Econic winery high on a West Kelowna hillside. Like it's name, it's as though you are entering a missionary. A tall bell tower rings for 5 minutes at noon, and shorter periods every fifteen minutes. To the right as you enter is the wine and gift shop. It has rooms for dedicated tastings, where we had a tasting with hor d'oeuvres, cumulating with a tasting of the iconic Occulus - which received a 100 point rating, and consistent ratings in the mid-90s. The tasting included Sauvignon Blanc, rose, merlot from the Terroir Collection, and Quatrain from the Legacy collection. Our favorite was the merlot - with distinctive merlot on the nose and taste. Our guide Mia was very friendly and informative. The shop had things you don't expect to see in a wine shop - luggage priced at $25 k, a book about Milan,... You get the idea. Classy...More for show. To the left on entering is the restaurant.All the tables in the restaurant have a lake view. We had a wonderful lunch (See the review). The grounds have a number of statues. Went to the Chefs tasting and pairing dinner for our anniversary and were blown away by the food, service and views. Sean our waiter was fantastic and food was next level. Incredibly paired with Mission Hill wines. Personalized welcome card for our anniversary and signed by the whole staff was really memorable. Well done team!

My husband , my sister and I all had such a beautiful experience at Mission Hill. From start to finish our server named Guy led with such class and poise! Very knowledgeable, friendly and polite service. Simon also popped in whenever he passed our table, topped up waters and overall we had a great conversation and vibe with both of them. We wish them both all the best in their future plans. The Mission Hill property is in top knotch shape and very picturesque. Looking forward to future visits here!

We had an amazing time at the guided tasting tour! Simon gave us a fascinating tour of the winery, showing us the bell tower and the wine cellar, and we even got lucky enough to spot a little deer along the way. Kiran and another lovely staff member led our tasting session. Kiran was especially wonderful, patiently answering all of our questions—some of which were quite out-of-the-box—about red and white wines. As people who aren’t very familiar with wine, we gained so much enjoyment and interest from their explanations. Both Simon and Kiran were extremely well-mannered, friendly, and welcoming. Their passion and professionalism truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

It was a perfect evening. Sunset on the terrace. Excellent wine and service. Food was perfect for each wine on the set menu. Highly recommended and will be back again. I bought a bottle of each wine tasted. Even the overpriced oculus!

We had a truly wonderful experience at Mission Hill. The wine pairings and charcuterie board were excellent, but what made it truly memorable was the storytelling and guidance throughout. Having visited many wineries, this one felt extra special. A key highlight was Robbie H. His expertise as a sommelier, eloquence, calm confidence, and ability to narrate the Mission Hill story elevated the entire experience. His objectivity and professionalism make him an incredible asset to the team. We were so impressed that we decided to join the club membership on the spot. Mission Hill’s rich history is inspiring, and we’re excited to be part of its future. ❤️

What a wonderful meal and location. We had three courses and a wonderful bottle of wine. We sat outside and were at first worried it would be a bit cold but the heaters were perfect and we were offered blankets also but didn’t need these! View was such a wonderful bonus and music and atmosphere was great. Food was absolutely amazing and our waitress Paige was just wonderful, she was so kind, friendly and attentive, making some wonderful choices/recommendations for us on the wine and dessert. We spoke at the table about how lovely she was! Thank you Paige and Quails gate for a fantastic evening!

We’re members and we came in for a tasting, yesterday. The tasting was lead by Amelia, and she was as outstanding! She had a bubbly and welcoming personality, she was super knowledgeable on her tasting notes and pairings and just delivered an all-in-all exceptional experience. Probably our favourite tasting we’ve had here yet. She also helped me find my new favourite red at the winery, the Queue!

We came from Ontario and had the most amazing wine tasting at Quails’ Gate! The views were stunning and the wines incredible — but Tory made the whole experience unforgettable. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made us feel so welcome. If you visit, ask for Tory — she’s an absolute gem!

I was on a road trip with my small dog, so I deliberately sought out this winery because I heard here is dog-friendly. I was so pleased that I was allowed to hold my dog while doing a tasting and purchasing wine. I had been informed that dogs needed to be held while inside the building, so I was prepared with a cross-body dog carrier bag, which made it perfectly manageable. The staff member who guided us through the tasting was incredibly friendly and professional. Their kindness was a wonderful bonus. I would love to visit again next time I'm not the designated driver!

We celebrated our one-year anniversary here and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The view was absolutely breathtaking; truly unforgettable. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and the wine paired beautifully with our meal. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Such a special place, and we’ll always remember our night here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a beautiful atmosphere!

Quails' Gate Restaurant was an absolutely fantastic experience with incredible food. We went for dinner one evening and returned for lunch another day, both meals were outstanding. The duck, in particular, was unbelievably flavorful and cooked to perfection. Everything we tried from the happy hour lunch menu was also delicious, the salad and beef tartare were personal favorites. The setting and location are also stunning. We’ll definitely be back in the future :)

Outstanding Okanagan gem. One of the oldest wineries in BC, truly exceptional. Neil our host for our anniversary tasting was fantastic and charming. His depth of wine knowledge was brilliant. Beautiful setting, grounds and of course wines. Stewart Family reserve Chardonnay was top notch.

This winery place was amazing for customer service and everything! It was my very first wine testing and had a great time with friendly hosting, even at the entrance. We didn’t book for the tasting but you can just go there and seat any table you like and then one of the staff will bring the menu. Nice place to take a wonderful pics as well! Especially the staff who served us was so amazing I cannot give him compliments enough:) He was the best staff for everything! Tbh, compering to the Frind winery testing (which is no seating and rushed) Volcanic Hills offers seats and relaxing time with same price which only $10 per person.(Also the portion is twice than Frind) I recommend reserve tasting and the first one bubbly was the best. Overall, if you are beginners for wine tasting start with Volcanic Hills 👍🏻 You’ll be surprised by their amazing service:))

My wife and I came to Volcanic Hills on our honeymoon, and we picked a good place to come do wine tasting! It was a great experience! Brenda was amazing! She made the experience great. She was really sweet, and she gave my wife and I some good wines to try. We purchased the best wine which we tried last. Brenda recommended it. We really appreciate the comfort she gave and information on all the wines we tried with her. 10/10 would highly recommend! Thank you Brenda and the staff! We will be coming back soon!

Spent time with great friends at Volcanic Hills Estate Winery yesterday afternoon and I have to tell you - we were treated like VIPs!! Originally we were going to do some sabering in the vines for my birthday, but the weather was drizzly, so Amit and the team out-did themselves to make it a special day! Troy and I had done the charcuterie experience for our anniversary last year in August, but it’s out of season for them now - they made it happen anyway!!!!! Wow!! Each time we go to Volcanic Hills we feel so welcomed and their tastings have been completely elevated over the years. The tasting room has been updated with beautiful seating areas. The staff are all incredible, the wine is fantastic, but the way they make us feel - that’s what keeps us going back! If you live in the Okanagan and haven’t been to Volcanic (or it’s been a while) - plan to make the visit to this local family winery! -tell them Jenn sent you!

Months before we arrived I booked a reservation for 2 for a tasting and charcuterie board. The wine tasting “tower” was amazing as was the charcuterie board. We enjoyed a lovely visit, however we were a bit disappointed to be seated on a side patio without any view. I wish it was made clear while booking that this option did not have any views nor apparently associated with the restaurant/views advertised on the website.

Myself and some friends came here as part of a wine tour and I’ve got to say this is the only winery of the entire day that everyone liked every single wine we tasted. Having said that, the really impressive thing about this winery was how friendly the staff were, especially Diane, who was incredibly nice to chat to and very happy to answer all of our questions with a smile and gave us fresh glasses with each pour.

This winery was amazing! We were lucky to meet Amit the owner who is so personable and nice. Our server was Lee, super nice and knowledgeable. Great wine tasting. Also the store has so many items that shopping was a blast for me! Highly recommend Volcanic Hills Winery in West Kelowna!

This is a fantastic winery. We went to a couple of others but this is the one we would recommend our friends to visit. A lovely Chardonnay sparkling wine and top notch single varietal Cabernet Franc and also the Merlot. I also loved the blend- possibly called eruption which I had previously had in a restaurant previously, and was the reason we went there in the first place. Excellent!

Such a gem of a family-owned winery! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming — you can really feel the personal touch in everything they do. Jennifer greeted us today (May 12) and shared so much valuable information about the winery, which made the visit even more special. Their white wine, Tapestry, is hands-down the best I’ve ever tasted — and I’ve been to a lot of wineries between Oliver and Kelowna! The location is stunning, with amazing views of the surrounding vineyards, the mountains, and Okanagan Lake. It’s seriously the perfect spot to relax with a glass in hand. I’ll be stopping by every time I pass through — the wine is top quality and such great value for the price!

Keith was very welcoming as soon as we came in, we sat down for a tasting and he explained the tour. Outside we had more wine while getting the history of the vineyard, and their plans going forward. He told us about the different grapes/vines and how they were farmed. Then we went inside to see the back of the house area. They do plan to open a restaurant which sounds like it will be great. They provided cheeses and snacks for pairings. The wines we tasted were all wonderful and they were not cheap at all with their serving sizes. Anything we wanted to try was made available. I’m not a white wine drinker usually and I left with 2 bottles of white and an ice wine. Keith even recommended some dinner places for us as well. We recently visited "A Little Straw" organic winery in West Kelowna, perched on top of a hill with stunning views of the lake. The experience was unforgettable as we tasted a variety of wines, including one made from the oldest organic grapes in North America, 57 years old! The wine's rich taste was a real treat, and the Keth - his expertise made our tasting session even more enjoyable. Plus, knowing that it's an organic winery made the experience even more special. We truly loved it!

Great experience. Simran was a pleasure to chat with, very informed and did a wonderful job telling us about the wine and history. We loved the tapestry wine and purchased a couple bottles. This is a family owned and run business. Everyone was so helpful. The winery also has a lovely view to enjoy while you sip.

We were searching for a place to get some good old fashioned "Wine Therapy" where "Sip Happens" and the Food is beyond Heavenly. We found it at the Little Straw Winery, the Tula Restaurant. Stepping into the beautifully, welcoming, bursting of intense flavours, aromatic, sophisticated and distinctiveness of Indian Food, was the therapy our mind and soul needed. As an abstract visual artist (wine), the little straw winery just got me hooked with their energetic, radiant and sunny palette. From the server Abhi, to the chef and owner of the restaurant it was a culinary organic innovative experience. Abhi was charming, meticulous, attentive, focused, knowledgable with a witty sense of humor, a gem for a server. The dishes we ordered were ambrosial, divine and so appealing, fresh tasting, we were tempted to lick our plates. The pictures will confirm my words. The Tula Restaurant also offers a non-alcoholic Wine, a Rose, another unique feature. Walking away with "soul-charged" feelings while shaking hands with the owner of the winery, Karnail Sidhu. Thank you for an amazing one of a kind experience.

Visited with my fiancé on a self selected wine tour day, after hearing good things about Mt. Boucherie. The wine was indeed good, the scenery was very nice, although it seemed like the most important thing to a lot of people; the service was pretty lax, so I wouldn’t hold your breath if you were looking from an engaging wine tasting. Is it worth a go? Absolutely. Just be prepared, pretentious folks will bombard the lawn for photos and depending on who serves you, you’ll get a very different experience.

What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived at the winery, we were made to feel welcome—literally—with a glass of welcome wine while we waited to be seated. The setting was stunning, and the patio is the perfect place to relax and soak it all in. The food and wine were absolutely outstanding—every dish was beautifully presented and paired perfectly with their selection of wines. The team was knowledgeable and passionate, answering all our questions about both the menu and the wines with such care. A special shoutout to the manager, Nicky, who was absolutely lovely and made our visit even more memorable. Her warmth and hospitality really stood out. We’ll definitely be returning to enjoy that beautiful patio again soon!

Modest Butcher has an epic lake view and every table has a view! We dropped in for happy hour with our 6 and 2 year old. Kids menu had great options (one had cheeseburger and fries, other had buttery noodles), we tried "things on toast" which disappeared so fast. And if its called "Butcher" we should probably get the steak. I had the Chimichurri Bison Flake rare and her the Tenderloin. Service was great we always order the mid food right away, and they went off to run around the Greenspace below the restaurant. I love this restaurant and the winery as well (Try the "Graves Robber" if you go), definitely check out their happy hour offerings. There were so many other things I need to try on the new fall menu!

Always enjoy a tasting here. Lovely view and tasting room, great selection and variety of quality wines. The Wine Shop manager Jerome is so knowledgeable - if you really want to learn more about wine, he is a great resource. The happy hour at the restaurant upstairs (Modest Butcher currently 3-5 PM ) has some delicious options for both vegetarians and carnivores. Their Reserve Chardonnay is so beautiful for chard fans who are looking for high quality on a budget!

Went as part of a wine tour. Service for the tastings was horrible. Server poured for half our group and then walked away and forgot about us. Small pours and way too much time between. Lunch upstairs at the Modest Butcher was very good but the service was very slow. I suspect that they are understaffed. Wouldn’t recommend.

While the location was beautiful, our tasting left much to be desired. Unfortunately we arrived as a large party was leaving. Our tasting host was inattentive and preoccupied with other co-workers and another guy at the bar. Our visit was redeemed by the warehouse manager who answered many of our questions and was pleasant to talk with.

We had a great experience in this winery and food truck! We had an amazing tasting and later we ate a snack and had a delicious and creative milkshake! Recommended to visit, they have picnic tables, chairs to enjoy the view, wine is good, specially the reds.

Nestled beside the Glen Canyon, this beautiful farm has been in the Paynter family for over 5 generations. Mid elevation, western slope and coupled with old world traditional organic farming delivers stunning wine production and an unique profile in the Valley. Maintaining its casual, unpretentious, wine-country vibe paired with exceptional wines and gorgeous views-it’s definitely a destination winery! Nice tasting, we liked the wines! We would have loved to enjoy a glass of Rosé afterwards in their beautiful sunny picnic area (with a foodtruck and goats), but unfortunately, they don‘t serve their wines per glass - they only sell bottles or tasting flights. (Too much for a driver…)

Such a cute spot with a big backyard and lots of animals 🐐🐓 — perfect for families with kids. Loved that they even have non-alcoholic cocktails 🍹! Only minus: tastings aren’t free here.

I love Off the Grid! A small, authentic family owned winery with organic wine and so many cute animals! Every visit there is a truly wonderful experience. All of their wines I've tasted so far were fabulous and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My favourite wine is the orange Gewürztraminer :) Be sure to check out the food truck, it's super nice to sit there, enjoy a bottle of wine and have a delicious meal. Also: There is the best outdoor yoga on Sunday mornings at the winery!

The property is a great place for a family wanting to wine taste and entertain kids. As a parent, the combination of wine tasting and active feeding of the sheep, goats and chickens is spectacular! My kiddo absolutely loved feeding the animals all well my wife and I enjoyed sipping wine! A must stop at winery if you've got the kids with you!

Great visit. The wines we tasted were all so good. I especially loved the new treble wines, they were both so refreshing, I'm sure these will be very popular especially during the summer months. My favourites were the Trio, Afterglow, and Pinot Noir Rosé

Wonderful tasting experience. Great tasting wines, purchased more than half the ones we tasted. Super nice and friendly. Our favourite tasting in Kelowna. There's a kids table with toys for the toddler. There's a fridge with some cheese and things to buy as well.

A taste of Italy in Canada. If you're looking for Old World wine in the Okanaga this is the place to go. The crisp pinot grigio, to the full body red there's a wine to pair perfect with your pizza or charcuterie while you enjoy the mountain views and Italian vibes. This vinard is kid friendly and family oriented but its not going to take away from the incredible tasting. The owner Roberto and his family will be cooking up your snacks, working the till and mending to the garden in true Italian fashion, you might even catch Nonna enjoying some Gelato or doing quality control on the flowers.

This is hands down 1000% better for our wine tasting and charcuterie than Mt. Boucherie! We went there a couple weeks ago and left so disappointed, here we are absolutely loving it and the fresh food and amazingly crisp wine is my new favourite. I’m definitely going to be coming back with guests and friends !

After a day at the beach with company, we wanted a light lunch and a glass of wine so we took our group of 8, (including kids and dog) to Ciao Bella, for a tasting and wood fire pizza. It was so delightful, non pretentious, quaint, peaceful and delicious. The family owners were incredibly gracious and accommodating. If you are looking for a refreshing change from the big and busy, this winery is a gem. We will be there whenever we have company, or need a delicious lunch and/or a glass of wine in a lovely setting. They close at 5, so plan accordingly.!

This place is family run and it shows in all the best ways. We did this as part of a wine tasting tour and this spot by far was my favourite. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed a delicious pizza right alongside the grape vines. Such a wonderful place with a cozy backyard atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish! We visited as a group of six and were welcomed into such a warm, friendly, and fun atmosphere. Every wine we tasted was exceptional, and the pizza and charcuterie board were absolutely delicious. It was a perfect combination of great wine, great food, and great company. A true 10/10 experience. I couldn’t recommend this boutique winery highly enough!

A little hidden and up the hills, but this winery has fantastic views and excellent wines. We went for a tasting, tried 5 varietals, and got excellent service. It was a hot day but we were comfortable in the shade and still got to take in the truly phenomenal Okanagan lake views! Appreciated one free tasting with the purchase of 2 bottles. Will return!

We had the chance to stay at Niche for 2 nights + taste their delicious small batch wines. The Rosé was our favourite! The view and the comfort of the container cabin were memorable. Thanks to our hosts and cheers 🥂

Amazing wine, views, and service. This is a small batch winery, locally owned, and so different than other wineries in the areas. Tastings are only $12 and can be used towards a purchase of a bottle (who is still doing this??). The staff were so friendly and upon purchase of the wine, was surprised there was no tip option on the machine (again, where else do you see that). My fave was the foch. Quite rich and tasty. All wines are reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go back to this hidden gem.

Joseph was so fantastic and knowledgeable! He taught us about “skin contact time” and a word I’ve never heard of as well as gave us delicious wine with a delicious view! 10/10 would recommend.

We have been exploring the Okanagan wine routes for many years and we love finding the little hidden gems that not only deliver an authentic experience but have really great wines. Highly recommend their Pinot Gris and Dark Horse. And if you can, request Joseph as your host!

I ordered online on a Friday night, paid for same day delivery, which I knew wouldn’t be until Saturday. Got a message saying they unfortunately wouldn’t have a delivery for flowers until Wednesday, which was fine. I emailed Tuesday to make sure it would be sent out and they said yes. I emailed Wednesday to see if they were going to be able to deliver, no response Wednesday or Thursday. Called Thursday and said yes they’ll be sent out. Got a confirmation at 3:48 paying they were out for delivery. They were delivered but definitely thought I was being scammed by the lack of communication. So I spent $112 .. posted are what I ordered and what my friend who just lost her mother , received. Pathetic. Do better.

I love flowers! My son sent flowers through this flower shop for our 50th Anniversary. Delivery great, friendly. Customer service 'terrible'. The lilies died within 2 days were brown and shrivelled. (I sent pics) Two of the carnations were broken and bent over. I tried phoning numerous time to chat but directed to voicemail. No response. So I emailed and suggested that they consider a small refund. No response. This tells me as a customer I am not valued. What more can I say.

Boyfriend and I Ordered flowers to be delivered. Never got any communication from delivery driver on day of. Called 2 days later and they stated it’s been delivered. Person never got the flowers and checked doorbell cam footage, but no sign of delivery. They said they would send proof of delivery to my boyfriend email and they have not done so. BEWARE THIS IS OBVIOUSLY SCAM BEHAVIOUR. Would love a refund before we report to the bank as a scam and get a refund that way.

Had to send flowers to someone in Kelowna & I’m not local, so I scoured reviews to see who looked good. I came across Passionate Blooms & had a feeling they’d be great. I like that they offer their own custom arrangements & you’re not just picking from the Teleflora catalogue like most places offer (which in my opinion only offers repetitive, dated styles). Once they sent out the flowers they sent me a photo & they look beautiful! I will 100% order with Passionate Blooms in the future :)

We can't rate Passionate Blooms enough! We contacted them fairly last minute to create a bouquet/boutonnière for our elopement/wedding and they were more than happy to accommodate us! They also offered delivery from West Kelowna to Vernon (Sparkling Hill resort) for a reasonable fee - fabulous! Also - on our wedding we day we had to bring the ceremony forward due to incoming thunderstorms and the delivery driver managed to get them to us way ahead of time! Thank you for reliving that stress and being so prompt!! As you can see the flowers were gorgeous - loved the colours and the added towel to avoid the flowers dripping on the dress. Overall, a wonderful experience with them - can't recommend them enough. Thank you x

I placed an order to be delivered on Saturday May 31st. My CC was charged and the flowers were never delivered. Despite calling and emailing several times, there has been no response on what happened. Update: The owner has offered a refund and apologized for the lack of communication. I wish It could have been handled better when I called multiple times on 6/2 to check on the status.

This store was my favorite store until I brought my mom, visiting me in the Okanagan today. She bought some items including a pair of eyeglasses. She paid for her items and was waiting for me while I was at the till to pay for my items. The woman at the till in a very rude manner asked my mom twice in front of everybody that she did not pay for her eyeglasses. I said that we paid cash for it but she was still insisting that it has not been paid. Finally, I asked her to check into the till system to see the receipt. I didn’t have the receipt because she didn’t give us one. After she checked her computer she confirmed that we already paid for that item. On the way back home my mom was crying, feeling that she was embarrassed before others and she has been treated as a dishonest person. The staff of this store need to be trained how to behave with costumers specially with elders. If they easily forget what it has been paid for and accusing people without a proof it might be better not to work at the till. Trust and respect for the client is very important. If for some reason there is a misunderstanding they can kindly ask for it in private and check before downsizing an old person in front of others. I don’t recommend this store anymore.

Best thrift store I have ever been to. Quality stuff. Have purchased two high end leather jackets there. Prices are fantastic. They have a woman who designs their displays and she has a gift for presentation. Really nice shop.

This store is insta-worthy in their social media presence but also in their actual store. The store is constantly stocked with new items with many options so you always have to keep going back to find the newest gems they just put out. I picked up many classic and trendy pieces, as well, I referred this store to many of my friends. What better compliment than someone asking you where you got that shirt or stopping you on the street boasting your outfit!? Definitely will be back. :)

nice space & okay selection. could use more men clothing but I feel most places struggle with that as a man. I asked one staff member last month how consignment works here for future consignment options since I moved to town from the lower mainland. I was told it would be 40% to consign plus a fee of 4% & they take 60%. when I asked to clarify she bluntly said it was standard in the business & look online. I wasn't able to get her name, she was young & decided to look online like she said. realizing this it wasn't what she said because online the fee of 4% means you take 36% & they get 64% on free items & lack of online promotion, their online shop had 20 or less items & instagram seemed standoffish caring about "looks of a feed", which by the way of it most people don't really care if it doesn't drive up your business sales or engagement, rather than promoting items. after asking around town some consignment places will give you 40% to 45% of the share without additional fees & others because you bring them the items provide you with 60% & they take the 40% since they didn't source the clothes. unsure how others feel but maybe having staff correctly inform people. maybe I will come back to shop but some transparency instead of confusion on this would help you out. edit: decided to edit my review & mark it 1 star. instead taking the time to explain their policy which would be mature & professional, they decided to mock my review on their social media which I attached here & include bribing methods for discounts on 5 star reviews for their place to win best of Kelowna awards. please do better.

Beautiful storefront with a lot of different selection to choose from. I really appreciated how well organized the jeans were by size and style. Lost one star because the prices were at a premium given the prime real estate location, and less about the products themselves.

Great variety but it's all jammed and hard to look for based on the sizes but the staff is not nosy at all. They give you space and not bother you at all while you are shopping.

I am shocked I haven’t left a review on Frock & Fellow. I have been coming here well before I relocated to Kelowna over 10 years ago. Store is very well organized and new items come out all the time making it a new experience each time. It’s a fantastic place to consign any unwanted, gently used items. The staff at Frock and Fellow are very kind and helpful. My dog and I go in the store often in hopes he gets to see his favourite person who is Dylan. Oscar (the weens) is literally obsessed with Dylan and even if I don’t have plans to go there Oscar MUST go in. I stopped in here today to see if I could find some pieces to repair a recent purchase I made. I found something that works and also toured around store to see what they actually carried. Have some interesting pieces and prices seem really fair compared to other refit stores I have been in. Lots to look at and staff are friendly and approachable. Worth a view of you are trying to find interesting pieces of furniture or odd hard to find repair parts for home.

Was looking at the toys with my two yr old son he was playing with it on the floor one of the employees came out of the back and said please don’t do that and took the toys away and put them on the shelf. 1 rude 2 no need for that at all he’s 2 yrs old and I was going to buy him a toy but I will take my business elsewhere for now on!

ReStore is cool because it's the home improvement thrift shop. I come here often just to look and find the coolest stuff here. Today I wanted some nice paint to touch up my closet and wouldn't you know it there's a big bucket of nice mint green for a third of the price if I went and got it new. Best place to shop if you don't feel like wasting money!

My wife’s is still intact, but disappointing my bracelet didn’t last even a month. Unfortunately unable to locate said bracelet so not even able to attach a clasp to try to put it back on.

Start with goods, Staff were super sweet and friendly and the selection was cute and exactly what I was looking for. Now the bad, I bought a chain and 3 charms which they had told me are no longer clickable and had been welded to prevent the issue of the charms falling off, perfect sounds fine… well I’ve had the necklace for ONE day and a charm has already fallen off and gotten lost. I was not swimming or doing any strenuous activity, didn’t tug or catch my necklace on anything and it’s gone which is pretty upsetting considering they have theoretically already noticed this issue. Also on that note I suggest if you’re doing the charms welded and unable to arrange in any way on the chain then why don’t you weld them at the time of purchase in the arrangement desired. All in all I would recommend Mogano but I’m SUPER disappointed to have lost a charm after literally 6 hours of wear time, kinda feels like a waste of $65 for the charm and raises concerns about the wearability/safety of the necklace itself.

It’s been years since we walked downtown. It was the long weekend so of course it’s going to be busy, even for April. I love seeing all the entertainment, and walking by the water. A bonus for April is that the tulips are in bloom!

My dad & stepmom visited from Europe (Switzerland) a couple days ago. They're staying at the Royal Anne Hotel right on Bernard, the location is mint! The homeless population is becoming more than a problem, it's straight up pandemonium. Our downtown core is nothing like what it used to be like which is incredibly sad and unfortunate. The construction and expansion is absolutely out of hand as well, I heard the earth/foundation down at the lake level is nowhere near strong enough to hold all the current buildings & skyscrapers as well as all the others they plan to build in the future?

Kelowna Downtown is a gorgeous place with a nice breeze blowing, perfect for sightseeing. It’s a great spot to watch the sunset and relax in the garden. You can also enjoy riding electric bikes around the area. The atmosphere is lively with music, delicious food, and a fun environment. Everything about this place was truly amazing – a great spot to unwind and enjoy the day.

Rented a boat about a year ago, best experience of my life! The staff are so nice and professional. Out of all the marinas I’ve been to this is the one!

Passing through Kelowna, wanted to try a glass of wine. There was this winery very close to town on the shores of Lake Okanagan. We had good time tasting their red wines. Enjoyed a glass of wine. Bought a bottle of the same. The winery was like an art gallery. It’s a family owned winery run by 2 sisters. Anyone visiting Kelowna must visit this boutique winery!!

Very nice selection of indigenous gifts ( or treat yourself ). We were looking for a unique baby gift with a true Canadian theme to take to Belgium for an expectant couple, boy or girl is a secret known only to them which makes things difficult. Actually found two perfect items. Service was great.

This store has cute stuff, but has very little size availability. What’s worse is their hours. They seem sporadic and are frequently closed during regular business hours. The phone number listed does not connect and their email bounces back. I have a gift card, but can’t use it because they are never open, and judging by the reviews, I don’t like my chances for ordering from their online store. I want my money back.

This is such a beautiful boutique! Staff are friendly and helpful . I purchased one of my favourite dresses by Free People there . It’s an expensive brand but the price was reasonable when compared to The Bay or online. The quality of the items in the store make the shopping experience positive as you don’t need to sift to find something perfect and so pretty. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Brought a dress yesterday for a wedding and got to hotel to put on and found 2 rips in the dress. Went back the next day and they told me there is absolutely nothing they can do for me. They can take your money but not refund or give partial money back for me to get the repairs done. Placed an online order on July 10th. My credit card was charged and I got an email confirming my order. I waited a week and my order still hadnt been shipped out so I emailed them multiple times asking about my order and did not get a reply. I tried calling them at the number that is listed all over their website and on google and the number is not in service. What business doesn't have a working phone #? I was wondering if this was a real store or not because it shouldn't be this hard to get in touch with someone. They are located in BC and I live in Ontario so I was not able to go to the store itself and sort this. I then tried to contact them through Facebook and Instagram and the owner got back to me on there (finally) saying they would look into it and get back to me. No one got back to me and I continued to email them and send messages on both IG and FB. I was able to ask someone who lives in Kelowna, BC, where this company is located, to go to the store and explain my situation to the staff. The staff told that person they would get the owner to call me the next day. No one called me. I then posted on a FB group asking for help from local Kelowna residents and I assume the owner saw this and I got an email saying my order was cancelled on Aug 2. Just over 3 weeks later from my order date which was July 10th. No reply or anything from the owner regarding any of this. Will never buy from here again! Awful experience with bad communication.

I dropped off a lot of Under Armor clothing, and some other nice stuff. I was NOT given an account number. And it is up to you to keep calling in to see if anything has sold, and apparently, if you don't call in soon enough, they 'donate' your clothes and close your account. Knowing what I dropped off, I wouldn't be surprised if the donation was to somewhere other than a 'charity'.

Today was good but the majority of the time I go in one of the regular employees, maybe the supervisor or manager(not sure if that is who it is) is caught up in gossip and talking about other people be it other staff or customers. If it weren't for the fact that i like seeing the variety in brands they carry I probably would not go back- I work in customer service and this is not how you act around guests.

Absolutely horrible!! Spent just over $450.00 on five dresses. Washed them once (BTW--following instructions to a T!) And the hemlines on ALL of them shrunk from being just above my knee, to falling at groin level. GROIN LEVEL!! ALL OF THEM!! PISSED OFF would be an understatment. If I wanted tunics I would of bought tunics!! And they were flowy 'babydoll' in design and cut, so now they look like nasty maternity tops. GRRR! Will never buy a dress there again. Spreading the word ... they're expensive dresses are 'wear till you need to wash and then throw them out'. Terrible! Terrible!

I love both locations of this shop! I always come here first when I need any clothing, theres so many pretty dresses! If you need a dress for an event, or just everyday clothes that are stylish and high quality, I recommend coming here. Super fun and friendly staff too.

I had a last minute holiday party to go to and she helped me pick out such a cute outfit!! I got SO many compliments at the party and I will be telling all my friends about this store! We visited the farm hoping to pick some peaches or apricots, but they only allowed golden plums. It was a nice place to sit, and we enjoyed super delicious ice cream. The flowers section was beautiful for taking photos!

Paynter’s Fruit Market is a bustling and popular stop for anyone looking to grab fresh local produce in the Okanagan. The market was very busy, and for good reason everything looked vibrant and in season. Their cherries were sweet and juicy, and the peaches and cream corn was absolutely top notch, probably the best deal in town at around $1 per cob, much better than other places charging $1.30 or more. There’s also a little ice cream stand onsite, which makes for the perfect sweet treat after you shop. The ice cream is creamy, rich, and refreshing, a great way to end your visit on a high note. Overall, a must-stop spot for local fruit lovers, especially if you’re passing through during peak harvest season.

Okanagans best fruit market full of local fruit, produce, dairy, and frozen goods. Take a rest and enjoy an ice cream or coffee out back. Buy your peaches/pears at the front or have fun picking them yourself! Great little spot to visit.

We had such a wonderful time at Paynter’s Market! 🌿 The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it was a perfect place for our little one to explore and enjoy. Our child loved picking fruit, seeing the flowers, and walking around the farm — such a family-friendly experience. 🍎🍐 The owner is very kind and easy to communicate with, which made our visit even better. We even filmed a short family video of our day here — it was such a beautiful memory to capture. Highly recommend for families and anyone who loves fresh local produce!

One of the closest fruit stands to Peachland. They had a big selection of fruit and also had a u-pick area for golden plums back in early August. At 50 cents a pound, it was a steal

We picked pears and tomatoes. Great staff. Very friendly. The pears are gorgeous and tasty. Only $1.5 if you pick them yourself. Beautiful orchard with cute farmer's market.

We bought a box of strawberries two days ago, 90% went to garbage, it was rotten inside out, or over freezed previously, I have no idea....we are so disappointed and, honestly, do not recommend this place.

Went there today, there were 2 shelves of under bed storage plastic bins that showed to be on clearance for $15. There were absolutely no other price tags listed anywhere near the bins. So I grabbed 3 assuming that was the price of them. As I got to the counter they were $24 each. They did not honour that they had the wrong price shown on the shelves as I had to run back and fourth taking pictures of their mistake. It’s false advertising and misleading. Not impressed at all. Maybe get your workers to list the proper prices to people don’t waste their time? This happens all the time. Just laziness and incompetence.

Horrible customer service There was actual cashier so we went through her lane. Our chicken had a $2 off sticker on it she couldn’t get it off so she slammed the meat down on the counter hard tried again and still couldn’t get it off . She then asks a supervisor to help her and the supervisor got it off. The cashier then proceeds to turn around and yell at me that she quits. Like yell loudly at me. Total rude behaviour. Then proceeds to give herself 5 stars on the debit machine since I didn’t do it. Her name was Dee and she is very very rude. Definitely wouldn’t be giving her 5 stars. Maybe a negative 5. Walmart do better with your employees.

Walmart is now resorting to trickier. Please be aware. Today, I purchased an ice cream that was advertised as $7.48. It rang in as $8.77. When I brought this to their attention, they pointed out that the sign says "from $7.48". Nothing in this cooler was actually $7.48. And nowhere did it stated the price of $8.77. This is trickier and false advertising. It's awful that a place like Walmart would do this to their customers. Time to shop else where.

Friendly staff and nice store. Not much variety of organic food /jams. Does not match the price. They used to, but now they don't but they should be doing. So I don't like that about Walmart. Lots of clothing selection for kids but sometimes you still don't find what you are looking for sadly. I didn't even find the toothbrush I was looking for. There was one brush which was priced at $14.99 and I bought the same one from superstore for $9.99, same day so walmart has ridiculous pricing, not sure why!! Small pack of fresh turmeric was $7 which was very expensive. They have McDonald's inside which is with most Walmart stores amd that is the good part. Grabbed up a cup of coffee after shopping. So in all an average experience.

Place an online order for same day five days ago. They don't know where my order is... I have since tried to cancel my order! Because I have found what I needed that day elsewhere. They refused to cancel my order! They say, once it's in, I can neglect to pick it up ays and then they will begin the order cancellation process... Which will hopefully trigger a refund process. But who knows?? I'm sure I will be calling them routinely for the next few months to get my several hundred dollars back for an item that was supposed to be same day.Pick up!

The quality of this store seems to be going downhill lately. It is getting to the point where I think I will be migrating my shopping exclusively to Superstore / Costco. I bought some multivitamins. I got home and realized they were expired. Went back to the store to get my money back. Same day, later that evening, I started making dinner and realize that the pizza shells I had bought that morning were covered in mold. Yuck! Luckily I bought two packages - except the second package was covered in mold as well. Dinner was ruined, and I ended up having to go back same day to get yet another return for a bad product. In regards to their staff, most of the staff are great, but there is one employee in particular that really should not be working a customer facing role. Not only were they extremely rude to us, but the people in front of us as well. Apparently they have a slight reputation, even within the internal staff at this location.

This review is mainly for the cell phone dept. when my partner and I walked up I immediately went to speak to the first person behind the counter (3 total) to which she grabbed her phone and asked her coworker to take over. The coworker was absolutely no help. I asked a few questions loud enough for all 3 to help and was completely ignored by all of them. Being on their phones was far more important than customer service. I was then directed to call the company myself at home, after I had already explained I could only get a machine when I called. So we came home, again same issue, so we had to go back to the store again and deal with the same thing. Knowing most of the staff that works there as my daughter also worked there. I’m totally annoyed by the staff in that dept.

This is a nice shopping center with a lot of different stores . There is a liquor store, Scotiabank, a dollar store, a 24 hour gym, an eye Doctor store,a medical office , save on foods, shoppers drug mart. and a real Estate store. There are perhaps a couple of other stores.I'm not sure. With all these different stores in the mall, it offers quite a variety of places to visit.

Good parking with a Pharmasave pharmacy, hearing aids, Urgent Health Care, a cafe, a shoe store, a library and auto parts.

I go here for the Chinese food at MeiWei best Chinese food I have had in a long time

Touch of Beauty hair salon is where we always go. The owner (Aimie) aims to please. Men's haircut for only $15. Women's haircuts and other salon services about 30% cheaper than elsewhere in the region. Located beside the public Library.
