Food is not amazing in comparison to the many gorgeous and diverse restaurants along Watton street. I tried the Linguini Zucchini Aglio e Olio which was lacking flavour for me. Partner said the steak was okay. Lovely wedges though!
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Prices are on the high side ( mains were $28 -$42 each).
This place is stunning. Tasty food, great service, good location and amazing view. These guys have found a great balance between price and the level of comfort that suits well Werribee location and the customers who enjoy nice atmosphere, great view, mild music and tasty but yet affordable food and medium range but tasty drinks. The personnel is awesome, warm and helpful. There is nothing to fault in this place. It also in the same Holiday Inn place on 8th floor. On busy days during dinner times I would recommend booking as people seems appreciate this place and it can get busy. Highly recommend it for dates, calm celebrations, and serious conversations.
Come for dinner with the family for the first time and was really happy with the service, friendly staff, food was presented well and quick service. I'm definitely coming back and highly recommend it.

Have to start with view was incredible, dining room was neat and clean and bathrooms the same. The food was delicious. More like pub food served pretty but unfortunately for the chefs who did a wonderful job, the service was really lacking. No one came to the table to service us for 30 mins and after we placed order only saw them to deliver food, no future offers for further drinks or even to clean plates. Services is really letting the kitchen down.
The view was absolutely stunning; however, the customer service left much to be desired. I visited on the afternoon of July 1st for coffee with a friend, around 4pm. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting us was quite rude. He did not offer to show us the cake selection or a menu, and was unable—or unwilling—to describe the available drinks. It was a disappointing experience, especially given the beautiful setting.

Ordered the Parma and eye fillet with mushroom sauce.
Eye filet was cooked very well and could taste the quality of the meat.
Parmigiana was a good portion however the meat just needed something extra like some sauce / gravy.

Nice interior, friendly service, and drinks were great, but half of the food was a bit not good. Burger was very dry, and chips were too salty. Lamb shank was very soft and melted in the mouth. Overall, it was not a bad experience. Maybe something happened in the kitchen.
From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The door greeter warmly welcomed us and opened the door, setting the tone for a great experience. At the desk, a friendly staff member not only walked us to our table but also engaged us in conversation, asking if we’d visited before and explaining how to order food and drinks—such a thoughtful touch.

A great vegan menu and OMG the pumpkin Salad was the most delicious I've ever had. So many flavours.
Wow I went for dinner last night and was so very pleasantly surprised. Door opened for us to enter, so clean and well set out inside.
A lovely atmosphere, music was good and not so loud which I love, you could talk to each other without having to yell.
Service was brilliant and the food was beautiful, cooked well and fresh.
Nick came up and spoke to us at our table to make sure that we were happy and made us feel so welcome. Beer garden out the back was gorgeous and lights in the trees.
I will definitely be going back.

This place is definitely a local gem. Steak was on point and affordable. Kids had plenty of space to run around outside. Great dark ale to boot.

No the perks of being a dad, I got to not only try the scotch steak on steak night but sample what was left of the kids meals, and let me say they just because their meals for kids the quality dosent change.
I ordered the steak med rare, it was definitely more med-med well done, on criticism. Tasted delicious still.

Notorious Espresso is a top spot for serious coffee enthusiasts, offering a selection of single origin beans that change weekly. My Fiancé and I came in here this morning and had an absolutely lovely experience. I think it was the owner who served us and he was so polite and joyful. And the servers went beyond providing us extra service.
We got the middle eastern breakfast and the halloumi fries! Both were an impeccable sized portion! We’ll keep coming back here.

Whoever decided to add pulled beef brisket to eggs Benedict is a genius. The coffee here is EXCELLENT, the food was a hundred percent and I mean 💯. Excellent system of service clearly set up - warm welcome at the door, seated promptly on a busy Sunday morning, chill yet well mannered service, and the food arrived quickly. Only mad we didn’t try it sooner. This is definitely our new Sunday morning spot when we are in Werribee.
Side note: the decor is great. It’s fresh but not pretentious. These guys have nailed the Melbourne brunch experience and I’d say they’ll be around for years.
Live around the area and never knew this place has existed for 8 years. First time dining in and service was excellent. A little bit of a wait for a table as the place was full. Food and drinks were serve really quick. We had the Turkish eggs and middle Easter breakfast both were delicious. Had the beef rashers on the side which was rather dry.
We started our morning at Notorious Espresso, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The beef steak sandwich was absolutely delicious tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced between hearty and satisfying. Alongside it, the granola bowl was a refreshing contrast layers of whipped vanilla yogurt, fresh fruit, and a touch of chocolate panna cotta that added just the right hint of indulgence.
The presentation was beautiful, the flavors worked harmoniously, and the atmosphere made it all even more enjoyable.
Definitely a spot worth returning to for another slow, delicious morning. 🌿✨

I personally feel the food is overpriced and overrated. Ordered shakshuka baked eggs as it’s recommended by the waiter, nothing fancy, eggs in a traditional middle eastern tomato stew, has mushroom, eggplant and zucchini (I think), crumbled feta, mozzarella and Turkish bread. Not really my thing. It’s too tomatoes to me, no other flavour. I don’t quite see or taste the eggs (if more than one).
The truffle burger was ok, the patties were juicy, fries were well seasoned.
The strawberry lemonade woaaaaaaa waaayyy too sweet.
And the strawberry milkshake, you can see how the serve looks in the photo. It served in plastic cup. I know I ordered small one, but they should use proper glass I would say.
The service was ok, very friendly and polite.
The place is very busy and a bit noisy.

The bolognese tastes AWFUL. Has a STRONG plastic smell and tastes like plastic / chemicals. I thought I was tripping but my hubby said the same. Waste of money. We are regular customers but not after this. One time too many. Last time there was a hair in my carbonara. Pizza Kings is not what it use to be. So sad.
A great place, for having different and great pizza. The sizes are bigger than usual and their taste is very consistent. I never had any surprises no matter whenever I buy Pizza.
It is located in very convenient and central place to Manor Lakes. Their service is great, always on time, polite and professional.
They have good variety of pizzas and so far I haven't across any of their pizza that isn't worth trying.

Ordered pizza for a family treat, been here many times in the past despite some bad reviews, didn't realise we ordered mould on the pizza base, fingers crossed no effect for work tomorrow. Duty manager Manpreet Singh tried to say it mught be from the oil and bases are made fresh. In denial and picked up the pizzas. Waiting for a full refund. Will NEVER order from here again.

The food was really delicious. The price was reasonable. There are a few seats available inside, or else you can dine outside, too. Haven’t had Sri Lankan food in ages and this was the most authentic experience. This place’s food brought back memories. I had to wait a little for the food, which means, my order was freshly made. The ingredients used are so genuine and the service is amazing, staff is so kind. The restaurant is tiny, but it packs in the best of Sri Lankan cuisine and the atmosphere is modern yet traditional. Loved the whole experience! Definitely coming back.

We recently visited Fusion Ceylon in Werribee, Victoria. hoping to enjoy some authentic Sri Lankan flavors,l and while the experience was pleasant, the food didn’t quite deliver the traditional taste we were expecting. We tried the Chicken Kottu and Chicken Fried Rice both dishes were decent, but lacked the bold, spicy and aromatic flavours typical of authentic Sri Lankan street food. However, the devilled chicken served on top of the fried rice was quite tasty and added a nice touch to the meal. The restaurant itself is small and cozy, with a friendly and attentive staff that made the visit enjoyable. While it may not offer the most authentic Sri Lankan taste, it does bring a nostalgic Sri Lankan vibe, making it a nice spot to revisit familiar flavours in a relaxed setting.
I ordered the seafood fried rice with devilled chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion size was very generous—much more than I expected. Great value for money and full of flavor. Highly recommended!

The food is unbelievably delicious here, the staff are very friendly and the chefs are very very skilled! Close your eyes and pick a food from the menu, it will be delicious! Check out the pics, it's hard to imagine a few years back I had never had any food from this region. We also tried a bunch of teas and takeaway containers from the fridge after our meal was finished. Amazing stuff, thank you Fusion Ceylon...

The food is fast gaining legendary status for me... The flavours are so different from anything else I've ever had and trust me I've had a lot! Never ever did I remotely imagine a simple takeaway served in an aluminium container would ever blow my mind like this. T H E F O O D I S I N S A N E L Y D E L I C I O U S!!!!

Very, very, very delicious food! My first time having SriLankan food out, highly recommended, we will definitely go back and try all the other menu items. The people behind the counter were very friendly and although the place is primarily take away we decided to dine in and had our food (in takeaway container) there, checkout pics.
Just a small heads-up... with my chicken dish (which tasted amazing) there were a few pieces of broken bone mixed in with the dish which could be dangerous if you are not careful and you swallow it.

Ordered a pizza first time in a while ordered family bbq chicken, first in all they must be doing it tough with with chicken as there waz bugger all chicken on my bbq chicken pizza mostly base with bbq sauce put me off going there again first time having this problem very disappointed

Ordered a family-sized meat lover’s pizza for takeaway — figured we were in for a treat. Instead, we got a Frankenstein’s monster of a pizza: overloaded with questionable meats, some of which looked like they’d lost a fight with the oven. Charred edges, chewy bits, and a base that tasted like cardboard trying its best. It was less “meat lover” and more “meat regret.” Definitely not my vibe. Won’t be back — my taste buds are still in recovery.

How do you suggest I respond? You don't answer calls and, apparently, you don't receive emails! My order number was 1289, so you have contact details if you really want to do something about the matter.
I ordered a pizza online. It was "delivered" some 30ish minutes after it was supposed to have been picked up by the driver. When I eventually found the pizza (I had gone looking for it when I received a text advising it had been handed to me by the driver!!!!!!!!!!!), dumped on my front verandah (since the pizza was mangled, I can only assume that the driver had dropped it and didn't want to face me), I called Uncle Leo's to discuss the matter. I was immediately put on hold and then hung up on after a few minutes! I tried calling 3 more times but a prerecorded message told me I had to call another number. I eventually sent an email. 5 days later and still no reply. I guess UL thinks it has no responsibility once the food leaves it premises - even though it organised the delivery. Including delivery charges and card charges, I paid over $54.00 for a pizza that I ditched - I did no order onions, olives and capsicum squashed with my marinara topping!!!! Not the way to run a business. So disappointing.
If you’re after a pizza to feed a small Army, they definitely go ham on the toppings. No pun intended.
(Wouldn’t mind if they used a little less ham & bit more cheese) but none the less, enjoyed the pizza. Super old school, not overly traditional but it was good. Plenty left over for dinner the next day. Will be ordering a smaller portion next time.

However after requested cancel the order the host told me it is almost finished cooking then it served first caesar salad it is horrific taste the leaves were warm bacons were taste like boiled or deep fried and dressing isn't too.
Then carbonara served it was another disgusting pasta I ever had. Taste like warm milk with spaghetti and blenched bacon that I couldn't even eat at all.
The last was calamari served with soaked chips not vegetable or chips were count as vegetable?
And soggy calamari,,,,
While we are receiving other foods, friends of mine table started receiving pizza, pasta and salad they too whole food for an hour

I Ordered the sweet n sour chicken on fried rice.
Portion was small but filling enough to be satisfied, I had 5pieces of battered chicken in the sweet n sour sauce and the fried rice wasn't bad but wasn't the best. I think it all worked together nicely but I wouldn't order the items individually, I think for $13.50 it's worth it because the flavours are there but I think portion could've been bigger, I would still order this again for the flavour and the freshness of the chicken used.

If you are looking for authentic vietnamese dishes without the price tag then this spot is for you! It can get really busy but that is a reflection of the amazing food, portion sizes and reasonable pricing.
Our favourite is the grilled pork on broken rice, plain soup and their crispy skin pork vermicelli salad. We have been coming here for over 6 years.
The food here is always amazing and full of flavor!! My go-to is their fried wontons—they never disappoint. The staff are so friendly and make us feel right at home. Can’t wait for our next visit!

I ordered the pho, and it's probably the best in town. Good flavor, decent meat, but best of all, the rice noodles taste/feel very fresh. The only place you really need for pho. Have tried other places (including Werribee Plaza), so there's not much point going anywhere else.

Had a brunch here. Place is tucked in a little leafy corner. Staffs were nice, helpful. The place itself is nice and clean, plenty of space in between tables, there’s inside and outside seatings. Place is also cool and well lit with natural lights.
Food portions are generous and delicious. Service fast and efficient.

I absolutely loved the breakfast and coffee at Wolf on Watton. I highly recommended this as the best place for breakfast in Werribee. We tried smashed Avo and chill red riding hood with sourdough bread. The coffee tasted fresh and beany. I loved my breakfast experience and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Mama Lor in Werribee is a great spot for tasty Filipino food. There’s a wide variety of traditional dishes and drinks to choose from, all served in a casual, family- and kid-friendly setting. The service is warm and welcoming—just what you’d expect from Filipino hospitality. Portions are decent, and some dishes come out very generous, all at reasonable prices. Parking can be tricky when it’s busy, but there’s usually plenty of street parking nearby.
Big portion, the food is overall nice. Didn't recommend pork hock, very tough skin, no way to eat it. We had high expectations on this dish so we were quite disappointed. Love the crispy chicken skin and the fried rice, very flavourful.
Great family restaurant. Very noisy, busy. Lots of amazing baked goods. The food's generally good. I think the sisig was a little bit too fatty / wet..and not as crispy as it should have been according to my Filipino friend. The hot chocolate is amazing.
We enjoyed our big lunch over Mama Lor. The palabok, halo halo and taho (too excited to eat that forgot to take a photo, sorry!!) were the highlights as it exceeded our expectations.
We came past lunch time hence it was quieter and got the good spot. Staffs were friendly and accommodating, made us feel the Filipino hospitality at its best.

It was by chance that we visited Mama Lor and didn't regret it. We did go for an early lunch on a Wednesday afternoon, so the place was quiet and empty. That didn't stop them from serving us with a smile and helping us first-timers of Filipino food decide what to order.
For the 2 of us, we ordered Arros Caldo, Beef Pares, Bagoong rice and to finish it off - Ube Macapono cake!!! We were warned that it would be too much for us, but since we skipped breakfast that morning, we thought we could handle it. Well, their generous portions definitely filled out hungry bellies, the balance of flavours satisfied our senses and we took a lot of leftovers home. We also picked a box of Hopia Ube on our way out.

Dined here yesterday and honestly, the service was really slow, even well after the lunch rush. We had to press the call button several times, probably around five, just to place our order. It felt like no one was paying attention to the tables. The buzzer didn’t seem to do anything, as no one acknowledged they just needed extra time.
After we finally ordered, the food took a long time to arrive. Then we had to wait again just to get cutlery. I ended up touching the food, which had gone cold, and had to ask the cashier directly for utensils.
It wasn’t a great dining experience, especially considering it was a quiet time of day. After 2pm.
The food itself was good, so if you’re craving it, I’d recommend getting it through Uber Eats. But if you’re planning to dine in and enjoy a nice Saturday, be prepared to spend most of your time just waiting for someone to notice you.

We were the first to arrive for dinner and were warmly greeted by Stewart. From the start, his service was on point, ensuring we were comfortable and that our needs were met. He prepped our table and gave us his full attention.
The drink service was fast and consistently exceptional throughout the evening. As the restaurant began to fill up, I had a chance to observe Stewart's efficient handling of over 20 customers, all while maintaining the same high level of service. Stewart is truly an asset to the Bridge Road Hotel, and his professionalism made a lasting impression.
It's service like his that encourages repeat visits. Although this was a short trip from Far North Queensland, I’ll be sure to remember my experience and look forward to returning if I’m ever in the area again."

The absolute legends at the Bridge hotel- Werribee (not Richmond) were absolutely welcoming and helped us out when I accidentally booked a table for 9 for my wife’s birthday at a completely different hotel!
They put some tables together, made jokes about my admin skills and were on the ball to help us out!
Even adding candles to the cake that we bought in!
I highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for great customer service (Table service) and great meals!

This place is so impressive. My partner and I were both craving steak and randomly found this place as we saw they have a steak night on Thursdays. Both of us haven’t been here before. Since we walked in every staff member was so attentive, genuinely helpful and courteous despite it being so busy. Nobody seemed rushed, everyone looked like they had it under control. The food was amazing. I commented to my partner that I don’t know how they made a simple rocket side salad taste so good but whoever was in the kitchen that night wasn’t just cooking, they were COOKING. The steak goes without saying was beautifully tender and juicy. The Guinness was poured exceptionally well too I have to add.
I’m unsure if there was something in the air that night or if the staff here just get paid really well but what a great night out. Thanks to everyone last night.

Worst pizza I have had. Ordered 5 pizzas for delivery. Bases were chewy and not cooked properly. 5 pizzas and garlic bread cost me $120. What a joke for uncooked pizzas. It’s a shame they used to be good there.
You can see the uncooked dough in the photo provided. All 5 Pizzas were the same. At that price I'd expect quality.
I still had 3 pizzas left over from last night as no one would eat them. Had to throw them out. Had to get other food for my guests on new years. Soggy base and doughy not cooked bases will make people sick. I feel totally ripped off by them. Theres no offer by the store owner to even make things right.
What a shame.

Usually don't write reviews and I feel slightly weird writing one but here we are. Pizza is fine, but service is just lazy. Ordered one family and one large pizza a little while ago. The boxes were the right size but the pizza inside was only large for the family and large.

Big Brothers Pizza went above and beyond for our event! They even made pizzas outside of normal business hours to accommodate us, which we really appreciated.
Communication with the manager, Raj, was smooth and helpful from start to finish. The pizzas were fantastic - great-sized with plenty of delicious toppings.
They also catered to a wide range of dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and onion-free options.

As others have said, a real hidden gem in the west of Melbourne. We visited on a Friday for lunch, were greeted by Elie and his team and enjoyed an excellent lunch - salads, a (very good) vegetarian pizza, desserts and coffee. Very relaxed and warm atmosphere, a really good experience and recommended.
Great spot for dinner. A quiet, wet and cold Tuesday night. Beautiful creamy gnocchi carbonara. Hubby had scallopini, brocolli overdone but otherwise good. Looks like they are set up well for busy nights.
$30 chicken parmigiana was completely inedible – probably the worst I've ever had and I love parmis. A complete waste. Thankfully, my friends enjoyed their pizzas, which actually were decent. This is lovely cozy if you choose to sit indoors and a beautifully lit up outdoor seating.

We ordered some seafood pastas which were really good and a chicken curry risotto which I wouldn't recommend as it tastes like a basic comfort food, and a little too turmericy flavour. Overall it was good, the service is really good there.
The staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly, and we didn't wait long for our food to come out. Definitely go back again. So I've been going back for a while now, and the food is still as good, except last time I ordered the lasagna and I thought it was horrible. The pizzas, however, are amazing. I love the tandoori pizza, definitely one of my favorites. My nephew had a chicken burger and said it felt rubbery, but definitely go down there and give them a try. The staff are still absolutely amazing and friendly and always very welcoming to us. Make sure to ring and book a table because they can get pretty filled up.

Unfortunately the up keep of the property was a let down. We arrived an hour or so after opening on a Sunday, toilets where unclean, I would say not cleaned for a number of days, no toilet paper in ladies(my wife informed me), other diners sat next to windows covered in bird poo, dead flies on window sills…..little things make a difference.
Hopefully the owners take on this constructive Criticism to bring the venue to a 5 star which on a food basis it definitely deserves !
Came here with my parents and my aunt. Very good food and service was very attentive and nice. I ordered a half n half pizza and it was beautifully fresh. Absolutely delicious. In my words, Brothers on K is awesome sauce. :)

This pizza place use to be really good but it’s gone down the drain big time. I ordered a family size pizza and the base was extremely thin, tough, dry and burnt. I also ordered a garlic bread and it was the worst garlic bread I have ever had, it wasn’t your normal garlic bread you get from a pizza shop. I got 6pieces of a cut french stick buttered with very little garlic butter, it was very dry and burnt. Not that I ordered a drink but I noticed that the fridge was practically empty except some coke cans and a few 1.25ltr bottles. I definitely won’t be getting pizza from there again.

The service is friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. It’s run by a family with the parents in the kitchen and the adult kids front of house! The cozy homely atmosphere adds to the charm.
I highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Afghan cuisine! It’s great for families and kids aswell. It’s not 5 start fine dining but the food genuinely is fulfilling and yummy. It’s become our little local Arabic restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Had an absolutely delicious experience at Lux Afghan in Point Cook! I ordered the chicken and mutton pulao and both were bursting with flavour and perfectly cooked. What happened to you guys, your rice are pathetic i ordered delivery and couple of weeks ago we a group of 19 people dined in last week no changes to your kabuli rice (hard, taste old and oily) which should be your sugnature rice.
The kebabs are tasteless, rather go to turkish restaurant to have kebabs then to waste money eating at your restaurant. You guys started off well we loved coming here but then everything became tasteless, and rice is a waste. This is not authentic Afghani rice

I liked the food. The portions were very generous. I just wished it was a little less spicy. There was a lot of chili in most of the food that I could not properly enjoy my food and that is not a problem. If only they were honest with me. I called the restaurant and confirmed that the food does not have chili and they told me that they don’t use chili at all, but it did not taste like no chili at all, especially in the chicken skewers and one of the stews. The side sauce was so spicy that we couldn’t eat at all.
I know that many people enjoy that much chili in their food, but only the other hand others can’t eat it whatsoever so please be honest before implicating the customer with ordering so much food that they can’t even tolerate.
We just dined here for dinner as it was one of the few restaurants open on a Monday and I tell you they did not disappoint! The staff were so kind to us, helped us order and were so patient with my children who ordered their own food, my son who is autistic felt comfortable enough to approach the staff were who lovely with him as he was ordering jalebis.

Paying $59 for a meal without any taste feels quite unreasonable, especially when the rice doesn't seem to be cooked properly.
This visit happened to be my first and last to a restaurant of this kind. Additionally, when we asked to turn the air conditioning cooler on high due to the warmth yesterday, we unfortunately felt heat emanating from the kitchen. The overall atmosphere wasn't very pleasant.
I would recommend that the management focuses on enhancing both the quality and quantity of the food and addresses the issue with the air conditioning.
I wanted to visit this restaurant since long and finally I made it. Dishes are Ok. The positive side is, this restaurant is open until 10pm. Those who want to have dinner a bit late, this is for you. The dishes are a bit pricey though. But it’s worth as the single portion is quite big and fit for 2 people. I wanted give a more Star but when I compare this to Kebab@hoppers, I would not go beyond 3. Quite a recommended place.

Terry Bakery has recently relocated to a fresh, vibrant space next door, and it’s definitely worth a visit! Open until 6 PM, this charming spot offers an impressive selection of Lebanese delights that go beyond its neighbor. You can find take-home frozen falafel and generous platters featuring kofte or kibbeh paired with salad and labneh for just $17. The zaatar here is simply divine—each bite bursts with authentic Middle Eastern flavors that transport you straight to the region.
Authentic middle eastern bakery. Generous portions sizes and very affordable. They do not skimp out on quality. The coffee is also very nice. Not much else to say other than a very good feed that does not hurt your wallet. Highly recommend the A1 Special as well as the spinach and feta/haloumi pastry.

Terry's bakery is my favourite meat pizza selling bakery/restaurant. We drive from Geelong to here whenever we can to enjoy their baked goods. less than 8 minutes to get our order on the table, fresh from the oven, perfectly cooked and amazing staff 👌. We make sure to bring friends and family for breakfast on weekends. Looking forward to coming back here again and again.

Tried 4 different pizzas here and all four were satisfactory. Thin and crispy bread, generous topping of all sorts, stylish and delicious. The place is not a good location for dining but it’s a good choice for takeaways. Staff was helpful, cordial and friendly. Prices were proportionate with the quality.
UPDATE: honestly on the last visit, even though we love the kind staff there, we saw flies inside the fridge all over the pizza ingredients. So, I won’t go back but I ask managers to address hygiene issues.

My order was for delivery and when the delivery driver arrived at my door, he dropped the chips on my decking. He then proceeded to pick them off the dirty floor and put them back in the box. All this happened before my husband could open the door. When he opened the door, the delivery guy seemed a bit frazzled which my husband found a bit odd. When he asked him if dropped the chips on the floor, he responded with “no, I caught them in time and only dropped a couple of chips”. He asked him again if he picked them off the floor as he can see some on the floor. The guy still said that he didn’t and it was safe to eat them. My husband then took the food inside and decided to check the camera and sure enough the guy picked the chips off the floor and put them in the box. We could clearly see him trying to push the leftover chips into the plants as my husband opened the door. I couldn’t believe the fact that delivery guy could be that irresponsible and lied to us by telling us that it was safe to eat those chips. Overall pizzas didn’t look fresh either and we ended up throwing all of the food away after seeing the camera. Needless to say that we will never be ordering food from this place ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either. Calling the store is useless because they don’t care either. Filed a complaint online but still waiting to hear back. Wonder how long it’ll take for someone to reach out to me about my complaint.
I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The person cooking the pizzas and also taking orders was openly chewing gutka while handling food. This is very unhygienic and concerning for customers, especially in a place where food safety should be the top priority. I am very disappointed with my recent order. The pizzas delivered were not prepared correctly. I specifically ordered one pizza with a Thin ‘n’ Crispy base, but it arrived as a regular traditional base instead.
Additionally, I ordered two Jalapeno Bites, but only one was delivered. Instead, I received two garlic breads, which I did not order. On top of that, the pizzas were cold on arrival, and they appeared smaller than what we usually receive for the same order.
This was especially frustrating as we were celebrating my son’s birthday, and the quality and accuracy of the order really affected the celebration. My guests were disappointed, and the experience did not meet expectations.
Ordered 3 plus 3 deal over the phone. First of all they charge extra for delivery but on their App delivery was included but they charge $6 on top of it. Secondly when pizzas delivery they were all soggy and very little cheese because of this toppings keep falling off when we pick up the slice. Literally looks like no cheese on the bottom. Looks like pizza without cheese. Very disappointing. Will not recommend Werribee Pizza Hut, specially for delivery.

Best dominos in the West by far! My quick go to are the lot and loaded Pepperoni..yum! Evertime i order and pick up they are always fresh, on time and generously topped, you can see the workers in the back working hard and i love that afterpay is an option if you are short on money. This store deserves more credit and a higher rating.

Prices are very reasonable. I was surprised at the bill.
Everything was served quite quickly and was extra hot .

But the restaurant itself is really bad in the sense that they have an automatic door but the door is very sensitive and any one remotely looking at it from outside opens it. This was my go-to overnight HSP place, and they always served the best HSP. The only disappointment is the change in business hours , as they used to stay open around 2 or 3 in the morning and now the store closes at midnight and by the time i get home its already closed so I couldn’t order their delicious HSP for a while. I wish they stay open a couple more hours on Fridays and Saturdays so night owls like myself could still order. However, I understand that sometimes businesses need to make tough decisions.

Went last night for dinner and found it amazing. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Its so lovely to hear authentic accents. They came round asking how the food was and seemed to take pride and genuinely cared about the experience and quality customers were getting. The food was good value for the authentic dishes they produced. The atmosphere was great and honestly would love to continue coming again and again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! We finally got to try Il Matto this evening and WOW!!! We were accommodated at very short notice and were greeted by very friendly wait staff. Once we were seated we ordered not long after. The staff were very consistent and attentive when ordering and even checking in on us to see how the food was - something you don’t get much of any more!! We cannot fault the staff in any way whatsoever. The restaurant itself is very authentic with Italian music playing in the background and images from the beautiful country on TVs around the restaurant.
The food from the antipasto through to dessert was just amazing and so authentic as well. Finished off with coffee that I unfortunately couldn’t finish because I was so full !!

The best italian food i have had for a long time outside of Italy. The best starter of arancini with pistachios and the mushroom terrine. The gnocchi with ragu was fantastic. The saltinbocca was melt in your mouth Not to even mention the viral dessert of nutella tiramisu. To die for.
The atmosphere also reminded me of nights on the Amalphi Coast. The waiters and waitresses all with good humour and authentic italian language around me. The manager was serious but kind and welcoming to everyone. All a very positive experience.

Came here with my family for lunch and was welcomed by the owner, who my little sisters referred to as “The nice man” which sums up his friendly and generous attitude. It was good to see that the other diners enjoyed themselves too, all thanks to the owner who made sure everyone was satisfied with their service. We ordered a few items from their menu including the Meatball sub and chicken schnitzel sandwich, all made fresh with decent portions that were well worth the price. Although what really made this place a favourite was the desert. Offering a wide range of popular deserts, that you can customise with a variety of toppings. Overall me and my family truly enjoyed eating here and will definitely be coming again.

We got the pastrami and the rare roast beef. We ordered to take away and everything was packaged really nicely. The pastrami was a bit on the oily side and a little lacklustre but the rare roast beef was really nice.
The absolute best thing on the menu is the waffle fries. They were cooked to perfection and so crispy. Comes with a delicious sauce too!
I also did notice Tuckers sell Escuminac Harvest Maple Syrup. If you ever want to try real delicious maple syrup, this is the one to buy. Great to see Tuckers stocking such a wonderful product.
Great little food place on the strip in Werribee. We popped in after the Australia day celebrations in the park nearby. Place was pretty busy meaning there was a bit of a wait for our food but nothing to get annoyed over. We had the breakfast bagel and the pastrami s/w. Both were really nice and had lots of flavour. Paired that with a couple of Vanilla milkshakes that were also very good (could be a little bigger though). All in all a good place for Breakky or lunch.

You may not my satisfied with the internal arrangement and presentation but no doubt you will be satisfied with the meals. They serve sufficient amount and reasonable price. Spices are optimum as I am being a non-spicy person I was fine. Not a big shop but overall a nice place to spend quality family time.

Had the sambal beef ribs and satay chicken skewers passing by lunch. Both tasted pretty good and had different flavours to Malaysian/Chinese food in the area. Wife said it was authentic and she knows Indo food. I don't know about Indo food but I agree, it was tasty.
Some reviews mentioned varied service experiences. A lady served us today, we had a good experience with her, friendly. Would come again. Pricing was decent. It's comfort food to look forward to before heading to Werribee Park across the road for a casual stroll.

Had the crispy barramundi fish with grilled rice recently. Delicious with and without the spicy sambal. Worth the wait times.
Authentic Indonesian food managed by lovely and friendly couple. We order Indomie goreng Jumbo Mambo package that consist of mie goreng, chicken satay, beef rib, crispy chicken, grilled chicken, sunnyside eggs and garlic crackers. Everything is delicious and tastefull. All the meats are tender, marinated well and full of flavour. We enjoy and finish everything on the plate to the last bit. Definitely will come back to try other food on the menu.
Great food of indonesia. Taste authentic. Roti Canai with kari sauce is the best value for money for 5aud!! Martabak chicken also comes with Kari sauce with a piece of meet. Ayam bakar (grilled chicken) tastes awesome with a cup of rich broth soup. The menu is limited (less than 30) which is great so they can focus more. Mango (lenting kuning), and avocado drinks are great. Es Bandung tastes awesome. Definitely will come again. One thing to note for the owner, perhaps to give crackers (kerupuk) for customers before the order arrives. It takes a while before you get what you order.
Loved the food, loved the place, but my daughter dropped her soup and they didn't clean it up as the person taking the orders cooking and serving was the same. But he served us food immediately and it was delicious too.

Chips were excellent with an adequate amount of chicken salt, the doner kebab pizza was decent, but the supreme pizza was horrendous, and this is why the overall rating is 1/5.
The ham (aka shredded meat) on the supreme pizza was off, as evidenced by the sour smell and taste - rendering the pizza inedible.
This is an ingredient on many of their pizza flavours so anyone that ordered one of these will have experienced the same displeasure.
You simply cannot use off / spoiled ingredients like this because your consumers will know.
I was really looking forward to this meal because I was starving, but it was a big let-down. The chips were way too oily and tasted heavy, and the meat was burned and dry. For the price, I expected something much better. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
Fresh Dough Pizza in Tarneit has truly impressed me, especially their fantastic Chicken Tikka and Meat Lovers pizzas, which were delivered right to my door!
The Chicken Tikka was an absolute flavor sensation – the spices were perfectly balanced, and the chicken was so tender. And the Meat Lovers? Seriously delicious! The fresh dough held up wonderfully during delivery and provided the perfect base for a generous and tasty array of meats.
Even with home delivery, the service was top-notch. My order arrived promptly and was still hot and fresh. It's clear that Fresh Dough Pizza in Tarneit cares about the quality of their food and their delivery service.

I’ve been ordering from Fresh dough for a couple of yrs now. In my opinion they have the best pizzas with so many options. We’ve tried many in and around Werribee area. What’s even better they’re open till late every night. It doesn’t arrive soggy, the crust is just right. I get extra cheese, nice and toasty. I usually get a margarita with spinach and extra cheese, sometimes with pepperoni. Try it 👍

The most highlighted thing is they're open till 2:00am in the morning. So , for any late night cravings they're always here. About their food , I like their options for Pizza's ( the gourmet ones are much preferable). Also , they've got some good meal deals as well. Salween is authentic Thai! Like the street dining places of Bankok - very simple - it surprises its customers with the flavourful food that gives the place its wonderful character. The food is all flavor - beautiful and delicious. Their coconut ice cream is imported from Thailand - it's a must try for dessert! The only place I know where the small condiment trays are available in each table, just like in Thailand. Their Pad Thai is super delicious! I'd go there again and again just for the Pad Thai.

I actually enjoy the food here, which is why I brought my family on Sunday night around 6:30 PM. The dine-in was already closed, so we placed a takeaway order: 6 beef noodles, 1 pork ball noodle, 1 Pad See Ew, and 1 curry puff. I asked the staff to pack 1 beef noodle and the Pad See Ew separately, and the rest together.
A staff member brought out 3 bags and explained:
• One had the beef noodle and Pad See Ew
• One had the pork ball noodle and curry puff
• The third had the rest of the order
We didn’t check the bags on the spot since it seemed everything was there.
Later at around 8 PM, after a long, tiring day, we finally sat down to eat—only to find the pork ball noodle was missing, and there were only 6 noodle soups in total. I had to share my meal with my sister. We even went out to check the car again, but it was clear one was missing.
We called the restaurant that night but got no answer. I followed up the next morning to ask for a refund, and later that evening asked if we could just get the missing dish instead. Unfortunately, they denied any mistake, insisted they had made 7 noodles, and refused a refund or replacement.
It’s not about the $17—we spent almost $150 and were really disappointed, especially when we were so excited for a family meal and one person went without. We don’t appreciate being made to feel like we were lying over one missing noodle soup.
Sadly, we won’t be returning. You’ve lost a big family that could have become regular customers.

I have somewhat of an interest in trying boat noodle soup in different places, and I had the best one here. The enormous portion, the softness of the slow cooked beef, and the soup base. It was amazing.
Super recommend! We had Thai noodle soup, papaya salad, green and red curry and Pad Thai, nothing was not authentic. They tasted exactly as what we had in Bangkok! And the prices are also friendly, not to mention the portion~~

Deleted my last review. Trying abuse the rating system. I ORDERED 2 x large pizza deal, I measured the pizza with a tap it was 25cm which is 10 inches. Standard size for large pizza in Australia is 14-16 inch so i got 2 smalls basically. Not to mention the pizza crust was thick as with very little toppings... also paid $60 for this. Not impressed at all.

Along with the other chef, they consistently deliver delicious, old-fashioned Italian food that’s full of heart. This place is truly special and always makes me feel welcome. Highly recommend!
Busy restaurant on Mother’s Day, we had no booking but they made sure to find a spot for us which was nice.
We ordered 4 dishes. Nachos were very average, expensive for what they are and nothing special. The pasta dish wasn’t too bad.
After entrees, we waited 45 min + for the main meals with zero acknowledgement from staff. Our table was the forgotten table at the back. Once they finally realized we were waiting for our pizzas, they brought them out 10-15 min later. Pizzas were average and quite expensive for what they are.
I won’t recommend this place to anyone, and I won’t be going back here. My honest experience and review.

We really liked jessies at first and were slowly becoming regulars but after tonight I won't ever be going back my child was eating his pizza when he noticed mold we turned all the pizza over and there were little mold bits on all of it I'm extremely disgusted honestly.
Reply: I'm sorry but that was mold when pulled apart it was up through the pizza not just the bottom of the base as well as it wasn't just a dark spot it was blue green (mold) and both pizzas we ordered had it.

Ordered last night and was disappointed to find mold on my garlic bread! I bought this expecting fresh, quality bread, but when I opened the package, there was visible mold. Bought 2 pizzas and he charged me $32 via Mastercard. After I noticed what he charged I asked him why when on the board it clearly states, 2 large pizzas for $26.90. He then said that I had to tell him about the deal. TOTAL THEFT IN FRONT OF MY EYES. I said to him, that its not right what he is doing. Then just said sorry but no refund. They use store bought frozen bases and they are white, hard & not cooked properly. The bases are hard & white. Toppings are minimal. App stated 20 minutes, staff said 30 minutes and ended up being 1 hour wait with only 2 customers before us. Would not recommend

We ordered a pizza at 9:45 pm and they close at 10 pm. We wanted Paneer Butter Masala Pizza but they were out of ingredients for that but NAVJOT made a custom Paneer Veggie pizza for us and it was DELICIOUS. First time we have had Mathews pizza in years. We always have sotilies, but they were closed and I wanted Pizza. Did a phone order. Wanted Marinara but was told no seafood available tonight( disappointing). Changed my order to half pepperoni and half aussie, and a medium margarita. I was told 20min. Got there right on 20min. Pizzas were ready, but when I handled them they were not hot. 6min to home. They were Luke warm( disappointing). Then we ate. Margarita had way too much cheese and the base was so thick, oily and soggy. The pepperoni was not pepperoni. It was bland with no heat what so ever, and too much cheese again.
Once again very oily and sogy base. Aussie was ok but the quality of the ham and eggs was ordinary. Eggs were cheap( definitely not free range), and over cooked. Really disappointing. Also when I went to pick up the pizza,s the shop itself didnt look clean and the decor in there was a tressle table and a couple of chairs only. I walked to the counter and waited. A worker looked at me but wouldnt come and talk to me.( We made eye contact,
not hard to then deliver customer service).Just to igone me,turn your back on me and talk to someone behind the cooker that I could not see really disappointed me again. Mathews pizza was our go to for a long time. Unfortunately it is not the same. This is the first time I have ever done an online review about food, so this tells you how disappointing my experience was. I am actually fixing the pepperoni now with some chilli and spice wich you should know all about.

Just the place you want to go to find the best local pizza. I mean the area doesn't have a lot but if you want a good, juicy, meaty pizza with a delicate touch. This place is the way to go. The tall pizza chef can spin pizzas around his ear it was amazing to see. Ask them for a show, they are good with their hands!

We heard great things from friends but were a bit skeptical when we arrived to see it was a residential house. But you just walk down the side of the house to when the pizza kitchen is and place your order. In less than 15 mins our pizzas were ready (on a Saturday evening too!) and you could just smell the deliciousness right away! They looked as good as they smelled, and they tasted as good as they looked! Definitely our new fave pizza place!

Recently got a chicken pizza here. My usual go to pizza at other stores is bbq chicken, and this place had bbq sauce as optional so I didn't think to ask for it. My mistake there.
The pizza itself was pretty bland, and I had to add my own bbq sauce to add some flavour to it. The pizza was literally the thinnest layer of tomato base, barely any cheese, chicken, pineapple and mushroom. The pineapple didn't have the usual pineapple tangy-ness, and with the other ingredients which are mostly flavourless, I was less than thrilled by the pizza. And they didn't put that much toppings on it either.
I'd also ordered the garlic foccacia, but there was zero garlic on it. They mightve given a herb foccacia instead. Lots of herb flavours, but it just tasted dry.
Their website menu is a little odd to figure out, especially as they have separated their woodfired pizzas from their Australian style pizzas. The chicken pizza was an Australian style pizza but it was still woodfired, and it cost more so it's a little confusing.
$26 for a small chicken pizza, and $12 for a foccacia that they messed up. Not worth it in my opinion. I won't be coming back anytime soon
Beautiful atmosphere with Italian songs. Sicilian owners very nice and kind. Pizza light, tasty, with Italian ingredients which make you feel to be in Italy. Healthy and excellent salad. Many other food options from the menu.

Wow what a great addition from Wolf on Watton to the Werribee precinct. The staff were super friendly throughout each interaction, iced coffees were perfect and they make a weak one just right and the açai bowls were incredible! Such a great portion, fruit so fresh and the granola delicious. Sitting under the big tree next door over the Werribee river was perfect. We will be making this a regular stop over the weekends.
It would be great to see a few extra tables or chairs around on busy days but not a big requirement.

Google would only let me write a certain amount of characters, so I'll keep it short and simple. I wanted to go into detail so it didn't look like I was "bashing" Kippers fish and chips. Please don't take this review the wrong way, as it's not my intention. I will keep it short and simple.
There were enough workers on, it wasn't busy, most of the workers were waiting for something to do. So there's no excuse there. Though I think the ball has been dropped this time, as based on the reviews, this must be an uncommon trend - I just got unlucky.
Staff were lovely, so I can't fault them on their customer service.
1. Chips needed a little bit more chicken salt, and cooked for slightly longer. Without chicken salt, or not enough, they are just fried potato, who wants that?
2. Onion rings were gross, soggy and undercooked.
3. Calamari rings... WHAT? That's not calamari. I'd pay extra for REAL calamari. I know $1 is $1, but................... GROSS.
4. Steak in the steak sandwich wasn't cooked, fat not rendered, no seasoning on the meat (salt and pepper, perhaps?). Overall very disappointed, just picked it apart and ate the insides as best I could. Bread was also very, very lightly toasted, as in was partly soft still. Maybe toast it a little more?
5. Flake was okay, batter not so nice. Flake was dry, though it wasn't cooked for long clearly, so not sure how that has happened? It also didn't taste like any other flake I've had, a bit on the blander side. It was a HUGE flake though.
6. Hotdog in batter was on the higher end of the scale compared to other places, so can't really complain there good job on that.
7. Mars bar in batter was absolutely disgusting - there was no batter on the bottom of it, it was soft, undercooked and had absorbed all of the oil. When I held the bag containing the mars bar, I thought someone had put sauce in a bag, it felt like mush, but below and behold, it was a soggy piece of chocolate and oil. I still ate it though, and it was actually the first thing I ate.. Whoops. A mars bar is a mars bar, it disappeared in no more than two bites.
Overall, very bad experience. I can only assume it is a once-off, as the reviews for this place are glowing. I've just been unfortunate enough to get the crap end of the stick, this time.
Maybe next time will be better (if there is a next time, though I am doubtful).
Tried it for the first time and I'm instantly hooked. Generous portions the food was tasty and it's great value for money. Bought a lunch pack for $13.50 and it came with a large flake, 2 potato cakes and plenty of chips. Even the kids loved it and they're fussy eaters. 10/10 would recommend.
Ordered via UberEats last night. They facilitated our fish change request very kindly. Best potato cakes I’ve had in a long time. It’s so difficult to find real potato slices in thin crispy batter vs the formed floury stuff most places sell.
I've been ordering food from this place since lockdown and they've always been amazing. You want good food? Check. You want extra salt? Check. You want crinkly chips? Check. You want tasy fish? Check. This place is worth it. The only thing I don't like about them is that they aren't open 7 days a week because my fat ass wants their food every day. They even throw in extra food every now and again. This place is great and I'm not a food expert I'm just someone who loves their food and there's a reason why I've ordered from them every other week for years.
The great reviews make sense. Order at the counter and you'll get a queue number. Chairs line the wall for you to wait for your order to be made.
I had the small fish basket and honestly it was enough to feed two. The seafood was made fresh and the chips were perfect. The salt ratio was on point.

We came in 5 minutes before closing time while they were cleaning up and emptying the kitchen and the lady at the front still decided to make us a fresh kebab! The lamb was a 10/10, the salad was fresh and still so crispy, and the bread was so nice! They also give out great portion, just see the photos I’ve attached they really pack it! Worth the money & will 100% fill your stomach!

Additionally, the Chai Latte served was incredibly delicious. The team responsible for these excellent offerings deserves commendation for their remarkable work.
Came in on one of the busiest night during the Lit festival. Only managed to get served as the one keen manager noticed I had not been attended too. She in turn made our iced lattes on the spot. Made the experience here feel good. If it were a regular dining experience it would be great with managers like her.

I've never liked eating at fastfood especially McDonald's due to the food have changed over the years.
So my wife and son decided to drop in and order at the drive through early morning on the way home, and this is why I hated fast food from McDonald's.
The fries were cold and looked a day old and felt like cardboard. My breakfast muffins was cold and dry and hashbrowns were also cold and hard. The only thing that tasted right was our hot chocolate.
Very busy going through drive-thru this morning. There's not much time for chit chat when there's a line of 10 cars behind your own. Friendly enough staff though.
Warm coffee was not warm... was burn my tongue off hot but I wasn't about to wait for another one to be made either... and coffee tasted burnt when I finally able to drink it.
Last night I went to 4 different MCD this was the last hope to get some ice cream though our hard luck. Later on we continued to order the toffee nut ice latte something. I ordered 1 medium and a large cup. Firstly, it tasted worse so far wherever we have tried it. Secondly, both of them were different in terms of ice and all other ingredients. The guy who served us had a small ear jewellery on his right ear, who also used to work at Hogans corner. Also, there was missing politeness and general gratitude which is essential in hospitality.
Went for a coffee at 8pm. The girl on the coffee did not even look at us or advise where to order. After we ordered, the same girl don't even tell us while leaving our coffees at the counter, nor telling us which coffee had suger or no suger. Very poor service not sure why.
Although the service was speedy, the facility is absolutely disgusting inside. The toilets were so gross, toilet paper everywhere, no toilet paper in the girls, toilets needed a fix and deep clean, it was 0/5 stars for cleanliness 🤢
Now the tables are a whole other story. Tables were gross and sticky, as were the floors, rubbish every where on tables, floors and bins were full. Facility is a 0 from me.
The only good thing was the workers at the counter, they did well with the mass of customers that came in. 👍
There was no were enough team members on the shift. It took almost 20minutes to get our meal. The chips were cold and chewy. The Big Mac only had pickles in the box...none on the burger. There was enough sauce to sink a battleship. Nothing against the team on the day as we saw them working their butts off. It was busy after we
arrived. The tables outside and inside were shy of a health warning. In a nut shell we will never return. We dined in. Never in or drive through or uber eats from here again
Unfortunately, our experience was really disappointing due to the poor customer service. It’s never pleasant to hear staff openly complaining about having multiple orders—especially when one of those orders is your own. What made it worse was that even the manager didn’t approve of the staff member’s attitude, not only toward customers but also towards her.
We had done nothing wrong, yet were met with rudeness and disrespect, which is completely unacceptable. We even cleaned our own table before sitting down to eat. While the manager was lovely and handled the situation with professionalism, the staff member at the counter and packing orders was absolutely horrible and should not be speaking to customers in that manner.
I understand hospitality can be tough, but basic respect and professionalism should never be overlooked. This definitely needs to be reviewed.

Nando's Werribee is a popular Afro-Portuguese chain eatery that specializes in serving flame-grilled chicken smothered in zesty chili sauce. We ordered online through Nando’s website and the experience was seamless—very user-friendly and convenient. The food itself did not disappoint; we enjoyed our meal..
HOWEVER, the in-store service was disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, with plates almost being tossed onto our table. I even approached one of them to ask for sauces for our chicken, and was told to just ask another table if we could borrow theirs. Definitely not the kind of service you'd expect from a place like Nando’s.😢

One of their staff is rude, I remember her name is krisha or kisha. I understand the food is late because it's busy, but shouting to my brother because he's just want to follow up the order is not okay. We ordered around 8:00 pm and when he followed up the order around 8:30pm, like don't work there if you got frustrated when it's busy.
They forgot to put couple of chcolate moose in my pickup order. Not a big issue. Problem is there seems to be no way to mitigate this! You simply have to accept your bad luck! You call them, it goes to automatic voice phone. You call customer complain number, even at 1 pm weekday, it says it is not office hours! I still left a message. They sent me an email ( I believe it was an automated email), I responded to that email with all the details I had. And it simply ghosted me, nothing after that.
I am sure they will respond to this feedback too to leave a complaints somewhere, unfortunately this feedback is about their complaint process itself!
Would put below 1 star for service. Staff continually walked past without acknowledging patrons waiting to order, plus an extremely demeaning manager to both customers and employees and while I understand a weekend can get busy and overwhelming, customer service is still important. The food quality has also gone down greatly. Chicken is charred beyond the point of being edible and basting is barely there. This locations used to be one of the best in the area but has since become one of the worst. Food quality is poor, service is abysmal, speed is super slow, overall negative experience. Will not be returning.
Would encourage some staff members to leave the workplace too as the manager is visibly and audibly fostering a toxic work environment, yelling at staff, complaining about questions, overall complaining about work. Her behaviour was affecting me so I can’t imagine how team members must be feeling. As someone who has worked in food service, this was saddening. Don’t stay.
I recently had one of the most disappointing experiences at Nando's. The service was utterly disorganized. We were served the Paella Grande before our starters, and it took an additional 15 minutes for the starters to arrive after the main course. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he was shockingly rude and denied to be responsible for anything. To add insult to injury, the hummus was served only after we had finished our meal. The restaurant was also in a state of disrepair, with spider webs covering the premises. Overall, it was a disastrous experience, and I will never be returning to this location again.
Dined in on New Year. Clearly the restaurant needs better management. There isn’t enough cutlery even after full 15 minutes of food being on the table, and despite multiple reminders. People seeing their food getting cold helplessly and the staff wasn’t even apologetic about it.
Ordering via the QR code doesn’t help too. The staff doesn’t even know what has been ordered. When asked if it was a mistake, again the same response, not even a blink of an eye, forget about being apologetic.
This place is in clear need of better management.
Love the location and the food (always). The service wasn't great so don't expect much. Not that they were rude or anything... But just didn't seem interested.. or perhaps just demotivated.
Examples, you need to ask for Serviettes, glasses, water... Even to get the cold drinks from the refrigerator behind the counter after you pay for it. Perhaps the arrangement of the restaurant is not optimal to allow all these "comforts" because of the angular shap of the restaurant... Don't know.. just felt not right.
Can't complain about the food though. They served good Nandos

During my recent adventure in Melbourne, I made a delightful stop at Hungry Jack's Burgers Werribee for breakfast on the second day of my trip. This long-standing fast-food chain is known for its generous beef and chicken burgers, along with tasty ice cream and refreshing soft drinks. The spacious indoor dining area provided a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy our meal before hitting the scenic Great Ocean Road. The staff at Hungry Jack's were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable.
My wide and I came here for breakfast on the second day of our Melbourne trip after checking out from our accommodation.
After breakfast, we head on the Great Ocean Road.
Letting my wife have a taste of different products in compared to our own country.

Spent $150 on food. All food was dried up and cold. Clearly not fresh. Kids were not able to chew anything. When approached about this issue, we were treated very badly and shouted at in front of other customers. Were telling us to leave without food. The lady did throw our food in bin in front of us and kept laughing on us. No name badges in staff and not talking to us. We have witnesses number there if needed and your own camera recordings of your staff behaviour. The lady kept telling is that this is her private property and telling us to get out. No money return no food replacement. No apologies and instead we were treated disrespectfully.
The staff were nice and accommodating upon request.
The tables were all dirty, which was disappointing. Apparently, the mens toilet had poop smeared (like they tried to clean it) all over the floor according to my kids and partner.
It was quite a wait for the food, but they only had 2 guys working at the back. And when I did get the food, mine and my partners burger was super cold, but honestly I was hungry and couldn't be bothered waiting for a new one.
I ordered a Veggie Meal and they have given me a bloody beef whopper in the drive thru. I checked when I reached home. Order Number 7498, Date: 20 July 2025, 10:09PM.
Was there a week ago around 9pm. I have placed the order via app and went straight to pickup in store. My order was at the top and made quickly but there was no staff member available to call the name and handover the order. It too 15 minutes to get the order. Fries gets cold and soggy. Poor management and customer care.
Great store, one the most friendly fast food places I’ve visted, the two crew working today night (Saturday) were super friendly and helping. I ordered a veggie meal they made it fresh. I am definitely coming back to this store to get more food and bring other people with me.
Went to Hungry Jack’s drive-thru on Saturday night. I think the guy’s name was Harman — very humble and polite. He gave me a fresh Angry Whopper and great service. Really appreciated it!
Don’t bother ordering through an app like uber.. I was missing part of my order and the food I did get was cold and soggy. At least when I go in person I can check it’s correct before I leave and make them fix what they stuff up.

The place is kids friendly and disability friendly. The kids feel comfortable and happy. We have been there 7 times and out of that 6 times have been the best experience. We ordering the same $27.95 meal. I love that we can swap the sides we want. I came to know when I went online.

4th jan about 4pm. Quality wasn't good at all. Order the value feast and they gave 2 smalldrumstick, chicken wing and small breast chicken. The tenders were broken and overcooked also. They were overcooked and cold. It felt like they were giving left over. The nuggets were cold also. My son said no more kfc and yuck taste. He ate few and then left. They did return the drumstick and gave breast piece. The original were not cooked inside. Staff got annoyed and said this is what you get and I told her I have been having kfc for ages and never got served like what you have given. She went to the supervisor and she seems annoyed and explain what happen . She threw the drumstick and served breast chicken which was cold. One thing thinking waste of food and quality check on products should be done before serving to customer . Train the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

5th Jan 12-2pm excellent today I asked the teamm to cook the nuggets to order. Omg the nuggets taste so good. First time I have asked this request. It was hot juicy and crispy. I was happy that none of the nuggets coating came off. My son wants nuggets to look like nuggets and if it is peeled off he would not take. Even the tenders were cooked with the cooking been golden brown and all pieces intact. The original chicken golden coating and the chicken cooked with juicy taste and were hot. Finally we found our taste. The original chicken had drumstick breast chicken and the one which is bigger than breadt chicken and chicken wings. I don't know what piece they are called. Thanks team for cooking to order and keeping the quality of KFC meal.
The best time to go there is 11am-2pm. Attach is some of our moments at this place .
Do not go in the afternoon or evening. We go and check the team and if the same team as lunch time we buy the meal or we go.
Aim to look for more kfc around werribee area which offer fresh meal.

I may have found the grottiest KFC in Victoria. Trash all around. Grimy, greasy touchscreens. Dirty walls. Rubbish on the floors. Dirty seats. Trash everywhere around the industrial bin and carpark.
And soggy unsalted chips to add insult to injury.
Reading the other reviews, they clearly don't want to address multiple problems, they just keep trotting out the same cut and paste response to everyone.
I'm not sure how a business this bad doesn't get closed down.

They have always doubled fried their chicken and it tastes really bad. There was at time, I fell sick having tummy issues having their chicken and also have told them. They have ignored my request and did not attend to my concerns. I thought they have changed, but today still the same thing. Chickens have been fried multiple times as you can see from their freshness and also colour of their chicken. It’s ridiculous.
No working kiosks or drive-thru. Employees are slow to take your order at the counter, and when we ordered they didn't even have what we wanted to order; so we left with nothing. Wouldn't recommend you go here under any circumstances. You're welcome 💯😁
Drive through. Tried to order a crispy Berger meal and a chocolate mousse. Sounds simple. I couldn't understand the person on the speaker and obviously he couldn't understand me, (I do speak English borne and breed) after asking several times I Ended up with a box meal and NO mousse!! Buy the time I got home I wasn't going back. KFC manor lakes. Very disappointed.

ALERT If the one and only toilet of one of the most successful restaurants in the world is treated like this then something is very wrong, the cleaning brush is perfectly clean and the stains and feces are clearly weeks old. Just imagine the food prep areas in this joint. Won't be going back here after that. 😷

The greatest and best subway in all of Melbourne and that coming in from a foodie and a daily subway person. Amazing staff, always craft the sub with your requirements. Exceptional management. Bread is always fresh and super soft. Veggies and salads are crispy fresh all time. Great team work in running this outlet. Feels great to be a customer. Highly recommend this subway.

Went in to pick up an order for a meeting. The young guy was rude when order was placed and customer service was non-existent when we went to pick up. The guy did not speak at all, not even a hello. He handed the bag of food over, no thank you and even disappeared out the back before we had even made our way to leave the store.Terrible customer service and I will not return to this store. I would rather drive further and support another store where there is some customer service.
Just visited the Werribee Subway and recieved great service. The staff member Brooke was polite and friendly and smiled when speaking to us, this isn't seen a lot these days.
Food was good and fresh and well prepared. I visited the Sydham store over a week ago and the food did not taste fresh or the service friendly. The Werribee store is representing the Subway brand very well 👍

My sister and I went and ordered Subway for the first time at this location and we were served by someone called Terry. He was really nice, friendly, accomodating, quick and made really good subs. We’ll be back and will definitely recommend to others.

I work in the plaza and this place is my go-to on my breaks. The staff are all so lovely; the manager even remembered my name after my second or third time there! The classic meat banh mi is top notch every time, bread is crispy and the meat is full of flavour. Extremely fast service as well, definitely recommend!
I used to love this place. It used to be really good with a generous amount of meat. I went there on the 2nd of June for a takeaway to support my local restaurant. I purchased a Bowl of Vermicelli with Crispy Pork. The meat is now less and the crispy skin is literally only 2 pieces. Want to give 1 star, but I used to love this place. Maybe the management has changed?? Very disappointing...
I ordered a bowl with some ( I meant some like 2-3 ) chillies and they’ve filled it with chillies, so much that I couldn’t even eat the box. Spent more than 20 mins trying to get it out, I haven’t enjoyed it at all. I always liked your bowls but your staff need to pay attention to detail. You can see the photo I’ve shared.
i absolutely loved the crispy pork Banh Mi first time i tried here. I thought i would never have to go to Melbourne CBD for this hence forth.
Unfortunately this roll is becoming more and more pathetic each time I give it a chance. Not sure how old the pork is or if it's even properly cooked?! So hard to chew and makes me so angry.
