Nestled in the heart of Cheltenham, Well Walk Tea Room is a charming family-run traditional tea room that offers a unique experience. The cafe boasts a rich history and invites guests to enjoy homemade scones, cakes, soups, and quiches amidst decorative antiques and textiles. Visitors can expect a tranquil setting with courteous service while indulging in some of the best tea and cakes for miles.
Absaloutely loved it here. Staff were great, they were fine with us changing some of the sandwich fillings. Quirky decor and fab food. Couldn't eat it all so we're given boxes to take it home in no problem

Came for the valentines special which was excellent value for money and a lovely atmosphere. They really went out of their way to accommodate my partners food allergies, providing special sandwiches and all of the cakes pictured being gluten and dairy free. All washed down with unlimited tea and coffee refills. Excellent and highly recommended
Peter — Google review
This place is fantastic. The tea room is super cute, the scones are delicious and the company is excellent. They make an amazing hot chocolate that's loaded with mini marshmallows and whipped cream and even do gluten free afternoon tea! Highly highly recommended. Ask for the special mystery tea.
Tina Z — Google review
Took my mother and sister for their first time ever afternoon tea. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, tasty selection of sandwiches and sweets, and unlimited tea or coffee. Available to take away whatever you don't manage to eat. Good price. Busy place so booking a table online is recommended.
Ida Z — Google review
A beautiful setting for afternoon tea in one of Cheltenham's oldest shops. Cakes, sandwiches and scones aplenty and the tea or coffee keeps on coming. Great value too.
Lees W — Google review
One of the best tea rooms you can find. The afternoon tea they put out for us is the perfect gift for anyone. Lots of choice, fun and unlimited tea and coffee - a dream! Really fair price and everyone was super nice :)

Baker & Graze, located on Suffolk Street, is a versatile bakery, deli, and cafe offering a diverse menu. From classic options like avocado toast with smoked streaky bacon to more inventive choices such as fennel sausages with cavolo nero and anchovy butter or nduja with labneh and pickled fennel, the establishment also boasts an array of salads, sandwiches, and delicate pastries.
Such a nice place for a brunch! It gets busy though so keep that in mind! They have more seating upstairs which I wasn’t aware of so always ask inside if they have any space - cause they usually look at capacity from the outside, especially with people queuing for the bakery. Food is really nice, the staff is super friendly too. It’s one of my fave brunch spots in Cheltenham actually.
Magda B — Google review
I absolutely love this coffee shop. Whilst working at Cheltenham College I went twice a day once I found this place. The veggie rolls are great, the croissants were sometimes really fresh, the pain au chocolat has a good amount of chocolate. But the coffees both hot and cold, latte or cappuccino was so good probably one of the best coffee shops in the area. I also really appreciated that the waiter recognised me as I went often and waved! Will miss this coffee shop.
Kelly V — Google review
Great food! We sat outside in the courtyard area which was very cute. We ordered the smoked salmon and eggs on toast and the crispy chicken sandwich.
Brad — Google review
Recommended if you like smaller portions, we do so it suited us but some people prefer quantity over quality. The service varied, ever felt like you have to grab their attention whilst the loud table next to you gets all the service, we did. Still the food was quite good, prices were about average, the coffee was excellent and my wife said it was the best chai latte in her life.
Edwin B — Google review
To start with positives. The service was attentive, but nothing to write home about. The coffee and matcha were delicious. Aside from that, the wait time was too long. The drinks took 20min with food over 45min to be served. The food while presented nicely was disappointing. The sweet potato rosti dish could be eaten in 5 bites, easily 200g of food. It was so small I left hungry. Additional rostis or carb element is needed to turn what was a “starter” into a “main” lunch item. The other dishes my friends ordered, marinated tomato sourdough and sausage toast dishes, were okay and definitely more appropriately sized. Don’t think I’ll be back, there’s some other excellent local spots close by that have better options.
Isaac — Google review
We came at lunchtime on Sunday, so we had to wait quite a bit for our food to be ready – but that is to be expected. The staff were polite and it was easy to get their attention. The tea was alright; our food (full English breakfast & sweet potato pavé) was extremely greasy, however. Not in a cheap way, but every single item on the plate had so much more oil (and salt) than necessary. Additionally, they use all the fancy terms on their menu, so if you are not a foodie then you’ll have a hard time knowing what’s what. Unfortunately my dish ended up having an ingredient that I can’t stomach, which I couldn’t have anticipated from the menu (not even after googling what the fancy food terms meant) – people with allergies and intolerances should be careful.
Lena M — Google review
Great food, generous bacon sarny in their excellent sourdough bread. We'll be coming back to try the shakshuka. Update -;Just been back for another bacon sandwich, still great value! Update 2 - back again for brunch and coffee, had the black pudding on fried bread with bacon & scrambled eggs, and it was the tastiest black pudding I've ever had. My partner, who isn't a big fan of black pudding, tried some and agreed. I should also mention they have amazing sausage rolls, cruffins and other pastries. They also serve some of the best coffee in Cheltenham.
Mat ( — Google review
Very appealing decor and atmosphere with surprisingly large amount of seating from first appearance. Dog friendly. The food was freshly made and good but a little sparse for the price. Was expecting a more traditional shaksuka, this lacked warmth and sauce.

Really good independent coffee shop. Always a pleasure to have a coffee and grab a bite to eat. There are big folding windows at the front making it perfect on a summers day. Service is always fantastic with very friendly staff and the coffee / food is top notch.
Michael E — Google review
Lovely cafe at the top of the Bath road. Despite it's busy location the cafe feels peaceful and welcoming. Service has been prompt when I've visited and never overly busy.
Paul M — Google review
Lovely coffee shop with a good range of drinks and cakes. I haven't tried the food so can't comment on that but looks like they have a good range of lunch options.
Emily O — Google review
Very cute little cafe with attentive and passionate staff and delicious sweet treats. A plus is the bi-foldable shop window which allows for an extra special atmosphere on the warmer days!
Leona S — Google review
This is a lovely little hipster place with very friendly staff, generous food probs at reasonable prices. The menu is not huge, but both dishes we had were worth the restricted choice.
Will B — Google review
Cosy and original. This little place has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and a delectable selection of tasty baked treats to go with your coffee. Came here for a lazy Sunday afternoon coffee and chat with a friend. We each had an iced coffee, though I opted for the decaf mocha version - a nice little cocoa twist on the regular - 35p extra for decaf or almond milk (and other extras or alternatives I wasn't paying too much attention to). Tasted great and the serving size was decent with not too much ice. We also each had a millionaire shortbread - it was so decadent and perfectly made. The chocolate topping was solid but not too hard to break easily enough with a fork, the same goes for the shortbread - baked to perfection. And the lovely gooey caramel in the middle was also just right. There are a number of little tables inside with wooden and metal framed chairs, but also a cushioned bench along the one wall, there's also seating at a counter along the window for solo diners. The restaurant is a little below street level, but a ramp from the entrance looks like it could be wheelchair friendly.
Trish S — Google review
I was disappointed a bit with using this popular cafe, bisto. The staff were helpful, and cheerful but the bacon sandwich delivered the bread on the drier side, no butter or spread, the bacon cooked and then microwaved too much came in the sandwich very dry and way overcooked. I had a banoffi ice-cream milk shake, served in warm glass and just syrup and dried banana sprinkled on the cream and contents......no fresh banana, it's like everything is pre cooked and done on the cheapest basis to maximise profits...a shame for sure......
Brian F — Google review
We came to Brew & Bake for brunch on a sunny Sunday morning, all the windows were open and it was just lovely. It was full but not over crowded as they had removed the chairs from the middle table. There was a short wait for the table which was thoroughly sanitised before we sat down. The menu had lots of great breakfast options including a full English, eggs benedict with salmon and my choice: bacon, avocado and poached eggs on sourdough toast, with a side order of halloumi. They were quite busy, we had some coffees which came out first and were finished just before the food came out. Everything was cooked really well - nice gooey eggs! Very flavoursome and an ample amount. The bacon was cooked perfectly too - all plates went back clean. The staff were very friendly, checking if we were ok, needed water or sauces. Everywhere was very clean and comfy. I'd recommend and certainly go back.

One of the best places to be on a sunny day! Fab trees for the kids to climb whilst you have a - surprisingly decent - coffee! Healthy food options including delicious freshly prepared salads, crudités and straight-up fruit pots! (And open all year, apart from Christmas day!)

I just love this place! As a child I would be brought here with my mum for an ice cream if we came to the park. Now as a 60 year old I visit at least twice a week for coffee & a gorgeous cake during a break from work. The staff are so friendly, the cakes & savouries make me smile just looking at them. The selection of flapjacks guarantee to brighten when the heaviest of days. Set in the beautiful Pittville park, it's an oasis of cslm for me.

Brilliant cafe at the park. Great coffee Kids loved their ice creams. Open after 9am so we had to wait as we were at the park early to avoid the crowds.

I am lucky enough to work just 2 mins walk from the cafe. All the staff are friendly and helpful and they have the best selection of cakes, i love their Rocky Road! They're mocha's are also delicious, i prefer the hot drinks from the Centra Cross than i do to Costa Coffee! The hot baguettes are also really tasty! Also in the Summer months they have the ice cream stall that has a great selection of Ice Creams and Milkshakes! I visit the Central Cross Cafe at least 2 days a week, thats just how much i love it.

We had a really lovely afternoon here☺️ The food tastes so good and fresh with lots of flavours, there are many options too. In particular the scones are actually a substantial size and the sandwiches are amazing, tasty drinks as well. The staff are super polite and served us quickly [thank you]. Great atmosphere too - the perfect café for catching up with family & friends and having a nice conversation. We will be returning VERY soon hehe

We ordered a scone with coffee, the scone was hot and very delicious. The downside is that we had to ask the waiter to clean the table and the seats and there were bags of rubbish outside the door. The staff were helpful and polite.

Lovely Lunch Spot in Cheltenham As a visitor from the U.S., I had a peaceful late lunch at Huffkins on the Promenade and loved it. The staff were super friendly, and the patio seating was cozy with pillows and blankets. I had the ham & cheese toastie with crisps and greens, a plain scone with clotted cream (a must-try!), and an amazing fruit tea. Great atmosphere, delicious food—highly recommend
Isabel — Google review
Very disappointing visit yesterday afternoon. Visited to enjoy their famous lardy cakes only to find they have shrunk. Mine tasted like it had been warmed up in the microwave and was chewy. I found the one's I'd had boxed and taken home were also chewy and didn't appear fresh. Not like they used to be and not worth the trip. I had 2 grandchildren with me and one ordered a gingerbread man. However not a hint of ginger to be tasted. Just very sweet as if made with icing sugar instead of just sugar. That child also had quite a wait for it to arrive. Their drinks didn't arrive at all and after 10 minutes I had to chase them up. Sloppy service. Tip for places serving food: serve the children first. They're the one's with the least patience to wait and often take the longest to eat so. Serving them first gives them a head start.
D N — Google review
Ordered, completely ignored as soon as I paid for my takeaway service. One member of staff totally ignored me and whilst the other kept me waiting. The one in the front of the window, could of stopped and served, had to ask the first staff member could I have my order? I appreciate she was serving customers but felt the one who was not doing an urgent task could have served. Pasties were more pastry with minimal filling, and cakes were stale.First and last visit to this establishment. Ridiculously high price for poor quality of food. Would have been suited to have gone to Weatherspoons, quality food and much better price.

We went for brunch on Sunday for my birthday (5 of us). It was a sunny day and we sat outside in the sunshine on the promenade. We definitely intend to return 😊

Excellent afternoon tea. We go to a lot of afternoon teas, and this was up with many of the big London hotels in quality. Sandwiches were perfect, with very fresh bread and good fillings. The sausage roll slices and scotch eggs were perfect and tasted freshly made. The scones were lovely and totally fresh. The cakes were gorgeous. Highly recommended.

I’m so glad I reached out to The Find for our Christmas party last year—it was the best decision we could’ve made! A huge thank you to Megan, Gino, and the entire team for creating such a fantastic evening for me and my 20 colleagues. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The food was absolutely sublime, and having the entire room to ourselves made it feel so special. The thoughtful festive touches, like the beautifully Christmassy décor, truly elevated the whole experience. If you’re looking for the perfect Christmas party venue in Cheltenham, I couldn’t recommend The Find more highly!

Super brunch place! Very busy on Saturday morning as they only do walk-ins on weekends. Great friendly staff. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes with seasonal fruits (this is specified in the menu) & clotted cream but as far as I'm aware berries and mangoes are not winter fruits so it might be an old menu. However, it was still delicious!! The green smoothie and mango refresher smoothie was absolutely yummy! Very filling. Highly recommend!

Although it was Sunday lunch time and it was very busy, the food was incredible! The amount of salmon for eggs royal was very generous :)! The capucchino was lovely and although it felt quite a squeeze overall it was a nice experience. I think either having some fabric on the walls to make it easier to talk when sat down and having more hangers and places to put their clothes, bags would have been better. Would be back!!!

Had the awesome Joe at service taken care of me and my friend Kim. I had the lovely dirty chai latte w/ oat milk. with delicious chorizo hash. Been here a while ago but glad to come back again with the nice vibes. Thanks Joe for taking care of us

Flawless 5 stars! Hunting for gluten free cake and good coffee is always a challenge we embrace when visiting new cities. The Find is an absolute find! Friendly service, good selection of GF cakes and good options on the main breakfast and lunch menu. Delicious GF cakes - strawberry shortcake and coffee pecan were both delicious. Coffee was perfect. This place does not disappoint and only wish we had this closer to home.

Fantastic place! Had to wait a few minutes as we turned up at lunchtime but really impressed. Lovely menu choice, friendly staff and great quality food. Perfectly sized portions. It certainly was a Find. Thoroughly recommend. Was very tempted to go back the following day!!

Popped in for a spot of brunch on Tuesday as my friend had heard good reviews of the food. We had "The Full Find" and "Eggs Benedict" with added bacon and a pair of lattes. All for less than £30. It's counter service when you enter, however they do do table service if you ask. The food was great and the coffee enjoyable. If you find yourself in Cheltenham and fancy a bite to eat and or coffee head to The Find, you won't be disappointed....

I ordered the basil tomato soup and it tasted distinctly like pizza sauce. It came with "warm bread." Really awful fat white sliced bread. One small foil wrapped butter pat. When I asked for another, he tossed another one onto my table. I ordered a decaf latte and got instant decaf latte. He was kind enough to provide the foil packet. The cafe is cute. The owner/server spend the entire time at the 2 tables in front of me trashing a common acquaintance and his "coarse" wife. Yuck on so many levels. Finally, I had just been somewhere earlier, and because I was talking, i misplaced my payment card. The owner/server noticed me searching my pockets and my pack. He loudly said (so the entire restaurant would hear him asking) if I had a problem. I assume he was thinking I was going to stiff and him he was not going to let any shenanigans go unnoticed. I found it. I paid him. And I happily went out into the rain.

We came here as we really wanted to try somewhere different and saw a lovely pic on their fb of eggs Benedict. What we got was a totally different experience. The bacon was COLD, and not crispy as described. The eggs were either undercooked or spoilt. Every time we popped our eggs open, they literally burst out with water. It was actually disgusting. We were hungry, so we ate. Both of us were extremely unwell very very quickly. I honestly would avoid.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. This was an unexpected visit but was pleasantly surprised. The iced drinks were amazing, very good value for money. Food was reasonably priced and tasty. Great service. Will definitely visit again to try their other dishes. Edit: Tried the Eggs benedict too. Environment was once again very friendly. It seemed like they had a lot of regulars too.

Chanced upon this place after searching for a lunch spot and was pleasantly surprised! Very authentic. The handmade pizza was excellent, as was the tomato soup. Staff super friendly and allow flexibility with the menu. What a great find!

A gem of a cafe in Cheltenham. We were looking for a light lunch and found this cafe. The menu was lovely and the food freshly prepared. Gluten free bread. No problem. Excellent service.

Very friendly proprietor. Great food choices. The scrambled tofu wasn’t scrambled though, and we had to put up with someone smoking right next to us while we ate 🤢

Booked this venue for a Baby Shower and WOW what an incredible place!! From the moment I booked it the contact and organisation of the baby shower was brilliant and then on the day I was blown away! They'd decorated the venue beautifully and the food was incredible! Every sandwich and cake was delicious and the staff were so attentive! Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend this venue for everything and anything!! Thank you so much to everyone we had the most incredible baby shower!!

I originally booked online the 12.30pm slot for afternoon tea as I was travelling to Cheltenham for my mums birthday. I was unable to have this time due to a private hire. Sophie apologised and even offered to make my mum a separate little cake for her her birthday. We arrived today and were not disappointed. The food was fresh, very well made and tasted amazing. Sophie came out and spoke with us and even gave us the scones that didnt quite make the cut after baking along with the promised birthday cake. The only slight criticism I had was the menu. I picked this venue based on what the spring to winter menu was and the only thing that matched that was the egg sandwhich. Thankfully we liked everything and it tasted so good. Lovely tea room and amazing food. Thank you Sophie.

Took my mum for her birthday. Booking is recommended. Our table was ready for arrival and the food was great and well presented. Lovely touch of a birthday cake, too. Staff friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you once upon a tea room.

Due to 18 people for afternoon tea and NOT the wedding option. The food was good but I have had better for less. My niece who organised the decorating for the table was not told there would be a change for chair coverings. So we were charged £4 each extra for chair coverings that I had not approved.

Superb afternoon tea this afternoon with two of my closest friends. The sandwiches and cakes were all very light and freshly made. The scones were still warm when they were brought out. All tables were in use, but the staff were attentive, polite and busy but in left us to enough the experience. Thank you to all at Once Upon a Tearoom.

We had the most amazing takeaway afternoon tea! We took it to eat in the nearby park (we’re not local) and the lady that served us told us how to get there and another spot to go if it was busy. Absolutely delicious. 10/10 would come back again.

Creams Cafe Cheltenham, located in the heart of town at The Brewery Quarter, offers a delightful array of desserts including ice cream sundaes, shakes, warm cookie dough, waffles, and crepes. The colorful decor and extensive menu make it a perfect spot for refueling after enjoying family activities. Whether you prefer classic toppings or more extravagant options like the Crepe au Royale with Ferrero Rocher or banana burrito wrap, there's something for everyone.
i hadn't been to creams in a very long time, but when we visited the other day i remembered how absolutely delicious the food is!! after our great experience i've recommended this cafe to my family and we'll definitely come back soon. there is an abundance of choices on the menu, so we struggled to choose one since they all sound very tasty. the service is excellent, with polite & patient staff who ensure you have an enjoyable time. also the atmosphere is delightful - i'm in love with the interior🍪

I visited the other day and noticed there was only one staff member working, which didn't seem fair to them, especially on a busy day like Pancake Day. The place understandably got quite hectic, so we had to wait a while to be served and receive our food. That said, the food was absolutely lovely and worth the wait. However, I did find it a bit odd that Christmas music was playing in March. To the managers: It’s not fair at all to leave one person to handle everything alone, particularly on days that are known to be busy. Regardless they provided great service so no fault to him.

Always a Great Experience! We recently visited Crrams and, as always, had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, and they never disappoint when it comes to desserts - always top-notch. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm, and everything we ordered was full of flavor. It's always a pleasure dining here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a consistently excellent dining experience!

Had an awful time. Ordered a milkshake and dessert combo for one and an extra milkshake with it. Driver showed up and handed us just a dessert and ran off when we tried to ask where the rest of our order was. The waffle was cold and didn't have the ice cream on it that we paid extra for. Went and tried to call them about 10 times each between me and my gf and they didn't answer once. Went down in person and found it absolutely empty so no idea why they couldn't answer the phone. Explained it to the workers there and they couldn't have cared less. Told us that it's the riders fault so it's nothing to do with them. We asked to have our items replaced and they refused, acted pissed off, and told us we'll have to pay again, even though one of them was part of a deal. Got home and went to local bossman for milkshakes. Shoulda gone to him first maybe this was punishment for cheating on him. Went home and the waffle was bland and not worth the money. Tried to get refund, only got half of it. Not good.

Ordered online. Quality of the shake was disgusting it looked and tasted like wall paper paste. They completely forgot the rest of our order. We ordered 2 drinks and got 1. I ended up throwing the drink in the bin due to how disgusting it was. Even though I paid like £15 for it with delivery. Avoid this place! Terrible service and low quality products. There are far better shake and desert places in town that are way better value for money.
Socom — Google review
No customers in the place for a warm Saturday afternoon so the atmosphere was lacking. Staff were friendly enough. Food was pretty terrible, everything tasted synthetic, the ice cream didn't taste like fresh ice cream and the latte didn't even taste like coffee, just overly artificially sweet products. I wouldn't return.
Rambo L — Google review
Although the ice creams look absolutely amazing, I think the taste was very bland, not much flavour to it. I was expecting a much more high end ingredients, considering it's quite pricey (£8.95 for a Sundae). It was a nice experience, but probably will not return anytime soon.

Tucked away in the charming Coxs Meadow of Cheltenham, The Meadow Café is a delightful spot that embodies community spirit and sustainability. Whether you're sipping on a hot drink or indulging in a scrumptious bacon sarnie, the inviting atmosphere enhances your experience.
What a lovely spot, delicious coffee tasty treats, dog friendly & seating to follow the sunshine. We sat at the back, overlooking the meadow & with the first warmth of spring sunshine it was the perfect spot after a walk in the park. The cakes looked so scrumptious, the bacon sandwiches were being enjoyed by others, but the best thing was the coffee…. that the cafe was dog friendly & the staff were super friendly. We will visit again when we are next in Cheltenham. Thank you!

Decent spot for a quick bite or a coffee, especially if you’re already in the area. The setting is pleasant and peaceful, with some nice outdoor seating when the weather’s good. Service was friendly but quite slow, and the food was fine. Could use a bit more variety on the menu too.

Cute little shop, but it’s always busy. I have been in the mornings on weekends and it’s hard to get a table so I have always had to do takeaway. I have tried a few of their bagel sandwiches. My personal favourites include the Brick Lane: good amount of smoked salmon and the dill is fresh which is delicious, I also like the Club: classic chicken and bacon and tomato and lettuce but still delicious. Their lattes are also good, but i prefer their food over their drinks. They were offering fresh smoothies one time and that was nice. I would continue to come back.

I’ve been coming to this little gem for years, and it continues to impress me every single day. The staff are genuinely lovely — warm, welcoming, and attentive. Even though they see me almost daily, their service never falters. There’s no complacency here; they take pride in what they do, and it shows. The coffee is always excellent, and the food is consistently spot-on. While the menu is simple, it’s clear that everything is done with care and intention. They know their strengths, and they stick to them — delivering quality time after time. You also have to consider the limited space they’re working with, and for that, the range and thoughtfulness of the menu is really impressive. There’s something for everyone, and it’s always fresh and satisfying. They truly deliver on all fronts — great coffee, great food, lovely people. It’s the best part of my day, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. ❤️

Had the most delicious spicy deli bagel - v tasty and filling. Tea in a pot, and was advised to ‘let it brew’ as it was organic and needed not to be rushed. WOW! the best cuppa I think I’ve ever had in a cafe! Really friendly and efficient service. I sat outside - a green oasis just a few mins walk to the High St or Promenade and with on street parking immediately outside. I went in the afternoon but they also open early for those who need to grab a coffee/breakfast/lunch to go on the way to work.

We love this local cafe, a fantastic local meeting spot with lots of outdoor seating that make it even more perfect in good weather. Coffee is consistently good, there is an excellent range of cakes & bagels and IMHO they do the best bacon sandwich in Cheltenham. My daughter took a tumble on her bike outside yesterday and they gave her two plasters which was so kind - so I just wanted to pass on my thanks for this kind gesture. X

While the menu options are somewhat limited, the cakes and beverages like apple juice and house blend tea are highly recommended.

Bright space with lots of window tables . We enjoyed our coffees. Extra charge for oat milk. Disappointed with the cakes which sounded great on the menu Very small piece of lemon drizzle and expensive eclairs. Brownies also very small for the price Enjoyed relaxing at this end of the shop .

Wow! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Had a fantastic afternoon tea at Huffkins—great atmosphere, delicious food, and a lovely overall vibe. What made it truly stand out was the incredible service from Dom, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We found the offer on Groupon, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best afternoon teas we've had, thanks in large part to the warm and attentive service. Highly recommended!

Huffkins is situated on the 1st floor of John Lewis and appears to be a popular breakfast spot. The ambiance is charming, reflecting an English-style cafe with tasteful interiors. However, the menu options are somewhat limited. I opted for pancakes, which were fairly basic but came with a premium price tag. The apple juice was delightful, and the chocolate twist bun was a highlight. Pricing overall leans toward the higher end. As for service, it fell short of expectations—the estimated wait time for food was not accurate, causing a longer than anticipated wait. In summary, while Huffkins offers a delightful setting and some tasty options, it has room for improvement in terms of menu variety, pricing, and service.

My favourite supermarket in Cheltenham. Good selection and friendly staff, also has lots of parking. They sell a few products I really like that I haven’t seen in other supermarkets. Very nice houseplant section that has the occasional must buy. Handy to be able to collect John Lewis parcels from here also. Would like a hot food section to pick something up for lunch, like they have in Sainsbury’s.

I love the Waitrose shopping experience. It has a very pleasant feel, and here in Cheltenham, you can get free cups of coffee by scanning your waitrose card. Cool. There's a little bar thing in the main lobby where you can sit and think, drink the coffee, or go over a shopping list, and there's all the stuff they sell.

Went to pick up my Amazon parcel at the Click and Collect counter in the morning. There was a lady before me collecting her order and it seems there was some issues with her payment card. The staff Lyndon Hiller was very patient and he settled it promptly. After the lady left, Lyndon greeted me with a big grin, asked for my pickup code and everything was done smoothly. Lyndon was pleasant, polite, and professional. He definitely deserves some recognition for his great service.

Good parking, good produce, nice little cafe if you need some caffeine or a bite to eat. Staff usually friendly and smiling. Overall a decent supermarket!

Went into Waitrose just now to grab some butter and honestly wish I hadn’t bothered. There was this woman working there — no apron, no jacket, just a tight blue shirt and clearly no interest in hygiene or helping customers. She was leaning all over the shelves, literally coughing and breathing right on it. I was actually horrified. Like have we learned nothing about germs?? I asked her where the butter was and she couldn't have been less helpful — just waved in some random direction and said “yeah it’s down that aisle, it’s on the sign” then turned away like I was wasting her time. Rude much? And then, to top it all off, she bent down and her whole bum crack was hanging out. I wish I was joking. I honestly just turned around and left the store. Didn’t buy anything. Appetite ruined. Never shopping here again. Do better, Waitrose. This was grim.

Our first visit was on Easter Monday for afternoon tea and what a treat it was. We'd seen the good reviews and fancied a cream tea somewhere we hadn't tried before. I booked ahead and I'd advise you to do the same. You can choose between an afternoon tea and an afternoon platter, the latter has a more savoury bias, or you can choose from the excellent menu. Or just pop in and enjoy a drink and one of the tremendous home made cakes. You can see from the attached photos just how good the afternoon tea was. A good balance of savoury and sweet. Great sandwiches and toasted chicken Caesar wrap and delicious home made cakes (of which the Terry's chocolate orange cheesecake was definitely the star!). The atmosphere is chilled and relaxed and we took the time to check out the breakfast and lunch menus, which we will definitely be going back to try. Our experience turned a nice afternoon into a lovely one. This is a one off café/restaurant run by a lovely couple who deserve all the success that comes their way.

Lovely café situated in The Montpellier Courtyard, immaculate inside and out (we sat outside which had plenty of outdoor seating and cover too) 2x Latte (lovely & strong) 1x Banana Berry Smoothie 1x Lazy Graze Smoothie (both really good, and a decent size for the price too) My wife had Shakshuka (we have eaten this at a ton of places including overseas, plus I make it at home…and she said it was the best she’s had 😭 haha, very good though, she loved the bread with it too, it had a lot more substance than other recipes and it was truly great, loved how it leant more on the curried spices than the paprika) I had the Eggs Royale and the Salmon was delicious with perfect poached egg We both said we are excited to come back and try the Full English Lazy Graze next! Considering everything we ordered and the very high quality of everything, we were amazed at the reasonable bill, staff were very welcoming and will 100% be going back!

Extremely upset, don’t waste your money Terribly disappointed with some branded cupcakes that I ordered and received yesterday. I did not want to leave a bad review knowing how damaging they are for businesses, however, after the lack of keenness to rectify the situation, I am left with no choice. I ordered 6 vanilla buttercream cupcakes 🧁 for a business anniversary, but what I had received what nothing short of shocking. The cupcakes were all a different size, two of them massive, two of them teeny tiny, absolutely none of them were uniform. They were done very poorly, there were finger prints on the icing sheet so they looked a bit dirty, the cut of the circle was choppy and careless. It honestly looked like a 4 year old child had made it. I paid £23.70, £3.95 a pop to receive something beyond disappointing. To make matters worse, when we tasted one out of curiosity, and with the hopes that the taste is better than the visuals, I was also let down. Shockingly, one of the cupcakes looked like it was either cut in or bitten into when you unwrap it????? I reached out to the team to understand what happened, and got any apology, which is lovely, but nothing happened to rectify the situation at all. I did request a refund and said I will bring the cupcakes back for them to try/see that I didn’t just make a scene for the sake of it, but unfortunately got no response, hence me leaving this review which was really the last resort. The cupcakes are sadly going in the bin. I don’t really care about the money, but I do care about good customer service, sadly all I got were some empty words. I don’t understand how someone could have looked at those cupcakes and thought “yeah, they’re good to give to a customer”. I don’t know why this happened because I see they make beautiful cakes for people, I don’t understand why my order didn’t receive the same level of care and attention.

Visited last week as wanted to try out the kids play area I had heard about. The concept is great as my 1 year old doesn’t sit still so having an area to explore was very unique and made the experience relaxing for me. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and even carried my pram up the steps at the front for me. I haven’t given 5 stars as I ordered the child’s lunchbox for £5, I knew my daughter wouldn’t eat it all so I would share it with her, the ham sandwich didn’t taste fresh and appeared it had been squished down. The apple (fresh fruit) provided also wasn’t very fresh/crunchy and quite tasteless (maybe old? Or maybe we were unlucky) and a juice and a frube-style yoghurt was provided in a box - did seem expensive for the poor quality. I had a carrot caked slice which was a large slice could have been shared between 2 it was very sweet tasting. I also tried their homemade lemonades this was actually very yummy. We had the upstairs to ourselves as it was a quiet afternoon mid-week. I would return again, as it is unique to have the Play Area upstairs and the staff were very welcoming. I would perhaps not personally order the kids lunch again and try a different cake next time.

I tried a delicious slice of a limited edition cake on offer this weekend at their Cheltenham shop. The pistachio kunafa brownie cake was delicious. I’m not a fan of cream cakes but I’ll make an exception to these as the cream is not sweet or sickly and the thin pancakes running through give a lovely texture to the cake. You can tell it is made from good quality ingredients. I shared my slice with my partner as the portion size was generous. I now want to try more of these delicious cakes!

We got a slice of Kinder Bueno "cake" and a tub of Toblerone variety. We didn't see the prices before ordering, so were quite surprised that the total came to £15.50! Upon tasting them, we found them both to be unappealingly mushy in texture and seriously lacking in flavour. Additionally, the ingredients listed on the pot contain many (palm oil, flavourings, emulsifiers, acidity regulators, etc) that you would expect to see in cheap supermarket cakes with long shelf lives, but definitely not in a premium cake.

I had such high hopes for these lovely looking cakes, however I was truly disappointed by the lack of flavor. I'm writing this review because I truly want you guys to increase the flavor profiles. My friend said if she closed her eyes and tasted the pistachio, she would have never been able to guess the flavor. Matcha is also so earthy and delicious however I could barely taste it... all I tasted was cream. Lovely shop with lovely staff, but sadly disappointed.

Recently had this Cookies & Cream Pancake Cake for a family birthday, disappointed would be an understatement. For £85 I would expect something more flavoursome and actually taste of what it says it is. The only flavour I could get was cream! Also, where are the pancake layers? As you can see from the photos they barely exist! For this amount of money the quality of the product is severely lacking, the ONLY positive was the presentation.

Love love love!! I have been buying Laura’s pancake cakes since she’s started off at her home and am obsessed with her famous sisu cream! In the years I’ve been buying the price still hasn’t gone up despite the cost of everything having gone up in the last few years (ingredients electric etc) Tried her new stuffed cookies last week and they are to die for!!!

Just ate a slice and…😍 I can’t believe….YOU CAN NOW BUY SISU PANCAKES IN SELFRIDGES BIRMINGHAM!! 🎉🎉🎉 HOW AMAZING IS THAT! And they are delivered fresh , they are not frozen at all. Always fresh and you can taste it! I’m so excited ive watched this business grow and now, i can buy when i go shopping or visit! Its a niche product and focuses on this. AND TASTES YUMMY! I have tried all of the core varieties of pancakes and they are so scrummy!!!😍 They use core products such as Lidt and nutella so anyone knows they are yummy and dont taste horrid. Its a family run business and the owner really goes the extra mile to deliver fresh a high quality product , provide a friendly service inhouse and Ive followed the story from its start to where it is at. I recommend you visit it, i am looking forward to visiting on my next visit to Cheltenham and Selfridges because i have cravings again for a Nutella slice! Keep up the great work Laura and team and congratulations on your achievements stocking your slices in Selfridges!

I've had Sisu pancakes too many times to count now, and they never fail! They are so creamy and indulgent, absolutely worth the money and you can tell Laura and the team put so much love into these pancakes. A must visit spot if you're in cheltenham!!!

First time trying the famous Sisu cake and it did not disappoint! We tried the classic Biscoff flavour and it was perfect - light, flavourful and delicious. It’s definitely worth a try and you can share one between two people. Will try the cookie base one next time.
