Revelstoke Mountain Resort is a popular destination in Revelstoke, offering an extensive ski area with over 65 runs, two hotels, dining options, a spa, and heated pools. In addition to its winter allure, the resort transforms into a vibrant playground during the summer months. Visitors can explore nearby attractions such as BC Interior Forestry Museum and Glacier National Park of Canada.
The Revelation Gondola at Revelstoke was amazing! Our kids had tons of fun riding up through the trees and onto the Glacier View Deck, where we all took in jaw-dropping glacier views. It’s a perfect family-friendly experience with breathtaking scenery and easy access.

The new mini suspension bridge offers great views. Gravel trails make it tough for strollers. Pipe Mountain Coaster was fun with a short wait. I gave it 3 stars. There isn’t much for a family looking to sightsee.
QQ Q — Google review
Great time on the pipe coaster and the new suspension bridge is a nice and easy 0.5km hike from the upper gondola. The restaurant at the top has good food and amazing views. Buy the 3-attraction Adventure Pass online the day before for best value, you can then do the suspension bridge and both of the pipe coaster tracks.
Grant S — Google review
Beautiful resort with lots of activities to have fun. Mountain coaster, Gondola, Mountain biking, hiking, swimming pool, hot tubs, saunas and great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. Only negative is the noise from construction of a new building that starts at 7am until 5pm. When you get a room, ask them to be sure to give you a room away from that area. We couldn't have our door open or sit on the balcony because the noise was too loud.
Janice K — Google review
Visited while passing through from Kamloops to Canmore. We were looking for a way to appreciate the mountains and this did not disappoint. We didn’t have a ton of time as it was a long driving day, but we took the gondola to the top and walked the High Line trail. It has a fantastic viewing platform and suspension bridge. All the staff we interacted with were so kind and welcoming. I would suggest buying tickets online prior to as there was a 10% savings on the admission we missed out on by buying ours at the counter upon arrival.
Pauline C — Google review
My husband and I had an amazing time at Revelstoke Mountain Resort! The gondola ride offered stunning views of the mountains and valley, and the mountain coaster was absolutely thrilling — fast, fun, and safe for everyone. The area is clean, well-organized, and surrounded by beautiful nature. A perfect place to enjoy adventure and relaxation in one spot.
Len N — Google review
First time visiting this place and we came from Edmonton. We purchased the 3 adventure pass cause I wanted to try the sightseeing, the coaster ride and the aerial place. The view was nice and cold, took a lot of pictures there. The coaster ride was nice actually, and apparently track 1 is best (you’ll just have to find out why) and the aerial was fun and tiring. Will definitely come back cause I haven’t really explored the small commons there
Adrian A — Google review
The pipe Coaster was a major highlight of our road trip. The gondal right to the top of the mountain was very scenic and felt like an additional experience on top of the coaster. Staff prioritized safety which was highly appreciated. My suggestion if you are going with a group is to put the faster riders (or who you think will be faster) and have them go first. Or when the light turns green for you to go, wait another minute. That way the person in front won't slow you down. Highly recommend this experience.

The Revelstoke Railway Museum is a must-visit attraction in Revelstoke, offering both indoor and outdoor exhibits showcasing old train cars, engines, and antiques. Visitors can immerse themselves in the history of the Canadian Pacific Railway through interactive displays and educational exhibits. The museum features a variety of well-preserved locomotives from different eras, including a steam locomotive from the 1940s and a business car dating back to 1929.
What an amazing museum for a wonderful price. My family of 6 came for a little over $30 on Mother’s Day and the highlights were definitely going inside the train, the numerous train models, operating the controls (though the machine was not working when we came), and the moving train model upstairs! 10/10 would recommend as it has activities for all ages!
Susan L — Google review
A must-visit for history and train lovers! The Revelstoke Railway Museum is a fascinating stop that brings the history of the Canadian Pacific Railway to life. It does an excellent job showcasing the monumental effort behind the construction and operation of the CPR through Western Canada’s rugged mountain regions. From vintage locomotives and railcars to detailed exhibits and historical artifacts, there’s so much to explore. One of the highlights is the locomotive simulator, which gives you a hands-on experience of driving a train — just bring a $2 coin to try it out! Whether you're a train enthusiast or just curious about Canada's railway history, this museum is absolutely worth the visit when you're in Revelstoke.
Preethy S — Google review
I’m not a great train lover but this museum was fabulous - lots of information about the building of the CP Railroad through the Canadian Rockies. There are old carriages to sit in and see the menus travellers of yesterday enjoyed. Plenty of videos to sit down and enjoy of the railroad from when you need a break from reading. Excellent and I’d revisit.
Malcolm J — Google review
The museum tells the many stories of the Canadian Pacific railway in western Canada's mountains. Since opening in 1993, the museum has entertained hundreds of thousands of visitors. The many exhibits cover a variety of different aspects of the railway system. According to the museum, the average visit lasts about an hour and a half. We were there for 3 hours. The museum is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and an elevator to move between galleries. However, the heritage vehicles are not wheelchair accessible. The outdoor yard is partially paved and a covered gazebo is available. There are very clean restroom facilities inside the museum.
Roy A — Google review
Excellent compact railway museum with an excellent telling of the history about Canadian Pacific railway. The mainline runs by the museum and carries freight trains. Remember to take a CAD2 coin to go on the simulator. The staff will exchange for a note if you’re not carrying change. The museum continues outside with locomotives and caboose (guard’s van) and has a decent souvenir shop.
Simon C — Google review
I was surprised that there was so much to see! Enjoyed learning about the history of the Canadian Pacific Railway and Revelstoke's place in railway history. I especially enjoyed the models, which helped me understand the complexity of what it meant to build the railway
Anjum M — Google review
What a great little museum in the middle of Revelstoke! Very interesting to walk around, even inside one of the trains and outside too. One of the best museums we visited in Western Canada
Laura — Google review
Excellent museum. Plenty of history of the track through the Rockies. The carriages for passengers are a must to see. I especially loved the toilet. Make sure you do the outside as well.

Nestled in the picturesque town of Revelstoke, British Columbia, the Revelstoke Golf Club offers a breathtaking golfing experience. Established in 1924, this stunning course is situated on a peninsula that extends into the Columbia River, surrounded by the majestic Monashee and Selkirk Mountains.
Very beautiful course along the Columbia River. Large trees line the course provide shade on hot days. We'll kept and challenge greens. Long fairways are almost unfair with 420 yard par 4, etc. Built on old horse race tracks. Gas powered carts. Old range balls need replacing.
Larry — Google review
Beautiful course, with a great price to follow. Challenging yet satisfying. Chris in the pro shop was friendly and very knowledgeable. Made the trip worth it!
Kenzie M — Google review
For $120 with a cart, I’ve played much better courses. Wasn’t a huge fan of how many players were allowed on the course in casual clothing (baggy jeans, baseball jerseys, muscle shirts). Course itself wasn’t bad but it was clearly a municipal course. Weird layout too. Some cool views of the river. Cool place to play once if your ever passing through but I wouldn’t plan a trip around it.
Josh B — Google review
The course was amazing! As described, the front nine is quite tight, but it opens up on the back. Really fun course. Ryan in the golf shop made the experience - he was very helpful and friendly, making sure all went smoothly and helped us on our way out - would highly recommend! Well worth the green fee - hidden gem of a course in BC!
Will S — Google review
There was a course delay of 10 minutes… not a big deal pre normal, my group was playing a scramble so we were decently fast and mostly waiting on the group in front, waiting almost 10 min every shot but the group behind decided it was a good idea to complain about us and the marshal had to come chat with us, again pre normal since he was figuring out what’s going on… but then they started hitting their ball right next to us or 10 yards behind us and giving us attitude at the tee box about playing through when it was clear the next group was 200 yards in front on a par 4, when we said no they chose to comment on “you can’t hit the ball that far just go” like we should put the next group in danger like they did to us. While all this went on, we made complaints multiple times about unsafe play and rudeness from the players behind us and I guess the Marshall decided it was not worth his time now, and never followed up on this even though this went on for the entire back 9. We were essentially speed playing and did not get to enjoy the course at all. Would not recommend due to preferential treatment of some guests over others, resulted in a waste of money for my group.
Pritpal D — Google review
If you like to drink and golf… this is your place… but leave yourself min 5 hours… If you like to golf in a reasonable amount of time… not so much… Wondered why I kept seeing the RCMP cruising the parking lot… now I know why…
Gary T — Google review
I found the course really crowded, narrow and tight. Be on the lookout for balls coming your way. Its so bumpy while driving in a cart you feel like your in a freshly ploŵed field. After the first 9 holes went to the clubhouse for food. Nothing was ready to go. I was able to get a couple hot dogs but they were raw, expensive and very underwhelming. Won't be coming back here anytime soon.
Joel — Google review
Lots narrow fairways, lots of trees, great challenge. Sand traps could use less gravel and more sand. Nice little range and a few practice greens. Will be back for sure.

Meadows in the Sky Parkway is a 26 km scenic route that winds through lush forests of cedar, hemlock, spruce, and fir, leading to the famous subalpine wildflower meadows of the park. This picturesque drive offers breathtaking views and is a popular activity in Revelstoke, especially on clear summer days. While the road to the historic fire lookout may be closed at certain times, visitors can still enjoy a 1km hike to reach the summit.
Great motorcycle route with plenty of switchback to get you near the top. When I went (2023 August) the road to the historic fire lookout was closed, but there is a 1km hike to the summit. You have to have a park pass or pay the day rate. There is a booth at the entrance to collect the fees.
Nima N — Google review
June 11 — road still closed maybe 3-4 miles up from the entrance. Obviously all the alpine hikes also closed. Views from where it was stopped were good but almost exactly the same as our hotel balcony (Hillcrest).
Douglas D — Google review
Meadows in the Sky 🌿✨ Went up to catch the wildflowers, but they’ve already said goodbye for the season. Still, the views were pure magic. 💙 Can’t wait to hit the road again next year to see nature’s garden in full bloom! 🌸🚗
Noble J — Google review
Awesome short drive to see stellar vistas.
Stephen H — Google review
It was an awesome experience. Rainy weather on our trip but all worth it. Need to stretch a muscle a bit to see the wonders.
Mt S — Google review
Always a pleasure to walk through the Meadows, and such a well engineered roadway to the top
Alan F — Google review
Was close around km 9, no signs indicating so. I'm guessing they tell you at the ranger station but I'm fairly sure they were on the bathroom break
Doriane G — Google review
We unfortunately went in June and it is my understanding that we should have done this more like July or August. Snow was still covering the top part of the road and fog made it impossible to see anything. We did make it to the fire tower but couldn’t get inside since it was locked.

Brewery
Restaurant
Mt. Begbie Brewing, located in Revelstoke and established in 1996, offers a delightful experience for beer enthusiasts. The brewery's scenic patio provides stunning views of the Monashee mountain range while patrons enjoy tasting flights of craft beer paired with delectable homemade snacks. With an owner holding a PhD in nuclear physics, the brewery combines scientific expertise with traditional brewing methods to create its award-winning beers.
Great food, and amazing beers! They have just about anything for anyone, both beer and food wise. The tasting room is also very well done and surrounded by great views. If you do get food, definitely try their chili lime wings and their bread pudding. Both were delicious!
Caitlin T — Google review
Great experience here (although it was a bit busy for only 2 staff). Dog friendly place. Super scenic. Great beer selections. Loved the Easy Hopper 🍻 Stacked nachos came with an abundance of cheese. The caprese salad was quite generous serving as well. A must visit if you’re in Revy.
Kieren A — Google review
Come for the beer, leave for the food. Beer was pretty good. Atmosphere and service, loved it. Food, pretty terrible. Kids pizza, loved by our kid. We had the nachos, which was basically 20 chips on top of a bunch of cheese, cheese is usually found on top of nachos, so this made eating them a little awkward. For $25, it was definitely disappointing. We also had some spicy potato bites which were described on the menu as 'crispy' but they were definitely soggy. Tasted like boiled poatoes in jarred spagetti sauce. We appreciate that the wonderful server took them off our bill. Would recommend eating elsewhere before or after your visit.
Rose P — Google review
Came here after an exhausting morning. Nothing better than cold beer and really tasty food! The group I was with, I managed to try a number of thier beers on tap and they were all immaculate! But the stars I feel was the food. Beautifully presented with big bright flavours. Everything I got really hit the spot. And my group also agreed! Staff were also top notch! Super helpful with the beers and the menu. And made sure to keep up topped off even tho the place was hoppin! Will be back when I'm in the area!
Kay L — Google review
Took a chance without seeing a menu and I must say, the food was delightful and delicious! We came on a Saturday around 5pm, we did wait a bit to be seated, which was a tad odd because the main dining room was nearly empty. The patio had about 7-8 seats taken. But overall, the experience was wonderful. We both really enjoyed the flight samplers. The margarita pizza was really good and the nachos were also really delicious. That being said, i would not recommend the 'angry potatoes' just because they were frozen cubed potatoes/hashbrowns and I was expecting a little better. Would come back 100%. Oh! The staff were really friendly as well.
Sara C — Google review
Tried a different beer today. Picked up a case of Mt. Begbie cream ale. Absolutely delicious. Nice golden hue with no bitter aftertaste and goes down so nicely. Great beer.
H. S — Google review
The beers were really nice! We also saw a bear!! Many kids tho, and food is decent but not good.
Marla R — Google review
OMG! It is very rare that I enjoy the entire flights of tasting beer. I ordered 2 completely different flights of beer and all 8 beers were great! Food was excellent and the service was perfect! If you're in Revelstoke, you need to come here.

La Baguette is a vibrant cafe with outdoor seating that offers an extensive menu featuring sandwiches, soups, breads, and pastries. Located in Revelstoke, British Columbia, this charming spot specializes in freshly baked artisan sourdough breads and savory dishes made with local and seasonal ingredients. The menu includes a variety of delectable pastries such as buttery croissants, fruit tarts, almond croissants, and sweet or savory crepes.
This was an amazing experience! The food was fantastic, and the coffee was also excellent. Wonderful atmosphere, very clean bathrooms, and great service! Also, fair prices. Can't wait to visit it again!
Barbara — Google review
After overnighting in Revelstoke we decided to try La Baguette for breakfast. Wow, it was so good that we timed our return trip to allow for a second visit. Both times I had the Brunch Plate: 2 over easy eggs served with bacon, Farmer sausage, pan-fries potatoes, crepe, baked beans, fresh fruits, whole grain toast & jam. Delicious and great value for $19.50! My wife had the Smoked Salmon Benedict the first visit and Maple Crepe the second. Both wonderful she said. Efficient service and laid back atmosphere. Highly recommended. Definitely will return if in Revelstoke again.
Steven O — Google review
What a great place! Every food we tried tasted awesome, and the coffee is excellent. The combinations are sometimes surprising and uncommon, but they go really well together. Best place I found in a long time!
Will P — Google review
We tried this spot on our long drive to Vancouver and absolutely loved it. We had the Montreal meat sandwich, French onion soup, Power Chai, iced latte, and blueberry matcha brioche. The sandwich and soup were delicious, and the sandwich was packed with beef and full of flavor. The Power Chai was refreshing, and the brioche was light, fluffy, and subtly sweet with blueberries. Loved the whole experience.
Afsara A — Google review
La Baguette is one of the highlights of Revelstoke for sure. The coffee has an amazing taste and it's served in a ceramic mug if you stay to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the place. I also love that they have french style items like Croissants, Eclairs and Baguettes. I was there three times and each time I was treated with courtesy and a smile! Thank you Cianan and your teammates for the attentive and friendly service!
Emmi P — Google review
Overall we really enjoyed our lunch here. We had the smoke meat sandwich and the mushroom pesto ciabatta. The sandwiches don't come with any side so did the poutine to share. All though they use cheese curds and the fries were pretty good it's definitely not worth the $6.95 add on. Way too much for the size so avoid. Both sandwiches were delicious but we liked the mushroom pesto one better.
Francis — Google review
Popular local spot. My go to is the B.L.T bagel on sesame, all dressed with a fried egg 🤤 UPDATE: New favourite item to order is the Veggie Beetroot Burger + all dressed (adds bacon and cheese) plus a fried egg = Amazing! Delicious bread baked everyday. My favourite loaf is the white sesame sourdough. Their bread has no sugar and no nasty filler ingredients which we love. We’ve found it really hard to find bread with no sugar and other unnecessary ingredients in Canada. The coffee is great too. They have Holm beans (local roastery) and Rooftop beans (from Fernie) which are my favourite. On Friday nights they have open mic and it’s awesome to be able to walk down, get a beer and listen to live music. On Sundays there’s a pizza and beer special in the evening. I highly suggest ordering online and picking up in store to avoid the line. You can order everything off the menu to-go. Then get one person to buy pastries if you want these so you don’t have your whole party waiting in the queue. It’s nice to dine in when it’s not busy, otherwise taking it to go is just as good.

We stopped in at La Baguette for an early lunch before heading off on a hike. This bakery and coffee shop has excellent sandwiches, baked goods, hot beverages, as well as a selection of craft beers. This is a popular spot in Revelstoke, and each time we have stopped by, there have been plenty of customers buying their famed sourdough bread or stopping in to enjoy coffee or lunch. Although there is seating inside, we had our dogs with us, so we all enjoyed sitting at one of the dog-friendly outdoor tables. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, creating a positive experience. It’s a place we will visit again when we’re in Revelstoke.

The Village Idiot Bar and Grill is a popular ski-themed hangout in Revelstoke, offering a variety of bar food such as pizzas and burgers. It's known for its outdoor seating and selection of local brews. Despite its name, it's actually a family-friendly restaurant where many families with young kids can be seen dining. The place is quite popular among locals and visitors alike, especially for their locally famous pizza.

Pizza is great! Open later and busy! Pizzas on every table it seemed! looked amazing so we ordered the meat with onions and mushrooms. Very interesting place. There is so much going on. There is so much to look at while you wait that you forget how much time has passed— although wait for food wasn’t that long even on a busy Saturday night. The place was packed! We waited 10 or so minutes for a table. Menu is simple and fun. Something for everyone. Pizza that we got was interesting mix of ingredients it was called ‘The Goat’. Never tried such a pizza. Wasn’t even sure if I liked it or not but I ate the whole thing. The perogies I would not recommend. Very flavorless.

This place was great. Food was great and timely all around. Pizza crust was amazing, and the kitchen sink burger was epic. Chicken strips were great. Nachos piled high. Would eat here again.

Nice local pub/restaurant. Great service from the team, quick and friendly. My son had a burger and complimented it a lot so thats saying something. I had the sweet and sour soup and it also was very good. I definitely would order it again. The place was busy but not too loud we were able to hold a clear conversation. Recommended.

Friendly staff. Pool was pretty nice. $7.50 to swim or $6 to just shower. I recommend to take a swim first. Sauna, and hot tubs and nice features in the lap pool. Rock wall and slide.

This was an amazing pool. I like to go to swimming pools after a camping trip to get clean again and have a different kind of exercise.NOTE: IF YOU DO THIS, ABSOLUTELY MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SHOWER AND SHAMPOO YOUR HAIR BEFORE YOU GET INTO THE SWIMMING POOL. Anyway, I loved the facilities! They opened at 7 AM (Google maps said 8:30 so I hope they correct this), so by being early, I had a lane to myself. The hot tub was a nice finish to my swim. I noticed that the deck and walls are enlivened by wilderness decor, including mountains, spruce trees, and even a bald eagle. The staff seemed competent and attentive.

Such a great place for a swim. You get access to diving board and rock climbing to jump into water. There is also a slide which gets open time to time. Hot tub and sauna is a plus but the lap pool is definitely where its at

Amazing pool with the exception of 1 lifeguard who chewed my wife and I out for walking our 4yr boy up to the waterslide (first time being there) When we tried to explain what we were doing and why she began to yell and say if he can't climb stairs maybe he shouldnt be going down the slide..had you been a parent I feel you would understand that sometimes kids just want to be assured. I can tell you we were not breaking any said rules that this lifeguard freaked out. I hope this young lady of a lifeguard gives herself a reality check and doesn't always speak to adults and kids the way you spoke to us. Lucky for her my children were there or I would have had a few other choice words for her. Maybe your glasses need cleaning or your bun was too tight ? Check the attitude lady, even my kids commented on how rude you were.

Purely speaking of community center. No microwaves for Canadian residents to heat up their food. Not a crime but should have provisioned it. The library was dead :) and no one was working.

Awesome public facility right beside the river. Benches and picnic tables nearby. The pool is amazing.

Experience the thrill of the Pipe Mountain Coaster, a gravity-fed roller coaster that is a must-try attraction in Revelstoke. This exhilarating ride allows you to control your speed with brakes, making it suitable for all ages. The 1.4 km long track winds through a scenic forest and offers an adrenaline-pumping experience as you reach speeds of up to 40km/h. Whether you're a visitor or a local, this activity promises endless fun and excitement.
Absolutely wild ride. Starts with a scenic gondola up and ends with you flying down the mountain on a twisting track that somehow feels both safe and completely out of control. You can brake if you want, but don’t, you’ll miss the rush. Staff kept things moving efficiently and the whole thing was smooth from check-in to launch. Go early if you’re going on a weekend. Worth every second.
Raoul B — Google review
Getting tickets at the site was a breeze and efficient. Gondola is smooth sailing. Restaurant at the top is very underwhelming, I expected a little more. You order and grab your own food at the window— kind like food court style. There are three trails at the very top. We didn’t do them because we came at the end of the day so we didn’t want to risk missing the last gondola down. Just quickly went to the waterfall one. Took us 20 min or so round trip. The pipe roller coaster was scary but fun. I must say the staff work so hard there. They keep the flow going like a well oiled machine. It was nice to see staff having fun with each other, helping each other out and giving each other breaks. Loading those carts seems like tedious work. We encountered many staff members and they were all pleasant. Unfortunately we didn’t get to explore all Of the area but I would recommend it to friends and family. The mountain biking seemed fun! Tons of parking available.
Lolvee — Google review
So much fun - pretty sure we screamed the whole time but was so great. Staff was 10/10. Went for a second ride and the ride had to shut down, we were bummed but were easily given a refund. No complaints - views were lovely, line went quickly, and staff paid attention to safety. Appreciate the staff for being very helpful and attentive.
Suzie M — Google review
What a cool experience. Great views. The Pipe Mountain Coaster at Revelstoke Mountain Resort has two tracks, each 1.4 kilometers long. Riders control their own speed on the track, which features twists, turns, and tunnels, with the ride taking about three minutes. Here are the details: Length: 1.4 kilometers per track. Location: Revelstoke Mountain Resort, BC. Features: Twists, turns, glades, and tunnels. Control: Riders manually control their speed with a lever. Duration: The ride lasts approximately three minutes.
Coucai — Google review
My daughter and I had a great time doing it this morning. We arrived at 8:15 AM to get tickets and were the first down the ride when it opened. She’s eight years old and had a great time. It was so much fun that we actually extended it to three rides and tried both tracks. I preferred track one as the tighter turns on track two were uncomfortable for a heavier guy like myself. Second ride on track one I basically let it go with very little brake. The staff were all very helpful, particularly Rylee who got us going in the morning and started us on track two.
Joshua B — Google review
So much fun going down the mountain. Two tracks - one slower than the other. Ride the Gondola up and then line up for your ride down. Prices are reasonable. Get a photo of your trip down when you arrive at the bottom for a small charge.
T Y — Google review
We didn't have to wait long for the gondola, but it was off season apparently. The staff is friendly (love the accents) and patient.
Katrina B — Google review
Must try for youths. My kids loved riding. 3-5 turns suggested as the initials two always considered a paid trial. Weekends can be busy. Consider allotting half a day as each turn can take an hour long due to line ups. We did not like that we had listen to the same riding instructions riding each time.

Guests can enjoy carefully made espresso beverages or opt for healthy comfort food paired with free fruit-infused water. Great cafe. Visiting during the shoulder season so there is rarely a line. Delicious food with good quality gluten-free bread to substitute. Highly recommend the G.O.A.T and the coffee flights.

Dose Coffee is a fantastic spot in Revelstoke! The coffee was excellent — rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A great place to grab a drink and relax if you're in town. Highly recommend!

Actually a 4.5. Got sent here by someone to pick up some of their beans. Ordered a latte which was pretty good. A cozy cafe with plenty of outdoor seating. Fun art and tshirts available for purchase. Quite busy so we waited a longish time. But the mountains are beautiful and I had nowhere to be so just soaked in the ambience. My traveling companion went back for a second cup later in the day.
Cheryl A — Google review
On our recent getaway to Revelstoke, we were excited to check out Dose Coffee. They have a large, dog-friendly patio, so we were able to take Mikki and Merlot with us. The coffee was great, they roast their own coffee. They have a good range of food items. We both had a breakfast sandwich and drip coffee. They also have a nice selection of baked goods. We bought a cookie to share later, and it was delicious! Plus they offer gluten and vegan-friendly options. We enjoyed it so much we went back again a second day for breakfast and coffee and cookies again. This time we each got our own cookies! No more sharing a single cookie! Dose is an Australian-themed coffee shop, as the owners are from Australia, and many of the staff that we met were Australian. The staff were great. You can buy their coffee to go at their location, and it's also available at other locations. They offer coffee flights, which we wanted to try, but we ran out of time. Next time!

This place is so cool?! Apparently, it's a cafe by day and restaraunt (Alfred's) by night. We only got cold brews so I can't tell you very much about the food they served or the espresso drinks they make. But I can tell you the cold brew was very good and just what I needed, and the vibes? IMMACULATE.

Early Sunday morning in Revelstoke looking for a coffee stop…first 3 shops closed but found Dose Coffee. What a game changer! Excellent food (mushroom toast with added chorizo) and great coffee, wonderful staff and spacious seating area inside and out. Fresh baked cookies and a well stocked bar (for afternoon service). Beautiful views, can’t wait to return.

Apex Rafting Company offers thrilling white water rafting adventures on the Illecillewaet River, catering to groups of friends, families, and adventure seekers. The glacial waters provide an exciting ride through wild river bends and stunning views of the Selkirk Mountains. The experienced staff ensures safety and comfort for all participants, providing gear and even complimentary professionally-taken photos. Guides share their knowledge of the river and region while creating a memorable experience with their kind manner and sense of humor.
We haven’t been rafting with Apex since pre-2010. We had such positive memories of all our trips rafting with them before, that we decided to come this year. They treated us so well and gave us a discount for coming back, which was unexpected and very appreciated. We came to celebrate my daughter and her friend’s Undergrad Graduation. I was kind of a little bummed that it was raining and the weather wasn’t hot like I expected, but it didn’t matter. We had the most amazing time. The guides and the bus driver were just so full of knowledge and helpful and made our trip stellar. our bus driver took the best photos and we were shocked to find out that they were a part of the package. We will be back for sure and thank you to everyone for making my daughter‘s graduation. Another amazing event.

Had the best day! Graeme was professional and fun, kept us feeling really safe. You can tell he takes his job seriously and has a lot of fun doing it. Totally beautiful views and nice bit of commentary on the landscape from our guide. I like knowing the names of the mountains and a little local history. Rapids were exciting without feeling at all dangerous. I didn't worry about falling in at all - we were given the option to go for a swim if we wanted to. I chose to stay in the raft, but maybe next time I'll swim Thanks Graeme and Apex!

We have a fantastic time rafting with Apex today. Their team was professional and well organized. Jason was a great guide who made us feel comfortable and safe. He has a great sense of humour and entertained us the whole time. Recommend sitting at the front - you will get very wet but it is worth it!!! A very fun experience that my son (15), husband and I all highly recommend. We will do it again!! Thank you to the entire Apex team for a wonderful experience!!

Amazing Experience with Apex Water Rafting! We had an unforgettable day on the river with Apex Water Rafting! From start to finish, the team was professional, fun, and made us feel completely safe. Our guide - Jay was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, which made the adventure even more enjoyable. The rapids were exciting but manageable, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. You could tell the staff truly cared about creating a memorable experience for everyone. Whether you’re a first-timer or an experienced rafter, I highly recommend Apex. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Gladys R — Google review
Had the best time! Never whitewater rafted before, but the Team at Apex have all the gear and experience to make sure everyone has a blast. The views of the mountains, the terrain, and the glacier water made for a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be doing it again! Thanks for showing us a great time.
Bob O — Google review
We had an absolutely fantastic time with Apex Rafting—easily a 5-star experience from start to finish! Our bus guide, Jay, was the perfect mix of professional and entertaining, making sure we felt informed, comfortable, and safe before we even touched the water. Once we hit the river, our raft guide, Cade, was equally amazing—professional, friendly, and full of fascinating stories and facts about the surrounding mountains, glaciers, and history. Booking was a breeze—payment and waivers done online in minutes. We arrived 20 minutes before departure, which was more than enough time to check in and get geared up (the bus ended up leaving after a short wait). The gear was in solid condition—especially the wetsuits and water socks—which kept us warm and comfortable. The river itself is gentler than Golden’s Kicking Horse River, but the scenery is absolutely breathtaking and worth every moment. Prices are a touch higher than Golden, but the experience, guides, and atmosphere more than make up for it. We even had two chances to jump in and experience the refreshing (and bracing!) glacier water—such a thrill. To top it all off, we finished the trip with fresh watermelon and cookies from the guides—a perfect ending. And unlike many other rafting companies, Apex includes trip photos for free (emailed to us the same evening), which was a wonderful bonus, even if the image quality could be improved. If you’re in Revelstoke and want a safe, fun, and scenic whitewater adventure, Apex Rafting is an easy choice. Highly recommend!

I really loved this place, I like the vibe, the ambiance, the decoration, great service too. The food was really good, just one thing… don’t underestimate the details… you can’t serve anything, like in this case a cornbread, in a cold cast iron skillet, bring it cold and put a cold piece of butter on top of it, just don’t! Go the extra mile, the ribs should melt in your mouth, they were a bit chewy. It’s a very new place and has so much potential!

Had been on my motorcycle all day and several other places were closed. The waitress saw me searching around and invited me to sit down brought me a water said to look over the menu and if nothing struck my fancy no worries. Was great to sit out on the patio on the quiet street having a beer and some Korean chicken. Great food and would definitely recommend. If I’m back through Revelstoke will definitely come back.

What an experience! We didn't have a reservation and since we were only two, we sat at the bar. Cody was the bartender and is a master at his craft. We shared the Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) which was three pieces of perfectly cooked and seasoned chicken along with a side salad topped with blue cheese and pecans. It's a nice restaurant so we refrained from picking up the chicken pieces with our hands to pick them clean. Then we each had a dessert and they were both divine in their own way. The Honey Sorbet was honey elevated with artistry in a delicious dessert that wasn't heavy. The Chocolate was a collection of chocolate in different forms balanced exquisitely with fresh berries and vanilla ice cream. The staff were all so professional and polite, all dressed in black attire that paired with the aesthetic of the restaurant. I recommend making a reservation and enjoying this dining experience.

Really enjoyed our meal here. The tenderloins and halibut were great! Also enjoyed the polenta cubes, scallop appetizer (so good) and the honey sorbet dessert. Johnny was friendly and attentive without being over the top. Would eat here again!

Fantastic dining experience at the bar all around. The new remodel is great as is the food. We had the duck and the fried chicken as mains and both were above our expectations. Dessert was perfect. Christopher the bartender is a gem and made the meal that much better. This a well run spot with a killer back of house and a well oiled front end. Where do I start. The food? 10/10. Literally could not be better for what it is. I recommend 1/2 lbs meat per person to make sure everyone gets their fill. The service? 10/10. They KNOW what they serve is excellent. We had Theresa and we are actually bummed they are closed Sunday so we can't come back. Beer list? 10/10. So many options for every type of beer drinker. Family style dinner is so fun, and they do it RIGHT!

Not your ordinary mac n cheese! We tried the 'Roastie' and 'Call the Dr Smoked Beef,' as the bierhaus seems to specialize in smoked meats as well. They actually use shell pasta, and not macaroni as the base. Both had substantial toppings. 'Roastie' was our fave - just a really warm, earthy Autumn bite. One order could easily feed two people - maybe a person and a half if you're really hungry. Makes for an affordable and delicious date night and intimate setting for a meal.
Chloe R — Google review
Decided to give this place a go as we were quite keen on their smoked meat. We got a nice seating outside which really helps with having a nice ambience. Their menu comes in receipt style which was cute. We tried 2 of their beers; tall timber ale and moo cow. We ordered their beef ribs initially but was then told it was sold out. So we swapped go the beef brisket and asked for a side of baked beans. The beans were good. The brisket was not Smokey enough nor was it soft and tender. We also tried their hotdog as they had many varieties of this. Service here was slow and we struggled to get their attention for some time.

Cow tipper hotdog. Excellent sauce on it. Decent brisket, although prepared in a strange way. The corn was a weird addition to this but not necessarily bad. Overall, for $9.50, I was satisfied more than I gathered I would be. Had a good IPA too. Happy with my visit. Very nice server.

Grizzly Plaza, located in the heart of historic downtown Revelstoke, is a popular pedestrian gathering place and entertainment center. We visited Revelstoke in August 2019 when we did a coach tour of the Canadian Rockies. After having dinner at Paramjit's Kitchen we walked down a street where we could hear a live band playing. Great location for family fun and just good old fashioned hospitality. Lots to see and do. Enjoy an evening of entertainment down by the gazebo, sample some local friendliness and have a bite to eat or just some delicious ice cream. The grizzly bronzes are magnificent!!

This place is beautiful. We passed by coming to Saskatoon from BC and we were stunned by the beautiful bears, the plaza, the quiet beautiful town, and even when the forest fires were happening, that didn’t make less beautiful and amazing the experience. I would like to return for sure. I can see beautiful festival happening in this beautiful plaza and town.

I lived in Revelstoke on and off for 21 yrs till 2010. I try to go back whenever I could. When I last visited I was glad to hit Saturday's farmers market instead of it just being in Grizzly Plaza it went up another block on McKenzie Avenue. I loved it and I would strongly suggest a trip to Revelstoke for anyone

Revelstoke Paragliding offers a unique experience where you take the lead and the pilot is behind you, attached to a piece of rib stock nylon. After taking a few steps at 7700 ft, you are airborne, feeling the wind pressure and enjoying the bird's eye view. The team is described as wonderful, receptive, professional, and joyful. Visitors praise the well-organized and professionally executed experience with super friendly staff who make them feel at ease.
Incredible team of guys took myself (very nervous!), 12yr old daughter & husband up. They were very professional, friendly & really good company. Brad, Tate & Bill showed us Revelstoke from it’s best angle! Just beautiful. Highly recommend.

An Unforgettable Experience! I had the most incredible time flying with the Revelstoke Paragliding team! From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They made sure I felt comfortable and safe the entire time, which really helped me relax and enjoy the experience. The flight itself was amazing — we went up high for the best panoramic views of Revelstoke, and the fly time was impressively long. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they wanted me to get the most out of the experience. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for an unforgettable adventure with people who truly love what they do!

Went paragliding for the first time with Mukunda as the tandem pilot and what an absolutely unforgettable experience! I was a little nervous at the start, but he made everything chill. Once we were in the air, the views were the best of Revelstoke I've ever seen. The flight was a lot longer than I thought it was going to be, and it was so awesome to see over the backside of Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Mackenzie peak. I even got to fly for a bit! This is hands down one of the coolest things you can do in Revelstoke. Highly recommend!

As I love visiting Revelstoke so much… this certainly was a unique way to see more! I loved the whole team vibe… friendly, very professional with their explanations, & the individual tandem experience with Brad was exceptional. They deserve much kudos as they provide a fantastic, thrilling journey above the valley, and… they deliver!!!

I can't say enough positive things about Revelstoke Paragliding. Our pilots Brad and Mac were outstanding and made us feel at ease. The entire experience from sign in to launch was outstanding. I highly recommend.

What an adventure it was!!! I did skydive few years ago and thought I would be ok for this one. Unfortunately, my body was not at its best on that day and I ended up having a vagal shock in the air with my instructor, Brad. Not their fault, it was just not the right day (heavy menstrual cycle) for me, although I was so excited to do this activity! Brad was extremely reactive and reassured me right away. He had the situation under control and I felt confident with him. Ended up at the hospital for more tests and Brad came to visit. Extremely kind and didn't put pressure for payment, as he prioritized my health. Liane who took videos and pictures was extremely nice as well, sending good vibes through messages. I definitely recommend them for this activity, who turned out so positive for my husband who had a great time in the air!! The view is awesome from the air! Would try again when my body reaches a higher energy level. Also want to mention that our activity was planned for an earlier day and got cancelled because of the weather, I loved how they prioritized our safety over anything. Go and book already!!
Veronique V — Google review
Absolutely incredible experience! I went paragliding today with Paraglide Revelstoke and it was nothing short of unforgettable. We launched from the top of Revelstoke Mountain Resort — the views alone were breathtaking — but what really made it special was the team. The conditions at the top were a bit interesting, but the pilots were calm, professional, and incredibly reassuring. They were also hilarious — such a great mix of safety, skill, and fun. I felt completely at ease the entire time, which made the flight all the more enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and want to make it an awesome experience for everyone. Highly, highly recommend Paraglide Revelstoke if you’re looking for an epic adventure with people you can trust. Can’t wait to go again!

Burrito restaurant
The Taco Club is a lively Latin street food venue that offers a variety of seasonal tacos, burritos, and enchiladas alongside an array of tequila drinks. Originally starting as a food truck, it has now become one of the most popular spots in Revelstoke for modern Mexican dining and delicious margaritas. The restaurant provides fresh interpretations of Mexican cuisine in a vibrant location on Mackenzie Avenue. With its large outdoor dining area, it's also known as a kid-friendly establishment.
This place is great, the tacos were fantastic, we had beef and cod. The cappuccino & strawberry soda & churro dessert was also amazing. The service was great, friendly & helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed & good lighting, we sat inside but there is a patio. We came around 5pm & it was busy but not too busy. Good selection of drinks & food, definitely recommend.
Christina G — Google review
Stopped in for dinner. Nice little patio. Good food options. Great selection of drinks. Had the beef enchiladas. They were very good but should have had tacos as they were very filling. Freshly cooked came out sizzling. Recommend for lunch or dinner.
Richard W — Google review
We had a great dinner experience. Nachos and tacos were really good. Drinks were strong. The servers were attentive and kind, had great recommendations. And they gave us some birthday churros, and I think they were the best churros I've ever had.

Taco Club is situation on a bustling street in Revelstoke where you feel the culture of this town. We got the medium nachos as well as their house watermelon and avocado salad. The nachos were tasty, but I was a bit disappointed by the lack of layering of toppings between the chips, everything was just on top. The salad was incredible, so bright and fresh, perfect on a hot day. Their margarita of the day was the strawberry which was fine.

First place we checked as soon as we arrived in Revelstoke, after a 4 h drive we were starving and OMG, so glad we decided to try Taco Club. Food was amazing with so much flavor, staff was very friendly, we didn't have to wait because it was lunch time but the next day we came back for dinner and we had a 25-minute wait, and once again worthwhile, We tried a different dish and it was delicious. We spent 3 nights at Revy and we have already came back to Taco club 3 times (1 lunch & 2 dinners) Wet burritos with Beef were amazing and so filling, this place serves a lot of food, we also tried the empanadas and they're delicious. The Bowls and the club salad are really yummy too. As a plus, if u sit outside u can get some live free music from the corner. If u are at Revelstoke u have to try this place

Sushi restaurant
Japanese restaurant
Kawakubo Revelstoke is a top-notch Japanese restaurant in the serene surroundings of Revelstoke. It's a favorite among locals for its traditional sushi, teriyaki, and soups, complemented by a selection of sake. The restaurant is known not only for its stellar and authentic Japanese menu but also for its outstanding service.
We were detoured in town for the night and made the best of it. Decided to splurge on the lovers sushi combo for our upcoming anniversary. Everything was absolutely delicious! Service was so friendly and accommodating, atmosphere was cool and great tunes. Thanks for having us!
Allyssa H — Google review
I stopped by on a Saturday night about 30 minutes before closing, thinking it might be too late—but to my surprise, they happily seated me. The service was quick and attentive. I ordered the assorted tempura, which was light and crispy, and the nigiri, which was fresh and well-made. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. To top it off, the mango ice cream was a perfect way to end the meal. Definitely a place worth visiting again.
Gabriel B — Google review
My mother wanted to go try Kawakubo in Revelstoke because of all the positive feedback she heard about the Japanese restaurant. I was reluctant to go because of her last experience with Japanese food. However, we really enjoyed our lunch there. We got a table inside, even though my mother wanted to sit outside, on account how cold the establishment was inside. I ordered the House Makimono, which I chose the Crispy Philadelphia and the Shrimp California rolls. They were both delicious, flourishing with fresh and flavourful ingredients. I think my mother had the Crispy California Roll and the Wonton Soup and she enjoyed both as well. I also liked how sophisticated our side salads were and that it came with deep-fried wonton strips. The establishment was mildly lit while retaining its Japanese aesthetic with oriental portraits and the shoji walls all over. The service was good; however, I felt were waited little longer than necessary for service. Also, the prices for most things on the menu were somewhat pricy for my liking. I would still check this restaurant out when you are in Revelstoke. This is a great Japanese restaurant that is worth trying.

loved everything! our server was excellent, her name is cheiko (i hope i get it right)…. it’s our first time in revelstoke and the restaurant was the best ♥️ karaage was superb, tempura, crispy philadelphia and avocado roll was heavenly, for dessert don’t forget to try the black sesame ice cream and matcha, it’s a must 😄

We came up a bit late and there is no queuing, also the food served fast. The service is typical asian waitress, no issue about it since it is also efficient. The food, i dont know but the rice donburi is taste like risotto, and the food mostly is fresh sour, using lots of lemon juice
Pepperidge F — Google review
A Fantastic Spot for Sushi Lovers! If you're looking for a place to enjoy mouth-watering sushi, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We were a group of 8 and were seated in traditional Japanese style. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Plus, the service was impressively fast, despite the restaurant being fairly busy. To start, we ordered the edamame and a mixed tempura platter, both of which were delightful and set the tone for what was to come. For our mains, we opted for a variety of sushi and teriyaki dishes. The sushi was, without a doubt, the star of the evening. The fish was incredibly fresh, and each piece was expertly prepared. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the balance between the textures and flavors was spot on. If you're a fan of sushi, you can't go wrong here. The quality of the food, the excellent service, and the overall atmosphere make this place a top recommendation.
Vincent H — Google review
The food was very good, especially the rolls. We really enjoyed our dynamite roll, philadelphia roll, and chicken karaage, but the agedashi tofu was a bit disappointing. The staff were friendly and made an effort to fit us in and make us comfortable although they were quite busy. I was a little disappointed when our server asked me if I wanted a box only a few minutes after I recieved my roll. I had not started eating yet as my partner was still waiting for his food. This made me feel a bit rushed, but i’m sure that this was not the intention. The service was otherwise great. Overall a pleasant experience. Will definitely return on my next trip to Revelstoke!

The Revelstoke Dam Visitor Centre, currently closed until 2022, provides an intriguing look into the history and functioning of one of British Columbia's most powerful dams. The center includes the BC Interior Forestry Museum, showcasing local history and old machinery with a stunning view of the dam from the lookout point. This hydroelectric marvel on the Columbia River created Lake Revelstoke and offers educational insights into green energy for all ages.
Great place to visit to learn about the Revelstoke dam and the generation of Hydro energy. Do the guided tour if possible as the guides have valuable information to share. Couldn’t go to the top of the dam as it was closed. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and would like to learn about the power of Mother Nature. They have fun things to do for kids in the basement level. Free admission!

Just the size of this facility is breathtaking. Totally worth the visit...so interesting to learn how it was built. Revelstoke Dam was one of the highlights of my trip to Revy. I would definitely be back, but perhaps after they fix the elevator as we were not able to visit the Dam Crest. Loved the interactive displays and really enjoyed my visit. Make sure you ask them to sing you the BC Hydro song.
Jack P — Google review
Breath taking we did the self tour as we like to take our time. Lots of interesting information to read how the dam was built. Take the elevator up to the top floor and walk outside to see the dam with the river below. There is some interactive things to try and you can also get headphones if you like.

The Revelstoke Dam Visitor Centre is a fantastic place for a family outing, offering both education and a ton of fun. This isn't just a simple dam tour; it's an exciting and hands-on experience that captivates visitors of all ages. Kids especially will love the interactive exhibits and the chance to see a massive hydro-electric project up close. The centre does an excellent job of explaining how the dam works and its importance to the region in a way that’s easy to understand for everyone. It’s truly an educational adventure. The displays are well-designed and the guides are friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole visit engaging and worthwhile. Plus, the sheer scale of the dam is impressive, providing a powerful sense of awe. You'll leave with a greater appreciation for engineering and the power of nature. It's an ideal spot for families to learn and have a blast together.
James B — Google review
Fun little stop on our way out camping. You can get the history and stats on the dam, and there's a small section of "experiments " and learning for kids. Will definitely go back once the top observation deck is re opened. But there are currently no fees to go in since it's closed.
Amanda N — Google review
We spent about an hour at the visitor center and got the tour from Beth. Very interesting and informative and the facility itself is impressive in it's scale. Unfortunately, the lookout from the top of the dam was closed. Lots of hands-on stuff to occupy young and old alike in the lower level. Friendly staff. Allow a few minutes to go through the security check at the gate (just present ID) before the scheduled tour.
Peter R — Google review
We had a wonderful experience visiting the dam. The surroundings were beautiful, well-maintained, and very peaceful. It’s definitely a great spot to spend time with family and enjoy nature. The only small disappointment was that the lift wasn’t working during our visit, so we couldn’t get the chance to see the view from the top of the dam. Hopefully next time it will be operational, because everything else about the visit was excellent. Highly recommended!

The cozy tasting room offers the perfect setting to sample their handcrafted vodka, gin, and liqueurs while learning about the distillation process.
This remarkable, cool, cocktail bar and distillery was a very nice surprise during our annual ski trip to Revelstoke. We're from the fickle city of Vancouver and I think this would be a success in our market. Just don't ask for beer!

We were visiting from out of town for my boyfriends 30th and had to make a stop here. We have heard soo many amazing things about this place and it did not disappoint what so ever. Such great vibes in the restaurant and the 2 guys that were working there were so lovely to interact with and made the whole experience more enjoyable and fun. I got the Topless Girl on a Bike in Paris and it was very delicious and the bonus wafer print just adds a touch of art to the drink, as well as telling a story. I love their menu and the personal touch it has and is very fun to read. My boyfriend got their Olivia martini and it was a perfect drink for celebrating his (dirty) thirties era 🤪 Thanks for answering all of his bartending questions aha and letting me try that amazing orange chocolate liquor- I’m still thinking about it. Looking forward to coming back here next time we are in town.

Award winning gin, hands down best gin I’ve ever had. Super smooth, not a lot of botanicals. 10/10!!! Kind of surprised they don’t showcase that more at this spot or on their drink menu. A must try. This review would be a 5 star if it was just about the gin, but alas this distillery/bar. But as for the actual distillery “bar” - Got the pit viper - it looked really cool but tasted too smokey to the point where it was over powering so you could not taste the fermented chili pineapple honey. The description didn’t mention the smokey taste. Huck me baby one more time - quite good. Loved the edible picture on top- very cool. The interior is small with a very trendy cool vibe.

A fabulous spot for a drink or two in Revelstoke. The cocktail menu is imaginative and exciting, and I really enjoyed my rum based Tiki Death Punch - it was rather potent and very flavoursome. The service was friendly and welcoming, and overall we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend a visit!

We stopped in Revelstoke for the night on our way from Vancouver back to Edmonton. We found this bar, and we were amazed by the authentic, charming bar. You are surrounded by an endless amount of spirit bottles, some barrels where they made their whiskey, and more and the cool artifacts they use for distillery. The bartender, who we thought was the owner too, was so kind and knowledgeable that we had to go with his suggestions for drinks, and oh boy! They were soooooo good ! Wish we could have something like that in Edmonton. We also bought a bottle of whiskey, and we love it, it just has every note in it. We'll definitely come back on our next road trip.

Popped into Monashee the other day with a fairly large group. We were very thankful to have the outdoor seating to fit our whole group! The server was super attentive, and our drinks came quickly; even with our large group. They have a popcorn machine in the back, and a great menu with lots of unique cocktails! Thanks so much Monashee for the great experience!

This place is a gem. It’s now another good reason to make the trip to Reve, regardless of the season. Incredibly well stocked, great atmosphere, and awesome service. Jesse is the bomb, and is extremely good at crafting custom cocktails from scratch if you let him know what you like. I’ve hung out for an afternoon with a buddy, and for an evening with my wife most recently. Both enjoyed the experience and the cocktails in all their boozy glory. Can’t wait for our next visit. I’m going to introduce as many people as I can to this place - these local bars and craft producers are the ones we need to support! Must try when in stock: their epic Chocolate Orange Liqueur!

Nice little stop off the highway as we were travelling through. The signage could be better as Google doesn't show the access road on Maps. Lots of hiking trails go up the mountain to this spot, and continue on to the summit. Alternatively, you can drive a switchbacking dirt road 23km from here to the summit. There's a nice themed bike park here, especially nice for the nearby campers. Pit toilet, picnic tables, and garbage cans available.

Canoe & kayak rental service
Natural Escapes Kayaking, Canoeing and SUP offers guided tours for kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding. The location is at the southern end of Revelstoke in a beautiful neighborhood. Terry, the guide, provides exceptional instructions and ensures all safety measures are followed. Despite unexpected rain during a lesson, Terry powered through and even offered his famous homemade granola bars to the group. The panoramic tour is a fresh mix of jokes, facts, and sport.
We recently had the pleasure of going on a Glacier View Tour with Terry as our guide, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we met Terry, his friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. He was not only welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the glaciers and the surrounding landscape. His passion for the area really shone through, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. One of the highlights of the tour was the complimentary fruit and homemade flapjacks that Terry provided. They were delicious and added a lovely personal touch to the experience. Enjoying a snack while taking in the breathtaking views was simply perfect! Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations, and we can’t thank Terry enough for his guidance and hospitality. If you’re looking for an amazing adventure with a fantastic guide, be sure to book with Terry. Thank you for a memorable day!

I did this experience with my wife & we cannot recommend it highly enough. We were beginners to kayaking & Terry's instructions were clear and easy to follow. He was great company, knowledgeable & we had a good few laughs along the way. The scenery is absolutely stunning & the water so clear. We even had a hummingbird land on us during the midway stop off! It's an easy 5/5 from us & the homemade granola bars were awesome, make sure you get the recipe!

They were such a lovely couple, we arrived without prebooking to rent a kayak and they accommodated us perfectly. Terry was super nice and helpful in providing us with the necessary information we needed. We had a brilliant tour with Em and Dante (sorry for spelling if incorrect) back in July in Revelstoke. Wow - it really exceeded expectations. The tour guides were just so friendly and knowledgeable, we felt safe and had a lot of fun. The homemade granola bar / flapjack was divine - need the recipe lol. The tour itself was beautiful, we did the waterfall tour, and the pictures were a really lovely bonus. Thank you so much for such a memorable part of our trip and for all the recommendations for Whistler as well. Xx

We had the best time kayaking on the Columbia River! Our decision to go kayaking near Revelstoke was kinda spontaneous and we weren’t quite sure whether to do it on the Columbia River or on a nearby lake. However, Wenche and Terry talked us through the options, managed our expectations perfectly and did an amazing job preparing us. In the end, kayaking on the Columbia River was the excellent choice for us and the whole experience turned out to be one of, if not the highlight of our tour through the Rocky Mountains. Thanks so much again!!

When visiting Revelstoke in the winter, skiing at the Revelstoke Mountain Resort is a must-do activity. With its vast 3,121 acres of terrain and excellent snow conditions, it's a top destination for ski enthusiasts in British Columbia. For a unique experience, visitors can also enjoy dog sledding with Revelstoke Dogsled Adventures. This family-run operation has been offering ethical and enjoyable dog sledding experiences since 2009.
My friends and I had an awesome tour with Eric and his team of guides. We were a large group over the weekend and they were able to accommodate us all at the same time. I shared a sled with my friend and we both had a chance to mush the dogs for a while. It was fun chatting with our knowledgeable guide, Betty, and we loved getting to pet/praise all the dogs before and after the tour. Highly recommend this one of a kind experience! It's pretty brisk in the morning, so I recommend bringing hand/foot warmers if you run cold!

Really really loved the experience! Signed up for the kennel tour. Allllll the dogs were so lovely and friendly and so so so cute. Apart from the running dogs, they also have had some new puppies! Eric and his family and team are absolute dog lovers, the dogs are well taken care of and given so much love. There are 48 dogs and they can remember all their names and quirks! The tour was informative and interesting, and we learned quite abit about dog Sledding and how the dogs are trained. We were lucky to get in on the running of the dogs and it was such a fun and insightful time. Eric was also kind to give us some travel tips and some interesting sights in Revelstoke. Ultimately, definitely will return for another visit when we can. This was truly the highlight of my trip!

We did the afternoon tour which began with a pick up from our accommodation in Revelstoke. Hannah was terrific and very informative about what we were to experience. Once we arrived at the start of the tour we had an opportunity to get up close and personal with the dogs as they were harnessed to the sled. Ian, our dog and sled master, was a great guide. The whole experience was fantastic and the dogs clearly love what they do. If there was one piece of advice for Eric and Carmen, I would suggest that the base of the sled was more padded and we should definitely have had the option of a warm blanket over us. It does get VERY cold. Especially your feet. So be prepared. Otherwise I would recommend as a unique experience.

We took a longer tour which kept us out for most of the day, and myself and my husband went out in a sled each. We had such a great time and our guides Max and Tyler were brilliant. We learned loads about the dogs and had enough instruction to drive the slides ourselves for the majority of the day. Half way along we took a break by the lake and warmed up with a fire and some hot chocolate. The views were fantastic and the dogs were wonderful. Such friendly and well looked after dogs, they were having as much fun being out as us!

Had such an awesome time on the kennel tour! 🐾 Eric was not only super knowledgeable but also really entertaining—he made the whole experience so fun. Loved that his tour was all about sharing his passion and insight, not selling us anything. The dogs were so friendly and gentle, and the highlight was definitely cuddling 8 sweet 4-week-old puppies 🐶💛. Already planning to come back for a sledding tour next time we are in the area!

We booked in the Fall Kennel Tours, Eric gave us a grand tour to meet most of their 40 dogs and 8 puppies, unfortunately his team member was injured so we can’t go in the kennel run ( I know some company will still charge and run the tour in the shorter time and unsafe, just to make money), but an hour long of petting dogs was a blessing for us. As you go through the tour of getting to know the dogs, you can see they are well loved, trained and behaved. Will try to go back and do a winter run with them again I was too busy petting all the cute puppies didn’t remember to take a single picture P.s. A Dog's Way Home, that’s the dog I was talking about that one of yours looks like

We had such a fun tour of the kennels and loved meeting the puppies! It was too warm to run the dogs the day we visited which was a shame but always glad when the health and safety of animals is prioritised. Can’t wait to come back and do some dog sledding one day. Thanks Eric!

This is an excellent, out-of-the-box, winter activity that is fun for the whole family. It's a well organized set up with helpful and friendly staff and a beautiful location. The track can get a little bumpy but that adds to the excitement. Make sure you dress warm.

Event venue
The Roxy Theatre in Revelstoke is a historic independent cinema that offers a variety of entertainment options. Originally built as a hardware store in 1904, it was later transformed into a movie theatre with an art-deco facade added in 1938. The venue hosts movie screenings, concerts, theatre performances, and other live events throughout the year.
ABSOLUTELY BEST LOCAL THEATRE I'VE BEEN TOO!! The owner is so nice and cool too! HIGHLY recommend watching a film here if you got time to see something cool!

The movie selection was good but the heat in the theatre was unbearable the last two movies we’ve watched. By the end of both F1 and Superman I was drenched in sweat. They advertise having ac but they sure don’t use it

We visited Revelstoke town in August 2019 and stayed at the mountain resort for just one night. While walking down the streets after dinner we saw a nice old fashioned movie theatre called 'Roxy'. It was in the street named Grizzly Plaza. It was too late to enjoy a movie but we liked the neon lit old style cinema house which had a single screen.

Beautiful time, great staff, great price for the matinee! Now, let's talk lighting. When the movie isn't playing there needs to be more light. Considering the ramps/inclines. People like myself with walking issues need to see where we are walking. I couldn't sit with the girls because I didn't know if I could make it. Aside from that, great experience and I'm looking forward to coming back soon. Thanks gor being open in these times!

Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club is an excellent destination for both classic and skate skiing. The cost for two adults, including rental and entrance, was $63. The rental equipment provided is modern and well-maintained. While the park closes at 9 pm, the rental window shuts down at 3:30 pm, although ski returns are still accepted afterward. One notable feature is a lit-up section of the trails for night skiing, which adds to the overall experience.
Beautiful Nordic area for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. The trials are well maintained, and the forest/nature in the area is beautiful! I definitely recommend stopping in this gem of an area.

Great place for some classic and skate skiing. We paid $63 for two adults (rental+entrance). Rentals are very modern and in great condition. Park closes at 9, but rental window closes at 3:30pm (You can return the skis after though). There is a bit that’s lit up at night which is awesome.

Mountain peak
Mount Revelstoke National Park is a stunning natural reserve with a vibrant inland rainforest and picturesque hiking trails leading to a scenic summit. The park spans 260 square kilometers and offers various trails of different difficulty levels, making it suitable for all hikers. Situated in the Columbia Mountains, just outside the town of Revelstoke, this pristine wild-land features dense rainforests, craggy peaks, and lush valley floors.
Awesome place to check out, the drive to the top was awesome, a few hikes at the top with beautiful views. The parking lot gets full easily but u can park on the left side of the road and walk back. Highly recommended
Otto A — Google review
It is not the most beautiful mountain , but it is first time drive to the peak of a mountain. It is very important to First nation so we find some pictures writed on stone. The park rangers are keeping watching bears in forest. It's worthy to have a look except the ponds. Easy trail and good vision.
Domi W — Google review
Beautiful alpine views and wildflowers – but be prepared! We drove the Meadows in the Sky Parkway in late June. It’s a stunning drive with lots of scenic pullouts and short hikes. The views get better the higher you go, and it’s amazing how quickly the landscape changes from dense forest to open alpine meadows. At the top, we did the short trail around Balsam Lake and walked up to the old fire lookout. Even in June, we ran into snow at the summit, so I definitely recommend wearing proper hiking shoes—the trails can be slippery and muddy in parts. Also, be sure to bring bug spray or wear long sleeves—there were lots of flies and mosquitoes, especially near the lake. Still, the wildflowers were starting to bloom and it was peaceful and not too crowded. Great place to stretch your legs and enjoy nature, but don’t assume it’ll be warm just because it’s summer. Come prepared for alpine conditions.
Asaad A — Google review
A must for a clear day! Very easy to understand maps and trail heads . Great for people with limited endurance because their are a series of shirt mild hikes. There is also a shuttle. The flowers are beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Get there before 10am to snag parking and enjoy.

An absolute must is the pipe coaster!! I’m so happy my daughter and I went! We tried to go to the one in Nelson? The town previous, anyway. That didn’t go well. Revy’s pipe coaster does not worry about closed toed shoes and is from the top to bottom of the mountain. Definitely seemed longer and better than the previous one we attempted to ride. PLUS, a free gondola ride up to the ride is part of the coaster ticket. Perfect for older riders with joint issues. I am definitely going back someday.
Renee L — Google review
Very accessible way to view high alpine meadows and white pine forest. The walk to the lakes is easy for experienced hikers, but a worthy challange for those willing to have a go at a very rewarding challange. The sort walks from the car park are equally worth while for those with limited access. We missed seeing a black bear by a few minutes on the drive up. Nature abounds up here with staggering vistas and super easy trail finding.
Andy H — Google review
A must see when in Revelstoke. Hikers paradise you can also drive the whole way up the meadows in the sky parkway so is very easily accessible. Lots of signage at the scenic lookouts. Passes through alpine forest, rainforest, snow forest and no forest. Lots of bio-diversity in a relatively small space. It was pretty Smokey the day we were there but the views were still spectacular
Kirsten M — Google review
About a 30 minute drive up. Got to parking lot at top about 7:15AM and no parking left at all. Lots of RV parking spots left. We were not allowed to park there. And anyone who did got chased out. We have a parks pass but if you didn’t or was not during the free year then it would have been a waste. Sign at bottom was not flipped to say parking full. Parking lots are fairly small for a nice area like that. Few pull over spots along the way.

We stopped here on our long drive to Kamloops. It was the perfect place! Excellent service, the carrot cake was soft and tasty, our mocha was fantastic (perfect amount of chocolate and temperature). The owner came and spoke to us. Very reasonable price and glad we stopped here. Thank you! Forgot to take a photo before taking a bite. Whoops!

Wonderful breakfast before leaving town. The modern breakfast and panini were big but not over filling and both tasted great. One of the pancakes was burnt but they took quick care of it and replaced it with two. The coffee and tea was great. The service was wonderful. They do a take out business which is good because there isn't a lot of seating. Great stop!

I grew up in Revelstoke and worked at The Modern 8 years ago and recently visited to try all my favorite treats that I grew up on and they just aren't comparable now, the icing is so much less and the cakes aren't the same as they were. Heres a picture of what the carrot cake was previously and what it looks like now and its just not the same. The breakfast was delicious and the drink I had was good but I was very disappointed in my favorite baked goods being so drastically different.

Nestled within the Regent Hotel, 112 Restaurant & Lounge is a well-established dining venue in Revelstoke, British Columbia. Since its inception in 1978, it has garnered high praise for its sophisticated ambiance and delectable cuisine. The restaurant exudes modern elegance while retaining a cozy atmosphere with its polished wood furnishings and aged brick walls.
We made reservations to celebrate my partners birthday. I found the restaurant through Google search, and it ended up being an incredible experience. The service from the hostess to my server was absolutely fantastic. All staff were polite and professional. The dining room was clean, spacious, and lovely. The food was done to perfection. My medium rare Ribeye steak came perfect, and my partner's Braised Bison Short-Rib came tender where the meat was falling off the bone. The atmosphere was wonderful with live jazz music.

This place was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. Service was good and the food exceptional both in taste and in presentation. We recommend the Caesar salad with homemade dressing was elevated in presentation and one of the best we’ve had. The halibut was cooked to perfection. The steak was prepared just as requested and the veggies very fresh. There were many great wines to choose from to accompany our meal. We were on our way further west from Ontario and the meal was a delightful way to end a long day of travel.

We stopped in Revelstoke just for one night and were recommended 112 Restaurant by our hotel as one of the best fine dining spots in town — and it truly lived up to its reputation! Our server, Kate, was fantastic — very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She clearly knows what she’s talking about and made us feel very welcome. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The wild BC salmon and Parmesan halibut were cooked to perfection, the oysters were fresh and flavorful, and even the salad stood out with its fresh ingredients and perfect balance. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing evening after a long drive. We left completely satisfied and impressed — this restaurant was a true highlight of our short stay in Revelstoke! Highly recommend it to anyone passing through or staying in town.

Absolutely superb experience. Wonderful waiting staff, chefs who really care about their food, and presentation that even made me want to be "that guy" and take a picture. Proper food with care taken all the way from prep to palate. To end a lovely evening, we asked the reception area to call me and my wife a taxi back to our hotel. The receptionist kindly explained that if we have bought a meal and enjoyed a good time, they would shuttle us back anywhere in the local area as part of the service for free! Can't ask for more, best restaurant we've experienced to date!
Alex M — Google review
Food is amazing. But we had a weird experience at the entrance. We clearly saw a lot of empty tables. But they told us nothing was available unless we would wait. So we asked if we could have a drink to start at the bar until a table is available. They were very hesitant, which I still don’t understand. Eventually they said yes and when walking in the man behind the bar immediately said we could have a table. So what was the big issue? The whole evening there were tables available, so why the hesitation? Our waitress was friendly. And we left satisfied with the rest of the experience.
Niel — Google review
The food was absolutely amazing . Pricey but definitely worth it . Delicious! We celebrated our anniversary here and loved the atmosphere. The only down side was that we felt service was lacking . The staff were all very nice but we experienced long wait times for food once ordered and did not see our server very often . Thankfully we did not order dessert as we sat with our finished dinner plates on our table for 20 minutes and eventually just asked for our bill which took another 10 . We still loved the restaurant but felt for the amount we paid the service could definitely have been better . 5 stars for the food
Katie S — Google review
We had the pleasure of dining at the 112 several evenings while on a recent ski trip in Revelstoke. The ambience is fantastic and every table we sat at was cozy and comfortable. The staff is absolutely incredible and attentive and we never had to ask twice for anything. One of the bartenders, Barry, was up and beyond and even helped us coordinate some other activities outside the hotel (and he makes the best old fashoined). Every meal I had was amazing, including the filet, lamb shank, braised bison short ribs, and the seared ahi tuna steak. There is also an excellent wine list to chose from. On a couple nights there was live music in the bar area which was an added bonus. If you are in Revelstoke you need to eat here at least one night and I guarantee you will be back for more!

My family of 4 and I came here for weekend breakfast. Waited about 5 minutes for a table before being seated outside. Service was verrrrry slow. It took close to 45 minutes for our 3 dishes to arrive after being ordered, and it wasn’t just us. That was the average wait time for the other tables around us. Once the server brought our initial round of coffee, she never returned, so we didn’t have a chance to order more drinks (which we would have during the long wait time). Once the food arrived, it looked great, but seasoning was lacking. We got an eggs Benedict, skillet dish, and basic breakfast dish. Overall it was more hyped up online than our actual experience here, but then again, maybe it was an unfortunately off day in the kitchen.

The café has a really cozy and pleasant atmosphere – I truly liked it. It was quite busy when we visited, and we had to wait around 40 minutes for our orders, but we didn’t mind. The breakfast was delicious, and the portions were very generous. Overall, a great spot to enjoy a tasty meal in a warm setting.

Had a fantastic brunch here! The French toast with apples and brie was absolutely delicious—perfectly sweet and rich without being too heavy. The eggs benny were also spot on, with a creamy hollandaise and crispy bacon. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the service was friendly and quick. Great spot to relax and enjoy a satisfying meal—we’ll definitely be back!

I tried the Benny with BC smoked salmon along with a hot chocolate, and both were absolutely delicious. It’s always a joy to discover a place that serves food with care and flavour. I think it’s so important for us as community members to support local businesses like this because they’re the heartbeat of our neighbourhoods. My only small hope is that maybe one day there could be a little discount for locals, which would make it even more welcoming. Overall, a lovely spot worth visiting. Can't wait to try other business in town!

Stumbled across this place while on a trip through Revelstoke! Sat outside and was in love with the vibe of the patio. Ordered the eggs benny and French toast, and both were absolutely delicious. The eggs benny was perfectly poached with a rich hollandaise sauce and came with a side of crispy potatoes that were seasoned just right. The French toast was next-level thick slices of bread with a golden crust. Everything was amazingly!!!

Been here a couple times and it's always good. This time was our 20th anniversary. I was originally going to get a steak but saw the special come out to a different table and we both went with that! Half rack of ribs, deep fried chicken breast (which was amazing peice of chicken) fries and coleslaw for $24 Also shared a bruschetta which was good too. I had a couple dirty Martinis and the wife had a huge Cesar and a Glass of wine Sooo full. Definitely recommend. Only thing that sucked was watching the leafs lose game 7.😞Lol

Unfortunately they use extremely cheap chicken for their chicken wings. They were completely composed of fat with no muscle which means they used the cheapest chicken possible (caged grown chicken). Comsidering its 20 dollars for 7 chicken wings I have to say I am very disappointed. Our waitress was wonderful and the atmosphere was good.
JLJ 6 — Google review
Honestly, food was overly priced, mediocre quality, and petit portions. The maui wowie burger was tiny (see how small next to the fries), the chicken wings were only 7 pieces, but to be honest, it was well flavored. The gyoza was 5 pieces and tasted ok. The chicken Cesar salad portion was ok. The only plus was the service and the waiters.

Food was actually really nice, and server was excellent. But I do have a problem with ski hills in B.C and how they always have construction going on. Every ski hill is always clawing their way to get more money despite already being billionaires and paying the staff not living wage. Anyways the noise was a bit annoying.

Really enjoyed our meal here. The outdoor patio was great for Covid friendly dining, especially on a sunny day. Prices reasonable for a resort, and the meals were well presented and tasted hot and fresh! Always a bit of a captive audience at a resort, but nice to get friendly service and good food... Calamari appy was really tasty too, a bit different than the usual.

Solid option up on the hill. Took my husband for his birthday and overall enjoyed. Had the Tuna Poke Bowl which was good, but I would have rather had it on rice than couscous because it would have held up better I think. Great place, location and atmosphere. I got the mushroom swiss burger with peppercorn sauce, unfortunately any flavour of the burger was overpowered by the large amount of peppercorn’s, it felt like 5+ in every bite. Once I picked them out I was able to taste the flavour and the burger was great! Im extremely disappointed in the service. Our server came twice, the first time we had been sat down for maybe 3 minutes and she just stared at us after we ordered our initial drinks waiting for our food order. We asked for a few minutes and she came back, took our order and that was the last we saw of her for 40 more minutes. Until we had to try and find her to wave her down for the bill we were waiting 30 minutes for. She seated 2 other tables and checked out 2 other groups while we tried to get her attention. And once we got the bill we saw they charge extra for refills which was never mentioned, and we couldn’t ask her about it. Because she walked away again. They were all very friendly staff! That just really disappointed me and ruined my experience.

The bartender was the best! One person dropped our food on the table before I could ask for something and ran to hug someone at another table.

Waterfalls
Moses Falls is a stunning waterfall that is definitely worth a visit, especially during the spring run-off. Even in high summer, it remains impressive, with Sutherland Falls being a standout favorite due to its remarkable height and cascading water. The area surrounding the falls is adorned with beautiful flowers, creating picturesque scenery. While finding the falls may be a bit tricky, following the broad gravel path and then taking a narrow trail will lead you to this hidden gem.
Breathtaking view that only requires 10 minutes of downhill walk. Not wheelchair friendly as there are steps and rocks to climb over particularly the last two minutes. Could be difficult for younger kids (under 10). Otherwise easy to reach.
Tim C — Google review
Beautiful spot! The hike was easy, albeit steep one direction. I felt like I didnt "earn" the breathtaking sight for how quick the hike to it was. We ate lunch there and enjoyed the cool air coming off the falls.
Rebecca M — Google review
Beautiful views, no matter which part of the falls you make it to. There seem to be three “levels”, the top, middle, and bottom. Depending on how able-bodied and motivated you are, you can get a quick little “hike” in and dip your toes into some cool water. Do NOT wear crocs or sandals for this hike - running shoes will do fine, but use something with tread/grip and closed toed. This hike is almost entirely made up of steep descents over roots and stones and may require channeling your inner mountain goat to climb down. Lots of mosquitoes at this time of year, so spray down with bug spray to keep the bites to a minimum. If you have any mobility issues or aren’t willing to sit down in the dirt to slide over some of the steep parts or even jump down, this is not the hike for you. This is not a hike you’d want to take older people on, if any of them have knee problems or balance/vertigo issues. Overall, this is gorgeous and well worth the challenge, if you’re up to it!!

Beautiful waterfall! Nice little hike with a few steep, but not that bad sections. You can walk it in a loop and see the lake.
Coucai — Google review
Very hidden waterfall. Parking about 10 minutes above. No signage, you have to follow the sound of the water. Unpaved paths and relatively steep. Be sure to wear sturdy footwear
Patrick H — Google review
I made a last minute drive to check out this falls and it was beautiful. The hike down had some steep parts but it's not a long hike. I found a nice pool to plunge in before heading down to the bottom to check out the dam on the river. The tide appeared to be up high. There is a gravel road that I walked up to get back to my car. I would recommend this falls and I would go back! I would love to see it in winter! Waterfalls are so pretty that time of year!
Jewels L — Google review
Moses Falls is a hidden gem just minutes from downtown Revelstoke. The short trail (about 200 metres) leads through mossy forest to a dramatic multi-tiered waterfall that flows year-round. It’s steep and slippery in places, especially after rain or snow, so good footwear is a must. No signage, washrooms, or formal parking — just a gravel pullout and a trailhead marked by a small wooden post. The falls are loud, misty, and photogenic, especially in spring. Not wheelchair accessible, but doable for most hikers with care. Great for a quick nature fix or waterfall photo stop

RV park
Lamplighter Campground is the perfect gateway to the natural wonders of Revelstoke. It offers spacious RV sites with fire pits and full utility hookups, as well as clean and bright laundry facilities, restrooms, and showers. The campground accommodates large RVs and provides spotless amenities. For tent campers, there are designated areas with smooth ground for easy setup.
Loved Lamplighter! They picked the perfect spot for my dog, our little vintage trailer and me, a bit away from the busy part of the campground. The wonderful Rachel in the office said that the staff really thinks about the needs of the guests when they assign the sites. I love that!! Rachel was fabulous, delightful to chat with and had some great recommendations for dog friendly hikes in the area! I would highly recommend this fabulous campground, with very well maintained facilities, free hot showers and perfectly situated, only a few minutes from town! The railroad runs right next to it but it didn't bother me!
Katrin — Google review
It's a nice, rather small but super packed Campground. Every meter is used to have a lot for your camper. Apparently, we had a 3 service position, but I didn't get how to put our drain into the appropriate whole. It was just way too far away and also blocked by the neighbors. There was no privacy between the different van spots. And of course, you also heard the train which seemed to be pretty close to the campground. The tent spots looked a little nicer as they were to the back. However, we were positively surprised by the service building. It offered pretty new washing machines and dryers for cad 3 in coins each. Also, it had a little indoor possibility to clean your plates and also have a sit-in. My highlight was the nice showers, which just looked like at home. Not the typical campground boxes but actual showers with tiles on the wall.
Felix — Google review
What a great campground in Revelstoke. Very nice owners and the restrooms and showers were clean and spacious. A great feature is the camp kitchen where you can wash dishes, use a microwave and power for small or tent campers. A great playground for kids and dog friendly as well. There are trains but in our camper we never really heard it and slept great. Make sure to add this as a great place to camp in Revelstoke.

We needed a place to stay for one night during our travels and couldn’t have been more impressed. This is a really nice, smaller RV park with beautiful trees and well-kept grassy lots. The bathroom, shower, and laundry facilities were all new, spotless, and clearly well-maintained. The lady in the front office was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone passing through!

This place is a great RV option in Revelstoke. The best thing is how clean and tidy and knew all the facilities. The best we have encountered in Canada so far. Great staff, super friendly. Close to train track but trains seem to be near all RV sites. Wasnt an issue.

Latest review. Scroll down for first review in 2021 We have used other parks in the past and discovered that this is the best there is in the area. The park was easy to find. It is located . There is pavement all the way. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic and are now being enforced. We noted no carpets or mats being used that would kill the grass. The interior roads are graveled and in good condition. Our site, 48, was a grass based pull thru that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is close for a rural park. Each site has a table and a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was nicely groomed and a pleasure to look at. . We did not use the park included wifi. There is NO cable TV. We did not search for any OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult. We did not use the laundromat, washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean and modern. There is also a modern camp kitchen. There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an okay overnighter. We paid $61.95 per night inc tax and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again. First review condensed from 2021 Our site, 4, was a narrow “nose in” that was just long enough for our rig and towed. Services were to the left rear (because we nosed in). Sculptured Cedars provided a buffer between our left side neighbor but our right side was wide open. We were not quite slide to awning but it was close. We had a fire pit and table. The site was grass and the rules state not to lay a rug out because the grass will die. Well it had died right at our door step. It rained overnight and we stepped into a mud pit. Rules are not enforced very well as our neighbor was a long termer and had a rug out.

Tenting. Great location, within a 30 minute walk, or 5 minute drive to downtown. Excellent services (flush toilet, hot showers, laundry and kitchen, WIFI, fire pits). Friendly and helpful host. Don't have power to every site. A little noisy with the occasional train and loud motorcycles but that's expected being in the valley near the highway and rail line. Good camping experience.

Rumpus Beer Company, the second brewery in Revelstoke, has quickly become a favorite stop for locals and tourists alike. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with friendly service and a laid-back vibe, make it a must-visit spot. The diverse selection of award-winning craft beers caters to different tastes, while the colorful taproom adds to the overall experience. Although relatively new, Rumpus Beer Company has already made a name for itself as a top-notch destination for beer enthusiasts.
Any place that has a foeder aged beer is 5 stars in my book! I tried one of their hazy ipas and it was also good. I like that they have a food truck out front that delivers into the brewery. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely return next time I’m in town.
Mackenzie B — Google review
Great place for a diverse beer tasting after a day or hiking and exploring. My partner and I got 4 beers each and there wasn't a single one we didn't like. The hazy IPA and the one aged in a wine barrel were the favs though. We also got food from the food truck which has several vegetarian options with fast service! 10/10 would drink and eat again.

First time in BC for me and my pal on a quest for turns and brews and Revelstoke and Rumpus delivered in spades! Steph bartended for us after all 3 of our ski days and it was cool rolling in with the same 4 or 5 regulars right at open each day. This crew has cultivated a welcoming, warm vibe with regs and tourists through their tasty product, beer knowledge, friendly service, and laid back atmosphere. The range of beer styles was really impressive; my two favorite beers were a rich rye IPA and a nuanced bret saison. Awesome place for intel on local stuff to do, eat, even where to ski. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in and it just gets better from there. So happy to see they’re building out their space and adding some capacity. Can’t wait to recommend and return!

I grew up in Revelstoke, I was on my way back home from halfway hotsprings and needed transmission fluid. Nature & Parks
Mount Revelstoke National Park, located just northeast of its namesake town, is a stunning 260-square-kilometer park offering wooded hiking paths, rainforest terrain, and breathtaking elevated views. Despite its relatively small size for a national park, it boasts diverse landscapes including old-growth rainforest with ancient red cedars and pine trees, steep mountains, and abundant plant and animal life.
An absolutely stunning place, the meadows in the sky parkway is a great twisty drive with viewpoints along the way and it brings you out to a panoramic view at the top. There are two small car parks at the top that fill up early - one for RVs and one for cars. It's popular because the summit is a short 1km hike from the car parks. The panoramic viewpoint is 100m from the road which you can park cars along one side of (but not the other). It is a beautiful view from here over the mountains and there is a nice bench. One problem we had was there is only one way onto the parkway and a booth with a single person controlled entry. We had a parks pass already but it seemed like many people didn't and decided this was a good time to have a discussion on the merits of the parks pass. Unfortunately there was no lane for drivers who already had a pass so although we were only 5 cars back it took about 15 minutes to get it. I think this is an oversight and could be managed better, but didn't spoil the drive.
Luke H — Google review
Be prepared for cooler temps than down in the town of Revelstoke. Many gorgeous trails criss-crossing the top of the mountain. Picnic tables and pit toilets. Amazing wildflowers when we went in mid August. You cannot drive the last 1km, but the road is still available to walk up. My husband went up and said the view was fantastic. Even if you just stay near the parking lot it is still gorgeous and there are many trails to explore.
Catherine K — Google review
Fairly simple trails at the top of Mount Revelstoke that could be completed in ~4-5 hours. The trail is well maintained, but could get muddy under sub-optimal weather conditions. I had a great hike despite the rapid-changing weather conditions. The views at Jade Lake was a bit anti-climatic. If you aren't intenting to camp, stopping at the ridge between Miller and Jade lakes is sufficient. The ridge had by far the best view of the trail.
Kevin L — Google review
Beautiful mountain and park! You can drive almost right up to the summit (short, but fairly strenuous walk to the summit from parking lot). Unfortunately was hazy from wildfires when we visited, but it must be one of the most spectacular places imaginable on a clear day. We found a rare BC lizard on the mountain, couldn’t find the salamanders. Come for the views! Note there are also trails down the mountain at lower elevations with spectacular forests.
Kent 1 — Google review
Stunning place. A little busy and had to line up at the park entrance to go up the mountain. It was about 45-60 min wait in the mid to late afternoon. When we got to the top it was nice and cool on a hot summers day.
Kim C — Google review
We did a fantastic half day hike from about 2/3 of the way up to the top of the mountain. I highly recommend not driving all the way up - there are some really beautiful trails and very helpful park staff eager to help anyone with questions. Highly recommend!
Michelle H — Google review
A beautiful park to visit! Well worth the long trip up to the top of the mountain to see the amazing view and glorious mountain Flora and Fauna! Loved it!
Michelle D — Google review
The drive up to the top is spectacular! We did this drive in mid July and the wildflowers lining the road were beautiful. There were many hikes available along the way up, it was not congested with tourists, and parking was available in the middle of the day at the top. There was also a free shuttle up and down for those not able to make the short uphill hike to the summit. I would highly recommend this park and the sky meadow parkway for anyone who would like to enjoy the Canadian Rockies without crowds and with light to no hiking.

The Giant Cedars Boardwalk Trail in Mount Revelstoke National Park offers a serene and family-friendly experience. The short hiking loop takes you through a beautiful rainforest landscape, allowing you to walk among towering 500-year-old cedar trees. Interpretive signs along the route provide information about the local flora and fauna. Despite being temporarily closed due to snow damage, this stop is known for its easy access to British Columbia's famous old-growth cedars.
Easily accessible place right off the highway. Initially we were confused since the first spot to enter the path indicated it was closed but then to the left further in the parking we found the start of the boardwalk. It used to be a loop but due to the conditions in the forest, part of the boardwalk collapsed. Unfortunately people were stepped off the boardwalk to take photos near dome trees close to it. Signs indicated that is not allowed but some people are clueless. I visited it in mid-July so it’s busier than expected. The signs along the path offer a lot of information regarding fauna and flora. Highly recommend!

This trail is on the way from Calgary to Vancouver. We found it when looking for a washroom. It takes only about 15 minutes to walk. Very easy, good for parents too. You can see old forest and big trees. Bring bear spray. A nice stop to rest during a long trip.

Sep-2025: Second time coming here and it’s as beautiful as before! They did a lot of maintenance like installing brand new boards in most of the trail. Small part of the trail still closed for repair but you can still enjoy the beautiful giant cedars! There are plenty of parking and washrooms. Definitely worth a stop!
John B — Google review
Magical and peaceful walk through ancient giants We stopped at the Giant Cedars Boardwalk Trail just off the Trans-Canada Highway, and it was absolutely worth it. The boardwalk is short (about 500 m) but incredibly scenic—you're surrounded by massive, old-growth western red cedars that make you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. The trail is well-maintained and easy for all ages—no hiking experience needed. It’s shaded, quiet, and full of earthy smells and birdsong. There are also little signs along the way that share interesting info about the forest and how old some of these trees are. It’s a quick stop (15–30 minutes), but it really leaves an impression. Perfect if you're passing through Revelstoke and want a break from the road.

You can find the Giant Cedars Boardwalk Trail about 30 kilometers from Revelstoke, B.C. The walk is about half a kilometer and takes you right into the heart of the forest in Mount Revelstoke National Park. Some of the trees found in the Giant Cedars Boardwalk Trail are at least 500 years old. This is such a beautiful location. I really recommend this place.

Wonderful boardwalk walk in the woods - giant cedars everywhere. They have a lot of work to do to fix the damaged section affected by storms, and hope to visit again when it is all repaired. I feel awful that such a beautiful park got hit so hard, but know they will get it all done someday. Appreciate the easy walk for the kids. Was not crowded at all. What a great place to roam around. We are seniors And had a great time. We did take the nature walk and that was quite the trek. What goes down must come up. The whole forest is beautiful laid out. We took about 2 hours to go through the forest. At the end there is a duck pond and a fish pond and you can buy food for both

Almost 40 and this place was still magical. The staff are so lovely! Tall gorgeous cedars everywhere and tucked in amongst the beauty is little things from your childhood, every story I had heard growing up was infront of me. It was nostalgic and stunning, the detail that goes into this place is next level. There is a salmon run in the fall, you can walk the boardwalk trail and watch them swim down stream. They have a duck and rainbow trout pond you can buy food in the gift shop for them, the ducks will eat out of your hand! The trout are pigs and entertaining to watch! The nature walk is beautiful but up hill and not super awesome for a prairie chicken like me but was worth it for the pictures! The bathrooms were cleaner than most indoor places and they were outside and had running water! There is an adventure place within it for kids as well but even if you just do the enchanted forest you will be amazed! Highly recommend, this was by far the best thing on our trip itinerary! The gift shop was also reasonably priced, not a thing often seen in BC. Lots of trinkets and tshirts to look through!

This is such a cute roadside attraction. They bring childhood stories to life and most of the houses and such are interactive. There’s a 3 story tree house you can go up. What a beautiful place, this forest seems like wonderland. The thought behind the creator for this shows a lot of creativity. With its manmade swimming lagoon and sandy beach, it's an ideal spot for kids to splash around while parents relax in the sun or shade. The park features well-spaced campsites nestled among lush trees, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay. Families will appreciate the clean facilities, including pit toilets and a comfort station conveniently located near camping sites.
Nice , quiet place to camp for a few days. There are awesome amenities like hot showers and fresh water plus generous firewood sold by the park attendants. Very friendly and clean...for camping. There are also several hikes nearby to enjoy.

Huge place with lots of loops for camping spots. A couple group sites. Nice big pond just off the lake that shallower with lots of picnic benches around it. An amazingly beautiful nature trail with old growth stumps and beautiful roots along and across the trail. It's near a fun waterfall. Super clean and well maintained.

A wonderfully clean provincial park .. lots for everyone and our fur babies too … campsites are very clean, a great size and not too close to each other… the many walking trails are well kept … the waterfall a nice little walk to enjoy … the playground and picnic area very nice along with a swimming man made pond area too … and the white sandy beach area goes forever … lots of birds and wildlife to enjoy watching

Gorgeous campsite, green, clean, in such a good location and views. Children's playground, swimming, boating, but I was struck by the incredible cleanliness both in the showers and on the territory.

This Provincial Campground has been a favourite for decades and we enjoy spending time there every summer. Private/treed/lush forest campsites, cell service, flush toilets/showers, man made lake/beach/kids play area, walking trails, waterfall, separate dog beach for off leash dogs, and easy access to Revelstoke and all it has to offer in and surrounding it. Would recommend to all, beautiful spot to make life long memories 😊❤️

Clean and spacious campsites, with clean showers! Water is very cold but it does warm up eventually. Very kind, and courteous staff. The park office is typically closed, but staff make rounds around the campground so you can buy wood and ask questions. Wood is $10 a bundle, dry and already split, but typically no smaller pieces to use as kindling. They even deliver it to your site! Have returned here too many times to count, and will continue!

My family loves this park. The sites are really nice and well spaced. The swimming beach is great for kids and I love the sand of the lake. There is alot todo for small kids. The waterfall and hiking trails are not overly hard and easy for a toddler to walk. We love biking the roads and playing in the park. You can always find some shade or sun if you want. The pit toilets are super clean and the comfort station is not a far walk from any of the sites. The staff is friendly and ensures your safety.

Blanket Creek Provincial Park is a beautiful location just 25 minutes south of Revelstoke. Nestled in the forest along the upper Arrow Lake, it offers completely paved roads, large private campsites, pit toilets and shower and flush toilet facilities. Potable water and dump station. Campground host on site and park staff who are just great at keeping this park in top shape. Day use area, large swimming lagoon with surrounding lawn, hiking trails, children's play area and my favorite is spectacular sandy beach which is off leash dog friendly. It's quiet at night even when full this past July 1 weekend. Moutain biking and hiking trails nearby. It has become a favorite spot for us.

Martha Creek Provincial Park is located on the Revelstoke Reservoir and offers a boat launch and sandy beach as well as campsites with restroom facilities. The beach has clean pebbles and some areas with sand, while the water is calm, clear, and swimmable. It can be slightly breezy but is perfect for activities such as SUP. The park is situated in a beautiful area near Lake Revelstoke and is highly recommended for camping enthusiasts looking to explore its natural wonders.
Great spot! Lake was cool to swim in- not icy cold as I feared. Wear or bring water shoes or rubber sandals so you can easily wade into the water. Helpful because the rocks get bigger the further out you go and they have a special coating of slime...😆 The scenery is gorgeous. We came twice to eat a picnic supper at the beach & swim. There are pit toilets. It was never crowned but may get that way on the weekend. It's really cool that there is a playground right on the beach for kids. There was a "No Dogs" sign, but we saw a few small dogs at the beach on leash.

Pretty place and the campground is nice but sites are close together not much privacy. The beach access is only at the sites 1-11, so it's far if you aren't near there. has a pebble beach but not bad and a little park right at the beach, which is nice. I like that they have showers.

As someone who has camped at over 50 provincial parks, I was absolutely shocked at how nice the staff here are!! By far, THE NICEST STAFF I’ve ever had dealings with in an of the BC parks. The park has recently been expanded and now has 109 sites. The lake is GORGEOUS and crystal clear!! Showers, bathrooms, pit toilets throughout, volleyball net, 2 off leash dog beach areas, kids playground directly on the beach…THIS ONE HAS IT ALL!! (Minus cell signal) 😂🤦🏼‍♂️
Rolling R — Google review
We fell in love with this campground, the nicest we have ever camped at! The only reason for 4 stars is the pit toilets are terrible. They do have a main flush toilet and showers available. We scored a lakeside site, stayed 2 nights.and will definitely be back. No cell service or.radio.stations, but was so great to disconnect.
Denise A — Google review
The campsite is excellent with beautiful views, clean washroom, free shower, and warm-water dishwashing sinks. The playground is fun. No phone signal beyond the dam.

Wonderful place. Remote and peaceful. Great beach access and boat launch access. Most of the sites are well above the lake but many have great reviews. No electricity and 8 miles from cell service. Bring your starlink and your solar panels!

Very friendly staff working there. We had no booking but was able to pick a available site (33) and pay the park operator $28 Free hot showers, very well maintained bathrooms, drinking water and rv water hookup. Firewood available for $10 a bag and firepits and bench at each site
Jon B — Google review
Beautiful lake, campground & park. Boat access & small-medium sized beach with separate kid play areas & a small dog beach. Camp areas are nice & spacious, restrooms are clean & have hot showers. It’s a 20min drive outside of Revelstoke town & there is no cell signal. Park staff are always very friendly & they have firewood when allowed.

WoW!! Highly... Highly... Highly recommend. Way more than 5 stars. Fantastic staff and guides, great lodge, and the skiing was epic. Endless terrain was chosen carefully by the guides to keep us in the best snow and most untouched lines. Just what you'd want in a cat skiing experience!! Unbelievable!

By far the best snowboarding I’ve ever done in my life! Accommodations, food, staff and guides are fantastic. Owners and management run a feel good business. Super cozy it also has a sauna and hot tub. Highly recommend going if you enjoy fresh powder runs every time ;) bring a snorkel.

Today is the first day back from my trip with Great Northern, and it is the worst day of 2025. Mainly because I am not in the CAT! After snowboarding for 20 years now, this by far was the most amazing snowboarding trip to date. This experience checked all the boxes and exceeded my expectations. The lodge was perfect, the staff was super attentive, the food was amazing, the other guys on the adventure were great, the guides were experienced and fun, the terrain was challenging and steep, and the snow was absolutely epic. I will definitely be rebooking. Thanks for making this one the best ever. See you next year!

Great terrain, snow kept coming down, and overall an experience not be missed! The guides were friendly, safe, and went above and beyond to provide tips on how to ski powder and to make sure everyone got terrain that matched their abilities. The food and hospitality were exceptional, from aprés ski appetizers to dinner, breakfast, and lunches in the cat. Massages, yoga, and genuine interest and evening activities fostered a friendships and positive group dynamics. Will be re-booking soon!

My group of 5 went out on a limb and booked a cat ski day well in advanced. To our luck, the conditions were excellent. Arrived at the lodge after taking the shuttle from Revelstoke. The ride on the ferry was epic - can’t beat the views. Paperwork and handing out of the safety gear was quick and we loaded up the cat and proceeded on the journey. Our driver was Oliver - first time driving the rig and he did one hell of a job - he only forgot to honk the horn when we reached unload spots but Greg (another cat driver who was along for the skiing) was sure to remind him. I’ve never seen someone so stoked to be a part of the crew than Greg. His stoke level was beyond the clouds and he ensured everyone was right there with him. Our main guide was Mike and our tail guide was Julian. These fellas were experts on the terrain and conditions and were able to ensure our safety while also providing steep, deep, and technical runs. We needed up with a solid group and made 7 runs with minimal waiting. They 100% earned and deserved their tip. Snacks and food on the cat were excellent. We will be returning in the future. 🙌💯

Seldom do I give 5 star reviews. There is always room for improvement right? The team at Great Northern Snow-Cat Skiing does so much to make sure each guest has a fantastic experience. We spent 5 days guided by Dave and Burt. These guys went out of their way to find fresh tracks for us each day. Safety is paramount for these pro's! Chef Joel and Di get up early and stay up late creating amazing food for the guests. One of my friends required a special diet and that was no problem at all. If your lucky you will be able to try chef Joel's home cured back bacon. The lodge has a great vibe largely from Dhillon and Kimberly doing what ever they can to make you feel at home. I can't wait to go back!

Did a 4 day skiing & lodging trip with Great Northern. Terrain was amazing, probably some of the steeper cat skiing terrain I've hit. Food, lodging, and guides were all top notch, everyone was super friendly and helpful in every way imaginable. Unfortunately the group I was with included some skiers who really struggled with powder (the point we were all there) making for very frequent stops and long waits. Its a testament to the guide that we were able to ski the terrain we did with the group we had. I'd book again but I'd need some good data on the ability level of the group.
Craig M — Google review
When we were there the conditions were perfect. Blue skies and powder. That's not the norm, so that won't be everybody else's experience. The terrain is amazing, varying from sweeping alpine to steep glades in the same run; Again and again and again. There is something here that will scare you, and if you're not looking to be scared, well there's lots for you too. The guides were great, being chill when it was appropriate, and professional when it was time to get down to business. It is worth noting, because of the times we're in, they were very attentive of covid, having developed safe-work procedures that they stuck to in order to protect staff and guests alike. The apres ski experience was somewhat toned down, for obvious and hopefully temporary reasons, but the lodge is comfortable and the food wonderful. The staff, when we saw them, were very accommodating and eager to please. All in all a truly excellent back country riding experience that I would not hesitate to visit again.

K3 Cat Ski, located in Revelstoke, British Columbia, offers an exhilarating skiing experience at the Revelstoke Mountain Resort. With a vertical elevation of 5,620 feet and 3,121 acres of terrain with perfect snow conditions, it's a must-visit for ski enthusiasts. The team at K3 Cat Ski is highly praised for their excellent service and passion for ensuring guests have a great time.
We had an epic day with K3. Even though conditions were tricky (no new snow, warm temperatures) they managed to provide really good riding (we were snowboarding) - steep and fun terrain. Guides were knowledgeable and a lot of fun!

Video presentation is not representative of the experience. Instead of wide open terrain most of your day will be spent skiing in the trees. If that's your thing, you'll have a great time, if you are expecting scenes depicted in the video, you'll be very disappointed. The guides are very professional, and although tree skiing isn't my thing, they tried their best to make the day enjoyable. Be sure to ask questions about what terrain you are going to be skiing before you sign up.

Reservations were made months in advance just like any outfit. My group paid for two private days .. my group took all the spots in the cat for the two days for the total of over C$20,000. .. It proceeded to rain and Turn the mountain to ice conditions became dangerous not only in their ski area but also RMR we canceled our total trip .. At this point, I asked for a credit for sometime in the future, I understand that there are costs for running a company as I am a small business owner as well. He refused to issue credit going forward. And obviously refused refunding money my group lost$ 20,000 To this company .Owner Was rude And had no compassion for the loss of money or the poor conditions..Beware that if the conditions don’t allow for skiing This company will keep your money..

Best two ski days of my life!! We had amazing service from the moment we were picked up at our hotel. We will be back!! Thank you K3.

We skied Jan 25,26/2021. What an amazing trip we had!! Definitely the best ski trip we have ever been on. The team that took care of us were top notch (Tim - Lead Guide, Heather - Tail Guide, Natascha - Cat Driver, Kristen - Tail Guide and Sean - AMAZING Chef). A huge thank you to you all. The lodge is a spectacular place to wind down after a great day of skiing. My boys and I look forward to our next booking. Rick, Morgan and Everett Nielsen (Calgary and Kelowna)

What a great company to deal with! Excellent service from the start in with Steph in the office, to the guides Rich (lead) Carmen (tail) Mel (tail) Ben (tail) they were all excellent! You can really tell they have a passion for skiing and a passion for making sure their guests are well taken care of, especially in groups with mixed abilities. They teams were consistently offering a more challenging lines for the stronger skiers and really looking after everyone. Thank you very much!

Very enjoyable experience. If you've never gone cat skiing, I'd highly recommend trying it out. Guides were professional, knowledgeable, organized, safe, and friendly. Guides dictate the tone for the day and Tim, Matt and Kevin (srry if I got the names wrong) were awesome guides. Snow was all time. Light and ultra deep even though it was opening day. Visibility reduction from constant faceshots was real. Terrain was mostly lightly treed. Not sure if this is true for all of the area or if it was due to stability, but avy reports were orange and big avalanches were being skier triggered across western Canada, so it was nice to be in stable snowpack. Some steeps, some mellow. Options existed for everyone: some people meandered down mellower paths while others lined up some airs on steeper sections and sent it. Cats were shiny, new, and very comfortable. Sandwiches and cookies were Damn delicious. Hats off to whoever made the sandwiches, because they were amazing. Transceivers were easy to use and instructions to were given at the start of the day. I would say k3 is perfect for 95% of skill levels. Any beginner-intermediate to advanced intermediate skiers/boarders. True Beginner beginners will prob have too tough a time with the powder. On that note, if you board, make sure to bring your powder board and set your Bindings back... Prob all the way back. If you want some surfy pow and face shots in a great atmosphere, hit these guys up.

The House of Magic escape room provides a fun yet not too easy challenge, perfect for families or groups. Visitors praise the friendly and helpful staff who provide subtle hints without giving away too much, ensuring an enjoyable experience for both first-timers and escape room enthusiasts alike.
On a trip from Alberta and stopped here and absolutely loved it. My spouse and I did School of Magic! I used to work at an escape room so getting to play new ones is always a blast, and the puzzles here were well thought out. Got stumped a couple of times but that’s because the room is smarter than me 😅 I forget the girls name who was working but she was very friendly and helpful and we very much appreciate everything! Next time we come through BC again we will for sure play another room. 👍

Poorly run business with no care for the customer. We rushed down off of the mountain to arrive 15 minutes early for our reservation. There was nobody at the location. We waited for an extra 45 minutes and still nobody showed up. I called three times and sent an email. Finally, I received a return phone call stating that the business owner was out of town on an emergency. She also mentioned that I was not the only one that this happened to recently. She left the business with someone who is incredibly unreliable. I understand that she had an emergency but what I don’t understand is the lack of text, phone call, or email. My 7 year old son was devastated. He was looking forward to this day for a week. He jumped out of the car when we got here and waited at the door patiently. The tears in his eyes when he was let down by these irresponsible people and terribly managed business were so painful to see. I am hurt for him. He wanted me to leave a zero star review. I truly wish I could. My advice for the business owner is to leave it with someone more responsible and trustworthy, or cancel the reservations ahead of time.

Had a recent staff party there and it was a blast. Challenging and fun for a big group to work thru the puzzles, kept you on your toes and was well thought out. Will definitely do it again in the future.

We had a great night at Revelstuck! We've got a group that love puzzles so we did the Jigsaw room. Our room had been built in a really creative way, great use of magnets and lighting to allow players to advance from one area to the next. The host has done a great job of setting the tone for the room as well - spooky lighting and gruesome artifacts abound. Give yourself a challenge and try the Jigsaw room! We were only the third group to finish it in 2022, but we smashed it with 17 minutes to spare. Not bragging😉 It was a great night, get yourself down for a game if you're in the area!

Really nice family owned business! We did the House of Magic escape room and it was fun and not too easy. Had a great time in the room and we nailed it, and after we talk to the owner and had a really nice chat. Perfect activity, specially when it rains!
Amelie R — Google review
Very similar experience to the previous review by Rod. Uninterested staff, lack luster introduction/story. Photos of the laser look impressive but they were broken /inoperable (and don't do anything anyway) broken furniture, a puzzle left open which meant getting ahead of ourselves. Shame because it was well thought out, good puzzles just let down in a multiple areas. While most escape rooms might be one and done, or tourists travelling through/no repeat business, I have returned to Whistler escape rooms 4 times, what they have on offer is leagues ahead of revelstuck.
Jimmy W — Google review
They were late to get started. The woman at the front desk seemed disinterested in her job and complacent of her duties. We were on time, and entered a room that was messy, littered with detritus, and absent of any personnel. We waited for almost 5 minutes before finding the host. Things still didn’t get started for a while and as she was getting started with her uninspired introduction, the phone rang. It was a new prospect considering booking a room and we stood there for another few minutes as she handled that reservation. When she restarted the introduction she couldn’t help but complain to us about their customer base, saying most lacked common sense which is why she needed to give us such basic instructions. Pretty poor first impression, even before we got started. The room and puzzles were ok, but it seemed that a few puzzle features (ie a laser) had at at some point stopped working, but was left unrepaired. One of the clues we were meant to solve was left open, so it wasn’t tidied up after the previous group. Overall, I left feeling like we had contributed to a bit of a neglected tourist trap that wasn’t reinvesting in the experience, which I suppose doesn’t matter much if your market are tourists just passing through and unlikely to return or recommend.
Rod S — Google review
Stopped on our way through Revelstoke. The owners are very accommodating and were able to get us into rooms on short notice and with a very narrow travel window. Played Jigsaw and School of Magic. Both rooms were very immersive and the tech was appropriate and well incorporated. Puzzles were solidly designed and tended to vary from the usual patterns found in Calgary and other larger centers. Owners are enthusiasts and their love of games shines through in the customer experience they provide. We will DEFINITELY be stopping to do the Museum Heist (and any other new rooms they build) whenever we are passing through!

I recently stopped at Victor Lake Provincial Park for a quick break, and I must say it was truly spectacular! The lake itself was breathtaking, surrounded by picturesque scenery. Although there were no designated seating areas, it provided the perfect opportunity to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the stunning views. Overall, this park is definitely worth revisiting due to its magnificent vistas and natural beauty.

Sutherland Falls is a stunning waterfall that offers easy accessibility, making it suitable for all visitors, including those in wheelchairs. The short walk from the parking lot through the gorgeous forest leads to breathtaking views of the falls. Visitors can feel the mist from the falls and capture photos, but caution is advised due to slippery rocks. Additionally, during late September or early October, lucky visitors may even witness salmon spawning in the creek below the falls.
A hidden but short 2 min walk to these waterfalls. Just down a clear flat path leading to these beautiful big and loud waterfalls. Bring a swater if you don't like getting wet and cold from the waterfalls. Enjoy!

Look for “Blanket creek provincial park” sign. You’ll drive few minutes from the park entrance on winding roads to a parking lot. There’s a sign for the waterfalls at the end of the drive. Easy 5 minutes walk to the waterfall. Definitely recommend as this waterfall is more bang for your buck, with almost no hiking to see a wonderful waterfall. When I visited end of May late evening, I was the only one there!

Another of the hidden gems we discovered on this trip to Revelstoke was Sutherland Falls. Sutherland Falls is a short drive south from Revelstoke to Blanket Creek Provincial Park. From there, it’s a short, easy hike of half a kilometre from a parking area to the spectacular falls. The water drops 15 metres to the Columbia River. The amazing views at the falls make this a hidden gem worth exploring. We also spent time walking around the beautiful trails in Blanket Creek Provincial Park. Every path that we were on was flat, well groomed and easily accessible.
Kim L — Google review
Beautiful waterfall and surrounding area. The walk from parking area is short and easy. The water is very fast moving so use caution not to fall in. If you walk through the trees to the top of the falls, there is a lovely, open area of flat rock that would make a beautiful picnic spot or a place to sit and read.
