Not a stranger to Zippys, but this location in particular is one of my favorites. The service and atmosphere are so homey and welcoming. The food always comes fast and fresh delivered with a friendly face and helpful attitude. My go-to order lately has been the chicken trio plate, can’t go wrong. Essentially three kinds of fried chicken served with some sauces and choices of sides. Very filling, crispy juicy chicken left me so satisfied until my next meal, I know I won’t leave at all hungry with this choice!

I liked the idea of trying food from a local Hawaiian chain, so I had to check out Zippys. I made sure to grab the famous Zip Pac. I liked the variety. It’s like a Hawaiian lunchbox surprise with every bite. Definitely worth the stop.

Over easy eggs were way overcooked, and both eggs together were the size of one. Corned Beef Hash was room temperature in the middle. French toast was really good, and so was the service. I was visiting with my firstborn, who had just moved to the Kaneohe side, so I was just happy to spend time with them and didn't bother bringing attention to the food. Must've caught em on an off day.

There’s no use of a “customize” button on the app when the workers don’t give a damn about your order. Disappointing to see such horrible service at this location, the kitchen workers and also the staff bagging the orders need more training to avoid consistently messing up orders. No bean chili means no bean chili, if there’s 2 orders of chili and one bowl is filled only halfway and the other bowl is full, how is that an even amount of food and a proper amount for our moneys worth? Mistakes can happen but they consistently mess our orders up, can’t continue to call the same thing a mistake forever.

Came here for a quick lunch before going to the sandbar after it was mentioned to us by our Uber driver. He said it’s not something to rave about, just a regional chain, but we thought it sounded cool! We thought it was interesting that this spot had half of a quick dining area and a sit-down area. The cashiers were super duper friendly. Saimin - This was inexpensive and quite filling! It had a good amount of noodles and the piping hot broth came separately. The fish cake and char siu were tasty. Since it seemed little, I added a chicken katsu. The cashier said she made sure to put it separately so the chicks stayed crispy. Chicken katsu - My stand-alone katsu was around $5-6 but turning it into its own combo meal with rice and mac salad is the way to go. My friend got 3 pieces for $12. We expected a dense, greasy fried food but it was actually very light and thin! It was a lot better than I expected. Its accompanying sauce is more sour than other katsu places I’ve tried. We were dying for vegetables at this point so I ate all the cabbage underneath lol. Korean fried chicken - This was delicious! The boneless pieces don’t come in medium-sized chunks. I liked their crunch. Loco moco - This was hot, flavorful, and honestly tasted better than some other places I’ve tried. The egg was fried perfectly. I wish I tried the oxtail soup but it’s pretty pricey. Zippy’s fulfilled our needs before our long boat trip!

I’m so happy someone recommended this location. My first place I went to was in Honolulu at Walmart. L&L and food was dry and burnt and very small portion when i orded regulat not micro. This location was so delicious and cooked perfectly and great portion size. The macaroni salad was the best I’ve had in Hawaii. I have to say they did the next home job.

this place never seizes to disappoint me i do not know why i keep coming back. i thought they would do better with the new owner and after a few complaints and returned food. this time a piece of black plastic looking thing in my mac salad! this place is unsanitary. even one of the chinese cooks with blonde bleached hair I always see him sitting on the dirty ground outside smoking his cigarette and goes back inside who knows if he washes his hands before presuming work. i dont trust this l&l company no more. this is disgusting

The food was amazing, delicious. We tried one of the specials and various other foods. The place was super clean and lovely staff.

After visiting the nearby botanical gardens I was starving and in need of some good food. This was the first time visiting an L&L restaurant and it is what got me hooked on the chain. The menu is expansive with so many options to choose from. Between two people we decided on a "Bar-B-Que mixed plate" and a "Kalua pork with cabbage" meal. The portion sizes were huge and it meant we had enough left over for dinner. Each meal came with rice, macaroni salad and the mains. The Kalua pork with cabbage was delicious. There was so much flavour and it was cooked to perfection. They were very generous with the amount of meat in the meal. The Bar-B-Que mixed plate included short ribs, chicken and teriyaki steak. Each was as delicious as the other but the flavour of the steak was a winner. The person taking our order was friendly and efficient at what he was doing. The dining room is very casual and no frills. I would absolutely recommend L&L for anyone in Hawaii wanting good food!

Of all the L&L locations, this has to be theeee best! The guys here are busy but always friendly, and their chicken katsu sauce is da winnah!! No one else has this great tasting, awesome concoction! All the food here is a go-to when you're hungry!

Portions were massive. Bbq chicken was great. But the short ribs were inedible. You couldn’t even bite them they were so tough. And the Mac salad was pretty bland. Imagine eating a spoonful of straight mayo. That’s the flavor of the Mac salad.

Come here for the local mixed plates! I personally always recommend the chicken katsu, but try everything.

my wife and I ate here three times beautiful locations both restaurants and both have very polite and pleasant staff, we ate twice at Denny’s near the Zoo and were lucky enough to have Cianna as our Waitress and she is amazing and if I had a restaurant I would try and steal her. Great Food & Great People.

I had so many experiences at Denny’s in Waikiki. As a Korean, it was memorable because it allowed me to experience American local culture and flavors.

We came here 10 years ago it was great, and then 6 years ago not so great, and this time was horrible we were hoping it would be better by now. Then they expect a tip and get annoyed. You asking for one has prompted this review they are voluntarily - I’m sorry but it’s your boss who pays you not customers we pay for the food, you can’t expect us to pay premium prices for a meal and then more ontop when you don’t even have the menu in stock or ran out (so after years waiting to eat Denny’s u don’t have the menu meal) It means bad management. Ended with this, but is this Toasted really?

We love this place! We stay at the Imperial on Lewers so this is right off the lobby. The staff are wonderful! The waitress we always have calls all the women "My Lady" and the men "Boss". She is so funny. Yesterday I had the Grandslamwich and it was excellent and my husband had the French toast, also very good. In addition we shared a slice of fresh papya and I had the ice coffee. Both were delicious. They do get busy so if you have to wait a bit, it's worth it.

Best Denny’s location I’ve been to. Erick and Ramona are top notch. Erick the manager was personable and made us feel extremely welcome after a long trip from NJ. Our waitress Ramona was attentive and kind. We didn’t have to ask for drink refills she had them on the ready. We had a great breakfast!

Excellent location and fast service, definitely a staple location to visit when coming to Oahu! Negative side is that there was a super long wait time for the bathroom at least 25 minutes just to get in, there were only two stalls.

First time visiting Kaneohe McDonalds in a few years and incredibly disapointed. First, the table was not clean. Normally, we arw happy to clean ourselves but when a mwmber of our party went to the counter she was blatantly ignored and had to use a wet used cleaning rag instead. We then waited 15+ minutes for our order, whilst other members of our group neared 20 for simple small meals. One person was even charged 75c for a cup of ice water with her meal. We selected table service, but might as well have not as they just called our number at the counter and we had to get it anyway. Also, no free refills... Then again, even if there were and you had to ask the counter for the refill you would never recieve assistance anyway. Now, a large reason we (and assumably many others) stopped at this McDonalds is the location, which is stunning. Unfortunatley, seating is cramped in store and the two which do have seats on the window have stickers saying it is for employee only seating. Otherwise, if you want to see the mountain you have to sit outside, which is covered in chickens and chicken poop. Never coming to this McDonalds again, hoping this can be resolved.

Opening hours are daily 6 am to 11 pm. Drive thru is supposed to be 5:30 am to 11pm. I went there because it has a fantastic Mountain View. And it is the most scenic McDonald’s and worth the photo. We had breakfast and it was a complete disaster. We waited over 30 mins. Everyone was complaining and leaving. It was chaos. Tables were dirty. I do not know if they had a problem this one day or if this is recurring. They did not seem short of staff. The restaurant was not overcrowded that day. We nearly left. Big breakfast price is 16,99$ Egg Mac muffin $6.

Food was fine. Refills and condiments cost extra. Indoor seating is limited, which is partly because the only two tables against the window with the view of the mountain are marked off for employee use only. Seemed a waste when the employees sitting there were just scrolling their phones. View outside is great though! If you order on the app for table service, they just yell your table number from the counter, don’t expect them to bring it to you.

So disappointed. I always come here when I visit the island but unfortunately they prioritise drive thru over dine in and we waited 16 minutes and other members of our party waited over 20 minutes. Staff ignored requests for napkins or cleaning tables. Charged for water in a cup 70c. Restaurant was dirty. They need more staff, friendlier staff and cleaner restaurant. Two designated tables for staff. No where to our our trash.

Best view in the drive thru. My family and I don't eat fast food, but we went through the drive through as we had seen in on the web and it was supposed to be the best drive though in the USA. We did get some beverages and they were pretty fast in the drive through. We took amazing picks of the area, and it is beautiful.

WORST experience ever! I never leave google reviews but this one needs to be said. As soon as I walked in, I got eyed out by the kid that works there. He IMMEDIATELY asked me what I’m looking at? I’m looking at YOU, I’m the customer waiting for my order to be taken! The audacity that kid has is INSANE. He needs to wise up and fix his eye problem. He should also be fired! However, the manager was amazing and apologized for his behavior. I gave her a tip for how amazing she was.

Got a to go sandwich thst my sister got for me. Hardly any meat. Tasted Ike bread and lettuce. Only had like 2 slices of turkey and cost like $14.00 with tax. Food in HI everything is skimpy and not up to quality control like they are doing things on the mainland.

Subway Windward mall, subway next to Safeway Kaneohe, subway Windward city will not accept any type of Subway coupons

Craziest thing. The kid working refused to toast my 2nd sandwich. He simply said no.. we don’t do that here. Toasted my 1st one, not the 2nd one. I asked why not, and mentioned if there was an additional fee, that’s fine. Kid just said no. I told him that I don’t want it then, if it isn’t toasted, his response was “Cool man”

Horrible Owner. Treats workers terribly. Gives little bits of sandwich choices. Does not accept coupons. Acts like she does not understand app. for points. Go up the street to the mall or up the road to Koolau Subway for good service and correct amounts of veggies. I would even drive to Windward City Shopping Center to pick up a sandwich to avoid this tight owner who is rude to everyone. I am so sorry for whatever hardships she has experienced, but not okay to pass it on to everyone who walks in the door. Not even zero stars. -10. Negative

They have a sign that says change any 6” to a salad with a dollar sign and no price. So I ordered a salad and got charged $17. Keep in mind they don’t put anything extra inside. You pay $8 extra for no bread and for them to put the 6” ingredients in a bowl. This is ridiculous. Ruby Tuesdays all you can eat salad bar is cheaper. Also windward mall subway don’t charge extra just temple valley and kbay shopping center. Same owners I think

Good enough food. Shockingly rude worker. Didn't happen to me but I witessed an Asian couple enter the store. The woman didn't speak English and the man ordered for the both of them. While the worker was making the slider, the woman gestured to try and ask something, but the worker flatly replied with "I don't know what you're trying to tell me" and continued. When the food was done, the man saw it and said "she asked for this ingredient on the side", to which the worker replied "she saw me put it on and didn't stop me". When asked if a new one could be made, the worker refused. She also refused to reimburse the customers. She was unnecessarily rude to the couple and seemed to actively dislike them. I happened to have a different employee help me and my own experience was fine, but just be aware.

Wasn’t really planning to review this place but since it had a Hawaiian style breakfast we just had to try it! We also ordered other breakfast foods. Honestly the Hawaiian styled breakfast with spam, portuguese sausage, rice, and eggs was a delight! We got here at like 5:30 one morning because we wanted to do a sunrise hike and we were still on EST. One side of the doors wasn’t working so it was a bit confusing, the service was also extremelyyyyyy slow. Also they didn’t have any of the fun pie flavors :(. Overall fine though!

I get there's staff shortages, but when you have 2 managers not paying attention it only makes things worse, having to wait 20+ minutes in line just to order at the counter is a bit ridiculous, especially if you are only the 4th person in line, the aunties or anyone taking care of the counter is trying their best, nothing against them, they are always friendly/ helpful/courteous

Waited 30 minutes for our food which was a burger and a kids meal. Lady getting the meals out was rude, no one was a the registrar. Customers were leaving cause no one would come up front.

The food is pretty good, but the service is lacking. Not much was explained, even though I said it was my first time at their restaurant and their menu isn’t well explained on its own. Basically they serve all you can eat hotpot OR a bibimbap dish OR some items a la carte (which only include the item. The cost is high for what you get, though now that I know how and what to order here, it wouldn’t be as expensive next time we visit (if). Side note: we didn’t even get a water refill from our waitress… so don’t expect much in the way of service here, sadly.

Delicious hot pot and meat in Kaneohe. The place is not too flashy but the atmosphere is good. The waitress was very attentive and polite. Would definitely eat here again next time.

Went to Kogi Aina a few months ago and couldn’t say one negative word about the place. The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was electric. Went there a few times since and I can say they gave really fallen off. Each time I’ve returned they’ve not had chicken for bibimbap and the service doesn’t really exist. While the food is ok compared to my first experience it’s not worth my returning at this point.

Amazing food! It was great and would highly recommend. I enjoyed the style of cooking or just having the staff mix the hot stone bibimbap. We dended it with shave ice.

Kogi Aina is a great little hot pot place. they have a variety of broth and meat options and two fridges full of veggies, meat, tofu, gyoza, and others that you can pick out on your own. The spicy house shoyu broth was super tasty and had a bit of spice to it. The brisket went with it fantastically. We also ordered a bibimbap that was very flavorful and crisped up nice. They have a couple sauces you can add to taste. Finally, the Melona soju cocktail was fantastic. It was decently strong and tasted like a creamy Melona bar. Definitely recommended.

Felt like having a burger in the morning. So, we ordered a double whopper meal for the wife and I to share. Im surprised they made our order. It's really having it our way. Friendly service and the was hot.

This place is clean, friendly and love the decor. . If you want fresh French fries well you will get that at this Burger King. No long wait time. Customer service is high quality. Know that if your dining in- no free refills. You'll have to purchase another drink. Bought a few burgers: 2 whopper Jr's + 1 fish burger: whoppers were dry & not really warm. Fish burger bread wasn't warm. Kids didnt like it. They have cheese balls things: not worth it- idk if its the batter & insides but not getting that again. They do have crown hats to help yourself for the kids to - AWESOME 👌🏽 Service: thorough & kind workers Parking: easy to find stalls near entrance.

This is hands down the worst Burger King on the island, and that is saying a lot, because Burger King isn’t great to begin with. The service here is almost non existent. If you don’t go through the drive through, don’t plan on having anyone take your order any time soon. Last time I was there, I stood and waited for 30 minutes, while the manager did everything she could to avoid eye contact before I finally gave up and left. Save yourself the diarrhea and skip this place at all costs.

With how slow it was, customer service was okay. But the restaurant is practically empty and not that many employees. I still enjoy a good KFC. So. If you not in a rush and have down time this is a good place to just take your time and have something to eat.

I did a mobile order but went inside to pick up...the lobby was locked and they had to open up to let custers out and others in. I waited over 20 minutes after promised food time. They continued to lock us customers inside the restaurant without explanation-we later found out they had a large order and couldn't accommodate and additional orders-it would have been nice to know why we were locked inside. I had to ask at the counter to be let out. Won't go back anytime soon.

Today Sat April 5th 2025 at 4:20p until 5pm I unfortunately for me I had a very bad experience at this KFC drive thru, I attempted to order 2 center breast , the women said she had a center breast and a side breast, I asked if they were small and asked how long were they out. She said she would check. She came back and said they had been out about 20 mins and explained she had only small center breast and the other a slightly larger side breast. I said I I’ll wait for a new batch of center breast., And I could see she was visually annoyed and for some unknown reason could not understand my request. After a few conversations back and forth with the cook, he pleasantly enough understood immediately and rang me up. I asked when will my order be ready. He said 30-40 mins. I returned at 5 pm. The women boxed the chicken and I thanked both of them. She didn’t acknowledge. I checked the chicken before I left and noticed there were 2pieces, in the box and they looked overly fried. After I got home and examined the chicken and the crust, tasted burnt and the chicken had been twice fried. I assumed it was the same two pieces they wanted to give me earlier. I attempted to call them back but the called failed twice when ai tried to speak to a supervisor. I took pictures as I will follow up, I worked for an International airline and I know how important customer service .

We have been trying to order thru app for 40 mins to get special & KEPT getting booted off... & now I see they've closed & it's 20 til 8.... hello, do they not hire people who want to do their job?? I am certain they need Management replacement! This is not the 1st or 5th time they have closed early.... once 18 mins early! Just because THEY are frustrated w/ the promo on Tuesdays- doesn't mean another Manager of THAT store couldn't get workers that WANT a job! if the job is too hard-- move on!!! They are finally getting the customers back.... & ppl wonder why McDonalds makes all the $$ up there??!! Gee, I wonder why... they empty a 10-12 car line in 8-10 mins & have specials all the time & tons inside the store! Restroom doesn’t have a locker, OMG! We asked plate but they didn’t have it, we asked forks for 7 of us, but they gave us only three. The lady on the front was so mean. The bread was given without butter. No recommended at all. There is no air conditioning

Well..I don't know how the atmosphere is inside. But outside it's sad. We ordered online and the order was ready in 15 minutes. BUT..when we pulled up to get our order it was going to be 13 more minutes because they ran out of regular chicken. No big deal. I asked my Grandson to go in and get our food.and everything looked OK, he said. When we got home the Gravy for the mashed potatoes had melted the container and Gravy was every where. I called, and., called and called , and called and called and called..no one will answer the phone.. I haven't tried the chicken or Cole slaw yet... Hope it ok

If you want tasty teri-burgers this is the place to go. Very nostalgic. The shop has been around for decades and good to see it still going strong. Workers are a little unfriendly at times when its busy but I'm not there to socialize with the workers, I'm there for the teri bugers and teri fries!!!

The food was solid. They just need to beautify this place. Looking at an ugly red garbage can, blank walls, and a messy, overcrowded, storage room, does this place a disservice.

Fantastic teriyaki sauce! I'm kind of picky, but this one was a wonderful blend of salty and sweet. Plate lunches are a delicious bargain, teriyaki fries were amazing, and the burgers were good too. Not as quick as I expected, but the food was hot and made to order. Friendly, helpful staff.

I really love their Teri burger, the meat,is so juicy, so good, the teriyaki sauce is also good, little salty,but I could care less. I can see what makes this restaurant unique. The fries are so good too, it's not like McDonald's where after 5 minutes, it's cold and it's not good anymore, cold fries here are almost just as good as it was hot. Fries are crispy.👍👍👍👍👍👍

This place is awesome. The Teri fries are fantastic! If my waistline could handle it, I'd eat here every week. Disregard this other users review. They're in the mall for goodness sake?!? How many tables are they supposed to have? They're not hosting private parties or anything. If you're ever there around lunch, you'll be able to tell by their long line that their food is well worth it!!

Today March 4th around 1pm I went in as a delivery driver. The woman who was making my order first lied to me and told me that I had both items in the bag. When I asked her abt it bc they weren’t both in the bag, she said oh I actually called the customer to tell him that they were out of the cookie. She actually lied to me, never called the customer. Never in my days as a delivery driver have I ever been lied to like this. This person should be fired. I could have called my customer who already paid for his food n offered another item. They have a sign that says change any 6” to a salad with a dollar sign and no price. So I ordered a salad and got charged $17. Keep in mind they don’t put anything extra inside. You pay $8 extra for no bread and for them to put the 6” ingredients in a bowl. This is ridiculous. Ruby Tuesdays all you can eat salad bar is cheaper. Also windward mall subway don’t charge extra just temple valley and kbay shopping center. Same owners I think

Prices are going up really fast at this location. I got a chicken onion teriyaki footlong with a medium drink and two cookies and it was over 20. I think I'm done with eating here

Terrible costumer service. Seems like she was mad at us for coming into subway. Rude for no reason.

The manager is out of Uniform. I didn't know Jack in the box allows this. They probably dress how they like and disregard the Uniform code. Food was good just didn't understand if I was visiting jack in the box or a rec center serving food. My opinion managers should know better about the dress code. The service was slow as usual.

One of the employee named John called me "dumb" for not seeing that my order was ready after having a hard time ordering it through promo code wondering if the order went through or not on their App.. I was waiting for 15 minutes looking for the order # in my email to show him that I just ordered. My food was sitting on the rack, I thought they call out the order when its ready but he was just being rude with me because I couldn't figure the issue with the jack in the box App. .I got defensive because you just dont call people dumb especially if you're the one working at Jack in the Box. Even the main manager got mad at me for telling them they cant just be calling people "dumb" lol go find a better job that you may enjoy instead of working at Jack in the box with the lack of customer service

Not bad for a fast food restaurant. I ordered the “Cluck” chicken sandwich and an Oreo shake. The sandwich was pretty run of the mill for a fast food place. It tasted similar to a KFC or McDonald’s sandwich. The prices were reasonable and fair for fast food and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. The shake was just okay, it made me feel pretty bloated but was tasty at the same time. I would recommend if you need a quick and cheap meal, otherwise you can probably find better food elsewhere. Food is on the same level as Burger King or McDonald’s. Bathrooms were not very clean and didn’t smell good.

I paid for curly fries with my breakfast and recieved hash brown. Put to much trust in employees. Check before you drive off.

Wanted to eat inside in air conditioning. Had to yell at them to get counter service. Never looked at me once while taking orders. Just sat it on the counter when it was ready. Chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry. No napkins, or anyone to ask for them. The fries were decent and the coke was okay. Won’t be going back.

Food is what you'd expect from Jack in the box. What makes this place great are the people that work there. Very friendly staff that help to make your order and experience the best they can.

No complaints about the food. Taste rarely disappoints. Prices, like all over, just going up and up. Cannot help. The 1 star is for the rude drive thru worker. Her initials are NG. I really want to give her name, but at the same time, don’t want to be a bully. This girl has no business being in the customer service field. She’s very rude and very sassy. If I wouldn’t get filmed or arrested, I would’ve jumped out of my car and made a scene. LOL. Hope timing works out better in the future and she’s not working when we go there.

By far the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to after living on both the East and West Coast. Food has a burnt oil taste, indicating they are not managing their cookers correctly and if you peel back the onion I’m sure you’d find more health hazards with this franchise and owner. Taco Bell corporation needs to do an immediate investigation as to the way this franchise is run as I will be calling a health inspector ASAP due to their lackluster care for food quality.

Fiesta Potato and the Spicy Potato Soft taco was terrible. Potatoes were burnt and it was dry and hard. Like it was sitting in the warmer. 325 in the afternoon and almost dinner time. Wouldn't you think to make a new batch. Or when they are making the order don't they see the color of it. Drove away to find this crap in our bag.

Tortillas were hard, cheese not melted and beans were cold and seemed old, crumbly. Taste was off too. I attempted to call multiple times, however, they don’t answer their phone so I could not report the issue with management. How do you mess up a cheese rollup and vegetarian Mexican pizza?! Based on other reviews and my own experience, this is not an isolated incident and I will not be a repeat customer.

40 minutes to get through a drive through is obscene. Can't leave, you're stuck in the line. So mad, I didn't order. Didn't want to wait another millenia at the window. Just wanted to go home. Not fast food

We went to drive through waited 30 minutes. Probably the best taco bell taco I have ever had. Wait was long.

this is the 2nd time the drive through took us 46min. waiting to order. I do not recommend to go at night.

Incredibly slow. Plan for mobile orders to be ready 20-30 minutes later than the app tells you or be in even a short drive thru line for about 25 minutes or longer. Plan accordingly.

Pizza dough was raw and not edible. Told cashier about it and he literally shrugged it off. Very disappointing experience. Basically spent $20 to eat toppings and throw away the raw crust. Do better, Papa Johnʻs.

Just got an epic stuffed crust pizza. Its like 3"wide crust with toppings slid to the side and paper thin so you cant even hold the pizza. Never order this pizza. My pizza compared to the pics of what it should look like are a joke. Sat on hold until no one answeres. Never ordering papa john again. Almost 60 for a crap pizza and brownies. What a rip off.

I was looking forward to a nice piece of pizza today. Unfortunately there was only 3 slices of pizza to choose from. One was a very small piece of pepperoni a piece of cheese and a very small piece of cheese with some wilted broccoli. There was no one that was at the counter that I could ask if they would bring anything else out. I waited about 3 minutes and then left. To be honest this is not the first time that this location has much to choose from. And definitely not the first for very poor service.

Absolutely the worst experience dealing with this store. Been calling for hours trying to cancel an order. Their main company contact won't help. Just says call the store. But nobody answers. It's a nightmare. now I have to get my credit card company to intervene

Ordered through the app. Maybe this restaurant shouldn’t have it so that customers can order for pick up if it’s NOT an option because the mall is closed. Makes it tough on the customer and tough on the employee when what is being advertised (pick up) is just false. Don’t blame the employee, and I get why she had an attitude because we weren’t the only customers in the same situation. To the management-What a stupid way of doing business. Do better. Fix this.

Worst customer service at papa John pizza winward mall!

Well the pizza tastes good as usual. But the employee was pretty annoying. I walked up and wasn't greeted at all. Not even a "hi." Asked him if he will have more cheese pizza coming out and he said "I don't know" and walked away. When he came back I said "What do you mean you don't know, can you ask someone?" And he walked away again without a word. Then he came back with a cheese pizza. If a pizza was in the oven almost done, how did he not know? Such rude service. 1 pm on Mother's Day 5/14/23.
