First thing first : Easily, one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed. The best breakfast in a hostel soooooo faaar . It was like full treatment , better than five star hotel breakfast , wow . Very well located , nicely decorated and vibing place ,vibing people, it’s a 10.

The hostel is very clean, the breakfast is great, there is always someone cleaning. There is free tea and internet, there is a microwave, dishes, pots and pans, a stove, an oven and a fridge if you want to cook. There is a cool shared workspace, which makes it easy to work in this hostel, and most of the people here are digital nomads, so you can make friends and be social. The price is really more expensive than other hostels in Armenia, but the cleanliness and facilities are excellent. It also has good security and I never saw anyone lose their belongings or worry about things like that.

I’ve been staying at this hostel for over 20 days and will likely extend my stay for a few more. I highly recommend this place—excellent value for money. The atmosphere is fantastic: cozy, comfortable, and truly feels like home. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Beds are refreshed every two days, and the bathrooms are clean and sufficient. Breakfast is always fresh with a good variety of options each day. The common areas are wonderful, and I’ve made many great friends here. I’m certain I’ll miss this place and it will be my go-to spot whenever I’m in Yerevan.

Aside from the location being fantastic and so convenient and accessible to everywhere, the hostel staff, especially Alex, were all super friendly and kind. The breakfast is unbelievably good for a hostel and the entire place is very clean and well reserved with wide variety of foreigners coming from everywhere to Visit the art of Armenia, Yerevan.

I chose Kantar based on a recommendation from a friend. I stayed 4 nights in total and everything was just super nice. Staff was always helpful, they help you out with any questions you have. They clean the bathrooms many times a day. For breakfast you can choose from a buffet and the location is near by the republic square

I've recently spent 4 days at kantar, I chose that hustle to have a new experience being at hustle means I already know there won't be so much room for personal staff all the great comments encouraged me to go for it but I'm so sorry to say I can't think of a reason for all that positive comments. The worst part was the fact that restroom was constantly dirty and smelled terrible the breakfast was okay most staff were nice but nothing special about it there was zero cleaning of room the just emptied the bin and even after cleaning the restroom it was still dirty!! No mirror but the one in the restroom That's my honest opinion it made my whole trip like hell

Solid hostel for a good price! The location is very convenient as it is right in the city center. The staff was friendly and had good English. The room was nice and clean and the bed was quite comfortable. They also accept card payments, which is nice. The only small complaints I would have are that there is only one toilet and shower so you might have to wait for a while and that the lights in the room have quite unpleasant white light instead of warm yellow light which would be quite nice for the bedside lamps. But these are only minor problems; overall it was a nice stay and I would gladly come back again.

Having stayed at the sister hostel in Tbilisi and loved it, I had high hopes for this hostel. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t as good - not as social (no bar/rooftop), staff not as friendly/welcoming and a lot of noise/light pollution in the rooms. Other guests left the bedroom door open constantly and the bed lights are crazy bright. I was woken up so many times during my stay here by other guests coming back late and turning on their lights. This did not happen in Tbilisi, the lights used there must be dimmer/the guests more respectful. Despite this, I stayed for five nights because the location was good, it was a decent price and frankly because I couldn’t be bothered to change hostels again.

Pricier than other hostels but this is the place to be and to connect. Luggage storage room and top notch facilities

The location is fantastic, with almost every attraction within walking distance. The rooms are decent, and Host Zara is very helpful, offering good discounts if you want to extend your stay with tour packages. The highlight of staying at Envoy is the Essentials Armenia tour. The guide is knowledgeable and passionate about her work and knows in depth about the history of Armenia. My favourite part of the tour was having lunch at a local family's house, which was an absolutely stunning idea. The hosts were incredibly kind and generous, preparing a variety of dishes for us. I truly enjoyed my time here. Thank you so much!

Pros: staff spoke English and was helpful. Big common space with kitchen. Very social environnement! Great location. Cons: dorm room had no windows. Therefore it was quite stuffy in the room. Thin walls, so it was very difficult to sleep with all the noise from the lobby/hallways. Showers flooded. No towel given (other hostels in Yerevan provide a towel). Quite expensive for what you received.

Room was totally different than the photos, was so dirty that we even found nose snots with hair in the side table! (Photos). Hair in the bathroom siphon.. not to mention the mattresses, that they had a kind of yellow aphrolex bellow the bed sheets. Breakfast was meant to be from 09:00 to 11:00, we went at 10:00 and there was nothing left. Luckily a lady was preparing fried sunny side eggs on demand, with some left overs of cheese and bread. We cancelled the rest of our night there.

One of the Cheapest accommodation in Town. The staffs are friendly. The guesthouse is big and clean. I stayed in basement room. Unfortunately, the room is big yet no AC and weak to zero connection of Wi-Fi. I was even struggling with my mobile data signal. The room was still ok though since it is winter but it could be so hot at summer times. The bathroom has basic need as same in hotel and they have hot&cold shower which is really helpful to traveler. Bed is comfy. Breakfast is so basic nothing special just enough to satisfy your hunger. Location is walking distance to cascade complex and city center 20-30 minutes.

If you want to take home feeling, this is the best place. Have a good breakfast in the morning with an open kitchen. The hostel staff is very kind and helpful.

basic clean and big room, helpfull staff, good choice of food for breafkast out of boosting city center but at walking distance. Not their responsability but they offer trip with a bunch of different drivers they have usually have very old, longlife cars. Our (pasha) had a right-hand driving car, dangerous when he has to check cars coming opposite direction and a problem with gas injection so that we stuck for an hour in the middle of nowhere.

We stayed for 8 days in this friendly place in a interessant neibourghhodd of Jerevan and we want to thank for the good time we had in the hostel as homebase, for the wonderful "hostelmother", how was always ready to help, even at 2:00 in the night to assist calling a taxi. This is a quaint new hostel between Marshall and Barekamutyun metro station. I booked for 3 nights but extended it for another 3. The hostel is extremely clean, reasonably priced, well run, fully equipped, and staff are exceptional including the owners. It also has a homely feel which is why most people end up extending :) it’s in the quieter part of town but it’s a short walking distance to the supermarkets, mall, metro station, and food courts. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic hostel, with fresh, clean rooms, affordable prices, spacious and modern showers, a shaded outdoor hangaround area, and a very sociable atmosphere. The owner is very nice and the staff helpful. The major drawback is that most of the rooms lack air condition, but despite that flaw, this is a hostel truly committed to quality and to facilitate meetings between people, and I heartily recommend it.

The best Hostel in Yerevan! Really next level clean, well equipped and everything is brand new. Perfect kitchen, clean bathrooms and amazing community areas. Quit but social and nice environment. I even managed to cowork there and safed the money for Coworking-space. 100% recommended!!

Wifi was not working. When trying to log in an error message said the bill had not been paid to the internet company. We asked if the wifi problem could be resolved but never heard back. Also, the owner tried to overcharge us when we arrived.

This is actually a pleasant place to stay in for a low cost. I like the location, working staff ( Zina is amazing ) and even some people staying there for a while. I could trust someone which is important when traveling alone. I booked a room for 2 nights and kept paying for another 2 nights because of the need to stay in Armenia.

Staff really kind (the cat was a plus), superb location. The room quite small, wc needs some refurbishment but all acceptable and tidy.

We spent a lovely two nights here right in the centre of town, with very welcoming staff. Our private double room was small and a bit dusty on the floor, but on the whole the hostel was a welcome quiet retreat from the busy city and we would certainly visit again!

Hello! My brother and I spent 3 days at Center Hostel in a private room. We needed to find a reception that is open 24/7 because our flight arrived late. Suzan welcomed us well. She is one of the most easy going people I know. She is sweet and friendly. The hostel offers a familial ambience. We felt really well. I guess that the place could us a little fix up... Other than that, only positive things to say :)

Suzanna was the most wonderful host. We are traveling in a camper van and she allowed us to use the shared parking lot to sleep in and use the hostel shower and toilet and wifi. For only 1000AMD! She was an incredible host. The hostel looked quite small and older, but also clean. It's located in a standard Soviet block apartment building on the 4th floor. I'm not sure how many rooms and stuff but the whole place looked very small... Perhaps there were other apartments included in her facility. But everything looked clean and tidy. There are two small toilet rooms and two shower rooms, a standard Soviet style kitchen. Good wifi. Amazing location 💙💙💙💙

I hung it on the hook with the key stuck in the lock I had left in the assigned locker, and only the key was stolen. I was talking to my mom to make up for it when the criminal came and said, "This is my locker and it's my key." She lent my locker and key to someone else. I'm glad I didn't pay for the lost key

The place itself is very well located. Easy to reach the main attractions by foot. It’s behind the Main Street the entrance. It has some stairs to climb it, but Grigori already advised it. Also they answer in time your questions and request! Really enjoyed my stay. Mrs Suzane, the owner, is very helpful. She does speak English and helped me to find a orthopedist clinic. The only downside is WiFi. A bit slow and somehow didn’t work some time of the day. The living room is very small.

It has a perfect location, just 5 min walk to metro station and republic square. staff and host are friendly and helpful. So it attracted many funny guys to stay here and can exchange some traveling experience in this region.

Very low price but you get what you payed. The bathroom are not fit. The toilet seat cover was missing so that means that you are sitting on the porcelain. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The staff, which are actually the owners, were really friendly and warm.

I stayed in this hostel for a week on a recent holiday in Yerevan. A place absolutely above my expectations. Everything was wonderfully perfect! The room with a huge TV and fridge in the room as well as a private bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Modern and comfortable relaxation rooms, every morning a large and tasty breakfast served with a smile! There are several services within walking distance (convenient exchange office, pharmacy, supermarket and 24/24 shopping mall). The city center is about a 5/10 minute walk away but a taxi will take you anywhere in Armenia! Last but not least the absolutely PERFECT Staff! Available 24/24 at the reception and online, very professional and will help you with everything with great kindness and hospitality. There is also a 24/24 security service on site for access control and rooms. I have just returned, but I would already like to return to you! It is such a nice hospitality business that has a mix of hostel and hotel rooms for family. This place feels like a high-end luxury small boutique hotel with its own reception area, cafeteria, breakfast area, and loft room for you to work and hang out. They have 24/7 security at the facility, it's very friendly, very clean and amazing service. I highly recommend staying here.

I've visited Yerevan with my family and surprisingly this place is extremely luxurious. Their coworking space near the rooms was very spacious, fast internet, and the management is very welcoming. Food and Coffee delicious. Best of all it's close to the center, very convenient.

One of the best hostels you can live in while you are in Yerevan. It's super clean, tidy, quiet. It's so quiet and roomy that I had a whole shared room with 6 beds for myself alone. The managers are a nice family and the girl is a genius who I enjoyed sharing thoughts with. The breakfast is nice and eough. It's on third or fourth flour without escalator, however if you are young you will have no problem with that and it every price come with a reward: you have a spectacular view on Ararat Mountain. Bathrooms are clean and as it's often not so busy, bathrooms are more than enough. I went there on April, so I didn't meed AC; However I think it didn't have one. Also finding the place is a little bit tricky as it doesn't have a big sign or something like that. So, make sure to call or text them before you check in. All in all I loved my staying there.

Awfully hot rooms without air conditioner. Terribly noisy, the Russian guys stay up late every night, talk and laugh loudly, smoke and bother the other guests. I regret that I chose this place. The only advantage was the fair price.

The hostel is located in the city center close to the food stalls, shops and supermarket. It is very quite here. The owner of the hostel is nice and just staying in the same building. They always visit to check if everything is ok. They try to address your needs as much as they can. The only drawback is they dont have the heater for each room or even in the living room area. Nevertheless, when I requested for a heater, they immediately gave me a portable one and extra blanket, which is really cool. I took the 2 beds in a room. I have a room mate - an old but nice polish guy who is sensitive to his roommate too. But there is only thing I hate most, he is using an old alarm clock so I can hear the ticking every second. I told the owner about it and Lilian gave me the another room to stay. The gesture I really appreciated most. Hence, I highly recommend this hostel for everyone who wants a quite stay in Yerevan.

Horrible place. First of all, you can't even find the entrance, since it's completely hidden. It's a small place, packed with other people. Yes, the price is cheap, but the quality is horrible. Don't commit the same mistake I did. I just lost money.

I've had a very bad experience there. First of all the kitchen, refrigerator and laundry were public. The kitchen was always messy with unpleasant smells. I was gonna stay January 1st to 19, but I found so many bugs in the room and couldn't stand more. So I left the place 4 days earlier that my reservation I told host about it and I even updated my reservation on Airbnb to January15th. I left on January 15th and host knocked my door to check out at 12 and gave me rush. I packed immediately and left and before leaving, I checked Airbnb and my request which was sent to host but was pending, so I asked host about it and he said it just takes time on Airbnb and you will get confirmed and get the refund. I left on 15th and today is 20th and he never confirmed my request on Airbnb and still haven't gotten my refund. During our stay in Jerevan, we visited this place several times, and we really liked it. As a Colombian, it was a surprise to find three Fernando Botero sculptures on the lower floor, which nourished my soul. We really enjoyed Fromm the ground floor, each level rising to the obelisk at the top of this monument. We really enjoyed climbing the more than 700 steps to get there. I would definitely return. It would be nice to find the intermediate section, which is under construction, finished upon returning. It also has escalators for people who can't walk up. very nice view of Mount Ararat from here.

Really a must go when u visit Yerevan, great design in terms of sculpture and architecture. Also incomparable view over the city. If you don’t want to climb all the stairs you can take the lift on the left then walk your way down each level, but even to me who absolutely don’t have enough exercise the stairs don’t seem too much. Highly recommend to visit during sunrise or sunset, it’s an eye treat to see how lighting (or the absence of it) affects how the cascade looks. It looks impressive from afar and it is the smae when you get near it. Did not had the lick to have clear skies for seeing Ararat (from what we've heard, there's rarely any chance in August for this) but the whole experience was nice. The area is full with caffees and restaurants anyway (in the plaza before climbing) and it is really beautiful there - including the area of the quirky statues 😉. Really nice area to visit and hang out at any point of the day. A visit to the art's centre is recommended as well.

Very beautiful part of the city, especially on sunny days. There is a nice little park with flowers and art, a beautiful and peaceful vibe, a lot of couples and friendly people. You should definitely visit it. Take the escalator up and walk the stairs down. From there, take a walk into the beautiful city center.

I really think you should visit this museum, which is located in the city center. This was my second time traveling to Yerevan and I truly enjoyed it. The people are very warm and genuine. The museum is right in the heart of the city, and if you're lucky and the weather is nice when you reach the top, you can see a panoramic view of the entire city. If you ever happen to be in Yerevan, make sure to explore the art pieces inside and also take your time to enjoy the view.

Breath taking! Beautiful! Elegant! Timeless. The fountains on the bottom around 30 feet deep, you'd never know unless you went down the steps! Incredible! Walk all the steps up, count how many! Each level has different design fountains! There are even some hidden steps too, keep your eyes out and take them :) Wonderful view of Mount Ararat, Yerevan, during the day. Evening time, beautiful sunset! There is an escalator that takes you all the way up if you don't want to walk all the steps. Don't step on the grass, they don't like it.

Visited on a hot day. Took the escalator up. Worth visiting if you are in Yerevan. A lot of sculpturs and art pieces. Saw some pieces from Colombian's Botero famous for im-proportioante art.

Excellent environment at the Republic square. Mostly Families, friends are gathering from 8PM onwards. Colorful water fountain show will start from 9PM. No much rush. It's large area, so you can stay peaceful. So many shops, restaurants near that area. And also you can enjoy some music & singer street performers near that area. Police always be there. So place is well secured. We enjoyed with our kids. Highly recommend to visit Republic square at the weekend. So when you schedule the trip to Armenia, add this place also and visit by Saturday or Sunday. Nice people and peaceful environment.

Beautiful market! I bought a few trinkets to bring home but I'm also going to come back to buy more gifts for my family. The chessboards are beautifully made and there's a huge variety of items. I arrived unfortunately around 6pm so most of the shops were closing. I recommend coming here from between 11am to 5pm to get to experience it while it's busy.

This art and crafts market in Yerevan offers you a wide selection of souvenirs, silver jewelry, pottery, wooden items and so much more. Loved and purchased a lot of handmade products by small scale businesses mostly run by women. Had a fun time shopping here on the last day of our trip.

I was impressed how large the market was and how professional the stalls are. A diverse range of local and traditional jewelry, clothing, wooden carvings, paintings, pottery and more . Nice to browse to see cultural aspects and a great place to buy souvenirs or gifts.

A wonderful hotel that looks like a black castle with an old blue dome. The cleanliness is excellent and the service is outstanding. There was a woman at the reception named Bella — incredibly beautiful, kind, and cheerful ❤️. The room was a large suite with a jacuzzi and breakfast served in the room in the morning. A very enjoyable stay that I will definitely repeat.

Stunningly beautiful pyramid with a multi-block greenery surrounded by artistic statues. The pyramid itself has escalators on the inside, with art exhibitions on each level. The exterior of the building was just as spectacular, as the structure itself has the mix of artistic accents, statues, and a great city vista. My advice is to take the escalators up, and walk down. Or if you’d like a hot challenge, walk up and take the escalator down

Beautiful park with many sculptures from around the world. Lot of benchea to sit, nearby cafes and restaurants and of course the Cascade.

This should be top of your list for Yerevan. If you are an art nut the various free galleries are great and iconic furniture that decks the halls by the elevators, if that’s not your bag the great views on each level are beautiful. The building is like nothing you’ve seen, the gardens are like walking round Salvador Dahli’s imagination, not to mention the bars and cafes dotted around.

the international airport is very close to the downtown.Cheaper service bus n. 100 from the airport to downtown Yerevan. The options are taxi and private driver Moreover taxi Go then cheaper. Inside aeroport find every amenities and future to buy souvenirs or eat or grab a cup of coffee. Don't forget the opportunity to buy a SIM phone unlimited giga with a cheap price. the border control is easy and kind.

Small Airport but modernized and everything is fast from Check in to security and boarding process. The Officer also were very nice to me during my Arrival and welcomed me with their warm smile. On Departure its speedy fast too. decent Cafes to go and sit while waiting for the flight! Would love to come back in Beautiful Armenia!

The airport itself is clean, well-organized, and has the standard facilities most travelers would expect. However, visitors should be prepared for a slow visa-on-arrival process. After my short 3-hour flight, I spent more than 2 hours completing arrival formalities. The process includes three separate steps: 1️⃣ Pay the visa fee. 2️⃣ Join the visa processing queue for approval. 3️⃣ Finally, wait again for immigration stamping. 💡 Tip: If possible, consider obtaining your visa in advance to avoid long queues and save time. 🚖 Important taxi advice: Be very careful with people offering unofficial taxi services right after you exit. Many pretend to represent well-known companies and quote extremely high prices. ✅ For safe and reliable transport, use apps like GG, Yandex GO, or Eco Taxi. ✅ Eco Taxi is easily available at the airport exit, offers fixed rates, and provides professional service. ✅ Sharing this from my own experience to help fellow travelers plan better.

Timetable from the airport to the city: N100 - 500 AMD (you can pay with bank card); N201 - 300 AMD (only cash). Bus stop in front of the airport. Every 30 minutes during the day, every hour at night.

Check-in, Passport Control and security went smooth. Airport is clean enough. Shocking are the prices for coffee and drinks. Small bottle of water is 600AMD, no water fountain. Coffee is 1800AMD, crazy expensive, same rip off as in Europe, crazy considering the airport in Georgia is way cheaper.

Our experience at Yerevan Airport was great, smooth and pleasant. Upon arrival, we had to make a payment at the immigration service counter for a visa on arrival. After that, we proceeded to the next counter for visa application processing. Although we had already printed the two-page application on separate sheets, the visa team required it on a single sheet. As a result, we had to rewrite the information on the forms provided at the airport. The immigration process was efficient, and we were able to exit without any issues quickly However, I want to warn travelers about a taxi scam outside the airport. The taxis there charge an exorbitant rate of 1,300 AMD per kilometer, and I ended up paying 12,000 AMD for a ride that should have cost only 1,400 AMD with Yandex Go. To avoid overpaying, I strongly recommend using Yandex Go, which offers fair and reliable pricing. If you prefer a regular taxi, always check the fare on Yandex Go first and choose one with a similar price. Please ensure that you leave the washroom clean and well-maintained for the next person. Let's all do our part to keep the facilities hygienic and comfortable for everyone. One important tip: Ensure your pickup location is set correctly in the Yandex Go app to avoid any confusion. That’s all you need to keep in mind! Safe travels!

Traveling from Qatar to Armenia has been a remarkable experience. The journey from the airport to my hotel in Yerevan, just 11 km away, was seamless and enjoyable. The hotel's manager and reception staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a clean and neat environment throughout my stay. With competitive pricing and outstanding service, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yerevan.

When i went at the hotel, they told me finally my room has an issue and it's not available. Instead of giving me another room for free, they asked extra money because only "better room" were available. Else they say "so you can cancel" when it was 19h40, when it's night outside, when I came with taxi and when I'm with my big luggage... I never experienced stuff like that... The guy at desk tried to help me but his manager prefered have 0 income instead of giving me another room for the same price. Unacceptable....

This hote is a SCAM. Upon arrival the receptionist told me about some problem with my room and offered me another "better room" in another "hotel". First they wanted to cancel my reservation on Booking and then they showed me my new room across the street. The room was in the basement next to an old non-functioning pool and sauna, the room was smoky with a small window (ventilator next the window, so you can heard the noise from street because it is like still open window) and no wifi connection.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER They have some scam where I booked in another hotel but they told us the room was flooded and transferred us to this one. It was the absolute worst place - the rooms didn't have windows, no fresh air, it smelled horrific. The hygiene is non existent. The attitude was even worse - we're showing them yellow spots on their towels and they tell us "they're brand new". The roof of one of the rooms was hanging so we asked for our money and to go to another hotel - they declined to give us the money and suggested we check two other rooms - they didn't have windows either. Absolute nightmare. Don't ever go to this place

The room we had booked was not available, which they told us only after we arrived (at 9.20 pm), saying that we can get another, more expensive room. After the call to manager and saying they will get 1 star it just so happened to be "almost ready" and they asked to wait because MAYBE it will be ready within an hour. They didn't send any message regarding the situation beforehand. I recommend to stay away from this place.

I had the same experience as so many others. The evening of my reservation, they sent me a message about some fake problem and then asked ME to cancel it on the booking site. They never answered my messages and when I showed up, they refused to give me a room.

What I liked was how clean the accommodation was in general. Every morning a lady would clean the rooms, change the bed sheets and even ironing them. Then, the beds were comforable, although a bit of lack of space for the luggage and a curtain between the beds would have been good as well. I think there were many facilities, but I barely used them. Also, there's a few showers with warm water and toilets were clean. Location was just magnificent. The staircase doesn't end. I remember climbing up the stairs for the first time, all the way to the top, and it was a bit exhausting. Therefore, may you have a terrible condition, or if you're of an older age; think wisely.

Very centrally located. Otherwise, quite a reasonable backpackers. Showers rather small and badly organised (no hooks!). Small but functional kitchen and a pleasant dining room. Rooms have balconies over the street which is good.

The service at the reception is also subpar; the attendant guy exhibits unprofessional behavior, mistaking rudeness and unsolicited comments on guests' appearances for charm. This behavior is especially discomforting as it targets female guests. The hostel's location on the 5th floor without elevator access poses a significant challenge, making the ascent to the rooms a daunting and unwelcome task. On a positive note, the hostel's pricing and central location are commendable attributes. Note that the entrance to the hostel has been renovated, resulting in a disparity between its current appearance and the images provided online. This could lead to some confusion when trying to locate the establishment. Overall, while the hostel's affordability and prime location are advantageous, these benefits are overshadowed by the numerous drawbacks that impact the overall guest experience.

To begin with, i have asked for an early check in, 06:00 am , and even though i have rung the bell many times noone was there to open it. Ive slept at least 2.5 h later. Furthermore, as you can see from the dorm photos , the room has no means of redusing the lights from the windows , so every morning , very early we were forced to wake up. Plus there were no lockers for ur luggage etc.And at last, the bathrooms, i’ve never seem so small bathrooms, while exiting it, you get all wet, because its just impossible to fit. Generally, and I am talking ad a experienced person who has been in lots of hostels and hotel rooms, budget or not, i wouldnt recommend it. The only good thing is that its location is central and useful for the tour activities P.S: its located in the 5th floor, no elevator, in case you have missed this detail

My son and I stayed at Classy and Cozy Hostel recently, and it’s a great spot for solo travelers. The vibe was warm and welcoming, and Akhil, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and professional, offering excellent customer service. The rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating. The hostel provided great tour guides and kind, courteous drivers, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. It’s simple, affordable, and ideal if you’re traveling alone. That said, it’s not the best place for families with kids. As a parent, I found it challenging to stay in a shared space with a lot of people which made it hard to sleep. My son and I decided to check out and move to a different hotel for more comfort. However, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! That alone is worth mentioning and is why I’m still giving this place 4 stars. Overall, it’s a great budget option for solo travelers who don’t mind the hostel vibe, with exceptional service from Akhil and the staff, great tour guides, courteous drivers, and a standout breakfast. Families, however, might find it less suitable.

Classy&Cozy Hostel (Tour Service) We didn’t actually stay in the hostel, but we booked our tours through them and everything went so smoothly. Akhil, the tour manager, was super accommodating and helpful from the start. Mr. Alex, who picked us up from the airport, was such a fun and friendly guy. And our tour driver for 3 days, Mr. Carlo — honestly one of the best! Very trustworthy, caring, and easy to be around. We had such a nice time thanks to them and would definitely recommend their service for anyone traveling to Armenia.

Booked with Pinas Tourism and was shocked when we arrived as booked for private room (to have private washroom) but end up sharing with another room. Even after breakfast we need wash our plate after eating which is kinda weird as if frequently travel and it’s the first time I have encountered that and all of these were not communicated by the travel agency. I stayed at Classy Cozy during my trip to Armenia, and it exceeded my expectations! Although it's a hostel, it felt just like a hotel with private rooms and only a shared bathroom. The place was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities like a kitchen and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended for couples also who are looking for a comfortable and affordable stay!

I've been here for 5 days and 4 nights. It's great for solo travellers, on budget those who are looking for a cosy place to stay in Yerevan. Nothing fancy, a simple place in a great location. Close to the heart of the city; walking distance to Republic Square, The Cascade, Opera house, close to pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, to name a few. It's always full booked; few who left have been replaced daily. The place is clean and organised ( cleaning has been done daily). Great place to meet new people you can hang around regardless of race. They served breakfast every morning, and the salad is superb! At the reception, named ^^Akhil^^ was very helpful and always ready to assist regardless of time. He manages mostly everything and serves with a great smile even during those times we wake him up early mornings or very late at night. All the tour drivers are courteous and professional shout-out to ^^Mr. ALEX^^. I would recommend this hostel for those who are looking for a place to sleep and enjoy Yerevan. For me, it's not suitable for a family who is prissy, as the place is packed with solo and group travellers on a budget.

The daytime receptionist greets the guests with a cheerful smile, stunningly beautiful eyes, and genuinely friendly energy. The day I arrived she was very considerate and put me in the quieter dorm room. The free breakfast is a dangerously rich feast: there's such an extensive variety of food and so much of it, a person can get trapped every morning for two hours easily. And the kitchen is fully stocked, with multiple pots and pans and plenty of silverware. Use of the washing machine is free, and there is lots of room to hang up clothes behind the building where the air is clean. The wifi connection is great and rarely had problems. The location is outstanding. There is liquid hand soap at all the sinks. Three things that could be improved? Hooks in the rooms, another mirror or two, and having the cleaning crew visit the bathrooms once or twice more on busy days.

It's a cheaper option in the city Center but there's no room service. You have to go to another building for breakfast which is available only from 9-11 am . You have to wash your dishes on your own. Hair dryer is provided in common for many rooms which creates noise pollution and burning smell. Room is small without window. Even the shower is so small that you can't move while taking shower , you need to be very careful, otherwise you will bang with the glass panel.

Clean, spotless, good showers, friendly English, Persian, Russian and Armenian speaking staff. Fast internet. The mattresses were not very comfortable but still quite okay. 24h reception.

The staff here was fantastic and very helpful. So was the price. There is a free breakfast that is not very good, but its free so I can't really complain. My one complaint is the layout: if you are in the bottom room, you have to walk through the breakfast room in order to go to the bathroom or take a shower, which could lead to an awkward situation.

Perfect place if you're in Yerevan. Easy access to all places within the city. All staff are nice and very helpful. This made my Armenia stay all worthwhile!

Quite cramped dorms, but what can you expect for €5 a night? Don't expect any privacy anywhere in this place, which is not necessarily a bad thing as you'll spend more time visiting and it's a very social hostel. Other than that, it's clean, well located, the staff is really nice and you can check-in much earlier than officially if your bed is ready. No air-con in the dorms.

I stayed at that hostel for three nights and my feelings are mixed. I have to admit that the hostel is quite clean, extremely well organised, the toilets and the showers are very well organized, the kitchen too and the stuff is quite helpful. It is very well located downtown, the wifi is good and the value for money is more than satisfying. Every bed has two sockets for power supply. Behind all those , i didn't felt comfortable at all with that fake environment and behaviors and as it was full of noisy asian people; i could hardly find any other Europeans too. The whole place smelled horrible because of the cary, especially during the breakfast.

It was a perfect stay at the very central location, all the main sites are in a walking distance, supermarket, shopping mall and local market are in two-minute walk. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. All the spaces were clean. And the real heart of this place is the people working there! My great thanx to Lily, Zhanna, Sevan, Lucine!

Overall: A decent stay that I would still recommend, but the hostel needs improvements in comfort, staff behavior, and facilities. Positives (+): • Friendly and welcoming male staff, always helpful. • Good location, easy to find with the instructions provided. (The photos they share are a bit outdated compared to the current state, they send you a picture of the arch to find the hostel and the building there is showing a Samsung sign which is no longer there) • clean Negatives (-): • Some staff members were also sleeping in the dorm room, showing little consideration for guests by leaving the door open late at night and talking loudly. • Only 2 bathrooms per floor, with showers and toilets in the same space, often leading to queues and wet floors. • The AC in the room barely worked – even on low temperature and high fan speed it never cooled below ~24°C. In August, with high humidity, it was uncomfortable and hard to sleep. AC in the common areas worked better. • WiFi was unstable, frequently disconnecting and quite slow. For digital nomads, this is not a good option unless you plan to rent office space in the city.

The entrance to the hostel is in a back road and it's not marked at all... the door to the hostel are not even marked... if you get through the correct door it's top floor(5th i think) new metal door on the left. definitely ring the doorbell which hostel will send you in email/booking.com etc message or you just won't find it. The hostel windows face the main road so it's going to be noisy. The are lockers but if you are unlucky you either won't be able to use them because they so high (bed 4) or you will need to use a stepladder/chair... The common area is quite good, and there are basics in the kitchen. Looking at the tours they offer they are more expensive than other tour providers so I am not sure why people rave about them? Maybe they just don't know how to use Google? I stayed one night and found cheaper and better hostel in much better location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hostel's location is perfect. They give you excellent instructions to help you find the location. There is one private room and one room with 8 bunk beds. Lockers for each person, and good security overall. The common area is great, with a cozy couch & dining room table for work or eating or chilling. Laundry was free !! Vahag is awesome -- he lives on site and is super thoughtful, helpful, and also just fun to chat with. We can't wait to come back! Lots of good vibes here.

Best price/quality ratio in a hostel I have ever seen in life. Will probably never see a better one. I wish all hostels were like this. I can see that people invest and reinvest in it. Very clean and neat - like in Mariott, indeed. Very nice wall tiles and sanitary ware. Hygienic shower! Looks unexpectedly classy. Very many plugs - even under kitchen table and of course, near each bed. Comes quite handy indeed. Cozy yet bright lighting. Lockers! (not too secure, but still nice to have). Soft new mattresses. Warm floors. Washer and dryer (!). Plethora of kitchen utensils. Kitchen hood. Very kind host. Worth every penny you spend. Hard to find if you did not get directions. But here are the directions: find a noname entrance in the yard and call apt 46 (there is a separate doorbell with number 46 scribbled above it). Then go to the last flat of the last floor and knock.

The owner talked loudly outside on the dinning table after 11pm after I said goodnight to him. It kept me from falling asleep, for a potentially early morning daytrip. I couldn't find a place to keep my fruit outside the fridge, then the owner threw it away and took the rubbish away!😭😢 My expensive fresh walnuts were shared by the host and eaten by others. How can you know which table is for shared food and which for private placement!? These are the unspoken norms for new check ins? I expected better for such a price. At least decent and quiet sleep. During the day, it's very quiet. After 11pm people started to talk over drinks. It's more for night fun owls to sleep during the day time. The dormitory is too odorous to sleep. It's a rude Russian house. However, the facilities are good. There's only one 8-mix dormitory with a big lounge room and a big kitchen table. All clean. You can turn on the AC whenever you want. Laundry is free with powder. But to me, the Dubai €5.5 dormitories are still way better than this €10 dormitory. At least it's quieter for sleep and odor free. There's a grocery beside the hostel too. Andre and Dima are awesome for handling the hostel. They can speak good English. I stayed four nights in this hostel ( villa ) The hostel is around 2 km of walking to the center. it has all facilities ( kitchen, bathroom each floor...etc) for your stay . My stay was good from check-in until check-out. The staff was friendly and servants. highly recommended
