I was craving a burger, and Royale did not disappoint! The burger was amazing—perfectly paired with crispy onion rings and a bit of tomato sauce. I went a bit overboard with the chocolate milkshake—it’s super thick and filling, so make sure you’re hungry if you order one! The meal was slightly on the pricey side at around $32 for a burger, chips, and shake, but with another drink option, it’d be closer to $20. The diner has a cute, laid-back vibe, great for a casual burger date, or you can sit outside if you prefer. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying feed!

Was craving burgers, so I went came here, and also got a Caesar salad. Quick and friendly service, fresh food, amazing vibe in the restaurant. The wait time was fairly short, and the portions were MASSIVE! The Bacon royal was sooo delicious. The patty was nicely cooked and paired so well with the bacon. The chips were also very fresh and crispy.

Absolutely Top-Tier Burgers. This place served me one of the absolute top three burgers of my life. It wasn’t just good—it was on another level, far above your standard burger. The flavors, the quality of the meat, the balance of toppings, and the overall craftsmanship put it in a completely different class. Every bite was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and unforgettable. If you’re a true burger lover, you owe it to yourself to try this spot. It’s not just food—it’s an experience.

Went for a late breakfast and ordered the guacamole toast, two stack pancakes, and the brekkie bun. The pancake was soft and fluffy with a generous amount of berries on top. It also comes with a scoop of ice cream for the little one. The guacamole toast was also served with a generous amount of smash avo with a surprise kick of spice from the chili which compliments the whole dish. Lastly the brekkie bun. Served with two fried eggs, bacon, and cheese. The bun was soft and toasted and the sauce they used was amazing. We also ordered a latte and cappuccino both are also amazing! Their place is small and cozy with an amazing song vibes. Service was also warm and friendly, we would like to thank Jason for this! Definitely worth the visit!

A really cool restaurant warm, cosy and wacky in aesthetic. It had a desert style Texan vibe to it that throws you off from the posh community setting its in, with the burger really surpassing the usual commercial ones you get from fast food shops. It was so yummy 😋 Definitely coming back for more and eating in store !

This place used to be my go-to for a great burger, especially on Tight Arse Tuesdays when you could grab one for $12 — solid deal, great food. But they’ve scrapped the deal and kept the already high prices, which makes it hard to justify coming back. The burgers are decent, but definitely not worth the full price. Disappointed to see loyalty and affordability go out the window. Won’t be paying them a visit again anytime soon.

I've had burgers all over the world. I'm a burger nut! And I can say hand in heart the Royale with Cheese is simply one of the best classic American style burgers you can buy. And love the nostalgic diner vibes added to the side.

I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and it’s hands-down my favourite spot for fish and chips and oysters. The food is always fresh, consistently good, and the oysters are absolutely the best I’ve had anywhere. I even ordered some oysters here last Christmas — my best friend had never tried them before, and now she’s hooked! The team is always friendly, and you can tell they really care about quality. It’s rare to find a place that stays this good over so many years. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fresh seafood and great fish & chips.

Just amazing, best fish and chips I ever had, all seafood is so fresh and clean. All the deep fried things are super crispy and juicy inside, grilled things are perfectly cooked and very tender. Salads are also great. All the staffs are super kind and friendly. Absolutely love this place.

Food is good but incredibly disappointed in portion sizes. $22 and literally 22 chips. My partner got the salad option and that was $25 to swap half the chips for Greek salad which included two olives and one piece of feta cheese... Flavour is great, appreciate having gluten free options (big 👍), understand rent probably isn't very affordable, but I unfortunately won't be able to make coming here a regular thing when being ceoliac already makes everything else so much more expensive, basic fish and chips I was hoping would be a bit of a reprieve.

Captain and Coe is a top-notch fish and chip shop. Owner Jason and cook Jack run the place brilliantly – friendly service, great atmosphere, and food that’s consistently excellent. Unfortunately a regular favourite was the seafood deluxe here, work colleagues and I would boast of how good the seafood was. Big real prawns and plenty of them and at a good price of $22. Not what we recieved tonight while plenty of prawns on the pizza they where small ones what you might typically get from a packet at the super market. The pizza lacked any other seafood on there apart from a few anchovies and a price increase to $26 Pretty disappointed in what use to be a phenomenal pizza.

Was the best pizza in town. Was quick delivery. Pizza always arrived hot. Was high quality ingredients. Sadly this is not the case anymore nor is this a 5 star review anymore. Mate you can't promote your pizzas on instagram showing your regular tasty kalamata olives then on the same day a few hours later serve pizzas with the cheapest tasteless sliced black olives known to man. This is misrepresentation plus either shifty or thoughtless. Give me my money back

Have been buying pizza from Martinellis for as long as I can remember. The last 2 times I have had pizza I have noticed the quality of the ingredients are not the same which is a shame. The pizza have gone from great to just ok.

This place should be shut down and a health inspector should come and have a look disgusting. We decided the 6 of us should eat in. No knives and forks were given, none of the sauces were given to us and we had to ask for cups when we ordered 1.25 Solo. The male toilet had wee all over the seat and floor. I let them know it needed attention. Saw a staff member go in shortly after. Took my daughter in as we we’re leaving and found the toilet seat up in the girls toilet, no cleaning had been done and a sign saying it was out of service because a raw egg was on the floor but the door was still open Looks like the toilets haven’t been cleaned for a long time The place needs a deep clean

Zero! Big fat zero don’t go to this store. Got delivery and they gave me the wrong drink they wont replace the drink they wont refund the drink. My food is now cold cause I had to call them which took ages and I have no drink. The way I see it they just took money from me I’m not gonna drink this drink I don’t want it I’m putting in the bin… like. Do better?

Disgusting! Dirty! A SHAME for a nice suburb like Hampton!! These new franchise people have no pride for their business. Absolutely appalling! The toilets smell like faeces ! Went for the first time in years and 2 adults and 2 kids got the Family Feast (2 large chips, 8 piece fried chicken, whole roast chicken and coleslaw!). So that's a lot but I'm a vegetarian so also added corn and sweet potato wedges. And well we had enough for 10 people! So brought half home. Will take husband all week to finish off chicken. I was going to get peas as well but I didn't see them on offer. We sat in to eat and there is a lot of seating inside and a few tables outside. Coleslaw, corn and sweet potato wedges fine, can't comment on the chicken.

Extremely bad customer service, had many issues with this store over the years. Noticed that i only received half my order when i got home. Called store spoke to Vik the manager he was extremely abrupt and rude. Will call head office tomorrow to discuss this incident further.

Used to love their pizzas here but this is the second time now that this has happened. Whats with the pizza base lately? So thin? And the bbq sauce is way too much. It did not even caramelise. Was it just placed on top after the pizza has been in the oven? Has there been a change of ownership or management or something?

I hadn’t been to this pizza shop in a while, but I’m so glad I came back! The place has recently been taken over by a new owner, Paul, and you can really feel the difference. He’s incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about both the food and the community. If you haven’t been in a while (like me), definitely give it another try. And if you’re new you’re in for a treat. Support local and give Paul and his team a visit. You won’t regret it!

$20 for a large pizza with frozen dough and undercooked, I am a chef myself, you tell me if it’s worth it, is not hard to make fresh dough yourself, I think a slice missing too. Maybe locals happy if pizza good price in store but not for $20.

We recently tried Pizza Roma under its new ownership, and we couldn’t be happier! The pizzas are absolutely delicious fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was a treat, and it’s clear the new owners are putting a lot of care into their recipes. This is hands down going to be our new go-to pizza place.

My husband and I found this place on google map by relying on the reviews and not only we weren’t regret, but also we found a amazing pizza restaurant , really nice stuff specially lovely and kind ’Rob’, we ordered a large pizza, half supreme and half sea food The taste was unique and different , we haven’t had such experience before in Melbourne, the ingredients were so good and fresh, the combination of them were wonderful. Doing a local limo job and had a walk round the concourse at Beaumaris and found this amazing pizza place‼️its a family run business and they take great pride in making delicious Italian style foods 💜 I had a small Hawaiian with chilli flakes and it was flawless in every aspect‼️very tasty, perfect crust, fresh, hot and cooked to perfection, definitely a 10/10 just become my favourite pizza shop 🤩

I had a large half Mexicana half Hawaiian pizza, as I couldn't decide between the 2 pizza toppings I enjoy the most when ordering the pizza. The pizza was by far the best pizza I've had from the bayside area yet. The Mexicana had the right amount of chili flakes and the pizza as a whole just screamed freash ingredients which made for a very enjoyable pizza on both halfs. You can tell they take great pride when making their pizza's and to top it all off the owner was an absolute champion!! I can't recommend this pizza place enough!!!

Dear McPickleMasters, I must commend your precision. Truly. When I asked for extra pickles, I wasn’t expecting a minimalist art installation. Yet, there it was—a single, solitary pickle slice, placed dead centre like the Mona Lisa of condiments. Bold. Avant-garde. An ode to restraint. Was this a symbolic gesture? A commentary on modern excess? Or a brave statement on the fleeting nature of abundance? Whatever the intention, I now know what it feels like to be both confused and mildly amused while eating a burger. Next time, though, maybe throw in a few more of those elusive green coins. You know, just fulfill a job?

Manager tonight at 8pm refused to give me her name for a complaint about the app, but then she said I was rude and hung up on me and when I went back to ask the name of the manager on duty she came out without a name badge and still refused to tell me her name, and basically painted me as rude, when I got confused when they couldn’t scan the QR code instead of the numerical code. This person has 0 customer skills and no problem solving abilities.

This is one of the slowest Maccas. I waited for 12 minutes just to place an order at 5:30 in the morning!!! Was also told another day, that they "weren't taking orders right now". Open 24 hours!!

Did you know that taste is compromised of up to 80% smell? Because the person who buys the hand soap for the bathrooms certainly doesn't. Once again, somebody has chosen this obnoxious smelling chemical disinfectant hand soap. The smell wouldn't be so bad if you could wash it off, but it is so tenacious it's soaks into the skin and cannot be removed. This ensures that no matter what you order it ends up tasting like a urinal cake. Someone needs to fire this supplier. I did not wash my hands because of this horrible orange soap, so the soap is having the opposite effect. Surely there is a disinfectant hand soap that doesn't smell like a hospital?

Wow it seems to amaze me how the people that work at this establishment are even employable. Clearly not. The mc chicken burger was terrible. The bun was hard and clearly not fresh, chicken was also hard and cold. Couldn't eat it. Straight into the bin. Chips where the worst Chips I've seen I'm my life. Literally spat them out. Cold, oily and not salted. And the top it off zero napkins or straws. Has it ever accord to Mc Donalds that an IQ test should be part of there training program?

At a chicken shop, that’s unacceptable. As for the portion size, I included photos in my review for reference, so don’t call me a liar. I was served half a breast, and being told “that’s never happened in 20 years” doesn’t change what I was given. I also asked to speak to a manager at the time and was told by your staff they were on the phone, so don’t suggest I didn’t try to resolve it then and there. And finally, dismissing public reviews as “negative remarks” instead of acknowledging repeated poor service is just avoiding accountability. Customers have a right to share honest experiences, especially when private complaints lead nowhere. If I Wanted Microwave Chicken, I’d Stay Home. Every time I visit this chicken shop, there’s always an issue. On my most recent trip, I asked for a chicken roll. Which, in my understanding, should be made fresh, especially at a chicken shop. Instead, the worker pulled out some cold chicken from the fridge, placed it in a plastic container, and microwaved it. I told them I didn’t want microwaved chicken from a chicken shop. So I changed my order and asked for a quarter chicken. Again, based on common sense and experience, that usually means a whole breast or a thigh and drumstick. What I got was half a breast. Barely worth calling a portion. Not sure if the owner is cutting corners or forcing staff to ration meat, but either way, customers aren’t getting what they pay for. The service is consistently poor, no matter who’s behind the counter. I won’t be going back. Disappointing, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.

Hate giving local businesses bad reviews but this was 2nd bad experience. Sold out of almost everything by 6.30 on a Friday. No chickens cooking despite coals still alight. And this happened each time I’ve been there. Rather than making to demand - they appear to make what they can be bothered making and then shut early. Strange model. Chicken dry. Salad that they had left was about 2 fork fulls in the pack I ordered. Chips were very good. Chicken skin was at least a nice flavour 👍 Oh well. We tried to support local. No 3rd chance here. Edit. Thanks to business for responding. It was unfair of me to make a claim about the owner shouting at staff, that was exaggerated. So I have removed that from my post. I stand by everything else I said - but I would absolutely encourage everyone to visit the shop and make up their own mind. I could have just been unlucky.

Best Charcoal Chicken joint in Beaumaris. Been there wver since i was a kid.

We ordered chicken & salad rolls today, a great selection of yummy salads, the chicken was nice on a lovely crunchy fresh roll. Friendly, helpful service from the young guy, very reasonably priced oh and a serve of lovely rice pudding. We thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to come back. It is so hard to find fresh, healthy takeaway food at a very reasonable price.

Avoid at all costs.. I requested no bacon on a burger (I'm Muslim) and it came with bacon. I requested a replacement (without the bacon) but was told they were "to busy". They confirmed the receipt had no bacon on it but were unwilling to replace. I had to sit there while all my friends had dinner. They offered a refund, but still far from reasonable service. It was apparently the boss that told me no.

I ordered off of Menulog and my burger was so dry. My beef brisket mac and cheese was super expensive for what i got. You would think almost 30$ for Mac and Cheese it would be more gourmet than what i got. I paid 13$ for a smoked sausage that was super dry as well. I would not order from here. Also, when I tried to call the restaurant because my order was marked as delivered when it hadnt actually been, the phone number said it was out of service.

Simply the best burger restaurant in the Bayside region. "Tex Mex" with the slow cooked beef , too good. Raz, the proprieter, will no doubt get the nod for a Nobel peace prize.

I get in and they say it’s a 5 minute wait until my order is ready, 20 minutes then go by and they don’t apologise or anything for the wait they just say they are busy. If you are busy you know how long things are going to take, respect peoples time and if it’s going to take longer tell them so they can do something else during that time. They just kept making excuses for the long wait time rather than addressing the issue

Tried the beef and pork ribs today and hands down ,one of the best I have had. Very good portions and good flavour and taste. Meat just melt in the mouth. Highly recommend to try it out !! Looking forward to try the burgers as well.

Value for money, Gorgeous chips amazing wings and there burgers wow absolutely the best most juiciest burger we have had in a very long time. all of this was topped of by a jam donut and fantastic customer service the perfect finish to an amazing meal. we will be back :) oh and there delivery... very quick under 30 minutes on a Saturday night when other joints were over an hour.

Everything is dirty: the order screens, the chairs, and: the trays! This is really disgusting. There were crumbs in the corner of the tray, and there was a lid of the sauce container from the previous person. See photos. Our table order took more than 20 minutes and me asking for it at the counter.

I've only moved to this area recently, and i don't understand why the mcdonalds at this location is so bad. The bacon is always so dry that it's like leather. It'll be super dark and discoloured, too, like it's been sitting in the warmer for days. Half the time, the onions on my big Mac are forgotten, the two beef patties will be jammed in to one section of the burger together instead throughout the layers, you'll get one single pickle (and it'll be the size of a 5c piece), sauces are forgotten (HOW IS THIS SO HARD?), sauces are forgotten, sauces are forgotten, did i mention that sauces are forgotten? I did, however, receive sauces in my last order, but have a look at the Mac sauce I paid for. They barely have me a few drops and this has happened a couple of times now. I think this all comes down to bad management. All the mistakes seem deliberate. Nobody accidentally puts 2 drops of sauce in a container and thinks it'll be fine, or put a piece of bacon that's so dry and old that it's like plastic. These accidents are deliberate because the staff don't care and management aren't keeping on top of their staff properly.

Don’t park in the waiting bay to wait for your coffee. They’ll forget it. You go in to remind them. They then make 2 other hot drinks before they make yours - the one they forgot. Hopeless

Worst Macdonald ever. Everything tastes bad, came for light meal, do I have to use microscope to see lettuce and sauce in the burger? And super long Waite , they miss our order twice wrong drinks , missing sauce.

The burger was so dry and chewy. Never had such a burger before. The staffs are not that great too. They are always in rush and often forget things in your basket. The atmosphere is quite good though. With children play room and plenty sitting space.

McDonald's Cheltenham could be a decent fast-food stop, but unfortunately, the experience is severely let down by poor management. While the food is typical McDonald's quality and the location is convenient, the service—particularly from the manager—is unacceptable. The Positives The drive-thru and self-serve kiosks make ordering easy, and when the food is fresh, it’s decent. Some of the staff are friendly and try their best under what seems to be poor leadership. The late-night availability is also a plus. The Negatives The biggest issue is the management. The manager at this location is incredibly rude and dismissive. Rather than addressing concerns professionally, they come across as uninterested, unhelpful, and at times, outright condescending. My personal experience was frustrating—I was treated poorly, and any attempt to resolve an issue was met with an attitude that made it clear customer service is not their priority. This lack of leadership reflects on the overall service. Orders are often incorrect, wait times can be unnecessarily long, and staff seem either overwhelmed or indifferent. Cleanliness is also a problem, with tables left dirty for far too long and bins frequently overflowing. Final Thoughts I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you have no other option. The food is standard, but the service—especially from the manager—makes for an unpleasant experience. A little respect and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, that’s sorely lacking here.

Grabbed a Large Chocolate Shake from the Drivethru Today at about 1pm. Bugger All Chocolate in it. Maybe a bit in the swirl for colouring but. That's about it. 🙁 Also noticed the size of the Cups have reduced. Not in length but in Diameter. Probably thought we wouldn't notice 🤔 ??!!

This chicken is so sad. Are they sick??? Never had this pathetic fried chicken from kfc ever. Look at that dark skin and it’s not crispy at all. If you cannot remain the same quality, just shut it down no one will blame you 🙂

These dudes clearly take no pride in their jobs. I stop here once a month on my way home to buy a treat meal. On average 50% of the time they get the order wrong. Today I waited in the drive through behind one car that was at the speaker for 5 min before they were served. I ordered a zinger crunch burger combo that cost $15. My order contained a deconstructed wrap, full of crushed up corn chips, and dehydrated coleslaw, with 2 tenders in it and no mayo. Aside from not being what I ordered, it was drier than the Simpson desert. The chips were oversalted within an inch of their existence, I’d put money on them outlasting the apocalypse - couldn’t eat them either. Sadly I was km’s away by the time I discovered this atrocity of a meal. I love spending $15 on a can of Pepsi. Driving past the window, I could see 4 or 5 staff members in the back, standing around having a chat not including the 2 at the payment window and 2 at the collection window. Today’s pathetic mess almost outdid the time they gave me a family feast with no burgers or chicken in it…. Hopeless. Seriously, Highett get it together, your weekday lunch service is a disgrace.

The popcorn chicken was juicy. Very juicy. The nuggets were also really good the secret seasoning was pretty mid though. Liked it but I only got a kids meal so I didn’t get very much information to write a whole review.

Staff were too busy chatting about their social lives. Hard to get their attention and was basically dismissed when asking about my order. Zinger was not zinger and chips were soggy! Glad it's not my local store

The worst KFC ever! Ordered a takeaway Zinger meal, only to find the burger missing! The Zinger crunch salad was missing the nacho chips and the chicken nuggets didn’t even taste like chicken. Fries were soggy- I had to drive back to get the zinger burger, and even then the burger bread was stale. The owner of this franchise does not care for quality, just pushing out as much sub standard food as they can. I’ve banned this establishment for life! Never again.

I have had many very good experiences here. The other night I ordered very close to closing time, and they didn’t have everything we ordered. But the manager was extremely accomodating and gave us heaps of extra food to make up for it. Really good service and staff who go the extra mile.

I visited the store this afternoon and was immediately put off by the lack of cleanliness. Every table inside was dirty, and the outdoor seating was even worse—covered in dirt and bird droppings. The toilets were in an even more unacceptable state. It’s clear they need more staff to maintain basic hygiene and keep the place welcoming. I didn’t stay long!

I had a terrible experience at KFC Brighton. I tried to redeem my 600ml soft drink voucher after spending more than $18, well above the $5 minimum requirement, but the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite meeting the voucher conditions, they refused to honor it because I was in the drive-thru. The staff member told me to "come in next time" if I wanted to use the voucher, which made no sense. It felt like they just didn’t care since I was in the drive-thru. Very disappointing customer service—I expected much better.

Chicken was great, but they forgot the wicked wings in my zinger box. I got drink swapped out for dinner roll. It wasn’t in the wicked wings 10pc box either.

Atmosphere-Where is the manager? A male staff member from the back could be heard loudly swearing the F-word the whole time. There was obviously some need of leadership needed. The person serving me was not concerntrating had to ask me three times for a simple order. I had to ask for my drink, the sauces and napkins. Food was okay, Chips could be a little warmer

Never order your food online because this guys servers all the customers first even if you guys have ordered way before all the customers who walk in so if will order online you have to wait min 30 to 40 mins or more and if riders ask them then they behave really rude. Thank you

I ordered extra salty chips these chips were not salty. The chip were bland to nothing. I am very very upset. They were also raw. The ships were so in fact raw, I could taste the flour from the batter coming off when I chew. I am not happy about this experience, but the chicken was okay, but the chips we’re not. Please tell your chefs to cook the chips for longer it is not that hard. I will not be eating here again.

Can’t cook chicken to save their lives. Wouldn’t feed this to my dog! Went back and the guy apologise blamed the Uber driver for the burnt chicken… I said it’s black mate same with the burger meat and everything else not just cold. He said he’d redo it and give some extra chips and then just burnt the chicken a second time around. Straight after. Absolutely terrible. Never done a bad review in my life but this was taking the piss. Funny because I got owned but taking the piss.

We buy from The Hot Bird multiple times a week, and it never disappoints. Whether it’s a whole chicken or just a few quarters depending on what we need, the quality is always spot on – juicy, flavourful, and perfectly cooked every time. Over the years, we’ve also enjoyed their burgers and wraps – just as tasty and satisfying. And seriously, do yourself a favour and try their chips. They’re some of the best you’ll find anywhere – crispy, golden, and addictive. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and Alan (the owner) runs a great shop. It's clear they care about both their food and their customers. Highly recommend this place – it’s a true neighbourhood favourite!

Food was delicious, and the service was so lovely! The portions were very generous, and I would definitely return! However, the lovely person who served us was berated by two awful customers for no reason. I hope she is given proper supports for harassment and stress as I think she was working by herself. No one should be harassed while doing their job. :( 💔

Tried the chicken wings last night. Great deal on Wednesdays! They are very tasty and much larger than say , ones from KFC. Plus they have a menu of flavours. I tried Southern and Korean. Delicious and filling. They also serve great roast vegetables which I have often bought to supplement my meals at home. Staff are friendly and very competent. A must for chicken lovers!

I travelled 2.5 hours today just to get here, it was worth it. The food is lovely, and I'd not eaten here for about 3 months, I felt severe cravings. Another positive is that it's not closer to me, otherwise my body weight would be increasing dramatically quickly! Absolutely worth a try. Chicken fillet and chips with a bit of gravy over the top 👌

Updated review October 2024 - Daniel is heading up the business. He has refreshed the recipes of many of the Juniors pizzas. He particularly wanted a new take on the Marinara. It doesnt disappoint. Photos attached. The texture is a generous helping of mixed seafood and the crust retains its crispiness. Its worth revisiting Juniors. --- Marinara pizza is good if not just a little salty. Capriciossa good with extra anchovy Meat lovers is popular with the kids because no onion. Hawaiian is solid performer week in week out! Always Fresh made bases and friendly service. Business has been in same location for over 10 years.

Have always loved Jnr’s Pizza as our go to local pizza house. I had a great experience tonight with new owner Daniel and want to wish him and his team the very best. The pizza was great and sounds like there will be lots of new yummy pizza items on the menu with some great new home made fillings. Ordered 2x family The Lot Pizzas. Asked for heavy Napoli sauce, but instead found it had barely any. Ingredients were decent quality, but overall found the pizza underwhelming with not enough flavour. However, it was a proper Family portion size (15”) and generously topped.

I've have ordered pizzas twice since I knew these owners were in charge and have had zero complaints. Picked up myself both times. 3rd ordered and being delivered tonight at 5:50 pm. However, this was the first time I used Menulog to deliver "any food" and was disappointed. While the pizzas maintained there usual great taste and filling the delivery itself was 25 minutes late. Sorry Not Happy!!!

Ordered bbq chicken pizza with pineapple. Because "they were busy" the pineapple was thrown on after the pizza was cooked and it fell off when we tried to eat it. Dissatisfied. Left feeling like they do not care about their customers, who are locals, or about quality of product or service. Spoke to 3 people the last one being a male owner who was rude. After I said we won't be back again (as my husband and daughter were regulars) he said to me "tell your husband good luck". Don't waste your money!

Been going to this place for a few years now, nice Spaghetti Amatriciana and Pizza, Pizza dough was fresh and slight crunch at the bottom very good, you can tell when the owner cares.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Going Back! I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway. As soon as I walked in, the staff aggressively handed me a sandwich I never ordered and started questioning me, demanding I show my phone to confirm something I knew nothing about. I just came in to place a fresh order, but was treated like I was trying to steal or scam them. The staff were extremely rude, angry for no reason, and made me feel embarrassed in front of others. This isn’t the first time either — I’ve had a bad experience before where they were so stingy they literally counted the pieces of chicken and vegetables going into the sandwich. It was clear they cared more about cutting costs than customer service. Avoid this place if you value respect, proper service, and a decent meal. There are plenty of other Subways or sandwich shops that know how to treat their customers right.

I just moved into the area and I thought I’d try the local pizza shop and wow it was really good the pizza dough was 10/10 old school pizza I haven’t had good pizza like this in ages 10/10 would highly recommend

Traditional pizzas! Venue nothing exciting but pizzas are yum! Crunchy and tasty bases without being overcooked. Generous toppings all the way to the edge.

Great tasting pizza with a perfect thick and freshly made base. The pizza dough is delicious and the pizza is generously topped however the varieties of pizzas are a little outdated and the menu needs an update in my view. There is a small gourmet range but still not that inventive. If your looking for pasta this is not the shop for you as there are only two, All in all worth a visit though as the pizza is tasty and quality good, I'd just like to see a more modern menu.

Dropped in to Alex's Pizza for the first time tonight, had a friend with me and all other pizza shops in the area were closed. So glad we stopped here, pizza was excellent with great tasting base and plenty of topping. Ordered Supreme with Jalapeno and it was very tasty, definitely be going back. Also the service was friendly. I now have two great pizza shops to choose from.

Can't fault the pizza, it was great. But the garlic bread was mouldy and that is inexcusable.

Twice i have ordered from here using uber eats, twice it has been delayed and delivered cold. I even put in an note stating that last time it was delivered cold and if it could be delivered first this time. Was delayed the second time by over 12 minutes from the stated delivery time. It's a shame as the pizza looks nice, but being delivered cold it doesn't taste nice as I'm sure it would hot. I'm literally 5-6 minutes drive from the restaurant so cannot see why it has both times been delivered cold.

worst pizza of our lives! came 20 min late. all 3 pizzas looked exactly the same. all burnt on top and taste like cardboard. had to throw in bin. wasted $41 and 50 min waiting for them. do not eat from here. pictures are nothing like what you get. wish I could upload the photo we took. also we give it NO STARS but I cant delete the 1 I accidentally hit

I have been going there a few weeks on the last accession the toppings started to slide of the pizza base i went to take a bite and all i was looking at was the pizza base. Normally they taste good but i was let down this time. I'm only a pensioner and this is a luxury 4 me 2 eat pizza.

We ordered Monaco Pizza last night they used to make a fantastic pizza at a reasonable pirce. We paid $53 for a BBQ Chicken and a glutin free Pizza. This morning my wife and I regret our experience.......we have both had stomach aches morning and had the runs.....will me very order there again.

This is OK but I won't say there great. Not your traditional pizza the worker is lovely by has trouble with understanding your order.

Unfortunately i have to give a poor rating. Pizza really lacked flavour and toppings. It was incredibly soggy when it arrived.

This place was shocking. There was only one family dining in there on a quiet Wednesday night( the place is always quiet on weekdays) and I went in to pick up my take away pizzas. The photos paint a thousand words. The rockets were dead. The pizzas were overcooked that they were dry and you could hardly bite into it. I don't understand why restaurants can't have more pride in the way they make and present food to their customers. Especially if they are dead quiet. The last order from this place was also subpar - but I didn't leave a review as I wanted to give them a another shot. Very disappointed. Not sure if management has changed but if they are charging $20 odd for pizzas like this, they should be ashamed.

I recently visited 5 Peppers 🍕for pickup my order and the pizza was delicious. I ordered the peri peri chicken & pesto chicken pizza. Both were excellent—the crust was thin and crispy, toppings were fresh, and the cheese was perfectly melted and they gave me free garlic bread. The service was friendly and efficient. The prices were reasonable for the quality—we felt like we got good value for our money. Overall,it was excellent. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu! Thank you 5 Peppers made my day.

This restaurant is super sketch and the food is mediocre at best, but the prices are good so that makes up for it. I was served by a kind younger waitress who was very attentive and professional, however the owner is a total arrogant snob who doesn’t treat his employees well from what I have seen from the time I’ve eaten there. The interior definitely needs updates but that’s fine, didn’t bother me so much. Staff is nice as mentioned previously, but the owner… terrible and atrocious. I’m only giving 2 stars for the waitress I had. If it wasn’t for the good service I experienced it would’ve been 1 star.

Ordered here twice at two different times before reviewing. Firstly I would like to say the customer service needs just a bit of work when the customers walk in and be greeted, both times I've walked in and there was no body at the counter one person looked over but stayed in the kitchen.. it's fine I understand times may get busy but a simple "Hello, we will be with you shortly" can go a long way for customer service. The staff is friendly once you are being served. The pizza I can not fault it. It's tasty it's hot it taste fresh I have no complaints on that end. They do have a dining area if you wish to eat in. For a local pizza shop, I recommend trying it out.

Not for the sake of reviewing but this place is truly a hidden gem and my new go to place for pizza! I got a tandoori chicken pizza and cheesy garlic bread and I must say every time I order it just seems to taste better and the customer service is honestly exceptional there’s nothing bad I could say!! Best garlic bread I’ve had in Melbourne so far!!

My go to Pizza and pasta takeaway. I have tried their Paneer peri peri pizza, and its absolutely delicious. They do take time, but it's worth the wait. Great job guys.
