With being prime time morning hours, I walked up with no wait in line. I decided to try something different, the Havana Cappuccino. I enjoyed the darker taste and its cinnamon hint. The oatmeal cranberry cookie was soft and delicious. If there's hardly a line, stop by and grab something!

I could not believe the prices on the sandwiches at this airport. They want about $15 to $17.00 for small sandwiches, even a croissant. I could not believe my eyes. Not even Starbucks charges those prices. Well, of course I didn't buy those. I only purchased a coffee , and the prices were compatible with other stores. They are taking advantage of the customers because there is nothing much at this airport. So sad!
Wanted to get coffee after an early flight, always had a good experience with Pete’s coffee even in the airport. But this location, the barista remained sitting behind the counter, even as I gave my order. During the whole experience she was short and rude. I asked for clarification on a drink and the barista was rude repeating what I ordered and proceeded with poor customer service as they gave smart remarks and barely acknowledged our existence for the remainder of the interaction.
There are several Peet’s coffee shops in the airport. I got a cup of cappuccino. It tasted authentic. Service was fast. The prices were reasonable.
Horrible service. We approached the gate at 11AM after seeing that it had been closed for about 45 minutes. When we peaked inside, the lady at the counter was super rude and hostile and said that she would open in up in another 30 minutes! She needs to be fired. Don’t come here.
This review is for the location in the C gates which is marked permanently closed… but it’s not. On many previous occasions the person behind the counter at the main location just inside the terminal was rude, and routinely demanded an extra charge for double-cupping coffee. This time when I got my latte there was no lid. I asked for one, and the barista was downright rude in telling me they don’t have any. I suggested this was something to be mentioned before I ordered - a lid is important on the plane. I asked for a refund but was told a manager needs to do this (and so a manager was called). Minutes later I politely asked when a manager may be expected and was met with more rudeness. At that point I had no choice but to take my lid-less coffee to go board my flight. I have never seen such low quality of service at Peet’s anywhere else. Jarringly poor.
woman who works there (who i would assume is what every other bad review is about) is rude and disrespectful. she closes the store whenever she wants and after more than 30 minutes of closing i looked in there to see what was going on. just wondering if i could get a coffee! she proceeded to yell at me and be extremely hostile. if u would like to get yelled at, go here!
The barista was more concerned with chatting with her co workers than making coffee. Four people in line took over 15 minutes to get to me and get my coffee (although the airport employees got very quick service). Bypass the location just past TSA and opt for the location near B5 if you can (more food selection here as well)

Perfect place to get some coffee and some late night munchies without breaking the bank. We tried a few of their dessert items and were pleased with everything we got. Open late and just a short walk from the hotel we were staying in. Go check them out!
I've visited this location a few times during my week-long stay and everyone is absolutely wonderful, it always smells of delicious coffee, the Gelato is great and so are the pastries. Aiden in particular clearly excels in customer service - very friendly, efficient, and thoughtful.
Service was decent but the coffee and sausage breakfast sandwich were awful! The sandwich tasted like soggy air and the coffee was just disgusting. Sandwich was way overpriced. They do offer 0.70 refills but I couldn’t even get the first one down.
Starbucks is just down the escalator where sandwiches & coffee are cheaper and so much better.
I love me some strong coffee i had their quad espresso with ice and 2 pumps of vanilla. It by far the best coffee ive ever had. I want to go back just for the coffee. My morning starbcuks coffee just isnt the same since trying Sips!!!! The staff was also very friendly!!
Sips Coffee in the Silver Legacy is a welcome morning treat. They have fresh coffee and pastries and other morning fare all served up with a smile.
This place was yummy and affordable. I wish I'd discovered it earlier in my visit. I ate at a lot of other places that were way more expensive and not nearly as yummy. Got a delicious chef salad and gelato for $13. Sad I didn't get a chance to try the coffee.
I tried Sips twice. The first time, I got a peach smoothie with protein. It was delicious and filling. I would happily get a smoothie there again.
The other time, I got one of their chocolate brownies, which was topped and filled with chocolate chips. It was huge but so very flavorful!

Homage is a quaint little bakery that offers coffee drinks, loose leaf teas, pastries and lunch items. They also have croissants, pastries and danishes with dark chocolate, almond or fruit which can be enjoyed on the front porch or in the garden.
I’ve been here twice, and I love this place. I love the decor, the staff, and most importantly, the food. I highly recommend their croissants, the sausage and biscuits, the fruit cup, and Chai Tea roll (that might be seasonal). I will be back

We love Homage! It is always such a treat to go there for brunch and take some of their baked goodies home! (All homemade with such skill.) It is absolutely one of the beat restaurants in Reno!!
Stopped in to try them out, and it was good. I'm not huge on coffee but sampled my hubby's mocha and it was amazing. My veggie wrap took quite awhile to arrive but nevertheless it was also very fresh and tasty. I took a dessert to go and it was very rich and delightful. Definitely would've paired well with one of their hot coffees. Overall vibe is very chill. A walk-up to kind of spot since parking is wherever you can find on the street. Not a big deal, since it's in a pedestrian friendly area just something to keep in mind.
An unexpected pleasure though quite expensive. The sandwiches were savory and crispy, and the cookies were delightfully sweet. The interior aesthetics bring out a clean yet rustic feel.
They really have perfected their cheesecake recipe here. The base crust has been consistently outstanding. They get away with many different types cheesecakes solely on their perfect cheesecake preparation. Texture wise, they are soft and creamy but firm enough to hold its shape while you dig in with every bite. I visit often and continue to be delighted by their cheesecakes.
Love the atmosphere and the drink selections! Quite a few food options as well. Nice little local place.
Delicious! Stopped in before my flight, and glad I did. The croissant is freshly baked, and the egg scramble warm and tasty. The mocha was half sweetened like I requested and is large and yummy. Staff were all smiles and welcoming and they have a lovely outside patio where you can hear the birds sing while you enjoy your meal. Recommended!
The drinks are all amazing! Even the seemingly weird 'innovative' section of the menu. The croissant scramble was a scrumptious delight. Their tomato bisque is another thing that truly stood out.

The best breakfast burritos we've had in the whole Reno-Tahoe region!! Filling, flavorful, and not killer-expensive! The facilty was clean, though very loud. And service was prompt and friendly. Parking was a little diffcult. Everything else was great!
We got the Corrito (vegan burrito), the salmon lox, and the Walton burger!!! All of it was DELICIOUS! We also brought our dogs and sat on the nice patio. Customer service was also great!
I drove by this coffee shop about a week ago on my way to a meeting. It struck me so hard. I save the location in my GPS. I finally was able to visit today and it exceeded all my expectations. The environment is so inviting and fresh this smells coming from the kitchen are astronomical. This will be my new spot.

We’ve enjoyed coming to Walden’s for many years now. They are consistent and always welcoming. We usually get breakfast but enjoy all of their offerings! I especially enjoy coming with my little one since there is space to sit outside on a nice day.
Walden’s Coffeehouse is hands-down one of my favorite spots in town. The cozy atmosphere, rustic vibes, and the constant smell of fresh coffee make it the kind of place you never want to leave. Visited here from out of town. Located in local neighbor neighborhood streets. Basic coffee selection, eco friendly cups, freshly made pastries. I’m an almond croissant fanatic and found myself really liking their almond croissant (thick filling).
This super chill coffee shop has a great atmosphere and wildly creative drinks that will make you feel better any time of day!
We enjoyed the cucumber mint matcha and ube latte before an afternoon hike - both highly recommended!
I always enjoy the coffee here, but I’m disappointed to see the shop allowing political messaging. It doesn’t build community — it divides it. This should be a place where people from all walks of life can feel welcome, not somewhere that pushes one side or the other. I hope you’ll consider focusing on what truly brings people together: great coffee, friendly service, and a space everyone can enjoy.
Really good place, the croissant was amazing and made in-house (I saw them making the dough in the back) and the mocha was perfect; not too sweet, not too bitter. They have "for here" cups and I really liked the darker, moody atmosphere. The only thing that keeps this from having a perfect rating is that the customer service isn't bad, it's just...weird.
Having the person behind the counter say, "Hey, what's up?" as I walked up to the counter and then walk away as soon as my order was taken, no word of "we'll have that right out to you" "just a moment" or even acknowledging that the transaction was completed is strange, albeit efficient. Great creative space with great food and coffee, but the staff seems burnt out, it took over 25 minutes after I had received my pastry to get my Americano (and no line at the register when I arrived) they definitely need more than one barista working or slow down their orders coming in
Stopped here on our way out and back to Sacramento during our road trip to Denver. Loved this gem of a coffee shop. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Their service was delightful and efficient. They even pointed out their deal for buying beans on Monday that saved us some money when we were going to make separate purchases. They always seem to brew two selections for black coffee, with both being delicious. Their lemon blueberry scone also hit the spot for an afternoon sweet snack. A little bit off the freeway and into a neighborhood, it was worth the trek for a brief break and recharge.

Tucked away at 542 1/2 Plumas St, this charming teahouse offers an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. With over 100 varieties of specialty teas and herbal blends, including unique options like Matcha and Yerba Mate, there's something for everyone.
This place is my new favorite. Right out of the gate, Morgan took the time to explain the menu and answer my many (and probably annoying, let's be real) questions. They have an incredible selection of all sorts of teas. I'm a fan of oolongs, and she hooked me up with the Magnolia Oolong. Phenomenal. If you order a pot, they include a re-steep, which is great as someone who usually does multiple steeps at home. They are highly knowledgeable and take great care in their brewing times and temperatures. They offer loose leaf teas for sale and offer refillable tins. Discounts for bringing your own mug and for UNR students! They also offer many house blends and fruity offerings, which I have not yet had the pleasure of trying. If you are on the lookout for high-quality loose leaf teas, for a great price, brewed by people who give a damn, then you have to check out Too Soul!

Great place to get freshly brewed tea. The ladies running the shop was very knowledgeable in teas and help select a flavor for us to try. They brewed them quickly and we were drinking fresh teas within a couple minutes.

The tea was actually surprisingly well brewed at the right temperature. The only problem I had was with the price. for two small/medium regular ice teas it came to over $13 . No bells or whistles just regular tea. Other than that they have a nice selection.
This lil shop never fails. They have amazing service even when busy. And the best tea selection in town. You can even buy a selection of tea to take home with you. As well as some locally made goods and treat. Y'all rock <3
My favorite shop ever. Im OBSESSED. My only complaint is I worry their prices are too low and they’ll go out of business. So GIVE THEM ALL YOUR MONEY I want them to stay open forever. Looseaf teas are cheaper than you’ll find anywhere else and in a broader selection, barristas (?) are super knowledgeable and helpful in selection, and their hot/cold drinks are to die for.
I freakin' love Too Soul Tea! They are my comfort spot in all of Reno and brew the tastiest teas for real! Every time I visit, the employees are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They have great quality loose leaf teas and so much variety on the menu that I still haven't tried them all!
Growing up, I had Teavana to turn to for teas like this, but I feel so much better contributing to a local business that really does put "soul" into their product over a Starbucks subsidiary. I even buy a tin of my new favorite to brew at home every year on my birthday. They also have mother of macros treats and a stamp card that after 10 purchases, your next tea is free! I recommend: Creme Brulee Black, Vanilla Roobios, Spiced Chai, Santa's Sugar Cookies, and Strawberry Colada.
First of all, walking into this place smells divine. I'm not a huge tea person but have always loved a good matcha latte. After coming here I realized I should probably be finding more fresh tea leaves rather than tea bags - this place smells that good.
I got a coconut matcha latte and it is delicious. Fragrant and subtle notes of coconut with the matcha with the perfect amount of sweetness. My new favorite matcha place in town. Mmm.

This Midtown coffee shop is a bright and bohemian space with a welcoming atmosphere. They roast high-quality beans, and offer a variety of drinks made from these beans. Whether you're there to work or relax, the regulars at Old World Coffee Lab make it an enjoyable place to be.
Excellent third wave shop. Obviously a very strong barista, calmly handling a rush immediately upon opening solo, taking orders while making multiple orders, pouring latte art, talking to regulars, making great recommendations.
I got a bright and clean pourover that made me wish they had natural or anaerobic processed bean on the menu, but the presentation was excellent.
Atmosphere was great, exactly what you'd expect from a shop like this. For my tastes, I would be a regular if I lived nearby and needed a spot to work.

I love this coffee shop! My absolute favorite in all of Reno. The northwest location is also solid. The very first time I got to-go coffee here, it spilled all over me because of a faulty lid. The barista was so kind and got me a new one and I’ve been coming back ever since. Their seasonal specialties are always unique and delicious and the shop itself is a beautiful space to have a nice quiet sip. I always recommend this place to tourists and friends alike.

Visiting and stopped by Pangolin’s and got the Cubano breve and it came with complementary rose Turkish delight with pistachios inside. I got the waffles as well and everything was delicious. The folks making these goods were super friendly and welcoming. Excited to come back

Pangolin Café is a hidden gem in Reno! Their drinks are both tasty and affordable, with great flavors and quality ingredients. 10/10 recommend! The staff are so welcoming and there’s many coffee/tea options on their Turkish inspired menu. Who doesn’t love Turkish delight too?? Seasonal but for sure get the cornbread latte if you want a lil sweet treat.
We ordered the PB+J latte and the cardamon latte. Both of them were silky smooth, not too sweet, and had a nice natural subtle flavor of what we ordered. You can still appreciate the taste of the coffee without the add on flavors to be too overpowering.
Both the cashier and barista were very friendly and knowledgeable. We could tell that they really care about their craft and providing a great experience for their customers.
The logo of the store is adorable, so we decided to get one of their mugs, too! It was only $10 for this cute and lasting souvenir. This is a great stop for coffee and more when in Reno.
First time here today & it was 10/10! The coffee options are excellent. Espresso is smooth & strong. I had an iced cardamom latte which was amazing & the seasonal on the Cobb latte was an interesting pick & SO good. The free Turkish delights are a sweet treat and the barista was friendly, personable & quirky. This place is awesome and one of the better coffee places in Reno!
Stopped by Pangolin Café today — overall, a pleasant experience. The ambiance is cozy with a relaxed vibe, and the staff were warm and attentive. I ordered a cappuccino and a slice of cake; both were nicely done (good balance in flavour, not too sweet).

Beautiful place to chill. The spackling rose lavender lemonade and I really like it. It was refreshing and delicious. The Turkish delight came with the drink and it was also delicious. Like the decor and parking was available.

Walked in to check out the new spot... offered to try a couple of chocolates...I'd say an 8 out of 10.... cakes (minus tiramisu) looked good, chose a strawberry pistachio and a put if tea, cakes are PRICEY at $10.50 but when went to 0ay for a cake and tea and was told it would be ..... $30????? Out of shock I asked...how? Cake os 10.50 but how much is tea?.... $17!!!!! This all price gagging in reno is getting old! We spend half our time between Pacific Grove and Beverly Hills....sorry, NEVER was charged $17 for a tea pot ...not ANYWHERE in BH...and actually not even at Shangri-la or the Ritz tea time in London! I found Bouchée today to get some desserts for a birthday. I did not expect the delicious and beautiful confectionery selections! I was so proud to present these to my sister-in-law for her birthday. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The cakes are amazing! Highly, highly recommend recommended!
Afternoon Tea! A wonderful surprise to find in Reno for sure! Today’s Savory forward tea was absolutely delicious! I’m normally a traditionalist and was delightfully surprised. Dessert tier and Confections extra yummy! The Staff was lovely and very attentive even with a full house.
I came to Bouchėe confections on June 19th. A friend and I wanted to try out a local place in Reno that sold desserts and coffee. A quick Yelp search popped up this place and we were excited to check it out because the photos online look beautiful.
I will say that the pictures did live up to their aesthetic beauty. Unfortunately because they were so good I forgot to take my own pictures.
I purchased the strawberry pistachio cake and a cafe au lait.
The coffee itself was impeccable when it came to the flavors that came through from the coffee beans. It was ground fresh, brewed, and then the organic milk used was superb. It was one of the smoothest coffees I've had in a very long time.
Also the strawberry pistachio cake was so soft, light, and airy. You could taste every distinct flavor of the cake itself and it was so scrumptious.
Because I didn't want to leave without taking a little something home, I ended up buying the variety box of gourmet chocolates. I got help deciding which ones to take via the individual behind the counter. The chocolates were just as delicious as the cake and coffee.
If I'm ever in the area I would love to go back and do the high tea that they have during the week. I am definitely going to ask for the bunny teapot in my comments LOL
Had the wonderful experience of trying these delicious French desserts here in my hometown of Reno NV! Stunning works of art that intrigue your taste buds. Quality ingredients do not go unnoticed. Please go out of your way like I did, and experience Bouchée.
Geez I hate to knock a small business but I'm very disappointed in the service, price, and taste of the tiramisu and chocolates. I stopped in for my birthday and the two ladies working seemed as if we were interrupting them I also feel like they were very judgemental and not sure why? So I got a tiramisu which I ended up going to the Italian place next door for an authentic one that was half the price and double the flavor and size. We also purchased pistachio chocolates. The total of the two was 30.00 for the taste size and service that was definitely not worth it. If your looking for yummy dessert try the Italian place down the way.
The desserts are really wonderful, I wish I took pictures! The girls in the afternoon, are cranky, not pleasant and are the reason I'm not giving 5 stars instead of 4. I've been in twice, I always tip, despite the poor customer service.

It houses the largest independent restaurant in Reno and is the biggest property in Midtown. We went specifically to see Uncle Junkee. It's a vintage clothing costume and antique store. It's so fun to browse through. They had some interesting food places, but we didn't eat.

Cook was the most jovial and happy to share his gift with us. Quick service and Beyond delicious baby beet salad!! I am so glad I took his recommendation on the salad!! My husband's dish was also really yummy.

Now let me tell you about the food. Wow. I had the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever tasted—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor. And the pupusas? Incredible. Soft, cheesy, and full of deliciousness in every bite.
Reno Public Market is easily one of my new favorite spots in town. Great energy, great eats, and a great way to spend an afternoon or evening.
It is always a great place to watch a band play some music and have some great food and even a drink. All kinds of different food to choose from to eat. And sometimes even meet some great people, like Dog the Bounty Hunter. I think didn't get a chance to talk to him.

Coffee and dessert, simple winning combination here. We stopped by for post meal pick me up. I had a great Iced Mocha with almond milk. Good coffee that wasn't too sweet, but just the right amount. Of chocolate. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Girl working on today Monday 9/1 in the morning needs to be retrained. The drink was basically just milk. I notified them and they remade it and it was the same problem. The amount of espresso and powders need to be increased.
Highly recommend! Had gelato, coffee, and tea. Everything was delicious. The guy who helped us with super friendly and helpful and accommodating and patient and understanding. He even brought some water for our dog. And there are plum trees in the back that are edible and they were so juicy and flavorful!
Definitely not true gelato, but ice cream. It was good, pricey for what you get. Tables outside were nice to sit at.

Last weekend I was here and there is only 1 person working it’s the weekend why don’t you staff more people?? There was a large group prior to me but my friend and I were standing there for about half an hour without being acknowledged. The staff didn’t even say I’ll be right with you.. just ignored us. Absolutely bad service. We left and went to the Meadowood location instead but all of the BTS location are same prices very expensive for a Tiger it’s $9!! The staff overcharged me 0.75 for boba but the drink already comes with boba so it turned into $9 drink..it states it on your sign too that includes boba… anyways the drink was WAY to sweet I’ve had tiger before it’s never that sweet. Then my friend got Halo Halo it was $9!! It was ok it’s better at Num Num you can go further down the street to Num Num boba or RareTea for less than that. Ridiculous prices and bad service. I hope you fix that.
Nice place to stop by and have a sweet drink sitting outdoors. We stopped by during our Reno trip and it was good. The halo halo drink taste good but the guava fruit tea was on the sweeter side.
Overall, there were many items on the menu to choose from with reasonable prices and the barista was friendly in answering questions and made the drinks quickly.

The coffee smelled better than it tasted. The flavored teas were good and I do like how they have a selection of them. So once ur done placing order u can sit in there really cute patio area or stand by the window. If you do decide to stand by the window there is a speaker playing music kind of loudly so you really can't hear when they call out ur order bcus they dont place a name with the order which u think is very inefficient because what if another person orders the same thing. Ordered a mango smoothie with boba. Drink took a really long time even though there was only one person who’d ordered before me. The smoothie was basically ice that wasn’t crushed enough to be drinkable- there were a couple sips of liquid, and twenty minutes later it’s basically a cup of almost full crushed ice that’s still not able to come up the straw, with overly chewy boba stuck at the bottom. About $9-10 with tax. Definitely needs improvement.

The night manager Jeff refused to take my order when we arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes before closing. He was making a sandwich for a customer when we walked in and greeted us with saying they are closed due to the thermostat being broken and the restaurant was to hot. If this was the case why are you open and helping a customer. It did not feel to hot when we were in the restaurant.
Only one guy working on Sunday night. He deserves a raise. He was quick , friendly and cared about his job.

I was 1st in a line of 6 people, the server took my bread, meat,& cheese order and I requested it heated, she put it in the oven and then proceeded taking orders from other customers. Upon the buzzer notification that my sandwich was ready the server was busy making sandwiches for the other customers behind me. Instead of finishing my sandwich the server subsequently pushed me from 1st in line to last in line and when I suggested that they finish my order before moving to people behind me they got Attitude! I will Never patronize that location again due to the poor customer service and Bad Attitude of the employees… Beware!

I’m not a huge Subway fan but was happy to see them open at 6am located inside the Reno Airport terminal. They do have a worthy breakfast sandwich.

The Boba itself is very delicious. I had gotten a smore themed Bobba and was very impressed as it tasted like a cup of hot cocoa.
Partner had gotten mocha flavor and claims its their favorite as it's consistent every time they come.
The staff is amazingly kind as we had dropped our order and mad a fairly large mess, being on it they had cleaned it in moments and insisted they get us a new order.
The shop is cute and a nice place to hang out and talk, they have a bathroom and sells snacks and Boba themed items as well.

When I first started coming here it was so good: friendly service, perfect drinks, good vibes. The last couple times it was subpar at best. A couple weeks ago I went in maybe around 5 and they had told me they ran out of boba. I was understanding because I have worked in boba/coffee places, but felt it was weird they continued to complain about how long it took to cook it infront of customers. Today I go in and the three girls continue to yap and don’t acknowledge me walking in or standing at the register. All three had seen and heard me come in and said nothing even though two were just standing and talking, NOT DOING ANYTHING. I took out my phone and stood there waiting and finally one came to the register and asked what I wanted. Throughout the whole exchange all three kept yapping. I waited about 10 minutes for my drink and there were only 2 drinks infront of me and 3 workers. When she called my number I grab my drink and leave dissatisfied because I asked for it blended and they gave it to me over ice because they were too busy yapping about who the bad review online was about and other coworkers. I didn’t want to ask for a new drink because it felt like a waste of my time. My drink today was very watery, and missed the detail I asked for. I understand the workers seem young, but I feel jobs like these are learning experiences. It is not okay to not have at least okay customer service in a customer service based job and to not even do the job fully correct. I sadly will be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff was very nice, run by very polite teenagers and young people. Having a friendly open mindset when you come here is essential, don't come here if you're going to Karen out. The main server was kind enough to explain the process of ordering as they have a large menu to choose from. She also was polite in offering alternatives to flavors they don't offer and completely willing to make alterations for customer comfort.

Another stop on my boba tour. This spot is super cute and so aesthetically pleasing. The staff was super helpful explaining some questions we had about drinks. They have tea pong on some days and even had a table set up in the back. We played a little bit, but definitely seems like a fun thing to have at a shop.
I got the matcha strawberry, and while it wasn't bad, it was pretty sour. After mixing it and letting it sit, the bitter matcha balanced out the sour strawberry.

Went here for the milk tea and was not disappointed. They even have Rose milk tea, which isn't common at any of the other places around. Quick service and not super expensive. Both teas were really good!

This is a cute little cafe. The food is really good. We tried the rose and peach milk teas with boba. We also tried the Vietnamese sandwich with shredded chicken. It was so flavorful! The atmosphere is relaxed.
Stopped by for a quick bite and purchased some spring rolls. Oh my, they were so big and delicious! Their menu also looked very appetizing. Sweet cashier. I stopped by about 20 minutes before they closed and the cafe was extra clean, it smelled a little too potent. The atmosphere doesn’t match the menu but that’s not a big deal. Will be returning to get more spring rolls and some extras off the menu too.
Love the bubble tea here especially with the variety of choices. They also have other food choices such as fried rice so an ideal place to go to eat at a great deal.
The shrimp spring rolls are delicious and are much bigger than other places.
Only negative was that my husband did not care for the egg waffles.

Best tofu banh mi in town! I've been searching for a great tofu banh mi in Reno and I finally found it! The customer service is so friendly and genuine, and the interior design is super cute! This is a lovely lunch spot and I will absolutely be back :)

This is my favorite place to go to for boba but every time I’ve gone for the Korean corn dogs I’ve been disappointed. They’re always out or not doing them for the day even if it’s in the middle of the day. The last five times I’ve gone they weren’t doing them and at this point I wonder why they even have them on their menu. Their boba tea is gas though.
Wasn't planning on any bubble tea, but Ding Tea just so happens to be located where we were having lunch. We weren't greeted until we got to the register, but she was really polite and gave us all the time we needed to order. Store was nice and clean. I've been wanting to try the Monster Boba Latte. It comes with honey boba that tastes 😋🤤.

I went in at around 7:25pm with my partner. We were going to order two corndogs and two milk teas. However, once we started to order the corndogs, the girl working the cashier informed us that "they're not serving corndogs today". My partner proceeded to ask why and she said "the fryer is not working". Before we came in I saw through the window someone was served a corndog. I believe they shut down the fryer early so they would be able to get out earlier. This is the THIRD time we've attempted to order corndogs from this establishment. There has always been an excuse from the kids working there. I hope this will change at some point, as me and my partner work late and are not able to get there till around 7:30pm. Don't come for corndogs. :D

We ordered 2 mango milk tea with boba and one strawberry. Both of those had excess amount of water and little to no flavor. Their boba were the worst quality ever. Essentially they charged $6 for water.
I would never come back to this place. If you wanna go and get a bubble tea, go to any other place.

It's always a tree to go to The Roost.

Great service, good coffee however one staff member should probably not wear see through yoga pants without undergarments on. This was at the Reno Orthopedic Center on the 2nd floor. Otherwise the dining area was very clean and the girls did a great job on suggestions since this was my first time here.
I cannot recommend their blended chocolate milk enough. It is in my opinion the best item on their entire menu. (I have caffeine intolerance so can't have coffee or anything so biased 110%)

Very cool place with great tasting drinks with boba. They have variety of drinks and bubble waffle. They have a little gift shop area that sells fun stuff including some Thai gifts and food. Very nice staffs and fast service. Drinks came out in just a few minutes.
Craving boba while visiting Reno I randomly Googled and lucked out on finding this charming place with amazing drinks. My niece ordered the "awakening", and with the suggestion of the staff, ( I told her I am not a fan of too much sugar) I ordered red bean in coconut milk with mango jelly. It was perfect and refreshing on a hot summer day. Love the mango jelly!

As part of my lifetime boba tour, this was another spot to check off the list. Located in unsuspecting area of Reno, this place is super cute and charming.
I love the bright colors and the inviting environment of this place. There's a bunch of board games on side as well as merchandise to purchase. They have a ton of adorable stickers for sale as well as other boba related items.
We ended up ordering the bear waffles and the regular waffle. They take a little time to make, so make sure you set aside enough time to wait. 0 the waffles were super tasty and we're very very cute. I got the matcha latte which is my go-to. It wasn't bad and the boba was pretty decent.
If I'm ever in this area again, I'll probably hit up this spot. Tons of parking as it's in a lot and if you go a little bit later at night it seems like most of the stores in this area are closed.
This is such a cute little tea shop with reasonable prices. As soon as I stepped in all of the employees were very welcoming. When I was ready to order both of them were so customer service oriented. I stopped by about 20mins before closing, the business was not too busy, there was maybe one other customer waiting for his drink. I ordered a Regular thai milk tea with tapioca(boba)--this seemed like maybe a 16oz cup for about $5.00 and change and it was out in what seemed to be less than 3 minutes. I'd recommend a visit here they don't just serve teas, they also sell smoothies and small snack items. And they have little cards that get hole-punched and after your 9th visit you get a free drink.
Finally got to try num num boba! I was sad they were out of taro soft serve because that’s what drew me in but the bear waffles and delicious Sakura matcha made it 100% still worth the trip. The staff was very nice! The place is super cute too. 💗🌸✨
Finally, Num Num has opened their store in South Reno! They have the best boba teas in town. Their specialty teas are a must-try! Love the store design.

We attended a Christmas party this evening at The Virgil, where Roundabout Catering provided the food and this was an excellent choice!
The bar had several options including some specialty drinks not just your basic beer and wine bar. Greg, was also incredible at crafting a mocktail that made me feel included in the revelry.
We started with an elaborate appetizer and hors d'oeuvres bar with so many wonderful flavors. I personally loved the basil cheddar, fresh pesto, the cheeses, dates, apricots and the best hummus I think I've ever had.
Dinner was buffet style with Little Gem Salad, Orzo Risotto (my favorite), herbed chicken breast in a champagne beurre blanc sauce and Tri-tip with Chimichurri. Desserts were Apple Crisps and Candy Cane Squares.
My favorite part was the appetizers but I did try a bit of everything except the salad and grilled vegetables. Both looked great and the husband said the flavors were perfect. The orzo risotto was my absolute favorite. I can't explain how flavorful this was made with cherry tomatoes, pesto (oh, that's why!), parmesan and orange zest. When we have them cater, we are definitely going to have this as a option. My second favorite was the chicken, which was also my husband's favorite. It was so tender and juicy. My husband said it was moist, but alot of people hate that word. It had just the right amount of herbed spices. I may have made tri tip my third just because of my specific diet, but it was also very tasty. You could tell the chimichurri was freshly made. The tri tip was perfectly cooked to a medium and medium rare. That too is tender and juicy.
Finally I can't say enough about the candy cane square. I'm usually not a fan of peppermint desserts but I'll make an exception for the oreo crust and peppermint cream cheese fluff. The apple Crisp was made with fresh apples that really let the natural flavor dominate the palette. There wasn't a lot of sugar on the apples, but they were really sweet. The crisp topping was buttery and sugary to sweeten the dessert without sweetening the apples.
I found that mixing the two desserts together was actually pretty phenomenal.
All in all, I don't think you can go wrong with this caterer. They put a lot of thought into their menus, and it shows.

We loved working with Rick and Roundabout Catering. I'm Celiac and also was planning a backyard wedding - so was on the hunt for a caterer that could work with both of these things. I worked with Roundabout for a Grand Opening event, and they were everything I could've asked for! Erin handled everything pre-event and was very responsive and detail-oriented. Maddie was the event leader that night, and she was absolutely fabulous to work with, as was the rest of the catering staff. As a Type-A planner, they checked all my boxes - which isn't always easy to do! Definitely recommend working with them. (They also created the world's largest and most beautiful charcuterie board - see photo.)
We had hired Roundabout to cater our wedding and they were phenomanon. From the start, they were incredibly accommodating, especially given the unique nature of our venue. No matter how many changes we needed to make along the way, they remained flexible, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process.

Came in craving milk tea with some friends on a Saturday. There was no parking when we got there, but luckily someone parking on the side of the street was leaving. It was not very busy and our drinks were ordered and made fairly quickly.
We ordered:
- Uji Matcha Milk Tea: The matcha here is really good and refreshing. Doesn't taste watered down at all from the last time I was here.
- Mango Coconut + Noodle: The mango flavor is good. Tastes like a slushy with pieces of jelly shaped like noodles as a topping. Great for mango lovers!
It is nice how there's outdoor seating and games to play. I wish there was a wider variety to choose from. It's a great place to meet up and hang out with friends.

This tea house offers an elevated take on bubble tea, serving inventive and well-executed beverages that stand apart in both flavor and presentation. Their signature blends strike a thoughtful balance between sweet and savory, with a creamy foam that harmonizes beautifully when mixed into the drink.
Ingredients are clearly of high quality, from the freshness of the add-ons to the sturdiness of the straw; so sturdy, in fact, that my overly enthusiastic attempt to puncture the lid resulted in a minor mishap where I shattered the lid after I stuck it in the wrong location. To their credit, the staff responded with grace and humor, quickly replacing the lid without fuss.
It's rare to find a bubble tea shop that combines creativity, quality, and genuine hospitality so seamlessly. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Got a whole milk Thai Tea, no boba, light ice. And some kind of super sweet, fruity iced tea with a different fruity flavor of popping boba .... I wish I could recall... the Tea was Likely something with dragon fruit in the name, and the boba was probably some berry flavor i can't remember exactly without the menu in front of me since it was like a week iffy ago. But i love how this place seals the drinks with the lids! It's so convenient to be able to gently toss and carry it in my purse while migrating myself from my car to... wherever I'm going without having to worry about dropping it, or the lid popping off of it or it leaking or spilling on me or anywherfor that matter
The best boba in town. Excellent service and fast. Boba has the right texture - always fresh and soft. Highly recommend the lychee smootea (sic) with boba.
I tried another place today just for convenience while running errands, and definitely regretted it. It was super slow, cost $2 more, and was not nearly as good.

Verdi Market is a Gourmet grocery store with an extensive selection of spices, wines, and other staples. The line was long so patience was key, however the wait was worth it as the sandwich I ordered came out hot and tasted great. Friendly service made the experience even better.
Got an excellent nonfat decaf mocha from Verdi Market! The airport put new Lavazza coffee vending machines around the terminals, but they don’t offer any decaf. And I like to have coffee handmade by a real barista anyway.

My wife and I were flying out of Reno Tahoe last weekend on Friday. We saw the Local coffee. Verdi Market. What an amazing market. So many healthy snacks and also gluten-free options! This is amazing. I would have given it five stars except for the young girl at the cash register wearing a hairnet. She argued with my wife about the price of a sandwich. Only my wife wasn’t arguing. We left feeling embarrassed. Still would recommend Verdi Market Reno/Tahoe 100-%
What a perfect place to stop by at airport, on our way home after a fun-filled Tahoe vacation I felt bad because I had not taken any time to shop for Tahoe souvenirs or keepsakes to bring home to Oregon - We hit this GOLDMINE >>> Tahoe Petrichor has a selection of original, powerful healing products that contain handmade plant extracts and essential oils distilled from local plants —-They all looked and smelled ahhhmazing!!! The website has excellent reviews - we so excited to give these gifts away when I get home - but will be ordering more for Christmas gifts!!!! So very special and unique!

Visited the Verdi Market leaving town on a Thursday morning. The line was long so I was hesitant about waiting as I didn’t know how fast it would be. I took a leap of faith and was not disappointed. I ordered a chai which they made with my customization request and a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich came out hot and hit the spot. The service was fast and friendly even during the busy morning rush.
Alison at the coffee and deli shop was so cheerful and professional. She is a true asset to your team. She shook my hand and introduced her. Very impressed.

Their High Tea events at the Virgil in Midtown feature two tea options - black and herbal - along with delicious freshly made sandwiches, scones, and desserts. I have been to every one of the Cariad Tea Rooms High Tea events. They usually take place at the Virgil which is in Midtown, Reno. I love that there are two tea options available during each event. There is a black tea and an herbal tea offering at each event. The fresh made sandwiches, scones, and desserts are truly delicious. The Cariad crew is splendid and knowledgeable. There are vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options available. Just make sure to put your dietary needs request in the comment box when purchasing tickets, and the Cariad crew will happily accommodate. I included pictures from several of the different events I attended.

Cariad Tea Room made my holiday Ladies’ Luncheon extra special with a delicious and delightful selection of tea and treats. My guests were awed by the beautiful desserts. My fav was the Peppermint Mocha crème puffs. My husband loved the mince brownies and the tea pot shaped sugar cookies. Tea and desserts were served on my mother’s Christmas china and it was all amazing!
Everything looked so beautiful and tasted delicious! Very elegant and yummy!
