My friend got the tenders snack pack. The tenders were larger portions which was a pleasant surprise. Enough for one to go home in a box for later. Thier large cups are verifiable large. Order and pay at counter and they actually deliver to your table for dining inside.

Anytime there’s a SCNB I just have to stop and grab a NC style BBQ sandwich! I choose no slaw on the sandwich and a side of hush puppies and sweet tea!!! Never disappointed when I stop in. This location always makes me fat and happy !

Honestly, I never leave low reviews but I feel like this place needs an honest review. With the word "BBQ" in the name, you'd expect BBQ. They have one BBQ sandwich on the menu, completely dry with no BBQ sauce on it. I asked for BBQ sauce, they said they don't do that here. The banana pudding was old. The fries were fine. The food was overall extremely mediocre with no flavor. Prices were high for not much food. We won't be back.

Wow... Talk about wowing a customer, we were both blown away! We stopped in after we walked out of another restaurant we looked at, nothing wrong with it except overpriced. We had remembered eating at a Smithfield's probably 10-12 years ago when we were traveling and there happened to be a location nearby. This time we ordered a BBQ plate and chicken tender. A drink was surprisingly Free and a senior discount was applied when paying... All without us having to ask for any discounts... 2 nice surprises. The food was delivered to our table when it was ready, this was another surprise... what fast food place does this? The food was great, quick, good value and friendly service. When we were about done eating one of the workers came by and gave us a to go box with 2 more chicken tenders in it... another nice surprise... where has this ever happened before, not to me and surely never at Wendy's, McDonald's or Chick Fil A. Lastly when we left we discovered that charging our Tesla in their parking lot was Free on their Tesla destination chargers. Well we had a good quick lunch and have already told a few people about our experience. Little things like this make for a memorable experience... It's not always only about the food or the price that makes for a great experience.

Normally we love this Smithfield’s location but we went an hour before close yesterday and our order was cold, looked like all the food was already put away so I am not sure what food we got but after eating it my granddaughter got sick. Food is good but the lady at the drive thru was so rude to me complaining that my car was too short for the window and that it’s “bad for their backs” to have to reach down. Maybe she should find a different line of work if handing someone a bag of food is that hard on her. 😂

Dear Mr Zaxby. Today we were headed to a movie and stopped by for a quick bit. I was shocked by how amazing the service was. The staff was friendly and had our orders ready with everything we ordered and one thing I forgot I ordered. The food was delicious and cooked just right. This was a pleasant surprise to what most of these place have become now days. The staff was so proud to work there and made my day with their pleasant attitudes. The place was so clean and well set up. I look forward to coming back soon. Thanks for going above and beyond with the hiring.

I Love stopping at this location! I live in Raleigh but frequent this location because I go watch my nephew play sports. This location is always clean, service always on point. And Mrs Courtney is always a pleasure and makes sure everything is running smoothly. My Zax Snak or Kickin Chicken Sandwich is always piping hot and fresh. She is there almost every time I go in. Keep her around she know what she's doing.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant on Saturday, November 11, 2023 in the afternoon. We went through the drive-thru and the young lady waiting on the cars outside was outstanding. She provided good food recommendations and service with a smile. We loved the crinkle cut French fries. I had the chicken sandwich which was very tasty. The sauce was okay. The funnel cake was good but I would recommend that you get extra powdered sugar. The crispy chicken sub was good. We would go back.

Stopped on our way to Myrtle Beach. Great food and clean bathrooms. Pleasant servers. The servers were great. The manager apologized for the wait and I told her no apology was needed. They were all doing a great job with the Sunday lunch crowd. Food was hot and presented well. I would recommend using ranch for the kids meals because they are not a fan of the Zaxby's sauce. The kids like that the ranch cup is large and that the strips easily fit . A family favorite are the fried pickles. Yummy. Also the kids love all the options of the drink machine. Wow. The options are endless. Great location. Again great food and clean bathrooms.

Cicis Pizza is a delightful Italian chain that offers a diverse selection of specialty pizzas, classic pastas, and fresh salads. During my first visit to the Smithfield location, I was pleasantly surprised by its clean and inviting atmosphere, perfect for families. The restaurant buzzed with energy as various families enjoyed their meals together. Although we faced a minor hiccup with the card reader at the entrance, the friendly staff quickly stepped in to assist.
Still delicious until now 👌 2007 Buffet was 5.99usd 2025 it us now 8.99usd I would say ... if your appetite can handle it, go for it!!!

We had never eaten here before so we wanted to try it. The cleanliness of the place really isn't acceptable. I tried to find their rating but it didn't appear to be on display. The seats are torn, the ceilings are water stained, the pizza counters weren't cleaned, the drink area (especially the teas) looked very dirty. I didn't get ice because I'd hate to see the mold inside the ice tank if the appearance looks like this on the outside. For this alone I can only give 2 stars. The pizzas were hit or miss, some were really good and some were not. Biggest issue was variety and them keeping the buffet stocked. When we left there was only 1 half-taken pizza for the entire restaurant. I'm not sure what the staff is doing but I don't understand how they expect to feed a buffet with one pizza. I definitely cannot recommend eating here at all the way things were. The only staff who seemed to be doing his job and was polite was the bus boy.

I'm giving it 3 stars because we were there on a Sunday, it was packed, and the employees were super nice. Told us if there was a specific kind of pizza that we wanted to let them know. We asked for Hawaiian pizza and she said, sure, it'll be 5 minutes. That was awesome! However; I don't know how the health department hasn't shut this place down yet. My god, the place is filthy. The booths, tables, the counter, the drink machine...THE WOMAN'S BATHROOM... all of it just absolutely disgusting. Our shoes were literally sticking to the floor. And it smells like urine. I'm certain they're mopping the diningroom floors with a urine soaked bathroom mop. This was only the second time we've ever been here. And it was better than the first time.

Dear Mr CiCi. Today we decided to show our daughter what a pizza buffet was. We arrived at your place about 7:30. We entered and spoke to the girl behind the counter. She was nice but seemed bored. After we received our cups we then ventured into the tables. That was a little hard to find one that wasn’t loose and very unstable, most where ripped and had loose food on them. It was very busy and for the staff to seem bored didn’t feel like they took pride in the place they represented but we did find a booth with what I can best describe as a interrogation light over the table. The drink station was a little hectic but mostly clean. We then ventured over to the salad bar and pizza station. The salad bar was stacked and plates were clean. The pizza was fresh and even though the three gentlemen working behind the line were talking loudly about the girls they were trying to “turn out” they were polite when asked for a special pizza. It seems like with a little maintenance and a deep clean to the dining area this wouldn’t be an ever week place but somewhere that people would feel like the value was worth the experience. I wish you well and hope this helps to make your experience for your customers better so they will frequent your establishment more often. P.S we did have fun in the game room.

Friendly staff. They always have pepperoni pizza up and don't let it run out. Great place to take the family and I have a family of 8 and it costs $67 bucks which is cheaper then pizza Hut believe it or not. The busy time of the day there is around noon and after 6 because of the movie theater right down the road from it. They have a arcade for the kids to play video games at.

Every time I come here it's always something! Only time request are taken are at the counter when you first pay. Always some sort of mess around. Last two times I have came I would go to get more food and come back to my table to my drink missing. It's a throw away cup leave it until you know the customer is done! And since when do onions get put on the bbq pizza?! I HATE that this is my closest cicis and I will NOT be returning!

Breakfast that has everything...and the kitchen sink. Located in downtown Smithfield the Diner is centrally located for a quick grab and go or a stop in to grab a good breakfast to get the day started. My go to is the Kitchen Sink Omelet and home fries. As the name implies it has a variety of items that fill you up. This comes in a omelet or a breakfast wrap. I enjoy coming in here eating and seeing the people of Smithfield come together for family meals or just a group of people wanting to share fellowship. Be aware though: On street parking, so fold in your mirrors! Also this is a Pepsi establishment.

The waiter was friendly. The food is okay. I got the shrimp plate with Mac and cheese and onion rings. Everything was okay except the Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese looked and tasted like store bought leftovers. My daughter ordered double grilled cheese sandwich and side salad. The lettuce was nearly all white. The most disappointing part was the attitude of the lady owner when paying. Not only was she rude but she expected my daughter to have understand her with her my full of food and seemed mad that she misunderstood what she was saying. She then threw the credit card at her instead of handing to her. I doubt we will ever be back or recommend this place.

After hearing so many charming things about this establishment, I finally had the opportunity to try it! It's definitely worth the hype! Hot dogs were delicious and the egg rolls are some of the best I've ever had. The ordering system is different. Just be alert for them to call you in order to approach the ordering window lol.

Stop everything and get yourself to this roadside gem! This little walkup diner is an absolute must-try. True, it is an old trailer converted to a kitchen which only adds to the uniqueness ...The hotdogs, chili dogs, and hamburgers are incredibly tasty – fresh, hot, and seriously delicious. I’ve been coming here since I was little, my grandparents and parents would take me all the time. Thank God they did! Some may not pay too much attention to a little yellow trailer, but if they’d try it, they’d understand why half of Johnston County is outside the building at lunch time. It is a small and unassuming place but the food is fantastic. Think old school counter food, and you're thinking of Crickets. There is usually a line, but that's because it's worth the wait. It is take out only and most people eat in their car or take away but they do have a picnic table. Cash only also. It is a long time local favorite. Do yourself a favor and stop by. Sausage dog with chili, onion, and mustard is a favorite. The homemade egg rolls are amazing too.

LOCALS asked if we could stop at a Chick-fil-A , I said hey let's stop here on our way to Fayetteville NC, so we did, BUT a simple driver request for a compt meal (denied). The very NICE Pastor Bill said said hey driver, I got you....thank you sir..you could lose customers for a simple thing, or you can Gain Customers for a simple thing, Bill had no Idea we were a Church group...but his light shines

Extremely disappointing experience. On two separate occasions, I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal and received a regular chicken sandwich instead. The wait times are consistently long, even when the restaurant doesn’t seem busy. On one visit, our food was sitting ready while the staff prioritized a large group that appeared to be a school event. They completely ignored our order until they finished with the group, then finally handed ours over—cold by that point. Also worth noting, they don’t offer any military, veteran, or law enforcement discounts, which is surprising given Chick-fil-A’s reputation for community values. Overall, poor accuracy, long waits, and disappointing customer consideration. Definitely not the standard I’ve come to expect from this brand.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on our way back home to Virginia for the week. Jim took care of us from the minute we walked in the door and is truly one of the sweetest individuals I have ever met. The atmosphere was great and our food came out very fast. Before leaving, Jim noticed I was pregnant and came back with a little bag of goodies for us. If you are thinking about stopping here for a meal, I recommend it a thousand times over. Excellent as always, the best customer service of any fast food chain by far. They are fast in taking your order and you don't have to wait long on the drive through. The flavor of their food is consistent. The employees are very friendly and respectful and one of a few companies where they actually say you're welcome and listen to what you are telling them and don't seem to be in a rush to get you through so they can move on to the next person. I’m traveling through NC and I decided to stop at this location for lunch. This CFA drive thru is extremely difficult to get through especially if someone is driving away from the window where you get your food. I drove around twice trying to get into the line and eventually I gave up and went inside to order my food. I ordered an 8ct meal at 10:35am and did not receive my food for 15 minutes. When the skinny young lady with dark black hair, and makeup she didn’t apologize for the wait nor did she say my pleasure. Lucky I don’t live in the area but obviously I will not be back

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this is the third time that I have had a negative experience at this Chick-fil-A and I’m hoping my review will bring some attention to the situation. Yesterday I ordered 3 sandwiches, a large fry and 5 dipping sauces through the app. When I got to the restaurant, I waited in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes before even seeing an employee. When I pulled up to the employee, I Checked in and the girl even confirmed my name, saying I was good to pull up to the window. After another 20 minutes of waiting, (40 minutes total just in drive through line) I finally made it to the food window where they had completely lost my order and had no idea what I was talking about. They asked me to pull to the front parking spot while they made my food “really quickly.” That took another 25 minutes. So it took them one hour and five minutes from the time that I showed up at the Restaurant to make my three sandwiches and fries. Being incredibly irritated I just went straight home… only to find out there were only two sandwiches and a medium fry in my bag. No sauces. They COMPLETELY messed up my order and that ‘fast food’ was anything but fast. I am not sure if they are understaffed or just scattered but they continue to mess up. It really should not take a fast food restaurant over an hour to get your food out to you, especially when the order is incorrect.

Went to chick fil a and got a number 1 and my bf got a deluxe chicken sandwich. When we got our food and got home it was a regular chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich. I can't even eat spicy chicken 😫.. the girl that took our order didn't listen I suppose to our orders bc the only thing she got right was the side salad. Im so disappointed right now. Want be going back for a while . At least I had my fries to eat smh.... this was the one in smithfield nc by the way. I didn't even ask for any bell peppers for my salad either !!!

Terrible experience to be honest, I am appalled I have always seen chick fila as top notch because of the customer service and fresh food but this location tonight was terrible. It took forever to get my to go order inside then my order was missing an item. I went back right back inside to the same cashier who took my order to inform her she said she needed a receipt. Even though she just took my order and help me I had to run back to my car to get my receipt like I want to steal a brownie. The older gentleman cleaning the dining room was great. Them other young girls need some customer service training. This experience tonight reminded of McDonald's I hope this location does better.

Everything was delicious and exactly what you expect from a delicious diner we got 2breakfasts 2coffees and 2orange juice for $32 we left a $10tip

Hair was found in bacon, asked for a remake and then never received them. Another hair was found at the bottom of scrambled eggs. Cook was not wearing a hairnet. I told the waitress that the cook with shoulder length hair should probably be wearing a hairnet as it is standard in the service industry to prevent this from happening. She told the manager and the manager put one on the cook. The manager did not address our table and I had to ask the waitress to comp our Allstar meal with the hairs.

Visited 4.14.25 @ 10am as always I go to Waffle House because the person I'm with eats there regularly. I ALWAYS get a dirty fork. I believe it is following me lol. If I could give it 0 stars I would! As soon as you walk in there was no welcoming , no smiles nothing. The server asked for my drink twice because she forgot she didn’t smile at all seemed rude and like she hated her job the whole time then it took forever to get my food the cooks where talking and not paying attention allot of the food looked over cooked. I finally got my waffle and while I was eating my waffle I saw my hashbrowns sit on the plate with my toast for 12 minutes they finally made my eggs and she brought my food over it didn’t have my cheese on my hashbrowns so I said something she took the plate back and warmed the cheese up on the grill and put it on cold hashbrowns the only thing that was hot was the eggs ! Horrible couldn’t even eat my food! Will never go back to this location again the one in Kenly is way better!

Great food. The fried chicken is the best. Always hot, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The servers are very nice and the restaurant is comfortable. I come to Smithfield often just to come here and have lunch. I am lucky to have found this place since it is behind a gas station/convenience store and recommend it to all!

I stopped in around 8pm on 4/6/25. When I received my meal, my veggies were burnt and my shrimp had no flavor. It was a subpar meal. The white sauce and soy sauce did not help. Saturday trip to strip mall, decided on lunch here. It's not really a "restaurant", per se. Food looked interesting on menu board. Wife ordered hibachi shrimp and scallops plus seaweed salad. I got hibachi steak. Taste was bland, near flavorless for both. Kind of disappointing meals, half the tray were "fried rice". "Fried rice" was nothing more than stir fried rice flavored with soy sauce, nothing else...no onions, no eggs, NOTHING. Both of our order was nothing more than "steak" for mine, shrimp and scallop for hers with same exact veggies in both: stir fried zucchini(?), onions and mushrooms. Can't believe they got 100 on sanitation rating? NEVER seen a "restaurant" with 100 before, not even in high end restaurants in Vegas, with water stained ceiling tiles and flies. VERY disappointed with tasteless food, made me more aware of rest of the place to note discrepancies in their rating. Will not return again...if it's any consolation, the seaweed salad was tasty.

I found this place while traveling and I’m glad that I discovered it. The place is small in size but the food is big in flavor. I ordered the Hibachi scallop, shrimp, and chicken with extra veggies. The meal come with fried rice but I elected to have extra vegetables to cut calories. I wished that the meal came with more than three scallops because they were absolutely tender and delicious. The young cashier was friendly and the cooks in the back were fast, I had my meal within 12 minutes and it came with free Yum Yum sauce. I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I’m traveling down South.

Not very demure, not very mindful …. Does this look like a $4 order of fries to anyone else? I was shocked to open the container to find what looks like HALF an order of fries. Also ordered wings and they literally put sauce in the container and the wings were just sitting on top with no sauce. I didn’t get a picture because I realized this on my way home from picking it up only because the container they were in kept popping open and wouldn’t stay closed no matter what. I had to use one hand to hold it closed the entire ride home. Pizza was okay but as someone else pointed out it wasn’t stable and the bottom crust was soggy. For the price (that continues to rise) issues like this are unacceptable. Simple quality control issues that should easily be checked and prevented before an order is given to a customer.

I haven’t had chipotle in such a long time. It felt good to get myself a meal that was warm and flavorful. The ranch dressing yall are looking to drop has good spice (if you like something spicy) personally it doesn’t give me ranch dressing taste though.

These people are so selfish that work here . I ordered 3 bowls through my chipotle app and this time the bowls had hardly any chicken it them at all !! The aluminum lid was pure CAVED in. My bowl was not even half filled . And they forgot my tomato salsa .. when I call, I get a chat box !! Absolutely no help !! I can’t get a manager on the phone to even let them know that there’s a problem with the way, they’re packing these bowls when you order them through the app and you’re not standing over them watching them to make sure they’re not screwing you over royally and not giving you any food I have a family to feed and I spent 40 and $50 at a time To feed my two kids and myself . I have also stood in line and watched these young people hook up their high school friends and fill their bowl so full that you can’t even close the lid hardly and then I order my food through the app and not even get half a bowl of stuff with absolutely no meat ! I keep coming back because it's one of the few places I can get food on my diet, but I keep getting burned. I think this is the last time I order through the app. One time my chips were just one big, unseparated block. Another time my salad was full of water and looked like a sour cream soup. The sauces are almost always leaking all over the bottom of the bag and ripping the bag. This time the bowl is so empty and there's barely any meat. I'm just going to have to order in person and watch them so I can correct these problems immediately (not just take it home and then open it).

I don’t normally go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this place sucks. There are several other restaurants close by where I would rather spend my money. For starters, the restaurant is dirty. There’s food and wrappers on the tables, seats, and floors. Maybe they’re short staffed. I know how that is. I used to work in an understaffed emergency room in a busy city. HOWEVER, the staff was rude. My mother is an elderly woman with a hearing impairment. She doesn’t normally go to Chipotle and Chipotle doesn’t list all of their toppings on the menu board, just the proteins and extras. It’s not like she was able to decide her order before going up to the counter. The man at the counter was unhelpful and appeared visibly annoyed because she was asking about the toppings and she had trouble hearing him. The woman behind the register also seemed annoyed when I asked for a water cup. This place is awful and put me off of Chipotle forever.

There is plenty of parking. There are 2 drive thru's and a walk up window with a couple of outdoor tables to eat outside. You can also order through their app and earn rewards. Service was good. One of the ladies was very nice and the other lady who brought me my food because I forgot something and asked if there was a way that can get changed, she had an attitude. I know it was my fault I forgot to say that the cheeseburger needed to be plain with pickles but the attitude was uncalled for.

Placed order online, 1 Footlong Italian BMT and 1 Footlong Tuna with double meat. Picked up order came home and when wife upend her Italian BMT it wasn’t even cut, I opened my Tuna and all the Tuna was in one half the sandwich and veggies were in the other half. And no double meat to top it off. Unless you look at the half with all the Tuna then there might be double for the half it was on. Will never go back to that Subway ever

I specifically go to this location and I go very frequently because it’s close to where I live and I don’t ever have any complaints about this Subway. I don’t prefer the other location in Smithfield in the plaza by the Dollar Tree. I prefer this location over that one. The food at this Subway is always good, fresh, and the employees are always super friendly and my food is made good and I’m always satisfied walking out! There’s never been any issues with my food. The only complaints that I have about this Subway is, a couple of weeks ago I came to this location around 5:30-6:00 in the evening, stopped to get some quick dinner and the door was locked, the open sign was on but not an employee in sight, I didn’t see anyone. Being’s that I didn’t want to go to the other Subway or plan on going anywhere else, I decided to wait thinking possibly the employee was on break and it wouldn’t be long before they would come and unlock the door and serve me. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over an hour just for no one to come and I ended up leaving. I went yesterday around the same time as I did a couple of weeks ago and it was the same situation. I walked up to the door, the door was locked and again, no employee in sight and the open sign was on. But I decided yesterday not to wait because I wasn’t sure if anyone was in there or not and I wasn’t sure if or how long it would be before someone to come. Before I went a couple of weeks ago, I also went before that and the same exact situation happened, that I experienced and explained above. So not only has this happened once or twice but it’s happened a couple of different times. In my personal opinion, this is completely unacceptable and unnecessary as a place of business! I am unsure if I’m the only one that this has happened to and/or if it’s happened to anyone else? Since this has definitely happened more than twice, this place will continue to loose a lot of business especially whenever something like this is currently happening. This shouldn’t continue to happen. With that being said and since this behavior is continuously being tolerated and is allowed multiple times on different occasions, this easily shows that is for sure poor management and no communication skills whatsoever! Whoever it is that works and is working at night and locking the door during opening hours, I believe that something needs to be done and management definitely needs to intervene and investigate why this has been happening majority of the time and leading on this situation so this can be quickly resolved, prevented so it doesn’t happen again. Immediately! I’m not normally the kind or type of person to complain, easily bothered, or leave a review about any situation especially dealing with this location but again, with this happening more than twice I will definitely leave a review on my terms and experience so that this is well-known of and hopefully, something is done and actions are taken and someone is held accountable for this, as soon as possible! I’m not completely sure if management looks at any of these reviews. This is not good for customer service and I don’t consider this good customer care!

I ordered a Coke, I was told the fountains weren't working. So, I grabbed a drink out of the freezer. The drink had mold in it. I informed the employee and she told me to grab another one. That one had mold in it too. finally, she went to the back and grabbed me a Coke. But it was hot. And I was told to put ice in a cup and pour the Coke in there. I am very disappointed and extremely disgusted. I will not be going here again. I would suggest cleaning the freezer and throwing away the drinks, who knows how many other drinks have mold in them?

Don't come here until this Subway gets their stuff together!! Is that not the saddest, greasiest cookie you've ever seen? The pictures don't really portray the reality of the situation, which was that I could not even pick this cookie up without it splitting into pieces because it couldn't support its weight. Even the employee working there said "Just so y'all know, I didn't make these cookies" when they noticed us looking at them. They looked so pitiful but we got them anyway because it's hard to make cookies taste bad regardless of how undercooked and greasy they are. Also it took 23 minutes for the employee to make two footlongs but I couldn't put the blame on them because they were the only employee there. We were the only customers there as well. Out of sweet tea and the sodas were flat. Ridiculous.

First time she said they stopped doing chopped salad for months when I had just got one the day prior. If you are going to work retail, then you need to be able to speak up and not act like dead lice. I will say that the sliced meat choices were well presented. I got a meatball sub and they microwaved some from a bag and poured sauce over them. The topping section had lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and a very few dill pickles. Lots of empty slots. No tea was made and my wife got a salad and there were no forks in the store. She had to eat it with a spoon. One guy was too interested with getting away and sitting at a table to get on his phone. Don't waste your time. Very sad (I even gave them a good tip to hopefully motivate them). And I am not one to give bad reviews unless they are absolutely needed.

I go here often and have for years. For years, this location has had problems with fulfilling accurate orders. Even when specifically stated as an allergy, I will repeatedly get food containing the exact allergen, all the time. I also pay for extra sauce cups, sometimes I get them barely filled enough to cover the bottom of the cup, if I’m lucky enough to get them at all. Last time I went, I had to go through their drive through four times! Got my order, then realized it was filled with the allergy, supposedly got that corrected, then was handed a replacement food item WITH THE ALLERGY IN IT STILL clearly. Had them replace it again, this time correctly. Then I had to go through the line a fourth time because they gave me the incorrect sauce cups I paid nearly $1 each for. They’re lucky if they don’t kill somebody with their lack of care for allergies and other order specifications

The line is always slow, I understand when there's 5 cars ahead of me but only one or 2 should not make the wait that long. The store closes early frequently despite the website saying it's still open. For reference the website will say it's open until 12am or 10pm and they will say it's closed at 7pm. The employees are almost always in a bad mood, likely because they are understaffed and in desperate need of a good manager. I will never return to this location due to the following reasons.

I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles because vinegar causes me to have wheezing and itchiness. I do not live near this Burger King and a friend was going past there and brought it to me. Well I got extra pickles (my receipt shows no pickle) making the 3$ burger completely inedible. So I called not because I want a new burger or because I was upset but to let them be aware of there tickets because it can potentially be dangerous. Well I tell the women that I have a slight allergy (sensitivity) to vinegar and that was why I asked for no pickles. Her response “our pickles don’t have vinegar”. I then proceeded to explain that a pickle is a cucumber that has marinated in a few things the primary base being vinegar. Please if the restaurant manager doesn’t know that pickles base is made from vinegar they probably should not be the manager. Food allergies are a real thing. We don’t pay people enough for a job that actually has a lot of potential to kill someone. Granted this job only really needs you to know how to read in order to make that risk lower

Millie's Hot Dogs received top marks for their cleanliness, with a spotless and shiny bathroom that had readily available soap. The price was considered cheap and fair, earning them a perfect rating. Customers praised the service provided by a very kind woman behind the counter, who was attentive and got orders correct. While the quality of their Brightleaf red hot dogs was generally good, some felt they tasted boiled instead of grilled, which left them unimpressed.
Millie's has really renewed their business by opening up an inside portion rather than it just being a little window where you go in and get your food. Great addition!

All I can say is what a rude place to go red head lady and this other guy that works there with her. We order our subs and it's like they are charging for every piece of vegetables we add to the sub. We had to keep asking her to add more like 6 time for every vegetable we wanted and she would only add 3- 5 piece of spinach 2 pieces of onion like really we paying for the subs. Then when we got to the sauces and we like alot of sauce she goes to tells us that the subs are better without the sauces at this point we are mad and we have to tell her we are the ones eating it. This is the worst subway I have ever been to. I have been there several times because it is convenient to stop there after shopping at Walmart. However, the two employees behind the counter are so rude. First off they never ask how can they help they just stand in front of the client and stare at them. Second if you even have a hint of tan on your skin they will attempt to speak to you in Spanish. If you tell them you do not understand then they roll their eyes(the red headed lady in particular) and continue trying to speak Spanish to you. So it is a guessing game when trying to order. If you continue speaking English because obviously you don’t speak Spanish the redheaded lady acts angry and huffs and puffs. They are also very slow, have no people skills and some of their English is hard to understand. I could deal with that if it wasn’t for the fact that they act like I am committing a crime by not knowing Spanish just because my skin is tan! I have seen them do this to other customers as well.

As a self-proclaimed Dunkaholic, I've explored numerous locations, but the one in Smithfield has truly stood out during my six-month residency here. I find myself visiting several times each week, whether through the drive-thru or delivery. The consistency in drink preparation and order accuracy has always impressed me, alongside the friendly demeanor of the staff—even during their busiest hours!
I am a Dunkaholic. I have been to a lot of Dunkins. Some good, some bad, some okay. THIS Dunkin has been GREAT. I moved to Smithfield about 6 months ago and frequent this location several times a week (drive thru and delivery). The drinks have always been consistently well-made, orders are ALWAYS accurate, and I have always been pleased with the service. The gentlemen and gentlewomen have always been friendly, even if they’re SUPER busy!! In the rare event they have been out of something, they don’t hesitate to offer a substitution (often much to my benefit) to make it right. This is definitely a 5-star location!

I started coming to Dunkin Donuts because the matcha latte from Starbucks makes my stomach hurt and their non dairy milks contain carrageenan. So this place really needs to be cleaned. They are very under staffed and I feel horrible for the employees they have here. They are stretched thin. A guy had been waiting a very long time for his order. He got it. The sandwich was wrong. He waited even longer for a new sandwich. He got it. He went out to his car. Came back and showed everyone how nasty it looked, which it kind of did. He left so mad he hurled his drink at the outside wall at which time the staff had to lock the doors for our safety. The sourdough sandwich I got was good, the one my hubby got was wrong so we had to wait even more for that one. Than I noticed the black stuff on the caramel bottles and I got a caramel coffee...I threw it away. After working in deli's and restaurants I grew incredibly concerned about the rather icky appearance behind the counter.

I was extremely disappointed. When I was paying the girl who handed me the receipt didn’t even look up off her phone. the pretzel and queso I ordered was so gross I didn’t even finish it. The bottom side of the pretzel seemed soggy and was taking a bubbly like shape. It was drenched in butter and the queso was rubbery. I didn’t like the ice-cream I got but that is more of a personal dislike than a quality issue.

I ordered a 10" cake for father's day. The cake depicted on the site while ordering said happy father's day on it. I get to the store to pick up the order and get asked if I wanted it to say happy father's day.. I advised that is what I ordered and was asked to wait "2 minutes". After 25 minutes I get handed a cake that said happy father's day and looked like a child scribbled on it. I paid $30 for a cake I am embarrassed to even give him husband. I will scrape off the writing and give him a plain cake instead. I will never return to this location.

Decided to give this location a second chance after disaster the last time we went. My daughter put in an online order 15 mins prior to arriving. when we went to pick it up it was going to be another 15 minutes so decided to order additional items while we were waiting. I was told they were not make slushies so I had to choose something else we ordered a fountain drink, milkshake and cheese curds.15 mins later I had to go back up and ask where the food was the girl that took the order seemed confused like I didn't order it and then had to ask multiple people that all seem confused and told me that he was just now dropping them there was two other people in this location so a bit weird. 30 minutes later the cheese curds finally come out. my daughter I just gotten her mobile order, it was one meal and three blizzards however two blizzards were missing. she ordered extra ala cart gravy they told her they didn't have any they couldn't substitute with anything and they also couldn't give her a refund. They tried to tell her that they did not have an order for her blizzards yet they got the other items on the ticket? she had to prove to them through the mobile app she did in fact place it and one of them still came out made wrong. If it was busy or short staffed I would get it however there were four girls three of which were kind of just walking around one was trying to be polite and helpful and I assume they only had one cook in the back, they kept talking about a guy which we saw go to the bathroom and come out smelling like cigarettes and weed and it was taking forever for the food to get made. There were only a few ppl in the restaurant. A couple beside us waited 25 minutes for an order of fries. The tables were dirty. No one wiped any thing down while we were there. Honestly it just seems like this location needs help across the board. Not worth the $50 spent. It's a shame it's it's been a bad experience the past few times we went in there because this is the only DQ location close to us. Regardless we won't be returning

Out of gravy for the chicken, of course they didn’t bother to mention that until after we got our food. Out of half the dipping sauces. Surprisingly they had ice cream. We dined in and the people after us had a messed up order too. Worst DQ we’ve ever been to.

They have a good selection. Staff busy with each other instead of customers. Prices have gone way up and sizes way down. The quality isn't what it used to be. We do go there when we visit family, but won't again after last trip.

Horrible customer service. Employee making ice cream orders took forever and seemed to be mad at the world. No reason to ever come back. Disappointing because the ice cream was good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drove 30 minutes to the only DQ with chicken strips just for them to say they never got my order I put in on the app. They also close there kitchen 30 minutes early every night....
