Visitors can expect to find everything from jewelry and sewing machines to home goods and records. Loved meeting Junker Jan! She is so kind, and has owned the store since 2000. I truly enjoyed talking to her. The shop was well organized, clean, and smelled amazing!! I had so much fun looking at everything.

Super nice owner. Lots of items to choose from. I will be back.
JP T — Google review
We like thrifting and antique shopping, and this place was great. Lots of nooks and crannies to explore. I really liked the outdoor area - cool metal art to put in our garden. And, I especially like that they had a wide range of items price-wise. They had both the unique high priced items of value and 'stuff' you can afford to buy yourself or for a little gift for someone. Hate it when everything is too pricey. Staff was nice. We bought a bunch of 'stuff' and enjoyed the shopping experience!
Joe B — Google review
Love this store and all the great things you will find and recycle. Great American Indian jewelry, cowboy decor and cow hides with Abbie. Wonderful artisans to choose from.

Located in Payson, Arizona, Sweet Country Charm Fudge & Gifts is a delightful stop for those with a sweet tooth. This charming shop offers a warm welcome from local faces and an array of delectable treats that are bound to excite your taste buds. Visitors can indulge in delicious fudge and truffles while also exploring the store's selection of nostalgic candies, toys, and trinkets.
We came in today on our ride back down into Phoenix and of course we had to stop. I wish we would have gotten the name of the wonderful owner. She is the absolute sweetest woman in the world. She kinda reminded me of my grandma, the she talked about her fudge. It was so busy today and she was all by herself kicking butt. Treated each person like an old friend. We just got home and we can't wait to try the fudge we bought. From past experiences we already know the fudge is absolutely Devine. Smooth, cream, and creative. Thank you for such an amazing experience.
Deena C — Google review
Great little candy shop. The fudge is great. I especially love the freeze dried options. Will absolutely go back. Just a quick note, make sure to check your receipt before you leave. I was overcharged. They were great about quickly refunding me. Just make sure to check before you leave.
M. C — Google review
This place was awesome. They had a very good roasted nuts and all kinds of goodies inside, very cute place to stop. Went there with my honey, and we had an awesome time.
Danielle M — Google review
Delicious fudge and truffles! The store has nostalgic candy and toys and trinkets, but the star of the show is the fudge. It’s made fresh and is delicious! The butter pecan and dark chocolate with caramel are scrumptious. I didn’t care for the strawberry cheesecake, but that’s just personal preference. The fudge made a great gift!
Demetria A — Google review
Amazing customer service, and lots of fun options to choose from. The girl at the counter was so nice and personable. But skip the truffle bears 😂
Hahn S — Google review
This is hands down the best fudge you can buy. All of their treats are great but the fudge is where it is at. It's a mandatory stop every trip through payson. As a matter of fact this past trip we made a detour specifically to stop here. That's how good it really is.
Andrew L — Google review
We absolutely loved this place. Linda made us feel like family and was just hilarious. Their fudge was out of this world, and they had a little something for everyone. This place is definitely a gem here in Payson. You won’t be disappointed!!!

We had a lovely experience there. Loved the samples of swirl Gelato which my wife enjoyed. The chocolate chip cookies are delicious. We felt welcomed here, great home country vibe.

If you're looking for a true taste of the West, make sure to visit Bob's Western Wear during your travels. This charming store offers an impressive array of hats, boots, and high-quality apparel that will not only help you fit in with the local culture—especially during rodeo season—but also provide you with lasting memories from your Payson adventure. The atmosphere is welcoming, thanks to Bob and his friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure every visitor feels at home.
Picked up a brand new hat, and I had the poor timing of showing up when they wanted to clean the shaping machine. Despite that, they still shaped my hat and got it to me the same day! Excellent service.
Lou G — Google review
WOW! An amazing store with more amazing people!! From the gorgeous 60s Cadillac in the front parking lot to the beautifully curated hats & boot selections to the lovely and amazing staff! They welcomed us with open arms from out of town, gave my dog a grand tour of the place with complimentary water for my baby and even helped me with my truck that was having car trouble. Can’t thank Bob and the ladies enough! 10/10 recommend if in the area!
Stay D — Google review
Poor service.. th3 guy and young lady seemed more interested in talking with each other then selling boots!
Proud A — Google review
The owner of the store is not a good person, I saved his dog this morning and he yelled at me set it was none of my business, I do search and rescue for dogs all the time for people I don't even know , I have never experienced a reaction like this before, It looks like you wanted to fight Or something, You should have thanked me, At least for the bowl of water I gave him or something, Like I said the owner of the store is not a good person.
J.C. S — Google review
Bob and his crew are the best!! Not only do they have a wonderful selection of boots, jeans and belts…. But the HATS!! WOW!! The hat selection is amazing! Bob and his staff are also the nicest people, very community focused, always willing to lend a hand! He helped me out with a generous donation on a Western shirt, for a Care Center Birthday Gift! Great store, great guy!! Thanks Bob’s Western Wear!!!!!
Barbara B — Google review
Great, friendly staff. Plenty of selection and theres no brick & mortar tax (prices are good). I purchased a pair of Ariat boots for a Christmas gift. The girls even wrapped it for free! I’ll definitely be back!

Nice little store for western wear. Vie was most helpful. If they don't have it in the store, then they can most likely order it for you. Free hat cleaning and shaping. Hours are M-Sat 10AM to 6PM. Got lots of great items

The Copper Needle is a delightful haven for quilting enthusiasts, whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned pro in search of fresh ideas and supplies. This charming shop not only boasts an impressive selection of fabrics but also features unique quilting rulers designed by a talented local artist, making it a rare find across the country. With its well-organized layout and welcoming atmosphere, visitors can easily explore various notions, books, and kits while receiving assistance from the knowledgeable staff.
Finally there is a designer who makes quilting rulers!!!!! I ended up buying four of her templates. I have travelled all over USA and this is the first time I saw these templates and this is her own shop. She has only a couple stores that she sells out there as well. She has a website where you can order her templates. She names her templates after herself, mom and Hollywood stars. A very nice shop that has classroom and longarm. Notions, books, kits and such a helpful staff. 12/24

My only complaint is they're closed on Saturday and Sunday. During the week there are only open from 10 to 4:00. How do working people ever get to go there.

Friendly friendly friendly and oh so knowledgeable. Affordable quilting by Gina. I look forward to the classes, oh and the free monthly demonstrations are a hoot - I learn something every month and enjoy the theater with 95 other quilters. Love this community ❤️
Tom D — Google review
The store contained beautiful material and Brenda was friendly. However, when I asked for help in calculating how much fabric to purchase for a particular size quilt, I was on my own. I guess I am use to shops that help a beginner out.
Ruth B — Google review
First rate quilt shop. Outstanding fabric selection , beautiful palette that is well coordinated. Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, warm and encouraging. Gina provides very good leadership. I would highly recommend it to experts and novices alike.
Anna N — Google review

Carol B — Google review
Anytime my wife can find a quilt shop she is all in. This one was well laid out. Great selection of current fabric lines. Shop offers do-it-yourself long arm quilting machine (after a 4 hour class to learn the basics). She felt welcomed and left with material in hand. She will be returning soon. Thanks Copper Needle!

Today we bought a few home decor items from this cute antique shop. They have beautiful items and they are displayed so nice which makes it easy to shop. We were greeted by this adorable little dog wearing the cutest little dress! Her name is Bailey and she has her own section of clothing in the shop. The staff were very nice, too.

Lydia L — Google review
It's a neat little antique shop. The selection there is interesting. They probably have the biggest outdoor section I've been to in a while. The rooms are very well organized and themed. However, the clerk was rather snappy with us when we went in, and gave us a hard time for leaving empty handed and I don't super appreciate that.
Ben W — Google review
I recently spent some time in this lovely gem of a shop. I was greeted by a very friendly cat & one of the owners. There was such a wonderful menagerie of collectibles, furniture & clothing. The store flows from one room to another with virtually every space containing something inviting to look at or touch. There is a quaint bunkhouse in the back full of more enticing items. I will definitely be returning to this magical place.

Many visitors have shared their delight in discovering one-of-a-kind items that tell a story and evoke nostalgia. The owner, Tami, is known for her warm personality and extensive knowledge about antiques and collectibles.
Such a beautifully curated collection of antiques and Native American jewelry! I’ve been looking for years for the perfect turquoise chandelier earrings, and found them here. The store owner was so knowledgeable about jewelry and even taught me how to steer clear of imitations. I also purchased a pretty large Native American drum. The thing is solid and so fun to play, it’s been a hit at our vacation rental! Great shopping experience!

Tami, was very nice and helpful. She chatted with me and was very welcoming . The store was nice ,quiet and alot of unique items in the store . A great place for Native American and unique gifts .

KIDS ARE NOT WELCOME. There should be a sign saying so. The owner referred to my child as a LITERAL DOG MULTIPLE TIMES. Definitely will not ever return. The first thing she said after walking in was informing us to hold our 35lb child the entire time… We only stopped to give our son a car seat break and shop, wish we knew children were not welcome before stopping in. 0/10 experience. Hope she learns calling children animals is extremely rude. 0 stars if possible.
Michael S — Google review
She was very nice to us as soon as we walked in. She had no problem showing items in displays and letting you touch, as long as you are careful. Great selection of authentic Indian goods. Her pricing is very reasonable, and she runs the store well being the only worker. We returned multiple times and would definitely come again.
Jillian H — Google review
This place was amazing, the owner was very nice and she made my sister and I feel very welcome. Everything in the store is high quality and very genuine, and there is so much variety of items we would walk laps around the store and see cool new things every time that we missed before. Also the prices for everything were much cheaper than any of the other places in Payson. I’ll never forget my experience here and I will definitely return! ❤️

Great place to stop in Payson! Bigger store than it looks from outside. Chocolate covered Nutter Butters are excellent. And Jalapeño Mango Jam fantastic. Shop and sweets.
Kirkdk8 D — Google review
Sampled cookies, pies, bread, peanut brittle and brookies. Nothing special about any of them. Peanut brittle and oatmeal cookies were the best. Chocolate chip cookies and brookies did not taste fresh.

Honestly thought we were just spending a bunch of money on sweets that looked good and cool designs and that you are always disappointed on and toss out ......that WAS NOT THE CASE! The s'mores are killlllller! And don't get us started on the choc cake. I'll be going back FOR SURE next trip and trying everything that sounds cool! And the people are great here!
Brandon D — Google review
Best homemade sweets I've ever had! I do not think I have ever tasted a cake that moist. I don't usually like blueberry pie, but the one I tasted was incredible and I am officially a fan. Worth the stop!
Eurielle — Google review
Stopped in after eating breakfast next door at Miss Fitz. Cool place with homemade sweets and candy and local honey. Pie as well. Also had several rooms of art and what I call nick-nacks for sale. We only had a few minutes so grabbed some licorice and pop rocks and hit the rode but definitely glad we stopped in. The lady at the counter, whom I assume was the owner, was super nice as well. Cool place to check out if you’re in the area.

Wow. If I lived here you’d have to roll me away. I loved the red velvet cake. The chocolate frosting was excellent. Also I bought a wall plaque that was delightful. The owners were so fun that I laughed my way into my pocketbook. Can’t wait to visit Payson again.

If you're planning an outdoor adventure in Payson, Rim Runners LLC is your go-to destination for all your gear needs! This local gem offers a fantastic selection of apparel, shoes, and hiking essentials that will prepare you for exploring the stunning Rim Country. Customers rave about the personalized service provided by knowledgeable staff like Margaret and Honey, who are dedicated to helping you find the perfect fit for your activities.
This is one of the best local shops in Payson and Rim Country. Do NOT let the name fool you, this isn't just a shop for runners. Everyone who enjoys the outdoors and likes exploring around Rim Country needs to at least poke their head into this shop and say hi to Margaret and/or Honey. They are passionate, extremely knowledgeable about their products, and will help you any way they can. Looking for shoes? They got you covered. Area maps and trail recommendations? They can help with that. Quick-grab yummy trail snacks? There's some for you to grab inside. Also locally made stickers, and a selection of sunglasses. Great shop, great staff.
Micah K — Google review
I came here twice when they said they were open and the door was locked. I tried calling twice and received a voicemail to a residential number not the company. I hope everything is okay but at least say you are closed so people stop wasting gas to go to this place. It’s rude and disrespectful, very unprofessional.
Dan D — Google review
Such an awesome store! Honey the manager is super knowledgeable and so so nice. She helped 3 of our 4 group purchase some very needed new hiking/running shoes that we put to the test the next day. Highly recommend this store for the great customer service!
Cara B — Google review
Remember those good ol' days (before Amazon) where you walk into a specially store and talk to an expert sales person who knows their stuff and actually CARES about their customers because they know their reputation is at stake? This store is just as good as all the reviews. My son is taking a backpacking trip through Asia this summer and wanted some good hiking shoes that would work well in a humid/wet environment and we found the perfect shoes. Thank you so much
Azhotmom — Google review
I hiked the Arizona Trail in 2021. My hiking shoes had over 400 miles and the inserts were wearing out. I was resupplying in Payson and stumbled on the Rim Runners store. The owner recommended a particular form of inserts so I bought them. She also is a hiker/runner. The inserts were so wonderful. My feet were very happy for the remaining 400+ miles. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this store!
Alan L — Google review
Just bought my running shoes here for the first time and I won't be going anywhere else. I was anticipating a long process of trying on different pairs of shoes, but Margaret knows what she's doing and had me in and out in less than a half hour. She asked me a few questions about my running, looked at my gait, and found me the most comfortable pair of running shoes I've ever worn, all in my price range! Looking forward to getting back into running so I can come back and buy more gear from Rim Runners. Thanks, Margaret!
Hailey E — Google review
Honey helped me find my shoes that I love! Their name is Altra and they are great for bunions. They have a great arch support, and a hard thing inside so you don’t feel rocks, great for running, hiking, walking. They are wide at the top like our feet are, and no heel so your foot is level. They felt like slippers like she said! I was only wearing sandals that formed to my feet, I couldn't find any other shoe that didn't cause pain since I have bunions and high arches. Also, since I have Multiple Chemical Sensitively, it felt hopeless to find shoes that worked for me. I had absolutely no reaction to them so apparently they don't have harmful chemicals in them either! I have now bought two more pairs. I found my store, found my shoes! Yahoo!

Nestled in the heart of a charming historical town, Noley's - Books, Art & Whatnot is a delightful gem that combines the best of literature and creativity. This quaint bookstore doubles as an art gallery, showcasing local artists' work while offering a cozy café atmosphere with delicious drinks and pastries. Families will appreciate the dedicated youth area filled with toys to keep little ones entertained while parents explore the diverse selection of handmade goods, indie publications from local authors, and unique gifts.
This is a beautiful little bookstore and art gallery that serves coffee, pastries and other beverages as well. I really enjoyed my time here. They showcase and sell local artists art, as well as books, hand crafted items, soaps and more. They have a little farmers market stand near the coffee bar. I did not try any of the beverages or pastries during my visit, so I cannot comment on that, but I absolutely loved looking at all the art. I picked up an original little 5x7 flower watercolor while I was there for only $12, and was very pleased. They also have a knack for curating their bookshelves and seating area to create a fun, vintage ambience. I definitely recommend giving this shop a visit and will return again on my next visit to the Payson area.

My husband and I loved Noley's! The atmosphere was so cool: it had lots of artisan items sold by various small businesses, a small yet satisfying library/bookstore, and plenty of nice seating at the fully stocked coffee bar. The baristas were nice but didn't seem happy to work there - like they have fatigue from working customer service jobs. But they made DELICIOUS coffee and my husband said the dessert pastry he got was incredible. We met a really nice author there whose book is being sold there. The lady at the front cashier was really nice and definitely community oriented. We'll definitely be back!

Coffee, books, records, live music, mini bar, local produce, local artisan crafts, all under the same modern industrial roof! I am now obsessed with this place 😍 I got a maple cardamum oat milk latte and Nick the barista was super friendly and helpful. Browsing the store while sipping was lovely, and I definitely want to return for some live music and evening beverages because it was such an inviting atmosphere!

Noley’s Books, Art & Whatnot is truly one of those rare gems that just stays with you. I was visiting from Las Vegas, and walking into this place felt like stumbling into a magical little farmer’s market tucked inside a cozy bookshop. There’s such a peaceful, positive energy here with local vendors selling beautiful handmade goods, fresh produce displayed in baskets, and a fridge full of homemade juices, pickles, and all kinds of thoughtful treats. You can tell everything here has intention and heart behind it. They’ve got books for all ages, good music playing, and just that kind of warm, creative environment that makes you wanna linger. What made it extra special for me is that my mom recently started carrying some of her crystal shop items here — candles, pendants, tumbles, and spiritual signs. Seeing her work in a place that’s so welcoming and full of good energy made the experience even more meaningful. If you’re ever in or around Payson, you have to stop by Noley’s. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel grounded, inspired, and just straight-up happy. ✨

I popped in here to look around and ended up spending over an hour shopping and having lunch! I was a little nervous to take my 2 year old here having never been and knowing it's a small shop featuring handmade goods but she immediately found the youth area and was busy playing with the toys provided. That alone was amazing, keeping her busy while I was able to shop. They have a great mixture of items for sale, and I found a lot of must haves for myself as well as gifts I purchased for my husband. In the back we found a cafe as well as an area to buy fresh produce. The food was good, but I did feel the sandwich I purchased was very expensive for what I received. 12 dollars for a small sandwich is kinda outrageous. I'm beginning to wonder if it truly is that expensive for a ham sandwich on Ciabatta or if i was charged incorrectly. While everything else in the store i thought was reasonably priced, I was a little surprised to see how expensive the small sandwich was. On our way out, we discovered a class in progress. I was so excited to see they offer different crafting classes! While I don't live here, I do visit often, so I'll definitely have to keep this in mind for an activity.

This gem is a place you can stay for hours, the ambiance is clean, quiet, intricate, and delights all the senses. Had a Rose match with the best milk ever that is local. The records for sale is like jumping into a time capsule of melodies and cultural events that formed us today. They offer local art ranging from books to crafts. A must!!!!

What a great local bookstore and coffee shop. I got a chai tea latte and it was one of the best ones I've ever had. The whole place was such a great blend of coffee shop, bookstore and art gallery. The vibe was chill and artsy. Just a cool place to relax and read a book. A great addition to Payson.
Steven B — Google review
I asked the universe for a cute little bookstore/café in Payson and here we are, lol! Noley's is that piece a quaint, historical town has long needed. A bookstore, an art space that supports local artists, a live music venue, a café with amazing drinks and food (and one that supports its local dairy), and even a little farmer's market. The bookstore actually carries self and indie pubbed books from local authors. The space is wide and welcoming. The staff is awesome too. There's arts and crafts for everyone. It's a great place to grab a book and a drink, and while away the hours. Support a veteran-owned business too.

The Walmart Supercenter is conveniently located on SR 287, north of the SR 260 intersection. It's a one-stop shop for last-minute camping supplies and pet essentials, with a variety of other stores nearby. Despite some preconceived notions, visitors have been pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff at this location. The store is well-stocked and clean, making it easy to find what you need.
Had to make a quick run here while camping nearby after our tent pole connector snapped. Ended up grabbing a 6-pack of Guinness Extra Stout, some duct tape, and a multitool to patch things up. The store had what we needed, and everything worked out fine once we got back to camp. The place felt a little light on staff, but the one employee I did find knew exactly where to point me, so that helped a lot. Checkout was pretty standard, nothing too slow. All in all, this Walmart came through when we needed it.

Yes, camping at Walmart is a thing. LOL! In the last 5 months I have camped at a Walmart in every western state! It is a matter for the cities to decide. I only shop early morning, 7am!! I do not cleanup in the Walmart bathroom's . Walmart employees hate that. Do not try to make friends! Employee's can get fired! Do your business and leave! Do not talk to their customer's. Do not make eye contact! Nobody is there to talk to you! Do not leave messes!!

Stopped at the Payson Walmart before a camping trip with my husky, and it had everything we needed. Picked up extra propane, snacks, and a few other essentials. The store was clean, well-stocked, and checkout was quick. Made getting ready for the trip so much easier. It’s my go-to stop before heading into the woods with my girl!

July 27, 2025 9:30 pm I stop here once in a while. I usually find what I need when I’m traveling. I have a few choices of convenience when I leave out of Phoenix area (when taking this route on my way through to Interstate 40 and passing through Albuquerque). I either hit a Walmart in Tempe or Mesa or just hit the Walmarts on Unser or Alamogordo in Albuquerque. I have found some of the older locals to be quite unfriendly. There may be some valid reason given the growth of the area but as far as the Walmart location… it’s not a bad stop.
ZEPRAT ( — Google review
Nicest Walmart around. We call it fancy Walmart. Clean, no weirdos running around and they have nice items not found in other Walmarts. Now if they'd just hire more cashiers or give me an employee discount for ringing up and bagging my own groceries. Hate to do that. Not my job.

Store is ALWAYS CROWDED. You can go at 10am on a Tuesday and it's just as busy as a weekend. Parking lot is always hard to find a decent spot. At least one thing on my shopping list is always out of stock. I'm so tired of the lazy folks that are still shopping from home 5 years after COVID. If you're old or crippled, I get it. 99% of you aren't. The giant carts take up so much of the aisle and it makes it hard for us peons to shop. The violently white florescent lights fry my retinas and make me question my sanity. The prices for basic goods are still cheaper than anywhere else in town, so I still go here for the bare minimum. Otherwise, Bashas is a much nicer place to shop.

Self check out was backed up with people, only 2 registers open, also backed way up with people in line. I called their office, nobody answered. Left my cart full of stuff with the manager up front. Considering Payson is supposed to be a nice little mountain town...this walmart was the worst I've been to in Arizona
Ronitta S — Google review
To be honest for as busy as this Walmart is, they do a great job keeping things in stock and the store clean. The employees who respect me and my pug Gizmo are beyond amazing. I truly like shopping at Walmart .

I love big lots!! So many good deals, gotta spend time looking for them cuz they're hiding. The only thing I would like to see happen is stocking curtain panels that are"64" in length. Just a suggestion.

The Manager was so great when I called about my Xmas tree. He told me to come and exchange it or get a refund but then he called me back and told me what to do and it worked.!! Thank you so so much for going out of his way to help me.!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏 love the services

Friendly helpful employees with one of the cashiers being really taken with one of our grandsons who just happened to share the same birthday. Different years, of course. Good prices on most everything and we like a lot of their international foods they regularly stock like their German pickles and the various desserts from around the world.

Visiting in town and came across this cool little shop. They had a lot of unique bags, clothing and antiques. The employee Toni was so friendly and very helpful. If we hadn’t of flown in we would have bought more. Definitely worth stopping in.
