Anytime there’s a SCNB I just have to stop and grab a NC style BBQ sandwich! I choose no slaw on the sandwich and a side of hush puppies and sweet tea!!! Never disappointed when I stop in. This location always makes me fat and happy !

We love coming to Smithfield’s Chicken ‘N Bar-B-Q, always clean, always consistent, friendly staff and exceptional barbecue and their chicken is good as well.

Honestly, I never leave low reviews but I feel like this place needs an honest review. With the word "BBQ" in the name, you'd expect BBQ. They have one BBQ sandwich on the menu, completely dry with no BBQ sauce on it. I asked for BBQ sauce, they said they don't do that here. The banana pudding was old. The fries were fine. The food was overall extremely mediocre with no flavor. Prices were high for not much food. We won't be back.

Clean, efficient restaurant. Best place for local North Carolina chicken. I appreciate the sink up front to wash away the chicken grease.

Wow... Talk about wowing a customer, we were both blown away! We stopped in after we walked out of another restaurant we looked at, nothing wrong with it except overpriced. We had remembered eating at a Smithfield's probably 10-12 years ago when we were traveling and there happened to be a location nearby. This time we ordered a BBQ plate and chicken tender. A drink was surprisingly Free and a senior discount was applied when paying... All without us having to ask for any discounts... 2 nice surprises. The food was delivered to our table when it was ready, this was another surprise... what fast food place does this? The food was great, quick, good value and friendly service. When we were about done eating one of the workers came by and gave us a to go box with 2 more chicken tenders in it... another nice surprise... where has this ever happened before, not to me and surely never at Wendy's, McDonald's or Chick Fil A. Lastly when we left we discovered that charging our Tesla in their parking lot was Free on their Tesla destination chargers. Well we had a good quick lunch and have already told a few people about our experience. Little things like this make for a memorable experience... It's not always only about the food or the price that makes for a great experience.

Normally we love this Smithfield’s location but we went an hour before close yesterday and our order was cold, looked like all the food was already put away so I am not sure what food we got but after eating it my granddaughter got sick. Just very disappointed because we do not usually have a problem. (This review is specifically for last night)

Food is good but the lady at the drive thru was so rude to me complaining that my car was too short for the window and that it’s “bad for their backs” to have to reach down. Maybe she should find a different line of work if handing someone a bag of food is that hard on her. 😂

Great chicken place I’m from the northeast so we don’t have this where I live . Clean location and friendly staff. I recommend Zaxbys to anyone visiting one who hasn’t tried it before.

Brayden Hulse is a great server. He provided me with excellent service and was able to accommodate everything I have asked for. He’s a life saver! Especially after he recommended something to me that I wouldn’t be allergic to, so thank goodness for him saving me from an allergic reaction!

I Love stopping at this location! I live in Raleigh but frequent this location because I go watch my nephew play sports. This location is always clean, service always on point. And Mrs Courtney is always a pleasure and makes sure everything is running smoothly. My Zax Snak or Kickin Chicken Sandwich is always piping hot and fresh. She is there almost every time I go in. Keep her around she know what she's doing.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant on Saturday, November 11, 2023 in the afternoon. We went through the drive-thru and the young lady waiting on the cars outside was outstanding. She provided good food recommendations and service with a smile. We loved the crinkle cut French fries. I had the chicken sandwich which was very tasty. The sauce was okay. The funnel cake was good but I would recommend that you get extra powdered sugar. The crispy chicken sub was good. We would go back.

Stopped on our way to Myrtle Beach. Great food and clean bathrooms. Pleasant servers. The servers were great. The manager apologized for the wait and I told her no apology was needed. They were all doing a great job with the Sunday lunch crowd. Food was hot and presented well. I would recommend using ranch for the kids meals because they are not a fan of the Zaxby's sauce. The kids like that the ranch cup is large and that the strips easily fit . A family favorite are the fried pickles. Yummy. Also the kids love all the options of the drink machine. Wow. The options are endless. Great location. Again great food and clean bathrooms.

We had never eaten here before so we wanted to try it. The cleanliness of the place really isn't acceptable. I tried to find their rating but it didn't appear to be on display. The seats are torn, the ceilings are water stained, the pizza counters weren't cleaned, the drink area (especially the teas) looked very dirty. I didn't get ice because I'd hate to see the mold inside the ice tank if the appearance looks like this on the outside. For this alone I can only give 2 stars. The pizzas were hit or miss, some were really good and some were not. Biggest issue was variety and them keeping the buffet stocked. When we left there was only 1 half-taken pizza for the entire restaurant. I'm not sure what the staff is doing but I don't understand how they expect to feed a buffet with one pizza. I definitely cannot recommend eating here at all the way things were. The only staff who seemed to be doing his job and was polite was the bus boy.

I'm giving it 3 stars because we were there on a Sunday, it was packed, and the employees were super nice. Told us if there was a specific kind of pizza that we wanted to let them know. We asked for Hawaiian pizza and she said, sure, it'll be 5 minutes. That was awesome! However; I don't know how the health department hasn't shut this place down yet. My god, the place is filthy. The booths, tables, the counter, the drink machine...THE WOMAN'S BATHROOM... all of it just absolutely disgusting. Our shoes were literally sticking to the floor. And it smells like urine. I'm certain they're mopping the diningroom floors with a urine soaked bathroom mop. This was only the second time we've ever been here. And it was better than the first time.

Dear Mr CiCi. Today we decided to show our daughter what a pizza buffet was. We arrived at your place about 7:30. We entered and spoke to the girl behind the counter. She was nice but seemed bored. After we received our cups we then ventured into the tables. That was a little hard to find one that wasn’t loose and very unstable, most where ripped and had loose food on them. It was very busy and for the staff to seem bored didn’t feel like they took pride in the place they represented but we did find a booth with what I can best describe as a interrogation light over the table. The drink station was a little hectic but mostly clean. We then ventured over to the salad bar and pizza station. The salad bar was stacked and plates were clean. The pizza was fresh and even though the three gentlemen working behind the line were talking loudly about the girls they were trying to “turn out” they were polite when asked for a special pizza. It seems like with a little maintenance and a deep clean to the dining area this wouldn’t be an ever week place but somewhere that people would feel like the value was worth the experience. I wish you well and hope this helps to make your experience for your customers better so they will frequent your establishment more often. P.S we did have fun in the game room.

Friendly staff. They always have pepperoni pizza up and don't let it run out. Great place to take the family and I have a family of 8 and it costs $67 bucks which is cheaper then pizza Hut believe it or not. The busy time of the day there is around noon and after 6 because of the movie theater right down the road from it. They have a arcade for the kids to play video games at.

The food is amazing. My fiancé and I just dined there for dinner and I’d also like to mention our cashier. Emily was absolutely amazing! It’s people like her that make places way better, and also keep guests returning. Thank you so much.

Every time I come here it's always something! Only time request are taken are at the counter when you first pay. Always some sort of mess around. Last two times I have came I would go to get more food and come back to my table to my drink missing. It's a throw away cup leave it until you know the customer is done! And since when do onions get put on the bbq pizza?! I HATE that this is my closest cicis and I will NOT be returning!

The Diner is the absolute best breakfast and lunch restaurant around JOCO. All the food is home cooked and made with all the right seasonings! Did I mention the selection of hot sauces??

The waiter was friendly. The food is okay. I got the shrimp plate with Mac and cheese and onion rings. Everything was okay except the Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese looked and tasted like store bought leftovers. My daughter ordered double grilled cheese sandwich and side salad. The lettuce was nearly all white. The most disappointing part was the attitude of the lady owner when paying. Not only was she rude but she expected my daughter to have understand her with her my full of food and seemed mad that she misunderstood what she was saying. She then threw the credit card at her instead of handing to her. I doubt we will ever be back or recommend this place.

We stopped here for breakfast while visiting the area. The pancakes were probably the best i have had, omlettes were fresh and also so were the grits and potatoes.

True, it is an old trailer converted to a kitchen which only adds to the uniqueness ...The hotdogs, chili dogs, and hamburgers are incredibly tasty – fresh, hot, and seriously delicious. I’ve been coming here since I was little, my grandparents and parents would take me all the time. Thank God they did! Some may not pay too much attention to a little yellow trailer, but if they’d try it, they’d understand why half of Johnston County is outside the building at lunch time. I love this place for their hotdogs and chili cheese fries (my order since I was little), makes me nostalgic. Definitely stop by!

Great egg rolls! A unique affordable little treasure. The burgers and dogs are just great. It's a carry out only curbside grill but you can't go wrong stopping by. I guarantee it won't be your last if you like good food.

It is a small and unassuming place but the food is fantastic. Think old school counter food, and you're thinking of Crickets. There is usually a line, but that's because it's worth the wait. It is take out only and most people eat in their car or take away but they do have a picnic table. Cash only also. It is a long time local favorite. Do yourself a favor and stop by. Sausage dog with chili, onion, and mustard is a favorite. The homemade egg rolls are amazing too.

This has got to be one of the best hot dog stands you could ever stop at. The service and food is awesome, great value for the money. If you’re in the area don’t miss stopping by. Would have been nice to have a place to sit and eat.

Small to-go spot. Nice ladies behind the counter, kept things moving. They were about to close in 15-30 mins. A rush came in after me,they handled it well. Seems like a community spot that everyone goes to. Hot dogs all the way, were sooooo good. Ain't nothing like a good hot dog. Egg rolls were tasty. Hot dogs are the main attraction.

Extremely disappointing experience. On two separate occasions, I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal and received a regular chicken sandwich instead. The wait times are consistently long, even when the restaurant doesn’t seem busy. On one visit, our food was sitting ready while the staff prioritized a large group that appeared to be a school event. They completely ignored our order until they finished with the group, then finally handed ours over—cold by that point. Also worth noting, they don’t offer any military, veteran, or law enforcement discounts, which is surprising given Chick-fil-A’s reputation for community values. Overall, poor accuracy, long waits, and disappointing customer consideration. Definitely not the standard I’ve come to expect from this brand.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on our way back home to Virginia for the week. Jim took care of us from the minute we walked in the door and is truly one of the sweetest individuals I have ever met. The atmosphere was great and our food came out very fast. Before leaving, Jim noticed I was pregnant and came back with a little bag of goodies for us. If you are thinking about stopping here for a meal, I recommend it a thousand times over. Keep up the great work Smithfield Chick-Fil-A!

Excellent as always, the best customer service of any fast food chain by far. They are fast in taking your order and you don't have to wait long on the drive through. The flavor of their food is consistent. The employees are very friendly and respectful and one of a few companies where they actually say you're welcome and listen to what you are telling them and don't seem to be in a rush to get you through so they can move on to the next person. I’m traveling through NC and I decided to stop at this location for lunch. This CFA drive thru is extremely difficult to get through especially if someone is driving away from the window where you get your food. I drove around twice trying to get into the line and eventually I gave up and went inside to order my food. I ordered an 8ct meal at 10:35am and did not receive my food for 15 minutes. When the skinny young lady with dark black hair, and makeup she didn’t apologize for the wait nor did she say my pleasure. Lucky I don’t live in the area but obviously I will not be back

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this is the third time that I have had a negative experience at this Chick-fil-A and I’m hoping my review will bring some attention to the situation. Yesterday I ordered 3 sandwiches, a large fry and 5 dipping sauces through the app. When I got to the restaurant, I waited in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes before even seeing an employee. When I pulled up to the employee, I Checked in and the girl even confirmed my name, saying I was good to pull up to the window. After another 20 minutes of waiting, (40 minutes total just in drive through line) I finally made it to the food window where they had completely lost my order and had no idea what I was talking about. They asked me to pull to the front parking spot while they made my food “really quickly.” That took another 25 minutes. So it took them one hour and five minutes from the time that I showed up at the Restaurant to make my three sandwiches and fries. Being incredibly irritated I just went straight home… only to find out there were only two sandwiches and a medium fry in my bag. No sauces. They COMPLETELY messed up my order and that ‘fast food’ was anything but fast. I am not sure if they are understaffed or just scattered but they continue to mess up. It really should not take a fast food restaurant over an hour to get your food out to you, especially when the order is incorrect.

Went to chick fil a and got a number 1 and my bf got a deluxe chicken sandwich. When we got our food and got home it was a regular chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich. I can't even eat spicy chicken 😫.. the girl that took our order didn't listen I suppose to our orders bc the only thing she got right was the side salad. Im so disappointed right now. Want be going back for a while . At least I had my fries to eat smh.... this was the one in smithfield nc by the way. I didn't even ask for any bell peppers for my salad either !!!

Terrible experience to be honest, I am appalled I have always seen chick fila as top notch because of the customer service and fresh food but this location tonight was terrible. It took forever to get my to go order inside then my order was missing an item. I went back right back inside to the same cashier who took my order to inform her she said she needed a receipt. Even though she just took my order and help me I had to run back to my car to get my receipt like I want to steal a brownie. The older gentleman cleaning the dining room was great. Them other young girls need some customer service training. This experience tonight reminded of McDonald's I hope this location does better.

Hair was found in bacon, asked for a remake and then never received them. Another hair was found at the bottom of scrambled eggs. Cook was not wearing a hairnet. I told the waitress that the cook with shoulder length hair should probably be wearing a hairnet as it is standard in the service industry to prevent this from happening. She told the manager and the manager put one on the cook. The manager did not address our table and I had to ask the waitress to comp our Allstar meal with the hairs.

Visited 4.14.25 @ 10am as always I go to Waffle House because the person I'm with eats there regularly. I ALWAYS get a dirty fork. I believe it is following me lol. Our server Kim was very patience with me. I order grits, scattered has browns cooked hard & OJ. It was good. The other order was All Star with Chicken Sausage. They loved everything about the meal & almost ordered another waffle. The cook came to every table to say hi.

Came in to a large group causing a fight and no tables available. Waitress was pulling a double and downright over it. One order was messed up, hair in another order, bacon was burnt to black, sweet teas fermented, and it took 1.5 hours to get our food! Cook had long hair and no hair net yet location has a 100 sanitation rating.

It wasn't my favorite waffle House I wanted a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and it didn't feel like paying too much for it. The grilled cheese with bacon was perfect The bacon was cooked correctly to my taste. I also got gravy and biscuits and Home fires with cheese. The gravy and biscuits taste it a little burnt, as did the cheese on the home fries. The thing I wanted was good which is why I got four stars. The rest so so.

Came on a Saturday 11/4 11am It was busy so we left and went to the other one. Back again December 5th 2023 This is a bigger waffle House than the other ones Hash browns bowl All Star special Cawfee ( coffee ) Sweet tea Robin was great!

This Waffle house was very clean and had great service. The hash browns were amazing. There aren't words that describe how good the coffee was. I'll be back!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! As soon as you walk in there was no welcoming , no smiles nothing. The server asked for my drink twice because she forgot she didn’t smile at all seemed rude and like she hated her job the whole time then it took forever to get my food the cooks where talking and not paying attention allot of the food looked over cooked. I finally got my waffle and while I was eating my waffle I saw my hashbrowns sit on the plate with my toast for 12 minutes they finally made my eggs and she brought my food over it didn’t have my cheese on my hashbrowns so I said something she took the plate back and warmed the cheese up on the grill and put it on cold hashbrowns the only thing that was hot was the eggs ! Horrible couldn’t even eat my food! Will never go back to this location again the one in Kenly is way better!

Got a 2 piece combo and a porkchop sandwich. The pork chop legit had no flavor The chicken was ok. Pretty dry even though I got 2 thighs. Fries were very salty compared to everything else. Their lemonade and iced tea were ok. Anyway, all in all not worth but give it a try I guess.

Took the wrong order. The food is fresh. Chicken is fried nice and crispy but it's too salty for my liking and on the dry side. It's really salty and you'll need the sauces to balance it out. You'll find the available sauces on the sweet side and you'll have to pay for additional sauce.

Best described as down-home cooking, the sign above the kitchen reads, "It ain't food if it ain't fried." Breakfast includes an assortment of biscuit sandwiches, eggs, and coffee. Staples of fried chicken and chicken wings take up most of the menu with the roadside sign advertising fresh gizzards. Quaint, attached to a gas station and right off the main drag.

It breaks my heart to write this because the owner appears to be a nice lady. My wife and i will never patronize this restaurant again, not after lunch today. We used to eat there a year ago. Today the food quality was poor. My wife knows their shrimp all.too well. No doubt they changed their supplier. The shrimp sucked, so much so that she took it home for her cats Also l, the 23 cent senior discount was appalling on a $35.00 bill. What a joke. But the worst was when leaving. I already spent 35 bucks and went to the counter to ask for a to go box. The Hispanic lady says she'll give me a paper bag. I pointed to the shelf and demanded a to go plastic tray , after saying....I JUST PAID YOU 35.00. I am done with this restaurant. Not to mention it's filthy. My arms stuck to the nasty tables. Boy has it gone downhill.

Most of the food is pretty good as long as you aren't looking for anything healthy. I think the chicken salad on grilled wheat would be the healthier option. Dear Chicken Barn owner, can you PLEASE teach your chefs the difference of Bread, Toast and Grilled . If I order a sandwich grilled with butter that's what I want. PLEASE PLEASE teach your chefs how to spread butter on a piece of bread and GRILL a sandwich to brown!!!! It makes ALL of your sandwiches taste SO MUCH better if done properly!!! All I get from your kitchen when I asked for a GRILLED wheat cheese sandwich or a GRILLED wheat BLT is BARELY toasted bread with no butter that is soggy and falls about. For the love of GOD PLEASE PLEASE teach your chefs how to spread butter on bread and grill that sandwich to a brown color so my sandwich taste s million times better and doesn't fall apart!!!!!!! Delicious fresh food served here. The workers were nice and attentive. We dined in. The portions were so generous. Biscuits nice and fluffy. It was so good we got a few biscuits to go and the lady placed them under the heat lamp to keep them warm until we finished eating. How thoughtful!

I can't believe i spent $58 dollars for 2 shrimp baskets, 2 gizzards plain, and 3pc chicken legs. The chicken legs was too hard to chew, gizzards taste terrible and the shrimp baskets was entirely too salty to eat. This is unacceptable and it's not fair to spend so much money, when the food is poor quality.

I stopped in around 8pm on 4/6/25. When I received my meal, my veggies were burnt and my shrimp had no flavor. It was a subpar meal. The white sauce and soy sauce did not help. The young Asian guy at the register just looked at me when I came to the register. No greeting. No "how may I help you, etc." I ordered and he slid me my receipt. That's it, that's all. The young lady wasn't any better. The customer service was as bad as the food. I gave 2 stars to be nice. Take your money somewhere else!

I ordered online and added scallops to my steak entree, stated it was $2 extra. Tipped online and went to pick up. Scallops were added for $3 in store, so the online price doesn’t reflect what they charge. Moreover, I only received 2 scallops for the added $3? That seems like an overcharge for 2 scallops. Food tastes good and they did leave out onions as requested.

Saturday trip to strip mall, decided on lunch here. It's not really a "restaurant", per se. Food looked interesting on menu board. Wife ordered hibachi shrimp and scallops plus seaweed salad. I got hibachi steak. Taste was bland, near flavorless for both. Kind of disappointing meals, half the tray were "fried rice". "Fried rice" was nothing more than stir fried rice flavored with soy sauce, nothing else...no onions, no eggs, NOTHING. Both of our order was nothing more than "steak" for mine, shrimp and scallop for hers with same exact veggies in both: stir fried zucchini(?), onions and mushrooms. Can't believe they got 100 on sanitation rating? NEVER seen a "restaurant" with 100 before, not even in high end restaurants in Vegas, with water stained ceiling tiles and flies. VERY disappointed with tasteless food, made me more aware of rest of the place to note discrepancies in their rating. Will not return again...if it's any consolation, the seaweed salad was tasty.

When traveling to Smithfield I sometimes stop here.Food is decently priced. Me and my family always gets the yummy chicken with rice and broccoli. You Get a good size portion and the food taste okay. Good for a quick bite when you want a healthier bite that is not heavily sauced.

I found this place while traveling and I’m glad that I discovered it. The place is small in size but the food is big in flavor. I ordered the Hibachi scallop, shrimp, and chicken with extra veggies. The meal come with fried rice but I elected to have extra vegetables to cut calories. I wished that the meal came with more than three scallops because they were absolutely tender and delicious. The young cashier was friendly and the cooks in the back were fast, I had my meal within 12 minutes and it came with free Yum Yum sauce. I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I’m traveling down South.

I got the steak, scallops, and shrimp Hibachi with 3 cups of white sauce. Hands down the best Hibachi I've ever had. Absolutely delicious, I would like to take a nap now. Will definitely be here again!!

Dirty place with horrible food, not only the worst hibachi I've ever had but probably the worst meal I've had all year. Not sure how this place is rated 4.3 but I would avoid this place if I were you. Steak was over cooked and like leather, rice and vegetables were bad too.

Not very demure, not very mindful …. Does this look like a $4 order of fries to anyone else? I was shocked to open the container to find what looks like HALF an order of fries. Also ordered wings and they literally put sauce in the container and the wings were just sitting on top with no sauce. I didn’t get a picture because I realized this on my way home from picking it up only because the container they were in kept popping open and wouldn’t stay closed no matter what. I had to use one hand to hold it closed the entire ride home. Pizza was okay but as someone else pointed out it wasn’t stable and the bottom crust was soggy. For the price (that continues to rise) issues like this are unacceptable. Simple quality control issues that should easily be checked and prevented before an order is given to a customer.

We get there to dine in, the waitress tells us they have no server's, so we had to order at the counter. Next they give us cold sauce for the breadsticks, she tells us they have no Mountain dew, then we get our food in boxes. Then we had to ask for plates and silverware. It amazes me that they are still in business.

WARNING... STAY SWAY FROM THIS PLACE,!! Waitress came to take order, had to ask for menu. Took 40 minutes to get food when only one other table had customers. I don't think they ever answer the phone because it just kept ringing. When food came it was completely wrong. There was not one thing that was made as we ordered. Manager offered to change bill to charge us for what they delivered. I said no, I am not eating this and not paying for it.There were 4 tables with dirty dishes from the time we walked on that were never cleaned up but they seemed to have at least 5 employees there with 2 or three just standing around. Went to restroom before walking out.... OMG. I don't think the floor has been swept or mopped in month. 2 dead cockroaches on the floor near garbage. Walked out without using the bathroom. Will never return there again.

Ordered online to go. When I arrived to pick up my food, 2 ladies stood at the register just having a conversation like I was not even there. Not a welcome, hello, or be right with you. Nothing. I finally had to ask for my pizza told them it was ready (per my app). The lady was like yeah it is. Very unprofessional! No wonder it is always empty.

This pizza hut is awful I've never seen so much bad customer service and staff lies intentionally about the smallest things( lied about the prices of food) over charging for food and this is the second time I've been there. The girl that always takes the orders is clueless and the rest of the staff. They dont take the initiative to help the customers. The employee had to call for the supervisor too many times. Seemed unprofessional. The food was good. The pepperoni were a bit crispy for my liking. But you can’t go wrong with the stuffed crust. I’d go back to this location.

Pizza Hut has really changed from in the past, I didn't like Pizza Hut I didn't like the pizza I didn't like the way the food tastes but recently I've tried them again and the food is much better, they have cupped pepperoni which is great because I'm from New York

These people are so selfish that work here . I ordered 3 bowls through my chipotle app and this time the bowls had hardly any chicken it them at all !! The aluminum lid was pure CAVED in. My bowl was not even half filled . And they forgot my tomato salsa .. when I call, I get a chat box !! Absolutely no help !! I can’t get a manager on the phone to even let them know that there’s a problem with the way, they’re packing these bowls when you order them through the app and you’re not standing over them watching them to make sure they’re not screwing you over royally and not giving you any food I have a family to feed and I spent 40 and $50 at a time To feed my two kids and myself . I took three bites out of my bowl and I had no chicken left at all!!! I tried calling and it goes to chat box . You can’t get anybody on the phone so I’m gonna have to drive up to chipotle, which is like 10 miles from my house and walk in and I almost wanna throw my bowl at them. It just pisses me off to do people like that we shouldn’t have to get home and then turn around and go back and beg for the food we paid for.!! On top of that, I ordered guacamole and chips and they give me this big bag of chips and my little teeny tiny bowl of guacamole is not even filled up. It’s like got 2 tablespoons inside that bowl that’s it. I go to chipotle for many years and I know what the food is supposed to look like . Smithfield nc lotion sucks ! I have also stood in line and watched these young people hook up their high school friends and fill their bowl so full that you can’t even close the lid hardly and then I order my food through the app and not even get half a bowl of stuff with absolutely no meat ! I have three bites of chicken in my plate and the lids are caved in so under filled and I also left a tip!!!! No more !!! Shame on you !!!

Food was delicious. However ... we were there for just under two hours eating, chatting and catching up ... the tables were dirty when we walked in and not a single table was cleaned the entire time we were there. The trashcans were overflowing when we arrived and stayed that way the entire time we were there.

I keep coming back because it's one of the few places I can get food on my diet, but I keep getting burned. I think this is the last time I order through the app. One time my chips were just one big, unseparated block. Another time my salad was full of water and looked like a sour cream soup. The sauces are almost always leaking all over the bottom of the bag and ripping the bag. This time the bowl is so empty and there's barely any meat. I'm just going to have to order in person and watch them so I can correct these problems immediately (not just take it home and then open it).

My first time at this location and they were not friendly at all,I asked for salsa and chips and I guess I didnt say the correct term for the salsa “red hot” and I’m assuming she was the manager on duty because the girl ringing me out was quiet but she came up to the register and said “next time if you can use the correct term red hot because we don’t know what salsa you mean you have to be specific so it doesn’t back our line up”… she was very rude.like sorrrryyyy I just said salsa and not your chipotle term I don’t work there and don’t eat here often.this was the rudest chipotle I’ve ever been too.

The last 2 times we have ordered from the app for pick up at the Smithfield location. they barely put any meat in the bowl. This time I didn't get any meat at all. They filled the bowl with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I ordered a chicken bowl, no rice or beans. Apparently that mean no chicken as well. The only way you get exactly what your order is if you go in and watch them.

I don’t normally go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this place sucks. There are several other restaurants close by where I would rather spend my money. For starters, the restaurant is dirty. There’s food and wrappers on the tables, seats, and floors. Maybe they’re short staffed. I know how that is. I used to work in an understaffed emergency room in a busy city. HOWEVER, the staff was rude. My mother is an elderly woman with a hearing impairment. She doesn’t normally go to Chipotle and Chipotle doesn’t list all of their toppings on the menu board, just the proteins and extras. It’s not like she was able to decide her order before going up to the counter. The man at the counter was unhelpful and appeared visibly annoyed because she was asking about the toppings and she had trouble hearing him. The woman behind the register also seemed annoyed when I asked for a water cup. This place is awful and put me off of Chipotle forever.

The gal who took our order asked, no joke, five and six times what we had asked for. It was like she wasn't listening at all. The chips were stale and hard. They lacked flavor as well. The queso was thick, gloopy, and lukewarm. The floor and tables were dirty. The burritos were good, so it could deserve another star, but the other problems are outweighing the burritos taste.

Stopped in for a chocolate milkshake and garlic parmesan loaded cheese fries which were hot and fresh and lived up to the description of being loaded! I will be going back over the next couple of days as I saw a chicken sandwich on their menu board that must be sampled 😋😋😋

Customer service horrible. Time waiting for food was 15-20 minutes. Second order was questioned when requesting refund. They also asked for the drink back when there wasn’t anything more they could do to it when given back. I am far from satisfied. I’ve never been so disappointed at this location. New workers need to be hired. Yikes.

There is plenty of parking. There are 2 drive thru's and a walk up window with a couple of outdoor tables to eat outside. You can also order through their app and earn rewards. Service was good. One of the ladies was very nice and the other lady who brought me my food because I forgot something and asked if there was a way that can get changed, she had an attitude. I know it was my fault I forgot to say that the cheeseburger needed to be plain with pickles but the attitude was uncalled for.

After sitting in the drive thru for 8 minutes I finally called the store and the manager answered so I was finally able to order.. I ordered a simple checker burger and small fry. The food was cold and horrible . The fries were hard which I knew they were old and the burger was just pitiful. My first and last time eating there. Oh and I forgot to mention the employees were outside smoking so that’s probably why no one was there to take my order.

Ordering took over 10 minutes but we waited even longer for the food at the window. We waited at least 25 minutes for everything. The staff seemed very low and to have 2 lanes, only 1 was for ordering, the other for pickups/delivery only. The food was hot out the fryer. However, the drinks we got were not good. Ended up stopping to buy drinks elsewhere.

Firstly, I would like to say the food was the BOMB. Everything was hot and flavorful. However, the white girl with the high ponytail working the window had the WORST attitude. She rushed us while we were tying to order. When we asked for sauce she rolled her eyes and slammed the window after taking the money. It was just a disrespectful experience but at least the food was good.

Good food, but can be sometimes too greasy. When they get busy they don't take the time to shake the extra grease off the fries or they reheat fries when it's slow instead of making then fresh. But overall the burgers are great, my favorite is the double deep sea fish....

Placed order online, 1 Footlong Italian BMT and 1 Footlong Tuna with double meat. Picked up order came home and when wife upend her Italian BMT it wasn’t even cut, I opened my Tuna and all the Tuna was in one half the sandwich and veggies were in the other half. And no double meat to top it off. Unless you look at the half with all the Tuna then there might be double for the half it was on. Will never go back to that Subway ever

I specifically go to this location and I go very frequently because it’s close to where I live and I don’t ever have any complaints about this Subway. I don’t prefer the other location in Smithfield in the plaza by the Dollar Tree. I prefer this location over that one. The food at this Subway is always good, fresh, and the employees are always super friendly and my food is made good and I’m always satisfied walking out! There’s never been any issues with my food. The only complaints that I have about this Subway is, a couple of weeks ago I came to this location around 5:30-6:00 in the evening, stopped to get some quick dinner and the door was locked, the open sign was on but not an employee in sight, I didn’t see anyone. Being’s that I didn’t want to go to the other Subway or plan on going anywhere else, I decided to wait thinking possibly the employee was on break and it wouldn’t be long before they would come and unlock the door and serve me. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over an hour just for no one to come and I ended up leaving. I went yesterday around the same time as I did a couple of weeks ago and it was the same situation. I walked up to the door, the door was locked and again, no employee in sight and the open sign was on. But I decided yesterday not to wait because I wasn’t sure if anyone was in there or not and I wasn’t sure if or how long it would be before someone to come. Before I went a couple of weeks ago, I also went before that and the same exact situation happened, that I experienced and explained above. So not only has this happened once or twice but it’s happened a couple of different times. In my personal opinion, this is completely unacceptable and unnecessary as a place of business! I am unsure if I’m the only one that this has happened to and/or if it’s happened to anyone else? Since this has definitely happened more than twice, this place will continue to loose a lot of business especially whenever something like this is currently happening. This shouldn’t continue to happen. With that being said and since this behavior is continuously being tolerated and is allowed multiple times on different occasions, this easily shows that is for sure poor management and no communication skills whatsoever! Whoever it is that works and is working at night and locking the door during opening hours, I believe that something needs to be done and management definitely needs to intervene and investigate why this has been happening majority of the time and leading on this situation so this can be quickly resolved, prevented so it doesn’t happen again. Immediately! I’m not normally the kind or type of person to complain, easily bothered, or leave a review about any situation especially dealing with this location but again, with this happening more than twice I will definitely leave a review on my terms and experience so that this is well-known of and hopefully, something is done and actions are taken and someone is held accountable for this, as soon as possible! I’m not completely sure if management looks at any of these reviews. This is not good for customer service and I don’t consider this good customer care!

I ordered a Coke, I was told the fountains weren't working. So, I grabbed a drink out of the freezer. The drink had mold in it. I informed the employee and she told me to grab another one. That one had mold in it too. finally, she went to the back and grabbed me a Coke. But it was hot. And I was told to put ice in a cup and pour the Coke in there. I am very disappointed and extremely disgusted. I will not be going here again. I would suggest cleaning the freezer and throwing away the drinks, who knows how many other drinks have mold in them?

Don't come here until this Subway gets their stuff together!! Is that not the saddest, greasiest cookie you've ever seen? The pictures don't really portray the reality of the situation, which was that I could not even pick this cookie up without it splitting into pieces because it couldn't support its weight. Even the employee working there said "Just so y'all know, I didn't make these cookies" when they noticed us looking at them. They looked so pitiful but we got them anyway because it's hard to make cookies taste bad regardless of how undercooked and greasy they are. Also it took 23 minutes for the employee to make two footlongs but I couldn't put the blame on them because they were the only employee there. We were the only customers there as well. Out of sweet tea and the sodas were flat. Ridiculous.

First couple of times with the African american ladies were great. Last two times with the white lady not so much. First time she said they stopped doing chopped salad for months when I had just got one the day prior. Then today I go in she's sweeping then grabs gloves with hands DID NOT wash hands and was touching the surface area that touches the food. I can't stand bacteria and germs and was grossed out so I dipped. Will not ever return here. Bad sanitation and service

If you are going to work retail, then you need to be able to speak up and not act like dead lice. I will say that the sliced meat choices were well presented. I got a meatball sub and they microwaved some from a bag and poured sauce over them. The topping section had lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and a very few dill pickles. Lots of empty slots. No tea was made and my wife got a salad and there were no forks in the store. She had to eat it with a spoon. One guy was too interested with getting away and sitting at a table to get on his phone. Don't waste your time. Very sad (I even gave them a good tip to hopefully motivate them). And I am not one to give bad reviews unless they are absolutely needed.

2nd time at this Subway, first visit out of tea, came in for the 2nd visit and was informed they were out of bacon and once again out of tea? I watched the staff carefully and come to the conclusion that they are very lazy and have no idea what a good work ethic is. It is sad that this subway location has such incompetent people that have no work ethic or personal pride and also lacks personal initiative and life ambition.

The workers are very personable, the food is good by Taco Bell standards. Very clean and well lite parking lot. It takes a long time for orders to be completed and out of several drink choices that are offered.

I go here often and have for years. For years, this location has had problems with fulfilling accurate orders. Even when specifically stated as an allergy, I will repeatedly get food containing the exact allergen, all the time. I also pay for extra sauce cups, sometimes I get them barely filled enough to cover the bottom of the cup, if I’m lucky enough to get them at all. Last time I went, I had to go through their drive through four times! Got my order, then realized it was filled with the allergy, supposedly got that corrected, then was handed a replacement food item WITH THE ALLERGY IN IT STILL clearly. Had them replace it again, this time correctly. Then I had to go through the line a fourth time because they gave me the incorrect sauce cups I paid nearly $1 each for. They’re lucky if they don’t kill somebody with their lack of care for allergies and other order specifications

Had a mobile order when I answered to what my name was to get my order it seemed like them employees were joking about it. Got my order home only to find an item missing, two items rock hard and falling apart and a cheese quesadilla that was burnt and only had enough cheese to hold the tortilla together under the heat of the press the date is 09-22-25 time is 9:06 pm all of those employees need to be fired immediately if only for the sake of business crusing and arguing while customers are at an open window is just unacceptable. I didn’t get any names but I saw a young white lady and young black man working tonight

Worst service. I ordered thru the app, went to pick it up. They started processing, then told me their fryers were down. I asked him how could I get my money back and he sd it was not his problem and I needed to move. I couldn't cancel the order since he had hit the button to start processing my order. I have contacted cs. However, it did not call for your employee to be that rude.

The line is always slow, I understand when there's 5 cars ahead of me but only one or 2 should not make the wait that long. The store closes early frequently despite the website saying it's still open. For reference the website will say it's open until 12am or 10pm and they will say it's closed at 7pm. The employees are almost always in a bad mood, likely because they are understaffed and in desperate need of a good manager. I will never return to this location due to the following reasons.

In the area because my husband is in a wedding and I was a bit snackish after dropping him off at the venue. Hate that the drive thru ordering was not even a person taking the order. All I ordered was a chicken flat bread melt and it took at least 10 minutes, wasn't even warm and I was the only person on the drive thru. The chick at the window was not very friendly/kinda rude, and I was given a bag of food that wasn't even mine.

Worst Taco Bell ever! Don’t eat there, nasty folks work there. You order is always missing items and food taste nasty.

I ordered a bacon whopper and got a bacon double cheeseburger with what seemed like BBQ sauce on it. I had a bad experience here a few months ago when I bit down on a bone that was in my burger and didn't want to come back. I didn't write a review then. I finally give you another chance just to not get what I ordered. I paid $10 for a whopper and got a $3 cheeseburger. This is sad. And it's the location in Smithfield, NC.

Food was as expected. Service was terrible! I was told I couldn’t fill up my cup with ice a second time? Which was very strange. Also a roach crawled on my daughter’s leg, so their “A-100” heath inspection seems incredibly suspect. 0/10 would not recommend.

I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles because vinegar causes me to have wheezing and itchiness. I do not live near this Burger King and a friend was going past there and brought it to me. Well I got extra pickles (my receipt shows no pickle) making the 3$ burger completely inedible. So I called not because I want a new burger or because I was upset but to let them be aware of there tickets because it can potentially be dangerous. Well I tell the women that I have a slight allergy (sensitivity) to vinegar and that was why I asked for no pickles. Her response “our pickles don’t have vinegar”. I then proceeded to explain that a pickle is a cucumber that has marinated in a few things the primary base being vinegar. Please if the restaurant manager doesn’t know that pickles base is made from vinegar they probably should not be the manager. Food allergies are a real thing. We don’t pay people enough for a job that actually has a lot of potential to kill someone. Granted this job only really needs you to know how to read in order to make that risk lower

The manager was rude I asked to have my drink changed to just ice and she told an employee to keep the other cup someone might need it. That's very unsanitary for any kind of restaurant. In order two whoppers ( cold at that). No condiments ( had to ask for that)

I've been to many Burger Kings, but I'm giving this one 5 stars because the food is worth it. Fresh and hot, delicious, everything tastes great, just like every restaurant should.

The food was very disappointing. The sandwich was old, with too much mayo and soggy lettuce. The onion rings weren't made to order, they were cold and old. This was at 11:30am, so I would have expected the food to be fresher.

The Best Burger King I've ever been to. My sandwich actually looked like the photos and very clean too...

They have good food. Their hot dogs are great, BUT customer service could have been better. I felt a bit rushed and there was a lack of politeness with the person on the register. It is missing a sense of feeling welcomed by the staff. I felt the staff was quite disconnected from the customers.

Great little family run dinner with good food. The hot dogs were pretty decent and the staff is great. My hot dogs needed some time to cool down, as they were scorching hot and burnt my tongue. I would prefer a steamed bun, I think it really makes for a great dog.

Cleanliness - 5/5 Bathroom was spotless. Soap readily available. Booths, tables and counters spotless and shiny. Price - 5/5 Cheap and fair. Service - 5/5 Very kind woman behind the counter. Attentive and got my order correct. Quality - 4/5 Brightleaf red hot dogs. Tasted boiled. I'm not sure why all hot dog shops feel boiling hot dogs is the way to go. I like them grilled and thought that was what I was getting. Wasn't too impressed with the taste but I'd come back. And the coleslaw was a bit watery and had too much mayo but that was just my thought.

If you really want some home cooked food for breakfast or lunch you need to stop here. It is wonderful. Also Miss Sue can prepare a dessert for you that is absolutely phenomenal.

Always great service and very family friendly! Not to mention their Millie Dogs are always amazing along with their crispy tender fries! One of my favorite places to eat!

Just ordered 2 biscuits. Sausage must have been laying around for a good while as it was not freshly cooked and cheese was not melted. Biscuit was not fresh either. Hopefully their lunch is better.

Absolutely the worst HAM BISCUIT I have ever eatin in the whole 65 years I have been here and I have eating at millies many times but this was the first time it was awful from sight to taste. Home made biscuit was something ellie may made in the 60 s but I was surprised when I saw the ham it must of got left from yesterday breakfast still under the heat lamp. It must of changed hands. If I could, I would give them 0 stars due to the red headed rude lady!!! I bought a cold cut combo 1 morning & I use the subway app so I had a $.50 off ANY 6inch sub. However, I bought a foot long & wasn't planning on or trying to use the deal. My friend asked did I check to see what the weekly deal was on the app & I told her but like I said it was for a 6' sub. This lady heard us & told us even if I got a 6' that I couldn't use it b/c a cold cut was a special sandwich. Since when? But whatever... I tried to explain to her that it said ANY 6' & she insisted on arguing w/ me to the point that I told her I was gonna call corporate & she told me to call. She pissed me off cause as I was trying to leave, she was STILL trying to argue so by then I'm loud and I had to tell her off! I will NEVER go back to that subway again!!!! I despise rude people w/ no customer service skills!!!

So I work for this Walmart and go to the subway for simple convenience. Linda the red headed lady always has her grandson or son and family running around in the store. One day store looks a mess diapers and baby cups everywhere... she makes subs and when you ask for extra veggies she literally will throw one more on the subs are a disgrace idk how subway allows this when I work in Clayton Walmart there subway is so much better you actually get what you pay for not 90% bread. I literally have to pay for double meat when I come here just to get what a normal sub should look like. Shame on you subway for allowing this. Making the brand look bad I no longer will be giving them business too many disappointing subs

All I can say is what a rude place to go red head lady and this other guy that works there with her. We order our subs and it's like they are charging for every piece of vegetables we add to the sub. We had to keep asking her to add more like 6 time for every vegetable we wanted and she would only add 3- 5 piece of spinach 2 pieces of onion like really we paying for the subs. Then when we got to the sauces and we like alot of sauce she goes to tells us that the subs are better without the sauces at this point we are mad and we have to tell her we are the ones eating it. We tell her that she is rude and does not know how to treat customers she goes on to say she has 17 years working with the same owner. I don't know how they still have her there and apparently she she said she was the manager because I ask for there number. She then tells me that she had to ring up my family so I was like ok I'll wait,after they were done ringing them up two people get in line she then tells me she has to attend to them that customers are first. So I guess she didn't want to give me there number so I told her I was calling corporate and she said go ahead and call them. I will never go there again it's sad that the owners don't know what kind of employees they have.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. I have been there several times because it is convenient to stop there after shopping at Walmart. However, the two employees behind the counter are so rude. First off they never ask how can they help they just stand in front of the client and stare at them. Second if you even have a hint of tan on your skin they will attempt to speak to you in Spanish. If you tell them you do not understand then they roll their eyes(the red headed lady in particular) and continue trying to speak Spanish to you. So it is a guessing game when trying to order. If you continue speaking English because obviously you don’t speak Spanish the redheaded lady acts angry and huffs and puffs. They are also very slow, have no people skills and some of their English is hard to understand. I could deal with that if it wasn’t for the fact that they act like I am committing a crime by not knowing Spanish just because my skin is tan! I have seen them do this to other customers as well.

Worst Subway experience my girlfriend and I hav ever had. Two “amateur” employees, cold meals, drink machine out of drink. Lack of professionalism was absolutely astounding. One star given, only because half stars aren’t an option...

Subway need's to step up their game. Quiznos, Firehouse, and even Sheetz is beating them out and gives the customer more for their money!!

Ordered a dozen donuts online. Arrived and was told none of the three varieties I paid for were in stock. Drove 20 min there and all they had in stock were blueberry muffins and old fashioned. Great job guys. When I asked to speak to manager they told the clerk to tell me I could apply for a refund on the app. Couldn’t be bothered to come to the front.

Naomi was so kind and generous with the request of a remake on my iced Butter Pecan Latte. She even fancied it up with some drizzle and whipped cream. She also made sure it was made correctly before I left. People like her is what customer service should emulate. Thank you. Money well spent.

Staff seemed a little overwhelmed when we got there. It took them about 10 minutes for 2 bagels w/cc . We asked for it in the side and one w/light cc we received bagels with ALOT of cc slathered on the bagel. Both were regular not light like my husband requested. He did not return it because he did not want wait.

I contacted customer support which wasn’t any help only received a call to talk about the situation and email to confirm the situation. Nothing else has happened since I talked to the representative. Supposedly the district manager was supposed to get in touch with me but it’s been almost two weeks and still no word.

I started coming to Dunkin Donuts because the matcha latte from Starbucks makes my stomach hurt and their non dairy milks contain carrageenan. That’s the biggest reason I prefer to pay the $2 extra for non dairy milk at Dunkin compared to 70 cents at Starbucks. I usually order a large size topped with whip cream but I’ve noticed that even though it’s a large my cup is never filled. Almost half the cup is foam, which I do like it to have some but not to where I don’t get a good amount of drink.

I love this place... Employees are fantastic!!! Love the Manager there she is so sweet!! I go everyday... I will never miss a day going here cause I'm always running on dunkin'

So this place really needs to be cleaned. They are very under staffed and I feel horrible for the employees they have here. They are stretched thin. A guy had been waiting a very long time for his order. He got it. The sandwich was wrong. He waited even longer for a new sandwich. He got it. He went out to his car. Came back and showed everyone how nasty it looked, which it kind of did. He left so mad he hurled his drink at the outside wall at which time the staff had to lock the doors for our safety. The sourdough sandwich I got was good, the one my hubby got was wrong so we had to wait even more for that one. Than I noticed the black stuff on the caramel bottles and I got a caramel coffee...I threw it away. After working in deli's and restaurants I grew incredibly concerned about the rather icky appearance behind the counter.

Went there today the food cost $36 was microwaved, soggy and nasty. The soda machine was filthy inside where ice comes out. Floors and tables nasty. Behind the cash register where food was being prepared was nasty and sloppy. The blizzards and drinks they made for each customer were messy spilling all down the side Of the cups. It was hard to choose a drink to make because most tasted like water. They barely had sauce for the nuggets.. it was chaotic. Myself and another customer both said the longer we waited for our food and looked around the more disgusted we became at the sight of it all and didn't want the food we ordered. Waited almost 30 minutes for this nasty food as well.

I ordered a 10" cake for father's day. The cake depicted on the site while ordering said happy father's day on it. I get to the store to pick up the order and get asked if I wanted it to say happy father's day.. I advised that is what I ordered and was asked to wait "2 minutes". After 25 minutes I get handed a cake that said happy father's day and looked like a child scribbled on it. I paid $30 for a cake I am embarrassed to even give him husband. I will scrape off the writing and give him a plain cake instead. I will never return to this location.

Decided to give this location a second chance after disaster the last time we went. My daughter put in an online order 15 mins prior to arriving. when we went to pick it up it was going to be another 15 minutes so decided to order additional items while we were waiting. I was told they were not make slushies so I had to choose something else we ordered a fountain drink, milkshake and cheese curds.15 mins later I had to go back up and ask where the food was the girl that took the order seemed confused like I didn't order it and then had to ask multiple people that all seem confused and told me that he was just now dropping them there was two other people in this location so a bit weird. 30 minutes later the cheese curds finally come out. my daughter I just gotten her mobile order, it was one meal and three blizzards however two blizzards were missing. she ordered extra ala cart gravy they told her they didn't have any they couldn't substitute with anything and they also couldn't give her a refund. They tried to tell her that they did not have an order for her blizzards yet they got the other items on the ticket? she had to prove to them through the mobile app she did in fact place it and one of them still came out made wrong. If it was busy or short staffed I would get it however there were four girls three of which were kind of just walking around one was trying to be polite and helpful and I assume they only had one cook in the back, they kept talking about a guy which we saw go to the bathroom and come out smelling like cigarettes and weed and it was taking forever for the food to get made. There were only a few ppl in the restaurant. A couple beside us waited 25 minutes for an order of fries. The tables were dirty. No one wiped any thing down while we were there. Honestly it just seems like this location needs help across the board. Not worth the $50 spent. It's a shame it's it's been a bad experience the past few times we went in there because this is the only DQ location close to us. Regardless we won't be returning

Out of gravy for the chicken, of course they didn’t bother to mention that until after we got our food. Out of half the dipping sauces. Surprisingly they had ice cream. We dined in and the people after us had a messed up order too. Worst DQ we’ve ever been to.

They have a good selection. Staff busy with each other instead of customers. Prices have gone way up and sizes way down. The quality isn't what it used to be. We do go there when we visit family, but won't again after last trip.

Horrible customer service. Employee making ice cream orders took forever and seemed to be mad at the world. No reason to ever come back. Disappointing because the ice cream was good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drove 30 minutes to the only DQ with chicken strips just for them to say they never got my order I put in on the app. They also close there kitchen 30 minutes early every night....
