Very good place, went there for breakfast during my visit to yerevan. Had the cheese lahmajo & it was extremely good. We also had the ayran or tan (which is yogurt & salt) which was also great! Highly recommended if you’re in yerevan, eats recommends!!

Great place - we ate at this place twice during our stay in Yerevan and both times were great. I highly recommend the Pesutest (stuffed peppers and eggplants) - we had the big one which was enough for four people and it was really delicious. But the other dishes we tried (qebab & Original) were amazing as well. The staff is also pretty fast and speaks good English.

Very good restaurant and cheap. Recommend without hesitation. Their QEBAB are excellent, everything to make us have a great time.

Services was great, the champagne could have a been colder, we had to request an ice bucket, the waiter our glass full at all time and when we asked to move outside to finish our it wasn't an issue. Food was fantastic, BBQ pork ribs and the Russian dumplings where divine. I would definitely return.

One of the best meals we have in Yerevan. Prompt service and delicious food. We came down on fri nite after tour but it was packed and staff say walk in better after 9pm. So we made arrangements to come in at 7pm the next day.

A place to visit when in Yerevan!! Their are making live their bread and lavash with the traditional way. Everything we tried was delicious!! We tried the Harissa, the zengyalov hats, the Khurjin and the Avan (dolma with veal ribs!) Everything was very tasty! Especially the Khurjin with the freshly baked lavash was great! Very good wine, very good and friendly service, good prices and very nice place!

I knew Lavash is one of the best but it was beyond my expectations, I had pumpkin soup and it was divine, kebab was good and I loved this delicious mille-feuille. Service was smooth and perfect, I didn’t have reservations and had to wait few minutes. I’ll be back again to try your breakfast 💖

Good food, we had the pumpkin meat, and service was very accommodating for rinsing us a table. The Victoria drinks are tasty amd strong. Only area of improvement is the waiter forgot I don't like coriander and let me order a hat dish with it.

Lavash isn’t a hidden gem - it’s super popular for a reason. They’ve made the restaurant into a cathedral for the bread being made by hand and fired just in the other side of the glass. It makes its way into different dishes, housing herbs in jingalov hats or as the crispy stuffing to a roasted pumpkin. It’s all heavenly. You have to get that mile-high millefeuille at least once. It cannot be ignored.

We had a lovely experience at Sherep Restaurant. The atmosphere is modern and vibrant, perfect for enjoying a nice evening in Yerevan. The shrimp dish was absolutely amazing flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The chicken breast, however, was quite ordinary and felt more like a regular home-style dish rather than something special for this kind of restaurant. On the drinks side, the cocktails were a highlight. They were creative, refreshing, and beautifully served especially the Flamingo, which stood out as something unique and fun to try. Overall, Sherep is definitely worth visiting for its creative menu, good vibes, and great cocktails. Just expect some dishes to shine more than others.

The restaurant has a huge multi-level hall and a really diverse menu. The service is quick (but not really super friendly), and we went there for lunch - what we had was really tasty. I'm sure dinner would be just as great. The only note is that it smells really strongly of food inside, and after less than an hour, all our clothes were just soaked with that food smell. So just keep that in mind , they probably have some ventilation issues.

I had an amazing experience at Sherep Restaurant in Yerevan! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. He was super friendly, helpful, and guided us through the menu, recommending some of the best dishes. Everything he suggested turned out to be amazing. WOW, this is an outstanding restaurant not to be missed, while visiting Yerewan. Featuring authentic local cuisine ( which is very tasty and due to a lot of healthy ingredients recommendable too, it was well frequented during my visits. Samuel, one of the friendly waiters ( his sister lives in Berlin ) gave perfect advice what to choose. Don’t forget to obtain a reservation during the busy evening hours

Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Fresh bread is made constantly throughout the day and diners are able to watch it. The cheese plate with local cheese is highly recommended. The medallions in spinach and cream sauce was excellent. The fried oyster mushrooms were also incredibly good. The service is quick and friendly.

One of my must visits when in Yerevan. They always accommodate the special needs , like a place for stroller etc. we tried almost everything soups, salads, mains, grilled menu and everything is very tasty. Their compotes have special place in my heart ♥️

Live music and delicious food. Even though the restaurant was very busy, I didn’t wait long for a table. With friendly waiters who gave thoughtful advice on what to order. The lemonade however did have a lot of ice for a 0.5L serving.

The food tastes good, but is generally a bit salty. One thing the service can improve is: stop taking away people’s plates so fast, and ask before you want to take it away! We haven’t finished eating yet, and it puts pressure when we want to slowly enjoy the food! This isn’t a good service that deserve 10% service fee.

The Tavern has a really unique first catch as it takes you to an underground dining area with a very unique decor and vibe. The food was great and so were the staff.We were expecting some live traditional music but there was nothing of that sort. All in all a good experience and quality food.

The food is really incredible and very affordable. The service was excellent, especially our waiter Erik, who could recommend very well what to eat and drink. The music is a nice touch, but a bit loud. On the other hand, it's a live band in a tavern, so it’s kind of normal.

We waited about 20 minutes because we didn’t have a reservation. Unfortunately, there was no live music that night. We were seated in a big private room; it was cool and spacious, but we actually wanted to be in the main restaurant area. The staff were kind but didn’t speak much English. I ordered Khorjin (video), which was delicious, though no one told me it was a dish meant for two/three people. I was the only one at our table happy with my food; my friends didn’t enjoy theirs as much. They also found the room a bit depressing, but I liked the private, family-style vibe. Very nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. We ordered dolma, khurjin and tjvjik with ararat salad and everything was delicious, khurjin even had a little showmanship accompanying it. My favorite dish was tjvjik, caramelised onions in that dish were just right with spices and all. Overall great experience with the family. The price tag I am writing is per one person. There was 4 of us.

Dolmama in Yerevan is an absolute gem! The food was amazing, and the atmosphere felt so authentic and inviting. The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and humble—such a wonderful host. We tried the pork with mulberry sauce, and it was phenomenal! Every dish, along with the service and wine, made for a perfect dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan!

Yes it's expensive but the food is amazing. The Ishli Dolmama was one of the best things I ate in Yerevan. Also has good wines by the glass, while most restaurants only have cheap and mediocre (by the glass) Dolmama has good choices. Quality over quantity although dishes are quite well served. I would be back for sure when I return to Yerevan and recommend everyone.

The interior of the restaurant is very nice and traditional with old pictures and decorations on the walls. I went to this restaurant for lunch and it was very quiet and there were only a few customers. There was only indoor space and the outdoor area was closed (late October). The waiter was very impatient and did not make much effort to introduce the dishes or make appropriate suggestions. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, he tried to take the order quickly and leave. The food took too long to come. The portion size was good but the prices were much higher compared to similar restaurants. I only went to this restaurant because it was recommended on many websites. But with all due respect, I do not recommend this restaurant.

I come to share my experience while visiting your restaurant two days ago , honestly speaking the device giving by Ani just phenomenal and she really does deserve 10/10 and if I could give more then 10 I would happily do 🙏she go beyond expectations and I would never ever forget about this visit as well she did surprised me with nice desert for my birthday 🎂🥹🙏

The staff are incredibly friendly — it almost feels like visiting family. Their wine selection is impressive, and the outdoor seating is just perfect.

Thai Wine Republic is my Kryptonite. The service is first class, the food absolutely scrumptious and the ambiance is relaxing. I have been here loads of times and have never been dissapointed.

This was an incredible meal. Every dish was deeply satisfying, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The manti soup was especially memorable — rich, tangy, and comforting. The beef was life changing. Service was warm and the whole experience felt unpretentious and dialed in. No hesitation giving this a full 5/5. It has been a week and I'm still thinking about this meal as I write this. Would happily come back anytime.

Don't miss this restaurant if you are in Yerevan. The menu featured pictures of the food but could use more explanation, which Armin provided. I never tasted better manti, made painstakingly on the spot and baked to perfection with a magical sauce of garlic and yogurt. Unlike the customary extra-fatty kebab that you regret later, the lamb-beef kebab was lean and tasty (despite being a bit too salty and spicy). The lahmacun was awesome and so was the freshly baked bread that took a while to cool. The truly gourmet experience made us return for another treat.

Absolutely disappointed with the service. My friends and I — four photographers — had lunch here after a long shoot. We were sitting around a table full of our gear, eating and chatting about work. In the middle of our meal, a server cleared the table without asking or even noticing the equipment and items we had laid out. Shockingly, my memory card was thrown away with the trash. When I explained what happened, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I had to insist multiple times before they finally handed me the trash bag so I could look for it myself. Thankfully, I found it — but not a single apology was given. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to treat customers like this, especially when valuable work equipment is involved. Such a disappointing experience.

What a gem of a restaurant! You absolutely need to try pork saslik - it is extremely soft, it melts in your mouth. The mutabal aka eggplant hummus is the best new dish I've tried in a long time. Flavors and the freshness of the food were mindblowing!

I consider myself something of an expert on lahmacun, and this was truly one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and baked to absolute perfection. Highly recommended!

We read about "this is the best lahmajun" etc... But no... Nice lahmajun and other stuff. But just ok... The food was just ok and a bit unsalty... The dough was a bit dry and all the four things we tried had much flour from outside. Nothing great or special, as we had much better lahmajun etc elsewhere... Good prices and friendly service though...

We visited Derian based on recommendations for their Dolma and Manti, as well as the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience did not fully meet expectations. The Dolma (Yalanchi and Sarma) were decent and perhaps the best we have tried so far in Yerevan, but still below the standard we are used to. The cheese boerek was visually appealing with a crisp, well-baked dough, though the cheese filling lacked authenticity. The “Derian Special” was underwhelming, and the Chikufte, while nicely presented, did not deliver on flavor. Unlike versions we’ve enjoyed elsewhere, which are typically accompanied by salad, hot sauce, pomegranate sauce, herbs, and lemon, this dish was served only with hot sauce and a very small portion of salad. Service also left room for improvement: although we were the only guests at the time, four people were given only two menus, and water glasses had to be requested. Overall, while the restaurant shows potential, our visit was not in line with the high praise often found in other reviews.

Clean with good satisfaction services. They serve usual yet tasteful dish. This restaurant opens until 2am. For tourist, can avail 10% discount if you have Yerevan card. One of the good food i like in here is the pork...tasty!🤤

Excellent food excellent prices

I ate here twice and there was never a problem with the portions size or timing. The weiter make us always aware that there will be a delay in fresh prepared food. The food was always tasting great and the pricing is hard to beat. Recommend kebabs and strained Joghurt salad with it. If you combine both flavors you get something amazing out of it. The Khinkali took both tome about 30min but we ordered it anyway. To be fair we didn‘t get any of the fast food and always went for the bbq‘s. Have your own opinion considering budget and quality and you wan‘t be disappointed.

Food is fresh and tasty, local cuisine for very good price. Free WiFi, good music, attentive staff. I must say I kind of like it, even if there is kind of fast food atmospete it's actually only the appearance.

Worst delivery service I've experienced in any Caucasus country.Ordered 4 times and everytime there was something missing,or not as I.requested to be,deliveries are bad always late,they smell and vulgar and rude. Don't EVER order meat or chicken it's really bad

I came here today for the first time to study and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is perfect for focusing, the food and coffee were delicious, and the service was amazing. Definitely one of my new favorite spots, I’ll be coming back often!

I had a cappuccino and eggs benedict with smoked trout. The overall impression was below average, the cappuccino was hot, almost burnt, with poorly whipped foam. The eggs had a bland taste, as you can see from the photo they were overcooked, there was absolutely no liquid yolk. The hollandaise sauce was bland, without any distinct taste - it should be sour. Overall, they really have a lot to improve here, I wouldn't have it again.

Had breakfast at Crumbs Yerevan today, and everything was so good! The service was really great—everyone was friendly and always had a smile. The atmosphere was just right, and the food portions were huge! Highly recommend!

I've been coming here since 2015 and Crumbs never dissapoints. True to it's standards, service and the most important, the genuine smiles . It's minimalistic and pleasant decor along with it's cozy atmosphere gives the customer the opportunity to relax and enjoy. What a beautiful place! The entrance is to the souvenir shops/art galleries.. it was beautiful! They have uniquely beautiful stuff good for souvenirs that you won’t find anywhere else in Yerevan. Inside also there is a cafe/restaurant we had katchapuri, some yoghurt salad and drinks. Katchapuri maybe juat that day it was too salty, like too much! But the quality of the food and service is ok!

We had such a good time here, the place is beautifull in special not "manicured" way. The waiter was very friendly, food and coffee excellent, prepared timely. The gift shop is pricey, but every piece is so beautiful (we found few items in duty free shop and they were even more pricey)

I can say the food is normal no special taste unlike the ambience was quite nice. A lot of tourists and groups visit this place. Service was a bit slow but we do not regret visiting this place as it is a must.

Probably the best place we’ve visited so far in Jerevan. The staff were attentive and proactive, and the food was very good for a fair price. It’s connected to a nice art gallery and has a lovely, well-lit garden in a quiet courtyard. Excellent Karas wine, and the beer was good too. Highly recommended.

A relaxing vibe here and would say it is one of the best restaurants here in Yeveran 🤩 Tried their Arishta with Ghaurma, Omelette with tomatoes, Margherita, Cheese Plate with friends! They are all very salivating. Don't forget to order some glasses of Pomegranate Wine 🍷 It is sweet and sour at the same time to get appetite for the feast 🍲 Shout out to the friendly staff!

This restaurant is set in a lovely back garden with a pleasant ambience. The food offers decent value for money, though I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it purely for the quality. The host was initially insistent on seating us at the very back of the garden, despite available tables at the front where we preferred to sit. After some convincing, we were able to sit where we wanted. Apart from that, the rest of the service was fine. 1. Service: Not bad overall, but the seating issue detracted from the experience – 0.5 stars. 2. Quality: Food was decent but not remarkable – 0.5 stars. 3. Way overpriced. For just a piece of meat. Nothing with it not even a slice of onion or tomotoes or bread. Like I'm a dog. Paid 95 euros for two steaks. Steak was good. But that's all. Worst service. Unless you like to waste your money stay away from this place.

Amaising place very nicely designed in the city centre. There is a great show with dancing waiters in the evening hours between 8 - 10 p.m. The atmosphere is really good. it is a suitable place to celebrate some event. The staff is very nice and helpfull and the meal is excelent

As a chain fastfood restaurant Karas is excellent. Compared to a regular restaurant the food could be better, but then the price would be more. So I like things to stay the same. The service was very good and the atmosphere is nice, The chicken kebab was good, but fries were so so. In case you're wondering, Tan is an unsweetened yogurt drink.

My family and I ordered from here last night, and 4 out of 5 of us had stomach problems last night and today. Karas usually has wonderful food, but perhaps there was some mismanagement of food and temperature that caused our current issues.

The food were great! We loved the meat platter, dolma and beef kebab! Hot choco tastes a little bit special. The only downside was the service. We were promised 20mins. We ended up waiting for our meal for about 45mins. And only 2 ladies were able to converse in decent English. This place accepts cash and card payments.

Nice fast food within the city of Yerevan. Staff can speak English so it is easy for foreign tourists to find the food they want. I'm a Filipino and it was my first time here last February 2017. It was recommended by an Armenian guy. They serve pork, beef, chicken and lamb. Cheap price, big serving size and serves quick!

Two of us, together ordered Beef Ichi Bir wrap, brain and tongue salad (light on palate), lamb Ghouza (exceedingly aromatic with its cashews), bean fool (generous, and rich), bread, and drinks: total 10,120AMD. Ver good service in a small and cosy place. The food is more of a quick snack bar though. While it definitely it's cheap, that's also the quality of the food. It's no fine dining. I did expect a bit more sophisticated way of preparing the food. The meat is processed and makes no good impression, the bread is cold and from a plastic bag. For the price it might be fine, but I'll not go again. Portions also tiny.

I came here to try their shawarma based on a recommendation. I was surprised with the cashier treatment when I told him I want the menu in English , he sarcastically laughed and said it is in English. I couldn’t see that because I had my sunglasses on. The shawarma that I tried contained tomato and wasn’t juicy. Therefore, I highly recommend Pitshop when it comes to their shawarma and staff hospitality.

Great place to enjoy Middle Eastern food - authentic - full of flavors anything you order. Their BBQ selection menu was my favorite - their meat quality is on point. Service was great - the atmosphere is OK - but if you plan to enjoy good authentic Middle Eastern food this is one I recommend

I was hawing dinner with my family. Food was ok . But i didn’t understand restaurant is halal but in the menu they have pork meat also((. Strange!!! I request from waiter to cut chicken grill in small pieces he rejected . I forgot his name but he is from Lebanon . Then i request from other waiter her name was Margarita she did without saying no . But price was good . Restaurant to visit once only.

A friend recommended me the restaurant, I'm glad he did. Large choice of food from different regions of the world, mainly middle eastern. The prices are really affordable, the restaurant is big and can host big groups. Great experience! Had 3 meals just for myself (I was full) so the price would be cheaper for someone else.

I’m giving it a one to get their attention. We have been loyal customers of Jano for many years and always loved the food. We always left tips here. We even brought visiting friends and family here. Unfortunately, our recent visit was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was overcrowded, with a birthday party blasting music so loudly we couldn’t even talk. Service was chaotic — three or four waitresses rushing around but not making eye contact, and it took over 15 minutes just to take our order. When the food finally arrived, it was badly burned. No proper apology, no effort to fix the mistake, just indifference. It’s very sad to say this after so many good years, but this will be our last visit. They have lost a loyal customer or more like customers. We were part of those that helped you grow throughout many years of you cannot organise your restaurant during a growth period then you will lose customers

I hate to do this, I had a really unpleasant experience at this place, paid for my order fully in cash he didn’t give me a receipt for my order, completely unacceptable behavior for any business, The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to pay by card, he insisted that I pay in cash telling me to pay by card next time without providing any explanation, I politely explained that I preferred to pay by card, but he refused to accommodate me.

Very good specialty coffee. Super friendly staff. Everyone speaks English and if they struggle they will try hard to accommodate . The pastries are delicious. There is a lot of seating available inside and outside. It looks as a co working space, as there are a lot of laptops around. Great WiFi connection!

Every morning in Yerevan I grab my coffee from Ground Zero. There are many coffee joints around but this place offers the high quality coffee. I don't like to seat down there, it is too active for my mornings. They also have delicious pastries.

We really enjoyed our oat milk late here on Sunday morning. It’s hard to find oat milk late at many other coffee shops in Yerevan. It was busy at the cafe, but we luckily found a nice table outside. They also serve other alternative milks like almond and soy. My favourite alternative milk is oat though. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Ground Zero holds a special place in my heart, primarily for what I believe is the best cherry pie in Yerevan. Seriously, it's a must-try. The overall atmosphere is also quite pleasant, making it a good spot to relax. And the coffee itself? Delicious. However, there are a couple of significant drawbacks that often mar the experience. My main gripe with the coffee is the design of their cups. They are simply not comfortable for drinking; nearly every time, after taking a sip, I find myself having to wipe the rim because it inevitably leaks from that spot. But the biggest issue by far is the consistently horrible service. My usual order is quite specific: a HOT V60 coffee with separate COLD alternative milk, and a cherry pie, HEATED and with ICE CREAM. You'd think after numerous visits over a year, they'd get it right, but it's a constant struggle. I've received cold V60 with ice and separated cold milk, hot V60 with heated milk, V60 already mixed with milk, cold cherry pie with no ice cream, or heated cherry pie with no ice cream, just to name a few of the many incorrect orders. It's truly baffling how often something goes wrong. In a full year of frequenting Ground Zero, there has been only one single instance where I actually received my order exactly as requested: a hot V60 with separate cold almond milk and a heated cherry pie with ice cream

Coffee was nice (cold brew tonic). But I received a surprise in my bagel. There was pretty large peace of eggshell in the omelette. Sorry, but it's not cool to have an eggshell in a quite simple dish for 2600 AMD.

Design, coffee and prices were really good, service was okay, but I didn't like the fact that staff near bar were joking loudly and singing while other people were working. Also very basic coffee options for speciality place. Giving 5 stars as a placeholder with hope that they will improve in time.
