We had the x3 courses…we were abit optimistic about it, due to the price. However, we couldn’t fault it. The portion sizes were massive and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend.

We had this Indian restaurant recommend to us and we was glad we went. Me and my husband had 4 poppadoms, a starter to share along with a main, rice and a nana. Which was plenty with no doggy bag to take home. The food was delicious, the staff were very helpful and the restaurant was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and think it was a very good price.

We came here because the guy in the front of the restaurant was really funny and we couldn't say no to his invitation. We ordered the menu and we liked the food. Big portions, good price.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We had a beautiful family dinner here, there was 7 of us, the service we received was the best we have experienced in Tenerife! The staff couldn’t do enough for us! They added tables at the end to allow us more space when the food arrived, made sure no one was waiting on a drink. The food itself was absolutely delicious! I was our favourite meal of the whole holiday! Thanks so much for such a lovely meal

We were staying close by and walked past this a few times but to be honest l was put off by its cheap prices,, our go to Indian is Bombay Babu but that isn't cheap. Anyhow we thought we'd try it and ordered from the set menu which was really cheap, the food was really good value and I'm glad we went as if you don't want to spend a fortune you can get a cracking Indian here which is good quality, maybe smaller portions but great value for money. I'm very picky with my Indian food as well and know what I like, I would recommend this place anyhow and great for a favour with kids if you'd rather eat Indian out but not want to spend a fortune,,, I'm sure you'll all agree is great value for money and good quality food.

We enjoyed a hearty meal at this restaurant with family. We ordered a chaat and pakoras as well as soft drinks. The pakoras were a bit strong on potatoes but we're fine. The chaat was lovely though. We ordered aloo gobi, chilli paneer and butter paneer as well as garlic naan. The aloo gobi was delicious as were the two paneer dishes. The portion sizes were right and we enjoyed this food with family so a more than pleasant experience. Tge dishes were a bit orucuer than other Indian restaurants but it was worth it.

Wow! What an experience!. The food was out of this world and the service is probably the best me and my family have received in Tenerife. Food is full of flavour in big portions and served on hot plates to keep the food warm. I will be returning here each time and have recommended to my friends and family.

Excellent service and truly lovely staff – honestly some of the most attentive and friendly people I’ve met in Tenerife. The location itself isn’t the most scenic, so don’t expect a seafront setting, but I hear they’ll soon be moving to a bigger, more stylish spot just down the road, which sounds very promising. That said, the food more than makes up for it. Everything was delicious and the value is unbeatable – €57 for two starters, two mains with rice and naan, half a bottle of wine, and a large beer. Incredible quality for the price. If you’re looking for great food, welcoming service, and excellent value, this is the place for you.

Our second night in Costa adeje we found Delhi Darbar on google. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was immaculate. We ordered the chicken tikka masala, garlic rice and garlic naan. Everything was made fresh. The customer service was 100/10. My boyfriend and I were the last patrons to leave and our server informed us that, that would be their last night operating from that location. They opened 9 years ago there but were moving to a new location the following day (bittersweet moment) and we were honored to had been their las t patrons at the original location. Fast forward 2 nights later and we went to the new location which is across the street from our hotel. We ordered the same delicious meal and also received complimentary shots. The new location is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was great…again! I recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed! Good luck at the new location and God bless

The food and service in this restaurant is absolutely impeccable, the staff are so attentive to all customers from beginning to end. They are opening a new restaurant and closing this one but I can imagine the new one will be just as lovely! They even gave me and my friends free shots to finish off our visit! I recommend making a reservation as it was full by the time we left!

My wife and I have eaten here twice during our current holiday. Both occasions we were very happy with the food, service and ambiance. I like spicy food but, when coming to a place we’ve not been before, we tend to err on the side of caution and go for meals a little less spicy. In Delhi Darbar we found we could choose the spiciness of the meal. First visit we chose medium, which both our meals were delicious, second time round I went up a notch to ‘spicy’ which was exactly that! Loved it! We couldn’t find a fault with our two experiences. The staff were very smartly dressed, courteous and friendly. We liked that the tables weren’t all bunched up together meaning you were able to have a conversation in private. The music was tasteful and at a volume you could hear it clearly without it drowning out your conversation. Lastly, the food was delicious. We would certainly recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely eat here when we come back next year.

So little can words say! I loved this restaurant because of convenient location, warm ambience, friendly and quick staff, absolutely delicious Indian food made fresh in the open kitchen and most importantly: no left over feeling of thirst as most restaurants. Awesome quality food and superb service. What a little gem of a place this is. I love Indian food and have tried many many places over the years. This is definitely in my top 5 of all time. Beautiful and fresh and full of elegant spices and flavour. It was even served with a hot plate, which is a massive bonus for me. Quite often we go for food and it’s served on a cold plate, which just ruins it for me. I would highly recommended anyone to try little India 🇮🇳 if they are in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Enjoyed all the food, Service was great. All the food was brought at perfect times and drinks! They were very kind as they even with no hesitation made me another lamb curry as I didn't like the flavor of the one I ordered. Not even 10 minutes later already had the new dish ready. We just had dinner at Bombay Babu and wow—so good! The curry chicken tikka and Bombay Babu special were packed with flavor. Staff were friendly and the vibe was chill. Definitely coming back!

Usha the waitress that served us in Bombay Babu was very good and made our experience more filling. The food was unreal but the mild and medium buttermilk chicken tastes the same so if ur scared of spices like me op for the medium overall everything in this place was very very nice . The staff were very good and accompanied us with every need. We enjoyed our experience here.

We're are so disappointed in this restaurant. We had a meal there 2 years ago and was lovely with no complaints whats so ever. We went there last night for dinner and ordered chicken tikka for a starter,a keema naan, chichen tikka biriani, saag aloo and two strawberry daiquiris. The kemma naan had no meat in it and had to be returned, the chicken tikka biriani had 5 small pieces of chicken in it so it was basically a bowl of rice and the strawberry daiquiris were more of smoothie and had no achohol in it so we sent the drinks back and asked for two more to be made which weren't any better. The two drinks we sent back were then given to another table who had ordered the same as us we know this because we were sat by the bar. Don't forget we had taken a mouthful of the two drinks and to then give them to another paying customer is disgraceful. When i expressed my disappointed in the service and food the waiters were very rude and didn't seem to care or be bothered . We did put our remaining food in tubs to take home but after the rudeness of the staff we left it there in principle. We paid and left and will NEVER return. We have never experienced such rude staff. Be very careful of the establishment

I’ve visited this restaurant three times previously and always had a positive experience, which makes this recent visit all the more disappointing. After ordering a chicken dish, I discovered my first piece was visibly undercooked. When I raised this with the staff, one team member asked me to cut into a second piece, which appeared cooked. He then insisted the meal was fine based on that alone. I found this response unacceptable, raw poultry is a serious food safety concern, and dismissing it based on a single piece undermines basic hygiene standards. I refused the meal and did not eat it. While I appreciate that the dish was removed from the bill, I was still charged for my drink. Given the circumstances—and the fact that we paid for other meals without issue, I believe waiving the drink would have been a gesture of goodwill and proper etiquette. This experience has unfortunately shaken my confidence in a place I previously recommended. I hope the management takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously moving forward.

Top class Indian food for you holiday,I have been here on a few occasions and the service is very good but when its busy it takes a little longer, great food and good prices considering inflation and all that. Suitable for all ages, kids and groups. Booking is advisable (but they do take walk ins) so not to be disappointed, sit in or out and enjoy 👍🇮🇪

Cannot describe how good the food is, we went twice in 2 consecutive days. We even get to listen the story of the owner, super friendly, funny and inspiring. You won't regret it.

Came here on our last night, hidden gem. Exquisite food, extremely friendly and attentive staff and a major factor for me was a tv showing the night's European football. Top tip, if you pick the right table, your missus will think you're looking at her instead of the TV. We're sorry we only found it on the last night otherwise we'd have come again. We went to this restaurant 2 years ago when we first came to Tenerife from a friends recommendation and it did not disappoint! So much so, we’re currently on our second holiday in Tenerife and we’ve been tonight on the first night of our holiday. Nothing has changed, the staff are still so lovely and accommodating and the food is incredible and great value for money! We will definitely be back this week before we go home!

On our recent holiday to Tenerife we tried here after a recommendation from friends. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. A real hidden gem- we enjoyed it so much that we visited again before we came home! Thoroughly enjoyed.

Delicious food, quick service and very friendly staff. Just off the beaten track down a side street and very reasonably priced. We visit every time we are in Las Americas and never disappoints.

Really glad we stopped here. Its located in a corner behind a very touristy sweet shop, but worth the effort to find it. Had a great curry. Everything was hot and tasted fresh. Both curries were very good. The sides equally so. The garlic nan was a little crispy bit tasted good. Not bad value given the area...and less than others curry houses nearby ..Would defo revisit

After having an awful experience at the Indian restaurant in las Americas near the shopping centre. I wanted to find somewhere close, worth the cash and was independently owned or not chained. What a find, the place really is fantastic, the prices are great, the quality of the food was top notch. The curries had flavour and depth, the portions were also perfect. Service was great. Highly recommend VISIT HERE

We had to try Torviscas Spice Village on our way back from Fañabé Beach as the aromas cannot be missed from behind the restaurant. Well... It was amazing. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and were able to tailor my meal to my taste (I'm not a massive spice lover) however the food was delicious. I would be more than happy to return!

I have been to 4 indian restaurants now in tenerife and this best of them all the food was amazing I tried the tomato soup gorgeous then the mixed meat sizzler and madras curry was very good garlic nan delicious my wife had onion barges and chicken tika shashlik sizzler and a sagwa curry she loved it all when in tenerife again I will be going again 10/10

We read the reviews and opted to book this restaurant on a recent holiday to Tenerife and it did not disappoint. We have ate Indian curries all over Scotland and feel we know our stuff and the food here is excellent and reasonably priced. What I would say is everything is cooked to your "spiciness" so whatever you have back at home go one down. I love my warm, spicy curries but they have a real kick here. I had a level 3 on our first visit but opted for level 2 on our second visit for our last meal before flying home the next day. To visit a place twice in 4 days shows you how good the food is. Highly recommended.

Delicious! Really happy that there was a separate vegan menu, loved the soy meat and you could choose your own spice level. I had a bhuna, partner had tiki masala (both vegan) superb!

Cant fault it. Me and my wife ate here last week,we chose a selection from a set menu deal they have, which is great value. Onion bhajees were amazing . Chicken balti very nice, chicken tikka masala was also nice , however not like any chicken tikka masala weve ever had before. Chicken pakora was full of flavour and the garlic rice went very well with the dishes. Service was excellent, very attentive and welcoming. Would definitely return and recommend.

Arrived around 8pm, no reservation, table for 2 available. Starter - Chicken Samosa / Lamb Shashlik 👍🏼 Main - chicken Korma/Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi w coconut/ green pea rice & pashwari naan/chapati 👌🏼 Drinks - 🐍🍺 Food was excellent, really enjoyed our meals, curries served with warmers, so you can take time to eat. Portions were what you'd normally expect from and Indian. What was left over was boxed up to take away too. Service was somewhat slow to start with, over 40mins for our starters, mains were pretty quick after that. Would probably come back if the curry urge returns 🥵 Thanks

We visited based on the excellent reviews. We hadn’t booked a table but got one within 5 minutes - we should’ve been more observant and noticed that most of the tables had still to be served food. We ordered popadoms/chutney and main courses. From ordering to being served our main courses took 2 hours, we arrived at 8pm and didn’t eat until 10pm. 3 out of 5 of my family enjoyed their curry, I had the karahi and can only say it was okay. The rice and naan were good. You could only feel sorry the staff, they were doing their best. The bar was cluttered with dirty glasses and the kitchen had lots of dirty dishes - there only appeared to be 2 chefs. We had one round of drinks, no one approached us to ask if we needed refills - again, just too busy. A large table across from us also waited the same time. Perhaps they should’ve been less keen to fill the tables and should’ve turned people away (like us - who hadn’t booked) when they clearly couldn’t cope with a full restaurant when understaffed.

My beautiful girlfriend and I had a fantastic meal here this evening. We had the 5 course meal for a set price which was very good value. Very nice staff and great atmosphere and spectacular views of the sunset over the beach. Would especially recommend the prawn puri starter.

First time coming here on the last night of our holiday and we were not disappointed. The service was great and the food even better. There is a lot of food, we had to take some away which will be great for our lunch tomorrow. Will definitely come back next time were in Los Cristianos.

Vegetable biriyani had no taste at all, the vegetable sauce was bland, can only describe it as like a tin of soup. Chicken tikka masala was tasteless, again, the sauce was awful. Chapati just tasted like flour, awful. On a good note the peshwari naan was nice. Told the waiter that the food was tasteless, he said nothing! Indian food is my favourite food and I’ve eaten in many restaurants all over the world, this unfortunately is the worst one. I was so looking forward to it - very disappointed in the food and the waiter. Offered us a complimentary shot!!! When we asked for a discount, he said no the manager is not here! He then proceeded to say that he would speak to the chef re: a discount!!!!! Would not recommend this restaurant.

Nicest Indian restaurant I have ever been to, let alone Tenerife! Great prices, great food and great staff. Highly recommend the special early evening menu from 6pm-8:30pm. All of the food was hot, fresh and full of flavour! We will definitely be back 🥰🥰

Went tonight, lad on the street handed me a flyer/menu, so said I'd try it out. Being from Glasgow I'm use to a good curry, so the bar was somewhat high. This place met it and more, starters were excellent, quite clearly freshly prepared, not that cheap spongey chicken either. Mains were excellent, chicken korma and a lamb curry, lamb was soft as you like and the korma was excellent too. Lovely to get a curry and not have a layer of oil on it. All this for 13 euro something. Place is also spotless, would recommend to anyone who likes a decent curry. Will be back again when I'm back in Tenerife next year.

Simple, Fabulous!. Had set menu for 13.95 E, poppadoms/chutneys, mixed starters, pathia, dhansak, plain and garlic nann plus bottle of red - all really good. Here for another week and will definitely return. Service was great and lovely busy atmosphere - thanks Star of India.

Must admit, getting addicted to star of india! The staff are all very welcoming and courteous, and restaurant is kept immaculate. The food is outstanding in every way. My last tenerife trip i went multiple times and always the same fantastic quality. I would recommend the special menu for €13.95, you will not be disappointed! Freshly made sangria was delicious aswell! Open until late too which is great for me

The staff are so welcoming and kind, this is our second time in a row we have came for dinner. The food comes out fast and fresh and exceeded our expectations. Great Indian food. Fantastic service. We had a lovely dinner here. Really enjoyed the authentic Indian flavors. We had a madras curry which was mild and sweet and lamb aloo with the chefs special sauce which was a little more spicy. Service was really good and on point. Great location as well just of the main road.

We had Indian food in Hungary, but it was a little different than what we experienced here (but in postive way). The entire team at the restaurant was very attentive and kind. They asked us several times if everything was okay, which was greatly positive. The food was tasty and unforgettable. We paid 20-30€/person, which contains: one starter, four drinks, two main menu and two desserts (+ the pickle tray). When we ordered the main menu, the waiter made sure that the food was properly assembled and offered side dishes for us, and he also made sure that the curry sauces were not too spicy. We can paid with card and cash as well.

The staff at mint Indian are phenomenal, from the moment we sat down we could tell the customer service would be exceptional. The food was of the highest quality and was extremely well priced (two people with starters, mains and drinks was €60.) I would highly recommend this restaurant! 👍 Side note: The first time we ate at mint Indian I was unfortunate enough to have an emergency regarding sunstroke halfway through our meal. and I can say that the way I was treated by the staff, specifically the owner Riccy, could not have been any better. The staff are genuinely the some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Genuinely cannot say enough good about this place. Amazing food, amazing staff. First visit yesterday. Everything made on the premises, including their delicious gulam jamun. Fresh and tasty food. We live in Leicester so set a high bar in terms of Indian food. Mint easily cleared the bar, and then some. Great staff too.

I had an amazing experience at Flavour of India in Los Cristianos! From the moment we walked in, I Was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavors, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was bursting with taste and clearly made with care. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It's rare to find a place that offers such a perfect balance of taste, service, and value. Went to this place on last holidays and came back again this year few times. Food is amazing, staff very friendly and looking after customers. Nice atmosphere!

Mixed feelings here. Had a takeaway. My wife had a chicken tikka masala, and loved it; really tasty, similar to back home. I had a chicken dansak, and hated it; no flavour and very oily. Nothing like back home. Nan breads and rice were spot on!

Friendly, welcoming staff. Very knowledgeable and happy to explain and recommend dishes. Great atmosphere, indoor and sheltered outdoor seating. Amazing food, each dish had its own twist of flavours. On holiday to Tenerife for the first time and fancied some home cooking. Visited "Love India" looked great, clean, good space, great menu, so we decided to eat the next day. We had a take away first night we got there it was fantastic flavours amazing portion size great my son loved it so much on our last night he wanted to go for sit in. We weren't sure if they were open as it was early but we asked and straight away they said it was no problem. Service was fantastic my son and daughter loved it after meal we got complementary drink and kids got a soft drink staff very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We are coming back on holiday next year and will be straight back there the first night.fantastic meal 😍

Very nice service. We had butter chicken and kid's menu with several kinds of naan bread. The naans were a bit unsalted. But I recommend this place with a good heart, everything was delicious.

Great Indian restaurant in Tenerife. Unfortunately the location isn’t well described in the Google Maps and we had to call the restaurant for navigation. We ordered Bhindi masala and Dal with Garlic naan. All of them were amazing. The mango lassi though was very sweet. All in all a pretty good experience and I would go again if I’m in the area looking for Indian food.

I live in Sussex and I have two favourite Indian restaurants. One is in Newcastle and the other is here. The food is exceptiona and the service is outstanding. Quality food cooked incredibly well packed full of flavour. The staff are brilliant too. Its tucked away, a hidden gem. Do yourself a favour and book a table; grab a beer from Popeye opposite first and then head over for a great meal.

We had dinner at the place and it was good. I wasn’t blown away or anything like that but it was tasty. Relatively big portions. A few points, rice with vegetables had frozen veggies in it (veggies from a deep frozen bag), otherwise everything was ok. Cheese naan was quite good, we also had mango chicken and special curry lamb. The bill was a bit higher than I would like to see but on par with other Indian places in the region. The staff was great though, very friendly and helpful.

I can only give them 5stars I would give them 11 out of 10. The food was out of this world I've had a couple on Indian meals from some of the well-known restaurants on the front and the was nice. But this place thr food was out of this world, I was full up but I was not going to leave it. Every bite was full of different flavours. I will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Los Cristiano

Decent Indian food. Good location near the beach. The chicken is halal. We had veg samosas and chicken pakora for starters, both were nice but portion size was small for the price. We had chicken special and chicken tikka masala for mains, not a lot of flavour but it was okay. The naan was very dry, could’ve done with more butter.

We couldn't fault this place at all. Having just arrived and staying local we came across this place. We had mixed meat curry, tandoori chicken, garlic king prawns, chicken pakora. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly too, very clean. Would definitely recommend 👌

Missing some home comforts, we decided on coming here after reading the many positive reviews. I'm so glad we did. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and portion sizes were more than enough for my hungry family. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant with the music at a perfect level, where it can be heard but not intrusive. I urge anyone looking for some authentic Indian cuisine to try the food here. It's definitely one to watch out for.

We decided to go on the recommendation of other reviews, and we weren't disappointed. The food was probably the best I've ever had. My wife had onion bhaji to start with. They were flavoursome, and the mint yoghurt was creamy and packed with flavour, I had sheek kebab, which arrived on a sizzle plate. They were really tasty, and the onions on the sizzle were crunchy. For mains, we both had chicken tikka sizzle, one with madras sauce(not too hot but really tasty), and one with masala sauce, one pilau rice, which was a good portion for 2 people and a garlic nann bread. I cleared my plate and even managed a couple of extra pieces of tikka my wife couldn't finish. The restaurant is very spacious and the staff were very attentive but not in your face. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in Costa adeje.

Second time here and the food is always amazing. In my opinion, the best Indian curry in Costa Adeje. Visited 1hr before closing as we’d just gotten off the plane!

Wish I could give more stars. This place was fantastic. The food was outstanding. Best Indian food I’ve had in a long time. Extensive menu, loads of choice. Staff were amazing, attentive but not intrusive. Highly recommend. And will be back.

Quite disappointing. Based on the amazing reviews we were expecting something special, but it was pretty average food at best. We ordered butter chicken from the 'specials' menu, but it wasn't much like any butter chicken I've had before - it was sweet, and lacked the expected richness. The lamb jalfresi was ok - nice tender lamb and very tasty. The garlic naan tasted a bit stale, as did the onion bhajis. I don't think the bhajis were freshly cooked. Service was great.

Visited this place twice on our weeks holiday (July 23). Superb food and value for money, bettered only by the service. All the staff were excellent, efficient and really friendly. Can’t wait to visit again, sadly not until next year now.
