Restaurant
Stakks Pancake House is a charming American eatery located in the Marlands Shopping Centre of Southampton, where culinary delights await. This pancake haven offers an inviting atmosphere that makes every visit feel special. Known for its 100% gluten-free menu, Stakks caters to everyone, including those with dietary restrictions and young food enthusiasts alike.
A lovely experience. You might find there is a bit of a wait for your food, but it is well worth it as all pancakes are made to order. I highly recommend the Ultimate Weekender - a full English breakfast inside pancakes. All food was delicious, the bacon was cooked just right as well were the eggs and sausages. The staff were very quick with drinks and collecting plates when we were finished.

We love Stakks pancake house for a family brunch. You have the choice of American style pancakes or crepes. They have sweet and savoury and a specials board. Delicious. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again.
Louise G — Google review
Great place to eat traditional American style lovely pancakes and milkshakes lots of choice 1st visit we had savoury and second visit sweet The owner is amazing and accommodating we ordered the wrong thing and he immediate changed it no issue at all.
Kaz — Google review
The staff is very friendly and the place is well-kept. I just felt that the pancakes could have been a bit better, but the prices were reasonable. They have both savory and sweet options together with shakes, coffees Etc Etc. Would definitely go there again to try out the other Flavours. The portion size is good. Has the typical ambiance you would expect from the cafe at a mall.
Milan S — Google review
Unfortunately I was disappointed with the crepes at this place. I've heard so many great things about the pancakes here so was looking forward to trying them out. My crepes came out half warm and half cold. The topping was very minimal and there were only 2 small crepes on my plate. Perhaps if the toppings were richer I wouldn't find this an issue, but I really didn't get much overall. They also offer ice cream and whipped cream as a topping which I've refused because I prefer the toppings to be healthier and less calorie dense such as, various fruits, shredded nuts, coconut flakes etc. From the photos I can see that they put in more effort when it comes to American pancakes which is a shame, because crepes can also be made lovely with various toppings. I only liked and appreciated that they offer alternatives for people who are vegan and gluten free so that was awesome! Unfortunately, this alone isn't enough for me to want to come back to this place..
Ester T — Google review
I love this place, I've been there several times so I put a review for all 😂 The decoration is really cute, the food is amazing, in good serving There is a waiting time of up to 30min when the place is busy The manager is really nice, although the other personnel could be more friendly
Mélissa B — Google review
Lovely Pancake/Crepes. English Breakfast is totally filling. And there is a Gluten Free crepe option.
Duncan H — Google review
Such an amazing place to eat. I've been gluten free for 10+ years and have missed pancakes never found any that have been close. This place nailed it with their alternative. It was so incredibly delicious, such friendly staff and reasonable prices. The food does take a while to come, however I don't mind waiting longer for the food.

Bill's Southampton Restaurant is a part of the well-loved UK family restaurant chain, offering separate menus for breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner. The Southampton branch is known for its charming decor, spacious setting, and friendly staff that make it an ideal spot for families. It's also pet-friendly with a special dog menu featuring pooch wine and snacks.
What a little gem! Our team at the Moxie hotel recommended this place to us. It had a really cute, eclectic atmosphere and great food. And our server Rebecca was a gem as well! We had the chicken schnitzel and the duck curry, which was just the right amount of spicy! Don’t miss this great little spot!

We had our first lunch at Bill's today. Was absolutely delicious 😋 I had Eggs Benedict & Chips and my partner had Steak, Eggs & Chips. The atmosphere was some comforting and homely, so much decoration to look at on the walls. We were both very satisfied with our meals and we had the most wonderful server Madison. Quick service, food was out really quickly and plates taken away quick and efficient after we'd finished eating. She checked if we needed anything twice, once before our meal and again during to make sure everything was okay, great customer service ☺️ Definitely had a great experience, will definitely return soon. Thank you 😊

A must to visit!!! Bills Southampton is amazing… from the food to the service and atmosphere all tick the boxes… will definitely be returning their Mac and cheese and corn ribs are to die for… staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble… it was our wedding anniversary and we got a dessert on the house which was a lovely touching thing to do… we also received our meal but no drinks ( although we did have water) and when we said we were waiting for a drink they couldn’t get us ours drinks quick enough and took them off the bill which was not necessary but nice to show they appreciate their customer service.. burgers are amazing all round thoroughly enjoyed our visit and a wonderful start to our holiday

Overall, today's (August 2025) meal was good but there was room for improvement. My wife asked for her eggs to be lightly poached (runny). We both later said we noticed the waitress didn't write that down and when the dish arrived, the eggs were solid. The waitress was friendly and efficient. I disliked the 12.5% service charge, although it was optional. My burger was cooked to perfection and I liked the rosemary salted fries.
David L — Google review
Kayleigh was very polite and courteous, prompt and efficient service by her and the team at Bills. Coconut latte was the best and I loved the vegan bacon, and the biscoff pancakes! Sam was welcoming from the moment we walked in and so friendly, with a great energy. When I asked for a smaller portion of something, Sam made this happen, thank you Sam and Kayleigh :)
Siobhan — Google review
Stopped for brunch and we both ordered the Bill’s Big Brunch. Unfortunately, it was the worst big brunch I have had. The egg was completely burnt on one side and the potatoes were chewy, bacon crumbled apart with a fork — not great when you’re expecting a freshly cooked, tasty breakfast. Service was great and the place has a nice atmosphere, but the food really let it down.
Vanessa B — Google review
For the past 3 years I’ve been enjoying my visits to Bills simply because the staff are super friendly and welcoming the managers are always on top of things weather you have a booking or not you still great treated with class. The menu is absolutely mouth watering leaving you with a wide variety of options to choose from. The environment is family friendly and enjoyable. My favourite go to place

Great location and atmosphere! Perfect for a pre-cruise dinner. We were welcomed and seated warmly. At first our food wasn’t quite hot enough (yes we’re picky…and middle age, verging on old age) but the Rock Star Manager, Samuel, quickly made everything right…and then some. He has a perfect personality for his role. I hope Bill’s Restaurant and Bar recognize what a gem they have with this young man managing this restaurant.

Nestled in the picturesque Ocean Village Marina, Maritimo Lounge is a stunning bi-level café and bar that offers an inviting atmosphere for all-day British cuisine. With its floor-to-ceiling windows, guests can soak in breathtaking views of the sea and sky while enjoying a diverse menu that caters to everyone, including kids, vegans, and those seeking gluten-free options. The lounge features charming interiors adorned with unique elements like original lights from the SS France and intriguing nautical decor.
Very nice place to have a meal - especially on a nice day where the view across the marina really sparkles (literally!). The order is placed by scanning the QR code and entering your table number along with your order itself from the menu. Plenty of choice with vegetarian options available. Went for the large breakfast which is served all day (yes 😁) and it didn't disappoint. Plenty of seating outside, inside and on a couple of floors. For the price, I would say that it's good value for money, plenty of food for what you pay and a great place to come as a group of friends - using the QR really makes it easy as everyone orders their own food and pays for it themselves. No more "shall we split it evenly? Or do we pay for what we actually ordered?" Great for students or groups with differing budgets. Must admit though, it felt a little strange once we had finished just walking out of the lounge without having the ritual of paying 😜

The Marítimo Lounge is an elegant bar and restaurant that offers a refined dining experience with a focus on regional and international cuisine. Featuring a stylish and comfortable ambiance, it serves a variety of local specialties and an extensive selection of drinks, including wines, cocktails, and spirits. Perfect for casual gatherings, special occasions, or relaxed evenings, the Marítimo Lounge combines quality service and a welcoming atmosphere to create a memorable experience.

Great location, great food and drinks, ended up going here twice whilst we were in this part of the world. Staff were really nice and service was quick.
Keri B — Google review
The food is amazing we have been here a few times already. The only thing is that the place is hosting bday brunches or bday parties in general, or another occasion celebration and sometimes these can be really loud. He went there for a date and we could not hear each other as the party next to us was shouting and screaming from joy.
Erika H — Google review
Went in for drinks as we love Loungers in general. Cocktails were fab and staff were very friendly but just not enough of them! On a Sunday evening, in a big venue you need more than three people. Come on Loungers, you’re not a small company and can afford to put a few more staff on. We got our first drinks and almost immediately ordered our second as we knew there would be a wait. (Not the staff’s fault, they did the best they could in the situation they were in!). Overall a lovely evening!
Emma H — Google review
Really impressed with the quality of the food , great taste and excellent value for money. Service was friendly and quick. Would have loved to see a wider selection of craft beers, but that’s just personal preference. The setting decent in the sun, with great views over Ocean Village marina, a nice spot to relax and enjoy a meal.
David H — Google review
Visited Maritimo Lounge recently with a few friends. The location is lovely, right by the marina, and the atmosphere was relaxed with a nice buzz. Staff were generally friendly, but service was a bit hit and miss – we had to wait quite a while to place our order and even longer for drinks to arrive. Food-wise, it was okay. Nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. A few of the dishes lacked seasoning and felt a bit underwhelming for the price. Portion sizes were decent though, and there are some good vegetarian and vegan options. All in all, it’s a decent enough spot for a casual but expensive bite or drink, especially if you’re after a waterfront view, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. Could be great with a few improvements.
Anthony R — Google review
Great place for brunch and friends meeting. Beautiful decorations with great views. They have good choices of food for breakfast and lunch. The only problem is whenever they change their chef the taste of food is different. One of my favourite dishes is Shakshuka. Staff are always friendly and polite.

visited Sprinkle Gelato today and tried the Strawberry Kiss Sundae and Strawberry Delight Waffle 🍓 Both were really good, super fresh, sweet, and perfect for strawberry lovers! The presentation was lovely, and the portion size was just right. Definitely a great spot for dessert lovers! 🍨🧇💖

Very quiet place during the day. The costumer service was good and the place was nice and clean. The desserts itself are very overpriced and really not that great. If you are going for dessert I would recommend skipping the crepes and strawberry’s and chocolate and instead opting for the ice cream. The icecream is delicious and worth the money.

I’m giving two stars only because food was delicious however restaurant was extremely dirty what make uncomfortable. We been first guests in the restaurant yesterday and dirt was noticeable, staff seems to don’t like their job, we fell unwanted there and strong stink of sweat from them ruined our meal. I will not back. Higien should be on the top where food is served..

Went on a Saturday night, wasn’t too busy but the tables weren’t extremely clean and everything seemed a bit all over the place. Desserts themselves were quite expensive but enjoyable. Very nice staff tho.

Popped in for a sneaky treat in the afternoon. Counter service: I waited a while before anyone acknowledged that I was there, then the member of staff moved to a till further away and expected me to follow without any verbal communication. When I had placed and paid for my order, a number was thrust at me, again without any words. The only interaction with me was "cream or ice cream?" Several tables had not been cleared or cleaned. The food was lovely.

Dirty and Filthy!!! Tables had ice cream and dessert wipe marks on them, chairs had dairy on them. Staff couldnt care any less of hygiene standards and service, waited good time for the 2 ladies showing something off on their phones, had enough and just walked out!

What a lovely restaurant! I went to the restaurant in Southampton with family today. This restaurant has such a cozy and charming atmosphere. The owner of the restaurant welcomed us with a lovely smile and we were served by the friendly staffs named Alan, Zilu and Abdur Rahman. From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. The warm lighting, rustic decor, and comfortable seating make it an ideal place for a relaxed meal. The food was really outstanding! Every meal we had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I really suggest the Iced Rose & Lychee Martini and Saffron Milk Cake. Hands down, some of the most delicious food I've eaten lately! A Perfect place, classy atmosphere and great food. The staffs are polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. Congratulations to the whole team!"

Sweet. Great place to get a dessert when you’re feeling peckish. Atmosphere and decor inside are nice for romantic couples or swinging seniors. The service was a little spotty but they may have been understaffed for a surprisingly busy Wednesday evening. very noisy, and this happened a second time, cold, 12% service charge and plus tips on top (without saying that they already included 12%), not a nice situation as I have visited this location several times, When we were placing the order, we were told that the drink (milkshake) was not included in the offer, and we ordered coffee (which we didn't want initially, but we ordered it to be included in the offer), ..,,they had an offer of 2 drinks and 2 meals for £20 ‘’ which they calculated everything separately when paying. When I asked why, I was told that this was how the system calculated it and they couldn't refund us the difference (£12). p.s the coffee cups were dirty.

Banana Wharf is a modern bar and restaurant located in Southampton, offering global dining with a focus on seafood. Situated by the waterfront in Ocean Village, it provides a breezy terrace with marina views for patrons to enjoy their meals. The restaurant's name pays homage to Southampton's history of banana trading. With a diverse menu featuring international cuisine, including Tex Mex Fajitas as a specialty, Banana Wharf aims to provide an excellent dining experience with its welcoming staff and charming atmosphere.
Absolute treat. Stopped for lunch with my father in law on a whim as we were passing and what a place! Weather allowed for sitting outside on a balmy September Saturday, overlooing the marina with a nice, cold, tasty beer or two. The place was very busy on account of Southampton playing at home, but home and away fans were laughing, drinking and mingling together to create a wonderful atmosphere. Once they emptied out, there was still music playing, sport on the TV and a really relaxed vibe. Service was exceptional, a well-sized team never stopping catering for the needs of diners and drinkers. Service was swift and done with a smile - one young lass in particular just had the most gorgeous of smiles. The food was outstanding, absolutely top notch - hot, freshly cooked and full of flavour. I would quite happily have eaten my main and dessert again straight away. Cost reflected the quality and prices were in line with surrounding eateries. We stayed for a couple of hours and every moment of it was spot on. I will definitely head back next time I am down that way. Exceptional.

What a beautiful afternoon at Banana Wharf! The perfect weather, chilled beer, and a fantastic meal made it a memorable visit. We enjoyed a pint of Guinness and Peroni, which paired perfectly with the food. The Marina Max Meaty Pizza was packed with flavor, and the BFC Burger hit all the right notes. And let's not forget the fries – easily some of the best I’ve ever had. A special mention to the service team – they were so warm and kind, adding to the overall experience. Cheers to many more visits to this lovely place.

Went as group of 4 & sat outside with food and drink. The atmosphere was very good. But if you want a very quiet meal I wouldn't suggest going here. Maybe it was understaff this day but we asked for 2 smoothies, 2 lemonades and tap water . The smoothies came out first within 5 minutes but had to wait 20+ mins for our lemonades and asked multiple times for our tap water and to put in our food order. Texan rib & wing combo🍖 - ' Was alright and the chicken was quite tough but ribs were the best bit! Good portion was alot to eat' Lobster Mac and cheese 🦞- 'cant go wrong, the crispy melted cheese added to the dish but was okay in taste. It was a good portion size!' Soft shell crab burger🦀 - "was pretty average but satisfied my hunger " *Special menu* Cod and chips 🐟- " pretty tasty and a nice portion" Prawn cocktail 🦐 - "very yummy lots of sauce would of preferred it to be mixed in well " Overall I would suggest coming here for drinks would be a better idea or a very grazing.
Honor M — Google review
We chose this location for a late lunch in the sun. Rude staff, slow service from the start and when we requested a bill it never arrived, we made our way inside to the till and paid there. It is a lovely setting outside on a summers day. We shared a pizza, a portion of chips and a portion of Caesar salad. Food was mediocre at best and the prices are high due to the marina location (small Caesar salad £7). There is no lunchtime menu - no sandwiches, baguettes or paninis. We won’t be rushing back.

The atmosphere is incredible, and the food is truly delightful—especially the steak and prawn fajitas, which I would rate 10/10. Even the salad was impressive, with moist chicken and fresh-tasting lettuce. The service was excellent and prompt. Overall, it never fails to impress each time I dine here.

Came with another reviewer on here on Saturday evening and it is obvious why this restaurant gets busy very quickly and remains that way all night. Service was prompt and courteous, and food served in a timely fashion. We were in a group of 20, all of which had pre-ordered to give the kitchen chance of serving us all at the same time, which they did! Fabulous choice of very generously sized portions. Everyone enjoyed the flavorsome dishes, the truffle burgers were as good as you can get. The pizza and truffle fries we had as starters, equally as nice. Everywhere was clean and well maintained and although busy did not feel crowded. Just a shame that we live so far away... but would certainly go again!

Welcome to Ed's Easy Diner, a vibrant eatery that transports you back to the 1950s with its funky decor and nostalgic ambiance. This charming diner specializes in classic comfort food, including mouthwatering burgers and hot dogs. What sets Ed's apart is their impressive gluten-free menu, featuring options like gluten-free buns for both burgers and hot dogs, as well as fresh salads.
Went to Southampton for a day trip. Went to get lunch in west quay. No tables around the food court area. Whoever designed this didn't think enough on this as not first time. Anyways back to Ed's diner. To be honest glad it happened. It looks nice but a bit more expensive than McDonald's (sons choice not mine). The burger was amazing. Great flavour and how a burger should be. It reminded me how a burger should taste. Next time think will go for double patty. Apparently the misses said better than mine (she make her own next time lol). They have seasoned fries, which had a little spice and salt, with a little crispiness to them. Also had some of the milkshakes. The milkshakes come in a metal cup and straw. Way better than most milkshakes I have tried (we had vanilla, salted cameral and Oreo). Table was clean and atmosphere was good. Decor was nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Will want to go again.

This place isn’t what it used to be. Service was terrible and non existent. We came for breakfast and the wait for food was around 45 mins and the place was dead. Food was average at best, and Ed’s used to be pretty good for breakfast. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the milkshakes are decent still.

Lovely food... proper diner style food. Definitely not healthy lol! Probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. The price was quite high compared to other options. We were the only ones eating so not much atmosphere.
Emily J — Google review
Sadly the only good thing about our visit were the milkshakes. They managed to get 2 things wrong with our order despite going to the desk and placing it. They didn’t bring the fries ordered and brought the wrong chicken. This was eventually rectified. The food I had was not good (the burger/cheese) had no taste. We won’t be returning.
Jive B — Google review
Food was lovely but needed more to make it look like a proper diner, couldn't fault the food though. The only lager they sell is bottled budweiser which is very expensive £6 a bottle!!

Trago Lounge is a spacious candle-lit cafe/bar with an eclectic mix of wood and leather furniture, offering a diverse global menu. It's a popular spot for brunch with friends, featuring a variety of vegan dishes like bacon rolls and avocado brunch on ciabatta. The place is known for accommodating various dietary preferences, including gluten-free options with a separate menu and well-informed staff.
Trago Lounge is a true culinary haven where every dish is a masterpiece. I've dined here close to ten times, and each visit has been a delightful experience. The breakfasts, rice dishes, and salads are ideal for solo dining, bursting with flavors that tantalize the taste buds. By the way, the Buddha Bowl is a must-try for vegetarians – it's not just good, it's exceptional! The service is impeccable, and the ambiance is cozy and inviting. Whether I'm with friends or enjoying a quiet meal alone, Trago Lounge is my go-to. Highly recommend for an unforgettable dining experience!

I went for the first time today I. Southampton and really loved the place. I sat down in their small garden as it was a nice sunny day and had some drinks plus some of their selections from their tapas. The drinks and food came out promptly and was really tasty. You can either order by the bar or through their app. I am never one to give a 3 start on service however throughout my meal not one of the people working came by to ask if everything was alright and if it was any problems(to clarify it was no problems but this would have given the service a better star and a better costumer service experience) I will come back and will recommend Trago Lounge to my friends.

Enjoyed the atmosphere inside the restaurant. Service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious as well. I recommend getting a smoothie, mine was so nice.

First visit today, very busy when we arrived for lunch. Recommended by our Granddaughter. Ordered food and drinks at our table. This was easy to do. What I liked was the fact you could make additions or changes to the drink or meals. Drinks for example with or without ice. A cheeseburger, items not required for example, no onions or other options. Ordering made simple. Despite the restaurant being almost full, our food and drinks arrived very quickly. Good food and a very good atmosphere, a real buzz

Hi, We discovered this place on our way back from airport to have a breakfast. Since then we were there few times for brunch, mains or simply for a shots:) We are very satisfied about the food, personell and atmosphire. Always looks and taste delicious. Currenlty the most visited place by me and my wife.

Great place to eat brunchs ! My friend recommended me to go there and it worth it. Loved the food, very tasty. Also loved the atmosphere and decoration. I have food restrictions and they perfectly respected that and offered options. Thanks

Stopped in at Santo Lounge on a beautiful sunny day😎, and it did not disappoint! I had the Shakshuka, and it was absolutely delicious. Full of flavour and perfectly cooked. One of the best I've had! To drink, I went for their homemade Tropical Dream, and it really did live up to its name. Refreshing, fruity, and lush. It genuinely felt like I’d been transported to a tropical island with every sip!🏝️ We sat indoors but right by the large open windows, which gave us the perfect mix of indoor comfort and the buzz of the street outside. Great for people-watching and soaking in the laid-back atmosphere. Service was spot-on, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Will definitely be returning for more!
Melissa G — Google review
I only went to this establishment because my friend Sam works there, and as always his service was amazing. However I stayed and returned for the burgers. The burger sauce they use is honestly the best one I've ever had and it brings the burgers to the next level. I don't live nearby and I spend an unhealthy amount of time thinking about the burgers. The atmosphere and service are 10/10, they're quick and the food gets to you speedy and steaming.
Leigh H — Google review
Lovely atmosphere. Great place to meet for coffee/brunch, lunch etc. good menu options. Kid friendly place. The only problem I had was I’m afraid of dogs and this is a dog friendly place and the owners are very relaxed about it and don’t really look after their dogs inside enough. I had several dogs brush against me/come up to me and I’m very anxious about it hence I haven’t been in there in a while as that put me off. Nothing to do with the service it’s just what it is. Can’t make everyone happy.

Cafe Thrive is a down-to-earth, local counter-serve eatery in Southampton City Centre that offers a variety of gluten-free and vegan meals and desserts. The cafe prides itself on providing an entirely plant-based menu at an affordable rate, with options such as nutritious salads, meat-free burgers, loaded fries, organic smoothies, and dairy-free milkshakes.
I came here for breakfast in 2018 and so chuffed to see the cafe still open with a new and improved menu! This time I had the chicken and pesto wrap for lunch which was so tasty! Nice salad on the side topped with pumpkin seeds. The staff are friendly and the service was quick, great atmosphere inside and even a little shop of vegan treats and goodies. If I had room, I’d have devoured one of the cakes!

The food here is always delicious, though the healthy options aren’t very plentiful. 😅 Still, incredible options from sweet to savour, as well as lots of treats you can take home. Their dessert selection is insane. You can’t not order something - no matter how full you are. Highly recommend - for anyone wanting a lovely vibe, great food, and you don’t have to be vegan!!

Asian restaurant
Fusion Noodle Bar is a casual eatery located just a few streets away from St Mary's Stadium in Southampton. The restaurant boasts a retro 1960s vibe with its geometric wallpaper and colorful serviettes. It offers an array of Malaysian street-inspired dishes, including crispy duck, satay skewers, Malaysian curries, kung po chicken, and flavorful soba noodles with chili beef and wok-tossed vegetables.
Excellent menu with delicious flavours, all tasting fresh and authentic from Malaysian and Chinese cuisine. Halal options also are available and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Head Chef and front of house are doing a great job.
Zed — Google review
Our first time visiting fusion noodle. The restaurant was really neat, clean and welcoming. The menu had a lovely range of food. We chose noodle dishes with three other dishes that we shared. The food was delicious. Service was great and the food arrived hot and we didn’t wait long for it. The BBQ ribs blew all the ribs I’ve had before out of the water, seriously great. This is the meal I will remember for a long time, I can’t wait to go back.

This place is outstanding. My boyfriend and I stumbled across this place for the first time 7 months ago & we come every other month. The nasi lemak is my favorite. The customer service is 5 star and the staff are so lovely and welcoming every time. We will always be returning customers. Try it now, you won’t be disappointed!

Roti canai gravy is rich in flavour, with a generous amount of chicken. Char Kway Teow is cooked perfectly; crisp veggies, firm prawns, thinly sliced lap cheong with just enough little black bits to show the cook has taken it in stages so that all ingredients are ready together.

This cozy eatery serves up satisfying lunches and brunches that have earned it rave reviews from patrons who appreciate the generous portions of their all-day cooked breakfasts.
I was there for the first time today. We bought a house nearby and I decided to look around the area. I had a vegetarian breakfast which was amazing and very fresh. I didn't notice that you can only pay in cash, but the lady behind the counter said I could withdraw cash from a nearby ATM and pay later. I was surprised by the warmth and trust. Had the Gingerbread Latte as part of their Christmas menu and it was delicious. The two little gingerbread men were an amazing touch! The staff were incredibly friendly and my drink was made quickly. Would recommend for a nice quiet spot to sit and relax
Alex — Google review
I'm extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from the staff at Arrosto today. As a customer, I didn't know that bringing outside food/drinks was an issue, and I certainly wasn't aware of any law prohibiting it (newsflash: no such law exists!). I was simply enjoying my Costa Coffee while planning to purchase food from Arrosto. Their lovely sandwiches did catch my eye, but the staff's attitude was appalling - I was told to finish my drink outside before returning to buy food, all while being met with rude facial expressions. It was as if my money had no value. If Arrosto has a no-outside-food policy, it should be clearly displayed outside the business. Until then, I'll be taking my custom (and my Costa Coffee) elsewhere. And I'm not alone - my partner and I were both looking forward to dining here, but thanks to the staff's attitude, you've lost not one, but TWO customers today. And with this kind of treatment, I have no doubt you'll be losing many more. Get it together, Arrosto!

Whilst the food and drinks were nice, we were greeted with a less than enthusiastic barista. He didn't seem to want to be there. As a barista myself, when I enter coffee shops, especially later on in the day, I try to be as nice as I can be. I requested the black forest hot chocolate as I had the app and my partner was asking if they had decaf coffee. He seemed pretty annoyed by the questions. We were waiting for our dog to be groomed so I asked what time they closed and even that seemed difficult for him to answer. I understand if someone has had a bad day but unfortunately in the industry he works in it's the case of having to get on with it.

Love this place and only 5 minutes from where I live, coffee is wonderful and staff so friendly, only 1 thing I have an issue with is that they seem to be short staffed a lot lately so will open later and close earlier at these times which isn't good if you go there specifically to enjoy a coffee only to find them closed, the management need to recruit more staff, other than that I have no issues this is why they only get 4 stars but not the staff fault

Always in a Costa loving the coffee and a great place to work too. Staff always friendly and smiling. Never had any issues and always great temperatures of straight to drink coffee in my cup! What more could you ask?
