South Coast Winery Resort & Spa offers a luxurious vineyard hotel experience with elegant suites and villas, a refreshing pool, and on-site beauty and wellness treatments. Situated in the heart of wine country, it provides easy access to renowned wineries like Ponte, Wilson Creek, Faulkner, Miramonte, Callaway, Monte De Oro, Villa De Amore and more.
Had a lovely time at this resort! Was here for a conference and everything was just fabulous. Loved my villa room and the grounds. The wine tasting room was full of amazing staff as well as the restaurant. Yes, the restaurant is on the expensive end but the food was good and the drinks were amazing! I am a dirty martini drinker and the restaurant has blue cheese stuffed olives for my martini! Amazing! A very nice stay!

We had such a fantastic weekend at South Coast Winery. Staying in one of their villas made the whole experience feel special and relaxing. Dinner at Vineyard Rose was a true highlight. The chef’s dishes were so impressive, and I loved his focus on local produce and sustainability. Every bite felt thoughtful and full of flavor. The service throughout the property was just as memorable. Everywhere we went, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. We also really enjoyed the wine tasting, which gave us a chance to learn more about their wines while sipping some great selections. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. I would definitely come back and recommend South Coast Winery to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Temecula.

My friend chose this winery because they have a well known spa, and I’m so thankful she asked me to go along. I received a free bottle of wine 🍷 from the winery at check in. I had 2 spa 🧖‍♀️ appointments - a body treatment and a facial. Both were lovely. The rooms are very sound proof. One night there was a nearby concert and I didn’t hear a thing. Peaceful stay. Also, Temecula is rather magical. Lots of drag but established wineries that are super thankful for the business. Check it out.

We’ve done a lot of wine tasting and this is the first place we’ve finally been sold on a membership. The grounds are gorgeous, they have events frequently with great food, and of course the wine is incredible. We MUST shout out Christian, who was so incredible and took such good care of us that he alone convinced us to sign up for a membership. The staff here is soooo lovely! We came in May for the first time, and came again in October and Christian remembered us, our nicknames, and our taste. I cannot emphasize how lovely this place is!

I booked a villa room for my best friend's 10 year wedding anniversary. My husband and I spent our 1st time here on our honeymoon, and they gave us a free upgrade as wine club members. It was a breath taking room. In fact we've not stayed in any place like the villa-suite room they gave us. We will never forget being treated like royalty for our stay. We tell all of our friends about it❣️ The other thing that make this a lovely place to stay is that it's far enough from the main part of town to get away from the busy sections of town and in the center of Temecula Wineries 🍷, but not too far from Old town or even Pechanga if you want to shop or gamble. They do have a restaurant on the property that is good also, and of course wine tasting. The rooms vineyard views from most of the rooms they have, some better than others. They've also got a relaxing spa and pool area. It's a special place for sure.

My wife chose this winery for our 25th wedding anniversary, and it could not have been a more perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking scenery, the expansive grounds, and the immaculate attention to detail throughout the property. Although our stay was limited to just one night due to prior commitments, every moment felt truly special. We were warmly welcomed by the delightful Director of Sales, Mimi Rodriguez, who graciously offered us an introductory tour of the estate. She highlighted the many services and amenities available and kindly invited us to a wine tasting—a highlight of our visit. While we are far from wine experts and initially didn’t expect to purchase anything, the young gentleman guiding our tasting turned it into an unforgettable experience. His friendly, knowledgeable approach gave us just the right balance of education and fun, helping us discover wines that suited our tastes. Thanks to him, we left with a selection of bottles to enjoy and remember our visit by. Our time was filled with simple joys: strolling the beautiful grounds, relaxing by the pool, and unwinding in our elegant, comfortable room. It was exactly the kind of peaceful and celebratory experience we had envisioned for such a milestone occasion. We left wishing we had more time, and we are already looking forward to returning soon to experience even more of what this remarkable winery has to offer.

Rooms very large and bed comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were clean and well maintained. Front desk very friendly. Had breakfast at restaurant one day and the breakfast wrap was Amazing! Coffee a little disappointing.

Been a member here for about a year. Love this winery. Great job Carter family! Wine is delicious. Food is delicious. Beautiful grounds, atmosphere, and ambience. Saw Yacht Stars last night. Beautiful setting and venue. Awesome concert. Food was delicious. Sound was great. No complaints. I highly recommend this winery. It’s elegant but family friendly.

Nestled in Temecula wine country, Pechanga Resort Casino is a top-tier AAA four-diamond hotel and one of the largest casino resorts in the US. Situated near old town Temecula and renowned wineries, it offers modern rooms, a rooftop nightclub, diverse dining options, and an award-winning golf course. The resort boasts an outdoor pool, full-service spa, shopping center, and access to local attractions.
Amazingly clean and friendly atmosphere in the main lobbies, restaurants and resort areas. Rooms in the resort tower were modern, comfortable and immaculate! Great views of the golf course and local hills. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE in their local Gas Station no longer sells Navajo Tacos (aka Indian Tacos). I’ll be honest in that my enthusiasm to visit this resort has lessened after they switched to chicken sandwiches. Now the next best place to get this Native delicacy is hundreds of miles and a state border crossing away. #sadface

I went for a concert, I was sooooo happy south this intimate venue. The staff was super helpful with directions, attentive, aaaaaaand looked happy to be there! I learned a lot at the resort... - they have parking near whatever you're trying to do. Great tip to call and find out before you go - did you know that Pechanga pays out 98% of their earnings! (Um, for those in the back, that means they pay you the most. For reference, Vegas pays about 75%) - did you know that a lot of the tribe works there, interns there, and participate participate - did you know that Pechanga is a group of Native American tribes that we're pushed there from the coast? - did you know that they used insight from Disney folks to build the resort for input on layout and sorts? - take a look at the awesome historical content they have there, it's really beautiful and brought in by families or donated by museums and collectors to the rightful tribes. - pro tip, they have a convenience store and gas station south of the resort before you head out. Way more economical! - did you know that professional athlete teams practice and train there? They have such a variety of entertainment and gaming there, just truly enjoy it!

I have seen many ads on this resort and went to have a weekend getaway. I stayed at the resort tower, the room is new or they maintain it very well. The casino has a lot of machines and tables for players. There are restaurants in the property that very convenient for your stay. I attended the tacos and tequila festival and it was so fun!! It’s nice to see so many vendors and try out new food.

I had a HORRID experience with Pechanga Hotel. I rent beach and baby equipment rental items. I deliver and pickup items such as strollers, carseats, cribs etc that parents rent when traveling with kids. On Friday Oct 17, I called the Pechanga front desk and asked to speak with the bell desk. I asked permission to leave an item for the customer and gave the customers name and dates. I was given a yes by the bell desk that day, that on Sat the 18, I had permission to leave the item for the customer. I believe the bell captain who gave the go ahead was Thomas. I showed up on Saturday and was immediately "greeted" by an old white very rotund male security guard outside, who must've had his cheerios pissed in, because he was insanely disrespectful when I tried to ask for help on where the proper place to temporarily park was. He ended up continuing to be curt with me and I had to go ask someone else for help because he clearly was too distraught to even do his job. I arrived at 11am on Saturday and spoke with the bellman who took the item for me and the item was delivered to the customers room. At this time on Sat, no one told me anything, and everything seemed to go smoothly. Fast forward to Sunday morning at 10am, the customer went to return the item to the front desk and was told that it's against their policy to hold any items because I'm a third party. They gave the customer no solution and refused to help them. The ladies I spoke to on the phone (I believe Bea and Sabrina were 2 of the bell desk workers and the bell captain working Sunday at 10am was also very unhelpful). I personally called and asked what they expected the customer to do with the item until I could arrive to pickup and they couldn't even come up with a solution. Here's the issue, I requested permission in advance and was told they allow it. That tells me that there is a great miscommmunication between their team and that I'm sure this isn't the first time a customer has had to deal with their negligence. It's appaling that they tried to blame the customer for something that was the bell desks own fault. This is a pathetic way to run business and I hope someone takes notice and fixes these issues. I will never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful property. I was there for business in late September 2025 and attended a conference hosted at the facilities. The entire experience was perfect. I didn't get to swim but my kids did - they loved it. The staff was very kind and helpful from beginning to end. I'd like to shout out Mary at front services who was expecially helpful and patient with me when I asked for help getting a copy of a receipt that I'd misplaced. Hopefully my travels bring me back again soon.

This resort isn’t family friendly with children. No microwave In room, prices isn’t affordable for a family of 6. Staff wasn’t helpful in retrieving a lost item we forgot in room. Being that we transferred from 1 floor to another we still couldn’t go back into our previous room to retrieve the item. Even with a security escort to retrieve our item the answer was NO. Sad to say but there was no Aloha. The staff was heartless gave us the run around. They diverted us from place to another. It was upsetting and I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Never. Cafe that’s open after hours has a shorten menu to choose from. A big resort like this it should be more friendly and humble/caring for the guest. So I would never recommend this resort to stay here……..period………

When I’m in the area, I only stay at Pechanga. Rooms in the casino tower have been great. Clean clean clean! Hotel. I would give the hotel 5 stars if it was easier to self park and bring your luggage to the hotel, but the valet is cool and lets you park close in order to check in. No five stars because they wanted $100 to (maybe) have an early check in room. I guess if I were a high roller, maybe they would allow for early check in without a big cost; I know other casino- based hotels do the same thing- doesn’t mean I have to like it. LOL. . The food at the pool was marginal, but the pool area was clean and secure! I give the total experience 4.5 stars. Why stay anywhere else when you’re in the area??!! In my opinion, Pechanga has a better property layout than Morongo. Stay at Pechanga! Housekeeping great. Front desk hospitality was fine. Restaurants good, and lots of choices. Smoke-free casino, a big plus! They do have a smoking section on the upper level and behind glass doors, you never smell it.
Twila B — Google review
It definitely gets busy, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. It can be tough to find an open roulette or blackjack table, though I’ve had better luck on the slot machines (even if a few of my favorites have been removed recently). Great Oak and Paisano’s are solid dining options, but the food court feels overpriced for what you get. I always park and enter on the new tower side.

Nestled on 300 acres in the scenic Temecula Wine Country, Temecula Creek Inn offers a laid-back retreat with a 27-hole championship golf course and a range of accommodations including rooms, suites, and even a private three-bedroom house. The inn provides a secluded stay while being conveniently close to the area's wineries. Guests can enjoy gourmet breakfast on their private patio, relax by the pool or hot tub, and indulge in in-room massages.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Temecula Creek Inn, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning natural beauty that surrounds the property. Nestled among rolling hills, ancient oaks, and beautifully maintained gardens, the Inn offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and refined comfort. The golf course, in particular, is a true highlight. It winds gracefully through the landscape, offering breathtaking views at every turn. Towering trees, wildflowers, and the serene creek create an atmosphere that feels peaceful and almost untouched. Each hole presents not just a great game, but an experience of being fully immersed in nature’s beauty. The aesthetics of the Inn itself are equally impressive—cozy, elegant, and thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding scenery. Whether enjoying a round of golf, relaxing on the patio, or simply walking the grounds, you can feel the calm and inspiration that this special place offers. My stay at the Temecula Creek Inn was unforgettable, and I look forward to returning to this hidden gem in the heart of Southern California.

We had a beautiful, spacious and comfortable room. The lighting was fantastic, especially the spotlights with a dimmer switch. Comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The grounds were beautiful. Lots of trailing paths and pretty landscaping, including a gorgeous water feature. Fantastic restaurant on site - Cork & Fire. We will definitely be back.

First time staying here & was here for two weekend nights. What a lovely property! From the moment you turn up the long drive into the complex, you're struck by the beauty & serenity of this place. That feeling carries through to pretty much every part of this hotel. Staff are friendly, helpful & informative & set the stage for a nice, relaxing, fun stay. Only place where they need to review their operations is the restaurant. We arrived around 8pm & they don't close until 10 or 10:30pm. Were immediately seated outside, nice setting with heat lamps. One of our orders, hamburger, was forgotten so then rushed out to us. The scallops were okay, but again -rushed, I could tell by the taste/texture & lack of seasonings which might have made this dish better. Wine was good. Our server was either having issues with a couple other tables, or forgot about us. Overall, this is a great property with great staff & looking forward to staying here in the future!

The property is nice. Rooms are decent. However, I am disappointed with the pool/hot tub area. I was excited to relax in the hot tub after a long day at a training. I come outside and the hot tub is cold. I turned on the jets to see if it would make a different. Sadly, it did not and it’s not hot at all. Never thought I’d feel cold while in a hot tub.

This place steals. I stayed here for a night, I accidentally left my dress. (I know at the end of the day it was my responsibility for my personal items). Call the next day, told us to fill out a claim. Call couple days later no sight of the dress. Called a week later still nothing. Waited another week and Call and still no sign. I just came to a conclusion someone stole my dress and I'm not getting it back. I will never stay here again. Horrible first and last stay here.

Honestly pretty bummed about our experience. The golf course is beautiful. We’ve been before so I thought we should actually stay at the inn. It’s so old and rundown. In addition, booked the weekend so my husband could golf and it shows dog friendly but they tell you when you check in you can’t leave your dog in the room. So how are we supposed to golf this weekend? Again, rooms are really old and they could use a lot of updates. Especially with what you pay for. Carpets are stained and messed up. Tub looks dirty. Paint is peeling and rundown. Disappointed for sure. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Courtney B — Google review
I love the grounds of this place. Beautiful quiet peaceful nature. I will definitely stay here again. I do think it’s a bit overpriced for a 1960’s hotel … but it’s decently well kept and clean. The nature makes up for any shortcomings. If you’re expecting service though .. don’t … lol … housekeeping never answered the phone and neither did the front desk. It was the evening when I tried .. so maybe there is only service during daylight ? Not sure. This is a great place for a peaceful stay if you want to be left alone. I would stay again for sure.
Brittany S — Google review
I booked a stay here through a Chase Sapphire Travel promotion, and my partner and I were not disappointed. We were looking for something that *felt* like Temecula, close to nature, nestled in wine country, and Temecula Creek Inn definitely delivered. The property is set on a beautifuly maintained golf course, the trees out front are strung with magical fairy lanterns, and the rooms have an upscale cabin feel—like summer camp for grown-ups (but with plush beds and air conditioning). The restaurant, however, didn’t quite live up to the hype. The food was fine, but not memorable or in enough quantity to justify the price point. Service was friendly, but a bit casual—more “bro at a brewpub” than polished, upscale dining. I got the sense that menu recommendations were driven more by price than by genuine enthusiasm or knowledge, which rubbed me the wrong way. Next time, we’ll probably go off-property for a nice dinner and stick to room service if we feel like staying in. One funny note: at check-in, the front desk staff enthusiastically circled the butterfly garden on our map and encouraged us to check it out. So we rushed out to explore before sunset… and, well…I haven’t laughed that hard in a while. The “butterfly sanctuary” turned out to be a scrappy little patch of dirt with a few struggling plants and a tipped-over garden sculpture. I fully support wildlife sanctuaries, but this one could use a little love—especially if it’s going to be hyped up. Maybe I missed something? Happy to stand corrected. That said, we slept incredibly well and loved the peaceful surroundings. We’ll definitely return—and we’d absolutely recommend it to friends or family visiting the area. Just maybe skip the butterfly garden unless you’re in the mood for a chuckle.

We stayed here on the weekends. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. She was very welcoming We stayed in Room 227- see video- it was clean and spacious. Big bathroom and plenty of towels. The room has microwave and small fridge. This is the reason why I always choose Hampton Inn and they did not disappoint. Our stay came with breakfast. They serve hot breakfast which included Sausages, eggs, pancake etc. and endless coffee.Parking is free.I felt safe here and I definitely recommend this place.

We’ve been using this meeting room for community events every few months over the past couple of years. Until now, the experiences were mostly positive and we appreciated having a reliable space. Unfortunately, our most recent booking was deeply disappointing. We hosted a four-hour prayer service, and only after everyone arrived did we discover the air conditioning was broken. It was 87 degrees inside, and our members struggled through the long service in uncomfortable heat. The next day, our turnout was significantly smaller because people didn’t want to sit through the same conditions again. What made this worse is how the situation was handled. We were not warned ahead of time, no effort was made to remedy the situation, and when I asked for a refund, the request was denied. Since then, I’ve tried to call several times, but the phone is simply picked up and hung up on me. After being a loyal customer for years, I am hurt by this treatment. It leaves me questioning whether we were treated this way simply because we are a Jewish community. I truly hope that is not the case, but I cannot ignore the possibility given how dismissive the response has been. I wish this review could have been different, but honesty requires me to share our experience so that others are aware.

I don’t typically like to write bad reviews, but I wanted to warn others of what to expect here before booking. My extended family and I booked here for a family reunion, hoping to hang out at the outdoor pool. However, throughout our entire stay, the pool was green and gross looking, like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was big sign on the fence surrounding it saying that those with recent diarrhea should not go into the pool, so take that for what you will. The desk had no useful information for us about the pool. and when I emailed the manager, there was no response. The rooms were nice and clean, the AC in our room worked great. The breakfast was average, but free and sanitary, so we count it as a win. There were a few other instances of the front desk being slow to act or unhelpful, but we were mostly disappointed that we couldn’t hang out at the pool. If you’re looking for that experience, I’d go somewhere else.

Nice mid chain hotel. But if you thought this was a place to come to sleep last 6:20 am you are wrong. The loudest lead bowler known to man starts up around 6:20am on their property. What hotel schedules landscaping that earlier when your primary business is sleep! And all front desk says is “sorry I’ve tried to tell my GM there’s nothing I can do and hangs up”. 6:40am now and he’s just started weed wacking outside my window.

Reply: ask yourself Hampton inn, do you really believe your hotel is a “5 star hotel” with an empty pool and a dirty hot tub? —————- 3.5/5 This was a no frills hotel that is walking distance to the strip of Temecula. It was clean, staff was friendly but an empty pool and a cess pool hot tub is obviously not a good look. Price was too high was for it was. Look elsewhere but if last resort no true issues

What prompted our stay was that my husband had a Mexican-American Golf Assoc. tournament in the area. The reception was welcoming and efficient. The rooms are cleaned every other day (sufficient). I particularly liked that there is a small laundry for guest use. They sell laundry detergent at the small snack/store area near the entry. The complimentary brekfast was very good. I want to mention the exemplary service provided by these 3 individuals: KEVIN, CRYSTAL, and MONA. They all exhibited customer focus while performing the routine functions of their job. Crystal worked at the reception desk and was welcoming, friendly, and showed she valued me as a guest. Great first impression! Mona I happened to see when I was exiting the laundry room one morning. She said " I didn't see you at breakfast! There is still time if you would like to!" Now, the breakfast was very nearly over, but she went out of her way to let me know. I did go, but I just got some hot chocolate and sat in the dining area. The next day, I was able to enjoy a breakfast which was served piping hot. Mona worked with deligence and purpose. Kevin happened upon me while I fumbled to get my key which opens the door to the laundry. He was busy nearby but immediately came over and opened the door for me. A few minutes later, I was having trouble getting the right machine to work, so I went out, and as he was still busy working nearby, I asked for his help. He was very kind and immediately came to assist me. Such a gentleman. I hope I am acknowledging the right person. I heard Crystal say "Hi,Kev!", so unless another employee happened along at that time, I think his name is Kevin. (I was out of view at the time). Excellent location. Clean and well maintained room. Complimentary breakast. Guest laundry. MOST IMPORTANTLY... EXCELLENT STAFF!!!! Thank you Crystal, Kevin, and Mona, for contributing to my great holiday in Temecula!

I have never felt less welcome at a Hilton property. The room was fine. Would prefer not having to get soaked turning on the shower and having the room serviced during our stay but those are not what would usually prompt poor review. Having the evening front desk staff say more than once to not only us but others “not my job” or “I’m too busy for you” was outrageous. He was so rude to us and others When we asked for water, a perk we usually get as diamond members he told us we were not getting water because our account didn’t show diamond. When we showed him our account app and asked him to update the account he said No and basically told us to go away. He never looked up when we came in or left. Having Diamond for a couple of years and traveling often we have just never had such an experience with Hilton.

Welcoming staff. Clean, nice sized rooms. Breakfast very nice for the price point. And easy access from the freeway after a long drive. Close to freeway but heard no noise inside the room. Thank you for a comfortable stay, fresh waffles, fresh fruit, egga and great coffee / espresso machine.

Stayed in rm 111. It was a nice room, just the kids upstairs. Running jumping bouncing balls. Breakfast was ok, it wasn't stocked like it should have been stocked, but it was there. Staff was very nice. I would stay upstairs next time to reduce the noise a bit but don't expect not to endure the public, you are in a public space just enjoy your time...

Arrived in the evening. Our room had a non working toilet. Very low water and flush wouldn't fully complete. Not stopped up. This wasn't a plunger situation. Needed immediate attention but we were told no maintenance staff working at this time. There were no other rooms available. We also had ants in restroom and cigarette burn on bedspread. Room cleanliness was fine. TV very slow to respond to remote. Air conditioning old and loud with weird intermittent noises that it's struggling. Hard to sleep with that noise but too hot without air. Breakfast is decent but dining room extremely hot due to the conveyor belt toaster pushing out hot air. Uncomfortable temps in dining room and everyone eating noticed that and talked about it. No Decaf coffee as is available at most BWs. Despite the non working toilet the desk staff didn't offer to reduce the rate. No elevators on property. Would not stay here again. Avoid room 238.

Hotel should focus on cleanliness and not on making roses out of toilet paper. Also, here is a tip guest don't like the staffs hands all over the tissue paper specially since they may use it on their face. Take it from a Hotelier.

Great location old town Temecula. But the rooms are in much need of refurbishment. The cost for a weekend stay in the area was the selling point for me. But I didn't find the bed very comfortable and there was a constant banging coming from a utility closet next door. If I can avoid staying there again I will.

Checking in was quick. 2 associates were behind the counter. The room was clean an there was a supply of towels an soap as needed. Was told breakfast was 7am-10am. There was a variety of cereal, Oatmeal, hot eggs an sausage plus you could make your own waffles. Also bagels, toast an some danishes. *The noise level was louder then acceptable. The room above us was super loud. Bouncing balls an dropping items. The room to the left of us was even louder. There was banging on the wall.

I recently stayed at this inn and overall had a very pleasant experience—great service, warm hospitality, and friendly staff throughout. However, I was extremely disappointed upon checkout. I was provided a receipt for $291.82, only to later discover a charge of $391.82 on my bank statement. I called the inn and was told the extra $100 was for incidentals. If that is the case, it should have been clearly stated on the receipt or communicated at checkout—neither of which occurred. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. When I spoke with Will, he assured me the $100 would be refunded within 3–5 business days, but I also feel $100 is an excessive incidental hold for an inn. While the stay itself was great, this billing issue left a sour final impression—thus the 3-star rating, unfortunately.

They allow smoking in front of every room. It travels thru air cond & you will get smoked out. Great remodel, breakfast, but needs smoking area 20' from building somewhere.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Temecula, Rodeway Inn Old Town Temecula offers a cozy and colorful retreat for travelers. Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, WiFi, local calls, and weekday newspapers to start their day right. The inn features convenient amenities such as 24-hour reception, laundry services, express check-out, free parking, an inviting outdoor swimming pool, and a relaxing Jacuzzi.
It’s not the first time I’m staying here and that already says a lot. I travel a lot for work, and usually I try new places, but this one turned out to be the exception. This time I paid just 72 dollars for the night, and for someone who arrives around 9pm and leaves by 6am, that’s exactly what you need. Quiet, clean, simple, and safe. The location is right in the middle of the city, surrounded by small local cafes and coffee shops. In the morning you can just walk out, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the streets, and it actually feels like you’re in the heart of the city, not somewhere near the highway. Parking is always easy here, gated, safe, no stress. That’s important for me cause I’m driving a BMW 7 series and I want to be sure the car is fine overnight. Check-in is always quick and smooth, no problems or extra questions, even when I arrive late. Don’t expect any luxury, it’s not that kind of place. But if you want a clean bed, hot shower, and quiet rest before the next day, this spot is perfect. And for 72 dollars, you really can’t ask for more. I’ll keep coming back here when I’m in town, it just makes sense.

Nice place, clean and cared for. You can definitely hear your neighbors though. But ac and fridge were cold and bed was nice. I'm staying here again soon. Loved the staff and the location.

Almost booked a room at Temecula Creek inn, where we have stayed before, room total for 3 adults was about $259. Then my Son spoke up and said Rodeway Inn, $59 per night. So I called them and booked us a suite with a king bed and a pullout sofa bed. After taxes etc, $89 per night. Slept great, big room, 2nd floor. Big bathroom and good shower. Wall AC worked great, kept us cool when it was pretty hot out. Went for a swim in the big pool, very refreshing. No hot tub (used to be one, but they paved over it now there’s a table with an umbrella and chairs. Just one thing that I brought to their attention, the light assembly in the bathroom fan didn’t work. Lady at the front desk explained that they were replacing them all and just hadn’t gotten to that one yet. Friendly and responsive staff at the front desk. Requested a late checkout from 11am and they said sure, 11:30am. We stayed a second night. This is right inside Old Town on front street.

This place is dirty. I promise if you take your shoes off and walk that floor, your feet will be black covered in dirt and filth. I've been there multiple times. It's not just one room. It's all of them. And the whole family lives there. And they watch you. They live in the different corners of the complex. And they act very weird with each other. One boy with glasses and older man. I don't know. I'm just letting people know. And there roaches a couple times and silver fish. I would say, you get what you pay for, but motel 6 is cleaner
C G — Google review
I have no complaints about my room or the service I received at the front desk. They're pretty quick with getting me into my room and at a cheap price. I think I paid $79 for the night. I mean the rooms could be upgraded a little bit but other than that it's great. Well not the room but the furniture could be upgraded.

Nice hotel right inside Old Town Temecula. Good price, comfy bed, fridge, microwave, TV, shampoo, hair dryer, just needs a little renovation to get the rooms more up to date. Would stay again.
John Q — Google review
Very clean and spacious. Pool closes too early though and no jacuzzi. Perfect location. Steps away from everything in Old Town.
Warren F — Google review
There was black mold growing from the corner of the room on the ceiling. Place is old and dirty and I feel sorry for the cleaners that work there that try to do there job but the place is losing hope due to lack of care and repair. Owner needs to put money into fixing leaks and keeping this place clean and safe. Walls and window seals are paper thin and can constantly hear drunk people all around. Will never go there again.

The staff were super nice and generally helpful to everyone. Like, the hotel was meh, not bad but not great, but aren’t most nowadays? It was honestly the front staff, the woman running the breakfast, and housekeeping who all just made this a really pleasant hotel to stay at. They were just in general ready to help with a smile when you needed towels or late night snacks or recharge keys. It was nice. Would recommend!

There were bugs crawling in one of the beds. When we checked the other bed, and pulled back the sheets, it looked like blood stains on the sheets and mattress. We called the front desk and spoke to Craig. He offered NO type of solution. He did NOT even offer to have the room cleaned or anything. Instead, he just kept repeating that they were booked and he didn't have another room. We asked for a refund and he said we would have to speak to his manager Kathy. Well, she was even worse. She admitted to knowing the sheets had stains on them but pretty much ignored the fact that there were bugs in the bed (we.even had pics and videos) and basically refused to give us our money back and kept talking over us. She said she would give us points instead. The room was almost $300, they gave us an equivalent of about $100 in points. We didn't even end up staying the night. We ended up leaving at like 2am, driving all the way back home because we wouldnt be able to sleep comfortably in a room with bugs in the bed. We reached out and left messages for the GM, and still have YET to hear anything from them. Clearly they don't care about their guests and the customer service is extremely lacking. I'm usually really fair, but this was the worst hotel I've ever been to and honestly the worst customer service I've experienced so far.

Our stay was for one night, they were very accommodating, because it was a late check in. Very clean, rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Rooms had everything you needed. Will make this our stay for now on. Safe, next to freeway so on and off easy. Thank you a Quinta!

We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. The facility was clean and quiet. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, English muffins and toast. The lady working the area was friendly, kept everything full and was constantly cleaning tables and the food area

The first room I received smelled so bad I asked for a second room. The second room wasn’t much better when I turned on the heater it smelled like something was burning and the smoke detector went off. I had to open the windows to air out the smell. I left early AM as I couldn’t sleek. Also someone was smoking pot you could smell it in the hallways. This hotel was horrible! The wash cloths had stains on them as well and the pillows stunk.
Denise D — Google review
We have stayed in La Quinta before and expected a good rest and relaxation night away. It was not. The first room was not ready it smelled like poop and had no linens the window was open so they were airing out someone’s nastiness. The 2nd room appeared clean, no bed bugs but the floor wasn’t really clean and the sink backed up. It was late and we were tired so I do t complain and ask for another room. I figured the next one would be the same. The bed was hard and uncomfortable the air didn’t work good and believe me it was hot. Over 100 in the Temecula desert. I took a shower and forgot my Body soap and guess what? They forgot it too so I used to e little bitty bar that was at the sink. The kind that wo t lather but hey it was enough for one night. Too late to go look for another last minute place. The sink water was sluggish. When I took my dog out to potty it smelled like sewer outside, hence the sluggish sink I guess. There was dog poop all over the sidewalks and the road surrounding the hotel. There were poop bags available but lazy people won’t clean up after their dogs so we had to dodge the poop bombs and I of course picked up after my dog. In the morning the food looked not good so I had coffee but it was watered down so couldn’t drink it. I told the desk clerk all the horrors and she was rude. Said the house keepers could have a bad day and they try to catch the people who let their dogs poop all over. I suggest they fine them since they should have cameras to see the culprits. But in the mean time have someone from the hotel, an employee go clean it up so that guests don’t have to dodge stepping in it. She didn’t like that. I won’t go back there. There seems to be a lot of people living there so not just your average travel guests. That will immediately lower the standards of a hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel and oh $170/night by booking.com. The reservation desk on the phone wanted to charge over $300/night. So I recommend yall drive on to the next one this one needs cleaning and updating.

If you are traveling to the area you know that finding a decent property that is close to everything and affordable can be difficult. This property not only checks those boxes but also checks; Gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, romantic and capable of handling large groups. I was in the area officiating a wedding and very glad I found this place. The pool deck has great seating and a huge built in BBQ and large hot tub all with amazing views of the sunset. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy this property again.

This is a lovely small hotel with well appointed rooms, nice hot tub, and swimming pool. We stayed in the Marquis suite and it was beautiful and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the linens were high quality. The self serve breakfast options were many. We will definitely return here but for a longer stay.

We stayed in the Prosecco suite for a long weekend. It was larger and more well appointed than we had imagined. We initially were concerned the property may feel small and crowded though actually it was very private and relaxing. We lounged at the pool one afternoon and rarely saw a soul. We were amazed how beautiful and quiet our visit was. We'll be back!

I went to pick up my club order and have lunch. I hadn’t seen it so busy but thankfully there’s plenty of parking. I chose to park further away and walk the beautiful grounds. So many delicious food options and wine or beer. The staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Beautiful weather to enjoy wine and food outdoors.

The grounds are beautiful and spacious. I believe it’s one of the newest wineries in the area! We enjoyed the live music, wine tasting, pizza, and gelato. It does get busy on weekends, but the multiple levels offer different experiences, which is a nice touch. We even bought a few bottles after tasting some great wines. I’d love to come back on a weekday when it’s a bit less crowded!

So I have been going to Europa Winery for many years now. A friend of mine first invited me to the French location when that's the only regional winery that existed. I ended up joining the winery at that time. Since then I've seen this winery grow over the years into the wonderful place that it is today. I was aware of the plans for this project 20+ years before they broke ground. So I'm so happy that i am able to experience all the fantastic varietals of wine they are producing now. I highly recommend planning a visit see the French, Spanish, and Italian properties all in one place. Don't forget the wine tasting as well. Also the restaurants for each region. Fantastic!! Great way to spend the day. So when do stop in i want to highlight a couple of special women that are very knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. Look for Betsy and Charity.

🌿 Europa Village — A Dream Destination Brought to Life Our wedding at Europa Village was nothing short of extraordinary — an experience that transcended the expectations of a typical California winery wedding. Split between Vienza and parts of Bolero, this venue is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and design. From the moment you arrive, you can see the care and artistry that went into every stone, archway, and courtyard. The founders and their team clearly prioritized quality, authenticity, and architectural harmony. The seamless transition between the Spanish warmth of Bolero and the Italian romance of Vienza is a sensory journey in itself — it truly feels as though you’ve stepped from Temecula straight into Europe. 🍽 Culinary Excellence Beyond Compare And the food — oh, the food! Chef Hany and his team are, without exaggeration, culinary visionaries. Each of our events — the welcome party, cocktail hour, wedding reception, and farewell brunch — offered a distinct, unforgettable dining experience. Our welcome party was the perfect balance of elegant and lively, with interactive food stations and thoughtful bites that set the tone for an incredible weekend. The cocktail hour dazzled guests with luxurious touches — caviar, Italian classics, an artful charcuterie station, and inventive hors d’oeuvres that felt like a preview to something extraordinary. For our wedding dinner, we told Chef Hany that our goal was to create a meal that felt like family — a nod to my husband’s Italian roots, but with a twist that our guests would never forget. What he delivered was a six-course culinary journey that could rival any Michelin-starred experience. The pasta wheel service — prepared tableside by the executive chef himself — remains one of the most talked-about highlights of our wedding weekend. Finally, our farewell brunch paid tribute to my Hispanic and Spanish heritage, featuring handmade tortillas and the crown jewel — homemade menudo. Every dish was not only delicious but deeply personal, making the entire weekend a reflection of us as a couple. 🌟 Service on Par with a Five-Star Resort Europa Village’s customer service truly sets them apart. The level of attentiveness and professionalism mirrored that of a St. Regis resort. Throughout the weekend, their staff anticipated every need, often solving issues before they even reached us. Every guest — not just the bride and groom — felt cared for. Our family and friends still comment on how friendly, accommodating, and genuinely passionate the Europa team was. 💐 A Team That Made Magic Possible We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Heather El Guindy and her exceptional events team, who worked seamlessly alongside our event designer, Michelle Garibay. Ours was a large-scale, three-day celebration with countless moving parts, and it simply could not have been executed without their expertise, grace, and coordination. And, of course, a special shoutout to Max Lotorto, the mixology maestro behind our signature cocktails. As someone from the beverage industry, my husband had a clear vision for the bar program — and Max brought it to life flawlessly. Not only were the cocktails exquisite, but Max personally ensured we always had fresh drinks (and plenty of water!) throughout the evening. Europa Village will forever hold a special place in our hearts. It’s not just a venue — it’s a world-class destination that brings people together through architecture, flavor, and heartfelt hospitality.

**My review is solely based on the brunch experience** We love the Bolero restaurant and so we decided to try it for breakfast. On the weekends it's their Brunch only. I do wish we would have walked around first to make a decision but we stayed. There wasn't anything truly breakfast related other than an omelette station which was mediocre at best. Everything else was seafood or prime rib. Unfortunately we were hoping for more breakfast items so that was a bit disappointing. While the food was good, eating seafood at 10am in the morning wasn't what we were hoping for and it is very expensive if you aren't wanting that type of food. So if you're hoping for a good mix of typical breakfast items and lunch type items, this is not the place.

I visited the Members' Lounge on Friday, 5/30 with another couple. I have to say that it was by far the best experience we have ever had anywhere on the Europa premises. I don't often write reviews, but almost 2 weeks later, I still remember our amazing server, Alex. I feel I need to sing his praises! I have had a Magellan membership for years now, and this was the first time I really felt treated like a VIP. I wish I could request Alex every single time. He was extremely knowledgeable, sharing interesting tidbits about every wine he poured. Alex picked up pretty quickly as to what types of wines we preferred and customized our tastings beyond our expectations. He mentioned it was his first time serving and we could not believe it. Alex is a natural! Pleasant, knowledgeable, good sense of humor... thank you, Alex, for making it an amazing afternoon! My friends and I hope to see you again soon!

Well , my family suddenly lost our house and we found ourselves bouncing around from one motel to another. But we try to come here as often as we can. Antonia was all my mom talked about, im grateful to her for being so sweet and supportive to my mom. And so unaware of how truly amazing she is she didn't even know how much she really helped my mom to have someone to talk to at that time. BIG Thank you to her for that!! And Christina just made me smile and feel better after a really long and stressful day by her smile and sincerity. Thank you.

Great location near shopping and food. Swimming pool was dirty, and fridge in room was not cleaned out. They offer coffee and hot water all day but they were cold one evening. We have stayed at several Holiday Inns but have never had issues so it was disappointing. Breakfast buffet was good but dining area is small so go early. Front desk staff was helpful.

This location DOES NOT care if I am not able to travel (fly from Virginia to California) to make my reservation. They basically said "Oh well tough luck. We will take your one night money for canceling." I explained how I am having complications from a surgical procedure. I could not predict that this would happen. They did not care. We were flying to California to attend a funeral. Very disappointed with this experience. Travelers beware. If I could give a negative star I would.

The pool doesn't work! All that my kids wanted for our trip was to go swimming and it would of been nice if the hotel would of called us when we booked the trip and told us hey the pool is down. The sign at the desk looked old so it looks like its been a while since the pool stopped working. The rooms are on the older side and the carpet looks old and not very clean. The warm water stopped working when taking a shower. The parking is really bad, you can only park at the front of the hotel because of shipping containers taking up the back of the hotel and the parking is very dark at night.

Fantastic location for us as we had a family event 20 minutes away. The breakfast was good as usual and the service was just outstanding. Not sure if I can shout out to Antonia, but she provided service above and beyond what is required or expected and we most sincerely appreciate the extra attention to detail, it was a life saver. I will definitely stay here again. With so many great restaurants around, Costco around the corner and just a well centralized location, it's an absolute no-brainer.

I’ve been a loyal IHG member for over 15 years and have stayed at dozens of Holiday Inn Express locations, but this property in Temecula, CA was by far the worst experience I’ve had. First, there was no notice on the website that the pool was under construction — a major letdown, especially for families with children. That kind of information should be clearly communicated before booking. Then at 3:30 AM, the fire alarm suddenly went off, causing panic and confusion. My kids were terrified, and there was absolutely no communication or explanation from the hotel staff before or after the incident. The TV in our room didn’t work at all — it showed a “no signal” message the entire stay. When I called the front desk, they said maintenance wouldn’t be available until the next day. We stayed for two nights and the issue was never resolved. On top of that, the breakfast was unacceptable: • The eggs were burnt • There was no milk in the fridge • The apple juice was so diluted it tasted like water As for the room itself — it was in terrible condition. The carpet was sticky and visibly worn, making it uncomfortable to walk on. The bathroom was dirty, with black spots in the tub, giving the impression that housekeeping is not doing their job properly. Overall, this was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. I expect better from an IHG-branded hotel. The lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and broken amenities are unacceptable. IHG should seriously reevaluate how this property is being maintained and managed

The third-floor ice machine is out of order, which means I need to head to the first floor for ice. The bathroom light was so dim. The bathroom faucet is equipped with a sensor that allows it to operate automatically, but it doesn't stay on for long. If you are not near the faucet, it turns off within 10 seconds, which can lead to complete darkness during a shower. On top of that, I dislike the exhaust fan light for its excessive noise. The hair dryer is broken. The elevator hasn't been maintained for a long time; the last inspection was in 2020, five years ago, and its license expired in 2021.

We booked a room online, but when we got to the hotel they couldn’t support the reservation. We then had to pay for a secondary room as our family wouldn’t fit in the smaller room. One room, smelled awful. Other room didn’t have the ac on, so I turned it on and the mold smell overtook the room. They moved both rooms, but the rooms weren’t better. We would have went to a different hotel but it was almost 1am and our kids were overly exhausted. I would not recommend staying here.

Meeting planning service
Fairfield Inn & Suites Temecula offers a modern stay in Southern California Wine Country, just a short drive from central Temecula. The hotel features an outdoor pool with a hot tub and a well-equipped gym, along with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs in spacious rooms. Guests have praised the convenient location near Old Town and wineries, as well as the complimentary hot breakfast. While some mention normal wear and tear in the rooms, the attentive staff has been highlighted for their exceptional service.
Ok the service was great! Very sweet staff and very helpful. The rooms on the other hand are a little dated. Old televisions with 2000 era cable. Old microwave and coffee machine. Beds were comfortable though. They offer a small breakfast with waffles, eggs and a protein. Yogurt and fruit with some breads. It's not the best but adequate for the price. But Marriott should really update this property.
James I — Google review
Very bare bones, but quiet and comfortable. The room had a slight musty smell and the smart tv didn’t work (cable worked fine.) The pool and breakfast areas were both very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of restaurants and stores nearby, but you have to drive to pretty much all of them, walking would be difficult. Overall a great spot for the price point.

Well I was visiting a guest staying here for just a few hours and they invited me to go swimming with them. Keep in mind that it was approximately 10:00 p.m. and the pool closed at 11:00. We had no problem with that we only wanted to go in for a quick dip in the jacuzzi. And when we first got there, the Jets suddenly shut off approximately 30 minutes before the pool closed. And I was very hesitant to ask anybody for help because it seemed like such a trivial issue and the system was probably run on an internal timer besides the one you turn past 15 minutes to get the jet started. My friend went to the lobby and requested assistance from the clerk and she was nice enough to check it. When she could not figure out the issue for herself she called a maintenance man who quickly resolve her is she was in 5 minutes and we still had plenty of time to relax and jacuzzi before the pool closed. I just want to say that it was very nice of them. They didn't have to do that, especially since we were the only guests in the pool, and because they're just bubbles essentially. It's not like the temperature was not still working. Nonetheless we were very appreciative of their attentiveness and willingness to help. It was a very nice dip in the jacuzzi. Very much worth it.

We had to unexpectedly stay the night in Temecula while out visiting friends, so we had not planned. Luckily I had Marriott points (We love Marriott, and we are Marriott Vacation Club owners) Anyway we ended up staying at a Fairfield Inn and if I'm being honest Fairfield was not a place we would typically stay. BUT Hope was so AMAZING it was worth it just to meet her, she was very warm and honest yet very professional and I know it sounds corny but that smile her smile lit up the place. Alos, our room was nice and clean, thank you Hope we had a very nice stay.
Elysia C — Google review
5 stars for the service. Everyone there is so nice. For the price, it's unbeatable. The rooms are big, clean, and quiet. The gym is functional with a high end treadmill. Breakfast is above average with great coffee.
Steve P — Google review
Hotel all in all was okay. Friendly and courteous front desk staff. Rooms definitely need a face lift and simple maintenance like small repairs, paint etc... Same with the outside pool area. Disappointed that the pool was very cold even though it's small enough to heat quickly and it seems the bottom of the pool needs resurfacing. Good "free" morning breakfast and coffee. Lastly, we had very noisy neighbors next door, but would probably stay there again for a short quick stay.
JAG 7 — Google review
Closely located to stores, restaurants, hwy, and about 1 hr drive to the beach. This is an older building and had some bad patch job in the bathrooom. The breakfast is the typical fair (waffle, oatmeal, fake eggs, ham/sausage) cereal, bagels, apples, banana). Staff are nice. Rooms and common spaces could be cleaner: floor in our room had gunk we had to wipe off, surfaces were dusty, fridge had sticky trays, pool and spa worked but needed cleaning. We cleaned the room before settling in but afterwards, the stay was comfortable. Best part, it was a busy weekend in the building but it's quiet inside the room. This stay is overall just okay...
Percy C — Google review
My "go to" when traveling, but, this property is an older one small TV and I love they have a frig but this one sounded like it was ready to launch into space. I didn't need it so I unplugged it. Main issue is with the internet connection, it's capped at 5 mbps which is not enough for streaming and peak hrs forget about it it dropped down to 1,23 which doesn't even register as connected. Hotel staff are great but if I can't get work done at night I will have to look for another favorite. PLEASE UP YOUR INTERNET SPEED!

The Ponte Vineyard Inn is a luxurious Spanish-style hotel located in Temecula Wine Country. It offers warm and inviting quarters, as well as lushly landscaped grounds with stunning vineyard views. The restaurant serves a seasonal menu of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and fine wines from around the world. It's a perfect place for romantic getaways or family vacations.
As a customer experience consultant with over 20 years advising Fortune 100 companies, I can confidently say that Ponte Vineyard Inn and Winery delivers a masterclass in hospitality. Natalie did an amazing job making us feel welcome and at home from the minute we arrived, she is a tremendous asset to the Ponte Inn. From the minute we arrived and were greeted by Natalie, every detail—from the layout and landscaping to the food, wine, and service—was thoughtfully curated and flawlessly executed. The staff were friendly, professional, and seemingly invisible during peak moments, yet always there when you needed them. We got to know nearly everyone by name, and their warmth made us feel right at home. It’s because of this incredible experience that we’re already planning our return next month—and we’ve proudly joined the wine club. Thank you to the entire Ponte team for setting a new standard in hospitality. We’re officially loyal fans!

Beautiful location, great service, and great tasting wine. Must visit for people who are looking for a romantic getaway and to taste the most exquisite wine. The wine tasting experience is top notch and we've received one of the best experiences on our trip. The only thing that prevented it from being perfect is the bed. It is a very soft mattress and my personal preference is firm. But don't let that stop you from getting one of the most amazing experiences in Temecula!

First time here and boy do I have to say I am impressed. The beds here are SUPER comfortable...and I have stayed in a fair amount of hotels. The clog wasn't working but management fixed it right away. The outdoor patio/deck is such a nice touch. The building is super clean due to being built in 2012. The winery and the restaurants here were great I had no issues and the drinks/food were delicious. Overall I recommend this for first time Temecula stays like I did.

As someone who’s very picky, I found this inn to be incredibly relaxing and well kept. The room was spotless, which is the most important thing for me. The bed was so soft, and I always, always check the sheets; they passed my inspection with flying colors. Everything was super clean, and the view was beautiful

Checkin experience was lovely (thanks to new employee Brianna), room and decor was beyond perfect and I love the walk from the Inn to the Tasting Room! Magical. Great to go during the week when it’s less busy. 10/10 experience as first timers!

The location is great, it’s close to other wineries and they have a bar that opens after 5pm with live music, in case you still energy after the wineries close. I loved that the pool is open early and available until the night time. I will stay again there again the next time I visit Temecula.

**Somehow my review for The Cellar Lounge at the Ponte Vineyard Inn was deleted or hidden by the establishment so I am posting again.** Would leave 0 stars if I could, and I work in the service industry so that says something. We ordered drinks and food when it wasn't crowded, but waited over 20 minutes for the wrong menu items to come out and still didn't have all of our drinks. We then waited another additional 30+ minutes and watched other people's food come out and had to ask about our orders multiple times as people in our party were ready to leave due to lack of service. We were then told it was taking so long because other larger parties started to show up. Problem is, the large parties all had their drinks and other tables around us who were here after us all got their food drinks and food no issues. When the "loaded fries" finally came to the table, we were unenthusiastic as it was the smallest portion of fries we've ever seen and was $12. After 3 people left our party due to drag and lack of service the last two of us finally got the rest of our food and drinks and the drink was completely botched. Will not be back. No one in our party will, and we will be sure to warn others in the valley when we serve them.

The Temecula Valley Museum, located in the heart of Old Town, offers a deep dive into the city's history and culture. With permanent exhibits showcasing local artifacts, photographs, and documents, visitors can explore Temecula's journey from its discovery to modern times. The museum also pays tribute to author Erle Stanley Gardner with a dedicated exhibit. Families will appreciate the interactive discovery area for children and onsite picnic facilities.
What a delightful museum, capturing the history of Temecula. The Rotunda entrance has changing exhibits. Kids' area has many interactive things for families to enjoy. Everything was so well displayed. Including the gift shop with something for everyone. At the moment a fun exhibit of Charlie Brown.

Free to get in, but donations are much appreciated. They have a play center upstairs for kids. It is a cool little place to go see the local history and how Temecula came about. The museum also explains what happened to the native Indians in the area. It’s a must see if you are in old town.

Worth a visit! Very interesting museum with lots of historical items on display. If you want to get a great history of Temecula, this is the place to go. Suggested donation is $5 pp but well worth seeing this two story collection. They do have a nice gift shop, as well as video presentations and things for the kiddos on the second floor. There was a wonderful display of Peanuts comics by Charles Shultz when we visited. Not to miss this when you are in town! Public restrooms are in a nearby building.

Super dooper great place! Enjoyed downstairs n gift shop but spent 2 hrs on 2nd floor with my 3 yr old granddaughter. It's so interactive and she didn't want to leave. Fun plus educational! Best ever!

Before driving an hour home, we always stop in this lot to use the public restroom. Only this time, we decided to walk over to the museum. It’s free to enter with a suggested donation. First floor has a gift shop and historic artifacts of the city of Temecula, upstairs is an interactive play area for kids and an exhibit. Very tiny museum but so much to do. I was fascinated by the exhibit theme of how tequila and mezcal is made. Very informative and the artwork were impressive. Great way to cool off and if you have children, it’s the perfect place to keep them occupied.

Very cute interesting. Alot of cool miniature sets of the town. Has a pretty park area outside with grass and a play ground. Good place to go see if you have a Saturday where you wanna hang out somewhere in old town.

First time visitor today with my 6 year old and she absolutely loved the 2nd floor (children's interactive area). She wanted to continue playing however, there was a ballet folklorico performance that took over the space. It was nice we got to enjoy watching a few dances, but we'll be back soon to explore more and to be able to enjoy the current gallery Aliento a Tequila. The photography and the story looked beautiful.

I love taking my kids here to play on the upper level. It’s very clean, and quiet. There’s an area where they can draw and lots of activities and items for them to imaginary play. It had been a long day for me. On our way out, the man at the front desk gave me gift and it completely made my day! Thank you so much, it really meant a lot to me! And we can’t wait to go back again! 🥹🩵

This is one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Stayed for one weekend with my girlfriend and it was a very relaxing experience, the room is very nice and the bathroom is awesome! The bed isn’t the best though, it’s a fold down bed. It was nice to see the vineyard right out your window with your own patio too!! They also have a bus to take you to some wineries!

Really, I would give this hotel a 4.5 but it was an overall really good experience so I’ll give it 5! The property is beautiful. The vineyards are amazing and there are wildflowers and lavender surrounding the property, which makes it smell amazing. The room was nice, although we had a couple issues when we -arrived, however they were corrected shortly. the staff was friendly and the pool area was nice too. I would definitely come back!

I really did enjoy the property. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and stunning. To be able to walk out the patio and sit and have breakfast was amazing. I would’ve liked to have food at the pool however that was not an option. Will definitely return to the property. I also enjoyed the Vineyard and wine tasting room. I got a glass of wine and plenty of souvenirs that I felt were reasonable priced.

Such an incredible experience this week at Carter! The room was amazing and the staff was exceptional. Huge shout out to Kevin and Tahra in the tasting room for making our stay extra special.

The location and setting of this winery are phenomenal and that's about it. The rooms are dated, mattresses worn out and the pillows are terrible. The wine tasting room is drab and depressing and is in need of serious updating. At $500 a night you have the right to expect way more from your stay than the one I experienced. Front desk staff are a little indifferent to your presence it made for an unwelcome feel. As I stated before the location and setting are the only 2 things this place has got going for it. No reason to return unless major renovations and pleasant front desk staff changes are made.
Matin S — Google review
The staff is friendly and the view from patio is beautiful but that's about it. It is very overpriced for a place with almost no amenities. Food: No restaurant on property (just a small window at pool that is practically never open). We had to drive to sister property for breakfast once and the other times for breakfast and dinner we got uber eats delivery. Rooms: Not resort quality. Our room had no couch, no vanity for makeup, no bathrobes. Shower is huge but showerheads are useless and no water pressure. Coffee maker took 3 or 4 rounds before it worked each time, and coffee ended up watery. Housekeeping only came once even though we requested service both mornings. Patio doors are loud and awkward. Open inwards and awkward lock instructions, very odd. Location: Good if you want to be completely secluded with no amenities and just stay in room all weekend, but we wanted more of a resort experience. The sister property isn't far, but very annoying to have to drive or get shuttle to get the resort experience. Pool: Pool was very meh, not much to say there. Not resort like though and like i said before, small window for food or drinks only open like 2 hours a day. Would never dare to go into jacuzzi. Staff: Staff was one of the only good things. Most were very friendly and the worst were just indifferent but not rude by any means. Wine room: This was pretty good, but expensive.

Old Town Temecula is a charming destination offering a mix of country charm and modern amenities. Visitors can enjoy wine tasting at over 30 nearby wineries, with the option for tours and hot air balloon rides over the picturesque estate. The area also boasts activities such as horseback riding through vineyards, golfing, and fishing at Lake Skinner.
Wow, this town🏘️ definitely gave me a different vibe and experience but it was delightful😊; it felt like I relived those classic American cowboy movies while I was there. Only approximately 2 hours drive from Los Angeles, Temecula is definitely unique and different from the major California cities. Built in 1880s, I was surprised at how well they preserve and maintain the building structures in this town. The place was also very clean (LA could learn a thing or two about cleanliness from this town) I arrived here at around 9PM, and the place was still lively with many people taking a stroll around the town. Unfortunately for me though, most of the shops were already closed but I had fun exploring this side of California👍🏼. Totally recommended if you are visiting Los Angeles and want to see something different, try visiting Temecula! You will be pleasantly surprised!

Spent the day exploring Old Town Temecula! There are so many great restaurants to choose from, and the shops are really fun to browse through. You can definitely find something you’ll like—whether it’s a little trinket or something unique from one of the boutiques. They have a great mix of clothing and other cool finds you don’t see everywhere.
Camisha E — Google review
I totally am absolutely loved it, because it reminded me so much of Virginia city, which is an authentic Gold Rush town and looks pretty much like the old Temecula town. If you go on the main street, a lot of the buildings are still original, including modern-looking 1909 Temecula hotel is one of the original buildings that has not changed since 1897. You can still rent rooms that look identical to how they looked 130 years ago, with shared bathrooms for men and women. Right before hotel temecula, if you make a left into one of the alleys, you will find the original jail. look on the Temecula City website and they'll tell you which 10 buildings are still original from 1800, most of them around old town. Makes it a lot more fun to look at before and after photos to see how things changed. Photos of the tools are from the antique shop that's at the start of the street on the west side, and these are fully restored hand tools from the late 1800s.

Old Town Temecula has a great mix of history and local charm. Tons of unique shops, great food, wine tasting rooms, and live music on the weekends. It’s super walkable and always has something going on. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

First time ever visiting this place, loved going from business to business. Such a beautiful day love to help small businesses, we shopped and spent money great place great place to find new and interesting people and items. We will go again real soon.
Lea S — Google review
Eh, it's just ok. One street with a few side streets. Stores are pretty one dimensional, there isn't any real variety, and the parking and transportation situation is dire.
Josh L — Google review
Old Town Temcula is always a great place to visit but when you want to shop and eat there, you are in for a treat. Although parking is a challenge, as street parking and spots in town are often taken, there are a lot of parking lots away from the main street but in easy walking distance. There are lots of reasons to like this area, but for me it has to be the eclectic groups you find. The "bikers" and the "older folks" (my group) as well as the younger folks. They fill the pubs and cafes lining the main street and everyone seems happy, friendly, and having a great time. The atmosphere is positive and you can't help but being caught up in it. Don't take my word for it. Go there yourself. Anyone can read a review, but to go there, experience it and give your own review..... that's fantastic (older person term)

Wow, what an incredible weekend! We were swept off our feet by an unforgettable winery adventure. The excitement kicked off at a fantastic brewery, then we hopped aboard for an open-air journey to three spectacular wineries! Our amazing hostess was a walking encyclopedia of fun facts and local lore, showering us with insider tips for each delightful stop. And huge props to our awesome driver, who kept the good times rolling and the energy high! Seriously, there's no better way to explore wine country than feeling the breeze in your hair. Plus, they kept us fueled with tasty snacks and refreshing water between each vineyard. We danced, grooved to fantastic music, and soaked up every moment of a truly lovely weekend!

Had such a great time on this Cable Car tour celebrating my friend’s birthday weekend! 10/10 recommend! We were picked up at our hotel and had tastings at 3 wineries (which was plenty). The music on the cable car was perfect for us. It was a beautiful day and the staff was so lovely. Thank you Adriana and Josh for a wonderful time! We loved the first two wineries, but the last fell short. Still would go again just for the ease, to enjoy some tastings, some food, beautiful scenery and being chauffeured in an awesome cable car! Hold on to your hats and hold down your skirts because it is a windy, but fun, ride.

I recently went to this Lily Beauty for a micro-needling RF treatment, and I had an amazing experience! The spa is super clean and has such a calming vibe. Melissa was the one treated me, she was so sweet and friendly. She made me feel really comfortable and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. I saw an ad for their Folix hair restoration and I wanted to give it a try as an alternative to a hair transplant. I was welcomed in warmly by the team and the nurse, Melissa. She did a quick consultation about the treatment and was very knowledgeable in providing expectations and the science behind it. She explained that most patients see better results after 4 - 6 treatments. I pulled the trigger and started off in April and the treatments are monthly and I have done 5 so far. I am very happy with the results, I saw great progress after 3 treatments. Hoping to finish up the last treatment next month and post the final results. I also saw that they offered botox and microneedling. I'm looking to start these after I complete the payments for the hair restoration.

I recently visited for a facial and was kindly greeted by the staff then taken to my room. Hannah did my service and she was amazing! She was very professional and not to mention informative. She took care of my skin and answered all of my questions. I truly felt like the facial was personalized to my skin care needs. She also recommended products specifically for my skin. I cannot stress enough how great Hannah was. I will be returning!
Itzel O — Google review
Zero star. Their promotion is misleading. They advertise a facial with RF for $70, but the “facial” is nothing more than a basic face wash and a cheap mask that you could buy for a couple of dollars. The RF treatment is very basic as well — you could purchase a similar RF mask from Amazon for about $100 and use it indefinitely at home. The packages they try to sell afterward are overpriced and not worth the money. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other places in the area with fair prices and much better services. To your response here: I understand the distinction you are making between professional RF machines and consumer devices, but my review reflects my direct experience as a paying customer. The service I received did not meet my expectations for value or quality, even at the promotional price. The “facial” component felt minimal and basic, and the RF treatment itself was not noticeably different from at-home devices I have personally tried. While I respect that other clients may have had positive results, my review is meant to help future customers make an informed decision based on what I experienced. For me, the service and pricing did not justify returning or purchasing a package, especially given the other options available in the area that I’ve found to offer more comprehensive treatments for a fairer cost.

Britney was amazing! I’ve been coming here for a while and every service I have received has been wonderful. The results are amazing as well! Everyone there has been so nice and welcoming too.
Stephanie P — Google review
In response to their recent rebuttal, I find it hard to fathom why they would put up photos in their ads of patients who have supposedly undergone the treatment but had shown dramatic changes - is this false advertising? And if more treatment is indeed needed, why would they not recommend more of the same treatment but got me to sign up for a more expensive treatment. And how to they explain the staff who was focusing on the wrong region to treat? Makes not sense. ---- Original review: the $69 jaw sculpting was just a funnel to get you to spend more money of their other treatment, it did not work the slightest cos the lady was targeting the wrong place - she focus the machine on my face where the jaw bone is instead of under the jawline where it needs to be slimed down to define the jawline - I asked for more defined jawline - why are you on my face??? Not very smart. I have been doing facials for years and I know those who are not experienced - she was not experienced. And she almost burnt my face. After a few days there was absolutely no difference. Do not recommend AT ALL!

I always have an amazing experience with Oyuna since I have been coming here for micro needling. I have seen a tremendous improvement with my skin and overall appearance for sure, the staff is very friendly and helpful!!! Don’t cheat yourself!! Treat yourself!!! You will be highly satisfied

I purchased a $2,000+ 5 service package at Lilly Beauty Escondido, which they financed through PatientFi. I had 2 mild acid peels, which did not work, and I emailed them. Then, before I could even schedule my last 3 and most expensive services, Google reported that the location permanently closed without notice. Now I’m being forced to pay for services that were never rendered, How is this not fraud? I feel completely scammed.

Churon Winery, located in the picturesque Temecula Valley, offers a luxurious experience for wine enthusiasts. The grand lobby welcomes visitors with the tantalizing aromas of aging wine and leads to a wine tasting bar where award-winning wines can be savored. The estate vineyards provide a stunning backdrop for guests staying at the Inn at Churon Winery, which offers elegant French-style suites with views of the vineyard, fireplaces, and oversized marble tubs.
Nothing but great things to say about this place. Wow!! This was our first stay and we were so very happy with everything and everyone. The attentiveness was outstanding. The staff here at Churon are so friendly and accommodating. We stayed off every morning with a fabulous complimentary breakfast. This was no continental breakfast. You're able to order what you like from their breakfast menu. It was all delicious!! You receive a ticket for a complimentary wine or mimosa every day. I have to say our waiter Christopher was outstanding. Extremely friendly and always so helpful. Our room was very clean even though it was a bit antique it was absolutely romantic. The balconies were kept up. No dust on the chairs or table and floors were always swept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be trying Churon Winery in the summer season. We'd like to compare the seasons. We'll be back for sure!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We had a Groupon for a couples wine tasting, and it ended up being an amazing value. Our bartenders were super friendly, and the live music kept us entertained the whole time. The small appetizers were delicious, and we felt so welcomed, we left completely satisfied. We even took home a bottle of wine and can’t wait to relive the experience!

My wife and I love staying at the Inn at Churon Winery! The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a French cottage feel. Some king rooms have a whirlpool tub, gas fireplace and balcony to take in the lovely views of the Temecula Valley. Be sure to request one of those rooms. Weekend mornings, hot air balloons can be seen taking flight. The tasting room is quaint with a European village vibe. There was entertainment Friday night and bingo on Saturday while we were there. You can order food while tasting and grab a table which is a nice option. Our wine server Valerie was attentive and fun. The breakfast is amazing and served in the dining room or patio with delicious options such as French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Croissant sandwich or Omelette. Coffee, tea and water were also abundant. Our server Christopher was friendly, and attentive. The property grounds has several levels with tables, chairs and a couch here and there to take in the outdoors while enjoying a glass of wine and a snack. The GM Robert was always helpful and he made sure we received our complimentary bottle of wine and daily drink and breakfast tickets. There are no elevators or bell hops so if you need help with luggage going upstairs you can ask the front desk.

I took my wife to Churon Winery and we really had a good time sampling the different wines and snacks. Cuvee sparkling wine is a must try. We walked the grounds and enjoyed our visit. I would recommend Churon Winery if you like or love wine.

This has become my favorite winery in Temecula because of the atmosphere and one of my favorite wines. Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable. It's such a relaxed atmosphere here. The wines are amazing. Try the Sweet Ruby or one of their many flights. The special mix using white mango is delicious! The outside grounds and vineyards are so pretty as are their hotel rooms! We come to Churon first, and last every trip! Come see Dani and Valerie in the tasting room. They are the best!

Gorgeous, quiet and romantic! This is perfect for a quick getaway or an event location. It's close to many local wineries. The views are amazing during the day and at night the lights are beautiful. They offer breakfast and wine tasting. We will definitely be back!

We booked Churon Winery and Inn for our daughter's wedding celebration/renewal of vows. To say that Meilee was helpful is an understatement! She is a superstar! There were many times when we asked to make last minute changes to our site plan and she accommodated us with pleasure and kindness. The day of our event was spectacular! All the details were flawless! This venue goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make guests feel welcomed and special. The gazebo ceremony was the talk of our guests. They all said they have never seen such a beautiful view. To be able to then walk back up to our reception on the lovely patio and continue to take in all in was a dream! The staff who served us were amazing. They doted on our every need with enthusiasm. One of the incredible perks of booking with Churon was the food. Everything was cooked to perfection and was out-of-this-world delicious! I couldn't believe it for the price! We were lucky enough to stay at this inn twice in the past three weeks. The accommodations were comfortable and elegant. The views from our balcony took my breath away! Then there was the breakfast. Unbelievably good! Not a regular free continental one like in cheap hotels, but a REAL breakfast! My family owes Churon and especially Meilee much gratitude for making our event something we will never forget! Thank you!!!

Churon was simply the best. The venue was beautiful. But the best was Meilee. She was the venues event coordinator and she made the whole experience the best. She had a “can do” attitude. She found ways to make our experience the best. We pulled off our wedding in under 120 days. But no one would have ever known. The food was great. The rooms at the Inn are huge. I highly recommend.

Nestled in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, The New Inn is a contemporary haven that promises an unforgettable getaway. This stylish retreat boasts five uniquely designed luxury villas, each exuding a bright and airy ambiance. Guests can unwind on private patios equipped with cozy fire pits while soaking in breathtaking vineyard views. For those seeking extra indulgence, some villas come with deep soaking tubs and outdoor rain showers.
Charming boutique luxury hotel. There are only 5 villas. We stayed in Vintage Glam. The room was immaculate with everything you need. Make sure to watch the videos in the digital guest book on how to lock the patio doors and use the private firepit. The property is quiet and scenic. Visited by hummingbirds, lizards, and bunnies while sitting on the patio. Highly recommend this property for a tranquil and luxurious stay!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Very accommodating, staff is beyond friendly and yet very professional! We stayed here for our wedding night and enjoyed all the amenities, breakfast, and extras! My husband surprised me with a picnic setup in the morning right in the middle of the vineyards and it was exactly what this new bride needed! The room was BEAUTIFUL! Loved the modern feel, the spaciousness, big comfy bed and oh the tub was my favorite! Everything super clean super fresh! Definitely thinking of returning for our anniversary since it was that spectacular! We've been to other bed and breakfast in the area which were also great but the New Inn over top those. 10 stars! Thank you for your hospitality, professionalism and just being great overall!

The New Inn staff is so incredible and truly makes this experience one of a kind. I stayed here with my sister to celebrate her birthday and upon arrival, Dean immediately greeted us with a welcome toast of a sparkling tempranillo from Corbeaux in Old Town Temecula. Robert recommended a few wineries and restaurants for us to check out in the area and also gave us some 2-for-1 tasting cards. All were wonderful! Our room Rustic Luxe was beautiful and so spacious, and we were given little tea cakes and a handwritten note from Vanessa, who wished my sister a happy birthday. Ciara also helped us bring our bags into the room and greeted us with a warm welcome. Daryl and AJ had prepared our delicious breakfast the next day. From the second we stepped into the lobby to the moment we left, The New Inn made us feel so welcomed. Aside from the staff, the property was beautiful, the complimentary breakfast was great, and the location provided a luxurious, quiet, and rejuvenating experience for us to celebrate my sister's birthday.

The only place I want to stay in Temecula! Quaint, modern, clean, quiet. Small boutique place to stay. Very friendly staff and owner. Beautiful grounds with many vignettes to relax outside. Rooms are bright, high ceilings, comfortable - exactly what the pictures show. Outside patio is private with vineyard and surrounding open land views. Nice breakfast brought to your room. Beautiful open bright bathroom - outdoor shower a fun bonus! Have stayed here twice and can't wait for our next stay!

I recently stayed at the New Inn for a pre-wedding getaway with my fiancé, who is in a wheelchair. I was automatically drawn to the luxury and styling of the villas, but the fact that they had a fully accessible unit was incredible! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They made ramps specifically for our stay so my fiancé could have full access to the grounds. They really went above and beyond! The private patios we lovely with sweeping views of the nearby wineries. The beds were very comfortable, although a touch too high for my fiancé, which made it a little difficult for him to get into bed. The pool area was small but great and had a nice view during sunset. Overall, we had a lovely stay and highly recommend for a romantic vacation!

So excited to write this review! This is truly a hidden gem in Temecula wine 🍷 country. Even if I was a local I would recommend staying here. When I entered the lobby I was greeted by Robert who checked us in. Impeccable concierge service ! We were given a glass of Sparkling Tempranillo which was fantastic. He then took me on a tour of the property. Every attention to detail was awesome 😎 There are 5 villas and each one has a different theme. Ours was the Contemporary Elegance. You are a short drive from all the wineries and old town Temecula but secluded enough to enjoy the ambiance here. I have stayed at other wineries with overnight accommodations but because they are attached to the winery it can be busy and a little noisy. This is not the case here. Our morning breakfast ( prepared by Vanessa) was left at our door in a cute basket and they text you to tell you it’s there. From the fresh flowers on the table, chocolates bedside, the bath salts for the soaking tub, and the Nespresso machine. I could go on and on as I have already. We had the honor of meeting the owners who were so gracious. Thank you guys for creating this hidden gem 🙌💯❤️ We will definitely be back.

One word… immaculate 🩷 We couldn’t say enough good things about this beautiful place that we stayed at for our 2nd wedding anniversary. Sets the bar high for an intimate luxurious stay in Temecula wine country. With only 5 villas, the experience feels tailored completely to you and provides the best service we have had. We have stayed at many 5 stars hotels including Pelican Hill and feel The New Inn was superior in all aspects! Highlights: 💕 Private backyard with a beautiful view + firepit 💕 Outdoor shower for those hot Temecula days 💕 Complimentary breakfast at your door 💕 Sparkling wine greeting We can’t recommend the New Inn enough!

I was here for a couple of events and I was struck by how enormous the place is. All of the different bedrooms which were unique in their own right. The common areas are expansive and yet maintain a cozy atmosphere. There's a brilliant bar. Plenty of things to do outside. And it's very picturesque.
