Phare de Men Ruz, located on the Breton coast of Cotes-d'Armor in Perros-Guirec, is a remarkable structure built from pink granite that marks the entrance to the passage leading to the port of Ploumanach. Its history dates back to 1860 when the first lighthouse was erected. Unfortunately, it was destroyed in 1944 during World War II.
Amazing 😍. Very beautiful. The landscape, the colors. I visited in the 3rd week of November. Luckily, the day was partly sunny/ cloudy, giving more dramatic colors. Check out my pictures and videos.

Very beautiful lighthouse built with rose granit. Near it, you can walk along a trail longing the coast and enjoy mesmerising view on huge granit stones and the sea.

One of the most beautiful lighthouses I've ever seen. The landscape was gorgeous, the seaview was absolutely breathtaking and the lighthouse was beautifully picturesque. I have no words for this unique place, so I decided to finish this comment with a few pictures.

Beautiful landscapes! I haven’t imagined how wonderful this place can be! The walking on the “sentier des douaniers” offer spectacular views.

Côte de Granit Rose is an amazing place to visit. Very beautiful place, stunning landscape. The pink-ish colors of the rocks, the rough coast and the blue sea make it a great visit.

Nestled on the hillside with a stunning view of Trestraou beach, L'Agapa is a modern hotel that stands out in Perros Guirec. Unlike the traditional Celtic style of the area, this 50-room hotel boasts contemporary architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens. It's a perfect base for exploring the Pink Granite coastline and offers a refreshing take on French style.
An absolutely gorgeous beach... Not one piece of litter or plastic on the beach or in the sea. I have to commend the French for their fastidious efforts to keep their beaches and countryside in general litter free.. They put other countries I've visited and lived in to shame. The North Atlantic beaches are superb in general , the sea is a bit colder than I usually like it, but once you're in the water is invigorating, refreshing and crystal clear... Most surrounding bars, cafes and restaurants I visited are friendly and more reasonably priced than some areas in the South of France... I'd definitely visit again.
Andy J — Google review
Wonderful white sand and granite rock pools. Great swimming at higher tides, amazing rock climbing at lower tides. Lots to explore with sailing and paddle boarding opportunities.
Tom H — Google review
Great place to spend a few hours, lots of great restaurants, a nice place to walk along the front. Several ice cream vendors, casino, places for kids to play. Book a boat trip around Les Sept Isles here, or hire a sailing boat, kayak, paddle board. Safe beach with good swimming, lifeguards on duty during the summer. Lots of markets, music, events through the high season. A must see on every visitors to do list!
Jacqueline A — Google review
A big beach near the center of the town. It has toilets and showers facilities nearby which are very handy. The sand is soft but sticky to the skin, so you might need a shower or a bath after visiting. Parking here is not that easy during holiday season. You need some luck to find a parking spot for the beach. They have some parking places but these are rather small and quickly filled up. Because it is near the center there are a lot of shops nearby.

Situated near Trestraou Beach in Perros-Guirec, Restaurant Le Ker Bleu is a vibrant beachfront bistro known for its lively atmosphere and delicious food. The outdoor bench tables offer a perfect setting to enjoy moules frites, pizza, and grilled fish while taking in the view of the sea. This popular spot also serves local specialties and seafood dishes.
We had oysters to start, I had filet de Merlu and my husband had a seafood pizza. We’re just sorry it’s our last night in Perros Guirec fabulous food and the staff were very friendly,
Julie W — Google review
We were happy to get a seat as the rain forecast constrained many restaurants in accepting clientele for dinner. The moules marnières were okay (better than previous places were many moules didn’t open). Pizza was okay. The seafood was tasty but the mashed potato was pasty. It’s high tourist season so happy to find a place that took us.
Nina V — Google review
Good option if you are in the area or for a beach day. Perfect location, nice staff who can talk in English and good quality-price-amount of food ratio. And the crepes...they are amazing, it deserves going there just to try them. Recommended!!!
Iñigo F — Google review
Food was lovely! This platter, two rose's and a pint £50 well worth a visit
Charlotte B — Google review
The sign says crêperies and it is not a crêperie as the choice only offers crepes as a dessert. Secondly the moule marinière are not marinière the sauce has no white wine and when I complained the added salted water. Avoid this place
Samuel S — Google review
Great place to eat! Excellent pizza! Awesome Choucroute de la Mer and Royal seafood brochette. Excellent desserts! Pleasant and professional staff. Thanks for giving us a great time.
Roy T — Google review
Nothing special about this place, too crowded in August. Moules frites a la creme was disappointing...
Tam L — Google review
Used to be the reference for their Moules marinieres but now they are the worse we ate in the village. Pizza not eatable. Ray fish has no taste... The boss said he has a new chef... hope he will find another one soon. Staff still very friendly!

Le Belouga is a culinary gem nestled within the stunning Hotel Castel Beau Site, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience that beautifully showcases the flavors of Brittany. With breathtaking views of the archipelago, this gourmet restaurant serves up exquisite dishes inspired by local classics, such as chitterling sausage from Guemene and delectable kouign-amann. The ambiance is enhanced by attentive service from a young yet professional team who are eager to ensure your satisfaction throughout your meal.
Outstanding view, fantastic menu, and the wine was 👌. Foie gras with bananas and rum was a particularly unique experience.
Mitchel S — Google review
We just had a horrific experience at the bar. Waitress was running as a chicken without the head. Waited for over an hour for the fish. People were actually leaving without paying because wait staff was never to be found. Another waiter broke the glasses and spilled the drinks on a customer without apology or remorse. We were overcharged on a wine. Fish was good.
Lumsig S — Google review
We arrived at opening at 7. We had a beautiful window table - but it was 27 -C ! Very hot and uncomfortable. When we left 2 hours later it wasn’t much better. The heat made it difficult to enjoy our meal. The service was professional, courteous and attentive. They have good parking. The appetizer was interesting. We had the 3 course but don’t eat Abalone - so we were charged 20-euro for fish which is the same price as the abalone on the ala carte menu. We knew this - but had no choice. I have never seen a 20 euro charge ( per person) like this before. Disappointing. The fish was creative - though the sauce was a bit overpowering. The desert was a re-imagined Tiramisu. However being made with buckwheat and no other ingredient from Tiramisu this would have been better labeled “Chef’s Surprise”. The Belouga holds promise - but for the highest price we’ve paid in 10 days of Michelin restaurants in Brittany this was a hot and over-priced disappointment with a captivating view and elegant setting. I rarely give such reviews as I rarely make this type of mistake. Buyer beware.

Till now I have visited this restaurant many times and it was a satisfying experience and the staff were very polite.

(Translated by Google) Overall, a quality restaurant. On Monday evening, only two menus are offered à la carte (market menu €39 or discovery menu €70). We opted for the discovery menu (EPD). The value for money is slightly excessive in our opinion. However, the meal overall was satisfying. The flavors were well defined, the fish was very well cooked. The staff is very pleasant throughout the meal. The wait is still a bit long for a 3-course menu. To try on an evening when the other menus are available!

(Translated by Google) Very disappointing experience. The restaurant was very hot, and the wait between courses was interminable. The food was very average. The sea bream tartare still had scales, the cod was overly salty, and the value for money was not at all good. The only positive points that justified the 2 stars were the service, a charming young blonde woman, and the appetizers. (Original) Expérience très décevante. Camping Sandaya Le Ranolien is an upscale property in Brittany, offering pitches and cottage rentals along with a pool complex, spa treatments, and dining options. It's a great choice for families with various activities suitable for all ages. The campsite provides a beautiful setting and well-maintained facilities. While some visitors noted that certain aspects were showing signs of age, the overall experience was positive with friendly staff and plenty of activities both on-site and nearby.
We had a lovely holiday in may 24, I had previously visited back in 2009 and wanted to revisit with my children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great pool for the children with 2 slides. We enjoyed the morning aquafit sessions and the kids club activities. The children enjoyed the outdoor spaces and bouncy castle. The parcs location is beautiful with lots of coastal walks. SuperU supermarket 5 mins drive. Lots of quaint villages nearby with nice markets. This has now become our favourite French holiday Parc and plan on returning next summer. The only negative I would say is the bar prices on site were expensive so we only visited a couple of times during our stay, instead we tended to stay on our decking at our caravan of an evening.
Fiona B — Google review
This is not a 5 star experience. This is a joke. - Small and cold swimming pool which is completely packed 24/7. Bizarrely, men are not allowed to wear loose fitting swimming trunks, they must wear tight fitting speedos or they are not allowed to enter the pool. - Cabins/mobile homes are poorly built (not well insulated) so they are either too hot (if you put the electric heaters on or too cold if you don't). So you can choose freezing or melting at nighttime. - Deck area of the cabin is not covered so completely unless when it rains. - There is no sink in the bathroom so after using the toilet you have to walk to the other side of the cabin to wash your hands. Whoever designed this does not have children or hygiene in mind. Washing machines only work with coins and there is no way to get notes or coins on site. You have to drive to the next town to go to an ATM. Arcade games only accept tokens and most games are either out of order or should be never they just swallow your tokens. I could go on but you get the idea. We should not have stayed here and neither should you. Stay somewhere nice instead.

Brilliant location, feels remote but actually quite close to two lovely little towns. Incredibly close to some really lovely walks with boulders of rose granite littering the coastline. Facilities were superb, indoor and outdoor pools with waterslides, bouncy castle, big play area. We will definitely look to return in the future!

Loved our few days here and wished we had booked longer. Lovely site, great location, premium cabin was on a very spacious plot. Friendly staff, great pools (but not much time to get a proper swim as usually full of kids), nice village facilities.
Helen A — Google review
Our first family holiday to a holiday village such as this and although we concluded its not our preferred holiday style and Brittany is not suitable for us, WE LOVED THIS RESORT! The mobile homes were very clean and functional, the resort was so well located to relax and feel like you are on holiday. The highlight was the pool, slides and restaurant area. The very well kept landscape and pine trees made it feel very luxurious. There is a kids club 1000-1200 and 1500-1700 but it's often oversubscribed and not really long enough to do anything other than a quick relax. The onsite shop was excellent but 6 mins away is a brilliant Super U. I highly rate this resort and would stay at a Sadaya resort in the future.
Emma F — Google review
The staff were helpful. Reception greeted us warmly. The shop was great. They exhanged a faulty item with no hassle. The supermarket was well stocked in our first week but wasn't sufficiently replenished the second week. The launderette was busy on a Monday morning but I was able to bag the last washing machine. Our little one loved the bouncy castle & was impressed with the playground. We found the outdoor exercise stations needed maintenance & updating. The indoor & outdoor pools were great. These are more leisure pools for playing rather than for laps. The slide options were great. We only had one day were all of the outdoor loungers were already taken. We paid extra for access to the spa, which we alternated between the two of us. This was a highlight for the adults. The campsite is well looked after. No litter & it felt safe & secure. We found the cottage, 5 person 4 stars, was small & basic. We're a family of 3 & we found it was limited with storage & a tight squeeze around the beds. The TV seemed an afterthought, positioned on top of the microwave, not that this hindered us as we didn't watch it. However, the cottage was clean & everything worked. We had paid the extra 30 euros to select our cottage & were very happy with our location as it was very quiet for us. We paid the extra money for WiFi so were disappointed to find that this was for only 1 phone, which we felt was a little tight in this day & age. The campsite is fantastically located. We loved having such quick access to the sea as soon as we left the campsite. The Pink Granite coast is exceptional. We loved clambering the rocks. We caught fish at Pors Rolland (& let them back in the sea). We bought our fishing net from the local Mr Bricolage. We went sea kayaking at La Plage Saint Guirec. We saw numerous sunsets & got up early one morning to see the sunrise. We spent many afternoons walking the Pink Granite coast in both directions to the beaches. For reference our little one is 6 years old. They had no problem with the distances. Overall we loved it. Any negative points raised here are minor & didn't overshadow our holiday.

Brewpub
Brasserie des 7 îles is a must-visit for beer enthusiasts. The friendly brewer provides an informative tour with great enthusiasm, breaking down the brewing process without language barriers. Visitors can sample excellent beers before making a purchase and engage with the passionate artisan producers. Even non-beer lovers have praised the quality of the beers. The owner's love for beer shines through in every aspect of the brewery, making it a hidden gem worth seeking out during your travels.
Must see if you are interested in how to make beer or love drinking it. The owner/brewer loves beer more than me🤣. Thanks for the tour. If you are in the area have a look. They are well hidden away so you have to make an effort but like all good things in life its worth the effort.

(Translated by Google) Very pleasant surprise, we tasted the 7 beers of the brewery (6 bottles of 75cl and one of 33cl for the barely wine, all for 26€50 top). They were all balanced, neither too bitter nor too sweet, each with its own distinct personality. In short, we recommend it’s definitely worth it! And the manager kindly welcomed us and presented his beers with passion!

Two pool tables, two darts, all in two different rooms—you can see they're serious!
