Local spot with no frills, but good quality food. All 3 servers I encountered were so friendly, one even called me over away from my table to show me the view during sunset (must have saw I was taking pics of everything), lovely experience dining on my own. Can’t recommend it enough!

Cozy little place. My fiancé and I had a tapas lunch here and were very pleased. However, the most important thing: GET THE ESQUEIXADA. It is the best, most delicious , and perfect dish I have ever had. Don’t miss this 👏

Love this place! Without a doubt, they have the best cava sangria in town. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful and so quaint, perfect for a relaxed afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside. The kids loved it too! Don't even get me started on the food – the bravas were great, and every Spanish dish we tried was delicious. Our waitress was also lovely, adding to the overall fantastic experience!

The climb to this amazing La Lluna is well worth it. The best Tinto Verano is made here. We will definitely go back and try the food menu 😋 5 stars from me

The best Patatas Bravas we have ever had. The sauce was slightly spicy and delicious! Cute, quaint, outdoor eating area you would expect in a little town. BUT, the young female waitress was so rude to us, probably because we are not local/Spanish. She was very friendly and smiled to other customers who spoke Spanish. She was borderline rude to us. Even when I tried to compliment her on her establishment she is still showed me her RBF. I would go back next time before we visit if it were not for her.

The beach is very beautiful, but also quite small, so gets crowded easily. The view of the fortress is unique and beautiful, there are a lot of stones in the water, making walking quite hard without special shoes.

Clearly one of the most unique beaches you can visit. Tiny, wedged between two mountains, and gorgeous. Get there early to get a spot. The beach only has space for approx 100-150 people. If you can’t get a spot here, just walk to the other beach (Platja Gran) which is a short walk, though not nearly as memorable. Sand is stony & sharp so aqua shoes are reccomended. No bathroom facilities, except for a nearby restaurant. No beach chair or umbrella rental, and no lifeguards. The town nearby (5 minutes away) has plenty of food options. Make sure to visit the castle (Muralles) before coming here - it is also an unforgettable sight.

Es Codolar is a hidden gem just below Tossa’s old town walls 🏰. It’s a small, cozy beach with clear turquoise water and a peaceful atmosphere. Perfect if you want something quieter than the main beach. Bring water shoes if you don’t like pebbles, and goggles 🥽 for spotting fish. Truly a picturesque spot to relax by the sea! 🌊

Was just okay , the water is soo dirty to be honest but the place and city is soo nice , there's a small beach bar there , they are not friendly at all i swear , i don't recommend it 😓

It's truly an amazing beach. It can get very busy, but well worth it if you find a spot. It's a perfect spot for snorkeling, as long as you can avoid the occasional jellyfish. Highly recommend you get some goggles with you, because it's quite the experience to see all the fish you're swimming with.

Absolutely tranquil beach. Just behind the main part of Tossa Del Mar main town. The water is perfect and clear though it is quite difficult to find space there so make sure to go early especially if it is in peak season. I went during off peak and it was still packed.

A hidden gem. We came to this restaurant twice it was so good!! Highly recommend the Catalonian bread and the burrata salad!! All the mains were amazing too. You need to make a reservation as there is always a queue at 8pm when they open. Amazing service 10/10!

It's a bit of a touristy restaurant, but it has a great sea view. It's not the best restaurant I tried in Tossa del Mar in terms of food, but the food was still nice. There was a limited selection, as quite a few things on the menu were sold out, despite we were first round of customers eating, but with current covid situation, I think it's understandable. Need to book to avoid disappointment

Not bad, mussel was amazing, but I can give advice to serve the vangols in a deep dish. And also will be the good idea to serve together with bread.

Food is super fresh, cooked perfectly and priced really well. Totally recommend but if you want to make sure you get seats be sure to book or come early. Locals eat at around 2:30pm so come around 12-1pm.

Host kindly squeezed us in without a reservation and we had a lovely table surrounded by plants with great views of the beach and castle. Tapas were delicious and the service was friendly and attentive, booked to go back later in the week.

Coarse and abrasive sand, but still worth visiting. Beautiful vista. Mountains surround the beach. Young crowd. Best to bring water socks. The beach is adjacent to food & drinks. Beach has a volleyball net. Chair & umbrella rental options were not spotted while I was there.

The beach is very picturesque and is located in a bay. There is a large number of places for towels, and it is also possible to rent sun loungers. There is a parking lot nearby for 4 euros per hour under a barrier, we parked the car in the blue parking zone, which can be paid for using the Telpark app. The beach is not mixed, but small pebbles, the entry into the water is pleasant. The water temperature is refreshing and slightly lower, compared to Barcelona and Salou. There are quite a lot of nudist girls on the beach, so if you are traveling with children, think twice. If you are a single man, you can not think) Near the beach, enough cafes and a grocery store with a good selection.

Wonderful tapas. Fantastic super efficient staff in a 'proper' pub type establishment. We absolutely loved it here. The food is fresh cooked to order, you can watch the chefa doing their job while you have a beer. You can also just call in for just a beer too. Cannot wait to be back, one of my favourites during out holiday in Tossa. Many thanks to all the staff. ❤️

Excellent! A very authentic Spanish experience. Their food is delicious including a diverse range of embutidos, tapas hot and cold the selection of drinks are great too. The service was professional and friendly. Some reviews are saying this place is too expensive but you need to look at where and the kinds of food and service you are getting. It’s in the heart of the tourist area of Tossa however you will get much better than some other places in the area. I recommend not be fussed by the other reviews and give it a go because you only live once and money comes back but time never will. We went back twice and I highly recommend it.

Had a great time here. We had a feast of tapas with drinks to end our last night in Tossa de Mar. The place had a very cozy tavern feel, unpretentious and very reasonably priced. The Jamon Iberico was great! Shout outs to Gorky (I hope I spelled it right? I remember he said he's from Ecuador) we had a great chat with him.

Located in a central spot, this restaurant has a very traditional and charming atmosphere. The decor has a lot of personality, and the vibe is great. The traditional dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. However, the service was a letdown, feeling a bit too casual and unprofessional for my taste. The tables weren't as clean as they should have been, especially considering how busy it was. Additionally, I found the prices to be quite high for the quality of the food. It was a good experience overall, but not one I'd repeat. It's a nice place for a one-time visit to soak in the atmosphere, but the service and value for money didn't quite hit the mark for me.

We wandered into this little corner restaurant and it did not disappoint! A nice, warm, old gentlemen welcomed us in and make sure we were comfortable in the weather. Took time to take our orders and ensure we gotten what we wanted. The cim i tomba IS A MUST TRY! The stew is so rich with flavour and everything is fresh and so tender. We travelled thru Spain and collectively agreed that this is one of our top 3 spots for paella. The food is fab, service is amazing. I felt compelled to write a review cause more people need to visit this place.

Ask for the price of the fish of the day before ordering it or you can have a nasty surprise of paying 60€ for a shared dish of fish consisting of two small filets. Otherwise food was very tasty but expensive

Excellent food in general with great variety and a special touch for every dish that makes it special. Desserts, empanadas a bunch of other treats and dishes to make it worthwhile. Have repeated, will continue to do so.

We had a tenderloin steak and rib eyes steak and rice noodle. Rice noodle was delicious . Steaks too. recommend

This was one of our favourite food stops during our time in Tossa de Mar. The inside seating and decor is really nice, and the seating in the square is equally pleasant. The staff were very friendly, the drinks reasonably priced and they have the best Biscoff crepe I’ve ever had!!

We went to Seina restaurant several times during our stay and every meal was excellent. The owner was very helpful and courteous and the staff were friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable for the location. The outside seating in the pedestrianised square was lovely and relaxing and allowed us to watch the world go by as we ate. Highly recommended.

For a tourist restaurant this place is pretty good. Very tasty dishes especially the eggplant chips with Greek cheese and honey. Also the scallops. Friendly staff but they hovered around a bit much. This time of year they could be more relaxed. Overall - recommended.

A terribly racy place, located among all the rest of the bars, in front of the promenade, the venue was recommended to me by a Catalan friend as a bar with good Latin music for dancing. Unfortunately, the security guard (gruff in appearance), after asking me how I was doing, stood at the door and sarcastically said that the event was for Venezuelans only.

Security with NO hair not really professional. He noticed that the entrance only for Latin People. We are not in your country man…(Latin) So that was really awful 🤫

The staff here are lovely, and the cocktails are fantastic, with lots of fresh fruit. If I'm in Lloret de Mar again, I will be sure to return to this cafe.

Great music...

Small but very informative and interesting visit to the light house museum. The front of the house greeted us well and gave a very insightful discussion about the lighthouse and local area. It's small and has few exhibits but don't let that put you off. The information and video are really good. Some of the lamp systems used as the primary lighting are on display. I found that really fascinating. Especially for me I liked (technical bit) a three phase incandescent 1300w 125v lamp. At first glance it looks normal. Looking closer seeing multiple contacts... And realising that it was more than a standard lamp. Simple things, made me smile. The front of house was super friendly. Why not pop in and say hello... Or just enjoy some fantastic views...

Breathtaking view of Tossa de Mar beach and city. Must visit if you’re in the city. Just a bit hard for seniors to go up walking, but small group car is available with charges of course.

We went in may on weekend and it was empty so we really enjoyed and had a really nice time. The view is beautiful and the parts of fortress got us back to the days of pirates. You can’t come near with car because this is pedestrian part.

Cap de Tossa Lighthouse is a must-visit! The walk up through the old town and castle walls 🏰 is beautiful, and once you reach the top, the views over the coastline are absolutely breathtaking 🌊.

Very nice tapas bar at the hill top. Please check the opening hours at the website since it changes by the season. When I arrived there was no food just olive and fries but it was still wonderful to have a drink and enjoy the view.

During a day trip to Tossa De Mar, as my family and I were climbing the castle walls, we stopped by this terrace bar with amazing views of the beach. The ambiance was perfect for a beach day lunch break. The cava sangria (incredible) and simple Spanish tapas were great snacks to fuel us mid way through the day. We had such an enjoyable experience that we returned later. I would 100% come again if I return to Tossa.

Great spot in the way up to the lighthouse, inside the walls. Amazing views of the bay, good food at reasonable prices, the staff working there was correct (also recommending what to order considering the size of the tapas) and wider open schedule than other places around.

This is a lovely quaint place that has a very good atmosphere feeling. The Villa Vella is set in a steep well paved road. We had a fantastic orange mango strawberry and cava sangria. Very nice and very fresh against the heat. A few plates of tapas to go and we were very happy. Part of the atmosphere was due to a person playing nylon acoustic guitar and singing. Very nice. The other was the rustic (but not worn out) vibes. The staff were tremendously friendly. Worth a stop if you're passing for sure 😃

Best croquettes I’ve had in Tossa by far. Very relaxed vibe, wasn’t hounded by staff and left to enjoy the views by our own accord. Reasonable price too.

Very rude service! We asked for a bit more hot water for tea, and they said we had to pay extra for it. You also have to pay to use the restroom. The view is beautiful, the coffee is decent, but everything else is very bad.

After the first time I came here, I already liked the atmosphere. Came 4 times whilst I was staying in Tossa and everytime was even better. The food is delicious and made very quick. The service is even better than their food.

I had such a lovely experience at Loop Café in Tossa de Mar! I tried the salmon bagel with a fresh orange juice, and it was absolutely delicious, super fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The café has a really cozy vibe, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere to relax. Definitely a great spots I found in Costa Brava. Highly recommend!

Great food, great service. Their toasts were delicious... coffee made perfectly. We sat inside, but there were ample room available outside.

I love this place, it is perfect for a quite brunch/breakfast. It is really clean and the lovely and natural decoration is making you feel like home. The service is amazing, the owner and the ladies are always smiling and kind. The food is super tasty. I particularly love the chai tea and the avocado toast. They have gluten free + veg options, which really changed my life in town as no other bar offer these options.

BEST Disco in SPAIN Insane club for party animals! Really the best Party location in Lloret de Mar! Multiple rooms of different music genres, good prices and fast security. I really liked the vibe at this club, it made me feel alive! Staff was quick even though there were lots of people inside. It was a crazy party night, that I will never forget! I highly recommend :)))))

The location is beautiful, magical and easy to find. The beach is clean, with waves and plenty of jellyfish. The bungalow is small with basic facilities. Bed linen and towels are cleaned and changed every 4 days. The service in the restaurants is bad, the employees are not in a good mood, they don't know English. Poor choice of food that is not tasty and it is expensive. The camp is very clean. The children's animators did a great job. The atmosphere in the camp is nice and calm.

Beautiful camping spot, recently completely renovated. In the middle of a very nice Green Bay. Reception service can be improved. Same goes for the cleaning of the toilets and showers. Beach is public and can be crowded but that’s manageable

We had the best camping experience in Spain so far. We stayed in the pool tramuntana with my husband and 1.5 year old son for 5 days. So comfortable facilities, pool is great for little ones, the activity room is also fun. They provide a comfy baby cot. The cala can be quite crowded in the afternoon so save your spot in the morning. Do not expect amazing food at the restaurant but serves decent stuff. The market is quite nice, you can find good quality food. The bungalows are on a quite hilly space and is not easy to walk with a stroller but everyone manages somehow:) The aesthetic of the overall place is a winner.

Lovely location. Beautifully renovated and the beach is stunning. This could have been the best campsite ever. But then there is a big downside though; the bathrooms and showers were not cleaned over the 2 days we’ve stayed here. The same stains of pee were on the toilet seat. Also The sink, the counters and walls in the shower had many disgusting stains of toothpaste and soap that’s been there for ages. The cleaners did come by, but they would sit down watch video’s on their phone until their time was up. Many management should do a check at least everyday… It really is a shame, since this could be thé best camp site we’ve been. It’s so well set up, but then it’s not cleaned and very dirty…Hopefully this will be fixed! 🤞🏻

Great location, great for families, bungalows are quite small (the public showers are bigger) services have odd opening hours and they close very early for Spanish and vacation standards. Food at the restaurants had no taste.

We holidayed in July for a few days at Camping Cala Pola and we loved it! We were very pleased with the picturesque beach, the magical nature and a pleasant holiday in a clean, comfortable, well-maintained campsite. We really enjoyed the pool and the children enjoyed the entertainment programme. They were delighted! The food is delicious and quite varied. On the terrace on the beach was one great pleasure to have breakfast and enjoy the view of the sea. We were served by two very friendly and professional waitresses Alena and Svetlana, who were always able to advise on the choice of dishes and answer any question. This is the most marvellous place for family vacation❤️. We will definitely come back to you, but most likely we will choose the season when there are less people.

I think this is the best place to be in Costa brava. It's trully genuine and picturesque. The beach, the grounds, the bungalows everything it's a gem. We are staying in the beach bungalow, just a couple of steps to the beach and the pool. Everything is spotless and the staff is really kind especially the security guys keeping the place safe also during the night. They are very kind and help with any question. Service is 5 stars. On the beach you can rent a sup via app which I find fantastic. The grocery shop is small but has everything you need and prices are for some items even cheaper than in Tossa town. Guests at least during our stay were very polite and not noisy. The water pressure in the shower is great, the towels are plenty and there is a small kit for washing dishes. The sea is fantastic and there is plenty of fish to watch if you snorkel. The walking path leading to Tossa town from the Cala Pola is amazing. Walking through pine forest with fantastic stops with breathtaking views. We'll definitely come back!

The pool party was super fun! The djs didn’t really transition the music into each other very well so it sounded weird, and for the foam part, the foam didn’t even reach the pool so yeah. The staff was very friendly and beautiful, they could also dance very well. The floors were very hot so I recommend just taking your slippers of at the pool. It wasn’t very clean but for a party with over 200 wet and drunk people it was fine. The food was also delicious and good priced! I would recommend and come back, it was very fun!

For Spanish people it’s really nice because they can do whatever they want and just go in front of the line, we as Germans had nothing to say and had to wait 30 minutes for our drink. But all in all it was good nothing to say there but Spanish people are their favorite, I mean we are in Spain, what should I say

Sanddance organizes great pool parties with live Dj's. Beverages and food can be bought on location (not allowed to bring your own, as on a festival). Sunbeds are available if you want to chill. And they have a sport area, where you can play some beach volleyball with your friends. The pool is great if you need to cool off a little, though the water feels a little "filthy". That would be the only remark. All together, fun place with friendly staff!

Great place for poll party, I recommend to you and your friends to play beer pong. The prices of the 🍸 are good as well.

The food & service in this place has dropped over the past years. Literally got served cheese & ham croquettes which were still frozen inside. Staff seem disinterested & lax. It's a shame because this place used to be lovely.

Lovely place, really is a hidden gem. The manager is very friendly and has really made the place look amazing. We have been for the first time this evening and can’t wait to return Thursday for mojito party. We will also return at the weekend. Highly recommend this place. Drinks are to die for and very good prices 👍🏼

Great to be here again. New bar nearer the beach front. Looks fantastic inside , tv's everywhere to watch the world cup on. Beer cold , friends great . Come over and have look. Sadly Mick and Julie's bar has closed permanently. They have returned home to England , so those great nights drinking at there bar are over. Shame.

i do not know why there are bad reviews. I visited daily on my holiday and was, I hope, warmly received. One day a power failure caused problems, but this affected all local establishments. Mick seems to be in charge of the kitchen area and the size quality price is very good indeed, just make sure you are hungry, the portions are very generous. He is also the resident joker,brilliant. Julie fo course is not to be forgotten and the bar, I am sure, would not function with out this good lady, somebody has to keep an eye on Mick. Been to Mick & Julies a few times over the last 2 years and we have been greeted politely and when my wife arrived in a bikini top we apologised and Mick found a Tshirt for her to wear! Lovely bar will definitely be back!!

This is a cracking little bar that's tucked away down a side street. I had a couple of beers and that was all. I did see some food passing me and it looked very good. I recommend that you try the place for yourselves! Nearly forgot there's a well kept pool table and also one of those table football games. Great to keep the kids quite for a while. Oh yes friendly staff as well, always a bonus.

very tasty hot dog! Melts in your mouth. The bun is delicate, crispy and the sausage is fresh. I recommend it!

This place seems to be popular with locals and best known for their burgers. However we chose to order burritos and patatas bravas, none of which was that great, to be honest. The price was very affordable and service was quick. It was in a quiet street, further away from the beach which is a plus.

Very bad experience at this bar. Specially the service. That one guy i think he is the owner of this bar, was very rude, unprofessional and he got some attitude problems. I thought i am the only one who been through this but after seeing the comments of other peoples now i am sure that guy have some issues. Although the lady server was very nice.

We visited this bar for the first time this year after reading rave reviews and were not disappointed. The burgers are delicious, prices are very reasonable and there's a great ambience as it is a traditional bar. Service is great too-even although we had a mix up when ordering (mainly due to our attempt at ordering in Spanish), the manager quickly and politely sorted it out. Will go again on next holiday!

If it's the churros you're after, give this place a pass. It's absolutely not worth it. You get 4 tiny pieces and a tasteless "chocolate" sauce for €9. Absolutely outrageous! Spend your money somewhere else.

Lovely homemade burgers and a great location looking towards the castle walls. However I agree the chips are a bit expensive at 4 euros per portion but they're only 50c cheaper elsewhere. We had two burgers, hotdog, sandwich with drinks and chips that cost 38 euro. The service was good too.

Fast and friendly service just steps from the beach, with a nice atmosphere. The patatas bravas were tasty, but the pimientos de Padrón didn’t seem very fresh.

The sandwiches we ordered could have had more flavor and bread could have been toasted more as it felt quite cold. The scallops- you get what you’re paying for. However, the staff were really lovely and it was located in the perfect location to have that nice afternoon lunch

Came here for tapas as tired from walking around town shopping. We had mussels and a hamburger with 2 Lemon Nestea's to drink. Great mussels and Hamburgervwas homemade and large. Excellent place to take a rest from walking around town. Staff super friendly and service was great.

It was a great experience,the menu tapas of the sea was delicious.The owner was very friendly and helpfull.We are staying in a 4 star hotel and this was the best we ate the whole week.We certainly recommand it.

The terrace is nice, hidden between the wall of the castle and the tourist area near the beach. Unfortunately though, the waiter was constantly in a rush and not very polite (although there were many empty tables). Additionally, the food was not good at all. Whilst the mole chicken sandwich we ordered did not have proper mole, it was ok. But the potatoes that came with it had no flavor at all. Worst of all were the croquetas though. Although the waiter ensured they were homemade, we highly doubt that. Either way, they were dry, heavy and really not good. We won’t be coming back.

Great bar. Went there with my gf, who's celiac. We had no problem at all. Food was delicious and fresh. We got some fried whitebait and squid special and it was absolutely delicious. Tacos were also very good. Service is nice and polite. We enjoyed it. Would recommend.

Disappointed …. This place came highly rated by my hotel. I arrived early. Staff came to open a minute or two after seven and asked me to wait about ten minutes for them to open. I waited fifteen. I reviewed the menu in the meantime. Peeked in to see if they were ready and the staff were sitting at the table and didn’t even acknowledge us. We left and found a nice place with great service.

Stopped for food and drinks. Greeted by a lovely lady who grabbed menus in English for us! We all had a the chicken burger with potatoes and wow!! Compliments to the chef! The burger was delicious, and the potatoes were perfect! Honestly a definite food highlight of our holiday… will definitely be back. We had a great dinner here yesterday! I ordered the chicken burger and it was absolutely delicious – juicy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. My girlfriend had the chicken tacos and loved them as well. Both dishes were really tasty and well-prepared. The drinks and cocktails were also excellent. Highly recommended!

Literally the best bar we found in Tossa. I went with one of my best friend groups and we just instantly fell in love with the vibe. Had two great karaoke nights in this pub during our stay. Atmosphere was lovely. Staff were friendly. Music was great. Only negative the sangria tasted a bit weak compared to other places we had sangria but we had a lovely time and would go back.

Nice beers and ambience, except when the tourists take over the music to play commercial rubbish, but the owner is there to maintain a good level of quality rock. Good price on cocktails, and such good cocktails. I'm always a bit sceptical on places using syrups, but this place makes authentic and tasty cocktails.

Visited out of season in October so there didn't seem to be many options available. But this bar was definitely the best one we found great ambiance, pool table, table football pinball and friendly staff. What more do you want from a bar.
