McDonald’s is a solid choice when you want something quick and familiar. The menu has plenty of variety with classics like Big Macs and fries alongside newer seasonal items that keep things interesting. Service is usually fast and efficient, even during busy periods, and the food is consistent so you know exactly what you’re getting. Prices are reasonable for the portions and it’s an easy option whether you’re grabbing breakfast, lunch or a late night snack.

Please don’t order for delivery, I have NEVER received a full order. Tonight we are missing my wrap and a portion of fries and 3 sauces, as well as receiving only half a cup of coke? Can you guys perhaps check that the people you hire actually have an English GCSE at minimum because it’s honestly beyond me how you can manage to get it so wrong, so consistently. It’s not hard to read off a sheet of paper and put the items into a bag, I’m pretty certain my 4 year old could do better. You need to do so much better, it’s embarrassing.

This McDonald's is always very very busy usually with a queue out the door at lunch time etc. staff do what they can but the collection point gets very busy. Has a drive through which is efficient!

Very poor service, missing food from a fairly standard sized order again. A company worth billions should be able to meet a fairly basic standard of service . Attached is an image I snapped on the way out of the restaurant.

Went through the drive through and instantly was greeted by two large rats. The lady serving was rude and childish about not hearing me, they got my order wrong and refused to change what I had (cheese sharebox instead of a chicken sharebox) only after I waited 20 minutes for them to make it because her coworker had told me they would make it for me. By the time I had found this out all of my other food had gone cold in the car. Sidenote - I believe she took the share box for herself to sneak in the office as it was late at night and they already

A despicably devious experience. I feel betrayed, hurt, and most importantly, I feel hungry. Not only was my Choccy milk oddly vanilla, a large quantity of the chicken select variety ceased to exist. It were as if a black hole had formed within the very kitchen of this McDonald's. Do not come here, avoid. If you would like to fulfil your fast food famish, I will personally create my own kitchen and promise a guarantee of you having your meal. Atmosphere mid.

7 pm on a Friday, paid £4 (yes, £4!!) for regular chips and £6.40 for a small cod. The chips were lukewarm, hard and dry, mainly small bits of spud. Hungry, I managed to eat only 50 percent - the rest were inedible and would crack your teeth. So that was value for money, not. On seeing other reviews here, this is not an isolated event. Quite obviously I was given dinner-time's frying warmed up in the evening. Why would you do that?? You are happy to destroy your reputation for the sake of recycling a couple of quid's worth of potatoes? How stupid. This chippy used to be the best, so what has happened?? Very, very disappointing. Oh the fish was ok .. just. Don't tell me that I should have returned to complain, spending my petrol money to do that would be daft. Your mistake, repeated over and over it would appear. Never again.

Excellent new special, salt and chilli chips with the chicken. Very nice. Great to see something a bit different.

Small cod and small chips all a good size however I found the chips very dry and the cod just fell apart into very small bits, very mushy and dry and it had no flavour. A little bit disappointed. I have had better fish from here. Very busy but the staff work hard and you soon move in the queue.

Lovely fish and chips but such a huge portion of chips it was daunting. 2 med fish , 1 small ! chips ,curry sauce and peas was over £30 , by far the most expensive we’ve had anywhere in the country on our caravan travels

Very disappointed with our fish and chips. The chips were pale and stuck together and the fish was so over trimmed it was a strange cylindrical shape. Tasteless, unremarkable fish and chips, but the worst thing was the price - £25 for 2 fish and chips! Maybe wouldn't have minded paying so much if they had tasted better.

Just bought two mini fish and chips both bits of fish was dry and greasy chips tasted powdery and hard so I will not be going there again. Should have go to three counties fish bar and get better fish and chips.regards Trevor

Never had such hard work trying to order chips.. obviously a new member of staff but come on guys train your staff and let them know to keep there attitude in check when dealing with customers at the very least! The pic shown is a large chicken and chips and you will see the lack of chicken and the chips for that matter in the pic. £8.70 for child's portions. Extremely inconsistent place.

I used this shop many years ago and vowed then never to use them again as the fish and chips was so awful. Last night I was passing that way again and in need of a meal, and thought I'd chance it, rather than going a little out of my way to the more trustworthy chippies at Barnard's Green. I bought fish and chips, and then spotted the Southern Fried chicken and got two extra portions. I have to say that the chicken was excellent, but the fish and chips was easily the worst that I have ever experienced. The chips were like limp cardboard, with a similar taste, and no amount of salt, vinegar and brown sauce was ever going to enliven them. The fish was hard and rubbery, and seemed as if it was too old. It also smelled a bit off. The batter was soggy and just stuck to the paper, so was almost impossible to eat. I did try to eat some as I needed the meal, but I ended up throwing away three quarters of the chips and more than half of the fish. Not going back there again! Only got 2 stars 'cos the chicken was good.....

Very nice Halaal take away ….. very clean and fast service, lots of seating space …. Kids fish and chips was lovely and quite a lot Very tasty guilty please after a long day of hiking, will get your kilojoules back up in no time Opens and closes late 12-10pm

Unfortunately I have changed my previous review as I feel that the service and quality has deteriorated considerably. The food was served lukewarm and it took 3 attempts to heat up a pasty, which still was cold! Quality is not really acceptable and staff do not seem interested. I will avoid this establishment in the future!!

Easily the worst fudh and chip shop we have ever been to only ordered 2 portions of chips curry sauce and gravy The chips were truly awful lately cooked white in colour and quite hard curry sauce and gravy was thick and gloopy all in totally inedible at least the foxes had a chippy supper we went to another place never again to go near the place nit recommended at all avoid at all costs

Always so good. My go to locally. Had it tonight to visit a friend. Didn’t disappoint fish was cooked fresh and perfectly soft flesh and crisp batter. Great work. Look forward to my next visit.

Ordered a lamb kebab in pitta bread, the lady who was making it filled half the pitta with chopped onions leaving barely any room for the meat. I asked for no more onions and she still proceeded to put two more portions of onion on top of the meat. The kebab was inedible, instant heartburn. Once the onions were removed there was barely anything in there.

Chips were last bits so lots of batters and tiny overcooked scraps. Kebab nicely put together but the grease was excessive.

There are not many places that do lovely fish and lovely chips to go with it, I’m off there tonight as it is the best in Malvern, lovely white fish.

Kebabs were okay, don't bother with fried chicken, clearly just frozen I remember they used to do fresh, they can't get a good deepfry and they end up burnt and bland, I also think I was given deep fried paper?

I went in to order in person for the first time, and while waiting in the reception area by the till, I noticed a staff member sitting with their shoes up on the food preparation area and fridge”shoes basically on the fridge handle where people touch and prepare food”. That’s the same place where food is prepared and served to customers. Putting shoes there is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic hygiene. What else there is to say …

Pizza was inedible, disappointed pizza Milano used to be good however order the meat feast and it tasted like cleaning products the meat tasted fine but either the sauce or the dough what ever it was it was gross!! and they added way to much cheese and they don’t have an option to add less cheese. The chips were alright an average takeaway chips.

Searched on google for a decent Kebab in Worcester and these guys ranked high but for the life of me I cannot understand why. Kebab tasted like rubbish! The meat was dry and cut extremely thin! The sauces were not very good quality and lacked taste. The best part about kebab was the pitter! I will not be going back to this place anytime soon!

Never disappoints! Food is always good and not too expensive. Driver was so friendly too would recommend!
