Cafe
Fuel is a charming and inviting eatery that offers a delightful dining experience throughout the day. Their breakfast options are especially noteworthy, featuring locally sourced ingredients within a 15-mile radius, providing an authentic taste of Cornwall. The menu boasts a variety of dishes such as full Cornish breakfast, eggs benedict, pancakes, and more, with ample choices for vegetarians and vegans.
Great service & great breakfast in a lovely cosy setting. All food made to order and so partner was able to have the pancakes without the blueberries, and raved about them afterwards! Very reasonably priced for the quality of the food too. Would highly recommend.
Josh B — Google review
Hands down the best breakfast we’ve ever had, no exaggeration! We came as a family of five plus our dog, and every single plate was a winner. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the bubble and squeak was genuinely the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried a lot!). The kids were in heaven with their blueberry-filled pancakes, light, fluffy, and packed with flavour. It’s rare to find somewhere that nails every element of a breakfast, but this place truly does. Best breakfast in Cornwall without a doubt we’re seriously considering coming back every day of our holiday!

Called in here this morning for a decaf latte. One gent working front of house and one in the kitchen. I complemented the gent on his hard the two of them were working to keep things moving at a good pace. My drink came quickly and it was very nicely made and tasted good. We'll both return another day to enjoy lunch here for sure. Recommended.
Les P — Google review
Absolutely fantastic. Staff are friendly and accommodating, food is stunning, the cafe itself is really nice to sit inside and has some really nostalgic decoration. Seriously perfect place to have lunch and/or a coffee. Shaun is a really friendly guy who is happy to have a chat about anything, even has his son helping out "keeping him out of trouble". Brilliant place and we will 100% be back!
James K — Google review
We really enjoyed a meal here at lunchtime, choosing the Philly Steak sandwich and the Smoked Haddock and Cod Fishcakes (pictured). Both were delicious and good value. Service and atmosphere were excellent, and a special call out to Tina who was running the kitchen on her own! We knew we were into a winner when the people on the table next to us were singing the praises of the food to us just as we arrived! 😁 They weren't wrong!

Very good discovery. We spent only one night (in holiday from France). It was well cooked catch of the day with spinach well presented. Quantity was sufficient and not too much like in other restaurants. Thanks

Lovely cafe to grab coffee and cake, and transforms into a lively evening diner. Food is delicious, decor is relaxed and it's dog friendly. Service was prompt and helpful. Lacking in vegan options but a nice spot 👍🏼

Modern British restaurant
Culture Restaurant in Falmouth has been recognized with a 2023 Michelin green star, showcasing its commitment to sustainable and nature-inspired cuisine. Head chef Hylton Espey curates an inventive tasting menu that highlights locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. The restaurant offers an intimate dining experience with impeccable service and a focus on showcasing the best of Cornwall's culinary scene.
A personalised service describing where the local ingredients came from. The wine pairing choices were magnificent and I would not have made the same pairing. A great experience of fine dining in a warm inviting atmosphere. Worth a visit for a delightful experience. The chef and server were good to talk to and they are passionate about what they deliver.
Steve L — Google review
A truly delightful lunch experience. We were blown away by every course and delighted by the service. Each dish had local provenance combined with complex execution and delivered simple quality and excellence. It's justifiably costly as no dish left me thinking "I could do that at home" - even the butter with the bread had a delightful twist. That said, nothing was overwhelmingly complex or unbalanced. Everything just worked. Thanks for a delightful sample of the local culture!
William S — Google review
Tucked away in the heart of Falmouth, Culture is a true culinary gem. This Michelin-starred restaurant is more than just a place to eat; it’s an immersive experience that celebrates Cornwall’s land, sea, and people with precision, care, and soul. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed not just with warm service, but with a palpable sense of pride in place and produce. The open kitchen adds to the intimacy—you see the passion and focus in every plate crafted. Each dish was paired with thoughtful wine selections from around the world. What struck me most wasn’t just the quality of the food, but the ethos behind it. Every ingredient has a story. Every course has a purpose. And every bite reflects deep respect for nature and sustainability. £85 for the tasting menu (plus optional £60 wine flight) feels like incredible value for what you get. Yes, it’s fine dining but it’s grounded, warm, and personal. Michelin-starred, and rightfully so⭐️

My brother and I have just returned to London after a week long holiday starting in north Devon, following the coast along Cornwall and finishing in south Devon. We ate at six restaurants for our evening meals, three of which are in the Michelin guide (one of which is Culture) and two of which have Michelin stars. Culture has a Michelin green star. Our plan was to try and experience the best available food, with a particular emphasis on seafood and local produce. The restaurant is in a quite unassuming location - it is down an alleyway leading to the harbour and there are a couple of industrial bins opposite the entrance. It is very much a “hidden gem” - when we mentioned it to an antiques dealer up the road who had been in the area for a good while she said she hadn’t heard of it. Once inside, the ambience is refined, relaxed and intimate. The chef, Hylton Espey, is stationed at an open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. There is only one evening sitting - at 7pm. My brother and I were one of only three parties - the other two being couples. I was surprised that there were so few people in the restaurant, albeit it was a Thursday. The meal consists of seven courses (although the first course consisted of three separate dishes), plus an optional cheese course for a supplemental charge. Each course is brought to you by either Hylton or the Maître d’ (who is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable). They explain the provenance of each dish. Some of the ingredients are sourced from Hylton’s garden. The food was genuinely mind-blowing. My favourite dish was the brill. Each component (the fish, the crackling made from the skin of the brill and the sauce) was absolutely phenomenal and created a perfect symphony of flavour. I cannot think of a better individual dish I’ve ever tasted. The aerated potato dish and the beef dish were also exceptional (as to the latter, my brother said it was probably the best thing he’s ever eaten), but none of the other dishes were anything short of excellent. It was truly a 10/10 experience and my brother and I agreed that it was undoubtedly the best meal of all of the restaurants we went to during our holiday. In terms of technical ability, pairing flavours perfectly and sourcing the best available produce, I challenge anyone to find anyone better than Hylton. What’s more, he is passionate, friendly and approachable, without a hint of arrogance. After the meal, when the other diners had left, Hylton was keen to show us the meat aging fridge and the wine cellar and he chatted with us generally for a good while. It was clear that he was not simply “going through the motions” and trying to get rid of us. It was a genuine privilege to have dined in Culture. If it wasn’t a five hour trip to get there I would be there every week. Hylton deserves all the plaudits that will surely come his way. I can think of nobody that deserves a Michelin star more than him. In terms of being a master of his field, it is no exaggeration to say that he is in the same territory as Einstein, Isambard Kingdom Brunel and Michelangelo. P.S. - I told Hylton that we would be going to a Michelin star restaurant in Devon the following day and he recommended the cheese course there - he had been there earlier in the week. I preferred the Culture cheese course - especially the Kern, which I’ve not experienced before and was possibly the best cheese I’ve ever tasted. We weren’t even charged for the cheese course on the basis that one of the cheeses was unavailable and the substitute cheese was similar to another of the cheeses. I thought each cheese was absolutely fantastic, though, and that each one was sufficiently different. What an experience. Thank you, Hylton.

We had a really lovely lunch at Culture. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was all delicious and it was a treat to watch it all being plated in front of us. We will definitely be back.

We visited here yesterday for lunch to celebrate my daughter-in-law’s birthday. It’s so tucked away that despite visiting Falmouth often, we hadn’t spotted it before but it was a very good discovery. From start to finish the welcome was warm. Each course was delicious and you know you’re onto something good to come when even the bread and butter is top notch. Each course was great and it would be really hard to choose a favourite. Courses were seasonal and locally sourced. It made the day very special. We enjoyed some lovely wines with our food. Great service from both of you. Thank you. We wish you every blessing in your venture.
Carole H — Google review
Simply phenomenal. We went for dinner and weren’t exactly sure what to expect but it’s safe to say it far exceeded anything we thought. The service was outstanding. The layout of the restaurant allows the chef to talk to the diners while cooking which is a very nice touch. They were both very friendly and passionate. The food was incredible. Everything is locally sourced and tastes phenomenal. Highly recommend the wine pairing too. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Deli
Sabzi, a Middle Eastern inspired deli in Falmouth, has quickly gained popularity since its opening earlier this year. Owned by former MasterChef contestant Kate Attlee, the deli offers a menu of delicious and healthy homecooked food. The offerings include a variety of colorful salads, pulses, and grains bursting with flavor. Customers praise the welcoming and friendly staff as well as the beautifully presented and prepared food. The deli also boasts a wonderful vibe and spectacular vegan options that are highly recommended.
We had lunch here today on a recommendation from a friend and it was so good! We had the lunch salad bowl and a cookie and both were fantastic! We had a view out to sea too, so it really was a lovely and tasty experience.

Excellent atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. We stayed in Falmouth for a week recently and loved this little spot for breakfast and brunch. Enjoyed the Iranian breakfast and their selection of salads. The pastries were delicious! Lovely views too, highly recommend!

The most delicious food me and my family have tried in Cornwall, great variety of vegan food, even though we’re not vegans ourselves. Amazing drinks and desserts too! You can have it in or take away, great service, absolutely deserving all the stars! Small queues!

What a find. I can’t praise this restaurant enough! A totally delightful meal from the initial welcome with a helpful explanation of the delicious food on the menu and how to make the most of your visit, to a final thank you and good bye! My wife had the set lunch and I very much enjoyed the ultimate lunch with a slice of lovely cake for dessert. It’s obviously that the owner and staff work extremely hard to make sure the customer has the best possible food experience. Put simply this restaurant offers great food, great value, great service with a genuine care for every aspect of your visit. I can’t wait to bring my vegetarian daughter and second generation Persian son-in-law here who I know will love Sabzi.

What a fantastic place. Got an £8 lunchbox and the food was beautiful. Loads of Iranian flavours and dead healthy. The staff were lovely too. Had to listen to Giles and Tamara in the queue for their Fortado (?) but that's Falmouth!

First visit at this shop. The salad they offer is absolutely unbeatable! So much goodness in it! Tried their Dirty Chai, perfect spice flavour! Located at the town centre with a stunning harbour backdrop. Staffs were very professional and polite. I wasn’t able to get their names, but one of them who you encounter while entering the door serving the boxes, she introduced what is included in the meal and what are the box sizes, and the lady at the till was very helpful too. Customer service was really amazing! Definitely a recommendation!

Takeout Restaurant
Balti Curries is a well-established curry house and takeaway in the heart of Falmouth, Cornwall. It offers a blend of Indian classics and Nepalese specialties, making it a unique dining experience. The restaurant was founded by Mr. Hem, who introduced Nepalese cuisine to Cornwall after running a successful Nepalese restaurant in Plymouth. Visitors praise the warm atmosphere and friendly staff, with one particular server standing out for her exceptional service.
It’s one of the top restaurants which serves fresh and delicious food. Every food which I tasted here were delicious. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place especially if you are vegetarian and looking for some spicy food. They also alter dishes based on preferences.
Meghana B — Google review
I had an amazing dining experience at Balti Curries. The food was absolutely delicious, offering authentic Indian and Nepali flavors that truly stood out. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience special, even surprising me with a beautiful rose, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The warm ambiance and hospitality made the meal even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a memorable experience!
Asha B — Google review
We chose this restaurant as it was so busy inside and was not disappointed. The staff were really fast and came with drinks and popadoms more or less as soon as we arrived. The mango lassi was a great choice with the spicy dishes. The onion Bahji was a great size but felt like was missing something. However the main dishes were next level. Succulent huge chunks of chicken in the biriyani and peshwari naan was so sweet but seasoned to perfection. Then the chana massala was probably the best i ever tried with multi layers of flavour and spice, which i accompanied with a potatoe and bamboo shoot dish that the owner recommended - the portions packed flavour and were large. Couldn’t believe the bill was £41 and I was given a rose and some chocolates too. Great night and another nice meal in Falmouth
Lauren R — Google review
We visited Balti Curries in Falmouth while on holiday with my family, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our waiter, Mr. Sarma, was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. We ordered a wonderful selection of dishes – Lamb Biryani, Garlic Chilli Lamb, Achari Lamb, Lamb Bhuna, Papadoms, Mango Lassi, and Tarka Dall – all bursting with authentic flavour and perfectly cooked. As a lovely surprise, they even offered us some delicious pakoras on the house, which was such a nice touch. Every dish was rich, aromatic, and beautifully spiced, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was cosy and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal together. We truly enjoyed our evening here and would highly recommend Balti Curries to anyone visiting Falmouth. Thank you to Mr. Sarma and the team for making our night so special!

Had a great experience at Balti Curries! The food was full of flavour — rich but still light, so you leave satisfied without feeling heavy. Service was excellent too — really friendly, quick and attentive. Everything came out fast and with a smile. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others!

Absolutely delicious food and the service was top notch. The staff are all lovely and highly entertaining. The magic marshmallow trick had me laughing. The curries are hotter than average but taste amazing. A wonderful place. We will return.

What a great meal. We had olives, sausages and Brie to start and the dressed crab and whitbait between two of us. Really good meal, thoroughly enjoyed it. Emma looked after us exceptionally well.

Not particularly great value for money spent. It’s a small place, rather cramped space and a “just there” kind of atmosphere and the food was ok, average at best and really enjoyed the prawns in the seafood sharing platter also loved the Mojito Mocktail but that was about it. The rest of the guys in my group did not particularly enjoy their meal. We’d advised there was a nuts allergy but was he still served salad with sesame seeds. It was however replaced with more salad. The service was really good, smiles all around and really helpful (one of the guys was rather dramatic with a patron outside and didn’t know how to control his emotion on how upset he was), the others were really pleasant and that was a plus.
Ted S — Google review
Visited just out of season on a Monday evening. Still a little bit of atmosphere. Seemed popular with the locals for the cocktails which were being freshly made behind the bar. We needed somewhere fog friendly. This venue was. But only in the bar. We were created and seated quickly. Service to order was a bit slow. But the food arrived quickly. We had asked for the whitebait to come ahead of our meal but it all came together. Not a big issue for us but might bother some. Good quality was good, and there were a local selection of drinks. Most of the staff were friendly.

INDIDOG Harbourside Restaurant is a relaxed waterfront brasserie located at Fish Strand Quay, offering a diverse menu with seasonal fare and cocktails, including vegan options. The restaurant is named after the owner's Hungarian Viszla Indi, and it warmly welcomes dogs. With an emphasis on fish and seafood, the menu features dishes like Cornish mackerel and chalk stream trout. The restaurant also offers an excellent selection of cocktails and serves Sunday lunch as a highlight.
Indidog Harbourside Eatery is a fantastic spot right on Falmouth harbour, with both indoor and outdoor seating that makes the most of the beautiful views. My partner and I went for breakfast and couldn’t resist trying the Lobster Benedict and the breakfast bap – both were absolutely delicious. The coffee was amazing, the staff were warm and friendly, and the interior strikes the perfect balance between classy and quirky. A brilliant place to start the day and soak up the harbour atmosphere!

The venue is a wonderful place to see the waterfront wake up. I arrived for an early breakfast as part of a Source FM 96.1 live broadcast, and the sunrise over the harbour looked spectacular from here. I was greeted by a wonderful team who instantly made me feel welcome, and a delicious breakfast made from local produce. What's not to like! I look forward to going back soon. 🎉😍🌞

We went here for lunch and were blown away. This is definitely our type of place, outstanding quality food and an amazing location. Exceeded all expectations. Great food, simply served, great depth of flavour and some excellent combinations. Great value wine list. We were wonderfully looked after by the delightful Faye. Perfect.

I love this place. The cocktails are absolutely delightful (breakfast mimosa and Bloody Mary 😍) and the brunch vibes are immaculate. Slightly pricey but totally worth it. The waiting staff are really friendly and take pride in real, authentic hospitality. and though it’s been a little on the slow side a few times, i really never mind because everyone is so lovely and I’m distracted by the gorgeous view. The only thing I didn’t enjoy that much was the scallops, the combination of flavours (corn and bacon) didn’t quite hit the spot, though the scallops themselves were delicious. Will definitely return. Always takes me on a nostalgia trip as I used to frequent this place when it was a rickety old student pub called Watermans 😅 unrecognisable now and just stunning.

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. We are a family of 5, we had wings, pulled pork loaded fries, halloumi burger, cheese burger and a chicken burger. Cajun fries and normal fries. All plates were empty (apart from chicken bones) and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! Gutted we live 2 hours away or this would have been a favourite go to! I even asked if they sold their homemade BBQ sauce, it was incredible! Don’t hesitate to eat here! Good selection of drinks and the service was great. 10/10!

Great setting sat people watching. You have to wait but thats because they are fresh-amazing & melt in ur mouth. Best burger ever... honestly absolutly lush...

Best burger I've had in Cornwall! I've been to the meat counter a few times and they never disappoint. They do a classic burger extremely well, nothing overly fancy but incredibly tasty. Can't recommend them enough! The notorious BIG is absolutely delicious (as are the sexy pig fries).

Didn’t bother going in after their delivery driver mounted the kerb and missed running my son’s foot over by literally an inch and nearly knocked me over (I walk with crutches) and then proceeded to mouth off at us! The staff weren’t interested in handling the complaint so we left. Were going to try the place again after giving up on them some years ago after serving us raw chicken burgers but didn’t bother

Called in for lunch while in Falmouth for a break. The Betty Blue Burger with blue cheese, garlic mushrooms etc was sensational. Great flavour and ingredients, best food we had all holiday! The staff are really friendly and we loved the decor with the old film posters and album covers. Highly recommended! 😊👌

Namaste Kitchen is a cozy restaurant located in Falmouth, offering a delightful selection of Indian, Asian, and Nepalese cuisine. The chef's creations are inspired by local and organic produce in season. Despite the absence of indoor seating or an extensive menu, the establishment promises a satisfying dining experience. Guests can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere for reading or working while savoring delicious dishes. The friendly staff ensures quick service and are accommodating to individual spice preferences.
We went out looking for something to eat. Luckily, we stumbled across this mighty fine establishment. The staff were very nice, happy, and made us feel very welcome from the minute we stepped through the door. After we sat down, we ordered some drinks and awaited our food. Once our food arrived, we were amazed at the freshness and at how flavoursome it was. I will go as far as to say it's possible that this was the best curry I have eaten to date. I really want to re visit Namaste, Thank you for a lovely evening.

Walked past earlier on in the day and decided we would dine for evening meal was about 6pm on a Saturday 2 off us no wait for a table, service was quick all staff really friendly especially the 2 male servers out front, the food came quickly say 15 minutes we had 2 starters to share the mixed tandoori meat and prawns both exceptional very tasty and fresh, had 2 curry dishes for mains a Lamb Bhuna and Chicken Jalfrazi which was hotter than usual but both amazing so tasty full off flavour with egg rice, honestly the best Indian food I have had in a long time I highly recommend it!!! I would definitely say book a table if it's after 6pm as just after we had ordered it got full.

A second holiday visit here after a year did not disappoint. Friendly & purposeful service; decent waiting time & good food. Flavoursome & fresh, served with excellent rice & naan. There’s an honesty & integrity about this place - unpretentious & wholesome. The Nepalese take on trad English-Indian is always going to be a little different; personally we loved it all and could not fault anything. Would highly recommend an early evening supper, especially if you’ve been trudging around Falmouth.
Andy D — Google review
Food was OK and service was fine. But the place lacked atmosphere and the decor was pretty grim. Tables very close together. Wouldn't go back for those reasons. They should give the place a lick of paint and add some soft furnishings.

beautiful decor, clean, warm friendly service. lady owner very polite hospitable reasonably priced. would recommend. But not authentic Indian food very disappointing as ordered a roti received a nan bread! Starters very dry tasted like frozen food fried! But they have been open 3 weeks so hopefully maybe they will improve.

One of the best places to get dinner in Falmouth. Unbelievable food and the staff are wonderful. I like to try ordering different things every time I frequent Namaste and it's always incredible, always a treat! Love them!

Palacio Lounge is a trendy eatery located in a grand property in Falmouth. It offers a diverse range of cuisines, including tapas, burgers, and cocktails. The restaurant prides itself on being affordable, relaxed, and family-friendly while catering to those with dietary restrictions such as dairy and gluten intolerance. The all-day breakfast menu features American-style pancakes, and the evening menu includes tapas. The two-story layout includes a dog-friendly downstairs bar and seating area.
Fabulous restaurant where you can order at the bar or via the website, using the link on the QR code found on a table. Ordering via the QR code is easily done, although there is the opportunity to tip at checkout stage before you've experienced the food and service to make a decision on tip worthiness.
Paul G — Google review
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Palacio Lounge, Falmouth today. When I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, I was shocked to find ants in my drink. While waiting at the bar for my refund, I observed very poor hygiene standards. Milk cartons left open without lids, a banana peel discarded on the counter and dirty jugs left out. None of this was cleaned or dealt with in the 15 minutes I stood there waiting for the manager. Despite the establishment not being busy at all. What made matters worse was the manager’s attitude. She did not acknowledge me at all, even though I was clearly waiting right in front of her. Instead, she handed a till key fob to her colleague without saying a single word to me. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. The only positive part of my visit was the lovely waitress who served me and processed the refund. She was very apologetic, kind, and professional – a real credit to the team. As a local customer who frequently visits with friends and family, I am very disappointed by today’s experience and deeply concerned about the hygiene practices I witnessed. Standards have clearly slipped, and I will think twice before returning.

Big fan of the menu, prices go up so frequently though, love all the decor other than the taxidermy watching you eat haha

This lounge is one place where everything works and blends beautifully. Smooth playlist for good vibes, breakfast to dinner, happy hour, workspace, romantic and a chilled place to hang out with friends. Beautiful decor, delicious food, good drinks, fine coffee and efficient service from the bar or your seat with the QR code. Staff are wonderful, hard working and friendly... What more could you want, outside... That too😉
Jonathan D — Google review
Unfortunately, I received some of the worst service I’ve ever had here tonight, and I felt I needed to leave a review because this has become a recurring issue. I’ve been coming here for quite years and always enjoyed it in the past, but lately, the service and overall experience have gone downhill. The staff member who served me seemed very unhappy and unapproachable. I completely understand that everyone can have off days, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy made the experience really uncomfortable. The food was also disappointing this time — my fries were barely half full, and a general lack of seasoning throughout a lot of the other dishes. It’s a shame because this used to be one of my favourite spots, but it feels like the quality and customer service have really declined. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as I’d love to see this place get back to the great standard it used to have.

Lovely Breakfast had at a reasonable price. One item missed but was quickly rectified. Will return as they have a very extensive menu to offer and going by the breakfast would be lovely

I loved this restaurant such an easy chill place to get some great food. Able to order at bar or online, and very accommodating for vegans and allegies Only issue I have is the option to tip before the meal, I think it's better to tip afterwards not before
Jamie ( — Google review
Good food at a reasonable price, if you want something other than burgers and chips. This is the place to go!! Some outdoor seating, large seating areas indoors on two floors Very dark interior, but pleasantly decorated as was an old bank We sat outside in our first visit and indoors on our second visit!! Friendly, helpful staff and unintrusive music playing. Seems popular with students at certain times of the day. So if you want somewhere quiet, maybe this isn't the place to go

The restaurant can cater to various dietary needs and preferences upon request.
The best sausage, egg and bacon roll I've ever eaten. Consistent too, this isn't my first time being impressed. Great coffee, nice staff, no pretentious coffee attitude, and a nice place to watch Falmouth go by. Seagull skulking around on the signage made me watch my sausage, but he behaved until I'd left.

Ann's Pasties are famous. And this place here serves them. Naturally we've had to try them. Located on the busy Church street it's impossible to miss. Very friendly staff, a nice setting with some tables outside to watch the world go by. Fair prices as well and dogfriendly. A sunny day, so we took a table outside. Ordered the classic cornish pasty with steak filling. And it was a fine pasty. But not the best we've ever had. The pasty could have been crispier, the filling a bit more spiced up. Did taste a bit bland. But recipes are different, tastes are different. It was good - but not great. Nice was the size, a really big pasty with lots of stuffing. It's really a whole meal for itself. All in all still a fine visit. The location was great, we enjoyed sitting down and to watch all the action.
Alex H — Google review
We ordered two sourdough toasts and unfortunately these were the worst toasts we have ever had. Avocado was hard and not ready to smash or eat and the egg was hard boiled inside (I suppose it was boiled in microwave) which basically made it all dry and tasteless. Sooo disappointing! There is nothing worse than a bad breakfast & wasted money to start a day. On top of that the only toilet was out of use. At least coffee was ok.
Suli S — Google review
Unreal beef pasties, with a vegetarian and a vegan option too. We had a selection of all three, and all were really really delicious and well seasoned. Good measures in place for COVID too.

Good Grief (OMG) ... just had a traditional cornish meat pasty at Picnic on Church St, Falmouth ... it was THE best pasty Ive ever had .. I'd have taken a photo, but couldn't stop scoffing it. Despite it being very filling I am very tempted to re-visit later today and have another!

Cute cafe with good selection of cakes and super delicious pasty, we came at a busy time on drizzly Sunday. Two lads behind the counter are very helpful keeping our order on time and food arrived looking good and ready to be savoured, oh coffee was great too. We'll definitely be coming back 😊😊😊

Popped in for a takeaway sandwich. Had a personalised vegan one made for me and my partner had the salmon and egg. Both absolutely delicious, fresh, full of stuff and filling. I would say we inhaled them! We usually have the vegan pasties which are the biggest and best in town 😜

Visited on a day trip to Falmouth. Coffees and almond pastry were good. The sausage roll was a liitle pricey but it was sizeable and tasted fantastic - one of / if not the best I've had....and I do like a sausage roll. Also a good spot to sit and people watch!

Provedore is a charming neighbourhood cicchetti bar, cafe, and deli located just a short stroll away from the town center at the top of Tralawney Road. This hidden gem offers a rustic atmosphere with its casual eatery featuring rustic tables and bench seats, as well as tables in a covered courtyard. The shelves are stocked with an array of wine, olive oil, cured meats, cheeses, and more.
Just incredible. Some of the best restaurants are the ones that only do a few dishes but do them extremely well: Provedore is one of those restaurants. Simple, well made food with a friendly service, all at a price that would still be reasonable 5 or 6 years ago. The guisson (white bean stew with panchetta) was deep with the flavour of fresh herbs, garlic and smokey ham, while the ravioli was delicate and expertly made. The prawns were sweet and tender, slathered with a decadent garlic butter. These were all meant to be "small plates"; they were anything but! Despite having lived in Falmouth for a while, this was out first time visiting. It certainly won't be our last!

Absolutely fantastic hidden gem up. Wonderful hospitality, me and my Mrs came for drinks and were blown away, and I had a lovely introduction to pastis and would recommend this to anyone visiting! Great negronis too - will be coming back for food fasho !

Found this place on the off chance as we were staying nearby and wanted to avoid the crowds. Cute little neighbourhood bar and restaurant. Small menu but the food is really well done. Order and pay at the bar and take a seat. Meatballs, burrata, ravioli, mackerel pate and chocolate mousse. All superb.

This intimate family restaurant is so perfect for a small gathering and delicious food and drinks, the rustic vibe is comforting and cozy, like you're at your grandma's house where you're always loved and welcomed. Beautiful place, get there early for a seat out back, you won't regret it!

We had a really lovely evening at Provedore – such a welcoming spot with great atmosphere. The hospitality was spot on, friendly without being fussy, and the food was full of flavour and variety. From the tapas plates to the fresh bread, everything felt thoughtfully done. I was especially pleased to find Leffe 0.0 on the menu – a real treat alongside the meal. We’d be more than happy to return and enjoy it all over again.

What a gem of a place. Great food and service in a buzzy atmosphere. The menu is changing more to Thia / Malaysian from tapas but we had a mixture of both. I've added a photo but it really doesn't do it justice, just go instead.
Arthur M — Google review
This is my favourite place in the UK to go for a drink and some tasty food. It is totally unique. The people who frequent Provedore are from all walks of life and all ages. Everyone there is pleased to be there and it is so friendly. This is mostly to do with the owners, Tim behind the bar and his wife, Bev, making the lovely food. I live 264 miles from Falmouth but it is the highlight of our trips down to Falmouth four times a year and when I’m at home in Surrey I often wish I was there. It’s that sort of place.

Located on Market Strand opposite Falmouth's Prince of Wales Pier, The Natural Store is a haven for health enthusiasts. The shop offers a wide range of organic foods, packaging-free fruits and vegetables, ethical household products, and health supplements. Upstairs, the bright and cozy Natural Store Cafe serves nutritious vegetarian and vegan dishes alongside great coffee. Visitors praise the friendly staff's knowledge and non-judgmental attitude while appreciating the store's good ambiance.
One of my favourite shops in Falmouth - there’s something very welcoming and calming about this place, so many organic, natural products to choose from and very knowledgable staff. It’s the best little ‘supermarket’ I’ve found for vegan cheeses etc. The supplements and cosmetics section upstairs is lovely too, again a huge variety of quality products that have been thoughtfully chosen by the staff.

Great sized independent health shop, that has friendly & knowledgeable staff and a great selection of fresh vegan food. Sadly, the chocolate I purchased was out of date so I recommend checking expire dates to make sure what you’re getting, but I would still return as the choice is second to none for Falmouth.

Every once in a while you come across the rare phenomenon that is tasty restaurant salad. None of your dry rocket leaves, plain cucumber and iceberg lettuce nonsense here. Gorgeous hummus, falafel, pickles, stuffed vine leaves... Highly recommended (plus good gluten free, vegan and vegetarian availability).

A fantastic selection of produce from fresh veg to cupboard essentials and homeware. The fridges full of Cornish made delights are worth a special mention as they really showcase the hard work of local businesses 👌

Nestled in the picturesque Discovery Quay, Hub Box Falmouth is a delightful addition to Cornwall's culinary scene and marks the chain's fourth restaurant in this beautiful region. Known for its award-winning burgers and an array of crafted drinks, this laid-back eatery offers something for everyone—whether you're craving prime cuts or plant-based options. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax with friends or family while enjoying stunning views of the harbor.
An absolutely brilliant, small chain of restaurants. The food options are plentiful and the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. We love coming here for brunch and smaller bites. The opening hours are great for us, as we are always fairly early risers and tend to arrive to places before the majority of shops/cafes open. We’ve become slightly addicted and now visit whenever we can, when down in the area on holidays.
Amy C — Google review
After viewing the menu from outside, we were pleased that the staff could accommodate our group of 8 and allowed us to sit by a window overlooking the harbour. There are 3 veggie burgers but unfortunately the Betsy one was unavailable so the veggies had the Bella and Big Cheese ones accompanied by zero clucker dirty fries. My daughter had the Mac & Cheese from the kids menu. All was absolutely delicious. Our meat eating friends opted for various combinations of the meaty burgers and one declared that it was the best burger he had ever tasted (this is a high compliment indeed as he is well travelled and had lots of burgers in the US!) My only gripe is I had to find staff to remind them we were waiting for the bill and this led us to being charged another hour on our parking nearby. Good kids menu and good option if you have a mix of carnavores and veggies in your group. No parking onsite.
Elizabeth B — Google review
The food was great, we ordered two gluten-free burgers and two regular ones for lunch and they were all very tasty. The staff was so kind and helpful and the place itself is very comfy, with great views and well-located.
Maria V — Google review
Sat here for lunch. Sat outside with nice weather and a nice chilled vibe in the square. Soft music and visuals. Had a burger and fries. Fries were great. Burger was awful, way too much sauce and only just warm enough to eat. Was rushed for time so unfortunately I could send it back. Powered through and finished it. Day later I'm not feeling so good. Wouldn't eat here again. Service was poor. Staff member seemed to have dirty uniform and only brought food out. No cutlery or napkins. Napkins were a must for this awful burger. Will avoid this place in future and try for something else.

We had a great experience at Hub Box Falmouth. The food was delicious and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were absolutely lovely - friendly, welcoming and couldn’t have been more willing to help us. They made sure we had a table with plenty of space for our pram, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!!
Paige — Google review
Have been here a couple of times before and was really excited to visit again as the vegan burgers were the best ones I’ve ever had! However, was really disappointed this time that the only vegan burger left on the menu is a falafel burger. I wouldn’t usually mind but I used to be stuck for choice so it felt like a bit of a let down. The burger fillings were tasty enough although I wouldn’t say the patty was like falafel. The vegan loaded fries were really tasty. Service was fab as usual! Would love to see the vegan chicken and beef burgers brought back. I wouldn’t book to go again when thinking of the current vegan burger.
Aruna P — Google review
The staff is great, everyone is kind and willing to help, the food is also very good, I had one of the best burgers ever! BUT we waited for 30+ minutes for 2 coffees, and the food took ages to arrive at the table.
Maria P — Google review
Saw they were doing a lunch deal, which seemed pretty good. For the price it was a decent amount of food, despite the fact that the prices for extras are not listed correctly on the deal menu. Unfortunately, we were given dirty glasses to drink from, something we didnt realise until we'd half finished our drinks. Which ended up really putting us off staying any longer for more drinks The server was a little short with us, which i assume is just a one off having a rough day.
