i ordered a bowl salad on uber eat and it was inedible full of black pepper in any place, i never read in the descripsion of the product black pepper salad , im pregnant because of that i was worried of the save of the eggs i wrote that on the note, i tried to eat that salad now my mouth is sore, and now my belly too if you want you can come to collect that inedible salad and the never answer the phone because i want to ask if the cheese they used are pasteurized thank so much for the amazing service !

They serve great wraps with multiple options to choose from. You can assemble your own wraps based on ingredients, sauces and toppings you like. Their bowls are also quite yummy. The staff is quite friendly and helpful🥗🌯In this area we couldn't really found any place better which offered sandwiches or wraps. Highly recommended to drop by for a quick lunch.

Healthy and delicious at the same time. I was really craving something fresh and nutritional and I am happy I found this place. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is great too. The two ladies are always smiling and very kind. We returned for several days in a row. Even the kids have picked their favourite ingredients and had a salad each which is a great win.

This is one of my favorite restaurants on the island. I love to eat healthy food and Luxalad is the perfect place to have a healthy breakfast or lunch. There is also a large variety of vegan and vegetarian options. All the food is delicious and fresh. The service is friendly. I can recommend the home made banana bread and chia seed pudding.

Wow what a place!! Suitable for all ages. There is a few decent bars that make delicious cocktails (photo is from the attic) A great selection of eateries and a big screen TV. If that wasn’t enough you have a children’s outdoor play area too and a very big arcade centre. A lot of fun for the family or with a group of friends. I loved it here :)

Been here in the past and just disappointed with the offer of food stands and offer nowadays. They used to have lots of different options, now there are only 3 options of food. Went to order a cheese and ham platter, the same guy also had to move to the wine stand to serve wine, with not much knowledge about the wines. The bread served with the ham and cheese platter is not fresh, but from 3 days ago (at least) Went this afternoon with my little kid especially for the show with the princesses. For sure they have been putting in their best efforts, but the costumes just were ridiculous, playbacks awfully, technically problems, just not being able to keep a 5 year old entertained , you're not doing a good job. Just seem more some school musical than professional, not even close. Unfortunately a disappointing afternoon what we hoped to be a lovely time. To keep my kid entertained she could play some games, but just ridiculous expensive. Threw in 1 euro and honestly she could just threw 2 times a ball (10 seconds in total). All games seem to finish after 1 attempt with a duration of 10 seconds.

Surprisingly very good from A to Z we have tried everything upstairs, good food good drinks coffee, patisseries, grill and cocktails. Family and kids friendly place with bouncy castle. Well done 👍

This place is more of a take-away than an restaurant, but that does not mean it isn’t restaurant quality. The pizza’s are delicious, you can see they are freshly made with real ingredients (and not cheap canned stuff). There are only a few tables on the terrace so you have to be lucky if you want to eat in but the view is nice. There are usually a group of waiting customers for take-away and sometimes they take in a seat. Seeing such popularity means the food is great but they take the space and comfort of the customers who want to eat in. Service wasn’t that great, it seems they have a lot of orders to process every day so they might not have all the time and attention but in the end the key point of the rating is the food. And like I said, delicious pizza’s. There are some fancy Italian restaurant that couldn’t match this place, let alone the pricing. During my visit in Los Cristianos I stopped here for pizza twice (and I never eat at the same venue multiple times) and whenever I revist Los Cristianos again you can be sure i’ll be having some pizza here!

I ordered a pizza and doner kebab, but was really disappointed with what I received. The doner was dry and just thrown on top of chips — not at all what I expected. As a tourist, I’d recommend avoiding this place. It’s surprising that they serve such poor-quality food when there are so many better restaurants in the area.

I like the pizzas but lately, the base has either enough flour or yeast as I have tummy upset after eating them. The place Is nice, although the terrace Is small. For what Is worth, it would be good and professional for the owner not to sit in the terrace to criticize everything carelessly, it makes people uncomfortable.

The best pizzas in all tenerife made fresh , free delivery in Los cris and Las americas , the pizza kebab is brilliant , I recommend it. Sit in and get a pizza , chips , beer , wine. Stopped by for a late bite when we arrived on the island and this place was great. Really lovely pizzas, full of flavour and the service was very warm and friendly. The ice cold beer on tap was the icing on the cake.

Just had a takeaway keebab, salad and chips. If you do the same I suggest you check how much meat and salad you get before leaving. Basically we didn't want 95% of our food to be undercooked chips 😒

Stopped for some durum, we ordered non spicy and it was in fact spicy even after double checking that they god the specifics right, later in the day stomach was not happy. The chicken meat came from a bag and they just heated it, avoid if you want a kebab or durum.

An excellent little side bar. Not sure about the negative reviews been coming past here for years. Drinks are really good and strong, kebabs are very fresh and taste amazing! I didn't eat the menu and just sanitized my hands after touching it as I do in every bar/restaurant!

Very rude staff. I bought 3 kebabs and asked for one to be with very small amount of spicy sauce. They put so much spicy sauce i couldn't eat it and I'm used to eating spicy food. I wanted to pay with the card but they didn't accept card payment, probably to avoid declaring it. I had to spend time to go withdraw money from an ATM nearby with big commission.

Love this place, we stop by almost everyday when we are in town. Tasty food, friendly service and amazing drinks. The prices are very fair and they also have take away cocktails. We highly recommend to stop by and enjoy.

Recently visited this place and my overall experience were positive. Place was clean and not very busy. We ordered coffee, donuts and chips.

Came to McDonald’s for the first time — well, technically the second. The first time, I was stuck in bed in pain, so my partner brought me food back. I had the McChicken Sandwich, which tasted a bit different from what I’m used to — good, just different. This time, we both made it there, and it was so busy, but the staff were really well organised — much more than in the UK. Even though it was twice as busy, everything ran smoothly. In the UK, they always seem rushed off their feet but never get anywhere. Honestly, they could use some training from you guys!

Never have I ever been to such a dirty McDonald’s. Went here at 10am the tables had been wiped from the night before but had not been cleaned properly and there was old dirt still on the tables. The chairs were all filthy most had bird pooh on them, even the backs of the chairs were filthy not with bird pooh but clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The ground had remnants of food from the night before, I went into the toilets and no toilet roll!! Definitely will never be back place is disgusting

Average mcdonalds, place was dirty looking from the beginning, my husband was clearing a table because they were all full of finished food and dirty and the staff shouted at him telling him no but there were no empty tables and the staff weren't cleaning anything and all standing behind the counter talking and laughing while people were waiting a long time for their food..... we got our food and ate and left... we only ate here out because we were in a hurry but would not recommend

Food was bland and dry. Staff were ignorant and rude and the atmosphere has no comment. Coffee got served with no sugar and even a Coke wasn't that simple enough for them to make.

It's McDonalds, but with a fantastic view of the beach. Loads of outside tables with shade if you want this. Tables were cleared and cleaned regularly and toilets were surprisingly clean given the high volume of customers. Staff are generally helpful an̈d quick with table service. This is a place where you eat at a very leisurely pace so at to enjoy the setting.

Oh man! Plan for a long wait. We went there and actually it was so quiet. But the staff were just walking around, didn't care about our order, which was 8 normal cheeseburger and 3 medium fries. There were chatting, cleaning, but not preparing our food. Wated more than 10 minutes to get it. Even the girl with the fries were walking one by one to the tray. Pure laziness.

Busy location but running a skeleton crew of two people, one in the kitchen, one woman doing everything else. Because of this it took half an hour from ordering to receive the food. Because she is so overworked she's putting down mountains of fries which stay under the lamp for at least 45 mins when I was there. This means you wait half an hour for food cold. I can't believe burger king allow this restaurant to operate with 2 staff, there are tons of reviews here from months a go saying the same thing yet nothing has changed. Tell burger king can you actually make sure that this particular location is staffed properly. Tourists from all over the world are coming here and having the worst experience and it's damaging your brand. This is the worst burger king I've been to in my life and I'm a fan of burger king usually and visit lots of stores regularly.

It's a Burger King, nice looking seating area upstairs. I only ordered a Coke so I could use the toilet. It was clean, but not everything worked, the toilet roll was balanced on the edge / top of the cistern, which was missing the cover, so that didn't seem like a good long-term solution. At least the staff were friendly.

Absolutely atrocious service, would not recommend. There seemed to be no effective system for putting orders together in a timely manner. Bought a meal for my son and after sitting down realised we didn’t receive cup for self-service drink. Went back to the counter to ask for cup that we’d paid for and point blank refused without receipt. Explained tha machine wasn’t producing receipts and we could instead show them payment on card to match order number, and still refused to help, brushing us off. They obviously believe they don’t need to keep visitors to the area happy…so poor.

Ok, Got 2 whopper meals and neither were cooked at all, meat cold, pale & raw. Brought them back to the counter, waited a good 10 minutes before I was noticed and when I explained how dangerously bad they were "not" cooked the manager took them and threw them into a bin and then ignored me . No new cooked whoppers, nothing. STAY AWAY From this health hazard.

We just wanted a break from restaurants and said we go here biggest mistake on holiday. Probably one of the worse Take aways i have ever been to. On average orders took 1hr to process and even then it was wrong. You can see why.. one guy in back trying his best while 2 wait for him to cook instead of giving a hand. You would be better to go to McDonald's in Las Americas as it takes that long. Do not go here.. enjoy the walk to McDonald's and you won't be frustrated.

Very slow service. When we finally received our food I realised they had not give us a cup. Returned to counter & very rude woman refused to give me a cup without receipt. Machine did not print receipt so we were left without drink. Definitely not recommended, avoid!

Everything about this restaurant is so good ❤️ It was super late when we reached here (almost around the time of closing) but the owner was very accommodating and seemed to really care about the customers wellbeing. The food quantity and quality - greeatt!! We were greeted with such a positive smile and cheerful energy by Manolo. Made our day after a very long tiring day. 10/10 would recommend !!

The food was flavorful and offered great value for money, and the service was equally impressive. The burger was slightly on the salty side, and the chips could’ve used a bit more seasoning, but overall it was an enjoyable meal.

Me and my partner came tonight and I’m not normally into burgers but I wanted to try! My fella had the bacon cheese burger and I had the bbq pulled pork burger and wow!! Came with a friend to try their "Juernes" (Thursday {jueves}) deal. 2 burgers with chips & 2 soft drinks/cañas for €21.99. At first the waitress seemed confused by what we were asking about & we were then told that the Volcan burger - the one pictured for their own advertising for this promotion & also listed as one of the 4 options valid for the offer was actually NOT an option if we wanted the Juernes deal. No real issue but seemed a bit misleading. Opted for the Street Burger & the Canaria Burger. We were not asked how we would like the meat cooked (both preferring anything from rare to medium) The Street burger was a medium rare which was lovely, bold classic flavours. The Canaria burger came nearer well done which spoilt the good meat. Putting goats cheese with almagrote is a brave choice & not one that works well together - it should either be almagrote or goats cheese as they are both very powerful flavours.(Personal preference) Unfortunately it was virtually impossible to get the waitress's attention to amend the meat or to rectify both the regular & sweet potato fries (€1.5 extra) as they were served drowning in salt - both cooked really well except for the quantity of salt. 3.5 stars Better than average burgers; however nothing exceptional, misleading promotion, mediocre service

I had actually wanted to try it for quite some time now. So I went there yesterday. I ordered Crunchy Chicken and it was OK (I mean it was good but my mistake of actually ordering it in the first place, as I believe, I personally would have liked Teriyaki Chicken better). The portion is really good too, even though I had ordered the small bowl. Anyway, I believe the place is run by a couple, both were polite. The gentleman politely (even a little concerned) asked me if I didn't like the dish I had ordered (since he saw I had only eaten almost half of it) to which I assured him that it was good but I couldn't finish it as I was already full. To which he smiled and said alright.

Amazing poke bowls, burritos and burgers. Their vegan patty made of beetroot tastes great! Nothing heavy, just very fresh ingredients and if that aint enough you can have one of them truly refreshing smoothies also with the best of the ingredients. A small, cozy place on a side street by the Los Cristianos beach. Costs a few bucks more maybe eating there but absolutely worth it!

My wife and I came here the other day and it was fabulous. I’ve come here from my office today for lunch and I feel as though I’m cheating on her because she’s not here to enjoy it with me. I liked the food but I didn't like the service. They tied m took very long to take it order and then even longer to bring the food. There was another table close to ours and they arrived after we did but finished eating before us. I mean they were served before us even though we had arrived first and were waiting to be helped.

Subway Los Cristianos is an ideal place to stop and have a coffee refreshment with free chocolate chip biscuit, a roll or a cold drink. Just enjoy take away or sitting in the front of shop with your purchases. Lovely clean well kept toilets and great pit stop for the non alcoholic drinker. I always make for this place.

Great sub baguettes made fresh. My favourite is the Spicy Italian sub roll with plenty of salad & jalapenos. And the service is excellent.

We visited this Burger King during lunchtime. Surprisingly, there weren’t many people, and parking was available. However, the entrance for cars isn’t very convenient. The restaurant is located next to a large store, but the store’s parking lot was full. It’s nice that Burger King has its own separate parking area, which makes things easier. Upon entering, we immediately noticed an unpleasant smell—like a dirty mop. It seems like the floor was recently cleaned, but with unclean water, leaving a distinct odor in the air. Because of this, we decided to sit outside. The outdoor seating area was cleaner, but there was still some trash on the ground. Some benches were broken, but at least there was a proper roof providing shade, which made eating more comfortable. There were no birds around, which was a plus. The restrooms were not the newest, but they were clean. It’s clear that the interior hasn’t been renovated in a while. The menu is standard for Burger King, but they do offer vegetarian options and some extra-large items, like the Triple Whopper, which is a nice addition. One inconvenience we noticed was the new policy for drinks. Instead of receiving a filled cup, you only get an empty one. When you go to fill your drink, you have to carry your receipt with you, as it must be scanned before dispensing any beverage—even just water. This feels unnecessary and a bit frustrating. The outdoor terrace is next to a busy road, so there is constant traffic noise. However, aside from these minor issues, there were no major complaints. The food was fresh and tasted as expected from Burger King. Service was quite fast, and our order arrived quickly. One of the staff members even spoke English, which was helpful.

I waited over 20 minutes for my food to arrive even though the place wasn’t busy at all. When it finally came, part of my order was missing. I went to the counter to explain, and instead of trying to help, the staff immediately started shouting that if I didn’t have a ticket, there was “nothing they could do.” No apology, no attempt to listen — just aggressive and unhelpful. I had to raise my voice just to be heard and demand the drink I paid for. Only then did one staff member finally ask how much I spent, reluctantly checked something, and then threw the missing item at me with complete disrespect. Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Avoid this location if you can — the staff clearly don’t want to be there and don’t care about your experience

Terrible, terrible experience. We came around 9pm, not many people at all, yet we waited for our order for more than 20minutes! I would understand this kind of wait during a peak hour, but considering we were the only ones there together with just a few other people I think this is absolutely unacceptable. This is also not the first time it’s been so slow in this particular place. All the people working are very slow and unproductive. Do not recommend visiting here at all, unless you’d like to wait for your food as long as you’d wait in a regular restaurant… This is supposed to be a “fast food” place after all, no?

Although it was stone cold, at least the cheeseburger was brown. Regrettably the lettuce in the salad was also brown, accompanied by the lettuce stalk, and the two stalk-end slices of tomato. Very good food. I am a big fan of fried chicken, and this place had amazing fried buttermilk chicken. We also had a bowl of these as a side, and had to bring them home because it was filling us up, but too good to go to waste. Good service, good presentation, nice location, and very good food.

We had walked past the place a few times, and the pizza slices displayed in the window looked delicious. One slice cost about €2.50, and for the price, it was filling, cheesy, and tasty. The place was exactly what you’d expect it to be. I haven’t tried anything else, but if you’re passing by, it’s worth trying the cheese pizza slices.

Essentially a takeaway with a couple of tables. Our wraps were served nice and hot with fresh salad and sauce just as requested and wrapped tightly to make it easier to eat. Very good and filling, not greasy at all and the whole deal took no more than 3 minutes

We ordered pizza and wanted 2 pieces of chicken… the guy said we can’t have 2 as they only do min 4 pieces. We waited about 40 mins. The pizza was cold, so they must have cooked the pizza way before they cooked the chicken. The chicken was undercooked- so complete waste of money as we didn’t eat any of the food. Overall, food was disgusting and the guy who served us was rude.

I've been there to order 2 pizzas and some wings for take away... I'm not trying to give a negative feedback but I had to wait almost 45 Min to get it ready, people where shouting as they all where waiting. I had asked to have some chilli sauce and garlic sauce but they forgot to put it on my bag, no tissues, no forks, taste is average to low. The serving staff very offensive and shouting at clients.
