They have great kitchen!! Highly suggested! And not only american kitchen and burgers, but you also can get the best potatoe pancakes!
Monika A — Google review
Very good service, we had 4 different breakfasts and it was very delicious. Also burger was quite good. Nice place to meet with colleagues or friends a bit away from the city rush. There are free parking places in front. Very nice atmosphere and affordable prices.
Andrey G — Google review
This place is a jewel. The most pleasant service, clean, bright and cozy rooms. Your car is parked safe in front of the building. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. A wide choice of freshly cooked food, from hot omelette and sausages to greens and salads and thin pancakes with sweet cheese. The fruit mousse in a tiny glass was a cherry on the cake. The breakfast service staff is impeccable. Don't miss their beautiful backyard garden - enjoy the coffee there! Highly recommended.
Vilte O — Google review
There is a nice garden, and a kids space which is very convenient for parents. This is a kids friendly place for sure. The kitchen is also very good with seasonal dishes

Fantastic food and friendly and professional service. We had great time during our short stay in Warsaw. Breakfast variety and quality was amazing. Rooms were cleaned everyday, so cleanest 10 stars, service 10 stars, food in restaurant outstanding.
Krzysztof T — Google review
Breakfast at American House made our day! Welcoming atmosphere at the door, friendly crew and magical interior makes excellent first impression. Great choice of hot dishes and sides, fresh and tasty. What was exception during our stay was approach towards our handicapped son - support, smile, will to adapt to his needs. Well done! Strongly recommend place for all who value quality time!
Aga M — Google review
Very cosy, proper and clean place to stay. Nearby to Chopin Airport. Breakfast and dinner was exquisite despite limited items on the menu. Service was good - reception, F&B, housekeeping all. Recommended if you are looking for a nice bed and breakfast. Will stay there again in the future

I don't usually give 5 stars, but would give 6 here. Rooms, restaurant and staff are sensational. Garden seating is extraordinary on summer days and evenings.

I'm here for 2 days a very nice place with all you need for your trip. Price is very attractive (20€/day for SGL and 30€/day for DBL with breakfast) and rooms are equipped and very clean. Bus station is on the street and hotel is located near center of the city Warsaw. I recommend

Nice little hotel in quiet place. The room I've been to was spacious and clean. There 's also a balcony and kitchen where you can enjoy your coffee or tea. I arrived at night so it was self check in.

(Translated by Google) Yesterday I stayed one night. Room clean. The bathroom and toilet, even though there are 3 rooms, are very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee, tea). I already have reservations for July. It's worth it and I recommend it. Piotrek from Poznań (Original) Wczoraj byłem nas jedna noc. Pokój czysty. (Translated by Google) I recommend this place for short and longer stays. Fully equipped kitchen where you can feel at home, clean, cozy, remote control parking. The only drawback is the lack of a kettle in the room, which was inconvenient when living on the top floor, as the building is two-story and the kitchen is in the basement. Apart from that, everything was A+ (Original) Polecam to miejsce na krótkie jak i dłuższe pobyty.

Nestled in the heart of Warsaw, Bez Kantów Art Rooms is an artsy boutique hotel that beautifully marries historic charm with modern aesthetics. Guests can enjoy spacious rooms adorned with artistic decor, featuring a delightful mix of vintage elements and contemporary comforts. Just a short stroll from notable landmarks like St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church and the University of Warsaw, this hotel boasts an enviable location that travelers rave about.
I think it’s the best possible location to stay in Warsaw. Things to know: the breakfast is served in a cafe nearby and it’s all day so you can sleep long 🛌. The beautiful rooms have poor soundproofing so you hear neighbors entering they rooms, beeping code panels and coffee machine, toilet flushing etc.
Maciej S — Google review
The rooms are small and simple but nicely decorated. Unfortunately sound isolation between rooms is very bad so when someone is taking a shower in the other room feels likes you're beside a waterfall and you can wake up in the middle of the night if someone flushes the toilet in other room. The place for the breakfast is very nice and tasty. The main problem of Bez Kantów is the services: it's almost impossible to communicate with them. The email address on the website is not valid and it's impossible to reach them over the phone...I need an invoice and don't know how to communicate with them
Guilherme P — Google review
The location was absolutely perfect 10/10 for convenience! Close to everything we wanted to see, including the Presidency, Old Town, the National Palace of Culture, and right by the bus stop. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable, and the room overall was excellent. I also really enjoyed the breakfast although it wasn't at the property, the nearby café was lovely, and their flat white coffee was amazing. Would happily stay here again! There was a strong smell from the bathroom drains, and building works nearby started at 7:30 am, which was far too early. The pillows weren't very comfortable, and one pillowcase had a large rip in it. We were told we could use free lockers, but the receptionist/intro message never gave us the code to the reception room where they were located, so we ended up waiting outside with our luggage for 30 minutes before anyone answered the phone. Also, the plug sockets are a different type than the standard European ones, so be prepared with the correct adapter I wasn't able to charge my phone for the duration of my stay
Present P — Google review
Very nice and cosy place. Best choice you have in Warsaw if you are looking for an affordable, quiet, and nice place to stay. Not being a hotel, in their case, is rather an atu.
Andreea D — Google review
This year, this was by far the worst accommodation we have ever encountered. 1. After booking, when it was no longer possible to cancel for free, we were informed about ongoing renovations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an environment resembling a construction site: windows covered with opaque plastic film, and to “ease” concerns about construction noise, guests were offered earplugs. 2. It is impossible to contact the accommodation when problems arise – we had a serious sewage issue, but received no response either in the evening or the following day. Once you check in, the guest no longer matters. 3. Very poor sound insulation between rooms – everything is so clearly audible that it feels as if there are no walls. We sincerely do not recommend this place. It seems the only priority is taking guests’ money. No coziness, no comfort, and most importantly – after check-in, it is impossible to reach anyone either by phone or email.
Sarunas Z — Google review
This was really bad experience. The host wasn’t at place when we arrive and we had to wait her with all our luggage in front of the door. Then host provided us wrong code to get inside this hotel and we couldn’t come inside hotel in the middle of the night and had to write and call the host to let us inside. We were about to go to another hotel just to sleep. Btw provided phone number was not available. Communication is the key seems like key is broken. And seems that issue is not exceptional, because I saw another person in this hotel who also experienced the same problem with their coded door. Also room was not good. Very bad soundproofing, strange toilet bowl and not convenient shower. There are 2 coffee machines in hotel and non of them are working. Also if you want to leave your luggage in this hotel you will need to pay extra money (50zl) (and you can’t be sure that you will be able to get inside to get you luggage when you need).
Ярослав С — Google review
Very spacious and comfortable rooms with exceptional design, best location and delicious breakfast! Staff was very friendly and helpful, I got a lot of tips and recommendations about the best spots of Warsaw. The hotel had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I can sincerely recommend this place!
Marta B — Google review
Very very noisy - there’s a bar playing loud music till late at night right beneath the apartments, you can hear people in neighbouring room using shower, some sort of construction noises…

Guests rave about their experiences here, often returning for its inviting atmosphere and exceptional dining options.
Stayed for one overnight. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Dinner was nice-fresh ingredients. There was a wait as both trattoria and restaurant were full, but that's expected. The outdoor playground is a big bonus when staying with kids. During our stay the personnel was helpful and welcoming

Very nice, cozy and beautiful place! I love Italian food and interiors created with passion. This day was our anniversary, so we wanted just to relax and enjoy food. And yes, food was good, especially tatar & pasta. Unfortunately we weren’t pleased by service at all. Just 1 table in restaurant and we were waiting to order one more glass of wine! I finished dinner without wine🤷‍♀️ Cutlery and glasses for other persons all time on our table… Waiters never smiles and seems like we are guests that they are not happy to see🫣 Absolutely broken mood. So I put 3 stars. And ask to pay attention for this kind situation😬

Villa Toscana is very close to the Cardiology Hospital of Warsaw which is the biggest cardiology institute of Poland. Hotels name explain everyting about hotels style axtually. The rooms, the design and foods give you a tuscany experience in Warsaw. The foods are really tasty and extraordinary. Thanks to Chief who is cooking well and also explains in english every taste you he created. One week is very enjoyable. Thanks Villa Toscana.

The hotel is a little bit far from Warsaw, but it is definitely worth it. The hotel is located an amazing nature park, and it adds value to a nice atmosphere of small Italian villa

We had our baby's christianing there, it's a great place with delicious food and amazing staff, located in a beautiful place (woods). We had 20 guests with different preferences and everyone loved it.

Actually the place was surprisingly nice! We loved it:) Now we have been there 2 times and when coming back to Warsaw, definitely there. Everything was so stylish. The breakfast was amazing. Restaurant offers really good food, some things are even better than in Italy. Their cantucci (cookies) are sooo tasty and I loved onion soup, pasta with shrimps and their gnocchis are really good, tasty pizzas. Desserts also very authentical and delicious. Staff always very friendly and helpful, we felt really comfotable there. Also the first time there was live music what we really enjoyed:)

Self-catering accommodation
Nestled just a short 14-minute stroll from St. John Climacus's Orthodox Church in Warsaw, Villa Plaza offers a cozy retreat for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. This charming 3-star hotel features 30 well-appointed rooms, complete with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample free parking available on-site. Guests can enjoy spacious accommodations that include large bedrooms, separate shower facilities, and essential amenities like fridges and kettles.
We stayed here for two nights in May 2024. The Villa Plaza Warsaw is a relatively small but well presented hotel. There is plenty of free parking at the side and rear of the building. Our double room was very spacious, including a large bedroom and separate shower room. There was plenty of cupboard and drawer space for our clothing, along with a fridge, kettle and TV. The mattress was delightful, very soft and extremely comfortable. We opted for breakfast included, which was well worth the extra fee. Breakfast was available 0700-1000, and was mostly a self-service buffet. The kitchen staff were happy to prepare additional simple dishes on request. The hotel is quite conveniently placed with a large shopping mall within a 20 minute walk and the subway Księcia Janusza is about a 15 minute walk. The surrounding area is predominantly residential and very quiet. We were delighted with our stay and would consider using the Villa Plaza again.
Stephen M — Google review
Rich breakfast and free parking was a big plus. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (completely destroyed and to be replaced ASAP). The walls are super thin, you can hear all the conversations from the neighbor rooms. Sorry, but max 3 out of 5 ✌️
Rolf B — Google review
Villa Plaza Hotel in Warsaw has some positives, like a decent location and friendly front desk staff, but overall my stay was underwhelming. The biggest downside was the bed — extremely uncomfortable, reminiscent of an old student dormitory mattress. It really affected my sleep quality. The room was clean but very basic, and the decor felt outdated. It's okay for a short stay if you're not too picky, but I wouldn't choose it again unless the beds are upgraded.
Szymon R — Google review
Stopped here for one night. Very friendly service, great rooms and breakfast - especially for the price! Water pressure in shower wasn't great, but otherwise, no complaints. One more thing to emphasise is gated parking.
Edward R — Google review
Not located in the center but in a quiet place. Especially recommended to light-packed tourists, remember they don’t have a lift. A little bit of old but good to sleep for one night! Shower is a bit small for us. A parking lot is a plus, time-saver for us!!!
Chihung L — Google review
Cozy and homely place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Really good & descent breakfast buffet. A bit away from the center but good if you want to stay in a quiet place. Recommended.
Ahmed R — Google review
Very Nice hotel. I room you can find everything you need. Breakfast available as well. Free parking behind the building. Good location - 10 min by walk to metro or you can take bus as well.

Great place for overnight stop - when in transit or coming to the show in Progresija hall (15-20 min. walking). Breakfast was great, staff is polite and very service minded! In principle worth every penny - recommended.

Nice place in a quiet neighbourhood. Good and friendly service. Clean and cozy room. Breakfast from 7.00 till 9.00, average. Tea, kettle, shampoo, a bottle of water in the room. The taxi to the center costed approx 10 dollars. A bus stop is about 1 km away. Two parkings - paid and free, enough space.

The hotel is ok, but the stuff was really unpolite and breakfast is supposed to be from 7 but It was 7:45 and It was not still ready. We had a morning meeting, so we left without a coffee even when we payed extra for that service.

Karat is a hotel located in Poland, offering friendly and hospitable staff who go out of their way to assist guests. The chef is praised for making the best scrambled eggs. The hotel provides good value for money with apartments featuring wide beds, personal shower rooms, and fridges at reasonable prices. It's conveniently situated within walking distance from the Palace of Culture. Additionally, the receptionist is commended for accommodating guests even without prior reservations. Staff members are also noted for their English proficiency.
Best place to stay if you need a parking lot by the hotel and dont want to be far from the center of Warsaw for a decent price.
Artemijs B — Google review
I choosed the hotel for the night because it was near the place I needed to visit. Room was older style. Bathroom look little newer. Breakfast was included. And that was good. Staff was helpful. There where lot of restaurants and stores nearby. But I didn't have the time to check them out.
Henrik A — Google review
Really bad hotel. It felt like the owners don’t care about the condition of the rooms at all. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel for this price.
Paul S — Google review
So I won't trash this place too much, I'll mention the one great thing about it. The location near the city center. And the price maybe. Hmm, ok, also the buffet/dining room is renovated and the breakfast was decent. The rest of the hotel has a dated 80's commy feel.
Mihai D — Google review
Everything is very bad. The hotel's wi-fi is broken. For two weeks, no one fixed it. The interiors are terrible. Some kind of brown liquid is constantly flowing from the tap. The good thing is that the breakfast was quite decent.
Pavlo K — Google review
I have toured most of Poland and I have to say that the staff in this hotel was the friendliest, warmest and most hospitable by far. They went out of their way several times to help us. I especially have to mention this true gentleman of a chef, who made me the best scrambled eggs in all existence. Dziękuję!
No D — Google review
Good proportion of prices and quality. 20-30 minutes walking from Palace of Culture. In AUG 2022 for 230 zł you will have apartment with wide bed, personal shower room, fridge. Personel speak English.
Anton O — Google review
The lobby and the restaurant are the only renovated areas. The lift is old and tiny and the rooms look like from the communist era. Interesting to experience that these days :) but bathroom was large, TV worked ( all the disco polo channels). It is clean, just "outdated clean". I think last renovations in the bathrooms were in the early to mid 90's.

Nestled in the heart of Warsaw, Castle Inn by Oki Doki offers a unique blend of history and comfort. This charming hotel is housed in a beautifully preserved 500-year-old building, one of the few that survived the ravages of World War II. Guests can enjoy individually styled rooms that provide stunning views and an inviting atmosphere. With complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and friendly service from staff like Zofia at the front desk, your stay promises to be both enjoyable and memorable.
A very well-located hotel, 10 minutes' walk from an underground parking lot (50 zl for 24 hours). The rooms are large and very well decorated, and the beds are large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast, with a choice between sweet and savory, is also very good. A very pleasant place to discover Warsaw.

Perfect location in the Old Town. The rooms are quirky and original, making a great change from the hotel chains. Very welcoming staff and a quiet room despite the location on the main square. The communal room was an interesting place for a quiet read.
Steve M — Google review
Incredible location in an original old building in Old Town with quaint rooms and very helpful front desk staff. Being an old building, there are too few electrical outlets and the bathroom is small. There are stairs to negotiate since it’s old and they cannot install an elevator due to lack of infrastructure so it’s not wheelchair accessible. However the location could be not be better; the front desk staff are very helpful; the rooms are quiet considering all the events and activities right outside the front door and the hotel is definitely quaint. We would absolutely stay here again.
Linda H — Google review
I first left a negative review, but after having several conversations with the staff, I realized that all the things I’d complain about are natural restrictions because of such location — in the heart of the historic Old City. For example, they can’t upgrade slow WiFi because of city restrictions on necessary infrastructure work. There’s no proper driveway because Old City is closed for cars. There’s no elevator possibly because of the same reasons but also because of tighter space. On the other hand, the location is so great it’s hard to beat, and there’s a very unique vibe in the hotel. For smooth experience: 1. Don’t carry larger baggage, carry-on only. It’s 200m of brick-paved road, and not always rollable, get ready to just carry your stuff. 2. Don’t come here trying to do stuff online, come for tourism only (then the slow wifi won’t be much of a problem). I’d say, depending on whether you followed both points, you will either enjoy the experience a lot, or struggle (also a lot!) This isn’t a typical “5 star means flawless” review. It more like “this is unique and interesting enough, so it deserves to exist, and the experience might be very good if you come prepared and with the right expectations”. I might come back again, but definitely lighter-weight (without bags) and without a strong need for quality internet. P.S. I’d like to add that, despite it might look like they did, the staff didn’t ask me to update a review, we didn’t even discuss any reviews. Lower scores for “room” are due to slow WiFi and no elevator, but it’s overall 5 star because if you come properly prepared, it won’t be much of a problem.

I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Warsaw. And you can’t beat the view of the old town! And what has made staying here even more exceptional is the outstanding customer service. A special shout out to Laura who checked me in and has been so helpful with all the information and support she provided.
Itai S — Google review
Unbeatable location at the start of the old town. A big comfortable room with a big comfortable bed. It’s surprisingly quiet given its location, l heard no outside noises and slept very well. Good WiFi too.
P M — Google review
Superb location, great value, good service, comfortable rooms. There’s no elevator, though, so be prepared to climb stairs. Also there are a few rooms directly in the lobby/reception. I’m certain my rating would be different if I’d been stuck with one of them.
Jonathan P — Google review
Amazing staff, location is simply the best you can get right in the heart of the old town and the price for the value is great, only thing the single room was a bit small but still enough for one person, the interior is very unique as well

SCSK Żurawia NOCLEGI - SALE KONFERENCYJNE is a cozy budget hotel located in the heart of Warsaw's Srodmiescie district. This charming establishment offers guests a complimentary breakfast and comfortable rooms equipped with minifridges, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking convenience without breaking the bank.
It is within 10 minutes’ walk from Warsaw Central Station. The room was clean, spacious and an optional breakfast was wonderful.
Tadayuki H — Google review
i have only checked reviews on Booking app, these were pretty decent, so when I looked at Google reviews I got terrified of how bad the most recent of them were. my experience was actually good, no bad smells or ratty towels. I had good reception service, clean bathroom and comfy bed. only thing that was a bit off was that laminate flooring in my room was previously badly water-damaged and looked really rough. but floors are obviously not easily replaceable, so there's that.
Resurcat — Google review
Good value for money. Great location, we also liked the breakfast. If you stay for a few nights, it's a perfect choice.
Zoltán F — Google review
The condition of the rooms is catastrophic, not only that it is broken in many places but also that there is mold in the shower. This is not even worth three stars as it gives you the feeling of an old office building rather than a three star hotel, most youth hostels in Germany are better, actually a real shame that it makes a good impression from the reviews, but unfortunately it failed for us in one line.
Cedric M — Google review
The room is spacious! Very helpful front desk and very close to the main station and trams. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by!

We lived in the room for several days, paying for it by the day. One morning they just kicked us out into the street because someone had booked our room! No one even warned us in advance! Worst hotel, would not recommend to anyone. The staff could offer us another room at a similar price, but no one bothered about it.

My wife and I found MarcoPolo House to be very comfortable. We stayed for 9 nights as our primary reason for being in Warsaw was to spend time with family. Our only suggestion would be to add a bit more variety to the breakfast offerings. Over the 9 days, the menu was quite predictable, with only the fruit changing daily.

(Translated by Google) I would like to express my opinion about the room, but unfortunately I cannot, because the complete lack of contact with the landlord and the locked lockers made it impossible to stay in this place. A terrible tenant, who cannot be contacted by any means: by phone, text message or email, also does not respond to messages sent on booking. Residents of this block said that such situations happen regularly. I would like to thank the tenant for the ruined trip and for spending several hundred zlotys more ;) (Original) Chciałabym móc wyrazić swoją opinię o pokoju niestety nie jestem w stanie, ponieważ kompletny brak kontaktu z wynajmującym i zablokowane skrytki na klucz uniemożliwiły pobyt w tym miejscu. So many bad unfair comments. It was just a self check in place. The instructions were clear and I had no problem to find the place. The room was really confortable and the common places were clean and jn good condition. Definitely worth the price. A bit noisy outside but everything was perfect. I will definitely come back.

The worst experience ever. The following 5 things is why I gave 1 star and suggest all friends considering book room here to change your mind. 1) Arrogant and awlful service. I didn't notice wifi info in booking messages and asked the manager about WIFI info before arrive. I got the reply from the manager "What is your problem?". I was shocked. Unbelievable. 2)If you don't give good comments, you may never get your invoice for the room charges. I checked on June 5th, but till now I am still waiting for it. The manager did offer to issue my invoice immediately, if I change my comments on booking. 3)Very difficult to find the entrance of the apartment. No sign or guidance. Like a small cave hidden behind trees in a big community. 4)Shared toilet and bathroom. 5)Small room. I believe everyone stayed there will understand why it has such low comments. Honestly, current 2.3 star rate is still too high for its actual service.
Raylord H — Google review
The room was nice, but it was too expensive for a room with shared bathroom. I don't think that is valuable for money, even though the room was really clean and nice. The location is not in the touristic center, but it is very close to subway, coffe places etc.
Aspasia P — Google review
It's not a scam! I booked a room at 23:00 for the same night and got instant replies how to get in. They have a website too. It's exactly the same as was described! Thank you so much!

Decent place where to stay. Room and bathroom was clean. Instructions how to find place were clear. Information about WiFi and rules were found nearby entrance. After first night owners sent WhatsApp message if all is good. So attitude from them was nice. Apartment also have elevator which comes handy. Location also is central with 15 mins walk from Central station. P.S. For those being shocked that it was apartment is not fair claim as you can clearly understand it's apartment with 3 rooms once you book it. Also this apartment building had 2 or 3 staircases, so it didn't take too much time to find right one.

Stayed for 5 night. Plus: Cheap, clean on arrivel, Good location. Close to shops, restaurants and clubs. 1/2 hour walk to Old Town. Washingmachine and dryer (dryer has no European plug but an English one which doesn't fit in the wall socket) Minus: accommodation doesn't reply to any messages either WhatsApp or online messages, noisy, other guests in the appartment smoke weed, no cleaning every day (had 1,5 day with no toiletpaper), guest do not close front door, guests have visitors in the middle of the night so doorbell ringing multiple times at night, main entrance door is open, bed gives you backpain, you get no clean towels during stay and the towels don't dry you (lousy quality). On the courtyard side (room 1) are 2 clubs so terribly noisy during weekend nights till 6 o'clock. Every morning at 06.30 the garbage truck comes in backwards and beeping and next all the dumpsters/garbage containers of the clubs and appartments (full off glass) are emptied. Photos are from the courtyard with entrance next to a good restaurant 'Butchery and Wine'. Would we return? BIG NO.
Jorita S — Google review
(Translated by Google) I do not recommend it, it is not a Bed & Breakfast but a private apartment rented per room (there are 3 of them) with a shared toilet (it doesn't close) and a bathroom. The overall space is small and you can't feel comfortable with your "roommates", the locks to the rooms are very weak and do not guarantee comfort either. Overall, I don't recommend it!

(Translated by Google) Beware, fraud! Do not deal with this company under any circumstances! They list ordinary rooms in shabby apartments and even rooms in offices under luxurious numbers! All the beautiful photos are photoshopped. In reality, there is cheap repair, shabby furniture and moldy plumbing! Their ads indicate a separate bathroom, but the most you will get is a communal apartment for 4-5 people. A disgusting company with vile workers who will also tell you that you are an "ungrateful creature" and "go to hell" when you complain. I am adding photos with mold. Their rating on Booking is inflated, their real level is 2. Everything about this place is really nice: Rooms are clean, nice atmosphere, friendly personnel, diverse breakfast, etc. Except one thing: It’s very expensive. We stayed one night and payed (incl. breakfast) 370zł… and we booked like 4 months ahead. No offense, but this just to expensive, especially as the location is more in an industrial part of town. So unfortunately, never again.

Hostel
Hostel Chillout is a fun and bright downtown hostel with private quarters and dorm rooms, as well as free Wi-Fi. The hostel also has a living room and kitchen, making it perfect for travellers looking to stay in one place while they explore the city.
My friend & I both got sheets that were too short for our beds. We brought this up to the receptionist. After I showed him how the sheets were like 3 feet too short he said "well, I guess that's the way it goes sometimes." I asked if I could get another sheet to double them up and he said "I guess if you really want..." My friend later asked for the same and he said "Sure, but I wouldn't care if it were me." Before this he refused to help move my friend to the same room as me because he'd already printed her receipt, and "my boss doesn't like it when I have to change things after payment's been taken." My friend's room ended up being very, very smelly. Like sweaty sports clothes than had been sitting around. This seemed to be the fault of none of the current residents. Even after opening the window for several hours, their room still reeked. My room was much better. However, it was attached to the lobby which is also the lounge and people were watching football in there past quiet hours, which didn't bother me personally, but I mention because I know others might like a hostel that honors its own quiet hours. P.S. A very small thing that does not affect my rating at all, but in case they read this: if you're going to hand out a piece of candy upon check out, please give out something allergen-free & vegan. I assumed it would be such as a lollipop since most lollipops are, but upon checking it had lactose.
Hannah Z — Google review
Beautiful, but needs to be taken care more: - It is a 4 floors building with no lift - only stairs - Mattress & pillows are old and very uncomfortable - Sheets are smaller than the mattress, so feels like just a piece of cloth to cover half of the space you need - Kitchen sink was broken during the 4 days I was there, we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink - They messed up with my reservation, had to change rooms - how did I know? When I arrived at my room, there were 5 ladies dressing up, they said because of the group, they moved my stuff to a storage room and I had to swap rooms - Toilet was lose in my new room - Shower head was not working properly - Weird smell everywhere, specially in the rooms - Internet connection 30%
Maycon S — Google review
7/10 Safety should be a concern: the dorm area is always open and if you buzz the ringer you will be opened without being checked if you have a booking or not. Curtain only on the bottom bunk. A lot of tiny flies (50+) that buzz around the bed and covers if you turn the lamp on. That I could see there were only two showers (one in my dorm area and the other next to the reception), so i had to wait.
Serena N — Google review
Staff were very verbally abusive and directly caused three of our party to be physically assaulted. Incredibly poorly run hostel with atrocious levels of bedding, cleaning, and showering facilities.
William S — Google review
This hostel is cheap, but you pay for what you get. You have to put your sheets on yourself, lockers were too small and the keys required an exchange change deposit. No space for bags, no curtains on top bunks, small beds and hard to get to the rooms. Bathrooms didn't have soap or mirrors. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're on a very tight budget. Staff were also not very friendly.
Jonah G — Google review
My first day & night was ok. On the second evening I returned to my room with two friends, the hostel was quiet and we were looking forward to sleeping. When we got to our room the door was wide open, giving everyone in the building access to our belongings. There was blood smeared all over the floor, the beds and the bedsheets. I would upload photos, but the review may get removed. Later we were told that our roommates had been in an altercation with the security guards in the hostel. A hostel receptionist informed us that they were being disruptive and called security to "punish" them. Security had assaulted them in their beds (hence the red stained bedsheets), kicked them onto the street without their passports or clothes and stolen all the money from their wallets (Polish and otherwise). It is unnecessary to say, we did not sleep comfortably that night. The security at this hostel is a joke, they and bullies that mugged three of their guests. The staff were apparently shocked at the blood (which I doubt was genuine), when it came to checkout they charged the room a cleaning fee. It is a disgrace. The incident was handled terribly.
David N — Google review
Close to the central train station but is currently opposite a building site with lots of construction noise. Lovely restaurants nearby. Bedding doesn't fit the mattress. Three people in the group were assaulted in their privately booked room by security after coming back from a night out. Cash was taken from their wallets, their clothes were used to wipe any blood off the floor, and they were thrown out of the hostel with the staff nowhere to be seen.
Ricki T — Google review
The first night was ok... apart from someone throwing up from the top bunk but they cleaned that once they'd sobered up. It was the second night that was the problem, we were woken up by security ripping people out of their beds, and being robbed and kicked out, it's a good job you don't need cash anymore because they emptied their wallets, kicked them in the face, and dragged them out of the hostel. noone deserves this, and im sure they didnt because i didnt wake up to them being loud until the security came in and left blood everywhere.

Hostel Lwowska 11 is a low-key accommodation option in Warsaw, conveniently situated just a short walk from the central train station. The dorms are simple but tidy, featuring comfortable bunk beds and secure lockers for personal belongings. Guests can make use of the on-site kitchen and enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay. While the hostel offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, it may not be suitable for those seeking a lively party scene.
The bedrooms had a lot of natural light and full wall windows with balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is normal and clean. The service was very kind :). You have big trunks under your bed to place ur clothes and luggage.

The reception and location are super great. The room would be perfect if there is a curtain to each bed. It's not comfortable that the other people can see all you are doing and no privacy in the room.

Very close to Eurospar and a couple of restaurants. The rooms are very decent, there are multiple bathrooms and toilets (female and all-gender separated). Bins (in the rooms) are emptied every day. There's really nothing negative to say about this place, you just shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel with breakfast included.

Quit cheap, clean, quiet, cosy place. One of disadvantages is that the internet was not working properly. So, you can’t watch videos such as YouTube. They provide tea or coffee to customers free of charge. Very generous. Regarding the location. You need to take two buses to the old town. But not very far. Good hostel

Only one toilet for all girs and only one sink , 2 showers, also toiled terribly smells of urine. In the evening I arrive late around 23 and have to wait in a small queue but still have to wait to use sink and shower in the morning I woke up very early at 4:50 so there was no queue. Also no shower gel in the shower and I have to rent a towel for 5 zloty. And what I also find very not convenient is the card to the room I was so scared to loose it or forget it somewhere because it so small and if you don’t have a pocket it’s super not convenient, would be nice of it will be a bracelet or at least of card have some rope attached to it. In the room there was a window to the corridor so it was constant light inside if i hadn’t have my sleeping mask it would be impossible to sleep. And there was no locker that would lock with a key in the room . The good things - Friendly and helpful staff, location is close to the tram , they have kitchen with fridge , all the dishes and cups , microwave , they also have elevator in the building and that’s very handy because they located in the 5th floor.

I can’t believe this is rated so highly on both google & hostel world. One of the worst hostel’s I’ve ever stayed in & I’ve stayed in hundreds all around the world. Checked in & asked for a bottom bunk, staff said they were already booked for the night which was a lie. Nobody slept in any of the bottom bunks the whole night only the top ones were occupied. Bathrooms were filthy & hadn’t been properly cleaned in years, boiler in the one close to my room was temperamental. Toilet was also dirty, dark, dank & smelled bad. Terrible plumbing, some of the showers didn’t drain properly also. Rooms were dirty. Pillow case had some yellow crusty stuff on one side & wasn’t properly cleaned. Foam mattress was also old & worn out. Walls need a good scrub & new coat of paint. Stayed here one night & left. Go here only if you are absolutely desperate & nothing else is available.

Good hostel ,cheap , nice , excellent location ,the staff were very kind , the building is old and the entry is kinda complicated . The only part that i did not like was the bathrooms ,no privacy for taking a shower, small bathroom . The other thing that i didnt like it was the wifi signal on the rooms ,it was weak ,i had to use my mobile data internet. Overall I recommend this hostel ,especially if you are on a limited budget.

A very reasonable and affordable option, when you don't need a lot of comfort or extra service. The place is well connected - the metro station is in a few minutes walking distance. The room was small, but clean and with internet access. Nice and helpful people running the place. No private bathroom, only shared ones and a towel was provided.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home right away. The hotel itself is elegant yet comfortable, with a unique charm that invites you to relax and unwind. The breakfast was outstanding – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented – a perfect start to the day. I also took advantage of the spa, which was peaceful and restorative, ideal for recharging both body and mind. I’ve already shared my positive experience on social media and travel platforms – this hotel absolutely deserves the recognition. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Warsaw and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and cosy. I like the boutique style of the hotel. It is located in the heart of the downtown, within walking distance to almost everything. Hostel
a&o Warsaw Wola is a contemporary hostel located in the vibrant Wola district of Warsaw, offering budget-friendly accommodation with a touch of modern comfort. Situated near the main train station, it provides easy access to popular city attractions such as shopping areas, cafes, restaurants, and museums. The nearby Warsaw Uprising Museum is within walking distance, and the Old Town is just a short journey away. Guests appreciate the friendly service at the front desk and convenient luggage storage facilities.
I stayed here for a one-night stop on a cross-Poland trip. The area is safe and the location isn't bad--it's around 15-20 minutes from Warsaw Central Station via public transit, and in theory you could even walk. It's about half an hour from the Old Town, which isn't bad, either. The hostel is extremely cheap, and the receptionist was friendly and spoke great English. There's a breakfast option available, though I didn't try it. But the place is really quite spartan: I didn't expect to pay for a towel, for example, even at a hostel. I also expected bed curtains. To be fair, my only other hostelling experience was in the US, which doesn't really do hostels, so maybe I have skewed standards. But those seem like major improvements that wouldn't cost much to implement. In short, if you just want a safe, cheap place to say, this is a reliable, dependable option. Just don't expect anything fancy--and, if you're a real cheapskate, bring your own towel!

"Great location and a nicely arranged hostel. The price is excellent for the service provided. Breakfast was good and hygiene was well maintained. It’s situated on a busy street with plenty of public transport options. If I get the chance to visit Warsaw again, I would be happy to stay here once more.

1. very long uncomfortable self-check-in, I could fulfill this info in advance. 2. afterall room cards didn't work so I have to come back and wait for a receptionist to fix it. 3. I wanted to pay with Google pay but I had to insert card details so why did you ask if you don't give such option. 3. parking can be paid also only with a receptionist so I have to wait for him. again. because he wasn't at his work place. and parking is not available for 24h,only half day. 5. there was someone's hair in my towels, disgusting. 6. breakfast is poor, only bread, cheese and ham. Boiled eggs is the only warm food. You promote much better on booking than offer your guests in fact
Sofiia D — Google review
It could have been better The location is really good and the place is clean. However, a few improvements are needed lockers should be available in the rooms, and the customer support team needs to respond more quickly. A dedicated phone line from the 7th-floor hostel to the reception would be helpful in case of any issues. Rooms also need better soundproofing, as the traffic noise makes it hard to sleep.
Csashish M — Google review
Staff are very indifferent about guests. People are waiting for reception but nobody cares. I have to wait more that 10 minutes for staff on reception and nobody there but near staff just walking around, watching 4 people waiting for them. We started online check-in but we have to put everything about us from 0, but we put information in booking form. For what? Also we cannot register and pay for parking from self-checking, we have to continue waiting more for staff on reception. It's terrible. Breakfast are very poor, from hot dishes only boiled eggs, other just for sandwiches with cheese and ham with pickles and tomat. Even on photos it was more different. Very bad light in room, i have to light additionaly to find something. Because the use old garage lights. Also you will have a big column in a half of your number For that price in the city center hotel it looks more that kidding. I didn't recommend stay at this hotel in Warsaw
Maksym P — Google review
i was initially staying in a shared room for a very reasonable price, unfortunately in the room I was surprised by the beds: instead of the typical bunk beds in hostels there was one bunk bed and two single beds. The problem with that for me was the distance between those beds, it felt like a double bed with just a small gap in-between. The person next to me was a kinda weird guy, snoring very loudly and making weird noises all the time. Because of that I felt super uncomfortable and decided to change to a private room. The guy working during the night at the reception was really nice and I could change my room. Obviously I had to pay more which was fine with me, I was just glad I had my own room. The price was about the same as for a hotel in Warsaw that would even have a better location and then came the problem with the school classes: they were very loud even during quiet times, running around, slamming doors and even mock knocking on several doors including mine! While I totally understand that they wanna have fun and be a bit loud, I just wished that for that price you’d have a more enjoyable atmosphere! Another negative point was the staff during the day at reception/bar: they were all very rude to customers, working slow and inefficient. When I ordered something via the app I first had to wait about 15 minutes until someone had time; during those 15 minutes several members of staff were behind the bar, always avoiding eye contact and it seemed as they just wanted to chill out and not work. When finally someone came they wanted were visibly pissed off when they had to get the chips for me. Apparently they were out of stock, and then he just walked away. The chips were already paid for (via the app) and i never got a refund! If you offer this service, it should be visible in the app what is available or not!! Overall very disappointing stay, especially because my experience at other a&o hostels was very positive!

It’s a very clean and comfortable place to stay, located conveniently near the city center at an affordable price. The receptionist and all the staff were very friendly and supportive. Since the place often gets fully booked, it’s a good idea to reserve in advance through Booking.com or other platforms before arriving.

Situated next to the Presidential Palace on the prestigious Route Route, it offers an intimate ambiance with bespoke services tailored to individual needs.
Best location to visit the old town. Airport bus stops is almost door to door. We got an executive twin room with a view, which is very big. Thanks for upgrade and early availability to check in. The twin beds and pillows are absolutely comfortable as if on a cloud. Service is professional, attentive and polite. Breakfast variety and quality was one of the best I have ever had if one needs a good breakfast to start the day. I booked this one especially for the spa, sauna and swimming pool to relax after a long day walking. Highly recommended. Will return to stay here if I come back to Warsaw again. I saw kids around at the breakfast room. Hotel Parking is available at around 40€ per day but street parking is available at less cost. Multi-Charger for smart phone next to the bed.

Hotel is luxury however very old decor, some rooms in floor 6 with very small on the floor window. On floor 4 rooms are large and big windows. The issue is the food, room service is fast however the Caesar salad was cafeteria level not luxury, tried to have breakfast coffee arrived called waited over 10 minutes to be served the bagel arrived burned and last cafe Bristol chocolate chip cookies simply bad and food nothing special. With an hotel of this level the food should be exceptional. Good or average is not good enough. BTW we never had the breakfast it was such a mess we simply told them that no thank you.

Had an excellent stay here. Hotel is in a great location, incredible walkability with tons of restaurants nearby, easy access to the airport and electric scooters; and very close to Old Town. Service was very great, though a little slow when requesting some amenities to be delivered to the room. Marriott loyalty recognition was also very nice. Very happy I stayed here and will return to this hotel should I return to Warsaw.

I stayed at Hotel Bristol in Warsaw from June-July and had a memorable stay. The service by the entire team was outstanding. Special thanks to Ksenia and Christopher at the Front Office—they were so dedicated and passionate and ensured every guest had a comfortable stay. The property is a historic classic—beautiful architecture—and is located in possibly the best location in Warsaw, right next to the Presidential Palace. I would highly recommend Hotel Bristol and look forward to returning the next time I visit Warsaw.
D C — Google review
Bristol is probably still the best hotel choice in Warsaw for business or leisure. Location couldn’t be better: presidential palace next door, Old Town just around the corner, and a front-row seat to Warsaw’s weekend parades, demonstrations, or whatever entertainment the street brings. The building itself is history - elegant outside, classic inside, and our suite felt like someone truly cared for the details. But not everything shines: check-in was led by a very young, lost receptionist who clearly wasn’t ready for this level. And while the suites impress, the experience outside the door is mixed - doormen chatting loudly, drivers smoking by the entrance. Instead of refined 5-star polish, you get a little taste of the far East. It feels more like management weakness than staff fault. So yes, still the best option in Warsaw, but it could - and should - live up to its history a little more.
Jakob M — Google review
This hotel is exceptional in everyway. They go out of their way to gladly serve. A USB cable let on a table in my room, housekeeping staff tied it a bow ribbon to make everything in tbe room look exceptionally neat. This hotel is the only reason I came back to Warsaw.
Hamad A — Google review
Only 2 star could be given for my 4-nights stay experience Perfect location for tourists but not for business visit. Card can hardly reach the front of the hotel. Park by side and walk is big damage when rain. Check in to a twin bedded Executive room at around 1pm was a big trouble with gestures and spoken instruction. Traveling from Bangkok with pre-arrival checked in on Marriott Lifetime Platinum, I expected my arrival expectation with warm welcome not trouble and frustration of the checking staff. No recognition of Platinum guests like received by another guest nearby. Big problem! bathroom was definitely different from what shown on hotel website. This was found after luggage unpacked and being in rush for a business meeting. The bathroom features only bath tub but in pictures and text at booking time was separated bath and shower. This is misleading and normally priced directly. I needed to change the room because shower in any bath tub is risky for me due to weak legs. The other room now came with unusual long rectangular shower, shiny as well as slippery marble when wet. I request 2 rubber mats. It seemed staff could not understand the danger of this, not giving me 2 but 1 rubber mats. Room design was just to have what 5 star hotel products are required. Those products are placed just to have the location to please without consideration of convenience in using i.e bin under facial bowl (even I set up to fit my comfort, it was moved back and I gave up. ) This is so different from room was cleaned and completed without floor towel day service and evening turn down on the last night). Hairdryer is placed in a drawer of bed top furniture even some rooms have drawers in front of bathroom. This is just ease hotel operations without guests’ comfort in mind. Some corner of rooms look news (beds and marble in bathroom in my case but the rest is old. Handle of shower diverting handle had been broken before I stayed and it left that way for my whole period. Surely housekeeping staff must touch this where cleaning the room. My personal items were miss placed to different places everyday. - Surely not business hotel and not 5-star level of care. The lobby was full and trouble of only two elevators for the whole hotel for guests and for staff sharing. Breakfast and bar services as well as beverage products are excellent. Food served at bar was so so. Dinner experience was bad due to layback service and not quite impressive food taste. Check out at 5.30 am, counter was empty and lady reaching it from a room behind. She showed me the bill with tired and boring face, no interest in listening to these feedback, replying that housekeeping staff can be different persons serving the room. She said if I am not happy with the service, the service charged could be removed, and she did. That’s all. My messaged sounded boring. No thank you word not even for the feedback but the stay and payment. (Perhaps this hotel staffs are more familiar with tour groups check-in and check-out) Totally not recommended to those who know the luxury, who travel on business plans, and those who are familiar with marble.

Safestay Warsaw is a well-regarded hostel located just outside the Old Town, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The hostel offers modest dorms and private rooms with free Wi-Fi, a lounge, and a shared kitchen. It's particularly popular among solo female travelers due to its female-only rooms. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds with thick curtains for added privacy.
Unbeatable location. Clean. The beds are fully equipped with plugs, lights, and curtains. Lockers under the bed (bring your own padlock). Key cards for both the floor and room doors make it safe. All in all, I recommend it for this price.

Great hostel located in the old town area of Warsaw. The location is amazing as many of the city's attractions are within walking distance from the hostel. Great view if your room is facing the main street. My room was clean and the facilities were well maintained. However, the curtains in my room barely blocked out the light, causing me to wake up extremely early in the morning (4-5AM). Additionally, the soundproofing is not very good as I could easily hear what was going on in the street all night. Other than that I had no issues and had a good experience overall. Staff at the reception are polite and efficient. Overall, a great place to stay with decent value for money.
KY — Google review
It was fine to sleep - I recommend the female dorm for girls! But the lack of toilets / showers...so bad. 2 toilets and 2 showers for like 20 people is absolute madness. There is a major lack of cleaning in the toilets/showers as well. Yeah okay good location in the old town, not too expensive but clean toilet / shower facilities are necessary. I think the high rating here is for the location rather than the hostel itself
M R — Google review

nice location in the centre of old town. the staff is really nice. we even got the room early because we came before check-in. we went to the pub quiz which were really nice. it’s every Friday at 8pm. now to the bad things. let’s start at the bathrooms. disgusting. there mold on the door. the floor is greasy. the smell is weird and like fungus. u feel dirty after taking a shower. and it’s just really old and bad. the rooms looked okay in the beginning. but it hadn’t seen a vacuum cleaner for weeks at least. the wall were dirty. and in generel the place could use a renovation. it’s so old and dirty. there holes in the floors. but honestly, it’s cheap and okay. and we actually had some good days. but they could get better at cleaning.
Solvej N — Google review
I never post comments on Google, but in this case I have no choice. I have stayed in many hostels, but honnestly this was my worst experience. This place is anything but safe, and I do not recommend it, especially to women. During my stay, another woman and I were victims of sexual harassment. Unfortunately, the employees are not trained to handle this type of situation, and I don't blame them because they did their best with the knowledge they had. But management should provide them with training on how to respond appropriately if this happens again, because this lack of information puts them at risk as well. That's not all. The hostel was infested with bedbugs. They told me that this had never happened before, so a traveller probably brought them in, but I later discovered that at least three people had been bitten that same weekend in three different rooms. This does not surprise me, given the overall hygiene of the bathrooms and common areas, which leaves much to be desired. Once again, I would like to point out that I am not criticising the volunteers/staff, who really did everything they could and were responsive, understanding and kind – it is thanks them that I did not give the minimum number of stars for the service. Actually, I spoke with some of them who admitted that they are working in very poor conditions, which came as no surprise to me. In short, this hostel does not deserve its name until the management deigns to treat people, both employees and customers, the way they deserve.
Marthe T — Google review
I think best of this place was its location. Rooms where alright, I feel mattresses a bit too small. Bathrooms sometimes clean some times not that much, showers a bit small and a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen was not that great equipped and sometimes it was too dirty. On the other hand, laundry service pretty good and there is a bus stop right outside where the 175 bus stops. This one takes you to Warsaw-Chopin International Airport.
Jorge G — Google review
The hostel/hostel-style accommodation earns strong marks for its location — being right in the heart of major tourist activity, everything from museums, cafés, transport hubs is within easy reach. This makes it a very convenient base for sightseeing and for solo travellers on budget. Because of this location, you also get better “bang for your buck” compared to more out-of-the-way places. Crowded & Busy Atmosphere However — this prime location brings a major trade-off: over-crowding. As one guest put it: “It’s busiest days were very busy … which means the sinks and breakfast room can get very crowded.” Large dorms, full occupancy, lots of comings and goings — if you like peace & quiet this may pose a challenge. Shared bathrooms and communal areas sometimes feel stretched.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Raffles in Warsaw — oh boy, what an experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was truly impeccable. The hotel itself is stunning, blending historical elegance with modern luxury in the heart of the city. A special shout-out to Olivia, our waitress, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our experience was perfect. Her warm service and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. Top-notch hospitality, beautiful rooms, exceptional dining, and outstanding service all around. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

I still feel the beauty of my stay in Raffles. The hotel is a modern art museum, each room decorated with original, different art works of Polish artists. The decoration of the hotel, lobby, spa are splendid. The service, excellent. Everyone was friendly, polite and discrete. I've fallen in love with this brand. The breakfast, exquisite (every product is delicious). I've also taken the Afternoon Tea, a unique experience, led by the Art Curator of the hotel, Lukazs, so passionate and knowledgeable. A must! And the spa, full of beauty. The massage by Maia was perfect, I highly recommend to get a treatment. I've also enjoyed the fitness, the equipments and machines are modern. Thank you Raffles Warsaw, my stay was memorable.

Best hotel experience I've had so far in my entire life. The service is unbelievable, everything to my liking, they have managed to do everything before I even started thinking about it. Rooms are clean, food is delicious, the service is excellent. I've got absolutely no complaints. The event which we held in Pavilion was also brilliantly organized. I have a lot of gratitude for the whole team at Raffles Hotel Europejski in Warsaw.

Raffles Europejski Warsaw is a stunning architectural landmark, perfectly situated along the Royal Route — just a short walk from the Old Town and the Presidential Palace. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. David, in particular, went out of his way to provide us with personalized recommendations for our next stop in Gdańsk, which we truly appreciated. Our King Deluxe Room was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed, featuring elegant finishes, a comfortable bed, a well-placed desk area, and a luxurious marble bathroom. Each morning, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast buffet with both indoor and outdoor seating, offering an inviting and relaxed start to the day. In the evening, the intimate bar provided the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail. This grand, historic property combines timeless style with genuine hospitality — a memorable stay in the heart of Warsaw.

Without a doubt the best hotel in Poland. A true masterpiece of elegance — the service, rooms, and especially the spa are absolutely phenomenal. Warsaw’s only hotel that truly feels world-class.

An Exceptional Luxury Experience at Raffles Europejski Warsaw. - Thank you 😊. Our stay at Raffles Europejski Warsaw exceeded all expectations and truly embodied the essence of luxury hospitality. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this historic property would deliver something special. The team at Raffles Warsaw deserves the highest praise. Their communication skills were outstanding, and every staff member we encountered demonstrated genuine warmth and professionalism. Whether it was the concierge, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s position along the Royal Route is simply unbeatable. You’re within walking distance of Warsaw’s Old Town, with easy access to the city’s best attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites. The strategic location makes exploring Warsaw effortless. The property itself is breathtaking - a masterfully restored historic building that combines old-world elegance with contemporary luxury. Our room was impeccably appointed and exceeded our already high expectations. Every detail reflected the Raffles standard of excellence. The dining experience was superb across the board. We particularly enjoyed **Lourse Warszawa**, the elegant patisserie in the lobby - their cakes and pastries are absolutely divine and worth visiting even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The coffee is excellent, and the turn-of-the-century atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to relax. + We booked through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts, and the added benefits were a nice touch that enhanced an already outstanding experience. Thank you & God bless you and your family 😊

For years I had been staying nearby at a "grand hotel" on my annual trips through Warsaw, but it was tired and I always had service problems. This year, I decided to switch. I travel all over the world and this Raffles would be an extraordinary hotel in ANY city. Beautiful hotel, great staff, incredibly sumptuous rooms, wonderful bar and restaurants. I haven't sampled the spa yet, but i hear it's amazing. I can't wait to be back in September 2026! (Also, I am, of course, kicking myself that I didn't make the switch earlier.)

Hotel Warszawa, located in the historic Prudential Building in Warsaw, offers industrial-chic rooms and suites within a 1930s skyscraper. The hotel boasts a spa, bar, dining options, and an indoor pool. Its luxury rooms feature modern furnishings and decor using sleek materials like walnut, copper, and stone.
An excellent hotel. Wonderfully designed. Accommodating Staff. Incredible spa including quiet pool, steam room and sauna, and a relaxing salt room. My room was spacious, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and had an incredible view of Warsaw. Highly recommended.

This hotel was more than worthy of its five stars. The interior, the service, the professional and friendly staff—everything was exceptional. Both restaurants are truly top-notch! The massages in the spa were well and professionally performed. And the building, with its historical background, completes the experience. Truly outstanding and worth every cent.

Very well located, quiet rooms and amazing spa facilities. Overall good stay, with a few quick fixes to consider: Curtains don’t prevent sunlight from entering the room in the morning. Breakfast was good, but much better to leave coffee and tea as a self service (like on Sunday morning, vs the rest of the week). One of the elevators was out of order for a full week, which made the waiting time quite long.

Hotel Warszawa is simply incredible – without a doubt the best hotel experience I’ve had in Warsaw. I stayed in a balcony suite on a high floor and the panoramic views across the city were absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was stunning, spacious, and designed to perfection – truly the kind of hotel room you dream about. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and constantly replenished by attentive staff. You genuinely want for nothing here. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, making the whole stay feel special from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Hotel Warszawa highly enough – a perfect choice for anyone looking for luxury and comfort in the heart of Warsaw.

Not sure this is a five star hotel? I understand that mistakes happen but… - fire alarm goes off at 5am and the entire building evacuates. No fire happened, it was a system failure (things happen I suppose?) - fire alarm then goes off again briefly at 7am, and went off briefly at 3am - internet goes down for the entirety of the preceding day. No immediate fixes. People who are there for work struggle to join meetings - no one available at ground level to ask a basic question about cafe options (for an in person meeting). Then get told there are no places open for coffee at 4pm which delayed my meeting significantly. - no one comes to clean my room - I phone down to try get some extra shampoo, and no one picks up the phone so I have to wash my hair with body soap… - i hosted a dinner for 25 people at their restaurant. The communication back and forth was extraordinarily painful just to secure the booking. - to be balanced, the spa is very nice - heated pool which I appreciated for exercise. Really want them to do better here. Warsaw is a beautiful place and deserves a solid premium hotel.

Nice unique hotel, very stylish but sometimes this is not 100% ergonomic. Nevertheless nice to stay there, make totally sense. I would recommend to upgrade the sauna as now it is not balanced with the level of the hotel and restaurants.
Ivan M — Google review
First-class stay downtown: marble floors, silk sheets, service that bows and means it. Every room feels like a suite; breakfast brought to bed if you want. Zero complaints-just pure indulgence. And the bar? Curated row of top-shelf whiskies, rare drops, the pricey stuff-but the bartender poured mine like he’d waited years to serve it. Same smile, same magic. Five stars.
Renars D — Google review
Half-naked stranger walked into my room in a “five-star” hotel! ‼️ My stay at this hotel turned into a deeply traumatic experience, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. In a so-called five-star hotel, where a guest expects safety, comfort, and professionalism, something happened to me that is absolutely unacceptable. On my very first night, around 5 AM, a half-naked man wearing only underwear walked straight into my room. For some reason, his key card worked on my door, and he simply unlocked it and came inside. I was woken up by the sound of the lock, and when I opened my eyes, there was a stranger standing in my room. As a woman alone on the room, this was a terrifying shock. I reported the incident immediately to the front desk. The staff’s reaction was unprofessional and dismissive — I was told this was “impossible.” I demanded they check the lock system and CCTV footage, but only the manager had access. He was not present, and even after I left my phone number, no one contacted me. Later that evening, I was told by the reception that the manager claimed I had “left my door open” and that a drunk guest randomly walked in. This is nonsense — the doors are extremely heavy, I had locked them, and it was the unlocking noise that woke me up. The manager repeatedly refused to speak to me, avoided any contact, and was unreachable by phone. Shockingly, staff even admitted that if they told him I was waiting, he simply wouldn’t come so he could avoid me. At that point, I demanded a room change — otherwise, it wouldn’t even have been offered. The following night I barely slept, terrified the same thing would happen again. No real apology was ever given. The next morning, instead of addressing the seriousness of the situation, staff casually told me “sorry for the inconvenience” and then asked me to pay for chocolates from the minibar I had never touched. Throughout the whole ordeal, I was treated without empathy, as if I had made the entire story up. The fact that in the middle of the night, a half-naked stranger could walk into a woman’s room, and the hotel not only failed to take responsibility but actively avoided me, is absolutely outrageous. This hotel was a complete disappointment and a deeply traumatic experience. Never again.

The communal spaces are designed for socializing, featuring comfortable couches, meeting areas, and workstations. Guests can enjoy the hotel's signature Moxy cocktails in the evenings. The edgy decor incorporates industrial elements and street art, reflecting the district's trendy atmosphere.
Big thank you to Moxy Praga. We've been to many Moxies but this was the biggest one. It is at really unique local neighbourhood, across the bridge from the central tourist area. But the hotel itself is in very up and coming space with nice restaurants boutiques and shops within the complex. It is next to vodka museum that everyone has been recommending us to visit. The staff has been nothing but patient and welcoming. They had very high attention to details and really high standard of service for casual/boutique hotels. The hotel is very new and clean. It has nice comfortable lighting in the room with night lights. The curtains can be completely blacked out for sleeping in. Despite it being in very happening area, our room was silent, which just occasional door noise from neighbours which didnt bother us. Above all, it is pet-friendly for our little ones. 😺🐶 Which makes our trip extra special. The breakfast is simple but has everything you need. On the last day, after checkout, we realised the train was delayed and asked if we could have our room back for extra 2 hours which they happily agreed. Thanks so much for making our stay so comfortable.

We really like this place. Super prices, cool hip vibe, helpful friendly staff. We stayed here 5 or 6 times when passing thru Warsaw. Always found street parking (free some days of the week). English speaking is not a problem. Cool little city square in the back with oversized board games and cool restaurants. Cool rooms and awesome lobby. Excellent bedside outlets and USB.

This hotel was perfect for us. Excellent sound isolation and blackout curtains for those of us who sleep poorly, immaculate room with good furnishings, a great selection of restaurants in the courtyard nearby, 9 minute walk to Wschodnia train station and an easy Bolt to the center. Been there twice and will come again.

Nice location, but that is the only redeeming quality. During my 4 night stay my laptop was stolen from the locker in the room and I was bitten by bed bugs. The room was cheap and the location was ideal, but I would recommend looking for safer, cleaner places in the area and not staying here. The risk is not worth it.
Jochem G — Google review
This hostel is exactly what you expect. Extremely clean bathrooms and bedrooms, helpful staff, good value and importantly: Chargers by every bed and lockers for every guest. Not much to say, exactly what you’d expect from a high quality Hostel. When it comes to the location, it’s not the best. You need to walk around half an hour to get anywhere of note, but it was fine and the walk isn’t ugly at all.
Timothy G — Google review
Great location right by the grocery store Lidl and Old Town. Perfect for a short visit. Everything is clean and nice on the inside. In room 14 where we stayed, the curtains didn't cover even half of the windows so it was bright and happy all night because of the street lights and the shop signs. Our windows were facing Tamka street and it was so loud at times from the cars that we couldn't hear each other with my friend.
Kateryna S — Google review
I don't know if I'm lucky with the room I'm in, reading other reviews, or maybe I'm easily satisfied 🙂 In my experience, this place is very okay. It's bright and airy, beds are comfortable, there are light-blocking blinds, location is very good and there's a nice garden at the back. In the minuses, not enough toilets/showers for the number of beds and they are not very clean. Also, it's facing a main road.

TAKE CARE!!! I requested one night in this hostel, I asked for availability and they confirmed it was available and sent me their information for pay through transfer. When I arrived for check-in they told me they reserve me another night and that the hostel was full for the day I requested, so I had to search another hostel inmediatly. When I requested my money back they started with excuses, first they try to pretend they don't understand me, after that they said that the accountant was on vacation that day so they can't do the refund. Finally they said they send it but due weekend it can take some days to the bank to send it. One week after I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE MONEY and they ignore me since the moment I asked for a payment confirmation of the refund! Don't trust in this hostel and never pay directly to them!
Juan T — Google review
A very nice hostel! I stayed here for three nights and liked everything about it. I booked a private room with an ensuite bathroom, but there’s also the option to stay in a shared room with a shared bathroom. The hostel is very clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and everything smells fresh. The common areas include a shared kitchen, a dining area with tables, and a living room with sofas. Everything is cleaned regularly by the staff, which is especially reassuring in high season when many people use the facilities. The only thing I would have added to the room is a fan, since the summer heat can be quite strong. The location is also perfect for sightseeing, though it can be a bit noisy at night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay here. The place is spotless, staff are very polite and helpful. Beds and rooms are very comfortable. We had one slight glitch in our room which was dealt with in a very professional manner. This hotel is beyond a 4 star hotel. The bar upstairs is a lovely addition too!

Great location and stylish hotel. Our initial superior room felt small, but upgrading to the 31 m² corner room made all the difference – bright, spacious, and worth the extra cost. Gym is fine, restaurant looks nice (we didn’t try it). Also worth checking the other Puro in Warsaw, which seems slightly newer.

According to price breakfast was not good. There were rare of options and they did not let me change anything out of the menu itself. I eat gluten free and vegetarian. There was no any option for both and did not let me remove gluten or meat from the existing menu. I only wanted to eat egg they said they cant make it without full plate even I paid full money.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. The girls at reception were really nice, polite and very helpful – they made me feel welcome. Unfortunately, on two different days I also dealt with different male staff members, and each time they were quite rude and dismissive. At moments, their attitude even felt borderline racist, which was very disappointing. For the amount I paid here, I was expecting more respect and a higher standard of service. It’s sad, because the hotel itself is nice and some of the staff are wonderful, but being treated this way left a negative impression. EDIT: They also tried to scam with the parking. Pay attention.

My experience with Puro Hotel in Centrum was very positive. The hotel personnel is very friendly, the room was ready one hour before my check in as l requested and the breakfast was just amazing! Everything was perfect except food in Magari restaurant. The garden is very nicely kept but l would not recommend their food. Grilled chicken wasn’t grilled. It was a big piece of baked chicken breast chewy and not well seasoned, pasta carbonara sauce was more like besciamella. I sent back the chicken but was charged for it. So l highly recommend the hotel but not the restaurant.

Nestled within the historic fortifications of a 16th-century palace in Warsaw's Old Town, Bellotto Hotel offers a luxurious stay with its classic bedrooms, deluxe apartments, and bespoke furnishings. The hotel features The Foccacio Restaurant, Miodowa Confectioners, Bianco lobby bar, an underground banquet room, and the Hall Club with billiard tables. Guests can also enjoy a day spa for relaxation.
My recent stay at Bellotto Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I approached the building, I was impressed by the timeless elegance of its architecture. The hotel, nestled in what appears to be a beautifully restored historical palace, exudes grandeur with its neoclassical columns, refined details, and striking red-tiled roof. The exterior alone is a feast for the eyes – symmetrical facades, intricate stonework, and a serene courtyard space that gives a sense of calm even before stepping inside. The flags and manicured landscaping add a touch of class that reflects the overall atmosphere of the place. Despite the weather during my visit being overcast, the charm of Bellotto Hotel shone through. The staff were warm, courteous, and highly professional, making every effort to ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome. The location is excellent – peaceful, yet just a short walk from many of Warsaw’s cultural attractions and historical landmarks. Though I didn’t capture photos of the interior, if it reflects even half the elegance of the exterior, guests are in for a luxurious experience. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, style, and heritage in the heart of Warsaw.

The staff were exceptional. My fiance got sick on our second day in Warsaw and the staff assisted in getting a doctor to our room and then went out and got our four prescriptions filled. The Hotel itself is beautiful and the room was spacious and very well appointed. The maid service was exceptional. The breakfasts were delicious and the one dinner we had at the Hotel was also very good. Definitely a 5 star hotel and look forward to staying there again.

Nice hotel, but there was no contact from hotel before or after stay which was very different from my experience in Krakow. Also there is a wing with no elevator which was almost a problem for my father who is almost 70 with knee and back problems. Luckily he was able to tough it out, but there was no mention anywhere about no possible elevator. Location was perfect, very close to old town

The Bellotto Hotel was a wonderful experience with its large rooms, restaurants, bar and lobby. The room was large and airy with a comfortable bed and bathroom. They are located in the heart of Warsaw with walking distance to all major locations. Prices are comparable for the elegant experience. They do offer parking on site.

All was just lovely here, and of special note: we forgot to ask for non-down pillows, and after we called down to ask for them, their cheery housekeepers whisked in right away and remade the whole bed with fresh pillows and comforter. Our only complaint: the hotel’s strong signature scent was way too much for us. (They seem to use it in their room cleaning products, too.) It might keep us from revisiting, which would be sad, because all else was terrific.
Fritz H — Google review
The hotel is a beautifully restored historic palace in the heart of Warsaw. The rooms are amazing. The function rooms on the ground floor are stunning and perfect for a medium size event. We had our wedding reception here and the service, food and ambience were flawless. The hotel's own confectionery from Miodowa Cafe provided the cake and pralines for the guests - the quality was outstanding. Highly recommended, either for a luxury city break or an event.

Recently stayed for the second time at Hotel Bellotto. The location is excellent, literally two minutes walk from Castle Square in the Old Town, and ideally located for exploring on foot. The hotel is quiet, spotlessly clean with a café and restaurant on site. The Focaccia Restaurant also serves great breakfasts. The staff are happy to help. Would definitely recommend, and will certainly be staying again.

Kapsuła Hostel in the heart of Warsaw offers a unique accommodation experience inspired by Japanese capsule hotels. The property features small individual pods, with the option of shared double capsules, providing a comfortable and private space for each guest. While not luxurious, the hostel is praised for its cleanliness, safety, and simplicity. It's ideal for travelers who spend most of their time exploring the city and need a cozy place to rest at night.
Capsule is very fun and comfortable!! Shoes off at reception which is unusual at first but you appreciate it when you see how clean the place is! One huge dorm room which has very quiet. I’d recommend staying at the back so you don’t hear people in and out. Location is great, would stay again. The only thing I do think that could be improved is if the hostel hosted events /planned fun stuff for guests who want to be social, but I understand that’s not a necessity but a luxury!

My first capsule. It was surprisingly not claustrophobic (I'm used to train couchettes.) Absolutely spotless! Shoes off at reception then you get disposable slippers. The capsule room is silent, apart from the regular whirring of the shutters. And don't worry about breakdown - there's a manual release. Plenty of showers and toilets, also spotless. Reception has a few tables and chairs, and settees but the self catering facilities consist of a kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Don't expect chatty hostel vibes, just comfortable, secure sleeping. Easy walk from the central station. Quite expensive for what you get. Oh and the lockers are small. I struggled to squeeze my rucksack in.

This is an amazing capsule style hostel. Very private despite being on a floor with almost 130 capsules. It’s organized well and each capsule has an air vent, two European style outlets a small corner shelf and a wall netting to put things in. The showers are one level down but they are individual stalls with lots of room. The thing that I liked the best and gave it five stars is that it has many hooks in the bathroom for you to hang things on. Your toiletry bag, pajamas, clothing, etc. There are four hooks per bathroom in addition to a shower caddy handing on the wall with two shelves. The toilets are also separate by gender. You also get one large locker to store your things in. You could also leave them o. Your capsule as each capsule also has a remote operating garage door roll up style. Very easy to open and close with the remote. I would deduct one star normally because you need to pay for body wash and a towel but because the showers have so many hooks to use I gave the full five stars. Also they will do your laundry for you overnight for a cost of 27PLN.

I stayed here for 2nights. Staff are professional and helpful. I used their laundry service, got my clothes back dry and clean. They have very clean spaces, quiet sleeping area and nice spots to hang-out. At the reception, there is a kitchen/dinner area. Where you can order coffee, buy some goods and spend time. At second floor, there was this nice balcony and third floor is one were capsules are located. There are seperated bathrooms for women and men. Also shower rooms are different for man and women. All the way, service was wonderful and will gladly come here again! :)

the pods did not have airflow. It was stuffy. There is no where to put suitcases. They give you a cubby but it can only fit a backpack. Toilets, dirty. Showers have mold. Service is good but facility is not the cleanest. And you need to take your luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
Wolf T — Google review
In general I liked this accomodation, the capsules are comfortable, it's clean, quick check-in and good location. Having to wear slippers is great in my opinion as it keeps the floor clean. However, I think that there's no real place in the hostel to socialize, the showers and bathrooms don't have enough places to put your toiletries and clothes, the shutters of the capsules are pretty loud, and storing your luggage at the accomodation after checkout costs extra. All in all it's a solid place to sleep in a private space for a shirt stay but nothing special or homey about it.

I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Bathrobes hanging in front of my face… and mountains of clothes piled up like in a refugee camp. I’ve watched bunks turn into hideouts worthy of Saddam Hussein, with a single fan keeping hope alive. I’ve climbed walls with only two holds, where one wrong step meant the fall… and I’ve faced descents so steep no playground would ever dare to offer them. I’ve slept in niches that would make nuclear bunkers pale, ready for war… or for claustrophobia. I’ve taken military showers where the only true enemy was finding a place to rest my clothes. All those moments… will be lost in time, like comfort… in the capsule. Time… to check out. Capsule Climber. Coming soon to theaters
David S — Google review
I enjoyed my stay. If you have mobility issues, there is no lift and the the pods are 4 sets of stairs up. Some pods are higher and have only a small step. Early airport... Have to go to the airport the night before. They charge 5Zl for a storage. Stored my stuff till 9 pm no issues. The one star off is because the showers require you to push the button every few moments. The taps always require a push every few moments. Great for saving water but showering is such a hassle. Feels like a shower at a local pool. Some of the staff could use friendlier demeanors. We the guests are paying to stay here, you're not offering us your personal house.

Warsaw Hostel Centrum is a casual accommodation nestled in a green courtyard, featuring a shared kitchen, lounge, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hostel is adorned with images of prominent Polish figures throughout history, offering QR codes for guests to delve into their significance. Conveniently situated on Krakowskie Przedmiescie, it provides easy access to the historic Royal Route and the old town. The top-floor bar and common area offer a social yet relaxed atmosphere.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Hostel in the Heart of Warsaw! Warsaw Hostel Centrum has an unbeatable location — right in the city center, literally next to the Palace of Culture and Science. You can’t get more central than this! The lobby is spacious and nicely designed, and there’s even a cozy private room to chill or hang out with others. The design is modern and clean, and everything feels well-maintained. The people are super friendly and open, which makes the atmosphere really welcoming. Overall, a highly recommended hostel — central, clean, stylish, and full of good vibes. I’d definitely stay here again!

This hostel is terrible. I hated it from the moment I got in. The smell of cigarettes is constant; there is always someone smoking next to the reception, and as they leave the doors open, it gets to the corridors and rooms. The sheets are stained, the bed was uncomfortable, full of ants, no ventilation in the rooms, and no towels. I could barely sleep with people talking loudly and smoking all evening. The bathroom has a smell so bad it's hard to explain or forget. They only get good ratings because when you check out, they offer you a free coffee for a good review, and people don't care at this point. I hated every single moment in this place; it was the worst. I left as soon as I could. True nightmare. I felt scammed.
Luís T — Google review
Warning: this hostel engages in dishonest practices. They're offering a free coffee only if you leave a 10-star review on Booking.com and 5-star on Google Maps. If you do not think it's so good, they charge you €2+ for the quite simple coffee. The hostel is overrated. While it's well-located with 24/7 reception, the rooms are smaller than expected, and the shower area is cramped. Faulty key issues and high bag storage fees (€5+) are additional drawbacks.
P M — Google review
Avoid This Hostel Completely!!! The whole building smells like mold and humidity, it feels unhealthy to even stay inside. The 6-bed room is tiny, with a small window and no air, and the mattress was terrible — old, uneven, and full of bumps (I have photos). The blonde receptionist was rude and dismissive, treating guests like a burden, not customers. She told me I’d get a refund if I checked out, but that was a lie — I followed everything she said and never received a cent back. This place is dirty, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
Sadek G — Google review
The shared bathrooms are extremely dirty, there are no shared activities or anything alike and they buy off 5 star reviews by exchanging with free coffee. Someone took our food from the fridge, even though we clearly marked it. The atmosphere is terrible. The only good thing is the location.
Michael A — Google review
Nice easy stay in the centre for a basic private room with shared bathroom. I found it quieter than the average hostel and could sleep easily in a comfortable bed.

Stayed at a mixed dorm. Terrible management. A guy started pissing at 2AM near my table since he couldn’t find the keys to open the door. And yes I am writing this review at 2.30 am. No staff nearby to complain regarding this. Doors are left open. Also the room was in an underground bunker. Pathetic experience.
Deepaboli R — Google review
I'm not a person who make review on internet, but that experience make me to do this. I stayed 3 days. After checked out, I left my luggage in storage. And when I ring the bell to get into hostle, no one respond at my bell. And I saw two weman chit-chat infront of the door, giggling with each other. And one of weman was employee. And when I told her about the door, she said she was taking "TECHICAL BREAK". Does she really need to take "TECHICAL BREAK" for pressing a one button? I heard the info desk runs 24h, and I never heard about "TECHICAL BREAK". If that really exists, you guys should inform to customers that you have a "TECHICAL BREAK" and you will never open the door while employee take "TECHICAL BREAK". And speaking about room. Room where placed underground (maybe it was room 324) was my only false in traveling Warsaw. Atmosphere was so damp, and smelly, and I could here everyone's chatting from outside. So if you are little bit sensitive,(unless you don't care about smell, damp atmosphere, all noise) I highly not recommend this hostle.

Guests can indulge in luxurious amenities such as heated bathroom floors, plush bathrobes, and well-equipped rooms featuring minibars and flat-screen TVs.
We had an absolutely wonderful three-day stay at the Indigo Hotel in Warsaw, including the use of a meeting room. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The catering during our meeting was simply outstanding – the three-course lunch menu was delicious and beautifully presented. And the breakfast… breathtaking! I can honestly say the Eggs Benedict were the best I’ve ever had. A very special thank you to Izabel and her team – they were sensational and made our entire stay flawless. The service was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is more than just a place to stay – it’s a true experience. The design and attention to detail are so thoughtfully done, creating a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw. It exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely return.

The hotel was very nice, and luxurious. We also received a fruit plate upon arrival. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The only problem that we experienced was the service during dinner, where the waitress was talking on the phone while serving us our food. For the price of the food we expected better service.

Excellent Stay at Indigo Hotel, Warsaw I had a wonderful experience at the Indigo Hotel in Warsaw. The customer service was outstanding the reception team was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The beverages team was amazing, and the breakfast each morning exceeded expectations with a wide variety of delicious options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, catering to many tastes. I also highly recommend trying their dinner. The kitchen team is truly exceptional every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly seasoned. It's clear the Head Chef puts great effort into ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. Special thanks to the manager, Anna, and the entire team including housekeeping for making my stay so enjoyable. Your attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. I’ll definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!

This hotel was so so cool upon arrival! We had two rooms and both were exquisitely clean and decorated beautifully! The lobby and bar are comfortable and fun! This hotel is RIGHT next to a popular walking strip in Warsaw where you can eat, drink, and shop. Old Town is about a 20 min walk away from the hotel. My only problem during my stay was that, because of the location, you can hear the partying and yelling from the streets at night very clearly. The staff was amazing aside from one front desk worker with brown hair - she was nice, but clueless.

The H15 Boutique Hotel, located in the heart of Warsaw, offers elegant suites with kitchenettes and city views. The hotel is within walking distance of various dining and entertainment options, as well as public transportation hubs. It has received excellent ratings for its location, cleanliness, and overall experience. The modern interiors of the apartments feature comfortable seating areas, with some offering balconies. As a pet-friendly establishment that welcomes dogs at no additional cost, it provides a convenient option for travelers with pets.
The junior suite was amazing, there was so much room and we loved the pillow menu. Upon check in, the guy who helped with bags and behind the desk were very sweet. I had the best nights sleep here throughout my entire Europe trip. We did not eat at the bar or restaurant, the location was very walkable in “new” town Warsaw. There were restaurants in every direction!

The air conditioning drama is REAL! I have seen the recent negative reviews about air conditioning, it started a few weeks before our trip so I thought it’s impossible that a 5 star hotel will not have it fixed in a matter of days. To be sure we won’t have an issue I even called the hotel in advance to say that I want a room with no air conditioning issues, I also double checked at check in that the room presents no problems. I was assured all is fine. Unfortunately upon arriving in the room I noticed that the unit in the bedroom signals an issue (see photo) and doesn’t work. I notified the reception they said they will send a technician and that it will be fixed. Technician (very nice guy but hopeless too) advised that it’s an external company that needs to come an fix it. Well guess what, nothing happened during our 3 night stay. Nobody followed up, nobody asked how we are doing with a 3 year old sleeping in stuffy bedroom, nobody seems to care. Nothing offered to remedy the situation, not a plate of fruits, not a free breakfast, not a discount for the next stay. Oh, sorry, they did bring a mechanical fan to our room as a solution. On a few other requests to like to clean the room, replenish paper, or bring a pillow from the hotel pillow menu took a few hours or 3 reminders to get them sorted. Disaster!

I recently stayed at the H15 Boutique Hotel in Warsaw and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. The rooms are exceptionally large, beautifully designed, and well insulated—very quiet, offering both comfort and privacy. Service was excellent, with thoughtful touches like providing umbrellas on rainy days. The hotel also offers fast and reliable internet, which I really appreciated. That said, there are a few points that could be improved. Some ground-floor rooms open directly into the breakfast area, which affects privacy. At the breakfast buffet, I noticed there was no cooling for items like yogurt, which raises concerns about freshness later in the morning. Additionally, safes in some rooms were either missing or not properly secured. Another concern was the lack of visible evening security—there was no night guard, so it felt like anyone could walk in after hours. All in all, H15 Boutique Hotel offers spacious rooms, excellent service, and a great location, but it could benefit from stronger security measures and a few improvements in breakfast management.

I had an overall very comfortable stay at this hotel, everything went smoothly during my visit. I’d honestly give it 5 stars. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead is that the bathtub in our room was broken. We didn’t complain during our stay because we didn’t need to use it, but we did mention it before checkout just to clarify it wasn’t caused by us. We didn't ask a compensation, but the hotel staff offered us a 10% discount "themselves", which we appreciated. The front desk told us the manager would follow up after we checked out. However, it’s now been two n half weeks, and I’ve received no response at all. I’ve sent two follow-up emails, and they’ve both been ignored. That kind of silence is disappointing — especially for a five-star hotel. I didn’t demand anything. If they had simply replied saying they couldn’t process the discount due to third-party booking, I would’ve completely understood and still left a 5-star review. But being ignored like this feels unprofessional and careless.

I recently stayed at the H15 Boutique Hotel, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. First, the positives: the property itself is gorgeous, beautifully designed, and located in a very walkable area with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The overall aesthetic is lovely, and the outdoor spaces are well-kept and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, despite these strengths, I won’t be staying here again. As a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I was very disappointed that none of my Marriott perks were honored. While I now understand that this hotel is only affiliated with Marriott rather than fully integrated, I don’t believe that was made clear during booking. Because of this, I wasn’t even able to get a room a couple of hours early. On top of that, the parking was extremely overpriced, especially considering the high cost of breakfast, which I didn’t feel was worth it. The staff also did not seem particularly accommodating for a property that markets itself at this level of luxury. To add to the frustration, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, which I later noticed had been mentioned in other reviews as well. I came in with very high hopes, but overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. While the hotel is undeniably beautiful, it didn’t deliver the service or value I associate with properties of this standard. In the future, I’ll be choosing a different place to stay in Warsaw.

Excellent hotel! Great accomodations for families. Their suits are really massive and very comfortable. We loved our stay here
Maryna A — Google review
We spent two days at this hotel, and I can confidently say it’s one of the worst hotels in central Warsaw. I will never return here. We booked a suite and a standard room. The suite was advertised as having four sleeping places, but in reality, there were only two. The sofas in the suite do not unfold, so there was nowhere for the children to sleep. We had to switch rooms with the nanny just to fit. That means the nanny ended up staying in the suite, and we stayed in the standard two-room unit. The hotel claims to be 5-star, but it feels more like 2. Upon check-in, we received two 200 ml bottles of water for four people, and no additional water was provided during our stay. We had to go out and buy drinking water ourselves. The room was dirty, the curtains were torn and couldn’t be opened because the mechanism was broken. There weren’t enough towels or bathrobes either. Room service stops after 10:00 PM, so if you arrive late, you won’t be able to have dinner at the hotel. It was my birthday, and in every other hotel I’ve stayed in, I’ve been greeted with a card, champagne, or fruit. Here, no one even said a word. Over the course of two days, no one cleaned our room or changed the towels. The breakfast was terrible. There’s an option to order a meal, but the portion is small. There’s also a buffet, but the food isn’t fresh, and once something runs out, it’s not replenished. If you come for breakfast after 9:30 AM, there are no fruits left because the early guests have eaten them all – same goes for cheese and ham. I do not recommend this hotel.

Situated in a safe residential area, it's conveniently located near the city center and central station. Guests can easily access restaurants, supermarkets, metro stations, and bus stops within walking distance. The staff is highly praised for their friendliness and helpfulness.
Hi! My friend and I stayed at this hostel for a night, and it turned out to be the best place to rest during New Year's in Warsaw. While other places were either fully booked or far from the city center, this hostel was perfect. The rooms were cozy, and the service was excellent. I especially want to highlight the receptionist named Illia. He was incredibly supportive, polite. Also he helped us with our luggage and all the organizational issues that came up. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

We made a reservation by mistake, although it is a good hotel that we stayed there for 2 days… for the 3rd day, they didn’t cancel our reservation although we informed them 1 day earlier. The receptionists are very nice and kind, I guess it is because of the manager. That’s why I gave 1, they could sell this room to anyone after us if they helped us and cancel.

The staff were friendly, professional and clearly took pride in the hostel. A small problem in our room was quickly addressed. I would definitely recommend as an inexpensive and safe option.

5 Stars - Amazing Hostel Experience! I had an incredible stay thanks to Angelina Hladysh! She was very polite and welcoming and she even helped me carry one of my bags to my room! From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond by making me coffee and giving me apple juice! We had a very good conversation and she made sure that I felt comfortable and she took great care of me! She was always smiling, helpful with local tips, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. The hostel was very clean, well maintained, and had a great atmosphere thanks in large part to her positive energy and her unbelievable kindness! Whether you're a solo traveler or with a group, you're in great hands with Angelina. I HIGHLY recommended that I'll definitely be back!

Nice and cheep hostel. Clean but small rooms for 4 people without air conditioning, with some noise outside in the night, so opening windows is not possible. Good shower and kitchen. There are no boxes for garbage sorting, that was disappointing and not convenient. In the centre of Warsaw, so i recommend this stopping place.

⭐️ One of My Worst Accommodation Mistakes – Learn From It If I could upload a video, I would — then you’d immediately understand. But I’ll try to explain everything here. Let me be clear: there is no such thing as silence in this place. If you’re planning a long-term stay — don’t. This was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made during my travels. I paid upfront and deeply regretted it. You won’t get a refund, and by the time you realize how bad it is, it’s too late. 🔊 Constant Noise, No Respect for Rest • Cleaning staff talk loudly during cleaning. They don’t care about your sleep or time zone. • Guests talk on the phone — even whispers are audible. • Staff walk heavily; you hear every shuffle, zip, and knock. • People simply don’t understand what “quiet” means. If you care about sleep quality, this place will ruin it. Stage 3 sleep? Forget it. Noise will keep your nervous system activated. 🤷‍♀️ Poor Staff Training & Weak Ethics Not all staff are polite or professional. Reception service is below average — no real understanding of etiquette, customer care, or empathy. Smiles are there, but that’s where it ends. Once, the water system failed. A man entered the women’s shower area to tell me: “The showers are out of order, you need to leave.” Meanwhile, he himself was violating the posted rules by even being there. 💸 Everything Costs Extra — Even the Basics • Even if you stay for a month, they will charge you for fresh disposable slippers if you ask for a second pair. • You’ll feel like they’re trying to squeeze every penny out of you. 😤 No System for Handling Noise Each capsule has a phone number for reception — but: • They respond slowly (if at all). • Often, by the time someone comes, the noise has already stopped. • Then they leave, and the noise starts again. • Will every guest keep calling twice? Of course not. 🧳 Extra Noise Sources • Late-night check-ins, loud rolling suitcases. • Lockers slam constantly. • There’s a club nearby — more noise. As for snoring — not a problem, ironically. The other noise easily drowns it out. 🙃 Earplugs? Yes, they offer them. No, they don’t help. At least not in my case. ⸻ I’ve stayed here for over 3 weeks. That’s more than enough to say: This is not a one-time issue. This is the system. ❗️ Final Word Don’t make my mistake. I paid for a month. I learned the hard way. Cheap becomes expensive when your well-being is at stake. This place may look good in photos — but if you value your rest, privacy, and dignity… look elsewhere. exactly. You are right😂 I apologize.

Nestled in a serene corner on the outskirts of Warsaw, Green Garden Hotel offers a delightful escape while remaining conveniently close to the city and airport. This contemporary hotel boasts trendy, colorful rooms that are both spacious and impeccably clean, featuring impressively large bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the tranquil ambiance, often accompanied by the soothing sounds of chirping birds from nearby meadows. The breakfast spread is plentiful and satisfying, catering to various tastes.
We had a wedding celebration in this hotel in September 2024. We had rented wedding hall and had an open-air ceremony near the lake. We had kept a contact with Pani Małgorzata Górecka-Ramsza. She was very patient and we had agreed all the details, despite that we are not fluent in Polish. Also we spoke with Pan Mikolaj, who was also helpful. In result everything was according to our agreement, food was very good (there was a plenty of food). Waiters were also very attentive and nice. Our decorators noted, that it was nice to work in this hotel. Note, that there could be weddings celebrated till late night, so it could be loud in some hotel rooms. Overall it was great experience and nothing major to complain about.

Rooms were pretty modest and without fridge, but clean. Breakfast wasn’t really diverse. Would be great to add allergens for meal. With lactose or/and intolerance not so many options for breakfast. Meanwhile good lunch and dinner menu. Location is good, some rout for running or walking.

We spent 3 days visiting family and parents. I have to say, the reception staff and breakfast waitress were absolutely fantastic. However, the gentleman who appeared to be their boss was a disgrace to this lovely hotel. If the business wants to receive good feedback, he should be trained on how to behave and treat customers. He didn't say even hi or asked about the stay, or offer coffee after breakfast. Instead, he gave us a nasty look and said, " breakfast is already finished long time ago! No coffee." Small things like this have a big impact on the overall experience and feedback. This was my second stay at this hotel, but it will also be my last. I do not recommend it. P.S. The rosol was terrible.

Update after Green Garden hotel’s reply: Thank you for your reply. For your information, in our friends’ contract there was no written limit for when the wedding must end. So your staff explained it as a public place rule — yet at the same time referred to the 5,000 USD payment by the other prevoius wedding. This remains unexplained. In addition, you have still not explained why your employee Rinata called my 27-year-old partner a „boy“ and a „fool“. Thank you again for your reply. Not all of my questions were answered, but you may choose not to answer them, as we will now proceed with the authorities. Sincerely, Diana My first review: My friends chose Green Garden Hotel for a wedding, and this experience was ruined by the shocking staff behavior. The night before the wedding: another wedding party was allowed to celebrate until 4–5 AM with extreme noise. We even have video proof of how loud it was. The bride and groom were unable to sleep before their most important day. On the wedding day on 12 PM were no staff at reception, and we kept hearing from running staff “10 more minutes” again and again. Because of this, the wedding started late. Before the ceremony there was not even water or coffee available - nothing was ready on time. At night after the wedding: the staff behaved in the most unprofessional and humiliating way. When we politely asked to stay a bit longer after midnight (quietly, without disturbing anyone), they rudely refused, spoke only in Polish despite us being international guests, and mocked us. Since I speak Ukrainian, I could understand a little bit of what they saying. One staff member (woman with red hair, around 40–50 years old) told us several times: “They paid 5000 dollars to make noise and stay later, you didn’t. That’s why you can’t stay.” She laughed at us, treated adult guests like children, and later even told me to my face that she would not speak with me, only with my partner. She then mocked him by calling him “boy,” saying things like “oh, you are my boy” in a disrespectful, almost flirtatious way (???) This was completely shocking and unacceptable. No one in the hotel communicated properly in English, which made everything even worse. Conclusion: Green Garden Hotel allowed one wedding party to celebrate until 5 AM, but then treated our group with rudeness, delays, and humiliation because we did not pay. They even did not understand that this is the fact of open corruption and continuied to hold the argument with 5000 dollars like it’s absolutely OKAY The complete lack of professionalism and respect from the staff left a terrible impression on all of us.

This is a lovely hotel located in the quiet pocket on the outskirt of Warsaw, still close to the city and the airport. The hotel has some spacious rooms with unusually big bathrooms. The rooms look fresh and tidy. The hotel is quiet and you can hear birds chirping on the meadow next to it. Breakfasts are good as well with plenty of food choices. As always, there are a few things that I disliked during my state. Rooms don't have fridges. There is no way to regulate your room's temperature. The table in the room is very small for 2 people. Reception service can be very good or absolutely bad. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, but you can request that at no extra charge and your rooms will be cleaned after that. Overall, our experience was very positive and we will book it again on the next trip to Warsaw.

Very strange hotel, with miserable breakfast and low service. The breakfast area was very dirty and lacked many basics, see the updaloded photos. Only few rests of bread, dirty glases of water standing around. No orange juice, no joghurt. Staff only acted once escalating to reception (and even then they left all tables dirty..). Reception staff was helpful at the end however. a

The room was clean and very good size .For breakfast you can choose various dishes. Quiet place. I like it. Only minus is room service. If you want a bath towel, you have to ask because they don't replace it after use ,I received a hand towel instead

That was the worst hotel experience ever, workers are unimaginably rude, they were late for every planned thing on my friend's wedding. They caused so much troubles for guests, it was the most awful way to treat guests. With all the problems they caused, they just decided to forget about any form of compensation.

Dedek Park is a historical manor located in the Praga Poludnie district of Warsaw, just a short drive from popular attractions like the City Zoological Garden and Copernicus Science Centre. The hotel offers an intimate and peaceful retreat within a large park featuring beautiful lawns, small lakes, and old trees. Guests can enjoy clean rooms, a good breakfast menu, and helpful staff in this quiet location perfect for nature lovers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
Absolutely great place for staying in a Warszaw. Very kind personel.

I stayed in Dedek park hotel for three nights. It is located in a big park that has beautiful lawns, small lakes, and some lovely old trees. Although it kept on raining during my stay, but I liked the hotel and the surroundings. It was quite peaceful and being a wildlife photographer, I loved the place. Rooms were nice, breakfast had a small menu but good, housekeeping was also managed effectively. It is a great place for those who want to get away from the busy city life and enjoy nature. Highly recommend!!

Room was clean in a beautiful location. Not far from the train station. My flight was delayed and I was helped to get into my booking after my check in. Quiet location perfect for getting a good sleep.

⚠️☣️One of the dirtiest hotels ever. Many spiders, bed bugs, and critters. ( the spider were so big. When i stepped on it, the spider wouldn't even flatten) Mattress is filthy and bloody. Spiderwebs everywhere. Obviously this place has not been kept clean at all. This place is ran by incompetent and unclean people. Edit : (my response to the owner) It doesn't matter what time a customer checks in. If the hotel is available to be booked, it means the hotel should be in safe living conditions. The owner has a failed logic. Just because i checked in after the hours, doesnt mean the place should be unliveable. The fact is there were 6 BIG spiders in the room. The mattress itself was disgusting, blood and bed bugs. This means the owners didn't care to keep the place clean and sanitary. "Oh, someone died in this bed? Lets just replace the sheets and use the mattress again". I arrived at 9pm. Dropped my luggage off because i had a meeting and then left the hotel room and came back at 5am to sleep. Then i discovered all these issues.
Frankie H — Google review
Worst place we have ever stayed, moldy walls that made me cough constantly, no soundproofing, no rest at all in the middle of the night from the pub next door and its loud music! We ended up staying elsewhere because we couldn't cancel booking, which was a big loss! And to call and harass us after we returned the key to check out and leave, with the manager losing the key herself, but questioning us aggressively over the phone and trying to make us responsible for her losing the key, was infuriating!
Siqi Z — Google review
It was really cold, no heat absolutely for 2 days and barely some heat for 3 other days (with temperature being around 3 degrees). The staff (one lady only) is not available after 6pm. Also, she doesn't speak english almost at all. Breakfast it's simple & plain and I also had a bad experience with raw milk, 2 days in a raw. Only instant coffee available. So, as an advice, buy some food in advance or coffee from the many cafes located around 1km from Dedek. For 5 nights I've received only 3 towels: 1 for body, 1 for hands & 1 for feet. The towels haven't been changed once, either the garbage bin emptied. In 5 nights. Good water pressure though. No cosmeticals available, except for the handwash liquid soap. Room was clean when checked in. I give it two stars, as the hotel is located into a really nice park, the lady was very nice & smiling, probably she was eager to help, so I guess for polish people the experience would be different. Also, in the 3rd day I've met another lady (maybe the owner) which spoke english and she agreed to bring me an electric heater, which made the temperature better. Overall, maybe in the summer it's a decent place to stay. Not that much in the cold season or if you don't speak the language.

Nestled in the heart of Warsaw, Chopin Boutique offers a delightful blend of elegance and musical charm. This charming B&B pays homage to the legendary composer Frederic Chopin with nightly piano concerts that have captivated guests since 2013. Housed in a beautifully preserved pre-World War II building, it boasts stylishly furnished rooms adorned with warm colors and modern amenities like free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Stayed here as a solo traveler for a weekend trip to Warsaw, and I was absolutely delighted. The rooms are spacious, cozy and very stylish (with vintage furniture and artwork; actually the whole house exudes history and charm). Breakfast is good, location is excellent (walking distance to the Southern city centre, with loads of restaurants and bars), and you get a Chopin concert in a lovely little salon every evening. Very much recommended.
Jochen — Google review
Breathtaking historical apartments with lovely views. The kitchen and bathrooms are refreshingly modern. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious although it involves half a flight of stairs anytime you want an additional item so that could be a constraint for people with mobility issues. We had a room with a beautiful piano with a notice that it could be played by contacting the front desk; it didn't mention the flat 200zł per day fee though. The beautiful Chopin (and Chopin-inspired) piano concert each evening (for a discounted fee for residents) is in an upscale salon and reminiscent of how Chopin performed many of his works. Overall, a beautiful place from which to experience Warsaw!

We stayed here for the second time this week and loved it, once again. The hotel has a real charm, the staff are friendly, and so kind. The rooms are very comfortable- everything you need without being too fancy. It’s just a really warm, wonderful way to stay in Warsaw. Be sure to catch the evening Chopin recital in the courtyard- really a magical experience.

We loved staying at Chopin Boutique. We had a large, lovely, charming room. The staff was great, the hotel was clean. The best thing about our stay were the nightly Chopin salon concerts - a wonderful way to end busy and eventful days. We highly recommend this hotel!

The superior room was very spacious and had fun details like entrance to the bathroom through a wardrobe. This is a beautiful boutique hotel with very nice interior, for example with antique items placed in the public areas and rooms.
Anssi L — Google review
I stayed one night at a hotel in the center of Warsaw for a business trip, and it was definitely suitable — even for a longer stay. The place has a bit of an old-style charm, with Chopin's music playing in the background, which added a nice touch. Breakfast was very good and a bit different from the usual — with high-quality ingredients and excellent bread.
Paweł — Google review
The Chopin Boutique is my favorite trip accommodations, ever. It was perfect for a female solo traveler. I felt safe and cozy, and I loved having a sweet room to myself. The hotel is charming, musical, and sustainable. Every place is clean and beautifully decorated. The Chopin concerts are a delightful bonus that I wish I could have joined every night I was here. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and helped me fuel up for long days of adventuring. I appreciate the hotel's commitment to sustainability with its homegrown veggies, homemade foods, and honey. (There are also bikes, but I didn't utilize that option.) The location is perfect. It was a 15-minute walk to the central station to get around the country or a two-minute walk from the light rail. The staff here is MARVELOUS. Everyone was accommodating, kind, and thoughtful. I appreciate the front desk staff's recommendations for activities, the kitchen team's delicious talents, and the custodial team's impeccable attention to detail. The Chopin Boutique is worth every penny. I promise. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Warsaw.

Unlike chain hotels, this B&B has personality and backs it up with pleasant service, a convenient location, very good breakfast, find dinner, dining, and even A grand piano performance every night. Our room has several large windows and a sitting area. Unlike many Hiltons and other hotels, the A/C could be adjusted to cool. There are a few minor quirks, such as a small old (but fast) elevator, and antique furniture. We loved our experience and were treated very well.

Nice! Good breakfast! Very clean and no visible wear and tear, so far the best location in Poland that I have had. Parking is a bit problem, but it is possible to find some...
Alvis B — Google review
The facilities are nice, the rooms are cozy, the stuff is very friendly and helpful though they barely speak English. The breakfast was very good. It is a bit far from the city center and other points of interest and the neighborhood is a little shady, especially after the sun is set. The bathroom was outside the room, in our case at least, I don’t know if this is the case for all the rooms. But they gave us a key and we unlocked and locked it whenever we used it. All in all it would be a good value for money if it was cheaper but at the price we paid I think there are better solutions in Warsaw.
Ioannis N — Google review
The property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transport (20-30 minutes from the city center / Centrum) - you see a different side of Warsaw here. The staff was friendly, but did not speak English or German. However, they did their best to communicate and meet my guest needs. The breakfast was cooked fresh and very delicious! The property was designed/ decorated very well - lots of character! The room was very comfortable and the bed was one of the best I've ever slept in at a hotel. The price was very high for Warsaw, especially considering the property is not even close to the center.

Guests can enjoy spacious rooms with large showers featuring rain showerheads. The friendly service adds to the pleasant experience at this hotel.
New, clean hotel with spacious rooms on the edge of Warsaw. Great breakfast. It is possible to open a window to get fresh air. Unfortunately, the location around is a bit "empty", but it is not problem of the hotel :-)

Sadly, but it’s barely a 3 star hotel. Instead of king size bed(which I have picket during reservation) I have received 2 single beds stacked together with a gap in between 2 beds. Size of bed is much smaller than a queen size bed, in the end you will feel that you have spend night sleeping on sofa, because quality of bed is poor. There is no mini bar in room and also no shop or vending machine in hotel. No vanity kit - only soap and 2in1 shampoo with shower gel inside. There were no napkins in the bathroom. Parking price is 50 PLN - which is 12€ per night, it’s just a parking lot on a street with barrier.
Natalija T — Google review
The beds in my opinion are very soft, I might even say too soft, the ac for some reason did not work and weren't active for this time of year so we had to keep the window open to be able to sleep. The service was amazing, the girl in the lobby accommodated all our needs without much hassle, the cleaning crew were amazing too; everything was so neat constantly giving us water even when I spent the night sick in the hotel, just knocked and gave us water. The location I would say is lacking but you'd know that by now if you'd be looking for a place to stay, there's not much within walking distance, it's so close to the speedway that if we kept the window open (since the AC doesn't work anymore) the blaring sounds of ambulances constantly going back and forth and traffic going back and forth kept me up at some nights, however with closed window this wouldn't be a problem if the AC as promised was active and working.

Hard to reach with public transport. Bus 117 till last stop and 10min walk is needed. Good service, but breakfast?? That was bad... eggs overdone, nothing with chocolat, coffee weak and slow. This needs some more attention. Especially if you focus on Western Europeans.
Taranartos D — Google review
This is a poor hotel and not 4 stars. Firstly there is nothing near the hotel. So if you want a drink and the bar is closed it's a good 18-minute round trip on foot to the nearest petrol station. There is no vending machine or Zabka nearby. The B&B shop stocked with chilled drinks that is advertised on the in-room TV is in reality very poor; some shelves with room temperature water. Breakfast was an additional 69pln amd also was very poor. I arrived early at 7.45am and they had run out of juice which is completely unacceptable. Eventually the waitress gave me a complimentary Cappy apple juice from behind the bar. Also, the egg mayonnaise tasted off and I had to spit it out. Totally inedible. Still, overall this was not a pleasant experience.

We had a great stay here. The city and Central station are a short walk and there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Service was incredible, after our booking was suddenly declined by booking.com on the day of our arrival they helped us a lot and were super friendly. Also a very nice stay with a dog. Our dog liked the place a lot and felt relaxed after a few minutes. The apartment is very spacious and you will feel like home immediately. Thanks for the great experience!

Flew in from New York and was very fortunate to find this hotel after wandering around on a whim. I could not have been more pleased. Great staff, location, quiet and clean rooms and amazing rooftop which overlooks City Centre. A stone's throw from Nowy Świat which gets very busy on weekends but you can't hear it if you stay here. I have already booked another stay here. A hidden gem.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I travel for business and stay at different hotels all over Europe (and especially Northern Europe) several times per month. I am not exaggerating by saying that the quality of stay in this hotel exceeds by far many 4- and 5-star hotels in Sweden and Norway for instance (as these are my most frequent destinations). The rooms and the entire hotel are truly spotless; the air inside the rooms/building is super clean (as a person with allergies I am highly sensitive to badly functioning AC - which sadly happens in far too many 4 and 5 star hotels). The interiors are beautifully designed and the apartments and rooms are generous in size. You have all you may need in terms of equipment, and there is delicious barista-style coffee and sweets in the lobby. The location is absolutely fantastic and the staff is super helpful, friendly and kind. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a gorgeous view over the city - it's such a delight take take your coffee break there, overlooking Warsaw's skyline. I stayed there 5 nights and really cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!! And whenever I am in Warsaw, I am certainly coming back!

Amazing place. For 2 nights 140€ through Revolut Stays (February 2024 - Standard Room). Very Clean, Spacious, Lovely Decorated, rooms with all the needed amenities. Employees where friendly and helpful. As I understood there are several good deals for this hotel. I believe that you shouldn't pay more than 70-80€ per night for that. It's very important that it's located in a great neighborhood at the city center.

<Good point> ・The location was good, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the station and there was a supermarket nearby. ・The building was old, but the shower had no problems with water and the room was clean. ・The air conditioner was broken, but there was a ceiling fan so I was able to bear the heat. ・The owner of the apartment was very nice and did her best to accommodate my requests. I am grateful. <Bad point> ・Agoda's terms and conditions stated daily cleaning but it was only once a week. The hotel owner says that the rules state that cleaning should be done once a week. ・Opening the door to the room was a little difficult (because it was completely different from how doors are opened in Japan) ・I contacted Agoda's customer support but got no reply.

Shower’s done, and… surprise! The living room floor’s a puddle. Why? Who knows. As for the atmosphere — think music festival, but worse. Multiple guests thought it was cool to blast music non-stop, night and day. Even the stone walls were shaking. Add to that paper-thin walls and constant noise, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for zero sleep. This isn’t a hostel, it’s a nightmare with a roof.

The Hotel room was spacious, but not 100 percent clean (bathroom). The Location was very central. One thing, that wasn't good, was the fact, that there was no real reception, but only a security guy. I tried to speak with three different security guys during my visit and nobody could speak any english. I would expect that for a hotel like this.

Rarely, however, have I felt such a warm welcome as at this B&B. I was in Warsaw for only one night, returning from an Iron Maiden concert, tired and after check-in hours. Yet the owner opened the door with a smile and a kindness that is truly rare these days. The room was a quiet haven, spotlessly clean, and the bed cozy after a busy day. The bathroom was spotless, and the neighborhood was peaceful—perfect for true relaxation. This isn't just a place to stay—it's one of those places where you feel welcome, even if you're just passing through. And every time I return to Warsaw, I know where I'll be staying. (Translated by Google) The hotel (although this is a bit of an exaggeration) is very much rooted in a bygone era. The room was surprisingly large, but the bathroom was a few years old. There is a small fridge in the common corridor. There was only one half-liter of water in the triple room. The shelf in the built-in wardrobe was broken, but that's actually a detail. Large parking lot for guests, entrance from ul. Różana, but you must report your request immediately when booking. These large empty spaces inside the building are puzzling, but maybe someone will use them wisely someday. And most importantly, the price is very reasonable, but it does affect the quality a bit. The hotel offers breakfast, but in the form of a voucher to the Kubek w Kubek restaurant located opposite, which I personally recommend. If someone wants to sleep in Warsaw and doesn't care about luxury, I recommend it.

(Translated by Google) I consider my stay at Lwowska Residence to be very successful. The room was renovated, clean and very cozy. Equipped with a desk, chair, table, wardrobe and, of course, a bed. The latter was very comfortable, although the mattress was a bit too soft for me. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. Guests are provided with coffee, tea, sugar, all necessary cutlery and dishes. There is a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, although I advise you not to look into the latter - it is a breeding ground for mold and fungi. When it comes to check-in, it is hassle-free, there is no service, but we receive a code to the key box well in advance, which we use to open the entrance door and the room door. We also receive the gate code. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. Contact with the owners was very good - everything was handled by e-mail. Wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Kontakt z właścicielami bardzo dobry - wszystko zostało załatwione mailowo.

Ego Apartments, situated in the heart of Warsaw Old Town, are housed in historic tenement buildings near Barbican and just a short stroll from Royal Castle. The accommodations have undergone recent renovations and offer free WiFi. Guests can enjoy a central location with picturesque views from the windows, surrounded by numerous restaurants, shops, and museums. While some guests noted minor issues like noisy beds, many praised the friendly service and flexibility to accommodate families.
Beautiful! Perfect location light and airy apartment. Very clean.

The apartment was very warm which was a big positive for us. We did find that furniture was a little tired in places and some of the sockets weren’t in great condition. They only had the basic apartment left and location wise it was a few steps from the Old Town. Would describe the apartment as shabby chic, however little disappointed that it was a bit dusty and had a few large cobwebs in places. The bathroom towels and shower curtains definitely needed replacing. Overall it was still a pleasant stay. Edit for response below: I have emailed you re; reservation name

(Translated by Google) Great deal with the owners, the day before your arrival they inform you that they don't have a place for you, and have fun, they will send you other options, but they don't care about you. They can't respond to the fact that they accepted the reservation two weeks ago. Generally speaking, I recommend it if you want to get really angry. The owner is attentive which is explained by the fact that she is not there and the booking is wrong, but she has not been able to clean up her own litter box for two weeks. If you want to deal with the problem, I recommend it, I've never had anything like that happen to me, but it looks like we have new standards here. Conclusion at the end, if you don't understand it, don't take up such a business. And work on approaching the people who pay you, you're not doing yourself any favors by renting a cottage (Original) Świetna sprawa z właścicielami, na dzień przed przyjazdem komunikują że nie mają dla ciebie miejsca, i baw się dobrze podeślą ci inne możliwości ale mają cię gdzieś .
