaustion.
Noora H — Google review
The price quality of the hotel is very good, the beds where very comfortable. We went with our dog(extra price of 6 euros/night). The breakfast simple but good. All in all a very good night sleep to be able to continue the journey home the next day.
Andrei V — Google review
Room: The room was poorly vacuum cleaned and the electrical sockets were placed with no logic – only one of us had the opportunity to use one. Service: No logic in only providing 1 set of towels and mug when it’s a twin room. But, a generous air-condition, yet a little too loud. Place: I would not recommend this place for pedestrian travellers, we had to learn that the hard way.
Ellen-Drake K — Google review
You HAVE to write / mention in the title of the posting of the hotel that you HAVE NO ELEVATOR! It's not recognizable. If you travel with 4-6 large suitcases, realizing this is a catastrophe. I would have never booked the place, if I knew there's no elevator.
Mihai I — Google review
I thought I booked the other B&B hotel in Dijon North-Zenith where I stayed before and was very good. How disappointment is this B&B hotel. Staff was very nice.
Rick K — Google review
A compact room with a window to open, good air conditioning. Nice size, almost new bed with ditto linen and towels. All clean and fresh. A nice hot shower with shower gel and shampoo. None of those little jets you sometimes come across. In the evening all the lights in the sitting area go out. There was only 1 table with some light. No entertainment. There is a restaurant across the street. Breakfast. Buffet was cold: scrambled eggs and sausages. Very sparse breakfast. Staff could be a bit more friendly and customer oriented. Still, because of the nice room. Clean and new bed linen and towels and the good beds, highly recommendable, in case it's just a "stay-over".

The ibis Dijon Gare Hotel is a modest yet stylish accommodation option situated just opposite the Dijon Train Station and within a short 10-minute stroll to the historic city center. The hotel offers 128 air-conditioned rooms with amenities such as free Wi-Fi and radios. Guests can indulge in regional cuisine and an extensive wine selection at the hotel's restaurant, Le Klub, or unwind at the modern cocktail bar.
You know what you are going to get with an Ibis hotel and the Dijon Gare gave exactly that. The room is clean and big enough. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working and gave a good nights sleep. Everything is functional like the open wardrobe. It deserves a 4 star rating, however I have given it a 5 as they provide a separate lockable room for bikes. As cycle tourists, knowing that your bikes are locked securely away gives you peace of mind and a good night’s sleep! That deserves an extra star! The hotel is close to the train station and an easy walk into the old city. There are garden right next door. The staff were helpful and friendly. A very nice welding in our arrival after a stressful day with the bikes.
Simon R — Google review
The room was okay and the receptionist was nice, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There were hairs in the shower. The sheets weren’t very clean either. There wasn’t a towel for your hands, only for your body. The hotel was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep. You could hear everything in other rooms: steps, people moving chairs… there was noise all night long and I needed a good night of sleep before hitting the road for 825 km until my next destination which I couldn’t do. So when you can’t do a basic thing like sleeping in a hotel I can’t give a good score, sorry. 19 degrees air conditioning by default and I woke up with a very sore throat. Cherry on top: Breakfast very bad. There was no variety and food in very poor conditions. I can’t recommend this.

We stayed here for an evening during our trip in Dijon. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well. They didn't have a hand towel for the restroom, but that was a minor inconvenience. The room has a comfortable bed a TV. For the price, the room is good and the location was great.

We got to the bar at 10:29 to take a drink upstairs as there are no tea making facilities or water in the room. The staff ignored us. At 10:34, they told us the bar closed 4 min ago and they had finished their shift! Only two towels (no head or hand towels). Only one flat pillow each. Dirty sheets.

While some guests found the room to be simple and suitable for transit, others noted issues with noise from the busy road and open parking gate at night. Despite these concerns, many appreciated the clean, quiet rooms and comfortable beds.
I like the B&B hotels for short stays. Considering the price paid, the stay was satisfactory. The breakfast was of good quality, and the hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the bathroom, particularly the shower curtain.

I'm not sure how this hotel has decent reviews, perhaps our experience was not typical. The Room was NOT CLEAN! Straight up mold on the bathroom ceiling & dirt all over the walls (I don't even want to know what it was). Also it smelled strongly of roach spray. The location is pretty convenient (next to the highway) & the girl at the front desk was kind & helpful enough. Regardless I WOULD NOT recommend staying here unless it's an absolute last resort.

Wanted to try the Sunday Brunch as we were staying in Dijon for a few days. Pretty standard buffet fare, only 'experimental' dish I could find was th sous vide boiled egg. Huge range of hot and cold items. A good family experience. €32 adult, €16 children. Maybe need to try it another time to see what is on the experimental menu.

The food on the brunch was mostly okay, with some exceptions. Not worth the price though, and did not meet my expectations. Tough and overcooked meat, overcooked vegetables. The cheese board seemed to have a nice selection, but was completely messed up, so I have no idea of which cheeses I ate. And some kind of "free entertainment" was going on throughout the brunch - a false singing, live cover band with terrible music taste at way to high volume. I wouldn't come back!

It was a fun experience to be able to taste all the regional wines. The cheeseboard was abundant. The space was lovely, light, airy, well designed. My only complaint is that many of the wine options were not available.
SMS — Google review
We enjoyed the concept of being able to try many different wines at three different price points per wine (3, 5, 12 cl). The prices are reasonable and being able to choose what you want and how you want was great. However, the biggest dissapointment was that only about 70% of the regular wines were actually available and only about 15% of the premium bottles were available to try. If they had selections upwards of 90% available, then this would be an easy 5 star.

This is an absolutely paradise for wine lover. Hundreds of Burgundy and other region wine for tasting, including wines from many of the very unique / close to public family run vineyards in the region. You can taste in bulk or single order with different volumes. Very flexible way for wine tasting and searching for good wine here.
Martin C — Google review
Really cool place to taste many wines from the region and other areas. You pay per portion with a card you load your preferred amount and tap away. Staff was nice and you can purchase everything also.
Los N — Google review
Cool space and great concept, but more than half the wines displayed as available for tasting are empty. In the cave of grand crus, only one was available. Quite expensive as well.
Mac C — Google review
Excellent place to sample some wines if you have limited time and means to get out of the city. A very nice place to spend an hour or two in Dijon!
Magda S — Google review
We had a guided wine tasting at this venue. + Detailed information about the grapes, soils etc. during the tasting from a very friendly employer. You don't have to book a guided tasting; it's possible to taste the wines on your own pace. - A bit pricy compared to other wine tastings. I can definitely recommend a (guided) wine tasting at La Cave de la Cité.
Rein H — Google review
85% of the bottles in the tasting machines where empty. disappointing when you buy a tasting card for 100 euros.

If you're looking for a delightful dining experience, "Com à la maison" is the place to be! Nestled in Ladoix-Serrigny, this charming bar-restaurant offers an extensive buffet featuring both hot and cold dishes that are sure to satisfy your cravings. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for families or friends gathering together. For those who enjoy a bit of fun after their meal, there’s a selection of board games available to keep the good times rolling.
Absolutely delicious and as authentic as it gets! 0 gimmicks at this place - you’re literally getting a home-cooked meal! The owners are incredibly friendly, professional, and passionate about their business. I loved chatting while I waited for my food ALMOST as much as I loved the food itself. I’ve been in France for four days and this was by far the most delicious meal I’ve had. I’ll for sure be returning! Yummy yum yum!

Absolutely delicious, home cooked, quality Vietnamese takeaway. A hidden gem on a residential street. Staff were friendly and helpful, even calling someone who speaks English to help us give our order. They warned us that the wait time for food was 30 minutes, but we didn't mind because it's popular for a reason and they had other orders before ours. We will definitely be back next time we visit Dijon. Highly recommended!

Amazing food - loved the fried prawns and noodles and friendly service - highly recommend ordering over the phone and collecting as everything is made fresh.

Buffet restaurant
The Brunch des Halles de Dijon is a weekly event that takes place every summer Sunday. Each week, a new chef or caterer takes charge of the brunch, generally offering a buffet with a varied selection of dishes. The event takes place in the beautiful Halles Centrales of the city, which are already an attraction in themselves.
(Translated by Google) Pathetic Wasps in the milkshakes, rotten fruit, and everything else is dismal, avoid The atmosphere of the day after a village hall, lukewarm and dry leftovers... Worst experience of my life, after a whole morning watching TPMP I'm giving it one star anyway because I can't give it less anyway, and the beer is good (too bad it comes from the bar next door).

(Translated by Google) Deplorable experience. The organization doesn't match the quality of the brunch. We were expecting a minimum of €27 per person and ended up in the cafeteria. A truly disappointing experience; the partnership with Campanile is completely subpar. For the price, I definitely don't recommend giving in to temptation. (Original) Expérience déplorable. Une organisation qui ne rattrape la qualité du brunch. Nous nous attendions à un minimum pour 27€ par personne et nous nous retrouvons à la cantine. (Translated by Google) The place is nice, the people are friendly, but it's really not good, industrial products are not very tasty, and 27€! The town hall of Dijon really needs to react because it's generally the last meal that tourists have before leaving on Sunday and it inevitably leaves a bad memory... (Original) L’endroit est chouette, les gens sympathiques mais ce n’est vraiment pas bon, produits industriels peu goûteux, et 27€ ! (Translated by Google) Disappointed, the pasta was way overcooked, and the same for the beef cheek, a real shame. The starters were completely ordinary: tomatoes, mozzarella, etc. No change of dishes between savory and sweet. We cleared the table and ate side by side in a friendly atmosphere...

(Translated by Google) For 27 euros, you expect a lot, but the delivery is pretty poor. I was with a baby and I was stuck waiting for some explanation. I waited about 30 minutes until I had to go ask how it worked. The buffet consisted of orange juice from a carton, some dry croissants, ham, cheese, and pasta with lots of bees. I left feeling robbed. A disgrace. If I had gone to the supermarket, I would have spent less and eaten much better. (Original) 27 euro você espera muitas coisas porem a entrega é bem fraca.

(Translated by Google) Obviously the organizers don't read their customers' reviews because this Sunday too the quality and choice were not there! Oh yes...to chase away the bees, they had the good idea of smoking them...and us with them. In short, neither the coffee, canteen type (water) nor the unsalted potato salad (because she didn't eat it with salt!) convinced us.
A J — Google review
(Translated by Google) A disappointing experience. The value for money is clearly unbalanced: the prices are high for a very limited selection of dishes. The organization leaves something to be desired, and the atmosphere is spoiled by an excessively loud band, making conversation difficult. But what shocked me most was the blatant lack of hygiene at the buffet—a point that should be impeccable.
Nathalie J — Google review
(Translated by Google) Very poor value for money, we were disappointed by the dishes offered, most of which were made with processed and unauthentic ingredients. No eggs or bacon for brunch, no more pain au chocolat at lunch... a processed dessert... At 27 euros, opt for restaurants in the city center. La Cour Berbisey is a charming 17th-century B&B located in the historic center of Dijon. With only five unique suites, this boutique hotel offers an elegant blend of antique and modern furnishings, each exuding its own character. The property features an indoor pool, sauna, and spa facilities for guests to enjoy. Its central location provides easy access to local attractions such as the Palais des Ducs de Bourgogne and Planetarium Hubert Curien.
We had a fabulous stay in this wonderful oasis in the heart of Dijon. The setting within a private courtyard was gorgeous and the interiors are immaculately designed. The most wonderful part of our experience was the hospitality from Dana, the hostess. She attended to our every need and nothing was a problem. We can't wait to return.

This is one of the loveliest hotels we've ever stayed in. It's in a beautifully renovated ancient building with a courtyard, so it is very peaceful and quiet. Our suite was spacious and very tastefully decorated. The concierge was just incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, including arranging transport from the train station in advance, quite above and beyond what we would expect. It's in a perfect location to easily access restaurants and museums. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Such a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are beautiful, the service is great, the location is perfect. The host/inn keeper is very sweet and serves a wonderful breakfast every morning. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Thank you so much for making our trip to Dijon so special!
Lauren W — Google review
It's a unique and cosy boutique hotel with a good location. It's not obvious to find the hotel when the door is closed. There're parking spaces between the hotel building and the gate, after you ring their doorbell on the red door. I find it relaxed when I'm in the hotel. Seems like there's only one couple who's in charge of the entire hotel. But they're very thoughtful with every details- from guiding us the direction of the hotel to adding an extra egg in the breakfast, they've just done everything into your heart. I would love to visit it again.
