A fairly new and very clean outlets mall. It doesn’t have the high end stores as the Premium Outlets Malls southeast of here, but this was on our way home and it has a Tesla Super Charging Station. The prices were just a bit lower than retail shops, but there were plenty of sitting areas and the shades provided a more enjoyable shopping experience.

Fun place for shopping, but the parking is crazy. We visited the Nike Store, Puma, Wetzles Pretzles, and the Levi Store. There's lots of shade, the stores will cool you off, and the over all experience was good.

The Tanger Outlets is a really nice outdoor mall! It has plenty of shade and big fans, which definitely help during the 100-degree weather. There’s lots of parking and a great variety of stores — from Gap, Skechers, Chico’s, Columbia, Nike, Coach, Michael Kors, and more. There’s something for everyone! I also liked that there are plenty of seats throughout the mall and clean bathrooms. If you’re looking for food, the real dining options are right across the street at Westgate Entertainment District.

Landed some rare find at this outlet. Finally found a pair of Crocs I can be seen outside wearing. Also a pair of wide size adidas sneakers for walking. The adidas store here has the best prices I have seen across the country. Free parking on Sundays on the blue lots. So many places in Phoenix are text to park.

We absolutely love shopping at the Converse store. We take advantage of all the coupons and discounts.

The outside mall is nice, I was more disappointed that couldn't find a purse. They just didnt have what I wanted. Lots of shops, family friendly for sure.

This place is absolutely wonderful and fun. Lots of things to do, and if you want to just sit somewhere and relax,you can also do that by the fountain. Water play area for kids as well.

Great restaurants and atmosphere. Parking was plentyfull but can be difficult getting out after events at State Farm Stadium.

Nice place that is foodie galore. A huge handful of the restaurants were Mexican, but they also have Japanese and other flavors there too. There's something for everyone. They have a second floor area too with more fun things to do like a comedy club and places to eat. They have stairs, or accessible elevators or escalators you can take up and down. They also have a steakhouse, theater, and even a gaming arcade. Plenty of parking too. There's also a scenic water fountain.

Always a vibe! Live music, sports bars, great food, shopping, and a fun water show for the kids. Westgate has it all in one walkable spot , a must visit in Glendale!

Always something fun happening. Great location. Lots of food options, more entertainment than you would believe. Car shows, bike night, theater concerts. In the winter ice skating. My scuba diving club has their meetings here every month. Hotels, golf venue, across the street from Cabelas and State Farm stadium. Always non stop.

Tons of stores to choose from. Good for all family members. They have big box stores and a good amount of independent stores. Food court has a lot of selections. Bathrooms are clean & have changing tables. Parking was nuts but it was a Saturday. The only frustrating part was that the mall management offices were closed & I couldn't get the assistance I needed. The Pet Store in there is ridiculously priced. One dog I asked about was 3900.00. The employee gave me a vague answer when asked where the dogs come from(backyard breeders or Purebreed). The accessories are really overpriced.

It’s a massive shopping mall featuring nearly every brand you can think of. You could easily spend an entire day exploring and enjoying what it has to offer. There are plenty of restaurants and relaxation areas as well.

It’s a beautiful mall with a great selection of local brands. The food court, located between the two wings of the building, felt crowded as it is a main thoroughfare, but it offered a good variety of food options. Parking was ample and convenient.

Nice mall that has many stores with only a few vacant spots. New small shops are being added. Plenty of parking. If you walk from end to the other and walk through each anchor store, you cover a mile each lap.

Our first visit. Nice 2 floors Mall. It was not a big Mall but definitely you can find what you looking for. Next to public transportation. Be back.

Great place to walk around. Visionwork eyeglass store fixed my wife's glasses for free. Mall has a lot of neat stores.

Hadn't been there in about 12 years and was disappointed to find many of the antique shops gone replaced with pizza parlors, cheap junk shops or just boarded up. Not the charming place it used to be, doubt I will bother returning in the future.

My favorite new place is the blue corn in downtown Glendale. Glendale has the best shops and very easy to walk around. Love it

I absolutely LOVE downtown Glendale! Such a small town vibe in a huge city! Great holiday events! Awesome unique shops and restaurants. Great place to make some wonderful memories. (An a Pokémon Go players dream! )

Stores are open and so are restaurants. You have to wear a mask. Not a lot of traffic so you can socially distance but enough so it doesnt feel like a ghost town. Typical beautiful small town main street. Antiques, uniques, and boutiques to keep you busy shopping for an entire day if you choose or go several times and never really hit all the stores. Theres also a park, a library, an amphitheater and City Hall. Great free parking. And furry friends were welcome in the stores I went to. On the south side of Glendale around 58th St. Not sure if others are but I went to 4 or 5 stores with Cleopetra and had no issues.

Glendale glitters is gone. The replacement lights are pretty. But it is scaled down so much. Was disappointing to me. But still worth visiting

Great place to spend an evening window shopping.

There is free parking and library is adorable, quaint neighborhood where you can support local stores. Glendale looks like it USED to be a nice town but in reality it seems a bit run down. There are a couple food places that look nice to eat at, but not worth the trip unless you’re close by.

Amazing Experience at Bass Pro Shops – Glendale, AZ! I had a fantastic visit to the Bass Pro Shops in Glendale, Arizona! The store was incredibly clean and welcoming, with well-organized displays and spotless restrooms. When you buy a brand new boat and have to repeatedly bring it in for service.... Great, now it's a 2 month wait for the next available appointment.... I sure am glad I dropped over a hundred thousand dollars on my brand new ranger .... not Don't get me wrong. The guys and gals that work in these departments are awesome people, but there just simply isn't enough of them to get the job's done in a timely manner when it gets busy. The amount of money I've spent on gas and tournament entry fees just for my boat to die out on the water is absolutely ridiculous. I should have never bought a new boat and just kept fishing off my old 1988 fishing boat.

Bass Pro Shop, formerly Cabela's, put on a free catch and release fishing for kids. A lot of kids and adults showed up. My granddaughter caught 6 fishes. It was very nice, thanks.

Great place to buy a bow. They'll measure you. Instruct on how to use it. How to shoot it. Tell you the different parts with respective names. How to adjust various things. Hand placement. Grip. Differences between bows, arrows, tips, etc.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at Cabela's in Glendale. On two separate occasions, I spent my time and money on Uber rides to visit your store with the intention of purchasing specific items that were clearly listed as "in stock" on your website at that location. To my utter disappointment, both times I arrived at the store only to be told that the items were not actually available! This is not only incredibly inconvenient but also a blatant disregard for your customers' time and resources. As a result of your inaccurate online inventory system, I incurred unnecessary expenses on transportation, twice! To add insult to injury, instead of offering any real assistance or solutions, the only recommendation I received from your staff was to visit Shootersworld. While I appreciate the suggestion, it completely misses the point. I came to Cabela's because your website indicated you had what I needed, and I expect a certain level of reliability from a reputable retailer. This level of irresponsibility and the lack of accurate inventory management is unacceptable and frankly, insulting to your customers. My time and money were wasted due to your store's negligence. I strongly urge you to address these issues immediately to prevent other customers from experiencing the same frustrating and costly ordeal. My experience(s) was highly disappointing, and I will certainly think twice before considering Cabela's for future purchases...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. The wait time process was a complete failure, with long delays and no clear communication. To make matters worse, there was noticeable arguing between employees, which added to the chaotic atmosphere. At one point, an employee even lost the keys to the firearms, further delaying the process and causing more confusion. The legal process for purchasing firearms here was different and more cumbersome than at other stores I've visited. Due to the inefficiency and lack of professionalism, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I strongly recommend finding a different store if you value your time and a smooth purchasing experience.

This store is an absolute GEM! The variety and quality of items are magnificent. She has some of your current popular toys (Ty beanies, national geographic craft & science kits etc) and all the classic toys you can imagine. Her variety of Schleich toys rivals all the large stores. She also has vintage books, and other vintage items so you are sure to find SOMETHING (if not lots of somethings) to fill your need! Please stop by this gem of a store, there are so few beautiful locally owned shoppes like this left.

Wow, best customer service I ever received from a store. Strong reason to support small businesses, they are passionate!! Very attentive and kind. My son was needing a replacement teddybear and owner was incredibly insightful, brought to us many options listing their pros and cons.

A small store and not very well organized. But the lady behind the store was amazing. She was sweet and had helped us looking the item the we wanted. She said some of the toys were antique and if you are looking for a nice teddy bear or stuffed toys this is the place you need to check it out. I didn't take a picture because they were almost close when we arrived.

The arrowhead area is such a great place to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping. Everything is clean and well-maintained and if you can't find what you're looking for in arrowhead crossing, you're not gonna find it anywhere else. There's more restaurants and stores and entertainment than anywhere else in the valley.

This shopping center has a lot to offer. However, the parking lot is not adequately lit or lined. The spots and rows are very small.

Clean mall with everything you would expect in a mall. Spent the day looking for bathing suits, we didn't find what we wanted, but we had lunch in the small food court, grabbed some pretzels for dessert, and had a nice time walking around.

The experience was fine, although the tour and chocolates were overpriced and there was no sensory or visual stimulation whatsoever. It was a 15 minute explanation of chocolate history and why their chocolates are the best, but they give many free samples and the service was enthusiastic and fun. In general, it was a nice trip and the popcorn was a fun surprise but it could have massive improvements and the actual taste wasn’t even that impressive. It was good just not as good as they make it out to be or as compared to other places.

We stopped by about an hour before closing. We were the only one there but had a good time looking around. The equipment was all clearly visible from the retail area. They had chocolates and other items displayed to give you a sense of how they produce the candy. I would have like to see it actively producing candy but we came in to town late in the day. I was impressed with the wall displays representing all of the suppliers and businesses the Candy shop does business with. That was a nice touch and showed the respect they had for the partners that make the whole process possible. I’m not sure if it’s normal or just due to the time we arrived but nobody acknowledged us until we approached the register to leave. It would have been nice to get a little help picking out chocolates.

We've visited Cerreta Candy Company several times over the years — for the Chocolate Affair, with the Girl Scouts, and just for fun — and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always kind, helpful, and welcoming. The facility is clean, and it's a joy to see the festive holiday displays throughout the year. We stopped in again today to pick up some BBQ sauce and a gift for a neighbor. It’s always a pleasure to support a local, family-run business that truly puts care into what they do. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Cerreta Candy Co. Ball Bites (Thin Mint Edition) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars - The Most Dangerous Snack Ever Invented. I'm not sorry. First, I need to know who at the Cerreta Candy Company headquarters made a pact with the gods of dessert, because these Ball Bites are pure, concentrated magic. They are, as the prophecy foretold, Thin Mints that have been genetically engineered into perfectly pop-able little spheres. This is no imitation. This is the authentic, dark-chocolate-and-cool-mint flavor you crave, but with a thicker coating and a satisfying, crunchy center. They are not cookies; they are cookie essence, distilled into a bite. Putting a handful of these in your mouth is basically binge-watching a whole season of Girl Scout Cookies in 30 seconds. I now understand why they don't sell these in individual sleeves—the danger would be too great for society. I bought the "sharing size" bag. That was the first mistake. There is no sharing. The resealable top is a cruel joke, a challenge I failed five minutes after delivery. I tried to put them in the freezer to slow down my consumption (a classic Thin Mint maneuver), but then I just stood in front of the open freezer door, shivering, eating them by the tablespoon. Went with some friends. The aroma when you walk in the door brings immediate enjoyment! We paid for the chocolate tasting tour and the VIP experience. The price was very reasonable! I expected the tour to show us the candy making process but it was just the "guide" talking. They did give a few samples and the VIP activity at the end was a simple decorating activitynor taffy pull. A little underwhelming. I just expected a little more. If the video tour had been running so we could see the machines in action before the explanation and tasting, it would have been better. Still the candy is good and there were some cool things like the giant chocolate heart and football.

Fun! We stopped by for a tour and walked out spending far too much on candy! Tours are $7 for just the tour and $16 if you want to make your own chocolate bar. The employees were very knowledgeable and we all (ages 7 to 50) enjoyed it.. especially the free samples. Worth the visit!

We did the factory tour and VIP activity chocolate bar. Topping the candy bar was fun and we got lots of samples during the tour. The only thing I would say is that the "tour" is really standing behind a short wall and being told what the different machines were for that were all partially being blocked from view. They also have a gift shop

The owner helped me put together a custom care package for my homesick college niece, including honey from neighborhood bees and a journal made from recycled materials. This seems like a nice place for gifts. My daughter was really wanting a particular Jellycat stuffed animal. I had a hard time finding it but was happy to find a local shop that had it. I am disappointed though that they put their label on the Jellycat tag and I cannot remove it. Takes away the aesthetic of an authentic Jellycat plush.

Thousands of items you would not expect to find in a store of this size. The owners are informative and very helpful. Prices are reasonable as well. If you like antiquing plan for at least 45 minutes just to take it all in.

Pretty good walmart always stocked and clean for the most part, however I do not like that walmart is the #1 retailer in the world but can't lose a little profit to add more cashiers, and the self service line you have to have 15 items or less that so damn stupid, come on walmart you can afford to pay a couple more cashiers per shit.

Recently I went to this Walmart only because a friend needed to buy an item. The item on the website was supposedly in stock at this store. When inquiring about the item he was told they no longer carried it. Strike one. I decided to purchase some items as well. At checkout I was asked on the touch screen how I wanted my receipt. Usually there are two choices, text or print. Now there is an overlay that almost completely blocks those two choices to force you to choose both print and text. Walmart is trying to force customers to give up there phone numbers to do business with them. Strike two. The customer call buttons at the locked cabinets never work or they just ignore the call. I always have to hunt down an associate. Strike Three. Lastly, Walmart is the only store chain in Arizona whose payment system doesn't have a tap feature so you can't use your phone wallet to pay. So what's the incentive to shop here? None!!

It only happens certain times of day. And IDK who the manager is in duty during this time. Or the person responsible for liquor.. But whoever it is COMPLETELY IGNORES… The alcohol request section. At least 19 of us have been waiting for more than 20 minutes. Every Walmart employee we find says the same thing “I’ll tell them your waiting” the line has been piling up and still no one has come. Absolutely ridiculous. You have lazy managers. Who do NOT care about their job or your sales. Get better. #still waiting.

Nice Walmart! Has more selection than some of the others in the area, although it’s often very crowded. The parking lot shades were removed, which is a big bummer.

I understand that Walmart is a huge store. But what I don't understand is how Walmart CEO can accept bad customer service. I barely shop at Walmart now but since a bad customer service continues I will no longer shop here for anything. CEOs get it together retrain your stuff on how to give proper customer service and how to greet someone. I returned something because it didn't fit the girl looks at me and says well you can take that plastic bag with you and go toss it did not get a Hello how may I help you. It was what do you need? So to Walmart staff you guys are terrible. I hope one day there is a store that'll be bigger than Walmart with better customer service. Because that grows can fall. So to Walmart CEOs don't think that customers will eventually not get tired of your guys bad customer service.

Good selection and services however, very limited smaller inexpensive furniture of any kind. Shelves were filled with stock of foods and housewares. Highly recommended.

When checking out, the mouse came up at a higher price. I was told that I must have read the sign wrong. I went back, took a picture and grabbed another mouse from the bin. Seeing two different brands, I made sure to grab the right one. When heading back to the register the cashiers could be heard mocking me over the price. When I showed them the picture they begrudgingly fixed it while arguing with me. I was informed that, management doesn't care about wrong pricing, it's not the cashiers job to fix or report wrong pricing, and that this is solely my problem as the consumer.

One of the better locations for cleanliness, vagrant free parking lots and better luck finding items in stock. Prices have been rising the past few months and only getting worse. When an item has gone up over 40% over the past 6 months, that's not tariffs, that's corporate greed.

Walmart auto shop is the worst place ever, I went to get my brothers battery replaced because it was dead and he has a worenty for the battery. They said we have the battery in stock but we can't swap it, we will charge your old one instead. I told them no I wanted the new battery since it had a worenty they said ok they would do that then. But 2 hours goes by and then they say some excuse to not give me the new battery saying we can't touch Ford Edge battery do to new policys and the difficulty of removing it from the vehicle. Going to report the location that I went to to the "BBB" since I'm getting jerked around to replace a simple battery I even told them to give me the battery and I'll change it myself but they said sorry you can't do that in are parking lot have to go across the street to change it but then the worenty won't be in effect. Just frustrated with Walmart and how they are treating their customers on simple things. Corporate needs to look into their auto department and make changes so this doesn't happen again.

Loss prevention need to be trained to do their job correctly don’t approach no one accusing them of stealing. I got money no need to steal. Management need to get their worker before a lawsuit happen.

Good Walmart location. Just like the others but I greatly appreciate that it’s near Sam’s Club and Costco and you don’t have to take Bell Road to get here cause it gets so busy and backed up .

This store is really nice they helped me out with my groceries and getting things I needed this really nice associate named Tammy help me out tremendously I have a wheelchair and it's very hard for me to grab things that I need sometimes and she was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed thank you so much

When you get great customer service then I think that it should be acknowledged. While I was waiting to get my tires for my trailer, taken care of I went and got some make up and wasp spray. Anyhow, the lady at the make up counter was very good at her job. Wanted to make sure I got the exact stuff because not every client Puts makeup back in the right place and I said yes I definitely have the right thing. She was very friendly and I appreciate The friendliness and then to the guy that was standing by the door when you come in and out of Walmart by the Salon, he was great. Macy’s at Arrowhead Mall has a strong selection of clothing, accessories, and home goods. The store is well-organized and clean, making shopping easy and enjoyable. Nice discount section on the second floor. They had some good discounts going on, and saw some cheap jackets and tops. I also saw a nice fashionable selection of suitcases. Everything was clean and well-stocked; it was easy to find what I needed. Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.

I have always loved Macy's! In their Bedding section they have the "Hotel Collections". The bedding has little tags that tell you which Hotel they are "imitating" and they are beautiful! My wife worked in several 5-Star hotels when she was in the Hospitality Industry and she really loves this bedding. Turn your Guest Bedroom into a "Ritz-Carlton" and charge your Visitors $125 a night. They'll think they're getting a steal, hahaha 😆.

Manager=Sharon Location =arrowhead Mall I am writing this review because I never thought Macy’s would sell me a fake diamond ring two years ago I bought a ring so I would ask my fiancé or girlfriend. I should say to marry me. It took two years to finally, but before I did, I had the ring tested And they told me the ring was not a real diamond and also not only was it not real but that they sold me at 14 carat as advertised was only 10 carat so I decided to take to Macy’s to see what they would tell me and the manager completely blew me off and did not care in anyway, but I was telling her I cannot believe that Macy’s WOULD DO THAT and even more I can not believe the manager was so cold about it…I did tell her that I was gonna write this review and also contact corporate office, but she also seemed not to care and seem to be extra mean to me for some reason I even told her I was coming to talk to her And I did not wanna be confrontational, but she did not care about anything else coming out of my mouth and told me to get lost pretty much I gotta say that I did have the ring tested at five different locations and all five locations told me that the ring was just a regular stone and not like they sold me and the gold was only 10karat and not 14 karat like it says right on the ring

Update: clearly JCPenney did not actually read my review which they replied to and thanked me for (they called it a five-star review and it was hardly that, a 3-star review because of problems)..... There was lots of stock available, however when I used the central check out there was only two staff members working. It meant for a longer wait, but the associate that served me was very friendly. Large fitting room in the men's wear department. They were clean, however my partner said the restrooms were not clean at all. They could use some extra attention as well as renovation. I bought some shorts that were on sale from $50 to $35, however when I got home and went to order more online I discovered they were further 25% off online only. Frustrating.

Arrowhead location review. I just went this morning as was very disappointed with the plus size department. I was looking for knit, loose fitting capri workout pants. All they had were tight yoga pants. Then I went to look at sneakers. They had some nice Adidas shoes on sale. The only problem was that none of them were priced. Of course when I looked for a sales associate, there weren't any around. Next time I guess I'll shop online.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at the JCPenney jewelry department in Arrowhead Mall. I went in to pick up my wedding band, which should have been a quick process. It literally took the associate less than a minute to retrieve it. However, I was left waiting for 50 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment. I completely understand that she was helping another customer, but good customer service means learning how to multitask, communicate, and acknowledge others who are waiting. A simple, “I’ll be right with you” or “This may take a while, would you like to come back in a few minutes?” would have made all the difference. I was originally very happy with my purchase, but this experience left me disappointed and questioning whether I’d return to this location. Customer service should never make you feel ignored.

Good evening everyone. Do not buy jewelry at JC Penny. I went to return the item with a receipt in hand under 60 days and they refused it. They informed me that it needs to have tags on it. No one at JCPenney has mentioned to me about this matter. I’m out $150 and i feel like I been ripped off here! Beware! Will be closing down my credit card with them. Thank you.

Bre is hands down one of the best salespeople in the fragrance department I’ve ever come across. She really knows her stuff and is knowledgeable about the fragrances she talks about. What stood out the most is how passionate she is about what she’s selling, you can tell she genuinely believes in it, and that makes the whole experience so much better. She’s friendly, patient, and never pushy, which made me feel really comfortable and confident in my decision. I’ve often noticed that salespeople care more about selling the product rather than helping us find what we like. She had a great attitude considering she was working on labor day. If you get the chance to work with Bre, you’ll be satisfied.

I really like the clothes at this store but there is kind of a mildewy smell. I bought several things and have washed them so hope it comes out. They're having a really good sale right now on summer stock. If you like designer clothes this is the place to come.

Seems like Kohl has gone too downhill. Clothes are way too expensive and aren’t trendy with today’s fashion. Couldn’t even find good basics like plain tank tops or tshirts. Shoes were not organized at all. Took me forever to find my size. Men’s clothes & shoes were fairly price. Clearance section sucks for things was a mess & nothing useful. The make up(Sephora) area was okay. Tried to get some help with getting foundation matched, but staff was no where to be found. So I just left. The lines are slow, and nothing is has been priced at the front where the “impulse” items were. Asked a staff member to check on a price for me, and she rolled her eyes and didn’t seem very happy to help. The line for check out was long so I did the self check out & decided to put back an item, & the same lady acted like I was too much work for her.

went in the morning to get help finding a few products for my daughter, and the older woman there I think her name was Brynn was extremely rude, dismissive and condescending when I was asking her for help. I politely asked her to help me find these products because I didn’t know where they were located in the store and she immediately shut me down and told me she was too busy to help me, but then proceeded to go and talk to a different customer. I would’ve tried to ask a different Sephora worker for help, but the other worker had walked out of the store, so I sat in Sephora for 10 minutes waiting for her to finish with the customer before asking for help again. When I did, she still had the same nasty dismissive attitude from before and told me, I just wasn’t looking hard enough. I was honestly appalled by the way that I was being treated because I’ve never seen this woman in the store before and any other time I’ve been to the store the other girls are so sweet and helpful. I decided to wait for another worker to come and help me instead, and when I asked her for the person in charge of Sephora imagine my shock when she tells me that rude woman Brynn is the one in charge. I’m extremely disappointed and have never been treated like that in the many times, I’ve been to the store and personally I believe it shows lack of good leadership inside of the store.

Went in for Amazon return. Quick and easy. Store is super clean and they gave me 20% off my next purchase coupon. Amazon return area is in the very back of store near the customer service counter. Easy to park and get in and out of.

BUYERS BE AWARE!!! I purchased $124 in towels and less than 24 hours I return them and they only gave me back $89. They did not return my full tax that I paid and they said I got a $20 kohl's cash coupon (Which is no longer useful they said). So what's really going on here?! I have to pay for your taxes and your Kohl's cash? and never get the full amount for return? Not paying a consumer full tax they paid Is illegal!!! NEVER! purchase if you are 100% sure you will not return.

Another trip to Kohl's, another disappointment. I've said in the past it's annoying to get an email from them EVERY day with no coupons. I finally get on in the mail, and--wait for it-- the coupon wasn't good for the brands I was purchasing. Lame. The only saving grace was that a manager saw the comment I left a couple of weeks ago, and sent me some coupons that did work. Not much incentive to ever go back.

It’s clean, selection is halfway decent if you are anything smaller than a size 12. Employees are somewhat rude and stand-off ish. I understand the more products you have in a store the better sales are but it’s always crowded and uncomfortable to navigate because of how close all the racks are. Sephora smells up the whole store though so if you’re sensitive to fragrance, it’s rough.

Worst Ross I have ever been to. An employee was blocking the way and my mother said excuse me nicely 3 times. The worker was to busy taking to another employee and when she finally made way I saw the dirty look she gave my mom. I looked back and said, you don’t have to be so rude. She talked back to me. Later as I walked though the store I looked over to my boyfriend and said I wanted to find a manager. She heard me and talked back to me again and stated that she didn’t really care. Later on at the check out the cashier didn’t even bother to greet us or acknowledge us. She was to busy talking to another employee about how she stalked a guy on Facebook. Other than the fact that the employees are rude and extremely unprofessional, the place is a total mess. We spoke to the manager Debbie but she didn’t look to concerned. I find that funny because as soon as i was done complaining about the employee, another women and her husband made a complaint about the same worker.

Three times in a row I have waited more than fifteen minutes at this location. You will often see the manager, an older woman, standing around and refusing to help. When I check out, they have always been courteous, but have a little concern when I mentioned the long wait. This place is in desperate need of a manager who can properly staff the store. Consider the latest line in the photo. I advise going elsewhere unless you're happy to waste time in line.

This store is one of the cleaner Ross's we have been too. Did not look like a tornado had blown through. The shoe department was a mess though and the sizes were mixed and matched.

I would have gave you five stars because I do love shopping at Ross. Problem is your website says you're open at 10:00 a.m. but your store is say 10:30 a.m.

Definitely don’t recommend coming here if you’re black or look a little rough. Very rude lady at the fitting rooms treating customers differently based on looks! I watched her just glance at the lady’s clothes in front of me and give them a number. I put my clothes on the rack, just as many as the lady before me, and she started patting them down for alarm tags. Told me to make sure they were brought back on hangers like I was trying to steal something. It's a hit and miss type store, as their items change almost daily but this time around was all hits! Especially the clothes! Top name brands for amazing deals. My son got a whole new wardrobe for less than 100!

It took so long to check out. They only had one cashier, the slowest cashier ever. Other people were working but they couldn’t bother to help out even though they had a line of about 7 for over 20 minutes and then they rudely call the next person while you’re still paying and they don’t even hand you your receipt. A second person came to the front, I full on exp texted it was to help but no, she saw the slow cashier and line of people and walked away.

There was nobody else in line at self checkout but long lines at the register. I had 14 items in my cart and I went to self checkout. The clerk made sure to let me know that I need to go to the lines. Once y'all open more lanes with humans working to help with the crowd size, I'll start using that. Was declined a cat and jack return.. I’ve been sitting on this a minute. I was told it was just an extension of their 90 day return policy that it’s just extended it to 365 days. Not worn and needed tag. Was also recommended to try another target but why if that’s the policy? I feel like all targets should be on the same page not differ store to store.

This Big Lots is large and well kept up. Friendly staff and good selection. Always like to find unusual condiments, pickled items and discount bread. Blankets, some decorations, and general housewares can also be had there. They have some good starter furniture at low prices; wish they would have had that when we were just starting out.

Wow, I was super surprised to see all the beautiful Christmas decorations, so much to choose from. I spent hours going aisle by aisle. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Amazing savings and an even more wonderful experience.

The manager at this property named Chey is not accepting cat and jack returns. Even though I have the receipt and I'm returning them within the year of being bought. Literally a month after I bought them. She was set on her answer without even looking at my returns. She either needs to be fired or taught the actual policy. We ended up going to a different target where they happily helped us with our returns. We will be speaking to corporate about this.

Recently had my eyes checked at this Target Optical location. I was hoping to get contacts again. Years ago, when I had eye surgery contacts were the best suggestion. I did wear contacts for years until I stumbles upon the comforts of single vision glasses. Glasses aren't the best option as to really do them successfully I'd need bifocals, which I did try and never really understood. Coming to current day I've been wanting to actually see things more clearly. Contacts have so many better options for my vision than single vision glasses. I was told they wouldn't prescribe them. I will be going to another provider. Concluding after surgery in the past and no significant change in my prescription and having worn contacts for years being told they wouldn't sell me contacts was unacceptable. Selling me another pair of glasses, which they were anxious to do, wasn't going to happen either!

Today I had the worst target experience I have ever had. The Store Manager Zac was horrible. First thing is I walk up to him speaking to my wife with a very condescending tone. Telling her “ what don’t you understand about this tag “ . The issue we had was that he was not doing Zoning and had not removed his old tags , also the tags were there weren’t very clear. He was unprofessional and if he is the store manager I believe he should be sent to retraining.

The girl named Yuliana at the register was very rude to me and my husband she rolled her eyes at us while the transaction I also remember her from Daiso and she was not a good employee

I go for the stuff that I can't find anywhere else. The merchandise is always changing. Every time I go I find something new. The purses are my favorite. They even have chairs by the exit for those of us who prefer to wait.

First impression the store was very clean and organized, but pretty empty inside for the size of the store. We don't see any employees until we went to check out with a few things we found and they were all congregated together at the counter. Prices were steep on some things I felt. Two hair clips for nearly $20. Selection was ok, but I don’t think k this is a store I’d frequent .

Aside from the lack of customer service I received following my purchase (as well as lack of follow up, twice), when I returned one of the two pairs of shoes, the associate was rude & off putting - I approached & asked if I could return the shoes & she said maybe, she’d try - I understand that not everything is returnable, but her affect the entire time was belittling…then she kept pressing me as to why - although I’d already told her shoes were not even tried on & the color wasn’t what I’d expected. Then she went over then with a fine-toothed comb (again, I understand, but her affect was like she was doing me a favor but also hoping to find a reason to deny the return)…she again pressed me for the reason for my return, making me very uncomfortable. Finally, after handing me the receipt, she said, “we’re done here” - so impolite…I don’t think I’ll ever purchase from Saks again, as the customer service is seriously lacking!

I shop at this store often and used to have a high review. That is, until our recent experience. My son is in his early 20s and is realizing that he needs to dress in something better than a tee shirt and jeans. He did a lot of research on the type of clothes he was looking for, and knew exactly what he wanted when we came to the store. He asked a man who was working in the men's section where he might find those items. The man talked down to him and told him he'd have better luck at another store! My son was very upset and wanted to leave immediately. The guy made my son feel like he wasn't good enough to shop at this store. Initially I was annoyed, and we left the store to spend our money elsewhere. But it was just now that I looked at their website and saw that Saks DOES happen to sell those items. Who does this man think he is, acting as if my son isn't good enough to shop there, when this employee is an adult man working for minimum wage in an outlet mall??? Please... I think I'm done here. I'm happy to spend my money at other stores. Saks, you just lost a long time customer.

Absolutely fantastic retro store! Not a huge selection of retro games, but overall, a very high quality selection. The retro toys and old VHS movies is awesome. This is officially one of my favorite stores. Highly recommend.

This store was an absolute blast visually and stock-wise. I did not come in expecting to buy anything, but if you are in the toy (or if you want to call it action figure) scene, you know that prices are beginning to almost push extortion levels in the industry, however this place sells older figures at extremely competitive prices. The owner is knowledgeable and extremely kind, and for that I have to say this place is amazing. Highly recommend as a hotspot for collectors, or even for people wishing to browse casually! 10/10

One of our favorite local stops. The owner is super friendly AND a very talented artist to boot. We can usually find a little gem or two every time we stop by. So many cool toys and collectibles that the parents and kids can BOTH enjoy. Plus they always have good music playing!!! A+++

This shop is a local fav of ours. It’s not only replaced the need for a great toy shop for our kids, but it also has our favorite vintage items to shop for ourselves. The prices are absolutely fair whether you are selling or buying. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for vintage toys, gaming or comics! His art is pretty fantastic also, so there’s really something for everyone.
