Hotel
Elisabeth by the Sea is a luxurious 5-star hotel located in Tossa de Mar, offering a beachfront experience with an outdoor swimming pool, garden, and terrace. The hotel's prime location provides easy access to popular attractions such as Platja Gran, Platja d'es Codolar, and Platja de la Mar Menuda. Guests can enjoy top-notch amenities including a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, concierge service, and complimentary WiFi throughout the property.
I had an unforgettable vacation at Elisabeth by the Sea in Tossa de Mar. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations – from the warm and attentive service to the delicious food and stunning design. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, perfectly capturing the charm of the Costa Brava. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and every detail of the experience felt thoughtful and high quality. The location is ideal, offering beautiful sea views and easy access to the beach and local spots in Tossa. I truly loved everything about my stay. This hotel is a gem, and I would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

My stay at Elisabeth by the sea was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, it was clear I was in a true five-star property, where every detail is thoughtfully designed and executed to perfection. One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop pool — spacious, stylish, and offering absolutely breathtaking views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day or enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets. The rooms are large, beautifully decorated, and manage to strike a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made for a truly restful sleep. The spa was another standout — a true sanctuary of calm and relaxation. The atmosphere is peaceful and refined, ideal for switching off and recharging. I left feeling completely refreshed. Dinner was another delightful surprise: expertly prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, and flawless presentation. The hotel staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and highly professional, going out of their way to make the entire experience even more enjoyable. It’s worth noting that the hotel is located on a charming pedestrian street, which means the parking is about 200 meters away. Honestly, it’s a minor detail that’s more than worth it for such a great location — quiet, central, and full of character. In short, this is a truly top-tier hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Alvaro G — Google review
The hotel is very pretty and well decorated with a convenient location by the seaside. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The pool is lovely and I especially loved the spa. However, my deluxe ocean view room was very loud. I’m surprised no other reviews mention this. I needed earplugs and white noise on my phone to block out all the noise outside to be able to sleep. It faces a main boardwalk and parking lot so there is a lot of traffic late it I the night. Something to be aware of and prepare for if you do stay here.
Katie G — Google review
Our experience at this 5-star hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every detail was taken care of, and the entire stay felt seamless. Our room, with breathtaking sea views, was an absolute highlight. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise from our balcony was magical. The room itself was beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious stay. Another standout feature was the rooftop. It’s simply spectacular—elegant, stylish, and offering panoramic views of the coastline. Whether for a sunset drink or just to relax, it was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and attentive service. The entire hotel felt peaceful, refined, and full of thoughtful touches. If you’re looking for a place that combines five-star comfort with unforgettable views and a stunning rooftop experience, this is the one. We’re already planning to come back.

My stay at the Elisabeth Hotel was unforgettable. As a solo female traveler, safety is everything—and when I found myself in a situation where I felt threatened by a man nearby, Christian from the hotel staff stepped in without hesitation. He was calm, professional, and kind, handling the situation with such care and respect. He even walked with me to a safer location, sacrificing his own time to make sure I was okay. That level of compassion and professionalism is rare—and because of it, I’ll always choose this hotel. Beyond that, the hotel itself is a slice of paradise. I spent every day at the spa enjoying the hammam, sauna, and cold plunge. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, with a peaceful view and great ambiance. Food was exceptional—don’t miss the grilled octopus at dinner, it was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. The morning breakfast spread was generous, fresh, and delicious—perfect to start the day. This is a place that makes you feel taken care of in every way: body, mind, and spirit. Can’t wait to return.

From the moment we pulled up in the side street, a staff member came out to assist us with our luggage from the vehicle and direct us where to park the rental car. The staff were friendly and informative and spoke English so that made it easy for us. The rooftop bar and pool are definitely worth going up to as soon as you arrive. We didn't use the complimentary spa hour each. The venue is right on the beach and next door to a street of restaurants along the waterfront. We had one minor mishap with the air conditioning not working. However, we found out upon checkout that we could have called and they can reset it from reception 😅🥵♨️🌡️ We will be back next time we are in Spain 🥰🇪🇸
Ben W — Google review
What’s good about the hotel: Breakfasts are pleasant, though by the second day I was already craving something different. The rooms are decent, and the spa is nice (though not exceptional). For me, that’s where the list of pros ends. What’s bad about the hotel: The price per night is not justified, and here’s why. The air conditioning doesn’t work — there’s no way to adjust the temperature. It gets too hot during the day and very cold at night. The hotel’s location is good in the sense that it’s close to the beach, BUT it’s also right next to several restaurants and bars that are extremely noisy. For example, it’s 10 PM now and loud music is playing. Throughout the night, people are screaming and shouting outside. On top of that, there is constant noise from motorbikes all night long — and this is no exaggeration. The sound of engines is often accompanied by people yelling and shouting loudly in the streets. To make matters worse, you cannot turn off the balcony light from your room — only hotel management can control it. So unless you specifically request them to turn it off (and hope they do), you’ll be trying to sleep with bright light shining into your room through the curtains. This is my second night here, and I haven’t been able to sleep at all. While the noise isn’t directly the hotel’s fault, a five-star hotel should have proper soundproof windows — but unfortunately, that’s not the case. You can hear everything. And since the air conditioning doesn’t work, you’re left with a choice: close the windows and have no fresh air, or open them and stay awake all night due to the noise. There are also no toothbrushes in the room. Overall, it’s boring here — there’s nothing to do. It feels like this place is designed for retirees, not for those looking for fun. CHOOSE A CHEAPER OPTION — DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Dima C — Google review
Service was not good, we were not offered any luggage service (it was offered to other guests) and they not not even show us where to find our room. The lady at the reception welcomed us with „I need your passports please“. Luckily, some of the other employees there where more attentive and made us feel a bit more welcome. Breakfast was very hectic, often we had to ask and search for things like salt and pepper or even spoons. Parking is 35€ a day, the parking lot is very narrow and hard to navigate through. Rooms where spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend it for a short stay - we stayed a week which was way too long.

2Casa Granados Boutique Hotel

Hotel
Nestled in the picturesque town of Tossa de Mar on the stunning Costa Brava, Casa Granados Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem that exudes charm and sophistication. This upscale retreat features seven elegantly designed rooms and suites, each equipped with modern amenities like Bang & Olufsen TVs and vintage coffee machines. Guests can unwind by the rooftop pool or explore the lush gardens that surround this enchanting hotel. The exquisite restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience with creative dishes that tantalize the taste buds.
This is such a sweet unique boutique hotel. The ancient locale lend some quirky elements but it’s just lovely. A garden terrace with a charming and secluded pool. Not on the water but that’s a plus as there are glimpses of the sea but zero noise or tourist traffic. It’s truly the perfect location, seconds from charming restaurants, cafes and markets, and just minutes to multiple lovely beaches and of course the castle RIGHT there. Hotel Diana gets lots of nods and sure it’s lovely too but we were so happy with our choice. The food, the staff, beverages, location - all perfect. Only areas for improvement might be slightly better towels, the linens and robes were perfection in our suites. The decor could be simplified a bit too, the walls and the stonework, the charming shutters, the energy are all more than enough and would shine even more with simplicity. Lastly, as Americans many boutique hotels remove TVs from sight or remove altogether but our suite had two and a genuinely stellar sound system, but more tech than we needed but hardly an issue and maybe a preference by other travelers. I especially loved the legacy of the hotel as a gathering spot for poets and creatives of generations past. Most delightfully was Kayla who oversaw every aspect of our stay and took impeccable care of us all. From tour of the charming grounds, checking our onsite meals to recommending perfect dining spots from the star restaurant on site to other hidden treasures off the beaten path. What a gem of a human! As a small business owner I know how hard it is to find and keep such exemplary employees. Kayla is a true asset to this experience and in her presence I just know you’ll have a magical journey in Tossa de Mar.

Wonderful boutique Hotel nestled close to the Castle walls. The decor is exquisite and the staff including Andrea are very thoughtful and kind. The gardens are amazing and contain a sauna a hot tub and really comfortable sunbeds close to the swimming pool -will definitely return in the autumn. Breakfast too, is amazing as there are fresh fruits and all cooked breakfast are done to order.

Such a gorgeous boutique hotel. Only 8-9 rooms, incredible attentive service, especially from the amazing Andrea. Quiet, beautiful and thoughtful. Stunning high end restaurant. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and piles of loungers. Such a gem.

An amazing hotel. Super clean and very spacious. The staff was very attentive. The amenity area is beautiful. Great pool and great lounge area looking over the rooftops and the water. We ate lunch at the restaurant. The food was superb, Super close to the central old town. We will return. What a fantastic boutique hotel!!!

My wife and I stayed at this cozy little hotel for our anniversary and had an absolutely lovely experience. The room was larger than we expected and we had plenty of space. It's nestled on a cobblestone square with alleyways covered in gardens and flowers. It's close to my favorite beach in Tossa, literally about a 2 minute walk. The restaurant attached to the hotel was the best dinner I've had in all of Spain. I thoroughly recommend this place.
Jared H — Google review
I love this hotel and everything it has to offer. After a week long cycling trip that took us all over Figueres, the costal area of Palafrugll and Girona, we were looking for a relaxing day at Tossa de Mar. The hotel is quirky, but don't take that the wrong way. There are 7 rooms, all with a backdoor that leads you to the hotel's grounds. I took a long sauna, hopped into the refreshing swimming pool, meditated at the self-service bar that had wonderful views of the Med and town. The staff was unbelievable and took care of our every need. I asked them if I could borrow a few wine glasses and they just appeared. The on sight restaurant Can Sophia was fantastic (see my rare 5 star review) as you'd expect from a place like this. My only disappointment is that I only booked this for one night. Be advised that your taxi may have difficulty finding this place given its location, but don't let that change your mind! You may have to walk a little. If you're on your honeymoon, stay at this hotel, you'll thank me many times, especially when you see it...
Hal M — Google review
Unique experience. The best hotel in the area. Small, cozy and cute. Food is fabulous and service great. Very good wine section and fresh food. If you stay here make sure to check out the steam room near the pool.
Camila T — Google review
It was our second time in the Casa Granados and it was again really good. The rooms and the entire hotel are really beautiful, decorated with love and a view for details. But not only the decoration, also the technical equipment is very good, e.g. a Smart TV with Netflix. The breakfast is served in the restaurant of the hotel, which has a very bright and nice ambiance. Everything you need is available, incl. fresh fruits and fresh cooked egg dishes. The pool and garden area is very nice, too, for a relaxing time after hiking or exploring the city of Tossa. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Overall, if you would ask me to describe my definition of a perfect boutique hotel, I would describe the Casa Granados.

Hotel
Hotel GHT Oasis Tossa & SPA in Costa Brava is a family-friendly property perfect for summer vacations. It's just a short walk from the beach and offers swimming pools for both adults and children, along with facilities like a games room and outdoor playground. The hotel features spacious rooms with private balconies, a large outdoor pool, heated loungers, and a gym. While some areas may need refurbishment, the hotel stands out for its helpful staff, reasonably priced drinks, and cleanliness.
We are very satisfied with the hotel. The service and the restaurant were perfect. I can only recommend this place, this is the second time we have booked here. We were from July 1st to July 4th (our room was 437) but our flight was cancelled and our changed flight only left the next day. The professionalism of the hotel reception and luck were such that they were able to give us another night. They arranged everything for us, with great help. In the end, a very tip-top hotel. I can only recommend it.
Dávid M — Google review
Just returned from a week here. It's more catered towards couples than families I'd suggest personally. Nice pools and gym facilities. Rooms are a little bit dated and cramped for our liking and the exterior balcony is very small. Maids were excellent cleaning on a daily basis and very clean with the tidy up staff at meal times. However we were slightly let down with only having 2 lifts for a busy hotel it often took time to get to meal times and back to the room again. The lobby bar drink service was the biggest let down, very lazy staff and poor quality alcoholic drinks. I'd recommend this hotel for couples that like to walk into town or utilise pool and spa facilities. Other than that I think there's better value for money in Tossa de Mar, we looked at Golden Bahia before we left and we were very impressed by what it offered.
Patrick M — Google review
We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The food was very delicious and varied. The seafood and live cooking were especially noteworthy! The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and quickly found solutions to any problems.
Krzysztof C — Google review
The Hotel staff are excellent and a credit to the hotel. Our room had a tiny balcony with zero view (literally). Breakfast had a wide choice but the hot food was very repetitive and became an issue. A gym would be an excellent addition. Overall would probably return, but mainly because of the staff and location.
Outlawajamundo — Google review
This hotel was a hit! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the food was fantastic – varied, with something for everyone. Besides the buffet, there was also live cooking and themed dinners, such as fish and seafood. The beach is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel has an outdoor and indoor pool, and you can also work out in the small gym. The entire facility is well-organized.
Małgorzata J — Google review
The hotel is pretty average. There was no kettle or glasses in the room, which was a bit annoying. The room was cleaned every day and towels were replaced, which is standard for this type of hotel. Breakfast was the same every day – the usual stuff like bread, cold cuts, cheese, some veggies and fruit, milk soups, and pastries. There was also a live cooking station with eggs, bacon, beans, and pancakes. Dinners were more varied. During our stay, they had things like pizza, fish, burgers, quesadillas, and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Outdoor parking costs €17 per day, the spaces are really tight. Unfortunately, there were some problems during our stay – there were power outages, which made it hard to get out of the parking lot (not able to open the gate manually), and one whole floor was flooded. The hotel didn’t handle it very well, and the hallway smelled musty afterwards.
Anna W — Google review
Very nice hotel. Our first visit to a family hotel for many years. Our first holiday with our two year old granddaughter, so a little bit different for us being surrounded by children. The hotel feels very modern and bright. Immaculately clean. Rooms were very comfortable although lacked storage space. As we were only there for a one week, this was not really an issue but worth a mention. Kids entertainment staff worked hard at the mimi disco. My only negative comment would be the bar service. Particularly lunch service. Eg . Over one hour between serving the first of four meals and the last. I felt the older staff in the bar weren’t particularly friendly. The food was ok with plenty of choice. Especially the salad selection. All in all we had a nice holiday.
Keith S — Google review
We have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and here is what I can say: - from he first night we found the dirty bath with somebodies hair and even if we told about it the same night the situation hasn’t changed and the next day the situation remained the same; - there was no ventilation in the bathroom and after 2 min of showering the bathroom is super humid and impossibile to stay in; the door does not remain open so you will have sauna effect in 2 min - you can hear all the noice around especially when they do special evening so it is not possibile to sleep until midnight and even at night you can hear everything; literally the guy who is snoring or somebody is peeing - SPA is only a name because Inside it is embarrassing and the only sauna has a strange smell because they put plastic inside - And the LAST but NOT LEAST the massage! DONT do it because they will just put oil on you and do some useless moves that you can do yourself; KOBIDO massage was the worst because IT WAS NOT KOBIDO but just some face moves with lots of oil so totally useless and not worth it! HOTEL is NOT recommended at all!

Nestled in the charming coastal town of Tossa de Mar, Gran Hotel Reymar is a luxurious retreat that promises an unforgettable getaway. This upscale hotel features beautifully refurbished rooms, many boasting stunning sea views and equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests can indulge in exquisite dining options at several on-site restaurants or unwind at the inviting Reymar Spa, where rejuvenating massages and body treatments await.
We overall had a great stay here with the whole family. The garden suite was spacious for having children and the hotel accommodated with baby bed and bedding. The rooms are a bit outdated but decent. The location is incredible, short walk to the beach, diving school, restaurants, and snorkeling areas. We loved having the small playground area and pool. The gym and spa was wonderful and our massages were great. We really loved the breakfast and thought the selection and quality was good. The dinner and bar food at the hotel was just average. Service was great, although some of the front desk staff could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. Overall we would come back. Especially recommended for families who would benefit from having everything you need at the hotel and all sites and attractions nearby.

Clean and upscale hotel. Three friends shared one room and the room was great (clean and had a balcony). Con is the staff are not friendly and helpful. We came for a wedding. The night before we wanted to know if there was a way to quickly get to the main town without walking and were told no, there are no taxis. Later our friend told us there is a shuttle to the bus station, I thought the front desk staff should've thought of that option as we clearly said we are coming to a wedding. Why couldn't the shuttle bus take us? One night I asked for an iron in Spanish and was told to call back at 8 am. At check in, we were never told about the breakfast. We missed the breakfast that is "always included" because they assumed we knew from our booking. The front desk staff was curt and said it states clearly in the booking. If you are like me and book your hotels a season before for other people and then never look at it until the time you have to walk to your hotel, it's not helpful. Just tell me at check in what I need to know. At breakfast the staff are tired and confused on the ways of North Americans. I was told I'm not supposed to take a new plate and cup each time. A solo person at breakfast and post COVID environment, it is not hygienic to take your own plate to the buffet. For an upscale hotel in a location that is starting to get a lot of tourists, training of your staff in the ways of hospitality from all cultures would go a long way. Great hotel, just try not to talk to the front desk staff as they are not helpful.

Good hotel with perfect location The hotel has a great location — two beaches are just a short walk away. One is smaller and perfect for families with young kids, and the other is bigger. Everything in Tossa de Mar is within walking distance. Special thanks to the staff — they were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Definitely five-star service! We stayed in a family room, which was a good size and had a separate bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit old, and during our stay the in-room jacuzzi didn’t work, but we understood that some rooms have more modern bathrooms. The only downside was the breakfast. The only fresh vegetable available was tomato, and the cheese was not always fresh — although the staff replaced it immediately when we mentioned it. Overall, we had a good experience.
Liubov K — Google review
I have given the Gran Hotel Reymar 5 stars for rooms, service and location and if I could have given 6 stars I would have. The staff were excellent (happy, attentive and very helpful), the rooms were clean, tidy and well maintained as were all of the public areas. Sitting atop a rocky outcrop you get stunning views of the castle and old town as the sun goes down. Perfect! Oh, and they have private underground car parking.
Neil A — Google review
The staff are very helpful and friendly. That's a big plus. The rooms are okay. However, the biggest problem with the hotel is breakfast. There is one coffee machine, one water and juice dispenser, and one toaster for the entire hotel. The queues were long. On the second day, the ham was stale and the scrambled eggs also differed in smell and taste from the previous day. The fruit was the tastiest thing. There were no vegetables. The curfew wasn't enforced very strictly either. Doors were slamming all night long and the guests were very noisy. Personally, a big minus for the water in the pool, which is freezing cold.
Dorota S — Google review
Lovely place, room is clean and well appointed (is that the right "Nobby" term for functional and comfortable?) appears to have been refurbished recently, pool is good but not heated and in September is a little chilly at first. Bar and house staff have all been lovely, helpful and friendly. Fantastic views from the restaurant, especially at breakfast with the sun over the sea - right outside the window.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and the dinner in the restaurant was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Review: Great location, but a disappointing stay We stayed at Gran Hotel Reymar in Tossa de Mar, chosen for its excellent location close to the beach and town center. That turned out to be the only real plus. The A/C worked well and housekeeping kept the room clean. For €400 per night we expected a genuine four-star experience, but it wasn’t. The bathroom is very dated, and the room overall didn’t feel four-star. We also had technical issues: room key cards failed repeatedly and the lights cut out more than once. Pool area: guests “reserve” loungers early with towels and staff don’t intervene — not a four-star vibe. Service was the main let-down. At checkout no one asked how our stay was; we only got a curt “You have to pay drinks.” The older ladies at reception were particularly grumpy and unfriendly. The younger receptionists weren’t great either, though at least they managed a polite smile. Positive exception: the valet/parking attendant was friendly. There were also extra charges with poor communication. Parking is €21 per day for a basic garage. The padel court is pricey and not at Spanish rates: in Spain ~€20 for 1.5 hours is normal; here we paid €54 for 1.5 hours. No equipment included; we were only loaned three very soft balls. Bar drinks and food are also expensive. We only discovered after leaving (from the website) that a bottle of cava should have been in the room on arrival — we never saw it. Bottom line: beautiful location, but service and value disappoint and this is not a four-star experience. We wouldn’t book again.

Hotel Mar de Tossa is a laid-back property located in the center of Tossa de Mar, offering unfussy rooms with air conditioning and city views. The hotel features a poolside bar and casual buffet dining. Nearby attractions include Chapel of Mare de Deu del Socors, Vil-la romana dels Ametllers, Moorish Tower, and Tossa de Mar Beach.
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Mar Tossa. It’s in centrum and close to the beach. Room was simple and clean. Staff is lovely and helpful, especially Agnes who arranged us an extra night and even though reception was busy she still made time to help us with all our needs. We will definitely return next year!

Centrally located at the heart of the tourist area. Easily access to all amenities, hence it can be noisy. I won't say the front desk staff were not friendly but lack the warmth and being attentive. I thought this is importance in the service industry. Hence the hotel has a lot to improve in this area.
Vincent A — Google review
It’s cheap - you get what you pay for. I’ve never experienced such thin walls in a hotel - it feels like you are having a party with the neighboring rooms and the cleaning ladies in the corridor. The pillows are totally flat, the blankets are gross and dusty, the bed is tiny and uncomfortable. Put the extra 20€ and get something better. Adding a star cuz was friendly and pool area to chill was good vibes.

Excellent holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed. Only downside was the breakfast, still good though, Highly recommend, 4 minute walk from the town, and the town is beautiful. Loads of shops and an ideal place for a nice getaway. 4/5 ⭐

I stay there every summer but this year my room wasnt good, no A/C did not work, old and not to clean bathroom, I think they must update bathrooms and furniture in general, too old. Every year my room got worse. Instalations and reception are better than rooms, but staff, very kind and helpfull always.
Regina S — Google review
Clean room and attentive staff (Reception and also cleaning personnel). Couldn’t ask for more for such a good price (GBP 40/ night). The place is also well located at 6-7 minutes walking to the beach and Tossa’s centre with great places to eat and drink.
Cristian C — Google review
Brilliant for such a low price- pool smaller than expected and a good idea to avoid the fish, however the air con was a life saver and balcony was a good size. Walls thin so if you're unlucky enough to be there whilst a school is, such as mine, you're unlikely to get any sleep till they do. Overall, great for the price.

rooms clean and tidy,no bar and no restaurant, car park a bit to far away and you pay 28 euros per night, fairly close to beach ,but for the money its ok,very nice helpful girl on reception

Hotel Vila de Tossa is a charming property located in the heart of Tossa de Mar, just a short walk from the beach and various attractions. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with amenities such as air conditioning, satellite TV, and minibars. Guests can enjoy the rooftop terrace with a hot tub and take advantage of recreational activities like snorkeling and diving nearby. The hotel also features a restaurant serving delicious meals.
Great location, decent rooms, only thing is that there was no reception desk open in the hotel but this might have to do with the time of the year?

I don’t understand how this hotel has good ratings. Service is non existent, rooms smelled, were dirty and crappy and nobody would answer our questions. We got stuck for 40 min outside waiting for thd code to get in. They lied about storing our luggage. Horrible experience with disguisting rooms. Don’t book there!!
Génération N — Google review
Rooms are decent but service is non existent. There's no one at the reception as everything is done virtually. I had to wait by the door of my room for over 40 minutes until I got the code to get inside. The only way for service is through a WhatsApp number where the person on the other side lacks any will to help you, sometimes taking more than an hour to reply a message that you had replied them in seconds. Also my room had terrible Wi-Fi signal which was a pain given I had planned to work from the room. Do not recommend.

The journey to reach Mirador de Tossa de Mar is accessible via scenic hiking trails that meander through beautiful landscapes, providing ample opportunities to pause and soak in the views along the way.
A fantastic spot for anyone visiting the area. The views of the sea and the town are absolutely stunning, and it’s a great place to take in the scenery or snap some photos. It’s especially nice at sunset when everything is bathed in golden light. The walk up is easy and definitely worth it for the peaceful vibe and the beautiful outlook over the Costa Brava. A simple, relaxing spot that offers some of the best views around!

The Manà Manà Hostel is a budget-friendly, colourful hostel with dorms and private rooms just a few minutes' walk from the beach in Tossa de Mar. The friendly staff are available to offer advice on attractions and activities, and the terrace at the top of the building provides great views over the town.
Such a lovely hostel!! Each staff member is SO kind and the family dinners were unmatched. Such tasty food each night and so much food - you never leave hungry ! A great location and the terrace up top is such a wonderful place it’s relax. Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you lovely humans 🌟❤️

My partner and I spent a week at Mana Mana and we really enjoyed it! Clean, well-equipped kitchen, gorgeous terrace. They offer 6 euro breakfast and 15 euro dinner every day which I personally didn’t do, but you can still hang out with the people eating and it’s a great vibe. A few people we met ended up extending their stays because they liked it so much. Very social and friendly with guests of all ages. I got my laundry done for 5 euros, and they even hung it out to dry for me which I really appreciated. The staff were so friendly and genuinely cared about you. It’s right in the middle of the tourist center— everything is within a few-minute walk. The only downside is the wifi isn’t great. Being the only hostel in the area it’s easy for them to get away with subpar quality, so I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent value for the money. I would definitely come back!

Nice hostel! Roofterrace with a great view above the city. Overall very clean facility including a well equipped kitchen. The only shared showers are on the first floor which is not too much of a big deal. The managers are really nice taking to! Thank you Fernando and team! Viva Argentinia 🧉 🇦🇷

Mana Mana is a great place. Stayed there for two nights and wished I could have stayed longer. Its got a nice rooftop with a small bar for beer and cocktails, and everything is clean and tidy like you want it to be. But most of all Pablo (the owner) is a very sweet guy and a great cook!

So beautiful!! We extended our stay many many times cause we loved the staff and the location! Fernando did tell us he would go to Karaoke with us and then said “whattttt I didn’t say that” and then made best friends with two new girls!! Sooooo betrayed but besides that everyone was amazing!!! (We love you Fernando 🙄) and definitely eat the dinners!! Pablo makes amazing food!!! This place really was amazing!! We loved everything about it, definitely want to come back in the future! If you’re considering staying here, do it!! Amazing!

10 stars all around 🙏🙏 Fernando is the GOAT, he's the most funny, friendly, and welcoming staff ever. And Pablo cheffed up some scrumptious paella on our last night! I 100% recommend attending the family dinners, we met the most amazing people from all around the world. I've never met such a friendly and welcoming crowd in a hostel. The hostel itself is conveniently located in the heart of Tossa, making it the perfect beach getaway. The vibes at this hostel are unmatched. We absolutely loved our experience, and hope to visit again in the future 💗

Guests can enjoy picturesque views of the inner courtyard, mountains, and city. The property also provides easy access to Platja d'es Codolar, located just 100 meters away. Excellent service, delicious breakfast! There are other fruits too, orange juice, milk, yogurt, avocados, walnuts, hazelnuts, more pastries, etc etc. 2 minute walk to the Es Codolar beach and the beginning of Camino de Ronda hiking trail toward Lloret de Mar. 2 minute walk to a row of restaurants as well

Great 3 day stay in Es Menut located in old town of Tossa de Mar. Although small size rooms everything else is fantastic on this stylish Hostal chain: location close to everything old town, restaurants, lighthouse and castle, beaches. Great breakfast. Rooftop terrace with sea view. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend a room with balcony. Went to another hostal from the SALAT'SHH.

Pros: right next to the playa and castle and rondo. Cons: Tiny small rooms with zero place for your luggage. Shower is a built in the corner of the room a coffin. No refrigerator in the room. The air conditioner turns off on its own without your control. Breakfast says until eleven but they stop replenishment of lots of the food much earlier. As you can see from the photo when they cleaned my room they put my shoes on top of my suitcase which is unhygienic and uncouth. Verdict: Go elsewhere with your euros.
D. D — Google review
The location is fantastic if you don't have lots of bags. It's located in the pedestrian only part of town so you have to park a good distance away. They do have a closer spot you can use to drop off your stuff, but you still have to go up and down some stairs and cobblestones to get to it. The parking is also VERY tight. Once you're settled it's a great location to explore the town. Very clean, great service. I had the single room which was only OK to be honest. When compared to other single rooms I stayed in on my trip - this one was the tightest. Very little space to get around the bed, and nowhere really to put your bags. The bed itself was comfy enough, but creaked like crazy. I wanted to love the place as it was the most expensive of my trip by far - and I loved the location - just not so much the room.
Julie F — Google review
Beautiful and clean boutique hotel in the best part of the Historic Center. A minute walk from the beaches, castle, and many restaurants and cafés. The shared rooftop terrance looks directly at the castle and ocean — purchase a bottle of wine and enjoy the view at sunset. I will definitely return when in the area

What a beautiful place—everything went so smoothly. The location is perfect, tucked away in a charming little lane. (If you’ve got big suitcases, it might be a bit of a challenge, but that’s just part of Tossa de Mar’s charm.) Check-in was super easy—everything’s digital with a code, really convenient. They even provided still and sparkling water, which was a nice touch. We had the balcony room on the top floor, and the view from both the room and the terrace was just lovely. The room isn’t huge, but it’s just right. Strong water pressure, everything worked perfectly. We’re really glad we stayed here for the night! Highly recommend it 😍 If you’re driving, call them first! We arrived 20:00 so there was no parking anymore, had to park perhaps 10 mins away at a parking.

Great location, right next to the wall and a beach, you can connect your phone to the smart TV for Netflix. Only thing is.. the walls are paper thin, you can hear people walking up and down the stairs/chatting in the hallway, the wifi was out for a day and also the breakfast being $50 CAD for 4 days even though it was doll sized portions and no eggs (but VERY yummy nonetheless) wasn’t sure if it was worth it, then again there are no cafes nearby, and breakfast is 8-11 so you might as well buy it. Other than that the rooftop is beautiful as well as the room. Had a lovely time here I already miss it and would love to come back again :)

Embark on your journey through this enchanting village by exploring Vila Vella, a captivating former medieval fortress often referred to as Castillo de Tossa de Mar. Nestled in the historic core of the city, it offers breathtaking views of the sea. As you wander through its ancient walls, which date back to the twelfth century, you'll discover delightful cobblestone streets lined with quaint shops and inviting restaurants that showcase delicious local dishes.
(Translated by Google) As a family of five, we went to Tossa de Mar for a day trip – and it was absolutely worth it! The small, winding streets with their cute shops have a very special charm. But even more beautiful was the old town with its impressive castle ruins. This is a real highlight for anyone who loves historical sites and beautiful views. The old castle, right on the coast, is not only architecturally fascinating, but also has a stunning natural setting – it's very impressive how well preserved it is! One small downside: From the beach, the view of the castle seems a bit less idyllic due to tourism – a bit of the atmosphere has been lost. Overall, though, it was a really great trip that we would definitely like to repeat sometime!

Muralles de Tossa de Mar, also known as Vila Vella (Old Town), is a historic 12th-century castle with well-preserved fortification walls and numerous towers. Originally constructed under the control of the Benedictine abbot Santa Maria de Ripoll, this iconic structure provided protection from enemies with its strategic location on Mt. Guardi overlooking the sea and surrounded by steep cliffs and city walls.
Beautiful views over the sea & Tossa de mar. Good coastal path to follow with safe platforms for photographs & beautiful viewing . Natural plants & trees and shaded areas. It's quite a steep climb by steps or easier but slower road to the cliff paths.

A quick photographic opportunity on a flying visit whilst exploring the Costa Brava. We parked about a 10-15 minute walk further inland, stopped for an ice-cream, which considering it's the height of the peak summer season was at a price one can expect €9 for two ice creams and a bottle of water. The beach was crowded. So we decided to walk around the castle walls and take a couple of photos.
Ben M — Google review
A must-visit historical site, rich with culture and stories from the past. The area is lively and full of charm, with plenty of souvenir shops, ice cream stands, and restaurants—perfect for a relaxed day trip. K-drama fans will especially appreciate this spot as a famous lookout point featured in The Legend of the Blue Sea (Lee Min Ho, Jun Ji Hyun) We were lucky to enjoy the stunning scenery on a beautiful day, which made the experience even more memorable.

It's not a particularly special attraction, and the beach along the coast isn't very long or large as compared with LA, Thailand or others. There are a number of restaurants and small shops, though. Honestly, it's definitely not a must-see. If you have more time in Barcelona, it's worth considering.

What a picturesque place to be . Very easy uphill hike . Well marked . Amazing views of Mediterranean Sea on your left and beautiful beach line and town on the other , you just can’t miss this lovely hike. Carry some water , hat and also a light jacket . We went around 17.30 and it was a nice sunny day of 15th May 2025 . Yet the wind on the top was so gusty that I had to put in my hoodie to keep myself warm . The weather was pleasant but wind will sweep you off your feet. You see great views from top and also cute village lanes to walk at some points. You will come across beautiful statues and also the light house. The lighthouse opens in stipulated timings . We could not enter but see from outside . Views from that point are extra ordinary. Spring brought several wild flowers blooming and made the views and rocks look more beautiful

Tossa De Mar is a classy town, and if you go, amble through the streets and then ascend by the steps in town or by the beach. The climb is steady, and there are stunning views all round. The lighthouse at the top is well worth the extra steps with the stunning vista at the top is unforgettable.

Platja Gran is one of the three main beaches in Tossa. It's located next to Villa Vela, the old town, and offers a stunning coastal experience. La Mar Menuda Beach is a bit more touristy and offers sports equipment for rent, while El Colador beach provides a relaxing sunbathing spot behind the walls. The town also boasts nice restaurants and late bars catering to tourists.
If you're looking for a little getaway from Barcelona, this place is absolutely worth it! Just a quick 1-2 hour trip, and suddenly you're in a dreamy seaside town with crystal-clear waters and the most peaceful vibes. It's super easy to find a quiet beach to relax, soak up the sun, and just forget about everything for a while. Plus, the whole town is walkable, and there's so much Catalan history to explore along the way. Whether you're here for the beaches, the views, or just a break from the city, Tossa de Mar won't disappoint! 🏖️🧘‍♀️

Breathtaking Beach with History and Heart Platja Gran is hands down one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Brava. The setting is absolutely magical — soft golden sand, crystal-clear waters, and the medieval castle of Tossa de Mar rising just above the shoreline. It feels like stepping into a postcard. The beach is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to grab a drink or some tapas without leaving the sea view behind. Families, couples, and solo travelers alike will find something to love here. The real charm is the blend of natural beauty and historical atmosphere. Watching the sunset over the castle walls is something you won’t forget. A must-visit if you’re anywhere near Costa Brava — peaceful, stunning, and unforgettable.

Platja Gran is the main beach of Tossa de Mar and one of the most iconic spots on the Costa Brava. Perfectly framed by the turquoise waters of the bay and the medieval walls of the old town (Murallas de la Vila Vella), it offers a postcard-perfect setting that blends history with natural beauty. In the summer season, it can get very busy—unsurprising given its central location and charm—but there’s usually still space to lay down your towel if you look around. The sand is the typical coarse-gravel texture found on many Costa Brava beaches, comfortable enough for sunbathing and great for keeping the water crystal clear. Its location right next to the promenade means you’re only steps away from cafés, restaurants, and shops, making it ideal for a full day out. Whether you want to swim in calm waters, take in the incredible views, or enjoy a leisurely seaside lunch, Platja Gran is a must-visit when in Tossa de Mar.
Bart — Google review
Coarse and abrasive sand, but still worth visiting. Beautiful vista. Mountains surround the beach. Young crowd. Best to bring water socks. The beach is adjacent to food & drinks. Beach has a volleyball net. Chair & umbrella rental options were not spotted while I was there.
Adam H — Google review
The beach is very picturesque and is located in a bay. There is a large number of places for towels, and it is also possible to rent sun loungers. There is a parking lot nearby for 4 euros per hour under a barrier, we parked the car in the blue parking zone, which can be paid for using the Telpark app. The beach is not mixed, but small pebbles, the entry into the water is pleasant. The water temperature is refreshing and slightly lower, compared to Barcelona and Salou. There are quite a lot of nudist girls on the beach, so if you are traveling with children, think twice. If you are a single man, you can not think) Near the beach, enough cafes and a grocery store with a good selection.

RESTAURANT BRASERIA BERLIN is a phenomenal place to enjoy mostly Catalan dishes in a no-frills setting. The friendly and efficient service, often in English, adds to the value for money experience. The menu offers a mix of Catalan and international dishes, with highlights including melon with jamon, grilled asparagus, and Galician octopus. While the cava sangria may be underwhelming, the reasonably priced drinks make up for it.
Phenomenal place to eat mostly Catalan dishes alongside locals. The servers are often busy but are kind and most speak English. Highlights of the meal were the melon with jamon, grilled asparagus, and galician octopus. The cava sangria was the only underwhelming thing--too sweet and lacking bubbles. Also, you may get stuck around a lot of smokers if you city in the outdoor area in the back.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! Excellent service from friendly staff. The food was by far the best I've had in Tossa and also the cheapest (four courses for only 10.50 Euro) with very reasonably priced drinks as well. I would highly recommend.

I can only say "wow" after having had lunch here last Sunday. No frills place but amazingly efficient and friendly service that went out of their way to please and help. Value for money, one of the best restaurants ever. Basically Catalan cuisine but with some international dishes like goulash or chicken curry that we did not taste. We had a very good lunch for 3, with lots of beer, for EUR 74. Two à la carte, 1 set menu which at EUR 10,50 was very good: gazpacho, ham and melon, pork schnitzel and two scoops of ice cream. À la carte: croquettes (amazing portion, delicious), BBQ'd iberico pork, fish terrine, and mixed fish and seafood platter (which at 18 EUR included three small prawns, some clams, mussels, some sardines, a chunk of hake, some monkfish...you can't get better value for money if you buy from your fishmonger and cook it). Honest, family-driven, well executed, true to its origins. Go there.

I had a great time at Hotel Restaurant Victoria. This came after a horrible check-in at a different hotel in Tossa de Mar. Within 1 hour of booking the room, it was clean and ready. First, the location is stunning, right on the beach. The staff was super attentive and went absolutely out of their way to help us on our stay. They provided us with an early breakfast when we had a tour and helped with special requests. All I can say is that the staff was friendly, rooms clean, air-conditioning cold, and it was an amazing stay for the price. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Tossa de Mar, don't fool around with hotels away from the beach, stay here.

For the price this hotel is near perfect. Great location, views of the sea, surrounded by restaurants, etc. Besides the very small room that I wasn't expecting, the only area that could have been better was the breakfast that is included in the price. It was a continental breakfast, which is fine, but two things could be added which isn't that much: hard-boiled eggs which would add a little more protein, and chicken/turkey cold- cuts, for those who are trying to avoid pork products. They could think of this improvement as a way of enticing their hotel guests to also have a lunch or dinner in their restaurant. What would top it off would be to offer omelets. With that I know we would have had dinner there during our visit.

We came for an evening meal. Menus in multiple languages including English. Very friendly staff. Wide ranging menu including fresh fish and seafood. We have serano ham and toast (tomato), garlic prawns for starters. Delicious! Mains one had half chicken, the other scallops. Scallops are fresh and consequently they only had four left (portion is normally six). They offered a discount or pudding and I just asked for something to substitute, and they had added whole prawns. The mains were fantastic. Top quality. The puddings. Wow. Freshly made, in house. Worth visiting just for these. 10/10. Thoroughly recommend. Very clean.

I ordered the XXL burger and unfortunately had a very bad experience. After eating it, I got a terrible stomach ache, ended up vomiting, and felt really unwell for the rest of the day. On the other hand, my partner’s dish – the half chicken – was good and there were no complaints about it.

Great Saturday menu, the paella 🥘 was slightly overcooked but very taste, the starters that we took, mussels and 🦑 were very good. The rascals were not as good as the others. The service excellent, we paid 30 euros per person

Great place to stay, with yummy food and good service. Do not follow Google directions to the hotel. Park in the public parking lot by the beach.

Cala Pola is a beautiful beach located just 2km away from Tossa de Mar. The area offers a variety of other beaches within close proximity, such as Platja de la Mar Menuda and Cala de l'Ull de Vidre, all within a few kilometers. Additionally, visitors can explore cultural venues like the Museu del Mar Maritime Museum and Castillo de Tossa de Mar, both just a short distance away.
Super beautiful bay just 5 min drive from Tossa. The beach is good equipped, you can find there toilet, restaurant, children playground. Everything new and clean. It is also very easy to enter the water compare to other beaches and it has a quite wide sand stripe which is nice if you travel with a baby. The bay is very popular so it is better to be there earlier to catch a parking slot. Unfortunately it is impossible to park hourly 😢, only for a day, the price 20 euro.

A beautiful beach and pocket of paradise. Just be aware that if hiking from Tossa de Mar, the journey can be quite overwhelming as there is lots of up and downs.

Great hike from Tossa, might reconsider if you are someone with mobility issues or of older age. Views are really nice, restaurant, bathrooms and rentals available

We hiked here from Cala Bona — the views on the way were amazing. Small beach with clear water, mix of sand and pebbles. There's also a nice little restaurant with tasty food, fair prices, and take away option. Perfect spot to relax and swim.

We were here in early May and had the place to ourselves. Very lucky out of season. Stunning beach with a cave and walking tracks to explore

Amazing small beach with nice water, there is a restaurant close by with affordable drinks. The place is magical.

If you're younger than 25, this is the place for you: lots of youth, a DJ playing music on loud volume and you probably don't care that you have to walk 2 km from the nearest parking. However, if you're coming here with a family and want to enjoy a nice and relaxing day at the beach, then I'd suggest to continue to Cala Giverola. The view is very nice though.
Christopher — Google review
Beautiful views near the cove, the waves were too strong for swimming. The campsite is closed so there are no restaurants or bars, it’s best to bring you own food and drinks. Accessible by bus and a small hike down the mountain from Giverola resort.

Hotel Delfín is a superior 4-star property located in the heart of Tossa de Mar's shopping center. It offers spacious rooms with balconies, some of which are connected, making it ideal for couples and families. The hotel features a rooftop terrace with a whirlpool bath and stunning views of Vila Vella and the sea. Additionally, guests can enjoy amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, room service, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
The hotel is located right in the centre close to the beach. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I think the TV wasn't connected to WiFi which is a shame but it's not something that would ruin the experience.

Honestly, this place was a gem! The rooms were super cozy and spotless – I may or may not have considered moving in permanently. Breakfast? Chef’s kiss! So many tasty options, I had to remind myself it wasn’t a buffet competition. The location? Absolutely perfect – right in the center, just a short stroll to the sea, but still peaceful and relaxing. Like the best of both worlds – cozy and convenient. The staff were absolute legends – warm, helpful, and always smiling. You can really tell they care. And the little touches? Next level.

The Delfin hotel was the best experience for the family in Spain. It’s not just for the charm of Tossa de Mar, but mainly for the hotel staff and their service. Special thanks to George for his help in parking the car in the relatively tight hotel parking once we arrived and for all his support throughout our stay. Many thanks to Celia at the front desk for her friendly, welcoming attitude from the first moment we arrived and for her guidance and advice. Also, thanks to the young man, Kevin, for his help and friendly attitude every time we asked for something. The breakfast was very good compared to other similar four-star hotels, and the swimming pool was amazing with a breathtaking view. The location is perfect, with a few minutes to all attractions, exactly as described by the hotel, which is not usually the case with pictures posted by hotels. Thank you, Delfin team, for the unforgettable experience.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The bed and shower were perfect, breakfast so delicious (I loved the hot chocolate!) and the staff were so happy to genuinely help. Also so close to the beach 😁. The only thing I didn’t like were the uncomfortable sunbeds with no padding. For this reason I didn’t spend any time at the pool. But this can easily be fixed :) A really lovely stay in Tossa De Mar and thank you 😌.

We spent one night in this hotel as I was there to participate in a race over the weekend, the room is spacious, the bed comfortable and big but what really stands out is the service, they really do their best to help clients and satisfy their requests. A big thank you to the staff for everything!

The hotel offers comfortable rooms with private balconies, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Guests can enjoy a rooftop swimming pool and terrace with scenic views. The hotel's buffet has been fully renovated in 2020, offering a delightful dining experience.
Don Juan hotel was an amazing place to stay. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are modern, clean and really comfortable for our stay. We had breakfast and evening meal. We could not fault it. So varied and really delicious. Plenty of meat for all you meat eaters and desserts were amazing. Staff were helpful and really friendly. Room was spotless and really comfortable. Huge walk in shower and all your shower gel, shampoo and soap provided. Also hairdryer provided. Don Juan, we can't thank you enough for a great holiday! Only negative was maybe have a kettle in room to make our own tea.

We‘re staying at this hotel right now and honestly it’s much better than expected! 2-3 minutes to the beach, full board meal plan is a great choice, food quality and variety is great. Rooms are simple, but exactly as on the photos. Personell is kind. Lobby is well renovated. No elevator to the pool though, had to carry the stroller last bit by hand. But it’s not worth it, the pool is very basic and rather outdated. Holly from the Kids Club is great with kids!

We came from Barcelona for a mini break and were so happy. The room was amazing! I was slighly worried when I saw we were on the first floor with a bar close-by but we heard NOTHING. The balcony was super and it was amazing to see the world walk by. Hardly any cars on the road and no noises from the bar. The room was spacious and all was super clean. The food was super too. A good variation and lots fresh fish and meats next to vegetarian dishes. They really made a fantastic buffet for al to enjoy with daily variations. Lots of fruit/cake/sweets/ creams for dessert if you have any space left. Breakfast was the same with pretty much all nationalities choices of breakfast available. The staff were all lovely. From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference. If het Teamleader reads this then I think you should reward her employee of the month with a extra paid day of or something. TIP: bring a beach/pool towel or sheet as they don’t provide these.

The absolute highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment – a huge thank you to Sara and Holly, who are just incredible! With so much heart, energy and positivity, they made every single day special. One of the most magical moments was the Mermaid Day: the children got to live their dream and swim in the pool for a few minutes in a real mermaid costume. Two entertainers stayed right by their side the whole time, making sure everything was safe, so we parents could just relax and enjoy watching. Truly unforgettable! The restaurant also deserves praise. The waiters are very friendly, always bringing drinks to the table with a smile. There’s really something for everyone at mealtimes: a big salad bar, plenty of variety every day, and fun themed evenings such as Mexican Night with fresh guacamole and tasty wraps. Overall, a fantastic stay – we would love to come back anytime, especially thanks to the amazing entertainment team!

**Mixed Experience** I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, with rooms being cleaned daily and fresh bedding and towels provided regularly. The pool area was lovely, although it lacked nearby toilets, which was a bit inconvenient. One major issue was the location of my room. Although it was accessible by lift, it was the furthest away from the restaurant and pool, which posed a challenge due to my mobility issues. The restaurant staff were lovely and friendly, and the restaurant itself was clean. However, the food was a significant letdown. It was not dietary-friendly, with items not clearly labelled and sometimes mislabelled. This made it difficult to find suitable foods for my dietary needs. Despite opting for an inclusive package, the snacks offered were limited to olives and fish, which was disappointing. The poor food options resulted in additional costs for us as we had to find alternative dining options. Overall, while the cleanliness and staff were commendable, the food and room location issues mean I wouldn't book here again.

We booked a last minute trip to Costa Brava and ended up staying at Don Juan Tossa. I wasn't expecting anything big but price/quality ratio is actually quite nice. The staff is really nice and helpful and the service is great. What really stood out though, was the animation team. The entire team is incredible, they are very attentive to the kids, work very hard to make it very entertaining for everyone. Every day there was something arranged for kids, be it mermaid party, flowers party, pool activities, mini disco in the evening, arts and crafts, family games and etc. There was bingo for adults and a show or an activity every evening. It was very entertaining. The first time that I have stayed at an all inclusive hotel and didn't want to leave premises. My daughter refused to go anywhere because she wanted to participate in the activities. I can definitely say that what made our stay very memorable and nice was the animation team, thank you very much!

Excellent value for the price The place is very nice, big with many facilities. I missed gym/spa, but with opened pool you could do some exercises. 2 mins walking from beach. Breakfast was nice with big variety also for vegetarians. additional option of lunch and dinner also was there. At the arrival we were attended by a Polish lady which was extremely nice. Then I came back to ask a question and there was another lady, who wasn't so nice and opened anymore, l asked one simple question she did reply but there was not even a smile. The staff at the breakfast was also ultra nice despite the fact that they had so much work to do. The hotel seems to be very kid friendly as there is the entire zone for them

avoid this hotel. rude staff, towels and bedding old exhausted and smelly. reception staff rude, and keep you waiting without bothering to apologise or say anything. inconsiderate guests making noise at night, kids running and bouncing balls on the hallway at 11pm at night. no kettle for tea and when asking the bar for some hot water to make my own tea they give you some attitude as if how dare you ask this. 2 stars top. do not recommend this hotel. cleaning ladies were nice although most of them don't understand when you ask in English for some cleaning towels. we didn't feel welcome we didn't feel this hotel was a good choice. I'm not necessarily a posh person but this is the total opposite of it. you have expectations from a 4 star hotel, and you want to rest every night also.

Nestled along the stunning Costa Brava, Golden Bahía de Tossa & Spa is a family-friendly haven that perfectly balances relaxation and fun. This spacious hotel boasts an impressive array of amenities, including four outdoor pools surrounded by lush palm trees, an inviting indoor pool, and a rejuvenating spa. Families will appreciate the dedicated children's facilities such as two kids' pools, a vibrant playground, and a well-organized kids club offering engaging activities like acrobatics and magic shows.
We have just come back from a week at the Golden Bahia and do not have a single complaint about our stay there. Every single member of staff we spoke to was friendly and accommodating and nothing was ever too much to ask. There was a great range of pools which were all lovely and clean and plenty of sun loungers outside. The communal areas in the hotel were all fresh, modern and clean. The buffet breakfast and dinners were great with a huge range of food, all of which we really enjoyed. We upgraded to a family room which gave us plenty of space for two adults and two children. Tossa de Mar itself is also beautiful with lots to see and do. We have already recommended the hotel to friends and family and hope that we will be able to come back very soon!

This was our second visit to Golden Bahia because we had such a wonderful visit the first time, and it didn't disappoint! The hotel staff are remarkably friendly and helpful, the rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable, and the entertainment in the evenings is wonderful. What we particularly love about the hotel is the entertainment team. They are the loveliest bunch who really care about the children and want them to have a great time. So much so, they made our holiday this September one to remember - the kids never stopped smiling and having fun. Nothing is too much trouble! Plus the food is incredible and plentiful. We couldn't rate this hotel highly enough 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staying in this hotel was a real pleasure! The hotel is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the food is varied and delicious, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The pool and spa are perfect for relaxation, and the location is quiet and close to the beach and the center. I will gladly return to this hotel again. A warm recommendation for everyone who wants a quality and pleasant stay in Tossa de Mar.

Currently on holiday here. I must say I'm very impressed. Our first stay here and the first thing that hits you is the entire staff of the whole hotel. They are amazing, friendly happy people. Rooms are furnished to a high standard, very comfortable, exceptionally clean and well serviced. Restaurant, although very very busy functions well for the size of hotel. Food, staff are all of a high standard and should be proud of themselves. Public areas are also beautifully presented and very very clean. Now the big question...... would I stay here again........it's a big big YES.

Great hotel, friendly staff and great food! We were half board and feel there's no need for all inclusive. Entertainment was good, the Michael Jackson tribute act was great! The only thing I did not like was when watching acts inside and outside the lobby bar and people were walking between areas the music blasted through which was annoying and disrespectful to the acts playing. If the act is playing outside I think the music should also be played inside, rather than background music. I highly recommend this hotel 😎

We had a fantastic family holiday at the Golden Bahia de Tossa & Spa! The room was a good size and beds very comfortable, food was delicious, bar prices for drinks & lunch very reasonable, grounds & pools really lovely, evening entertainment was great. It felt very family friendly and safe. Honestly can’t fault the hotel, we would thoroughly recommend it! Also it’s only 10mins walk from the centre of town with lots of lovely shops & restaurants and the castle. If you’re looking for a beach holiday though, be warned the beach is shingle and hard to walk on even in shoes!

Everything in the hotel was perfect.Staff is super nice, polite and some of them do their job with love. Rooms are enough, nice bathrooms, just could be more soundproof. I totaly love the idea of vending machines, water and ice machine on each floor hallway. Kitchen was great, always had a choice to pick, various food. We just had very unpleasant check out ,where our airport shuffle never arrived but this was agency problem not the hotel. Hotel staff was so kind to call me back if i got situation solved,if i did manage to get taxi or etc. Very sweet of them. Thanks again. :)

Overall a lovely hotel, but there are a few minor issues that, in my opinion, need to be addressed. The rooms are comfortable, clean and of a good standard, with the cleaning service meeting all requirements. The Lobby Bar is very welcoming and relaxing with swish decor, providing the entertainment of a pianist most evenings. Alternatively, there is the entertainment bar, providing more lively/louder entertainment in the evenings for those looking for something a little more upbeat. The pool areas are ample for the size of the hotel and there always seemed to be enough sun beds to cater amply for the clientele. The indoor pool is also a pleasant experience. The food was of a very good quality, with a good selection at all meal times. And now for the negatives….. There is no water provided in your room fridge (it’s the small things). At breakfast you serve yourself to drinks, but at lunch and dinner it is waiter service only; all well and good if it works smoothly, but the majority of the time you are led to a table and not asked what you would like to drink. In my opinion, this is very poor service; I do not expect to have to chase down a waiter/waitress to ask for a drink. I believe they should take your drink order at the point you are seated, rather than leaving you feeling forgotten. I complained about this to the Maitre D’ and it was resolved, but for one meal only! Then I was back to chasing the waiting staff. The only exception to this was the service received one lucky evening from Oscar G; a very professional and attentive waiter. The food, although of high quality, is often cold, which is a shame. Perhaps investment in new Bain Marie’s or Infra Red Display Units and Plate Warmers would solve this issue easily? My biggest niggle about this hotel is the designated Smoking Areas. There are two. One is at high level in the pool area, which is inaccessible for those with mobility issues, and the second is outside the entrance to the hotel. My suggestion would be to offer a smoking area outside the Lobby Bar which would be inside the hotel grounds rather than outside the main entrance on the street. This suggestion takes into account both smokers and non smokers; smokers do not want to stand on the street, they want to enjoy their cigarette with a coffee in the morning or their Sangria in the afternoon and non smokers should not be subjected to having to walk through a “throng” of smokers to enter the hotel, it must be quite an intimidating and uncomfortable experience for them. In summary, a very good hotel in need of just a couple of tweaks.

Camping Cala Llevado is a picturesque campsite nestled on the side of a hill in the forest, offering stunning views of the sea. The site features bungalows, an all-day restaurant, and a swimming pool. Visitors can enjoy beautiful beaches, clean bathrooms, and a beach bar. While some feel that tent spots are crowded and small, others appreciate the private spots with gorgeous sea views for those with tents.
Motorhomer experience only. Came here over a decade ago with 4 kids and loved it in a busy mid season. Even with all the steps and the climb back from the 3 beaches ( We needed the exercise and it tired the kids out a bit). And we came back in 2025 with no kids, same motorhome. This time we opted for a sea view which is not really great, as it is beside the bar, unless you work remotely like us and need clear skies view. You are paying for the location at this location. And the 3 beaches are great, small but with clear waters. Since our last visit the site has been taken over by a bigger organisation, so they have added bungalows and Kampaoh tents. However we found the staff to be great and the sanitary facilities are very good. Maybe during the 'season' this place has too many people and gets a bit overpopulated, however it is a business. Anyway, we have had a few good days here and would come back again. In fact we will.

Location is fantastic, just a short walk, or the campsites train down to three stunning beaches, one with a bar. I can't fault this aspect. We paid for a sea view pitch, and in my opinion, they are not worth the extra. Our major gripe was access to the dated facilities. It involves a steep walk up and down from the pitches. Access to potable water is also difficult. Cleaning the chemical toilet involves this steep walk, too. We were on 506. Everything from the supermarket down is a steep, and I mean steep slope. I would advise 222-241 as these are at the top and are less expensive but better placed. I dont recommend 499-536I can not vouch for the facilities on these pitches, but at least everything is level and close by, i would definitely book these pitches if visiting again. I recommend the walk from the Campsite to Tossa de Mar along the Cami de Ronda, which was stunning. There are only about 64 pitches for motorhomes/caravans. The rest is all rental accommodation, and the site.

Worst camping I’ve ever been to. This so-called “4-star” camping deserves -1 stars at best. Safety: a complete disaster. Huge branches fall from the trees regularly — one almost hit my car and tent. Even driving here is unsafe: the roads are poorly maintained, with hardly any sand against the curbs, making it almost impossible to drive without damaging your car. I’ve seen several cars with flat tires because of this. Garbage & animals: trash is left uncollected and scattered around the containers. This attracts wild boars that roam the campsites for hours at night, looking for food. Totally unsafe and unacceptable. Sanitary: absolutely disgusting. Feces on the floors, blood stains on the walls, mold everywhere, and toilets that don’t flush — so human waste just sits there all day. Even the swimming pool drains are full of mold. I specifically reported the broken toilets that wouldn’t flush to a staff member in a golf cart, but he just shrugged and drove off. There’s also trash lying on top of the showers laying there for days. Staff & atmosphere: the staff couldn’t care less. They give you zero impression that they care about guests or the state of the campsite. On top of that, there’s constant noise at night: groups of youngsters blasting loud music until late, and the staff never intervenes. Value for money: ridiculous. Prices have gone up by €300 in just two years, while the quality has only gone down. Paying this much for such terrible conditions feels like a complete scam (it is). Watch out for the many many fake reviews. Conclusion: unsafe, filthy, noisy, and managed by people who clearly don’t care. Worst camping experience ever.

I never write reviews, but this one will be helpful for people coming to this camping and booking. 1. We were 2 adults and 1 kid of 2,5 y.o. The kid sleeps with us on a double bed and we wanted to take a studio lodge with 1 double bed. But we were forced to take a bigger lodge with more than 1 bed, because we are with 3 people, even if we will not use the 2nd bedroom or other beds and the kid is sleeping with us. They also can offer you a child kot to sleep, but anyway you have to take bigger lodge, because of the policy. So stupid that we had to pay 200 extra just for this policy. We never used the 2nd bedroom neither bed, but just because of this you are forced to pay. Lifehack - they only renter person on the arrival, so you probably can rent a studio if you are going to sleep with a kid, so no need to pay extra money for the rooms you will not use. 2. We arrived at 18:00 to Girona Airport, called to reception that we arrive in 1 hr but - no response at all (they work till 19:00), nobody contacted us as well. Good that we had friends, which could go and take the key for us, so they did. But despite we paid for bedsheets etc. - nothing was prepared, just nothing to sleep on and nobody is on the reception or phone - just nothing. Good there was a security guy which gave us some sheets that he found (they were not in size, but we didn't have another option so we had to sleep on what we had). They also didn't give the card to turn on the lights, so there were no light in the lodge :DDD But we found a solution, you can put in your credit card and it will work. 3. Floor was dirty, huge and old spider webs on windows, smelly toilet. Possibly nobody cleaned this lodge at all. They ask you 120 euro for the final cleaning :DDD 4. Insurance is just scam. We bought the insurance on their website (insurance - neat.eu). Our flight got cancelled 1 day before arrival and rescheduled in 2 days. I claimed the insurance for the 2 nights that we couldn't come, and due to their policy they pay me only 1 day (60 euro) :DDD (cost of the insurance was 40 euro) For all this I had to write 4 emails to reception camping requesting myself all the invoices changements etc. + 5 emails to the insurance with explanations. They decided it is only 1 day to pay back :D The decision was made 1 week after our initial stay. So this time cost me 20 euros :DD If I knew this before - I wouldn't apply for it. Despite all this - the beaches are beautiful and some views from some lodges are also very nice. Also terrace space is also beautiful. I wrote this because it would help me as well to understand this things before arrival to this camping.

Nice location by the beach, but overall not worth the high price. The campsite was very noisy at night — groups of young people shouting while the guardia chased them around like Tom and Jerry. The sanitary facilities could be cleaner. Tent pitches were okay but the terrain is steep and parking is tricky. There’s a small shop, though the staff there were quite unfriendly. The little train driving around is loud and can get annoying. Electricity is available, but you need to bring your own cables, and there’s no price difference if you don’t use it. We skipped the restaurant after reading poor reviews. The pool gets extremely crowded in summer.

Beautiful nature around, but extremely noisy. Cannot recommend if you prefer some relaxing time. During night there was a wedding party in the camp ground restaurant, and after the live music stopped the volume was turned up extra for some dancing music. We paid additionally to get on a sea view pitch, which brought us close to the party location - it was as if we are in the middle of the event. ridiculous to pay more for getting no peace until after midnight. Pool was also closed earlier due to the wedding party. Pretty much says it all how the camp ground considered its customers (and the neighbourhood).

Told us 15:00 check in so we got there a bit early. Only to be told it's 16:00 CHECK IN. Bunglaow really nice, however the 'bed' is a joke. The very poor quality mattress has completely destroyed my back and it's only the second night. I checked and the bed itself has been 'repaired' at least once. It has actually made my back fairly painful throughout the week. Would not recommend to anyone with any kind of back issues. There were some bits broken and or missing, but the shower issue was resolved fairly quickly. Two bonus stars for the cats that were at our Bungalow. They made the week. If you stay at 218 say hello for us. All in all was a great week just a bit of a shakey start.

We used to love this campsite. It used to feel authentic and cared for. However, in the last three or four years, the staff have obviously been 'streamlined,' several hundred cabins have been squeezed into every contour, and the staff are pretty much non-existent. The toilet blocks now smell, the once beautiful flower borders are overgrown, there are more cigarette butts on the ground than there are pine needles (and there are thousands of pine needles) and sadly, things seem very tired and uncared for (I'm fed up of picking up other peoples' rubbish that has obviously been there for months!). A tin of terracotta paint does not a nice campsite make; what an absolute shame. If ever there was an example of a campsite being stripped of all its charm, warmth and character just to make a few thousand euros over the peak period, this is it. I give it a few years and the land will be sold for property development. So sorry.

Hotel GHT Costa Brava is a 3-star hotel located in a convenient spot, just a short walk from Platja Mar Menuda Beach. The rooms are simple but nice and clean, with balconies and free Wi-Fi. The outdoor pool area is well-maintained and there's a lovely little snack bar. The buffet dining offers plenty of food choices for breakfast and dinner. Despite its 3-star rating, the hotel provides great service with friendly staff.
I just left from the hotel, and i leftt amazed by the hotel spa staff location and food. I will miss the lady at the grill. she was an wonderful person. Reception had only one focus, to help you and solve your requests and answer your question with a smile in their face. Food no different from local cusine restaurants. I left a little sad because i wanted my staying to be longer. Its a gem in the most beautiful place in Spain. I ll be back for longer holidays for sure!

What a great place! The room was spotless and we had a balcony overlooking the road. We had breakfast and dinner. Plenty of choices for everyone! Clean plates, clean glasses and cutlery. Everything was immaculate! The lady chef is really creating an experience for all the guests! It was a pleasure to see her and be greeted. If I can add any input for the hotel, is to maybe have one more chef at that station as it seems a lot to handle for only one person during peak times. Location is superb! Really close to the beach, 10m walk to the main bus station if you decide to visit Barcelona and close to amenities. The hotel also offers a small gym and a spa. We didn't use them, as we opted for the beach and our daily walks. The spa and the gym are free. If you decide to get a massage that's extra. If I remember correctly, prices start at about €30. Entertainment was on almost every night! We even saw a magic show which was fantastic! The town is very chill, not loud music, its perfect if you want to truly relax and chill. There are a couple of bars where you can dance and have karaoke. I'll let you discover those.. We would LOVE to visit again!

A Memorable Stay at The Hotel Costa Brava, Tossa De Mar Our recent stay at The Hotel Costa Brava in Tossa De Mar was truly a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in so many ways. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who remained consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. Due to a late arrival caused by multiple detours on our connecting bus to the hotel, we contacted the hotel to ask if it might be possible to have a late dinner. To our surprise and delight, they willingly obliged — and not just with something simple. They had reserved for us a full, beautifully presented meal for two, complete with appetizers, desserts, and fresh fruit. After a long day of travel, this thoughtful gesture truly blew us away and set the tone for the rest of our stay. A very special mention goes to Anna, who works at the grill station in the hotel restaurant. Watching her cook was not only a treat for the taste buds but also for the heart. She greeted every guest with a warm smile and served with such joy and care that it genuinely added something special to our dining experience. We even asked for a photo with her, and she gladly agreed — a lovely memory we’ll always treasure. The food at the hotel was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of options that catered to different dietary needs. Whether you’re a meat lover, vegetarian, or have specific health-conscious preferences, you’ll find something delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel couldn’t be more ideal — just a short walk to both the city centre and the beach, making it easy to explore or unwind without needing transport. The facilities were also top-notch: we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, spa, and jacuzzi, all of which were clean, relaxing, and lived up to our expectations. Our room was spacious, well-kept, and came with a lovely balcony. Housekeeping and overall service were impeccable — everything was always spotless, and any requests were quickly and kindly met. As with any place, there’s always room for small improvements. We suggest enhancing the air ventilation or air-conditioning in the lobby, especially during the hot afternoons. It would also be helpful to have a kettle and cups in the room for making a quick tea or coffee without having to go to the bar. Additionally, a few more bins inside the room would be convenient. That said, these are minor suggestions compared to the overall quality of our experience. This holiday was truly one for the books — full of warmth, good food, relaxation, and memories we will cherish forever. Thank you to everyone at The Hotel Costa Brava for going above and beyond. We can’t wait to return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel GHT Costa Brava, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located — just a short walk from the beach and not far from the historic city centre, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and sightseeing. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well-equipped. It offers a great range of facilities including a lovely swimming pool, relaxing spa, gym, and jacuzzi, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was another standout — there’s a huge variety of dishes available, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were consistently impressive. But what truly makes this hotel special and unforgettable is Chef Anna. She is the heart and soul of the place. Not only is her cooking exceptional, but she also takes the time to greet every guest in their own language, spreading warmth and positivity wherever she goes. Her friendly personality and constant good mood created a unique and homely atmosphere that made everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. If you’re looking for a place that offers comfort, great food, excellent service, and a warm personal touch, Hotel GHT Costa Brava is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

It deserves more than there stars. From food to spa, everything was very satisfactory. The variety of food at the breakfast and dinner was immerse. We stayed six nights and the dinner buffet changed daily; they never served the same type of food. Specially, the seafood including salmon, shrimp, mussels was my favorite. The staff at the restaurant was very kind and fast. The SPA was also very good. My son loved it. The children are allowed to use it between 11:00 and 15:00 hours. The room cleaning service was also good, with the room cleaned daily. It's also close to the beach and city center, about an 8-minute walk. I'd love to come back again.

I can't believe this is not a 4 star hotel. Excellent food, better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in. Friendly and efficient staff. Everything is beautifully clean. Beds very comfortable. In 60 years of visiting Spain this is the first time I have been in a hotel where the bar prices are cheaper than the local bars. Certain to return here.

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel. The food, rooms and entertainment were on top! I've also received a giant plate of sweets with a candle stack on top on my birthday during the dinner. Everything was great, huge thanks to the members of staff.

We spent a week in the hotel, the food was various, but the selection of food was average- we got every day different main dishes but the quality and the selection of tohers was average. But the price of halboard was reasonable if you dont want the big selection of restaurants from the marvellous city. The beach is close, but you will bess the seaview here. The staff was amazing and helpful. The wellnes part was very good to get a refreshment after the beach. we enjoyed it. if you want coctails it better to go out also. There was nigthly programs int the hall and that was fun, but we was too tired to go. The parking place availibilty is a problem, if you want to rent a car you have to book the parking placve at same time the the room booking in the high season.

Hotel GHT Sa Riera in Tossa de Mar is a 4-star property located near Camping Cala Llevado and Castillo de Tosa de Mar. The hotel offers bright rooms with free Wi-Fi and parking. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of the town center and Platja Mar Menuda Beach. The hotel features pools, a buffet eatery, and a bar, making it an ideal place for families with children.
Myself and My husband visited on 09/06/25 - 15/06/25 hotel was lovely, very clean and cleaner was in every day. All the staff we encountered were lovely, all very helpful and friendly. The guy on the dining room was always chatty and very nice to everyone, as we're all the ladies. Food was lovely cant complain always lots of choice, and fresh, if you are a picky eater there is always something you could eat. Prices in the hotel bar were good. We stayed in room 308 which at first I was a bit unhappy due to the view but if I'm honest it worked well for us. My only complaint was that there wasn't a kettle in the room (i am a coffee on the balcony kinda gal 🤣) the adult only pool on the roof terrace was fab for us as we didn't have kids with us this time, but even the main pool was great, but overall everything was great, we are already looking for next year.

We just back from a week at this hotel. I understand the figuration of the shower is strange but it's functional. The staff team were excellent throughout the hotel. The food was varied and there was something for all tastes. We throughly enjoyed our stay, it's close to all amenities. Particularly liked the jacuzzi and the night they had a chocolate fountain.
Linda R — Google review
The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the beach. The pool is very small and not well maintained, and the jacuzzi is neglected. The food is very good, but there are long queues at mealtimes, and you need to show your paper card each time. The restaurant is quite small. Rooms are oddly designed, with bathrooms not properly separated from the shower. Our shower was very poorly maintained, with mold on the tiles, which was unpleasant. Double rooms lack space for personal belongings, and housekeeping is poor, not keeping rooms clean or well cared for. Four stars for this hotel is definitely too much. The only thing worthy of four stars is the food, which was tasty.

We are in overall very happy with our stay at this hotel! It’s simple but modern, clean and affordable. Nice facilities like pool, jacuzzi and adult pool. But the best part of this hotel was the friendly staff, we got a very well and warm welcome by Adriana who helped us with everything we needed. The location of the restaurant was not the best, it was located in the basement without windows. The food was ok, but we didn’t expect much more taken the price into account.
Elin — Google review
Most of the staff were very nice, kind, and helpful — especially at the bar and in the restaurant. However, it was a bit annoying to show the room card with meal information every time. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful, except for Ms. Nastia, whose attitude was somewhat rude and unhelpful — making faces while talking to guests is really inappropriate. The cleaning staff should pay more attention to cleaning the rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t properly cleaned during our 6-day stay — it wasn’t vacuumed, the bedding wasn’t changed, and we had to ask for fresh towels ourselves. The bathroom isn’t really separated from the room, and the shower was quite dirty, with moldy grout. Overall, cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Unfortunately, the bottom of the so-called large pool is very slippery, and the jacuzzi downstairs is poorly maintained — it’s basically rusty and neglected.
Spy — Google review
Very modern style of hotel, may not be to everyone’s taste but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was very good but during busy times in the dining room not such a pleasant experience, as queuing seemed to be disorganised. The swimming pool was dated and cleaning system really needed to be maintained a little more. Didn’t use because of this but the beaches were only about a 5minute walk away.
Rachel S — Google review
10 minute stroll to the beach through the shopping district. Hotel pool and service there was good. Room was at the back of the hotel with a deck...well appointed except open to shower area, not much storage for two and be situation (2 doubles pushed together) took a bit of the romance out of the trip🤨) Paying for use of the room safe a bit cheap of the hotel. Restaurant food was ok but fresh cooked area needed more than a chef that could only seem to cook one meal at the time.

I travel often, including to Spain 8 times already and I have something to compare with. I have already stayed here for a week and I can confidently say that the Hotel Sa Riera is one of the best combination of cost and quality of services provided. The special value of this hotel is the staff. At the reception, Nastya, a professional and positive employee, checked me in. She quickly gave me the key to the room with a view of the pool (special thanks for this - I really like the room) and told me everything in detail. I would also like to express special gratitude to the restaurant staff: Florin, the girls Rosa, Ari, Eugenia, Pilar, Esabel and the most positive cook Seydou. You create a good mood for everyone every day. I have another week of vacation here and I am very glad that I've chosen Sa Riera. I hope to come here in June next year to spend my vacation in a positive atmosphere and with high-quality service and celebrate my birthday.

Nestled in the charming coastal town of Tossa de Mar, Hotel Tossamar is a delightful 4-star retreat that promises an unforgettable getaway. Just a short stroll from the stunning Tossa de Mar Beach, this hotel offers easy access to local attractions like the historic Torre des Moros and vibrant dining options. Guests can unwind by the outdoor swimming pool or soak in the jacuzzi while enjoying beautiful views from their private balconies.
Great location, rooms, front desk staff, and overall environment. Two meticulously-maintained pools, one of which has a jacuzzi tub. Live evening jazz, 24/7 complementary fruit and water. Hotel staff, particularly the man running the front desk, were very accommodating, kind, and fostering throughout our stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience; exceeded our expectations, 10/10.

I am deeply disappointed by the experience at this hotel. Not only did we find an unacceptable amount of dust everywhere in the room, but the television was not working, making it impossible to even enjoy a moment of relaxation. Additionally, the issue with intermittent hot water was extremely bothersome, especially during showers. Also, there was a non-functioning safe in the room that cost €2 per day, and the lack of furniture to store our clothes was inconvenient. But the biggest problem was the food. The dinner was of such low quality that we were dismayed. Poor ingredients, poorly cooked, and presented in an unappetizing manner. We certainly didn't expect a gourmet feast, but we did expect at least some care in preparing the meals. Additionally, we noticed that the sheets and pillows were constantly dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel of any level. The lack of cleanliness of the sheets made our night's rest practically impossible and further increased our disappointment. I strongly advise against this "4-star" hotel.

I'm not recommending this hotel to anyone, Internet very bad, food same every day, for breakfast they didn't charge for water but suddenly they did for dinner without even mentioning it [until on check out I was presented with a bill], very low way of ripping of customers, almost nobody speaks English, The worst experience since I'm coming to Tossa de Mar. Waisted money for sure.

Fantastic hotel, great location towards sea cost and city centre, 24h access to the bar and fantastic breakfast. Especially you’ll enjoy with the children of 2 swimming pools areas (one with jacuzzi 😏👌) Great stuff and room service - very clean and safe place (even found and returned my sunglasses after several hours of checkout ☺️👍)

TossaMar Hotel This was my first stay in this hotel in the beautiful resort of Tossa de Mar and I must say that I was pleasantly impressed with the whole hotel package. I have been to Tossa de Mar several times before and know my way around pretty well.  The hotel is located in a very good position only about 200 yards from the beach and old old town.  The shops are only two minutes walk from the hotel.  Loads of bars and restaurants close by too! I arrived mid-afternoon and was pleasantly greeted by one of the reception staff; who without exception were most helpful in making my two week stay most enjoyable. I was booked in for “bed and breakfast.”  Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of  things to eat.  I particularly like bacon and eggs for my breakfast but unfortunately the fried eggs were always cold.  If the staff had bothered to switch on the hot plate then this would have solved the problem!  It didn't spoil my meal as I warmed up my eggs on the toasting machine. There was loads of other things to eat if you didn't want bacon and eggs; all the usual continental type of breakfast things such as:- cold ham, cheese, cereals, Serrano ham, lots of different types of bread. Coffee, tea and several fruit juices.  Plus many things I can't bring to mind. My room was great with a comfortable bed and air conditioning.  The room had a nice balcony with a wonderful view of the next door hotels swimming pool.  There wasn't too much in the way of wardrobe space.  I went out and bought some extra coat hangers as I was only provided with three and a broken one! The bathroom was good with a walk-in shower, which I personally prefer, a large wash basin and toilet. Downstairs in the public rooms was a very pleasant bar and again with pleasant staff running it.  Outside there are two nice swimming pools; I suppose you would call the smaller on a splash pool.  There's a fair amount of space to lay around on one of the sun loungers that are provided.

The photo of the red ish building is the Hotel next door. Hotel Tossamar is a modern design building of glass and stainless steel to the outside, with good disability access. The staff are friendly and helpful and keep the hotel very clean. The food is good and well presented. There is a small but adequate swimming pool to the side of the building, and a sitting area with splash pool at the back of the hotel. Now for the down side. They have no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. I would recommend upgrading to all inclusive as you can soon run up a bill, at two euros for a small glass of beer. In the town a large glass of beer is 3.80 to 4.95 and coffee and cake for two is about 11 euros. The hotel has a good location, with easy access to all parts of the town.

Nice hotel. Clean, contemporary and well maintained. Within easy reach of the seafront. Rooms are well appointed with a decent bathroom and plenty of power sockets. Food is very nice, with an excellent, freshly cooked, selection for most tastes, with some great regional dishes. Nice pool areas, that are quiet and clean. The staff are polite and professional.

Rosamar Es Blau - Adults Only +21 is a stylish and romantic hotel located close to the beach in Lloret de Mar, offering modern amenities in 120 superior rooms. The hotel features a buffet-style restaurant, spa area, outdoor pool, hot tub, traditional Hammam, and proximity to attractions like Sa Caleta Cove and Water World.
I have been in the hotel for 5 nights in the beginning of July 2022 and It has been a very pleasant stay. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the whole reception team who was very attentive during all my stay, especially guest relation Valentina who helped with everything asap. I felt as a very special guest although I had a simple booking. My only one request was a nice view and they gladly provided it to me - a nice room on the top floor facing the sea. Apart of that, the food has been just amazing with nice quality, and menu changed everyday so it has been nice to try something new each dinner. The hotel also has a nice cute spa, although it is not a big one but it has everything you need: sauna, hammam, sensible showers, Jacuzzi and a small pool with relaxing bubble beds. Also I enjoyed some time in the outside pool swimming and sunbathing combining it with spa visits and beach time. The beach is literally 3 min walking.

My girlfriend and I stayed here from 28/04/2025 - 04/05/2025. The room we were allocated was smaller than we expected. It was so small, in fact, that the sink for the bathroom was in the room. There was no sea-view either which was advertised when we booked. The cleaners were excellent, and the hotel always smelt fresh. The food was a let-down. We went full board and were eating out by the 2nd day as the choice was extremely repetitive and bland. There was a nationwide power cut on our second day. We hadn't taken out any cash at this point, and the hotel staff basically told us that if we didn't have cash to pay, then we were on our own and would have to go elsewhere for drinks. This was terrible service. We had paid £1000 to stay there for the week, and they didn't even offer us a bottle of water whilst we were stranded. Our only means of payment were by card and all the card machines in Spain were down. I would have expected the hotel to be more accommodating and perhaps even offer us a tab that we could have settled once the power cut was over. I would not return to this hotel again, unfortunately. We enjoyed the week, but we would have been much happier if we had stayed elsewhere. I have to give the ladies who work in the dining room credit. They always had a smile on their face and were nice and polite.

Wonderful hotel with ideal location, definitely recommend it! - rooms and tidynes -> everything was perfectly in order. - spa and pools -> you can visit spa once a day for one hour, and this is more than enough to enjoy wonderful place. Outside there is a small pool where you can chill under umbrella. Also there is a bar with drinks! - food -> every evening there is slightly different food. I had feeling that hotel likes offering sea food which I loved! - staff -> reception very friendly and welcoming. Staff during the meal also! In general I loved the place and I'd like to come back one day ;)

Location is great, far from the hustle and bustle plus close to very nice beach spots and to the bus stop. Service is ok, could have been better if some of the stuff were more friendly and smiley. Breakfast was full with generous options. Had dinner there once and it was quite disappointing. Idea of renting towels for pool is really not smart…

First time in Tossa de Mar and booked through a third party. Very pleased with the hotel and the staff. Extremely welcoming when we arrived and helpful. It's a lovely place and very clean, the room could not be cleaner. They do a great job. The staff in the restaurant don't stop and give service with a smile. Food was excellent with a good choice. Trying to think of something negative but just remember the whole team being so nice. Would love to come back some day. Bus transfers dropped us a way off as the streets are narrow and a bus won't fit. Check out on Google before you go.

Brilliant staff! and great location near to the old town and beach. Rooms were basic but clean. The pool, even though fairly small, never got really busy and we usually found deck chairs or sun loungers to sit. They have some really nice 4 poster style sun loungers and I liked how they were spread out in different locations around the hotel gardens. (Lots of mosquitos when we went through) Our room only had one plug socket, and no kettle nor free use of fridge/safe. So good to bare that in mind if you book. The hotel was advertised as smoke free but it wasn't*. Food times were a lot later than expected (breakfast 8am-10am and dinner 8pm-10pm) but this is normal for Spain. They offered a good variety of food and we definitely didn't go hungry! Good to note if you have young children - there's not much for children a part from the pool and a table tennis table. Overall a pleasant stay. *In response to the hotel's reply - there are signs in rooms that smoking is prohibited, however people are still free to smoke on balconies and by the pool and outdoor eating areas (ash trays are provided). I was under the impression smoking was prohibited throughout the hotel premises, however I was wrong.

We were given the family room, that had a wall divider between the double bed and the two singles and had two balconies. Perfect for us with a toddler who still occasionally naps. Location was walking distance to everything. Two disadvantages if you are going for the all inclusive dinner, they only start serving at 8:00pm, and it was hectic with all the hungry hotel guests. Breakfast was far better. The out door pool was too cold to really go in, and the indoor pool you had to pay 12 Euro for 45 minutes and no children were allowed as it was part of the spa. We were under the impression both pools were part of the hotel deal. If you have a car be sure to reserve a spot with them in advance, they only had a number of bays available, we went just off season as the car park was full. From memory this was around 15euro a day

It's difficult not to review something as excellent in Tossa, such a great and calm holiday place. This hotel is great for families, and also for couples (who can cope with some kids' noise). The food is excellent and priced the way it can only be found in Spain. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all buffet style with abundant quantity and quality. The A/C of the rooms and the WiFi is pretty decent, as are the closets and bathrooms. The lift does need an update. The pool is relatively well-sized, and there are also places to relax (with sun or shadow). A big chess and a ping pong table add more fun to the place. The staff is multilingual, friendly, and helpful. We will totally come back!

We have stayed many times at The Neptuno Hotel, I can’t praise it enough , it is truly a very special traditional Spanish Hotel with excellent staff, from all the lovely receptionists , manager Carmen goes far beyond the call of duty to be helpful, they are all super friendly and efficient. Also all the catering staff are very proficient and friendly, the Hotel is absolutely spotless with cleaners permanently working . I can’t recommend it enough, the only drawback is the slope from the road to the entrance which could be difficult if having a walking problem .

Endless thanks for such a warm and thoughtful welcome! If you’re planning a trip to Costa Brava and still haven’t chosen a place to stay, look no further — this hotel is an absolute gem. The location is perfect: just steps away from all the major sights, so you can explore most of them on foot. Even better, there’s a bus stop only 2 minutes away, which makes visiting nearby towns incredibly easy and convenient. A special shoutout to Lana — even though we had to leave early in the morning, she went out of her way to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us. It’s these little thoughtful touches that truly make a difference. Highly recommended, and wishing the whole team continued success!”**

I can’t eat gluten and was pleasantly surprised by the large array of the gluten free foods at their complementary breakfast bar. There were gluten free cornflakes, muffins, crackers and other items. The location couldn’t be more convenient if you are getting to Tossa via the bus. The only reason I am giving 4 stars for the room is because the view is average and the shower is extremely small. However, the rooms were extremely clean. The staff spoke English, Spanish and Catalan.

Small unassuming hotel conveniently located next to the bus station and 5 minutes walk from all the activities in the old part of town. Our room was small, but very comfortable and spotless clean, the shower was very tiny though. The linen was good quality and the tv was bigger than the pictures in their website. Breakfast was included in the price which consisted of cold cuts, baked beans, bacon, pastry and cereals. It's definitely worth the stay.

Moved here after I was staying in a bigger chain hotel in tossa the days before but had issues there using the wifi on my laptop. In hotel Turissa everything worked smoothly. Friendly people at the reception. Good breakfast (8:00-12:00) and not many guests. Bar/cafe next door, three minutes from the bus station and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Good value for the price. The walls in the rooms are quite thin, so bring ear plugs in case your neighbors like to chat or have phone calls in the late hours.

Stayed here on a trip to Tossa. Very reasonably priced, and while not on the shorefront it is a short walk to everything in Tossa. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything you need. Check-in was at 3pm which seems to be standard in Spain, and check-out was at midday which was a bonus as I got to spend the morning on the beach before checking out. Highly recommended!

Loved this hotel! First of all, the wonderful staff and the magnificent Pilar! Always smiling, always caring, always wanting to help! With great knowledge about everything! The manager of this great hotel, helped me in so many things with endless patience. This hotel became my home and my family. I highly recommend this hotel not only for it's amazing staff but the spacious and newly updated bedrooms, variety at the breakfast buffet, and the excellent location🩷. I love this hotel.

Cala Llevadó is a stunning beach cove located just 30 minutes east of central Tossa de Mar near Platja d'Aro. This secluded gem features soft sand, clear turquoise waters, and lush Mediterranean vegetation. The area offers a campground with amenities such as a swimming pool, water sports, and hiking trails. Visitors can enjoy the raw natural beauty of Costa Brava while being surrounded by pine forests and rocky walls that almost touch the water's edge.
Absolutely stunning, we were staying at Sea Green camping Cala Llevado. The beach is accessed from the site. A lovely bar and gorgeous sandy beach

We spent 4 nights at this campsite with a tent. Since we were there mid-September, we didn't have that many neighbours and could enjoy some peace and quiet as well as beautiful views of the sea. I really liked the fact that the campsite was next to several really nice beaches (3 in total, 1 of them a nudist beach) that had beach bars/restaurants (I definitely recommend Chringuito Mar Azul!). Getting down to the beaches involves climbing lots of steep stairs though - if you have bad knees, this could be quite a problem. The facilities of the campsite were also okay and clean (but to be fair, there weren't that many people using it at the time we were there either), but there's only 1 big house on a hill with all of the facilities and reaching them could be quite a walk/climb, depending on where you're staying. A big fat downside was the noise from all of the construction work all night long (!) during our last pre-booked night there, which deterred us from extending our time there. Another big problem was that we weren't informed about the fact that there are wild boars in the camping - they came to our tent during the first night there and scared the heck out of us. Please do not leave any food or trash outside!! All in all, I would recommend going there if you want 'wild' camping with sea views, but are willing to sacrifice convenience (no possibility to park on the lot next to your tent, facilities quite far and everywhere you go you have to climb stairs/go up hills).

Nice beach situated near a campsite. Nice beach bar in the corner of the beach. Would recommend to wache your surroundings when bathing and take rubbish with. Anyways - a great beach for relaxing

I love this camping because of the location and the views. There is no comparison possible! They offer activities for kids and families, yoga, zumba, etc. The supermarket has all you may need. The restaurant in the beach is amazing (chiringuito mar azul) and their beaches so beautiful! Toiletts are clean enough, no complains, just a bit old.

We went walking along the "Camí de Ronda Sud" from Tossa de Mar and the views of the beach are impressive. A must if you visit Costa Brava
BB M — Google review
While there are a few good things about this camping like quite a good location and no problems on toilets etc. its really not worth it. We are here during Eastern and they charged us a bit more than 40 Euros per night for 3 people and a small Van; remember its not main season so thats quite expensive already. Furthermore the entire camping feels just empty and heartless and is just designed to generate Money (e.g by charging 5 Euros for 3 hours of WiFi) for the enormous Company owning it. To top it all off theres some completely unnecessary and stupid rules you need to follow; when we came there was a rather big storm going and we saw some people doing barbecue, so far so good. A few days later when we wanted to grill something and the storm was over and you couldnt see a leaf moving from wind we were prohibited to grill anything because of fear the imaginary "strong winds" Would light a fire somewhere with the coal. If youre not bothered by those kind of things or like it when its made for mass tourism go ahed, but were not going to come here ever again.
Jeroen S — Google review
The site was big and parts of it were nice though many of the pitches are only accessible on foot. It is noisy especially late at night and it is in a steep hill. One of the sanitary blocks was closed and it was over half a kilometre to the next. We had a problem with our stay and an extension was agreed, reduced and finally cancelled. My complaint was responded to 4 weeks after it was made. I cannot recommend the management or customer service. I was offer a free 3 day stay as compensation but I won't be going back.

Its location near the Castillo de Tosa de Mar allows guests to explore nearby attractions such as the Muralla de la Vila Vella and Capella de la Mare de Deu del Socors.
Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and owner. Extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms perfect for a break, very clean in the middle of town. Everthing you need for a vacation. Lovely restaurant as well, especially mention to Paqui, she was the most welcoming host I had the pleasure to meet for a long time. I will be back.

Stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed my time! Location was ideal. 5 minute walk from everything but still in a quiet area. Staff were lovely and greeted us everytime we came to and from. They have a cafe downstairs that does 3.6 euro coffee and croissant. Highly recommend!
Hailey D — Google review
A lovely little hotel with great amenities and service, definitely underrated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite some spoke just a little bit of English. The food selection in the hotel bar/restaurant had a good variety at a good price. The single room was spacious enough, very clean and nicely done. The bathroom is modern. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning worked without a flaw. An absolute highlight is the rooftop jacuzzi with a nice view to the nearby mountain range. I haven't tried the indoor pool but looks nice from the pictures. The only little flaw that it's about 10 minutes to walk to the beach but instead it's super close to the main bus station.
Jonas N — Google review
I would not recommend this hotel. It’s extremely noisy, you can hear everything from other rooms and the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. The beds are very hard, the rooms tiny, and the ventilation poor. The owner also has a dog in the reception that lives on the hotel.
Mirana W — Google review
The hotel is in a marvellous position in Tossa de Mar. Situated on the main street. Great for all the bars and restaurants with the old town only 500 yards away. Down stairs is a small pool, I won't call it a swimming pool as that would be a lie. There is a really great bar on the road side which is great for people watching. Priced are very reasonable too. Don't expect a 5 star hotel as it is not it's a 1 star, this it is great value for money.
Chris S — Google review
For a 1 star hotel at a reasonable price this hotel would be hard to beat. Beside the bus station, main supermarket and long term parking (€10 per day) Rooftop sun terrace and a small indoor pool.
Dave M — Google review
If you catch the hotel at a cheap price (40 euro), it's not too bad. Clean room, friendly staff, happy fiind. The Jacuzzi is open until 6-7pm & pool until 9pm, in case that is a point of attraction for you. Not the best rooms, not the worst. Imagine old-school hotel rooms. :)

No staff present. They have a "virtual reception" and you have to call them for any issues. Rooms are okay, no mini fridge which we didn't realise. That was a bummer when we wanted to hang out in the balcony and have some beers

I had the terrasroom, perfect. Everything is clean, matras bed realy good, the terras is more than perfect. This renovated hotel is good!!! One thing, the check in was going wrong, like with some other gasts too. Hopefully they look at this. But i recommend this hotel, 2 point off for the incheck. And no, i did't get the emails to pay touristtax en the link for passport is not working. After 4 times on the phone, i was able to go in the hotel. If this problem is fixed, i think you have a charming hotel!!!
Dolly H — Google review
My girlfriend and I have been coming to this hotel from time to time for several years. Recently the hotel has been bought by a group, and i would like to express my dissatisfaction - first of all, we encountered a problem with the hotel's website: we couldn't make a reservation (the site wasn't working after puting our paiement methods): we tried with 4 different credit cards (from different banks), several different devices and several different internet connections, for several hours, and it was impossible. We also sent a mail the same evening to let them know. The next day, the answer we received was first to use the official website (which we did), and the second answer was that it was probably linked with our bank account. As we really wanted to go there the following day, we tried again to book and it worked, finally, but of course, the price was more expensive. We reported this to the hotel, but it seems that they didnt care. - then, there is no more reception, everything is virtual, no one to help/inform you. Although we have to set an arrival time when we book, no one is waiting for you and not everything is ready when you arrive. We had set an arrival time of 9pm. We arrived at 11pm, and had to chat with the group to get into the hotel. After several minutes of waiting, they sent us a link to proceed with the payment of the stay, and we finally had access to the hotel, our room, after spending about fifteen minutes in front of the building entrance at 11pm: super. Was not easier to send the payment link before? In the moment of the booking for example? - no reception means no one to communicate with. As we had to check out at 11am, we wanted to leave our suitcases... in order to enjoy the city during the day without our suitcases .... but we couldn't, as there was no reception. Moreover, the code to enter the room allows you to enter the hotel. After 11, hour of the check-out, your code is deactivated. So it is also impossible to enter the hotel again. I think that this system doesn't work properly. I have been really dissapointed with my stay. There use to be nice people working and helping you: it is no longer the case. You wont find anyone except cleaning ladys during the day. There is no bar/breakfast fyi. Even the little tables and chairs that were outside have been removed.
Alex P — Google review
We arrived late on a European trip. The staff wanted to hold onto our passports without taking a picture or copy and demanded they hold onto them because the staff didn't have access to input into the system. Instead of staff dealing with this appropriately, the untrained staff got upset and threw our items back at us on the counter. We suggested leaving a negative comment about their hotel and they then changed their attitude and allowed us to stay and keep our passports. That's a red flag to me with their unprofessional behavior. Second, the next morning they accused us of an illegal booking because we had kids and were in the "wrong room" based on our number of guests. If they hired proper staff to deal with the situation, we wouldn't have to guess which room was "correct". The issue stemmed from poor communication and unprofessional attitude from staff and we did not understand which room was for which of our party. Third, we were treated extremely rude. We just wanted our room to sleep and continue our trip. We don't demand much when traveling. It could have been handled much better. Would not recommend. They lost many customers and future visits for their unprofessional conduct. Come during normal hours for proper staffing and be aware.

We spent four nights at the Avenida Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room, although small, was very nice and we really enjoyed the balcony. The room and hotel in general is exceptionally clean and well run. The location is excellent, the breakfast had a good selection and the staff at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the room with the roof terrace which was really lovely with a great view. Staff accommodating and friendly . Breakfast buffet very nice and plentiful. If we had one criticism it would be the bed. Its a bit on the small side. Just because we are used to a bigger bed. But the room was very clean and air con was brilliant. We would definately stay again.

Hotel Diana is a laid-back establishment housed in a modernist building, offering stunning sea views and featuring a dining area and a piano lounge. Situated in Tossa de Mar, the hotel provides historic accommodation with picturesque sea vistas near landmarks such as Capella de la Mare de Deu del Socors and Castillo de Tosa de Mar.
Very nice and quaint hotel right by the beach and next to all of the restaurants and main plaza. Retrofitted from an old house, the lobby and patio area is absolutely gorgeous. Great staff and comfortable bed. Large room with a nice pull out couch for my son. Breakfast is available at the associated restaurant in front of the hotel facing the beach.

Just left the hotel and wanted to leave the comment in order to warn other tourists. Rooms look really beautiful, especially if you like historical design. But there was a big problem - there were a lot of ants in our room. It wouldn't be a big problem if the hotel solved it once and for all. But they just came, sprayed the room with poison and asked us to leave for 10 minutes so that the poison could take effect. Nothing was offered as an apology for such service, and when we checked out, they didn't even ask about our experience. So if you are looking for good service, it’s not the place to stay in.

If you’re thinking about staying here, DO IT! We last minute booked two nights in the suite with the spiral staircase and it was the best decision ever. Most charming and well appointed rooms plus exceptional service from Andrea. 10/10 recommend!!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. I slept on the sofa bed, and on the second night, I started to feel an itching sensation on my back. The next morning, I woke up with multiple red bumps and swelling that were highly consistent with bed bug bites. I reported this to the front desk immediately. A staff member came to “check” the room briefly and then concluded there was nothing to be found. They also told me that I was “the first guest to be bitten,” which felt like an attempt to dismiss my concerns—as if I was imagining things or causing trouble. There was no apology, no offer of compensation, and absolutely no sense of responsibility. This kind of reaction is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable from a hospitality perspective. Sofa beds are known to be difficult to clean and should be inspected more carefully. I’m now left worrying about whether I may have brought the problem home with me. I do not recommend staying here, especially if you are sensitive to hygiene or allergic to insect bites.

Guests can enjoy convenient amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge services, and a welcoming lobby with a fireplace.
We had an amazing stayl! The place was spotlessly clean, and the decoration was beautiful, creating such a cozy and homey atmosphere. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the town, making it so easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I have to give a special shout-out to Miguel at the reception. He went above and beyond to help us with an early check-in and even provided some great restaurant recommendations. Since it was a Tuesday, the day most places close, he made an extra effort to support us and ensure we had a good meal. He also kindly offered us ice for our drinks, showing how much he genuinely cares about his guests. Miguel truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The location is perfect, with a beautiful church just outside and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The area isn’t accessible by car, but it’s only a five-minute walk to nearby car parks. I was very impressed by how clean and new everything looked. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. I also loved the modern touch of using codes to open the doors — including the reception door after hours — which made everything super convenient.

Sa Nansa is a true gem in Tossa de Mar. The staff are exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment you arrive. The interiors are stunning, with a thoughtfully curated design that blends charm and comfort effortlessly. The location is incredible: tucked away on a quiet side street, it's just minutes from the town center. You get the best of both worlds—peace and quiet, yet you're right near everything. Waking up to the sound of morning church bells felt like something out of a dream. Rooms are on the smaller side, sure—but they’ve thought of everything. Every detail is in place, and nothing feels lacking. It’s clear a lot of care went into making the stay feel seamless and comfortable. Would 100% stay again. If you’re headed to Tossa, don’t think twice.

The staff, room, location, decoration, and view were all amazing at this hotel — we loved it so much! The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is rich with many options. We booked a room with a terrace, and they surprised us with a brownie and pineapple juice as a gift. They also offer fresh coffee in the room, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we had a truly wonderful and fruitful stay!

Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Money Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The room was horrible—completely dark with zero natural sunlight. It smelled strongly of paint and was so small that you could barely move around, especially in the cramped bathroom. To make things worse, they never cleaned our room during the stay. The service was just as bad—we asked for ice and were met with attitude from the receptionist. Definitely not the kind of hospitality you'd expect. The hotel also charges for parking, and it’s way more expensive than nearby parking options that are not only cheaper but also much nicer. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Save your money and find a better place.

En conclusión: es íntimo y limpio, el servicio es bueno y amable siempre a disposición del cliente. Repetiría en próximos viajes a Tossa de mar.

(Translated by Google) The rooms are fairly large and bright, which is unusual in central Tossa, except for modern hotels. The rooms have a bathroom and bidet, and are clean and simple. There is no air conditioning. Parking is available for 4 spaces for €12 per day. Parking is only available for the entire stay. Ideal for a couple of days' stay or just an overnight stop during an active holiday (leaving in the morning and arriving late at night).

(Translated by Google) I went with a friend. It's a very affordable hotel. It could be much better, but for what it's worth, it's very good. It's clean, and the room and bathroom are comfortable. The receptionist is very friendly! (Original) Fui con una amiga, es un hotel muy económico, podría estar mucho mejor pero para lo que vale esta muy bien, es limpio y la habitación y el baño es cómoda. La recepcionista es muy amable!

(Translated by Google) Apart from the street noise, this is a nice, inexpensive little hotel. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and speaks good French. Parking is available nearby, although you have to pay extra. The rooms are very basic but very, very clean. (Original) outre le bruit de la rue, petit hotel assez sympa et peu cher. La propriétaire est très sympathique et très accueillante, elle parle bien le français. Parking appréciable à coté même s'il faut payer en plus. Chambres très simples mais très très propres.

(Translated by Google) It's a cheap hotel, and for the price, it's excellent in the middle of the season in Tossa de Mar. The bed was new. It's an old hotel, but don't expect a 5-star hotel for the lowest price. (Original) Es un hotel barato y para lo que cuesta esta excelente en plena temporada en Tossa. La cama era nueva. Si es un hotel viejo pero no esperes un hotel 5 estrellas pagando lo mínimo

Nestled in the picturesque Lloret de Mar, Villa Mimosa is a stunning holiday rental that promises an unforgettable getaway. With breathtaking panoramic views of Lloret Bay and even Barcelona on the horizon, this spacious and modern villa offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The interior is thoughtfully designed and impeccably clean, ensuring comfort at every turn. Guests can enjoy lounging by the pool surrounded by lush gardens filled with palm and citrus trees or savoring meals from the outdoor kitchen equipped with a professional barbecue.
We had house for 16 persons and honestly the house is absolutely perfect. There is space even for more people as well. Owners are also very friedly and helpful. Kitchen and all facilities are really good. Pool is big and nice. One of the best places which we have had in Spain. I can highly recommend.

Amazing house! I spent a lovely weekend there in a group of 16. The house was the perfect getaway. Beautiful views, clean house, modern furnishing and finishes, perfect size for entertainment (most comfortable couch that fits at least 10 and great bbq in the basement pool level). We didn't want to leave the house because it was that great!

(Translated by Google) We stayed at Villa Mimosa in October with stunning panoramic views. Everything was thought of, the amenities were very complete, and everything was very clean. Good Wi-Fi and beautiful views. The region offers some great day trips, such as the medieval towns of Rupit and Besalu. The coastal roads are also exceptional. We were still able to lounge by the pool in October and would gladly return!

(Translated by Google) In early October 2021, we spent a wonderful week at Villa Mimosa. The villa is spacious, modern, and fully equipped. It was spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly. The owners were friendly and provided a personal welcome. A beautiful view of Lloret Bay and Barcelona in the distance. On the large terrace by the summer room, we enjoyed the garden—with its palm and citrus trees—and the pool. Comfortable sunbeds and even a professional barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. A quick trip down the mountain led to a delicious restaurant on Sybius beach—highly recommended! Lloret town center and Tossa are just around the corner. Barcelona, Girona, and beautiful mountain villages were easily accessible in a day. It was a relaxing week's holiday, and we will definitely be back!
